- 0:26Speaker 1: steam please me, I don't join joining to be you
- 0:52Speaker 1: doing me? Hone? You gotta turn don't do you? Are
- 1:24Speaker 1: you gotta turn to turn them out? Turn? You got
- 1:43Speaker 1: to turn out? Then turn the water the water go.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your baby, huh, I sure will. Good
- 2:03Speaker 1: morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on dig
- 2:06Speaker 1: me now, one and only Steve Harvey Man got a
- 2:10Speaker 1: radio show? Yeah, I do. Man. God been so good
- 2:16Speaker 1: to me over the years, in spite of all the
- 2:19Speaker 1: mistakes I've made, in spite of all the dirt I've
- 2:23Speaker 1: done to myself. I'm talking about when end no one
- 2:28Speaker 1: I was wrong, His grace and mercy has forgiven me
- 2:33Speaker 1: for all of my sins. God can forgive you of
- 2:38Speaker 1: all of your sins, everything you've done. God can forgive you.
- 2:44Speaker 1: He can wipe your slate clean. Now. Might you might
- 2:47Speaker 1: have some you know, things you got to deal with
- 2:50Speaker 1: because of some of your actions, understand that, But you
- 2:53Speaker 1: can wipe your slates. You can wipe your slate clean
- 2:56Speaker 1: with God and start again. You can repent. God has
- 3:00Speaker 1: mercy and grace. You could be forgiven by God. Now,
- 3:03Speaker 1: people answer another story. Some people may never forgive you,
- 3:07Speaker 1: for you've heard them all, or maybe they're accusing you
- 3:10Speaker 1: of doing something else. But you know they may never
- 3:13Speaker 1: forgive you. But God, God is in the redemption business man.
- 3:18Speaker 1: God will forgive you for every sin you've ever committed.
- 3:22Speaker 1: But you gotta want forgiveness now, and then you got
- 3:25Speaker 1: to come correct because what you can't do is you
- 3:28Speaker 1: can't shoot him the crap. Now you can say that
- 3:31Speaker 1: conversation with him. You know, whatever you told your lawyer, whatever,
- 3:36Speaker 1: whatever you told the victims, whatever you told, whatever the
- 3:40Speaker 1: story is you got going if it ain't the truth,
- 3:43Speaker 1: you could say that with God, because please know, he know,
- 3:47Speaker 1: and he know your heart. He know of you're trying
- 3:49Speaker 1: to manipulate somebody just for the system. If you're trying
- 3:53Speaker 1: to say this just so you can get out, You
- 3:55Speaker 1: know all of that. So if you're planning on shucking
- 3:57Speaker 1: him and jiving him, save your brother before you wind
- 4:01Speaker 1: up digging yourself in a deeper hole. Just let me
- 4:04Speaker 1: give you that piece of advice because he ain't nothing
- 4:06Speaker 1: to play with. He's too great to be played with.
- 4:09Speaker 1: And so with that in mind, I want to share
- 4:12Speaker 1: some positive stuff with you to smartn man. I want
- 4:14Speaker 1: to say this now. I want to remind you not
- 4:17Speaker 1: to let your circumstance and your situations dictate your future
- 4:23Speaker 1: or your results. I'm gonna say this again. This is
- 4:27Speaker 1: important information. Man. Don't let your circumstance and situations dictate
- 4:33Speaker 1: your future or your results. Do you know that in
- 4:38Speaker 1: order to get a different future or some different results,
- 4:43Speaker 1: you control that entire situation. It is you. It is
- 4:47Speaker 1: your thoughts that control the entire situation. It is how
- 4:51Speaker 1: you look at the situation that will determine how the
- 4:54Speaker 1: situation is for you. See, the same situation can be
- 4:59Speaker 1: totally different for two different people, because you can say
- 5:02Speaker 1: you look at the examples of history, just just look
- 5:04Speaker 1: look in your neighborhood. How can that was a book
- 5:08Speaker 1: that a guy wrote one time who had the name.
- 5:10Speaker 1: He had a name, and he did some research and
- 5:13Speaker 1: he found a guy that grew up at the same
- 5:16Speaker 1: age in the same neighborhood as him, with the exact
- 5:20Speaker 1: same name. He went on to become a corporate CEO.
- 5:24Speaker 1: The other man was an inmate, and they had the
- 5:30Speaker 1: same name, grew up in the same neighborhood. They were
- 5:35Speaker 1: both brothers, you know not, I'm just saying brothers men,
- 5:39Speaker 1: and they grew and they went to them. Because how
- 5:42Speaker 1: can two different, two people the same situation and the
- 5:46Speaker 1: results turn out so different. It is because of the
- 5:48Speaker 1: thought process of one was completely different from the thought
- 5:52Speaker 1: process of the other. You control it. You don't have
- 5:55Speaker 1: to let your circumstances and your situations dictate your future
- 5:59Speaker 1: or your results. Here's the way it works. This is
- 6:03Speaker 1: so you can understand this. Your mind. It's the controlling
- 6:08Speaker 1: factor of your thoughts. Your thoughts are the controlling factor
- 6:13Speaker 1: of your outcome. The Bible says a man is as
- 6:18Speaker 1: he thinketh. Please don't short play this scripture here, because
- 6:21Speaker 1: this one is the real deal. This is the basis
- 6:25Speaker 1: of every self improvement book you'll ever read. It's already
- 6:30Speaker 1: written in the Bible. The Bible has all the information
- 6:33Speaker 1: you need. But in case you need a little bit
- 6:35Speaker 1: of clarity in some simple modern day language, then they
- 6:38Speaker 1: have self improvement books. They are all based on Biblical scripture.
- 6:42Speaker 1: A man is as he thinketh That's why Norman Vincent
- 6:46Speaker 1: Peale wrote the book The Power of Positive Thinking. That's
- 6:50Speaker 1: why a book came out called The Magic of Thinking Big.
- 6:53Speaker 1: That's why a book came out called Think and Grow
- 6:56Speaker 1: Rich by Napoleon Hell that all of you, all these
- 7:00Speaker 1: titles that I've read that have mattered in my life
- 7:03Speaker 1: the most, these three major books that I've read, they
- 7:06Speaker 1: all say one thing. Think thinking thoughts, because that's what
- 7:10Speaker 1: controls the outcome. Your brain works one of two ways.
- 7:17Speaker 1: It works positive or negative. It works good, which is
- 7:24Speaker 1: under the column of positive, or to work evil, which
- 7:27Speaker 1: is under the column of negative. It will have faith,
- 7:31Speaker 1: which is under the column of positive, or you will
- 7:35Speaker 1: operate in fear, which is in the column of negative.
- 7:39Speaker 1: That is the only way your mind works. Your mind
- 7:42Speaker 1: is a factory that's comprised of workers. Those workers are
- 7:48Speaker 1: controlled by two formings, forming positive and forming negative. But
- 7:53Speaker 1: guess what the CEO of the company, the head man,
- 7:57Speaker 1: the boss is you. You come to work in the
- 8:01Speaker 1: morning and you say, man, today is a great day.
- 8:06Speaker 1: I'm going to take steps towards brightening my future. I'm
- 8:09Speaker 1: going to take another step into making that dream come
- 8:13Speaker 1: true that I've been thinking about I'm gonna take another
- 8:16Speaker 1: step forward in the development and the changing of my
- 8:19Speaker 1: life in a positive, good direction. If you come to
- 8:23Speaker 1: work and say that every day as the CEO, the boss,
- 8:26Speaker 1: the formans can only obey you, so that what you
- 8:30Speaker 1: just said was a series of positive statements then forming
- 8:34Speaker 1: positive steps to the forefront. He said, I got your
- 8:37Speaker 1: boss right away. He turns around, he blows the whistle.
- 8:41Speaker 1: He alerts all the workers in the factory today as
- 8:44Speaker 1: a good day. Today, we will take steps towards our future.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Today we are putting ourselves on track to get a
- 8:51Speaker 1: little bit closer to making our dreams come true. Today
- 8:54Speaker 1: we will be assembling all the things we need to
- 8:58Speaker 1: make our dreams come true in our life better in
- 9:00Speaker 1: the right direction. Everybody break. The workers in the factory
- 9:04Speaker 1: turn around and manufacture thoughts to justify the orders given
- 9:11Speaker 1: by the boss, which is you. You You are the CEO
- 9:15Speaker 1: of your corporation. If you don't own nothing else, you
- 9:19Speaker 1: own everything that's going on between your two ears. You
- 9:22Speaker 1: are the CEO of that corporation. If that corporation is
- 9:26Speaker 1: a good one, it's because you set it up that way.
- 9:29Speaker 1: If your corporation is a bad one, it's because you
- 9:32Speaker 1: set it up that day. If you trying, if you
- 9:34Speaker 1: pushing towards your dreams, and you see the possibility of
- 9:37Speaker 1: things happening in your life is because you, as the CEO,
- 9:40Speaker 1: set it up that way. If you ain't got nothing popping,
- 9:43Speaker 1: if you just want to be a criminal taking stuff
- 9:45Speaker 1: from people, throwing your life out the window, you're gonna
- 9:48Speaker 1: be an inmate. You're gonna be sitting there there and
- 9:50Speaker 1: you're gonna be mad at everybody. You got nobody be
- 9:52Speaker 1: mad at. But shoot, you understand what I'm telling you.
- 9:55Speaker 1: This morning. You're listening to show. Ladies and gentlemen, today
- 10:05Speaker 1: it's a new day. If you are not overjoyed with
- 10:10Speaker 1: the fact that you are a recipient of this new day,
- 10:14Speaker 1: then get over joyed because it's a great thing to
- 10:16Speaker 1: be alive today. It's a great thing to be awake today.
- 10:20Speaker 1: It's a great thing to be able to listen to
- 10:22Speaker 1: a radio show today. And you got one. Born to
- 10:25Speaker 1: Steve Hard Morning Show. Charlet Strawberry. Hey, good morning, see
- 10:29Speaker 1: caror for rel Hello Steve Good you heard it that time? Yeah,
- 10:42Speaker 1: I'm right here, big, don't you hear it? I heard
- 10:45Speaker 1: a little bit of but I don't know what happened.
- 10:48Speaker 1: He's sitting here looking at me, y'all all looking at me.
- 10:50Speaker 1: What are y'all talk? I know it's just a delay again.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Do it again? Do it again? No, no, no, you
- 10:57Speaker 1: know what you're nothing to do is jump on it
- 10:59Speaker 1: like can't Yeah, thank you, man, I appreciate that time
- 11:08Speaker 1: to time, big dog and dog I'm in the fielding, Yeah,
- 11:12Speaker 1: black people. Something Now you're gonna jump on me like
- 11:14Speaker 1: you can now do it again and do it again?
- 11:17Speaker 1: Your hell army here, huh. We can't go back. But
- 11:22Speaker 1: it is a little bit. I don't know what that is. Hey, man,
- 11:25Speaker 1: you know something it is? I hear it. It is
- 11:29Speaker 1: it really, But you know what, y'all. You know this
- 11:31Speaker 1: impeachment thing. Do you all think he's going to be impeached.
- 11:38Speaker 1: I think he's going to be impeached, but you're not
- 11:40Speaker 1: going to It's not gonna pass I'm not gonna pass it.
- 11:44Speaker 1: He's not gonna go anywhere. Yeah, he's gonna be charged
- 11:47Speaker 1: with a crime while he's in office, but yeah, kicking
- 11:50Speaker 1: him out altogether. At it. It's not going anywhere. We're
- 11:54Speaker 1: just doing They're just doing something. That's all that. So
- 11:56Speaker 1: you don't think it's gonna get past the Senate. No,
- 11:59Speaker 1: I know not. I do not because it's Republican control,
- 12:02Speaker 1: because it's so obvious it really is. It's just that
- 12:06Speaker 1: they are just lying. Yeah, they are lying that he's
- 12:13Speaker 1: done nothing wrong, nothing wrong. You just a damn lie.
- 12:17Speaker 1: You violated, and you asked a foreign entity to look
- 12:22Speaker 1: into our elections. Over here, we got all that I liked.
- 12:31Speaker 1: I like the way they ride or die together. They
- 12:36Speaker 1: go do Republicans is together. They titled a drum and
- 12:39Speaker 1: I want us as black people to do the same
- 12:41Speaker 1: damn thing. Let's ride together with whatever we do. If
- 12:45Speaker 1: we can get that tight like that, that's drum type
- 12:49Speaker 1: right there, partner, yea, they not. They're not dropping the
- 12:52Speaker 1: ball on each other at all. They all one upset.
- 12:54Speaker 1: They all upset. I don't know what the cost is.
- 12:57Speaker 1: It's back. It's bad. I don't control what they're doing, right,
- 13:02Speaker 1: I don't know that. I want us to be so
- 13:05Speaker 1: tight when we have an issue that's so wrong. Yeah,
- 13:10Speaker 1: when you're wrong, you know, us to be together on something, right,
- 13:14Speaker 1: I agree, But this stuff they do, it is just
- 13:18Speaker 1: a damn Yeah. It's blatantly wrong, and they're just the
- 13:22Speaker 1: opposite of how they were when Clinton was being in peace.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Oh off with his head? Yeah, next too, all right?

- 23:22Speaker 1: is who he has listed for a contact when he's
- 23:24Speaker 1: when uh, when it's an emergency contact or something happens.

- 23:31Speaker 1: nixed that up somehow that he wouldn't have put no,
- 23:33Speaker 1: no damn, Janet says his wife. I'm his wife. Feel it?
- 23:36Speaker 1: So I don't know who who messed up? But that

- 25:39Speaker 1: gonna be some full blown going down. So your best
- 25:42Speaker 1: just make sure I get that. This is a bunch
- 25:44Speaker 1: of bulls, but it's gonna m when I'll get down

- 29:12Speaker 1: thank you, Nephew Entertainment and National News right after this,
- 29:16Speaker 1: you're listening to show. All right, this is a story
- 29:22Speaker 1: that's gonna make everyone mad and and very upset. It's
- 29:26Speaker 1: the story about George Zimmerman. I mean, everybody's outraged about
- 29:31Speaker 1: this situation. George Zimmerman is going after Trayvon Martin's family.
- 29:36Speaker 1: He's claiming they defamed him and created a conspiracy in
- 29:41Speaker 1: an attempt to convict him of murder. Zimmerman suing Trayvon's
- 29:46Speaker 1: parents along with prosecutors and a book publisher for a
- 29:50Speaker 1: total of get this figure, Steve one hundred million dollars
- 29:55Speaker 1: in damages. Can you believe that you killed a young man? Yeah,
- 30:01Speaker 1: you're not getting anything. You're not getting anything, not nothing,
- 30:09Speaker 1: you know, because your life suffer him and killed him. Yeah,
- 30:13Speaker 1: now his life is suffering. You could believe that it's
- 30:16Speaker 1: tragic that he didn't do jail time, but his life
- 30:18Speaker 1: is suffering now. He wants to be compensated for that.
- 30:24Speaker 1: He gonna keep on, He gonna keep on. All all
- 30:30Speaker 1: he's doing is worsening it for himself. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 30:34Speaker 1: he was acquitted. We can go out of his ass though,
- 30:38Speaker 1: when we gonna do this, when we gonna unite and
- 30:42Speaker 1: whoop his name. All he needs time is just go
- 30:45Speaker 1: to jail. That's all he needs. Just go to jail
- 30:49Speaker 1: man and can't postpone. Let's just need him in that
- 30:51Speaker 1: two weeks. Yeah, yeah, he he, he's gonna make it
- 30:58Speaker 1: a week. He just needed to be in there for
- 31:00Speaker 1: about four days. Man, where they can just and they
- 31:04Speaker 1: can and they can just touch you. It's all you need.
- 31:06Speaker 1: You ain't even got to worry. Toot me. Another case
- 31:09Speaker 1: where we you know, the evidence looks so clear, and
- 31:13Speaker 1: you know, once you get in front of that jury
- 31:15Speaker 1: in that courtroom, it's something totally different. Beyout that jury
- 31:20Speaker 1: of your peers, and you know something that it kind
- 31:23Speaker 1: of leads to. All goals back to this constitution and
- 31:26Speaker 1: all this and these orders and state law. Stay in
- 31:29Speaker 1: your ground and all this. If he had never walked
- 31:31Speaker 1: out his house to pursue this young man, shell Man
- 31:35Speaker 1: will still be living his life. Yeah. But you know
- 31:38Speaker 1: something I was you. I was having a conversation today
- 31:43Speaker 1: with this guy who happened to be white, and we
- 31:47Speaker 1: were talking about President Trump. And he said to me, Steve,
- 31:52Speaker 1: the point you're missing is our forefathers set this. I said, no, no,
- 31:58Speaker 1: who you're talking to man. He so, I'm talking to you.
- 32:00Speaker 1: You're an American, our forefathers. I said, no, your forefathers,
- 32:05Speaker 1: your forefathers are not my father He said, you're an American.
- 32:09Speaker 1: Our forefathers set forth to constitute I said, look, man,
- 32:12Speaker 1: listen to me carefully. Those are not my forefathers. Those
- 32:17Speaker 1: were your forefathers. My forefathers were slaves. Your forefathers fought
- 32:25Speaker 1: Overhill saw the Fourth, Your slave owners, the forefathers of
- 32:31Speaker 1: the United States of America, are not my forefathers. So
- 32:35Speaker 1: quit trying to put me in this like like I
- 32:38Speaker 1: have some loyalty to these people who were slave owners.
- 32:42Speaker 1: My forefathers were slaves. You know what he said to me,
- 32:47Speaker 1: He said, oh my god, I never looked at it
- 32:49Speaker 1: that way. Problem, I've never been able to look at
- 32:57Speaker 1: it any other way right, supposed to look at it.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I was just sitting to men, just listening to this
- 33:04Speaker 1: dude talk our forefathers. No man, listen to me, then
- 33:08Speaker 1: your full fathers, I'm not mine, does not get out
- 33:13Speaker 1: of my face. Four conversation. If he hadn't understood that
- 33:20Speaker 1: point right there, he was gonna turn it today. All right. Listen.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Speaking of turning, we're gonna get caught up on today's headlines,
- 33:29Speaker 1: the impeachment hearings, all of that. Steve, take it away,
- 33:33Speaker 1: ladies and gentlemen. Miss Anne Trump, thank you, thank you
- 33:36Speaker 1: very much, and let's go. Members of the House Judiciary
- 33:38Speaker 1: Committee question four constitutional scholars yesterday on what and are
- 33:43Speaker 1: whatnot impeachable offenses as they relate, of course, in this instance,
- 33:47Speaker 1: to President Trump's alleged actions with Ukraine, supposedly designed to
- 33:51Speaker 1: hurt Vice President Joe Biden and his son. Committee chair
- 33:54Speaker 1: Jerald Nadler says the president's refusal to cooperate with Congressional
- 33:57Speaker 1: investigators is simply borne out of the fact that he
- 34:00Speaker 1: got caught. When Congress found out about this scheme and
- 34:03Speaker 1: began to investigate. President Trump took extraordinary and unprecedented steps
- 34:09Speaker 1: to cover up his efforts and to withhold evidence from
- 34:12Speaker 1: the investigators. Sell our Trump's actions impeachable offenses, while Stanford
- 34:17Speaker 1: University law professor Pamela Carlins response to the committee was
- 34:20Speaker 1: he dawned touting. It shows a president who delayed meeting
- 34:23Speaker 1: a foreign leader and providing assistance that Congress and his
- 34:26Speaker 1: own advisors agreed serves our national interest in promoting democracy
- 34:31Speaker 1: and in limiting Russian aggression. It shows a president who
- 34:35Speaker 1: did this to strong arm a foreign leader into smearing
- 34:37Speaker 1: one of the president's opponents in our ongoing election season.
- 34:41Speaker 1: That's not politics as usual, at least not in the
- 34:44Speaker 1: United States, or not in any mature democracy. It is
- 34:47Speaker 1: instead a cardinal reason why the Constitution contains an impeachment power.
- 34:52Speaker 1: A president should resist foreign inter inference in our elections,
- 34:56Speaker 1: not demand it, and not welcome it. If we are
- 34:59Speaker 1: to keep faith with our constitution and with our republic,
- 35:03Speaker 1: President Trump must be held to account. Now. Republicans insist
- 35:07Speaker 1: that the impeachment probe is a sham. They used that
- 35:09Speaker 1: word very often yesterday. All of them said, owe is sham,
- 35:11Speaker 1: sham sham. By the way, the president had planned to
- 35:14Speaker 1: host a NATO press conference today in London, but he
- 35:17Speaker 1: canceled at the last minute when Canadian Prime Minister Justin
- 35:20Speaker 1: Trudeau was caught on an open mic making fun of them,
- 35:23Speaker 1: making fun of the President. To French leader Emmanuel Macron,
- 35:27Speaker 1: they were making fun of President Trump and they caught
- 35:29Speaker 1: him on open Mike Trump now calls Trudeau to face
- 35:33Speaker 1: This one's out of the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You
- 35:34Speaker 1: gotta be kid in file, believe it or not. Infamous
- 35:37Speaker 1: neighborhood watchman George Zimman in the news again, the man
- 35:40Speaker 1: acquitted of murdering Trayvon Martin, suing the parents of his
- 35:43Speaker 1: innocent victim and their attorney, and what looks to many
- 35:46Speaker 1: observers as a way of getting his name in the
- 35:47Speaker 1: papers again. Zimman's lawyer dropped a one hundred million dollars
- 35:50Speaker 1: suit yesterday claiming malicious prosecution. Defamation. Attorney Benjamin Crump calls
- 35:55Speaker 1: to want to be Cops sued a shameless attempt to
- 35:57Speaker 1: profit off the lives and grees of others. Jim And
- 36:00Speaker 1: jumped on the unarmed black teenager in February twenty twelve
- 36:03Speaker 1: after claiming he looked suspicious, killed him when he lost
- 36:06Speaker 1: the fight that he started in a mostly white, all
- 36:09Speaker 1: female jury. Let him go. Today's National Bathtub Party Day.
- 36:14Speaker 1: That's my Rubbert Jucky. Now back to the Steve Harvey
- 36:16Speaker 1: Morning Show. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right,
- 36:21Speaker 1: so our resident poets. Oh yeah, Junior in the building,
- 36:26Speaker 1: Yeah right now, Oh yeah, who's Christmas time? Baby? Christmas time?
- 36:34Speaker 1: And it's a time that a lot of people break
- 36:36Speaker 1: it up, but they really don't know how to say
- 36:39Speaker 1: it to the other person. So I thought we mighty
- 36:41Speaker 1: was just fan in poel. It's the best way to
- 36:44Speaker 1: do it, Just say it in poem. He'd go one
- 36:46Speaker 1: right here time, he's all Christmas break up poems. All
- 36:49Speaker 1: of these here we go mistletoe. Mistletoe is what we
- 36:55Speaker 1: wants kiss become this Christmas. These lifts you go, miss,
- 36:59Speaker 1: and that I and all merry Christmas. That's how you
- 37:06Speaker 1: up right, he got was a lot of times. You
- 37:09Speaker 1: ain't gott a waste a lot of time, this saying
- 37:11Speaker 1: just like that missing toad, Missing toad is where we
- 37:15Speaker 1: was kissed, become this Christmas. These lets you go miss
- 37:18Speaker 1: and then ain't all merry Christmas? Getting better yeabody down,
- 37:26Speaker 1: he got another one time he got another one. Frosty,
- 37:30Speaker 1: frosty like your attitude has been But when you try
- 37:33Speaker 1: your key tonight, it won't let you win. Merry Christmas, Breastmas. Yeah,
- 37:43Speaker 1: you're getting better relationships. We got time to argue all
- 37:47Speaker 1: night long. No, no, just say this. The relationship is
- 37:50Speaker 1: over because you've been messing with my weed. You even
- 37:53Speaker 1: smoked three bridges off my Christmas tree. You got to
- 37:56Speaker 1: go marry Christmas tree. Yeah, y'all ask how you put
- 38:02Speaker 1: down there and smoke three branches off the tree. No,
- 38:05Speaker 1: we don't need I like this, but this this would
- 38:08Speaker 1: hit me about one thirty in the morning, about one
- 38:10Speaker 1: third in the morning, came to me, hide you haul
- 38:14Speaker 1: may flower or even two guys and a truck. Their
- 38:18Speaker 1: numbers are on the counter, and I wish you good
- 38:20Speaker 1: luck Marry Christmas. That's my favorite. That's my man. Christmas
- 38:28Speaker 1: spouts you to know. How about you get for you
- 38:31Speaker 1: haul you may flower or even two guys in the truck.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Their numbers are on the counter, and I wish you
- 38:36Speaker 1: good luck Marry Christmas. Yeah, I think I might do
- 38:46Speaker 1: that shirt just a break up Christmas call. I like
- 38:49Speaker 1: them Okay, here we go. All right, twas the night
- 38:52Speaker 1: before Christmas. Please try to be gone because I'm getting
- 38:57Speaker 1: my life together and I'm moving on Bible. Merry Christmas, Christmas,
- 39:04Speaker 1: said Merry Christmas. Yea yeah, piggle las one. I wrote this.
- 39:10Speaker 1: It said the gingerbread man to the gingerbread lady. This
- 39:15Speaker 1: relationship is over because you've been asked, shady, who ho home?
- 39:19Speaker 1: Merry Christmas? Steady, that's not you. Break up. We're not
- 39:26Speaker 1: eating a lot of words. Yank you coming up in
- 39:31Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hours. Cycling fitness brand Peloton
- 39:36Speaker 1: Bike has responded to the backlash over their holiday commercial.
- 39:39Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening to
- 39:45Speaker 1: so Cycling fitness brand Peloton issued a statement to CNBC.
- 39:50Speaker 1: A spokesperson says the company was disappointed and how some
- 39:54Speaker 1: have misinterpreted their commercial. The ad has a wife taking
- 39:58Speaker 1: a selfie video as she died, documents the highs and
- 40:00Speaker 1: lows of her fitness journey, a year after her husband
- 40:03Speaker 1: gifted her the Peloton workout bike for Christmas. While the
- 40:07Speaker 1: commercial caused an uproar of negative feedback online, people were
- 40:11Speaker 1: criticizing the ad for many reasons including what they saw
- 40:15Speaker 1: as a possible sexist message. The trending story was featured
- 40:18Speaker 1: on Inside Edition Take a Listen. Online reaction has been
- 40:22Speaker 1: swift and overwhelmingly negative. Message received. Ladies, exercise harder, be
- 40:28Speaker 1: thinner for your man and then thank him for it.
- 40:30Speaker 1: And this, the one hundred and sixteen pound woman's yearlong
- 40:34Speaker 1: fitness journey to becoming a one hundred and twelve pound
- 40:37Speaker 1: woman is just ridiculous. Come on, m she was one
- 40:42Speaker 1: hundred and sixteen pounds. She was real, very slam She
- 40:50Speaker 1: was a thin woman in the commercial ad. So wow,
- 40:54Speaker 1: that's the backlash. That's that's amazing. Cost to day on
- 40:57Speaker 1: my show, we had to the time people on it,
- 41:01Speaker 1: or just one the lady that does the instructional classes.
- 41:05Speaker 1: H yeah, the one lady. Yes, she was our guest.
- 41:09Speaker 1: She's actually she had an incredible story about that has
- 41:12Speaker 1: nothing to do about that ad. She just had an
- 41:15Speaker 1: incredible story. She was a lawyer, she was out of shape.
- 41:20Speaker 1: She bought some sneakers to do to walk around her block.
- 41:24Speaker 1: She walked around her block. Then she decided to run
- 41:26Speaker 1: to the corner back. Just recently, she ran five marathons
- 41:35Speaker 1: in five days. Back to wow. Ran five in five days.
- 41:47Speaker 1: She had to cut her shoes open in the front
- 41:49Speaker 1: of her feet had swollen so bad. Yeah, you know
- 41:57Speaker 1: what I did, Seeth, I kept running. That's what successful
- 42:01Speaker 1: people do, and right along with the people. I could
- 42:06Speaker 1: run later, but she started off slowly though. You see
- 42:14Speaker 1: that she walked. Yeah, she walked. I'll tell you what ran. Yeah.
- 42:20Speaker 1: They're just getting a lot of backlash behind this commercial.
- 42:24Speaker 1: The woman was thin, and you know everybody's saying, well, yeah,
- 42:28Speaker 1: you know you're thin already and need you lose weight?
- 42:32Speaker 1: And then you know your husband together wasn't a good idea. Yeah,
- 42:41Speaker 1: the stock has dropped, um really because of the backlash. Yeah,
- 42:48Speaker 1: so so Steve, that brings me to this, ok Um,
- 42:51Speaker 1: you always have such a good advice and good suggestions
- 42:55Speaker 1: for guys to buy their wives or their significant others.
- 42:59Speaker 1: You know, for Christmas, we probably won't be a pelotonke
- 43:12Speaker 1: it worse was I was going to suggest that, Uh,
- 43:19Speaker 1: it's a lot of different ways to go. Here's what
- 43:22Speaker 1: to deal. The rule of thumb, though, Fellas is for Christmas,
- 43:25Speaker 1: birthdays and anniversaries, you have to buy your woman something
- 43:28Speaker 1: that she can use personally. It's for her personally. It
- 43:34Speaker 1: can't be a household appliance. It can't be a vacuum cleaner.
- 43:38Speaker 1: It can't be a flash screen TV that the whole
- 43:41Speaker 1: crowd or the TV family consider around look at. Has

- 46:32Speaker 1: If I made this up, man, I made this up.
- 46:34Speaker 1: Get the second time you ask me where I get
- 46:36Speaker 1: here from? What are you trying to? Here? Go the
- 46:38Speaker 1: real deal, dog, the same thing you got if you
- 46:42Speaker 1: come four streets over. I got the same thing in

- 55:49Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you here. It
- 55:52Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Subject. My husband had two affairs
- 55:56Speaker 1: and three kids. Who Dear Stephen Shirley I have the
- 56:00Speaker 1: married for thirteen years, and six years ago my husband
- 56:04Speaker 1: cheated on me and had a child by the lady
- 56:07Speaker 1: he had an affair with. I had a hard time
- 56:10Speaker 1: getting past this, but I did. We went to counseling,
- 56:15Speaker 1: and now I have a sweet stepdaughter. To spoil that
- 56:19Speaker 1: happiness lasted a short period of time, because three years later,
- 56:24Speaker 1: my husband cheated again. You all got to get ready
- 56:28Speaker 1: for this one. He had an affair. He cheated again.
- 56:32Speaker 1: But get ready for this one. Okay, get your mind's right.
- 56:35Speaker 1: He had an affair with my dad's wife, my stepmom,
- 56:43Speaker 1: and he got my stepmom pregnant. You get ready, I warned, you.
- 56:49Speaker 1: Get ready for yes, yes, yes. Three years later, after
- 56:55Speaker 1: he had had his first affair and a child and
- 56:57Speaker 1: all that, he cheated again. He had an affair with
- 57:01Speaker 1: my dad's wife, my stepmom, and he got my stepmom pregnant.
- 57:09Speaker 1: All right, Wait, wait there's more. Wait there's more. Yeah,
- 57:14Speaker 1: there's more, Yeah, there's more. She had twins. She had twins,
- 57:24Speaker 1: and we had no idea about the affair until last year.
- 57:28Speaker 1: My husband and I planned a vacation with my stepdaughter,
- 57:31Speaker 1: and my stepmom wanted us to take her twins with us.
- 57:37Speaker 1: We were all on FaceTime, a FaceTime call when my
- 57:41Speaker 1: stepmom asked us to take the twins with us. I
- 57:44Speaker 1: told her that three small children would be too hard
- 57:47Speaker 1: to handle and would basically ruin our vacation. She said
- 57:52Speaker 1: that my husband should want to be with all of
- 57:55Speaker 1: his children on vacation. How, Steve, how people think we
- 58:00Speaker 1: make these letters up? How? Why do they ask us that? No?
- 58:07Speaker 1: My husband looks very nervous, and I was confused. My
- 58:12Speaker 1: stepmom blurted out that the twins are my stepchildren, not
- 58:16Speaker 1: my brothers. My husband moved out of our house that night,
- 58:20Speaker 1: and we've been separated for almost a year. He was
- 58:24Speaker 1: my best friend since we were twelve years old and
- 58:27Speaker 1: my first everything. I love this man, despite how much
- 58:32Speaker 1: he has hurt me. Of course, he wants to come
- 58:35Speaker 1: back and swears he's got himself together now, but I'm
- 58:38Speaker 1: still doubtful. I want to have children, and I want
- 58:42Speaker 1: them to be with my husband. I don't want any
- 58:46Speaker 1: one else. I don't have low self esteem, and I
- 58:50Speaker 1: know I can do better than him, but I want
- 58:54Speaker 1: him back so badly. Do you think I'll ever be
- 58:58Speaker 1: able to trust him again? Or is he a habitual cheater,
- 59:02Speaker 1: and I need to let him go. Okay, you know
- 59:05Speaker 1: you already know the answer to all these questions. Yes, yes, yes,
- 59:10Speaker 1: you need to let him go. And you know you
- 59:13Speaker 1: can do better than him, but you're still stuck and
- 59:16Speaker 1: you're not doing better than him. You want him back
- 59:19Speaker 1: so badly, you love him so much, but you can't
- 59:23Speaker 1: say the same for him. He has cheated on you,
- 59:27Speaker 1: he has had children on you. He has been out
- 59:29Speaker 1: there just wraw no protection. He could have endangered your life.
- 59:34Speaker 1: He did endanger your life, and the way you found
- 59:38Speaker 1: out about the twins is just despicable. In my book,
- 59:43Speaker 1: you ask, is the trust gone? Yeah, the trust is gone,
- 59:47Speaker 1: and you should be too. You should be gone, okay
- 59:51Speaker 1: from this, this, this situation. This man has no respect
- 59:55Speaker 1: for you, He has no love for you. I don't
- 59:58Speaker 1: care what he says. I don't here. Look what he
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: did with his with your dad's wife, your stepmom. Come on, lady,
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: get it together now. You don't need to be in
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: this situation. All right, that's it. We're gonna have part
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: two of the Strawberry Letter coming up. Stevel Uh jumping
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: here and it's crazy and give his response. This is
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: the craziest of crazies. All right, we'll have part two
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: coming up and Steve's response as well, coming up at
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: twenty three minutes after the hour's subject for today of
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: this Strawberry letter, my husband had two affairs and three kids.
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: We'll be back right after this. You're listening to show,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: all right, Come on, Steve, let's recap the strawberry letter
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: subject my husband had two affairs and three kids. Lord,
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: didn't you married this man who cheated on her? Had
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: a child about his lady than he had to fare
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: with ladies? Say she had a hard time getting past it,
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: but she did. We're to counseling, and now I have
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: a sweet step daughter to spoil. Y'all must have really
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: been in some good ass county. Man. I don't know
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: how a sweet step daughter to spoil. Kudos to your counseling.
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: And could we please have their name because obviously this
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: person is a miracle worker. Yeah, all right, that happened
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: is lasted a short period of time because three years later,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: my dad's wife, my note, three years later, your husband
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: cheated again. He had an affair with your daddy's wife,
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: your step mama, and he got your stepmama pregnant, she
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: had twins, and then it was crazy. Was y'all had
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: no idea about the fan to last year because you
- 1:01:55Speaker 1: and your husband was going on vacation with your stepdaughter,
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: that's the one he created outside to marry, and your
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: stepma wanted us to take her twins with us. Whoa
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: they probably two or something like that. You don't want
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: them damn kids with you. I told her that three
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: small children be too hard to handle them and out
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: of basically ruin our vacation. Wow, well, she said, your
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: husband ought to want to be with all his children
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: on vacation. That's how she found God. Now her husband
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: is looking very nervous. De nevers ain't the word. Boy,
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: he was looking crazy? God had I was confused, my
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: stepmm blurted out. At this point, she said that the
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: twins are your stepchildren, not your brothers. Who heartless? Your
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: husband moved out your house that night. Well he had
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: to go. You was cussing him out. Now we've been
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: separated for almost year. Here a part where women lose me.
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: He was my best friend since we was twelve, and
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: my first everything. I loved this man, despite how much
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: he has hurt me. No which it skipped to hurt you.
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: What he's done to you, how he's treated you. Of
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: course he wants to come back as squares. He's got
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: himself together now, I guess he do. He made all
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: the damn kids, But I'm still doubtful. I want to
- 1:03:35Speaker 1: have children. You already got kids. Stop stop saying that one.
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: I want to have children. You already got kids, and
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: I want them to be with my husband. Well so
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: do other women. They want babies by your husband too,
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: and they got him at least we know he furtile,
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: So you you got a chance. I don't want anyone else.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: Well he do, and I don't have low self esteem?
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: What do you call it? Did? I call it earthworm esteem?
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: And I know I could do better than him. Wait
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: a minute, you don't have little self steam. You know
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: you can do better than him. What you want? Do
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: you think I'll be able to trust him again? Wait
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: a minute, trust him with Remember when y'all went to
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: counseling and you ended up with a beautiful step daughter
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: to spoil. Remember that that you trusted him again? Then
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: right right? And you see what he did slept with
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: your damn daddy's wife? Or is he a habitual cheatah,
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: and I need to let him go. I don't know
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: if he's an habitual cheaterah, but he do cheat a lie.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: He not only cheat, he come home with everdence. Yeah yeah,
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: he out here making babies. Oh lordy, that's how stupid
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: he is. So lady, I don't know what you're gonna do.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: You can stay there and run the chance he gonna
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: might have another baby. You know, he doesn't do protection,
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: no at all. What the what the twins supposed to
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: call him brother daddy because they've been his brother and
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: his daddy, right, well, you know that. I don't know.
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: Tell me it's so ugly, you know, damn fair with
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: the baby, that's one thing. Then you sleep with this
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: girl's daddy's wife, her stepmother, man. And the way she
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: told her that the kids were his How cold and heartless? Man?
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Oh she was waiting on the moment. Yeah yeah, because
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: her old ass, them twins is wearing her old ass out.
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: You know, take these babies on vacation with you? We
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: are you taking all them kids? It'll make it a
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: kill our vacation. What you mean all them kids? These
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: your kids? These is not your brothers. That's that's this
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: might be one of the craziest ones out of here,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: I think. I know. Yeah, it's definitely in the top
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: This in the top five, it's in the top three.
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: You got a headache? Yeah? Oh my god? All right,
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: well listen, um, I hope you get out. Please post
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve Harvey FM
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: on Instagram and Facebook. Please don't forget to check out
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: the Strawberry Letter podcast too, on demand now coming up
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: at forty six after the hour from the Talk Our Girls,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Cheryl Underwood. Right after this. You're listening, all right, Steve,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: she is here, introduced our girl from the Talk Ladies,
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: legitimate She under the Wood. Listen to me. I told
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: you to introduce me Steve Harvey as Junior's future girlfriends.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: I answer nothing, okay, thank you girl. Hey, Shirley Scrawberry,
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: how you do. Hey, I'm on my way to Atlanta.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: I will be performing Me and Mike Washington Friday and
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: Saturday the Uptown Comedy Club. But I'm also going to
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: be in a meeting at the Southern Christian Leadership Conference
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: headquarters with Doctor Still and revnd Johnson, the head of
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: the NAACP and Doctor Still head of the SELC. We
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: got something big. We want to make sure people are voting.
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: We want to make sure people are feeling out their
- 1:07:56Speaker 1: census forms. We got some big We're gonna have to
- 1:07:59Speaker 1: preserve our democracy, one voter at a time. And let
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: me tell you why this support. Oh also, don't forget
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: I'll be on Sucical Circle too. I got to promote
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: my gig and what we're gonna do in the community.
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: And I'll be at the CBS affiliate in Atlanta. Why
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: am I telling you this. I want you to watch
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: me and listen to me on all Atlanta TV and
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: radio because if you're watching this impeachment stuff and you
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: see clearly what's going on, if you read in the
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: Federalist papers that they put things in place that would
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: go into the Constitution that they did not want bribery,
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: they did not want distortion of the office for a
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: personal mean. But we know that the Republicans are not
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: gonna do the right thing. Why because Trump is flying
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: them all over the place. And this has nothing to
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: do with anybody but my opinion. He's flying them all
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: over the place, He's paying for stuff. And then they say, well,
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: we ain't gonna do nothing. Well, you're not gonna present
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: any witness to defend him because you can't defend what happened,
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: And don't say had it been because it wouldn't have
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: never been a press Obama, never in life, so you
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: can't say had it been. This dude is called This
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: ain't about having sex with no intern. This ain't about
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: none of that. This is about the fact that they
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: got this dude dad to write on obstruction. That's what
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi was going when he told them, don't go
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: to testify, got him an obstruction. I need the Democrats
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: to do what they're gonna do in the House and
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: let it come to the Senate, and what's gonna happen.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: We will remember that you did not do the right
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: thing and uphold the constitution. We will remember that in
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: every election, and then we will remember when it's time
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: for us to get a president and a vice president
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: that really is going to uphold the Constitution of the
- 1:09:43Speaker 1: United States and bring back the dignity otherwise. Did I
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: go too far? Julian? Did I do? I sound like
- 1:09:50Speaker 1: I could be your booth thing? Thank you? Hey? Why
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: were not watching them? Excuse me? Why is we not
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: watching the impeachment. Hearing to gather Junior in the hot top,
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Tommy trying to get going up at the top of
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: the hour, Carla's Reality Update. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Let's get ready, ladies and gentlemen.
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: It is that time. Colin Farrell with what reality update?
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew. Okay, Real Housewives of Atlanta,
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: let's talk about it, okay. So Kenya opened up to
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: Candy about her marriage troubles with her husband Mark. You know,
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: she's Kenya's having some issues, and she said that she
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: and her husband they haven't been intimate in a while,
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: in a while. Yeah, I get over there. He's not.
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: Um would you say, Junior, I need to get over there?
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: What you need to get over to? Where in music?
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: Come on? Did touch me on? No? Why? Oh? That's
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: what she told. That's what Kenya told, uh Candy, And
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: Candy told Kenya when she was pregnant that she, you know,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: she had issues with her sex life with her husband
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: Todd as well. Kenya said she was on her anniversary
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: trip alone because her husband Mark didn't want to hire
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: a nanny, so Kenya took the baby on her anniversary trip,
- 1:11:36Speaker 1: her wedding anniversary trip. This is really really crazy. And
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: then Kenya talked to Candy about the arguments that she
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: is having her husband, and one of the producers asked Kenya,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: they said, so what kind of tone? How does Mark
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: talk to you? And she said she didn't want to
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: get into that. She answered the producer and said, I
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: don't want to get into that. I don't want to
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: speak speak about that again. So Kenya is really really
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: going through it. So we'll see how this plays out,
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: you know, on the show. Then the ladies went over
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: to Cynthia's house for her annual Bailey Barbecue event and
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: then child let me tell you, Kenya got into it
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: with Eva. Then Kenya and Cynthia exchange words. Then Eva
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: and Marlowe got into it, and then Eva left because
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: she said, I'm pregnant and I can't have all that
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: negative energy around her, So she left. And then Portia
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: she is going through therapy because you know, she's dealing
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: with the fact that she found out that her fiance
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: and her baby daddy cheated on her. Dennis he cheated
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: on her while she was pregnant. So but when you
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: watch watch what Happens Live recently. This week, Portia told
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: Andy Cohen that she and Dennis they are re engaged,
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: so they're trying to work it out and trying to
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: get their family back together. So I'll keep watching Real
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: Housewives Atlanta. It's a lot, right, It's a lot to
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: take in digest. Yes, it is, and I will keep
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: you posted. Would you say, Steve, I just said, man,
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: it's just too much, man. But you know what you
- 1:13:10Speaker 1: get on these reality shows. You can't solve your problems
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: within your house without it being exposed to the public.
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: So that's what's really tough for them too, these marriages.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: At that Carla Ninie is you know, being Ninie. She refused,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: you know, to apologize to Cynthia, and Marlow was encouraging
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: her to work on that friendship, and you know her
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: Ninie is, she's you know, she's standing in her ground
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: about that because she said, there's another side to Cynthia
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: that you know everybody doesn't see. So keep you posted
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: on that. Let me move on quickly, for we run
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: out of time. There is a show that I love
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: and it's called Ready to Love, and it's what show
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: right there? I heard a little something something and something
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: tell me about it. Yes, it's hosted by nephew Tommy,
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: and they are just putting it all out there. On
- 1:14:01Speaker 1: the latest episode, Tommy, you sent the couples on a
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: retreat to the mountains and a lot. What's going on
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: in this cabinet into cabin Yeah, yeah, So we are
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: narrowing down these couples, Brent and Alexis and London. He
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: can't make a decision between the vine and and and Alexis.
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: So there's a lot of Shima and Darren, Mario and Tondi.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: There is a lot going on. So what can you
- 1:14:28Speaker 1: tell me? Wait till you get to the reunion. Reunion,
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: get to the reunion, it explodes, explodes. All right, we'll
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: be watching. Make sure you check out Ready to Love
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: Saturday Night on the Own Network, hosted by this guy
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: right here sitting next to me, nephew Tommy. So what
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: time to come on Tommy ten nine, Easter nine. That's it?
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: All right? You can hit me up at lip Spark
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: Carlo on social media and we'll talk about it more
- 1:14:57Speaker 1: at Lipspark Carla. All right, we'll be back at twenty
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: after you're listening. All right. Some trending sports news. Here's
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: Junior with the latest little quick sports talk for you.
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: Come on, Junior. Oh yeah, man, big news in the NFL. Um. First,
- 1:15:14Speaker 1: in the NFL, Ron Rivera, the head coach of the
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: Carolina Panthers, was fired yesterday. Um. He had been on
- 1:15:19Speaker 1: the job for ninety years. I think they let him
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: go for the losses and some of the outfits. Cam
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: was weighing that have something to do with it. Vegan
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: us look bad and we lose it. Yeah, so man,
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: Ron Rivera, Man, Riverboat Ron is out in Carolina. The
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: secondary coach. Yeah, man, they let the secondary coach to
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: become an interim coach, and um, we'll see what happens
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: with that. But in the NBA, man, this was crazy.
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: The Houston Rockets lost the game to the Sanatio Spurs
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: the other night, right, and we all saw James Harden
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: dunked the ball, but the officials didn't count it because
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: the ball went back through the hoop came back out. Yeah,
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: he does that, hit the flow and went right back
- 1:16:03Speaker 1: over and they took the two points. And the Rockets
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: ended up losing by one in double overtime. Overtime. Good lord,
- 1:16:13Speaker 1: they're talking about redoing this game. That we got you
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: early in the season to redo a game. It doesn't
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: make that don't make sense. But that's the impact of
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: a basket man. These officials can miss a call and
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: it costs your team the game. But I'm not redoing
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: the game. I don't care. They getting paid some more
- 1:16:33Speaker 1: for another game. You get another you make per game game.

- 1:20:13Speaker 1: a touching email from a listener in Houston, Texas. She says,
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: my name is Hiawatha Henry, and I work for the
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: Houston Public Library. I work with those experiencing homelessness, and
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: I just wanted to thank you for your encouraging words.
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: Every Wednesday at the Downtown Houston Public Library, I have
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: a movie program and during this program, I screen movies

- 1:20:48Speaker 1: them with clothing, shelter, job records, expungement, etc. Anyway, every
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: Wednesday at noon, right before the movie, I play Steve's
- 1:21:00Speaker 1: closing remarks from the show and other various videos. I
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: get up to two hundred people every week. They love
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: it and it has inspired them, especially when they feel lost, tired,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: and just don't know what to do. They really love
- 1:21:15Speaker 1: the video on Faith Street. I just would like to
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: say thanks and keep up the great work. I also
- 1:21:22Speaker 1: use this program to get people living on the streets
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: off the streets and into housing. It has been a
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: blessing to be able to do so. Steve. That's from
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: Hiawatha Henry Wow. I appreciate it. You know, sometimes you
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: know when you do your work, you don't know, you
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: just don't know. Yeah, I've been very fortunate in that
- 1:21:45Speaker 1: I hear from people from time to time, you know,
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: people walk up to me or leave a note for
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: me somewhere, and it's just encouraging, you know, and I
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: appreciate that, but you know, it's it's it's just become
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: a part of my mission in life to share information
- 1:22:01Speaker 1: and to try to be as encouraging as I can.
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: And even though I'm human and I have my flaws
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: and i have my days and all like that, but overall,
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: I'm on a journey, as is everybody, and I'm just
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: trying to do the best I can. So I do
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: appreciate it. Yeah, she appreciates you as well. Yeah, very encouraging.
- 1:22:21Speaker 1: It's just so touching to hear that because, just like
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: you said, you just do it and you just don't
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: know how it affects people. And here you are, this
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: this woman is doing God's work obviously, you know what

- 1:23:17Speaker 1: I know it's been a while since you told her,
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: but I think she was very gracious because it was
