- 0:00Speaker 1: Another day and no indictment of Donald Trump. The grand
- 0:05Speaker 1: jury was told to go home on Thursday or not
- 0:09Speaker 1: show up on Thursday, and they may not even be
- 0:13Speaker 1: meeting again until next week. We also know that people
- 0:19Speaker 1: are waiting for this watching, We know the media is there.
- 0:23Speaker 1: We know that they're still barricades up. We also been
- 0:26Speaker 1: told that Bragg has formally quote unquote refused to cooperate
- 0:31Speaker 1: with congressional investigation into him. Now, I'm gonna give you
- 0:35Speaker 1: that background real quick, and then i'm gonna move on
- 0:37Speaker 1: to Hunter Biden because we have some big breaking news
- 0:39Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden. Plus we also are going to be
- 0:41Speaker 1: joined by your Senator Bill Haggarty to give us an
- 0:45Speaker 1: update on what's happening with China and Russia. There are
- 0:48Speaker 1: three very big stories today, So let's we'll get through
- 0:51Speaker 1: this one with Trump, and then I'm gonna move on
- 0:53Speaker 1: this massive news on Hunter Biden. The Manhattan District Attorney
- 0:56Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg has quote formally refused to cooperate with a
- 1:00Speaker 1: House Republicans congressional investigation into unprecedented abuse of authority against
- 1:07Speaker 1: former President Donald Trump, upon the expectation the former president
- 1:11Speaker 1: would be arrested this week. In connection with Bragg's investigation.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Bragg denied quote providing testimony and documents to the top
- 1:23Speaker 1: House Republican leadership due to an unprecedented inquiry into a
- 1:28Speaker 1: pending quote local prosecution, he replied officially to the Republicans today. Now,
- 1:37Speaker 1: on Monday, the Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, the Oversight
- 1:42Speaker 1: Committee Chairman James Comer, and Administrative Committee Chairman Brian Steele,
- 1:47Speaker 1: all Republicans, demanded Bragg comply with the committee's requests for
- 1:52Speaker 1: the documents and testimony in anticipation of the possible indictment.
- 1:58Speaker 1: The anticipation was generated after Trump announced on Saturday that
- 2:03Speaker 1: he expected to be arrested in the coming days based
- 2:05Speaker 1: on illegal leaks from the Manhattan District Attorney's office, which
- 2:09Speaker 1: is investigating Trump's alleged role and hush money paid to
- 2:13Speaker 1: Stormy Daniels. Now, this is also backed up by just
- 2:17Speaker 1: being able to read the tea leaves right. New York
- 2:19Speaker 1: City has put all these police officers on uniform duty,
- 2:24Speaker 1: mandates everybody to be ready. They're also barricading around Trump Tower.
- 2:29Speaker 1: They're barricading at the courthouse where Donald Trump would be arranged.
- 2:34Speaker 1: So it's not crazy to think that this was going
- 2:37Speaker 1: to happen this week. There's some of the media that
- 2:39Speaker 1: are trying to say, oh, Donald Trump didn't get didn't
- 2:42Speaker 1: get arrested on Tuesday, like he said, So he's lying
- 2:47Speaker 1: about all this, right, he's making it up. I've seen
- 2:51Speaker 1: some reports on that If that was true, then you
- 2:54Speaker 1: wouldn't have the barricades showing up. You wouldn't have this,
- 2:59Speaker 1: you know, this District Attorney Bragg not convening right for
- 3:04Speaker 1: multiple days in a row, the grand jury, and you
- 3:07Speaker 1: wouldn't have the NYPD preparing for this. You also wouldn't
- 3:11Speaker 1: have Washington d C preparing and protecting in case Donald
- 3:17Speaker 1: Trump is indicted this week. Everything points to our government
- 3:23Speaker 1: and those around Bragg right pointing to an indictment. So
- 3:28Speaker 1: the idea that Donald Trump was crazy and just made
- 3:32Speaker 1: this story up, which is what some of the media
- 3:34Speaker 1: have now been pushing, is absurd. The barricades and everything
- 3:38Speaker 1: happening with our government from DC to New York is
- 3:42Speaker 1: proof they knew this was coming this week. Now if
- 3:45Speaker 1: they delayed it or people got to brag and try
- 3:48Speaker 1: to push Bragg to not indict Donald Trump, and that's
- 3:51Speaker 1: why they have not met the grand jury for the
- 3:54Speaker 1: last several days that could be part of it. Democrats
- 3:57Speaker 1: have been putting extreme pressure on Bragg this week to
- 4:02Speaker 1: not make this mistake. Now, this anticipation that the media
- 4:07Speaker 1: is now trying to say was maybe a Trump lie
- 4:09Speaker 1: made up all along again, fight back with that it's absurd.
- 4:14Speaker 1: The government wouldn't be reacting the way they are if
- 4:16Speaker 1: they didn't have insider information about what was about to
- 4:20Speaker 1: come down. Now, the letter only came just so you know,
- 4:24Speaker 1: to brag after Donald Trump created a false expectation that
- 4:29Speaker 1: he would be arrested the next day and his lawyer
- 4:32Speaker 1: reportedly urged you to intervene. Bragg replied to Republicans again,
- 4:38Speaker 1: he's now making things up. Neither fact is a legitimate
- 4:41Speaker 1: basis quote for a congressional inquiry. If that is true again,
- 4:46Speaker 1: this coming from the District Attorney of New York Bragg
- 4:49Speaker 1: and in emailing or responding to Jim Jordan, to James Comer, etc.
- 4:55Speaker 1: Claiming this is all Trump's fault, Then why is it
- 4:58Speaker 1: that everybody around you is preparing for a clear indictment?
- 5:03Speaker 1: Now the discal attorney is quote obliged by the federal
- 5:05Speaker 1: and state constitution to protect the independence of state law
- 5:09Speaker 1: enforcement functions from federal interference. He also went on to add,
- 5:14Speaker 1: now Bragg's response also comes to the Republicans of Ray's
- 5:17Speaker 1: concerning questions about Bragg's investigation. Was the Manhattan DA's office
- 5:23Speaker 1: in communication is one of the questions with adj about
- 5:27Speaker 1: their investigation of President Trump. Jim Jordan asked that question
- 5:31Speaker 1: a very important one. Was the Manhattan DA's office using
- 5:36Speaker 1: federal funds to investigate President Trump? Also a very important question.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I think we should hear from Alvin Braggs testimony before Congress.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I don't think there's any problem with that under oath
- 5:52Speaker 1: is what the Republican said about his vision and the
- 5:56Speaker 1: fact that this is widely political and just that we
- 6:00Speaker 1: are wanting to know what he is doing. Right, Was
- 6:03Speaker 1: this not pursued by federal courts and the fact that
- 6:06Speaker 1: the Department of Justice passed on this? Was that brought
- 6:09Speaker 1: up again another question that's being asked of Alan Bragg,
- 6:13Speaker 1: A normal question that should be asked of him. Now,
- 6:17Speaker 1: many legal experts, as we've covered on this show, including Democrats,
- 6:24Speaker 1: have said that they think this is an extremely difficult
- 6:30Speaker 1: and stretching to try to indict Donald Trump for what
- 6:34Speaker 1: they're trying to indict him for all. Right, before I
- 6:38Speaker 1: get into that, I want to talk to you real
- 6:40Speaker 1: quick about our friends over at Patriot Mobile. They are
- 6:43Speaker 1: now offering a performance guarantee. If you're not happy with
- 6:47Speaker 1: your coverage, you can switch between the three major carriers
- 6:50Speaker 1: four free. Yeah, Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative
- 6:55Speaker 1: wireless provider. They are for nationwide coverage on the best
- 6:59Speaker 1: G four and G five networks, the same network and
- 7:01Speaker 1: towers you're using right now. The difference is not only
- 7:05Speaker 1: do you get the same great quality that you're used to,
- 7:09Speaker 1: but they actually are a company that fights to preserve
- 7:12Speaker 1: or God given rights and freedoms. So this year resolved
- 7:17Speaker 1: to stop spending your money with companies that don't align
- 7:20Speaker 1: with your values. In fact, actually fight against what you
- 7:22Speaker 1: believe in. Switch to Patriot Mobile. You'll be supporting First
- 7:26Speaker 1: and Second Amendment groups, the rights of unborn children, and
- 7:29Speaker 1: even helping with adoptions. It is easy to switch. Call
- 7:33Speaker 1: them right now, or go online to Patriotmobile dot com
- 7:36Speaker 1: slash ferguson. That's Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson, or call
- 7:41Speaker 1: them eight seven eighth Patriot You're gonna get free activation
- 7:44Speaker 1: with the offer code Ferguson that's eight seven eight Patriot
- 7:48Speaker 1: or patriotmobile dot com slash Ferguson Now. Jonathan Turley, who
- 7:54Speaker 1: is the Shapiro Professor of Public Interest Law at George
- 7:57Speaker 1: Washington University, said, quote, the case is legally pathetic. It's
- 8:03Speaker 1: extremely difficult to show that paying money to cover up
- 8:07Speaker 1: an embarrassing affair was done for election purposes, as opposed
- 8:11Speaker 1: to an array of obvious other reasons, including protecting a
- 8:15Speaker 1: celebrity's reputation, also including preserving a marriage. So the idea
- 8:22Speaker 1: that they can claim now that they knew the full
- 8:26Speaker 1: intent of Donald Trump when this money was paid, or
- 8:29Speaker 1: Michael Cohen who says that he paid this money without
- 8:32Speaker 1: Donald Trump even knowing about it, that's another part of
- 8:35Speaker 1: this case. And Michael Cohen is clearly someone that has
- 8:38Speaker 1: an ax to grind with a former president. Right. This
- 8:41Speaker 1: is a guy that's been to jail. That's a guy
- 8:43Speaker 1: you can't trust as a guy that has broken laws.
- 8:46Speaker 1: In my opinion, he is not a credible witness. And
- 8:50Speaker 1: this apparently is the government's main witness is Michael Cohen,
- 8:55Speaker 1: who has an axe to grind with Donald Trump. He
- 8:59Speaker 1: has been on TV hour after hour after hour, day
- 9:04Speaker 1: after day, ripping on Donald Trump. It's obvious that he's
- 9:09Speaker 1: angry and he wants to bring down Trump. And that's
- 9:13Speaker 1: your star witness. Now, I guess that works in New
- 9:16Speaker 1: York City. But it doesn't mean that Alan Bragg should
- 9:20Speaker 1: be able to get away with this, and it doesn't
- 9:22Speaker 1: mean that you should be able to arrest a former
- 9:24Speaker 1: president of the United States of America. The way that
- 9:27Speaker 1: they are talking about it right now, this is a
- 9:30Speaker 1: disaster for the Democrats now having the grand jury. Should
- 9:35Speaker 1: you read into this that they for two days have
- 9:39Speaker 1: been said have been told don't come in when apparently
- 9:42Speaker 1: they were going to call some other witnesses. I don't
- 9:45Speaker 1: know what it means. I think Alan Bragg is taking
- 9:49Speaker 1: a lot of heat from a lot of Democrats. Do
- 9:51Speaker 1: I think he's in so deep that he may feel
- 9:54Speaker 1: like I have to charge Donald Trump even if I lose,
- 9:57Speaker 1: just so I don't look like I back down. There's
- 9:59Speaker 1: a ance of that. But then there's also the other
- 10:02Speaker 1: part of this, and that's just the political aspect of it.
- 10:04Speaker 1: If you're Alan Bragg, is there a downside if you're
- 10:09Speaker 1: running for governor of doing this and overcharging Donald Trump.
- 10:13Speaker 1: I don't know, because there's a lot of people that
- 10:16Speaker 1: are going to look at you as they're weird, messed
- 10:20Speaker 1: up hero. Okay, there's gonna be a lot of people
- 10:23Speaker 1: that are gonna look at you and go, hell yeah, Alan,
- 10:26Speaker 1: I'll support you for trying to lock up Donald Trump. Now,
- 10:30Speaker 1: Alan Bragg's not trying to run for president. He is
- 10:33Speaker 1: apparently trying to run for the governor of New York.
- 10:36Speaker 1: New York is a hard core liberal city. So this idea,
- 10:41Speaker 1: Alan is ultimately asked to decide do I pick up
- 10:45Speaker 1: enough supporters in New York because that's all that matters
- 10:48Speaker 1: to him or New York City, even if the rest
- 10:52Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party is telling me, don't do it, right,
- 10:55Speaker 1: don't do it. There is money to be made off
- 10:59Speaker 1: of hating Donald Trump. If you don't believe me, ask
- 11:02Speaker 1: Adam Kinsinger. There are people that have gotten contracts just
- 11:06Speaker 1: off of hating on Donald Trump. Hell, asked Michael Cohen.
- 11:10Speaker 1: He is a darling of the left. Look at the
- 11:12Speaker 1: chick that worked for Trump, who's now the quote fake
- 11:15Speaker 1: conservative on the view who made money off of this?
- 11:19Speaker 1: Why did she get that job because she started ripping
- 11:22Speaker 1: on Donald Trump or former Boss. I want to move
- 11:25Speaker 1: on to another important issue, and I mentioned this earlier.
- 11:29Speaker 1: It deals with Hunter Biden. We are now being told
- 11:32Speaker 1: that Hunter Biden used an FBI mole an insider named
- 11:40Speaker 1: one Eye to tip him off to the China probes.
- 11:45Speaker 1: A new tipster has revealed this after many people have
- 11:50Speaker 1: been obsessing with good reason over who is the unnamed
- 11:54Speaker 1: Biden that was taking money from the Chinese Communist Party.
- 11:58Speaker 1: We know the Biden crime family, expect expanded with Howie
- 12:03Speaker 1: Biden taking money from the Chinese, but there was one
- 12:07Speaker 1: Biden who was unnamed. Who is that person? A lot
- 12:11Speaker 1: of people have been guessing, saying it's got to be
- 12:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden. That money was going directly to Joe Biden.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Miranda Divine, who was the author of Laptop from Hell,
- 12:20Speaker 1: broke some news when she went on Fox Business and
- 12:23Speaker 1: said this about who the other Biden is that was
- 12:27Speaker 1: taking payments for the Chinese Communist parties. Well, companies, take
- 12:32Speaker 1: a listen, and I heard you earlier. House Republicans have
- 12:36Speaker 1: only had subpoena power for two months and we already
- 12:39Speaker 1: know four immediate members of the Biden family have received money.
- 12:45Speaker 1: Hunter Jim Haley, and one unnamed Biden. It's astonishing. Who's
- 12:50Speaker 1: the fourth unnamed Biden? Is the question? So far? Hi Dagon, Look,
- 12:57Speaker 1: I think everyone wants that fourth person to be Joe Biden,
- 13:00Speaker 1: but I don't know. But I would very much doubt
- 13:03Speaker 1: that it is, because Joe Biden has been doing this
- 13:07Speaker 1: sort of influence peddling scheme for four decades out of Delaware.
- 13:11Speaker 1: He's very practiced at it. As his brother Jim Biden
- 13:15Speaker 1: told Tony bob Lynsky, it's all about plausible deniability. So
- 13:20Speaker 1: I doubt that there's any direct payment to Joe Biden
- 13:24Speaker 1: that is going to be uncovered so easily. But it
- 13:28Speaker 1: will be some other obviously, some other family member whose
- 13:32Speaker 1: surname is Biden. It's really extraordinary that the bank accepted
- 13:36Speaker 1: this wire with just one name, just one name. It
- 13:44Speaker 1: is extraordinary. But if you're a Biden bank and you
- 13:49Speaker 1: know it's going to Biden, are you going to start
- 13:51Speaker 1: asking a lot of questions? No, you just fill out
- 13:54Speaker 1: that suspicious activity report and you wait for nothing to
- 13:57Speaker 1: happen so that you covered or as as the bank. Now,
- 14:02Speaker 1: now we also know that Hunter Biden apparently had an
- 14:06Speaker 1: FBI mold mole named one eye who tipped off his
- 14:10Speaker 1: Chinese business partners that they were under investigation. Let me
- 14:14Speaker 1: say that again. They didn't just tip off Biden. They
- 14:17Speaker 1: tipped off Biden's okay business partners that they were under investigation.
- 14:24Speaker 1: This is your deep state working against you. That according
- 14:28Speaker 1: to an Israeli energy expert who was arrested in Cyprus
- 14:32Speaker 1: last month on gun running charges. The House Oversight Committee
- 14:37Speaker 1: that is investigating the explosive claim by a doctor Galloft,
- 14:42Speaker 1: a former Israeli Defense Forces lieutenant colonel with deep intelligence
- 14:47Speaker 1: ties in Washington and Beijing, who says he was arrested
- 14:52Speaker 1: to stop him from revealing what he knew about the
- 14:54Speaker 1: Biden family and the FBI corruption. He said details he
- 14:58Speaker 1: told the Department of Justice, he says, back in twenty nineteen,
- 15:02Speaker 1: and they say that he was ignored. Love to his
- 15:05Speaker 1: fifty six first made the claims on February the eighteenth
- 15:10Speaker 1: on Twitter after being detained at a Cypress airport as
- 15:14Speaker 1: he prepared to board a plane to Israel, saying, I've
- 15:17Speaker 1: been arrested in Cyprus on a politically motivated extradition request
- 15:22Speaker 1: by the US. The US is claiming I'm an arms dealer.
- 15:26Speaker 1: It would be funny if I weren't, if it weren't tragic.
- 15:29Speaker 1: I've never been an arms dealer. The DOJ is trying
- 15:34Speaker 1: to bury me to protect Joe, Jim Hunt, and Hunter Biden.
- 15:38Speaker 1: The tweet went on to say this is shocking by
- 15:43Speaker 1: the way Luff remains in jail awaiting extradition to the
- 15:47Speaker 1: US over what he says are trumped up charges of
- 15:50Speaker 1: arms trafficking to China and Libya and violations of the
- 15:54Speaker 1: Foreign Agents Registration Act. Through his American lawyer, Love said
- 15:59Speaker 1: he tried four years ago to inform the DOJ the
- 16:04Speaker 1: Chinese state controlled energy company CEFE had paid one hundred
- 16:08Speaker 1: thousand a month to President Biden's son Hunter and sixty
- 16:12Speaker 1: five thousand to Joe's brother Jim in exchange for their
- 16:17Speaker 1: FBI connections and use of the Biden name to protect
- 16:21Speaker 1: China's Belt and Road initiatives around the world. Luff learned
- 16:26Speaker 1: about the scheme through his ownership with huntered Chinese business
- 16:30Speaker 1: partner Patrick Hoe and Ye, the chairman of ce FE
- 16:37Speaker 1: WOW from two thousand and fifteen to two thou eighteen,
- 16:43Speaker 1: Left organized international energy conferences in partnership with Hoe and
- 16:48Speaker 1: host think tank, the nonprofit China Energy Fund Committee known
- 16:52Speaker 1: as ce CEFE USA, a front organization for CEFE. Ye
- 16:59Speaker 1: confide to Left that Hunter had an informant in the
- 17:02Speaker 1: FBI or formerly of the Bureau, extremely well placed, who
- 17:06Speaker 1: they paid lots of money to provide seal law enforcement information.
- 17:11Speaker 1: The FBI mole was called one Eye. One Eye told
- 17:15Speaker 1: Ye that the Southern District of New York was investigating
- 17:19Speaker 1: him and or Hoe in late twenty seventeen, and that
- 17:24Speaker 1: an Asian, an African, and a Jewish guy were named
- 17:27Speaker 1: on a sealed indictment. Soon after that tip off, Ye
- 17:33Speaker 1: offered Hunter a million dollars to be his private council
- 17:37Speaker 1: and flew to China, leaving his wife, daughter, son, mother,
- 17:40Speaker 1: and nanny in his fifty million dollars penthouse at fifteen
- 17:44Speaker 1: Central Park West. He was attained in Shanghai three months
- 17:48Speaker 1: later and then disappeared and has never been seen. Before
- 17:52Speaker 1: he left New York, he told Ho that the coast
- 17:55Speaker 1: was clear for him to come back to the US
- 17:57Speaker 1: of A. On November the eighteenth to seventeen, Hoe flew
- 18:02Speaker 1: into JFK Airport, where he was arrested by FBI agents
- 18:05Speaker 1: on bribery and money laundering charges. Ho was the patsy,
- 18:10Speaker 1: the fall guy, says he nuch Ho was convicted in
- 18:15Speaker 1: December of two thou eighteen without calling a single witness.
- 18:21Speaker 1: He served three years in jail and was deported. Prosecutors
- 18:24Speaker 1: place a spotlight in his case on China's use of
- 18:28Speaker 1: foreign bribery to win contracts for its Belt and Road initiative.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Hunter was paid a million dollars by CEFE to represent Hoe,
- 18:39Speaker 1: which entered which entailed contacting his FBI sources on Hoe's
- 18:45Speaker 1: behalf and engaging another attorney to do the legal work.
- 18:48Speaker 1: According to emails on Hunter Biden's laptop, all of this
- 18:52Speaker 1: checks out now. CEFE paid a further four point nine
- 18:57Speaker 1: million dollars to Hunter and Jim in monthly installments for
- 19:02Speaker 1: fourteen months from August of twenty seventeen. Government records also prove.
- 19:08Speaker 1: The House Oversight Committee has released bank statements last week
- 19:13Speaker 1: showing an additional million sixty five thousand was funneled from
- 19:17Speaker 1: a Chinese company affiliated with CEFE to Hunter Biden Jim
- 19:20Speaker 1: Biden halle Biden, Hunter's former lover and widow of his
- 19:24Speaker 1: late brother Bo. Payments were made in increments over three
- 19:27Speaker 1: months through Biden associate Rob Walker, whose wife Betsy had
- 19:31Speaker 1: been personal assistant to the then Second Lady Jill Biden.
- 19:37Speaker 1: Loves claims he contacted the d o J after Hoe
- 19:41Speaker 1: was jail and federal investigators flew to Brussels to interview
- 19:44Speaker 1: him for more than eighteen hours, he says, on March
- 19:47Speaker 1: to twenty eighth and twenty ninth of twenty nineteen, but
- 19:50Speaker 1: he never heard from them again. In less than four
- 19:52Speaker 1: weeks later, Joe Biden announced he was running for president.
- 19:55Speaker 1: The DJ had this information, this whistle blower, who's now
- 20:00Speaker 1: been detained in Cyprus. He said, the DJ had this
- 20:05Speaker 1: information in March twenty nineteen and did nothing. He said
- 20:08Speaker 1: this week from Israel, where he was fighting Luff's extradition.
- 20:13Speaker 1: Congress has the Biden bank records, but it doesn't know
- 20:16Speaker 1: the reasons for the payments. Now it does, the information
- 20:20Speaker 1: that the whistle blower, door doctor Luff, gave the DJ
- 20:24Speaker 1: four years ago is the missing link for the reason
- 20:27Speaker 1: behind the China Biden money transfers. Clearly, this is explosive stuff,
- 20:31Speaker 1: quote unquote. We also know they's been speaking with Congressional investigators.
- 20:36Speaker 1: Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer confirmed to the Post. Luft
- 20:41Speaker 1: is well connected and intelligent circles in DC, where he
- 20:44Speaker 1: runs a think tank, the Institute for Analysis and Global Security,
- 20:47Speaker 1: with former CIA director James Woolsley and former National Security
- 20:51Speaker 1: Advisor Robert McFarlane as advisors. In Israel, his attorney was
- 20:56Speaker 1: quote in the Jerusalem Post saying Luf's arrest was a
- 20:58Speaker 1: good way to shut him up because he knows a
- 21:01Speaker 1: lot of information on Hunter Biden. The US Congress only
- 21:05Speaker 1: recently began to investigate Hunter's case and Gal's testimony with
- 21:11Speaker 1: will Barry Hunter Biden, they said, even more so, his
- 21:14Speaker 1: testimony will shift the attention towards the president himself, quote unquote.
- 21:19Speaker 1: I expect more of this story to break over the
- 21:22Speaker 1: next couple of days and responses probably from the Biden
- 21:25Speaker 1: crime family. We will have that for you, I can
- 21:28Speaker 1: promise you that. But I want to get into some
- 21:30Speaker 1: other major news that I want to talk about that
- 21:32Speaker 1: includes China, and also I'm gonna get a response on
- 21:36Speaker 1: Hunter Biden from my guests, now, US Senator from Tennessee,
- 21:39Speaker 1: Bill Haggerty. All right, before I get into that, I
- 21:41Speaker 1: want to talk to you real quick about our friends
- 21:43Speaker 1: over at the Gusts of Precious Medals. They are different
- 21:46Speaker 1: because they will even tell you if a gold Ira
- 21:49Speaker 1: isn't your answer, they give you just the facts. Now.

- 23:02Speaker 1: to start first off, though, with what's been happening in
- 23:04Speaker 1: the banking world. Let's start first with Silicon Valley Bank,
- 23:09Speaker 1: the collapse, this bailout. Let's start with was this avoidable?
- 23:15Speaker 1: And the administration is trying to spend this as it's
- 23:19Speaker 1: not a bailout. You have Janet Yellen saying we're going
- 23:21Speaker 1: to bail out other banks if they fail, but that
- 23:25Speaker 1: contradicts what they said about this bank. I look at
- 23:29Speaker 1: their deposits. We find out that about only ten percent
- 23:33Speaker 1: of all the money that was in Silicon Valley Bank
- 23:35Speaker 1: was actually covered by FDIC, meaning they had deposits well
- 23:38Speaker 1: above a quarter of a million dollars, and that is
- 23:41Speaker 1: not healthy. Regulators are supposed to regulate that stuff, and
- 23:46Speaker 1: they apparently just didn't care because this was the perfect,
- 23:49Speaker 1: woke Silicon Valley bank that can do whatever the hell
- 23:51Speaker 1: they want to and they knew, I think they knew
- 23:54Speaker 1: that America would bail them out. Well, you ask about failures,
- 23:58Speaker 1: they're failures at three on this, and let's start at
- 24:01Speaker 1: the beginning. The first failure was the management team itself
- 24:04Speaker 1: a Silicon Valley Bank. Then if you think about it,
- 24:08Speaker 1: they let the chief risk officer positions stay open for
- 24:12Speaker 1: eight months leading up to the collapse. I don't know
- 24:15Speaker 1: what they were doing with their time. They're talking about
- 24:17Speaker 1: a five billion dollar green energy fund, you know, they're
- 24:20Speaker 1: talking about meeting their diversity, equity and inclusion goals. But
- 24:23Speaker 1: they weren't paying attention to the liquidity of the bank.
- 24:26Speaker 1: So a massive failure on the part of management. They
- 24:29Speaker 1: will pay the price for this. They're out of a
- 24:31Speaker 1: job right now, and I think that they need to
- 24:33Speaker 1: be held to account. But the next step is who
- 24:36Speaker 1: was responsible for overseeing this bank? The San Francisco Fed.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Where were they? If you think about it, there were
- 24:42Speaker 1: stock analysts in Wall Street talking about the problems that
- 24:47Speaker 1: manifested themselves on the balance sheet of Silicon Valley Bank,
- 24:49Speaker 1: the liquidity problem, the mismatch of maturities as early as
- 24:52Speaker 1: last ball. Yet the San Francisco Fed did nothing. They
- 24:56Speaker 1: were getting monthly, monthly detailed lookdity reports that would have
- 25:01Speaker 1: shown them that this problem in terms of having you know,
- 25:04Speaker 1: far too many long dated securities at low low interest
- 25:07Speaker 1: rates at Silicon Valley Bank evidently just gorged itself on
- 25:10Speaker 1: as their deposits were ramping up during it during the pandemic.
- 25:14Speaker 1: They should have known that this was a problem. They
- 25:16Speaker 1: didn't do their job. And then the final failure happened
- 25:18Speaker 1: over the weekend when the FDIC shut it down. They
- 25:21Speaker 1: failed the auction. The right answer would have been on
- 25:24Speaker 1: Monday morning for them to announced here's the new buyer. Uh,
- 25:27Speaker 1: you know, we've taken some sort of haircut on this
- 25:29Speaker 1: particular bank, but there's a new you know, a new
- 25:32Speaker 1: buyer in charge. We haven't manifested this out and spread
- 25:35Speaker 1: the risk over the entirety of the banking community in America,
- 25:38Speaker 1: but we've we've contained it with one bank. They ran
- 25:41Speaker 1: an auction, they mismanaged it. They told me that they
- 25:44Speaker 1: had a buyer, but a bitter i should say, but
- 25:47Speaker 1: for some reason they couldn't close the deal. We got
- 25:49Speaker 1: to get to the bottom of that too, because now
- 25:50Speaker 1: where we are is completely unchartered waters. Where you've got
- 25:54Speaker 1: you know, the Federal Reserve, and you've got the Treasury,
- 25:56Speaker 1: and you've got the FDIC, you know, all of them
- 25:58Speaker 1: giving sort of mixed message. But at the end of
- 26:01Speaker 1: the day, we got to ask ourselves, are all deposits
- 26:03Speaker 1: in America now completely insured? Yeah. Well, and then there's
- 26:06Speaker 1: this question if they if this is the new answer
- 26:11Speaker 1: that if you are a bank that takes risks based
- 26:14Speaker 1: on political ideology and wokeness, which is what this bank
- 26:18Speaker 1: was doing. They gave a millions and millions of dollars
- 26:21Speaker 1: in donations to Democrats. They gave millions and millions of
- 26:24Speaker 1: dollars in donations to things like Black Lives Matter and
- 26:28Speaker 1: green and woke ideology. They basically were buying an insurance
- 26:34Speaker 1: policy by doing that to ensure all of their deposits.
- 26:39Speaker 1: They were gambling with this bank the entire time. Hey,
- 26:43Speaker 1: we're we picked the right horses here, We picked the
- 26:46Speaker 1: right ideology to get a bail out if we need it.
- 26:49Speaker 1: And that's what they got. And the American people are
- 26:52Speaker 1: on the hook for this bill out, even if the
- 26:56Speaker 1: Democrats continue to stare you in the face and lie
- 26:58Speaker 1: to you. And it brings it reminds me so much,
- 27:00Speaker 1: Senator of fts FTX is this was that that cryptocurrency
- 27:05Speaker 1: exchange for people that may not remember, it went belly
- 27:09Speaker 1: up right after three days after the elections, and the
- 27:15Speaker 1: ft the FTX owner CEO the Sam Bankman Freed was
- 27:21Speaker 1: the number two donor to the Democratic Party. He was
- 27:25Speaker 1: a mega donor. The only person that beat him h
- 27:30Speaker 1: was one guy who's even, you know, even more extreme
- 27:33Speaker 1: and more liberal than he was. But he clearly was
- 27:38Speaker 1: getting favors and not having to worry about regulations until
- 27:42Speaker 1: three days after election the mid terms, they took his money,
- 27:45Speaker 1: they cast his check Senator, and they knew that he
- 27:48Speaker 1: was running what I would refer to as a Ponzi scheme.
- 27:51Speaker 1: The signs were also there. Yeah, the difference between FTX
- 27:55Speaker 1: and the situation was Silicon Valley Bank is that FTX
- 27:58Speaker 1: was operating out of the Bahamas. It wasn't a US
- 28:00Speaker 1: regulate identity, so we didn't have any regulatory oversight there.
- 28:04Speaker 1: That's why I've been arguing that we need to put
- 28:06Speaker 1: regulations in place for cryptocurrencies. The Democrats want to fight
- 28:09Speaker 1: that too, But with respect to what happened to Silicon
- 28:12Speaker 1: Valley Bank, you hit the nail on the head. And
- 28:14Speaker 1: what they've done is it looks terrible. The dozen members
- 28:17Speaker 1: of that board all well healed Biden donors by the way,
- 28:20Speaker 1: as I understand it, but only one of them had
- 28:23Speaker 1: any sort of relevant experience at all. It seems to
- 28:26Speaker 1: me that their experience must be who you socialize with,
- 28:29Speaker 1: and you know how walked you might be able to
- 28:31Speaker 1: present yourself in public. That is not a good sign,
- 28:35Speaker 1: a good message to send to America. Because we're sitting
- 28:38Speaker 1: in Tennessee, guy community bankers calling me right, left and center,
- 28:41Speaker 1: saying would I be covered? Would I be covered if
- 28:44Speaker 1: if we somehow mismanagement bank and we had to run
- 28:46Speaker 1: on it? Or is this something that only works if
- 28:49Speaker 1: you're in New York City or if you are in California.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Is it a blue state? Is it a two tiered phenomena,
- 28:56Speaker 1: just like we see in our justice system, a two
- 28:58Speaker 1: tiered system of justice depending on your political views, or
- 29:02Speaker 1: is it a two tiered banking system here where you'll
- 29:05Speaker 1: be covered if you align yourself with the right sort
- 29:08Speaker 1: of leftist ideology. It's a real, real concern and we've
- 29:12Speaker 1: got to clean this up. Well, let me ask you
- 29:15Speaker 1: one other question about the banks just for a second,
- 29:18Speaker 1: and then I want to move on to payments going
- 29:20Speaker 1: to the Biden crime family from China. But when you
- 29:23Speaker 1: look at the bank and the deposits, there's no doubt
- 29:26Speaker 1: that this was a run on the bank. The amount
- 29:27Speaker 1: of money that was pulled out was an incredible amount
- 29:30Speaker 1: of money from Silicon Valley Bank. But somebody had to
- 29:35Speaker 1: have made a bunch of money on this shortingness bank.
- 29:38Speaker 1: And is there going to be any investigation of who
- 29:41Speaker 1: got rich during those final days and hours that may
- 29:45Speaker 1: have shorted that bank knowing that this bank was in
- 29:48Speaker 1: a bad position and made a hell of a lot
- 29:50Speaker 1: of cash off of it. Because I don't think that
- 29:52Speaker 1: this happened organically. I think some people knew what were
- 29:55Speaker 1: what was about to go down. That certainly could be
- 29:59Speaker 1: the case. Again, the SEC will have that information, and
- 30:02Speaker 1: I think you know some of the troubles we've had
- 30:04Speaker 1: with the leadership at the SEC again prioritizing woke agenda
- 30:08Speaker 1: over doing their job. The SEC is imposing all types
- 30:11Speaker 1: of rules, proposing to force companies to report climate information
- 30:16Speaker 1: that they couldn't possibly obtain, just so that they can
- 30:19Speaker 1: have everybody in a football situation and come in andto
- 30:22Speaker 1: as they please. So you've got a financial set of
- 30:25Speaker 1: financial regulators here that are trying to contort the system
- 30:28Speaker 1: to achieve political objectives rather than doing their job. And
- 30:31Speaker 1: we've just seen it manifest itself in this entire discussion
- 30:34Speaker 1: where the San Francisco FED failed where the FDIC failed,
- 30:36Speaker 1: and we'll see if the SEC does its job, but
- 30:39Speaker 1: I'm not optimistic giving their fast behavior. Well, last question
- 30:43Speaker 1: this is because you mentioned a moment ago regional banks
- 30:46Speaker 1: and there's a lot of people that are concerned about
- 30:47Speaker 1: their money right now just because of how fast has
- 30:50Speaker 1: happened and went down. Are you confident that regional banks,
- 30:55Speaker 1: mom and pop banks are still in good financial order
- 30:59Speaker 1: in Tennessee? Is that there are any issues there? Are
- 31:03Speaker 1: you worried that there could be more run on banks
- 31:05Speaker 1: because of what happened with this bank. I certainly was
- 31:10Speaker 1: alarmed the weekend that this all began to fall apart
- 31:13Speaker 1: with Silicon Vallet Bank. As soon as they put him
- 31:15Speaker 1: into receivership, I started reaching out and talking to bankers
- 31:18Speaker 1: in Tennessee. The good news is we've got a very
- 31:21Speaker 1: stable banking system in Tennessee. Commissioner Greg Gonzalez does a
- 31:24Speaker 1: terrific job in Tennessee. I think he's the best banking
- 31:26Speaker 1: commissioner in the nation. And Greg reached out us. When
- 31:29Speaker 1: I spoke with him two days ago, he'd already talked
- 31:32Speaker 1: with ninety six of the one hundred and eleven community
- 31:35Speaker 1: banks that we have in Tennessee. They have seen no
- 31:37Speaker 1: evidence of a run whatsoever. He said, frankly, some of
- 31:40Speaker 1: them are seeing more money coming in, perhaps coming out
- 31:43Speaker 1: of California, New York. I'm not sure the source of that,
- 31:46Speaker 1: but they've actually seen more deposits coming in. It's a
- 31:48Speaker 1: legitimate concern. I have not seen it manifest itself. And
- 31:52Speaker 1: to help sort of calm calm the minds of a
- 31:55Speaker 1: lot of people who may be listening right now, the
- 31:57Speaker 1: FED put in place a massive lending of that allows
- 32:00Speaker 1: any bank that has these long dated securities at low
- 32:04Speaker 1: interest rates to go in and borrow against those securities
- 32:07Speaker 1: at their full face value, so they don't have to
- 32:10Speaker 1: discount them and sell them immediately. They can borrow a
- 32:13Speaker 1: hunderstands on the dollar. If they do have a depositor
- 32:15Speaker 1: that's coming and asking for their money out, they can
- 32:18Speaker 1: easily fix that so they easily address it's that's a facility.
- 32:22Speaker 1: That was a bridge that basically was aimed directly at
- 32:24Speaker 1: the problem that you're raising, and that is working. You
- 32:28Speaker 1: mentioned a moment ago that you have concerns over at
- 32:31Speaker 1: the FED and the lack of transparency recently with these
- 32:38Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports that the Treasury Department was supposed to
- 32:42Speaker 1: make available to you guys. Traditionally, throughout the history suspicious
- 32:47Speaker 1: activity reports, there was availability to see those, no matter
- 32:50Speaker 1: which side the value are on. They changed that during
- 32:52Speaker 1: the Biden years out of nowhere, really shocked people. Clearly
- 32:56Speaker 1: they knew they need to hide these suspicious activity reports
- 32:58Speaker 1: and the American people were involved at Joe Biden. We
- 33:02Speaker 1: now have some of those, and we're seeing millions of
- 33:05Speaker 1: dollars that was going into the bank accounts the Biden
- 33:08Speaker 1: crime family and expanding the Biden crime family and the
- 33:13Speaker 1: players involved to people like Halle Biden and others, and
- 33:16Speaker 1: there's still one that's unknown. We also know there's apparently
- 33:19Speaker 1: from what James commerce on the house side, up to
- 33:21Speaker 1: eleven more deals that we're going to find out about
- 33:24Speaker 1: where there was a significant amount of money coming in
- 33:27Speaker 1: from China to the Biden crime family. Based on what
- 33:30Speaker 1: you've seen center so far, how concerning are you concerned?
- 33:34Speaker 1: Are you that this president is clearly compromised by China?
- 33:38Speaker 1: And I say that because the other day you had
- 33:40Speaker 1: China and Russia meeting and our response in this White
- 33:43Speaker 1: House was to have Ted Lasso's the TV show actors
- 33:46Speaker 1: come in and do a press conference where they were
- 33:49Speaker 1: yucking it up on the day that you had two
- 33:52Speaker 1: superpowers meeting and doing a deal, working on a deal
- 33:56Speaker 1: that is a clear threat to national security of this
- 34:00Speaker 1: country and the security in the world. Well, it's it's
- 34:03Speaker 1: a deep, deep concern and it has been from the
- 34:05Speaker 1: very beginning. If the Hunter Biden laptop story had not
- 34:09Speaker 1: been suppressed, you know, the New York Post tried to
- 34:11Speaker 1: break this, and you know this is massive election interference
- 34:15Speaker 1: again that's gone unanswered when you know you had the
- 34:18Speaker 1: major tech companies suppressed the story. The American public should
- 34:21Speaker 1: have known about this compromise situation or the potential for
- 34:24Speaker 1: it then, and it was suppressed. It's coming out now
- 34:27Speaker 1: in dribs and drabs. But it's deeply concerning to see
- 34:30Speaker 1: the extent of the involvement of the Biden family with
- 34:33Speaker 1: the CCP or CCP related entities. You know, this is
- 34:37Speaker 1: influence pedaling at a major scale. And I think you
- 34:40Speaker 1: ask yourself, why is it that we have to be
- 34:42Speaker 1: consistently weak on China? Why can't we speak up? We
- 34:45Speaker 1: certainly you are more than happy to attack any conservative
- 34:48Speaker 1: in America, but heaven forbid that we criticized China and
- 34:52Speaker 1: in the element. So it's a real concern that needs
- 34:55Speaker 1: to be addressed here. And with respect to the deal
- 34:58Speaker 1: that was struck between ad mcputtin and Shijiping, I actually
- 35:02Speaker 1: had our Secretary of the Secretary of State, Anthony Blincoln
- 35:07Speaker 1: in front of me yesterday twice, and at one point
- 35:10Speaker 1: I put up that image you've seen it on television
- 35:13Speaker 1: of the two men shaking hand, Shijiping Lad mcputin shaking hand,
- 35:16Speaker 1: and I asked him, I said, is this good for
- 35:18Speaker 1: our national security? Absolutely not. What's happening is you've got
- 35:23Speaker 1: two unlikely villains, I would say, pulling together in an
- 35:28Speaker 1: access I'd also add Ran to that. I'd also add
- 35:32Speaker 1: North Korea that they're getting back together. And this is
- 35:35Speaker 1: bad for America to see these adversaries aligning in the
- 35:39Speaker 1: way that they are. They're doing this to counter America,
- 35:42Speaker 1: to counter our allies, and we've got to step up
- 35:44Speaker 1: and demonstrate strength so our allies don't begin to get
- 35:47Speaker 1: worried that America is not going to be there, and
- 35:48Speaker 1: right now we're not where we need to be. It
- 35:50Speaker 1: was very telling to see China go to Russia and
- 35:54Speaker 1: we know that Russia needs China's technology, and we know
- 35:58Speaker 1: that China needs Russia is energy. And this unnatural alliance,
- 36:03Speaker 1: as you just mentioned, is probably the scariest alliance of
- 36:07Speaker 1: my lifetime, more than the acts of evil after nine
- 36:10Speaker 1: to eleven that so many were concerned about from a
- 36:14Speaker 1: nuclear standpoint, But you're now talking about technology that Russia
- 36:17Speaker 1: desperately needs coming in from China that could change their
- 36:21Speaker 1: country very quickly, specifically this war with Ukraine. Did Blincoln
- 36:26Speaker 1: seem concerned about that to you when you were questioning him,
- 36:29Speaker 1: he definitely had a look of concern on his face.
- 36:31Speaker 1: I just think the problem is, how does he answer
- 36:33Speaker 1: that question? Because what we have is an America that's
- 36:37Speaker 1: checking out of areas around the world. You know, you
- 36:40Speaker 1: have a situation where China literally brokers a deal between
- 36:44Speaker 1: the Saudis and the Iranians. The Saudis and the Iranians
- 36:47Speaker 1: have been mortal enemies. That is an unnatural act as well.
- 36:50Speaker 1: When I asked Lincoln, what did China do? What did
- 36:52Speaker 1: China promise them to induce that sort of agreement, He
- 36:55Speaker 1: didn't have an answer to it. But it certainly doesn't
- 36:57Speaker 1: look good when America, who has been in the Middle East,
- 37:00Speaker 1: who's been the source of stability in the Middle East
- 37:03Speaker 1: for years, is stepping back. They're empowering Iran, who is
- 37:06Speaker 1: the enemy of everyone else there is certainly the immortal
- 37:09Speaker 1: enemy of our ally Israel. We're stepping away, leaving Israel vulnerable,
- 37:13Speaker 1: and we're allowing the Iranians in the Saudis to come
- 37:16Speaker 1: together under China's influence. I mean, this is a terrible
- 37:20Speaker 1: diplomatic footpath. It's a mistake that should have never happened,
- 37:23Speaker 1: and we've got to stop this. As well. As always
- 37:25Speaker 1: a big thank you to Senator Haggarty if keeping us
- 37:27Speaker 1: updated on what he's doing in Washington, DC makes you
- 37:30Speaker 1: share a podcast your family and friends. As soon as
- 37:32Speaker 1: we get word on what's going to happen, I will
- 37:36Speaker 1: break in and let you know, so don't miss it.
- 37:38Speaker 1: Hit that subscriber auto DOWLO button and I will see
- 37:42Speaker 1: you back here tomorrow, if not earlier.
