- 0:01Speaker 1: I tell you, there's fun nights in my life that
- 0:04Speaker 1: are memorable moments. One of those was Seapack and full disclosure.
- 0:08Speaker 1: When you go to Seapac dinner, sometimes you're worried you're
- 0:10Speaker 1: gonna sit next to somebody you don't know very well,
- 0:12Speaker 1: and you got to kind of tell war stories and
- 0:16Speaker 1: do the song and dance as I describe it. And
- 0:18Speaker 1: I sat down at dinner the other night at Sea Pack,
- 0:21Speaker 1: and I looked to the right and I'm like, Steve
- 0:22Speaker 1: Bannon's name there, and I'm like, this actually could be
- 0:24Speaker 1: a fun dinner. And it was genuinely one of the
- 0:27Speaker 1: most fun, entertaining dinners I've had in a long time,
- 0:30Speaker 1: getting to chat with one of the most brilliant minds
- 0:32Speaker 1: in the MAGA conservative movement.
- 0:34Speaker 2: And afterwards I was like, I.
- 0:35Speaker 1: Should have him on the show and joining me now
- 0:38Speaker 1: is Steve Steve.
- 0:39Speaker 2: I really did enjoy dinner.
- 0:40Speaker 1: I texted my wife that night and she was like,
- 0:42Speaker 1: how is the dinner because she kind of knows how
- 0:44Speaker 1: it goes. You know, you do these dinners and you
- 0:46Speaker 1: do a lot of them.
- 0:47Speaker 2: And I said, honey, I actually had a great dinner.
- 0:49Speaker 1: I got to sit with Steve and We had a
- 0:51Speaker 1: great conversation and it was really enjoyable.
- 0:54Speaker 2: So thank you a for that.
- 0:55Speaker 1: I had a blast and I wanted to have you
- 0:58Speaker 1: on And for everybody listening, I'm gonna I want to
- 0:59Speaker 1: go through just where we're going to go in this conversation. One,
- 1:02Speaker 1: we're gonna be talking about law fair and the auto
- 1:04Speaker 1: pen controversy. We're gonna talk about Steve going to jail
- 1:08Speaker 1: and being a political prisoner as I describe it. We're
- 1:11Speaker 1: gonna talk about reforms and cash for tel Dan Bongino,
- 1:14Speaker 1: the FBI, and then the judges that are fighting against Trump.
- 1:17Speaker 2: So that's kind of where we're gonna go.
- 1:19Speaker 1: Uh and Steve, I want to start with you with
- 1:22Speaker 1: the auto pen controversy. Donald Trump talked about it on
- 1:27Speaker 1: the plane and he's like, look like, I think some
- 1:30Speaker 1: of these don't count because they were done with an
- 1:32Speaker 1: auto pen and the President may not have known that.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Explain and unwind that for everyone listening how this could
- 1:39Speaker 1: be the case and why this matters.
- 1:42Speaker 3: You know today, it's it's so amazing we're doing it today.
- 1:46Speaker 3: Today is the first anniversary of Peter and Lavara going
- 1:49Speaker 3: to prison. We actually started our show this morning with
- 1:51Speaker 3: a with a with a clip when he gave it.
- 1:55Speaker 3: You know he gave it. He talked to the media
- 1:56Speaker 3: before he walked into prison. Yea. In this auto pen
- 1:59Speaker 3: the auto is about these pardons with the with the
- 2:04Speaker 3: J six Committee in the staff where they gave them
- 2:07Speaker 3: first time in history, blanket preemptive partons. President Nixon had
- 2:12Speaker 3: something quite different, but they gave blanket preemptive pardons to
- 2:17Speaker 3: people like Liz Cheney and Shifty Shifts, solwell the entire crowd,
- 2:20Speaker 3: and they crawled on their belly to the White House
- 2:23Speaker 3: to get these partons, which are extraordinary, And I think
- 2:25Speaker 3: there's a pretty compelling case to be made that Joe
- 2:28Speaker 3: Biden wasn't totally in the loop on this. Remember it's
- 2:31Speaker 3: not just the location, but the president when the sciences partons,
- 2:34Speaker 3: has to be totally conscious and understands the case of
- 2:37Speaker 3: what he's parting people for President Trump.
- 2:39Speaker 2: You mentioned location.
- 2:41Speaker 1: Let's let's talk about that real quick because you mentioned it,
- 2:44Speaker 1: and that's a big part of this. There's real information
- 2:47Speaker 1: now coming out that when these pardons were apparently signed,
- 2:51Speaker 1: the President wasn't actually there and that is a huge
- 2:54Speaker 1: part of this.
- 2:55Speaker 3: Correct, That's a big part of it. First of all,
- 2:57Speaker 3: they commit i think inde penalty of perjury that they're
- 3:01Speaker 3: in the location where it's actually signed. I mean, these
- 3:03Speaker 3: pardons are very precise program run by DOJ in coordination
- 3:08Speaker 3: with the White House Counsel and the White House Council
- 3:11Speaker 3: of DJ would actually have a special partners person working
- 3:14Speaker 3: on this. And since some many these Biden ones were sketchy,
- 3:17Speaker 3: this is a very big deal because obviously now as
- 3:20Speaker 3: you know Ben the whole thing about his cognitive decline
- 3:23Speaker 3: and who was really you know, even signing the executive orders,
- 3:26Speaker 3: who was really doing the job, because it's very uncertain
- 3:30Speaker 3: right now exactly what was going on, and even the
- 3:32Speaker 3: mainstream media admits that, so that he was actually on
- 3:34Speaker 3: vacation at the time and not even at the White
- 3:37Speaker 3: House and the date these were signed. This is why
- 3:39Speaker 3: President Trump, I remember President Trump didn't bring this up
- 3:41Speaker 3: off the top of the sand. People at the White
- 3:43Speaker 3: House have been working on this and the reason is
- 3:46Speaker 3: is that this lawfair is continuing unabated, and you have
- 3:50Speaker 3: to sell some examples. It is shocking that the committee
- 3:55Speaker 3: as arrogant as they were. I remember it's national prime
- 3:58Speaker 3: time for five or six nights throughout that summer. This
- 4:01Speaker 3: is prime I'm talking ABC, NBCCBS, not on cable, on
- 4:05Speaker 3: primetime broadcast. These guys were, they were they were going
- 4:08Speaker 3: to be the biggest They were the biggest thing since Wordgate.
- 4:11Speaker 3: Obviously it flopped, but uh. They they ran to the
- 4:15Speaker 3: White House as soon as eleven o'clock Eastern Standard eleven
- 4:19Speaker 3: pm Eastern Standard time on the fifth of November, when
- 4:23Speaker 3: President Trump basically you know, flipped Pennsylvania to Michigan with
- 4:27Speaker 3: confinor going to fall. They started right then. They wanted
- 4:30Speaker 3: these partners blanket preemptive pardons. Remember how arrogant they were,
- 4:34Speaker 3: luc Cheeney and shared and that staff and I'm trying
- 4:37Speaker 3: the staff committed perjury on so many cases. There's so
- 4:40Speaker 3: much crime that went on. They went run into the
- 4:43Speaker 3: White House and begged, and the White House knew they
- 4:45Speaker 3: had a problem, all right, So the media and that's
- 4:48Speaker 3: why this whole thing is this that this whole thing
- 4:50Speaker 3: about the autopen is not a small deal. It's a
- 4:53Speaker 3: big deal.
- 4:54Speaker 1: So let's let's go back to the cover of why
- 4:58Speaker 1: they claimed any of these pardons, and I want you
- 5:00Speaker 1: to break it down why it's not true for everyone listening.
- 5:03Speaker 2: By the way, my guess I'm me Steve Bannon. War Room.
- 5:05Speaker 1: If you've never watched, they do an incredible show on
- 5:09Speaker 1: Real America American Voice.
- 5:11Speaker 2: He has an unbelievable show. Watch it twice a day.
- 5:14Speaker 2: They're up there. You can go to Warroom dot org.
- 5:16Speaker 1: But one of the covers that the media use for
- 5:20Speaker 1: the pardons was, well, Donald Trump's gonna come in and
- 5:24Speaker 1: his team's going to come in and they're gonna do
- 5:27Speaker 1: law fair and revenge. They're gonna go after their quote,
- 5:30Speaker 1: political enemies. So the only reason why any of these
- 5:33Speaker 1: people are needing these pardons is because they know that
- 5:36Speaker 1: Donald Trump is going to weaponize the government to lock
- 5:40Speaker 1: up his political enemies. That is a line that a
- 5:43Speaker 1: lot of people maybe that are listening right now, say, well,
- 5:45Speaker 1: that seems reasonable to want to pardon if that's what's
- 5:48Speaker 1: gonna happen.
- 5:49Speaker 2: Explain why that is in fact not the case at all.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Well, first, I've seen the sixty days everything President Trump's
- 5:56Speaker 3: got going on in the using the continuation of warfare
- 5:58Speaker 3: against President Trump as agenda. To delay is to deny,
- 6:02Speaker 3: and that's what they're trying to do.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Listen, this is not.
- 6:04Speaker 3: About President Trump. It's not about Steve Benn and I
- 6:06Speaker 3: went to a federal president, Peter Navarre. It's not We
- 6:09Speaker 3: have said time and time again, and the people in
- 6:11Speaker 3: these positions of authority said time again. This has nothing
- 6:13Speaker 3: to do with retribution. It has nothing to do with revenge.
- 6:16Speaker 3: What it does have to do with this goes all
- 6:18Speaker 3: the way back to the twenty twenty election and Jay
- 6:20Speaker 3: six and then the lawfair against this vast criminal conspiracy
- 6:23Speaker 3: against President Trump and his followers. We have to do
- 6:26Speaker 3: this so it's never done again. The only is not
- 6:29Speaker 3: going to stop until you make it stop. In one
- 6:31Speaker 3: way is you have to have very through investigations of this.
- 6:34Speaker 3: Now they say, oh, this is vengeance, has nothing to
- 6:37Speaker 3: do with vengeance, but if there weren't problems, they would
- 6:42Speaker 3: not have run to the White House and taken their
- 6:45Speaker 3: staffs too, which is extraordinary. So this has to be investigated.
- 6:49Speaker 3: I have argued from the beginning bent it needs to
- 6:52Speaker 3: be done in the House to start with public investigations
- 6:57Speaker 3: of all of it, so it's all on the record.
- 6:59Speaker 3: And unlike in J six, which I argued in court
- 7:03Speaker 3: and the appellate courts down, don't come back and I'll
- 7:05Speaker 3: go to the Supreme Court if I have to. The
- 7:07Speaker 3: J six committee was not structured properly. You had no
- 7:10Speaker 3: ranking member, you had no minority council. So unlike any
- 7:13Speaker 3: committee you've seen that's a special committee dealing with things
- 7:17Speaker 3: like Aron contract, dealing with things like Watergate, where you
- 7:20Speaker 3: have to have the ability to get all the documentation.
- 7:24Speaker 3: The minority council gets all documentation, and the minority can
- 7:27Speaker 3: cross examine witnesses. That's what didn't happen here, and that's
- 7:31Speaker 3: why there was perjury NonStop. There was lying, NonStop perjury.
- 7:35Speaker 1: When you use that for people in this one, I
- 7:37Speaker 1: love having you on. So when you say there's perjury
- 7:40Speaker 1: on stop lying, one, explain what you mean by that so.
- 7:43Speaker 3: That people if you realize the committee had all this
- 7:47Speaker 3: prime time coverage on the broadcast networks and you know
- 7:50Speaker 3: then cable all the time, if you notice there wasn't
- 7:53Speaker 3: a sense of drama, that's one of the reasons that flopped.
- 7:55Speaker 3: The reason was a sense of drama. It really wasn't
- 7:58Speaker 3: like kind of a court room like Watergate was, or
- 8:00Speaker 3: like Iran Contra or other select committies you had. And
- 8:03Speaker 3: the reason is you always have whoever's in charge, whether
- 8:06Speaker 3: it's Republicans or Democrats. You have the ranking member, which
- 8:10Speaker 3: is a minority right has certain rights, and they have
- 8:13Speaker 3: a minority council, they have their own lawyer. And what
- 8:16Speaker 3: you do is you get all documentation, you get all
- 8:18Speaker 3: witness depositions, and then when the witness has come before
- 8:22Speaker 3: the committee publicly. You remember this prime time where they
- 8:25Speaker 3: was staying, President Trump grabbed the wheel of the Secret Service.
- 8:28Speaker 3: It didn't resonate because there was no across examination. Knzinger
- 8:33Speaker 3: and Cheney were there as stooges. Nancy Pelosi rejected Kevin
- 8:37Speaker 3: McCarthy's I think it was the Banks of Indiana and
- 8:40Speaker 3: Jim Jordan, we're going to be the two senior members,
- 8:43Speaker 3: and they said, no, you guys were part of the insurrection.
- 8:46Speaker 3: You were going to vote that day, are going to
- 8:48Speaker 3: examine that day the results from certain states, and so
- 8:52Speaker 3: you can't be it. She just utilized it. It's never
- 8:54Speaker 3: happened before in an American history on a committee to
- 8:56Speaker 3: select to look into something like this. That's why it
- 8:59Speaker 3: didn't resonate with drama. That's one of the reasons it flops,
- 9:02Speaker 3: because you could tell they were leading the witnesses and
- 9:04Speaker 3: they know this. That's in the files and the and
- 9:07Speaker 3: in the in the meetings and when people be when
- 9:10Speaker 3: people be deposed. Now, so I believe you have to
- 9:12Speaker 3: have a public hearing in Congress. It should go and
- 9:16Speaker 3: they should and the Democrats should have a ranking member,
- 9:18Speaker 3: and they should have minority council like we've always done it,
- 9:21Speaker 3: and they should cross examined witnesses and that time, if
- 9:24Speaker 3: the committee feels like a criminal charges should be sent
- 9:27Speaker 3: over to the Justice Department, it should be done. Then
- 9:30Speaker 3: I think that I think that would be a better
- 9:31Speaker 3: way than just going to grand jury. But it may
- 9:33Speaker 3: go either way, but this is going to be investigated.
- 9:36Speaker 3: And I can tell you right now, they're very smart
- 9:39Speaker 3: people around the President United States that are sitting there
- 9:42Speaker 3: going these pardons are not going to hold up. And
- 9:45Speaker 3: people are determined to go and we got to get
- 9:47Speaker 3: to the bottom of this of what was done because
- 9:51Speaker 3: of either party.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Well, we may have won this election, the fight to
- 9:56Speaker 1: restore a great nation is only beginning and now is
- 9:59Speaker 1: the time to take stand and Patriot Mobile is leading
- 10:02Speaker 1: the charge. It has never been easier to switch your
- 10:06Speaker 1: cell phone than in twenty twenty five. With technology, you
- 10:09Speaker 1: can do it literally over the phone with a code
- 10:12Speaker 1: they send you. It is amazing. But here's the reason
- 10:16Speaker 1: why I use Patriot Mobile now. One I save money
- 10:19Speaker 1: over what I was paying before with Big Mobile, and two,
- 10:22Speaker 1: I'm no longer supporting the radical left now. I didn't
- 10:26Speaker 1: realize until someone told me just how radical Big Mobile
- 10:29Speaker 1: had gotten. Where they are supporting organizations that pay for
- 10:32Speaker 1: abortions or supporting radical democratic causes and organizations they're helping
- 10:37Speaker 1: Democrats get elected at the local, state, and national level.
- 10:40Speaker 1: That is actually why, over a decade ago Patriot Mobile
- 10:43Speaker 1: was started and they are now America's only Christian conservative
- 10:48Speaker 1: wireless provider.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Now, let's talk about coverage.
- 10:51Speaker 1: In twenty twenty five, you have zero problems with coverage
- 10:55Speaker 1: anymore because well, Patriot Mobile uses all three major networks.
- 10:59Speaker 2: What does that mean for you?
- 11:00Speaker 1: It means whatever coverage you're used to now you're going
- 11:03Speaker 1: to stay exactly the same, or you may even be
- 11:06Speaker 1: able to improve it. But it will not be any
- 11:08Speaker 1: issues when it comes to coverage. In fact, they have
- 11:10Speaker 1: a coverage guarantee. But when you pay your bill, this
- 11:14Speaker 1: is where the magic happens. They take a portion of
- 11:17Speaker 1: your bill every month and they give it back to
- 11:19Speaker 1: organizations that support our first and our second amendments that
- 11:23Speaker 1: support the sanctity of life, that support our veterans, our
- 11:26Speaker 1: first responders, and are wounded warriors. And like I said,
- 11:30Speaker 1: switching with technology now has never been easier. You keep
- 11:33Speaker 1: your same phone you have now, keep your same phone number,
- 11:36Speaker 1: and you can even upgrade to a new phone if.
- 11:38Speaker 2: You want to.
- 11:39Speaker 1: They have a one hundred percent US based customer support
- 11:42Speaker 1: team to help you find the perfect plan and to
- 11:45Speaker 1: save money. And if you own a business or a
- 11:47Speaker 1: small business, they have a division that just works on
- 11:50Speaker 1: switching multiple lines over easily. So right now, go to
- 11:53Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or call them nine seven Patriot.
- 12:00Speaker 1: You're going to get a free month of service with
- 12:02Speaker 1: the promo code ferguson. So switch to Patriot Mobile and
- 12:05Speaker 1: make a difference with every call you make Patriot Mobile
- 12:09Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson or nine to seven to two Patriot.
- 12:14Speaker 2: How many of these.
- 12:14Speaker 1: Pardons are we talking about? Is it a select few
- 12:16Speaker 1: or do you think it could be a lot more
- 12:17Speaker 1: than we realize? I mean, could this affect the Biden
- 12:19Speaker 1: crime family as well? Because look, I want to be
- 12:23Speaker 1: careful and you know this in momentum. I don't want
- 12:27Speaker 1: the country to become divided in Trump to lose momentum
- 12:30Speaker 1: because it looks like we're going after our political opponents.
- 12:33Speaker 1: I also think there needs to be justice. Can you
- 12:36Speaker 1: do both the same time? You know how hard that
- 12:38Speaker 1: is to do. But could this affect some of the
- 12:41Speaker 1: Biden crime family pardons as well?
- 12:44Speaker 3: Yeah? Yeah, Well, I think there's a number of things
- 12:47Speaker 3: the Biden crime I would put that into a special
- 12:49Speaker 3: category dealing with Ukraine and other investigations. I think we'll
- 12:52Speaker 3: go on. I think the two and I think Ben,
- 12:54Speaker 3: you're very wise in saying this. I think the two
- 12:57Speaker 3: that have to be done immediately is one j six.
- 12:59Speaker 3: The others doctor Fauci, doctor Anthony Fauci, and everything dealing
- 13:03Speaker 3: with the Wuhan lab, everything dealing with what he was
- 13:06Speaker 3: doing as far as gain of function, the whole gain
- 13:08Speaker 3: of function situation, and the universities in the United States
- 13:11Speaker 3: that were tied up with it.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Because the media never reported on that. Was he actively
- 13:16Speaker 2: begging for a pardon?
- 13:18Speaker 3: Oh beg for Barton? He was actually he he ran
- 13:22Speaker 3: he was working on it even before uh uh, the
- 13:26Speaker 3: the election. The Jay six guys because of the political
- 13:30Speaker 3: repercussions they had heard, you know, beforehand, that they had
- 13:34Speaker 3: a sense they weren't going to win. Really started after
- 13:38Speaker 3: after November fifth. Fauci was for much longer. He has
- 13:41Speaker 3: been nervous because he knows he purged himself in front
- 13:43Speaker 3: of Rand Paul on numerous occasions. Ran Paul has done
- 13:46Speaker 3: a great job of highlighting that. So, first off, Fauci
- 13:50Speaker 3: and everything Fauci will lead you to things about Wuhan
- 13:53Speaker 3: and leads you to things about what Nih and other
- 13:57Speaker 3: people around Fauci did. That's an investigation we had have
- 14:00Speaker 3: to have since Ben, as you know, over the last week,
- 14:02Speaker 3: it's the New York Times, it's the Times of London,
- 14:05Speaker 3: it's the Wall Street Turner coming out and saying, hey,
- 14:08Speaker 3: these guys have said it was a lab leak, were
- 14:11Speaker 3: actually correct, and we know we smeared him, but it
- 14:14Speaker 3: turns out they were right. So the Bluhan lamb in
- 14:17Speaker 3: Fauci's involvement, and he knows he's got a problem even.
- 14:21Speaker 2: If his becomes.
- 14:25Speaker 1: He So let's say Fauci, let's go to that one
- 14:27Speaker 1: for a second, because this really intrigues me, and I
- 14:30Speaker 1: think many people listening, and I guess I'm me.
- 14:31Speaker 2: He Steve Bannon.
- 14:32Speaker 1: He is the host of war Room. You got to
- 14:34Speaker 1: check it out. It's an amazing show. If you've never
- 14:36Speaker 1: seen it. In the podcast is incredible. You look at Fauci,
- 14:40Speaker 1: Let's say hypothetically, a guy like Fauci, this goes all the.
- 14:43Speaker 2: Way through and the pardon is no one void. What
- 14:47Speaker 2: then happens next?
- 14:48Speaker 1: And then could that actually mean that a guy like
- 14:51Speaker 1: Fauci could go to jail for for lying and perjuring himself.
- 14:57Speaker 3: I think all bets are off on all this. I
- 14:59Speaker 3: think you definitely think the reason people want to pursue
- 15:02Speaker 3: this is that these are very serious and we can
- 15:05Speaker 3: never allow the apparatus and can't in in the in
- 15:09Speaker 3: the administrative state, uh in Fauci's case and uh in
- 15:13Speaker 3: something like what they concoct on J six to ever
- 15:16Speaker 3: happen again. We're not going to have a republic if
- 15:18Speaker 3: that is out there. And that's why these two have
- 15:21Speaker 3: to be done. That's why people around President Trump have
- 15:24Speaker 3: questioned these That's what this autopen is going to be
- 15:27Speaker 3: very important. And in Democrats and I know the progressive media,
- 15:30Speaker 3: to listen to your show, have to understand, this a
- 15:33Speaker 3: very serious effort and people are going to pursue this
- 15:36Speaker 3: because the lawfair continues until today. I mean, the lawfare
- 15:41Speaker 3: of what these radical judges are doing the President Trump
- 15:44Speaker 3: is just another extension of the lawfare that they really
- 15:47Speaker 3: rebbed up against President Trump and the MAGA movement and
- 15:50Speaker 3: others in the first in the first term. Now Fauci
- 15:53Speaker 3: goes much deeper. Frauchi is about the administrative state in
- 15:56Speaker 3: the deep state, and and what his involvement was with Ruhan,
- 15:59Speaker 3: what his knowledge was. You know, there's a whole set
- 16:02Speaker 3: of email change that brand Paul, that center Paul went
- 16:06Speaker 3: after that showed that Salci was very weare at the
- 16:08Speaker 3: beginning that was a lably because of the gain of
- 16:11Speaker 3: function experiments they were doing there with essentially money in
- 16:16Speaker 3: support from his operation, and he tried to suppress that.
- 16:19Speaker 3: He tried to do a misdirection play. He was one
- 16:21Speaker 3: of the drivers in back of the media, particular Washington
- 16:24Speaker 3: Posts and others, coming after Tom Cotton, coming after war Room,
- 16:28Speaker 3: coming after myself, coming after Natalie Winners, other investigators we
- 16:32Speaker 3: had that were coming out and saying, hey, this is
- 16:35Speaker 3: a labile the very from the get go. So folks
- 16:38Speaker 3: just have to understand if we're going to make sure
- 16:40Speaker 3: this doesn't happen in the future, you have to take
- 16:42Speaker 3: care of it.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I realized, all right, I've said this four times.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Let's us let it go and move on. You can't
- 16:47Speaker 3: move on now.
- 16:48Speaker 1: You just said you've said it four times. We have
- 16:50Speaker 1: to make sure this never happens again. That clearly correlates
- 16:53Speaker 1: with the hell that you went through. So let's start
- 16:56Speaker 1: back at the beginning of that hell for a moment
- 16:58Speaker 1: and remind people, well, what was it that got you
- 17:03Speaker 1: into the point where democrats said you are so dangerous,
- 17:07Speaker 1: we need to lock him up, and they start coming
- 17:09Speaker 1: after you.
- 17:10Speaker 2: War Room, the people that work for you, and ultimately
- 17:14Speaker 2: you went to prison.
- 17:15Speaker 1: Walk us down that storyline to remind why you can't
- 17:19Speaker 1: just let this go because of what they did. You said,
- 17:21Speaker 1: Navarre at the beginning of this conversation, the anniversary being
- 17:25Speaker 1: today and you guys playing that audio on your show,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I mean, that's the worry. I mean, these people rated
- 17:30Speaker 1: this president, the former president I did to America's home.
- 17:32Speaker 2: I think people forget this so quickly. We live in
- 17:35Speaker 2: such an eighty D society.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Yeah, no, it's you know, the president exert executive privilege
- 17:41Speaker 3: on a number of things, including conversations others you had
- 17:44Speaker 3: with Peter m var and myself about you know, exerting
- 17:49Speaker 3: executive privilege. I also argued immediately that the committee was
- 17:53Speaker 3: not properly structured. So Peter Navarro and I refused to comply.
- 17:59Speaker 3: And what these guys did. Normally, situations like this are
- 18:02Speaker 3: civil matters. They passed the Just they'll pass it to
- 18:05Speaker 3: the Justice Department for a civil matter. This committee did not.
- 18:09Speaker 3: They held Peter Navarro and I in criminal contempt, right,
- 18:13Speaker 3: which is a misdemeanor, criminal content, not civil, which is
- 18:16Speaker 3: the way it's always been handled in the past, but
- 18:18Speaker 3: criminal content, and they sent it to the Just Department,
- 18:22Speaker 3: which immediately put the team many of these folks have
- 18:25Speaker 3: just been fired or let go, terminated by the President's
- 18:29Speaker 3: new team at the Justice Department to basically go after
- 18:32Speaker 3: us and for misdemeanors. We went to prison because we
- 18:34Speaker 3: wouldn't break I would never comply. I thought this thing
- 18:37Speaker 3: was illegal from the beginning. Thought it was a way
- 18:39Speaker 3: to attack the president, and not just to attack the president,
- 18:42Speaker 3: but the entire MAGA movement and the republic and the
- 18:45Speaker 3: Constitution so Peter and I would not comply. We went
- 18:49Speaker 3: to these rig trials in DC, the same types of
- 18:52Speaker 3: things you're seeing with the same judges that came after
- 18:55Speaker 3: President Trump later and wanted to put him in jail
- 18:57Speaker 3: for three hundred and fifty years. The same people today,
- 19:00Speaker 3: because this fight is active today as we speak, probably
- 19:03Speaker 3: more active than ever, with the same collection of judges,
- 19:06Speaker 3: these radical neo Marx's judges in the in the DC
- 19:09Speaker 3: circuit and throughout the country, and on misdemeanor charges, on
- 19:14Speaker 3: misdemeanor charges, they sent us to federal prisons.
- 19:17Speaker 2: Now, Peter, how long for beer? They don't know this.
- 19:19Speaker 2: How long were you in in prison for?
- 19:22Speaker 3: I was in four months. I was in Danbury Prison,
- 19:25Speaker 3: which has been around over one hundred years. And I
- 19:27Speaker 3: was told at the time when I was there, there
- 19:30Speaker 3: had never been a misdemeanor ever. I mean, it's almost
- 19:33Speaker 3: unheard of. You never have misdemeanors. Like the people that
- 19:36Speaker 3: ran the federal court in DC. One gentleman been there
- 19:39Speaker 3: of fifty years, who's going to retire? And he came
- 19:41Speaker 3: up said, mister Banner, I've been here fifty years. We've
- 19:44Speaker 3: never tried He says, we don't have time to try
- 19:46Speaker 3: the felonies. They try to get people to take pleap
- 19:48Speaker 3: artist because it's just not enough time judges space to
- 19:52Speaker 3: do the felonies, he says, But we've never ever had
- 19:55Speaker 3: a misdemeanor. So for a misdemeanor, I was sent to
- 19:58Speaker 3: prison for four months to af prison. I didn't go
- 20:00Speaker 3: to a camp. I actually went to a minimum security.
- 20:03Speaker 3: But I mean it was a prison with I think
- 20:05Speaker 3: eleven hundred inmates, and it's a quite dangerous place because
- 20:09Speaker 3: of the because of the drugs that are there, and
- 20:12Speaker 3: some of these inmates, these young inmates have twenty and
- 20:15Speaker 3: twenty five year sentences in a very tiny place that's
- 20:18Speaker 3: over one hundred years old. They break psychologically. They used drugs,
- 20:22Speaker 3: and once they used drugs, then it's there. They're they're
- 20:25Speaker 3: they're they're really out of control. And big guy, you
- 20:28Speaker 3: empathized with them because I was there for twenty five years.
- 20:31Speaker 3: It would break you psychologically. It's a very These prisons
- 20:34Speaker 3: are very tough environment.
- 20:37Speaker 2: What did you learn from that experience?
- 20:38Speaker 1: I mean, you're a big guy like I am, but
- 20:40Speaker 1: you still got to watch over your back, like your
- 20:42Speaker 1: shoulder twenty four to seven, right, I mean, like what
- 20:45Speaker 1: was it like being in there.
- 20:46Speaker 3: I just came out. I came out more empowered than ever.
- 20:49Speaker 3: The irony is they've wanted to shut me up right
- 20:52Speaker 3: and from the campaign and destroy me. I came out.
- 20:55Speaker 3: My team had done a great job. We were more
- 20:57Speaker 3: active in the campaign. Put the grassroots part. That's a
- 20:59Speaker 3: more impop, the grassroots volunteers. So we had a fantastic
- 21:03Speaker 3: It was our strategy. It was executed to a t
- 21:06Speaker 3: Elon Musk back to play and put up so much
- 21:09Speaker 3: money in back a Charlie Kirk and others that were
- 21:11Speaker 3: the coordinators, you know, two hundred fifty million dollars. It
- 21:13Speaker 3: was incredible. I came out seven days before, led the
- 21:16Speaker 3: rally to forget folks to turn out on Game Day,
- 21:19Speaker 3: which I think over fifty five million Americans turnout for
- 21:21Speaker 3: President Trump, particularly tons of low information voters. And I'm
- 21:25Speaker 3: more in power than ever. The show is bigger. I'm
- 21:27Speaker 3: more active than I ever been in Nancy plus and
- 21:29Speaker 3: that she's kicked to the curb by the Democrat Party
- 21:32Speaker 3: because of the loss, and the people in the Jay
- 21:34Speaker 3: C's committee are running, they're scared, they're panicked. That's what
- 21:38Speaker 3: they went and got these and got these pardons, so
- 21:41Speaker 3: in you know, in God's wisdom and divine providence wisdom,
- 21:45Speaker 3: they lost at big time and we won. But I
- 21:48Speaker 3: came out of prison more the reason I came out
- 21:49Speaker 3: of prison more in power. It's a very dangerous place
- 21:51Speaker 3: and you must be focused twenty four to seven to
- 21:54Speaker 3: make sure that you can get through there. But for
- 21:56Speaker 3: me at at seventy years old, it was a was
- 22:00Speaker 3: an amazing experience just for the focus. But I will
- 22:02Speaker 3: tell people you don't want to be sent there, and
- 22:04Speaker 3: we can't have people sent there for what these people did.
- 22:07Speaker 3: And Peter Navarro who's also seventy years old when I
- 22:10Speaker 3: was there, ben the people that impressed me the most
- 22:14Speaker 3: are the right to life people. There were women in
- 22:16Speaker 3: their seventies and the female prison in my prison some
- 22:19Speaker 3: of the most amazing men I ever met with. These
- 22:23Speaker 3: people that prayed in front of abortion centers, Evangelical Christians
- 22:27Speaker 3: and Catholics that prayed before the abortion centers the Rosary
- 22:32Speaker 3: are prayers and were sent to prison for three, four
- 22:35Speaker 3: or five years, and I mean in a federal prison
- 22:37Speaker 3: with a lot of bad own braves because they wanted
- 22:39Speaker 3: them to be attacked. And these people in. President Trump
- 22:41Speaker 3: pardoned all of them the first day he was there.
- 22:44Speaker 3: So it's amazing. But here's what's happening. Look, you and
- 22:47Speaker 3: Ted Cruzer have the amazing podcast. These federal judges has
- 22:51Speaker 3: lawfaares not stopped. It's actually more intense now at a
- 22:54Speaker 3: higher level than it's ever been, and it has to
- 22:56Speaker 3: be stopped. They've got I think, and what.
- 23:00Speaker 2: You mean by it's happening now for people again?
- 23:02Speaker 1: And I always try to ask the everyday question because
- 23:05Speaker 1: I want to assume that people don't understand what's happening
- 23:08Speaker 1: right now. So break down these judges and explain what
- 23:11Speaker 1: you mean by the lawfare now. And it's judges. The
- 23:14Speaker 1: way I described it to a friend earlier was, look,
- 23:17Speaker 1: it's judges who are dug in and say I'm untouchable
- 23:21Speaker 1: and I'm going to be a roadblock for the president
- 23:24Speaker 1: to do his job and stop him.
- 23:27Speaker 2: Is that a fair analysis of it.
- 23:30Speaker 3: Yeah. Look, as conservatives, we've always believed in ideas have consequences.
- 23:36Speaker 3: This is a big idea that you're seeing being played
- 23:38Speaker 3: at The idea is the unitary theory of the executive.
- 23:41Speaker 3: The President Trump wants to get very straight for his
- 23:44Speaker 3: term and for terms going forward. That the office of
- 23:47Speaker 3: the President has three aspects by the Constitution. Number one,
- 23:51Speaker 3: he's chief executive officer of the United States Government, and therefore,
- 23:54Speaker 3: as chief executive, he has a broad mandate to make
- 23:58Speaker 3: decision executive decision, including about personnel and including about spending,
- 24:06Speaker 3: to wit that the Appropriations Bill is a ceiling on
- 24:09Speaker 3: what should be spent, not a floor. Number two, that
- 24:12Speaker 3: he's commander in chief of the Armed Forces. And number
- 24:15Speaker 3: three is that he's the chief magistrate and the chief
- 24:18Speaker 3: law enforcement officer of the United States. Those three things
- 24:21Speaker 3: are encapsulated in the office of the President and the
- 24:24Speaker 3: person that serves him. And what you're seeing with his
- 24:26Speaker 3: executive orders and other actions he's taking using the advisors
- 24:30Speaker 3: of DOGE to go after waste f abuse and the
- 24:33Speaker 3: administrative states. Also other things he's doing with his cabinet,
- 24:36Speaker 3: things he's doing as commander in chief to keep the
- 24:39Speaker 3: country safe. The left has no responses politically. They're shattered
- 24:44Speaker 3: their color revolution of people in the streets of burning
- 24:47Speaker 3: tesla's and trying to hold rallies is a flop. Okay,
- 24:51Speaker 3: they have one thing. They have these radical Marxist or
- 24:53Speaker 3: neo Marxis in robes in the federal judiciary, and what
- 24:58Speaker 3: they're doing is going to court immediately on anything President
- 25:00Speaker 3: Trump does, including Kerry Lake does this big restructuring of
- 25:04Speaker 3: Voice of America the other day. Bang, six hours later,
- 25:06Speaker 3: they're in with a source back lawsuit with all these
- 25:10Speaker 3: sophisticated left wing lawyers. And what these judges are doing
- 25:14Speaker 3: is they're giving injunctions and temporary restraining orders, like from
- 25:18Speaker 3: Rhode Island for the entire nation. I think there's fifteen
- 25:20Speaker 3: right now. And this is across everything. This across President
- 25:22Speaker 3: Trump making personnel decisions about I'm having a reduction in
- 25:26Speaker 3: force here, or like holding two billion dollars back from
- 25:30Speaker 3: the USAID to go out and fund left wing groups
- 25:32Speaker 3: throughout the world, or as commander in chief to basically say, hey,
- 25:36Speaker 3: we're going to take this vendors, We're going to take
- 25:38Speaker 3: these Venezuelan gangs, these murderous gangs. I'm getting that out
- 25:41Speaker 3: of the country immediately. I'm putting on military aircraft and
- 25:44Speaker 3: other aircraft. They're going to El Salvador, They're going to
- 25:48Speaker 3: go to prison there. To have a federal judge jump
- 25:50Speaker 3: in the middle of a national security decision and the
- 25:52Speaker 3: judge trying to redirect the planes from the bench back
- 25:57Speaker 3: to the United States, so across the board, and this
- 26:00Speaker 3: has come up to the fact that President Trump and ourselves,
- 26:02Speaker 3: with Mike Davis, we've called for the impeachment of this
- 26:05Speaker 3: chief judge of the district in Washington, Boseburg, to be
- 26:10Speaker 3: impeached and to move the House Judiciary Committee to start
- 26:14Speaker 3: to move the immediately to impeaching. And just as Roberts
- 26:16Speaker 3: came in and basically read the Riot Act to the
- 26:20Speaker 3: President and to our movement to back off, and so
- 26:23Speaker 3: we are hurtling towards a constitutional crisis about exactly and
- 26:28Speaker 3: a lot of this is going to go back to
- 26:29Speaker 3: about do you comply or not. I believe that a
- 26:32Speaker 3: couple of these judges are laying contempt traps from President
- 26:36Speaker 3: Trump's senior advisors.
- 26:39Speaker 1: And really this so when you say they're saying these traps,
- 26:43Speaker 1: explain what that would look like in reality, what they're
- 26:46Speaker 1: hoping that the quote mistake they would make.
- 26:49Speaker 3: Well, here's what they're doing. Like on Saturday, when President
- 26:52Speaker 3: Trump sent these these terrorists, because he did the name
- 26:56Speaker 3: of terrorist group, he sent the out of the country.
- 26:58Speaker 3: The judge card of the emergency hearing at five o'clock
- 27:01Speaker 3: on Saturday, and folks should know that the federal courts
- 27:04Speaker 3: don't work over the weekend. They had this and he
- 27:06Speaker 3: basically made from the bench he wanted the planes to
- 27:09Speaker 3: be redirected, and then when that was not done, he
- 27:14Speaker 3: then had another meeting on Monday, and he required that
- 27:17Speaker 3: tremendous amount of detailed information be given by about what happened,
- 27:22Speaker 3: about how many prisons on each plane, who were they,
- 27:25Speaker 3: where were they heading, why weren't they turned around. The
- 27:28Speaker 3: Trump administration did not comply with that. He's now asked
- 27:32Speaker 3: for that. They've come back and said, hey, maybe we
- 27:35Speaker 3: might comply if this is kept in secret, but even
- 27:39Speaker 3: then we have to have assurances you're not going to
- 27:40Speaker 3: be leaked to the left wing journals. So right now
- 27:43Speaker 3: this judge is laying up about complying with his orders.
- 27:47Speaker 3: I think sending up a trap to try to have
- 27:52Speaker 3: criminal charges brought against some of President Trump's people. They're
- 27:55Speaker 3: playing desciously and this is why this lawfare is not
- 27:58Speaker 3: going to stop until stop it now. There are five
- 28:00Speaker 3: or six things already in the House and the Senate,
- 28:03Speaker 3: through Mike Lee, about legislation that can go like the
- 28:06Speaker 3: legislation at eighteen oh one that reorganized the federal judiciary.
- 28:10Speaker 3: There's talk about chip Roy the great concrecurrent contextas is
- 28:13Speaker 3: already saying, hey, look, the budget for the Federal Court
- 28:16Speaker 3: is ten billion dollars. Maybe we cut two Bayon out
- 28:18Speaker 3: of it. Maybe we actually cut some of these districts
- 28:20Speaker 3: like San Francisco and Rhode Island that are going out
- 28:23Speaker 3: of their way to put national bands in the President's
- 28:25Speaker 3: of the president's policies. There's others that President Trump has
- 28:29Speaker 3: put in an executive work to go after the law firms.
- 28:32Speaker 3: That a lot of these law firms like Perkins coy
- 28:34Speaker 3: and Burlington Covey are in the back of a lot
- 28:38Speaker 3: of this. So the Covington earlier in the back of
- 28:41Speaker 3: a lot of this. So it's all out legal warfare
- 28:45Speaker 3: right now. And people have to understand this is the
- 28:47Speaker 3: main event because we're in a constitutional crisis and they're
- 28:51Speaker 3: trying to shut down with President Trump's trying to do that.
- 28:54Speaker 3: The people in the United States gave him mandate as
- 28:57Speaker 3: the chief executive of the United States government has and
- 29:00Speaker 3: in chief of the military forces and as chief managt
- 29:02Speaker 3: rate in chief law enforcement. Also, this is why He
- 29:05Speaker 3: went to the Justice Department on Friday to basically put
- 29:07Speaker 3: a market down and say, Hey, the president is no
- 29:09Speaker 3: longer forbidden from talking to the Attorney general. The president
- 29:12Speaker 3: is no longer forbidden from talking to the FBI director.
- 29:14Speaker 3: The president is no longer forbidden for going into Justice
- 29:18Speaker 3: and talk the main justice and talk to everybody. So
- 29:21Speaker 3: this is the war, and this is the one the
- 29:23Speaker 3: Democrats and the radicals think they can win since they
- 29:25Speaker 3: have no political no political pressure right now, given how
- 29:29Speaker 3: the American people have rejected them.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I want to ask you two more questions, and I
- 29:34Speaker 1: really appreciate you spending time with us. My guest Steve Bannon.
- 29:37Speaker 1: He is the host of War Room. You can watch
- 29:39Speaker 1: it on Real America's Voice. You can also download the podcast.
- 29:42Speaker 1: It's incredible. Well, I actually believe, and you mentioned God
- 29:47Speaker 1: earlier as a Christian, I actually believe that God allowed
- 29:51Speaker 1: for Trump to lose in twenty twenty so we could
- 29:53Speaker 1: see how corrupt the government was with Democrats, so he
- 29:56Speaker 1: could come back and save this country in twenty twenty four.
- 30:00Speaker 1: The best thing that ever happened was was us getting
- 30:02Speaker 1: to watch this lawfare the way you've described it, so
- 30:04Speaker 1: we can stop it, and I think that was a blessing.
- 30:08Speaker 2: How big of a deal is it now that we
- 30:11Speaker 2: have people, you know.
- 30:12Speaker 1: And well cash Pttel for example, Dan Bongino, John Ratcliffe
- 30:16Speaker 1: and all these others that are in there at the
- 30:19Speaker 1: FBI and the CIA, et cetera, understanding just how rot,
- 30:24Speaker 1: how much rot and corruption there is within the deep state,
- 30:29Speaker 1: and actually demanding transparency and showing us whether it's the
- 30:33Speaker 1: JFK files, the list goes on and on, that we're
- 30:36Speaker 1: going to have a transparent government. These are things that
- 30:39Speaker 1: I don't think we could even imagine we had to
- 30:41Speaker 1: deal with back in sixteen.
- 30:43Speaker 3: You're right, this is providential. Sixteen was a providential win.
- 30:46Speaker 3: I was there, had a ringsite seat. I mean, we
- 30:48Speaker 3: had a man, a movement, a plane, very little money
- 30:52Speaker 3: and nothing else, and we took down to Clinton mafia.
- 30:55Speaker 3: I believe like you do that the steel in twenty
- 30:59Speaker 3: twenty was providential also, and that in the fullness of time,
- 31:02Speaker 3: we saw how radical these people are. What they're prepared
- 31:06Speaker 3: to do this country culturally, economically, giving away or sovereignty,
- 31:10Speaker 3: what they've done geopolitically, it's outrageous, but we got to
- 31:14Speaker 3: see it. The American people got to see not just
- 31:16Speaker 3: people that listened to your show of people that watch
- 31:18Speaker 3: War Room, but a broader swath of America and they
- 31:21Speaker 3: rejected it. And most importantly, President Trump in those four years,
- 31:24Speaker 3: you can tell not only was he able to think
- 31:27Speaker 3: about things, not only was it able to kind of
- 31:29Speaker 3: meditate on where the country is and to bring up
- 31:33Speaker 3: a course of action as they came against him, and
- 31:35Speaker 3: remember they wanted to put him in prison for three
- 31:38Speaker 3: hundred and seventy five years so he would die in
- 31:40Speaker 3: a federal prison, and they were bound and determined to
- 31:42Speaker 3: do that. That really had President Trump do a very
- 31:45Speaker 3: deep think on all this. In addition, we had like
- 31:48Speaker 3: brooksh Rollin's at American First Policy Institute, Stephen Miller at
- 31:52Speaker 3: American First Law, the Heritage Group or Project twenty twenty five,
- 31:56Speaker 3: the Great russ Vote at Center for Renewing America, five
- 32:00Speaker 3: or six think tanks that went through for four years
- 32:03Speaker 3: and made a decision they were going to back Trump
- 32:05Speaker 3: as Trump did his political comeback and start to work
- 32:07Speaker 3: through these policies, these verticals very deeply and also put
- 32:11Speaker 3: together the three thousand people that you don't need Senate
- 32:14Speaker 3: confirm that could work on teams become sedgerate matter of experts.
- 32:18Speaker 3: That's why when President Trump shows up this time, unlike
- 32:20Speaker 3: in sixteen, you have days of thunder, you have flood
- 32:23Speaker 3: his zone. He does ten and twelve things a day
- 32:26Speaker 3: that resonate. That's why they're so desperate. They need to
- 32:29Speaker 3: basically slow it down. The only way they can slow
- 32:32Speaker 3: it down is with the courts, and to delay is
- 32:34Speaker 3: to deny. If you look at the same percision to
- 32:35Speaker 3: look some of these rulings they wanted to post people
- 32:38Speaker 3: in the government. This is the judges, not the plan is.
- 32:41Speaker 3: This is the judges, and they're trying to slow it
- 32:43Speaker 3: down to try to string this out pass the twenty
- 32:45Speaker 3: twenty six midterms. Their strategy is very obviously, but President
- 32:49Speaker 3: Trump's done it so it was providential, and it's providential
- 32:51Speaker 3: he's back. And you mentioned the types of people he's
- 32:54Speaker 3: getting in there. It's a dream team. But this has
- 32:56Speaker 3: been years in the making. You know, Cash Ftel, Dan Bongino,
- 33:00Speaker 3: Pam Bondi, the whole team that the Just Farmer is
- 33:02Speaker 3: basically President Trump's legal team that defending him against this
- 33:06Speaker 3: law fare. So these people John Ratcliffe and Cia, You're
- 33:09Speaker 3: not going to take down the deep state unless you
- 33:11Speaker 3: have a guy with the courage of a John Ratcliffe, right,
- 33:14Speaker 3: or someone like a Tulca Gabbert. So the team is there.
- 33:17Speaker 3: This is now a test of wills, and that's why
- 33:20Speaker 3: we were in a constitutional crisis more than ever. You
- 33:23Speaker 3: have to have Trump's back because they're trying to break
- 33:26Speaker 3: us right now and they're trying to use the federal
- 33:29Speaker 3: courts to do it.
- 33:30Speaker 2: Final question for you.
- 33:32Speaker 1: In everyone that listens to the show, I always try
- 33:34Speaker 1: to give them a hey, how do you get involved?
- 33:37Speaker 3: What do you do?
- 33:37Speaker 1: What is it that listeners need to be doing to
- 33:40Speaker 1: advocate support, to back not just this administration, but all
- 33:45Speaker 1: the other things that you just talked about.
- 33:48Speaker 3: I think the first thing is, let's use your agency.
- 33:50Speaker 3: You are important. Remember President Trump is a grassroots movement.
- 33:53Speaker 3: This is a populis movement We've never seen before in
- 33:56Speaker 3: this country. All the forces are aligned against him, Silicon Valley,
- 34:01Speaker 3: the corporatist, the globalist, all of it. It's been defeated
- 34:05Speaker 3: to date because of the popular the sovereign will of
- 34:08Speaker 3: the American people. Having Trump's back. Number one, listen to
- 34:11Speaker 3: your show, get more information, listen to your podcast or
- 34:14Speaker 3: Ted Cruz. Just get more information, weaponize yourself. And you
- 34:18Speaker 3: do that with information, become an information or what we
- 34:21Speaker 3: call force multiplier. Then number two go to these sites
- 34:25Speaker 3: that can actually help you become active, not just to
- 34:28Speaker 3: your local level, but also calling your congressman. But when
- 34:31Speaker 3: you call, you know what you're talking about as far
- 34:33Speaker 3: as impeachment goes. So I would say number one, use
- 34:37Speaker 3: your human agency. That's what this is about. You. Remember,
- 34:40Speaker 3: God works through human agency. He flows through you, The
- 34:43Speaker 3: Holy Spirit flows through you. So number one, find out
- 34:47Speaker 3: and learn as much as you can weaponize yourself. Then
- 34:50Speaker 3: number two actually become active, whether at the grassroots level
- 34:53Speaker 3: or right now, making sure that you're letting your congressman,
- 34:56Speaker 3: your representative of your senators know, Hey, this is important.
- 35:00Speaker 3: We want you to folks and want folks on this legislation.
- 35:02Speaker 3: We want the House Judiciary Committee to basically a panel.
- 35:05Speaker 3: We want to start looking at these judges because folks,
- 35:08Speaker 3: we are in a gunfight right now. We're in a
- 35:10Speaker 3: metaphorical gunfight about the direction of this country. And you know,
- 35:14Speaker 3: I'm glad everybody celebrated inauguration, but I kept saying this,
- 35:18Speaker 3: We're about one hundred days before we get down to it.
- 35:20Speaker 3: And now we're getting down to it on day sixty.
- 35:23Speaker 3: And folks don't think it's going to get better. It's
- 35:26Speaker 3: either there's no compromise here. We're either going to win
- 35:29Speaker 3: or they're going to win. And this is all going
- 35:30Speaker 3: to get down to the test of political will. And
- 35:34Speaker 3: you know, Ben, I have my money on the American
- 35:38Speaker 3: people in the grassroots movement in this country.
- 35:40Speaker 1: Now, all the data that I just gave you, I'm
- 35:42Speaker 1: going to ask you to share it on social media.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I'm going to ask you to share it with your
- 35:46Speaker 1: family and your friends. We do this show every day
- 35:49Speaker 1: on social media, so make sure again grab it, download it,
- 35:53Speaker 1: and if you get to see our videos on social media,
- 35:55Speaker 1: please share them because, as you know that, the big
- 35:59Speaker 1: tech presses everything we do here.
- 36:02Speaker 2: And I'll see you back here tomorrow.
