- 0:01Speaker 1: One point six million out of ATM machines in cash.
- 0:05Speaker 1: That is now what we are learning about with new
- 0:08Speaker 1: information about Hunter Biden. He's spent a staggering eight hundred
- 0:13Speaker 1: seventy two thousand on prostitutes, porn, and sex club memberships.
- 0:19Speaker 2: He also, on top of that eight.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Hundred and seventy two thousand on prostitutes, porn and sex
- 0:23Speaker 1: club memberships, spent one point six million dollars on stuff.
- 0:28Speaker 2: How do we know that?
- 0:30Speaker 1: Because he took one point six million dollars of cash
- 0:34Speaker 1: out of ATM withdrawals. The first suns wild spending is
- 0:38Speaker 1: laid out in the Tax of Asian case. They could
- 0:41Speaker 1: land him seventeen years in jail and is a disaster
- 0:45Speaker 1: for Dad Joe Biden's campaign. We know that Hunter Biden
- 0:49Speaker 1: spent these staggering eight hundred and seventy thousand on prostitutes
- 0:53Speaker 1: and the sex club memberships and porn, and then took
- 0:56Speaker 1: the one point six min of cash. Because of the
- 0:59Speaker 1: documents for on this indictment, there's no way they can
- 1:02Speaker 1: say it didn't happen. Now, federal prosecutors, after being able
- 1:06Speaker 1: to dig into this a little bit more, are making
- 1:09Speaker 1: a very simple claim that the president's scandal hit son
- 1:14Speaker 1: spent almost five million on a lavish lifestyle between twenty
- 1:20Speaker 1: sixteen and twenty nineteen, while failing to pay one point
- 1:24Speaker 1: four million dollars in taxes in a case that leaves
- 1:28Speaker 1: them facing seventeen possible years in prison. The indictment said
- 1:34Speaker 1: to be a disaster for his father's twenty twenty four
- 1:37Speaker 1: president to run.
- 1:38Speaker 2: Alleges that Hunter Biden spent.
- 1:40Speaker 1: This money specifically on drugs, escorts, girlfriends, luxury hotels, rental properties,
- 1:48Speaker 1: exotic cars, exotic clothing, and other items of personal nature.
- 1:54Speaker 1: In short, everything but his taxes. That breakdown includes six
- 1:59Speaker 1: hundred and eighty three thousand on various women. Let me
- 2:02Speaker 1: say that again. The breakdown includes six hundred and eighty
- 2:06Speaker 1: three thousand on various women, that's how it's categorized in
- 2:10Speaker 1: the indictment, as well as almost four hundred thousand on
- 2:13Speaker 1: clothing and accessories. It also alleg to that he spent
- 2:17Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty eight thousand on adult entertainment and
- 2:20Speaker 1: then on top of that, he took one point six
- 2:23Speaker 1: million dollars in cash from ATM withdrawals alone.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Now this is just in a three year period. During
- 2:32Speaker 2: that time, he.
- 2:33Speaker 1: Was in the middle of a well documented addiction to
- 2:35Speaker 1: alcohol and crack cocaine. You would assume that some of
- 2:38Speaker 1: the one point six million was going to straight up
- 2:42Speaker 1: drug use, But there's no way he was able to
- 2:46Speaker 1: consume one point six million dollars in drugs. You would
- 2:50Speaker 1: die in that sort of a period of time. So
- 2:53Speaker 1: where else did the money go?
- 2:55Speaker 2: Well?
- 2:56Speaker 1: Hunter is now facing not one but two criminal trials
- 3:00Speaker 1: in the middle of his father's presidential campaign in Delaware.
- 3:03Speaker 1: He's also facing a maximum of twenty five years in
- 3:07Speaker 1: prison for allegedly lying about being a drug.
- 3:10Speaker 2: User when he bought a gun.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Now, there's no indication he'll actually do any jail time
- 3:14Speaker 1: for those crimes, and at the most he might do
- 3:16Speaker 1: a few months. But let me tell you about hunters
- 3:20Speaker 1: four years of wild spending broken down by years just
- 3:25Speaker 1: in ATM cash withdraws. He withdrew two hundred thousand dollars
- 3:32Speaker 1: from ATMs just in twenty sixteen. Now, I want to
- 3:37Speaker 1: put this into simplistic terms, So the understand if you
- 3:41Speaker 1: divide two hundred thousand by three hundred and sixty five days,
- 3:45Speaker 1: that means that every single day he was taking out
- 3:48Speaker 1: five hundred and fifty dollars in cash from ATM withdraws.
- 3:53Speaker 2: That's just in one year.
- 3:55Speaker 1: But then you fast forward to twenty seventeen, the number
- 3:59Speaker 1: then skyrocketed, and this is ATM withdrawals of a half
- 4:04Speaker 1: a million dollars. That means every month he was taking
- 4:08Speaker 1: out forty one thousand, six hundred and sixty six dollars
- 4:13Speaker 1: every single month in ATM cash. Now, if you divide
- 4:17Speaker 1: that by thirty days, that means he was taking almost
- 4:21Speaker 1: fourteen hundred dollars a day out of the ATM in cash.
- 4:27Speaker 2: He wasn't done.
- 4:29Speaker 1: It got even worse in two thousand and eighteen, when
- 4:32Speaker 1: he spent seven hundred and seventy two thousand dollars or
- 4:37Speaker 1: that's how much money he got out of the ATMs.
- 4:40Speaker 1: You divide that by twelve that means he was getting
- 4:44Speaker 1: sixty four thousand, three hundred dollars a month on average
- 4:48Speaker 1: in actual cash out of ATMs. You divide that by
- 4:52Speaker 1: thirty days, that means he was getting out every single day.
- 4:57Speaker 1: In two thoy and eighteen, one hundred and forty four
- 5:02Speaker 1: dollars every twenty four hours in cash from ATMs. That
- 5:07Speaker 1: number almost identical the very next year in twenty nineteen
- 5:10Speaker 1: for a grand total of one point sixty six four
- 5:13Speaker 1: million dollars in cash withdrawals alone from ATM machines. Now
- 5:18Speaker 1: here's the part that gets even crazier. Payments to quote
- 5:22Speaker 1: various women. This became a thing really in two thousand
- 5:26Speaker 1: and seventeen, with one hundred and thirty eight thousand dollars
- 5:29Speaker 1: he was giving to various women. That number then skyrocketed
- 5:32Speaker 1: in eighteen to three hundred and eighty three thousand dollars
- 5:36Speaker 1: in payments to various women. He also really liked nice
- 5:39Speaker 1: stuff clothing and accessories. These are exotic clothing that he
- 5:43Speaker 1: was buying himself, high end suits, and Gucci Prada.
- 5:46Speaker 2: The list goes on and on.
- 5:48Speaker 1: At one point he was spending one hundred and fifty
- 5:50Speaker 1: one thousand dollars a year just on clothing and accessories.
- 5:54Speaker 1: That was in twenty eighteen, two, one hundred and thirteen thousand,
- 5:57Speaker 1: and seventeen, seventy eight thousand and sixteen, and in nineteen
- 6:01Speaker 1: fifty three thousand. We also know that he spent a
- 6:05Speaker 1: lot of money on what was described in the indictment
- 6:08Speaker 1: is health, beauty, and pharmacy expenses. Fifty four thousand and sixteen,
- 6:14Speaker 1: seventy five thousand dollars the next year, then it jumped
- 6:18Speaker 1: to one hundred and ten thousand, then back down to
- 6:20Speaker 1: forty six thousand. When it comes to food and groceries,
- 6:24Speaker 1: he also liked to spend money on that food and
- 6:27Speaker 1: groceries and restaurants, seventy grand and another seventy three, then forty,
- 6:30Speaker 1: then thirty three thousand for a quarter of a million
- 6:32Speaker 1: over the four year period. Loans, he loved to have
- 6:38Speaker 1: nice places. Twenty sixteen, he spent one hundred and forty
- 6:41Speaker 1: four thousand dollars on loan and mortgage payments alone. But
- 6:45Speaker 1: then you get into the stuff where apparently it was
- 6:47Speaker 1: important to him, adult entertainment. For example, he spent more
- 6:52Speaker 1: than one hundred and eighty eight thousand dollars. When it
- 6:55Speaker 1: came to telephone and utilities, he was like a normal American.
- 7:00Speaker 1: But when it came to the big money, well, guess
- 7:04Speaker 1: what he's spent it on all of the things that
- 7:06Speaker 1: were basically illegal. This is a man that spent five
- 7:11Speaker 1: million dollars during a timeframe on miscellaneous items, which is
- 7:16Speaker 1: totally insane.
- 7:18Speaker 2: Now, that's not all.
- 7:20Speaker 1: There was also a lot of corruption, But with Hunter
- 7:23Speaker 1: Biden in twenty eighteen alone. As I mentioned, Hunter allegedly
- 7:27Speaker 1: had spent more than one hundred thousand dollars on adult entertainment,
- 7:30Speaker 1: but only five hundred on mortgage payments, which doesn't really
- 7:33Speaker 1: add up either. Some payments are laid out in excruciating detail,
- 7:37Speaker 1: including eleven thousand, five hundred for an escort to spend
- 7:41Speaker 1: two nights with him in twenty and eighteen. Hunter made
- 7:45Speaker 1: three nine hundred and forty seven dollars in payments to
- 7:48Speaker 1: M Street Management, a strip club in Washington, d C.
- 7:51Speaker 1: In January twenty eighteen. He is also alleged to have
- 7:55Speaker 1: used the business line of credit to make twenty seven
- 7:58Speaker 1: thousand in payments to an online line pornography website, which
- 8:02Speaker 1: in total accounted for one fifth of all the business
- 8:06Speaker 1: line of credit expenditures. So twenty seven thousand, three hundred
- 8:10Speaker 1: and sixteen dollars in payments to an online pornography website.
- 8:15Speaker 2: Now.
- 8:15Speaker 1: The President's son also made a lot of one off payments.
- 8:18Speaker 1: One example is a one thousand, five hundred dollars VENMO
- 8:22Speaker 1: payment on August the fourteenth of twenty eighteen to an
- 8:26Speaker 1: exotic dancer at a strip club that he attempted to
- 8:29Speaker 1: pass off as the purchase of artwork in his accounts.
- 8:34Speaker 1: Over the four years, he spent more than two hundred
- 8:37Speaker 1: and thirty seven thousand dollars on health, beauty and pharmacy services.
- 8:41Speaker 1: That's more than one hundred and ten thousand of which
- 8:43Speaker 1: was splashed in a single year. The indictment also revealed
- 8:48Speaker 1: how Hunter Biden spent thousands of dollars on luxury hotels, flights,
- 8:53Speaker 1: and car rentals. In April of twenty and eighteen, nine
- 8:59Speaker 1: hundred nine six dollars was spent on Virgin America flights
- 9:03Speaker 1: to Los Angeles, and upon arrival in California, he spent
- 9:07Speaker 1: one thousand, seven hundred and twenty seven dollars on renting
- 9:11Speaker 1: a Lamborghini.
- 9:12Speaker 2: Because hey, let's be honest, why not.
- 9:16Speaker 1: You're the president's sun or then the vice president son,
- 9:18Speaker 1: and you got all this money coming in from Russian oligarchs,
- 9:21Speaker 1: from communists in China, China, You've got people send you
- 9:25Speaker 1: money from Ukraine.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Why not blow it out.
- 9:29Speaker 1: In the following two months, Hunter also spent a staggering
- 9:32Speaker 1: forty three thousand, six hundred ninety three dollars on stays
- 9:35Speaker 1: at lavish hotels in La. He also paid seven thousand,
- 9:40Speaker 1: two hundred and fifteen dollars to an La Airbnb for
- 9:44Speaker 1: rentals for his then girlfriend in May and June. On
- 9:47Speaker 1: top of the other money I just mentioned. All nine charges,
- 9:51Speaker 1: by the way, filed in California, all relate to taxes. That,
- 9:55Speaker 1: by the way, is good news for the President United
- 9:57Speaker 1: States of America, because this is a way of just
- 10:00Speaker 1: going after Hunter Biden without it connecting him to the president.
- 10:04Speaker 2: What else is in there?
- 10:06Speaker 1: Well, it includes two felony charges for filing a fosse return,
- 10:10Speaker 1: a felony charge for tax evasion for failure to pay charges,
- 10:14Speaker 1: and a further two charges for failure to file. The
- 10:19Speaker 1: defendant engaged in a four year scheme to not pay
- 10:22Speaker 1: at least one point four million in self assessed federal
- 10:26Speaker 1: taxes he owed for taxures sixteen through nineteen.
- 10:29Speaker 2: It reads.
- 10:30Speaker 1: These latest allegations come as Biden's son already faces three
- 10:35Speaker 1: felony charges that carry a maximum combined twenty five year
- 10:40Speaker 1: incarceration and two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Fine, don't worry.
- 10:44Speaker 1: He can do some of his artwork, and I'm sure
- 10:46Speaker 1: all that money can come in very quickly. Now the
- 10:50Speaker 1: first count is for lyne on a twenty eighteen gun
- 10:53Speaker 1: purchase form that he was not an illicit drug user
- 10:57Speaker 1: and has a top sentence of ten years. I can
- 11:00Speaker 1: promise you right now that's not going to happen. The
- 11:03Speaker 1: second count is for lying to the gun store about it,
- 11:07Speaker 1: which could net him up to five years. I promise
- 11:09Speaker 1: you there's no way in hell they're going to send
- 11:11Speaker 1: him to jail for that either. The third charges for
- 11:14Speaker 1: possessing the firearm while being an addict.
- 11:16Speaker 2: Which could land him another ten years.
- 11:18Speaker 1: I can promise you he will not go to jail
- 11:20Speaker 1: for that amount of time either. In fact, I'm not
- 11:23Speaker 1: sure that any of those charges will even get him
- 11:25Speaker 1: in jail more than maybe thirty days. Now, this latest
- 11:28Speaker 1: indictment is different. This latest indictment alleges that Hunter attempted
- 11:33Speaker 1: to evade the assessment of taxes for tax years twenty
- 11:36Speaker 1: eighteen when he filed false tax returns in or about
- 11:39Speaker 1: February of twenty twenty. That is the biggest problem now
- 11:43Speaker 1: coming against him. As well as failing to file and
- 11:46Speaker 1: pay his taxes, he has also been accused of including
- 11:50Speaker 1: false business deductions in his twenty eighteen returns to reduce
- 11:55Speaker 1: his tax bill. The defense are the defendant engaged in
- 11:59Speaker 1: a four years scheme quote unquote to not pay at
- 12:02Speaker 1: least one point four million in self assessed federal taxes
- 12:06Speaker 1: he owed for tax years sixteen, seventeen, eighteen, and nineteen.
- 12:10Speaker 1: These latest allegations also come as Biden's son already faces
- 12:14Speaker 1: three phony charges that carry a maximum combined twenty five
- 12:18Speaker 1: years incarceration. In that quarter of a million dollar five
- 12:21Speaker 1: that I mentioned earlier, But here's the difference. When you
- 12:24Speaker 1: are Hunter Biden and your dad is the president. I
- 12:28Speaker 1: think it's pretty clear there's no way they're going to
- 12:30Speaker 1: hold them accountable in the same way that they would
- 12:32Speaker 1: hold someone.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Like you or I accountable. Let's just be honest. Now.
- 12:36Speaker 1: The first count is by the way, for lying on
- 12:39Speaker 1: that gun purchase, all right, and and yeah, that's going
- 12:43Speaker 1: to get him some time possibly, but it's not going
- 12:47Speaker 1: to get him years or up to a decade, as
- 12:49Speaker 1: they were mentioning earlier, like it's just not going to happen.
- 12:52Speaker 1: He also has been charged with failing to file and
- 12:56Speaker 1: pay his taxes, and he has also been accused of
- 12:59Speaker 1: including false business deductions.
- 13:01Speaker 2: So will that get him in jail? I honestly doubt it.
- 13:05Speaker 1: I just don't see any of this's really putting him
- 13:08Speaker 1: in real jail time. Now, there's others that disagree with me. Okay,
- 13:12Speaker 1: I'll give you an example. One of those that disagrees
- 13:16Speaker 1: with me is Chris Christie. Chris Christy was on TV
- 13:19Speaker 1: earlier day. He is a former prosecutor, and this is
- 13:23Speaker 1: what he had to say about Hunter Biden in these
- 13:26Speaker 1: newest charges to Andrea.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Mitchell together doing the program that day five or so
- 13:31Speaker 3: months ago, back in June, when the plea deal fell
- 13:35Speaker 3: apart on what would have been a misdemeanor tax charge.
- 13:39Speaker 3: Now Hunter Biden's lawyers are facing the second indictment with
- 13:45Speaker 3: three felon aise nine counts and a far more serious
- 13:49Speaker 3: potential penalty. So is this one of the worst agreement defense?
- 13:56Speaker 3: How the defense handle that and missing history?
- 14:00Speaker 4: Look, we talked about it that day. You remember, I
- 14:03Speaker 4: had been saying for weeks before that that the judge
- 14:06Speaker 4: would never approve such a sweetheart plea deal. And I
- 14:10Speaker 4: think what his lawyers did was give him awful advice.
- 14:14Speaker 4: And I think what the prosecutors did was awful as well,
- 14:17Speaker 4: in terms of agreeing to a deal like that that
- 14:20Speaker 4: was so manifestly unjust. And so now he's facing what
- 14:24Speaker 4: he should have been facing from the beginning, which were
- 14:27Speaker 4: felony tax charges. When you involve millions of dollars in
- 14:30Speaker 4: tax evasion, that is a felony, and the same thing
- 14:36Speaker 4: with the felony gun charges. And you know, he faces
- 14:40Speaker 4: these charges because the government has evidence beyond a reasonable
- 14:43Speaker 4: doubt that he committed these crimes. And so he's now
- 14:46Speaker 4: going to have to decide how the best.
- 14:48Speaker 2: Way is to resolve these matters.
- 14:51Speaker 4: I'm sure that he could negotiate a plea at this point,
- 14:54Speaker 4: but it's not going to be the kind of sweetheart
- 14:55Speaker 4: deal he got before.
- 14:56Speaker 2: And my guess is that with the combination of the gun.
- 15:00Speaker 4: Charges and the tax charges that Hunter Biden is going
- 15:02Speaker 4: to have to do time in jail, which is really remarkable.
- 15:06Speaker 1: I love how she says there that this is like
- 15:08Speaker 1: quite shocking at the end. Is it shocking that if
- 15:12Speaker 1: you do this much in illegal activities.
- 15:16Speaker 2: That you might go to jail?
- 15:19Speaker 1: I mean, all the money that I just ran through
- 15:21Speaker 1: from this indictment is all involved specifically in illegal activities.
- 15:29Speaker 1: You're talking about millions out of ATMs and cash clearly
- 15:34Speaker 1: going to illegal activities. You're talking about hundreds and hundreds
- 15:39Speaker 1: of thousands to prostitutes. You're talking about one hundreds of
- 15:43Speaker 1: thousands going to online pornography sites and sex clubs. I mean,
- 15:49Speaker 1: and all the money is coming in and you can't
- 15:52Speaker 1: even explain what the services were that you were providing
- 15:55Speaker 1: for this cash outside of it going to the big
- 15:58Speaker 1: guy and fluence on the United States government, right that
- 16:02Speaker 1: he had, like you're selling access. There is no product
- 16:06Speaker 1: here but the Vice President's office and favors from the
- 16:10Speaker 1: US government. That's the part that I think is amazing
- 16:14Speaker 1: is that you have you know, MSNBC there and when
- 16:17Speaker 1: when Chris Christy's like, yeah, he's probably going to do
- 16:19Speaker 1: some jail time now. I also want to be clear
- 16:22Speaker 1: and limit your expectations. The idea that Hunter Biden goes
- 16:26Speaker 1: to jail for any amount of time that's significant is
- 16:29Speaker 1: it would be a joke. I also think that his
- 16:32Speaker 1: dad would absolutely pardon him and wouldn't give to you know,
- 16:37Speaker 1: what's about partying partying his son. So so to be clear,
- 16:41Speaker 1: I think the idea that he would even see a
- 16:43Speaker 1: jail sell is slim to none. And that's also because
- 16:48Speaker 1: I don't think he's worried. I don't think he worries
- 16:51Speaker 1: that he's going to really be convicted of these crimes.
- 16:54Speaker 1: He might plead guilty and do a deal. He he
- 16:56Speaker 1: you know what, he might go to jail for thirty days.
- 16:59Speaker 1: But I still think his dad would pardon him. And
- 17:02Speaker 1: if you're Joe Biden, I don't think you care if
- 17:05Speaker 1: you pardon your son because the alibi is well, that
- 17:08Speaker 1: was during a dark time.
- 17:09Speaker 2: We're so proud of him.
- 17:11Speaker 1: He was a drug addict, he didn't know what he
- 17:13Speaker 1: was doing, and therefore I'm gonna pardon him. And I
- 17:17Speaker 1: actually believe that the Democratic Party really wouldn't be that
- 17:21Speaker 1: mad about it. And the reason why they wouldn't honestly
- 17:23Speaker 1: be that mad about it is because it's the same
- 17:26Speaker 1: party that advocates for these activist das to not put
- 17:30Speaker 1: people in jail. Remember, the Democratic Party right now is
- 17:34Speaker 1: in favor of cashless bail.
- 17:36Speaker 2: They want to abolish financial bail.
- 17:39Speaker 1: They think that if you commit a crime, even if
- 17:41Speaker 1: it's murdering somebody, that you should be immediately processed and
- 17:46Speaker 1: let back out into society. They do not believe that
- 17:50Speaker 1: there should be accountability for your actions. If you commit
- 17:53Speaker 1: the most hateous crime. So if this is just Hunter
- 17:56Speaker 1: Biden not paying his fair share, right, which Democrats are
- 17:58Speaker 1: always obsessed with, but not anymore when it comes to
- 18:01Speaker 1: this Apparently like this one, it's different. Right beforehand it
- 18:04Speaker 1: mattered pay your fair share. Now we don't really care,
- 18:08Speaker 1: and he's a drug addict. So there's your alibi and
- 18:10Speaker 1: you're out. So it's again, no big deal, totally fine,
- 18:15Speaker 1: everything's good. These are the problems with our justice system.
- 18:19Speaker 1: It is a two tier system. For ten years, Patriot
- 18:24Speaker 1: Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 18:28Speaker 2: And when I say the only one, I mean it.
- 18:30Speaker 2: They're the only one.
- 18:31Speaker 1: They make a huge difference every time that you pay
- 18:33Speaker 1: your bill because they actually get back to conservative causes
- 18:36Speaker 1: and organizations to help you stand up for what you
- 18:41Speaker 1: believe in while you're paying a bill you're going to
- 18:43Speaker 1: have anyways. This is the part that I love about
- 18:47Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile. They're making a difference every time you pay
- 18:50Speaker 1: your bill, every time you make a phone call, every
- 18:53Speaker 1: time that you send a text message. Patriot Mobile actually
- 18:58Speaker 1: gives money back to protect First and Second Amendment rights,
- 19:01Speaker 1: to protect the lives of unborn children, and that's what
- 19:05Speaker 1: they're doing right now, is they celebrate their tenth anniversary.
- 19:09Speaker 1: If you switch right now to Patriot Mobile, they are
- 19:12Speaker 1: going to give a donation to help protect life and
- 19:16Speaker 1: to help mothers choose life to an organization that does
- 19:19Speaker 1: everything they can to protect the lives of unborn children.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Then every month when you pay your bill, they're going
- 19:26Speaker 1: to continue to support the causes that I just mentioned.
- 19:29Speaker 1: And this is exactly why you need to make the switch.
- 19:33Speaker 1: If you're tired of woke companies, switch your cell phone
- 19:37Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. Whether you are a business, a small business,
- 19:42Speaker 1: or just a family, you can switch, and they make
- 19:44Speaker 1: switching easy. They have a one hundred percent US based
- 19:47Speaker 1: call center making switching extremely easy. You're going to get

- 20:12Speaker 1: CNN saying it this way that the Hunter Biden whatever
- 20:16Speaker 1: resolve felony charges carrying prison with misdemeanors if the judge
- 20:19Speaker 1: didn't quote ask any questions.
- 20:23Speaker 2: That's how CNN put it.
- 20:24Speaker 5: CNN's Evan Price broke this story. Evan walk us through
- 20:27Speaker 5: what we are seeing in these nine charges.
- 20:31Speaker 6: Well, Kayvan, this is a fifty six page indictment that
- 20:34Speaker 6: has been returned by a grand jury in Los Angeles,
- 20:37Speaker 6: which is where Hunter Biden lives, just outside of Los Angeles.
- 20:40Speaker 6: We're talking about three felony counts, felony tax counts. Six
- 20:45Speaker 6: of these counts are misdemeanor tax counts.
- 20:48Speaker 7: And what prosecutors say is that.
- 20:50Speaker 6: Hunter Biden engaged in a four year scheme to evade taxes,
- 20:57Speaker 6: not paying his taxes from twenty sixteen to twenty nineteen.
- 21:01Speaker 7: There were about one point four million.
- 21:03Speaker 6: Dollars that he was supposed to have paid and failed
- 21:07Speaker 6: to pay during that period. Now, during this period, according
- 21:10Speaker 6: to prosecutors, he was spending all this money on luxury goods,
- 21:15Speaker 6: on his personal expenses. He was using a company that
- 21:19Speaker 6: he owned to essentially take money out and pay for things,
- 21:23Speaker 6: including a very healthy habit.
- 21:26Speaker 7: Apparently on adult entertainment.
- 21:29Speaker 6: He was spending on within one hundred and eighty eight
- 21:31Speaker 6: thousand dollars, according to prosecutors, on adult entertainment during this period.
- 21:37Speaker 6: There are things here listed tax deductions that he attempted
- 21:41Speaker 6: to claim for things like wages which ended up going
- 21:46Speaker 6: to women that he was involved in, including for example,
- 21:50Speaker 6: a ten thousand dollars membership in a sex club. These
- 21:54Speaker 6: are the things that prosecutors allege Hunter Biden used his
- 21:58Speaker 6: money for instead of paying this taxes. Now this again,
- 22:02Speaker 6: we're going through these documents that were filed just this evening.
- 22:06Speaker 6: We knew, Caitlin that this was coming, obviously because prosecutors
- 22:11Speaker 6: David Weiss, the Special Council, had telegraphed that this was
- 22:15Speaker 6: coming after this this plea deal had collapsed several months ago.
- 22:21Speaker 6: But we also knew that he was collecting evidence from witnesses.
- 22:26Speaker 6: We knew that they had brought in witnesses to testify
- 22:29Speaker 6: and to provide evidence to that grand jury in Los
- 22:33Speaker 6: Angeles in the last few weeks.
- 22:34Speaker 7: So today now we finally see these charges.
- 22:37Speaker 5: Caitlyn Well and Evan, you mentioned that plea deal that
- 22:41Speaker 5: was supposed to happen, that Hunter Biden walked into court
- 22:44Speaker 5: that day I believe it was in August, thinking it
- 22:46Speaker 5: was it was going to be signed off on by
- 22:48Speaker 5: that judge. But it reminds us just how we are
- 22:50Speaker 5: still seeing the continued fallout right now from what happened
- 22:54Speaker 5: that day in court.
- 22:55Speaker 6: Right, I mean, for Hunter Biden, this has to be
- 22:57Speaker 6: one of the most frustrating parts of this experience. He
- 23:00Speaker 6: was minutes minutes away from having this entire ordeal put
- 23:06Speaker 6: behind him, and instead he's now facing these charges all
- 23:10Speaker 6: because a judge asked some very frankly appropriate questions. She
- 23:15Speaker 6: simply asked whether Hunter Biden and his lawyers understood what
- 23:19Speaker 6: the terms of these deals of this deal entailed, and
- 23:22Speaker 6: everything sort of fell apart after his lawyer said, essentially,
- 23:26Speaker 6: we don't have a deal anymore, your honor, and so
- 23:29Speaker 6: that's how we are here. This was going to be
- 23:31Speaker 6: put to bed with a simple misdemeanor deal, right, He
- 23:36Speaker 6: was going to be plead guilty to a misdemeanor. And
- 23:39Speaker 6: if you remember, he was also being investigated for buying
- 23:43Speaker 6: a gun during a time that he was prohibited according
- 23:45Speaker 6: to the federal government. He is facing, Caitlin, those separate
- 23:50Speaker 6: charges still in the state of Delaware again, federal charges
- 23:54Speaker 6: for owning a gun during the time he was prohibited.
- 23:56Speaker 5: Yeah, I mean, two remarkable indictments here as you read
- 24:00Speaker 5: through this lengthy document. I know it just came out.
- 24:03Speaker 5: We just got this after you broke the story. Is
- 24:05Speaker 5: there anything to be clear in here? Because I know
- 24:08Speaker 5: this is the next question that's going to be asked
- 24:09Speaker 5: on Capitol Hill. Is there anything in here that ties
- 24:13Speaker 5: back to the behavior of President Biden himself?
- 24:16Speaker 6: Right, there's nothing in these fifty six pages that relate
- 24:20Speaker 6: to the President of the United States. All of this
- 24:24Speaker 6: has to do with Hunter Biden, who was struggling with
- 24:28Speaker 6: substance abuse. He has said himself that he was addicted
- 24:32Speaker 6: to drugs during this period. He was not paying attention
- 24:34Speaker 6: to his personal affairs. Obviously had a very personal, very
- 24:38Speaker 6: messy personal life, as detailed in these documents. And none
- 24:42Speaker 6: of this, though, goes to any of the allegations of
- 24:45Speaker 6: Republicans have been making that there was some kind of
- 24:48Speaker 6: a deal between Hunter Biden paying money that he was
- 24:51Speaker 6: getting from his business deals overseas to the president or
- 24:55Speaker 6: to the then vice president and now the President of
- 24:57Speaker 6: the United States, his father.
- 24:58Speaker 2: Right, I love Wow.
- 25:00Speaker 1: They just fell all over themselves to answer that question.
- 25:02Speaker 1: Do you notice that they're like, oh, there's no connection
- 25:04Speaker 1: here to Hunter Biden. And by the way, you should
- 25:07Speaker 1: feel sorry for Hunter Biden, because Hunter Biden just a
- 25:09Speaker 1: drug addict who was going through a very tough time
- 25:12Speaker 1: in his life. You know, I mean, you're spending one
- 25:14Speaker 1: hundred eighty thousand dollars on sexual activities in a year's time,
- 25:18Speaker 1: you know, I mean, so you should feel sorry for
- 25:20Speaker 1: Hunter Biden.
- 25:20Speaker 2: But there's nothing that ties him to his father.
- 25:23Speaker 1: That's what Cenan just said, which, by the way, is
- 25:25Speaker 1: an absolute lie because none of these payments come in
- 25:29Speaker 1: without selling access. The simple question is what were these
- 25:35Speaker 1: people in Ukraine, in Romania, in Russia and China getting
- 25:41Speaker 1: in return for services rendered by Hunter Biden. There was
- 25:46Speaker 1: no service, There was no widget being sold, there was
- 25:49Speaker 1: no product. They were buying access, That's what they were doing.
- 25:54Speaker 1: They were buying access. Access is what they were getting,
- 26:00Speaker 1: access to the Vice President of United States of America
- 26:02Speaker 1: and to sweetheart deals and deals that were being given
- 26:05Speaker 1: to them that they desperately needed. So when you hear
- 26:09Speaker 1: them say, oh, there's no connection here, that's CNN straight
- 26:13Speaker 1: up lying to you.
- 26:14Speaker 2: That's just a straight out lie.
- 26:17Speaker 1: None of Hunter Biden's dollars that came into his bank account, that,
- 26:20Speaker 1: by the way, then came out of the bank account
- 26:23Speaker 1: and also went to the big guy. We have direct
- 26:24Speaker 1: payments the big Guy, which CNN just lied about and
- 26:28Speaker 1: said didn't happen. We have proof of checks and we
- 26:31Speaker 1: have proof of money going into the Biden Joe Biden's
- 26:35Speaker 1: bank accounts, like that's there, that's real, it's it happened,
- 26:39Speaker 1: and they just straight up lie to you. Now, this
- 26:42Speaker 1: prosecutor also did a very good job of making sure
- 26:45Speaker 1: that none of these charges directly tied to the president.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Right they want to they want to isolate and insulate
- 26:52Speaker 1: Joe Biden by only charging Hunter Biden with crimes that
- 26:57Speaker 1: there is a one degree of separation, not a direct
- 26:59Speaker 1: time to the president, an indirect tie to the president.
- 27:04Speaker 2: And what they.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Should have said, if they were being honest journalists c
- 27:06Speaker 1: and in which they're not right, they're propagandas for this president,
- 27:10Speaker 1: what they should have said was, look, it's clear these
- 27:12Speaker 1: charges were directly to Hunter Biden, but there's no way
- 27:16Speaker 1: that you can say that Hunter Biden wasn't making money
- 27:19Speaker 1: off trading off the family name, because, as stated in
- 27:23Speaker 1: the indictment and stated by many of the whistleblowers, hunter
- 27:26Speaker 1: Biden didn't have a product or an expertise that he
- 27:30Speaker 1: was selling for millions and millions of dollars to the
- 27:32Speaker 1: shadiest people in the world. What he was doing was
- 27:35Speaker 1: selling access to his father. We know that Hunter Biden
- 27:38Speaker 1: lied now with new phone records that show that Hunter
- 27:41Speaker 1: Biden was not on the phone with his daddy when
- 27:43Speaker 1: his daddy was talking to his business partners and associates
- 27:46Speaker 1: dozens and dozens of times.
- 27:48Speaker 2: We now have that proof.
- 27:51Speaker 1: So if you're not selling access to Joe Biden, then
- 27:55Speaker 1: why is Joe Biden on the phone dozens of times
- 27:58Speaker 1: with your business associates.
- 28:00Speaker 2: If he's not talking business.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Right with you, then why on earth would he be
- 28:07Speaker 1: taking all these phone calls without Hunter Biden on the phone.
- 28:11Speaker 1: Direct phone calls between Joe Biden's business associates, I say,
- 28:15Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's business partners and then then vice President the
- 28:18Speaker 1: United States of America.
- 28:20Speaker 2: You would think CNN would have been honest about that.
- 28:22Speaker 1: No, they want you to believe as they just describe
- 28:25Speaker 1: that story. It's exactly the defense I told you was
- 28:27Speaker 1: going to be there. The defense is simple. The defense is, hey,
- 28:34Speaker 1: he was a troubled soul who got addicted to drugs
- 28:37Speaker 1: and prostitutes, he did some stupid things because he was
- 28:40Speaker 1: addicted to drugs.
- 28:41Speaker 2: You should feel.
- 28:42Speaker 1: Sorry to him, give him a slap on the wrist,
- 28:44Speaker 1: and let's move on. That's the selling point here. Finally,
