Iowa Man Charged in Child Abuse Case | Sioux City News
An Iowa man, Jack Jasman, faces serious felony charges for allegedly sexually abusing a 11-year-old girl he was married to — the victim’s mother — while her younger sibling slept nearby. The abuse reportedly included forcing her to let him shave her pubic area and other inappropriate contact. The victim kept silent for years out of fear, until authorities were alerted in 2025; the case was transferred to Sioux City police in 2026.
