- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is Verdict to a center.
- 0:03Speaker 2: Ted Cruz ben Ferguson with you, and you better get
- 0:07Speaker 2: ready because there is a new book coming out. We're
- 0:10Speaker 2: teasing it now. It is a book that the Senator
- 0:12Speaker 2: has got coming out. Give us the name Real Quick
- 0:14Speaker 2: Center because this is coming out in like a week.
- 0:17Speaker 3: So six days from now, on November seventh, my newest
- 0:21Speaker 3: book comes out. It is entitled Unwoke, How to Defeat
- 0:26Speaker 3: Cultural Marxism in America. And I want to encourage every
- 0:30Speaker 3: Verdict listener go on to Amazon, go on to Barnes
- 0:34Speaker 3: and Noble, go on to Books a Million, and buy
- 0:37Speaker 3: a copy right now. You're going to enjoy this book.
- 0:40Speaker 3: This book is an examination into how the radical left
- 0:46Speaker 3: has seized major institutions of our nation. So it begins
- 0:51Speaker 3: with the first chapter focuses on universities and universities. I
- 0:57Speaker 3: call the Wuhan lab the woke virus. That is where
- 1:03Speaker 3: the woke virus was created. It's where it mutated, and
- 1:07Speaker 3: it's where it spread. And I examine how the radical left,
- 1:12Speaker 3: how the cultural Marxist took over universities, and from there
- 1:16Speaker 3: it spread to k through twelve education, it spread to journalism.
- 1:23Speaker 3: It spread to government, it spread to big business, it
- 1:26Speaker 3: spread to big tech, It spread to entertainment, sports, music, movies, TV.
- 1:34Speaker 3: And each of those has a different chapter throughout the book.
- 1:38Speaker 3: And then the book ends with a chapter on China,
- 1:41Speaker 3: which is a nexus that connects it all. And the
- 1:44Speaker 3: book is explaining number one, how these extreme left Marxists
- 1:51Speaker 3: took over each of these institutions. But number two, and
- 1:55Speaker 3: this is really important, it lays out strategies for how
- 1:59Speaker 3: to defeat them, way is working, how we're fighting back,
- 2:02Speaker 3: how we take our country back. That's what this book
- 2:05Speaker 3: is all about. So I want to encourage every listener
- 2:08Speaker 3: a verdict if you find this podcast valuable, if you
- 2:12Speaker 3: enjoy the insights that are on this This book, I
- 2:15Speaker 3: think is it's interesting. It is telling war stories. You know,
- 2:20Speaker 3: this is not an academic, abstract book. This is bringing
- 2:24Speaker 3: you inside the battles for each of these institutions, and
- 2:28Speaker 3: it's laying out a path to victory.
- 2:32Speaker 2: One of the things I do have to say about
- 2:33Speaker 2: this book, Center is it's a thick one, like you
- 2:36Speaker 2: really poured your heart and so into this one.
- 2:40Speaker 3: This is book number four. So I've written four books.
- 2:42Speaker 3: I've enjoyed all of them, And actually I view the
- 2:45Speaker 3: books and the podcast very similarly. So you and I
- 2:49Speaker 3: are talking. It is right now. It is ten twenty
- 2:52Speaker 3: two PM on Tuesday tonight, I was on Brett Bear Show,
- 2:58Speaker 3: and then Brett and I had did it together, and
- 3:01Speaker 3: I was talking with Breath this evening about how I
- 3:03Speaker 3: view the podcasts and the books as very similar, which
- 3:07Speaker 3: is their battles for the hearts and minds of America
- 3:12Speaker 3: that listen as conservatives, as people that believe in the constitution,
- 3:16Speaker 3: that believe in common sense, that believe in individual liberty.
- 3:21Speaker 3: We're getting killed, yeah, we are, Like who right of
- 3:26Speaker 3: center is effectively engaging and fighting and battling against the
- 3:32Speaker 3: narrative of the radical left. And I think it is
- 3:34Speaker 3: an extremely small number. And so I write these books. Look,
- 3:38Speaker 3: it takes thousands of hours to write these books. It
- 3:41Speaker 3: takes a ton of hours. At ten twenty two I
- 3:45Speaker 3: actually have the World Series game DVR tonight. I have
- 3:49Speaker 3: it on pause. By the way, don't tell me the score.
- 3:51Speaker 3: It is right now five to nothing Rangers. That's not
- 3:55Speaker 3: the score right now, so do not tell me. Although
- 3:58Speaker 3: I have to confess, my dad called me a twenty
- 4:00Speaker 3: minutes ago giddy and he's like, what an incredible light? Like, Dad, quiet,
- 4:05Speaker 3: do not tell me about the game. So I do
- 4:08Speaker 3: kind of have a foreshadowing because my dad lives in
- 4:11Speaker 3: Dallas and he was really excited about the Rangers. So
- 4:14Speaker 3: I suspect five to zero is not where this ends up.
- 4:17Speaker 3: But that's how much I've watched. I paused it and
- 4:21Speaker 3: walked in here to record this podcast. Listen, I'd rather
- 4:25Speaker 3: be watching the baseball game, except we got to save
- 4:28Speaker 3: our country. And this podcast is designed to empower you,
- 4:32Speaker 3: the listener, to know what's happening and to engage in
- 4:37Speaker 3: this book. This book is intended to be ammunition for
- 4:41Speaker 3: you to give you the information when you're sitting down
- 4:44Speaker 3: and talking about, Okay, what's going on, and let's take
- 4:48Speaker 3: it directly relevant to what's happening now. We're in the
- 4:54Speaker 3: midst of the biggest war in the Middle East in
- 4:56Speaker 3: fifty years. Israel is under assault. We are seeing across
- 5:01Speaker 3: our country this wave of anti Semitism, a vicious anti
- 5:06Speaker 3: Israel hate in our colleges and universities. I was sitting
- 5:10Speaker 3: down last week with a very successful big tech entrepreneur
- 5:16Speaker 3: who is left of center, who is historically supported Democrats,
- 5:21Speaker 3: and he was telling me, he said, look, I find
- 5:23Speaker 3: it very strange. Why is it that the left is
- 5:27Speaker 3: so viciously anti Israel, so viciously anti Semitic. And what
- 5:32Speaker 3: I explained to him, I said, listen, this is a
- 5:36Speaker 3: Marxist battle. You want to know what cultural Marxism is.
- 5:39Speaker 3: This book explains it. But Karl Marx laid out a
- 5:44Speaker 3: vision of the world that the world is engaged in
- 5:48Speaker 3: an inevitable economic conflict. It's a battle, and it's a
- 5:51Speaker 3: battle between oppressors and victims. And Marx laid out the
- 5:55Speaker 3: spectrum on socioeconomic terms that the oppressors are the owners
- 6:00Speaker 3: of capital and the victims of the proletariat, the working
- 6:04Speaker 3: men and women. And his solution was a violent revolution
- 6:08Speaker 3: of the victims against the oppressors, to forcibly take what
- 6:12Speaker 3: they have and to redistribute it to the victims. Now,
- 6:15Speaker 3: the book explains that vision kind of plain vanilla Marxism
- 6:21Speaker 3: has spread, Education has spread, a big business has spread
- 6:23Speaker 3: to journalism, has spread to entertainment, and they've expanded the
- 6:29Speaker 3: framework of victims. So now it's not just socioeconomic, it
- 6:33Speaker 3: is also on race. It is some races are oppressors
- 6:39Speaker 3: some races are victims. It is also on gender, It
- 6:43Speaker 3: is also on transgender and the radical transgender ideology. And
- 6:48Speaker 3: in every instance, the Marxist argument is that the people
- 6:55Speaker 3: who are coded as victims should use force, should use violence,
- 7:00Speaker 3: should use the power of government to forcibly destroy the
- 7:05Speaker 3: oppressors and redistribute what they view as their illegitimate, ill
- 7:09Speaker 3: gotten gains to the victims. And I explained to this
- 7:14Speaker 3: very successful businessman, the problem for Jewish people in America
- 7:20Speaker 3: across the world is for the radical left, Jews are
- 7:25Speaker 3: coded for the Marxists as oppressors. So when they look
- 7:29Speaker 3: at Israel, Jews are the bad guys and the Palestinians
- 7:36Speaker 3: are the oppressed minority. And so in that narrative, what
- 7:40Speaker 3: the cultural Marxist support is, the violent overthrow of the
- 7:46Speaker 3: Jewish government in Israel is the murder of Jewish civilians
- 7:50Speaker 3: in Israel. And sadly, we're seeing the manifestation of cultural
- 7:54Speaker 3: Marxism playing out in Israel today.
- 7:57Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our friends at Chalk.
- 8:00Speaker 2: If you are a guy and you're getting a little

- 8:10Speaker 1: Maybe you just don't feel like yourself.
- 8:12Speaker 2: You want to go out and be more active, but
- 8:14Speaker 2: you just feel like you are complacent and fatigued.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Well, you're not alone.

- 9:29Speaker 2: I think it's a perfect segue talking about your book
- 9:31Speaker 2: and what's happened in this country to some of the
- 9:34Speaker 2: most anti Semitic protests that we've seen in the world
- 9:39Speaker 2: are happening in this country. They're happening in New York City.
- 9:43Speaker 2: They're happening also around the world. To be fair, in
- 9:47Speaker 2: places like the Opera House in Australia where they were
- 9:49Speaker 2: chanting gas the Jews and blank the Jews. But you
- 9:52Speaker 2: look at what's happening on college campuses. And there was
- 9:55Speaker 2: a question asked the White House and it was not
- 9:57Speaker 2: a I got your question. It was a very simple
- 9:59Speaker 2: and n and Pierre was asked by Peter Deucy at
- 10:02Speaker 2: Fox this question, Listen.
- 10:04Speaker 4: Does President Biden think the anti Israel protesters in this
- 10:07Speaker 4: country are extremists?
- 10:10Speaker 5: What I can say is what we've been very clear
- 10:12Speaker 5: about this when it comes to anti Semitism, there is
- 10:15Speaker 5: no place we have to make sure that we speak
- 10:18Speaker 5: against it very loud and be very clear about that.
- 10:23Speaker 5: Remember what the President decided when the President decided to
- 10:26Speaker 5: run for president is what he saw in Charlottesville in
- 10:30Speaker 5: twenty seventeen, when he saw neo Nazis marching down the
- 10:34Speaker 5: streets of Charlottesville with vile, anti Semitic just hatred. And
- 10:40Speaker 5: he was very clear then and he's very clear now.
- 10:43Speaker 5: He's taken actions against this over the past two years,
- 10:47Speaker 5: and he's continued to be clear. There is no place,
- 10:50Speaker 5: no place for this type of vile And despite this
- 10:53Speaker 5: kind of rhetoric we hear.
- 10:56Speaker 2: I mean, couldn't you just say yes instead of having
- 10:59Speaker 2: to go back and compared to Charlottesville, it's amazing how
- 11:02Speaker 2: much this administration will fall over themselves to not just
- 11:05Speaker 2: give you a basic answer.
- 11:07Speaker 3: Well, listen, this White House, on every question asked, their
- 11:12Speaker 3: default is attack Trump. Their view is Trump is the devil.
- 11:16Speaker 3: And they're not willing to call out the left. They're
- 11:20Speaker 3: not willing to call out the squad. They're not willing
- 11:23Speaker 3: to call out Rashida talib or ilhan Ovar, They're not
- 11:27Speaker 3: willing to call out AOC. They're not willing to call
- 11:29Speaker 3: out the vicious anti semitism coming from the Democrat Party
- 11:33Speaker 3: in the House. They're also not willing to call out
- 11:37Speaker 3: the nasty and vicious anti Semitism from college radicals on
- 11:43Speaker 3: colleges across the country, and particularly elite universities. Look the
- 11:46Speaker 3: Ivy League, Harvard, Princeton, Cornell, Columbia. It has been pen
- 11:53Speaker 3: It has been disgraceful at these so called elite universities,
- 11:59Speaker 3: the fish, nasty anti Semitism. I led a letter with
- 12:05Speaker 3: Elise Stefanik. We're both graduates of Harvard. I went to
- 12:08Speaker 3: Harvard Law School, she went to Harvard College. We led
- 12:11Speaker 3: a letter that was joined by other members of Congress
- 12:14Speaker 3: in both the House and Senator Harvard graduates calling on Harvard,
- 12:17Speaker 3: why will you not denounce these rabid anti Semites. Thirty
- 12:23Speaker 3: five student groups at Harvard put out a statement that
- 12:28Speaker 3: blamed the horrific violence in Israel on Israel, and they said,
- 12:34Speaker 3: the attacks of Hamas, every act of violence in Israel
- 12:37Speaker 3: is one hundred percent the fault of Israel. Now, holy crap,
- 12:41Speaker 3: are you telling me it is the fault of Israel
- 12:44Speaker 3: that Hamas terrorists targeted civilians, went house to house as
- 12:48Speaker 3: Nazi death squads targeting civilians, murdering civilians, murdering the elderly,
- 12:54Speaker 3: raping women and little girls in the streets and murdering infants,
- 13:00Speaker 3: burning them alive, beheading them. That is not the fault
- 13:04Speaker 3: of Israel. And the only person who says that Hamas
- 13:07Speaker 3: terrorists beheading infants is the fault of Israel is a
- 13:11Speaker 3: vicious anti Semite who is deluded. And the Harvard administration,
- 13:17Speaker 3: like the administration of many other universities, are so politically
- 13:22Speaker 3: woke that they're terrified to call out the radical left
- 13:27Speaker 3: and the chickens are coming home to roost.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Yeah, you mentioned just how barbarica these people are in Israel,
- 13:34Speaker 2: and one example of that is the news stories that
- 13:37Speaker 2: have come out, and these new stories are beyond barbarica.
- 13:43Speaker 2: I'm not sure the word to use to describe it,
- 13:46Speaker 2: because it's just so god awful to know what they
- 13:51Speaker 2: have now found that the Hamas terrorists not only that
- 13:53Speaker 2: they behead babies, but apparently they put infants in an
- 13:58Speaker 2: oven and turned it on.
- 14:01Speaker 1: And this is what has been found.
- 14:02Speaker 2: And the part that was though shocking to me, Cinator,
- 14:05Speaker 2: was the fact that when this story came out, the
- 14:10Speaker 2: media and fact checkers were going to immediately the side
- 14:15Speaker 2: of trying to debunk it and to somehow claim that
- 14:18Speaker 2: it's not true to defend hamas terrorists who they know
- 14:23Speaker 2: for a fact had left knives in babies that died
- 14:28Speaker 2: and had beheaded infants. And this is the press conference,
- 14:33Speaker 2: and I tell you everyone needs to hear this.
- 14:37Speaker 1: It's not enjoyable. It's one of the worst moments.
- 14:41Speaker 2: But you need to know what the enemy is, what
- 14:43Speaker 2: they believe in, and what they've done. And we shouldn't
- 14:45Speaker 2: cover for them. We should expose it to the world
- 14:48Speaker 2: so they understand that it is important to choose sides.
- 14:51Speaker 1: Here.
- 14:52Speaker 2: You side on the life, on the side of life.
- 14:55Speaker 2: You side on the side of those that are trying
- 14:58Speaker 2: to protect innocent lives, not these demonic terrorists.
- 15:02Speaker 6: Listen, we saw the most horrific things I saw in
- 15:06Speaker 6: my own eyes. A woman who was pregnant, four months pregnant.
- 15:11Speaker 6: She was in a little village, a little key boots.
- 15:14Speaker 6: They came into her house in front of her kids.
- 15:16Speaker 6: They opened up her stomach. She was pregnant. They opened
- 15:19Speaker 6: up her stomach, took out the baby, and stabbed a
- 15:22Speaker 6: little tiny baby in front of her, and then shot
- 15:25Speaker 6: her in front of her family. And then they killed
- 15:28Speaker 6: the rest of the kids. These are not regular enemies.
- 15:33Speaker 6: These are not regular situations. I saw little kids who
- 15:38Speaker 6: were beheaded. We didn't a which head belongs to which kid.
- 15:42Speaker 6: I was crying for five days straight. I couldn't get
- 15:45Speaker 6: out of I couldn't stop crying. See little children.
- 15:49Speaker 1: Some of them had grandparents.
- 15:51Speaker 6: Who are Holocaust survivors, and they were murdered in a
- 15:54Speaker 6: Holocaust and Israel in twenty twenty three. Little babies, little children,
- 16:00Speaker 6: you couldn't even recognize if they were kids. They we
- 16:03Speaker 6: couldn't even recognize. We saw a little baby in an oven.
- 16:06Speaker 6: They put them in. These bastards put these babies in
- 16:09Speaker 6: the oven and put on the oven. We found the
- 16:11Speaker 6: kid a few hours later. We found women who were raped,
- 16:19Speaker 6: young girls who were raped and then murdered. Anyone who
- 16:24Speaker 6: was around these people were murdered or kidnapped. We found
- 16:31Speaker 6: the little little twins, ten year ten months old twins
- 16:36Speaker 6: fourteen hours after their parents were murdered. The mother of
- 16:41Speaker 6: the twins, who was hiding together with the twins in
- 16:43Speaker 6: the bomb shelter for two hours. Six o'clock, they ran
- 16:47Speaker 6: into the when they heard the missiles and they heard
- 16:49Speaker 6: the shooting, they ran into the bomb shelter and claraza
- 16:52Speaker 6: where sixty percent of the people were murdered. Beautiful little village,
- 16:58Speaker 6: peaceful village, and they were hiding in the shelter. And
- 17:02Speaker 6: then the kids were so hungry, the starving. The kids
- 17:05Speaker 6: were crying, ten months old. So the mother went out
- 17:09Speaker 6: to get some food for the children, and the terrorists
- 17:11Speaker 6: were waiting outside, and the quart her. I don't want
- 17:15Speaker 6: even to describe to you.
- 17:16Speaker 1: What I mean.
- 17:18Speaker 2: You hear that, Senator, And the mainstream media is not
- 17:22Speaker 2: covering that. They're not playing that press conference. They don't
- 17:26Speaker 2: want you to know just how barbaric Kamas is and
- 17:29Speaker 2: the people that support them in Palestinians, that support them
- 17:32Speaker 2: in Iran, who supports them?
- 17:35Speaker 3: So that clip was playing the words of Eli Beer,
- 17:40Speaker 3: who is the president and founder of United Hatzilah of Israel,
- 17:46Speaker 3: and he's describing and I want to focus on his words,
- 17:49Speaker 3: a little baby in the oven. These bastards put these
- 17:55Speaker 3: babies in the oven and put on the oven. This
- 18:00Speaker 3: is evil, that this is Nazi Germany. Understand that hamas terrists,
- 18:06Speaker 3: they are no different than the psychopaths at Auschwitz. They
- 18:12Speaker 3: are targeting civilians, They are murdering civilians, They are murdering babies,
- 18:18Speaker 3: I'm sorry, but if you put a baby in an oven,
- 18:23Speaker 3: you are an evil, friggin' bastard. That is the definition
- 18:27Speaker 3: of evil. And by the way, every woke nineteen year
- 18:32Speaker 3: old on a college campus chanting from the river to
- 18:35Speaker 3: the sea, by the way, from the river to the
- 18:37Speaker 3: sea means we should obliterate the state of Israel because
- 18:41Speaker 3: the river to the sea is eliminate all of what
- 18:44Speaker 3: is Israel. But every one of them needs to be asked,
- 18:48Speaker 3: why do you support putting babies in ovens? Because that's
- 18:52Speaker 3: the people you're chanting in support of are horrific monstrosities.
- 19:00Speaker 3: You're right, CNN won't report that, MSNBC won't report that.
- 19:04Speaker 3: The corporate media does not want people to know what's
- 19:07Speaker 3: actually happening.
- 19:09Speaker 2: Senator, you look it back to these students on college campuses.
- 19:14Speaker 2: I'm a big proponent of free speech. There's been a
- 19:16Speaker 2: lot of debate on social media and a lot of
- 19:20Speaker 2: debate on college campuses about when does free speech end
- 19:25Speaker 2: and when should there be consequences from a university for
- 19:31Speaker 2: advocating for the terrorists who are doing the things that
- 19:35Speaker 2: we just played. I'll be honest with you, I don't
- 19:39Speaker 2: know that line I'm not sure what line I feel
- 19:42Speaker 2: comfortable with because I know the slippery slope.
- 19:44Speaker 1: I know what happens.
- 19:45Speaker 2: If you start saying that someone can't say this or
- 19:48Speaker 2: can't do this, then the other side is going to
- 19:51Speaker 2: abuse it and they're going to change that line, and
- 19:53Speaker 2: then all of a sudden, if you're a conservative or
- 19:55Speaker 2: you're advocating for the life of unborn children, they'll say, Okay,
- 19:59Speaker 2: you're out of this.
- 19:59Speaker 1: UNI two.
- 20:01Speaker 2: This is a hard one for me, and I'm sincerely
- 20:04Speaker 2: asking your perspective slash advice on what should universities be
- 20:10Speaker 2: doing now? Do they need to go further than denouncing
- 20:15Speaker 2: these students? Should there be disciplinary action for them?
- 20:19Speaker 1: So?
- 20:20Speaker 3: I do not believe there should be disciplinary action for
- 20:23Speaker 3: people exercising free speech. So free speech means that everyone
- 20:27Speaker 3: has a right to speak, and they have a right
- 20:30Speaker 3: to say vile and deplorable things. So I don't think
- 20:34Speaker 3: students should be expelled from school for saying viable and
- 20:38Speaker 3: deplorable things. But the check John Stuart Mill said the
- 20:42Speaker 3: best cure for bad speech.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Is more speech.
- 20:47Speaker 3: The answer to this should be that when you have radical, bigoted,
- 20:51Speaker 3: racist leftist jerks embracing hamas terrorists. Everyone else should denounce
- 21:01Speaker 3: them and say this is disgusting, this is evil. You
- 21:05Speaker 3: should be ashamed. The university should speak Harvard University. Look, listen,
- 21:11Speaker 3: Harvard isn't a unique place in the world.
- 21:13Speaker 1: It just is.
- 21:13Speaker 3: It's Harvard. There's only one Harvard. I also signed. There
- 21:17Speaker 3: was a letter from alumni of Harvard, and it was
- 21:21Speaker 3: initially started by the Jewish Alumni Association of Harvard, but
- 21:26Speaker 3: it was open to both Jews and non Jews, and
- 21:29Speaker 3: so I signed it. And it was calling on Harvard
- 21:31Speaker 3: speak with clarity, for the administration to speak with clarity
- 21:35Speaker 3: and say murdering of civilians is wrong, Targeting elderly people, children, women,
- 21:43Speaker 3: raping women, raping children is wrong, Murdering infants is wrong,
- 21:49Speaker 3: Putting babies and ovens is wrong. That's not complicated. Being
- 21:53Speaker 3: clear and utterly denouncing that these Hamas terrorists are monsters.
- 21:57Speaker 3: That's the answer, is clear and unequipped speech. I also
- 22:01Speaker 3: think the answer is that you're not immune from consequences.
- 22:06Speaker 3: And so listen. If you're a student in college and
- 22:12Speaker 3: you decide you want to be a Nazi, you decide
- 22:15Speaker 3: you want to be a clansman, you have a right
- 22:17Speaker 3: to do that you have a right to stand up
- 22:19Speaker 3: and say, gosh, I think Nazis were great. You have
- 22:21Speaker 3: a right to say I agree with the Klan, But
- 22:24Speaker 3: everyone else has an obligation to say, well, then you're
- 22:26Speaker 3: an idiot, you're a bigot, and you're an imbecile, and
- 22:29Speaker 3: you're wrong. And here's why. That's the check for free speech.
- 22:33Speaker 3: You don't expel the person, but I will say there
- 22:36Speaker 3: are consequences. So for example, and we've seen this some
- 22:40Speaker 3: of the law students who spoke it out viciously in
- 22:46Speaker 3: favor of the Hamas terrorists murdering Jews because they were Jewish.
- 22:51Speaker 3: We've seen some of the law students losing their offers
- 22:54Speaker 3: at major law firms. And that's actually a remarkable development
- 22:57Speaker 3: because major law firms generally lean very far left, they're
- 23:01Speaker 3: very woke. But I think it has been a very
- 23:06Speaker 3: significant development that Look, Ben, if you woke up tomorrow
- 23:11Speaker 3: and decided to get a swastika tattooed on your forehead,
- 23:14Speaker 3: that's you're right. You can get that tattooed on your forehead,
- 23:17Speaker 3: but you shouldn't expect to get hired in any reputable
- 23:20Speaker 3: place if you walk in there with a swastika on
- 23:22Speaker 3: your forehead. Yeah, you have the right to free speech,
- 23:25Speaker 3: but you also have the consequences of what you say
- 23:29Speaker 3: if it is vicious and vile and bigoted.
- 23:31Speaker 2: But I also want to ask you about something else,
- 23:33Speaker 2: and that is about we are seeing what these terrorists
- 23:37Speaker 2: did in Israel. We're finding out more about their training,
- 23:40Speaker 2: We're finding out more about their funding, We're finding out
- 23:42Speaker 2: more about Iran's involvement and other terrorist organizations that we're
- 23:46Speaker 2: supporting and are supporting them right now, which brings us
- 23:50Speaker 2: back to our southern border. The last show, we did
- 23:54Speaker 2: an extensive conversation and dive into what you witness at
- 23:58Speaker 2: the southern border and just how out of control things
- 24:00Speaker 2: have gotten at.
- 24:01Speaker 3: This way, and go back and listen to that. If
- 24:03Speaker 3: you haven't listened to that, listen to Monday's podcast, because
- 24:07Speaker 3: we were down on the southern border and I got
- 24:09Speaker 3: to say what we saw in terms of children being
- 24:13Speaker 3: brutalized and sexually abused was horrific, and I described firsthand
- 24:19Speaker 3: what we saw down there on Thursday and Friday of
- 24:21Speaker 3: last week. If you didn't listen to that episode, go
- 24:24Speaker 3: back and listen to it because it will change your
- 24:26Speaker 3: view of just how horrific and evil what's happening in
- 24:30Speaker 3: our southern border is.
- 24:31Speaker 2: Yeah, And there was a question that was asked of
- 24:35Speaker 2: Kirby at the White House about our open border, about
- 24:39Speaker 2: how unsecure it is and now not about the illegal
- 24:42Speaker 2: immigrants sincerely coming across, but the terrorists that are coming across,
- 24:46Speaker 2: and he was forced to answer the question. I think
- 24:49Speaker 2: honestly that yes, he is concerned.
- 24:51Speaker 4: LISTENI director said today the ongoing more in the Middle
- 24:55Speaker 4: East has raised the threat of an attack against Americans
- 24:57Speaker 4: in the United States to a whole level.
- 25:01Speaker 2: Let's just stop there for a second. When you heard
- 25:04Speaker 2: that center, how shocked were you by that? So I
- 25:08Speaker 2: wasn't you know, but them admitting that it's hit a
- 25:12Speaker 2: whole other level. I was shocked by that type of
- 25:14Speaker 2: candid answer from anybody in this administration.
- 25:18Speaker 3: Well, my thought was immediately, holy crap, what does the
- 25:22Speaker 3: FBI know that we don't know, because just weeks or
- 25:28Speaker 3: months ago, the FBI was saying the greatest threat to
- 25:32Speaker 3: public safety is white supremacists in America. And give me
- 25:37Speaker 3: a friggin break. Listen, Nazis and klansmen are idiots and bigots,
- 25:40Speaker 3: They're they're imbeciles. I oppose them wholly and unequivocally. But
- 25:46Speaker 3: there's not a rise of Nazis in America, like like, okay,
- 25:50Speaker 3: you got like six Yahoos in some bar in somewhere
- 25:54Speaker 3: in America that are going whoohoo. But like in the
- 26:00Speaker 3: real world, that is not a rising threat. And yet
- 26:03Speaker 3: the politicized Biden Department of Justice and FBI said that's
- 26:07Speaker 3: the threat. And I was always like, okay, what about
- 26:11Speaker 3: radical Jihadis who pledged that they want to murder all
- 26:14Speaker 3: of us, who have committed horrific acts of terrorism all
- 26:18Speaker 3: across the globe, who carried out nine to eleven. Do
- 26:21Speaker 3: you not think they're a greater threat? And until October seventh,
- 26:26Speaker 3: until the attack on Israel, the Biden DOJ and the
- 26:29Speaker 3: Biden FBI said no, no, no Jahadis are just oki doki,
- 26:34Speaker 3: no problem at all. We're just concerned that the Ku
- 26:37Speaker 3: kus Klan is coming back. And I'm like, okay, that's absurd.
- 26:41Speaker 3: Now they've changed their talking points so.
- 26:46Speaker 5: Well.
- 26:47Speaker 3: This week the FBI went before the House and said, wow,
- 26:51Speaker 3: there is a real risk of Hamas and hezbal A
- 26:55Speaker 3: terrorists coming across the border. Now listen, this podcast has
- 26:59Speaker 3: covered this. I have said repeatedly that I think there
- 27:02Speaker 3: is a greater risk of a major terrorist attack on
- 27:06Speaker 3: the United States than there has been at any time
- 27:11Speaker 3: since September eleventh, And we did a whole podcast on
- 27:17Speaker 3: the written memo from Customs and Border Patrol instructing border
- 27:22Speaker 3: patrol agents be on lookout for Hamas, for Hesbola, for
- 27:26Speaker 3: Palestinian Islamic Jahad. They're going to try to hide who
- 27:30Speaker 3: they are, and they're coming here to commit acts of terror.
- 27:33Speaker 3: And so when I see the FBI saying this, my
- 27:37Speaker 3: reaction is like, holy crap, they know stuff. For them
- 27:40Speaker 3: to change their political talking points, frankly takes my level
- 27:47Speaker 3: of concern from an eight to an eleven.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Well, and that's what Kirby was also when he answered this.
- 27:53Speaker 2: It was a very different answer. You remember, that's the same
- 27:55Speaker 2: my orchis had said, the border is secure. The border
- 27:58Speaker 2: is secure. And now they're saying, and I not only know
- 28:00Speaker 2: is it not admitting it's not. Now they're saying they're
- 28:03Speaker 2: worried about terrorst threat to keep listening.
- 28:05Speaker 4: In the United States to a whole another level, has
- 28:08Speaker 4: the White House considered the possibility that a terrorist could
- 28:11Speaker 4: be in the country right now after crossing the southern border.
- 28:15Speaker 7: Peter, we are always concerned about the potential presence on
- 28:20Speaker 7: US soil of terrorsts coming from overseas. That's something we're
- 28:25Speaker 7: always worried about.
- 28:26Speaker 4: But there was this bulletin last week the CBP in
- 28:30Speaker 4: San Diego said militants associated with the Israel Hamas war
- 28:34Speaker 4: may be potentially encountered at the south.
- 28:36Speaker 7: We'll talk about the San Diego Yeah, is.
- 28:39Speaker 4: There any heartburn around six hundred thousand known godaways just
- 28:44Speaker 4: in the last fistful year. Is there any heartburn about
- 28:49Speaker 4: leaving the border in such a condition that one of
- 28:52Speaker 4: those six hundred thousand could be a terrorist?
- 28:55Speaker 7: So let me just break this down for you just
- 28:56Speaker 7: a little bit here. First of all, I can't speak
- 28:58Speaker 7: to this until eligence report.
- 29:00Speaker 1: That was leaked to the media. I wouldn't do that.
- 29:04Speaker 1: I can tell you that we.
- 29:05Speaker 7: Are constantly monitoring as best we can all ports of
- 29:09Speaker 7: entry to the country for the potential arrival of anybody
- 29:14Speaker 7: who might wish us harm. And one of the things
- 29:16Speaker 7: that the President asked for in this supplemental was additional
- 29:19Speaker 7: funding for border security for like fifteen hundred more border
- 29:23Speaker 7: patrol agents, and better technology at the border. I mean,
- 29:27Speaker 7: so again, we would urge Congress to take a look
- 29:29Speaker 7: at that supplemental request and pass it. But if the
- 29:31Speaker 7: general gist of your question is are we taking the
- 29:34Speaker 7: potential threat seriously?
- 29:35Speaker 6: Of course we are.
- 29:36Speaker 4: The general was is it possible that somebody who wants
- 29:39Speaker 4: to commit a terrorist attack during a time of elevated
- 29:41Speaker 4: threat across the southern border into the United States already?
- 29:46Speaker 7: I couldn't possibly answer that question, Peter. All I can
- 29:49Speaker 7: do is tell you that we have remained vigilant to
- 29:53Speaker 7: that potential threat.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Jo, we have. I disagree with that Center.
- 29:59Speaker 2: I would love to get your take them that I
- 30:00Speaker 2: do not believe they've stayed vigilant. I think, in fact,
- 30:03Speaker 2: they've turned their heads and run and said every illegal
- 30:05Speaker 2: immigrant or anyone that wants to come across the border,
- 30:07Speaker 2: come on.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Over what utter and complete crap that entire answer Listen.
- 30:15Speaker 3: John Kirby is an admiral in the Navy. It makes
- 30:19Speaker 3: me sad to watch an admiral just lie to the
- 30:22Speaker 3: American people. You know, one of the things he says,
- 30:25Speaker 3: we're vigilant at the ports of entry, Well, no kidding you, moron.
- 30:29Speaker 3: Terrorists don't enter at the ports of entry, and they
- 30:32Speaker 3: don't come up and say, hey, I'm in a mos terrorists.
- 30:34Speaker 3: I want to kill people like they're stupid, but they're
- 30:37Speaker 3: not said that stupid. You want to know the stat
- 30:40Speaker 3: that is horrifying. Two million got aways. So we're now
- 30:47Speaker 3: north of eight million people who crossed the illegally in
- 30:49Speaker 3: this country. Roughly six million have come in and turned
- 30:52Speaker 3: themselves in. They've said okay, I'm here, they look for
- 30:55Speaker 3: border patrol, they turned themselves in. Most of them they're
- 30:59Speaker 3: fleeing pop they're fleeing economic misery. They're coming to America
- 31:03Speaker 3: because Joe Biden has said, if you come to America,
- 31:05Speaker 3: you get to stay. It's a disaster. And many of
- 31:08Speaker 3: them are being abused. They're being brutalized by traffickers, they're
- 31:12Speaker 3: being sexually assaulted, they're being left for dead. But those
- 31:16Speaker 3: six million actually worried me much much less than the
- 31:20Speaker 3: two million who are the two million. The two million
- 31:23Speaker 3: are the godaways. Now, what's a god away? A god
- 31:25Speaker 3: away is someone that border patrol observes. They observe through
- 31:29Speaker 3: a censor, they observe through visual observation, but they don't
- 31:33Speaker 3: catch them. They're the people that run. Now, why do
- 31:37Speaker 3: the god Aways concern me? Because look, the people who
- 31:39Speaker 3: are turning themselves in. When I was down at the
- 31:42Speaker 3: Southern border Thursday night at midnight patrol, the group that
- 31:46Speaker 3: turned themselves in, they looked for border patrol, they turned
- 31:49Speaker 3: themselves in. We spent thirty to forty five minutes visiting
- 31:53Speaker 3: with them. They were mostly women and children. Look, I
- 31:55Speaker 3: don't think the five year olds are going to commit
- 31:58Speaker 3: acts of terror. Been brutalized, they've been assaulted, they like,
- 32:03Speaker 3: what they've gone through is horrific and inhumane. But the
- 32:06Speaker 3: five year olds are not a national security threat to
- 32:08Speaker 3: the United States. The god Aways are the people that
- 32:12Speaker 3: are actively avoiding and evading border patrol apprehension, and they
- 32:18Speaker 3: are Many of them are criminals, so they have criminal histories.
- 32:21Speaker 3: They're murderers, they're rapists, their child molesters, they have DUIs.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Many of them have horrible criminal histories. Others of them
- 32:29Speaker 3: are gang members, they're MS thirteen or otherwise, but others
- 32:35Speaker 3: of them are worse. It's the two million god Aways.
- 32:40Speaker 3: If you're a terrorist and you want to murder Americans,
- 32:44Speaker 3: you're not in the people that are turning yourself into
- 32:46Speaker 3: the border patrol. You're in the two million god aways
- 32:49Speaker 3: And the point that he's ignoring, well, we're vigilant at
- 32:52Speaker 3: the points of entry, ports of entry. Well great, that's
- 32:56Speaker 3: not where the terrorists are coming in. And it is
- 32:59Speaker 3: so fundamentally dishonest what this administration says about.
- 33:02Speaker 2: That Patriot Mobile for ten years has been America's only
- 33:07Speaker 2: Christian conservative wireless provider. And when I say only trust me,
- 33:11Speaker 2: they are literally the only one. The team at patriots
- 33:15Speaker 2: at Mobile are incredible because they are an American based
- 33:18Speaker 2: company with an American based call center that helps proud
- 33:22Speaker 2: Americans just like you that are conservatives and Christian know
- 33:25Speaker 2: that when they pay their bill every month, you're actually
- 33:27Speaker 2: making a difference and standing up for what you believe in.
- 33:31Speaker 2: So stop sending your money to woke companies that are
- 33:34Speaker 2: fighting against your values. You may not realize that the
- 33:36Speaker 2: Big Mobile they have been giving millions to liberal democrats
- 33:41Speaker 2: and to places like Planned Parenthood. Well, Patriot Mobile has
- 33:46Speaker 2: decided to do something else. And I love this about
- 33:48Speaker 2: them as a company. For every Verdictal listener that switches
- 33:52Speaker 2: your soap phone provider to Patriot Mobile, they are going
- 33:55Speaker 2: to make an initial donation to an organization that helps
- 34:00Speaker 2: protect the lives of unborn children is pretty awesome. And
- 34:04Speaker 2: then every month when you pay your bill, they take
- 34:07Speaker 2: a porsche of your bill at no extra cost to
- 34:08Speaker 2: you and they give it back to hardcore conservative Christian organizations.
- 34:12Speaker 2: They stand up for freedom of speech, religious freedom, the
- 34:16Speaker 2: sanctity of life, the Second Amendment, as well as our military,
- 34:19Speaker 2: our veterans and first responder heroes. So you're going to
- 34:22Speaker 2: have a bill every month for a cell phone, why
- 34:24Speaker 2: not put it with a company that fights for what
- 34:26Speaker 2: you believe in. One hundred percent US based customer service
- 34:29Speaker 2: team is there to help make switching easy. You can
- 34:33Speaker 2: keep your same cell phone number you have now, keep
- 34:35Speaker 2: your same phone, or upgrade to a new one. Call
- 34:38Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile nine seven to two Patriot that's nine to
- 34:42Speaker 2: seven to two Patriot. Use the promo code Verdict. You'll
- 34:45Speaker 2: get free activation and the best deals of the year
- 34:48Speaker 2: nine seven to two Patriot or Patriotmobile dot Com. Final
- 34:52Speaker 2: question on this, I want to ask you about, you know,
- 34:55Speaker 2: the new accusation which is accurate, and that's that Joe
- 35:00Speaker 2: Biden has welcomed six million illegal aliens in the US,
- 35:04Speaker 2: succeeding the population now of thirty one states. Now, now,
- 35:09Speaker 2: let's just think about that six million illegal aliens into
- 35:13Speaker 2: the United States of America. A foreign population exceeds the
- 35:16Speaker 2: population center of thirty one different states.
- 35:20Speaker 1: And the White House was asked about this.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Okay, They were asked like, hey, are you guys gonna
- 35:26Speaker 2: talk about how this number and not only that, how
- 35:29Speaker 2: many more illegal aliens are you going to let in?
- 35:31Speaker 2: Senator Johnson had this to say, one of your colleagues.
- 35:35Speaker 8: Sect Jamy Oorca, So I've asked you this in the past.
- 35:38Speaker 8: What numbers are represented here? How many people has this
- 35:41Speaker 8: administration let in by encountering, processing, dispersing, or that have
- 35:48Speaker 8: come in as a known or unknown got away? Approximately?
- 35:53Speaker 8: I don't need an exact number. So what do we
- 35:55Speaker 8: got center? Let me let me see I need numbers again,
- 35:58Speaker 8: don't feel abust me.
- 35:59Speaker 1: How many people.
- 36:00Speaker 8: Has this administration led into the country.
- 36:02Speaker 4: Let me say at the outset that our job would
- 36:04Speaker 4: be a lot easier if the broken immigration system was
- 36:08Speaker 4: in this sector.
- 36:08Speaker 1: I want a number.
- 36:10Speaker 8: How many people have you led into this country? I
- 36:12Speaker 8: should also, Okay, I'll give you the number.
- 36:15Speaker 1: It's about six million.
- 36:18Speaker 2: He won't answer the damn question because he doesn't want
- 36:20Speaker 2: to be on record. It's saying, yes, we've let in
- 36:23Speaker 2: the population that is more than thirty one different states
- 36:26Speaker 2: in America.
- 36:28Speaker 3: Well, and it's worse than that because the six million
- 36:32Speaker 3: is just the people who've been apprehended. They're an additional
- 36:35Speaker 3: two million got away. So the actual number is eight
- 36:38Speaker 3: million illegal immigrants who crossed under Joe Biden. And that
- 36:42Speaker 3: is larger than all but twelve states in America. And
- 36:47Speaker 3: I want to do something. I want to read to
- 36:49Speaker 3: you the states that are smaller than the number of
- 36:54Speaker 3: illegal immigrants who come in under Joe Biden. Wyoming has
- 36:57Speaker 3: five hundred and eighty one thousand population. Vermont, DC, Alaska,
- 37:03Speaker 3: North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Rhode Island, Montana, Maine, New Hampshire, Hawaii,
- 37:08Speaker 3: West Virginia, Idaho, Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Nevada, Iowa,
- 37:14Speaker 3: Puerto Rico, Utah, Connecticut, Oklahoma, Oregon, Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama, South Carolina, Minnesota, Colorado, Wisconsin, Maryland, Missouri, Indiana, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Arizona,
- 37:30Speaker 3: and Washington State. Washington State has seven million, seven hundred
- 37:34Speaker 3: and eighty five thousand people in it. It is only
- 37:36Speaker 3: when you get to Virginia. Virginia has eight million, six
- 37:40Speaker 3: hundred and eighty three thousand people in it, so we
- 37:42Speaker 3: haven't yet crossed the population of Virginia. Virginia is the
- 37:46Speaker 3: twelfth largest state in America. We are between thirteen and twelve,
- 37:51Speaker 3: and by the end of the Biden administration will pass Virginia,
- 37:54Speaker 3: will pass New Jersey at nine million, two hundred and
- 37:56Speaker 3: sixty one thousand, will probably pass Michigan at ten million,
- 38:00Speaker 3: thirty four thousand. We may pass North Carolina at ten million,
- 38:04Speaker 3: six hundred ninety eight thousand, and you get into the
- 38:07Speaker 3: territory of number eight Georgia ten million, nine hundred and
- 38:12Speaker 3: twelve thousand, or Ohio number seven at eleven million, seven
- 38:16Speaker 3: hundred and fifty six thousand. That's how many illegal immigrants
- 38:20Speaker 3: have crossed under Joe Biden in less than three years,
- 38:25Speaker 3: eight million, larger than the population of all but a
- 38:30Speaker 3: dozen US states.
- 38:31Speaker 2: It's truly incredible. We're going to keep covering this that
- 38:35Speaker 2: I can promise you. I want to tell you real
- 38:36Speaker 2: quick about our friends that gotta precious metals. If you're
