- 0:59Speaker 5: You know you.
- 1:01Speaker 3: Turn out, you love turn you gotta turn, got to
- 1:41Speaker 3: turn them out. Turn you probably got to turn the mouth,
- 1:45Speaker 3: turn out, turn a w.
- 1:47Speaker 1: The mot up looking.
- 1:55Speaker 6: Come come out, you'll think, I sure will. Good morning everybody.
- 2:05Speaker 6: You are listening to the voice, come on dig me now,
- 2:09Speaker 6: one and only. Steve Harvey got a radio show man.
- 2:15Speaker 6: I love it when I run up into people and
- 2:16Speaker 6: they say that to me. They say, hey, Steve Harvey
- 2:19Speaker 6: got a radio show. Then they wink at me. I
- 2:21Speaker 6: know they listening. You know, I got a lot off
- 2:23Speaker 6: my chest yesterday. I wanted to clear some things up.
- 2:25Speaker 2: And I appreciate y'all giving me a minute because sometimes,
- 2:28Speaker 2: you know, you just got to say some things out loud.
- 2:32Speaker 2: Not complaining, but hey, just verbalizing, but realizing that I
- 2:36Speaker 2: got to keep going anyway. And that's my words this
- 2:40Speaker 2: morning to you, that I want you to keep pushing
- 2:45Speaker 2: no matter what happens. I want to share something with
- 2:49Speaker 2: you that's important, that's very very important. See you have
- 2:56Speaker 2: to give God something too blessed. You know, well, if
- 3:01Speaker 2: your prayer is asking for God's blessings, you got to
- 3:05Speaker 2: give him something to work with. Now, you know, you
- 3:10Speaker 2: gotta show the spirit of appreciation or gratitude. You gotta
- 3:16Speaker 2: let him know that you're in it for the long haul.
- 3:20Speaker 2: No matter what happens. Don't turn around. You will never
- 3:26Speaker 2: ever see what the end could be. If you turn
- 3:31Speaker 2: around and go back, You'll never know what the end
- 3:35Speaker 2: could have been had you stuck it out. You'll never
- 3:39Speaker 2: know how good it could have gotten had you not
- 3:45Speaker 2: just weathered the storm. That's the thing that gets most people.
- 3:53Speaker 2: They it get tough for him, It get hard for him,
- 3:56Speaker 2: and then they let doubts set in, and then those
- 3:59Speaker 2: doubts become facts and the next thing you know, they
- 4:02Speaker 2: give up. Had you not given up, or had you
- 4:07Speaker 2: given your best, what the results of outcome could have been.
- 4:11Speaker 2: I look back on my life on so many occasions
- 4:15Speaker 2: where in college I wasn't giving my best. Now flunked out. Now,
- 4:22Speaker 2: it's easy to look at my life NOWE go, yeah,
- 4:25Speaker 2: but look at you now. But back then, man, it
- 4:29Speaker 2: cost me for so many years that failing to finish
- 4:36Speaker 2: that not giving my all. It cost me a number
- 4:41Speaker 2: of years. I wish I could say that it didn't
- 4:44Speaker 2: mean nothing, that it was just a blimp on the
- 4:46Speaker 2: radar skin screen, but at the time it was major.
- 4:50Speaker 2: And so you have a lot of decisions in your
- 4:52Speaker 2: life that are happening now. You may be in your twenties,
- 4:56Speaker 2: your late teens, you could be in your early thirties,
- 4:59Speaker 2: and it's happening. But guess what you'll eventually get through
- 5:03Speaker 2: it provided one thing you never give up. You never
- 5:09Speaker 2: turn around and go back. Had I written myself off
- 5:13Speaker 2: because of one failure, see, and this is where so
- 5:16Speaker 2: many people go wrong at too. You write yourself off
- 5:20Speaker 2: after you failed at something, the one thing you thought
- 5:25Speaker 2: you wanted to accomplish, and you failed at it. Now
- 5:27Speaker 2: you write yourself off as a failure. Now you go
- 5:30Speaker 2: settle on into life and just see what hand you get.
- 5:35Speaker 2: Had when I flunked out of college, had I written
- 5:38Speaker 2: myself off as a failure, I wouldn't be here today.
- 5:42Speaker 2: When I lost my carpet cleaner company, I would have
- 5:45Speaker 2: written myself as a failure. And I wouldn't be here
- 5:48Speaker 2: today when I didn't become a diamond distributed in Amway
- 5:52Speaker 2: or a direct distributor in Amway, even I would have
- 5:56Speaker 2: written myself as a failure and I wouldn't be here today.
- 6:01Speaker 2: When I bought a distribution kit to become a distributor
- 6:05Speaker 2: of the Bohemian Diet and I didn't make it, I
- 6:10Speaker 2: would have written myself as a failure. When I became
- 6:13Speaker 2: an Al Williams distributor and I didn't make it, I
- 6:16Speaker 2: would have written myself as a failure, and I wouldn't
- 6:18Speaker 2: be here today. Oh, I got a list for you.
- 6:22Speaker 2: When I got laid off at for a motor company
- 6:25Speaker 2: and I written myself as a failure, I wouldn't have
- 6:28Speaker 2: made it. Do you need some more? Because I have
- 6:34Speaker 2: a story filled with mishaps. I have a story filled
- 6:40Speaker 2: with failures. Couple of things now, the grace of God
- 6:45Speaker 2: and his mercy which is available to us all. See
- 6:49Speaker 2: that's the key, y'all, Because of his mercy, because of
- 6:53Speaker 2: his willingness to forgive and to even understand why we
- 7:00Speaker 2: do the things we do. In all of my shortcomings,
- 7:06Speaker 2: failed marriages I'm talking about, man got it all wrong.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Can't blame nobody else, It's just me. Steve ain't have
- 7:16Speaker 2: it together at that point in life, I've could have
- 7:19Speaker 2: written myself as a failure the first time I could have.
- 7:24Speaker 2: I just could have gave up on it after the
- 7:26Speaker 2: second one. And please know that this is an admission.
- 7:30Speaker 2: This ain't bragging. So before you start in with me,
- 7:33Speaker 2: understand what I'm saying. I'm pointing out in my life
- 7:38Speaker 2: a series of missteps and failures. But how I still
- 7:43Speaker 2: get here today. Couple of things. God's grace and mercy
- 7:50Speaker 2: is first. But that's the key, that's for everybody see
- 7:55Speaker 2: if it's God's willingness to forgive you and God that's
- 8:01Speaker 2: understanding of why we do what we do because he
- 8:04Speaker 2: said we wasn't gonna be perfect. So in all of
- 8:07Speaker 2: your imperfections, your creator told you you would not be perfect.
- 8:12Speaker 2: He's said to you, it's out there. I don't care
- 8:15Speaker 2: which one of the books you read, it tells you that.
- 8:21Speaker 7: So guess what.
- 8:22Speaker 2: With that in mind, he has a grace that he has.
- 8:26Speaker 2: It's like a grace period. It's like when you don't
- 8:29Speaker 2: pay your insurance premium on the day that is due.
- 8:32Speaker 2: The next day, they don't just cancel your insurance premium.
- 8:36Speaker 2: They have a grace period because they ain't trying to
- 8:40Speaker 2: stop this money from coming in. But when it comes
- 8:43Speaker 2: to God, there's no money required. He just gives you
- 8:46Speaker 2: the grace freely. It don't cost you nothing. See, you
- 8:50Speaker 2: gotta tap into that, y'all. You gotta get in touch
- 8:53Speaker 2: with that, because that's an important part to making it.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Understanding that His grace is available. So when you make
- 8:59Speaker 2: a missy, So when you fail at it, he has
- 9:04Speaker 2: a loophole in the contract with him that allows you
- 9:08Speaker 2: to make mistakes, that allows you to get it wrong,
- 9:11Speaker 2: that allows you to fail time and time and time again.
- 9:15Speaker 2: But if you never give up, if you keep getting up,
- 9:18Speaker 2: if you keep trying, if you keep striving, if you
- 9:22Speaker 2: keep making the effort to go forward and not go back,
- 9:26Speaker 2: God has a blessing for you, and He has it
- 9:29Speaker 2: in abundance for you, and God will give it to
- 9:32Speaker 2: you at the right time. But you got to be ready. Oh,
- 9:37Speaker 2: I want it to be successful. But if he had
- 9:40Speaker 2: given it to me back then, I wouldn't have handled
- 9:43Speaker 2: it correctly because I would have made some more mistakes
- 9:47Speaker 2: along the way. So you make the mistakes to learn
- 9:51Speaker 2: the lessons. Lord, ain't God been good to me? I
- 9:55Speaker 2: ain't gonna lie to you. Cool ladies and gentlemen, Well
- 10:07Speaker 2: we made if we made it. Yeah, if you look,
- 10:14Speaker 2: I'm just gonna tell you this right here. First of all,
- 10:16Speaker 2: this is another great day. I'm so glad to be
- 10:19Speaker 2: in it, participating in it, and being given this gift
- 10:22Speaker 2: by God as usual. Now a lot of people are
- 10:27Speaker 2: waking up despondent and all like this, because let me
- 10:30Speaker 2: tell y'all something. We gonna be fine. If anybody know
- 10:35Speaker 2: how to suffer, it's us as a people. If anybody
- 10:40Speaker 2: has any experience with oppression, racism, being left without thought
- 10:48Speaker 2: in the back, we understand what that is. We will
- 10:52Speaker 2: be fine. Pick your head up. The election is over.
- 10:57Speaker 2: We have a new president. Will get exactly what they
- 11:01Speaker 2: asked for. It is now President Donald Trump, and you
- 11:06Speaker 2: will get exactly what you asked for. And now just
- 11:10Speaker 2: sit back, buckle up, hang on, y'all. No matter what happens,
- 11:14Speaker 2: you keep your faith. You keep your faith. Don't you
- 11:19Speaker 2: let this current situation reshape or shake your faith. Don't
- 11:26Speaker 2: let it happen. I'm telling you God is still in
- 11:30Speaker 2: charge if you allow him to be. And God is
- 11:33Speaker 2: in charge of me. I wasn't gonna give Kamala has
- 11:37Speaker 2: charging me. No way, and I show ain't giving it
- 11:41Speaker 2: to Donald Trump at all. God Almighty is in charge
- 11:45Speaker 2: of me. Now. I would have participated a little bit
- 11:48Speaker 2: better with Kamala Harris, that's for show. I would have
- 11:52Speaker 2: felt more a part of the decision making process. But
- 11:56Speaker 2: y'all better buckle up. Man, Project twenty twenty five is
- 11:59Speaker 2: alive and well all these mandates they've been doing. You
- 12:03Speaker 2: gotta look at these pictures he hugging on man. When
- 12:05Speaker 2: you look at the pictures with Elon Muskin, Grant Cardon Man,
- 12:09Speaker 2: Hey man, let me tell you something them the big boys,
- 12:12Speaker 2: do you know anyway, Shirley Strawberry Colin for real, Mississippi,
- 12:17Speaker 2: Monica Junior, and the legend that is Nephew Tommy. You
- 12:20Speaker 2: know what, y'all, here's one thing like, okay, like yesterday
- 12:24Speaker 2: the stock market went up, right, so now check this out.
- 12:28Speaker 2: Tesla stocks took a thirteen percent hike. That's crazy, up
- 12:34Speaker 2: thirteen points. You know why because he knows that when
- 12:40Speaker 2: his boy get in office, he gonna roll back all
- 12:44Speaker 2: that stuff for automated or he gonna roll back all
- 12:48Speaker 2: those terrorists. I forgot what they call it, but and
- 12:51Speaker 2: it's gonna stop all those new energy cars coming along
- 12:57Speaker 2: and it's gonna slow it down. And Tesla happy about
- 13:01Speaker 2: that because they the big boys on the block. It'll
- 13:04Speaker 2: destroy competition. That's why Tesla slock stock shot through the woof.
- 13:08Speaker 2: That's why he gave his money for Donald Trump. And
- 13:10Speaker 2: that's what Donald Trump has already promised to do for Elon.
- 13:14Speaker 2: So watch this right here for all about the money
- 13:18Speaker 2: got to do with man, It ain't got a damn
- 13:20Speaker 2: thing to do with your poe ass. They're voting for us. Whoa,
- 13:26Speaker 2: oh well, because now see look at him all y'all
- 13:31Speaker 2: running around voting for the man you ain't gonna be
- 13:33Speaker 2: buy No damn Tesla, no damn way.
- 13:35Speaker 8: All right, coming up in thirty two minutes after the hour,
- 13:39Speaker 8: we will hear from the nephew as he runs that
- 13:41Speaker 8: brank back.
- 13:42Speaker 9: Right after this.
- 13:43Speaker 8: You're listening Hardy Morning Show. It is time now for

- 14:50Speaker 11: How long have you been following them?

- 23:50Speaker 2: But right now, homie, I think they looking dead at
- 23:53Speaker 2: your pot belly and your hair falling out. You're gonna
- 23:58Speaker 2: have to be a little bit more careful, you know.
- 24:01Speaker 2: I'll give you an example. Marjorie had. Marjorie had a
- 24:04Speaker 2: hairdresser and her husband. He was a big dude, big dude,
- 24:12Speaker 2: and she this girl could do hair man. And finally
- 24:16Speaker 2: she cut her hair real short, like Colin Shirley, like
- 24:18Speaker 2: y'all came in with a hairstock. She came up to
- 24:21Speaker 2: the house. I didn't say nothing, but it was dope.

- 25:27Speaker 8: my husband will walk in while I'm working from home
- 25:29Speaker 8: and leave the door wide open.
- 25:32Speaker 9: Same with the bathroom door.
- 25:34Speaker 8: He always asks if I'm trying to hide something, how
- 25:36Speaker 8: do I get him to respect my boundaries the bathroom?
- 25:41Speaker 2: Locked the door? Yeah, yeah, I go to the bathroom.
- 25:44Speaker 2: I locked the door. I locked the door for protection
- 25:47Speaker 2: from everybody.
- 25:49Speaker 1: Protection.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Yeah, you don't want to open this door. That's just windows,
- 25:57Speaker 2: That's what that is. Tell you right now. You don't
- 26:00Speaker 2: want to open this door, I'm gonna ruin you the
- 26:03Speaker 2: hallway and possibly the next room round the corner. Don't
- 26:08Speaker 2: open this.
- 26:08Speaker 3: Damn it, we get it.
- 26:11Speaker 1: What is wrong with you?
- 26:13Speaker 2: Because how do wrong my pants up on that back
- 26:15Speaker 2: hook on that door anyway? Because I got to be
- 26:19Speaker 2: wide leggag. What I can't do if be in here.
- 26:21Speaker 2: You know how people sit down and have their draws
- 26:23Speaker 2: around their ankle and they pants. I can't do that.
- 26:26Speaker 2: I got to have my I got to have my
- 26:28Speaker 2: pants up on the back of that door.
- 26:29Speaker 7: Man.
- 26:29Speaker 2: I got to see a wide leggag because I don't
- 26:32Speaker 2: know what I'm gonna have to do. I don't know
- 26:34Speaker 2: if I got to grab that tie rack in front
- 26:36Speaker 2: of me hold on. I don't know if I got
- 26:38Speaker 2: to get a death rip on this hamper. I don't
- 26:40Speaker 2: know if I got to reach over and holy falset handles.
- 26:43Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm gonna need to do, but
- 26:45Speaker 2: I got to be able to get wide leggage so
- 26:47Speaker 2: I can get my heels done this. So I don't
- 26:50Speaker 2: know how this is gonna go as your I don't
- 26:52Speaker 2: know how that's gonna go in here. Now, you open
- 26:54Speaker 2: this damn dough. If you won't ask, gonna have to
- 26:58Speaker 2: go to therapy.
- 27:02Speaker 9: Who are you saying this too?
- 27:03Speaker 2: I mean, jeez, wearing kids, wife, I got fible, that's
- 27:13Speaker 2: the problem. Sometimes all is five not fible.
- 27:22Speaker 9: Meet my God, and you're always on one of your diets, Steve.
- 27:28Speaker 2: Yeah, so min, damn mine, damn mil come out like
- 27:32Speaker 2: win Dale.
- 27:33Speaker 9: Okay, okay, okay, last one, last one. We're going through
- 27:37Speaker 9: Frederick and Newark.
- 27:39Speaker 8: Frederick says, I'm in the church choir and one of
- 27:42Speaker 8: the newer ladies moved some ladies around so she can
- 27:46Speaker 8: sit directly in front of me. She openly flirts with me,
- 27:49Speaker 8: and my wife is only a few pews over from me.
- 27:53Speaker 8: I'm flattered, but it's got to stop. How do I
- 27:55Speaker 8: approach this?
- 27:59Speaker 2: Don't you know?
- 28:00Speaker 7: It is what it is?
- 28:01Speaker 2: You know, you know, watch yourself careful. But I'm telling
- 28:07Speaker 2: you right now your wife didn't spotted it. Just telling
- 28:11Speaker 2: you absolutely, sheet and peep game. Now you lean over
- 28:15Speaker 2: and keep here if you want to, you better moved
- 28:18Speaker 2: out there with with with the maaritones or something. Better
- 28:22Speaker 2: you get over there and be an alto or something.
- 28:26Speaker 2: Hey man, you had to get your ass out the quiet.
- 28:31Speaker 2: You got to get your sit upstairs in the balcony
- 28:38Speaker 2: and dog and you can't sing that good no way
- 28:40Speaker 2: though you ain't no lead singer, you background, He ain't
- 28:44Speaker 2: no lead saying. He would have started with that call.
- 28:46Speaker 2: He would have said, he in the same section. That's see,
- 28:51Speaker 2: that's why they moved stuff around, because he right there
- 28:54Speaker 2: in the middle here a tenant, because the tendant usually
- 28:56Speaker 2: split up the sopranos and altos here in the middle,
- 28:59Speaker 2: so he got to stay what husband in white, both
- 29:02Speaker 2: of the men a quiet? You're about it?
- 29:04Speaker 9: Get about here, right, Frederick Frederick from when't.
- 29:10Speaker 2: The last time you've seen Frederick Deckerson? What what you
- 29:15Speaker 2: ain't never medicine, Freddy not Frederic.
- 29:21Speaker 9: Coming up in the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:23Speaker 9: some entertainment news for you're right after this. You're listening
- 29:28Speaker 9: Hardy Morning Show. Well, we're moving on, but.
- 29:33Speaker 8: I mean we're still in somewhat of a state of
- 29:35Speaker 8: shock and trying to process the results of Tuesday night's election.
- 29:39Speaker 8: Donald Trump was elected the forty seventh president of the
- 29:42Speaker 8: United States. According to the breakdown, fifty nine percent of
- 29:45Speaker 8: white men voted for Donald Trump. Fifty two percent of
- 29:48Speaker 8: white women voted for him, twenty percent of black men,
- 29:51Speaker 8: fifty four percent of Latino men, and thirty seven percent
- 29:55Speaker 8: of Latino women. Now, yesterday, Vice President Kamala Harris addressed
- 29:59Speaker 8: the nation from her alma mater, Howard University. The Vice
- 30:03Speaker 8: President thanked her family, President Biden, Governor Walter.
- 30:07Speaker 9: Team, and volunteers and poll workers.
- 30:09Speaker 8: She says she is proud of her campaign race, and
- 30:12Speaker 8: she went on to say, we must accept the results
- 30:15Speaker 8: of the election.
- 30:16Speaker 16: Take a listen, and the fight for our country is
- 30:20Speaker 16: always worth it.
- 30:22Speaker 9: It is always worth it to the young people who
- 30:32Speaker 9: are watching.
- 30:34Speaker 7: It is.
- 30:39Speaker 1: To the young people who are watching.
- 30:41Speaker 16: It is okay to feel sad and disappointed, but please
- 30:46Speaker 16: know it's going to be okay. On the campaign, I
- 30:50Speaker 16: would often say, when we fight, we win.
- 30:54Speaker 1: But here's the thing.
- 30:55Speaker 9: Here's the thing. Sometimes the fight takes a while. That
- 30:59Speaker 9: doesn't mean we won't win. That doesn't mean we won't win.
- 31:05Speaker 16: The important thing is don't ever give up. Don't ever
- 31:10Speaker 16: give up, don't ever stop trying to make the world
- 31:14Speaker 16: a better place.
- 31:16Speaker 9: You have power.
- 31:18Speaker 16: You have power, and don't you ever listen when anyone
- 31:23Speaker 16: tells you something is impossible, because it has never been
- 31:27Speaker 16: done before.
- 31:34Speaker 17: Well, yeah, young people were in the audience, they were crying,
- 31:38Speaker 17: they were just showing her so much love. And she
- 31:42Speaker 17: walked out the freedom for the last time. Beyonce, I
- 31:45Speaker 17: started crying.
- 31:48Speaker 9: And her voice.
- 31:51Speaker 2: Yes she did, no, she did, man, respect look look good,
- 31:55Speaker 2: look man. But what she was handed she did about
- 31:58Speaker 2: as good as could be expected. She got handed to
- 32:01Speaker 2: baton late. I keep reminding people she was handed this
- 32:05Speaker 2: baton with one hundred and nine days left. Donald Trump
- 32:09Speaker 2: been running for three years. He had a head start.
- 32:13Speaker 2: She she she had she had to get a mission,
- 32:16Speaker 2: she had to get a campaign together, she had to
- 32:18Speaker 2: get her verbage together. Yeah, and then but you you know,
- 32:24Speaker 2: she ran up against She ran up against a party
- 32:30Speaker 2: that has convinced everybody that the lie is the truth.
- 32:37Speaker 2: And how do you do that?
- 32:38Speaker 7: Man?
- 32:39Speaker 2: How do you how do you keep telling a person
- 32:42Speaker 2: the truth that don't want to believe it? So now
- 32:45Speaker 2: America has who they want.
- 32:48Speaker 8: He did now and yeah, the people have spoken. That's
- 32:51Speaker 8: how her democracy works. He's the president elect now and
- 32:55Speaker 8: that's it.
- 32:55Speaker 2: And we academic food when when we lose.
- 33:00Speaker 9: Saying we didn't we didn't do an insurrection? Is that
- 33:02Speaker 9: what we're trying to say up, yeah, we found a wall.
- 33:06Speaker 2: I don't give a damn. Yeah, going to jail, we can.
- 33:13Speaker 8: But the people have spoken. President like Donald Trump is
- 33:16Speaker 8: ready to return to office. And here is what's first
- 33:20Speaker 8: on his to do list. Uh, He's going to fire
- 33:23Speaker 8: the Special Council Jacksmith, who brought the two federal cases
- 33:27Speaker 8: against him. He's going to free some of the insurrectionists
- 33:30Speaker 8: convicted for their roles in the January sixth attack on
- 33:34Speaker 8: the US Capitol, to port millions of illegal migrants, uh,
- 33:39Speaker 8: living in the US without legal permission, and be a
- 33:42Speaker 8: dictator on day one in office.
- 33:43Speaker 9: But he said he would not abuse his power. Okay,
- 33:52Speaker 9: that's that's day one.
- 33:54Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 33:54Speaker 9: Yeah, that's a busy day. I would say, I think
- 33:56Speaker 9: that's a busy day.
- 33:57Speaker 2: Yeah, So why is a special so still at work?
- 34:00Speaker 1: I wouldn't come back, Jack.
- 34:04Speaker 2: He just said he's gonna fire you on day one.
- 34:06Speaker 1: That's not even wait to day one.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Start your vacation.
- 34:09Speaker 17: Just start packing up, right, cause you do know in
- 34:13Speaker 17: January twenty twenty five.
- 34:14Speaker 8: You do not y'all thinking in twenty twenty five, Project
- 34:18Speaker 8: twenty twenty five will be in effect.
- 34:22Speaker 1: This is unbelifal.
- 34:26Speaker 9: But there's nothing we could do about it.
- 34:28Speaker 1: But it's just like you should.
- 34:29Speaker 17: You just said, Shirley, the popular vote, the electoral vote.
- 34:34Speaker 1: The American people spoke.
- 34:35Speaker 11: This is y'all.
- 34:36Speaker 17: Do this, y'all, do so stand on business, roll with
- 34:39Speaker 17: him when when he starts making these decisions and executive
- 34:44Speaker 17: orders and doing all that, and then y'all.
- 34:46Speaker 1: Are shocked behind. Uh that's your man, though.
- 34:49Speaker 2: Yeah, that's who y'all want. I'm not finna watch all this, y'all.
- 34:52Speaker 14: I'm finna get on Netflix, Hulu, Paramine plus, I'm not

- 35:00Speaker 2: the I'm right with you, though, y'all. Go ahead. I'm
- 35:04Speaker 2: watching the Sugar Honey Ice T shirt. I'm here, ah man,
- 35:10Speaker 2: I'm here, fault what. I'm gonna watch him do what
- 35:15Speaker 2: he said he was gonna do, and I'm gonna watch
- 35:18Speaker 2: all these people that voted for him suffer. I'm telling you, man,
- 35:23Speaker 2: this is not gonna be good. This is not good
- 35:26Speaker 2: for this country. It's good for some rich people.
- 35:29Speaker 9: Yeah, lord Mercy, Yeah, I know, I know, because you're rich.
- 35:36Speaker 2: All of his supporters was rich. The voters were poor.
- 35:40Speaker 9: Yeah, well I take a break though, I can't keep.

- 36:25Speaker 9: There's a young voter named Laura from Texas.
- 36:27Speaker 5: Born in Morning Crew.
- 36:29Speaker 18: It's the day after the election, and the results have
- 36:32Speaker 18: me thinking that the men with his forefather and mentality
- 36:37Speaker 18: will never allow a woman to have any position of power.
- 36:42Speaker 5: For example, they tell a woman what to do with
- 36:45Speaker 5: their bodies. And then another example with Hillary. Hillary was
- 36:50Speaker 5: well overqualified then that clown, and he still got an office.
- 36:55Speaker 5: So that it really sucks to believe that these males
- 36:59Speaker 5: would not allow a woman to work the over office.
- 37:04Speaker 5: I mean, I get the best one. To keep your
- 37:07Speaker 5: head up, I love you guys. Please continue to keep

- 37:30Speaker 2: know you're right about that. Listen to me, y'all. Donald
- 37:33Speaker 2: Trump has won the presidency twice. Both times he has
- 37:37Speaker 2: beaten a woman both at times Hillary Clinton and now
- 37:42Speaker 2: Kamala Has. You have got to understand what this country is,
- 37:47Speaker 2: and sexist is one of them, y'all. Keep forgetting see y'all,
- 37:51Speaker 2: they not see this. Make America great again, ladies, women,
- 37:56Speaker 2: white women, everybody. You couldn't vote to the forties. I
- 38:00Speaker 2: don't know if you remember that or now, but you

- 54:21Speaker 8: forth about it, and I truly believe I'm right. My
- 54:24Speaker 8: husband only heard me saying that I love another man
- 54:28Speaker 8: and him. What he didn't hear was that I have
- 54:30Speaker 8: love for my friend, but I'm not in love with him.
- 54:33Speaker 8: My sister's messy behind came over a day later and
- 54:36Speaker 8: we got into a heated discussion with my husband. She
- 54:40Speaker 8: sided with him and said that it goes against everything
- 54:42Speaker 8: marriage stands for for me to say that I love
- 54:45Speaker 8: my friend because he's a man. The fact that she
- 54:48Speaker 8: is even joining forces with my husband against me is
- 54:51Speaker 8: weird to me. I told my husband that he should
- 54:54Speaker 8: never go against me and take her side. He said,
- 54:56Speaker 8: what's right is right, and I'm wrong. I don't see
- 54:59Speaker 8: why it is so hard for him to understand. He said,
- 55:02Speaker 8: if that's the case, then he loves my sister. That
- 55:06Speaker 8: caught me by surprise, and I had to pause for
- 55:08Speaker 8: a second because it came out of left field and
- 55:12Speaker 8: it was a terrible example.
- 55:14Speaker 9: The whole thing is stupid.
- 55:15Speaker 8: And now my husband said he doesn't want me to
- 55:17Speaker 8: see my friend during the holidays while he's in town.
- 55:21Speaker 8: My sister totally agrees with my husband, and I'm trying
- 55:24Speaker 8: to figure out why she cares to settle the debate.
- 55:27Speaker 8: Can a married lady love a platonic male friend or
- 55:31Speaker 8: should a woman cut all of her male friends out
- 55:34Speaker 8: of her life just because her husband tells her to
- 55:36Speaker 8: do that?
- 55:38Speaker 2: To do it?
- 55:38Speaker 9: Okay, well, you know we talk about this a lot
- 55:41Speaker 9: on the show.
- 55:42Speaker 8: If you're a female having male friends and a male
- 55:45Speaker 8: having female friends. It just doesn't go with marriage. You know,
- 55:48Speaker 8: something can happen, it just can. You know, feelings can happen.
- 55:52Speaker 8: You know it doesn't always happen like that, but there's
- 55:55Speaker 8: the chance that it can. You know, I don't like
- 55:57Speaker 8: the fact that your sister's all up in your business.
- 56:00Speaker 8: She shouldn't be, but I mean, in this instant, she's
- 56:04Speaker 8: you know, she's kind of right. You're loving this man,
- 56:07Speaker 8: and you're loving your husband. I mean, I know we're
- 56:10Speaker 8: supposed to love everybody. You know, that's morally correct and
- 56:13Speaker 8: all of that. Love everyone. But you didn't say you
- 56:15Speaker 8: were in love with him. You didn't say you wanted
- 56:17Speaker 8: to sleep with him, you didn't say any of that.
- 56:20Speaker 8: But your mistake was just saying it to your messy sister,
- 56:24Speaker 8: like you said, who took it the wrong way. She
- 56:26Speaker 8: caused somewhat of a mess between you and your husband
- 56:30Speaker 8: and your marriage. You should have kept that to yourself.
- 56:32Speaker 8: The fact that you say you love this other guy
- 56:35Speaker 8: and just taking it to the grade. And I do
- 56:37Speaker 8: understand your husband feeling some kind of way about this.
- 56:42Speaker 8: That's a blow to his ego. No man wants to
- 56:45Speaker 8: hear his wife saying they love another man. I don't
- 56:48Speaker 8: care what it is or what you mean by it.
- 56:51Speaker 8: How else was he supposed to take that? So no,
- 56:54Speaker 8: put your marriage first and your husband's feelings first, and
- 56:58Speaker 8: don't agree to see this man for the holidays. The
- 57:01Speaker 8: issue is just too hot right now in your house
- 57:04Speaker 8: and everything. Your friend will have to understand. And please
- 57:07Speaker 8: find out what's going on with your sister, who just
- 57:10Speaker 8: really needs to mind her own business, Steve, I.
- 57:13Speaker 2: Love both of them, this lady in this letter, I'm
- 57:17Speaker 2: sorry to tell you, but it's wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong,
- 57:22Speaker 2: wrong on all fronts. See the fact that what he
- 57:28Speaker 2: heard is what he heard is the problem. And he
- 57:33Speaker 2: didn't just hear it, you said it now. I don't
- 57:37Speaker 2: know how you think it's supposed to shape out, and
- 57:40Speaker 2: I don't know how you trying to shape it. But
- 57:42Speaker 2: let me tell you what's really going on in his mind.
- 57:46Speaker 2: My husband was ear hustling, well, I mean he wasn't
- 57:49Speaker 2: ill you was talking to damn loud in front of him,
- 57:51Speaker 2: all around the corner whatever, and heard me tell my
- 57:55Speaker 2: sister I love both of them. I was telling her
- 57:58Speaker 2: that I had been talking to an old friend, and
- 58:01Speaker 2: I said I loved him. My sister said, it's not
- 58:03Speaker 2: possible to love another man.
- 58:05Speaker 18: Now.
- 58:05Speaker 2: First of all, I was talking to an old friend
- 58:08Speaker 2: and I told him I love him. Okay, that's a
- 58:11Speaker 2: bad move. That's a bad move. And you tell a
- 58:14Speaker 2: man you love him, that's a bad move.
- 58:16Speaker 19: What you want?
- 58:17Speaker 2: What you thought he heard? He heard chance, opportunity, potential sex,
- 58:25Speaker 2: that's what he heard. I loved him, that's what he heard.
- 58:29Speaker 9: Okay, okay, because a man, do know what y'all be thinking.
- 58:35Speaker 1: Listen to me.
- 58:36Speaker 2: There is not a man that don't think about sex
- 58:39Speaker 2: every single day several time, y'all. Y'all, man, My sister said,
- 58:46Speaker 2: it's not possible to love another man if I'm married. Well,
- 58:49Speaker 2: that's not true. That that's not true because you just
- 58:52Speaker 2: said you did so obviously that ain't true. Uh. We
- 58:59Speaker 2: went back and forth about it, and I truly believe
- 59:02Speaker 2: I'm right. Well, okay, here we go, here we go,
- 59:05Speaker 2: here we go. Now you believe you right? So now
- 59:07Speaker 2: what you want us to do? My husband only heard
- 59:11Speaker 2: me saying that I love a man and him. What
- 59:14Speaker 2: he didn't hear was I have love for my friend,
- 59:16Speaker 2: but I'm I'm not in love with him, girl bye.
- 59:21Speaker 2: The fact that your husband heard you say you love
- 59:24Speaker 2: another man, he ain't got to hear nothing else.
- 59:26Speaker 9: So what again? What's going through his mind when he
- 59:29Speaker 9: heard her.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Say that she loves she loved this other dude. That's
- 59:33Speaker 2: what he heard, because that's what she said. I love
- 59:37Speaker 2: both of them. Now she he gone, damn here, I'm
- 59:40Speaker 2: fitting all the bills. I'm in here and asked you
- 59:43Speaker 2: to marry you. I'm your husband. We got a family together,
- 59:46Speaker 2: we trying to make it work. And you sent up
- 59:48Speaker 2: he talking about you love him too? How the hell
- 59:51Speaker 2: you love him? And you you sent up in here
- 59:53Speaker 2: married to me? You have an instant problem.
- 59:56Speaker 9: Yep, wrong for that, all right?
- 59:58Speaker 2: She all wrong?
- 59:59Speaker 1: She wrong in it.
- 1:00:00Speaker 2: Ain't no fixing this for her. You're in trouble. I'll
- 1:00:03Speaker 2: leave out a five thousand divorce.
- 1:00:10Speaker 9: Nobody keeping right there, keep it right there, like Luthas
- 1:00:14Speaker 9: says said it.
- 1:00:15Speaker 8: We'll have part two of your response, Steve coming up
- 1:00:18Speaker 8: at twenty three minutes after the hour Today's Strawberry letter
- 1:00:21Speaker 8: subject I love both of them.
- 1:00:24Speaker 9: We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:27Speaker 8: You're listening hard Morning show, all right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:31Speaker 8: let's recap today's strawberry letter. Subject is I love both
- 1:00:35Speaker 8: of them?
- 1:00:36Speaker 2: Your husband overheard you having a conversation, uh, talking to
- 1:00:41Speaker 2: your sister, and you said you love both of them,
- 1:00:44Speaker 2: meaning you love your husband and this friend that you
- 1:00:47Speaker 2: have been talking to. Your sister told you that it's
- 1:00:50Speaker 2: not possible to love another man if I'm married. Well,
- 1:00:53Speaker 2: that ain't true, because you just said it. We went
- 1:00:56Speaker 2: back and forth about it, and I truly believe I'm right. Okay,
- 1:00:59Speaker 2: all right, so you ight, okay, now, okay, now take
- 1:01:01Speaker 2: your right self on to the next part. My husband
- 1:01:05Speaker 2: only heard me saying that I love another man and him.
- 1:01:08Speaker 2: What he didn't hear was that I have love for
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: my friend, but I'm in love with him. That don't
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: make no damn difference. If I hear you say you
- 1:01:16Speaker 2: love another man, Okay, go on over that in sure,
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: hope he'd love you because you feel you fit to
- 1:01:24Speaker 2: get over there with him. My sister, messing behind, came
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: over a day later. We got into a heated discussion
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: with my husband. She sided with him. She told you
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: that on the beginning, what's the surprise, and said it
- 1:01:35Speaker 2: goes against everything marriage stands for. Well, it do you
- 1:01:40Speaker 2: trip it if you heard your husband say to his brother,
- 1:01:45Speaker 2: I love both of them, girl, how would you feel
- 1:01:49Speaker 2: he couldn't explain that to you. I know he couldn't.
- 1:01:53Speaker 2: And the fact that she's even joining forces my husband
- 1:01:56Speaker 2: against me is weird. I can't believe you think you
- 1:02:00Speaker 2: right in this situation. You let your husband here, you
- 1:02:03Speaker 2: say you love another man, and now you mad at
- 1:02:07Speaker 2: your sister for siding with him. He not fit to
- 1:02:10Speaker 2: be unmad about this. He not fit to understand it.
- 1:02:13Speaker 2: I told my husband he should never go against me
- 1:02:16Speaker 2: and take her side. What how you trying to get
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: somebody on your side in this? How you told your
- 1:02:22Speaker 2: husband he should never go against you? You went against him?
- 1:02:27Speaker 7: You to want?
- 1:02:29Speaker 2: Bishop Barner said it best be careful of people who
- 1:02:34Speaker 2: played the victim in situations that they create created. Now
- 1:02:39Speaker 2: you sitting up here telling your husband he should never
- 1:02:42Speaker 2: go against you, when you the one said you love
- 1:02:45Speaker 2: another man. He said, what right is right? And I'm wrong?
- 1:02:50Speaker 2: And he is right about that. I don't see why
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: it's so hard for him to understand, because it would
- 1:02:55Speaker 2: be damn there impossible for your ass to understand if
- 1:02:59Speaker 2: you heard your husband say he loved you and another woman.
- 1:03:03Speaker 2: Where are we at with this? What woman is gonna
- 1:03:07Speaker 2: sit through that and go, oh, I understand what you said?
- 1:03:10Speaker 7: No?
- 1:03:11Speaker 2: Hell now all she heard was okay, ladies, just listening
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: to the show. You walk in the room and you
- 1:03:20Speaker 2: hear your man, your boyfriend, your boyfriend or dude you dayton,
- 1:03:26Speaker 2: your fiance or your husband on the phone with his
- 1:03:30Speaker 2: brother and say, hey, man, I love both of them.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: I love this girl I'm dating, I love this girl
- 1:03:37Speaker 2: I'm engaged to. I love my wife, and I love
- 1:03:40Speaker 2: this other girl. Who are you talking about?
- 1:03:45Speaker 10: You know what?
- 1:03:46Speaker 2: I can't even tell you how that's gonna end up.
- 1:03:50Speaker 2: And I don't know. Why is it so hard for
- 1:03:51Speaker 2: him to understand? He said? If that's the case, then
- 1:03:54Speaker 2: he loves my sister. Well that called me by surprise. See,
- 1:03:57Speaker 2: he said, okay, cool, all right, let me show you
- 1:03:59Speaker 2: high out. I love your sister. What e skew? Huh
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: what you say? I love your sister? Why?
- 1:04:17Speaker 7: Why?
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: Why that's so hard? Does understand?
- 1:04:19Speaker 7: Wait?
- 1:04:20Speaker 2: Man, hold wait, well what you my that's my see
- 1:04:26Speaker 2: yeah yeah he he pumped the brakes. He threw it
- 1:04:29Speaker 2: on her, and I had to pause for a second. Yeah,
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: he got you because it came out of left field
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: and it was a terrible example. No, it's the exact
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: same damn example. He love another woman outside of you,
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: and you want you ought to understand that. The whole
- 1:04:46Speaker 2: thing is stupid. And now my husband said he doesn't
- 1:04:48Speaker 2: want me to see my friend during the holidays while
- 1:04:50Speaker 2: he live in town. Here, in town, you carry your
- 1:04:53Speaker 2: ass over there if you want to. When you take
- 1:04:56Speaker 2: your ass over there, stay over there. I done told you,
- 1:05:00Speaker 2: because I keep telling y'all about these friendships. You done
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: told this man you love him. You're gonna go see
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: him while you're in town over the holidays. You don't
- 1:05:07Speaker 2: think he looking upside your head?
- 1:05:10Speaker 19: Was she here?
- 1:05:12Speaker 2: My sister totally agrees with my husband. I'm trying to
- 1:05:14Speaker 2: figure out why she cares to settle the debate. Can
- 1:05:18Speaker 2: a married lady love a platoonic male friend or should
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: a woman cut off her male friends out of her
- 1:05:23Speaker 2: life just because her husband tells her to do it? Tada,
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: The Bible says, leave all others and cleave only unto her.
- 1:05:36Speaker 2: Now I'm telling you, man, you can't. You can do it,
- 1:05:40Speaker 2: but it ain't gonna be healthy for you, as you
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: can see right now it's already created a major problem
- 1:05:47Speaker 2: for you. Now how you think Now he done told
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: you don't go see him, and you're gonna go see
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: him anyway. Okay, So now damn what I say. And
- 1:05:58Speaker 2: you know why you're gonna damn what I say because
- 1:06:00Speaker 2: you love him.
- 1:06:02Speaker 9: So you said you want to stick around for it.
- 1:06:04Speaker 2: Steve, you're not doing You're not doing this to me.
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: I'm just telling you right now, you're not doing this
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: to me. Okay, I will leave your ass. I will
- 1:06:19Speaker 2: leave your ass. I don't give a damn.
- 1:06:23Speaker 7: What you say.
- 1:06:25Speaker 2: What leave your ass?

- 1:10:17Speaker 9: Harvey FM says, out.
- 1:10:19Speaker 8: Of high school, I went to a good college but
- 1:10:21Speaker 8: got sick of it after two years, so I dropped
- 1:10:24Speaker 8: out and went to a technical school for welding. I
- 1:10:27Speaker 8: really like that, but after six months of working for
- 1:10:30Speaker 8: a local welding shop, I was over it.
- 1:10:33Speaker 9: I found a job in.
- 1:10:34Speaker 8: Medical equipment sales and it paid pretty well, but in
- 1:10:37Speaker 8: less than a year I was tired of all the
- 1:10:39Speaker 8: travel and visiting doctors' offices, so I switched to a
- 1:10:42Speaker 8: job selling pool accessories that's close to my house. So
- 1:10:46Speaker 8: now it's been over five years since I graduated high
- 1:10:49Speaker 8: school and I've had five totally different jobs, none of
- 1:10:53Speaker 8: which I've been happy with, and I'm ready to move
- 1:10:55Speaker 8: on to something new.
- 1:10:57Speaker 9: Is there something wrong with me? Why can't?
- 1:10:59Speaker 2: I ain't nothing wrong with you. It's nothing wrong with you.
- 1:11:02Speaker 2: Just not living your passion. You're not living in your dream.
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: You're not yeah, man, And none of them I was
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: happy with, none of them until you find out the
- 1:11:15Speaker 2: two most important days of your life for the day
- 1:11:17Speaker 2: you're born, in the day you discover why. Until you
- 1:11:20Speaker 2: discover that day, man, you're gonna be swimming. You're just
- 1:11:23Speaker 2: gonna be swimming, and you're gonna feel like you're drowning.
- 1:11:26Speaker 2: You're gonna go from job after job after job because
- 1:11:28Speaker 2: you keep going after the job for the wrong reason.
- 1:11:31Speaker 2: Closer to your house. Medical sales, pool sales. What do
- 1:11:36Speaker 2: either one of them had to do with anything? Then
- 1:11:39Speaker 2: you was a welder. I used to work on the
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: symbly line. I sold shack Lee products. I sold Dick
- 1:11:45Speaker 2: Gregory Bohemian died. I sold Amway. I worked for Commonwealth
- 1:11:49Speaker 2: Insurance Company. I worked for Gender Electric. I worked for
- 1:11:52Speaker 2: Lincoln Electric. I worked for Ford Motor Company. I was
- 1:11:55Speaker 2: in a struggle man just because I was not. I
- 1:12:01Speaker 2: had a copy cleaning company on the re of joint
- 1:12:04Speaker 2: look man. And until you obey your God given gift,
- 1:12:09Speaker 2: until you do what you are gifted to do, you
- 1:12:12Speaker 2: will never ever be happy. You will forever be in
- 1:12:16Speaker 2: search of it. You have got to discover your gift
- 1:12:20Speaker 2: and get involved in it. Now. What you do, what
- 1:12:22Speaker 2: your for a living is, it should be tied to
- 1:12:25Speaker 2: your gift. If your gift is teaching, and you become
- 1:12:28Speaker 2: a teacher, you'll be satisfied as a teacher, not just
- 1:12:30Speaker 2: saying it won't be challenging as a teacher, and it
- 1:12:33Speaker 2: will be. It's been challenging being in an entertainment It's
- 1:12:37Speaker 2: been also challenging. Had a guy the other day. Tell
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: me he'll never forget the day I fired him. He'll
- 1:12:43Speaker 2: never forgive me for that. Look, man, you know how
- 1:12:46Speaker 2: many shows I have had counsel. You fired me. You
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: ain't even give me a good reason you got fired. Dog,
- 1:12:53Speaker 2: I ain't won't pay you no more.
- 1:12:57Speaker 4: I should read this.
- 1:12:59Speaker 2: Dog?
- 1:13:00Speaker 7: What what? What? What? What?
- 1:13:01Speaker 18: What?
- 1:13:01Speaker 5: What?
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: Now?
- 1:13:01Speaker 2: You're gonna you go? I'm standing on that one. Stay there,
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: don't stay there. Working for me wasn't in your best interest.
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: I just saw interviews. Somebody sent me eighty five South
- 1:13:13Speaker 2: and they was talking to Carlos and he was talking
- 1:13:16Speaker 2: about how they used my studio for two years without
- 1:13:19Speaker 2: me knowing it. And when I found out, man, I
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: let him keep using it. He said, it was a
- 1:13:24Speaker 2: big start for them. You know, they found they purposed,
- 1:13:29Speaker 2: they gift. That's what you gotta do, man. So bruh,
- 1:13:32Speaker 2: it ain't nothing wrong with you. It's just you're not
- 1:13:35Speaker 2: pursuing what God created you to be. And until you
- 1:13:40Speaker 2: do that, you will forever be miserable. Brother. That's sad
- 1:13:44Speaker 2: thing is so many people live their entire lives that way.
- 1:13:49Speaker 8: All right, we have time for another one. This is
- 1:13:51Speaker 8: from Terry on Facebook. He says, my dad and I
- 1:13:54Speaker 8: weren't close, and he was actually not a good person.
- 1:13:57Speaker 8: But he passed away a few months ago, and I
- 1:13:59Speaker 8: just heard from an uncle that I've never met that
- 1:14:01Speaker 8: he left me property in Kentucky. I have no desire
- 1:14:04Speaker 8: to live in Kentucky, and knowing what I know about
- 1:14:07Speaker 8: my dad, i'm a little that I've heard about his family.
- 1:14:10Speaker 8: I'm highly skeptical about this gift. I don't have much
- 1:14:13Speaker 8: money or time to travel to Kentucky or any money
- 1:14:17Speaker 8: to hire a lawyer. How can I make the most
- 1:14:19Speaker 8: of the situation without it costing me or risking getting
- 1:14:22Speaker 8: myself caught up.
- 1:14:23Speaker 9: Into some scam.
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: Hey, bro, listen to me without it costing you. That's
- 1:14:27Speaker 2: now what's going to happen. Everything in cost. I don't
- 1:14:31Speaker 2: care what you choose to do. That's going to be
- 1:14:33Speaker 2: a cost with him. Get out your comfort zone.
- 1:14:36Speaker 7: Man.
- 1:14:36Speaker 2: You may discover something that your father did something decent
- 1:14:39Speaker 2: for you. Stop speculating that everything is wrong. You need
- 1:14:43Speaker 2: to research this property. Your father might have tried to
- 1:14:46Speaker 2: do one right thing and left you something very valuable.
- 1:14:49Speaker 2: Don't be stupid.
- 1:14:51Speaker 8: All right, we'll have more of this of the Steve
- 1:14:53Speaker 8: Harvey Morning Show coming up at twenty minutes after the hour.
- 1:14:56Speaker 9: Right after this, you're listening hard Morning Show.
- 1:15:02Speaker 8: Well, it's pretty obvious that many people are stressed about
- 1:15:05Speaker 8: the election and government in general. A new coal shows
- 1:15:09Speaker 8: that seventy seven percent of the people say that the
- 1:15:12Speaker 8: future of the nation is a significant source of stress
- 1:15:16Speaker 8: in their lives. Fifty four percent say they have very
- 1:15:19Speaker 8: little or no trust in the government. Forty one percent
- 1:15:23Speaker 8: of adults reported the state of the nation has made
- 1:15:25Speaker 8: them consider moving to another country. So here's a question
- 1:15:29Speaker 8: for you, guys, what advice would you give people to
- 1:15:33Speaker 8: just relax a little bit.
- 1:15:34Speaker 14: Who saw a little bit hearing on that damn news
- 1:15:38Speaker 14: station and watching that and training yourself every day with that.
- 1:15:43Speaker 14: If you do that so us, you're gonna you're gonna
- 1:15:46Speaker 14: show in your life. Man, quick looking at all that stuff,
- 1:15:48Speaker 14: find you something else to do. My uncle on over
- 1:15:51Speaker 14: the hand, wants to watch every single date.
- 1:15:54Speaker 9: Yeah stop it, Martine, Yeah.
- 1:15:58Speaker 2: He gonna. But the part that I'm gonna watch, I'm
- 1:16:02Speaker 2: going because I'm gonna watch the Sugar Honey Ice t
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: Show because that's what you want. I won't. I want
- 1:16:06Speaker 2: to see what you want. Yeah, you know, but Tommy's right, though,
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: you got to give yourself a break. Listen to me, man.
- 1:16:13Speaker 2: Anxiety is caused by two things. Anxiety is caused by
- 1:16:17Speaker 2: worrying about the past and worrying about the future. And
- 1:16:21Speaker 2: I don't know if you noticed this, but you can't
- 1:16:23Speaker 2: do nothing about eve one of them. And there you
- 1:16:26Speaker 2: have anxiety. Anxiety is worrying about something in the past
- 1:16:30Speaker 2: or something in the future, and you can't do nothing
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: about either one of them. So you could release a
- 1:16:36Speaker 2: lot of your anxiety by not worry about tomorrow.
- 1:16:39Speaker 8: Yeah, coming up at thirty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:16:42Speaker 8: we will play around it.
- 1:16:43Speaker 9: Would you rather right after this? You're listening hard Morning show?
- 1:16:48Speaker 9: It is time now for a round of would you rather?
- 1:16:51Speaker 7: Guys?
- 1:16:51Speaker 8: Would you rather eat Thanksgiving dinner at the kids table?
- 1:16:55Speaker 8: Or would you rather eat dinner at the grownups table?
- 1:16:58Speaker 8: It's pretty simple, huh.
- 1:17:00Speaker 2: It's not damn house eating that my treble? I'm yeah,
- 1:17:06Speaker 2: what is I'm eating?
- 1:17:10Speaker 9: They might want you to eat with them? Come on,
- 1:17:11Speaker 9: what have your kids?
- 1:17:13Speaker 2: Yeah, they've asked me that four years in a row.
- 1:17:17Speaker 9: I'm not even said over there he said no to
- 1:17:20Speaker 9: your grand here, you say no.
- 1:17:23Speaker 2: Sitting at that little last table or six to.
- 1:17:28Speaker 15: Junior, I'm I'm going over to the grown ups table.
- 1:17:32Speaker 15: I'm not sitting up it. You don't know if the
- 1:17:34Speaker 15: kids in my family they're still I'm not taking a
- 1:17:40Speaker 15: chance with these pick pockets, not not one if they
- 1:17:45Speaker 15: Daddy stove.
- 1:17:45Speaker 4: You mean.
- 1:17:47Speaker 9: The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. All right?
- 1:17:52Speaker 9: Would you rather apple pie or peach cobbler?
- 1:17:55Speaker 2: Cobb bragging.
- 1:17:59Speaker 9: Toddler?
- 1:18:00Speaker 2: Okay?
- 1:18:01Speaker 13: All right?
- 1:18:01Speaker 8: Would you rather be covered neck to toe in tattoos?
- 1:18:05Speaker 8: Or would you rather just have a big tattoo in
- 1:18:07Speaker 8: your face? A big face tattoo.
- 1:18:11Speaker 2: I'm not doing anything one of them.
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: You have to pick one.
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: I ain't got to pick a damn thing.
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: That the game.
- 1:18:20Speaker 9: Of the game.
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: I'm sixty seven years old. Look at me, I've already picked.
- 1:18:23Speaker 2: You don't see nothing on me, not getting no damn
- 1:18:27Speaker 2: face tattoo, And I'm not getting no tattoos put on me.
- 1:18:31Speaker 2: I'm not doing it.
- 1:18:32Speaker 9: Your nephew has a sleep.
- 1:18:35Speaker 2: When did he decide to do that? Let's let's talk
- 1:18:37Speaker 2: about that.
- 1:18:37Speaker 9: After my crisis, going through something I was going through, Junior,
- 1:18:46Speaker 9: So now.
- 1:18:46Speaker 2: You know, if I'm going through something, I might do
- 1:18:49Speaker 2: something like that. But I ain't. You know, everything I
- 1:18:51Speaker 2: done went through dinner. I didn't require tattoo everything. I
- 1:18:58Speaker 2: have the most of all my stuff in.
- 1:19:02Speaker 7: Court.
- 1:19:02Speaker 2: Damn, I'm getting out if I'm going through it too hard?
- 1:19:09Speaker 9: All right?
- 1:19:10Speaker 8: Would you rather be the owner of an NFL team
- 1:19:12Speaker 8: or would you rather be the owner of an NBA team?
- 1:19:16Speaker 2: The NFL, I'm going with the NBA. Just inside.
- 1:19:24Speaker 7: That line.
- 1:19:24Speaker 2: I'm what you talking, y'all.
- 1:19:28Speaker 9: Don't want to sit outside and watch out, man.
- 1:19:31Speaker 2: There's too many people. It's fifty some people you gotta
- 1:19:33Speaker 2: negotiate contracts with. There's too much line going on in
- 1:19:36Speaker 2: the football.
- 1:19:40Speaker 9: Really now, all right? Would you rather wear have to
- 1:19:44Speaker 9: wear all black every day or all green every day?
- 1:19:49Speaker 2: All what was the second part?
- 1:19:50Speaker 9: Black or green every day? Which one would you have
- 1:19:54Speaker 9: to wear?
- 1:19:55Speaker 3: Okay? All right?
- 1:19:57Speaker 2: At the funeral with the green se.
- 1:20:01Speaker 9: That's today's rounding. Would you rather? Thank you? Guys?
- 1:20:03Speaker 8: Coming up at forty nine minutes after we'll close out
- 1:20:06Speaker 8: the show, and it's our last break of the day
- 1:20:08Speaker 8: with the one and only Steve Harvey.
- 1:20:10Speaker 2: Right after this, who was it in the green at
- 1:20:12Speaker 2: Doris funeral?
- 1:20:14Speaker 9: You're listening Harvey Morning Show? All right, guys, here we are,
- 1:20:19Speaker 9: our last break of the day.
- 1:20:25Speaker 2: Here's my close the remarks. Okay, you know, first of all,
- 1:20:31Speaker 2: the election went either the way you wanted it to go,
- 1:20:34Speaker 2: or it went horribly wrong the way you didn't want
- 1:20:37Speaker 2: it to go. It went either way. The results are in,
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: and here's the fact. There's nothing nothing we can do
- 1:20:45Speaker 2: about those results. It is the next president of this
- 1:20:50Speaker 2: United States will be Donald J.
- 1:20:52Speaker 19: Trump.
- 1:20:53Speaker 2: That's the deal. That's what it is. I will be
- 1:20:59Speaker 2: fine no matter who get in office, because my author,
- 1:21:06Speaker 2: my director, my leader is my God. I will give
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: that permission and control to no one else ever in
- 1:21:16Speaker 2: my life. No one has that permission to be in
- 1:21:21Speaker 2: charge of me except God. I asked him this morning
- 1:21:25Speaker 2: to order my steps. I pray a very specific prayer.
- 1:21:29Speaker 2: Oftentimes I ask God to bless me and bless me. Indeed,
- 1:21:37Speaker 2: I ask God to increase my territory, to send people
- 1:21:40Speaker 2: from the northwest to north southeast and west, to put
- 1:21:45Speaker 2: them in my path that will allow me to grow
- 1:21:47Speaker 2: and prosper. But I ask God to go with me
- 1:21:51Speaker 2: the entire time. I don't want to go by myself.
- 1:21:55Speaker 2: I need you every step of the way, and I
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: need you to order my steps, and then I asked
- 1:22:01Speaker 2: God to protect me from evil. And I don't know
- 1:22:04Speaker 2: if you notice it, but he does just that. See,
- 1:22:07Speaker 2: I'm a firm believer, and no weapon formed against me
- 1:22:10Speaker 2: shall prosper it. Don't say that y'all won't be out
- 1:22:12Speaker 2: there forming the weapons. They just ain't gonna prosper. Every
- 1:22:18Speaker 2: dirty thing they've ever tried to do to me, every
- 1:22:22Speaker 2: lie they've ever told, every rumor they ever started, every
- 1:22:27Speaker 2: ai thing they got out there, even right now, is
- 1:22:32Speaker 2: not gonna work. It's not gonna work because I give
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: you no power over me. I've given the power over
- 1:22:40Speaker 2: my life. My life is in God's hands. I'm a
- 1:22:42Speaker 2: product of prayer. Ill Loss via Harvey prayed for me.
- 1:22:46Speaker 2: I'm a product of prayer. I'm telling you right now,
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: flat out. My mama gone. But then prayers they went
- 1:22:54Speaker 2: up and they worked, and I'm here. You have the
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: same opportunity. All you got to do is give God
- 1:23:02Speaker 2: permission to walk with you. Give him permission to all
- 1:23:06Speaker 2: your steps, give him permission to help you through it.
- 1:23:09Speaker 2: That's all you need. And it don't matter who in
- 1:23:12Speaker 2: the White House. I don't care who get in the
- 1:23:14Speaker 2: White House, who been in the White House and fixed
- 1:23:16Speaker 2: your life?
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: Who who?
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: Just tell me who who fixed your life when they
- 1:23:22Speaker 2: was in the White House? Let me ask you something.
- 1:23:26Speaker 2: No matter who was in the White House, didn't you
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: still have some challenges? No matter who was in the
- 1:23:33Speaker 2: White House? Did you stop having problems? Has anybody in
- 1:23:38Speaker 2: the White House ever called you to check on you?
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: Anybody anybody at the White House ever called to see
- 1:23:45Speaker 2: how you was doing. Anybody in the White House ever
- 1:23:48Speaker 2: text you and told you it's gonna be all right
- 1:23:50Speaker 2: if you anybody in the White House ever said to you, hey,
- 1:23:53Speaker 2: let me know if you need something. I mean, y'all
- 1:23:56Speaker 2: really think about it. Never before, nor will it ever happen,
- 1:24:04Speaker 2: And it show ain't fit to happen now. So now
- 1:24:07Speaker 2: that you know that, and that's been a fact throughout
- 1:24:10Speaker 2: your life, stop feeling so despondent like it's the end
- 1:24:18Speaker 2: of the world because it ain't. Oh, the end of
- 1:24:21Speaker 2: the world is coming, and there's gonna be some things
- 1:24:24Speaker 2: now are gonna make you feel like it, But it ain't.
- 1:24:27Speaker 2: It ain't here, man. My faith is wrapped up in God, y'all.
- 1:24:31Speaker 2: I'm inviting y'all to do the same thing. Get your
- 1:24:34Speaker 2: relationship with God. Start a relationship with him. If you
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: don't have one, introduce yourself. But I have news for you.
- 1:24:43Speaker 2: He already know who you are. He's fully in, well
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: versed on every step you've ever made. He's already forgiven
- 1:24:52Speaker 2: you for every mistake you've ever made. He already know
- 1:24:55Speaker 2: the reasons you ain't coming to him. But he's standing
- 1:24:58Speaker 2: there with open arms. And God is the most forgiving
- 1:25:02Speaker 2: platform known to man. God will forgive you if you
- 1:25:06Speaker 2: ask him. God will walk with you if you allow him.
- 1:25:10Speaker 2: God will carry you when you need being carried. I
- 1:25:13Speaker 2: done been a product of all of that. I don't
- 1:25:16Speaker 2: woke up and didn't know how I got to where
- 1:25:18Speaker 2: I was. That's because He was carrying me. I look
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: back in my life, I don't even know how I
- 1:25:25Speaker 2: made it this far. That's because God had me in
- 1:25:28Speaker 2: the palm of his hands. That's because he had me
- 1:25:31Speaker 2: tucked under his wings and he was lifting me and
- 1:25:34Speaker 2: taking me places where I am today. I never saw
- 1:25:36Speaker 2: this coming. I didn't even ask him for it because
- 1:25:39Speaker 2: I didn't even know it existed. That's how good God is.
- 1:25:44Speaker 2: But I have relationship with God. I try to tell
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: people all the time, you can come from me if
- 1:25:48Speaker 2: you want to, but you got to be careful because
- 1:25:52Speaker 2: of I'm his one of his chosen.
- 1:25:54Speaker 3: But you are too.
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: God chose you. Don't you understand that you are chosen
- 1:25:59Speaker 2: in create het it by God. Your fingerprint is the
- 1:26:02Speaker 2: only one like it in the world. That will never
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: be another fingerprint like the one you got. And all
- 1:26:07Speaker 2: the people who have died and gone on before ain't
- 1:26:09Speaker 2: none of them had your fingerprint. God made you specifically
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: to be exactly who you are. God has a plan
- 1:26:16Speaker 2: for you, and God's plan is to prosper you. But
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: you got to include him. You got to have separate
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: moments for God. I'm telling you, man, just spend some
- 1:26:29Speaker 2: time with him. You don't have to be on your knees.
- 1:26:32Speaker 2: Go somewhere and shut a door, buy your head and say, hey,
- 1:26:36Speaker 2: God is me. I know you ain't heard from me
- 1:26:40Speaker 2: in a while. I really hate that. I can't explain it,
- 1:26:44Speaker 2: but I need you now. Would you walk with me today?
- 1:26:48Speaker 2: That's all I want you to do. Just talk to me,
- 1:26:50Speaker 2: whisper in my ear. I'm listening. Get yourself relationship with God.
- 1:26:54Speaker 2: Quit worrying about who in the White House, because it
- 1:26:56Speaker 2: ain't gonna change nothing for you know how they show
- 1:26:58Speaker 2: ain't Finn to save you? That's my clothes remarks You'll
- 1:27:00Speaker 2: I have a great day. Talk to God, he'd love
- 1:27:02Speaker 2: to hear from.
