- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all sit looking back to back down, giving
- 0:13Speaker 1: them just like theming bu bus things and it's not
- 0:19Speaker 1: me through good string together, Stuart Joy. You gotta use
- 0:59Speaker 1: that turn. You gotta turn to turn themout. Got to
- 1:44Speaker 1: turn them out, to turn turn the water the water. Come,
- 1:58Speaker 1: come on your thing, I share. Well, good morning everybody.
- 2:04Speaker 1: You're listening to the voice, Come on dig me now,
- 2:08Speaker 1: one and only, Steve Harvey, I got a radio show.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Somebody sent me an email one day that, you know,
- 2:16Speaker 1: kind of a nasty little email, you know, I think
- 2:19Speaker 1: I said it wants to before Steve Harvey trying to
- 2:21Speaker 1: be a preacher. Man, I'm so far from being a preacher. Man,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I can't even tell you. But what I am trying
- 2:28Speaker 1: to do is share information. Now. I understand how haters work,
- 2:32Speaker 1: and I understand how the devil works. Believe me, I
- 2:34Speaker 1: do you know? Sometimes even heat, the devil surprises me
- 2:43Speaker 1: at the level and the angles of attack they use,
- 2:47Speaker 1: you know which I go, wow, man, I didn't I
- 2:49Speaker 1: didn't see that one. Oh that was pretty slick. I
- 2:51Speaker 1: gotta get credit on that. We try to get me.
- 2:54Speaker 1: But every time you try to get me, I get saved.
- 2:58Speaker 1: I get saved every time, man, because because God got me,
- 3:04Speaker 1: God got some angels camped around me. That's what my
- 3:08Speaker 1: mom used to always say as a Sunday school teacher.
- 3:10Speaker 1: Never really understood it, but you know when I was
- 3:12Speaker 1: growing up as a kid, but I got it. Now.
- 3:14Speaker 1: He got some angels around me. And angels come into
- 3:17Speaker 1: form sometimes of people, people who pull your coat to this,
- 3:22Speaker 1: or introduce you to that, or reveal some information to
- 3:25Speaker 1: you like this. He got them all around me. So see,
- 3:30Speaker 1: having a relationship with God has been beneficial to me, y'all.
- 3:34Speaker 1: It's not just that what he gives to me, but
- 3:40Speaker 1: what he protects me from. And you know, some some
- 3:45Speaker 1: people wonder, well, if you were God, why he letting
- 3:48Speaker 1: people do that to you? Now, that's not how it works. See,
- 3:52Speaker 1: there's two forces in this world, as good and as evil.
- 3:55Speaker 1: And if you succumb to good, that's what you become,
- 3:58Speaker 1: that's what you do. But everybody they don't succumb to good.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Some people succumb to evil. Some people's mission is to hate,
- 4:04Speaker 1: to destroy, to tear down, And so that forces at
- 4:09Speaker 1: work in this world too, and when that force comes
- 4:12Speaker 1: up against me. What God never promised me that I
- 4:16Speaker 1: wouldn't see none of that, that I wouldn't see the attacks,
- 4:20Speaker 1: that I would not come under fire, that I would
- 4:23Speaker 1: not be falsely accused. He didn't say that. A matter
- 4:25Speaker 1: of fact, he four warned me that it would happen.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Or what he does give me in those moments are
- 4:32Speaker 1: moments of comfort in peace, knowing that He's with me,
- 4:36Speaker 1: and no, no matter what my enemy does to bring
- 4:38Speaker 1: me down, it ain't gonna work, it ain't gonna work.
- 4:42Speaker 1: So come if you want to fight, if you will,
- 4:45Speaker 1: I have a man that has been attacking me since
- 4:51Speaker 1: I owned the comedy club in Dallas. He has been
- 4:54Speaker 1: on a mission and that if I don't give him
- 4:59Speaker 1: five million dollars, he gonna do it. He didn't done everything, man,
- 5:03Speaker 1: he has done everything. Now he've messed around and got
- 5:08Speaker 1: itself now claiming in his letters physically ill and his
- 5:13Speaker 1: illnesses and what was befalling his family. He's blaming that
- 5:17Speaker 1: on me too. As Steve Harvey not stressed me out
- 5:21Speaker 1: and paid me this money he owed me, we were
- 5:24Speaker 1: you coming with this? He just has kept on it on,
- 5:27Speaker 1: it on, And you know what hen messed around, got
- 5:31Speaker 1: itself sick. He messed around, man, got himself in some situation.
- 5:35Speaker 1: And can I tell you something. It's been going on
- 5:38Speaker 1: since nine teen, maybe ninety seven. He started the attack
- 5:49Speaker 1: when I first went on, No before that, probably ninety five.
- 5:55Speaker 1: He started the attacks in ninety five, every nine And
- 5:59Speaker 1: he didn't got six lawyers. All the lawyers didn't drop
- 6:03Speaker 1: the case. After they come in and they discover the fact.
- 6:06Speaker 1: But he steady trying. But it's too angels that's around.
- 6:11Speaker 1: And I forewarned him several times. Man, and man, if
- 6:13Speaker 1: I was you, I go head on because what I'm
- 6:15Speaker 1: not gonna do is been because you cannot break me.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Because I happened to be a soldier for Christ. I
- 6:23Speaker 1: happened to be an imperfect soldier or Christ as nothing,
- 6:29Speaker 1: Man as nothing. And oh it ain't like a bunch
- 6:32Speaker 1: of people and tried. Now, Oh y'all all been on YouTube,
- 6:35Speaker 1: y'all been on the internet. Oh they didn't try. Oh
- 6:38Speaker 1: they didn't put some dirt on me. Man, that ain't true.
- 6:41Speaker 1: But if you keep looking at me though, and I'm
- 6:45Speaker 1: not the prize, but if you put your eyes on God,
- 6:47Speaker 1: it's where you go. But if you look at me.
- 6:49Speaker 1: He's covered me through it all. And that's been the
- 6:52Speaker 1: importance of the relationship I formed with God, is that
- 6:56Speaker 1: I know that I'm under his wings, that I'm ever
- 7:00Speaker 1: under his ever loving protection, that he got me. And
- 7:05Speaker 1: I just want to share that with you that if
- 7:07Speaker 1: you got If you're looking for some protection, if you're
- 7:11Speaker 1: looking for a way to have the strength to get
- 7:13Speaker 1: through what you're going through, get some god man. If
- 7:18Speaker 1: if you want to weigh out, get some god man.

- 18:41Speaker 1: in New Jersey says, I'm a background singer with a
- 18:44Speaker 1: band and we're booked up for the holidays. I'm fifty
- 18:47Speaker 1: one and the youngest performer in our group, and I've
- 18:51Speaker 1: led my section in the church choir for years. But
- 18:54Speaker 1: in this group they will not let me lead a song.
- 18:58Speaker 1: The lead girl has a raspy voice, and that's fine
- 19:02Speaker 1: for certain songs, but I know I can do a
- 19:05Speaker 1: much better job on some songs. Should I keep asking
- 19:08Speaker 1: or take the lead and step out in front of
- 19:10Speaker 1: the songs? I feel I know I can do better
- 19:12Speaker 1: on you in a group where you're the youngest one

- 20:10Speaker 1: the love's gone. And that's no lie. And you know
- 20:15Speaker 1: we we even do. We have a word. We have
- 20:17Speaker 1: a karaoke machine and the words bounce on the ball
- 20:21Speaker 1: so the old people can keep up and remember the
- 20:25Speaker 1: wrong with everybody wants to be. But that's the journey.
- 20:29Speaker 1: You don't know it, but that's one of the newest hits.
- 20:31Speaker 1: We do not really hold. We gotta go coming up back,

- 23:04Speaker 1: Like I said, you baptize my little girl, Tayloring and
- 23:07Speaker 1: my son Kareem. What I baptizing is supposed to be
- 23:12Speaker 1: you cleansing them, and you're watching them. My problem, hear
- 23:16Speaker 1: my problems. You baptize my kids. But there ain't nothing
- 23:20Speaker 1: shame they they grade still bad. He still didn't cobeeding it.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I don't see where your back look. But if you
- 23:30Speaker 1: don't him, if you just let me, I don't see
- 23:33Speaker 1: where your baptizing has done anything. And I don't know
- 23:37Speaker 1: that I spent when I was there. I want that
- 23:39Speaker 1: money back now now, Oh can now you coxcuse me.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I'm not sure. I think you know we need to
- 23:45Speaker 1: stop this madness right now because you're talking about you
- 23:48Speaker 1: a money back baptime. I like, with baptize your kids.
- 23:53Speaker 1: I've been at this church for many years, so I
- 23:55Speaker 1: won't doubt that I'm probably the pastor you're looking for them.
- 24:00Speaker 1: But I just don't understand what you're trying to get
- 24:02Speaker 1: at here about the baptism. Did I'm saying you're supposed
- 24:06Speaker 1: to when when when people get baptized, they're supposed to
- 24:09Speaker 1: change them a cleansing. Okay, I see, yeah, it's cleans them.
- 24:14Speaker 1: But well, if my kids are nothing, let me let
- 24:16Speaker 1: me ask you. I'm just trying to brother, I'm just
- 24:19Speaker 1: just trying to get to the bottom of this, you
- 24:21Speaker 1: know what I mean, because she's like when we get handles.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I couldn't understand how you got my numbers. The bottom
- 24:27Speaker 1: of it is, yo, yo, baptizing ain't doing nothing. My
- 24:32Speaker 1: kids still grades bad, they still this over well that
- 24:37Speaker 1: why they haven't been coming to church. You said you're
- 24:39Speaker 1: not going to any congregation. Maybe you guys need to
- 24:41Speaker 1: come on back to church sitting or some sermons. You know.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I even work with your one on one. But um,
- 24:47Speaker 1: I can't. I can't do nothing about the grades in school.
- 24:51Speaker 1: I mean, and and and and overall that when you
- 24:54Speaker 1: when you have them, I should see a change in them.
- 24:59Speaker 1: And I don't see a changed. But all the times
- 25:01Speaker 1: I was going to your church, I'm paying for these ties,
- 25:04Speaker 1: Well I'm not getting anything. Hey man, all at the
- 25:07Speaker 1: end of the day, Past Henry, I want my money back.
- 25:09Speaker 1: That's what that's what we have. That's brother David. That's
- 25:13Speaker 1: not how it worked. Brother. You hit you understand, I'm not.
- 25:16Speaker 1: I'm not trying to raise my voice at you. But
- 25:18Speaker 1: you y'all over them, y'a all over the place. You
- 25:20Speaker 1: want money back. I don't understand. What what can I
- 25:22Speaker 1: do for you? I can tell you now what you
- 25:24Speaker 1: can do my kids and I got them baptized over
- 25:27Speaker 1: there with you all that time I want to your church.
- 25:30Speaker 1: I'm paying knee tis, playing knee tis, playing knee ta,
- 25:33Speaker 1: and I get my kids baptized. But the time's gonna
- 25:36Speaker 1: have nothing to do with the baptism. The times had
- 25:39Speaker 1: something to do with all the time I spent over there.
- 25:42Speaker 1: And I'm not gating anything. And that's what you call
- 25:46Speaker 1: all in the world am I gonna figure out how
- 25:48Speaker 1: much cord you came? I know? Think about that. I
- 25:52Speaker 1: know exactly. No, no, no, no, you're hauling my home
- 25:55Speaker 1: with this nonsense. You're not even a number of congregation,
- 25:59Speaker 1: and I just don't like it. Who you think your boy?
- 26:04Speaker 1: Just because you got you're a man of the club,
- 26:06Speaker 1: don't mean that's because I'm a man lais God. Don't
- 26:09Speaker 1: mean I can't cut your out. You understand that. Brothers.
- 26:11Speaker 1: If it's something you need to deal with, you need
- 26:13Speaker 1: to talk to people at the church. Why do I
- 26:15Speaker 1: need to talk to brother dogs when I'm talking about
- 26:18Speaker 1: to the problem right now? You're a problem, bash, I'm
- 26:21Speaker 1: a problem. I just put a bunch of tide money
- 26:24Speaker 1: and I won't I know exactly how much I spent
- 26:27Speaker 1: over there, and I want my money back. Brother, about that?
- 26:30Speaker 1: That's what I care about. Your time? So I said,
- 26:34Speaker 1: your time? Want me to spell it out? Oh? Well, here, kids,
- 26:39Speaker 1: or spell out. I bet they know how to spell it. Oh,
- 26:43Speaker 1: don't be calling me about no damn behave your issues
- 26:45Speaker 1: with your kids. You're back, tid. That's the question you
- 26:48Speaker 1: need to be asking. Is you living your life? Think
- 26:50Speaker 1: the five? Huh? You know what you know what, Brothers,
- 26:55Speaker 1: I didn't got out beside myself, and I'm sorry, brothers,
- 26:58Speaker 1: I should not be using fire linguage since I think
- 27:01Speaker 1: what's going on. We need to we need to get
- 27:02Speaker 1: you and your children, your wife come on down the
- 27:05Speaker 1: service on Sunday. I will sit with you as long
- 27:07Speaker 1: as I can. I truly, I truly think counseling and
- 27:10Speaker 1: talk is the only way out of it. We should
- 27:13Speaker 1: not be fighting on this phone now. Once again, I
- 27:17Speaker 1: hope you accept my apology for my language. Now, can
- 27:21Speaker 1: I ask something? Go ahead, son, I can hear you, Okay.
- 27:25Speaker 1: Brother Dobbs tells me that you and him are together,
- 27:28Speaker 1: y'all together some mornings having coffee. You and brother Dogs
- 27:32Speaker 1: are every morning that that I'm not either function or
- 27:37Speaker 1: doing something for the building maintenance of the church. Yeah,
- 27:39Speaker 1: we definitely. He's a good brother. Like I told you,
- 27:41Speaker 1: I know him for many years, right right, And he's
- 27:44Speaker 1: saying that when y'all having coffee, that y'all y'all listening
- 27:48Speaker 1: to the radio. Is that right? Yeah? Well I suppose
- 27:51Speaker 1: y'all be listening to Stey Harvy Morning show. Yeah, it's
- 27:55Speaker 1: always on the radio. What's so fun? This is? This
- 27:59Speaker 1: is nephew, Timmy man from the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 28:02Speaker 1: Brother Dog just got me to break phone call. You
- 28:05Speaker 1: know now, listen, brother Dog knew about this. He won
- 28:14Speaker 1: game in your number. I'm too scared to cuss another word.
- 28:19Speaker 1: Let's take anything out of my character. I didn't think
- 28:21Speaker 1: I didn't did enough for a life talp of that.
- 28:26Speaker 1: I'm gonna tell you right now. I'm probably these really
- 28:28Speaker 1: didn't come. And I tell my congression all the time.
- 28:31Speaker 1: I even slip up, so I think it would only
- 28:34Speaker 1: be ready to let me ask you something, man, what
- 28:39Speaker 1: is the baddest And I'm talking about the band this
- 28:41Speaker 1: twenty a man. You already know man the Steve Harvey
- 28:45Speaker 1: Morning Show. I'll take that. I'll take all that anyway
- 28:53Speaker 1: you give it to me, I'll take god, I'll take it.
- 28:55Speaker 1: Thank you so kindly, Redimp. Those are something that need
- 29:00Speaker 1: to be dipped and dipped again. All right, thank you, nephew.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, We'll have
- 29:07Speaker 1: some entertainment at National News for you. Right after this.
- 29:10Speaker 1: You're listening to this Dave Harvey Morning Show. Well, comedians
- 29:16Speaker 1: like Damon, Wayne's Dale, Hughley and Moore are all supporting
- 29:20Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle by saying be free two words be free. Recently,
- 29:26Speaker 1: of course, Dave Chappelle posted if this is what being
- 29:29Speaker 1: canceled as like I love it. Netflix has been receiving
- 29:33Speaker 1: a lot of backlash to pull Chappelle's latest comedy special
- 29:37Speaker 1: to Closer. However, according to the Hollywood Reporter, Netflix ceo
- 29:42Speaker 1: send a memo to all current Netflix employees and made
- 29:45Speaker 1: it clear that Dave Chappelle's stand up special would remain okay.
- 29:51Speaker 1: He also said the three Netflix employees who publicly criticized
- 29:55Speaker 1: Dave Chappelle were also suspended for attempting to crash a
- 29:59Speaker 1: company meeting that was only meant for higher level executives.
- 30:03Speaker 1: The memo read and part Chappelle is one of the
- 30:07Speaker 1: most popular stand up comedians today and we have a
- 30:10Speaker 1: long standing deal with him. His last special, Sticks and Stones,
- 30:14Speaker 1: also controversial, is our most watched, stickiest, and most award
- 30:19Speaker 1: winning stand up special to date. Some people find the
- 30:23Speaker 1: art of stand up to be mean spirited by but
- 30:26Speaker 1: our members enjoy it and it's an important part of
- 30:29Speaker 1: our content. Offering. Tatah exactly all right standing, Yeah, I
- 30:42Speaker 1: have no complaints on that. On the closer, except for
- 30:46Speaker 1: it's his last one, he said. Well for a while,
- 30:49Speaker 1: he said, for a while. Hopefully he'll be back. Yeah,
- 30:52Speaker 1: it's to meet. Here's the deal. I'm in support of
- 30:57Speaker 1: day Chappelle and his ability to speak the truth. See,
- 31:04Speaker 1: we're in such a politically correct climate now that it's
- 31:06Speaker 1: absolutely trying to kill the art of comedy. It's comedy
- 31:10Speaker 1: is not meaning spirited. Comedy is the reflection of the
- 31:14Speaker 1: society when our music is that way, you know. But
- 31:19Speaker 1: see here's here's see, here's a part that troubles me
- 31:22Speaker 1: about it. The moment somebody says something about you now here,
- 31:28Speaker 1: you come wanting everything done. But let me say this,
- 31:33Speaker 1: when people are online being bashed and destroyed online by
- 31:39Speaker 1: these trolls and things like that, where's all that support
- 31:43Speaker 1: for them? See, where's that? You know that there's no
- 31:47Speaker 1: policing the internet cries, there's no policing the social media channels.
- 31:53Speaker 1: You know, no. But as the moment something happens to you,
- 31:57Speaker 1: per se And I'm talking about anybody. Notice I've said
- 32:01Speaker 1: that anybody now here you come and you want it done. Well.
- 32:05Speaker 1: The problem with comedy, folks, is that the joke has
- 32:09Speaker 1: to be about somebody, No, somebody. The majority of jokes
- 32:16Speaker 1: have to be about somebody who has done something. That's
- 32:21Speaker 1: the majority of joke. We can't keep writing jokes about
- 32:23Speaker 1: spaceships and grass and trees and birds and dogs. Then
- 32:28Speaker 1: we do a dog joke. You don't wan't that? Then? Then? Then? Did? Then? Did?
- 32:32Speaker 1: Did here come? Peter? Then let me tell you something.
- 32:36Speaker 1: A long time ago, I did a joke about this
- 32:39Speaker 1: just dude driving drunk. I first got started, and I
- 32:43Speaker 1: was at the door shaking people's hands for coming to
- 32:45Speaker 1: the comedy club that night. Lady came up to me
- 32:47Speaker 1: and said, I hate you. Oh, I hate you. I
- 32:56Speaker 1: I've been out there. I haven't been out the house
- 32:57Speaker 1: in six months. Not What happened to her was tragic.
- 33:01Speaker 1: She said, my daughter was killed by a drunk driver,
- 33:05Speaker 1: and now here you are talking about being drunk driving
- 33:08Speaker 1: a car. How dare you well? Excuse me? I didn't
- 33:14Speaker 1: know you were coming, I didn't know any of this happened,
- 33:18Speaker 1: and now here you are. And that really bothered me
- 33:21Speaker 1: because I was young in the business. But I can't
- 33:24Speaker 1: tell you how many times I've been hit up by
- 33:27Speaker 1: a particular person because of something I said on that stage.
- 33:31Speaker 1: And it's just troubling to me that a comedian can't
- 33:35Speaker 1: speak the truth. I just where did he lie in
- 33:39Speaker 1: the special? That nowhere? Nowhere at all, top to bottom?
- 33:47Speaker 1: When when Trump was banning Muslims from traveling, where was everybody?
- 33:53Speaker 1: Where was everybody? You know, when you were sending when
- 33:59Speaker 1: you was canceling the doctor plan for for for people
- 34:03Speaker 1: to get citizenship? Where where was the outcry? You know,
- 34:08Speaker 1: when it was time to build a wall, where was
- 34:10Speaker 1: the outcry, you know, creating uh, migrants from their children.
- 34:15Speaker 1: When he's allowed to pay seven hundred some dollars in taxes,
- 34:19Speaker 1: which is more than what you paid, where was your outcry?
- 34:22Speaker 1: Because he said he was smarter, that's why he didn't
- 34:25Speaker 1: So he's smarter than us. But we're taxpayers. We're the
- 34:28Speaker 1: ones that keep the country going. Okay, So look, where's
- 34:32Speaker 1: your outcry? When a group of people bash women in music?
- 34:36Speaker 1: Where you at? Where you at? Now? I'm asking where
- 34:43Speaker 1: you at? So now I don't want to hear all that.
- 34:48Speaker 1: I don't want to hear that. It's not Look, man,
- 34:53Speaker 1: we are all subject to everything. When them damn police
- 34:57Speaker 1: officers get off from killing black people, where are you at?
- 35:02Speaker 1: Why are your outcry? Then who are you? Where your
- 35:05Speaker 1: counselor police at? Why that's at nothing? Trey VR and
- 35:09Speaker 1: Martin George Zimmerman. I can go down the list of
- 35:12Speaker 1: people who have done stuff over the years to black people.
- 35:16Speaker 1: Nothing where your outcry. I'm sorry, man, He's stood on
- 35:21Speaker 1: that stage and he put it in the form of
- 35:24Speaker 1: comedy and as some uncomfortable as that's make you do?
- 35:29Speaker 1: How many times I would have said at a country
- 35:31Speaker 1: club and heard some white boy do this, Chinese dude,
- 35:35Speaker 1: white dude, black dude going the ball? You're who time
- 35:38Speaker 1: I heard that? And you sit there man? Man? Yeah,
- 35:43Speaker 1: oh get it? Well? Netflix the special all right, coming
- 35:47Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes. Yeah, after the hour and trending
- 35:50Speaker 1: political news. We'll talk about the former president right after this.
- 35:55Speaker 1: You're listening to show and today's trending political US. Former
- 36:00Speaker 1: President Donald Trump returned to Iowa on this past Saturday
- 36:03Speaker 1: for the first time since the twenty twenty presidential elections.
- 36:07Speaker 1: He told a crowd of cheering supporters that We're going
- 36:09Speaker 1: to take America back forty five, blasted President Biden and
- 36:14Speaker 1: his trillion dollars infrastructure and spending legislation currently stalled in
- 36:19Speaker 1: Congress and said Democrats are leading the country to the
- 36:22Speaker 1: brink of ruin. Trump went on to say, as Disastro says,
- 36:25Speaker 1: the Biden administration has been no one can blame the
- 36:28Speaker 1: great state of Iowa, because boy, we did really we
- 36:33Speaker 1: did really good here Iowa. What a place. Trump also
- 36:38Speaker 1: unveiled a possible campaign slogan for twenty twenty four, make
- 36:43Speaker 1: a make America great again again. That's all again, again, again,
- 36:50Speaker 1: again again again. We got to hold all. We gotta
- 36:59Speaker 1: keep vote. We just got real because he's going around
- 37:03Speaker 1: land trying to lay the groundwork. Yeah, it's slowly, surely,
- 37:07Speaker 1: but you got to pay attention to her and what
- 37:09Speaker 1: he's doing you cannot. Yeah, but let me tell you what.
- 37:15Speaker 1: One of the things he's doing, that's a trick I
- 37:17Speaker 1: watch him doing. He's bringing up the election constantly. He's
- 37:23Speaker 1: the master of deflecting what's really going on. So that
- 37:27Speaker 1: keeps everybody on the front page of Oh my god,
- 37:30Speaker 1: he's gonna run. What are we gonna do? What are
- 37:32Speaker 1: we gonna do? Y'all? Forgetting all the crabs that was
- 37:35Speaker 1: committing y'all, y'all, y'all, forgetting about work all. Yeah, y'all,
- 37:42Speaker 1: forgetting about the stuff he said while he was in
- 37:44Speaker 1: office that made this country more divisive than it's ever been,
- 37:49Speaker 1: the sixth Insurrection, which is a sadness about this country
- 37:54Speaker 1: we're in. It's really really sad. The fact that they're
- 37:58Speaker 1: even considered him speaks volumes to the condition of this
- 38:02Speaker 1: country that you went to iur to see him, man, Yeah,
- 38:08Speaker 1: where you live there and still that you still you
- 38:11Speaker 1: believe this election was stolen. That's a sad, sad statement.
- 38:17Speaker 1: We're gonna vote again again, how about that? Oh? Yeah,
- 38:21Speaker 1: we gotta keep voting. We gotta keep going until we
- 38:23Speaker 1: get this thing right. But first we gotta try and
- 38:26Speaker 1: stick together. How about that? That's what I means. Yeah,
- 38:30Speaker 1: the Democratic Party is they're not together. They are not together.
- 38:35Speaker 1: They make me sick with their weakness. You act like
- 38:40Speaker 1: these right wing people don't know how they got this
- 38:44Speaker 1: country in the first place. You think those policies are
- 38:47Speaker 1: gone to bed? Are you kidding me? Right? Keep voting, people,
- 38:52Speaker 1: we gotta keep voting. Well, yeah, as long as we
- 38:55Speaker 1: can vote. Trying to take that away all right? Coming
- 39:00Speaker 1: up at thirty four minutes after the hour, we'll talk
- 39:02Speaker 1: about why every guy should get good at being romantic
- 39:08Speaker 1: right after this you're listening to all right, so Steve,
- 39:15Speaker 1: you're in Paris. Uh, it's all over social media, Steve, Patty?
- 39:28Speaker 1: Did you laid it out? Steve and Patty? I was
- 39:37Speaker 1: trying to rhyme there anyway. Uh, you told us earlier
- 39:42Speaker 1: how you laid out your wife's birthday, how she was
- 39:44Speaker 1: so happy you raised the French flag and her honor
- 39:48Speaker 1: with her initials and birthdate on it. Um. I mean
- 39:51Speaker 1: we're talking dancing on on a Perry rooftop looking like
- 39:56Speaker 1: two big, old, grown and sexy bumblebees and you're blacking hello.
- 40:01Speaker 1: That would fish. So the question is why should every
- 40:14Speaker 1: guy get good at being romantic? Why is that a plus?
- 40:20Speaker 1: This is the basic thing, And this is what my
- 40:24Speaker 1: father told me. But this is what my brothers drilled
- 40:27Speaker 1: into me. My youngest brother's eleven years older than me.
- 40:30Speaker 1: He said, bro, remember it is you cannot out give
- 40:34Speaker 1: a woman. You don't have it to give when it
- 40:38Speaker 1: comes to giving, he said. You can make more money,
- 40:41Speaker 1: he said, but you can't do what they do. The
- 40:43Speaker 1: return on your investment, ROI, the return on investment is
- 40:50Speaker 1: it's immeasurable, he said, So when you find one that's
- 40:55Speaker 1: really special. The more special you treat her what she
- 41:00Speaker 1: as you in return, you can't even measure. And and
- 41:04Speaker 1: and I'm telling you that is really really the truth.
- 41:09Speaker 1: And so that's why I say, the guys, and it's
- 41:11Speaker 1: not about money, It's about the thought. It's the little
- 41:16Speaker 1: things you could do, the thought that makes you said
- 41:20Speaker 1: that because a lot of people will compare themselves to
- 41:23Speaker 1: you and try to do what you do. But it
- 41:25Speaker 1: doesn't because you did this. You were romantic when you
- 41:28Speaker 1: didn't have money. Right, listen to me. Getting her initials
- 41:32Speaker 1: put on the flag that ain't cause much. It's a
- 41:36Speaker 1: flag that you can buy on any street vendom. It
- 41:41Speaker 1: wasn't a flag off the government building, an official do
- 41:47Speaker 1: you go in and in broadery shop to get it?
- 41:51Speaker 1: In broader? It was one hundred dollars. Oh okay, so
- 41:55Speaker 1: there you go. The flag was farty. Okay, so I'm
- 42:01Speaker 1: gonna get a flag. What I'm putting on? You taking notes? Yeah,
- 42:06Speaker 1: you're taking notes, but you you don't really want to
- 42:09Speaker 1: do it. Sound like never been flag shopping. I'm just saying,
- 42:19Speaker 1: see see, but you got to open up your imagination. Okay,
- 42:23Speaker 1: let's not do it. Flag let's do something else. Okay,
- 42:26Speaker 1: don't see open up, open up your imagination. Give him
- 42:30Speaker 1: another suggestion. Suppose just suppose that was an ice cream
- 42:37Speaker 1: truck at the park that came down there every day.
- 42:42Speaker 1: I can't do that because she she lactose can't business
- 42:49Speaker 1: is okay, you can't have a dairy like that. She
- 42:52Speaker 1: lactose can't tolerate. I'm thinking. Okay, So remember Tony Orlando. Hi, Yeah,
- 43:00Speaker 1: ribbing tree. She's got a favorite color. She's got a sorority. Wait, okay,
- 43:13Speaker 1: ok I mean that's a soty. You take her sorority colors?
- 43:19Speaker 1: What is uh uh salmon? I think it's pink salmon
- 43:26Speaker 1: and apple green. And you tied around a tree, and
- 43:31Speaker 1: you have a picnic up under the tree, A couple
- 43:34Speaker 1: of sandwich, is a basket, a bottle of wine. But
- 43:38Speaker 1: if my yard man see that thing tied around the tree,
- 43:40Speaker 1: you're gonna cut that tree down. Anytime you got a
- 43:42Speaker 1: ribbon tied around the tree, they're gonna cut that tree down.
- 43:44Speaker 1: Now now, I'm not trying to lose no more trees.
- 43:46Speaker 1: I lost a lot of Take all the pictures fo
- 43:48Speaker 1: this butthole cut the tree. He is the worst we

- 45:05Speaker 1: the choir you and acquire correct, Yeah, I never heard
- 45:07Speaker 1: of anything about anything on Saturday though. Well, we got
- 45:10Speaker 1: most of the choir members coming out on Saturday and
- 45:13Speaker 1: we'd like to know if you're gonna be available on
- 45:15Speaker 1: Saturday to come out and participate in the fundraiser for
- 45:18Speaker 1: the children that's going on their vacation next year. Oh,
- 45:22Speaker 1: you said all the other chore members. I never heard
- 45:24Speaker 1: anything from there, all of the chore members. We probably
- 45:27Speaker 1: have about ninety five percent of ACQUIRE members coming out. Yeah,
- 45:32Speaker 1: I'm free on Saturday. Okay. Now, we're doing from five
- 45:35Speaker 1: to seven on Saturday. So are you available five pm
- 45:39Speaker 1: to seven pm? It's only two hours? Yeah, what's your saying?
- 45:42Speaker 1: Name was Brian? I'm sorry they called me Brian, Brian,
- 45:47Speaker 1: they called me Ba. I'm sorry. Okay, did I meet
- 45:50Speaker 1: you at the church? Well, I just joined about three
- 45:54Speaker 1: weeks ago and they've already given me an assignment. So
- 45:58Speaker 1: I made you in marketing and school. So they're trying
- 46:01Speaker 1: to get me to take care of the children and
- 46:04Speaker 1: their vacation that's coming up. We put together some things,
- 46:06Speaker 1: a great fundraiser, and you know, the choir members have
- 46:09Speaker 1: been very receptive. You're the last one for me to call,
- 46:12Speaker 1: and I wanted to make sure you are on board
- 46:14Speaker 1: with us. Okay, yeah, I just never heard about this,
- 46:17Speaker 1: So right right now, are you able to bring your
- 46:20Speaker 1: choir robe on on Saturday. All right, yeah, we singing,
- 46:24Speaker 1: we're singing a song. What song? Did you need us
- 46:27Speaker 1: to um to sing? Did you tell the path about this? No? No, no,
- 46:30Speaker 1: you guys are not actually going to be singing a song. Uh.
- 46:34Speaker 1: What it is is that we're we're having a uh
- 46:37Speaker 1: and I'm glad. I'm so glad that you're you're you're,
- 46:39Speaker 1: you're ready to participate in what we're doing. So I
- 46:41Speaker 1: want to first of all say thank you first and foremost,
- 46:44Speaker 1: I want to say thank you. Okay, all right, all right,
- 46:49Speaker 1: all of them. I'm sorry. I can bring my robe
- 46:55Speaker 1: about just the road. So what's gonna happen is you
- 46:57Speaker 1: guys aren't singing a song, but we're having a wet
- 47:00Speaker 1: robe uh contest. So what now? A wet robe contest?
- 47:08Speaker 1: You're talking about like a wet T shirt contest type
- 47:11Speaker 1: of thing. Well, it's not a T shirt, it's a robe.
- 47:15Speaker 1: So you don't have a T shirt or what what
- 47:17Speaker 1: we need you to do with? No? No, no, no,
- 47:19Speaker 1: no no no, not in the church. You're talking about
- 47:22Speaker 1: the whole do uh a wet robe contest? You said
- 47:28Speaker 1: a wet robe contest? I heard a wet T shirt contest.
- 47:32Speaker 1: That's not that's not the same thing though, right, well, no,
- 47:36Speaker 1: it's a little bit different. What it is. You don't
- 47:37Speaker 1: have a T shirt on. You actually have your your
- 47:40Speaker 1: your choir robe on, and you don't have anything or
- 47:44Speaker 1: underneath it. You don't wear any clothes undeath. And what
- 47:46Speaker 1: we do is all of ladies listen to me. We're
- 47:50Speaker 1: gonna let wet all of the ladies down, and the
- 47:53Speaker 1: sexiest one that's wet with their rolling is gonna win
- 47:59Speaker 1: five hundred dollars and half for the money is gonna
- 48:02Speaker 1: go to the children's vacation. Hello, you're talking about a
- 48:07Speaker 1: wet T shirt contest in the church. No, I'm talking
- 48:11Speaker 1: about a wet road contest at the church. Oh No,
- 48:14Speaker 1: I'm not sit there getting there and and and be
- 48:16Speaker 1: naked under it's gonna be it's gonna be out. It's
- 48:19Speaker 1: gonna be out road. We need you to be completely
- 48:22Speaker 1: naked under your road, and we're gonna win everybody down
- 48:25Speaker 1: with the water holes and the finest one is going
- 48:28Speaker 1: to be able to uh to win five hundred dollars
- 48:32Speaker 1: and two hundred and fifty of that half of that
- 48:34Speaker 1: money is gonna go to the children's they can hold on,
- 48:36Speaker 1: hold on? What do you say your name was? Again?
- 48:39Speaker 1: My name? My name is Bryan Ran. How long you've
- 48:42Speaker 1: been a member of this church? Because I don't ever
- 48:44Speaker 1: remember me. Okay, I've been a member for about three
- 48:48Speaker 1: weeks now, Like I said, since I was a majored
- 48:51Speaker 1: in marketing. They actually threw me into no way after
- 48:54Speaker 1: three weeks that they're gonna put you in charge of something.
- 48:57Speaker 1: I don't understand why it is a problem with you
- 49:00Speaker 1: trying to pa. They're trying to create, and you don't
- 49:09Speaker 1: want to help me. Kid. I want to help the kids,
- 49:11Speaker 1: but I'm not gonna get up there in no choir road.
- 49:13Speaker 1: I'm doing my best right now not to cuss you
- 49:16Speaker 1: out because I'm a woman of God. So you're too
- 49:18Speaker 1: good to be naked under your role? Is that what
- 49:20Speaker 1: you're saying? You're too good to look. I don't have
- 49:24Speaker 1: to explain myself, but I'm not gonna be naked up
- 49:26Speaker 1: to no church. Okay. So so you can't do the
- 49:28Speaker 1: naked road, call God. You can't do that for the kids.
- 49:32Speaker 1: I know you're not about to tell me what I
- 49:34Speaker 1: can and cannot do for no kids. Now I don't
- 49:37Speaker 1: know who gave me my number, but I think you
- 49:38Speaker 1: need to figure out who else to call for this,
- 49:40Speaker 1: because I'm not gonna be a part of this. We
- 49:42Speaker 1: called all the other choir members and they don't have
- 49:44Speaker 1: a problem with it. You don't y'all call all the
- 49:47Speaker 1: fire members? What are they names? What other choire members?
- 49:50Speaker 1: Did you call that? What we called? We draw the
- 49:56Speaker 1: Bridget in the choir to the Bridget didn't have a
- 49:58Speaker 1: problem with it. Ain't no Sister Bridge in the choir. Okay,
- 50:03Speaker 1: how about Sister Rachel. Sister Rachel in the choir was
- 50:06Speaker 1: fine with it. Ain't no sister Rachel. Sister Rachel wouldn't
- 50:09Speaker 1: be getting naked. Okay, okay, okay, let me ask you
- 50:12Speaker 1: to something. Let you know. I don't know, but I
- 50:17Speaker 1: think do you know Sister Divita in the choir? Hello? Yes?
- 50:24Speaker 1: Do you know Sister Divita in the choir? Yes? I
- 50:28Speaker 1: know Sister Divita. Okay. So, so if Sister Divita said
- 50:33Speaker 1: that Sister Bridge and it, Sister Rachel didn't have a
- 50:36Speaker 1: problem doing it, why do you have a problem doing it.
- 50:40Speaker 1: I'm not about to be naked in a church, but
- 50:43Speaker 1: ken't you're not getting naked in the church. You're gonna
- 50:46Speaker 1: be in the back part of the church and we're
- 50:48Speaker 1: gonna spray you down with a water holes on your road.
- 50:51Speaker 1: That's what We're not gonna be up there. This is
- 50:53Speaker 1: disgusting what Thomas said you would do it. Thomas said
- 50:56Speaker 1: you didn't have no problem doing it. Who the hell
- 50:59Speaker 1: is Tommy? We don't even have a Tommy at the church.
- 51:01Speaker 1: You keep making up all of these maids. Tommy is
- 51:04Speaker 1: nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey Morning Show. That's who
- 51:08Speaker 1: Tommy is. Hello, Yes, this is Tommy, Baby, this is
- 51:16Speaker 1: nephew Tommy. How are you sure? Oh my god, that's
- 51:21Speaker 1: not real. This is not It's not real baby, that
- 51:24Speaker 1: nobody was calling you about doing a wet rope because
- 51:27Speaker 1: this you are you. I was gonna go out on you.
- 51:31Speaker 1: You were already going off on me. Vida got me
- 51:34Speaker 1: the prank phone call you. Oh my god, I'm gonna

- 53:20Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Thank you, nephew. Subject. I'm the
- 53:23Speaker 1: man of this house. Dear Stephen Shirley. I'm thirty five
- 53:27Speaker 1: and my husband is forty two years old. I met
- 53:30Speaker 1: him at a gas station three years ago and he
- 53:32Speaker 1: had a cast on his leg and he was trying
- 53:35Speaker 1: to pump gas. I saw he was struggling, so I
- 53:38Speaker 1: went to assist him. We stood and talked for a
- 53:41Speaker 1: few minutes, and then he asked me out. The rest
- 53:45Speaker 1: is history. We moved in together a year or so later,
- 53:48Speaker 1: and that's when I realized that I fell in love
- 53:51Speaker 1: with a soft man. That is fine, was a woman
- 53:55Speaker 1: leading him. He had knee replacement surgery right after I
- 53:58Speaker 1: moved in. I was his living nurse. I waited on
- 54:03Speaker 1: him daily and continued to work ten to twelve hours
- 54:06Speaker 1: a day from home. I also cooked because he didn't
- 54:09Speaker 1: like to eat out or order takeout, and I even
- 54:12Speaker 1: learned how to cut grass on a riding lawn mower.
- 54:16Speaker 1: He's got a huge front yard and backyard and he
- 54:19Speaker 1: doesn't want to pay a yard crew to do his
- 54:21Speaker 1: grass weekly. He's had a brace on his leg for
- 54:25Speaker 1: over two years and he's milking this injury. I've tried
- 54:30Speaker 1: to go to the doctor visits with him, but now
- 54:33Speaker 1: with COVID I can't because of the brace. I I've
- 54:37Speaker 1: had to assume all of his household duties, like taking
- 54:41Speaker 1: out the trash, washing his clothes, and overseeing the upkeep
- 54:44Speaker 1: of his home while he sits in his recliner. We
- 54:49Speaker 1: had a leak in our kitchen and I had to
- 54:51Speaker 1: hire a plumber and walk around with him while he
- 54:53Speaker 1: assess the damage. My husband told the plumber I was
- 54:56Speaker 1: in charge, and he sat back in his recliner. Now
- 54:59Speaker 1: he's wanting to have a baby, and I asked if
- 55:03Speaker 1: I was supposed to get myself pregnant since I'm the
- 55:06Speaker 1: man of the house. He got mad and jumped out
- 55:11Speaker 1: of his recliner, and he's claiming he re injured his knee.
- 55:15Speaker 1: I'm tired of wearing the pants and letting him use
- 55:17Speaker 1: me as a handmaid. I've told him it's time for
- 55:20Speaker 1: him to be a real man. Should I leave him
- 55:22Speaker 1: in his recliner or bounce? Well? Uh, you know, and
- 55:29Speaker 1: and bounce? Yeah? Should I leave him in his recliner
- 55:33Speaker 1: and bounce? That is a question. Well, I think you're
- 55:36Speaker 1: coming to Stephen. I a little late on this one,
- 55:38Speaker 1: aren't you. I mean, too bad you didn't ask. You know,
- 55:41Speaker 1: you didn't know this, But too bad you didn't ask.
- 55:43Speaker 1: When you saw him at the gas station and before
- 55:46Speaker 1: you fell in love with him and married him, We
- 55:48Speaker 1: could have told you to get to know him a
- 55:51Speaker 1: whole lot better before, as you say, the rest became history. Clearly,
- 55:56Speaker 1: you guys are on two different pages here. Clearly you
- 55:59Speaker 1: are you fell into the nursemaid trap the first night
- 56:03Speaker 1: at the gas station when his leg was in a cast,
- 56:05Speaker 1: it embother you. Then when you went to dinner. In
- 56:08Speaker 1: that entire year before moving in and then marrying him,
- 56:13Speaker 1: you could have found out more about his injury and him.
- 56:16Speaker 1: You've taken care of him for this long, with no
- 56:19Speaker 1: real time to enjoy each other, and now you're starting
- 56:22Speaker 1: to resent him. That's all this is. So. I think
- 56:25Speaker 1: now that you need to put your foot down. I mean,
- 56:28Speaker 1: it's not too late to do that. This is your
- 56:30Speaker 1: life too. The first thing you need to do is
- 56:33Speaker 1: try to get some help around the house, like a gardener.
- 56:36Speaker 1: I know he said he wouldn't pay for it, but whatever,
- 56:40Speaker 1: a real caretaker. You don't have to be the nursemaid anymore.
- 56:44Speaker 1: And some help with the housework if you can't afford it.
- 56:46Speaker 1: He's not gonna like it. He's not gonna like it.
- 56:49Speaker 1: He already told you that. But does he know you're
- 56:52Speaker 1: thinking about leaving him at this point? I mean, you
- 56:54Speaker 1: could start going to the doctor with him now, you know,
- 56:58Speaker 1: to find out what's really going on with his leg.
- 57:00Speaker 1: He jumped up out of the recliner, you said, and
- 57:03Speaker 1: then he claimed he re injured it. You need to
- 57:05Speaker 1: go and see what's going on. Then you'll have all
- 57:08Speaker 1: your facts together when you make your decision. But the
- 57:11Speaker 1: days of you writing the lawnmower and all that, those
- 57:14Speaker 1: days need to be over today. Steve, Wow, wow wow.
- 57:22Speaker 1: All right, lady. Since your letter is entitled I'm the
- 57:28Speaker 1: man of the house, let me show you a couple
- 57:32Speaker 1: of things as we read this letter that I would
- 57:36Speaker 1: have noticed right on the dribble. Just Stephen Shirley, I'm
- 57:41Speaker 1: thirty five, My husband is forty two. Here we go.
- 57:45Speaker 1: I met him at a gas station three years ago.
- 57:47Speaker 1: He had a cast on his leg and he was
- 57:52Speaker 1: trying to pump gas. I saw he was struggling, so
- 57:56Speaker 1: I went to assist him. Struggling. How he got a
- 57:59Speaker 1: cast on his damn leg and he pumping gas? What
- 58:04Speaker 1: do the cast had to do with You're struggling in
- 58:07Speaker 1: the pump gas. You didn't see the punk in him?
- 58:10Speaker 1: Then you ain't see this. You ain't see it. He
- 58:16Speaker 1: got a castle on his leg, his punk gass came
- 58:19Speaker 1: pump gas. You had to go over there and help him.
- 58:23Speaker 1: Let me tell you what what? What? What a man
- 58:26Speaker 1: would do? Oh? I see you struggling with your cutting
- 58:29Speaker 1: the wall up, and I got this ain't no problem,
- 58:32Speaker 1: I got. I appreciate the offer. MIAs mighty kind of
- 58:35Speaker 1: you to ask me that, what's your name? But she
- 58:38Speaker 1: gonna see me pumped this gas. I bet he handed
- 58:40Speaker 1: you the holes and everything. You ain't see that. Okay,
- 58:44Speaker 1: Now let's go on down the letter. We stood and
- 58:47Speaker 1: talked for a few minutes, and there asked me out
- 58:48Speaker 1: the rest of his history. We moved in together a
- 58:50Speaker 1: year so later. That's what I realized. I fell in
- 58:54Speaker 1: love with a soft man that is fine with a
- 58:57Speaker 1: woman leading him. He let you pumped the gas. You
- 59:02Speaker 1: don't remember that, and I'm pretty sure something else would happened.
- 59:07Speaker 1: He had knee replacement surgery right after I moved in,
- 59:11Speaker 1: so I was in. He had cast on his foot
- 59:13Speaker 1: when you met him at the thing. Now he got
- 59:15Speaker 1: knee replacement. This little delicate ass flower, you he just
- 59:21Speaker 1: I just can't do nothing without hurting myself. You ain't
- 59:25Speaker 1: see this for any cash. Now he got a knee replacement. Girl.
- 59:31Speaker 1: By when I come back, let him just tell you
- 59:34Speaker 1: the rest of them. All right, Steve, hang on part
- 59:37Speaker 1: two of your responses, coming up with twenty three minutes
- 59:39Speaker 1: after the hour Strawberry letter. Subject for today, I'm the
- 59:43Speaker 1: man of this house. We'll get back into it right
- 59:46Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve,
- 59:51Speaker 1: let's recap today. He's Strawberry letter. The subject, I'm the
- 59:54Speaker 1: man of this house. This woman is set up in here, man,
- 59:59Speaker 1: this little soft or the tischer ass dude that she
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: met three years ago at a gas station. He fought
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: it too. He got a cast on his leg. He
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: was struggling the pump gas. What's the struggle? You got
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: a cast on your foot? What is your leg? Foot?
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: By the cast? Why are you struggling bumping the gash?
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: Your ass drove to the gas station with the cast.
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: Now you can't get the game. Then when you come
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: over there to help him, he left you. Oh dog,
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: right down right there. You ain't feel to meet me
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: and see the weakness and me. You ain't feel to
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: do it now. This is the boy right here. Now
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: you move in together after years so later, and then
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: you realize you fell in love with a soft man.
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: You should have knew that at the damn gas station
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: and with a fine with a woman leading him. He
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: had knee. Replaced me in surgery right after I moved in,
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: So I was his living uther for her cast on
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: the food when you met that Nie replaced me in
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: surgery right after y'all live together. He just he just
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: hurt his s. He just he saw delicate little tender.
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: So you the married little tender, this little boy, soft
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: and medicated cotton. You shouldn't have been here. And man,
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: this little just mister do Yeah. I don't like dudes
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: like this. Man, I don't like little soft heads. Dude,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: I waited on him daily and continue to work ten
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: twelve hours a day from home. I saw cook because
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: he don't like to eat out or to take out.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: Real man, we eat anywhere. Yeah, we eat anywhere, take out,
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: pick up back, don't mama's house, food truck caught on
- 1:01:42Speaker 1: the side of the road. We ice cream truck. We eat,
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: We do what man don't like what? Girl? Stop? All
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: these women on this show got husband. They eat anywhere,
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: especially they hug were eating anywhere. Shirley man got to
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: know how to eat. This would have over. I even
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: learned how to cut grass on the riding More. He's
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: got a huge front yard in backyard and he don't
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: want to pay a yard crew to do his grass weekly.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: He had a brace on his leg for over two
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: years and he's milking his injury. Way minute, way, minute,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: hold up, wait minute, Now, he got a big ass yard.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: He don't wanna pay nobody. Okay, Now he's soft sensitive
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: and he cheeked cut the yard. Now, you didn't learn
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: how to ride on a lawn. More excuse me. If
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: I got a cast on, I can still get on
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: his lawn and ride. You ride right? He pushing, he's riding.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Oh man, he had a knee brace on his leg
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: for over two years and he's milking his injury. He's salt. Man.
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: I gotta get this damn ass off my leg. Two years,
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: but you gotta be out your mind two years. Dog,
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: he can't wear a suit. I'm gonna cut the cast
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: off so I can host NFL honors and then put
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: it back on. I'm gonna get the cash cut off,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: so I go out here on Miss Universe and then
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: put the cash back on. I'm gonna cut this cast also.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: I walk out of the state, turn this corner on
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: Family Few. But we're gonna take a damn cast. I
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: don't go to work, dog, I got to go get this.
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: I got to go work. Yeah, he's a settlement for
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: two years. Um we I've tried to go to the
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: doctors with him, but now with COVID, I can't because
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: of the brace. I have had to assume all of
- 1:03:39Speaker 1: his household duties, like taking out the trash, washing his clothes,
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: and overseeing the upkeep of his home while he sits
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: in his recliner. You fat lazes saw tender ass. I
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: wish I would girl. Anyway, we had a leak in
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: our kitchen. I had to hire plumber walk around with
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: him while he assessed the damage. My husband told the
- 1:04:04Speaker 1: plumber I was in charge and set back down to
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: his recliner. Oh wow, hold on, now he's wanting to
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: have a baby. And I asked him if I was
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: supposed to get myself pregnanty to something man in the house.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: He got mad and jumped out of his recline, he
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: claiming he re injured his me. Of course he did.
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: He tended he when he attempted to be a man.
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: I'm gonna jump out myra clr. Who are you talking
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: to him? My legs? Everybody got no time for you
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: right here. He got mad and jump times to recline nice,
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: claiming he re injured his knee. I'm tired of wearing
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: the pants and letting him use me as a hand mate.
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: I've told him it's time for him to be a
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: real man. Listen to me. If you have to tell
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: your man that it's time to be a man, then
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: you don't have a man. Dy ain't a woman on
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: this earth, on this earth then ever said anything to
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: me about my manhood. You might not like a what
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: I did, You might not like what I said, you
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: might not like how I act, But what you not
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: fit to do is question my man? Who come on there?
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: You need to act like a I got something for
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: you that I just all let me explain. So one
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: thing men know how to do is be men. You
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: ain't got to tell him that. You may not like it,
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: but that's what he do. Now. Should I leave him
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: in his recliner and bounce, yes, because he not fitting
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: the change. This is who he is and what he
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: is a ball, a medicated cotton. That's how soft her?
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: All right? All right? Post your comments on Today's Strubberry
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: Letter at Steve HARBFM on Instagram and Facebook. Check out
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: the Strubberry Letter podcast on sale toilet now coming up

- 1:06:07Speaker 1: here with sports talk. What you got juniors? Well, man, unc,
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: I know you in Paris, Tommy, I know you've probably
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: heard this story, but jor damn game over here. Date
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: on bought nothing about America even the golfice in fridge
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: waiting for to believe this story. John Gruten, the head
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, has stepped down up
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: in the middle of the season. He's out after the
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: New York Times detail emails in which he made homophobic
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: and misogynistic remarks following the earlier port of a racist
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: statement that he made about a union leader. Now his
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: statement read, in part after he resigns. I have resigned
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: as head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, he said
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: on Twitter in a statement issued by the team. I
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: love the Raiders and I don't want to be a distraction.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: Thank it to you all, to the players, coach and staff,
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: fans of the Raider Nation. I'm sorry. I never meant
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: to hurt anyone now. Gruden's departure came after New York
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: Times report the NFL officials, as part of a separate
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: workplace misconduct investigation that did not directly involve him, found
- 1:07:09Speaker 1: that Gruten had casually and frequently unleashed all these statements
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: lay over several years to denigrate people around the league
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: and to mark some of the league's momentous changes. So
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: he denounced the emergence of women as referees. He said
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: that was bad for the league. Then he said, drafted
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: up a gay player and the talerance of players protesting
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: doing the national anthem, man, and you cannot do that
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: in the NFL when they hold statement. And you can't
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: say that in the NFL when they're trying to end
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: They got on the field. Now on Sunday you can
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: see at the end zone in the race system. We
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: all you can't do that that you're going to do.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: He said that about dear dear Smith. Yeah, yeah, he
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: said that, said Marie Smith was with the bigger people.
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: Go now, yeah, he said, he said, the Maurice Smith,
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: who is he was the leader of the you know,
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: the NFL Players Association. He said that his list was
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: so big it like the mission of man tie. That's
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: what he said about. Oh, I hadn't heard way that.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: I thought he said something. But denouncing women as referees,
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: and then you know, you know he was on Jeff
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: Fisher said that Roger Goodell allowed Jeff Fisher to draft
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: a gate player. You're not You're not get that, and
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: no it should you be in the league for that.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: They offered me at the gas station blowing up card
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: times with money Figger one time, solve me a the
- 1:08:58Speaker 1: ass that I want to work down the gas station,
- 1:09:00Speaker 1: blowing up God, who the hell can blow up in
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: carta thank you jor coming up at the top of
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: the hour Carlin Music news right after this, you're listening
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: to show. All right, guys, Carlo's here with the music

- 1:09:20Speaker 1: want to say one other thing for go ahead. I'm
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: really hurt we Growden with these big up statements that
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: really father bought up so many memories. I was at
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: a burger King eating one time without about seventeen and
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: the air conditioning without and the manager came out to
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: the table and asked me if I could come in
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: the back and blow in the vents air condition of
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: these jokes that he told about the Marcus Well, I
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: got something for your ass. You won't go ahead, it's
- 1:09:58Speaker 1: not overgrown, all right, let's quickly get to music news.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: Just want to announce Steve Bruno, Mars and Anderson pack
- 1:10:09Speaker 1: their side, you know, the little project silk Sonic, Well,
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: the album is finally coming out November twelfth. Bruno announced
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: it on his birthday this past Friday. Yup, yup, yup.

- 1:10:44Speaker 1: We're always Yes? Yes, So I thought that was big,
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: big news. See, we all love Silk Sonic And just
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: talked to college on my show up Facebook watch. Oh,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: we gotta check it out. Make sure everybody gonna check
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: that out coming out. I surprised it with just basic player.
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: I talked to Bousi Collin. Wow, thank you, Carla. Are
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: you welcome there? You go? All right? So, Steve, you
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: know how you test You like to test Junior on
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: his musical knowledge. Yeah, we need you to do the
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: test again. Sing a couple of songs, some of your
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: favorite songs, and see how well Junior does music. Sometimes
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: she'd be so happy, well boy, just being with Daddy.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: I mean, you can help them if you want to.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Spending of time. Look at June in the Bye Sky,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: just a singing. We'll get to the hook. Oh, saidy yes, due,
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: you know we love you sweet sing the whole song.
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: I got it. I know one thing. I know this
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: this somebody missing name mama. I know that. But I
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: can tell you that whoever wrote miss dave mama for
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: a show, I mean just being with us and Daddy.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: Oh yeah, whoever? That is okay? So can you name
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: the artist of the artist? Yeah, motherless, motherless artists. That's
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: what I do know. I can't be wrong. Somebody out
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: without their mama. Well, well that's the Spinners. That's another song.
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: But I want you to tell me what the song
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: is about. Sitting by the open fire plays in my
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: favorite dungareas, thought I get up, take a look around,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: but my feet got in the way. What happened? Stumbled
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: to the floor. She was right in the door. I
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: could see her face, But how could it be? She did?
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: She ran away from me. My best friends go anytime.
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: I'm so I really you brand day got it. This
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: is about somebody who got off of work and picked
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: up a fifth. That's what I do know. I know
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: that Brandy got off and picked up a bottle of
- 1:13:34Speaker 1: brandy and he was in duggarree. He was bad foot
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: and he stumbled, He stopped. He picked up brown. Look
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: this game? Can we do this again? Like? I'm good?
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Who it is? Steve? Let's get out of here. Yes,
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: let me more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: up in twenty minutes right after this. That's you're listening
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: String Show. Hey guys, you know we thought r kelly
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: was canceled, right, we thought this right? Well, so yeah,
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: not the case, not the case at all. According to
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: Rolling Stones, the sales for r Kelly's albums have rocketed
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: skyrocketed more than five hundred percent since his conviction. And
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: that was just a while ago, right. Rolling Stone reported
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: that his streams jumped from eleven point two million to
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: thirteen point four million in one week last month. R
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: Kelly was convicted after being accused of running a criminal
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: enterprise that recruited women, girls and boys for sex. But
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: his music lives on. Well you know, I don't know that. Oh,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: I mean, the boy had some kids. There's a lot
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: of here taking that right there. I think if someone
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: bought his catalog and then put it back out there
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: and he no longer could benefits from it, I think
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: you could go back to listening to it. All the
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: money can go to the victim. Yeah, just victim. It
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: was a lot of victims. I was thinking about somebody
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: who bought the catalog, but nobody wants to buy his catalog.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: He's trying to sell his catalog and nobody wants to
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: buy it. Well, they're buying his record sales. Maybe the
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: record sales and the money can go to the victim.
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: I tell you right now, if he takes five million
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: for that catalog, five million, that's it, all those records. Yeah,
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: you gotta locked up right now, right now. You can't
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: gonna give him twenty dollars nine making another album. We'll
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: in thirty three minutes after. Right after this, you're listening
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: to show, all right, So Steve, you're in Paris. Uh,
- 1:15:54Speaker 1: it's all over social media. It's pantry staty you laid
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: it out and Patty I was trying to rhyme there anyway. Uh,
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: you told us earlier how you laid out your wife's birthday,
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: how she was so happy you raised the French flag
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: and her honor with her initials and birthdate on it. Um.
- 1:16:28Speaker 1: I mean we're talking dancing on on a perry rooftop
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: looking like two big, old, grown and sexy bumblebees, and
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: you're black and yellow. That was FLI. So so the
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: question is why should every guy get good at being romantic? Well,
- 1:16:54Speaker 1: why is that a plus? This is the basic thing.
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: And this is what my my father told me. But
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: this is what my brothers drilled it to me, my
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: youngest brothers, eleven years older than me. He said, Bro,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: remember it is you cannot out give a woman. You
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: don't have it to give when it comes to give it,
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: he said. You can make more money, he said, but
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: you can't do what they do. The return on your investment, ROI,
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: the return on investment is immeasurable, he said. So when
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: you find one that's really special, the more special you
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: treat her or she gives you a return you can't
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: even measure. And I'm telling you that is really, really
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: the truth. And so that's why I say to guys,
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: and it's not about money, it's about the thought. It's
- 1:17:46Speaker 1: the little things you can do, the thought that you
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: said that because a lot of people will compare themselves
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: to you and try to do what you do, but
- 1:17:56Speaker 1: it doesn't because you did this. You were romantic when
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: you didn't have money. Right, listen to me getting her
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: initials put on the flag. They ain't cause much. Okay,
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: so I'm gonna get a flag. What I'm putting on you? Yeah,
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: you're taking notes, but you you don't really want to
- 1:18:15Speaker 1: do it. Sound like I've never been flag shopping. I'm
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: just saying, see, see, but you got to open up
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: your imagination. Okay, let's not do it flag. Let's do
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: something else. Okay, don't see it, open up and open
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: up your imagination. Give him another suggestion. Suppose just suppose
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: that was an ice cream truck at the park that
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: came down there every day. I can't do that because
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: she lactose can't business. Okay, you can't have a dairy
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: like that. She lactose can't tolerate them. Okay. Coming up,
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: it is our last break of the day, and at
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: forty nine minutes after the hour, we'll also have some
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: closing remarks from the one and only Are Fearless leader
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: Steve Harvey. Right after this you're listening to show. All right, guys,
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: this is our last break of the day on this Tuesday,
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: and Steve Harvey in Perry being all romantic and stuff.
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: It's the Queen's birthday. Yeah, you know, she's my queen.
- 1:19:31Speaker 1: I mean, you know, she was a game changer for
- 1:19:34Speaker 1: me and and I respect an honor that I'm not
- 1:19:38Speaker 1: the only one that a lot of men out there
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: who feel the exact same way. You know, I just
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: happen to be famous. There's a bigger light on what
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: I do than what a lot of people do. But
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: it's a lot of really really good brothers out there. Man,
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: It's a lot of good men out there that lady
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: women out And it's all in it's all relative and
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: in perspective, you know what I mean. You know, look
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: the things I can do now. I used to not
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: be able to do even when we got together sixteen
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: years ago. But now I can do different things. But
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: now it's not for me. It's not the money, it's
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: the thought. You know, you could put thought into a
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: thing and it work out for you a lot better.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: So you know that's I just wanted to say that
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: to all the men out there that's doing it right
- 1:20:25Speaker 1: by their queens and you know, and just don't don't
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: look at what other people do. Look what jay Z
- 1:20:31Speaker 1: do for Beyonce. You know, with at his level, I
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: probably can't do that. But I can function at my level.
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: You can function at your level, and it's appreciated. I
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: know a good friend of mine who had a simple
- 1:20:48Speaker 1: thing done for his wife and their anniversary. She went
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: into the hotel room. They got a regular hotel room.
- 1:20:54Speaker 1: She went at a child. When she came out, he
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: had the hotel brings some stuff up to his room
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: and stuff like that, and coffee and set it out
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: and play their favorite song. When she came out, and
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: the woman came out was just crying. It's the thought
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: that counts, man. It ain't the money. So keep it up, brothers,
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: keep doing your thing now. In closing, I want to
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: say this to everybody. Mental imagery. It's everything mental imagery.
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: I want you all to pay attention about the things
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: that you see yourself in terms of imagery. If you
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: imagine yourself over and over doing something, or you keeping
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: imagining yourself, take snapshots, take screenshots. You know on your
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: phone you can take a screenshot, right. I take screen
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: shots of all my mental imagery, and I storm in
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: my mind. Sometimes I even take a picture with my
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: iPhone or something. I see that out man, that's old.
- 1:22:00Speaker 1: Right now, I'll take a picture of it. Mental imagery
- 1:22:04Speaker 1: is everything. If you see it, if you believe it,
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: you can achieve it. But it starts with the image.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: You got to see it, you know. Look, somebody asked
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: me one time, Steve, did you see yourself getting to
- 1:22:24Speaker 1: where you are? And I have to know I didn't
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: because I had never seen it. There was no mental
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: imagery of this life I have today because I didn't
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: even know it existed. As I got old and old
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: and old and old, and I worked harder and harder
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: heart I was able to see more and some of
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: the things I've seen, I've been able to achieve. Not everything,
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: but a great deal of it. But the mental imagery
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: is important. Guys. Everything you see in your mind is
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: a possibility. Do you understand this? You cannot think an
- 1:23:02Speaker 1: impossible thought that is impossible you can't see. Stop letting
- 1:23:11Speaker 1: people trip you out about the things you see for yourself.
- 1:23:14Speaker 1: Stop letting people talk you out of what God shows
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: you for yourself. Your mental imagery is everything. So what
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: they can't see it, it doesn't matter. No, they didn't
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: see me coming. When I was a kid, I ain't
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: see it. I had visions of what I wanted to do,
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: But God is amazing man, and he puts things he
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: has for you in your mental imagery to take snapshots
- 1:23:44Speaker 1: and screenshots all the time. Stop tripping. God will do
- 1:23:49Speaker 1: exceedingly and abundantly over all. You think I asked you can't.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: You think you can't out give a woman. You really
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: can't out give God. You really can't. Man, I'm telling
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: you I hard you try that God, he'll cold piece
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: of work. Man. He does the unthinkable. But you know
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: what most people do. Instead of looking at what God
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: has done for them, they keep looking at what they
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: ain't got, and they mister, bless it and they blow up.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: You keep, like Bishop Jake said, you keep delaying your happiness.
- 1:24:20Speaker 1: I'm gonna be happy when I get this. I'm gonna
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: get happy when I get another house. I'm gonna be
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: happy when I get mad. I'm gonna be happy when
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: I run. What about now? You ain't got none you
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: can be happy about right now? Man, Come on, y'all.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Everything God has for you, he gonna give you a
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: sneak peek of it. Once he gives you the sneak peak,
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: Once you see it, believe it, you can achieve it.
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: Everything I have today, everything that most successful people have.
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: It was that it was just an image. Once upon
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: a time, Magic Johnson all himself playing in the NBA.
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: That's why Magic Johnson plays in the NBA. It didn't
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: come up. He worked hard. He kept seeing himself doing
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: it as a little boy. Team became the greatest point
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: guard ever played the game. Excuse me, it starts with
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: an image. It's imagery. When Barack Obama went to meet
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: Michelle Obama's parents and he got ready to tell them
- 1:25:25Speaker 1: he was gonna be president of United States, her brother,
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: Michelle Obama's brother told Barack, hey, man, don't don't don't
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: say that to my parents. Don't say that to them.
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: He was just trying to give me head though. Don't
- 1:25:38Speaker 1: don't go in there and say that. Dog just telling
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: you love it, but don't go in there till about
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: you fit to be president. He's first black president. It's imagery. Man,
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: Come on, y'all, don't give up. All right, y'all, have
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: a great day. Those are my closing remarks. Y'all stay
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: well until we meet again in the mall. God will
- 1:25:54Speaker 1: and will see y'all. Lamora Brighton Erlan, have a great day.
