- 0:00Speaker 1: We have got a lot to talk about on today's show,
- 0:03Speaker 1: including the latest coming out of Iran, and we're going
- 0:06Speaker 1: to deal with that in just a moment. But what
- 0:09Speaker 1: I also want to put your attention towards point it towards,
- 0:13Speaker 1: I should say, is this Secretary of State, Marco Rubio
- 0:18Speaker 1: is now preparing we're being told to meet with officials
- 0:21Speaker 1: from Denmark and Greenland. President Trump is dead serious about
- 0:26Speaker 1: bringing Greenland into the United States. Russia and China are
- 0:31Speaker 1: swarming the Arctic, and key global shipping lanes run right
- 0:36Speaker 1: past Greenland, and we know that this is an important
- 0:40Speaker 1: choke point for international shipping, and in fact, it's one
- 0:44Speaker 1: of the most important choke points on planet Earth. Rubio
- 0:48Speaker 1: did not hold back when he said, quote, if we
- 0:51Speaker 1: own Greenland, we could put whatever we want there. If
- 0:55Speaker 1: Greenland were US territory, monitoring our adversaries would be far easier,
- 1:00Speaker 1: especially in this area of the world. These routes are
- 1:05Speaker 1: how global commerce moves. The message could not be clear
- 1:10Speaker 1: coming from the White House. Greenland is a strategic territory
- 1:14Speaker 1: that deals specifically with national security, and it's also very
- 1:18Speaker 1: clear that President Trump wants it under the American flag.
- 1:23Speaker 1: I'm gonna have more on this coming up. But now
- 1:25Speaker 1: let's move to the other big issue, and that's exactly
- 1:28Speaker 1: what's happening right now in Iran. What we know now
- 1:31Speaker 1: in Iran is things are moving quickly. We also know
- 1:34Speaker 1: that they are under an internet blackout Think Goodness Starlink
- 1:37Speaker 1: has been put up because of the leadership of Elon Musk.
- 1:42Speaker 1: We also know that there has been a significant increase
- 1:47Speaker 1: in the killing of those that are taking to the
- 1:50Speaker 1: streets the citizens of Iran by the Ayatola. We also
- 1:54Speaker 1: have gotten video that has come out from Tehran and
- 1:57Speaker 1: the airport there showing a Russian military aircraft as well
- 2:02Speaker 1: as a private jet that are spun up, meaning the
- 2:05Speaker 1: engines are both on, the doors are open, and many
- 2:09Speaker 1: are speculating that that could be the exit strategy for
- 2:12Speaker 1: the Ayatola if he has to make that decision. Now,
- 2:15Speaker 1: these are historic protests in Iran, and how did Iran
- 2:20Speaker 1: get to this point? Well, there's a lot that you
- 2:22Speaker 1: can talk about. First, let's note that this month's huge
- 2:27Speaker 1: anti regime demonstration is more than one hundred Iranian cities.
- 2:33Speaker 1: They were not ignited by a single big domestic event either.
- 2:37Speaker 1: That's important for you to understand. The Iranian ryo has
- 2:40Speaker 1: been crashing past a million to the dollar for weeks,
- 2:45Speaker 1: and inflation has reached the point where the bizarre in
- 2:49Speaker 1: Tehran was losing money on every transaction, so it closed.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Now something else drove the following events such as the
- 2:57Speaker 1: South Pars energy strike and in military defections. All of
- 3:02Speaker 1: this because the country is in financial strains. Now, why
- 3:07Speaker 1: if you talk to those in oilingdaos so explain it
- 3:10Speaker 1: to you. When oil prices drop to where they are
- 3:13Speaker 1: right now because of the leadership of President Donald Trump
- 3:16Speaker 1: and his simple policy, which is energy independence for the
- 3:19Speaker 1: United States of America. Countries like Iran, they get behind
- 3:23Speaker 1: quickly when oil is fifty dollars a barrel or lower.
- 3:27Speaker 1: That is when Iran is hurting. The President understands now
- 3:32Speaker 1: that this is one of the easiest ways to support
- 3:35Speaker 1: the people in Iran and get rid of the supreme leader.
- 3:40Speaker 1: That is something that now is real and the battle
- 3:43Speaker 1: space started shaping up about six years ago. In fact,
- 3:47Speaker 1: this month, under Donald Trump, he killed the Islamic Revolutionary
- 3:52Speaker 1: Guard Coued Force commander Solamani. He was the second most
- 3:56Speaker 1: powerful man in Iran and he was killed by US drone,
- 4:00Speaker 1: as you may remember at the Baghdad airport. Now remember
- 4:04Speaker 1: that is when democrats lost their minds, saying that he
- 4:07Speaker 1: couldn't do that. Well, the President did it anyway, and
- 4:09Speaker 1: it was the right move. And again this is why
- 4:13Speaker 1: you have to understand this has had a long time
- 4:16Speaker 1: in the making to where we are there. He was
- 4:19Speaker 1: not only so Am I, the second most powerful man
- 4:21Speaker 1: in Iran, and he was killed. He had just arrived
- 4:25Speaker 1: from Damascus where he was briefing the former Syrian president
- 4:29Speaker 1: Ali Sad on a plan to attack the US embassy
- 4:32Speaker 1: in Baghdad. And that is the same exact attack plan
- 4:36Speaker 1: that they had back in Tehran in nineteen seventy nine.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Iran's Iraq emissaries there and ten senior Iranian briefers and
- 4:46Speaker 1: bodyguards were also killed in that strike. After twenty years
- 4:50Speaker 1: of President Bush and Obama and Biden's with her kid gloves,
- 4:55Speaker 1: Tehran is now legitimately frightened because of Donald Trump and
- 5:00Speaker 1: what he has done taking out their nuclear sites, and
- 5:03Speaker 1: also by what he has done in Venezuela, which quickly
- 5:07Speaker 1: seems to be empowering the people there, and then after
- 5:11Speaker 1: the Tehran directly undirected I should say there are atrocities
- 5:15Speaker 1: against Israel. In October of twenty twenty three, Israel killed Sinhoar,
- 5:20Speaker 1: and that was a massive attack. Not only did they
- 5:24Speaker 1: kill Sinhar, but they went after many other leaders that
- 5:27Speaker 1: came in to take over the role as the IRGC.
- 5:30Speaker 1: They killed them in a safe house in Tehran, for example,
- 5:33Speaker 1: and almost one hundred more of their leaders in Lebanon
- 5:36Speaker 1: and then in Gaza. So they've been in Iran deprived
- 5:39Speaker 1: of their well major military leaders. They decapitated Hesblah and
- 5:44Speaker 1: their guard as well. The Syrians Bath Party didn't trust
- 5:48Speaker 1: its own people anymore, and so then you've got that issue.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Now you have what's happening in Maduro, in Venezuela, and
- 5:56Speaker 1: now in Cuba. What we're witnessing right now is people
- 5:59Speaker 1: are standing up up because they feel like they have
- 6:01Speaker 1: an ally a supporter in President Donald Trump, whether it's Maduro,
- 6:07Speaker 1: whether it's the Cubans, whether it's what's happening with Israel
- 6:11Speaker 1: with Hamas and Hesblah and Assad. You may remember Assad
- 6:15Speaker 1: fled to Moscow, the criminal family of Assad fled to Moscow.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Last summer. Israel and US force has wiped out much
- 6:23Speaker 1: of Iranian's military's general staff, and then the key nuclear sites.
- 6:28Speaker 1: You put all of this together and now you're starting
- 6:31Speaker 1: to understand the picture of how we're at the point
- 6:34Speaker 1: now where there's a very good chance that the leadership
- 6:40Speaker 1: in Iran will fall. Now pro Tehran, Moscow and Beijing
- 6:46Speaker 1: they have done everything they can to help keep them afloat,
- 6:48Speaker 1: but those dominoes are continuing to fall. With the capture
- 6:51Speaker 1: of Maduro and the massacre of this Cuban protection detail,
- 6:56Speaker 1: then the seizure of Russia's ghost ships has had a
- 6:59Speaker 1: huge impact, and the spread of the star leak terminals
- 7:02Speaker 1: in Iran to allow the people to stay online again.
- 7:06Speaker 1: It's not one thing that happened, it's a multitude of
- 7:09Speaker 1: things have happened over the last six seven years. Now,
- 7:13Speaker 1: Iranians have seen the regime and its backers exposed and
- 7:16Speaker 1: they've been humiliated, showing how weak they are by the
- 7:20Speaker 1: Trump administration. They were quick to exploit the roll of
- 7:24Speaker 1: the dice right the people, they are understanding that hey,
- 7:28Speaker 1: we may actually be able to stand up to the
- 7:30Speaker 1: Ayatola and maybe they're not actually as powerful as we
- 7:35Speaker 1: thought they were. America has also made it clear the
- 7:39Speaker 1: people there. We will defend you, we will protect you,
- 7:43Speaker 1: and if they come out to try to massacre you
- 7:45Speaker 1: in the streets, we will stand up to them. That
- 7:49Speaker 1: again is massive for the people they're in Iran. So
- 7:55Speaker 1: that is just the overview of how we got to
- 7:58Speaker 1: where we are right now. Now Iranians have seen the
- 8:02Speaker 1: regime and it's backers exposed and humiliated, that is, and
- 8:07Speaker 1: a lot of that is because of America standing up
- 8:10Speaker 1: and making it very clear that we will kill you
- 8:13Speaker 1: wherever we have to, and we've gotten really good at it.
- 8:16Speaker 1: As the moment that I am talking about this right now,
- 8:21Speaker 1: the regime has turned off the Internet. They have also
- 8:24Speaker 1: turned off all the landline phone lines so that information
- 8:27Speaker 1: cannot get out of the country, but also so that
- 8:29Speaker 1: people can't coordinate with one another together. We also know
- 8:36Speaker 1: that after two days of silence, the leader there has
- 8:40Speaker 1: emerged to express defiance. And it's no surprise that he
- 8:47Speaker 1: is an individual there that is like, oh, everything's fine,
- 8:50Speaker 1: I'm totally fine. But you can see the Russian jets
- 8:53Speaker 1: waiting on him at the airport in case they need
- 8:55Speaker 1: to get him out. Now, this is all happening as
- 8:58Speaker 1: the death toll has begun to rise over the crackdown
- 9:04Speaker 1: and the massacre there. We're now hearing it's well over
- 9:07Speaker 1: five hundred protesters that have been killed in Iran's biggest
- 9:10Speaker 1: movement against the Islamic Republic in more than three years.
- 9:15Speaker 1: The human rights groups are warning that they are seeing
- 9:18Speaker 1: the numbers grow and that they were starting to see
- 9:22Speaker 1: what they were describing as a massacre to sqell the demonstrations,
- 9:26Speaker 1: Coilier wanting blood in the streets. The protests that were
- 9:30Speaker 1: initially sparked by anger over the rising costs of living
- 9:34Speaker 1: have now become a movement against the system in place
- 9:37Speaker 1: in Iran since nineteen seventy nine's revolution, and it has
- 9:41Speaker 1: lasted now for two weeks straight. The mass rallies are
- 9:45Speaker 1: one of the biggest challenges to the rule of the
- 9:49Speaker 1: Supreme Leader, the Iatola, who's by the way, eighty six,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and this coming in the wake of Israel's twelve day
- 9:56Speaker 1: war against the Islamic Republic in June, which was and
- 10:01Speaker 1: it was a total domination that showed just how weak
- 10:03Speaker 1: they actually are. Now. Protests, as I mentioned earlier, have
- 10:06Speaker 1: swelled in recent days despite the internet blackout, and has
- 10:10Speaker 1: lasted more than sixty hours activists warning the shutdown was
- 10:15Speaker 1: limiting the flow of information and the actual toll risk
- 10:19Speaker 1: being far higher. Quotes and the Star of the Protests
- 10:22Speaker 1: rating Human Rights has confirmed the killing of at least
- 10:25Speaker 1: five hundred protesters, warning that desks may have even been
- 10:30Speaker 1: more extensive than they can currently count because of the
- 10:34Speaker 1: phone block that you know, the Internet blockouts and blackouts
- 10:37Speaker 1: and all of the phone lines being shut down because
- 10:40Speaker 1: it's hard to get information from all of these different
- 10:42Speaker 1: cities where you're seeing these protesters that may have been
- 10:45Speaker 1: attacked and or killed. Now, videos of large demonstrations in
- 10:50Speaker 1: the capital Tehran and other cities over the past three
- 10:53Speaker 1: nights have filtered out despite the internet cuts, and that's
- 10:57Speaker 1: been a great thing. It's rendered impossible normal communication with
- 11:02Speaker 1: the outside world via messing apps or even phone lines.
- 11:05Speaker 1: But when you have star linked, it's up. People are
- 11:07Speaker 1: getting it out and that is huge. Now, video that's
- 11:10Speaker 1: been verified shows large crowds taking the streets in new
- 11:14Speaker 1: protests Saturday night in several Iranian cities, including Tehran and
- 11:18Speaker 1: Mashad in the East, where images show vehicles that were
- 11:21Speaker 1: even set on fire. There are also several videos which
- 11:26Speaker 1: have not been verified by AFP, But they've been putting
- 11:29Speaker 1: out there showing relatives in Tehran more identifying bodies of
- 11:34Speaker 1: protesters killed in the crackdown. So there's that and that's
- 11:37Speaker 1: part of the concern now. The US based Center for
- 11:41Speaker 1: Human Rights in Iran, known as HRI, said it had
- 11:45Speaker 1: received eyewitnesses, accounts, and credible reports indicating that hundreds and
- 11:52Speaker 1: hundreds of protesters have been killed across Iran during the
- 11:55Speaker 1: current internet shutdown. They said, and their quote was a
- 11:59Speaker 1: mask is unfolding in Iran. The world must act now
- 12:03Speaker 1: to prevent further loss of life. It also said that
- 12:06Speaker 1: hospitals were overwhelmed, blood supplies were running low, and that
- 12:11Speaker 1: many protesters have been shot in the eyes in a
- 12:14Speaker 1: deliberate tactic. They also said that there has been an
- 12:17Speaker 1: uptick in the last twenty four hours of a significant
- 12:20Speaker 1: number of those have been arrested.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Now.
- 12:23Speaker 1: The US based human rights Activist News Agency said it's
- 12:25Speaker 1: confirmed the death of one hundred and sixteen people in
- 12:28Speaker 1: connection with the protests that just happened, including thirty seven
- 12:31Speaker 1: members of the security forces or other officials.
- 12:34Speaker 2: Now.
- 12:34Speaker 1: State TV in Tehran on Sunday broadcast images of funeral
- 12:39Speaker 1: processions for security forces killed in recent days, and authorities
- 12:43Speaker 1: of course condemned the riots and as they describe it, vandalism. Now,
- 12:47Speaker 1: the national police chief known as Raddan said authorities made
- 12:50Speaker 1: quote significant arrests of protest figures on Saturday night, without
- 12:54Speaker 1: giving details on the numbers or identities of those arrested.
- 12:58Speaker 1: This again coming from state TV in Iran. Iranian security
- 13:02Speaker 1: chief drew a line between protests over economic hardship, which
- 13:06Speaker 1: he called completely understandable, and riots accusing them of actions
- 13:10Speaker 1: very similar to the methods of terrorist groups, so trying
- 13:13Speaker 1: to paint the citizens as actual terrorists. Therefore they can
- 13:17Speaker 1: kill the terrorists right. Justifying the deaths of the individuals Iran,
- 13:22Speaker 1: Iran's president also said quote the writers must not disrupt
- 13:26Speaker 1: Iranian society, saying quote the people of Iran should not
- 13:30Speaker 1: allow rioters to disrupt society. The people should believe that
- 13:34Speaker 1: we the government went to establish justice and that was
- 13:38Speaker 1: all put on state sponsored television. Now. In Tehran, an
- 13:42Speaker 1: AFP journalist described a city in a state of near paralysis.
- 13:47Speaker 1: The price of meat, for example, is nearly doubled since
- 13:50Speaker 1: the start of the protests, and some shops are opened,
- 13:53Speaker 1: many many are not However, now all of these details
- 13:57Speaker 1: can obviously change. They also what's interesting about the shops
- 14:01Speaker 1: that are open is that the that the doors must
- 14:04Speaker 1: close around four or five PM when security forces deploy
- 14:08Speaker 1: in force. So the hours for which you can actually
- 14:11Speaker 1: go to the store have just disappeared.
- 14:14Speaker 3: There.
- 14:15Speaker 1: We also know that there is real concern now that
- 14:20Speaker 1: the protesters could be killed in massive attacks by the
- 14:23Speaker 1: government hoping that everybody will go home, and and that's
- 14:28Speaker 1: they're hoping that people stop or be afraid if there's
- 14:31Speaker 1: enough dead bodies or a big enough attack. And again,
- 14:33Speaker 1: without the internet and without the phones, we really don't
- 14:36Speaker 1: know everything that could be happening, where it could be happening. Now.
- 14:40Speaker 1: That brings us to what President Trump had to say.
- 14:43Speaker 1: President Trump has spoken out and supported the protests and
- 14:46Speaker 1: threatened military action against Iranian authorities if they start killing people.
- 14:50Speaker 1: His words also, Israel's Foreign minister urges the European Union
- 14:54Speaker 1: on Sunday the designate a Rands Revolutionary Guard as a
- 14:58Speaker 1: terrorist organization over the suspecta violence against the peaceful protesters.
- 15:03Speaker 1: He also said there's Israel's support for the Ranian people
- 15:06Speaker 1: struggle for freedom. We are with you. Iran's parliament speaker
- 15:11Speaker 1: said Iran would hit back at the US launches military action,
- 15:15Speaker 1: saying quoting in the event of a military attack by
- 15:17Speaker 1: the United States, both the occupied territories and centuries of
- 15:21Speaker 1: the US military and shipping are centers of the US
- 15:25Speaker 1: military and shipping will be our legitimate targets. He said
- 15:28Speaker 1: that on state broadcast TV he was also referring to Israel,
- 15:34Speaker 1: which the Islamic Republic does not recognize and considers to
- 15:37Speaker 1: occupy the Palestinian territory. So that's why they said, if
- 15:41Speaker 1: the US and our occupied territories are referring to Israel,
- 15:44Speaker 1: they don't believe they have a reason to even be alive. Now.
- 15:50Speaker 1: The Washington Post at this hour is also running this
- 15:53Speaker 1: headline saying hundreds of Iranian protesters have been killed. US
- 15:58Speaker 1: is now considering military strikes. Hundreds of demonstrators have been
- 16:03Speaker 1: killed in a rand they're reporting now. Rights groups say Sunday,
- 16:06Speaker 1: as reports of a dramatic escalation in the use of
- 16:08Speaker 1: deadly force by the security forces began to break through
- 16:12Speaker 1: a communications blackout imposed by the authorities struggling to contain
- 16:16Speaker 1: some of the largest protests since the Islamic Republic was
- 16:19Speaker 1: founded in nineteen seventy nine. Again, this is coming from
- 16:22Speaker 1: the Washington Post. It's not conservative, it's very liberal. There
- 16:26Speaker 1: is also a big debate right now, a big divide
- 16:31Speaker 1: on what role America should play in all of this.
- 16:36Speaker 1: There are warhawks that have never seen a war or
- 16:40Speaker 1: a place they didn't want to invade. A perfect example
- 16:43Speaker 1: of that is Lindsey Graham. What Lindsey Graham is saying
- 16:47Speaker 1: is exactly what got us into the war in Iraq
- 16:49Speaker 1: and Afghanistan. It was a disaster. But again he's never
- 16:52Speaker 1: met a war he didn't love. I want you to
- 16:55Speaker 1: hear what Lindsey Graham had to say on Sunday morning
- 16:58Speaker 1: on Fox Business, And I'm.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Back with Senator Lindsay Graham. Senator on Fox last week,
- 17:04Speaker 4: you said, if the Komane kills its citizens, Donald Trump
- 17:07Speaker 4: will kill him. There reports that he could flee to Russia.
- 17:11Speaker 4: Do you want President Trump and the US military to
- 17:14Speaker 4: go in and extract the Ayatola from Iran?
- 17:17Speaker 5: I don't care if they extract him, but I want
- 17:19Speaker 5: him to be considered. He's the modern day Hitler. He's
- 17:23Speaker 5: a religious Nazi. He's a horrible person. It's time for
- 17:27Speaker 5: him to go. The people want him to go. Trump
- 17:30Speaker 5: has done what Reagan did. Reagan went to the Berlin
- 17:32Speaker 5: Wall and said, tear this wall down. Donald Trump picked
- 17:36Speaker 5: the people over the iatola. Donald Trump says, the best
- 17:39Speaker 5: way to make a ron great again is for the
- 17:42Speaker 5: protesters to win, in the regime to come down.
- 17:45Speaker 6: How do you do that.
- 17:46Speaker 5: Whatever action we're going to take, mister President needs to
- 17:48Speaker 5: embolden the protesters and scare the hell out of the regime.
- 17:52Speaker 5: If I were you, mister President, I would kill the
- 17:54Speaker 5: leadership that are killing the people. You got to end this.
- 17:57Speaker 5: If it ends well, then peace breaks out. All the
- 18:02Speaker 5: state sponsor of terrorism activity stops has blaha moas they
- 18:06Speaker 5: go away. Israel and Saudi make peace a new day
- 18:09Speaker 5: in the mid East. If the Ietola hangs on, it's
- 18:12Speaker 5: a giant Obama step backward. I have faith in you,
- 18:15Speaker 5: mister President. I have trust in you. You are the
- 18:17Speaker 5: Ronald Reagan plus of our time in this in this
- 18:21Speaker 5: will stand with the people, mister President. Let them know
- 18:24Speaker 5: you're going to kill their oppressors.
- 18:26Speaker 1: Thank you.
- 18:26Speaker 4: Lindsey Graham, I'll see tomorrow.
- 18:28Speaker 6: Listen to me.
- 18:29Speaker 1: You hear that, and it really is shocking. I mean,
- 18:31Speaker 1: Lindsey Graham will send American troops anywhere just to top
- 18:35Speaker 1: anybody that he doesn't like or insults him. I think
- 18:38Speaker 1: that is a terrible foreign policy. I want to make
- 18:41Speaker 1: that very clear. He always is in favor of this.
- 18:44Speaker 1: It is dangerous. It is not what I think many
- 18:48Speaker 1: of us should be saying right now. In fact, it's
- 18:51Speaker 1: the complete opposite of what we should be saying. But
- 18:54Speaker 1: then there's also others on the other side. Senator Tim
- 18:56Speaker 1: Kaine saying this about military action on face the nation.
- 19:01Speaker 7: We know the President has been briefed on military options,
- 19:04Speaker 7: but our reporting is no decision made, no military assets
- 19:08Speaker 7: put in place to execute anything. Yet, there aren't even
- 19:11Speaker 7: any aircraft carriers in the Medias region at this moment
- 19:14Speaker 7: in time. Would you support military.
- 19:17Speaker 8: Action, Margaret? US military action in Iran would be a
- 19:22Speaker 8: massive mistake. It would have the effect of giving the
- 19:27Speaker 8: Iranian regime the ability to say it's the US that's
- 19:32Speaker 8: screwing our country up. Right now, Iranians are blaming appropriately
- 19:36Speaker 8: the regime for screwing up the country. This Iranian regime
- 19:40Speaker 8: has spent years focusing outside its borders on fomenting terrorism
- 19:46Speaker 8: and aggression in Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Gaza, instead of
- 19:51Speaker 8: listening to the needs of its own citizens, and much
- 19:54Speaker 8: like Syrian citizens finally threw off the yoke of Bashra
- 19:59Speaker 8: Lasad and brutal regime without US military intervention, it looks
- 20:04Speaker 8: to be that Iran's doing the same. So let's celebrate
- 20:07Speaker 8: their freedom loving spirit. Let's keep up the sanctions pressure
- 20:11Speaker 8: which helped in Syria and is helping I think dramatize
- 20:15Speaker 8: the misdeeds of this regime. But US military action would
- 20:19Speaker 8: just bring back the painful history of the US toppling
- 20:24Speaker 8: the Iranian prime minister back in the nineteen fifties, and
- 20:27Speaker 8: would give the regime the ability to blame their own
- 20:30Speaker 8: failures on the United States.
- 20:33Speaker 1: You hear these two different perspectives. Tim kN US military action,
- 20:36Speaker 1: we bring back the painfullssor of US toppling the Iranian
- 20:39Speaker 1: prime minister in the nineteen fifties. Then you have Lindsey
- 20:43Speaker 1: Graham's like, kill him, just kill the leader. But he's
- 20:45Speaker 1: never seen a leader wh didn't want to kill. Is
- 20:48Speaker 1: there an in between? It's a real question, like is
- 20:54Speaker 1: there an in between here? And what should America's role
- 20:57Speaker 1: actually be? The Supreme leader, by the way, putting out
- 21:02Speaker 1: his own statement about President Trump in the US, and
- 21:06Speaker 1: I want you to hear this.
- 21:08Speaker 3: Now, this comes as a runs a supreme leader threatens
- 21:10Speaker 3: a greater crackdown, saying, quote, the Islamic Republic will not
- 21:13Speaker 3: back down in the face of vandals. Trump should know
- 21:16Speaker 3: that world tyrants were brought down at the peak of
- 21:18Speaker 3: their arrogance, He too will be brought down.
- 21:23Speaker 1: Now that's the same dude that's got a Russian airplane
- 21:26Speaker 1: waiting to take him out of the country. So let's
- 21:28Speaker 1: just put that in perspective. Senator John Thune talking about
- 21:33Speaker 1: peace through strength and what does that look like? Saying
- 21:37Speaker 1: this to Laura Trump in her show on Fox.
- 21:41Speaker 6: Said President Trump's decisive action to disrupt the unacceptable status
- 21:45Speaker 6: quo and afrahenm Maduro through the execution of a valid
- 21:49Speaker 6: Department of Justice warrant is an important first step to
- 21:53Speaker 6: bring him to justice. So maybe you can expand on
- 21:56Speaker 6: your thoughts there and what kind of ripple effect this
- 21:59Speaker 6: ultimately will have, not just here in America, but around
- 22:01Speaker 6: the world.
- 22:01Speaker 9: You know, that was an incredibly decisive move by the president,
- 22:05Speaker 9: not unlike some of the other things he's done. Elsewhere
- 22:07Speaker 9: in the world that I think demonstrate the piece to
- 22:11Speaker 9: strength philosophy that he's adopted, and I think in our hemisphere,
- 22:16Speaker 9: at least for as we know now, for many, many years,
- 22:20Speaker 9: these narco terrorists, led by people like Maduro have been
- 22:22Speaker 9: poisoning the American people with illegal drugs, and I think
- 22:26Speaker 9: the President has said enough already. And they're also in
- 22:30Speaker 9: bed with China and Russia and Iran and all of
- 22:33Speaker 9: our adversaries around the world. So you couple, you know,
- 22:37Speaker 9: narco terrorism with the fraternizing with all these unsavory elements,
- 22:43Speaker 9: and it makes the United States a less safe place.
- 22:46Speaker 9: And I think the President recognized that steps had to
- 22:49Speaker 9: be taken. This is obviously a sort of a plan
- 22:54Speaker 9: they'd had in place for a while, but when they
- 22:56Speaker 9: executed it, they executed it flawed.
- 22:59Speaker 1: I actually like what siner Thom's saying there. You got
- 23:03Speaker 1: to stand up to these bullies around the world. You
- 23:06Speaker 1: have to do what you have to do to protect
- 23:08Speaker 1: innocent people, and you have to do what's in the
- 23:11Speaker 1: best entry of the United States of America. Does that
- 23:13Speaker 1: mean invade, No, does that mean to assassinate? Probably not.
- 23:21Speaker 1: One of my favorites is Jack Keane. He was on
- 23:26Speaker 1: Brettbear's show on Friday talking about Iran and turmoil and
- 23:30Speaker 1: the rampant inflation and the anti regime grievances and the
- 23:34Speaker 1: people they're sitting up and many of them have been
- 23:37Speaker 1: killed and are being killed as I'm recording this right now.
- 23:42Speaker 1: And what he had to say is something a little
- 23:45Speaker 1: different than what you heard from anyone else. He said,
- 23:47Speaker 1: there are different and a number of options that Trump
- 23:51Speaker 1: can take. And also, as he mentioned, and this is
- 23:56Speaker 1: part of what you need to be paying attention to
- 23:57Speaker 1: do closely, also is may do things that the US
- 24:02Speaker 1: wouldn't do.
- 24:03Speaker 10: Take a listen serious here general, the question is what
- 24:07Speaker 10: does that look like when the president puts out that
- 24:11Speaker 10: we're going to we're locked and loaded. If you're killing
- 24:13Speaker 10: these protesters. As you mentioned, there are arguably some reports
- 24:18Speaker 10: at sixty plus already killed and twenty three hundred captured
- 24:22Speaker 10: and detained. There's all kinds of reports of an increased
- 24:25Speaker 10: crackdown that's coming on protesters. And then you have Israel's
- 24:29Speaker 10: concerns about the build up of ballistic missiles starting up
- 24:33Speaker 10: again that could lead to more strikes either by the
- 24:36Speaker 10: US or by Israel.
- 24:39Speaker 2: Well, the strikes. That guess, ballistic missiles are inevitable. It's
- 24:42Speaker 2: just a matter of when. And that's the reality. No
- 24:46Speaker 2: physical restart of the program for nuclear weapons, although they
- 24:50Speaker 2: certainly intend to do that. But the matter right hand
- 24:53Speaker 2: dealing with the protests. Look at the United States and
- 24:56Speaker 2: our Central Intelligence Agency and other agencies are gathering and
- 25:00Speaker 2: intelligence here. They're monitoring this close. Remember, Israel killed not
- 25:04Speaker 2: some of the Iranian senior military leaders. They killed all
- 25:08Speaker 2: of the Iranians senior military leaders. They chose not to
- 25:11Speaker 2: kill any of the civilian leaders. Did they know where
- 25:14Speaker 2: they were? Could they have killed them? You bet you.
- 25:17Speaker 2: We're sharing intelligence. It is likely if we do something here.
- 25:21Speaker 2: And as the Iranians continue to blow off President Trump,
- 25:24Speaker 2: I think that likelihood becomes considerably more possible and potential.
- 25:30Speaker 2: And that is the leaders themselves in the movement. There's
- 25:33Speaker 2: headquarters out there that are responsible for this as well.
- 25:36Speaker 2: There's military capability out there that certainly supports all of this.
- 25:40Speaker 2: There are a number of options that the President and
- 25:44Speaker 2: his team and the Israelis have in dinner with this reality.
- 25:49Speaker 1: You notice there he's talking about Israel. Israel may do
- 25:54Speaker 1: what America doesn't do and it may be planned that
- 25:57Speaker 1: way by design. Forget Share this podcast wherever you can
