- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome. It is verdict to his Senator Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:04Speaker 1: Ferguson with you and Senator. Our show on Wednesday made
- 0:08Speaker 1: a lot of news and it took people behind the
- 0:11Speaker 1: scenes into the accusations against the Bidens and the Biden
- 0:16Speaker 1: crime family and the five million dollars that may have
- 0:19Speaker 1: come in from Barisma and this executive. If people missed
- 0:22Speaker 1: that podcast, which went viral, go back and listen to it.
- 0:26Speaker 1: It's a very deep dive and explains to you what
- 0:29Speaker 1: we do know and what we don't know from the
- 0:33Speaker 1: FBI and these reports. Now there's another question that we're
- 0:37Speaker 1: going to do a deep dive on today, and that
- 0:40Speaker 1: is one question that Joe Biden actually asks, where's the money? Senator,
- 0:46Speaker 1: We're starting to get a little bit of an indication
- 0:48Speaker 1: of where that money may be.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. So Wednesday's podcast laid out the
- 0:55Speaker 2: evidence that has rolled out in the last ten days
- 0:59Speaker 2: that we have a whistleblower who says that a confidential
- 1:03Speaker 2: informant came to the FBI told the FBI that Joe
- 1:06Speaker 2: Biden personally received a five million dollar bribe from a
- 1:10Speaker 2: senior official at Barisma, the Ukrainian Natural gas company, that
- 1:14Speaker 2: he was paid that bribe in exchange for official action
- 1:18Speaker 2: while he was Vice president of the United States that
- 1:20Speaker 2: benefited Barisma, And then we subsequently learned from Senator Chuck
- 1:25Speaker 2: Grassley that there are apparently seventeen recorded conversations phone conversations
- 1:31Speaker 2: between the senior official at Barisma and fifteen times Hunter Biden,
- 1:36Speaker 2: and twice Joe Biden himself. We also discussed on Wednesday's
- 1:42Speaker 2: podcast how the FBI is utterly stonewalling, refusing to hand
- 1:45Speaker 2: over the federal report they prepared on these allegations of bribery,
- 1:50Speaker 2: on the evidence of bribery, refusing to confirm or deny
- 1:54Speaker 2: the existence of these seventeen voice recordings. Instead, they're completely
- 1:58Speaker 2: stonewalling and covering up for the president. All of that
- 2:02Speaker 2: is deeply disturbing. Now, the corporate media has ignored this
- 2:06Speaker 2: story altogether. The major networks have devoted literally zero minutes
- 2:12Speaker 2: and zero seconds to covering it. They're breathlessly talking about
- 2:15Speaker 2: the Trump indictment, but the allegations against Joe Biden simply
- 2:19Speaker 2: do not exist in the corporate media's world. At the
- 2:22Speaker 2: White House, one intrepid reporter did ask Joe Biden about
- 2:26Speaker 2: it and listen to his answer. Here was his answer
- 2:30Speaker 2: when asked about the allegations that he had taken a
- 2:33Speaker 2: five million dollar bribe personally from a foreign national. Wait wait, wait, wait,
- 2:43Speaker 2: wait wait wait the bribery allegation. Farmers woman Nancy May says,
- 2:46Speaker 2: there's dandy evidence that beivile, that he sold out. The
- 2:49Speaker 2: puntry gibber response to the congressional Republicans, where's the money?
- 2:57Speaker 1: A bunch in my margin center. That may have been
- 2:59Speaker 1: one of the biggest missteps by this president, kind of
- 3:02Speaker 1: winging it there saying where's the money, because now we're
- 3:06Speaker 1: starting to hear a little bit more about where that
- 3:08Speaker 1: money is or where it may not have been reported
- 3:11Speaker 1: on tax returns that have been released.
- 3:14Speaker 2: Well, and this is really an invitation, it's an invitation
- 3:17Speaker 2: to any reporter that actually wants to be a journalist. Look,
- 3:20Speaker 2: Joe Biden's response is the same as al caponees. It's
- 3:23Speaker 2: the same as a bank robbers, where's the money? And
- 3:27Speaker 2: in this instance, we ought to investigate. And I'll tell
- 3:30Speaker 2: you so. Biden has released his personal tax returns and
- 3:33Speaker 2: he's called it, his team called it a quote historic
- 3:37Speaker 2: level of transparency. But interestingly enough, they only released his
- 3:42Speaker 2: personal tax returns. Now, why does that matter? Well, it
- 3:45Speaker 2: turns out that shortly after he left the office of
- 3:49Speaker 2: Vice President, both he and his wife Jill set up
- 3:54Speaker 2: s corporations. The one that he set up is called
- 4:00Speaker 2: Celtic Capri Corp. That's his, and the one that his wife,
- 4:05Speaker 2: Jill Biden set up was Giacopa Corp. That's hers. Now,
- 4:11Speaker 2: in the time after he left the White House, the
- 4:13Speaker 2: bidens made, or they reported they made a little over
- 4:18Speaker 2: seventeen million dollars. Now, of that seventeen million dollars, how
- 4:23Speaker 2: much of that do you think was contained in Celtic
- 4:26Speaker 2: Capri Corp. And Giacopa Corp.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I'm going to go out in a limb here only
- 4:31Speaker 1: because I've seen it, But before I saw it, I
- 4:33Speaker 1: would actually say the same thing, A lot of it
- 4:35Speaker 1: because it's super shady.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Well, it is a lot of it. Out of the
- 4:40Speaker 2: seventeen million they earned, thirteen million of it is in
- 4:43Speaker 2: those two s corpse And do you know what they've
- 4:45Speaker 2: released on the source of that thirteen million?
- 4:48Speaker 1: What's that?
- 4:49Speaker 2: Not a damn thing. They haven't acknowledged where one penny
- 4:53Speaker 2: of it came. They haven't told us anything. So they've
- 4:55Speaker 2: got thirteen million dollars they made from some mysterious source. Now,
- 4:59Speaker 2: now help me on this. Thirteen million is bigger than
- 5:02Speaker 2: five million? Yes, absolutely, Well, Joe Biden just said where's
- 5:08Speaker 2: the money? Where's the five million? And in fact, if
- 5:10Speaker 2: you break down the thirteen million, the biggest year was
- 5:15Speaker 2: twenty seventeen, So the year that he left the White House?
- 5:19Speaker 2: Do you know how much Celtic Capri Corp. And Giacopa Corp?
- 5:23Speaker 2: Made in twenty seventeen?
- 5:26Speaker 1: A lot of money? How much?
- 5:29Speaker 2: Ten million, forty eight thousand and seven hundred and thirty
- 5:34Speaker 2: nine dollars. That's what they've reported, So we know the
- 5:37Speaker 2: total and we have utterly no idea where that ten
- 5:42Speaker 2: million dollars came from. So in one year right after
- 5:45Speaker 2: he left the White House. Now let's look at the
- 5:46Speaker 2: timing here. The whistleblower says, when he was vice president,
- 5:51Speaker 2: a senior executive at Barisma offered him five million dollars
- 5:55Speaker 2: cash personally in order to make a corrupt dear and
- 6:00Speaker 2: make official decisions for Barisma. The year he leaves the
- 6:04Speaker 2: vice presidency twenty seventeen, he reported over ten million dollars
- 6:09Speaker 2: of income in two corporations that he and his wife
- 6:15Speaker 2: set up, and we know nothing, zero, whatsoever about the
- 6:19Speaker 2: source of that income. You know what the media ought
- 6:22Speaker 2: to call on, you know what the House of Representatives
- 6:25Speaker 2: want to force him to do. You know what anyone
- 6:26Speaker 2: who gives a damn about integrity on government should say,
- 6:30Speaker 2: we need the tax returns of Celtic Capri Corp. And Giacopacorp.
- 6:35Speaker 2: Because you know what, if half of that ten million
- 6:40Speaker 2: is the five million dollar payment for Barisma for the bribe,
- 6:45Speaker 2: well then Joe Biden better start sizing up for an
- 6:49Speaker 2: orange jumpsuit, because, as he rightly said, where's the money.
- 6:53Speaker 2: If that's where the money is, then he's guilty of
- 6:57Speaker 2: a serious felony.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And this is as you just described with there there's
- 7:03Speaker 1: a serious chance that this happened. He is in trouble
- 7:06Speaker 1: with a actual felony. Now, the question is, Senator, that
- 7:10Speaker 1: so many people were asking, is can the FBI and
- 7:13Speaker 1: those that have some of this information stonewall are Is
- 7:17Speaker 1: there a good chance, knowing everything that we know right now,
- 7:21Speaker 1: is there a very very good chance that the Republicans
- 7:24Speaker 1: are going to be able to get some of these
- 7:25Speaker 1: answers in the House that they can't avoid anymore. Too
- 7:29Speaker 1: much has come out. There's too many dots that have
- 7:32Speaker 1: been connected. And now the question is can the Biden
- 7:36Speaker 1: administration of the deep state stop this.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Well, they're going to try. If we had an Attorney
- 7:41Speaker 2: general with a shred of integrity, he wouldn't be stonewalling,
- 7:44Speaker 2: he wouldn't be covering this up. He would have appointed
- 7:46Speaker 2: a special counsel already to investigate this. He would be
- 7:50Speaker 2: demanding that the FD ten twenty three be made public.
- 7:53Speaker 2: He would be demanding that the seventeen voice recordings be
- 7:56Speaker 2: made public. He would be fighting for getting acts to
- 8:00Speaker 2: the tax returns for these two corporations that funneled over
- 8:05Speaker 2: ten million dollars to Joe Biden and Joe Biden the
- 8:08Speaker 2: year they left the White House. And by the way,
- 8:11Speaker 2: you want to know the most important question right now,
- 8:14Speaker 2: it's what Joe Biden said, Where is the money? Where
- 8:18Speaker 2: did the ten million dollars come from? That's the question
- 8:23Speaker 2: is their reporter, Jake Tapper, are you just a shill?
- 8:27Speaker 2: Are you a cheerleader for the Biden White House? Or
- 8:30Speaker 2: are you willing to go on CNN and ask the
- 8:32Speaker 2: following question, where did the ten million dollars come from?
- 8:36Speaker 2: Did it come from a Berisma executive? That's what an
- 8:40Speaker 2: actual journalist would do. You're the marquee host for CNN.
- 8:44Speaker 2: Do you give a damn about being a journalist or
- 8:46Speaker 2: are you just going to sit and talk to your
- 8:50Speaker 2: twelve viewers that are still watching CNN and go on
- 8:53Speaker 2: and on about how much you hate Donald Trump and
- 8:55Speaker 2: ignore reporting on the news, ABC, CBS, NBC. Does the
- 9:01Speaker 2: six o'clock news cover news anymore? Are you willing to
- 9:04Speaker 2: cover this ten million dollars? Ask one question, where did
- 9:09Speaker 2: the ten million dollars come from? And don't accept if
- 9:13Speaker 2: it's at a White House press conference Biden saying, oh,
- 9:16Speaker 2: that's just malarky. You know, corn Pop told me it
- 9:19Speaker 2: wasn't true. Don't accept that kind of idiocy. There's an
- 9:24Speaker 2: easy way to answer it. Disclose the tax returns of Celtic,
- 9:30Speaker 2: Capri Corp. And Giacopacorp, especially in twenty seventeen, where you
- 9:36Speaker 2: had this massive windfall of cash that you've never explained
- 9:41Speaker 2: and that no one in the corporate media has ever
- 9:43Speaker 2: cared enough to ask about.
- 9:46Speaker 1: You mentioned by the way, the media not doing their job.
- 9:49Speaker 1: They're having no problem Center talking about saying over and
- 9:53Speaker 1: over again, like there's some sort of cult that quote,
- 9:57Speaker 1: no one is above the law when it comes to
- 9:59Speaker 1: don Trump. Just listen to a few of the different
- 10:02Speaker 1: members of the media over the last twenty four hours
- 10:04Speaker 1: saying this over and over again. It's like they got
- 10:07Speaker 1: a phone call from the White House and the White
- 10:09Speaker 1: House said, here's your talking point on Donald Trump.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Yeah, that no person is above the law is a
- 10:14Speaker 2: bedrock principle of American justice.
- 10:16Speaker 1: No man is above the law, no matter what they're crime.
- 10:18Speaker 3: And I agree with you.
- 10:19Speaker 2: No man is above the law, and no person is
- 10:22Speaker 2: above the law. No one is above the law. No
- 10:24Speaker 2: one is above the law.
- 10:25Speaker 1: No one's above the law.
- 10:26Speaker 2: No one is above the law. No man is above
- 10:28Speaker 2: the law. Nobody is above the law.
- 10:30Speaker 3: No one is above the law.
- 10:32Speaker 2: Man is above the law. He has to be held accountable.
- 10:34Speaker 2: He's not above the law. No one's above the law.
- 10:37Speaker 2: Either that nor any other title puts you above the
- 10:40Speaker 2: rule of the law. No one is truly above the law.
- 10:43Speaker 1: I mean, Eric holder that at the end. You can
- 10:45Speaker 1: hear the laughing. He says, no one is truly above
- 10:47Speaker 1: the law. Senator, there's a lot of people saying that
- 10:50Speaker 1: no one should be above the law except all of
- 10:53Speaker 1: those same people that we just played, and we could
- 10:55Speaker 1: have played another minute and a half of this cult
- 10:57Speaker 1: saying this about Trump. None of them are asking the
- 11:00Speaker 1: questions about this money.
- 11:03Speaker 2: So all of the media and all of the Democratic
- 11:05Speaker 2: politicians are on the same team. They're reading from the
- 11:08Speaker 2: same talking points. They're saying the exact same words. When
- 11:11Speaker 2: they say no one's above the law, they mean that
- 11:14Speaker 2: as an attack on Donald Trump. But you know who
- 11:15Speaker 2: they don't mean. They don't mean Joe Biden. And let's
- 11:19Speaker 2: go back to the tax returns for a minute, because
- 11:21Speaker 2: I want to drill down even deeper. One of the
- 11:23Speaker 2: great things about Verdict is is that we don't cover
- 11:25Speaker 2: things superficially at the you know, sixty second sound bite level.
- 11:30Speaker 2: We actually drill down. So if you look at let's
- 11:34Speaker 2: take Jill Biden. So she had the money that she reported.
- 11:41Speaker 2: USA Today said that Jill grossed three million dollars. Now
- 11:46Speaker 2: where did that three million dollars come from? About seven
- 11:49Speaker 2: hundred thousand dollars from speaking fees, Okay, that's plausible, and
- 11:53Speaker 2: the remainder was royalties from her book. Do you know
- 11:56Speaker 2: how many copies of her book she sold.
- 11:59Speaker 1: I'm going to guess not that many people were running
- 12:01Speaker 1: out to get her book.
- 12:02Speaker 2: In her first week, she sold seven thousand copies. That's
- 12:06Speaker 2: a book deal that if you do the math, she
- 12:08Speaker 2: made three million dollars. Seven hundred thousand was from speaking fees.
- 12:12Speaker 2: So presumably that's two point three million dollars for that book.
- 12:15Speaker 2: I'll tell you someone who has written multiple books that
- 12:18Speaker 2: have collectively sold hundreds of thousands of copies. I've never
- 12:22Speaker 2: been paid two point three million dollars for a book.
- 12:24Speaker 2: And yet Joe Biden, she's claiming she got that. And
- 12:28Speaker 2: how about how about Joe's numbers? Okay, so let's take
- 12:31Speaker 2: Joe's numbers. He's claiming that Joe netted twelve point two
- 12:38Speaker 2: million dollars for a book deal. His book deal sold
- 12:45Speaker 2: about three hundred thousand copies. Now, the twelve million dollars,
- 12:51Speaker 2: four point two million of that is allegedly from speaking
- 12:54Speaker 2: and I can believe that he probably got pretty good
- 12:55Speaker 2: speaking fees. That's plausible. That means he's claiming eight million
- 13:00Speaker 2: dollars of income came from book royalties. Now, let's do
- 13:05Speaker 2: some math. His book had a retail price of twenty
- 13:09Speaker 2: twenty seven dollars for hardcover eighteen dollars for paperback. If
- 13:14Speaker 2: you assume a reasonable mix of sales, average price was
- 13:20Speaker 2: twenty three dollars. On three hundred thousand books sold. The
- 13:24Speaker 2: gross revenues everyone makes is just under seven million dollars.
- 13:29Speaker 2: What Joe was alleging is they paid him eight million
- 13:31Speaker 2: dollars to generate seven million dollars. The book publisher lost
- 13:34Speaker 2: a million dollars and got no money for printing the book. Typically,
- 13:39Speaker 2: an author, if you were just to receiving a royalty,
- 13:43Speaker 2: would have received about twelve percent a typical blended royalty.
- 13:46Speaker 2: You'd get about fifteen percent for hardcover, about seven and
- 13:48Speaker 2: a half percent for paperback is typical. If Joe was
- 13:53Speaker 2: receiving twelve percent of seven million, he would have yielded
- 13:57Speaker 2: about eight hundred thousand dollars. He's claiming he got eight
- 14:01Speaker 2: million dollars. That math doesn't add up. Now, maybe the
- 14:06Speaker 2: publishers are such wild eyed leftists that they just said, hey,
- 14:09Speaker 2: let's give Joe Biden eight million dollars because we really
- 14:11Speaker 2: love the guy and we just want to write a
- 14:13Speaker 2: check to him, even though we were going to lose money.
- 14:15Speaker 2: Like crazy, What do you know how many copies his
- 14:19Speaker 2: prior book promises to keep sold.
- 14:22Speaker 1: How many?
- 14:23Speaker 2: Forty nine thousand, not even fifty thousand, way below one hundred. Wow,
- 14:28Speaker 2: I got to say, having written three books, being in
- 14:30Speaker 2: the middle of my fourth book now, I simply do
- 14:32Speaker 2: not believe there's a book publisher that would give him
- 14:34Speaker 2: eight million dollars, given that his last book had sold
- 14:37Speaker 2: forty nine thousand copies. As much as their hardcore leftists,
- 14:42Speaker 2: they do actually like to make money. And so you're
- 14:46Speaker 2: looking at a tax return that has ten million dollars
- 14:51Speaker 2: in cash that came from a mystery source. And so listen,
- 14:55Speaker 2: I want to give Joe Biden the respect he deserves.
- 14:58Speaker 2: He said, we should ask where is the money? Well,
- 15:02Speaker 2: that's what I'm asking, Joe. Where's the money.
- 15:05Speaker 1: It's a question every American needs to be asking, where
- 15:07Speaker 1: is that money. It's a question he asked, and it's
- 15:09Speaker 1: a question that when he said it, I know everybody
- 15:11Speaker 1: at the White House working for him was thinking, why
- 15:14Speaker 1: did you just ask that question. I want to tell
- 15:16Speaker 1: you real quick about our friends at Patriot Mobile. And
- 15:18Speaker 1: if you are like me, and you're just sick and
- 15:20Speaker 1: tired of giving your money to woke companies, woke corporations
- 15:24Speaker 1: who are actually fighting against your values. Then you need
- 15:27Speaker 1: to switch to Patriot Mobile. Patriot Mobile is the own
- 15:31Speaker 1: Christian conservative wireless provider. They offer you dependable nationwide coverage
- 15:36Speaker 1: on all three major networks, so you get the best
- 15:39Speaker 1: possible service in your area without the woke propaganda push
- 15:42Speaker 1: by leftists working hard to destroy this country. For years,
- 15:46Speaker 1: big mobile companies have been dumping millions into leftist causes,
- 15:49Speaker 1: including planned parenthood. That is why you need to switch
- 15:53Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile. When you switch, not only are you
- 15:55Speaker 1: supporting free speech and religious freedom, the sanctity of life
- 16:00Speaker 1: in Amendment, and our military, our veterans, our first responders,
- 16:03Speaker 1: you're actually a piece of your bill every month goes
- 16:06Speaker 1: to support those causes directly. So make the switch. You
- 16:10Speaker 1: can keep your same cell phone you have in your hand,
- 16:12Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number if you want to,

- 16:36Speaker 1: I want to ask you one other question about this
- 16:39Speaker 1: money and these tax returns. We know that it's it's
- 16:43Speaker 1: you know, to put these tax returns out there, and
- 16:45Speaker 1: the question you ask, right, is where did this money
- 16:47Speaker 1: come from? If the dollars don't match up with the
- 16:52Speaker 1: suspicious activity reports and the work the House is doing,
- 16:57Speaker 1: what questions need to be asked next? And is there
- 17:01Speaker 1: any legal way to ask those questions? Because it's pretty simple, right,
- 17:04Speaker 1: one plus one equals two, two plus two equals four.
- 17:08Speaker 1: If Joe Biden's tax return says X, and then we
- 17:11Speaker 1: see these suspicious activity reports and money going to these
- 17:14Speaker 1: LLCs and these escorps and all these other different web
- 17:17Speaker 1: of lies as I would describe it, then what can
- 17:20Speaker 1: the House do to nail that down?
- 17:22Speaker 2: Yeah, well, there's only one place that has any possibility
- 17:25Speaker 2: of getting this information. DOJ and the FBI are not
- 17:28Speaker 2: going to do so because Merrick Garland's thoroughly corrupted them,
- 17:31Speaker 2: and they're more invested in protecting Joe Biden and hiding
- 17:34Speaker 2: him from any investigation into his corruption than they are
- 17:37Speaker 2: in actually investigating it. Sadly, the United States Senate's not
- 17:41Speaker 2: going to do a damn thing because Senate Democrats are
- 17:43Speaker 2: equally invested in protecting Joe Biden and hiding him and
- 17:48Speaker 2: preventing any investigation to whether the President of the United
- 17:50Speaker 2: States took a five million dollar bribe from a foreign national.
- 17:53Speaker 2: So I'm on the Senate Judiciary Committee. I'll continue to
- 17:56Speaker 2: give speeches. I'll continue to yell from the mountaintops. I'll
- 17:59Speaker 2: continue to shine a light on it. I'll continue to
- 18:01Speaker 2: go on TV, I'll continue to go on radio, I'll
- 18:03Speaker 2: continue to write. I'll continue to do this podcast and
- 18:06Speaker 2: shine a light on it. But what I don't have
- 18:08Speaker 2: is the ability to issue a single subpoena because it
- 18:10Speaker 2: takes a majority vote, and the Democrats have the majority
- 18:13Speaker 2: and no Democrat will vote for it, which means the
- 18:15Speaker 2: only only place that can have any forceful, compulsory process
- 18:21Speaker 2: is the House of Representatives. James Comer and Jim Jordan.
- 18:25Speaker 2: They have been doing a yeoman's job so far investigating.
- 18:28Speaker 2: They need to continue to do so. They need to
- 18:30Speaker 2: redouble their efforts, and they need to focus on the
- 18:33Speaker 2: famous question from Watergate, follow the money, or, as Joe
- 18:37Speaker 2: Biden put it, where's the money. Now, let me point out,
- 18:40Speaker 2: in addition to these two corporations through which Joe and
- 18:43Speaker 2: Jill funneled most of their income at least according to
- 18:46Speaker 2: their tax returns, and that they've hidden the tax returns
- 18:49Speaker 2: for these corporations, we now know from the House Oversight
- 18:53Speaker 2: Committee investigation that the Biden family created more than twenty companies.
- 19:01Speaker 2: That's from bank records. More than twenty sixteen of the
- 19:05Speaker 2: companies were limited liability companies formed while Biden was still
- 19:10Speaker 2: Vice president. I want you to think, do you know
- 19:13Speaker 2: anyone who's formed sixteen shell companies while they're in public office?
- 19:19Speaker 2: What does that suggest? The Biden family, their business associates,
- 19:23Speaker 2: and their companies collectively, they received more than ten million
- 19:27Speaker 2: dollars from foreign sources. Those payments occurred while Biden was
- 19:32Speaker 2: in office and when he left, and we know, according
- 19:38Speaker 2: to the House's work that at least nine Biden family
- 19:42Speaker 2: members received payments. Those Biden family members include Hunter Biden,
- 19:47Speaker 2: James Biden, Joe Biden's brother, James Biden's wife, Sarah Jones Biden,
- 19:54Speaker 2: the late Bo Biden's wife, Halle Biden, Hunter, Biden's ex wife,
- 20:00Speaker 2: Athleen Buell Hunter Biden's current wife, Melissa Cohen and quote
- 20:06Speaker 2: three children of the president's son and the president's brother.
- 20:10Speaker 2: That's at a minimum. And we know that an enormous
- 20:13Speaker 2: amount of the money came from Chinese nationals and companies
- 20:17Speaker 2: with ties to the Chinese Communist Party. James Comer said
- 20:20Speaker 2: that of the countries the Biden family was influence, pedaling
- 20:23Speaker 2: in China is quote the most reputable. And actually listen
- 20:27Speaker 2: to James Comer this week explaining about this network of
- 20:32Speaker 2: shell companies the Biden's created.
- 20:34Speaker 3: We can trace bribery, it sure does. But look what
- 20:37Speaker 3: we've already found, right, the Biden family has at least
- 20:40Speaker 3: twenty shell companies that were created for the sole purpose
- 20:43Speaker 3: to launder money to at least nine Biden family members.
- 20:47Speaker 3: When you create a bunch of shell companies for the
- 20:49Speaker 3: sole purpose of laundering money, that's called racketeering and the
- 20:54Speaker 3: money laundering. Those aren't my words, those are the words
- 20:56Speaker 3: of at least six big publicly traded bang that file
- 21:00Speaker 3: bank violations to get the Biden family. They said, it
- 21:03Speaker 3: sure appears that they're money laundering. So these are some
- 21:06Speaker 3: serious crimes that we've already uncovered.
- 21:09Speaker 2: But there's still.
- 21:10Speaker 3: Many more banks to go, and many more shell companies
- 21:13Speaker 3: that I think that we'll discover along the way.
- 21:16Speaker 1: When you're having those accusations and using the words that
- 21:19Speaker 1: he's talking about money laundering and racketeering, he's not saying
- 21:23Speaker 1: this on hypotheticals. He's saying this based on the evidence
- 21:26Speaker 1: that he has seen.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Well, and let me ask you give me an innocent
- 21:32Speaker 2: explanation for a senior public official creating twenty shell companies.
- 21:41Speaker 2: On the face of it, it screams that they're trying
- 21:45Speaker 2: to conceal what's happening with those shell companies. You know
- 21:49Speaker 2: who does that? Drug dealers do that, the mafia does that.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Criminals do that. Now, maybe if you're like a billionaire tycoon,
- 21:59Speaker 2: you might do that. If you're like developing, you know,
- 22:02Speaker 2: projects all over the country, maybe you'd do that. But
- 22:05Speaker 2: Joe Biden isn't doing any of that. He was vice
- 22:06Speaker 2: president of the United States. He doesn't know anything about business.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Why on earth does he need twenty shell companies if
- 22:16Speaker 2: it's not to hide and shield the income. And Joe
- 22:21Speaker 2: Biden has invited us to ask where is the money? Well,
- 22:25Speaker 2: now is the chance to see are there any journalist
- 22:28Speaker 2: left in America who will accept that invitation.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Noah, great point in this story is not gonna go away.
- 22:33Speaker 1: We're gonna keep covering on a verdict and let you
- 22:36Speaker 1: know what all this means. As this continues to break,
- 22:40Speaker 1: it does start to feel like this is getting more
- 22:43Speaker 1: like a watergate. It's dripping and dripping and dripping now,
- 22:46Speaker 1: and whistleblowers are coming forward and that may be moving
- 22:50Speaker 1: us in the right direction to expose what the Biden
- 22:52Speaker 1: family has done. We will have it all for you here.
- 22:54Speaker 1: I want to move to something else as well, Senator,
- 22:57Speaker 1: You really.
- 23:00Speaker 2: Another insurn Stein like like you know one pulletzers, and
- 23:04Speaker 2: we're acclaimed for their reporting on it. The problem is
- 23:07Speaker 2: that the Washington Posted no reporters left, The New York Times,
- 23:09Speaker 2: there are no reporters left. So Ben, I look forward
- 23:13Speaker 2: to your and my Pulletzer party because apparently we're one
- 23:16Speaker 2: of the few people willing to report on this evidence
- 23:18Speaker 2: that is dripping out day after day after day because
- 23:22Speaker 2: the legacy corporate media has abandoned any pretensive journalism.
- 23:27Speaker 1: All right, I want to get to this other one,
- 23:29Speaker 1: and that is a major issue. You went toe to
- 23:32Speaker 1: toe with a Biden administration over their political decision to
- 23:36Speaker 1: let over a hundred thousand unaccompanied minors into the United
- 23:43Speaker 1: States of America deliberately on purpose. I'm going to play
- 23:47Speaker 1: that audio. But before we get to that, I want
- 23:48Speaker 1: to tell you about Chuck. If you're a guy and
- 23:50Speaker 1: you feel like you've lost a little bit of your edge,
- 23:55Speaker 1: maybe you feel like there's a little bit of complacency now,

- 24:57Speaker 1: Choq dot Com center this This was a moment that
- 25:01Speaker 1: I hope everybody will share with their family and their friends.
- 25:05Speaker 1: It is a humanitarian crisis that angers me. It obviously
- 25:10Speaker 1: has frustrated you a political decision to let one hundred
- 25:14Speaker 1: thousand unaccompanied miners into America. Here is some back and
- 25:18Speaker 1: forth with you at the Senate.
- 25:20Speaker 2: Listen here today because the Biden administration has utterly failed.
- 25:24Speaker 2: It has failed to secure the border, and it has
- 25:27Speaker 2: encouraged parents to send their minor alien children on a
- 25:31Speaker 2: dangerous trip to the United States unaccompanied, and it's failed
- 25:35Speaker 2: to protect these children after they were let into the
- 25:39Speaker 2: United States. The Democrats running this committee have also failed.
- 25:45Speaker 2: As we're holding a hearing to discuss the issues facing
- 25:48Speaker 2: HHS's placement of unaccompanied minors, but we don't even have
- 25:53Speaker 2: a single official from HHS here to answer our questions.
- 25:57Speaker 2: Javier Bessera should be sitting right in the middle of
- 25:59Speaker 2: this pen under oath, being forced to answer difficult questions
- 26:05Speaker 2: about its absolute dereliction of duty when it comes to
- 26:09Speaker 2: caring for these kids. But the Democrat leadership of this
- 26:12Speaker 2: committee doesn't want Secretary but Sarah to face those hard
- 26:15Speaker 2: questions because it would reveal his utter negligence and the
- 26:23Speaker 2: children who are being harmed as a result. And so
- 26:26Speaker 2: the absence of HHS is not an accident. It's not
- 26:30Speaker 2: an omission they just forgot. It's a deliberate decision. Let's
- 26:34Speaker 2: protect the Biden administration from accountability and concommitment with that
- 26:39Speaker 2: decision is a decision to say the children being harmed
- 26:45Speaker 2: are not important enough to the Democrat senators on this
- 26:47Speaker 2: committee to overcome their partisan desire to play politics and
- 26:53Speaker 2: protect the Biden administration from the consequences of their own failure.
- 26:57Speaker 1: Now, Sinner, I'm going to stop there, because I want
- 26:59Speaker 1: to get your reaction to this and to paint a
- 27:01Speaker 1: bigger picture of just how horrific this humanitarian crisis is.
- 27:06Speaker 1: The fact that they are encouraging on a company, minors
- 27:09Speaker 1: who are being abused, who are being sexually assaulted, sexually abused.
- 27:13Speaker 1: They're basically being sold into slavery in the US, having
- 27:16Speaker 1: to pay off the debts for the smugglers coming across.
- 27:18Speaker 1: And this administration has in essence encouraged this behavior, which
- 27:22Speaker 1: is making billions of dollars for the cartels at the
- 27:25Speaker 1: same time.
- 27:27Speaker 2: Well, that's exactly right. As a result of Joe Biden's
- 27:29Speaker 2: political decision, the cartels have made billions. In twenty eighteen,
- 27:34Speaker 2: the Mexican drug cartels made roughly five hundred million dollars
- 27:37Speaker 2: in revenue from human trafficking. This is according to the
- 27:40Speaker 2: New York Times. Last year, those same drug cartels made
- 27:44Speaker 2: thirteen billion dollars from human trafficking. That's a twenty six
- 27:49Speaker 2: hundred percent increase. Joe Biden has turned these vicious murderers
- 27:54Speaker 2: into global billionaire corporations that routinely savage people and the
- 28:02Speaker 2: children that they abuse, that they sexually assault. It is horrific,
- 28:06Speaker 2: and they treat little boys and little girls as commodities
- 28:09Speaker 2: as cargo. And it is modern day slavery that is
- 28:15Speaker 2: playing out as a result of Joe Biden's political decisions.
- 28:21Speaker 1: When you look at the political decision, you talk a
- 28:23Speaker 1: little bit more about this and why this administration isn't
- 28:25Speaker 1: stopping it at this hearing in the back and forth,
- 28:27Speaker 1: let's take a listen.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Take a look at this image. This image was captured
- 28:33Speaker 2: from a video shot nel Passo on March twenty fourth,
- 28:36Speaker 2: twenty twenty three, where a smuggler abandons a one year
- 28:43Speaker 2: old child, a Guatemalan boy on the riverbank. This one
- 28:49Speaker 2: year old child now entered the Unaccompanied Minor alien child
- 28:55Speaker 2: system currently administered by the Biden Health and Human Services.
- 28:59Speaker 2: According to Apartment of Health and Human Services, approximately one
- 29:02Speaker 2: hundred and twenty seven thousand unaccompanied miners entered the United
- 29:06Speaker 2: States during fiscal year twenty twenty two, so one year,
- 29:12Speaker 2: one hundred and twenty seven thousand kids all alone. Twenty
- 29:18Speaker 2: twenty one, again, according to HHS, one hundred and seven thousand,
- 29:21Speaker 2: six hundred and eighty six unaccompanied miners entered the United States.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Compare that to the last year of the Trump presidency,
- 29:31Speaker 2: where that number was approximately thirty thousand, a seven year low. Now,
- 29:38Speaker 2: let me be clear, even one child in the custody
- 29:40Speaker 2: of human traffickers is horrific and wrong, But one hundred
- 29:46Speaker 2: and twenty seven thousand this administration no wonder Secretary of
- 29:51Speaker 2: VESARA is too scared to sit there. He should be
- 29:54Speaker 2: embarrassed of that record. Health and Human Services received seven
- 29:59Speaker 2: point eight billion dollars last year just for unaccompanied minor children. Troublingly,
- 30:06Speaker 2: On February twenty fourth, twenty twenty two, HHS admitted in
- 30:10Speaker 2: a letter to Representative Andy Biggs that it could not
- 30:13Speaker 2: contact approximately twenty thousand minor children it placed in twenty
- 30:19Speaker 2: twenty one and one year twenty thousand. It just lost them.
- 30:23Speaker 2: So wonder Secretary of BESARA is not sitting at that table.
- 30:27Speaker 2: On March twenty second, twenty twenty three, Senator James Langford
- 30:30Speaker 2: press Secretary OFSARA on a portion of the New York
- 30:34Speaker 2: Times expose indicating that HHS had failed to account for
- 30:39Speaker 2: eighty five thousand previously placed alien children, but Sarah disputed
- 30:47Speaker 2: the question, saying it was unrealistic, but he failed to
- 30:52Speaker 2: offer any concrete evidence or data or statistics. On April
- 30:57Speaker 2: twenty fifth of this year, I joined Senator Marco Ruby
- 31:00Speaker 2: and my colleagues in a letter addressing HHS failures on
- 31:03Speaker 2: this score, which actively highlighted the fact that the Biden
- 31:07Speaker 2: administration loosened vetting fired HHS staffers who filed complaints and
- 31:13Speaker 2: ignored HHS's contracted organizations who voiced concerns. After The New
- 31:20Speaker 2: York Times published a second expose, the administration announced the
- 31:26Speaker 2: Department of Labor was taking action. What action? Action? Addressing
- 31:30Speaker 2: child labor? Well, child labor is abhorrent, But how about
- 31:34Speaker 2: the hundreds of thousands of children who are being smuggled
- 31:37Speaker 2: in by human traffickers, who are being abused, who are
- 31:39Speaker 2: being sexually abused, who are being physically abused, and whom
- 31:43Speaker 2: the Biden administration has lost. This is a humanitarian crisis,
- 31:48Speaker 2: and it is a man made crisis produced by political
- 31:51Speaker 2: decisions from this White House. And every American, whether Democrat
- 31:56Speaker 2: or Republican, should be horrified at the state of affairs.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Horrified is the exact word that it should be used
- 32:05Speaker 1: to describe this. And yet it doesn't seem center that
- 32:08Speaker 1: they're trying to do anything to stop this, even when
- 32:11Speaker 1: you're exposing it.
- 32:12Speaker 2: This way, they're not. They held an entire hearing focused
- 32:18Speaker 2: on the issue of unaccompanied minors, and yet they're not
- 32:21Speaker 2: willing to hold in any way, shape or form, the
- 32:23Speaker 2: Biden administration responsible. How do you lose eighty five thousand kids.
- 32:30Speaker 2: I mean, that's really a stunning level of incompetence. What
- 32:34Speaker 2: it shows is this administration doesn't give a damn the
- 32:39Speaker 2: children who are being abused. They don't care about the
- 32:42Speaker 2: women who were being sexually assaulted. They don't care about
- 32:45Speaker 2: the illegal immigrants who were dying. Last year, eight hundred
- 32:48Speaker 2: and fifty three died crossing illegally into this country. They
- 32:50Speaker 2: don't care about them. The crime that is surging, the
- 32:54Speaker 2: people who are victims of murder and rape, they don't
- 32:56Speaker 2: care about them. The one hundred thousand people last year
- 32:59Speaker 2: who die of drug overdoses, seventy percent of which came
- 33:02Speaker 2: from Chinese fentanyl coming across our southern border, they don't
- 33:04Speaker 2: care about them. Why because their only only priority is
- 33:10Speaker 2: a political priority of open borders to maximize the number
- 33:14Speaker 2: of people coming illegally into this country. Because I believe
- 33:20Speaker 2: they look at those illegal immigrants and think most of
- 33:22Speaker 2: them are going to be Democrat voters, and so that
- 33:26Speaker 2: political partisan objective matters more than the lives of the
- 33:30Speaker 2: children who are being brutalized by their heartless policies.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it. And this is going to
- 33:37Speaker 1: be a big election. Your issue, certainly congressionally, Senate races,
- 33:42Speaker 1: and the presidency. And it should be and it should
- 33:44Speaker 1: be something that the Republicans should seize on to show it,
- 33:48Speaker 1: explain it, and let the American people understand just how
- 33:51Speaker 1: bad it is at the southern border and what's happening
- 33:54Speaker 1: to these children at the southern border as well. I
- 33:57Speaker 1: want to move on to something else, and it's something
- 33:59Speaker 1: you worked really hard hard on, Senator, and it deals
- 34:02Speaker 1: with the renaming of a street that is actually extremely
- 34:05Speaker 1: significant in front of the embassy to Cuba. Now, before
- 34:10Speaker 1: you tell this story, which is a great one, let
- 34:12Speaker 1: me tell you about our friends, a Gust of Precious Metals.
- 34:14Speaker 1: If you've been saving for retirement for a long time,
- 34:18Speaker 1: then you understand how important it is to protect your
- 34:21Speaker 1: money with a gold ira. Now you understand how important
- 34:24Speaker 1: it is to protect your hard earned dollars because right now,
- 34:27Speaker 1: with what's been going to the economy, you don't want
- 34:30Speaker 1: to lose money. You want to protect your assets because
- 34:34Speaker 1: there is no time to make up losses. That is
- 34:37Speaker 1: where a Gust of Precious metals and gold comes in.
- 34:40Speaker 1: They are different type of company. That's why I recommend
- 34:42Speaker 1: them to you. They will sit down with you one

- 34:55Speaker 1: earned dollars, if you're ready to make sure that you're diversified,

- 35:03Speaker 1: their free Investors Guide on Gold, giving the economic insight

- 35:13Speaker 1: Call them all that is free, age seven seven the
- 35:16Speaker 1: number four gold Ira. Age seven seven the number four
- 35:21Speaker 1: gold Ira. Or visit Augusta Precious Metals dot com. That's
- 35:26Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Say I sent you and
- 35:29Speaker 1: they'll pay your fees for up to ten years. That's
- 35:32Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Or eight seven seven the
- 35:36Speaker 1: number four gold Ira. Senator, this is something you've been
- 35:40Speaker 1: working on for quite some time. You had to rally
- 35:43Speaker 1: the troops, you had to reach across the aisle, and
- 35:45Speaker 1: it's finally gonna happen. Renaming a street in front of
- 35:49Speaker 1: the Cuban Industry Embassy. Explain the insignificance of this and
- 35:54Speaker 1: how we got to this victory.
- 35:56Speaker 2: Well, it's a big victory that we had this week.
- 35:59Speaker 2: I introduced legislation to rename the street in front of
- 36:02Speaker 2: the Cuban Embassy in Washington, DC, and to rename it
- 36:05Speaker 2: after Oswaldo Paya. Now, who is Oswaldo Paya. He was
- 36:10Speaker 2: a Cuban dissident. He was someone who heroically spoke up
- 36:15Speaker 2: for freedom. He energized the people of Cuba. He led
- 36:20Speaker 2: something called the Valera Project, which got twenty two thousand
- 36:23Speaker 2: people to sign a petition calling for free elections, for
- 36:27Speaker 2: free speech, for economic freedom in Cuba. The communist regime
- 36:34Speaker 2: hated him because he was fearless. He was imprisoned repeatedly,
- 36:39Speaker 2: he was abused repeatedly, and then eleven years ago, he
- 36:44Speaker 2: was murdered by the Cuban regime. On July twenty second,
- 36:47Speaker 2: twenty twelve, his car was run off the road by
- 36:53Speaker 2: henchmen working for the Cuban communists. And in fact, just
- 36:57Speaker 2: this week, the Inner American Commission on Human Rights formally
- 37:01Speaker 2: determined that the Cuban communist regime was directly responsible for
- 37:06Speaker 2: his murder. Now, I've introduced this legislation. It was bipartisan legislation,
- 37:12Speaker 2: so I did it with Dick Durbin, the very partisan
- 37:14Speaker 2: Democrat from Illinois who chairs the Judiciary Committee. But Dick
- 37:18Speaker 2: and I together teamed up. We also had as part
- 37:21Speaker 2: of this legislative team. We had Marco Rubio and Bob Menendez,
- 37:27Speaker 2: a Republican and a Democrat. And we also had Rick
- 37:30Speaker 2: Scott and Ben Cardon again a Republican and a Democrat.
- 37:35Speaker 2: And this week the Senate unanimously passed our legislation to
- 37:40Speaker 2: rename the street in front of the embassy Oswaldo Paya Way.
- 37:46Speaker 2: Now the next step is to go to the House
- 37:48Speaker 2: of Representatives. Last Congress, I passed the same legislation through
- 37:52Speaker 2: the Senate and unfortunately the Democratic House didn't take it up.
- 37:57Speaker 2: That was frustrating. I have a level of confidence this Congress,
- 38:02Speaker 2: the House will take this up and pass it. That
- 38:04Speaker 2: will put it on Joe Biden's desk, that will sign it,
- 38:08Speaker 2: and I look forward to being at the dedication of
- 38:10Speaker 2: the street sign. Now let me pause for a second.
- 38:14Speaker 2: You might think, Okay, why does a street sign matter.
- 38:19Speaker 2: That doesn't seem all that consequential. Who cares what a
- 38:22Speaker 2: street sign is? Well, every communist thug that goes to
- 38:29Speaker 2: the Cuban embassy will have to look and see the
- 38:34Speaker 2: street sign in front of the embassy that says Oswaldo Paya. Way,
- 38:40Speaker 2: every person who wants to write to the embassy will
- 38:44Speaker 2: have to write Oswaldo Paya's name. Every person who wants
- 38:50Speaker 2: to go visit the embassy has to get on their
- 38:54Speaker 2: phone and google what's the address, and they will see
- 38:58Speaker 2: Oswaldo Ya's name. There is something powerful about this, and
- 39:04Speaker 2: this is actually it's a strategy that I adopted from
- 39:06Speaker 2: Ronald Reagan. When Ronald Reagan was president. In standing up
- 39:12Speaker 2: to the Soviet Union, one of the things he did
- 39:15Speaker 2: is he renamed the street in front of the Soviet
- 39:18Speaker 2: embassy Sakharov Plaza, after the fame Soviet dissident. For the
- 39:22Speaker 2: same reasons, tyrannical regimes are terrified of dissonance and they
- 39:28Speaker 2: try to erase them. They try to pretend they don't exist.
- 39:33Speaker 2: And there is enormous power in saying their name, shining
- 39:39Speaker 2: a light. As you know, Ben, my family was imprisoned
- 39:42Speaker 2: and tortured in Cuba. Oswaldo Paya's daughter, Rosa Maria, I've
- 39:48Speaker 2: spent time with her. She is beautiful, she is passionate,
- 39:51Speaker 2: she is a fighter for freedom. Like her father, and
