• 0:27
Speaker 1: st I don't join. You gotta use that turn, hur
• 1:24
Speaker 1: you gotta turn to turn them out. You got to
• 1:44
Speaker 1: turn them out to turn turn the water to the water.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: Go come, come on your bab uh huh, I sure will.
• 2:03
Speaker 1: Good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come on now,
• 2:08
Speaker 1: dig me want and only Steve Harvey, God, what radio
• 2:14
Speaker 1: show man? What you're doing with it? Trying to do
• 2:18
Speaker 1: the very very best I can with it? I really am.
• 2:20
Speaker 1: You know, I get tired sometimes on my journey. I'm
• 2:24
Speaker 1: not gonna kid you. Um. Trying to make something about
• 2:29
Speaker 1: yourself is a task. If you want to attempt to
• 2:35
Speaker 1: do something and and and understand going in that that
• 2:41
Speaker 1: If the thing you're trying to do is to improve yourself,
• 2:45
Speaker 1: to better your position, to better your relationship, your family, anything,
• 2:51
Speaker 1: you're trying to be a better you. You're trying to
• 2:55
Speaker 1: make more money, you're trying to get it together, you're
• 2:59
Speaker 1: trying to chat change. If any of those things are
• 3:03
Speaker 1: in your hopes and dreams, know this right here. You
• 3:09
Speaker 1: are about to face some challenges. But you might as
• 3:13
Speaker 1: well go ahead anyway and face those challenges, because if
• 3:17
Speaker 1: you don't, you have a whole other set of challenges
• 3:21
  Speaker 1: to face. You know. It's a it's a It's an
• 3:23
Speaker 1: amazing thing. Man, How people sit around and they watch
• 3:27
Speaker 1: other people strike out to become successful. They sit in
• 3:31
Speaker 1: the stands watching these people play out these games, and
• 3:35
Speaker 1: they and they and they criticize, They boo, they laugh
• 3:39
Speaker 1: at their efforts and everything, and they talk about the fairies.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: He missed that game when it shot. Boy, he sucked. Man,
• 3:46
Speaker 1: he did this. He ain't worth that. I hear people
• 3:50
Speaker 1: who sit and stands who criticize people who are out
• 3:55
Speaker 1: there on the playing field. Now, when you're on the
• 3:59
Speaker 1: playing field, you have a set of challenges in front
• 4:03
Speaker 1: of you. You're going to be open to criticism. You're
• 4:07
Speaker 1: going to be open to ridicule. You're going to be
• 4:10
Speaker 1: talked about when you don't know the people who are
• 4:13
Speaker 1: talking about you. Now, here's the upside to being the
• 4:21
Speaker 1: player on the field that's facing all the challenges, to criticisms,
• 4:26
Speaker 1: the laughing, the joke, to being talked about. He has
• 4:30
Speaker 1: something going for him. This person, boy, woman, child girl,
• 4:37
Speaker 1: man has an opportunity to win. They have an opportunity
• 4:44
Speaker 1: to win. And then the game of life. Just because
• 4:49
Speaker 1: you lose one of the games, or you lose one
• 4:52
Speaker 1: of the matches, it don't mean you've lost. You don't
• 4:56
Speaker 1: get put out. You keep playing. And when you're playing,
• 5:02
Speaker 1: here's the upside. You have the opportunity to win. And
• 5:05
Speaker 1: but guess what, You're gonna win some of the matches.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: You're gonna win some of the points. You're gonna make
• 5:10
Speaker 1: some of the dunks. You're gonna hit some of them
• 5:12
Speaker 1: over the wall. You're gonna hit some of them out
• 5:13
Speaker 1: the park. You're gonna score some goals. You will if
• 5:18
Speaker 1: you're playing the game. Here's the problem with the people
• 5:23
Speaker 1: who don't face criticism, who nobody boos or cheers for,
• 5:29
Speaker 1: who sits in the stands and knows neither victory nor defeat.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: Those people, without realizing it, are facing a set of
• 5:41
Speaker 1: challenges also. And the challenges they're facing is how I'm
• 5:46
Speaker 1: gonna live with myself, What I'm gonna do? Now, what
• 5:53
Speaker 1: direction am I going in? Where am I gonna live?
• 6:00
Speaker 1: Wonder what job will hire me? Wonder if I can
• 6:06
Speaker 1: get paid for criticizing. Oh woe is me. I can't
• 6:13
Speaker 1: find the purpose in my life. And man, I'm just
• 6:17
Speaker 1: waking up in a state of confusion. I don't know
• 6:19
Speaker 1: what to do. Now, let me ask you something which
• 6:24
Speaker 1: one of them said, of challenges you rather be faced with.
• 6:27
Speaker 1: Because if I'm on the flow playing, if I'm on
• 6:30
Speaker 1: the field playing, if I'm out on the court playing,
• 6:34
Speaker 1: then guess what I got a chance at winning? But
• 6:37
Speaker 1: guess what I'm doing every day while I'm playing. I'm strategizing.
• 6:41
Speaker 1: I'm waking up with a purpose. I'm waking up trying
• 6:44
Speaker 1: to come up with another angle. I'm in pursuit of
• 6:49
Speaker 1: a goal every single day, versus the people in the
• 6:55
Speaker 1: stands who know neither victory nor defeat. Get in the game.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: Face the challenges. Better yourself, better your wife, better your children,
• 7:10
Speaker 1: better your condition, better your employment status, better your job,
• 7:13
Speaker 1: better your career. Take a shot. Come on, man, what
• 7:17
Speaker 1: you're waiting on? Because the alternative is to watch other
• 7:21
Speaker 1: people play the game? You know? And I just do
• 7:24
Speaker 1: Sometimes Sometimes I just I get Forbes magazine or Money magazine,
• 7:30
Speaker 1: or sometimes I still grab a copy of rob Report.
• 7:34
Speaker 1: I just flipped through it just to see I used
• 7:37
Speaker 1: to get these this book called Unique Homes. Unique Homes
• 7:41
Speaker 1: is a magazine that just has a lot of extravagant
• 7:44
Speaker 1: houses that's on sale across the country, across the world.
• 7:47
Speaker 1: I used to just flip through. Man, let me just see, man,
• 7:51
Speaker 1: what the people that's playing the game out there doing.
• 7:54
Speaker 1: Stop watching other people become successful when you could very
• 7:58
Speaker 1: easily be you if you make the decision. But when
• 8:02
Speaker 1: you make the decision to become successful, get ready for
• 8:05
Speaker 1: a series of challenges. I think it's more difficult not
• 8:09
Speaker 1: to accept the challenge. I think it's for me. This
• 8:14
Speaker 1: is just for me. It may not be the case
• 8:15
Speaker 1: for you. For me, I think it's far more difficult
• 8:18
Speaker 1: to wake up and just see how life gonna go today,
• 8:20
Speaker 1: because man, it could just deal you any kind of
• 8:22
Speaker 1: hand today. You understand, I don't like, you know, spades.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: Let's let's talk a card game, folks, the game of spades. Really, man,
• 8:34
Speaker 1: it ain't a whole lot you can do if you
• 8:35
Speaker 1: don't get no spades. Really, it's a little couple of
• 8:39
Speaker 1: little strategies you're gonna do. But you can have all
• 8:42
Speaker 1: this age keen, queen diamond all you want, But man,
• 8:44
Speaker 1: you ain't got no spades, they're cutting them. You're in trouble.
• 8:48
Speaker 1: Be it whist. Different game. You can create what's in
• 8:52
Speaker 1: your hand. You got dealt a hand too, But you
• 8:55
Speaker 1: can create a hand. You can call a trump. You
• 8:58
Speaker 1: can make diamonds your spades. You can make hard to
• 9:01
Speaker 1: clubs your spades. That's what I'm saying. That's what it is.
• 9:04
Speaker 1: You can do something with it. It's a different game, man.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: You can strategize. I would rather have a say so
• 9:10
Speaker 1: in my life than to wake up every day and
• 9:12
Speaker 1: just see how it's going. I think it's more difficult
• 9:15
Speaker 1: to not accept the challenge to be something than it
• 9:18
Speaker 1: is to accept the challenge to be something. I think
• 9:21
Speaker 1: it's more difficult to sit around and not be nothing.
• 9:24
Speaker 1: I think it's harder to watch everybody's life going somewhere
• 9:27
Speaker 1: but mine. I think it would be very difficult for
• 9:30
Speaker 1: me to sit here and hear them talking about other
• 9:32
Speaker 1: people and never mention my name. I would be difficult
• 9:35
Speaker 1: for me to see everybody rise and getting promotions accept me.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: That would be difficult for me. It may not be
• 9:42
Speaker 1: for you, but for me it would be quite challenging.
• 9:44
Speaker 1: I would rather accept the challenge of making something out
• 9:47
Speaker 1: of my life than to sit there and criticize those
• 9:51
Speaker 1: and then watch and see how my life just may go. Okay,
• 9:55

Speaker 1: until recently. Over the past year, one of my brothers

Speaker 1: in law has been cheating and he is being sloppy
• 14:25
Speaker 1: about it. I saw him out with a woman a
• 14:27
Speaker 1: week ago, so I made a point to introduce myself
• 14:30
Speaker 1: to her as his brother in law. He tried to
• 14:34
Speaker 1: dap me up. But instead I pulled him to the
• 14:36
Speaker 1: side and let him know how foul he is. He
• 14:39
Speaker 1: told me to get the f out of his face

• 17:11
Speaker 1: I'm messing with my landlord. I live in a duplex
• 17:13
Speaker 1: that's in a nice area. I'm very close to my job.
• 17:17
Speaker 1: I often struggled to pay my rent, so my landlord
• 17:19
Speaker 1: made me an offer I couldn't refuse. But now I
• 17:22
Speaker 1: have an even bigger problem. I could be in the
• 17:24
Speaker 1: shower or asleep, and if my landlord pops up, it's
• 17:27
Speaker 1: time for sex. He's even been waiting for me a
• 17:30
Speaker 1: few times when I came in late at night. He's
• 17:33
Speaker 1: a handsome thirty six year old man, and the sex
• 17:35
Speaker 1: was passionate and exciting at first, but now I'm over it.
• 17:38
Speaker 1: My lease isn't up until January. What should I do?
• 17:42
Speaker 1: You got to go to January? Cut? No, why don't
• 17:46
Speaker 1: you cut it off? You'll be quiet? Tommy, See why
• 17:51
Speaker 1: don't you cut it off? Because she can't pay her rent?
• 17:55
Speaker 1: He ain't gonna throw you out. Have y'all thought that
• 17:59
Speaker 1: if you put it all? Why would he throw her out?
• 18:02
Speaker 1: I see where you go? Who do that? You got
• 18:05
Speaker 1: to understand me? Why would he throw her out? And
• 18:13
Speaker 1: called se? Guess what he the apartment manager or whatever
• 18:17
Speaker 1: he is or whatever he is? He got somebody Facebook? Hey,

• 19:13
Speaker 1: I hope you got that girl. Jorgey in La says,
• 19:16
Speaker 1: I work as a delivery driver. Since the pandemic, I've
• 19:20
Speaker 1: taken on weekend shifts for the extra money so my
• 19:22
Speaker 1: wife and I can buy a house. On the weekends,
• 19:25
Speaker 1: when I'm at work, my wife will go hang out
• 19:27
Speaker 1: at the beach with a male coworker of hers. I'm
• 19:30
Speaker 1: not crazy about it, but I trust her. Last week,
• 19:34
Speaker 1: I gave my female co worker a ride home and
• 19:36
Speaker 1: I told my wife about it. My wife went off
• 19:39
Speaker 1: on me and accused me of doing all kinds of
• 19:41
Speaker 1: things with my coworker. I don't get upset with her
• 19:44
Speaker 1: about her co worker, So why is she upset with me?
• 19:48
Speaker 1: Do you think it's because she's guilty of doing something?
• 19:52
Speaker 1: Or Hey, what's wrong with you? No? Come on, there's
• 19:55
Speaker 1: man to man. What's wrong with you? How you okay
• 19:58
Speaker 1: with you going to work? Is she going to the
• 20:00
Speaker 1: beach with a co worker? What? I'm out here busting
• 20:03
Speaker 1: my tail trying to buy us a house and you
• 20:06
Speaker 1: down at the beach with a co worker doing what
• 20:11
Speaker 1: doing what? During the damn COVID. Why y'all social distancing
• 20:16
Speaker 1: that none of the you giving a female co worker
• 20:22
Speaker 1: ride home and then you tell you what your telephone. See,

• 20:32
Speaker 1: don't give it a damn who you is. Now, you
• 20:36
Speaker 1: go down there and let me find out. Bring that
• 20:39
Speaker 1: whole truck down there, be on that beach with y'all.
• 20:44
Speaker 1: Run your ass in that water, run that prank back
• 20:47

• 22:05
Speaker 1: you've got some friends that have actually spent a great
• 22:07
Speaker 1: amount of money on you. And what we do is
• 22:09
Speaker 1: UM we have a Baptismal Owned Wheels servant and what

Speaker 1: need to be Washington conag. I mean, that's all good,
• 23:09
  Speaker 1: that's all, that's all. It's all good. But I mean
• 23:11
Speaker 1: things are I mean, thinks matter that it made man,
• 23:14
Speaker 1: I mean, I've been baptized, I go to church. You know, Uh,
• 23:18
Speaker 1: me and the Lord don't have no problems. I mean,
• 23:19
Speaker 1: we all have setbacks. But for you to pull up
• 23:22
Speaker 1: with your pool in front of my house to say
• 23:24
Speaker 1: you've been a baptize me that that doesn't make any
• 23:27
Speaker 1: sense to me. Doc I mean s sometimes when some
• 23:30
Speaker 1: people are not able to go to the house of
• 23:32
Speaker 1: the Lord and get baptized, you know we're making a
• 23:35
Speaker 1: lot more convenient for you, but we can actually need
• 23:38
Speaker 1: no convenience. I don't need no conveniance. What I need
• 23:42
Speaker 1: conveniance for you asking me to come to my house
• 23:46
Speaker 1: on a Tuesday to baptize me in my driveway? Does
• 23:51
Speaker 1: that make any sense that you broke of water? I mean,
• 23:53
Speaker 1: come on, if you really sit back and think about it,
• 23:55
Speaker 1: does that make any sense to you? First of all,
• 24:00
Speaker 1: so that that that's brothers spring water. But what I'm
• 24:03
Speaker 1: trying to what I'm trying to see the water is
• 24:05
Speaker 1: holy water, spring water. It doesn't make no difference to me.
• 24:09
Speaker 1: You can't come to my neighborhood and baptize me in
• 24:13
Speaker 1: front of my home. So what is all that? I
• 24:15
Speaker 1: ain't war? This is? This is what your friends are
• 24:17
Speaker 1: talking about that don't give me? That was my prayers

• 24:32
Speaker 1: I'm not at any liberty to tell you who actually
• 24:35
Speaker 1: is uh between the liberty because of my damn house.
• 24:38
Speaker 1: That baptized me, but you can't tell me who the
• 24:40
Speaker 1: hell gonna see you? But you're not the man. Come on,
• 24:44
Speaker 1: you don't even come on that that makes sense for you.
• 24:46
Speaker 1: Come on, that doesn't make any no where in the world.
• 24:48
Speaker 1: I'm gonna allow you to come and bring your food
• 24:51

Speaker 1: and see what happened. We kind of talked about this
• 30:54
Speaker 1: story yesterday, guys and other entertainment news. NBC News is
• 30:59
Speaker 1: apologizing for the mix up, and this was a big one.
• 31:04
Speaker 1: They mixed up Kevin Hart and you saying Bolt, how
• 31:09
Speaker 1: how we all look alike? Yeah, you're saying recently tested
• 31:14
Speaker 1: positive for COVID nineteen but you They used Kevin's picture
• 31:19
Speaker 1: on the post about the story. So here's part of
• 31:22
Speaker 1: NBC's correction statement. They say, the social image on this
• 31:25
Speaker 1: post mistakenly featured a photo of comedian Kevin Hart, and
• 31:29
Speaker 1: the system reverted to an image of Heart from an
• 31:32
Speaker 1: unrelated video, and it has been corrected. Well. Kevin Hart
• 31:36
Speaker 1: took it and stride as always. He posted, I must
• 31:39
Speaker 1: have gotten really fast and tall overnight. I want to
• 31:42
Speaker 1: take advantage of this moment and race anyone in the world.
• 31:48
Speaker 1: Sidna we're looking at somebody to six six five six.
• 32:01
  Speaker 1: It's just a foot off, y'all. Just a foot. Yeah,
• 32:05
  Speaker 1: Kevin A tripping what I can. And I don't think
• 32:10
Speaker 1: you saying had anything that he wasn't mad about it either. Yeah,
• 32:14
Speaker 1: I mean he's more concerned that he has COVID nineteen
• 32:17
Speaker 1: right now and taken care. I would be upset, but
• 32:20
Speaker 1: I would be upset if you've mistaken me for somebody
• 32:23
Speaker 1: shorter like you and your and your nephew, like if
• 32:29
Speaker 1: they if they were talking about you and they put
• 32:30
Speaker 1: a picture of Tommy up there, you would be upset.
• 32:33
Speaker 1: I'm sure I wasn't going there with it, but you
• 32:37
Speaker 1: said someone shorter, Thomas. I'm gonna tell you this one
• 32:44
Speaker 1: more time, man, Please don't make me say it too much,
• 32:47
Speaker 1: too many more times. Your saint sexy? Sexy? What is
• 32:54
  Speaker 1: I'm sexy? That's what That's what I miss him? I'm
• 33:00
Speaker 1: is it maybe sexy? All right, listen, it's time for
• 33:05
Speaker 1: today's headline, Steve. Please, ladies and gentlemen, miss an trip. Okay,
• 33:13
Speaker 1: good morning everybody. This is a troop of the news,
• 33:15
Speaker 1: starting out with a saggy part. Hurricane Laura made landfall
• 33:19
Speaker 1: early this morning along the Texas Louisiana coast as a
• 33:21
Speaker 1: category four storm, packing winds as high as one hundred
• 33:25
Speaker 1: and fifty five mile an hour winds also called unsurvivable winds,
• 33:29
Speaker 1: and they cause storm surges. Right now, it's high is
• 33:31
Speaker 1: maybe ten to fifteen, maybe twenty feet, according to Texas
• 33:34
Speaker 1: Governor Greg Abbott. This has been categorized repeatedly as an
• 33:39
Speaker 1: unsurvivable storm surge where it will be hitting and that
• 33:44
Speaker 1: storm surge could continue inland for about thirty miles, which
• 33:48
Speaker 1: is what it's doing. It's going northward right now. It's
• 33:50
Speaker 1: down to a category three, but that's about one hundred
• 33:52
Speaker 1: and twenty miles per hour winds. About a half a
• 33:55
Speaker 1: million Gulf residents asked to evacuate the area in advance,
• 33:58
Speaker 1: but some stayed. Some three hundred thousand residents are out
• 34:00
Speaker 1: of power this morning in the area. Laura's already responsible
• 34:03
Speaker 1: for at least two dozen deaths in Haiti and the
• 34:05
Speaker 1: Dominican Republic. Demonstrators out again last night in Kenosha, Wisconsin,
• 34:09
Speaker 1: calling for justice and the police shooting of a twenty
• 34:11
Speaker 1: nine year old father of three named Jacob Blake, unarmed
• 34:15
Speaker 1: and shot seven times in the back remains in critical condition,
• 34:18
Speaker 1: and his family says he's paralyzed from the waist down.
• 34:20
Speaker 1: Is now report this morning and said that Blake had
• 34:23
Speaker 1: a weapon in the car, supposedly a knife. However, there's
• 34:27
Speaker 1: no camera or footage of that shows him getting it,
• 34:29
Speaker 1: grabbing it, or intending to do so. Meanwhile, the white
• 34:32
Speaker 1: teenager is the only one who's really charged with killing somebody.
• 34:35
Speaker 1: A white teenager charged with fatally shooting two protesters. He's
• 34:39
Speaker 1: identified as seventeen year old Kyle Rittenhouse, described as a
• 34:42
Speaker 1: Blue Lives Matter activist. Rittenhouse charged with first degree intentional homicide.
• 34:48
Speaker 1: Last night was day three the Republican National Convention. Among
• 34:50
Speaker 1: last night's speechmakers where they now departing Presidential Advisor Kelly
• 34:54
Speaker 1: Ann Conway. She's the inventor of that term alternate facts,
• 34:56
Speaker 1: remember that, and her husband and daughter are both proud
• 34:59
Speaker 1: and Trumpers. And Vice President Mike Pence, who was really featured.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: He used the right phrases and code words to satisfy
• 35:06
Speaker 1: the GOP base. Last week, Joe Biden didn't say one
• 35:09
Speaker 1: word about the violence and chaos engulfing cities across this country.
• 35:15
Speaker 1: So let me be clear, the violence must stop. Whether
• 35:19
Speaker 1: in Minneapolis, Portland, or Kenosha. Too many heroes have died
• 35:25
Speaker 1: defending our freedom to see Americans strike each other down.
• 35:29
Speaker 1: We will have law and order on the streets of
• 35:33
Speaker 1: this country for every American. And he said, that's why
• 35:36
Speaker 1: we need formal years of Trump. By the way, Democratic
• 35:39
Speaker 1: candid Joe Biden spoke to the Jacob Blake family and
• 35:42
Speaker 1: did condemn the violence by police and some of the protesters,
• 35:45
Speaker 1: number of athletes, some sportscasters demonstrating their anger and discussed
• 35:49
Speaker 1: over another cop shooting of a black man. Didn't go
• 35:51
Speaker 1: and work. The Milwaukee Bucks refused to play last night.
• 35:54
Speaker 1: There was a lot of stuff in lebron James trying
• 35:56
Speaker 1: to get some more poll workers as well. Now back
• 35:58
Speaker 1: to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. You're listening day Morning Show. Well,
• 36:03
Speaker 1: yesterday the Milwaukee Bucks boycott at their NBA playoff game
• 36:07
Speaker 1: against the Orlando Magic, and shortly after that, the NBA
• 36:11
Speaker 1: announced they were going to postpone all of their playoff
• 36:14
Speaker 1: games and protests of the shooting of Jacob Blake. Take
• 36:17
Speaker 1: a listen to Clippers head coach Doc Rivers. Oh, he
• 36:20
Speaker 1: had some powerful comments. Take a listen what stands out
• 36:24
Speaker 1: to me is just just watching the Republican Revenge Convention
• 36:31
Speaker 1: and this viewing this fear right, Like all you hear
• 36:36
Speaker 1: Donald Trump and all of them talking about fear. We're
• 36:39
Speaker 1: the ones getting killed, We're the ones getting shot. We're
• 36:44
Speaker 1: the ones that were denied to live in certain communities.
• 36:50
Speaker 1: We've been home, we've been shot, and all you do
• 36:56
Speaker 1: is keep hearing a fear. It's it's amazing why we
• 37:03
Speaker 1: keep loving this country in this country does not love
• 37:07
Speaker 1: his back, you know, man, that's a that's a profound statement.
• 37:13
Speaker 1: I've known Doc for a while. We're not close or anything,
• 37:16
Speaker 1: but I've known him for a while and he's always
• 37:21
  Speaker 1: he's always spoke up. He's a he's truly a players coach.
• 37:27
Speaker 1: But see for Kenney Smith to walk off TNT. I
• 37:30
Speaker 1: get it, man, He's a former NBA player, he played
• 37:34
Speaker 1: even Shock and all over, but he gets it, and
• 37:36
Speaker 1: he he just wanted to do something to help with
• 37:39
Speaker 1: the protest. People don't understand how black people feel. Now.
• 37:45
Speaker 1: There are millions of non African Americans who are participating
• 37:48
Speaker 1: in this black live movement matter, black black lives matter movement,
• 37:52
Speaker 1: and it's a great thing to see for those of
• 37:55
Speaker 1: you who don't that are sitting at the Republican National
• 37:58
Speaker 1: Convention and ignoring, ignoring the Black Lives Matter movement like
• 38:05
Speaker 1: it's some Marxist theory and people who are coming up
• 38:09
Speaker 1: to destroy the fiber of America. I want to remind
• 38:13
Speaker 1: you of something. Black people built this country. This country
• 38:20
Speaker 1: called America is what it is because of four hundred
• 38:26
Speaker 1: years of free labor that allowed you to profit in
• 38:31
Speaker 1: ways that no other nation could. That's how you became
• 38:36
Speaker 1: the richest nation in the world and the most powerful,
• 38:39
Speaker 1: because you enslaved a group of people for four hundred
• 38:43
Speaker 1: years and had them at your beckoning, whim and your
• 38:46
Speaker 1: call to do whatever you needed to do while you
• 38:48
Speaker 1: stacked up money. This country is still benefiting from slavery
• 38:52
Speaker 1: because all these tobacco companies was built on the backs
• 38:55
Speaker 1: of black people. Then you turned it into share cropping.
• 39:00
Speaker 1: The slavery was over. We built this country, but we
• 39:03
Speaker 1: ain't ever really been a part of it. I got
• 39:05
Speaker 1: something else save when we come back. Okay, all right,
• 39:08
Speaker 1: he fixed his ass too, got something for him, all right,
• 39:11
Speaker 1: hang on, We'll be back with more of the Steve
• 39:13
Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show at thirty four minutes after Right after
• 39:16
Speaker 1: this you're listening to show, all right, Steve, when we
• 39:21
Speaker 1: went to break, you had something heavy on your mind
• 39:24
Speaker 1: about slavery and how black people feel in this moment.
• 39:29
Speaker 1: You've got to understand the fatigue. You've also got to
• 39:34
Speaker 1: You've also have to understand the protest because we have
• 39:41
Speaker 1: no other way to get your attention. You're not paying
• 39:43
Speaker 1: no attention to us, even in lou of the Aubrey case,
• 39:48
Speaker 1: in lieu of the George Floyd case, in you of
• 39:52
Speaker 1: Eric Ghana, in loeu of all the men Brianna Taylor,
• 39:57
Speaker 1: y'all still shooting us. Yeah, And all the Republican National
• 40:02
Speaker 1: Convention can talking about is blue lives matter. We're not
• 40:06
Speaker 1: shooting the police. There's no there's no outbreak of black
• 40:13
Speaker 1: people killing police. That is an outbreak that has been
• 40:19
Speaker 1: and broke out of black people being killed repeatedly. If
• 40:25
Speaker 1: you don't understand why we're upset about that, something wrong
• 40:28
Speaker 1: with you. Now you consider this Republican National Convention, and
• 40:33
Speaker 1: you can ignore the coronavirus. Ain't nobody talked about it,
• 40:36
Speaker 1: but Milania, you can sit up and talk and praise
• 40:39
Speaker 1: him for the way he's handled it. And how can
• 40:41
Speaker 1: you think he's handled that wonderfully, and you can ignore
• 40:46
Speaker 1: the Black Lives Matter movement and keep acting like we're
• 40:50
Speaker 1: some militant group who are out here. Let me explain
• 40:54
Speaker 1: to you what happens when people the protest turns violent.
• 40:59
Speaker 1: It's because the Republican not the Republican Party, but governmental institutions.
• 41:05
Speaker 1: There are certain institutions who know how to put plant
• 41:08
Speaker 1: people in that to help start it. So you can
• 41:11
Speaker 1: derail the movement for the intent the instigators that you
• 41:15
Speaker 1: put in there, and and it derails the movement, so
• 41:19
Speaker 1: you can change the narrative from what we are talking about,
• 41:23
Speaker 1: the injustice that black people are under the thumbs of
• 41:26
Speaker 1: your police departments across the country, and so you put
• 41:30
Speaker 1: this other thing in so we can derail it. But
• 41:32
Speaker 1: you're not going to derail it this time. Just like
• 41:35
Speaker 1: you derail what Colin Kaepernick was doing. You're not going
• 41:38
Speaker 1: to derail it this time. This time, some white folks
• 41:41
Speaker 1: saw what you've done, and they upset about it too important.
• 41:46
Speaker 1: In Seattle, in Phoenix, in Detroit, inclusion in DC, in
• 41:52
Speaker 1: New York, a lot of people are sick of it.
• 41:58
Speaker 1: And so you can have your publican national convention and
• 42:02
Speaker 1: never say one calming word to the Black Lives Matter
• 42:06
Speaker 1: movement to even say to them, hey, you know what,
• 42:09
Speaker 1: we need to work on some things so you all
• 42:12
Speaker 1: feel better about here in America because you keep wanting
• 42:16
Speaker 1: us to honor the flag, which we do. But we're
• 42:20
Speaker 1: tired of singing a song that ain't about us. Oh say,
• 42:25
Speaker 1: can you see can you see what y'all keep doing
• 42:30
Speaker 1: to me? But you acting like its rain where we
• 42:34
Speaker 1: standing under pa, and we're tired of it. We're sick
• 42:40
Speaker 1: and tired of it, man. And if you can't see
• 42:42
Speaker 1: how we're sick and tired of it, imagine if it
• 42:45
Speaker 1: were you. But why you can't imagine? You know why
• 42:47
Speaker 1: you can't imagine it issue because you can't imagine it.
• 42:52
Speaker 1: It's unthinkable that your child, Yeah, that your son might
• 42:59
Speaker 1: not come home because he had on the hoodie yea,
• 43:02
Speaker 1: that he went to the start to get some skittles
• 43:05
Speaker 1: under iced teeth. Your son don't come back right, yea.
• 43:09
Speaker 1: So I know it's hard for some people to imagine
• 43:13
Speaker 1: it because you can't imagine it happened. You can't imagine
• 43:16
Speaker 1: the police having the knee on your neck for eight
• 43:19
Speaker 1: minutes and forty six seconds. You're an American. You can't
• 43:24
Speaker 1: do this to me. Yeah, I just said I can't breathe.
• 43:30
Speaker 1: But Eric Gardeners said the same damn thing, I can't breathe.
• 43:37
Speaker 1: He said it over and over. Now you have shot
• 43:42
Speaker 1: all of us this year, Brianna Taylor, Aubrey, George Floyd,
• 43:47
Speaker 1: and now the man Blake. You keep killing us. I'm
• 43:52
Speaker 1: just talking about all of you. Kill all of us,
• 43:55
Speaker 1: and you have a Republican convention. You don't mention it
• 44:00
Speaker 1: because your president is so worried about Blue Lives Matter.
• 44:03
Speaker 1: We're not killing the police. To police is killing them coming.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: I've been pissed off. More of the Steve Harvey Morning
• 44:11
Speaker 1: Show right after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show

• 44:22
Speaker 1: my wife keeps leaving me and coming back. But right
• 44:26
Speaker 1: now we'll talk about that. But right now we're talking
• 44:28
Speaker 1: about this. The nephew is here with today's praying phone call.
• 44:32
Speaker 1: What you got for us? Ne? Can you do my makeup? Oh?

• 44:59
  Speaker 1: is it? Man, I'm I don't know if I'm saying
• 45:00
Speaker 1: r as a makeup artist, makeup style, that's what you
• 45:02
Speaker 1: what do you call it? It's makeup artist. I'm a
• 45:04
Speaker 1: professional makeup artists okay, and you work at them, you
• 45:08
Speaker 1: work at the makeup counter and correct. Okay, listen, I
• 45:11
Speaker 1: gotta I got a photo shoot coming up and I
• 45:14
Speaker 1: wanted to see about um sometime this week maybe the

Speaker 1: following week. You could actually come and and I hired
• 45:21
Speaker 1: you to actually make me up with my photo shoot.
• 45:23
Speaker 1: Is do you do a lot of photo shoots at all?
• 45:26
Speaker 1: Or you? Yes, I should do. I've been in the
• 45:28
Speaker 1: business for ten years, so I've been around. There were photoshoots. Okay,
• 45:32
Speaker 1: good though, So what's I mean you have any time
• 45:34
Speaker 1: this week that I can actually just come in and
• 45:36
Speaker 1: we can do like a trial run or something. Yeah,
• 45:39
Speaker 1: I'll actually be here Friday for about six hours with
• 45:42
Speaker 1: Friday work for you. I'm here, I start at eleven.
• 45:45
Speaker 1: At eleven, I mean I could come in maybe like
• 45:47
Speaker 1: around three on Friday, if you if can you squeeze
• 45:50
Speaker 1: me in at that time? I sure can? Okay, What's
• 45:53
Speaker 1: what's so good? Is there a certain makeup for men?
• 45:57
Speaker 1: It works out the same as for women. In photoshop.
• 46:00
Speaker 1: You just need some type of crane foundation something to
• 46:02
Speaker 1: even out the skin tone. Uh, powder you down to
• 46:05
Speaker 1: take away the oils, cover up any blemishes or anything
• 46:08
Speaker 1: like that. It's pretty much the same. Of course you
• 46:09
Speaker 1: don't get the whole eyeshadow and lashes and stuff, but right, right, right,
• 46:13
Speaker 1: right right, Well I'm not but I just try to,
• 46:15
Speaker 1: you know, just trying to look good on camera. UM.
• 46:18
Speaker 1: Let me ask you this. How much makeup have you done?
• 46:21
Speaker 1: As far as um men? You know what I mean? Yes, okay,
• 46:25
Speaker 1: I'm very comfortable with it. You'll be fine, trust me.
• 46:28
Speaker 1: That's what I was really worried about it if you
• 46:29
Speaker 1: were going to be comfortable with it, because I mean,
• 46:31
Speaker 1: have you done? Um I'm a little conscientious about a
• 46:35
Speaker 1: few things, you know what I mean? And um, have
• 46:38
Speaker 1: you have you how many butts have you done? I'm sorry?
• 46:43
Speaker 1: How many what like like like butts? You know? How many?
• 46:47
Speaker 1: How many butts have you made? Up? I haven't made
• 46:50
Speaker 1: up any butts, like are you like you mean like asses, Yeah,
• 46:54
Speaker 1: I mean you could seem I'm actually doing a nude
• 46:57
Speaker 1: photo shoot and uh, you know, I gotta scratches and
• 47:01
Speaker 1: you know, some old scars on my butt and you know,
• 47:03
Speaker 1: because like you said, you know, I'm a little shy
• 47:06
Speaker 1: about you know, some of that. So I was you
• 47:08
Speaker 1: could actually hope you can actually make sure that those
• 47:10
Speaker 1: cars don't show and you know you said you kind
• 47:13
Speaker 1: of um, you know, uh make sure everything is doesn't
• 47:17
Speaker 1: look oily, you know what I mean. And I just
• 47:20
Speaker 1: need to get my own money out. Well, but I
• 47:22
  Speaker 1: didn't when I didn't understand what you're talking about. I
• 47:25
Speaker 1: may not be the makeup art. I don't. I'm not seriously,
• 47:28
Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do your okay, but I mean were
• 47:30
Speaker 1: just talking about makeup though, I mean you know you're
• 47:33
Speaker 1: talking about yeah, but I'm not about to put my
• 47:35
Speaker 1: makeup brushes that I use on people's faces on your
• 47:38
Speaker 1: ad like to tell your photographers to like photoshop that
• 47:41
Speaker 1: because okay, well that's where I'm coming in to see
• 47:44
Speaker 1: you on Friday. I want you to do everything and
• 47:47
Speaker 1: make me up there in the store so I can
• 47:49

Speaker 1: me ever again to do any kind of work. I'm
• 48:34
Speaker 1: coming in there and I'm now listen, I have my
• 48:37
Speaker 1: professional makeup artist. Clearly you don't know what that means,
• 48:39
Speaker 1: so I don't need relational Then you will take out
• 48:43
Speaker 1: the part that's bothering you and do the job. Lady,

Speaker 1: this conversation. Do not come into my job. Do not
• 48:55
Speaker 1: call me to do your That's not gonna happen. So
• 48:58
Speaker 1: so so, I guess it's say to go around and

Speaker 1: with a man that she met online. She bought a
• 54:34
Speaker 1: bus ticket and rode out west and didn't contact us
• 54:38
Speaker 1: for a month. Eventually, the guy dumped her and she
• 54:42
Speaker 1: reached out to me. I ended up sending her four
• 54:44
Speaker 1: hundred dollars for her to get back home. Earlier this summer,
• 54:48
Speaker 1: I was grilling and the kids were in the pool.
• 54:51
Speaker 1: My wife said she had to run to Walmart to
• 54:53
Speaker 1: get a few things. We have not seen her since then.
• 54:58
Speaker 1: The kids and I rode all all around town looking
• 55:01
Speaker 1: for her that night and the next day. I kind
• 55:03
Speaker 1: of figured she'd left us again, but I didn't want
• 55:06
Speaker 1: to upset the kids. I filed a missing person's report
• 55:09
Speaker 1: with the police, and the police told me since she'd
• 55:12
Speaker 1: left before, they wouldn't open an investigation right away. I
• 55:17
Speaker 1: posted pictures on Facebook, and instantly I got all kinds
• 55:20
Speaker 1: of messages saying that she'd been seen around our city
• 55:23
Speaker 1: and a few cities close by. I wasn't surprised, and
• 55:27
Speaker 1: I waited for her to call home. After forty five days,
• 55:31
Speaker 1: she called, saying she needs to come back home and
• 55:35
Speaker 1: she is ashamed of what she keeps doing to the family.
• 55:38
Speaker 1: I told the kids she called and it's ready to
• 55:40
Speaker 1: come home. They said I shouldn't let her come back,
• 55:44
Speaker 1: and we'd be just fine without her. We've been married
• 55:48
Speaker 1: fourteen years, and I've kept the marriage together for the kids,
• 55:51
Speaker 1: but now they're saying to throw her and the whole
• 55:54
Speaker 1: marriage away. Do you think I should take their advice
• 55:57
Speaker 1: or give my wife one more please advise? Well, I mean,
• 56:03
Speaker 1: you know, the decision, of course, is ultimately up to you.
• 56:07
Speaker 1: What you do. Should you take the kid's advice or
• 56:11
Speaker 1: give your wife one more chance? Is that what you
• 56:14
Speaker 1: want to do? Well, it's certainly not what the kids
• 56:16
Speaker 1: want you to do, because they're sick of her. They
• 56:19
Speaker 1: really are, and they let you know so you can
• 56:22
Speaker 1: let yourself off the hook. They want you to stop
• 56:25
Speaker 1: feeling guilty about all this, your wife leaving and coming
• 56:28
Speaker 1: back and running off with some man she met online,
• 56:32
Speaker 1: and you know, just not hearing from her, no contact
• 56:36
Speaker 1: for forty days and a month, forty five days? What
• 56:39
Speaker 1: is all of this? And then you have two kids,
• 56:41
Speaker 1: and one of them is her stepdaughter. She's sick of
• 56:44
Speaker 1: her mom too. They want to divorce from her, and
• 56:48
Speaker 1: really so should you. At this point your wife doesn't
• 56:50
Speaker 1: care about you, She doesn't care about the kids. And
• 56:54
Speaker 1: your kids, I don't know how old they are. You
• 56:56
Speaker 1: said they were in the pool while you were grilling,
• 56:58
Speaker 1: but I mean they're cool just with being with you. Dad.
• 57:02
Speaker 1: I just say I'm saying sorry here, but your wife
• 57:05
Speaker 1: is trifling and she's a horrible mom. I mean, is
• 57:08
Speaker 1: she on drugs or something? What is going on with her?
• 57:12
Speaker 1: Who just walks out on her family and comes back
• 57:14
Speaker 1: like nothing ever happened. I'm sure this is devastating for
• 57:18
Speaker 1: your children. I'm sure it is. Who does this? Why
• 57:23
Speaker 1: should they have to continue to go through this time
• 57:26
Speaker 1: and time again? They can't be secure, they can't you know,
• 57:30
Speaker 1: they're unsure of themselves. And why should you have to
• 57:34
Speaker 1: continually go through this? Who can live like this? I
• 57:37
Speaker 1: just you know, you never know from one day to
• 57:40
Speaker 1: the next if you'll have a mom, or or if
• 57:42
Speaker 1: you have a wife or not. I say, pack her bags,
• 57:45
Speaker 1: put yourself and your kids out of this revolving door
• 57:49
Speaker 1: of a marriage, and tell your wife that you and
• 57:52
Speaker 1: the guys will be just fine without her. She's selfish
• 57:55
Speaker 1: and that's what the kids want you to do anyway,
• 57:57
Speaker 1: But unless you really want to do it, and I
• 58:00
  Speaker 1: don't see why you wouldn't, I don't know, don't let
• 58:03
Speaker 1: her back. Okay, she she's a source of misery for you, guys. Steve, Well,
• 58:11
Speaker 1: let me start by saying this to you. It ain't
• 58:15
Speaker 1: a good look when your kids are smarter than you, right,
• 58:22
Speaker 1: you know, it just ain't a good look. Let me
• 58:26
Speaker 1: just start there, okay, all right, here we go. You're
• 58:33
Speaker 1: thirty five year old man, got two kids on a
• 58:35
Speaker 1: step daughter. I love my family, but you had a
• 58:40
Speaker 1: breaking point. For the second time in four years. She
• 58:45
Speaker 1: had left home, cut off all contact with me and
• 58:48
Speaker 1: the kids. The first time she first time she left her,
• 58:54
Speaker 1: she ran out with a man she met on land.
• 58:56
Speaker 1: She bought a bus ticket and rolled out west. Who
• 59:01
Speaker 1: trifling this badass decision? Who buys a bus ticket to
• 59:09
Speaker 1: ride out west? You know, like she in a Western
• 59:13
Speaker 1: or something. Go west, young man, fortune out there. And
• 59:20
Speaker 1: she left you for a dude that sent her a
• 59:23
Speaker 1: bus ticket from a man that has a house with
• 59:30
Speaker 1: a swimming pool in it in the backyard grilling. She
• 59:34
Speaker 1: left you for a man that sent her a bus ticket.
• 59:41
Speaker 1: Your wife is not a bright person. The kids are,
• 59:48
Speaker 1: the wife is not. So let's try to make some
• 59:52
Speaker 1: sense of it. And she brought a bus ticket road out.
• 59:57
Speaker 1: She didn't contact us for a month. Damn man, that's hard.
• 1:00:04
Speaker 1: Eventually the guy dumped her. She reached out to me.
• 1:00:06
Speaker 1: I ended up spending four hundred dollars for her to
• 1:00:09
Speaker 1: get back home. Now, you obviously bought a plane ticket.
• 1:00:12
Speaker 1: Hold on, We'll hold on, Steve, hold that thought, just
• 1:00:16
Speaker 1: hold it, hold it. We'll have part two of Steve's
• 1:00:19
Speaker 1: response coming up in twenty three minutes after the hour.
• 1:00:22
Speaker 1: Today's subject my wife keeps leaving me and coming back.
• 1:00:26
Speaker 1: We'll get into it right after this. You're listening Steve
• 1:00:30
Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve. Look's recap
• 1:00:33
Speaker 1: today Strawberry letter. The subject my wife keeps leaving me
• 1:00:37
Speaker 1: and coming back. Yeah, yeah, she's been doing it, second
• 1:00:46
Speaker 1: time in four years. She didn't left the first time
• 1:00:51
Speaker 1: she left with a man she met online. She bought
• 1:00:55
Speaker 1: a bus ticket and rode out west. I knew this
• 1:01:00
Speaker 1: relationship was doomed. You mean to do online, He's buy
• 1:01:04
Speaker 1: you a bus kicking all right. Eventually got dumped her.
• 1:01:11
Speaker 1: You ended up sending four hundred dollars for her way
• 1:01:14
Speaker 1: to get back home. Y'all s threw that ball airline ticket.
• 1:01:17
Speaker 1: Clearly you care more about her than the dude online.
• 1:01:24
Speaker 1: Now hit a good one right here. Earlier this summer,
• 1:01:26
Speaker 1: I was grilling kids, was outside in the poop. My
• 1:01:31
Speaker 1: wife said she had to run to Walmart to get
• 1:01:36
Speaker 1: a few things. We ain't seen her ass see horrible,
• 1:01:41
Speaker 1: What did she Why happened at to Walmart? The kids
• 1:01:50
Speaker 1: and I rode around town looking for her that night
• 1:01:55
Speaker 1: and the next day and the next day. Then the
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: dude said, because he got tuition, I kind of figured
• 1:02:04
Speaker 1: she left us again. I ain't want to upset the kids,
• 1:02:07
Speaker 1: so I filed a missing person report. Police told me
• 1:02:10
Speaker 1: since she had left before, they wentn't over an investigation
• 1:02:13
Speaker 1: right away. Then you put some pictures on Facebook, and
• 1:02:17
Speaker 1: everybody started calling you, telling you I saw that he
• 1:02:21
Speaker 1: down that Errol Turners. Well, I saw up at Abigails
• 1:02:27
Speaker 1: she was at to speak easy too, that she came
• 1:02:29
Speaker 1: into tavern Friday. They just saw her everywhere. Yeah, you know,
• 1:02:34
Speaker 1: she an old broad that go dude country stuff. You know,
• 1:02:37
Speaker 1: this ain't no big city chick okay because the bus
• 1:02:42
Speaker 1: So I wasn't surprised, and I waited for her to
• 1:02:44
Speaker 1: call home after Fardy Dave this health a call back
• 1:02:54
Speaker 1: home says she's ashamed of what she keeps doing to
• 1:02:57
Speaker 1: the family. Shirley said, something right, Is she on drugs?
• 1:03:02
Speaker 1: Because this guy crackhead rode all over Yeah. Yeah, a
• 1:03:07
Speaker 1: matter of fact. Let me let me, let me, let me,
• 1:03:09
Speaker 1: let me back it down a little bit. Is she
• 1:03:11
Speaker 1: on math? M? Let me tell you what when you
• 1:03:16
Speaker 1: see her look at her teeth? Real good? Why? Because
• 1:03:20
Speaker 1: if you on math, your teeth is shot. Oh you
• 1:03:23
Speaker 1: ain't seen the tiger king? Yeah? Yeah, his man. Did
• 1:03:29
Speaker 1: you see his mouth? Oh? Oh oh yeah yeah yeah yeah, yeah,
• 1:03:33
Speaker 1: that's right. Yeah. I don't care what your sexual preference is.
• 1:03:39
Speaker 1: You got to want somebody was in better looking teeth
• 1:03:41
Speaker 1: than that. You damn you got to have your mouth right.
• 1:03:49
Speaker 1: You have to, you have to. Now. I told the
• 1:03:53
Speaker 1: kids she calling ready to come home. The kids say,
• 1:03:56
Speaker 1: don't let her come back. We just fine without it.
• 1:04:00
Speaker 1: You know, you messed up when your kids don't want
• 1:04:02
Speaker 1: their mamma no more, your blood daughter, your blood daughter.
• 1:04:07
Speaker 1: We've been married fourteen years, and I've kept the marriage
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: together for the kids. Now this is interesting because now
• 1:04:13
Speaker 1: they're saying to throw her in the whole marriage away.
• 1:04:16
Speaker 1: So she had a stepdaughter. The stepdaughter got to be
• 1:04:21
Speaker 1: at least fifteen, because y'all only been together for fourteen years.
• 1:04:26
Speaker 1: Unless she had the baby while she was out of
• 1:04:28
Speaker 1: the bus trip, she could have is do you think
• 1:04:39
Speaker 1: I should take the advice or give my wife one
• 1:04:42
Speaker 1: more chance. Let me ask you something, Give your wife
• 1:04:45
Speaker 1: one more chance to do what to leave a third time? Yeah?
• 1:04:50
Speaker 1: Please advise, brother. I don't even just why you struggling
• 1:04:53
Speaker 1: with her. This is not a sign of a person
• 1:04:55
Speaker 1: that's no longer any in love with you all her family.
• 1:04:59
Speaker 1: She loved something else. Now. I ain't saying she owned drugs.
• 1:05:02
Speaker 1: It do sound like drugs to me because she go
• 1:05:05
Speaker 1: on these ben just I don't know what's wrong with her,
• 1:05:09
Speaker 1: but the kids deserve better. You seem like a good man.
• 1:05:13
Speaker 1: You probably get you a good woman. Yeah. Me personally,
• 1:05:18
Speaker 1: I'm just this just Steve Harvey talker. Please don't tweet
• 1:05:22
Speaker 1: and facebook me about my responses because you know I
• 1:05:27
  Speaker 1: don't really care. No, Mom, I really don't. I didn't
• 1:05:29
Speaker 1: got sixty three. I ain't got real comfortable with what
• 1:05:32
Speaker 1: I'm saying on this show. I divorce. Yeah, I'm divorcing her.
• 1:05:37
  Speaker 1: I don't think choice. I'm divorcing her. I'm not living
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: like this is clear. You don't want me and these kids.
• 1:05:45
Speaker 1: I don't want to keep sending the kids through it,
• 1:05:47
Speaker 1: and I want somebody to gree with me and the
• 1:05:49
Speaker 1: kids and be in the pool, right, you can leave
• 1:05:51
Speaker 1: your husband and your kids. You will be for somebody
• 1:05:56
Speaker 1: that bought a bus ticket. That's what I'm old offair. Hey,
• 1:06:02
Speaker 1: I can see if you came up. You didn't even
• 1:06:04
Speaker 1: go lateral. You just took a step down. You wrote
• 1:06:08
Speaker 1: a bus out west. We don't even know where that is.
• 1:06:13
Speaker 1: I mean, yeah, we we just west. Yeah, yeah, probably
• 1:06:21
Speaker 1: just went west of the Mississippi. Ended up ended up
• 1:06:25
  Speaker 1: in Mississippi. Oh wow wherever. Yeah, she's a she's a
• 1:06:31
Speaker 1: bad woman. She's not a good person. I'm done with it.
• 1:06:34
Speaker 1: You can't do what you want to do. But kid,
• 1:06:37
Speaker 1: Thank you, Steve. Post your comments on Today's Strawberry Letter
• 1:06:40
Speaker 1: at Steve Harvey FM, on Instagram and Facebook. Check out
• 1:06:43
Speaker 1: the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand now coming up at
• 1:06:46
Speaker 1: forty six minutes after the hour. It is our girl,
• 1:06:50
Speaker 1: Cheryl Underwood from The Talk. We'll get into that right
• 1:06:54
Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. Steve, please
• 1:07:00
Speaker 1: introduced our girl from the Talk. Ladies and gentlemen, give
• 1:07:03
Speaker 1: it up, don't play around. We didn't no more. Here
• 1:07:06
Speaker 1: she is on the show. Surely the under who you
• 1:07:13
Speaker 1: know whether I answer to that? I answer to that,
• 1:07:19
Speaker 1: you know, and even you know, I'm gonna tell you something. Culturally,
• 1:07:23
Speaker 1: in the worst of times, you know, we try to
• 1:07:25
Speaker 1: have some levity. That's our culture, my right, brothers, and listen, man, Yes,
• 1:07:30
  Speaker 1: that's right, that's right, that's right, because we ain'ta let
• 1:07:33
Speaker 1: the devil know, he ain't getting nobody down. That's why
• 1:07:35
Speaker 1: we're seeing prayers that everybody in Texas and Louisiana because
• 1:07:39
Speaker 1: of the hurricane. You know what I'm saying. We want
• 1:07:41
Speaker 1: people to get on the bus, get the shelter they need.
• 1:07:44
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying. We're playing for everybody. You
• 1:07:46
Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. And what's going on in Wisconsin.
• 1:07:50
Speaker 1: You gotta write as an American the peaceful protests. But okay,
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: this is why people say, well why y'all, man, let
• 1:07:56
Speaker 1: me tell you why. Okay, I'm about to say a
• 1:07:58
Speaker 1: bad way. I'm sorry, calling for real, y'all catch anything
• 1:08:00
Speaker 1: I'm bad, I say. But the little white boy shot
• 1:08:03
Speaker 1: two people seventeen walked past the damn police and ain't
• 1:08:07
Speaker 1: nobody shot at him. Another black man going back to
• 1:08:11
Speaker 1: his car where his children are right, get shot in
• 1:08:14
Speaker 1: the back and now he paralyzed. See that's why we're
• 1:08:17
Speaker 1: mad because the little boy white, he made it all
• 1:08:20
Speaker 1: the way back of fifteen miles back over the state line.
• 1:08:24
Speaker 1: So don't that make it a federal crime? Of Tommy?
• 1:08:27
Speaker 1: That make it federal? Junior? You know what? Do you
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: remember when he was me and you was talking about this,
• 1:08:31
Speaker 1: and we was well, never mind when we were talking
• 1:08:33
Speaker 1: about how the fact that it's a federal crime when
• 1:08:36
Speaker 1: you go across state line. So now you're into state terrorists, right,
• 1:08:41
Speaker 1: Still a lie, Still a lie, okay. And this is
• 1:08:44
Speaker 1: why we're mad because it's a difference between how black
• 1:08:47
Speaker 1: people get treated by law enforcement then how white people
• 1:08:50
Speaker 1: get treated by blah blah. White people get taken to
• 1:08:53
Speaker 1: Burger King after you then shot up at church with
• 1:08:55
Speaker 1: some black people and get it. Sorry, I'm sorry, lord,
• 1:08:58
  Speaker 1: I didn't mean to say that. I didn't mean to
• 1:09:00
Speaker 1: say that. Get a sound. Well, I'm trying not to
• 1:09:04
Speaker 1: cuss because I could. I could let loose a string
• 1:09:07
Speaker 1: of cuss words right now, you know what I'm saying.
• 1:09:09
Speaker 1: But I'm very happy that the NBA, especially Milwaukee, the Bucks,
• 1:09:15
Speaker 1: the Brewers, the w NBA, Maze League Baseball, everybody decided
• 1:09:20
Speaker 1: enough is enough. We're gonna protest this. But now what
• 1:09:23
Speaker 1: we gotta do. We gotta get ready to vote people
• 1:09:26
Speaker 1: out this negro. And I see I did good this
• 1:09:30
Speaker 1: negro Daniel Camera, Kentucky Attorney General got time to go
• 1:09:35
Speaker 1: speak at this book. Okay, I'm doing good. I'm doing good.
• 1:09:39
Speaker 1: I'm doing good, competed. But he ain't got time to
• 1:09:42
Speaker 1: bring the justice the people who murdered Brianna Taylor. But
• 1:09:47
Speaker 1: I'm gonna shout out one person that y'all need to know.
• 1:09:49
Speaker 1: California State Senator Steve Bradford is putting forward a bill
• 1:09:54
Speaker 1: in California to decertify unfit police. It's called Senate Bill
• 1:09:59
Speaker 1: s I've been thirty one. This bill went ensure victims
• 1:10:03
Speaker 1: of police crimes get a fair day in court because
• 1:10:06
Speaker 1: we must have a mechanism the whole police accountable. All right,
• 1:10:09
Speaker 1: thank you, Cheryl. Coming up at the top of the hour,
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: Carla's reality update right after this. You're listening, all right,
• 1:10:20
Speaker 1: come on, tell me get ready to get ready to
• 1:10:22
Speaker 1: get ready. She is here, Carlin Ferrell with what reality update?
• 1:10:27
Speaker 1: Thank you, nephew. Let's talk about Real Housewives of Potomac. So, Shirley,
• 1:10:34
Speaker 1: you text me while we were watching this all right,
• 1:10:36
Speaker 1: So did y'all see Karen. Did you see Karen rock
• 1:10:38
Speaker 1: that all pink suit when that pink had given her
• 1:10:42
Speaker 1: inner Beyonce at her Potona home coming party. That's it,
• 1:10:48
Speaker 1: that's right. She and her husband Bray have moved back
• 1:10:50
Speaker 1: to the Potomac and so she gave a party. Now,
• 1:10:53
Speaker 1: Gazelle and Robin, they were at the party, but they
• 1:10:55
Speaker 1: felt like Karen's husband, Bray, was not included and that
• 1:10:58
Speaker 1: the party was just for Karen. And I think Ray
• 1:11:02
Speaker 1: had enough, Honey. He went upstairs. You know, he's olds.
• 1:11:06
Speaker 1: It's an old Legitiman drink. It went upstairs. Yeah, it's
• 1:11:12
Speaker 1: getting late, yea brother. Ray was over it. Also, Giselle,
• 1:11:17
Speaker 1: she had a conversation with her friend Cal, he's a
• 1:11:20
Speaker 1: friend and hairstylist about her daughters having issues with her
• 1:11:25
Speaker 1: getting back together with their dad. Pastor Jamal Bryan's uh
• 1:11:29
Speaker 1: Gizelle's friend Cal though, he pointed out to Giselle that
• 1:11:33
Speaker 1: her daughters have been through a lot and on the
• 1:11:36
Speaker 1: show Gizelle Gizelle, she talked bad about their dad and
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: the cheating and all of that that went on in
• 1:11:45
Speaker 1: their marriage. So he's telling Giselle that you have to
• 1:11:48
Speaker 1: give these girls time to adjust and deal and try
• 1:11:53
Speaker 1: to digest what's going on with their parents getting back together.
• 1:11:56
Speaker 1: So it was very emotional for Giselle. She was crying.
• 1:11:59
Speaker 1: You know. Of course she doesn't want you know, she
• 1:12:01
Speaker 1: wants her family to be together and if her and
• 1:12:03
Speaker 1: her ex husband are working on things, trying to get
• 1:12:06
Speaker 1: it back together for the sake of the family. But
• 1:12:07
Speaker 1: the kids are like, like, you doing it now right
• 1:12:11
Speaker 1: m mmmm, because they went through a lot when they
• 1:12:13
Speaker 1: were younger. With all of that, and then finally Monique,
• 1:12:17
Speaker 1: she told her husband Chris that she wanted more date
• 1:12:21
Speaker 1: nights and that she wanted more effort from him since
• 1:12:25
Speaker 1: she handles everything else, she wants date nights, and not
• 1:12:28
Speaker 1: to mention, she recently gave birth to their third child. Yeah,
• 1:12:35
Speaker 1: So after that episode, air I saw on social media
• 1:12:39
Speaker 1: that fans were saying that, oh, one person was saying, oh,
• 1:12:41
Speaker 1: Monique is not happy at home, and then Monique tweeted
• 1:12:45
Speaker 1: and responded to that, saying that married couples have to
• 1:12:48
Speaker 1: be able to express how they feel and that viewers
• 1:12:52
Speaker 1: need to stop idolizing fake couples on social media. She says,
• 1:12:57
Speaker 1: this is a real marriage that her and her husband
• 1:13:00
Speaker 1: and they go through things, but they are still married
• 1:13:02
Speaker 1: and they're still you know, a family together, trying to
• 1:13:05
Speaker 1: work that's it, trying to work things out. So let
• 1:13:08
Speaker 1: me know what you guys think about Real Housewives up atomic.
• 1:13:11
Speaker 1: What do you think? Shirley, you watched it, Carla, you
• 1:13:14
Speaker 1: started off with the grand Dame, and you know we
• 1:13:16
Speaker 1: love the grand Yeah. Her, Yeah, and Monique, I was
• 1:13:21
  Speaker 1: feeling her, but I didn't. Her husband's response was a
• 1:13:24
Speaker 1: bit crazy. Yeah, I don't have kids. Well, I pay
• 1:13:29
Speaker 1: for everything. Yeah, like I'm a provider. So yeah, so
• 1:13:34
Speaker 1: she's babies out. Hello, I want. All I'm asking for
• 1:13:37
Speaker 1: is more intimacy with my husband. So that just kind
• 1:13:40
Speaker 1: of rubbed me the wrong way too. I like, yeah,
• 1:13:44
Speaker 1: I liked um my girl Ashley and m Candice. I
• 1:13:50
Speaker 1: like the fact that they could communicate and talk now
• 1:13:52
Speaker 1: with all all the other stuff going on. But it's
• 1:13:55
Speaker 1: since I Candice and Gizelle are beefing a little bit.
• 1:13:58
Speaker 1: They were beefing at the party, So we'll keep yeah,
• 1:14:00
Speaker 1: we'll keep an eye on on that. So let me
• 1:14:02
Speaker 1: tell you this guy's more real housewives stories. Real Housewives
• 1:14:05
Speaker 1: of New York, The Star Derenda Medley. She was fired
• 1:14:10
Speaker 1: from the Real Housewives of New York. No, yes, Junior,
• 1:14:14
Speaker 1: I was wait no you thank you, Junior? Why Carlo?
• 1:14:18
Speaker 1: Why because six page six says that the executives were
• 1:14:24
Speaker 1: sick of her, and then other folks they said, it's
• 1:14:27
Speaker 1: a rumored that she was a mean drunk on the show.
• 1:14:30
Speaker 1: And that's all true. That's all true. The thing you
• 1:14:34
Speaker 1: have it and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Garcelle actress,
• 1:14:38
Speaker 1: she's an actress to garcel Boubat. She is now one
• 1:14:42
Speaker 1: of the new co hosts of the talk show The
• 1:14:44
Speaker 1: Real So congratulations to Garcelle. And that is reality update.
• 1:14:50
Speaker 1: You can hit me up at lip Spark Carlo on
• 1:14:52
Speaker 1: the Graham Twitter and we'll talk more. All right, Sherley girl,
• 1:14:56
Speaker 1: all right, thank you, Carlo. Love it. We'll be back
• 1:14:58
Speaker 1: with more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
• 1:15:00
Speaker 1: at twenty minutes after the hour, right after this you're
• 1:15:03
Speaker 1: listening to show, all right, wole this hurricane Laura just
• 1:15:12
Speaker 1: I mean keeps coming, all right. It is slammed into
• 1:15:15
Speaker 1: the Gulf coast one hundred and fifty miles per hour.
• 1:15:18
Speaker 1: Wins Carla. That's right. Last night or well this morning
• 1:15:22
Speaker 1: actually early this morning late Charles, Louisiana. It is unbelievable
• 1:15:27
Speaker 1: that we have this, yeah, twenty twenty hurricanes pandemic and
• 1:15:31
Speaker 1: to have to evacuate doing a pant during a pandemic
• 1:15:35
Speaker 1: that is a lot lots of power out of just
• 1:15:38
Speaker 1: win damage um trees down, yes, roots off, yes, But
• 1:15:44
Speaker 1: here's the thing. You have to stay indoors. A lot
• 1:15:46
Speaker 1: of times for hurricanes, people think while the storm has
• 1:15:49
Speaker 1: passed or it's been downgraded to A two, so it's
• 1:15:53
Speaker 1: safe to go outside. Absolutely not. Stay put. Stay where
• 1:15:57
Speaker 1: you are to local authorities can assess the day, which
• 1:16:00
Speaker 1: is just now being you know, daylight. The sun is out.
• 1:16:04
Speaker 1: So hopefully organizations like Salvation Army, FEMA, Red Cross they
• 1:16:09
Speaker 1: are ready to assist the residents that need help. The
• 1:16:14
Speaker 1: number I Cross if for information. If you want to
• 1:16:17
Speaker 1: make donations, you can text the word Laura. That's lau
• 1:16:22
Speaker 1: r A. Text the word Laura to nine zero nine
• 1:16:25
Speaker 1: nine nine. Text the word Laura to nine zero nine
• 1:16:29
Speaker 1: nine nine to make donations. And we're praying for you,
• 1:16:32
Speaker 1: We really really are, Like Charles, we're praying for you
• 1:16:35
Speaker 1: in all of the Gulf Coast part of a love lake. Jeff,
• 1:16:40
Speaker 1: we got you. We're praying for you. Like Charles, We'll
• 1:16:43
Speaker 1: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
• 1:16:46
Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to this day show. In
• 1:16:51
Speaker 1: entertainment news, Cardi b recently revealed the number one thing
• 1:16:56
Speaker 1: about her husband offset that turns her on. Cartie tweeted, Okay,
• 1:17:01
Speaker 1: this might be weird, but one of the things that
• 1:17:04
Speaker 1: turns me on about my about my man is that
• 1:17:07
Speaker 1: he is really good in math. LMAO, Like that is
• 1:17:11
Speaker 1: so sexy to me. Sounds like Carti is a sapio sexual,
• 1:17:16
Speaker 1: and those are people who are turned on by a
• 1:17:18
Speaker 1: potential partner's intelligence. Okay, I've become one of them since code.
• 1:17:23
Speaker 1: Yeah really, I didn't know that you're a sapio sexual too.
• 1:17:27
Speaker 1: Just found out you want anything to turn me a
• 1:17:32
Speaker 1: woman walking by with a code on. But j yes, sir,
• 1:17:37
Speaker 1: you just as safe as you want it to be.
• 1:17:45
Speaker 1: I think my nerds, Shirley, You're like, oh, yeah, yeah,
• 1:17:50
Speaker 1: I do smart guys. So he knows physical how cold
• 1:17:56
Speaker 1: of a math as we Timber, Well, that's what she said,
• 1:17:59
Speaker 1: He's really good in math. Math. Yeah, Now, study see
• 1:18:08
Speaker 1: a lot of people good at math to me, why
• 1:18:12
Speaker 1: you say that? Because he cause I wouldn't. Yeah, because you, Yeah,
• 1:18:16
Speaker 1: anybody you gotta see yeah and make it. Hey, let
• 1:18:24
Speaker 1: me tell you something counted better than anybody on earth,
• 1:18:29
Speaker 1: and you know how to make it. All right? We
• 1:18:31
Speaker 1: shout me and see what happened. We kind of talked
• 1:18:36
Speaker 1: about this story yesterday, guys and other entertainment news. NBC
• 1:18:40
Speaker 1: News is apologizing for the mix up, and this was
• 1:18:46
Speaker 1: a big one. They mixed up Kevin Hart and you
• 1:18:49
Speaker 1: saying Bolt, how we all look alike? Yeah, you're saying
• 1:18:55
Speaker 1: recently tested Polo positive for COVID nineteen. But you They
• 1:18:59
Speaker 1: used Kevin picture on the post about the story. So
• 1:19:03
Speaker 1: here's part of NBC's correction statement. They say, the social
• 1:19:06
Speaker 1: image on this post mistakenly featured a photo of comedian
• 1:19:09
Speaker 1: Kevin Hart, and the system reverted to an image of
• 1:19:12
Speaker 1: heart from an unrelated video, and it has been corrected. Well.
• 1:19:17
Speaker 1: Kevin Hart took it and stride as always, He posted,
• 1:19:20
Speaker 1: I must have gotten really fast and tall overnight. I
• 1:19:24
Speaker 1: want to take advantage of this moment and race anyone
• 1:19:27
Speaker 1: in the world, anybody art, because we're looking at somebody
• 1:19:37
Speaker 1: to six six is probably five six. It's just a
• 1:19:44
Speaker 1: foot off, y'all. Just a foot yeah, just a of
• 1:19:47
Speaker 1: Kevin a tripping. What I kill M coming up? It
• 1:19:52
Speaker 1: is the last break of the day, last write off
• 1:19:57
Speaker 1: the day, and we'll have some clothes remarks from the
• 1:20:01
Speaker 1: one and only Steve Harvey at forty nine minutes after
• 1:20:03
Speaker 1: right after this, you're listening to show all right, guys,
• 1:20:09
Speaker 1: it's dwindling down these days. Man, sixty eight days left
• 1:20:14
Speaker 1: until the November thirty election. Sixty eight Now, wow, where
• 1:20:20
Speaker 1: does the time go? And it seems like it's taking
• 1:20:22
Speaker 1: forever for this year to get over. Um, listen, man, Yeah,
• 1:20:29
Speaker 1: go to vote for one one dot org please and
• 1:20:31
Speaker 1: get registered. It takes just a couple of minutes, really
• 1:20:35
Speaker 1: quick in and out, and then um you can get
• 1:20:38
Speaker 1: all the information you need for early voting in your state,
• 1:20:41
Speaker 1: all of that. Just make sure you go to vote
• 1:20:44
Speaker 1: for one one dot org. All right, that's it. That's
• 1:20:47
Speaker 1: all I have to say, Steve. You could take it
• 1:20:49
Speaker 1: away from twenty you know, man, Um, I'm a pretty
• 1:20:55
Speaker 1: positive person, you know, and I try to be motivational.
• 1:21:00
Speaker 1: I'm an optimistic person and I try to keep it real.
• 1:21:05
Speaker 1: It's sort of funny how people are. You know, Junior,
• 1:21:09
Speaker 1: it's probably the youngest one on the show in terms
• 1:21:13
Speaker 1: of being on the show, and probably just the youngest.
• 1:21:17
Speaker 1: And he got a text yesterday from a listener, but
• 1:21:22
Speaker 1: not a listener who listens often, and was kind of
• 1:21:26
Speaker 1: messing with Junior about the fact that he felt like
• 1:21:29
Speaker 1: we shouldn't have said anything about herschel Walker, that we
• 1:21:33
Speaker 1: were racist for discussing herschel Walker, and where's your leader
• 1:21:40
Speaker 1: when it comes to this black lives movement? Meaning me?
• 1:21:43
Speaker 1: Of course, So I knew right away by the tone
• 1:21:46
Speaker 1: of his text to Junior that he wasn't an advid
• 1:21:49
Speaker 1: listener of this show, because if you're an avid listener
• 1:21:53
Speaker 1: of the show, you know full well where all of
• 1:21:55
Speaker 1: us stand in terms of Black Lives matter. You realized
• 1:21:59
Speaker 1: that we dedicate a huge part of our show to
• 1:22:03
Speaker 1: the support of the protesters, the causes, the issues. You
• 1:22:08
Speaker 1: would know that we are on the front lines of
• 1:22:10
Speaker 1: this voting issue and trying to get our millions of
• 1:22:13
Speaker 1: listeners registered to vote to probably get rid of the
• 1:22:17
Speaker 1: same person that you're probably defending when you call us
• 1:22:21
Speaker 1: a racist because we were doing something about herschel Walker.
• 1:22:25
Speaker 1: First of all, it was Tommy and I are doing
• 1:22:27
Speaker 1: a joke about hershel Walker. But if you want to
• 1:22:29
Speaker 1: be sincere, I don't give a damn that Donald Trump
• 1:22:32
Speaker 1: got on the ride with your family on the It's
• 1:22:35
Speaker 1: a small world after all ride. And how dare we
• 1:22:38
Speaker 1: think he's a racist because he got on the ride
• 1:22:41
Speaker 1: with your family? See herschel Walker. You keep forgetting that
• 1:22:44
Speaker 1: you had on the jersey that you played professional football,
• 1:22:49
Speaker 1: and that's probably why the only reason Donald Trump even
• 1:22:53
Speaker 1: know you. And so the fact that he got on
• 1:22:56
Speaker 1: the ride with your family does not quail or the
• 1:23:00
Speaker 1: feels of the rest of us who watch him divide
• 1:23:03
Speaker 1: the country. Riding on a ride with your family does
• 1:23:06
Speaker 1: not excuse the fact that he has divided this country,
• 1:23:10
Speaker 1: and that's what he's done. I watched the Republican National Convention.
• 1:23:14
Speaker 1: I watched their last ditch attempt to actually act like
• 1:23:19
Speaker 1: they care, to act like they swiftly acted about the
• 1:23:23
Speaker 1: coronavirus thing, when clearly we know that's not what has happened.
• 1:23:27
Speaker 1: I've watched them through the entire convention, not mentioning one
• 1:23:32
Speaker 1: thing to make the protesters of Black Lives Matter feel better,
• 1:23:38
Speaker 1: to even acknowledge the fact that that is a need
• 1:23:41
Speaker 1: to protest when all you can do is to roll
• 1:23:45
Speaker 1: up your bass come up with the blue Live Matter campaign. Yeah,
• 1:23:49
Speaker 1: we think police lives matter, but we're not killing the police.
• 1:23:53
Speaker 1: The police is killing us. And for you, as the
• 1:23:56
Speaker 1: President of the United States, to never acknowledge the fact
• 1:24:00
Speaker 1: that is a problem here that's directed at black people,
• 1:24:05
Speaker 1: you are sorely mistaken because we get it, and I
• 1:24:09
Speaker 1: got a lot of news for you, mister President. A
• 1:24:13
Speaker 1: lot of white people get it. And I know it's
• 1:24:15
Speaker 1: angering you because you keep wanting your base to feel
• 1:24:18
Speaker 1: the same way you do, and they do now as
• 1:24:22
Speaker 1: optimistic and as positive I am. That's the sad part
• 1:24:24
Speaker 1: of this whole equation, because I know that on voting night,
• 1:24:28
Speaker 1: forty some million people will cast to vote for Donald Trump,
• 1:24:32
Speaker 1: which means forty some million people agree with him how
• 1:24:37
Speaker 1: he is, what he does, how he says, and what
• 1:24:40
Speaker 1: he represents, and they will vote for him. Forty some
• 1:24:44
Speaker 1: million That ain't but three hundred and fifty four million
• 1:24:49
Speaker 1: Americans here, so over ten percent gonna vote for him.
• 1:24:52
Speaker 1: But that's just the ones who vote. The rest of
• 1:24:56
Speaker 1: them who don't vote for whatever reason, who are still
• 1:25:02
Speaker 1: feeling the way he is now everybody that votes for
• 1:25:05
Speaker 1: Donald Trump isn't a racist. That's not the statement that
• 1:25:08
Speaker 1: I'm making. But if you're the Republican Party, which is
• 1:25:12
Speaker 1: supposed to be the party of morality, how can you
• 1:25:16
Speaker 1: have this guy as your front man who clearly you
• 1:25:19
Speaker 1: know is not moral. That's like having this dude, Jerry
• 1:25:23
Speaker 1: Farwell Junior the head of Liberty University. Oh really, all
• 1:25:30
Speaker 1: the super righteous evangelical Southern Christian people got flaws too.
• 1:25:38
Speaker 1: Yeah they do, Yeah they do. But I want to
• 1:25:42
Speaker 1: share something with you all, because you are in the
• 1:25:45
Speaker 1: Southern Christian community, are awful quiet when it comes to
• 1:25:48
Speaker 1: Black lives matter. You get real quiet because I guess
• 1:25:53
Speaker 1: it don't sink and jibe with your belief of what
• 1:25:57
Speaker 1: God is all about. But God created all of us,
• 1:26:00
Speaker 1: and he created all of us equal, and whether you
• 1:26:04
Speaker 1: believe that or not, that's the truth. But I don't
• 1:26:08
Speaker 1: really know if you believe it because you accept the
• 1:26:10
Speaker 1: mistreatment of black people as it's supposed to be normal.
• 1:26:14
Speaker 1: And now you're mad at the NBA and the Major
• 1:26:15
Speaker 1: League Baseball players and the soccer players for not wanting
• 1:26:18
Speaker 1: to play sports on a certain day. You know why,
• 1:26:22
Speaker 1: because they tired too, and now, a lot of white
• 1:26:24
Speaker 1: people got tired of it, and we're tired of your
• 1:26:27
Speaker 1: administration not acknowledging the problems of a large group of
• 1:26:31
Speaker 1: your people as a large group of your peers have.
• 1:26:35
Speaker 1: And for that, sir, it will cost you your position
• 1:26:38
Speaker 1: in the White House. That's what's going to happen. Vote
• 1:26:42
Speaker 1: for one one dot org gets the website to go to,
• 1:26:46
Speaker 1: and we're gonna vote early, and we're gonna vote often,
• 1:26:49
Speaker 1: and on November fifth, you will not be in the
• 1:26:52
Speaker 1: White House. For all Steve Harvey contests no purchase necessary,
