- 0:00Speaker 1: So the budget resolution Senator Graham is preparing we will
- 0:04Speaker 1: have on the floor, hopefully as early as next week,
- 0:07Speaker 1: will provide multiple years of funding for these agencies, and
- 0:10Speaker 1: a reconciliation bill which will follow shortly after will ensure
- 0:14Speaker 1: that that job can start.
- 0:16Speaker 2: If you're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with

- 0:22Speaker 3: the forty seven Morning Update, and we've got.
- 0:23Speaker 4: Two huge stories for you.
- 0:25Speaker 3: First up, GOP leadership now prepared to steamroll the Democrats
- 0:31Speaker 3: on DHS funding plan. So what does Senate Majority Leader
- 0:36Speaker 3: Thoon have to say about it. I'll explain it to
- 0:38Speaker 3: you in just a moment. And also in some shocking
- 0:41Speaker 3: new reports, it is revealing even more evidence of how
- 0:45Speaker 3: the Biden administration abused the Face Act to deliberately target
- 0:50Speaker 3: pro life and religious Americans.
- 0:53Speaker 4: But before we get to that.
- 0:55Speaker 3: I want to tell you about the incredible people at
- 0:57Speaker 3: Patriot Mobile. This year, Mark there's a critical moment for
- 1:01Speaker 3: our country as the opposition grows more aggressive and unapologetic.
- 1:06Speaker 3: The fight now reaches into the everyday decisions we make.

- 2:22Speaker 3: slash ferguson or nine seven to two Patriot. It's a
- 2:27Speaker 3: forty seven morning update and it starts right now.
- 2:30Speaker 2: Story number one.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Finally, something to cheer about coming out of Washington, DC.
- 2:35Speaker 3: In the Senate, a major development is happening as we speak,
- 2:40Speaker 3: and it'll be a big win for border security, and
- 2:43Speaker 3: it's coming straight from the Republicans, the Senate Majority Leader
- 2:48Speaker 3: John Thune, making it clear funding for border enforcement is
- 2:52Speaker 3: not just a priority, it's going to happen. And importantly,
- 2:56Speaker 3: he says, Republicans are prepared to get it done with
- 3:00Speaker 3: or without Democrats support.
- 3:04Speaker 1: And so the Budget Resolution Center Graham is preparing we
- 3:07Speaker 1: will have on the floor, hopefully as early as next week,
- 3:10Speaker 1: will provide multiple years of funding for these agencies, and
- 3:14Speaker 1: a reconciliation bill which will follow shortly after we'll ensure
- 3:18Speaker 1: that that job gets done. So that's where we are
- 3:21Speaker 1: in the process. But we're going to move quickly, decisively,
- 3:25Speaker 1: and hopefully in a very focused way on ensuring that
- 3:28Speaker 1: those important law enforcement agencies, contrary to the Democrats' defund
- 3:34Speaker 1: law enforcement efforts, are funded not only today but well
- 3:37Speaker 1: into the future.
- 3:39Speaker 3: Now, the key part here that you need to understand
- 3:41Speaker 3: is the planning aspect of this. Using a powerful legislative
- 3:45Speaker 3: tool called budget reconciliation, that is the only way that
- 3:48Speaker 3: this will actually happen. Now, let me make it even
- 3:51Speaker 3: more clear for you so that you understand why this
- 3:55Speaker 3: is being celebrated by me and many others that have
- 3:57Speaker 3: been demanding stronger border enforcement in Washington, most major legislation
- 4:04Speaker 3: requires sixty votes in the Senate to move it forward.
- 4:08Speaker 3: That means you typically need what bipartisan support. Well, right now,
- 4:11Speaker 3: the Democrats are so out of their mind you're never
- 4:14Speaker 3: going to get that. But reconciliation, well that is the
- 4:17Speaker 3: game changer because reconciliation it allows certain budget related bills
- 4:25Speaker 3: to pass with just a simple majority, meaning fifty one votes.
- 4:30Speaker 3: So instead of needing Democrats to sign on, Republicans are
- 4:34Speaker 3: now saying we're going to move forward on our own
- 4:37Speaker 3: and as long as Republicans stay united, this will absolutely work.
- 4:41Speaker 3: And that's exactly what John Thune is signaling. No more delays,
- 4:46Speaker 3: no more gridlock, just action and a massive win for
- 4:50Speaker 3: the American people on a national security issue. And what
- 4:53Speaker 3: kind of action are we talking about, Well, it will
- 4:55Speaker 3: be more resources for ICE agents on the ground and
- 4:59Speaker 3: more support for CBP officers on the border, more funding
- 5:04Speaker 3: for enforcement as well, and the technology needed as well
- 5:08Speaker 3: as operations designed to secure the United States of America.
- 5:12Speaker 3: For millions of Americans who've been frustrated watching border issues spiral,
- 5:17Speaker 3: while Washington argues, this is being seen as a turning
- 5:21Speaker 3: point and something Republicans needed to get done very quickly
- 5:25Speaker 3: ahead of the midterm elections. So that's why they chose
- 5:28Speaker 3: this approach. If Congress can't come together in their traditional way,
- 5:33Speaker 3: leadership is now signaling they're going to use every legal
- 5:36Speaker 3: tool available to deliver the results the American people demanded
- 5:40Speaker 3: in the last elections. And that's what makes this moment
- 5:43Speaker 3: even more significant because reconciliation isn't just a procedural maneuver,
- 5:49Speaker 3: it's a signal of urgency. It's leadership finally saying, and
- 5:53Speaker 3: I'm criticizing Republican leadership right now, this issue is too
- 5:58Speaker 3: important to wait. Obviously, the President United States of America
- 6:02Speaker 3: couldn't be happier about this now. Supporters of this movie
- 6:05Speaker 3: are also arguing that strong funding for ICE and CBP
- 6:10Speaker 3: not only means better enforcement of existing immigration laws, increase
- 6:14Speaker 3: nacial security, and more stability at the border, but also
- 6:18Speaker 3: it supports the men and women who are tasked with
- 6:21Speaker 3: protecting this country and put their life on the line
- 6:23Speaker 3: every day, and by using reconciliation lawmakers can ensure these
- 6:29Speaker 3: priorities don't get bogged down in political stallmates stalemates. Now,
- 6:34Speaker 3: of course Democrats are going to fight tooth and nail
- 6:37Speaker 3: to do everything they can to try to stop this.
- 6:40Speaker 4: But the good news is the plan right now is simple.
- 6:43Speaker 3: If Republicans stay together, this will actually become a reality.
- 6:48Speaker 3: And that is exactly the message from the leadership. John
- 6:52Speaker 3: Thune isn't hedging, he's not saying maybe or we'll see.
- 6:55Speaker 3: He's now finally saying Americans are going to get the funding.
- 7:00Speaker 3: They're going to get it soon. And that's exactly what
- 7:03Speaker 3: the President has been demanding for now almost two years.
- 7:07Speaker 4: Next story number two, there.
- 7:09Speaker 3: Is a new breaking news article that is extremely important
- 7:13Speaker 3: and there's a reason why the media is not covering
- 7:16Speaker 3: it because it deals with how the Biden administration partnered
- 7:22Speaker 3: literally with abortion activists to track and imprison pro lifers.
- 7:28Speaker 3: The Biden administration snooped on pro life activists before charging
- 7:34Speaker 3: them with any crimes. President Joe Biden's administration relied we
- 7:39Speaker 3: now have learned on information gathered from radical pro abortion
- 7:43Speaker 3: groups to prosecute and snoop on the peaceful pro life protesters.
- 7:49Speaker 3: The new emails released Tuesday by the Trump administration explicitly
- 7:53Speaker 3: show The emails not only show that a top Justice
- 7:57Speaker 3: Department official was referring to an abortion activists as an
- 8:02Speaker 3: MVP for flagging pro life protests to prosecute and seeking
- 8:08Speaker 3: to track the travel plans of Christian pro life activists
- 8:12Speaker 3: not yet charged with any crimes. The emails also revealed
- 8:17Speaker 3: pro abortion organizations providing dossier's to the Biden DOJ with
- 8:23Speaker 3: personal information and pictures of pro life activists who were
- 8:27Speaker 3: later literally arrested by the FBI. Now, these files that
- 8:33Speaker 3: were put together by these radical abortion activists contain the
- 8:38Speaker 3: information we now have learned of the pro life activists
- 8:41Speaker 3: who were not yet charged with any federal crimes, but
- 8:45Speaker 3: were deemed threats by the abortion groups because of their activities,
- 8:49Speaker 3: you know, like preying on a sidewalk outside of an
- 8:52Speaker 3: abortion clinic. Many of these individuals would later be prosecuted
- 8:57Speaker 3: by the Biden administration. On Biden, we also learned that
- 9:02Speaker 3: dozens pro life protesters are prosecuted for peaceful protests that
- 9:05Speaker 3: included praying, singing, and sitting in front of doors of
- 9:10Speaker 3: abortion facilities. Several were sentenced to years in prison with
- 9:14Speaker 3: others awaiting sentencing before President Trump pardoned the pro life
- 9:19Speaker 3: activists his first week in office. These emails, released on
- 9:24Speaker 3: Tuesday were included an extensive report documenting how the Biden
- 9:29Speaker 3: administration weaponized the freedom of access to clinic entrances known
- 9:33Speaker 3: as the Face Act, against these pro life activists. Now,
- 9:38Speaker 3: this law was originally passed to protect both crisis pregnancy
- 9:42Speaker 3: centers and abortion facilities, but has been disproportionately used against
- 9:47Speaker 3: pro life protesters. And now you know why because this
- 9:51Speaker 3: weapisation now can be directly traced to Biden resurrecting the
- 9:56Speaker 3: National Task Force on Violence against Reproductive Healthcare Providers shortly
- 10:00Speaker 3: after he was elected. That according to the Justice Department,
- 10:04Speaker 3: and the task Force operated largely out of the Department's
- 10:08Speaker 3: Civil Rights Division under the direction of Saint John Patel,
- 10:13Speaker 3: who was reportedly fired on Monday.
- 10:16Speaker 4: Quote.
- 10:17Speaker 3: The task Force director was in regular ongoing contact with
- 10:22Speaker 3: pro abortion non governmental organizations you'll know them as NGOs
- 10:28Speaker 3: and the clinics they represented, but disparaged pro life groups,
- 10:33Speaker 3: the Justice Department said in their statement. Pro abortion groups
- 10:37Speaker 3: capitalized on their relationship with the Task Force to gain
- 10:40Speaker 3: internal information and then pushed targets to Face Act enforcement.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Patel was on texting terms with the National Abortion Federation
- 10:50Speaker 3: security team and regularly communicated with Planned Parenthood, Federation of America,
- 10:56Speaker 3: and the Feminist Majority Foundation. The Justice Department and confirmed
- 11:00Speaker 3: as well. In just one exchange from November of twenty
- 11:05Speaker 3: twenty one, Patel connected an FBI agent with Michelle Davison,
- 11:10Speaker 3: the security director for the National Abortion Federation. Patel told
- 11:15Speaker 3: the unidentified FBI agent the Davison was a wonderful contact
- 11:20Speaker 3: for me as it relates to the Face Act investigations.
- 11:23Speaker 4: She has been an MVP, bringing incidents.
- 11:26Speaker 3: To my attention, often in real time, which usually results
- 11:30Speaker 3: in investigation slash prosecution. The email was labeled as highly
- 11:35Speaker 3: important and began with Patel greeting both how the heck
- 11:39Speaker 3: are you now? The bombshell revelation also included details of
- 11:43Speaker 3: how abortion group provided dossier's to government officials with information
- 11:48Speaker 3: on multiple pro life activists that were then arrested by
- 11:51Speaker 3: the FBI. The report said that Pattel monitored the pro
- 11:55Speaker 3: life activist for years before charging them. This monitoring included
- 12:00Speaker 3: three of the pardon defendants. One dossier provided to Betel
- 12:04Speaker 3: from an Abortion group in twenty twenty one contained personally
- 12:08Speaker 3: identified information including addresses, photographs, including of spouses and young children,
- 12:16Speaker 3: names of associates and affiliated ministries, information about their upcoming
- 12:21Speaker 3: travel plans or protest plans, and even driver's license numbers
- 12:26Speaker 3: of pro life activists. That all according to the Justice Department.
- 12:31Speaker 3: One man who faced particular scrutiny from the Biden DOJ
- 12:36Speaker 3: was Calvin Zastro, an evangelical Christian from Michigan who travels
- 12:42Speaker 3: the country with his family, engaging in evangelism and pro
- 12:45Speaker 3: life activism. Emails showed that Zastro and members of his
- 12:50Speaker 3: family were flagged for the Justice Department, and that Patel
- 12:53Speaker 3: even enlisted the help of abortion activists to track the
- 12:57Speaker 3: whereabouts and activities of Zastro, years before he was charged
- 13:01Speaker 3: with any crimes. A few months later, Pateel reached out
- 13:05Speaker 3: to the National Abortion Federation to inquire about his travel plans,
- 13:10Speaker 3: saying this, do you have any info on Zastro and
- 13:14Speaker 3: companies traveled to Montana? Pattel asked Davidson of the National
- 13:18Speaker 3: Abortion Federation on September the ninth, twenty twenty one. That
- 13:22Speaker 3: came after Davison emailed the DOJ telling officials quote she
- 13:27Speaker 3: bet that Disastro might attempt to lead a protest and
- 13:30Speaker 3: an abortion facility in Montana.
- 13:34Speaker 4: So what does this mean. It means that the government.
- 13:37Speaker 3: Was weaponized by the Biden administration to go after anyone
- 13:42Speaker 3: that disagreed with Joe Biden, his doj or anither radical
- 13:46Speaker 3: left politically, and didn't matter if you had or had
- 13:50Speaker 3: not committed a crime, if you said the wrong thing,
- 13:53Speaker 3: or prayed at the wrong place, or supported the life
- 13:57Speaker 3: of an unborn child, then you were a target for
- 14:00Speaker 3: the Biden administration to put into jail. Let that sync
- 14:04Speaker 3: in and now you understand exactly why no one in
- 14:08Speaker 3: the media is covering this story.
