- 0:00Speaker 1: Today we'll go down in history as the beginning of
- 0:03Speaker 1: a week that you'll never forget, a day in a
- 0:10Speaker 1: week where the President of United States of America, former
- 0:12Speaker 1: President Donald Trump, will be arraigned. We also are now
- 0:19Speaker 1: hearing and this shows you just how political all of
- 0:23Speaker 1: this actually is. That the DA's office does not want
- 0:29Speaker 1: to release Donald Trump's mug shot, and apparently they're fighting
- 0:34Speaker 1: over this. Now protocol is to release the mug shot.
- 0:37Speaker 1: You have to ask thisself the question why what an
- 0:40Speaker 1: activist DA not want to put out the mug shot.
- 0:45Speaker 1: I can tell exactly why. It's because they don't want
- 0:48Speaker 1: it to be used by Donald Trump for political reasons.
- 0:53Speaker 1: They don't want him to be able to say this
- 0:55Speaker 1: is what they did to me. Here is my mug shot. Now,
- 0:59Speaker 1: this mug shot, if it is released, okay, keyword, if
- 1:04Speaker 1: it is released, will be the most iconic mugshot in
- 1:10Speaker 1: history of the United States of America. There's a very
- 1:12Speaker 1: good chance, you can actually say it'll be the most
- 1:15Speaker 1: iconic mu mug shot in the history of the world.
- 1:22Speaker 1: This mug shot is going to be a mugshot that
- 1:25Speaker 1: everyone wants to see. This will be a mug shot
- 1:30Speaker 1: that Donald Trump is going to want you to see
- 1:32Speaker 1: and we should see it because if this is real justice, Okay,
- 1:35Speaker 1: if this is real, I want to make that clear.
- 1:39Speaker 1: If this is if this is needed, if he is
- 1:42Speaker 1: a criminal as they are describing him being a criminal,
- 1:48Speaker 1: then I'm going to be clear about this. We should
- 1:52Speaker 1: see it. Now, let's talk about the politics of this
- 1:57Speaker 1: mug shot. Right after Donald Trump was indicted, he put
- 2:02Speaker 1: in record, okay record fundraising for his presidential campaign. Donald Trump,
- 2:10Speaker 1: some of you may not realize this because it happened
- 2:13Speaker 1: so early, So I'm just going to state the facts
- 2:15Speaker 1: for you has already declared that he is running for
- 2:17Speaker 1: president of United States of America. We know that he's
- 2:20Speaker 1: officially a candidate. There's others that are mentioned, right, like
- 2:24Speaker 1: Rhonda Santis who is not an official candidate yet. Donald
- 2:28Speaker 1: Trump is. And so as soon as he was indicted,
- 2:30Speaker 1: the money started flowing in, and it should flow in,
- 2:33Speaker 1: right like, the money should absolutely flow in to his
- 2:39Speaker 1: campaign because he's being persecuted and being charged for solely
- 2:43Speaker 1: political reasons. And we all know that. We know it's political.
- 2:49Speaker 1: We know it's not just personal but political, and we
- 2:53Speaker 1: know that this is something that is happening because they
- 2:55Speaker 1: want to bury Donald Trump and they're obsessed with Donald Trump.
- 2:58Speaker 1: They're psychotic on Donald Trum. And there will probably be
- 3:01Speaker 1: other indictments that will come as well. That's something else
- 3:03Speaker 1: that people need to understand. There's a very good chance
- 3:07Speaker 1: that other indictments are going to come from other cases
- 3:09Speaker 1: in Georgia and other places because there's what three four
- 3:12Speaker 1: other investigations and the Donald Trump and now it's gonna
- 3:15Speaker 1: be really really easy for people to say yep and
- 3:18Speaker 1: diet them. They already did it once in New York.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Why not do it now. That's how they're gonna justify this.
- 3:26Speaker 1: But if you're gonna do this, then then give me
- 3:28Speaker 1: the damn mug shot. I want to see it. Show
- 3:31Speaker 1: me the mug shot. I want to see it. Okay,
- 3:38Speaker 1: I want to see it. And Donald Trump deserves to
- 3:44Speaker 1: have his mug shot be made public because he deserves
- 3:47Speaker 1: to be able to say this is what they did
- 3:49Speaker 1: to me. It is also shows you just the political
- 3:55Speaker 1: nature of this indictment. The fact that they're fighting the
- 3:58Speaker 1: mug shot that they don't want you to see much
- 4:00Speaker 1: and they're already fighting over this, and the monk shot
- 4:01Speaker 1: hasn't even been taken yet. Now let me walk you
- 4:04Speaker 1: also through how all this is going to go down,
- 4:06Speaker 1: because we now have more of an understanding this, and
- 4:08Speaker 1: it's going to be in the middle of the afternoon.
- 4:10Speaker 1: Mid afternoon is when we're being told now that Donald
- 4:13Speaker 1: Trump is going to be arraigked. All right, that's number one.
- 4:16Speaker 1: It's gonna be around two something in the afternoon. We're
- 4:19Speaker 1: being told that the court system is in essence shut
- 4:22Speaker 1: down during that time for safety concerns. We're being told
- 4:27Speaker 1: that the president will be then arraigned, he will be booked,
- 4:30Speaker 1: they will decide if a bail is going to be set.
- 4:33Speaker 1: He's not a flight risk. I'm assuming they're not going
- 4:35Speaker 1: to argue that he's a flight risk. If they do,
- 4:37Speaker 1: they're stupid. But they might do that. Okay, they absolutely
- 4:41Speaker 1: might do that he is a flight risk and claim
- 4:44Speaker 1: that I think that'd be absurd, and try to take
- 4:45Speaker 1: away his passport, which would be another I think huge
- 4:49Speaker 1: political miscalculation by Alvin Bragg and the other Democrats involved here.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Now Democrats are going to celebrate this as justice. You
- 4:58Speaker 1: also need to understand that Hillary Clinton did the exact
- 5:03Speaker 1: same thing. Okay, Hillary Clinton did the exact same thing
- 5:12Speaker 1: is Donald Trump at the exact same time, except the
- 5:14Speaker 1: difference was she was a resident of New York at
- 5:17Speaker 1: the time. Hillary Clinton categorize money the exact same way
- 5:22Speaker 1: that Donald Trump categorized money. The money that Hillary Clinton's
- 5:27Speaker 1: campaign used was well over a million dollars, ten times
- 5:30Speaker 1: more than Donald Trump's payment to Stormy Daniels. You also
- 5:34Speaker 1: need to understand that and Hillary Clinton miscategorized campaign funds
- 5:41Speaker 1: as legal expenses when she was paying for the Steel
- 5:44Speaker 1: dossier to be created out of thin air, that dossier
- 5:48Speaker 1: that they used to attack Donald Trump and to impeach
- 5:51Speaker 1: Donald Trump. All of that happened, And you need to
- 5:54Speaker 1: understand this the same exact place, at the same exact
- 5:57Speaker 1: time in twenty sixteen. Now the statue of womanations have
- 6:00Speaker 1: run out on charging Hillary Clinton. But you gotta understand saying,
- 6:04Speaker 1: this individual, okay, never forget this, this individual, Alvin Bragg,
- 6:11Speaker 1: has created law out of thin air, has created something
- 6:16Speaker 1: that was not there and turned into something that is there.
- 6:19Speaker 1: He turned a misdemeanor and try and then flipped it
- 6:22Speaker 1: somehow into stretching to the extreme, Okay, to the point
- 6:28Speaker 1: where he figured out a way to turn into a felony. Now,
- 6:31Speaker 1: I do believe this is gonna be thrown out. Okay,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I want to make that clear. I do not believe
- 6:37Speaker 1: that he is They're going to be successful in this
- 6:39Speaker 1: prosecution of the president of the United States of America.
- 6:42Speaker 1: But there's been a lot of people that have also
- 6:43Speaker 1: been asking other questions about this indictment. They're like, all right, well,
- 6:46Speaker 1: if he's indicted, then he's screwed because he can't run
- 6:49Speaker 1: for president. That's not true. I learned this and we
- 6:53Speaker 1: talk about this in my podcast and I co host
- 6:56Speaker 1: with center Ted Cruise Verdict with Ted Cruise. You should
- 6:58Speaker 1: download it because we had a very deep dive for
- 7:01Speaker 1: tomorrow's podcasts that you should that you should hear about
- 7:08Speaker 1: what the law says about what you can and what
- 7:11Speaker 1: you cannot do when you are running for president or
- 7:14Speaker 1: you are the president. Did you know that the president
- 7:17Speaker 1: Unite States of America could actually commit murder and he
- 7:19Speaker 1: would not lose his presidency just for doing that. He
- 7:21Speaker 1: could commit murder and be convicted of murdering somebody. In fact,
- 7:25Speaker 1: he could be in jail, and that still does not
- 7:28Speaker 1: mean that you're not the president United States of America. Now,
- 7:30Speaker 1: what would happen is that there would be a trial
- 7:34Speaker 1: in theory in Congress for high crimes and misdemeaners against
- 7:36Speaker 1: the president, and that's how they would pull him out
- 7:38Speaker 1: of office. Just so you understand how this actually works,
- 7:43Speaker 1: the high crimes and misdemeanors would come down against you,
- 7:46Speaker 1: and they would impeach you, and then you would be
- 7:48Speaker 1: removed from office. In a normal, sane world, but committing
- 7:53Speaker 1: a crime does not make you ineligible to be president
- 7:55Speaker 1: United States of America. There have been a lot of
- 7:58Speaker 1: people that ask the question, well, what if the Democrats
- 8:00Speaker 1: dragged us out this trial or other indictments that could
- 8:03Speaker 1: come down, then what happens. Can the president not take
- 8:07Speaker 1: the office if he's in a trial or if he's
- 8:10Speaker 1: been convicted. The answer is no, that's not true either.
- 8:15Speaker 1: Donald Trump could be in a trial and be elected president.
- 8:22Speaker 1: In fact, Donald Trump could actually be indicted on other
- 8:29Speaker 1: charges and convicted and it would not stop him from
- 8:32Speaker 1: becoming president of the United States of America. They could
- 8:37Speaker 1: hold this for a really long time and it wouldn't
- 8:39Speaker 1: matter because the President of the United States of America,
- 8:42Speaker 1: Donald Trump, could still then become president again. The idea
- 8:47Speaker 1: that they were hoping for is that they would convict
- 8:49Speaker 1: him of becoming an insurrectionist, and if they did that,
- 8:56Speaker 1: that could disqualify him from being president in theory, because
- 9:01Speaker 1: that's actually in our constitution. Let's talk about a great
- 9:05Speaker 1: opportunity for your IRA. In four oh one ks. You
- 9:09Speaker 1: can get free gold just by learning about gold iras
- 9:12Speaker 1: from august of Precious Metals. It's important that you know
- 9:15Speaker 1: what's going on in this crazy economy and your hard
- 9:18Speaker 1: earned savings need protecting from the devalued dollar. Protecting from
- 9:22Speaker 1: the devalued dollar, especially if you're close to retirement. August
- 9:26Speaker 1: of Precious Metals will give you information on how to
- 9:28Speaker 1: protect your savings and open a gold IRA. So if
- 9:31Speaker 1: you've saved at least a hundred thousand for retirement, call
- 9:34Speaker 1: and ask about their ultimate guide to gold iras. I
- 9:38Speaker 1: trust Augusta Precious Metals and you can too. They will
- 9:41Speaker 1: make sure that you understand what is best for you
- 9:44Speaker 1: and your portfolio. There's a reason Money Magazine says they
- 9:47Speaker 1: are the best gold IRA company. Get free gold, free
- 9:52Speaker 1: information and retirement protection now by calling eight seven seven
- 9:56Speaker 1: four Gold Ira. That's eight seven seven the number four
- 10:00Speaker 1: our gold Ira or Augusta Precious Metals dot Com. Democrats
- 10:05Speaker 1: wanted to use the word insurrection for January the sixth,
- 10:08Speaker 1: because if they could accuse the president of causing an insurrection,
- 10:13Speaker 1: they knew that was something that could disqualify him from
- 10:16Speaker 1: being the president. That's why, in the moments after that happened,
- 10:22Speaker 1: you could see the political operatives go to work. Right,
- 10:25Speaker 1: it was all over TV. It was insurrectionist, insurrection, insurrection, insurrection, insurrection.
- 10:30Speaker 1: Then they started making sure that they kept it out
- 10:33Speaker 1: there by implying that January sixth was worse as bad
- 10:39Speaker 1: as nine to eleven. Then they started saying that the
- 10:41Speaker 1: people there were domestic terrorists and they were clearly incited
- 10:45Speaker 1: by Donald Trump, and that he was the leader of
- 10:48Speaker 1: the insurrection. Now, this is part of what they're looking
- 10:52Speaker 1: into right now to maybe charge him with those crimes
- 10:54Speaker 1: as well. I expect Tuesday to not be the last
- 10:59Speaker 1: time that Donald Trump has a mugshot, because now you've
- 11:02Speaker 1: opened Pandora's box. The floodgates have been opened, and these
- 11:08Speaker 1: floodgates that have been opened, I don't believe you'll ever
- 11:13Speaker 1: be able to shut them down again. I think it's
- 11:15Speaker 1: here to stay. I believe that this is like, this
- 11:19Speaker 1: is the game, folks, like this is it. And I
- 11:24Speaker 1: don't believe that will ever be able to put this
- 11:28Speaker 1: genie back in this bottle. But I'm not sure Democrats care.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I think they are so obsessed, they are so truly,
- 11:39Speaker 1: truly obsessed with the idea of Donald Trump having a
- 11:45Speaker 1: mug shot and being put in prison, that they will
- 11:48Speaker 1: stop at nothing until the accomplishtion. And look at how
- 11:50Speaker 1: hyper focused they have been. Democrats have been obsessed with
- 11:55Speaker 1: getting Donald Trump in jail. I have played this montage.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I think it's an important montage. I think it's a
- 12:02Speaker 1: montage that just shows you just how extreme the Democratic
- 12:09Speaker 1: Party is. They have been since twenty sixteen, twenty seventeen,
- 12:14Speaker 1: twenty eighteen, twenty nineteen. They have become obsessed, completely obsessed
- 12:23Speaker 1: with putting Donald Trump in jail. They've wanted Donald Trump
- 12:27Speaker 1: in jail, and they've been saying it over and over
- 12:30Speaker 1: again since two thousand and sixteen. I'm going to remind
- 12:34Speaker 1: you of this because this tells you how focused they
- 12:36Speaker 1: were on putting Donald Trump jail. And this is going
- 12:39Speaker 1: to start in two thousand in sixteen and go all
- 12:42Speaker 1: the way up until now. Listen. The eight House Democrats
- 12:46Speaker 1: have recently voted to advanced articles of impeachment, impeach them
- 12:49Speaker 1: first and end indict them. Yes, the president, a sitting
- 12:52Speaker 1: president can be indicted. Even if the president were to
- 12:56Speaker 1: somehow find some way to terminate Mueller, the indictments would
- 12:58Speaker 1: continue to grind. You can anybody on anything, you can
- 13:03Speaker 1: try and indict is not functioning as the president of
- 13:06Speaker 1: the United States. Frankly, if he ever gets indicted, he'll
- 13:08Speaker 1: have insanity is a defense, I suppose from a criminal
- 13:11Speaker 1: of charge, but it's hardly You know, this is a
- 13:15Speaker 1: serious matter. You're starting to hear people talk about the
- 13:18Speaker 1: possibility that Donald Trump leaves office in two years and
- 13:21Speaker 1: then finds himself in the pros airs of these New
- 13:23Speaker 1: York prosecutors. This sitting president can and should be indicted.
- 13:28Speaker 1: President for sure is more than likely going to serve
- 13:30Speaker 1: some jail time. It's clear that Trump is the target
- 13:32Speaker 1: and he'll be indicted eventually. On the day Donald Trump
- 13:36Speaker 1: leaves office, the Justice Department may indict him. Now there
- 13:39Speaker 1: is talk of jail time for the president. Mueller could
- 13:42Speaker 1: indict the president for obstruction of justice. Donald Trump should
- 13:46Speaker 1: be indicted for calling a cooperating witness, a rat. He
- 13:49Speaker 1: should have been indicted. If a sitting president can be
- 13:53Speaker 1: indicted by the Justice Department, why aren't we at the
- 13:56Speaker 1: target Trump having committed crimes to get the presidency, So
- 14:00Speaker 1: why aren't we at an indictment yet? I think there's
- 14:03Speaker 1: generally consensus the president is probably committed indictable crimes. It's
- 14:07Speaker 1: very strongly in favor of indicting the president when he
- 14:10Speaker 1: is out of office, that there may be enough evidence
- 14:13Speaker 1: to indict Trumps. Thenald Trump going to be indicted. Maybe
- 14:15Speaker 1: it'll happen, Maybe he'll go to prison. You know, would
- 14:19Speaker 1: you ever see the inside of a prison cell? DA
- 14:21Speaker 1: could get a ham sandwich indicted. Hey, listen, Trump's the
- 14:26Speaker 1: big Mac. Even if Donald Trump himself is not ever indicted,
- 14:30Speaker 1: there is another way that prosecutors can actually indict the
- 14:34Speaker 1: entire Trump org. We hope at the Turning General seize
- 14:38Speaker 1: the importance of moving ahere with this indictment, moving ahere
- 14:44Speaker 1: with Locke and Steve Bannon, the whole Inchilada, the whole
- 14:47Speaker 1: company indicted by next week? Why not pursue it and
- 14:51Speaker 1: see what happens? Mark Garland, If you indict Trump, you'll
- 14:54Speaker 1: be my person of the Year of the decade. The
- 14:57Speaker 1: only thing worth than indicting and would be not indicting him,
- 15:00Speaker 1: would be fahia not to indict them. Donald Trump is
- 15:04Speaker 1: an ordinary citizen and is committing crimes right now. I
- 15:08Speaker 1: like the idea that mart Metta's going to jail for
- 15:10Speaker 1: the rest of his life. But I still think that
- 15:13Speaker 1: the committee has laid out that the person on top
- 15:16Speaker 1: of all of this, in charge of all of this,
- 15:18Speaker 1: doing all of this, was Donald Trump. Now for him
- 15:21Speaker 1: not to indict, frankly, would cause this country more harm
- 15:25Speaker 1: than even if he indice and there's a hung jury
- 15:28Speaker 1: or not a successful conviction. I think there should be
- 15:30Speaker 1: no case in which they wouldn't indict. I don't think
- 15:34Speaker 1: we should be treating him the way other ex presidents
- 15:37Speaker 1: were treated. I think the extent of what Donald Trump's
- 15:40Speaker 1: done is so egregious that no attorney general, no fair
- 15:45Speaker 1: minded attorney general, would have any choice. According to The Atlantic,
- 15:49Speaker 1: Garland is preparing to indicte Trump, despite moving at the
- 15:52Speaker 1: cautious pace of an institutionalist. The only reasons Trump hasn't
- 15:56Speaker 1: been indicted by now is because he's a former president
- 16:00Speaker 1: and because he has hand picked judges on his side.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Accountability for some people means that we get a pound
- 16:05Speaker 1: of flesh from Donald Trump and that he ends up
- 16:07Speaker 1: behind bars. Do you think it's about time for Special
- 16:09Speaker 1: Counsel Jack Smith to just indict Trump? And would such
- 16:12Speaker 1: a move take Trump off the campaign trail? Is this
- 16:16Speaker 1: the charge you would want him to be indicted on?
- 16:19Speaker 1: Would a January sixth doj indictment or say a Georgia
- 16:23Speaker 1: election interference charge carry more weight? That is the media's
- 16:28Speaker 1: obsession with Donald Trump. And now you can hear at
- 16:32Speaker 1: the very end they're starting to have this Okay, well,
- 16:37Speaker 1: maybe we screwed this up. Maybe it should be a
- 16:40Speaker 1: little bit different, Maybe we overextended right. Maybe maybe maybe
- 16:47Speaker 1: this isn't the charge that we really wanted to nail
- 16:50Speaker 1: him on. Maybe we should pick another charge to nail
- 16:53Speaker 1: him on. Too late, too late. It's it's done now,
- 17:03Speaker 1: Like this is it, It's done now. Donald Trump is
- 17:10Speaker 1: an individual who the Democratic Party have gone totally rogue,
- 17:16Speaker 1: have been completely psycho on, completely obsessed with trying to
- 17:23Speaker 1: destroy Donald Trump. Like this is just this is the
- 17:27Speaker 1: total obsession with trying to destroy him. And now they've
- 17:30Speaker 1: got their wishes and they've been focused on this, and
- 17:32Speaker 1: they've never stopped doing it. They've never pulled back from this.
- 17:36Speaker 1: There hell been on it. This was what they've wanted
- 17:38Speaker 1: to do all along. They now have it, and now
- 17:42Speaker 1: they don't want to give you the mugshot because they
- 17:45Speaker 1: realize this may be the biggest epic backfire in the
- 17:52Speaker 1: history of political prosecutions. There's a very very very very
- 18:02Speaker 1: very good chance that Donald Trump will have solidified the
- 18:07Speaker 1: Republican nomination because of this mug shot. There's an extremely
- 18:13Speaker 1: good chance, I mean an extremely good chance that no
- 18:20Speaker 1: one else will be able to touch him in a primary,
- 18:22Speaker 1: including Rhonda Santis, because of this indictment and the medias
- 18:27Speaker 1: obsession with trying to destroy this man. And I do
- 18:29Speaker 1: think there's a lot of people that maybe didn't love okay,
- 18:33Speaker 1: maybe maybe didn't love Donald Trump, that they're gonna watch
- 18:37Speaker 1: this week and they're gonna see this terrible history that
- 18:41Speaker 1: is being made and they're going to say themselves, Yeah,
- 18:44Speaker 1: this was really stupid, and I'm going to stand with
- 18:48Speaker 1: a guy that's clearly being persecuted for political reasons only.
- 18:53Speaker 1: This is not what we do in the United States
- 18:55Speaker 1: of America. This is not how we act in the
- 18:58Speaker 1: United States of America. This is not how we behave
- 19:02Speaker 1: in the United States America. This is what happens in
- 19:04Speaker 1: third world countries, not in the United States of America. Democrats,
- 19:09Speaker 1: by the way, they're trying to figure out how they're
- 19:12Speaker 1: going to play this when all this happens on Tuesday,
- 19:15Speaker 1: the majority of Democrats are gonna pop champagne and celebrate this.
- 19:21Speaker 1: There are some sophisticated Democrats that are warning that may
- 19:26Speaker 1: not be the right thing to do. That might not
- 19:30Speaker 1: be what you want to do. We might want to
- 19:33Speaker 1: be careful about jumping in the deep end of celebrating
- 19:37Speaker 1: the fact that you came up with some ridiculous, clearly
- 19:41Speaker 1: politically motivated charges that more than likely are going to
- 19:43Speaker 1: be thrown out of court, laughed out of court. You
- 19:47Speaker 1: might not want to do that. But you gotta understand.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Democrats may not care if this is thrown out because
- 19:52Speaker 1: it at least gives them the ability and I do
- 19:57Speaker 1: think there's some truth to this, Okay, It gives them
- 20:01Speaker 1: the ability to at least move forward with other charges
- 20:07Speaker 1: around the country. It will allow for people to be
- 20:12Speaker 1: brave on grand juries to indict Donald Trump because they
- 20:16Speaker 1: won't be the first. They won't have to worry about
- 20:19Speaker 1: there being some sort of backlash because hey, there's no
- 20:22Speaker 1: backlash in those scenarios. Right, somebody else started this and
- 20:26Speaker 1: did it first. We're just doing it second or third,
- 20:28Speaker 1: or fourth, or fifth or six or seventh. Right. You
- 20:32Speaker 1: understand that Jen Saki, former White House Press Secretary, and
- 20:39Speaker 1: I'll have full I have a lot of respect for
- 20:41Speaker 1: Jen Saki, and I'll explain why she had to defend
- 20:44Speaker 1: the indefensible every day in this White House with Joe Biden.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You're having to clean up messes for a clearly incapacitated
- 20:53Speaker 1: president of the United States of America with major Kagnim decline.
- 20:57Speaker 1: That's a tough job. There's also a reason why she
- 21:00Speaker 1: quit that job pretty early on, because it's exhausting. She
- 21:04Speaker 1: now has her own TV show, it none other than
- 21:06Speaker 1: Where You Go After You Leave the White House MSNBC.
- 21:12Speaker 1: But she had something interesting to say about what this
- 21:16Speaker 1: week could bring, and I do want you to hear it.
- 21:18Speaker 1: I'll give you my reaction to but listen to her strategy.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Indictment of Donald Trump, Democrats might fill the urge to
- 21:25Speaker 1: shout it from the rooftops and use it to score
- 21:28Speaker 1: political points, and if they're watching Republicans on the other side,
- 21:32Speaker 1: that's exactly what they're doing. Trump himself took the truth
- 21:36Speaker 1: social to call the indictment an attack on our country
- 21:39Speaker 1: and our once free and fair elections, no irony at
- 21:42Speaker 1: all there. And then there was Ronda Santis who called
- 21:45Speaker 1: it weaponization of the legal system. Speaker Kevin McCarthy claimed
- 21:49Speaker 1: Alvin Bragg weaponized our sacred system of justice. Even Governor
- 21:54Speaker 1: Glen Youngan, the supposed post Trump future of the Republican Party,
- 21:57Speaker 1: rushed out with a similar statement of his own to me,
- 22:01Speaker 1: this is all pure projection. To me, the only people
- 22:04Speaker 1: who are weaponizing and politicizing which shouldn't be a political
- 22:08Speaker 1: process at all are these leading Republicans. And they're doing
- 22:12Speaker 1: this for one reason because Donald Trump is still the
- 22:16Speaker 1: leader of the Republican Party. If you had any doubt
- 22:19Speaker 1: they're following him, this past week confirms that and they're scared.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Let me just jump in here for a second, Okay.
- 22:26Speaker 1: I love how she says this. Right, Like, these people,
- 22:30Speaker 1: ha ha. You think they're any different than Donald Trump,
- 22:33Speaker 1: You're wrong. He's the leader of the Republican Party. Now
- 22:35Speaker 1: they want this to be the case because they feel
- 22:37Speaker 1: like that if Donald Trump is the leader of the
- 22:38Speaker 1: Republican Party, enough people in the middle moderates will say,
- 22:43Speaker 1: I hate the Republican Party because it's Donald Trump's party,
- 22:45Speaker 1: and I'm gonna vote for Democrats. You see the strategy here.
- 22:48Speaker 1: It's actually a brilliant strategy by Jensaki, former White House
- 22:52Speaker 1: presidentiy at MSNBC. Now, the part where she's stupid, okay,
- 23:00Speaker 1: is the part that I just that was we just
- 23:03Speaker 1: talked about, and that is over selling this. For the Republicans,
- 23:12Speaker 1: all right, that have come out and have stood by
- 23:16Speaker 1: Donald Trump, this was a no brainer. I said this
- 23:19Speaker 1: in my show the night this happened, when we found
- 23:22Speaker 1: out he was indicted. Okay, I said, look at your
- 23:25Speaker 1: Republican congressman, centers, locally elected officials, and see what their
- 23:30Speaker 1: statements are. And you're gonna know if they're with us
- 23:32Speaker 1: or against us. If you want to know if they're
- 23:33Speaker 1: Liz Chenney, if you want to know if they're a
- 23:34Speaker 1: Mitt Romney, if you want to know if they're an
- 23:36Speaker 1: Adam kinsing Er, if you want to know if they're
- 23:38Speaker 1: one of those, all you have to do is look
- 23:46Speaker 1: at their statements. Right now about Donald Trump. If they're
- 23:50Speaker 1: not defending Donald Trump, because this is so much bigger
- 23:52Speaker 1: than Donald Trump. And that's what people need to understand.
- 23:56Speaker 1: If they're gonna if they can do this to a
- 23:58Speaker 1: former president Unit States of America solely based on political reasoning,
- 24:04Speaker 1: then they can absolutely do it to you. If you're
- 24:06Speaker 1: not a politician, they can do it to you if
- 24:11Speaker 1: you decide to run for office one day. They can
- 24:13Speaker 1: do it to any locally elected or state elected official.
- 24:17Speaker 1: They can do it to any senator or congressman or
- 24:18Speaker 1: anybody else. Okay, they can do it to anybody. I'm
- 24:24Speaker 1: gonna say that again. They can do it to anybody.
- 24:32Speaker 1: That is the point that I think these other Republicans
- 24:38Speaker 1: we're trying to make, Okay, that that is a point.
- 24:43Speaker 1: They were coming out and saying, Donald Trump, maybe first,
- 24:47Speaker 1: de Santist could be second, Junkan could be third, all
- 24:52Speaker 1: these other Republicans that she was mentioning that Nicki Haley
- 24:55Speaker 1: and the others, they're not taking direction from Donald Trump.
- 25:04Speaker 1: They're standing up for an agregious standing up to an
- 25:08Speaker 1: egregious abuse of power that could turn them into the
- 25:11Speaker 1: very next Donald Trump. Two point zero. If you can
- 25:16Speaker 1: do this to Donald Trump and raid his house and
- 25:18Speaker 1: have the FBI come in and everything else. You can
- 25:20Speaker 1: do it to Rondo Santis. You can do it to Glenyonkin.
- 25:23Speaker 1: You can do it to any of these guys. And
- 25:26Speaker 1: that is the point that they clearly understand. Okay, that's
- 25:31Speaker 1: the point that that's very obvious and a point that
- 25:35Speaker 1: we all need to be talking about. Okay, this is
- 25:40Speaker 1: a this is a moment that needs to be clearly
- 25:46Speaker 1: for every Republican. And I mean that's when I say this.
- 25:49Speaker 1: You're either when with us or you're against us. There
- 25:52Speaker 1: is no in between. Now. You are either with us
- 25:57Speaker 1: or you were against us. It's one of the two.
- 26:00Speaker 1: And if you think it's not that simple, then you're
- 26:02Speaker 1: an idiot, you're incompetent. This is so much bigger than
- 26:09Speaker 1: Donald Trump. Okay, this is significantly bigger than Donald Trump.
- 26:16Speaker 1: This is massive and a sad week in American history.
- 26:21Speaker 1: If you want to go and be like you know
- 26:23Speaker 1: Hitler was with going after his political foes, and he
- 26:27Speaker 1: did that a lot, then go to the Communist Democratic
- 26:31Speaker 1: Party now, because that's exactly what they're about. If you
- 26:34Speaker 1: want to be like Stylin and Mussolini, if you want
- 26:36Speaker 1: to be like Fidel Castro and his family where they
- 26:40Speaker 1: took their political opponents and they put them in prison,
- 26:43Speaker 1: then then go be a part of the Communist Democratic Party,
- 26:47Speaker 1: because that is exactly what they are doing, and everyone
- 26:52Speaker 1: knows that that is exactly what they are doing. Jen
- 26:59Speaker 1: Saki knows it too, and that's why she's trying to
- 27:03Speaker 1: act like everybody is now behind Donald Trump because they
- 27:06Speaker 1: can't lead on their own. She's trying to mock them
- 27:08Speaker 1: and attack them listen, sort of losing the support of
- 27:11Speaker 1: his base. So where does that leave Democrats and what
- 27:15Speaker 1: should they be doing about the indictment news. Let me
- 27:18Speaker 1: start with what I don't think you should be doing,
- 27:21Speaker 1: as much as you may want to. Now is not
- 27:23Speaker 1: the time for a mass order of lock them up
- 27:26Speaker 1: T shirts and mugs. That's exactly what Trump and his
- 27:29Speaker 1: supporters would do. Now is also not the time for
- 27:32Speaker 1: Democratic candidates to celebrate, to brag, to predict the outcome
- 27:36Speaker 1: of the legal cases. If you can, I'd actually just
- 27:39Speaker 1: put your head down and stay out of it for now.
- 27:42Speaker 1: President Biden in the White House will lean into the
- 27:44Speaker 1: longstanding policy that they don't comment on ongoing criminal investigations,
- 27:49Speaker 1: which was the policy, by the way, long before them
- 27:51Speaker 1: for decades. They're democratic and Republican presidents. That's not only
- 27:55Speaker 1: the right thing to do, but in this case, it's
- 27:58Speaker 1: also good politics. And if sitting in the White House
- 28:00Speaker 1: right now, you're making what I think is the right
- 28:03Speaker 1: bet that the public cares a whole lot more about
- 28:06Speaker 1: what the president is doing to actually make their lives
- 28:09Speaker 1: better than what he thinks about a hush money payment
- 28:11Speaker 1: to an adult film star. Notice how she all of
- 28:15Speaker 1: a sudden is saying, this is the dog whistle. Hey, guys,
- 28:19Speaker 1: shut up about this. Hey guys, don't go all in
- 28:22Speaker 1: on this. Hey guys, this may be the biggest disaster
- 28:25Speaker 1: that we've ever seen. Hey guys, please be quiet about this.
- 28:30Speaker 1: Hey guys, you understand this is not what we need
- 28:33Speaker 1: to be doing. Put your head down. You just had
- 28:37Speaker 1: Jen Saki, the former White House pres secretary that actually said, Democrats,
- 28:43Speaker 1: maybe you should shut up about this indictment and put
- 28:45Speaker 1: your head down, because otherwise this could be the biggest
- 28:48Speaker 1: political backfire in history. And that's why she's saying, put
- 28:54Speaker 1: your head down, don't gloat, don't celebrate it, be quiet
- 29:04Speaker 1: about it. Because if you're not. This could come back
- 29:08Speaker 1: to turn Donald Trump into the President of United States
- 29:10Speaker 1: of America all over again. We're gonna be following this
- 29:15Speaker 1: obviously all week long, and we're gonna keep you up
- 29:17Speaker 1: to date on what's happening. So make sure that you
- 29:20Speaker 1: subscribe to our podcasts, listen each and every day, and
- 29:23Speaker 1: I'll see you back here tomorrow.
