- 0:01Speaker 1: Senator gonna be with you. You actually get an entire
- 0:03Speaker 1: week at home over Thanksgiving. Congrats because I see your schedule.
- 0:08Speaker 1: For people that don't know your schedule, and if you
- 0:11Speaker 1: listen to verdict a lot. I have never not wanted
- 0:15Speaker 1: to be an elected official more than after I started
- 0:17Speaker 1: working with you. When I see your daily schedule, you
- 0:19Speaker 1: had like a twenty hour day the other day.
- 0:22Speaker 2: Yeah, twenty one, twenty one?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Yeah, who's counting right? It is insane. You get a
- 0:26Speaker 1: whole week home. I know you're thrilled. It's good to
- 0:28Speaker 1: see you here in person for that, get to hang
- 0:31Speaker 1: out with your family, and it is official. Now this
- 0:34Speaker 1: makes me laugh. The special counsel investigating Joe biden handling
- 0:39Speaker 1: of classified materials is apparently not expected to hand on
- 0:43Speaker 1: any charges for Joe Biden, who had classified material unless
- 0:47Speaker 1: remind people he had it in his garage, he had
- 0:49Speaker 1: it in another office, he had a university, and some
- 0:52Speaker 1: of the stuff dated back decades to when he was
- 0:55Speaker 1: a senator. No charges for him. But Donald Trump could
- 0:58Speaker 1: go to jail for I don't know what do we
- 0:59Speaker 1: had one hundred sixty years now?
- 1:01Speaker 2: Well, look, you would be forgiven if you've forgotten about
- 1:04Speaker 2: this story because if it's up to the corporate media,
- 1:07Speaker 2: there's nothing here to remember. Yeah, and they haven't covered
- 1:10Speaker 2: it since the story broke initially, they've just buried it
- 1:14Speaker 2: in the time vault. But what we have now we
- 1:17Speaker 2: don't know for sure because we have not actually gotten
- 1:19Speaker 2: a report from the Biden Department of Justice. What we've
- 1:22Speaker 2: gotten is media leaks. But that's how the Biden Department
- 1:26Speaker 2: of Justice puts things out, as they leak like a
- 1:28Speaker 2: sieve when it's politically convenient to them. And so what
- 1:31Speaker 2: the media leaks indicate is that Robert Hurr, who's the
- 1:34Speaker 2: special counsel who was appointed to investigate Joe Biden and
- 1:39Speaker 2: his mishandling of classified documents, is expected to file a
- 1:43Speaker 2: report with some harsh language. We're told, harsh, bad boy,
- 1:47Speaker 2: bad boy, he's gonna say, but nobody's going to be prosecuted,
- 1:51Speaker 2: never mind slapping the wrist. Everything fine here. Now, I
- 1:54Speaker 2: got to say, this is the least surprising thing since
- 1:57Speaker 2: the sun rose in the sky this morning. We knew
- 2:00Speaker 2: this was coming, and it's worth replaying the history to
- 2:05Speaker 2: remember how this came. So the Biden DOJ was filled
- 2:11Speaker 2: with joy. Their hearts were palipitating because they had classified
- 2:15Speaker 2: documents at bar A Lago, and finally they had an
- 2:18Speaker 2: excuse to indict Donald Trump. This was back in those
- 2:20Speaker 2: halcyon days. Yeah, when they hadn't indicted Trump once or
- 2:24Speaker 2: twice or three times or four times. He was zero
- 2:26Speaker 2: times indicted when this happened. But they were all excited
- 2:29Speaker 2: because the classified documents. That's how they were going to
- 2:33Speaker 2: get their villain, their enemy, their arch nemesis. And then,
- 2:38Speaker 2: wouldn't you know, it turns out Joe Biden stores classified
- 2:42Speaker 2: documents just about everywhere except where you're supposed to. So
- 2:46Speaker 2: classified documents were discovered at the Penn Center. Classified documents
- 2:51Speaker 2: were discovered in Biden's DC office. Classified documents were discovered
- 2:55Speaker 2: in the garage of his Delaware house next to his
- 2:58Speaker 2: classic car. By the way, the garage is completely unlocked.
- 3:00Speaker 2: They're just in boxes sitting next to the corvette. And
- 3:04Speaker 2: it was one after the other after the other. And
- 3:07Speaker 2: if you'll recall, we actually pulled up the video of
- 3:11Speaker 2: Merrick Garland when he was forced to announce the special Counsel,
- 3:14Speaker 2: and on this podcast, I joked that Merrick Garland's face
- 3:19Speaker 2: seemed like a hostage video. Yeah, like he was so miserable.
- 3:23Speaker 2: I was speculating, is he actually blinking sos? Because he
- 3:28Speaker 2: had a clean shot he thought to finally take down Trump.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And it was two different ways. Even handle it from
- 3:35Speaker 1: a raid of mar Lago, a former president first in
- 3:38Speaker 1: history too. Let's talk to the lawyers quietly and we'll we'll.
- 3:43Speaker 2: By the way back and bury it before the last election. Yeah,
- 3:46Speaker 2: so they knew that Joe Biden had multiple classified documents
- 3:50Speaker 2: story illegally. They knew that before the last election. And
- 3:53Speaker 2: you know, we were talking about leaks. Magically that didn't leak. No,
- 3:56Speaker 2: they only leak the things they want to leak. But
- 3:59Speaker 2: if it actually hurts the Biden White House, it is
- 4:02Speaker 2: locked up in a vault for all eternity. Because Merrick
- 4:06Speaker 2: Garland sadly has utterly politicized the Department of Justice, well,
- 4:12Speaker 2: Garland felt, Okay, I've got to appoint a special counsel
- 4:16Speaker 2: for Biden. Had no choice because it's so hypocritical, and
- 4:21Speaker 2: he'd already appointed a special counsel for Trump, so it
- 4:24Speaker 2: was obvious weight Well, if they both did the same thing,
- 4:28Speaker 2: he couldn't figure out how to get out of it
- 4:30Speaker 2: without looking like a hypocrite. So what did he do?
- 4:32Speaker 2: He appointed Robert Hurr. Who was Robert Hurr. We talked
- 4:35Speaker 2: about Robert Hurr. Robert Hurr was the right hand of
- 4:38Speaker 2: Rod Rosenstein, who was the Deputy Attorney General who spearheaded
- 4:43Speaker 2: the whole Russia Russia Russia thing, who appointed Robert Muller
- 4:46Speaker 2: to investigate Trump, who was responsible for the weaponization of
- 4:51Speaker 2: the Department of Justice going after Trump from within. Now,
- 4:55Speaker 2: to be clear, Trump nominated Rod Rosenstein to that position,
- 5:00Speaker 2: which was an enormous mistake and a mistake that I
- 5:03Speaker 2: am sure he came to regret. But Rosenstein's and by
- 5:06Speaker 2: the way, Rosenstein had been Obama's US attorney in Maryland
- 5:10Speaker 2: for eight years, which is why Chuck Schumer and the
- 5:13Speaker 2: Democrats were thrilled when Trump came and said We're going
- 5:17Speaker 2: to nominate Rod Rosenstein for Deputy Attorney General. Schumer and
- 5:20Speaker 2: the Democrats said, hot, diggity damn, you're gonna give us
- 5:23Speaker 2: Obama's US attorney as your number two at DOJ. Great idea,
- 5:27Speaker 2: and I think that will go down as one of
- 5:30Speaker 2: the most consequential mistakes of the Trump presidency. In the
- 5:33Speaker 2: opening months, putting Rod Rosenstein in that position. Well, Rosenstein's
- 5:37Speaker 2: right hand was Robert Hurr. Who else's right hand was he? Well,
- 5:41Speaker 2: Robert Hurr was also Chris Ray's right hand.
- 5:44Speaker 1: That's right.
- 5:45Speaker 2: The administrator, Chris Ray is Chris Rays, the administrator of
- 5:48Speaker 2: the FBI. Chris Ray sadly has sat by and been
- 5:52Speaker 2: complicit in the weaponization of the FBI by Joe Biden,
- 5:57Speaker 2: by Merrick Garland going after the White House's political enemies,
- 6:00Speaker 2: and Ray has allowed that all to happen. So Merrick
- 6:05Speaker 2: Garland knew exactly who he was appointing. He was appointing
- 6:07Speaker 2: someone who was a loyal deputy to Rod Rosenstein in
- 6:10Speaker 2: a loyal deputy to Chris Ray. And you and I
- 6:13Speaker 2: at the time, and by the way, Robert Hurr was
- 6:15Speaker 2: a former law clerk to Chief Justice Ranquist, for whom
- 6:18Speaker 2: I clerked. I've met him, but I don't know mister Herr.
- 6:21Speaker 2: I met him at a clerk reunion. We said at
- 6:25Speaker 2: the time. I said, listen, given his past professional associations,
- 6:32Speaker 2: we have reason to be highly skeptical. A mister her
- 6:36Speaker 2: Robert Hurr appears to be someone Merrick Garland has put
- 6:38Speaker 2: in to whitewash this. To say, I got to have
- 6:41Speaker 2: a special counsel. Let me appoint someone so I can
- 6:43Speaker 2: say I did, and then the outcome of it will
- 6:46Speaker 2: be spend a year gazing at your navel, pretending to
- 6:49Speaker 2: do something, and then put out a report saying, never mind,
- 6:52Speaker 2: nothing to see here. Now, mind you in the intervening year,
- 6:54Speaker 2: they have indicted Donald Trump. They are prosecuting Donald Trump
- 7:00Speaker 2: for his handling of classified documents. But it turns out
- 7:02Speaker 2: the double standard is alive and well, and if these
- 7:04Speaker 2: leaks are to be believed, Joe Biden will face no
- 7:07Speaker 2: consequences whatsoever. But when you and I first analyzed this,
- 7:11Speaker 2: I said, there will be a tell yep as to
- 7:14Speaker 2: whether this is a real special counsel. Which will be
- 7:19Speaker 2: what will his mandate be? What will the parameters of
- 7:23Speaker 2: the investigation be? Jack Smith, whom Merrick Garland appointed to
- 7:29Speaker 2: pursue Donald Trump, like Javert and le Miz, to pursue
- 7:34Speaker 2: him to the ends of the earth, to do everything
- 7:37Speaker 2: he can to attack and destroy Donald Trump, because Merrick
- 7:40Speaker 2: Garland doesn't want Trump to beat Joe Biden next November,
- 7:45Speaker 2: and so Jack Smith's job is destroy this man. Because
- 7:48Speaker 2: we the Democrats, do not trust the voters. We hate democracy.
- 7:52Speaker 2: And by the way, you'll recall we talked about this
- 7:55Speaker 2: recently when I was on Bill Maher. Bill Maher's head
- 7:57Speaker 2: almost exploded. I said, the Democrats hate democracy because their
- 8:02Speaker 2: talking point is we love democracy. Well, you know what,
- 8:04Speaker 2: if you love the.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Democracy, Yeah, six is all about democracy.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Right, But if they actually love democracy, they wouldn't have
- 8:10Speaker 2: indicted Trump one, two, three, four times. Those indictments are
- 8:14Speaker 2: a frontal assault on democracy. They're using the legal system
- 8:18Speaker 2: to prevent the voters from voting for Donald Trump. They're
- 8:21Speaker 2: doing it because they're terrified if the voters have a choice,
- 8:25Speaker 2: they will choose not Biden, and in particular the person
- 8:29Speaker 2: they're terrified of, Donald Trump. But I said at the
- 8:33Speaker 2: time of this appointment, the tell will be whether Robert
- 8:37Speaker 2: Hurr is willing to investigate and does in fact investigate
- 8:41Speaker 2: the overwhelming evidence of Joe Biden's corruption and of Hunter
- 8:46Speaker 2: Biden selling access to and favors from Joe Biden. If
- 8:49Speaker 2: he's willing to investigate that that will be a real
- 8:52Speaker 2: special counsel that is actually investigating the evidence of criminality
- 8:57Speaker 2: instead and from everything leaked to the papers. If he
- 9:02Speaker 2: just does a report and said, yeah, well there were
- 9:04Speaker 2: some documents in the wrong place. That's really bad. But
- 9:07Speaker 2: never mind, nothing to see here, please move on. By
- 9:09Speaker 2: the way, did you see how many times we've indicted
- 9:11Speaker 2: Donald Trump? Oh? Boy? By the way, CNN, can we
- 9:14Speaker 2: have another like all day long coverage of the latest
- 9:17Speaker 2: Donald Trump indictment and like how horrible and the latest
- 9:20Speaker 2: trial and Trump Trump Trump. Never mind, there is no
- 9:23Speaker 2: Joe Biden. This is assuming the leaks are true. This
- 9:28Speaker 2: is disappointing, but utterly and completely unsurprising. Let me make
- 9:33Speaker 2: one more point. So Biden's classified documents, some of them
- 9:37Speaker 2: were from his time as VP, some of them were
- 9:41Speaker 2: from his time as a senator. And you and I
- 9:44Speaker 2: talked in this podcast at the time, how utterly bizarre
- 9:47Speaker 2: that is.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Look, I've been a senator eleven years. I know to
- 9:51Speaker 2: an absolute, meta physical certainty, there are no classified documents
- 9:55Speaker 2: in my house. How do I know that? Because I've
- 9:57Speaker 2: never taken a classified document of the skiff in the Senate.
- 10:02Speaker 1: If you're like me, and you have just made the
- 10:04Speaker 1: resolution that you are not going to give your money
- 10:07Speaker 1: to wote companies fighting against your values, one bill that
- 10:11Speaker 1: you have every month is one that you can now
- 10:13Speaker 1: switch to a company that stands with your values. When
- 10:15Speaker 1: it comes to your cell phone, nine nine percent of you,
- 10:17Speaker 1: you've got a cell phone, and if you do, how
- 10:20Speaker 1: would you like to know that every time you make
- 10:22Speaker 1: a call, send a text, that you're actually supporting conservative causes. Well,
- 10:26Speaker 1: there's a company that's celebrating their tenth anniversary right now
- 10:29Speaker 1: called Patriot Mobile. I'm proud to tell you that I
- 10:31Speaker 1: love this company and I use this company because they
- 10:34Speaker 1: do something different. When you pay your bill every month,
- 10:36Speaker 1: they take a percentage of that bill at no extra
- 10:39Speaker 1: charge to you, and they give it back to companies
- 10:41Speaker 1: and organizations that support your First and Second Amendment rights
- 10:46Speaker 1: and support the rights of unborn children. Now, right now,
- 10:49Speaker 1: as they celebrate their tenth anniversary, they're doing something even
- 10:52Speaker 1: above and beyond that. For every new customer that comes over,
- 10:56Speaker 1: they are giving a donation to a right to life
- 10:59Speaker 1: organization to celebrate this tenth anniversary and to say thank
- 11:03Speaker 1: you for conservatives are sitting with them. So take away
- 11:06Speaker 1: that big check every month you're giving to Big Mobile,
- 11:09Speaker 1: and give it to a company that supports what you
- 11:11Speaker 1: believe in and stands beside our values. How do you
- 11:15Speaker 1: get in touch with Patriot Mobile? And make the switch.
- 11:17Speaker 1: It's easy because when you switch, you get to keep
- 11:19Speaker 1: your same cell phone number. You get to keep your
- 11:21Speaker 1: same cell phone you have right now, and you can
- 11:24Speaker 1: upgrade do an one if you want to their number
- 11:26Speaker 1: nine seven two Patriot. That's nine seven to two Patriot.
- 11:30Speaker 1: Or you can go to Patriotmobile dot com. If you've
- 11:33Speaker 1: got a business or a small business or a bunch
- 11:35Speaker 1: of family numbers right with your family, they can switch
- 11:38Speaker 1: all of them easily. Just call them, use a promo
- 11:41Speaker 1: code Verdict and you'll get the best deals of the
- 11:44Speaker 1: year plus free activation Patriot Mobile dot com slash Verdict,
- 11:49Speaker 1: or call them nine seven to two Patriot. That's nine
- 11:52Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. Now, for people are that are
- 11:55Speaker 1: watching your listening real quick, explain what SKIFF means. A
- 11:58Speaker 1: definition of this.
- 11:59Speaker 2: So SKIFF is an acronym and it means sensitive compartmented
- 12:04Speaker 2: Information Facility SKIFF SCIF, and it just means a secure
- 12:09Speaker 2: place that you can read classified materials without being surveilled.
- 12:15Speaker 2: What it is is something designed to prevent spies from
- 12:18Speaker 2: figuring out what goes on. And so it's typically buried
- 12:21Speaker 2: down in the ground and I assume the walls are
- 12:24Speaker 2: some combination of steel and concrete, like really thick walls
- 12:27Speaker 2: with lots of crap and really thick metal doors. And
- 12:30Speaker 2: they have all sorts of technology to prevent espionage, so
- 12:35Speaker 2: to prevent anyone from spying. So they have anti spying
- 12:38Speaker 2: stuff which I don't know what it is, but it's
- 12:40Speaker 2: designed to ensure that it's secure. And when you go
- 12:44Speaker 2: in there, and I go in there regularly, I'm in there,
- 12:48Speaker 2: if not once a week, once every other week. I mean,
- 12:50Speaker 2: that's a regular part of being a senator.
- 12:52Speaker 1: And your staff's not walking in there with you to go.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Your staff walks in if they have enough clearance for
- 12:59Speaker 2: what's happening. So they're different levels of clearance. And if
- 13:02Speaker 2: you have I've got a couple of staff members who
- 13:04Speaker 2: have security clearance, and so.
- 13:06Speaker 1: Yeah, they do with national security issues.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Yeah, so if they have the clearance for the briefing,
- 13:10Speaker 2: they can come in, but generally speaking they don't. Most
- 13:13Speaker 2: of the classified briefings I go to. Staff does not
- 13:16Speaker 2: come to And when you go in, you hand over
- 13:20Speaker 2: all your electronics. So you hand over your cell phone,
- 13:23Speaker 2: if you're wearing a fit bit, anything you have that
- 13:26Speaker 2: is electronic, your AirPods, like just whatever you have, you
- 13:29Speaker 2: hand over all electronics because they don't want eavesdropping. They
- 13:32Speaker 2: don't want the Chinese to be able to hack into
- 13:34Speaker 2: your phone and monitor what's happening there. So you go
- 13:38Speaker 2: in and the documents you're given. So if you're reading
- 13:42Speaker 2: classified documents, they're in a folder, and I mean they
- 13:45Speaker 2: have big bright you have to sign them out, and
- 13:48Speaker 2: like they say classified documents, and so city to be.
- 13:51Speaker 1: Clear when you sign them out, it's not like you're
- 13:52Speaker 1: then taking them to off campus or outside of skiff.
- 13:55Speaker 1: That's just to see it correct.
- 13:56Speaker 2: So the skiff in the Senate at least, they're a
- 13:59Speaker 2: whole suites of rooms. So there's kind of a big
- 14:02Speaker 2: room that is a hearing room that will do say
- 14:06Speaker 2: a classified briefing for all hundred senators. So it's big
- 14:08Speaker 2: enough that one hundred senators can sit in there and
- 14:11Speaker 2: you can have the Secretary of State and the Secretary
- 14:12Speaker 2: of Defense and the head of the CIA. You can
- 14:14Speaker 2: have them all there brief you and you can ask questions.
- 14:18Speaker 1: And that would be like after a tearis attacker nine
- 14:20Speaker 1: to eleven or go to war when everybody you need
- 14:22Speaker 1: everybody in the room. And that's a way to do
- 14:24Speaker 1: it securely, so it's on in the fourth the sentate.
- 14:25Speaker 2: So we had lots of classified briefings on the Chinese
- 14:28Speaker 2: spy satellites that the the balloons.
- 14:31Speaker 1: The one we didn't shoot down, that wasn't collecting intelligence,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and then afterwards they said was in fact collecting intelligent And.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I think the most recent all Senators one we did
- 14:39Speaker 2: was on the Hamas attack to Israel, so we got
- 14:40Speaker 2: all Senators one there you can ask questions, so that's
- 14:44Speaker 2: just like a big room, but they're also they're smaller
- 14:48Speaker 2: kind of conference rooms where say you can say I
- 14:52Speaker 2: want CIA to brief me on the following topic, and
- 14:54Speaker 2: CIA will send over a couple of briefers with some
- 14:57Speaker 2: documents and you can do it like one on one
- 15:00Speaker 2: and if I want to be briefed on something, I
- 15:01Speaker 2: can ask for that and then sit down. And so
- 15:04Speaker 2: it's just a little conference room, but it's in the skiff.
- 15:07Speaker 2: And then they have even smaller rooms that are just
- 15:10Speaker 2: little reading rooms that are basically like a closet with
- 15:13Speaker 2: a chair and a desk in it, and you go
- 15:15Speaker 2: in there and close the door. And so if you
- 15:16Speaker 2: have so I mentioned, for example, there's some classified documents
- 15:20Speaker 2: on UFOs. I wanted to read them. Sure, so I
- 15:23Speaker 2: went down. I sat in the little closet on the chair,
- 15:25Speaker 2: and I read the documents on the UFOs. But when
- 15:28Speaker 2: you do it, they're like, okay, Senator, you're here for
- 15:31Speaker 2: document number two five whatever, you know whatever, Yes, okay,
- 15:35Speaker 2: we have it here, all right. You took it at
- 15:37Speaker 2: at five twenty five pm. Okay, you have it. You
- 15:41Speaker 2: go back in the room, you sit there and for
- 15:43Speaker 2: twenty thirty minutes you read it, and then you bring
- 15:45Speaker 2: it back and you hand it to the person who
- 15:47Speaker 2: secures it again. I mean, that's the process. I was
- 15:50Speaker 2: at a classified briefing this past week. My team had
- 15:55Speaker 2: prepared for me a briefing paper, which just about any
- 15:58Speaker 2: meeting I go to, my team does a briefing paper.
- 16:00Speaker 2: That's pretty standard. So the briefing paper wasn't classified. My
- 16:03Speaker 2: team typed it in my office. It didn't involve classified materials.
- 16:07Speaker 1: It was just questions are things you might want to ask?
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah, they were suggesting questions on the topic. We were discussing, Hey,
- 16:13Speaker 2: you might want to ask this, you might want to
- 16:14Speaker 2: ask this. So I had carried the briefing paper in
- 16:18Speaker 2: spent I don't know about an hour hour and a
- 16:19Speaker 2: half of the classified briefing, and I was walking out.
- 16:22Speaker 2: As I'm walking out, the officers they see me carrying
- 16:24Speaker 2: a piece of paper. They said, that's not classified, is it.
- 16:26Speaker 2: I'm like, no, No, it's my briefing paper I carried in.
- 16:29Speaker 2: So like, literally, if you carry out a piece of
- 16:31Speaker 2: paper that you got, they'll gon't to ask you. I
- 16:35Speaker 2: say all of this to say, the fact that Joe
- 16:37Speaker 2: Biden had multiple classified documents from his time as senator
- 16:40Speaker 2: is bizarre to do it. If I wanted to take
- 16:43Speaker 2: classified document out, I would have to do what Sandy Berger,
- 16:46Speaker 2: Bill Clinton's national security advisor did, which is sticking your
- 16:49Speaker 2: socks or stick it in your underwear. You like, you'd
- 16:51Speaker 2: have to.
- 16:51Speaker 1: You'd have to purposely say I'm going to hide this
- 16:53Speaker 1: in my chest or somewhere under my shirt so no
- 16:55Speaker 1: one will see it. I can. I'm stealing it at
- 16:57Speaker 1: that point, right.
- 16:58Speaker 2: It's why I had I have absolute certainty in it.
- 17:01Speaker 2: And it's different. Look, it's different for Trump when you're president,
- 17:07Speaker 2: where number one, you're accessing classified documents regularly, and in
- 17:12Speaker 2: his instance, he's bringing his papers down and presidents prepare
- 17:16Speaker 2: their papers and compile them for libraries. It's very different
- 17:19Speaker 2: for a former president than for a senator number one.
- 17:23Speaker 2: The volume of classified documents they're reviewing is much larger.
- 17:26Speaker 2: They review him many more places in the White House,
- 17:29Speaker 2: and their papers potentially have them in But Joe Biden's
- 17:33Speaker 2: time as senator. It's why I don't have to think, gosh,
- 17:36Speaker 2: did I mistakenly leave a classified document at home? Nope,
- 17:39Speaker 2: if I wasn't in the skiff. I've never read a
- 17:42Speaker 2: classified document when I wasn't in the skiff.
- 17:44Speaker 1: So clear, it's not coming to your office. And that's
- 17:46Speaker 1: the point you're making. You got to go to them
- 17:48Speaker 1: to read it.
- 17:49Speaker 2: It can't come to your office, Okay, So if you
- 17:52Speaker 2: want to read a classified document, you have to go
- 17:55Speaker 2: to a skiff so you can do it. There's one
- 17:56Speaker 2: in the basement of the Capitol. There are a couple
- 17:58Speaker 2: of skiffs that are in some of the Senate Office building.
- 18:00Speaker 2: So sometimes I'll go to another skiff. But if you
- 18:03Speaker 2: want to read a classified document, you cannot do it
- 18:06Speaker 2: in your own office. You must go to a secure
- 18:09Speaker 2: place to read it. You check it out, you read
- 18:12Speaker 2: it in that secure place. You don't take it out
- 18:14Speaker 2: with you and then you leave it there. And by
- 18:17Speaker 2: the way, you can't even take notes. If you take
- 18:19Speaker 2: notes from a classified document, those notes are presumably classified.
- 18:24Speaker 2: So I mean it is heavily regulated, and yet Joe
- 18:28Speaker 2: Biden apparently just leaves it by his corvette and we're
- 18:32Speaker 2: going to get now the Biden politicized DJ saying, never mind,
- 18:36Speaker 2: everything's fine.
- 18:37Speaker 1: Amazing, isn't it truly amazing? And some of these documents,
- 18:40Speaker 1: to be clear for people, just the record were We've
- 18:42Speaker 1: been told where some of that at the highest level
- 18:44Speaker 1: of classification, which also should matter.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Well, we don't have much transparency on this. The Department
- 18:49Speaker 2: of Justice has told us some of the documents Trump had, yeah,
- 18:52Speaker 2: because of course they want to attack Trump. But the
- 18:54Speaker 2: documents Biden had, did he have the nuclear codes there?
- 18:57Speaker 2: I don't know that them told us that that that
- 19:00Speaker 2: they've indicated. So for example, a question we've asked, I've
- 19:04Speaker 2: asked you, and I have asked on this podcast. Did
- 19:07Speaker 2: the documents concern Ukraine and Barisma? Yeah? Because Hunter Biden
- 19:10Speaker 2: was staying at the house with the documents at the time.
- 19:13Speaker 2: He was being paid by Barisma to get favors from
- 19:18Speaker 2: his dad. What documents are we talking about. Are they
- 19:21Speaker 2: just some random classified documents? Are they exactly what has
- 19:27Speaker 2: been paying hundred for? The Chinese were paying Hunter for,
- 19:30Speaker 2: the Russians were paying Hunter for. Like that's why the
- 19:34Speaker 2: connection of the documents to the corruption. We'll see if
- 19:39Speaker 2: Robert Hurr investigated that. But from these leaks, every indication
- 19:43Speaker 2: is the answers.
- 19:43Speaker 3: No.
- 19:44Speaker 1: New Year's is getting really close, and you're gonna have
- 19:47Speaker 1: New Year's resolutions. So if you're a guy and your
- 19:49Speaker 1: New Year's resolution is, hey might want to get in

- 21:13Speaker 1: and that deals with something else that also happened this week.
- 21:17Speaker 1: You had a riot at the DNC Democrat National Committee,
- 21:22Speaker 1: and you had a breakdown of law and order. Not
- 21:24Speaker 1: just there, but we also saw where they we had
- 21:26Speaker 1: a massive bridge in California that was actually blocked and
- 21:30Speaker 1: you had a bunch of these type of riots that
- 21:32Speaker 1: were happening, and there was virtually no coverage of it,
- 21:36Speaker 1: even in the papers in Washington, d C. Where this
- 21:39Speaker 1: took place. Now, who were these riders. They were people
- 21:41Speaker 1: demanding that there be a ceasefire, demanding that you stand
- 21:45Speaker 1: with Hamas, demanding that you stand with the Palestinians. And
- 21:49Speaker 1: at the Democrat National Committee, to me, it's the chickens
- 21:52Speaker 1: coming home to roost. The Democrat National Committee has been
- 21:55Speaker 1: in favor of all sorts of lawlessness in this country.
- 21:58Speaker 1: They were huge advocates for black Black Lives Matter, and
- 22:00Speaker 1: the looting and the rioting that happened because of Black
- 22:03Speaker 1: Lives Matter. They never came out condemned it. They never
- 22:06Speaker 1: came out in democratcities where they were torching police stations,
- 22:09Speaker 1: where they were torching police cars, where they were torching
- 22:11Speaker 1: African American businesses, and said stop it. And now we
- 22:15Speaker 1: see that this lawless says that they've been advocating, supporting,
- 22:18Speaker 1: saying it's well, we're just advocating for free speech, is
- 22:21Speaker 1: now coming back to the steps of the Democratic National Committee,
- 22:24Speaker 1: and the media knows there's a pr nightmare here. They
- 22:27Speaker 1: didn't cover it, didn't even put it on the front
- 22:29Speaker 1: pages of the newspapers in DC.
- 22:32Speaker 2: Well, look, understand, this is a pattern. We saw a
- 22:35Speaker 2: couple of weeks ago pro Hamas rioters and protesters attack
- 22:39Speaker 2: the White House, attack the White House, try to scale
- 22:42Speaker 2: the fence of the White House, spray paint the.
- 22:44Speaker 1: White We saw this right you went and looked at it.
- 22:46Speaker 2: Spray fake blood on the White House, to face statues
- 22:49Speaker 2: at the White House. What did the corporate media do?
- 22:53Speaker 2: Utterly ignored it, didn't make the six o'clock news, CNN
- 22:55Speaker 2: didn't cover it, MSNBC didn't cover it. It just didn't exist
- 23:00Speaker 2: because that story is inconsistent with the official narrative they're
- 23:03Speaker 2: trying to push. They have a political agenda. They are
- 23:06Speaker 2: not journalists anymore. It's what I explain in my brand
- 23:09Speaker 2: new book, Unwoke, which if you haven't bought on Woke,
- 23:11Speaker 2: you got to go on Amazon and buy it right now.
- 23:13Speaker 2: It will explain why the corporate media does not want
- 23:17Speaker 2: you to know about this. So the White House is
- 23:18Speaker 2: attacked and it's not news. Well, what happened this past
- 23:22Speaker 2: week is it wasn't just the White House that was attacked.
- 23:24Speaker 2: It was the Democratic National Committee was the Democratic National
- 23:27Speaker 2: Committee at a time when there were a whole bunch
- 23:29Speaker 2: of Democratic House members there at the DNC. They were
- 23:32Speaker 2: having a reception. So they're sitting there sipping chardonnay with
- 23:36Speaker 2: their pinkies in the air, probably leading caviare and being
- 23:39Speaker 2: fanned by mega donors, by mega donors, and outside are
- 23:46Speaker 2: the pro Hamas rioters. And then the pro Hamas rioters
- 23:49Speaker 2: got violent. They got violent. A number of them were arrested,
- 23:54Speaker 2: although we don't know how many. And by the way,
- 23:55Speaker 2: they were evacuated from the DNC. That's something that's very
- 23:58Speaker 2: important to point out. These members of Congress, they were
- 24:00Speaker 2: so afraid for their safety that apparently there was evacuation
- 24:03Speaker 2: orders getting yes, no, no, they look it was a violent
- 24:06Speaker 2: riot and and this is the base of the Democrats
- 24:10Speaker 2: rioting against Democrat House members. And six Capitol Police officers
- 24:16Speaker 2: were injured. They needed treatment for injuries. The injuries included
- 24:20Speaker 2: minor cuts, being pepper sprayed, and being punched. So six
- 24:23Speaker 2: Capitol police officers were injured from the violence of the
- 24:27Speaker 2: pro Homos protest.
- 24:28Speaker 1: Almost sounds like the definition of insurrection. Just want to
- 24:30Speaker 1: throw that out. There's a side note here, by the way,
- 24:32Speaker 1: when your pepper sprang law enforcement, that sounds like it
- 24:36Speaker 1: was something that was pre planned.
- 24:37Speaker 2: Well, you know, it's interesting. One House Democrat present at
- 24:40Speaker 2: the DNC at the time told Axios it quote scared
- 24:43Speaker 2: me more than January sixth, So there you go. According
- 24:48Speaker 2: to the Washington Free Beacon, the group behind the DNC
- 24:52Speaker 2: riot was funded by George Soros, and in particular, the
- 24:58Speaker 2: protesters were with the following groups IF Not Now, Jewish
- 25:03Speaker 2: Voices for Peace, and the Democratic Socialists of America Now.
- 25:08Speaker 2: Soros's philanthropy Open Society Foundation has given six hundred and
- 25:13Speaker 2: fifty thousand dollars to Jewish Voices for Peace since twenty
- 25:16Speaker 2: seventeen to fund the group's quote human rights work in
- 25:20Speaker 2: the Middle East. Open Society awarded four hundred thousand dollars
- 25:25Speaker 2: to IF Not Now in twenty nineteen and twenty twenty one,
- 25:30Speaker 2: and Soros has contributed one million, thirty six thousand, and
- 25:34Speaker 2: five hundred dollars to the DNC since twenty twenty. How
- 25:37Speaker 2: about the Democratist Democratic Socialists of America. Well, five House
- 25:43Speaker 2: members are members Alexandra Kejia Cortez, AOC Rashida Talib Corey
- 25:50Speaker 2: Bush Jamal Bowman, who also has now pleaded guilty to
- 25:54Speaker 2: the crime of wringing the fire alarm falsely trying to
- 25:57Speaker 2: prevent a House vote.
- 25:59Speaker 1: He was just trying to get out the building. Didn't
- 26:00Speaker 1: you know that that was the excuse.
- 26:02Speaker 2: Right, just trying to get guilty?
- 26:04Speaker 1: Yeah, guilty.
- 26:05Speaker 2: But you know Greg Kosar sadly from Texas, one of
- 26:08Speaker 2: the Democrats Socialists up from Austin and and il han
- 26:12Speaker 2: Omar is described as a friend, so she's not technically
- 26:15Speaker 2: a member. She's just sort of a friend of the group,
- 26:19Speaker 2: a friend of the Communists, a comrade, comrade. But this
- 26:27Speaker 2: is a violent attack. I want you to look at
- 26:29Speaker 2: the Washington Post front page the day after the assault
- 26:33Speaker 2: on the DNC. Now the lead headline, US China moves
- 26:38Speaker 2: to reopen military ties, A picture of Joe Biden, the
- 26:40Speaker 2: picture she oh, isn't this great? China? US all one big,
- 26:44Speaker 2: happy family. That's the top half of the page. On
- 26:47Speaker 2: the left in Gaza a hospital swarmed by troops. Good job, guys,
- 26:53Speaker 2: gotta have your Prohamas narrative. There is real bad Hamas
- 26:59Speaker 2: good all right, Well, I should post doing well. Down
- 27:02Speaker 2: at the bottom complex is beating heart of hamas command,
- 27:09Speaker 2: Israel says. Israel says, at the right tentative deal would
- 27:14Speaker 2: release dozens of hostages in Gaza. And then, okay, this
- 27:20Speaker 2: is at the bottom. This is really quite classic. New
- 27:23Speaker 2: CDC director is driven to mend broken trust.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Hey, at least they're admitting there's some trust that was
- 27:31Speaker 1: broken there. This is the.
- 27:33Speaker 2: Zealot who was the shutdown queen. Remember we actually put
- 27:37Speaker 2: out an entire video because she is a Faucy fangirl.
- 27:41Speaker 2: She is a huge advocate of lockdowns and shutdowns. And
- 27:45Speaker 2: but here, oh, this favorable article. Oh, she's driven to
- 27:51Speaker 2: mend broken trust. What broke the trust? Perhaps people like
- 27:54Speaker 2: you behave like Jack Bootoo thugs, shutting down schools and
- 27:57Speaker 2: churches and businesses and not caring about people's individual liberty
- 28:01Speaker 2: and lying about the science and the medicine. By the way, again,
- 28:05Speaker 2: my new book Unwoke has an entire chapter on science
- 28:08Speaker 2: and medicine that details how Fauci and the CDC lied
- 28:15Speaker 2: and lied repeatedly and knowingly, over and over and over again.
- 28:19Speaker 2: And then the final headline on the front page, this.
- 28:22Speaker 1: Is more important than a riot at the DNC. This
- 28:25Speaker 1: story they said, let's put this one up instead of
- 28:28Speaker 1: a riot at the Democrat National Committee and an evacuation.
- 28:32Speaker 1: This is amazing.
- 28:33Speaker 2: Food industry warned on paid influencer posts. That's the entire
- 28:39Speaker 2: Can you.
- 28:39Speaker 1: Imagine that meeting? By the way, they're like, all right,
- 28:40Speaker 1: what are we gonna put on the front page? I
- 28:42Speaker 1: think food industry warning of paid influencers definitely more important,
- 28:45Speaker 1: folks than an actual riot the Democrat National Committee.
- 28:48Speaker 2: And look, we had an earlier pod, which, by the way,
- 28:52Speaker 2: if you didn't listen to this one, you ought to
- 28:53Speaker 2: go back and listen to it. A couple of weeks ago,
- 28:56Speaker 2: we did a pod that was entitled CNN is Habbas's
- 28:58Speaker 2: Air Force. Yeah, is a MSNBC, so is ABC if
- 29:02Speaker 2: you didn't listen to that pod. And it's another video one.
- 29:05Speaker 2: So as you guys know, we do three audio pods
- 29:08Speaker 2: a week. One of them is audio, but it's also video,
- 29:11Speaker 2: and so you can get it on YouTube. This one
- 29:14Speaker 2: is one of the video one, so if you're listening
- 29:15Speaker 2: to it, you can actually watch the videos that we're
- 29:18Speaker 2: doing on YouTube, and you can subscribe on YouTube, but
- 29:22Speaker 2: YouTube only gets a third of the episode, so you
- 29:24Speaker 2: want to subscribe to the audio to make sure you
- 29:26Speaker 2: get all the content. But the one we did about
- 29:29Speaker 2: CNN is Hamas's air force was a video one because
- 29:32Speaker 2: we played about a dozen different clips showing how the
- 29:37Speaker 2: corporate media was willingly, gleefully repeating Hamas propaganda, and we
- 29:44Speaker 2: explained it is part of the strategy of Hamas that
- 29:48Speaker 2: they know the corporate media will repeat their propaganda. The
- 29:52Speaker 2: Hamas is not strong enough to defeat Israel, but they
- 29:54Speaker 2: think Hamas plus the corporate media is well. The Washington
- 29:59Speaker 2: Post has now happily joined CNN as Hamas's air force
- 30:04Speaker 2: because they don't want you to know. Nothing to see here.
- 30:07Speaker 2: Democrat members of Congress evacuated in terror from violent Hamas terrorists. Ooh,
- 30:14Speaker 2: that's kind of an inconvenient narrative that makes it difficult
- 30:17Speaker 2: to spin that Israel is bad, really hard to say
- 30:20Speaker 2: Israel are the bad guys, which is what they want
- 30:22Speaker 2: to say if you're admitting Hamas protesters are threatening, are
- 30:27Speaker 2: injuring Capitol police and threatening members of Congress, So what
- 30:30Speaker 2: do we do with that?
- 30:31Speaker 1: And being funded by Democratic mega donor George Soros, let's
- 30:34Speaker 1: don't forget that.
- 30:35Speaker 2: Yeah, they love the mega donors, So what do we
- 30:38Speaker 2: do with it. The media just waves the wand abra cadabra.
- 30:42Speaker 2: It never happened, it does not exist.
- 30:44Speaker 1: But watch out for those food influencers on TikTok inane
- 30:48Speaker 1: and that'll.
- 30:48Speaker 2: Really mess you up. That'll mess you up. Oh yeah,
- 30:52Speaker 2: yeah no, that's uh. Journalism is fundamentally broken. And I
- 30:56Speaker 2: have to say, by the way, pull up the Washington
- 30:59Speaker 2: Post headline again, the front page. So the Washington Post
- 31:04Speaker 2: has a slogan that appears on every paper, right beneath
- 31:09Speaker 2: the title, Yeah, democracy dies in darkness. Yep. At this point,
- 31:15Speaker 2: the Babylon Bee could not satirize this more because it
- 31:19Speaker 2: is clear they want the darkness. They're not going to
- 31:23Speaker 2: tell you what happened, and according to their own slogan,
- 31:27Speaker 2: that means they're trying to kill democracy. They understand when
- 31:31Speaker 2: they have darkness, they're killing democracy. We know they have darkness,
- 31:35Speaker 2: which means they're trying to kill democracy. Which is why
- 31:38Speaker 2: again Bill Mahers had exploded when I said the left
- 31:42Speaker 2: hates democracy. Unfortunately it's true. Even though they talk about
- 31:46Speaker 2: how much they care about democracy, they just don't want
- 31:48Speaker 2: to actually want the voters to know what's happening, and
- 31:51Speaker 2: they want to do everything they can to hide, to
- 31:53Speaker 2: cover up, to censor the actual truth.
- 31:56Speaker 1: Big headlines have you seen them lately? Third highest deficit
- 31:59Speaker 1: in him, another one digital dollars, sparks uncertainty, And the
- 32:03Speaker 1: one that's got everyone concerned Israel de Clare's war. We're
- 32:07Speaker 1: living in an unpredictable world right now, but gold is
- 32:10Speaker 1: still gold. It's weathered many storms. Gold gives peace of mind,

- 32:44Speaker 1: Text the word Ben to six eight five ninety two.
- 32:49Speaker 1: That's Ben to six eight five ninety two Again, Text
- 32:53Speaker 1: the word Ben to six eight five nine two or
- 32:56Speaker 1: Augusta Precious Metals dot com center this there was a
- 33:00Speaker 1: video that just went viral. Thank goodness, Conservative saw it.
- 33:06Speaker 1: It should have gone viral on late night TV because
- 33:09Speaker 1: it was just so good, Like, how do you not
- 33:12Speaker 1: use this video? And it's of Anthony Blincoln sitting there
- 33:16Speaker 1: when the President got asked a question about China and
- 33:19Speaker 1: China's leader, and it looks like he almost got shot
- 33:23Speaker 1: with his face because he knows the questions coming. He
- 33:26Speaker 1: doesn't like it, he's terrified of the President's answer. We
- 33:29Speaker 1: got to show it because it's just too good not
- 33:31Speaker 1: to take a look at this.
- 33:33Speaker 2: And today she's still over to president.
- 33:36Speaker 4: She has dictated that.
- 33:38Speaker 2: This is the term that he useful here this year.
- 33:41Speaker 2: She is dictator since time he hears the guy that
- 33:45Speaker 2: run to contru that is form of government totally diffigure out.
- 33:53Speaker 1: I just love and I want to put the still
- 33:55Speaker 1: up there for everybody that's watching this on YouTube. Makes
- 33:58Speaker 1: you go and watch this episode on YouTube. People that
- 34:00Speaker 1: are listening right now only with the audio podcast, You've
- 34:03Speaker 1: got to go look at this because he is cringing
- 34:06Speaker 1: when the questions answered.
- 34:07Speaker 2: So let's describe what's happening. So the video it it
- 34:11Speaker 2: comes up and you see Tony blinkoln sitting there and
- 34:14Speaker 2: and we're gonna play the video again in a second
- 34:16Speaker 2: but but you see Tony Blinken sitting there, the Secretary
- 34:19Speaker 2: of State, and they ask Biden whether she is a dictator.
- 34:23Speaker 2: And you see Blincoln looking towards Biden. He has a
- 34:25Speaker 2: look of worry, a look of concern, a look of
- 34:28Speaker 2: oh god, oh god, oh god, oh god. He's gonna
- 34:29Speaker 2: say that, He's gonna say, oh no, no, no, no, like
- 34:31Speaker 2: you can see, you could see this, this this enormous worry.
- 34:35Speaker 2: And and then when Biden said, well he is, it
- 34:39Speaker 2: is as it was like you got punch in the gut.
- 34:41Speaker 2: It is as if like he wins, is he physically
- 34:45Speaker 2: winss of no, don't say it. And so all right,
- 34:48Speaker 2: let's watch the video again.
- 34:50Speaker 1: And and and blink And if you don't know, if
- 34:52Speaker 1: you're watching, he's the third from the left here, he's
- 34:55Speaker 1: still the president.
- 34:58Speaker 2: He is worry, he's looking, he's looking. He's worried. He's worried,
- 35:00Speaker 2: he's worried.
- 35:01Speaker 1: He is Oh gosh, he is the guy that run
- 35:05Speaker 1: contry that. It's like watching your sports team lose in
- 35:09Speaker 1: the very last play of a game. It's just that
- 35:11Speaker 1: pain of this is a I didn't want this to happen.
- 35:14Speaker 2: Well, look, and it's a strange thing. We've talked about
- 35:16Speaker 2: how number one Tony Blinken doesn't really behave like a
- 35:20Speaker 2: secretary of state. He behaves like a staffer. Yeah, he
- 35:24Speaker 2: doesn't have the heft, he doesn't have the gravitas of
- 35:26Speaker 2: a secretary of state.
- 35:29Speaker 1: Even John Carry, I'll give him credit on the right,
- 35:32Speaker 1: didn't win. It's like he just was dead, straight faced,
- 35:34Speaker 1: no emotions, don't show emotions in this moment.
- 35:38Speaker 2: And it's Look, it's got to be difficult to be
- 35:42Speaker 2: a staffer cabinet member for Joe Biden where you have
- 35:45Speaker 2: no idea what he's going to say because he doesn't
- 35:46Speaker 2: know what he's saying. I mean, you're dealing with someone
- 35:48Speaker 2: who is who is too old and his mental capacities
- 35:52Speaker 2: are diminished, and so they're all terrified. Uh uh oh
- 35:56Speaker 2: danger Will Robinson dangerous question? I don't know. Now. It
- 36:00Speaker 2: also says something about Tony B. Lincoln that he winces
- 36:03Speaker 2: like that. If you ask me, is she a dictator?
- 36:09Speaker 2: My only difference from what Joe Biden has said is
- 36:11Speaker 2: I would say, hell, yes, of course he's a dictator.
- 36:15Speaker 2: People who murder, people who torture, people who lock up
- 36:19Speaker 2: a million slaves in concentration camps, who engage in global espionage,
- 36:24Speaker 2: who steal intellectual property, who are responsible for COVID nineteen
- 36:31Speaker 2: and the millions of deaths and the trillions of economic damage. Yes,
- 36:35Speaker 2: she is unequivocally a dictator now.
- 36:38Speaker 1: And he knows it too.
- 36:38Speaker 2: By the way, he knows it and doesn't care. And
- 36:41Speaker 2: he doesn't care because the Democrat Party is structurally pro China.
- 36:47Speaker 2: That's what I describe in the China chapter of my
- 36:50Speaker 2: book on Woke. Why is the Democrat Party structurally pro China?
- 36:54Speaker 2: Because they're major stakeholders, big business, big tech, big universities,
- 37:01Speaker 2: big Hollywood are all in bed with China, and so
- 37:05Speaker 2: the Democrat Party is terrified of speaking the truth. And
- 37:10Speaker 2: Blincoln's face set it all, which is no, no, no, Biden,
- 37:13Speaker 2: you're not supposed to say this. And by the way,
- 37:15Speaker 2: you have a pattern all the time where Biden says
- 37:18Speaker 2: things they don't know what it is, and then the
- 37:19Speaker 2: White House guy tries to walk it back and clean
- 37:22Speaker 2: it up and say, no, no, never mind, that was
- 37:24Speaker 2: just the old man talking. We're the cultural Marxist, we
- 37:28Speaker 2: set the agenda. We'll tell you what he really meant.
- 37:32Speaker 1: And this goes into something else that I have to
- 37:33Speaker 1: bring up, and it's something that we've seen on TikTok. Now,
- 37:36Speaker 1: if you don't know what TikTok is, we've talked about
- 37:38Speaker 1: this before, quick recap. It's an app that a ton
- 37:41Speaker 1: of people use, especially young people, especially young people, and
- 37:45Speaker 1: China uses it to influence young people. Specifically, we saw
- 37:51Speaker 1: an unbelievable uptick on TikTok. And there's data to back
- 37:55Speaker 1: this up of pro Hamas videos, pro Hamas propagand and
- 38:00Speaker 1: anti Israel propaganda, pro Palestinian propaganda.
- 38:04Speaker 2: Pole Audi Harvard Pohle recently came out that said of
- 38:07Speaker 2: Americans eighteen to twenty four, fifty one percent believe that
- 38:13Speaker 2: Hamas's atrocities could be justified, fifty one percent more than
- 38:17Speaker 2: half of young people. And TikTok is affirmatively pushing this
- 38:21Speaker 2: pro Hamas propaganda, this garbage to young people, and it
- 38:26Speaker 2: has an enormous negative influence. And I want to put
- 38:29Speaker 2: on now one video from TikTok that went viral this
- 38:33Speaker 2: week that shows just how.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Cancerous and it deals with Osama bin laden Ye. If
- 38:38Speaker 1: you understand the context of this, there was and this
- 38:41Speaker 1: clearly is propaganda to meant to influence. And there is
- 38:44Speaker 1: a letter that Osama bin Laden had put out before
- 38:48Speaker 1: it was I guess technically right before nine to eleven,
- 38:50Speaker 1: or justifying the nine to eleven attacks and explaining his
- 38:53Speaker 1: thoughts on why he was doing nine to eleven. This letter,
- 38:57Speaker 1: decades later, has has gone via role only on TikTok
- 39:02Speaker 1: go back to propaganda of China to influence young be
- 39:05Speaker 1: able to believe that somehow Osama bin Laden was justified
- 39:09Speaker 1: in his nine to eleven attack the same way that
- 39:11Speaker 1: they're justifying Hamas's attack on Israel. And this is what
- 39:17Speaker 1: Americans are saying about reading this letter for the first
- 39:21Speaker 1: time on TikTok.
- 39:22Speaker 2: Look, so it starts with a woman me when I
- 39:26Speaker 2: got the news in twenty eleven that we got him,
- 39:28Speaker 2: and she's celebrating. Then twenty twenty three reading his letter
- 39:31Speaker 2: to America knowing he.
- 39:33Speaker 1: Was right Osam bin Laden, that's what they're talking about.
- 39:35Speaker 4: Actually, before you even read the letter, I did want
- 39:38Speaker 4: to mention in reading the letter, I could only think
- 39:40Speaker 4: of this tweet that I saw the other day. Under
- 39:42Speaker 4: settler colonialism, any kind of resistance is branded as terrorist
- 39:46Speaker 4: because the only acceptable violence is violence by the occupier.
- 39:50Speaker 4: So please keep that in mind when reading the another young.
- 39:52Speaker 5: Person, We really need to stop pantaxes because they ain't
- 39:57Speaker 5: doing another but missing of everybody else. And America is
- 40:01Speaker 5: the bully. And it's sad because they have brainwashed us
- 40:05Speaker 5: to think that we was the best country in the
- 40:06Speaker 5: plant on the planet, when in reality we're the worst
- 40:10Speaker 5: country in the planet.
- 40:11Speaker 3: It is just insane because this letter is so well
- 40:15Speaker 3: written and so reasonably structured in an argument, like you
- 40:21Speaker 3: got to present your findings. You gotta you know, you
- 40:24Speaker 3: gotta state your cause. All that, Like everything he said
- 40:29Speaker 3: was valid.
- 40:30Speaker 1: Everything Osama bin Laden said was valid. The guy before
- 40:35Speaker 1: saying we need to stop paying taxes because Osama bin
- 40:38Speaker 1: Laden was right.
- 40:39Speaker 2: And we're the worst country.
- 40:41Speaker 1: In the world. Hashtag free Palestine. It's at the bottom.
- 40:45Speaker 1: I don't know if you noticed that.
- 40:46Speaker 2: Look, look, this is all of these are young people.
- 40:50Speaker 2: This is on TikTok. These young people are profoundly ignorant.
- 40:54Speaker 2: They don't know anything. But they're also TikTok is deliberately curated.
- 41:02Speaker 2: The algorithm is controlled, the recommendation algorithm is controlled by
- 41:07Speaker 2: the Chinese Communist Party. I mentioned the last classified briefing
- 41:10Speaker 2: I went to this week, ben So. The topic of
- 41:13Speaker 2: it was social media and disinformation, and so included a
- 41:18Speaker 2: number of folks from the government. This was a joint
- 41:22Speaker 2: classified briefing with the Commerce Committee where I'm the ranking Republican,
- 41:26Speaker 2: and the Intelligence Committee. So we met together, and I
- 41:30Speaker 2: can't tell you what they said, but I can't tell
- 41:32Speaker 2: you the questions I asked because the questions I asked
- 41:34Speaker 2: are not classified. And the question I asked, I said,
- 41:37Speaker 2: what evidence do we have specifically that TikTok is affirmatively
- 41:42Speaker 2: and deliberately pushing pro Hamas propaganda? We know that young
- 41:47Speaker 2: people are moving dramatically in the direction of Hamas and
- 41:55Speaker 2: to what extent is the CCP affirmatively doing that? And
- 41:58Speaker 2: I'll tell you something again, I can't give you their answers,
- 42:01Speaker 2: but I will tell you a data point, which is
- 42:03Speaker 2: TikTok defends itself by saying it keeps us customer data
- 42:07Speaker 2: here in the United States, not in China, although under
- 42:11Speaker 2: its terms of service the CCP has a right to
- 42:13Speaker 2: access them at any time. You know what it doesn't
- 42:16Speaker 2: keep here in the United States, it's recommendation algorithm. So
- 42:21Speaker 2: the way TikTok operates, you're looking at TikTok. You watch
- 42:24Speaker 2: a video and then it suggests to you, Hey, Ben,
- 42:28Speaker 2: you would like this video based.
- 42:30Speaker 1: On what you've seen before. So if you're looking at
- 42:32Speaker 1: golf videos or tennis videos or football videos, you would
- 42:35Speaker 1: assume they would keep you in the same type of algorithm.
- 42:37Speaker 2: Well, a recommendation algorithm is one of the most potent
- 42:42Speaker 2: tools social media has to drive content, to suppress content,
- 42:47Speaker 2: or to drive content. And if you're engaged in propaganda,
- 42:50Speaker 2: the recommendation algorithm is your most potent tool for it.
- 42:55Speaker 2: The recommendation algorithm is not housed in the United States.
- 42:58Speaker 2: It's housed in China. I kind of just recently passed
- 43:01Speaker 2: a law that defined TikTok's recommendation algorithm as a quote
- 43:07Speaker 2: national asset makes sense. It is an asset of China,
- 43:12Speaker 2: and they have developed a global propaganda tool that in
- 43:16Speaker 2: particular targets American young people. And so they can decide
- 43:21Speaker 2: on any given day, what message do we want to
- 43:23Speaker 2: put to young people. They can just on on a Tuesday,
- 43:26Speaker 2: say let's just push messages that hurt American young people.
- 43:30Speaker 2: So let's push to young girls and teenage girls body
- 43:34Speaker 2: image problems and push anarexia eating disorders, and let's push
- 43:38Speaker 2: self harm, let's push cutting, let's push suicide, let's push
- 43:42Speaker 2: drug use, let's push all sorts of things that will
- 43:45Speaker 2: just hurt young people. And they do that tragically every day.
- 43:49Speaker 2: But they can also decide politically, Okay, we don't want
- 43:53Speaker 2: the United States exploring for oil and gas, so let's
- 43:55Speaker 2: push Green New Deal garbage to tell them, go stop fracking, ghosts,
- 44:00Speaker 2: stop this, go stop this. Be dependent on Iran, be
- 44:03Speaker 2: dependent on Russia, be dependent on Venezuela, be dependent on
- 44:06Speaker 2: our enemies for oil and gas. They can push that
- 44:09Speaker 2: message to young people, or if they just want to
- 44:14Speaker 2: push pro hamas propaganda, they can. In this instance, you
- 44:18Speaker 2: have young people.
- 44:20Speaker 1: And this went viral to a level of millions and
- 44:22Speaker 1: millions and millions of millions of impressions.
- 44:24Speaker 2: Over fourteen million last I saw.
- 44:26Speaker 1: Yeah, and that's just people that were posting their own
- 44:28Speaker 1: videos after reading this letter that came out of nowhere
- 44:32Speaker 1: from two thousand and one from Osama bin Laden, and
- 44:36Speaker 1: the majority of it was all positive towards usam.
- 44:39Speaker 2: Ben and you got to understand why, I mean, this
- 44:41Speaker 2: is something as you know, I'm at the tail end
- 44:44Speaker 2: of a two week book tour. So I've been I
- 44:46Speaker 2: think I've done seventy seven media interviews in the last
- 44:49Speaker 2: two weeks on the new book on Woke. I've been
- 44:52Speaker 2: talking about this a lot because particularly people of the
- 44:55Speaker 2: left are confused why is there such vicious and entice
- 45:01Speaker 2: Semitism among the left. And I want to let's let's
- 45:04Speaker 2: pull this up again. I want to pull it up
- 45:05Speaker 2: and freeze it midway through because because it really does
- 45:09Speaker 2: it explain it profoundly. Okay, so this is the first
- 45:14Speaker 2: woman on the second person. Just freeze it when the
- 45:16Speaker 2: second person comes up. Okay, freeze it right here, all right.
- 45:21Speaker 2: So this is a TikToker and it's kind of a
- 45:24Speaker 2: young hipster wearing like, I don't know, a shower cap
- 45:27Speaker 2: of some kind with pearls. I don't know. But this
- 45:33Speaker 2: is important. So I've been explaining and the book Unwoke
- 45:37Speaker 2: explains this at depth. So Marxism is the doctrine enunciated
- 45:43Speaker 2: by Karl Marx and the Communist Manifesto that explains views
- 45:47Speaker 2: the world as a fundamental conflict between oppressors and victims.
- 45:51Speaker 2: Marx put it in socioeconomic terms, So the oppressors were
- 45:53Speaker 2: the owners of capital, the victims, where the proletariat, the
- 45:57Speaker 2: working men and women. The solution Marks advocated was violent
- 46:02Speaker 2: revolution by the proletariat overthrowing the oppressors. I describe in
- 46:09Speaker 2: the book Unwoke how Marxist infiltrated the universities in the
- 46:14Speaker 2: nineteen sixties and seventies, and then that doctrine mutated. It
- 46:17Speaker 2: mutated to critical race theory, which has the same basic frame,
- 46:21Speaker 2: the Marxist frame of oppressor and victim, but instead of
- 46:25Speaker 2: socioeconomic its race. So there are pressor races and victim races.
- 46:29Speaker 2: I describe how it mutated to be gender and gender
- 46:32Speaker 2: identity and sexual orientation, same idea of appressor and victim,
- 46:36Speaker 2: and the idea is violence revolution. Anything is justified if
- 46:42Speaker 2: it is the victim overthrowing the oppressor. Now, this TikTok video,
- 46:46Speaker 2: the text of the tweet he has says, under settler colonialism,
- 46:52Speaker 2: any kind of resistance is branded as terrorism because the
- 46:57Speaker 2: only acceptable violence is violence by the occupier. That is
- 47:02Speaker 2: straight up Marxism. Yeah, and it is explaining why. As
- 47:06Speaker 2: I told this left leaning tech executive, the reason the
- 47:10Speaker 2: left is celebrating Hamas is they have defined Jews as oppressors.
- 47:17Speaker 2: They have defined Hamas as victims, and so they're in
- 47:22Speaker 2: favor of violence by the victims against the impressors. And
- 47:26Speaker 2: that includes mass murder. That includes targeting civilians. That includes
- 47:30Speaker 2: murdering elderly people. That includes raping women and little girls
- 47:34Speaker 2: in the public streets, That includes slaughtering infants. That includes,
- 47:37Speaker 2: as we discussed, literally putting a baby in an oven, yeah,
- 47:47Speaker 2: and raping that baby's mother while the baby cooks to
- 47:53Speaker 2: death and the mother is being raped and listening to
- 47:58Speaker 2: her infant died in an oven being cooked to death. Now,
- 48:03Speaker 2: that is unmitigated evil. That is Nazi like. That is
- 48:07Speaker 2: a level of grotesque evil that defies words. And yet
- 48:14Speaker 2: to the cultural Marxist and to these young idealistic imbeciles,
- 48:20Speaker 2: they're cheering for the terrorist. Why because it says here, well,
- 48:24Speaker 2: under settler colonialism, and mind you, in their mind it's
- 48:27Speaker 2: the Jews that are the bad settler colonialists. Any kind
- 48:31Speaker 2: of resistance, so you know, baking a baby in an oven,
- 48:35Speaker 2: that's a kind of resistance is branded as terrorist. Well, no,
- 48:40Speaker 2: terrorism is targeting civilians. I've got to say slaughtering infants
- 48:44Speaker 2: qualifies as terrorism because the only acceptable violence is violence
- 48:50Speaker 2: by the occupier. The reason these young people are so
- 48:53Speaker 2: susceptible to this TikTok propaganda is because cultural Marxism has
- 49:00Speaker 2: been taught to them from the womb, has been taught
- 49:03Speaker 2: to them in kindergarten, first, second, third, fourth, fifth grade
- 49:07Speaker 2: all the way through school, has been taught to them
- 49:09Speaker 2: in college, has been taught to them through social media,
- 49:12Speaker 2: has been taught to them through entertainment. They're told once
- 49:16Speaker 2: we say someone is the victim and someone as the oppressor,
- 49:20Speaker 2: we cheer for violence, for any horrible evil against the oppressor,
- 49:26Speaker 2: because that's the Marxist revolution we support.
- 49:29Speaker 1: It's truly incredible, Senator, It's always a pleasure to sit
- 49:31Speaker 1: with you talk about this. Don't forget. We do this
