Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Democrats Replacing American Voters with Illegal Immigrant
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Have you ever wondered why Democrats are allowing so many
- 0:05Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to come into liberal cities sanctuary cities.
- 0:10Speaker 2: Well, we now understand a little bit more why this
- 0:12Speaker 2: is happening.
- 0:13Speaker 1: Now. You may say, when I asked that in't a question.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Ben of course we know why they're trying to change
- 0:17Speaker 1: this country. That is true, But there's also something else
- 0:21Speaker 1: that's happening that we're now seeing, and it is very
- 0:24Speaker 1: clear why this is happening.
- 0:26Speaker 2: It is the great replacement. Let me explain what I
- 0:29Speaker 2: mean by that.
- 0:29Speaker 1: I'm not talking about replacing Americans in general, right, like
- 0:32Speaker 1: overpowering them traditional Americans who are citizens with illegal immigrants. No,
- 0:40Speaker 1: what we're now talking about is apparently something else, and
- 0:42Speaker 1: it's much deeper than that. Democrats are watching the cities
- 0:47Speaker 1: that they control, some of the biggest cities in America
- 0:50Speaker 1: and some of the biggest states like California, losing population
- 0:54Speaker 1: at record numbers because of anarchy and chaos and high taxes.
- 0:58Speaker 2: I'll give you a great example.
- 1:00Speaker 1: My hometown of Memphis has the highest property taxes of
- 1:05Speaker 1: any city in Tennessee.
- 1:08Speaker 2: It is also the murder capital of America.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Right now, it's the most dangerous city in America by
- 1:13Speaker 1: the FBI's definition, with their related stats that have come out,
- 1:17Speaker 1: And what did the new mayor of Memphis, a hardcore
- 1:20Speaker 1: leftist Democrat African American man, do in his big address
- 1:25Speaker 1: after being in office for just one hundred days, he said,
- 1:28Speaker 1: we're going to have a big tax increase.
- 1:31Speaker 2: He was also backed up by the.
- 1:32Speaker 1: County mayor who also said the same exact thing, that
- 1:36Speaker 1: we are going to have a tax increase. Now, why
- 1:41Speaker 1: on earth would you raise taxes when you're the most
- 1:43Speaker 1: dangerous city in America.
- 1:45Speaker 2: I'll tell you exactly why.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Because they're so out of touch with reality, and they
- 1:50Speaker 1: have so many people that are leaving the city going
- 1:53Speaker 1: to other places that now they're running out of money
- 1:56Speaker 1: because if you don't have any money, how do you
- 1:58Speaker 1: take money from people. It's very much now what Democrats
- 2:01Speaker 1: are doing. But they're doing it just from a simple
- 2:04Speaker 1: standpoint of they have to replace liberal voters that they're
- 2:07Speaker 1: losing or moderate voters that vote Democrat. They're having to
- 2:11Speaker 1: replace the people they're losing to keep their power, which
- 2:15Speaker 1: brings me to a bigger point.
- 2:18Speaker 2: US Representative Chuck Fleischmann.
- 2:21Speaker 1: He's a Tennessee Republican from the third district released the
- 2:25Speaker 1: following statement about his support of a new bill.
- 2:28Speaker 2: This bill is h R seven to one zero nine.
- 2:32Speaker 1: It's called the Equal Representation at What this bill does
- 2:36Speaker 1: ensure that only legal American citizens are factored into the
- 2:42Speaker 1: official count for congressional districts and the electoral college map
- 2:48Speaker 1: that determines the outcome of presidential elections. In other words,
- 2:52Speaker 1: you can't replace Americans with illegal immigrants and then count
- 2:58Speaker 1: them when it comes to the electoral Basically, the numbers
- 3:02Speaker 1: of each state.
- 3:02Speaker 2: Now you know how this works, right. The electoral college
- 3:04Speaker 2: is simple.
- 3:05Speaker 1: It's your senators and then your congressmen of that state combined,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and that's the number. That's the reason why South Dakota
- 3:11Speaker 1: and North Dakota have three, right, because they have they
- 3:13Speaker 1: actually have two senators and they have one congressman. And
- 3:16Speaker 1: so it's not a big deal to win or lose
- 3:18Speaker 1: that state in theory, because it's only worth three. That's
- 3:20Speaker 1: why people don't spend a lot of time there campaigning.
- 3:23Speaker 1: But you spend a hell of a lot of time
- 3:24Speaker 1: in places like Florida, New York, Texas, and California because
- 3:29Speaker 1: the prize there is so big. What Democrats have figured
- 3:33Speaker 1: out is that if you can flood a state with illegals,
- 3:35Speaker 1: count them in the census, you get more congress people
- 3:39Speaker 1: that will represent your state, and that means the electoral
- 3:43Speaker 1: College votes. Then those numbers go up, which means if
- 3:48Speaker 1: you can flood a state like Texas and win it,
- 3:50Speaker 1: you're going to get a really big number of electoral
- 3:53Speaker 1: College votes. Fourd to the same way Nevada, right Arizona, California.
- 3:59Speaker 2: This is their total plan.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Let me also tell you real quick about my friends
- 4:04Speaker 1: at Patriot Mobile.
- 4:05Speaker 2: I got to tell you I made a promise this year.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I am not giving my money to companies that hate me,
- 4:11Speaker 1: hate my family values, hate what I believe in, hate
- 4:14Speaker 1: that I'm a Christian, hate that I'm a conservative, and
- 4:17Speaker 1: Big Mobile let me tell you they hate you. In fact,
- 4:20Speaker 1: Big Mobile has been giving massive donations because you pay
- 4:24Speaker 1: a bill every month to them, and they take a
- 4:26Speaker 1: portion of that bill and they're giving it back to
- 4:29Speaker 1: liberal causes, including Planned parenthood. Now, when I found that out,
- 4:34Speaker 1: I switched to Patriot Mobile. They're the only Christian conservative
- 4:38Speaker 1: wireless provider in the country. Now, most people don't switch
- 4:41Speaker 1: cell phones often. The reason why is they think it's
- 4:43Speaker 1: hard to do, but with technology now it's actually incredibly easy.
- 4:47Speaker 2: How do I know.
- 4:48Speaker 1: I just switched the line over it the other day.
- 4:51Speaker 1: It is done easily over the phone. And when you
- 4:53Speaker 1: call Patriot Mobile, they can switch and you get to
- 4:56Speaker 1: keep your same cell phone number. You get to keep
- 4:59Speaker 1: your same phone or up great to a new one.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Now coverage is no longer an issue. It used to
- 5:03Speaker 1: be you'd pick a company based on coverage, not anymore.
- 5:06Speaker 1: In fact, you're going to be using the same towers
- 5:09Speaker 1: that you're using right now. But what you're doing is
- 5:12Speaker 1: not giving your money to democratic causes candidates, including organizations
- 5:16Speaker 1: like Planned Parenthood any longer. You're going to be supporting
- 5:19Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile that then takes your money every month, five
- 5:22Speaker 1: percent of your bill at no extra cost to you,
- 5:24Speaker 1: and they give it back to conservative causes and organizations
- 5:28Speaker 1: that protect our First and our Second Amendment rights, and
- 5:30Speaker 1: most importantly to me, they support organizations that support the
- 5:34Speaker 1: lives of unborn children. Yeah, so when I use my
- 5:38Speaker 1: phone and when I pay my bill, I know I'm
- 5:40Speaker 1: sending up for what I believe in, and I'm making
- 5:42Speaker 1: a real difference. Check out Patriot Mobile Patriot Mobile Dot
- 5:46Speaker 1: com slash ben, Patriot mobile dot com slash ben, or
- 5:51Speaker 1: call them nine seven two Patriot. That's nine seven to
- 5:56Speaker 1: two Patriot nine seven to two Patriot or Patriot mobile
- 6:00Speaker 1: dot com slash ben. All right, so back to the
- 6:03Speaker 1: great replacement. This is actually very simple. Democrats are losing
- 6:08Speaker 1: and democratic cities are losing at record number people. California
- 6:14Speaker 1: has more people leaving the state than are moving to
- 6:17Speaker 1: the state. And that's partly because of high taxes, that's
- 6:20Speaker 1: partly because of high crime. It is partly because of
- 6:24Speaker 1: just the cost of living is so out of control,
- 6:27Speaker 1: and that's an important thing to understand, but a lot
- 6:30Speaker 1: of it is the liberal policies and we're seeing this
- 6:32Speaker 1: in places like New York City. We've seen a lot
- 6:35Speaker 1: of people move out of New York City, especially when
- 6:37Speaker 1: they had the COVID lockdowns, that they're never coming back. Well,
- 6:40Speaker 1: if you want to stay powerful, you've got to bring
- 6:43Speaker 1: in people, right, you have to. You've got to bring
- 6:46Speaker 1: in people to keep that power. So how do you
- 6:50Speaker 1: do it. You bring in illegal immigrants. And that's how
- 6:54Speaker 1: you keep places like California extremely powerful. When it comes
- 6:57Speaker 1: to the electoral college. If you're losing a couple million
- 7:01Speaker 1: people who are moving out. Then they're saying, all right,
- 7:04Speaker 1: we got to figure out how to bring in a
- 7:06Speaker 1: couple of million people. And this is exactly what Democrats
- 7:10Speaker 1: are now doing. Let me also tell you what Representative
- 7:13Speaker 1: Fleischman had to say.
- 7:14Speaker 2: He said quote.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Since day one of this administration, President Biden, the DC
- 7:18Speaker 1: Democrats have gone out of their way to open our
- 7:20Speaker 1: borders and incentivize millions of illegal aliens to break into
- 7:25Speaker 1: our country. Currently, illegal immigrants are counted towards congressional district
- 7:31Speaker 1: appointments and allocation of electoral College votes, which is unacceptable.
- 7:38Speaker 1: The congressman goes on to say, for every illegal immigrant
- 7:41Speaker 1: that is counted towards congressional appointment or the allocation of
- 7:45Speaker 1: electoral College votes, a legal American citizen is disenfranchised of
- 7:51Speaker 1: their right to be properly represented. This is actually a
- 7:56Speaker 1: brilliant move by Democrats. They don't care where you are
- 8:02Speaker 1: as long as you're in a liberal state, because that
- 8:05Speaker 1: gives them more power if you can flood, for example,
- 8:08Speaker 1: even in Texas places like Houston and San Antonio. In
- 8:12Speaker 1: Dallas and Austin with legal immigrants, they don't care about
- 8:15Speaker 1: the back country.
- 8:16Speaker 2: They don't care about the suburbs.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Because they know they're going to then get more representatives
- 8:21Speaker 1: representing those areas, which then then can help them when
- 8:25Speaker 1: it comes to flipping a state that's been conservative to
- 8:28Speaker 1: a liberal state. In other words, Democrats are playing the
- 8:32Speaker 1: long game here. Every illegal immigrant that's coming across the border,
- 8:37Speaker 1: if they are counted, and they are counted now, all right,
- 8:40Speaker 1: as a just like an American citizen, it will fundamentally
- 8:44Speaker 1: change the number of votes that they receive in presidential
- 8:48Speaker 1: elections and the number of appointments to Congress. That is
- 8:52Speaker 1: the game plan here. So do they care if you're
- 8:55Speaker 1: killed by an illegal immigrant. No. There's also something else
- 8:58Speaker 1: that's happening in Washington right now, and this is important
- 9:01Speaker 1: and by the way, I'm going to talk to US
- 9:03Speaker 1: Center Marsha Blackburn in a minute about this because it's important.
- 9:06Speaker 1: But there's also something else that's happening right now, and
- 9:08Speaker 1: that is people in Washington serving their own best interests
- 9:13Speaker 1: and not caring about the American people. We've seen this
- 9:16Speaker 1: with my Orchis and the failed impeachment. He doesn't care
- 9:18Speaker 1: about you, he doesn't care about American citizens. He cares
- 9:21Speaker 1: about power, and that means bringing in more illegal immigrants.
- 9:25Speaker 1: He cares not if your kids are dying from fetanyl
- 9:28Speaker 1: for example, which there was a massive warning came from Garland,
- 9:31Speaker 1: the Attorney General about fetnyl, saying that we are seeing
- 9:34Speaker 1: a pandemic in this country. People dine young people from
- 9:38Speaker 1: fetnel coming across to the border. They don't care because
- 9:40Speaker 1: they want the power that comes across the border. But
- 9:45Speaker 1: there's also something else. They're getting rich while they're doing this.
- 9:50Speaker 1: You may not realize just how rich people in Congress
- 9:54Speaker 1: are getting because of purposeful loopholes that allow them to
- 9:58Speaker 1: an essence insider trade. In fact, there are bots all right,
- 10:04Speaker 1: computers that will automatically trade the same way that Nancy
- 10:09Speaker 1: Pelosi trades.
- 10:10Speaker 3: Now.
- 10:10Speaker 1: Nancy Pelosi has made millions and millions of dollars off
- 10:13Speaker 1: of trading while she has been a congresswoman. She is
- 10:15Speaker 1: now a multi multi, multi millionaire because of the trades
- 10:19Speaker 1: that her husband has done while she's been making, you know,
- 10:22Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty thousand dollars a year. There's no
- 10:25Speaker 1: way to accumulate that much money when you're making one
- 10:28Speaker 1: hundred and eighty thousand dollars a year unless you're able
- 10:30Speaker 1: to trade stocks that have massive conflicts of interests send her.
- 10:35Speaker 1: Josh Holly from Missouri had the opportunity this week to
- 10:40Speaker 1: talk to the Energy Secretary, Jennifer.
- 10:43Speaker 2: Grayholme about her own.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Massive conflicts of interests which are making her insane amounts
- 10:51Speaker 1: of money.
- 10:53Speaker 2: This is not being covered by the media.
- 10:55Speaker 1: In fact, you probably hadn't even heard about this moment,
- 10:58Speaker 1: which would be a bombshell if this was a Republican
- 11:01Speaker 1: that was right the Energy Secretary and was acting in
- 11:05Speaker 1: such an egregious corrupt way. I want you to listen
- 11:10Speaker 1: carefully to this back and forth, and it gets heated.
- 11:14Speaker 4: When you were here last I talked with you about
- 11:16Speaker 4: the fact that more than one hundred and thirty officials
- 11:18Speaker 4: in the Energy Department reported more than two thousand, seven
- 11:22Speaker 4: hundred trades of shares, bonds, and options and companies that
- 11:25Speaker 4: ethics officers said was directly related to the agency's work.
- 11:29Speaker 5: This is institutionalized corruption.
- 11:32Speaker 4: And I asked you point blank, do you own any
- 11:35Speaker 4: individual stock?
- 11:36Speaker 5: And you told me.
- 11:38Speaker 4: No, Let's just look at it. It was not a
- 11:40Speaker 4: difficult question. Do you own individual stocks, Madame Secretary? You
- 11:43Speaker 4: said no.
- 11:44Speaker 5: In fact, you repeated it three times to me.
- 11:46Speaker 4: No, no, no, turns out that was false. You did
- 11:52Speaker 4: own multiple individual stocks and you neglected to report it
- 11:55Speaker 4: to this committee for months afterwards. Why did you mislead
- 11:59Speaker 4: this commit Oh my goodness, that was exactly my response.
- 12:04Speaker 4: So why did I leave this committee?
- 12:07Speaker 6: I believed that I had sold all individual stocks, and
- 12:12Speaker 6: I was incorrect.
- 12:14Speaker 5: So I came back. I just don't know your portfolio
- 12:17Speaker 5: pretty much. It's a big one, I guess.
- 12:19Speaker 6: Huh, No, it's extremely small.
- 12:22Speaker 5: Apparently not someone manages it for you.
- 12:25Speaker 6: So I came back as soon as I found out that,
- 12:27Speaker 6: in fact, I had not sold all individuals.
- 12:29Speaker 4: Wait wait, wait, wait, no, that's not true either. Let's
- 12:31Speaker 4: just look at the timeline. I just remind you you're
- 12:33Speaker 4: under oath, Madam Secretary, you testified you didn't own any
- 12:38Speaker 4: individual stocks, you didn't sell the stocks for a whole
- 12:41Speaker 4: other month, and after you sold the stocks, you waited
- 12:45Speaker 4: another month before you informed this committee. Why did you
- 12:50Speaker 4: mislead us of? What were you hiding? Why did you
- 12:53Speaker 4: wait so long? Why did you hide this?
- 12:56Speaker 6: I did not hide it because I brought it forth
- 12:58Speaker 6: to the committee when I realized that we had made
- 13:01Speaker 6: a mistake.
- 13:01Speaker 4: Really what what what explains the delay. Why did you
- 13:04Speaker 4: wait for a full month to explo to explain your
- 13:06Speaker 4: actions to this committee your false testimony.
- 13:09Speaker 6: That's less than a month and I sent a letter
- 13:11Speaker 6: explaining what had happened. Fifteen I owned a Ford stock
- 13:17Speaker 6: that was.
- 13:17Speaker 4: You misled this committee. And you wait, what were the stocks?
- 13:20Speaker 4: What were the stocks that you owned?
- 13:22Speaker 6: It was a Ford stock that my husband had owned
- 13:24Speaker 6: since he was very young, and I just was not
- 13:28Speaker 6: aware of it.
- 13:29Speaker 5: And what were the others? You sold six stocks? Who
- 13:30Speaker 5: were the other five?
- 13:32Speaker 6: I sold non conflicting stocks?
- 13:35Speaker 5: What were they?
- 13:36Speaker 6: I don't, honestly, I don't even know. I do know
- 13:40Speaker 6: the Ford one because that was a conflict.
- 13:41Speaker 5: You don't. That's why I don't this.
- 13:44Speaker 4: You're here before this committee a year later, after actively
- 13:47Speaker 4: misleading to us, after denying and delaying and delaying, and
- 13:51Speaker 4: now you won't.
- 13:51Speaker 5: Tell us it was one of them.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Pro Tara, No, you sat on the board of directors
- 13:55Speaker 4: at Protera, You made millions in in reports and stock
- 13:58Speaker 4: options at Protera. Then you you promoted pro Tera stock
- 14:03Speaker 4: and Protera products as Energy secretary. Was that one of
- 14:06Speaker 4: the stocks that you sold?
- 14:08Speaker 6: This is so, I mean, really.
- 14:11Speaker 5: Was that one of the stocks.
- 14:12Speaker 4: So yes, really no, you are presiding over institutionalized corruption
- 14:16Speaker 4: in your energy department. You have violated the Stock Act
- 14:19Speaker 4: nine separate times. You have been referred by the Inspector
- 14:23Speaker 4: General for violations.
- 14:24Speaker 5: Of the Hatch Act.
- 14:26Speaker 4: It is institutionalized corruption that you are now the face of.
- 14:31Speaker 4: And here's what I'm trying to figure out. I just
- 14:32Speaker 4: want to know who really runs the energy department?
- 14:35Speaker 5: Is it you?
- 14:36Speaker 4: Or is it the mega corporations whose stock that you
- 14:38Speaker 4: own that you're making profits in, Oh my goodness. Or
- 14:40Speaker 4: maybe it's the foreign billionaires who fund your conferences.
- 14:43Speaker 5: Let's try something else.
- 14:44Speaker 4: Do you know the names of the foreign billionaires who
- 14:46Speaker 4: fund the conferences you go to? Since you don't know
- 14:49Speaker 4: the socks, do you know the names of the foreign billionaires?
- 14:53Speaker 5: This is unbelievable to me. Let me help Easter chairman.
- 14:56Speaker 4: One of them is Ord Weiss, a Swiss billion theire
- 15:00Speaker 4: who has used various dark money front I do not
- 15:03Speaker 4: know what you to funnel various dark money's front groups
- 15:06Speaker 4: to funnel foreign money into American politics.
- 15:11Speaker 5: He has used the Burger Action.
- 15:13Speaker 4: Fund twenty million dollars that then sent money to the
- 15:16Speaker 4: Fund for a Better Future that then sent money to
- 15:19Speaker 4: the Climate Power Group that has funded conferences you've attended.
- 15:24Speaker 5: Do you know who this is? I think it's a
- 15:25Speaker 5: no idea to idea foreign billionaires.
- 15:29Speaker 6: I have no idea what you're talking.
- 15:31Speaker 4: You don't know the stocks, you don't know the billionaires.
- 15:33Speaker 4: You would take no responsibility. Meanwhile, your Energy Department executives
- 15:37Speaker 4: in your Energy department are trading stocks and companies that
- 15:41Speaker 4: they have direct oversight over, and you were too.
- 15:44Speaker 2: That is incorrect.
- 15:45Speaker 6: Nobody in my in the Department of Energy, and we
- 15:48Speaker 6: have a strong ethics office, does not trade stocks in
- 15:52Speaker 6: anything that they have oversight over.
- 15:53Speaker 5: That's that.
- 15:56Speaker 4: Crew, Madam Secretary, Sir. Wall Street Journal has reported on
- 15:59Speaker 4: this civil Wall Streets.
- 16:00Speaker 3: If I'm a Senator, if I might just ask the question,
- 16:02Speaker 3: is it possible that maybe we can continue this at
- 16:05Speaker 3: a later time, but if you had any questions on
- 16:08Speaker 3: the energy direct energy policies.
- 16:10Speaker 4: Mister Chairman, this is directly relevant to institutionalize corruption in
- 16:14Speaker 4: the Department of Energy that she oversees. I think about
- 16:17Speaker 4: to say that the Wall Street General report's wrong.
- 16:20Speaker 6: The Wall Street General Report did not say that people
- 16:22Speaker 6: over whom they were in areas where they were directly
- 16:25Speaker 6: overseeing headstocks.
- 16:27Speaker 2: They did not.
- 16:28Speaker 6: Our Ethics office consults with all of our employees that
- 16:32Speaker 6: need to be that have a rere reporting requirement about
- 16:36Speaker 6: their stockholdings. They do not own stocks in areas that
- 16:39Speaker 6: they have any influence over, Nor do I.
- 16:41Speaker 4: Matter, Secretary. All I have to say is this record
- 16:44Speaker 4: is just deplorable. It is despicable. It is outrageous that
- 16:48Speaker 4: hundreds of officers in the Energy Department are trading shares.
- 16:50Speaker 4: It is outrageous that you misled us. It is outrageous.
- 16:54Speaker 4: It's correct that you are continuing to mislead us, and
- 16:56Speaker 4: it is outrageous you're going to conferences and events funded
- 16:59Speaker 4: by foreign billlionaires using dark money to try to influence
- 17:02Speaker 4: our politics.
- 17:03Speaker 5: This has got to change.
- 17:05Speaker 1: By the way, what's even more shocking than this is
- 17:08Speaker 1: the fact that she's sitting there and acting like she
- 17:11Speaker 1: can't believe she's being asked these tough questions. What's even
- 17:14Speaker 1: more shocking and egregious is the fact that ninety nine
- 17:18Speaker 1: percent of you, this is the first time you've even
- 17:21Speaker 1: heard about what is happening.
- 17:25Speaker 2: You probably had no idea.
- 17:29Speaker 1: By the ways, I'm in the same boat that this
- 17:33Speaker 1: is something that's going on. The people with the Department
- 17:36Speaker 1: of Energy are actually trading stocks. They are trading stocks
- 17:41Speaker 1: and companies that they're involved with that have insider trading
- 17:44Speaker 1: information and they have oversight on I mean, I laugh
- 17:48Speaker 1: because I go back to who was it Martha Stewart
- 17:51Speaker 1: that was put in jail.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Do you remember when they put her in jail because
- 17:54Speaker 2: they want to show.
- 17:55Speaker 1: Oh, we're cracking down on insider trading, YadA YadA, YadA.
- 17:58Speaker 2: Like, really, look at how.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Much money Nancy Pelosi has made while being a United
- 18:05Speaker 1: States congresswoman supposed to be serving her country. Look at
- 18:09Speaker 1: her returns compared to the best returns in the marketplace
- 18:12Speaker 1: and the best money managers out there, and she kicks
- 18:15Speaker 1: the living crap out of them every year. Look at
- 18:21Speaker 1: Secretay Grayholme here, she's sitting there and she's like, this
- 18:25Speaker 1: is agreedious. I can't even believe that you're asking these questions.
- 18:29Speaker 1: She lied to Congress. She said that she didn't own
- 18:32Speaker 1: any stocks. Then she was like, oh crap, they caught me.
- 18:34Speaker 1: All right, I gotta sell those stocks, and then saw
- 18:37Speaker 1: the stocks and then waited another thirty days to then
- 18:40Speaker 1: form Congress. Oh wait, my bad. Yeah, I actually did
- 18:43Speaker 1: have a bunch of stocks. Sorry about that. Sorry that happened,
- 18:47Speaker 1: Like my bad. So if you want to know who
- 18:51Speaker 1: they're representing, that like, if you want to know why
- 18:53Speaker 1: this country is under the Democratic leadership has gone to
- 18:55Speaker 1: hell in a handbasket, this is exactly why the people
- 18:59Speaker 1: that are there are basically like, I don't care about
- 19:02Speaker 1: what's actually happening, right Like I don't actually care if
- 19:07Speaker 1: people are.
- 19:08Speaker 2: Dying with feentanyl coming across the southern.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Border because we're all getting rich and we're making money
- 19:14Speaker 1: off of this. Now, I want to bring in US
- 19:18Speaker 1: Senator from Tennessee, Marsha Blackburn, because there's two things. One,
- 19:21Speaker 1: I want you to have an update on what happened
- 19:24Speaker 1: with my orcis so you understand how they were able
- 19:27Speaker 1: to shut it down so quickly. And then I want
- 19:29Speaker 1: you to hear what she has to say about the
- 19:31Speaker 1: great replacement and bringing in millions of voters into Democrat
- 19:37Speaker 1: cities who are losing population of people that are getting
- 19:40Speaker 1: out as fast as they can. Take a listen, Senator,
- 19:44Speaker 1: always a pleasure to chat with you. This seems like
- 19:47Speaker 1: a very big defeat for conservatives. There's a lot of
- 19:50Speaker 1: frustration from conservatives right now because they feel like we're
- 19:53Speaker 1: losing all over the place. We have infighting on the House,
- 19:56Speaker 1: a real prospect of losing another speaker.
- 19:58Speaker 2: Then we have the maorcis and each that doesn't go anywhere.
- 20:02Speaker 1: Explain how this happened yesterday and what people need to know.
- 20:06Speaker 3: Yes, Church Schumer did as we assembled and were sworn
- 20:12Speaker 3: in into a court of impeachment, he made a point
- 20:16Speaker 3: of order and then deemed that Article one was unconstitutional
- 20:25Speaker 3: and did not meet the threshold for removal of may Orcus,
- 20:31Speaker 3: and every single Democrat voted with him. Now, we sent
- 20:36Speaker 3: a lot of time, about three hours trying to refute
- 20:42Speaker 3: this and make our points of order, and then following
- 20:47Speaker 3: the closure, we made certain that we went to the
- 20:53Speaker 3: floor and spent another few hours laying out what may
- 20:57Speaker 3: Orcus had done. But this has what Chuck Schumer did
- 21:01Speaker 3: yesterday has never been done. Twenty one impeachments. In four
- 21:07Speaker 3: of them the individual either died or resigned. And in
- 21:11Speaker 3: seventeen when the impeachment by the House went to the
- 21:16Speaker 3: Senate for trial, the trial was held, and so Senators
- 21:20Speaker 3: Lee and Kennedy had organizing resolutions that mirrored the Trump
- 21:26Speaker 3: won in Trump two impeachments. Senator Cruz had won that
- 21:31Speaker 3: a motion that would have formed a trial committee, but
- 21:36Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer would have none of it, and so Patty
- 21:40Speaker 3: Murray was the presiding officer and repeatedly we were just
- 21:47Speaker 3: we were shut out of trying to move to a trial.
- 21:51Speaker 3: And for the first time ever they dismissed the impeachment
- 21:56Speaker 3: articles and to the American people. But then I will
- 22:00Speaker 3: tell you this. These Democrats that are up for reelection
- 22:04Speaker 3: this year, and they have very tough, close races and
- 22:09Speaker 3: you're looking at New Mexico, Nevada, Montana, Ohio, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania,
- 22:18Speaker 3: these and the race in Maryland, the race in West Virginia.
- 22:24Speaker 3: Democrats are going to have to answer for that because
- 22:28Speaker 3: it was unprecedented. It plays into that two tiers of
- 22:32Speaker 3: justice that they keep pushing. There's one tier for the
- 22:35Speaker 3: Democrats in the elite. There's a different tier if your
- 22:39Speaker 3: name is Trump, or if you're a Republican or a Conservative.
- 22:43Speaker 3: And people are sick and tired of this.
- 22:45Speaker 1: Harry Reid said something that was very interesting that I
- 22:47Speaker 1: do think should be used and I hope every Republican
- 22:50Speaker 1: running for office in the Senate uses it especially, and
- 22:55Speaker 1: he said about this impeachment, we're going to get through
- 22:57Speaker 1: this quick.
- 22:59Speaker 2: We're going to move quick, to move past this.
- 23:02Speaker 1: He also made a admission, and it was an important one.
- 23:06Speaker 1: He said that you should never have someone impeached over
- 23:12Speaker 1: a policy disagreement. Now what that means is he's admitting
- 23:16Speaker 1: that the policy of the Democratic Party of the Biden
- 23:18Speaker 1: administration is to have wide open southern borders and to
- 23:22Speaker 1: allow as many illegal immigrants into this country as possible.
- 23:25Speaker 1: That's the first time that he's ever admitted that publicly,
- 23:30Speaker 1: and it was very very clear. He was saying, this
- 23:32Speaker 1: is just a policy disagreement. Now they haven't said that
- 23:36Speaker 1: before publicly. We knew it was their policy of the
- 23:39Speaker 1: Biden administration to get rid of all the executive orders
- 23:42Speaker 1: that secured our border. That was very clear, and Harry
- 23:46Speaker 1: Reid was like acting like, oh, no, this is just
- 23:48Speaker 1: no big deal. This is just this is you know,
- 23:52Speaker 1: just a normal day. You know, we just have a
- 23:56Speaker 1: simple policy disagreement. Well, now we know they're admitting this
- 24:00Speaker 1: is their policy chaos in the southern border, and.
- 24:03Speaker 3: They've been very clear and very intentional. And when I
- 24:07Speaker 3: was with some of our Senate conservatives. Last night on
- 24:11Speaker 3: the floor, I talked a little bit about the intentionality
- 24:17Speaker 3: that they have used in opening this southern border. We
- 24:20Speaker 3: know exactly what they're doing. These big boy states have
- 24:25Speaker 3: lost population. That affects the amount of money you get
- 24:29Speaker 3: from the federal government, That effects your congressional seats, that
- 24:33Speaker 3: effects the electoral college. So they are quickly moving the
- 24:38Speaker 3: people into these areas. Why do you think the California
- 24:43Speaker 3: is saying, hey, illegal aliens, come here, we will give
- 24:47Speaker 3: you free husk care. It is because California laws seven
- 24:52Speaker 3: hundred and seventy thousand people last year. That is just
- 24:58Speaker 3: shy of the eight hundre undred and fifty thousand people
- 25:01Speaker 3: that make up a congressional district. California has already lost
- 25:05Speaker 3: a couple of congressional seats, so you know, we know
- 25:10Speaker 3: what they're doing. We also are a team to the
- 25:14Speaker 3: fact that some areas will allow those illegally in the
- 25:18Speaker 3: country to get a driver's license, and we're concerned about
- 25:22Speaker 3: they're having the ability to vote and those voter registrations,
- 25:27Speaker 3: and we're looking at what we can do to be
- 25:31Speaker 3: sure that they are not voting in those federal elections.
- 25:38Speaker 3: The presidential elections.
- 25:41Speaker 1: I may have said the word Harry Read earlier I
- 25:42Speaker 1: met Chuck Schumer. I want people to hear what Chuck
- 25:44Speaker 1: Schumer had to say in his own words at this
- 25:46Speaker 1: press conference. If you're really say you're going to offer
- 25:49Speaker 1: avotion to dismiss the keep your charges on Thursday, are
- 25:52Speaker 1: you all concerned to solve the Democrats to.
- 25:55Speaker 2: Races over that and come back to talk. Look, we're
- 25:58Speaker 2: going to try and resolve this is you as quickly
- 26:01Speaker 2: as possible.
- 26:02Speaker 4: Impeachment should never be used to settle policy disagreements.
- 26:07Speaker 2: Should never be used to settle policy disagreements.
- 26:10Speaker 1: So if Republicans use this the right way, what you're
- 26:15Speaker 1: basically saying is, yes, this was a big victory for
- 26:17Speaker 1: Democrats yesterday protecting my Orchis from impeachment and also having
- 26:22Speaker 1: to admit and for the American people to see the
- 26:25Speaker 1: disaster of the southern border. We also had testimony yesterday
- 26:29Speaker 1: on the same day that you guys are dealing with
- 26:31Speaker 1: this coming from our Attorney General Garland on the issue
- 26:35Speaker 1: of fetanol, saying it's the biggest threat to this country
- 26:38Speaker 1: and the biggest killer for Americans. He's admitting that the
- 26:41Speaker 1: fetanyl is flowing across the open border on the same
- 26:44Speaker 1: day that they're saying, oh, no, no, everything's fine at
- 26:46Speaker 1: the southern border.
- 26:47Speaker 3: That's exactly right. The contradictory nature of all of that
- 26:51Speaker 3: is really a standing. And you know, I think it
- 26:56Speaker 3: is just a standing for Chuck Schumer to just pristas
- 27:00Speaker 3: aside as a policy difference. As I said, when we
- 27:04Speaker 3: know the intentionality, they move forward, and it is an
- 27:09Speaker 3: unconstitutional move because we take an oath of office that
- 27:16Speaker 3: we are going to defend this country. And when you
- 27:21Speaker 3: have that border wide open and you do not know
- 27:26Speaker 3: who is coming in, you do not know the threats.
- 27:29Speaker 3: You know that China is literally invading us. They have
- 27:33Speaker 3: pushed nearly twenty five thousand single adult males into this
- 27:40Speaker 3: country since the beginning of the fiscal year. And this
- 27:45Speaker 3: secretary does nothing. The Secretary comes to Congress and the
- 27:48Speaker 3: lies and says the border is secure and people can
- 27:52Speaker 3: see with their own eyes this border is not secure.
- 27:56Speaker 3: You have the Department of Justice telling us that law
- 28:01Speaker 3: is killing more Americans than anything else, and they're having
- 28:05Speaker 3: a tough time running down these cartels and getting them
- 28:09Speaker 3: off of American streets. You have the FBI director saying,
- 28:14Speaker 3: I see flashing the lights everywhere, flashing red lights every
- 28:18Speaker 3: fair I look, and this border. We have three hundred
- 28:24Speaker 3: plus known terrorist watchless names that have been apprehended at
- 28:31Speaker 3: that southern border. We have thousands of people from countries
- 28:35Speaker 3: of interests, and the Secretary of Homeland Security that does
- 28:40Speaker 3: not believe in securing the homeland. The Democrats defend him.
- 28:44Speaker 3: I hope every single one of them. Louise is just horrendous.
- 28:50Speaker 3: Last last question on this into this country.
- 28:53Speaker 1: Is there any accountability? And I think this is part
- 28:56Speaker 1: of the frustration center for so many. You know, you
- 28:58Speaker 1: go to April of this year, and this is what
- 29:01Speaker 1: my arc has said.
- 29:02Speaker 5: Now, I have never minimized the challenge that the southern
- 29:05Speaker 5: border presents.
- 29:06Speaker 1: It is, I've never minimized the challenge of southern border presents.
- 29:11Speaker 1: You go back to April twenty twenty three. This is
- 29:13Speaker 1: in testimony to Congress. So you're lying to Congress.
- 29:15Speaker 2: He said this.
- 29:16Speaker 5: It is my testimony that the order is secure.
- 29:20Speaker 2: That's a lie. He knew he was lying. He knew
- 29:22Speaker 2: it was a wide open border.
- 29:24Speaker 1: He's admitting it now that okay, I'm changing my story,
- 29:27Speaker 1: But I guess you can just light to Congress down
- 29:29Speaker 1: and there's zero accountability for that. That's what Democrats have
- 29:32Speaker 1: basically said, when we're in charge, we can lie to
- 29:34Speaker 1: the American people and lie to you, and our officials
- 29:37Speaker 1: can lie to Congress about anything they want to with
- 29:40Speaker 1: zero accountability.
- 29:41Speaker 2: Is that the new world we live in.
- 29:42Speaker 3: Yes, one for them and one for other people. And
- 29:47Speaker 3: that's the way they look at it. And they just
- 29:50Speaker 3: were so proud of themselves yesterday. You should have seen
- 29:54Speaker 3: them smiling and rolling eyes, and they were so happy
- 29:58Speaker 3: to get off the floor and on with their day.
- 30:01Speaker 3: I'm sure they all had fancy DC cocktail parties to
- 30:06Speaker 3: go to last night, and they were just so pleased
- 30:09Speaker 3: they had handled this and talk to deplorables. Another lesson
- 30:15Speaker 3: about how DC really works. It is sickening and people
- 30:20Speaker 3: are suffering. We have Tennessee insteader losing their lives. Every
- 30:24Speaker 3: sheriff I meet with tells me the number one issue
- 30:28Speaker 3: they have, drugs and crime and communities cannot be addressed
- 30:33Speaker 3: until the southern border is secured.

- 30:49Speaker 1: was incredible and people need to hear that, so makes
