Rodney Baltimore interviews Ed Hannah representing the Richmond Heights-Perrine, Goulds Optimist Club for the Annual Summer Band Marching Camp for children between ages 11-17. Students will be taught in the traditional of the Florida A&M University Marching 100 band by consultant Dr. Julius White.
