- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump. There is a mug shot. It is official.
- 0:05Speaker 1: That mugshot has turned into the most iconic picture of
- 0:08Speaker 1: our lifetime. You can now get your mugs, you can
- 0:12Speaker 1: get your hats, you can get your shirts. And it
- 0:15Speaker 1: may be one of the biggest backfires in the history politically.
- 0:20Speaker 1: This after they decided the left to destroy our constitution
- 0:24Speaker 1: and try to lock up their political enemies. Donald Trump
- 0:28Speaker 1: was arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff. The mug shot
- 0:32Speaker 1: taken is now one of the world's most famous pictures
- 0:36Speaker 1: of one of the world's most famous men. Many are
- 0:39Speaker 1: referring to him as a political prisoner. It is his
- 0:42Speaker 1: fourth arrest of the year. Another way to look at
- 0:46Speaker 1: this is this is the Banana Republic. Former President Donald
- 0:49Speaker 1: Trump surrendered himself into custy and was booked by the
- 0:52Speaker 1: Fulton County Sheriff's office on charges stemming from District Attorney
- 0:56Speaker 1: Fanny Willis's indictment. Trump is also back on Twitter with
- 1:03Speaker 1: his first tweet since after January sixth, he was kicked
- 1:07Speaker 1: off of Twitter, saying he will never surrender. Is this
- 1:11Speaker 1: election interference? Absolutely? Donald Trump was able to speak to
- 1:16Speaker 1: the media as he was about to get on his
- 1:18Speaker 1: plane leaving Atlanta after he's taken that mugshot that the
- 1:22Speaker 1: world has seen, and this is what he had to say.
- 1:25Speaker 2: It's a very sad day for America.
- 1:27Speaker 3: This should never happen.
- 1:28Speaker 4: If you challenge an election, you should be able to
- 1:31Speaker 4: challenge an election.
- 1:32Speaker 3: I thought the election was a.
- 1:33Speaker 4: Rigged election, a stolen election, and I should have every
- 1:37Speaker 4: right to do that. As you know, you have many
- 1:38Speaker 4: people that you've been watching over the years do the
- 1:40Speaker 4: same thing, whether it's Hillary Clinton or Stacy Abrams or
- 1:44Speaker 4: many others. When you have that great freedom to challenge,
- 1:49Speaker 4: you have to be able to otherwise. You can have
- 1:50Speaker 4: heard this honest elections. What has taken place here is
- 1:54Speaker 4: a travesty of justice.
- 1:55Speaker 2: We did nothing wrong.
- 1:56Speaker 4: I did nothing wrong, and everybody knows that. I've never
- 1:59Speaker 4: had such support, and that goes with the other ones too.
- 2:02Speaker 4: What they're doing is election interference. They're trying to interfere
- 2:06Speaker 4: with an election. There's never been anything like it in
- 2:08Speaker 4: our country before. This is their way of campaigning. And
- 2:13Speaker 4: this is one instance, but you have three other instances.
- 2:15Speaker 4: It's election interference. So I want to thank you for
- 2:19Speaker 4: being here. We did nothing wrong at all, and we
- 2:22Speaker 4: have every right, every single right to challenge an election
- 2:26Speaker 4: that we think is dishonest. So we think it's very dishonest.
- 2:30Speaker 4: So thank you all very much, and I'll see you
- 2:32Speaker 4: very soon. Thank you very much.
- 2:35Speaker 1: Obviously a measured response from the President of the United
- 2:38Speaker 1: States of America.
- 2:39Speaker 3: There.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Now the bigger question is how is the country going
- 2:44Speaker 1: to respond to seeing a former president of the United
- 2:47Speaker 1: States of America actually having a mugshot. I think this
- 2:51Speaker 1: is going to be a massive backfire. I think the
- 2:53Speaker 1: American people realize now just how egregious. It's one thing
- 2:57Speaker 1: when you hear it that someone's being indicted. It's another
- 3:00Speaker 1: thing when you say that he is being charged. It's
- 3:02Speaker 1: another thing though, when you see that mug shot. This
- 3:06Speaker 1: is going to be one of the most disgusting moments
- 3:10Speaker 1: in American political history. Alan Dershowitz on the Trump and
- 3:15Speaker 1: Fanny Willis is saying, now she wants a quick conviction,
- 3:20Speaker 1: wants to put this to trial quickly. And the reason
- 3:23Speaker 1: why she wants a conviction she thinks she can get
- 3:25Speaker 1: a bias jury in Fulton County. But she also wants
- 3:28Speaker 1: us to clearly interfere with the presidential election. This is
- 3:34Speaker 1: election interference. Oddly enough, the same thing that they're arguing
- 3:39Speaker 1: Donald Trump did. Take a listen to what Dershowitz had
- 3:42Speaker 1: to say on Fox Business.
- 3:44Speaker 5: We've got a big story we want to follow for you.
- 3:46Speaker 5: And this, of course has been happening since last night,
- 3:48Speaker 5: with this all really broke down. Former President Trump's most
- 3:51Speaker 5: shot released after he was booked into the Fulton County
- 3:54Speaker 5: Jail in Georgia last night. This is the first mug
- 3:57Speaker 5: shot ever taken of a former US president. So he
- 4:02Speaker 5: slammed that fourth indictment after posting a two hundred thousand
- 4:05Speaker 5: dollars bond. Listen to what he said, he should be
- 4:08Speaker 5: able to challenge an election.
- 4:10Speaker 2: I thought the.
- 4:10Speaker 4: Election was a rigged election, the stolen election, and I
- 4:14Speaker 4: should have every right to do that. As you know,
- 4:16Speaker 4: you have many people that you've been watching over the
- 4:18Speaker 4: years do the same thing, whether it's Hillary Clinton or
- 4:21Speaker 4: Stacy Abrams or many others.
- 4:24Speaker 5: Trump is one of twelve co defendants who have so
- 4:26Speaker 5: far had their mugshots released in the Georgia election case.
- 4:30Speaker 5: Joining me now is Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dursherwich,
- 4:33Speaker 5: And it's great to see you, sir. Of course, are
- 4:35Speaker 5: the author of the book Get Trump, the threat to
- 4:37Speaker 5: civil liberties, do process and our constitutional rule of law,
- 4:42Speaker 5: your initial reaction to the charges against President Trump. And
- 4:46Speaker 5: also this issue of a mug shot. I mean, he
- 4:50Speaker 5: put it out there on social media. He's obviously fighting
- 4:54Speaker 5: back alan he should.
- 4:57Speaker 6: In my book Get Trump, I predicted all four these indictments.
- 5:01Speaker 6: The strategy is to get a quick trial, get him
- 5:04Speaker 6: convicted in jurisdictions that are overwhelmingly anti Trump, and then
- 5:09Speaker 6: not worry about it being reversed on appeal because the
- 5:12Speaker 6: reversals on appeal.
- 5:13Speaker 7: Will occur after the election.
- 5:14Speaker 6: It's clearly a political ploy, especially since the district attorney
- 5:19Speaker 6: now says she wants the trial within two months.
- 5:21Speaker 7: It's unthinkable.
- 5:22Speaker 6: Never in history has there been a trial within two
- 5:25Speaker 6: months of a case as complex and difficult as this,
- 5:28Speaker 6: with so many defendants and so many counts. But what
- 5:31Speaker 6: she wants is the mugshot. She's gotten that, the finger printing.
- 5:35Speaker 6: She would like to get a quick conviction with a
- 5:37Speaker 6: biased jury, and then not worry about it being reversed
- 5:40Speaker 6: on appeal. That's tomorrow's news after the election.
- 5:44Speaker 7: That's just unfair, unfair.
- 5:49Speaker 1: The whole thing's unfair and that's exactly why they're trying
- 5:52Speaker 1: to do this, Alan Dursa, which there is absolutely right.
- 5:54Speaker 1: You have to understand this is not about a fair trial.
- 5:57Speaker 1: This is not about thinking Donald Trump actually did anything wrong.
- 6:02Speaker 1: This is about an activist da just like the other
- 6:05Speaker 1: activist das, except this one in Georgia and Fulton County
- 6:09Speaker 1: is so egregious because she's actually running off of this.
- 6:13Speaker 1: She's raising money off of this, the idea that we're
- 6:16Speaker 1: going to have some sort of speedy trial in Georgia
- 6:19Speaker 1: versus Donald Trump. Even on CNN this morning, they were
- 6:23Speaker 1: talking about Trump's complicated legal calendar is quote filling up
- 6:27Speaker 1: quickly because everybody's trying to influence the election, that if
- 6:33Speaker 1: they can tie him up in court, then they're going
- 6:37Speaker 1: to do it, because then he's not campaigning for president.
- 6:41Speaker 3: That is the definition of election interference.
- 6:44Speaker 8: This is a a really important development. Under Georgia law,
- 6:49Speaker 8: if you are a defendant and you insist on a
- 6:51Speaker 8: speedy trial, speedy trial right, by the way, belongs to
- 6:53Speaker 8: the defendant, you must be tried by the end of
- 6:55Speaker 8: the next court term, which here means before November. Kenneth
- 6:59Speaker 8: cheezbro has I want my speedy trial. Fannie Willis said, fine,
- 7:02Speaker 8: we'll see your speed trial.
- 7:03Speaker 7: Will see you.
- 7:04Speaker 8: October twenty third, and the judge said, okay, that's what.
- 7:07Speaker 8: When we're doing your trial now, Fannie Willis said, in fact,
- 7:09Speaker 8: I'm going to try all nineteen of you on October
- 7:12Speaker 8: twenty third. But let me just say that's not happening.
- 7:14Speaker 7: May have a right to contest that.
- 7:16Speaker 8: Exactly, you have a right to say, I want my
- 7:18Speaker 8: speedy trial. But if you need a little more time
- 7:20Speaker 8: than two months to prepare for a massive case like this,
- 7:23Speaker 8: you're gonna get it now. If he goes first, we're
- 7:26Speaker 8: going to have separate sequential trials. Big advantage for everyone else.
- 7:29Speaker 8: They'll sit back and watch the prosecution put on a
- 7:32Speaker 8: toll case against Kenna cheezbro see all the witnesses, cross
- 7:35Speaker 8: exam take notes.
- 7:36Speaker 7: Big tactical advantage.
- 7:37Speaker 5: And also, if she doesn't meet that date for trial,
- 7:39Speaker 5: he's acquitted.
- 7:40Speaker 8: Yes, the case gets thrown out if they don't try
- 7:42Speaker 8: him in time.
- 7:43Speaker 2: Calendar.
- 7:44Speaker 8: Okay, here's twenty twenty four, nice and free, right, looks good. Yeah, November,
- 7:49Speaker 8: of course is the election. We're all watching that. Let's
- 7:51Speaker 8: look at what we have on the schedule. The New
- 7:54Speaker 8: York hush money case. Remember that one that has been
- 7:57Speaker 8: scheduled for trial starting in late March. That's certainly gonna
- 8:01Speaker 8: go through to April. Jack Smith's case, the federal case
- 8:05Speaker 8: for mar A Lago down in Florida, that one has
- 8:08Speaker 8: been scheduled for late May. That is certainly going to
- 8:11Speaker 8: carry through June and July. Now, Jack Smith's other case
- 8:15Speaker 8: is January sixth case. He has asked to start in
- 8:19Speaker 8: early January. If he gets that, it's going to carry
- 8:22Speaker 8: at least through April, probably beyond that. Now Trump's team
- 8:25Speaker 8: has said we want to trial in twenty twenty six.
- 8:27Speaker 8: That's on the other side of the studio.
- 8:29Speaker 2: You don't have a twenty twenty six county.
- 8:30Speaker 8: No, we don't have a twenty twenty six page just yet.
- 8:33Speaker 8: But the judge is going to hear that on Monday.
- 8:35Speaker 8: There's gonna be hearing where she's gonna consider that. And finally,
- 8:38Speaker 8: just to make it extra complicated, Fannie Willis, if she
- 8:41Speaker 8: doesn't manage to move everyone up to that speedy child date,
- 8:44Speaker 8: she wants to start in early March, which is going
- 8:47Speaker 8: to take given how slowly things move in Georgia. All
- 8:50Speaker 8: the way through here, you can't have the same person
- 8:53Speaker 8: on it.
- 8:53Speaker 3: Now, let me be clear what this man is saying.
- 8:55Speaker 1: It's seen it Okay, he's saying that you'd have January sixth,
- 8:58Speaker 1: start in January twenty two, twenty four trial that would
- 9:01Speaker 1: go at least into April, so he would be in
- 9:05Speaker 1: that trial. Then in Georgia, New York, they want to
- 9:08Speaker 1: start in March of twenty twenty four of their cases.
- 9:10Speaker 1: So that means you'd have three cases simultaneously that would
- 9:14Speaker 1: happen in March, April, May, June, July, and August. Then
- 9:18Speaker 1: after that you'd have another trial that would start in
- 9:21Speaker 1: September October, and that would run through November's the election.
- 9:26Speaker 1: So if the if these people that are acting like
- 9:30Speaker 1: we live now in the Banana Republic, get what they want,
- 9:35Speaker 1: you would have Donald Trump being in three trials simultaneously
- 9:40Speaker 1: for the entire calendar of twenty twenty four, the entire calendar.
- 9:47Speaker 1: You would not have basically a single month off of
- 9:50Speaker 1: being in a court. If that's not the definition of
- 9:54Speaker 1: election interference, I don't know what is. There's all also
- 10:00Speaker 1: something else about this indictment of Donald Trump that you
- 10:03Speaker 1: need to understand, and that is Donald Trump's phone call
- 10:08Speaker 1: in Georgia that they're now charging him with these crimes
- 10:11Speaker 1: was actually a phone call that he was making the
- 10:15Speaker 1: case for a recount, which is not, by the way,
- 10:18Speaker 1: against the law. But when you have a Banana Republic
- 10:22Speaker 1: DA and Democrats that just want to lock up their
- 10:25Speaker 1: political opponents regardless of what they actually have or have
- 10:28Speaker 1: not done, and they find crimes out of thin air,
- 10:31Speaker 1: and they're trying to interfere with an election by having
- 10:34Speaker 1: three simultaneous court cases at the exact same time during
- 10:38Speaker 1: the election years. So Trump can't be on the campaign trail.
- 10:42Speaker 1: This is what you get Jonathan Turley over at Fox
- 10:45Speaker 1: talking about that phone call, making it clear what they're
- 10:49Speaker 1: charging him with and why it is so absurd.
- 10:52Speaker 9: Paul was about, so my question to you is, you know,
- 10:56Speaker 9: what did he do here? Or is this an example
- 10:59Speaker 9: that you might have a legal theory. Maybe it's seemed controversial.
- 11:03Speaker 9: Is it a legitimate theory, especially in light of you know,
- 11:07Speaker 9: let's say what happened in nineteen sixty with John Kennedy
- 11:09Speaker 9: and why and alternate electors chosen.
- 11:15Speaker 10: I think this is criminalizing the challenging of elections. Basically,
- 11:19Speaker 10: you have a democratic prosecutor saying, how dare you challenge
- 11:22Speaker 10: a Democratic victory? Well, it's been done before by Democrats,
- 11:27Speaker 10: and the whole case is based on this theory that
- 11:30Speaker 10: Donald Trump really didn't mean it. Well, neither did those
- 11:34Speaker 10: even if that were true, neither of those Democrats. They
- 11:37Speaker 10: challenged Trump's election on no grounds at all. I mean,
- 11:41Speaker 10: many of these past challenges were very, very thin. But
- 11:44Speaker 10: in Donald Trump's case, he insists that he does believe
- 11:48Speaker 10: that Georgia could have been flipped with a recount, and
- 11:52Speaker 10: the way that she portrayed that phone call to Raethensberger,
- 11:56Speaker 10: I think is really evidence of the bias and unfairness
- 12:00Speaker 10: the aspects of this indictment. You know, it is it
- 12:03Speaker 10: makes perfect sense when you're challenging an election to say,
- 12:06Speaker 10: you know, I only need a round eleven thousand votes,
- 12:09Speaker 10: So if you do a state wide review, that's not
- 12:12Speaker 10: a lot in a state like Georgia, that's not criminal.
- 12:16Speaker 10: That's making a case for a recount.
- 12:18Speaker 9: All right, Jonathan Turley, great to have you, as always,
- 12:21Speaker 9: very appreciating.
- 12:22Speaker 1: That's making this case for recount. You hear him there,
- 12:25Speaker 1: that's not a criminal act there, Remember he didn't he said,
- 12:31Speaker 1: this is close find it right, this is close.
- 12:35Speaker 3: Find it now.
- 12:36Speaker 1: By the way, while all of this is happening, okay,
- 12:40Speaker 1: while everybody's freaking out over Donald Trump and this, and
- 12:45Speaker 1: you should be. But while they're wanting you to focus
- 12:47Speaker 1: on this, there's some other intel that's come out that
- 12:51Speaker 1: deals with the Biden crime family and Senator John Kennedy,
- 12:57Speaker 1: who's on the Senate Judiciary Committee, a Republican Fluisian. I'd
- 13:00Speaker 1: spent some time with him. Actually this past weekend he
- 13:03Speaker 1: came out reminding voters, Hey, you should be angry over
- 13:08Speaker 1: this election interference, no doubt, but realize what's breaking on
- 13:13Speaker 1: the Biden crime family so that you don't lose focus
- 13:16Speaker 1: on just how big of a deal what they have done.
- 13:18Speaker 9: Actually it percent as the big guy. Why do you
- 13:22Speaker 9: think we have How do you analyze this for the
- 13:25Speaker 9: people at home that are trying to make sense of this,
- 13:27Speaker 9: because it sounds to me like America's justice system is
- 13:31Speaker 9: turned on its head. We've got one for Republicans and
- 13:33Speaker 9: one for Democrats.
- 13:37Speaker 11: Well, it seems to me, Sean, that Hunter Day is
- 13:42Speaker 11: about two things, privilege and sleeves. First, the privilege President
- 13:49Speaker 11: Baden and many members of the media lecture us incessantly
- 13:55Speaker 11: about the injustice of privilege, especially so called white privilege.
- 14:03Speaker 7: But to me, that's like being lectured.
- 14:07Speaker 11: About gun safety by Alec Baldwin, because when they lecture
- 14:14Speaker 11: us about privilege, they never mention Haunter Biden, who is
- 14:18Speaker 11: the epitome of privilege. How did Hunter Biden earn these
- 14:23Speaker 11: millions of dollars?
- 14:24Speaker 7: Is it because he's so smart?
- 14:27Speaker 11: How smart is it to turn over on laptop with
- 14:31Speaker 11: incriminating information to a stranger? How smart is it to
- 14:37Speaker 11: try to deduct your hookers on your federal income tax?
- 14:43Speaker 11: Did the Ukrainian and Chinese companies picked mister Hunter Biden
- 14:49Speaker 11: because they were impressed with his resume on ZIP recruiter.
- 14:54Speaker 7: No, it was his daddy.
- 14:58Speaker 11: It was always about his Hunter Biden is just a vessel.
- 15:04Speaker 11: He's just a lucky sperm. And the next time that
- 15:09Speaker 11: you are lectured, we are lectured about about privilege. I
- 15:13Speaker 11: want people to remember that point two. If you are
- 15:18Speaker 11: fair minded and have any sort of moral compass, all
- 15:24Speaker 11: the sleeves surrounding Hunter Biden and President Biden and their
- 15:28Speaker 11: family has got to make you want to gag. Now
- 15:33Speaker 11: I know what the official White House line is. The
- 15:36Speaker 11: official White House line is that, look, President Biden is
- 15:41Speaker 11: just a good family man who talks to six out
- 15:47Speaker 11: of his seven grandchildren every day, and who is such
- 15:52Speaker 11: a swell daddy that he regularly calls into Hunter's business
- 15:57Speaker 11: meetings to talk about weather.
- 16:00Speaker 7: Now, if you.
- 16:01Speaker 11: Believe that you will never own your own home, at
- 16:06Speaker 11: a minimum, at a minimum, the evidence brought forth by
- 16:12Speaker 11: the House and by Cenator for Grassley, by the way,
- 16:14Speaker 11: in the Senate is clarium clear that President Biden was
- 16:20Speaker 11: well aware of what his son was doing, and he
- 16:24Speaker 11: aggressively enabled it, and he at sleazy and he.
- 16:29Speaker 9: Also got enriched. What does this mean for our country?
- 16:32Speaker 1: Centator, let me just pause there when he says what
- 16:35Speaker 1: does this mean for a country? Center, I can tell
- 16:38Speaker 1: you exactly what this means for their country. We live
- 16:40Speaker 1: in a country now where Democrats have decided to hijack
- 16:44Speaker 1: the judiciary to then lock up their political opponents so
- 16:47Speaker 1: that no one will ever want to run for office.
- 16:50Speaker 1: It's a good man or woman. They've also politicized and
- 16:54Speaker 1: weaponized our judicial system to make it clear that to
- 17:00Speaker 1: people that might want to serve an elected official, it's
- 17:03Speaker 1: not worth it. Will lock you up, will lock you up.
- 17:09Speaker 1: That's what we're gonna do. We're going to lock you up.
- 17:13Speaker 1: Do you know how many people are gonna end up
- 17:15Speaker 1: in financial ruin from these indictments around Trump? I'm not
- 17:18Speaker 1: even talking about Trump. I'm talking about around Trump. There
- 17:22Speaker 1: are going to be people that are going to be
- 17:24Speaker 1: in financial ruin because of the Legal Defense Fund. They're
- 17:28Speaker 1: going to have to fund for crimes that clearly they
- 17:32Speaker 1: didn't commit. Because Part two of these indictments are very clear.
- 17:40Speaker 1: They want to scare any good American who might want
- 17:44Speaker 1: to serve a conservative. They want to scare you into
- 17:48Speaker 1: saying I can't afford it. I just can't. I cannot
- 17:53Speaker 1: afford to take that risk. Every day, there are two
- 17:58Speaker 1: different economies that are growing bigger and big. One of
- 18:00Speaker 1: them is powered by everyday Americans who are sick and
- 18:03Speaker 1: tired of all the woke propaganda being jammed into every
- 18:07Speaker 1: product that we're consuming.
- 18:08Speaker 3: Well, big mobile companies are no different.
- 18:11Speaker 1: For years, they've been dumping millions and millions into leftist causes,
- 18:14Speaker 1: including planned parenthood. And you had to have a cell phone,
- 18:18Speaker 1: and that's the reason why you paid that bill because
- 18:20Speaker 1: you didn't have an alternative.
- 18:22Speaker 3: Well guess what now, there's an alternative. Patriot Mobile.
- 18:25Speaker 1: They are America's only Christian conservative wireless provider and they

- 19:20Speaker 1: Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or eight seven eight Patriot
- 19:27Speaker 1: Just compare and contrast real quick where we are between
- 19:31Speaker 1: the Biden crime family and Donald Trump. They're indicting Donald
- 19:35Speaker 1: Trump for making a phone call about how many votes
- 19:39Speaker 1: he was down in Georgia.
- 19:41Speaker 3: It's not illegal. That's what they're indicting him for.
- 19:44Speaker 1: They're indicting him for a statue of limitations that had
- 19:48Speaker 1: already expired for a payment then he made to Stormy Daniels,
- 19:53Speaker 1: which by the way, wasn't against the law.
- 19:55Speaker 3: You're allowed to do that. You're indicting him.
- 19:58Speaker 1: For what he clearly said was supposed to be peaceful,
- 20:01Speaker 1: a peaceful January sixth. You compare that to what the
- 20:08Speaker 1: Biden crime family has done, there is no comparison. But
- 20:13Speaker 1: look who's got the mug shot. This Georgia booking was
- 20:16Speaker 1: a terrible moment for the history of this country. It
- 20:19Speaker 1: is election interference, that's what it is. Donald Trump went
- 20:26Speaker 1: on TV to talk with Greg Jared about this, and
- 20:29Speaker 1: I want you to hear what he said about it
- 20:31Speaker 1: because it is shocking and what he said it was
- 20:34Speaker 1: a terrible experience, and it is a terrible experience. Like
- 20:37Speaker 1: the fact that you're a former president. Now they're trying
- 20:40Speaker 1: to lock you up for what is it now, seven
- 20:41Speaker 1: hundred something years, seven hundred something years if all the
- 20:45Speaker 1: charges would stick, which of course they're not going to.
- 20:47Speaker 1: But the Democrats don't care. They just need something to
- 20:49Speaker 1: stick today.
- 20:51Speaker 12: It's totally absurd in my opinion.
- 20:53Speaker 7: But what was it like?
- 20:54Speaker 12: How do they treat you? What was the experience like today?
- 20:57Speaker 2: In jail experience? I came in, I was treated very nicely.
- 21:04Speaker 2: But it is what it is. I took a mug shot,
- 21:07Speaker 2: which I never heard the words mug shot. That wasn't
- 21:11Speaker 2: didn't teach me that at the Worn't School of Finance,
- 21:14Speaker 2: and I have to go through a process. It's election interference.
- 21:19Speaker 2: You know that better than anybody. You cover it so well.
- 21:21Speaker 2: It's just a fantastic job, I have to tell you
- 21:24Speaker 2: for the listeners, a fantastic job. But it's a very
- 21:28Speaker 2: sad experience and it's a very sad day for our country.
- 21:32Speaker 2: This is a weaponized justice department and all of these
- 21:35Speaker 2: indicatpants and cases. I have a couple of cases are
- 21:38Speaker 2: not indapants. It just cases where you have these left
- 21:42Speaker 2: lawyers doing well. Like a woman that I never saw
- 21:46Speaker 2: before other than that gave you took a picty twenty
- 21:49Speaker 2: five years ago on a line on a contributors line
- 21:53Speaker 2: or something, or charity line. Everything. It's just like one
- 21:58Speaker 2: thing after the the next, and what they want to
- 22:01Speaker 2: do is they want to try and wear you out.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Would ever do, but they want to w about just
- 22:07Speaker 2: an absolute horrible thing that they're doing. And I've never
- 22:11Speaker 2: seen anything like it. This is third world country, and
- 22:14Speaker 2: I really believe they're getting hit by. You know, we
- 22:16Speaker 2: were going there were tremendous crowds in Atlanta and they
- 22:19Speaker 2: were so friendly, so friendly. But this is a radical
- 22:22Speaker 2: left district attorney, as we have in New York, and
- 22:25Speaker 2: as we have in all the other places, whether it's
- 22:28Speaker 2: district attorney or AG's we have that in New York.
- 22:31Speaker 2: They're going after all for nothing, I mean the AG case.
- 22:34Speaker 2: They have no case against me at all. Do it
- 22:37Speaker 2: to try and get elected, but they also do it
- 22:40Speaker 2: could in coord with the Department of Injustice in Washington.
- 22:45Speaker 2: Terrible thing never happened before.
- 22:48Speaker 12: You know, it's not working for them, I mean so far.
- 22:52Speaker 12: I don't think they ever could have dreamt that you
- 22:54Speaker 12: would be going up in the polls and beating everybody
- 22:57Speaker 12: by forty points and beating Joe Biden. Tucker asked you
- 23:02Speaker 12: last night, I think you know, I do you think
- 23:04Speaker 12: they're going to try to kill you? There's gonna be
- 23:07Speaker 12: They're panicking. I think they're panicking and they're gonna try
- 23:10Speaker 12: something else. Are you worried about that? Are your lawyers
- 23:13Speaker 12: worried about that? Is there something else you think they
- 23:16Speaker 12: could pull? Judge Lootig said he wants to pull you
- 23:18Speaker 12: off the ballot, have secretaries of state pull you off
- 23:21Speaker 12: the ballot, because he says you're an insurrectionist, which you're
- 23:24Speaker 12: not even in charged with. Are you worried?
- 23:27Speaker 3: Well?
- 23:27Speaker 2: I watched this guy. He seems like a lady at least.
- 23:32Speaker 2: I don't know what his problem is, but he sounds
- 23:34Speaker 2: he looks like a really troubled guy. And everybody laughs
- 23:37Speaker 2: at it. Even over at CNN are laughing at it.
- 23:41Speaker 2: And now their ratings are so low it doesn't matter
- 23:43Speaker 2: whether or not they laugh. But I have to tell
- 23:45Speaker 2: you that they will stoop to noa to try and
- 23:51Speaker 2: win an election. They cheated like nobody can believe on
- 23:55Speaker 2: the last one, and they want to do it again.
- 23:56Speaker 2: This is going to be a different of cheating. This
- 23:59Speaker 2: is a cheating that's going to be election interference. And
- 24:02Speaker 2: I think what's happening is has really been a backlash
- 24:05Speaker 2: against I've seen tremendous backlash, not only on your show,
- 24:09Speaker 2: and you've been so incredible, but on so many shows
- 24:12Speaker 2: that you wouldn't even think about it, and articles where
- 24:16Speaker 2: even Democrats they don't do it, don't do it? Please
- 24:19Speaker 2: you make it a terrible mis taking it. But you know,
- 24:23Speaker 2: I went through an experience today that I never thought
- 24:25Speaker 2: that I'd have to go through. But yet I've gone
- 24:27Speaker 2: through the same experience three other times. In my whole life.
- 24:31Speaker 2: I didn't know anything about indictment, and now I've been
- 24:33Speaker 2: indicted like four times, and all by the radical left.
- 24:38Speaker 2: And it's in coordination, absolutely in coordination with the Justice Department.
- 24:44Speaker 12: So mister President, you you're unique. You can you can
- 24:48Speaker 12: take it.
- 24:49Speaker 2: I want to.
- 24:49Speaker 12: We got a picture of the nineteen I think co defendants,
- 24:52Speaker 12: and you know some of them, you know, they're not
- 24:56Speaker 12: possibly built like you. Some of them are just ordinary people.
- 25:00Speaker 12: You got some people who just wrote a letter or
- 25:01Speaker 12: wrote a memo and now they've been charged and booked
- 25:04Speaker 12: and all that stuff. And you know some people, I
- 25:07Speaker 12: think Rudy Giuliani, you know, he almost lives for it.
- 25:10Speaker 12: I admire him so much. How do you view these
- 25:14Speaker 12: nineteen Do you view them? Are you in this together?
- 25:18Speaker 12: They say? Co defendants? And how do you view them
- 25:21Speaker 12: are you? Are you one team? And also I think
- 25:23Speaker 12: they're trying to make this trial happen in October, which
- 25:29Speaker 12: sounds kind of crazy.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Well, they wait three years to do it, and they
- 25:34Speaker 2: take their time. Everything takes your time. And this is
- 25:36Speaker 2: only not only here, but also deranged Jack, who is
- 25:41Speaker 2: absolutely he's like a lunatic. He's got crazy. But they
- 25:45Speaker 2: waited years to get the you know, to go through
- 25:48Speaker 2: a case, and then they drop it right in the
- 25:50Speaker 2: middle of the election when I'm leading Biden by five
- 25:53Speaker 2: or six points at least, But right in the middle
- 25:56Speaker 2: of the election, they drop it. And I tell you,
- 25:59Speaker 2: you just said something that's very true. I looked at
- 26:02Speaker 2: some of the other muck shots. Could you believe it?
- 26:05Speaker 2: And Rudy's a tough guy, and Rudy can handle It's
- 26:07Speaker 2: greatest mayor and your father was the greatest police commissioner,
- 26:11Speaker 2: but the greatest mayor in the history of the city.
- 26:14Speaker 2: Rudy shouldn't be going through this. He didn't do anything wrong.
- 26:18Speaker 9: You know.
- 26:18Speaker 2: He's the one and we all are the ones that
- 26:21Speaker 2: questioned the election. The ones they should go after are
- 26:24Speaker 2: the ones that rigged the election. That's the ones that
- 26:27Speaker 2: should be in trouble, not the ones that are trying
- 26:29Speaker 2: to get to the bottom of what happened. It's a
- 26:32Speaker 2: very sad thing. But Rudy can handle it. But I
- 26:34Speaker 2: look at some of the other people. Now, I don't
- 26:36Speaker 2: know a lot of those people. I don't even know
- 26:39Speaker 2: that I've met a lot of those people, but some
- 26:41Speaker 2: I do and their lives are destroyed by these maniacs.
- 26:45Speaker 2: These are animals. These are vicious animals that have destroyed
- 26:49Speaker 2: the lives of these people. And Greg, it's so said,
- 26:53Speaker 2: And they don't have a lot of money, and some
- 26:56Speaker 2: of them did almost nothing. They don't even know what
- 26:58Speaker 2: they're being charged for. It's fair. I mean, I have
- 27:01Speaker 2: counts where you're gonna love this. Chris Ruddy will be thrilled.
- 27:06Speaker 2: But one of the things is I told people Newsmas.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Did you know that? That was one of my counts.
- 27:11Speaker 2: I told people to watch Newsmacks.
- 27:14Speaker 12: We love it, Sirsmack. Thank you for that.
- 27:19Speaker 2: H But I hope you I hope you don't get George.
- 27:22Speaker 2: You'll probably get charged because I mentioned your name, so
- 27:26Speaker 2: but I think you'll be okay.
- 27:28Speaker 12: I think it's a badge of honor. Quite frankly, and
- 27:30Speaker 12: let's see what happens, Uh, mister president the debate last night. Uh,
- 27:34Speaker 12: I'm sure you call it at least some of it.
- 27:37Speaker 12: Did you see a potential vice president on that stage?
- 27:41Speaker 12: Did you really see somebody who might be eligible?
- 27:43Speaker 3: And overall, what.
- 27:44Speaker 12: Do you think?
- 27:45Speaker 2: Well, first of all, I did an interview with Tucker Carlson,
- 27:48Speaker 2: who's a terrific guy. And I don't know if you
- 27:51Speaker 2: saw the number of views, but it was a record
- 27:53Speaker 2: setting number.
- 27:54Speaker 7: It was.
- 27:55Speaker 2: They say it could be close to three hundred by
- 27:57Speaker 2: the time it finishes, and right now it's up to
- 28:01Speaker 2: I think two hundred and fifty seven million, and it
- 28:04Speaker 2: is bigger than the you know, the biggest ever interview
- 28:08Speaker 2: was OPRAH with Michael Jackson. I don't know if you
- 28:10Speaker 2: know that, but that was that's the old time biggest
- 28:12Speaker 2: and I think we've doubled it up. So something's going
- 28:16Speaker 2: on to Our country is dying for a good country again.
- 28:20Speaker 2: We're a failing nation. We're failing country, and they're absolutely
- 28:24Speaker 2: you know, they're looking forward to getting back to what
- 28:26Speaker 2: we had. I had the safest borders, the biggest tax
- 28:28Speaker 2: cuts that we had, Everything was doing so well, our
- 28:31Speaker 2: military was great. Russia would have never happened with Ukraine,
- 28:35Speaker 2: China would never be thinking about. You know, we had
- 28:38Speaker 2: a country that people want to get back to, and
- 28:41Speaker 2: that's why we had the compers. As far as the
- 28:45Speaker 2: sage last night, I thought Viveke, as we say, did
- 28:50Speaker 2: very well to go. Actually it was vivic like cake.
- 28:54Speaker 2: But I thought he was very good, especially like where
- 28:56Speaker 2: I said I was the greatest president in his lifetime
- 29:00Speaker 2: and long beyond. That's pretty good. I said, are you
- 29:03Speaker 2: sure he's running against me? But I thought he was
- 29:05Speaker 2: very good. I wasn't impressed with a lot. I mean,
- 29:09Speaker 2: Christy got boot out of the room. He literally should
- 29:11Speaker 2: have walked off the stage.
- 29:13Speaker 10: That.
- 29:13Speaker 2: You know, I've been watching debates for a long time.
- 29:15Speaker 2: I've never seen anyone booed like that. As I call
- 29:19Speaker 2: him Ada Hutchinson, he shouldn't even be there. He's wasting room,
- 29:24Speaker 2: he's wasting space, and he's wasting time. The guy's got
- 29:27Speaker 2: like one half of one percent and he doesn't stop.
- 29:31Speaker 2: And he's a nasty person. You know, Frankly, he's very nasty.
- 29:34Speaker 2: I don't even know him. He says bad things about me.
- 29:36Speaker 2: I don't even know him, but I don't think that,
- 29:40Speaker 2: you know, I actually like the governor. I respect him
- 29:43Speaker 2: a lot.
- 29:43Speaker 7: He was great.
- 29:44Speaker 2: He endorsed me twice. The governor of North Dakota, who
- 29:49Speaker 2: I thought was you know, I think he's got something
- 29:52Speaker 2: very good about him. He's a high quality person.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Let me just say one final thing about Trump in
- 29:58Speaker 1: this interview. If if you are Donald Trump right now
- 30:02Speaker 1: and you're having to go through this, I want you
- 30:04Speaker 1: to think there's two ways You're gonna either just say
- 30:07Speaker 1: I'm exhausted and I'm sick of this, or there's going
- 30:10Speaker 1: to be hell to pay and I'm going all in.
- 30:12Speaker 3: I think he's gonna pick the latter.
- 30:15Speaker 1: I think Donald Trump is going to make sure that
- 30:19Speaker 1: there is hell to pay, and there should be hell
- 30:21Speaker 1: to pay for what has just happened. I think Donald
- 30:25Speaker 1: Trump is gonna say, you better get the hell out
- 30:28Speaker 1: of my way, and I'm gonna win this thing. And
- 30:31Speaker 1: Democrats are going to say, no, you're not. I'm gonna
- 30:34Speaker 1: put you in jail, and I'm going to put you
- 30:35Speaker 1: on trial, and you're going to be in three trials
- 30:37Speaker 1: the same time, which, by the way, cannot happen. But hell,
- 30:40Speaker 1: then maybe they'll try it. Who knows, maybe they'll actually
- 30:44Speaker 1: try to do that who knows, but that's what they're
- 30:47Speaker 1: gonna do here. They're going to try to turn this
- 30:52Speaker 1: into an opportunity for them to get Donald Trump off
- 30:57Speaker 1: the campaign trail. That is literally the definition of election interference,
- 31:03Speaker 1: putting someone on trials so they have to defend themselves
- 31:06Speaker 1: instead of out running for president. He is the front
- 31:08Speaker 1: runner by what forty five fifty points now, he's got
- 31:12Speaker 1: a twenty five point lead over the entire rest of
- 31:14Speaker 1: the field combined if you add all their poll numbers together.
- 31:20Speaker 3: And now they've got a mug shot.
- 31:22Speaker 1: I do believe, and I'll say it even more, I
- 31:25Speaker 1: hope this is the biggest backfire you've ever seen. I
- 31:30Speaker 1: hope that Democrats will never do this again.
- 31:34Speaker 3: I doubt it. Okay, they probably will.
- 31:36Speaker 1: They'll probably do it a bunch because they're stupid and
- 31:38Speaker 1: they don't care about this country and freedom and they
- 31:41Speaker 1: just don't they don't care. But I hope, okay, I
- 31:45Speaker 1: hope that this will be one of the biggest backfires
- 31:50Speaker 1: that we've ever seen in politics. And if he is
- 31:52Speaker 1: the nominee, and I believe that at this point he
- 31:54Speaker 1: will be that he not only gets the nomination and
- 31:58Speaker 1: goes after them but I hope the American people will
- 32:01Speaker 1: watch it and realize it and understand it and go, Okay,
- 32:04Speaker 1: this was a really bad decision from us, and this
- 32:06Speaker 1: is backfiring on.
- 32:07Speaker 3: Us big time. All right.
