- 0:01Speaker 1: I want to show you just how coordinated the media
- 0:04Speaker 1: has become when it deals with the issue of Elon Musk.
- 0:09Speaker 1: I have two different montages for you that I'm going
- 0:12Speaker 1: to play. The first one is the corporate media spontaneously
- 0:17Speaker 1: coming up with the same exact talking points to go
- 0:22Speaker 1: after Elon Musk. Now, if you think that they all
- 0:26Speaker 1: said this on their own, you're an idiot. It is
- 0:29Speaker 1: obvious that the media and the Democratic Party are working
- 0:32Speaker 1: together trying to take down DOGE because without the money,
- 0:39Speaker 1: they lose their power. The money is the bribery, The
- 0:43Speaker 1: money is used for indoctrination. The money is all about
- 0:48Speaker 1: control and power over Americans. And what the corporate media
- 0:54Speaker 1: is doing is they're working with the Democratic Party, the
- 0:57Speaker 1: Socialist Communists, and the Marxists to put together a plan
- 1:02Speaker 1: to take down Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Now, I
- 1:06Speaker 1: do believe that the media is actually more afraid right
- 1:09Speaker 1: now in general, with Elon Musk than even Donald Trump.
- 1:12Speaker 1: And let me explain what I mean by that. They
- 1:15Speaker 1: know that Elon Musk, as Donald Trump has said, is
- 1:18Speaker 1: the only man that's capable of doing this work. They
- 1:21Speaker 1: believe in this country, maybe in the world, you could
- 1:25Speaker 1: replace Elon Musk with somebody else like Vi Vic, for example,
- 1:28Speaker 1: And that's a name that was early on supposed to
- 1:30Speaker 1: be a part of DOGE. Now he's running for governor Ohio.
- 1:32Speaker 1: But Vic couldn't even do what Elon Musk is doing.
- 1:34Speaker 1: I don't know if there's anyone in the country that
- 1:37Speaker 1: they could do what Elon Musk is doing, or even
- 1:40Speaker 1: if they could, wouldn't be able to pull the people
- 1:43Speaker 1: to do this work that Elon Musk has pulled together
- 1:47Speaker 1: to do this work. So it really is twofold. So
- 1:53Speaker 1: take a listen to the corporate media spontaneously, I say
- 1:58Speaker 1: that sarcastically coming up with the same exact talking point.
- 2:01Speaker 2: You're gonna hear Democratic leaders.
- 2:03Speaker 1: You're gonna have different here, different members in the media,
- 2:05Speaker 1: all different networks.
- 2:06Speaker 2: Listen carefully to their wording.
- 2:07Speaker 3: Elon Musk's so called the Department of Government Efficiency, it's
- 2:13Speaker 3: taking a chainsaw to the federal workforce. Elon Musk continues
- 2:18Speaker 3: his chainsaw attack in Washington, being the chainsaws.
- 2:23Speaker 4: You know, taking a chainsaw, if you will, to the
- 2:25Speaker 4: federal government. That's you know, decapitating a lot of loves.
- 2:31Speaker 4: And they slashed and hacked with the chainsaw, the slashing
- 2:34Speaker 4: and the burning the chainsaw. Elon Musk with that chainsaw.
- 2:40Speaker 5: I mean he's walking around acting like he's ahead of dough.
- 2:42Speaker 4: He's, you know, brandishing the chainsaw.
- 2:44Speaker 6: Nine months pregnant with Elon Musk chainsaw.
- 2:47Speaker 4: Marauding with a chainsaw.
- 2:48Speaker 7: Wait a second, buster, put your chainsaw away. They cannot
- 2:53Speaker 7: attack federal agencies with a chainsaw.
- 2:58Speaker 1: And he's doing it in a way with a chain
- 3:00Speaker 1: saw that alienates people. Right man, right hand chainsaw man,
- 3:06Speaker 1: But it has a chainsaw.
- 3:08Speaker 4: That's chainsaw stuff. Who used the chainsaw?
- 3:10Speaker 1: Elon Musk is an unelected man child running around the
- 3:14Speaker 1: country with a pretend chainsaw.
- 3:18Speaker 4: This massive, indiscriminate chainsaw. Indiscriminate chainsaw chainsaw. The federal government
- 3:25Speaker 4: chain saw. The federal government take a chainsaw. The government
- 3:28Speaker 4: that they have taken a chainsaw too.
- 3:29Speaker 7: When you pull out a chainsaw wielding his.
- 3:33Speaker 8: Chainsawa saw against programs like Medicaid, it is the chainsaw
- 3:37Speaker 8: affect taking out their chainsaw and cutting down to the bone.
- 3:41Speaker 2: If you want to take a chainsaw to Social.
- 3:43Speaker 4: Security, BG, I got a chainsaw. A chainsaw the medicare
- 3:49Speaker 4: By the way, it has nothing to.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Do with waste broad and the view even.
- 3:52Speaker 4: More power to do his chainsaw routine. They're taking a chainsaw.
- 3:58Speaker 8: You know, they off the people who were in charge
- 4:01Speaker 8: of on.
- 4:01Speaker 4: Nuclear arsenal for crying out.
- 4:03Speaker 7: Louds seriously impacted by Musk's doze chainsaw.
- 4:06Speaker 5: As Musk takes his chainsaw to dazzle chainsaw.
- 4:09Speaker 9: Taking a chainsaw to the federal judiciary, you don't have
- 4:13Speaker 9: to like walk in with a chainsaw.
- 4:15Speaker 10: Taking the chainsaw to the government is exactly the wrong
- 4:18Speaker 10: way to do.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I mean, for all the.
- 4:19Speaker 11: Wielding of chainsaws out there, it turns out they aren't
- 4:22Speaker 11: very good at this whole cost cutting thing way that
- 4:24Speaker 11: they've been going about.
- 4:25Speaker 4: With a chainsaw.
- 4:26Speaker 10: You can't go through and slash it thatal gut make
- 4:28Speaker 10: with a chainsaw.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Taking a chainsaw to our federal program.
- 4:32Speaker 8: You have an unelected person with a chainsaw.
- 4:35Speaker 4: Elon Mass with a chainsaw. Elon Musk taking a chainsaw,
- 4:39Speaker 4: you got to pull out the scap on instead of
- 4:41Speaker 4: the chainsauce. This is not about cutting waste, fraud and abuse.
- 4:45Speaker 4: This is about just cuming through with.
- 4:47Speaker 6: A chainsaw and getting a big photo op.
- 4:52Speaker 1: All different Democrats, all different channels, all clearly a coordinated attack.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Now that's part one. I want to play for you
- 5:06Speaker 1: another montage of the lefties going after Tesla and advocating
- 5:14Speaker 1: for violence against Tesla dealerships, Elon Musk and owners of Tesla.
- 5:21Speaker 1: This day of rage around the world that was supposed
- 5:24Speaker 1: to happen Saturday with all the Tesla protesters, that's all
- 5:29Speaker 1: well orchestrated. They even have a website, Tesla takedown dot com.
- 5:33Speaker 1: They have meeting groups where you have famous people that
- 5:36Speaker 1: will show up at those events, inspiring others to do
- 5:41Speaker 1: things that are well against the law, of course telling
- 5:46Speaker 1: you at the same time, they're all about, you know,
- 5:47Speaker 1: being kind.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Take a listen to these lefties.
- 5:52Speaker 1: My producer, by the way he put this together, we
- 5:56Speaker 1: had a lot of editing.
- 5:57Speaker 2: We're gonna listen. I want you to listen carefully to
- 5:59Speaker 2: their work.
- 6:00Speaker 7: Someone throw a Molotov cocktail at a Tesla service center.
- 6:04Speaker 4: At least five Teslas blew up.
- 6:06Speaker 7: When you pull out a chainsaw to celebrate firing thousands of.
- 6:10Speaker 2: People, they get mad.
- 6:11Speaker 9: It's just a you know, let's send these techno fascist
- 6:14Speaker 9: Rola Garcs and old fashioned Nazis a message loud and clear.
- 6:18Speaker 12: The vandalism really shows the outright anger and rage that
- 6:23Speaker 12: people are feeling about what Elon Musk is doing.
- 6:25Speaker 7: We should all be protesting in the streets about this and.
- 6:28Speaker 4: Be incredibly angry.
- 6:29Speaker 11: It has taken the American people to go protest at
- 6:33Speaker 11: Tesla to get the president's attention, try to dismantle the
- 6:36Speaker 11: reputation at Tesla in hopes of hitting Elon Muskwerger.
- 6:40Speaker 4: He's incompetent, He's a thief, he's a Nazi.
- 6:43Speaker 8: Musk is a pathological liar, he's a criminal, he's a
- 6:47Speaker 8: sociopath and a ghoul. He's literally killing people that he
- 6:50Speaker 8: should really enjoy taking this h this guy down.
- 6:54Speaker 2: By the way, did you hear John Cusack.
- 6:56Speaker 1: They're the actor saying that last part he's telling you,
- 7:00Speaker 1: and this is the dog whistle. This is exactly the
- 7:03Speaker 1: same playbook the Democrats use to find people to go
- 7:06Speaker 1: kill Donald Trump. So different to dog whistle. He just
- 7:11Speaker 1: told you that Elon Musk is killing people. So if
- 7:13Speaker 1: you're a psychopath or crazy and you hear that, you
- 7:16Speaker 1: may actually think, oh well, then it's my duty. It's
- 7:19Speaker 1: my job to take him out. You want to know
- 7:21Speaker 1: why people are trying to kill Donald Trump? Why that
- 7:24Speaker 1: guy got on the roof and try to kill Donald Trump,
- 7:27Speaker 1: to take him out. One reason because all the lefties
- 7:31Speaker 1: are out there encouraging it, saying, Oh, well, he's a Nazi,
- 7:34Speaker 1: he's Adolf Hitler, he's a second Coming, He's Satan, he's Stalin,
- 7:39Speaker 1: he's Mussolini, he's Hitler, he's the KKK. The list goes
- 7:44Speaker 1: on and on. Jasmine Crockett on her call, listen to this.
- 7:47Speaker 2: What she said, I.
- 7:48Speaker 11: Want to see happen on my birthday is for Eli
- 7:51Speaker 11: to be taken down.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Yes, God musk kind of turn out to be.
- 7:55Speaker 9: I don't want to be driving the car built and designed,
- 7:58Speaker 9: But if.
- 7:58Speaker 8: You drive a Tesla, please sell it.
- 8:00Speaker 9: And if you own stock in Tesla, please dump it.
- 8:03Speaker 5: I've never wanted to buy a Tesla because I prefer
- 8:05Speaker 5: to buy cars made buy car companies, not computer companies.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I add a Tesla, dude, to give me a little
- 8:10Speaker 1: boost during the day.
- 8:13Speaker 4: Through twenty five and dropping.
- 8:15Speaker 8: Tesla's taking right now and I'm locate with that.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Tesla is a bean stock.
- 8:22Speaker 7: It is one of the most wildly overinflated stock.
- 8:26Speaker 4: Tesla stock is way out.
- 8:27Speaker 7: Please don't vandalize, don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles and so they're.
- 8:34Speaker 4: Taking to the streets or the parking lots. Could I
- 8:38Speaker 4: see SBI and ATF now investigating multiple cases of possible
- 8:42Speaker 4: arsit now.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Oh, you guys like pettiacs of domestic terrorism.
- 8:47Speaker 12: Bondi piece is very disturbing to me to hear her
- 8:50Speaker 12: throwing around words like terrorists.
- 8:53Speaker 11: Is it appropriate to increase penalties?
- 8:55Speaker 4: No, it's It's not the same thing with Pam Bondi.
- 8:58Speaker 4: She's you know, just stop that. It's a musquerade. This
- 9:01Speaker 4: is just ridiculous.
- 9:03Speaker 11: I believe that these protests at Tesla dealerships meet the
- 9:07Speaker 11: definition of domestic terrorism.
- 9:09Speaker 4: No definition that I can think of.
- 9:11Speaker 7: First off, I've only heard about peaceful protests.
- 9:14Speaker 5: You try to kill cops, to overthrow the government and
- 9:16Speaker 5: change an election, that's not domestic terrorism.
- 9:18Speaker 1: But somehow having a protest in front of a Tesla
- 9:21Speaker 1: theater dealership is.
- 9:22Speaker 11: He said today he would label violence against dealerships domestic terrorism.
- 9:26Speaker 11: You protest a private company, you are labeled by this
- 9:29Speaker 11: administration of domestic terrorists.
- 9:30Speaker 8: January sixth rioters who committed heinous acts of violence.
- 9:34Speaker 4: On our capital. That's okay, but it's not okay with.
- 9:37Speaker 3: Tessie, there's a big difference between vandalism and terrorism and
- 9:39Speaker 3: the consumers basically taking out their feelings on companies with
- 9:42Speaker 3: politics they disagree with. And that's not always vandalism and
- 9:45Speaker 3: violence and you know, throwing fires, but people sort of
- 9:48Speaker 3: take it out in individual companies based on their politics.
- 9:51Speaker 3: Is why some companies are trying to backtrack from politics
- 9:54Speaker 3: in political sense they took in the last decade.
- 9:56Speaker 12: Yeah, and Elon Musk obviously has put himself squarely in
- 9:58Speaker 12: the middle of that.
- 9:59Speaker 6: You do it to a Tesla dealership, it's really bad.
- 10:03Speaker 6: But when they do it to the halls of Congress,
- 10:05Speaker 6: we should pardon them. They're legitimately upset.
- 10:10Speaker 5: El Mosk pointing fingers at the left over that spate
- 10:13Speaker 5: of attacks against.
- 10:14Speaker 4: Tesla vehicles and dealerships.
- 10:15Speaker 5: Across the country, violent attacks, these acts of violence and vandalism.
- 10:20Speaker 5: Is there any evidence to indicate that there is a
- 10:22Speaker 5: connection between the attacks and any of these democratic groups.
- 10:26Speaker 4: Absolutely zero.
- 10:27Speaker 11: There is no evidence that this is something that's being
- 10:30Speaker 11: orchestrated or organized by the left.
- 10:33Speaker 3: And I don't even know if the folks who are
- 10:35Speaker 3: doing the vandalism are actual Democrats or Republicans, both sides.
- 10:40Speaker 4: Both sides feel.
- 10:42Speaker 3: Unseen, unheard, and they're taking violence to express themselves.
- 10:46Speaker 8: We have to make them, really getfraid. People are going
- 10:49Speaker 8: to die, and it's going to get as ugly as
- 10:52Speaker 8: we can think. It's time to make them pay.
- 10:56Speaker 2: John Cusack, It's time to make them pay.
- 11:00Speaker 1: If you don't think that the Democratic Party has become
- 11:02Speaker 1: the party of violence, of rage, of anger, of this
- 11:11Speaker 1: type of just pure evil, Like you're not paying attention now.
- 11:16Speaker 1: They believe this, and the reason why they believe all
- 11:19Speaker 1: of this is because they lost an election and this
- 11:22Speaker 1: is the way they think they can undo it. They
- 11:25Speaker 1: lost an election and they're furious and they're like, all right, well,
- 11:29Speaker 1: we're just going to do what we always have done
- 11:31Speaker 1: for the last fifteen years. We just change the rules.
- 11:35Speaker 1: We just we do whatever the hell we want to do.
- 11:39Speaker 1: We overthrow the will of the people. You have to remember,
- 11:42Speaker 1: this is the same party that knew that Russia collusion
- 11:45Speaker 1: was a lie. They knew it was something that was
- 11:48Speaker 1: bought and paid for by the Democratic Party. The Steele
- 11:53Speaker 1: dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign and the
- 11:55Speaker 1: Democratic National Committee.
- 11:57Speaker 2: Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever ever forget that, Okay.
- 12:01Speaker 1: Never forget that. And the FBI knew it was user generated.
- 12:05Speaker 1: The FBI knew it was a lie. The FBI had
- 12:09Speaker 1: one hundred percent clarity that Russia collusion didn't happen, didn't exist,
- 12:16Speaker 1: it was all a lie. Didn't matter because in twenty sixteen,
- 12:20Speaker 1: what they said was, well, hold on a second, we
- 12:25Speaker 1: don't like the outcome of the election. We don't respect
- 12:29Speaker 1: the American people, we don't respect who they voted for.
- 12:33Speaker 1: So what we're going to do now is try to
- 12:37Speaker 1: overthrow the will of people. They've never stopped. They have
- 12:41Speaker 1: never stopped, and the reason why they have never stopped
- 12:46Speaker 1: is because no.
- 12:48Speaker 2: One has stood up to them.
- 12:49Speaker 4: So far.
- 12:50Speaker 2: No one has said you, hey, you can't really do that.
- 12:54Speaker 1: No one has said hey, you got to stop, like
- 12:57Speaker 1: slow down, and has said hey, hold on a second, like, no,
- 13:03Speaker 1: we're not going to allow you to do this. They
- 13:06Speaker 1: will go after a former president, try to lock him up,
- 13:09Speaker 1: try to bankrupt him, rate his home, go through his
- 13:13Speaker 1: wife's clothes and personal belongings in their bedroom, like this
- 13:16Speaker 1: is who they are, and when they I put this
- 13:20Speaker 1: together for you because I want you to hear it,
- 13:23Speaker 1: and then I want you to share it. I want
- 13:26Speaker 1: you to hear it, and then I want you to
- 13:27Speaker 1: share it, because if you don't, then people won't realize
- 13:31Speaker 1: just what's going on.
- 13:33Speaker 2: They may buy into it. It's our job to expose it.
- 13:37Speaker 2: It is our job to tell people what's happening.
- 13:40Speaker 1: It's our job to do what we just did, which
- 13:43Speaker 1: was give that to you in an organized way in
- 13:48Speaker 1: a montage that you can share if it to everybody.
- 13:52Speaker 1: By the way, that's why I do the podcast every day,
- 13:54Speaker 1: and this is what we have in the podcast every day,
- 13:57Speaker 1: and this is why we do it because we want
- 13:59Speaker 1: to make sure that the American people understand this is
- 14:03Speaker 1: all a coordinated thing.
- 14:04Speaker 2: This is all a coordinated effort.
- 14:06Speaker 1: This isn't real, it is not authentic, it is all propaganda.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the presidence of Jenna
- 14:17Speaker 1: has a spouse or child drawing a paycheck from a
- 14:20Speaker 1: Democratic line in GEO.
- 14:23Speaker 2: That coming from Elon Musk in.
- 14:25Speaker 1: His interview that he did on Fox Sous channel with
- 14:28Speaker 1: Brett Baher, This should make every American furious.
- 14:32Speaker 9: Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
- 14:37Speaker 9: some of the judges that have weighed in.
- 14:38Speaker 2: There's about eight or ten.
- 14:40Speaker 9: Now of these cases that are at least temporary holds,
- 14:44Speaker 9: they're being challenged by the DOJ.
- 14:47Speaker 4: Are you surprised by that pushback?
- 14:49Speaker 12: Well, it's the DC Circuit's notorious for having a very
- 14:53Speaker 12: far left blias. And when you look at the people
- 14:58Speaker 12: close to some of these judges, who are where are
- 15:01Speaker 12: they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're getting
- 15:04Speaker 12: the other ones getting this money? Does that seem like
- 15:07Speaker 12: a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption to me.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Sounds like corruption to me. Again, I want to be clear,
- 15:14Speaker 1: I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
- 15:17Speaker 1: to play an attorney on TV or radio either.
- 15:20Speaker 2: But what I will.
- 15:20Speaker 1: Say is the way that this is moving through the
- 15:24Speaker 1: court system. And a great example of this is what
- 15:26Speaker 1: I've said beforeth about the appeals court careering the way
- 15:28Speaker 1: for Trump to fire leaders of these independent federal agencies.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Trump has an incredible team around him this time that
- 15:35Speaker 1: is so much better than the team he had in
- 15:37Speaker 1: twenty sixteen. And you look at this ruling Friday being
- 15:42Speaker 1: a massive victory for Trump's efforts to have control over
- 15:46Speaker 1: these regulatory agencies that Congress intend to operate with quote
- 15:49Speaker 1: some degree of independence from the president, and that's what
- 15:53Speaker 1: Democrats are losing their minds over. But the President is saying,
- 15:57Speaker 1: I should have the ability to do this.
- 15:59Speaker 2: I am the president to removed from these people.
- 16:01Speaker 1: Now, there's three judge panel of DC District Court of
- 16:04Speaker 1: Appeals voted two to one to allow Trump to remove
- 16:07Speaker 1: members of the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit.
- 16:10Speaker 2: System Protection Board.
- 16:11Speaker 1: The two board members in the case were appointed by
- 16:15Speaker 1: President Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right
- 16:19Speaker 1: because they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the
- 16:22Speaker 1: two board members.
- 16:23Speaker 2: But this Friday's.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Appeal court ruling lifts those injunctions for now.
- 16:27Speaker 2: While the litigation is going to proceed.
- 16:29Speaker 1: I think a lot of this stuff is going to
- 16:31Speaker 1: end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
- 16:34Speaker 1: that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to
- 16:37Speaker 1: win because some of this is just so brazen. And Look,
- 16:42Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America should not
- 16:45Speaker 1: have to fight every single day with activist judges that
- 16:49Speaker 1: are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
- 16:54Speaker 1: is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should
- 16:58Speaker 1: be highly offended and up set that we are sitting
- 17:02Speaker 1: in a what I've described as a fraudulent system. This
- 17:05Speaker 1: reminds me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
- 17:08Speaker 1: do it. It's it's about the housing crisis and the
- 17:13Speaker 1: market collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just
- 17:16Speaker 1: how insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving
- 17:22Speaker 1: great They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated
- 17:27Speaker 1: bonds for fees.
- 17:29Speaker 2: The whole system was.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Fraudulent, and one of the lines in the movie is, well,
- 17:33Speaker 1: at least people are going to go jail for this,
- 17:36Speaker 1: and finally there would be some of this corruption. Out
- 17:39Speaker 1: of all of the fraud and corruption that the government was,
- 17:43Speaker 1: I don't even think of sleep at the wheel for
- 17:45Speaker 1: I think they were purposely looking the other way because
- 17:48Speaker 1: of what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was
- 17:51Speaker 1: looking everybody's brother up, like all these activist judges have
- 17:54Speaker 1: their family members, you know, that are on these NGOs
- 17:57Speaker 1: getting paid and you look at that accusation. I don't
- 18:01Speaker 1: think the federal government was asleep at the wheel with
- 18:04Speaker 1: the housing and the subprime market and everything else.
- 18:07Speaker 2: I think their friends were getting rich off the fees.
- 18:11Speaker 1: And it reminds me so much of that where the
- 18:14Speaker 1: government is willing to protect the people around them if
- 18:19Speaker 1: they're all getting paid.
- 18:21Speaker 2: There are a lot of people that.
- 18:23Speaker 1: Are acting just like the Biden crime family within our government.
- 18:27Speaker 1: And I would tell you go and watch that movie
- 18:30Speaker 1: if you didn't do it, or read the book The
- 18:32Speaker 1: Big Short because it explains it. There was only one
- 18:35Speaker 1: person in all of that corruption that happened like and
- 18:39Speaker 1: then there was a government bailout.
- 18:40Speaker 2: Remember, the American taxpayers got screwed.
- 18:43Speaker 1: The system was filled with so much corruption, the falling
- 18:48Speaker 1: of the system, the Lehman brothers and everybody getting shot
- 18:52Speaker 1: and countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened
- 18:55Speaker 1: during that time, it was going to be so catastrophic
- 19:00Speaker 1: that they what happened, the American taxpayer bailed them all out,
- 19:04Speaker 1: and they bailed them out, and no one was really
- 19:07Speaker 1: held accountable for it. You got a lot of people
- 19:09Speaker 1: that were hurt, You got a lot of people that
- 19:11Speaker 1: lost their homes. You had a lot of people that
- 19:13Speaker 1: were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory agencies
- 19:17Speaker 1: that had their family and friends getting hooked up with
- 19:19Speaker 1: these incredible fees.
- 19:20Speaker 2: And it just shows you the level.
- 19:22Speaker 1: Of the corruption now it's at every level in our government,
- 19:25Speaker 1: every level. And then when you see all of these
- 19:28Speaker 1: judges that are activist judges.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Trying to do you got to ask us other question.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Okay, well why why just answer that question? Why why
- 19:37Speaker 1: are you trying to stop us? Because they are activist
- 19:39Speaker 1: judges and they want to stop President Trump at all
- 19:43Speaker 1: costs because for them, they believe that they are above
- 19:47Speaker 1: the law.
- 19:47Speaker 2: They don't believe the law applies to them.
- 19:50Speaker 1: They believe they get to do whatever they want to
- 19:51Speaker 1: do however they want to do it, whenever they want
- 19:54Speaker 1: to do it.
- 19:56Speaker 2: They are a judge.
- 19:57Speaker 1: And they also, by the way, believe that Donald Trump
- 19:59Speaker 1: can just shut the hell up and sit down. They
- 20:01Speaker 1: can't stand them. They don't respect the voters. And that's
- 20:04Speaker 1: where you should be offended. You should be highly offended
- 20:09Speaker 1: that they are saying you need to shut up, you
- 20:13Speaker 1: need to sit down, You need to be quiet. Right,
- 20:17Speaker 1: that's what you need to do. You need to shut
- 20:19Speaker 1: the hell up and be quiet. We know what's best,
- 20:22Speaker 1: and we don't respect your vote or any election outcome.
- 20:26Speaker 2: That is how corrupt the system is in DC.
- 20:28Speaker 1: When I was working with the Bush administration back in
- 20:31Speaker 1: four we tried to reform Social Security reform because we
- 20:34Speaker 1: knew it was a Ponzi scheme. Then we knew it
- 20:36Speaker 1: was not serving the American people. Well, we knew it
- 20:39Speaker 1: was a real problem. And one of the things that
- 20:41Speaker 1: was very very very very clear from when we tried
- 20:46Speaker 1: to reform it was every time we tried to touch
- 20:49Speaker 1: it or explain it or to give it a people
- 20:53Speaker 1: a new way of looking at it about how bad
- 20:55Speaker 1: of a deal you're getting on your ROI when you
- 20:57Speaker 1: put into Social Security that left would just they're gonna
- 21:00Speaker 1: steal your money.
- 21:01Speaker 2: They're gonna take it away from you. You're not gonna
- 21:02Speaker 2: have it.
- 21:03Speaker 1: It's gonna be they're gonna ruin it, they're gonna privatize it,
- 21:05Speaker 1: and they're gonna take it all. It's gonna fail. It's
- 21:07Speaker 1: gonna be a Ponzi's game. It's gonna be corrupt as hell.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Don't trust Wall Street. Don't trust I mean it was.
- 21:12Speaker 1: It was the same one, and it worked with old people.
- 21:15Speaker 1: We saw it in the data like it worked. It
- 21:17Speaker 1: really did. Is It was incredibly frustrating, but let me
- 21:21Speaker 1: just tell you it worked. It worked unbelievably well. And
- 21:25Speaker 1: that was sad. But they've been now saying it. I mean,
- 21:29Speaker 1: I see it like every day they've been saying it
- 21:32Speaker 1: over and over again since oh four, every time you
- 21:35Speaker 1: try to fix something like oh, you know, this is
- 21:37Speaker 1: this is this is shady corruption.
- 21:39Speaker 2: It's gonna you know, you guys are screwing da da da.
- 21:41Speaker 1: Like it was constant, and I think now it's just
- 21:44Speaker 1: lost its edge, Like it really has just kind of
- 21:46Speaker 1: lost It's like you gotta sit there and almost laugh.
- 21:50Speaker 1: You gotta sit there and just be like, all right,
- 21:51Speaker 1: here we go again, Like I don't know another way
- 21:54Speaker 1: to put it. Here we go again. They're gonna say
- 21:58Speaker 1: this scrap again and and there's just an eye rowing
- 22:01Speaker 1: aspect of this now.
- 22:02Speaker 2: And that's the part that I love. Listen to Schumer.
- 22:06Speaker 2: I'm going to play the longer version.
- 22:07Speaker 1: This is Chuck Schumer going after Elon Muskin Donald Trump
- 22:09Speaker 1: of this press conference with others with the Senate Democrats
- 22:13Speaker 1: and the Trump administrations changes quote unquote so security. This
- 22:16Speaker 1: goes back to fearmonger. This happened this week. Two days ago.
- 22:20Speaker 10: The acting commissioner, handpicked by Doge, said musks claims of
- 22:27Speaker 10: fraud are false, and Musk, by the way, at one
- 22:30Speaker 10: point said let's eliminate it. They revealed their true colors.
- 22:36Speaker 10: Trump and Musk are just eroding the American dream. They're
- 22:42Speaker 10: rigging the system for billionaires while stealing from the elderly,
- 22:46Speaker 10: from the disabled to cut taxes for their billionaire club.
- 22:51Speaker 10: Senate Republicans, every Senate Republican should be demanding that must
- 22:57Speaker 10: reverse the firings. If they say they believe in social secuscurity,
- 23:00Speaker 10: then they ought to be telling Musk stop. But Senate
- 23:04Speaker 10: Republicans are just silent letting it happen. They're afraid of Trump.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Now.
- 23:10Speaker 10: Yesterday at the hearing and the Finance Committee where Seron
- 23:14Speaker 10: and Maria were at, we heard from Trump's pick to
- 23:19Speaker 10: lead the Social Security Administration, Frank Bisignano. To confirm mister
- 23:26Speaker 10: Bisignano as head of Social Security is hiring an arsonist
- 23:30Speaker 10: to run the fire station. I've known this guy for
- 23:34Speaker 10: twenty years.
- 23:35Speaker 2: He's a cutter.
- 23:36Speaker 10: Companies bring him in to slash benefits, to slash I'd
- 23:42Speaker 10: rather companies bring him in to slash workers and his fame.
- 23:48Speaker 10: His claim to fame is cutting and shrinking. The last
- 23:52Speaker 10: person we need to run the Social Security Office.
- 23:57Speaker 1: I mean the fear mongering there right the sky is falling.
- 24:01Speaker 1: You can't trust him. They're evil, and yet the American people,
- 24:04Speaker 1: I just think they've overplayed the hand. Let's talk about
- 24:08Speaker 1: the lawfair real quick. What has been the Democrats move
- 24:13Speaker 1: to try to stop all this?
- 24:15Speaker 2: It has been lawfair.
- 24:17Speaker 1: You have a lot of activist judges that are out
- 24:19Speaker 1: there doing everything they can to obstruct the presen's agenda,
- 24:24Speaker 1: not respecting the president or the will of the people who.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Voted him in overwhelmingly winning the.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Popular vote as well in every swing state in America.
- 24:33Speaker 1: And that's exactly what has happened with these judges. Now, unfortunately,
- 24:38Speaker 1: there is a consistent theme in almost all of this,
- 24:42Speaker 1: follow the money. It's almost every single time the same thing,
- 24:47Speaker 1: follow the money. Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the
- 24:52Speaker 1: present's agenda, Doade says, has one thing in common.
- 24:57Speaker 2: What is it?
- 24:58Speaker 9: Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
- 25:03Speaker 9: some of the.
- 25:03Speaker 4: Judges that have weighed in.
- 25:05Speaker 9: There's about eight or ten now of these cases that
- 25:08Speaker 9: are at least temporary holds. They're being challenged by the DOJ.
- 25:13Speaker 9: Are you surprised by that pushback?
- 25:16Speaker 12: Well, it's the DC circuit is notorious for having a
- 25:19Speaker 12: very far left plans. And when you look at the
- 25:24Speaker 12: people close to some of these judges, who are where
- 25:27Speaker 12: are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
- 25:30Speaker 12: getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
- 25:33Speaker 12: like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption
- 25:36Speaker 12: to me.
- 25:37Speaker 1: I mean, you listen to Elon Must say that, and
- 25:40Speaker 1: he's just so matter of fact about it. You want
- 25:43Speaker 1: to know why these actives federal judges are obstructing the
- 25:46Speaker 1: president's agenda because they got a spouse or child that's
- 25:49Speaker 1: drawing a major paycheck from a democratic line non governmental agency,
- 25:55Speaker 1: an NGO, a non governmental office. And so what what
- 26:00Speaker 1: Trump is done is his policies have directly undercut these NGOs,
- 26:03Speaker 1: creating a glaring conflict of interest.
- 26:06Speaker 2: Now there is some good news finally on this.
- 26:11Speaker 1: The appeals court has just cleared the way for Trump
- 26:14Speaker 1: to fire leaders of the independent federal agencies. The ruling
- 26:20Speaker 1: is a major victory quote unquote for Trump's effort to
- 26:23Speaker 1: control regulatory bodies that Congress intended to operate with some independence.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Politico reporting at this hour that a federal Appiro's court
- 26:33Speaker 1: has cleared the way for the president to fire members
- 26:37Speaker 1: of the executive branch boards that oversee federal employee grievances
- 26:41Speaker 1: and labor disputes across the nation. The ruling today is
- 26:46Speaker 1: a victory for Trump's efforts to exert control over the
- 26:49Speaker 1: regulatory agencies, in my opinion, are clearly been out of
- 26:53Speaker 1: control for far too long that Congress intended to operate
- 26:57Speaker 1: with some degree of independence from the president. Federal laws
- 27:02Speaker 1: limit the president's ability to remove the board members who
- 27:04Speaker 1: oversee those agencies, but the Trump administrations argue those limits
- 27:09Speaker 1: are quote unconstitutional. I'm gonna put it this way. Hell,
- 27:14Speaker 1: yes they are. And now we have a court system
- 27:16Speaker 1: that's agreeing. You can follow me on x Ben Ferguson's
