Government Intensifies Efforts to Address Gender-Based Violence
The Department of Equity, Social Justice, Gender and Older Persons is strengthening its response to gender-based violence through increased collaboration with national agencies, victims’ families and NGOs. The Ministry is also expanding community engagement and programs targeting the root causes of violence.
