100NO 334: Val Lennox is Ballroom Dancing Her Way to Longevity
Our oldest Wellness Summit attendee was 79 year old Val Lennox. Val is the mother of Kay who stole the show at the 2018 Wellness Summit (watch the highights video here and Kay is the one singing). Val has been dancing her way through life and still has dreams and goals today. She’s experienced her own heartache and family challenges, including making the agonising decision to put her husband Noel in nursing home.
