WHY IS IT HARDER TO LEAD 1 THAN 100? Leading ONE might be harder than leading 100. Why is that true? When leaders are responsible for a small team Of three to five people, there is a group mentality which kicks in. If the leader is a kind and caring person, the team will become like them in many ways and the culture of kindness will begin to flourish. If the leader tends to be rude and tyrannical, the team will also tend to follow suit.
