Victory-TRUMP WINS! And the Senate!! And (Hopefully) the House!!! · The Ben Ferguson Podcast

0:01
Speaker 1: Welcome.
0:02
Speaker 2: It is a fabulous day in America. It's verdict with
0:06
Speaker 2: Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you, and Senator Donald Trump.
0:10
Speaker 2: Trump to them all the Democrats, the globalists, the deep state,
0:15
Speaker 2: the fake news, the fake polls, even the assassins, and
0:19
Speaker 2: now we have a very different day in America.
0:23
Speaker 3: It is an extraordinary day in America.
0:26
Speaker 4: You and I are here at one eleven PM on Wednesday,
0:31
Speaker 4: right after the election, and last night was simply a
0:35
Speaker 4: spectacular night. It was an election that defied all the pundits,
0:40
Speaker 4: that defied all the analysts, and that transforms America and
0:45
Speaker 4: transforms the world. I'm reminded of nineteen eighty four. It's
0:49
Speaker 4: morning in America again. It is that again. I believe
0:53
Speaker 4: God has answered our prayers for our nation, and I
0:56
Speaker 4: am so grateful Donald Trump has been re elected president
1:01
Speaker 4: in what has to be the most remarkable comeback in
1:04
Speaker 4: political history. I'm also very, very grateful that Republicans have
1:11
Speaker 4: taken a majority of the Senate and we've got a
1:12
Speaker 4: real chance at it being a sizable majority in the Senate.
1:16
Speaker 4: That included me getting re elected, which didn't suck at all.
1:20
Speaker 4: And we'll talk about that as well, and it looks
1:25
Speaker 4: like we've got a real shot at Republicans holding the house.
1:28
Speaker 4: That is the one that is not clear and determined
1:31
Speaker 4: right now, but hopefully we will hold the house as well.
1:34
Speaker 4: That'll make a big, big difference if we do. It
1:37
Speaker 4: is an incredible day.
1:41
Speaker 2: Yeah, it really is. And we get to finally talk
1:43
Speaker 2: about your race. I'll explain that in a moment. Let
1:46
Speaker 2: me tell you about chalk real quick. If you're a
1:48
Speaker 2: guy and you are sick and tired of feeling tired,
1:52
Speaker 2: maybe you want to work out, Maybe you just feel
1:54
Speaker 2: like you're fatigued all the time, Well, guess what, you're
1:57
Speaker 2: not alone. A little over a year ago, I ended
2:00
Speaker 2: up getting a lot of blood work done and I said,
2:02
Speaker 2: all right, I gotta get in shape. Had I had
2:04
Speaker 2: my cholesterol that was too high, I felt fatigued, I
2:07
Speaker 2: felt tired all the time. And that is when I
2:10
Speaker 2: got the Chalk male Vitality Stack. Now since I started,
2:15
Speaker 2: I am down over seventy pounds. Not only am my
2:18
Speaker 2: sleeping better, I have so much more energy. Because men's
2:21
Speaker 2: testosterrum levels are off a cliff historically at an all
2:24
Speaker 2: time low, and that is where chalk comes in.
2:28
Speaker 1: Choq.
2:29
Speaker 2: They are helping real American men, just like you, take
2:32
Speaker 2: back your right to proudly maximize your masculinity by boosting
2:36
Speaker 2: testosterum levels up to twenty percent over ninety days. Now,
2:41
Speaker 2: if you've never tried chalk, I want you to save
2:44
Speaker 2: money and I want you to try it. And if
2:45
Speaker 2: you'll want, if you're tired of feeling sick and tired,
2:48
Speaker 2: then get chalk right now. It has game changing effects
2:53
Speaker 2: on your energy, on your focus, and your mood. So
2:56

3:13
Speaker 2: any time center. There's just one headline that I do
3:18
Speaker 2: have to start with because this is just such a
3:20
Speaker 2: fun one for me. And we can explain why we
3:23
Speaker 2: haven't actually talked about your race on Verdict, because everywhere
3:27
Speaker 2: I go people are like, why are you guys not
3:28
Speaker 2: talking about this race against Alrid And I can explain
3:31
Speaker 2: it in person.
3:32
Speaker 1: I couldn't talk about on the show.
3:33
Speaker 2: You couldn't either, But let's just put in perspective here,
3:38
Speaker 2: Republicans were closer to flipping New York than Democrats were
3:44
Speaker 2: to flipping Texas. Even though the entire Democratic machine came
3:48
Speaker 2: after you and tried to unseat you. That didn't work.
3:52
Speaker 2: What was a massive victory for you last night? Almost
3:54
Speaker 2: a ten point victory, congratulations, a million vote difference between
3:58
Speaker 2: you and your opponent. So let's just tell people for
4:00
Speaker 2: a second here why this is something we haven't talked
4:03
Speaker 2: about here.
4:04
Speaker 3: Yeah.
4:04
Speaker 4: Look, we had an incredible victory at my race last night.
4:08
Speaker 4: You and I were both at the victory party past
4:10
Speaker 4: three in the morning. It was a remarkable outcome. And
4:14
Speaker 4: regular listeners of the podcast, you guys have noticed that
4:17
Speaker 4: a word I have never once said on this podcast
4:22
Speaker 4: is all read. I've never mentioned Colin allredd. I've never
4:24
Speaker 4: talked about my race even once. We have talked about issues.
4:28
Speaker 4: We talk about issues a lot. We have talked about
4:31
Speaker 4: the presidential race, we've talked about Senate races, we've talked
4:34
Speaker 4: about other races, but we have never talked about my race.
4:36
Speaker 4: And that was because if we had talked about my
4:40
Speaker 4: race on this podcast, it would have prompted complaints to
4:43
Speaker 4: the FEC. I don't think they would have succeeded, but
4:45
Speaker 4: it would have prompted complaints, and we decided that we
4:47
Speaker 4: didn't want to unnecessarily give a basis for a complaint,
4:52
Speaker 4: and so we just didn't talk about the race at all.
4:53
Speaker 4: I got to say it was mildly schizophrenic, however, because
4:57
Speaker 4: I'd go and do any other interview, I'd go on
4:59
Speaker 4: Fox News, I'd go on talk radio, I'd go do
5:02
Speaker 4: something else, I'd go on on a different show, and
5:05
Speaker 4: I talk about a race all the time because I
5:07
Speaker 4: was in the middle of the race.
5:08
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you'd get to go on my show and
5:10
Speaker 2: we could talk about it, but not on Verdict.
5:12
Speaker 4: And I know our listeners found that odd, and it
5:15
Speaker 4: was just it was avoiding in any potential legal peril.
5:19
Speaker 4: We just didn't talk about it. But now that it's over,
5:21
Speaker 4: the race is done. And wow, what a night we
5:25
Speaker 4: had last night. As you noted, we won by nearly
5:29
Speaker 4: ten points, we won by a million votes. I mean,
5:33
Speaker 4: it was an extraordinary victory. It was a victory across
5:37
Speaker 4: the board. And one of the one of the amazing,
5:42
Speaker 4: amazing outcomes was what happened in South Texas and what
5:48
Speaker 4: happened with Hispanics and and NBC News is reporting that
5:53
Speaker 4: I won Hispanics statewide by six points.
5:57
Speaker 3: That is a big, big deal.
6:00
Speaker 4: You want to talk about a transformation, and we saw
6:03
Speaker 4: South Texas counties and a region of the state that
6:08
Speaker 4: has been bright blue for one hundred years is rapidly,
6:13
Speaker 4: rapidly turning red. We had major victories throughout South Texas.
6:18
Speaker 4: To win Hispanic statewide by six points is transformation. And
6:24
Speaker 4: I believe what we did in South Texas with this election,
6:28
Speaker 4: and what Donald Trump did in South Texas with this election,
6:31
Speaker 4: I think is generationally transformative. And in fact, my prediction
6:35
Speaker 4: is in the next year we will see many, many
6:40
Speaker 4: elected South Texas Democrats switching parties, leaving their party and
6:44
Speaker 4: joining the Republican Party. And I think once it starts,
6:47
Speaker 4: it's not going to be one or two, It's going
6:49
Speaker 4: to be an avalanche. I think they're all looking around
6:52
Speaker 4: and you hear these conversations down in the valley, wait,
6:56
Speaker 4: are we all Republicans now?
6:59
Speaker 3: And it is.
6:59
Speaker 4: It's a big, big deal for Texas, and it's a
7:02
Speaker 4: big deal nationally.
7:04
Speaker 1: It's nationally as well.
7:06
Speaker 2: And I want to go back to something that happened
7:09
Speaker 2: and it goes back to what we've talked about here.
7:12
Speaker 1: Why Donald Trump.
7:13
Speaker 2: Won last night, why you won last night, came down
7:16
Speaker 2: to the basic issues, which is, it's the economy stupid,
7:20
Speaker 2: It is safety. It is about saying yet for our
7:24
Speaker 2: kids instead of having to say no, whether that's when
7:26
Speaker 2: you go to the grocery store or if they want
7:28
Speaker 2: to go outside in front of your house and play.
7:31
Speaker 2: These are the basic issues. And the elitists in the
7:33
Speaker 2: media and the Harris campaign refused to stop dictating to
7:38
Speaker 2: Americans and actually listen to Americans. And you went all
7:42
Speaker 2: over the state and we listened to voters, and what
7:46
Speaker 2: their concerns were was, I don't feel like I'm secure.
7:50
Speaker 2: I don't feel like that we're heading the right direction.
7:53
Speaker 2: I don't feel like my kids are safe. I don't
7:55
Speaker 2: feel like my grandparents or my parents are safe. And
7:58
Speaker 2: I want to live in a society where I can
8:01
Speaker 2: say yes to my kids at the grocery store, yes
8:04
Speaker 2: to going to events, yes to having that birthday party,
8:07
Speaker 2: instead of saying no, no, no, all the way. And
8:10
Speaker 2: as Fox News described it, they said the most important
8:13
Speaker 2: issue facing the country with exit poll data was the economy.
8:19
Speaker 2: Thirty nine percent that was economy. Twenty percent then said
8:23
Speaker 2: it was immigration, which also deals with fentanyl and deals
8:26
Speaker 2: with the crime. Here's how they described it.
8:28
Speaker 5: Ecose voter analysis could tell the story of this night
8:32
Speaker 5: and tell the story of the election. Just a reminder,
8:34
Speaker 5: different than exit polls. We ask voters over one hundred
8:38
Speaker 5: and twenty thousand of them all over the country, all
8:41
Speaker 5: fifty states, leading up to and on election day, different
8:45
Speaker 5: from exit polls, and right now I can start to
8:47
Speaker 5: begin to give you our key findings and takeaways from
8:51
Speaker 5: what we ask voters. This is really to give you
8:53
Speaker 5: an idea of not only how they voted, but why
8:56
Speaker 5: early in the evening. We can't reveal how they broke
8:59
Speaker 5: down to the candidates, but we can reveal how they're feeling.
9:02
Speaker 5: We asked about the direction of the country. This number
9:05
Speaker 5: is key those who feel like the country right now
9:08
Speaker 5: is moving in the wrong direction seven out of ten
9:11
Speaker 5: American voters. This is ten points higher than it was
9:15
Speaker 5: in twenty twenty, just four years ago. If you were
9:18
Speaker 5: to break this down also new technology, our heat map.
9:21
Speaker 5: You can see some of those darker areas on the
9:24
Speaker 5: heat map, especially those sun Belt states. This is where
9:26
Speaker 5: they don't like how the country is heading or where
9:30
Speaker 5: it's heading, and that could be very revealing as we
9:32
Speaker 5: continue to watch the election results throughout the night. Another
9:36
Speaker 5: top finding, we know the economy has been key, and
9:39
Speaker 5: Americans just haven't been feeling good about their finances. We
9:43
Speaker 5: asked about their famili's financial situation, and look at this.
9:47
Speaker 5: While thirteen percent say they're getting ahead, six percent holding steady,
9:52
Speaker 5: thirty one percent of respondents said they feel like they're
9:55
Speaker 5: falling behind. That's more than three to ten voters also perspective,
10:00
Speaker 5: that's thirteen points worse than it was just four years
10:03
Speaker 5: ago when it was at eighteen percent.
10:06
Speaker 2: You listen to that center and it's the economy, stupid,
10:09
Speaker 2: That is what mattered. And the Democrats did not listen
10:12
Speaker 2: to the American people.
10:14
Speaker 4: Well, it was certainly the economy, but more broadly, it
10:17
Speaker 4: was also it was the border, it was inflation, it
10:21
Speaker 4: was safety and crime, and it was chaos. I mean, listen,
10:25
Speaker 4: the Biden Harris record is a train wreck. Everything they've done.
10:31
Speaker 4: There's a reason Kamalin ever talked about anything they've done.
10:33
Speaker 4: She ran as the change candidate because she sures that
10:36
Speaker 4: couldn't run on her record. And you know what, the
10:38
Speaker 4: American people said, to hell with that, we want change.
10:41
Speaker 4: As you just played seven and ten Americans said, we
10:44
Speaker 4: want to change the path we're on. Well, we just did.
10:47
Speaker 4: And you look at the results of Trump's win the
10:52
Speaker 4: seven swing states. As we sit here today at now
10:55
Speaker 4: one twenty two pm, Trump has won five of those
11:00
Speaker 4: seven swing states. He won North Carolina, he flipped Georgia.
11:04
Speaker 4: Georgia went for Biden. This time it went for Trump.
11:07
Speaker 4: He flipped Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania went for Biden. This time it
11:10
Speaker 4: went for Trump. He flipped Wisconsin. It had previously gone
11:14
Speaker 4: for Biden. This time it went for Trump. And he
11:17
Speaker 4: flipped Michigan. Previously it went for Biden, this time it
11:21
Speaker 4: went for Trump. And right now Trump is leading in Arizona, Nevada,
11:25
Speaker 4: the other two so they haven't called those states yet,
11:28
Speaker 4: but there's a very real possibility that Trump will win
11:31
Speaker 4: seven out of seven swing states, winning everywhere. The current
11:36
Speaker 4: count is he has two hundred and ninety one electoral votes,
11:39
Speaker 4: He only needs two seventy to win. Kamala Harris has
11:41
Speaker 4: two hundred and twenty three. And I'll tell you every
11:44
Speaker 4: bit is astonishing and powerful and transformational. Is Trump won
11:50
Speaker 4: the popular vote as of the current count by nearly
11:54
Speaker 4: five million votes. The current the current count according to
11:57
Speaker 4: CNN is seventy one million, eight hundred and eighty three,
12:00
Speaker 4: seven hundred and ninety five votes for Trump and sixty
12:03
Speaker 4: seven million, six eight hundred and sixty four votes for Kamala.
12:07
Speaker 4: That is fifty point nine percent compared to forty seven
12:10
Speaker 4: point four percent. That is historic, a big, big transformation
12:16
Speaker 4: and and and it is. It is changing America. The
12:21
Speaker 4: stock market is exploding, going crazy. Bitcoin is soaring like
12:26
Speaker 4: people are jubilant, and it is changing the world.
12:30
Speaker 2: And the reason why they're jubei one is because they
12:32
Speaker 2: understand now what's coming back. No one is in Uncertainty
12:37
Speaker 2: is what causes markets to have instability.
12:41
Speaker 4: Everyone not just and also crazy ass socialists destroying your
12:45
Speaker 4: company's taxing you out of existence, putting in crushing regulations
12:49
Speaker 4: that destroy your ability to make a profit.
12:51
Speaker 3: All of that hurts too.
12:53
Speaker 1: Yeah, but you look at where we are.
12:55
Speaker 2: I don't know if we've ever had this moment before
12:57
Speaker 2: where it is so crystal clear the agenda of Donald
13:00
Speaker 2: Trump that is going to be brought to Washington, d C.
13:04
Speaker 2: There is a clear mandate to drain the swamp. There's
13:06
Speaker 2: a clear mandate to change the way government works. There's
13:08
Speaker 2: a clear mandate to work with Congress on securing the border.
13:12
Speaker 2: There's a clear mandate in the Senate that looks like
13:14
Speaker 2: there's gonna be a clear mandate in the House. And
13:16
Speaker 2: there's a mandate that obviously investors are responding to. There's
13:21
Speaker 2: also a clear mandate that's coming to the border and
13:25
Speaker 2: other countries and the Middle East and oil and gas
13:28
Speaker 2: and all of these things. And that's the reason why
13:31
Speaker 2: I think you're seeing these massive games on Wall Street
13:33
Speaker 2: is there's just a moment today where Americans took a
13:36
Speaker 2: deep breath, they went out and they voted, They declared
13:39
Speaker 2: what they wanted. Damn be the media and their lack
13:42
Speaker 2: of influence and trying to lie to you, trying to
13:45
Speaker 2: take out Trump. As we mentioned in the beginning, there
13:47
Speaker 2: is a mandate now to go back to what this
13:51
Speaker 2: country looked like in twenty sixteen when Donald Trump went
13:53
Speaker 2: in the White House. Except this time it's even more
13:55
Speaker 2: clear what he's going to.
13:56
Speaker 4: Do well, and we're going to see a number of
13:59
Speaker 4: big changes early on. The biggest thing that we will
14:02
Speaker 4: see immediately is the border. And I have said this before,
14:06
Speaker 4: but I'm going to say it again. We will secure
14:08
Speaker 4: the border, and it's going to be fast. It's not
14:11
Speaker 4: going to take a year, and I don't think it's
14:12
Speaker 4: going to take six months. I think we will do
14:14
Speaker 4: it in January and February. The reason I say that
14:18
Speaker 4: is that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris did all this
14:20
Speaker 4: damage through unilateral executive action, which means Trump can undo
14:26
Speaker 4: it through unilateral executive action. And the most important determinant
14:30
Speaker 4: is what happens when you arrest an illegal immigrant, and
14:34
Speaker 4: if you put them on a plane and you fly
14:35
Speaker 4: them home, the numbers plummet, and they plummet immediately. And
14:38
Speaker 4: on January twentieth, that's going to happen. And in fact,
14:41
Speaker 4: I think we're going to see the numbers. We may
14:42
Speaker 4: see the numbers fall even before Trump is sworn in,
14:45
Speaker 4: although there might there might also be a surge in
14:49
Speaker 4: November and December. I am worried that we'll see a
14:52
Speaker 4: surge of illegals trying to rush across the border right
14:54
Speaker 4: before Trump gets here. But as soon as Trump is
14:57
Speaker 4: in office, we are going to see the border be secured.
15:00
Speaker 4: You were at our election night party last night, we
15:04
Speaker 4: had a packed house, we had north of a thousand people,
15:08
Speaker 4: their incredible energy. In the middle of my victory speech,
15:12
Speaker 4: the crowd began channing build the wall, Build the wall,
15:15
Speaker 4: to which I responded, we will.
15:17
Speaker 3: We are going to do that.
15:18
Speaker 4: Now, whether Congress goes along is a different question, because
15:21
Speaker 4: the Democrats are still going to have enough votes in
15:25
Speaker 4: the Senate to filibuster legislation. And it will be interesting
15:29
Speaker 4: to see if congressional Democrats have learned anything from this
15:35
Speaker 4: ass kicking. Let's be clear, that's what this election was,
15:38
Speaker 4: was an ass kicking across the board. And I'll be
15:43
Speaker 4: very curious next week I'll be in in DC. I'll
15:46
Speaker 4: see my colleagues. I'll be very curious if any Democrats
15:50
Speaker 4: are looking around going maybe being wild eyed leftist communist America,
15:56
Speaker 4: hating lunatics is not a path to victory. And I
15:59
Speaker 4: don't know if they'll say that or not. They might
16:00
Speaker 4: double down and you know, you know, start, you know,
16:06
Speaker 4: dig it even harder. I don't know that they do
16:09
Speaker 4: hate Trump's guts, so they're probably just losing their minds
16:12
Speaker 4: right now.
16:13
Speaker 2: Well, they're losing their minds on social media. And by
16:16
Speaker 2: the way, didn't the Democrats want to get rid of
16:17
Speaker 2: the filibuster. Can we go back to that just for
16:19
Speaker 2: a second.
16:20
Speaker 3: Oh, they absolutely did. Now they all love it.
16:22
Speaker 4: And now I will say, let's not take for granted
16:27
Speaker 4: that we know the outcome in the House, and that
16:30
Speaker 4: right now is the most consequential question that is outstanding.
16:34
Speaker 4: Ben It is a big, big difference whether Republicans whether
16:39
Speaker 4: we keep the majority in the House or we lose it.
16:42
Speaker 4: And the House is still very much in the balance.
16:44
Speaker 4: It could go either way. Mike Johnson, the Speaker, is
16:47
Speaker 4: saying that he thinks that will hold on to the House,
16:50
Speaker 4: that the votes are there, but there's still a bunch
16:51
Speaker 4: of races that are outstanding. We don't know right now.
16:54
Speaker 4: And let me tell you why it's such a big deal.
16:57
Speaker 4: Let's say the Democrats take a majority of the House
17:00
Speaker 4: by one vote. I don't want that to be the case,
17:02
Speaker 4: but if that happens, it decreases by a factor of
17:07
Speaker 4: one hundred what we can accomplish in the next two years.
17:11
Speaker 4: And here is why. Because I mentioned securing the border.
17:15
Speaker 4: Trump can do that unilaterally. We'll also see big national
17:19
Speaker 4: security victories. I think we will see in the next year.
17:22
Speaker 4: Both of the wars come to an end. I think
17:23
Speaker 4: the Ukraine War will come to an end. Russia will
17:26
Speaker 4: suffer a loss, There'll be some negotiated outcome that is
17:29
Speaker 4: a loss for Russia, but it will end. And I
17:32
Speaker 4: believe the war in Israel will end as well, and
17:35
Speaker 4: Israel will defeat Hamas as a result of that. All
17:37
Speaker 4: of that Trump can do essentially unilaterally as commander in chief. However,
17:44
Speaker 4: for legislation to pass, you got to get it through
17:47
Speaker 4: the House and Senate. And the big kahuna is the
17:52
Speaker 4: twenty seventeen tax cuts that are expiring. Most of them
17:54
Speaker 4: are expiring next year. If we have both the House
17:57
Speaker 4: and Senate, we will be able to take up what
17:59
Speaker 4: is called budget reconciliation. Budget reconciliation, the most important thing
18:04
Speaker 4: about that is it is an avenue around the filibuster.
18:07
Speaker 4: So it is a way that we can pass budget
18:11
Speaker 4: and tax and economic legislation without the Democrats being able
18:16
Speaker 4: to stop it. And so if we have the House,
18:19
Speaker 4: we'll do a budget reconciliation. We will extend the tax cuts.
18:23
Speaker 4: I think we'll make them bigger and bolder. And beyond that,
18:27
Speaker 4: I think we will see serious reg reforms. I think
18:30
Speaker 4: we will see advances on energy. I think budget reconciliation
18:35
Speaker 4: opens a lot of legislative victories if we can do it.
18:39
Speaker 4: If the Democrats have the House, even by one vote,
18:43
Speaker 4: they'll refuse to do reconciliation, and so it will mean, look,
18:48
Speaker 4: we'll have to negotiate something on the tax cuts, but
18:51
Speaker 4: they become the economic policy becomes massively less good. If
18:58
Speaker 4: the Democrats have the House. I am hopeful that we
19:01
Speaker 4: have it, and I hope we actually have a decent
19:03
Speaker 4: majority in the House, although I think that's probably unlikely.
19:05
Speaker 3: I think it is.
19:06
Speaker 4: If we have a majority, I think it is likely
19:08
Speaker 4: that it's going to be an excruciatingly small majority in
19:11
Speaker 4: the House. So that'll be frustrating and have its own challenges,
19:14
Speaker 4: But it is a binary flip of the switch. If
19:17
Speaker 4: the Democrats have the House, our ability to legislate grinds
19:23
Speaker 4: to a halt.
19:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
19:27
Speaker 2: If you are a conservative and you love winning, well,
19:29
Speaker 2: now it's time to really make sure you're giving your
19:32
Speaker 2: money to comans that stand with your values.
19:35
Speaker 1: And one bill you have every.
19:36
Speaker 2: Month you may not realize just what it's costing you,
19:39
Speaker 2: and that's your cell phone bill. Because big Mobile gives
19:42
Speaker 2: big donations and they will not stop to democratic causes
19:47
Speaker 2: candidates and organizations, including organizations that pay for abortions. This
19:53
Speaker 2: is why I want you to switch to Patriot Mobile.
19:57
Speaker 2: I've been with Patriot Mobile as a user now for
20:00
Speaker 2: a long time. I get unbelievable service, a coverage guarantee
20:05
Speaker 2: with them, and I get rid of the woke agenda
20:08
Speaker 2: of the left. Now here's the best part about being
20:10
Speaker 2: with Patriot Mobile. They take about five percent of your
20:13
Speaker 2: bill every month at no extra cost to you, and
20:17
Speaker 2: they give it back to conservative causes, candidates and organizations
20:23
Speaker 2: that fight for our First and our Second Amendment rights.
20:26
Speaker 2: They fight for the sanctity of life. They fight and
20:29
Speaker 2: stand with our military, our first responders, and our wounded
20:32
Speaker 2: warrior heroes. The other thing about Patriot Mobile is they
20:36
Speaker 2: can save you money. Switching has never been easier with
20:39
Speaker 2: technology in twenty twenty four because they all every company
20:42
Speaker 2: use the same towers, and they've got access to all
20:45
Speaker 2: three major networks. So make the switch and make a
20:49
Speaker 2: difference with every phone call you make. Go to Patriotmobile
20:53
Speaker 2: dot com slash verdict. That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict,
20:57
Speaker 2: or call them nine to seven to two Patriots. That's
21:00
Speaker 2: ninety seven to Patriot right now and get a free
21:03
Speaker 2: month when you use the offer code verdict. Join me
21:07
Speaker 2: and switch to America's only Christian conservative mobile provider today
21:12
Speaker 2: Patriotmobile dot com slash Verdict or nine to seven to
21:15
Speaker 2: two Patriot and use that promo code vertict for free
21:18
Speaker 2: month of service today. Senator, Let's also just talk about
21:24
Speaker 2: I think the silent majority was sick and tired of
21:28
Speaker 2: being dictated to and yelled at and called hitler and
21:31
Speaker 2: called garbage.
21:33
Speaker 1: I think that played into this race.
21:35
Speaker 2: For the first time a Republican has won the popular
21:38
Speaker 2: vote in two decades, twenty plus years. If that doesn't
21:42
Speaker 2: feel like vindication, I don't know what is. But this
21:45
Speaker 2: was a moment where Americans stood up to the media.
21:48
Speaker 2: They stood up to the Taylor Swifts and the Beyonces,
21:52
Speaker 2: the and the George Cloones of the world and all
21:55
Speaker 2: these radicals in the media and said no, no, no, I'm
21:58
Speaker 2: not going to be quiet. I'm not going to be
21:59
Speaker 2: told of them a racists or bigot because I stand
22:01
Speaker 2: up for my traditional values and.
22:03
Speaker 1: You're not going to bully me anymore. This is massive.
22:08
Speaker 4: I think You're exactly right. It turns out it is
22:10
Speaker 4: a bad electoral strategy to insult and condescend and treat
22:16
Speaker 4: the voters like crap. And that's what the Democrats look
22:19
Speaker 4: In the last two weeks, you had Kamala Harris launch
22:22
Speaker 4: their strategy of calling Donald Trump hitler. You then had
22:26
Speaker 4: Joe Biden calling half of America pieces of garbage, and
22:30
Speaker 4: you then had Mark Cuban on behalf of Kamala Harris,
22:33
Speaker 4: her top surrogate, go out and insult women and say
22:37
Speaker 4: there are no smart and strong women voting for Donald Trump.
22:40
Speaker 3: That combination.
22:41
Speaker 4: Look, I got to tell you, I've run on a
22:45
Speaker 4: lot of elections. I've never found that insulting the voters
22:48
Speaker 4: is a smart electoral strategy. And it was a little
22:51
Speaker 4: bizarre to see the Democrats go all in on that.
22:55
Speaker 1: Yeah, it didn't work and it was a failure. There.
22:58
Speaker 2: Let's talk about what happened in the Senate, because I
23:02
Speaker 2: think this goes back to how important it was with
23:04
Speaker 2: your race and the fact that you were able to
23:06
Speaker 2: win by such a large margin over already there was
23:09
Speaker 2: an incredible amount of money. We didn't get talk about
23:11
Speaker 2: this on Verdicts. As we mentioned earlier, but there was
23:13
Speaker 2: an incredible amount of money and Chuck Schumer, you were
23:16
Speaker 2: his number one target. They came after you. They basically
23:20
Speaker 2: kind of pulled away from this race a little bit
23:22
Speaker 2: financially after you just wiped him during the debate. Congratulations
23:26
Speaker 2: on that something we didn't get to talk about on
23:28
Speaker 2: the show. But if people are boring, they're junkies like
23:31
Speaker 2: I am, and you want to watch one hell of
23:32
Speaker 2: a debate, go watch Center Cruise and they all read debate.
23:35
Speaker 2: It was unbelievable and that shifted the race financially. But
23:39
Speaker 2: the amount of money that came in from outside to
23:42
Speaker 2: try to turn Texas into a liberal state. But at
23:46
Speaker 2: the end of the day, Republicans are closer to flipping
23:49
Speaker 2: New York in Texas, and that is a data point
23:53
Speaker 2: as well that I think you got to look at.
23:55
Speaker 4: Yeah, no, no, that's exactly right. I will say the debate.
23:58
Speaker 4: The debate was ridiculous fun. I loved that debate. I
24:02
Speaker 4: had a lot of fun doing it, and I think
24:04
Speaker 4: it went well.
24:07
Speaker 3: I will look this race.
24:09
Speaker 4: Chuck Schumer was explicit that I was his number one
24:12
Speaker 4: target in the country, and they flooded cash into the
24:17
Speaker 4: state of Texas. This race was the single most expensive
24:21
Speaker 4: Senate race in the entire country. It will end up
24:24
Speaker 4: being nearly a quarter billion dollars. Nearly two hundred and
24:28
Speaker 4: fifty million dollars will have been spent on both sides
24:32
Speaker 4: in this race. That ain't cheap. Schumer poured well over
24:38
Speaker 4: one hundred million into the race. And I got to
24:41
Speaker 4: say one of my more fun things that I enjoyed
24:43
Speaker 4: doing last night at the election night speech, as I
24:47
Speaker 4: took the opportunity to thank Schumer, I said, thanks, Chuck,
24:51
Speaker 4: we may have won a couple more Senate seats tonight
24:53
Speaker 4: because you wasted so much money in the state of Texas.
24:56
Speaker 4: So I appreciate that, and it I gotta say, I
25:01
Speaker 4: guarantee you there's some Democrats who are second guessing that,
25:04
Speaker 4: who are questioning did that make any sense just to
25:06
Speaker 4: pour the money into Texas and lose the states they lost.
25:12
Speaker 2: You talk about the Senate agenda moving forward. Obviously the
25:15
Speaker 2: border is going to be something very quick. But there
25:17
Speaker 2: are some new ideas that have come out of this
25:19
Speaker 2: Trump campaign that connected with voters. A great example is
25:23
Speaker 2: Elon Musk and Trump talking about, hey, retired people should
25:26
Speaker 2: be completely tax exempt they've already paid their taxes. We
25:29
Speaker 2: need to stop taxing social Security benefits, some of these
25:33
Speaker 2: common sense things. What are the chances that some of
25:37
Speaker 2: these ideas that connected with the American people. No taxes
25:39
Speaker 2: on tips is another example, will turn into a reality
25:44
Speaker 2: if we have the House and Senate or is that
25:46
Speaker 2: still going to be a really tough thing to get done.
25:49
Speaker 4: Look, if we have the House, I think we'll get
25:51
Speaker 4: it done. No taxes on tips. I'm the author of
25:54
Speaker 4: that legislation in the Senate. When I introduced it, it
25:57
Speaker 4: was interesting. It's bipartisan legislation. Both of the Democrat senators
26:02
Speaker 4: from Nevada joined almost immediately. They told me twenty five
26:05
Speaker 4: percent of the workers in Nevada are tipped workers, and
26:08
Speaker 4: so they jumped on immediately. If we have the House,
26:14
Speaker 4: I think it will be part of the tax cuts,
26:16
Speaker 4: no taxes on tips. I also think we'll get it done.
26:19
Speaker 4: No taxes on Social Security. That is a little bit
26:22
Speaker 4: harder to do because in terms of the budgetary cost
26:24
Speaker 4: it's not cheap, and so the negotiations back and forth
26:28
Speaker 4: that there'll be some bumps on that. But the President
26:31
Speaker 4: is pushing for it. I'm strongly in favor of it.
26:33
Speaker 4: I think we'll get it done as part of the
26:34
Speaker 4: tax cuts. Both of those are big, big, important policy ideas.
26:40
Speaker 4: And listen, in terms of the Senate, let's break down
26:42
Speaker 4: where we stand on the Senate right now. So we
26:44
Speaker 4: went into last night with the Democrats having a fifty
26:47
Speaker 4: one to forty nine majority. As of right now, Republicans
26:52
Speaker 4: have fifty two. So we have three pickups that are clear.
26:56
Speaker 4: One of them is West Virginia. We knew that was
26:58
Speaker 4: one hundred percent, and so Jim Justice, the governor, is
27:02
Speaker 4: going to now be the Senator. He's going to replace
27:04
Speaker 4: Joe Manchin. The Democrats basically conceded West Virginia once Joe
27:08
Speaker 4: Manchin wasn't running. There wasn't a Democrat alive who could
27:11
Speaker 4: win West Virginia. They conceded that. The two others that
27:14
Speaker 4: we have won are Montana and Ohio. Montana was John Tester.
27:19
Speaker 4: Montana is a bright red state and Tim Sheeh just
27:22
Speaker 4: just beat Tester. That's a victory we thought was quite
27:25
Speaker 4: likely and it happened. Montana is too red a state
27:31
Speaker 4: to be represented by a Democrat. Ohio, likewise, Sharett Brown
27:35
Speaker 4: was beaten by Bernie Moreno last night. That's a great victory.
27:39
Speaker 4: That was a hard fought victory. I'll tell you Shared
27:43
Speaker 4: Brown and John Tester two the very best politicians in
27:46
Speaker 4: the country. You don't get elected counter to the way
27:50
Speaker 4: your state generally votes unless you're really really talented. And
27:54
Speaker 4: you know, John Tester with a flat top haircut, Nate Figures,
27:58
Speaker 4: he seemed like a big old fat mine tan of
28:00
Speaker 4: rancher that just was a regular guy, and it got
28:02
Speaker 4: them elected even when Trump was carrying the state and
28:05
Speaker 4: Republicans were carrying the state in past years. SAME's true
28:08
Speaker 4: in Ohio where Shared Brown seemed like just a regular
28:12
Speaker 4: guy at the Union Hall, and there were voters in
28:15
Speaker 4: Ohio that were voting Donald Trump Shared Brown. Now, both
28:19
Speaker 4: Brown and Tester vote like communists. They vote like like
28:22
Speaker 4: like Chuck Schumer, but they're very good character actors, and
28:26
Speaker 4: when they're back at home they pretended not to. Those
28:29
Speaker 4: two victories ensure that we have the majority in the Senate.
28:34
Speaker 4: And then on top of that, right now we have
28:37
Speaker 4: four other possibilities. We had one hard loss. We did
28:40
Speaker 4: not win Wisconsin. We were leading a good chunk of
28:43
Speaker 4: the night. Eric Hovedy was it was narrowly leading Tammy
28:46
Speaker 4: Baldwin's Wisconsin's now been called for the Democrats, So assuming
28:50
Speaker 4: those numbers are right, it looks like we did not
28:53
Speaker 4: win Wisconsin in the Senate, although Trump won Wisconsin and
28:57
Speaker 4: the presidential Right now, we have a shot at winning Pennsylvania, Michigan, Nevada,
29:05
Speaker 4: and Arizona, and all of those are uncalled right now.
29:09
Speaker 3: And here are the numbers.
29:10
Speaker 4: Pennsylvania right now, Dave McCormick, the Republican is leading forty
29:15
Speaker 4: eight point nine percent to forty eight point five.
29:19
Speaker 3: Percent, so it's really really close.
29:24
Speaker 4: Michigan, Michigan right now, the Democrat is leading forty eight
29:28
Speaker 4: point six percent to forty eight point three percent, so
29:32
Speaker 4: we are down by point three percent both Pennsylvania and Michigan.
29:37
Speaker 4: Ninety seven percent of the vote is in Nevada, Nevada
29:41
Speaker 4: right now, the Republican Sam Brown is leading forty seven
29:45
Speaker 4: point five percent to forty seven percent. That would be
29:49
Speaker 4: a flip if we won Nevada. Eighty eight percent of
29:54
Speaker 4: the vote is in there, and then Arizona, Arizona. Right now,
29:58
Speaker 4: this is probably the it's the furthest distance we have
30:02
Speaker 4: to have to climb. The Democrat is leading fifty point
30:05
Speaker 4: four percent to forty seven point seven percent, So it's
30:10
Speaker 4: three points that we need to pick.
30:12
Speaker 3: Up, almost three points.
30:14
Speaker 4: Now, only sixty three percent of the vote is in
30:17
Speaker 4: in Arizona, and it's America Copa County. It's the suburbs
30:21
Speaker 4: of Phoenix that are still counting. So look, it is
30:25
Speaker 4: certainly possible that we win Arizona. Trump is one Arizona,
30:29
Speaker 4: but three points is a bigger margin to close than
30:32
Speaker 4: the other states. And so all four of those we're
30:34
Speaker 4: going to wait and see.
30:35
Speaker 2: Let's talk finally about the takeaways from the media, and
30:39
Speaker 2: I'll go back to what I said earlier. Donald Trump
30:42
Speaker 2: trumped them all. He trumped the Democrats, he trumped the globalists,
30:46
Speaker 2: he trumped the deep state, he trumped the news media.
30:50
Speaker 2: They're still having meltdowns. This morning, the View, the girls
30:55
Speaker 2: on the View, the ladies in the View came out
30:56
Speaker 2: wearing black like it was a funeral, no health crisis.
31:01
Speaker 2: MSNBC's o'donnelld trash as the Founding Fathers called the Electoral
31:05
Speaker 2: College voter suppression. This morning, Joy Reid at MSNBC said,
31:10
Speaker 2: Ford extreme right wing fascist state now officially Van Jones
31:16
Speaker 2: came out and started playing the race card, in the
31:18
Speaker 2: gender card. John Stewart had a total meltdown on his show,
31:23
Speaker 2: And this is just what we're seeing in the moments
31:27
Speaker 2: after a Trump victory. It's like they didn't learn their lesson.
31:33
Speaker 2: I mean, you would think they would take away and go, Okay,
31:35
Speaker 2: what did we do wrong?
31:36
Speaker 1: They're not stopping.
31:39
Speaker 3: You know, look, we'll see what happens.
31:42
Speaker 4: I think there right now, there's a lot of blaming
31:45
Speaker 4: of Kamala for being a terrible candidate. There's a lot
31:47
Speaker 4: of blaming of Joe Biden for having been essentially unconscious
31:53
Speaker 4: for several years. I don't see the Democrats right now
32:00
Speaker 4: taking responsibility for gosh, we advocated an agenda that was
32:05
Speaker 4: horrible for America. You know, there used to be Senate
32:09
Speaker 4: moderates among the Democrats. I don't know of any Senate
32:14
Speaker 4: moderates left. The only two arguable ones where Joe Manchin
32:18
Speaker 4: and Kirsten Cinema. They're both gone, and so that that dynamic,
32:24
Speaker 4: you know, you look at. I would love to see
32:28
Speaker 4: some Democrats recalibrate and say let's move to the middle.
32:33
Speaker 4: But I think right now they're just emoting. They're just
32:36
Speaker 4: engaged in a combination of rage and shock and disbelief. Look,
32:45
Speaker 4: you know you and I talked about Mark Calpron he
32:48
Speaker 4: used to be the head of political news at ABC,
32:50
Speaker 4: did an interview with Tucker Carlson where Halprin said that
32:53
Speaker 4: he thought there would be real mental health crises and
32:58
Speaker 4: violence from the left if Trump won. That he was
33:02
Speaker 4: laying out the case that those of us not afflicted
33:06
Speaker 4: with Trump derangement syndrome do not understand just how much
33:10
Speaker 4: of a meltdown this will be. Look, I hope we
33:14
Speaker 4: don't go there, but I do think I don't see
33:18
Speaker 4: many Democrats willing to repent and change their ways.
33:24
Speaker 1: No that I couldn't agree with you more.
33:26
Speaker 2: I want to ask you another question, also about Elon
33:29
Speaker 2: Musk in just a second. But first let me tell
33:31
Speaker 2: you about my friend's over at Berna. If you want
33:35
Speaker 2: to be able to protect yourself and your family, but
33:38
Speaker 2: maybe you're at work at a place where you can't
33:40
Speaker 2: carry a firearm, or maybe you have a child that's eighteen,
33:43
Speaker 2: or a mother or a grandmother doesn't feel comfortable carrying
33:46
Speaker 2: a gun, well you've got to check out BURNA. Now
33:49
Speaker 2: I have this, and I'm a gun owner. I had
33:51
Speaker 2: to pull the trigger and use a firearm to protect
33:53
Speaker 2: my life. But I love knowing that a Berna is
33:57
Speaker 2: an option now. It is a less lethal pistol launcher.
34:01
Speaker 2: Berna can save two lives and it is a great
34:05
Speaker 2: compliment owning a firearm. If you or your family is
34:07
Speaker 2: in a situation where you feel threatened, then you can
34:10
Speaker 2: start with less lethal. It is legal in all fifty states.
34:15
Speaker 2: There are no permits or background checks needed. And I
34:18
Speaker 2: own this and I got them from my wife, my
34:20
Speaker 2: sister in law, my mother in law, my mom, and
34:23
Speaker 2: my sister. The Burner is the answer because it's designed
34:26
Speaker 2: to be easily used by all age groups eighteen and older.
34:30
Speaker 2: The Burner launcher has powerful deterrence like tear gas and
34:34
Speaker 2: kinetic rounds.
34:35
Speaker 1: With a sixty foot.
34:38
Speaker 2: Range, one shot can incapacitate attackers for up to forty minutes.
34:42
Speaker 2: It is used by government agencies and law enforcement around
34:45
Speaker 2: the country and more than a half million units have
34:48
Speaker 2: been sold with more than fourteen thousand, four and a
34:51
Speaker 2: half star reviews. So, if you want to know that
34:54
Speaker 2: you can always protect yourself, and you want to have options,
34:58
Speaker 2: especially for young people eighteen older. Maybe you've got a
35:01
Speaker 2: daughter that's living by herself, visit Berna. That's by r
35:06
Speaker 2: NA dot com slash verdict. You're gonna get ten percent
35:12
Speaker 2: off your purchase by r NA dot com slash verdict.
35:17
Speaker 2: For ten percent off your purchase, that's Berna dot Com
35:20
Speaker 2: slash verdict. Ten percent off by RNA dot Com. All right,
35:25
Speaker 2: let me ask you this question. You've actually met and
35:28
Speaker 2: chatted with Elon Musk. There is something different that's happening
35:32
Speaker 2: right now, and that's the people around Trump. Uh, there's
35:35
Speaker 2: a very good chance that Elon Musk could be involved
35:38
Speaker 2: in the in the Trump administration on a real level.
35:41
Speaker 2: We see him bring in people like RFK Junior. We
35:44
Speaker 2: see him bringing in different minds that traditional, you know,
35:47
Speaker 2: politicians have not done. How significant could it be to
35:51
Speaker 2: have a guy like Elon Musk coming in and looking at, like,
35:55
Speaker 2: you know, accountability and efficiency with the United States government,
35:58
Speaker 2: which is clearly a bloated and this is something he's
36:02
Speaker 2: really good at.
36:03
Speaker 3: Yeah.
36:04
Speaker 4: Look, Elon is extraordinary. I know him well, he's become
36:06
Speaker 4: a friend. I've spent a lot of time with Elon.
36:09
Speaker 4: I'll tell you that they're smart people you encounter in life.
36:14
Speaker 4: Elon is next level. I mean, there's just the guy
36:17
Speaker 4: is freakin' brilliant, and he knows how to run a company.
36:21
Speaker 4: Like you look at the incredible success he has, whether
36:25
Speaker 4: it's Tesla, whether it's it's SpaceX, whether it's the Boring Company,
36:29
Speaker 4: whether it is X, like he has an ability to run.
36:35
Speaker 4: And by the way, the many of those companies are
36:38
Speaker 4: like really precise manufacturers. You look at SpaceX where they're
36:43
Speaker 4: manufacturing rocket ships with precision with within a like a
36:47
Speaker 4: like a tenth of an inch or less.
36:50
Speaker 3: I mean it is.
36:51
Speaker 4: And I've been down to the like they're factory in Bocachica,
36:53
Speaker 4: down down by Brownsville in the southern tip of Texas.
36:56
Speaker 3: I mean it is remarkable.
36:57
Speaker 4: They're turning out a rocket ship a month and they
36:59
Speaker 4: just built it out of nothing.
37:01
Speaker 3: I mean it is.
37:02
Speaker 4: It's incredible, and Elon is all in. We saw him
37:08
Speaker 4: pour himself into this election. At the end, I think
37:10
Speaker 4: it made a difference. I think he made a difference
37:12
Speaker 4: in Pennsylvania where he really devoted a lot of time
37:15
Speaker 4: and energy and money and personal credibility. And I think
37:19
Speaker 4: it will be significant his impact on the federal government. Now,
37:22
Speaker 4: there are structural impediments to having efficiency in government, and
37:28
Speaker 4: so I don't think people should think we're suddenly going
37:31
Speaker 4: to be in Nirvana and everything will be solved. Because
37:36
Speaker 4: in a company, Elon can walk in and fire anyone
37:39
Speaker 4: he wants. And by the way, when he bought Twitter,
37:41
Speaker 4: he fired a whole bunch of the folks there and
37:44
Speaker 4: all the woke radicals, he basically said, bye bye, you're
37:46
Speaker 4: out of here. The federal government, that is much much
37:49
Speaker 4: harder to do. You've got civil service protections that enables
37:52
Speaker 4: career bureaucrats to burrow in. I think we will see
37:58
Speaker 4: the Trump administration take on the career bureaucracy in a
38:01
Speaker 4: way that has never ever happened before. That's a big deal.
38:05
Speaker 4: I expect Elon to play an important role in that.
38:08
Speaker 4: But I don't want to understate the legal barriers, the
38:13
Speaker 4: bureaucratic barriers, that it is not like just coming into
38:18
Speaker 4: a company where you have the ability to give anyone
38:20
Speaker 4: a pink slip. The bureaucracy will fight back. And by
38:24
Speaker 4: the way, in the first Trump term, we saw the
38:27
Speaker 4: deep state wage war on Donald Trump. I very much
38:30
Speaker 4: hope the team coming in understands much much better just
38:36
Speaker 4: how dangerous the foe is they're facing. Of the radical
38:40
Speaker 4: leftists who burrowed into the federal government and that they're
38:43
Speaker 4: better prepared and ready to take them on.
38:47
Speaker 1: Yeah, no doubt about it.
38:48
Speaker 2: And by the way, saving free speech by buying X
38:51
Speaker 2: just so people know how biased that I would say
38:56
Speaker 2: the media is. And I'm talking about the media. You
38:59
Speaker 2: have control over Facebook. We were comparing last night many
39:03
Speaker 2: conservative influencers and Center.
39:06
Speaker 1: You're gonna find this interesting.
39:07
Speaker 2: From October ninth through November the fifth, the reach that
39:13
Speaker 2: I had on Facebook was down eighty three point six
39:19
Speaker 2: percent as a conservative on Facebook in the month leading
39:24
Speaker 2: up to election.
39:25
Speaker 1: By and there were quite a few other conservatives.
39:29
Speaker 2: I was talking earlier with Megan McCain about this, and
39:32
Speaker 2: we opened up our analytics, our insights on our public pages,
39:36
Speaker 2: and again I'm looking at it right now. Eighty three
39:40
Speaker 2: point six percent. That's how much they turned off the
39:43
Speaker 2: faucet to free speech of conservative influencers on Facebook, on Meta,
39:49
Speaker 2: on Instagram in the last thirty days before the election.
39:53
Speaker 2: So the liberals had free flow of intel and information
39:57
Speaker 2: and their side and con conservatives were throttled almost eighty
40:02
Speaker 2: five percent. I just think that's interesting to see what
40:05
Speaker 2: Elon must have to save freedom of speech on x
40:09
Speaker 2: He didn't do that there. He let everybody talk. God
40:12
Speaker 2: bless America when it comes to that. Your final thoughts
40:15
Speaker 2: to all the listeners of Verdict, all those that came
40:17
Speaker 2: out and voted for you. I know you want to
40:19
Speaker 2: say something to them as well.
40:21
Speaker 4: Look to the listeners of Verdict, you guys are amazing.
40:23
Speaker 4: You're the most informed, you're the most engaged. You care
40:26
Speaker 4: about our nation. You're fighting to save our nation. And
40:30
Speaker 4: everyone in Texas who worked so unbelievably hard. Look that
40:34
Speaker 4: this was a battle I believe about keeping Texas Texas
40:37
Speaker 4: my race. The money, the media, everything that came in
40:41
Speaker 4: against us. They if you live in Texas. By the way,
40:45
Speaker 4: thank god the ads are over. I mean, you couldn't
40:48
Speaker 4: turn on your TV without every second or third ad
40:50
Speaker 4: being an attack ad just hammering the living daylights out
40:54
Speaker 4: of me and the people of Texas. I'll tell you
40:56
Speaker 4: it was inspirational. You came out on the road with me.
40:58
Speaker 4: We did a fifty three stop bus tour all across
41:03
Speaker 4: the state of Texas, over nine thousand miles we covered,
41:06
Speaker 4: We did rallies everywhere, and it was incredible. The people
41:10
Speaker 4: and you're just ordinary people, students, senior citizens, single moms, Hispanics,
41:16
Speaker 4: African Americans, just Texans standing up and saying we want
41:21
Speaker 4: to keep Texas Texas. We want low taxes, low and
41:25
Speaker 4: reasonable regulations, lots of jobs. We want security, we want
41:29
Speaker 4: the border secure. We want to support law enforcement. We
41:32
Speaker 4: want criminals in jail. We want to defend our freedom.
41:34
Speaker 4: We want free speech, religious liberty, the Second Amendment. All
41:38
Speaker 4: of that was on the ballot last night. And I
41:40
Speaker 4: want to say it is breathtaking the Texans that came
41:43
Speaker 4: out for me and nationally, the people who supported the campaign,
41:46
Speaker 4: who contributed the campaign, thank you, thank you, thank you.
41:51
Speaker 4: And the people who supported Donald Trump, who supported Senate
41:55
Speaker 4: candidates and House candidates across the country. You helped change
42:00
Speaker 4: America and I believe pull it back from the brink
42:04
Speaker 4: of destruction. And I just want to say thank you
42:07
Speaker 4: to the incredible patriots who together saved America last night.
42:13
Speaker 2: I will say this too, The work is just begun.
42:16
Speaker 2: I promise you We're going to be fighting hard for you, guys.
42:19
Speaker 2: This is just the beginning. Don't forget. We do this
