- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is Verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you.
- 0:04Speaker 2: So nice to have you with us. After we had
- 0:07Speaker 2: an abbreviated podcast yesterday, we're back up and running our
- 0:11Speaker 2: I say two days ago, we're back up and running now.
- 0:14Speaker 2: It never fails that you have technical issues on the
- 0:16Speaker 2: biggest nights. But we got through it and we appreciate
- 0:19Speaker 2: you guys listening to us today because we have a
- 0:21Speaker 2: lot to talk about with the Devon Archer issue. We first,
- 0:26Speaker 2: obviously have to deal with the fact that yet again
- 0:28Speaker 2: Donald Trump's being charged and arraigned on more charges against him.
- 0:33Speaker 2: I want to get your reaction to that before we
- 0:35Speaker 2: do a deep dive into the Devon Archer testimony before Congress.
- 0:39Speaker 3: Well, this week is a huge week in terms of
- 0:42Speaker 3: developments for the rule of law, developments for Joe Biden,
- 0:45Speaker 3: developments for Hunter Biden, and developments for Donald Trump. This week, obviously,
- 0:50Speaker 3: Donald Trump was indicted yet again a third time by
- 0:53Speaker 3: Special Counsel Jack Smith. It is an indictment that I
- 0:57Speaker 3: believe is a political indictment. It is the latest man
- 1:00Speaker 3: festation of the politicization of the Department of Justice, where
- 1:03Speaker 3: the Democrats every time there are bad developments about Joe Biden,
- 1:09Speaker 3: about Hunter Biden, they immediately turn around and try to
- 1:13Speaker 3: overtake the news cycle with yet another attack on Donald Trump.
- 1:18Speaker 3: And it is doing severe damage to the integrity of
- 1:23Speaker 3: the Department of Justice.
- 1:24Speaker 4: And listen.
- 1:25Speaker 3: Actually, yesterday one of Trump's lawyers outside the courtroom expressed
- 1:30Speaker 3: it really powerfully the shameless timing of each of these indictments.
- 1:36Speaker 4: Give a listen.
- 1:37Speaker 5: The fact that I am standing here for the third
- 1:41Speaker 5: time in five months is not a coincidence. This is
- 1:45Speaker 5: the Biden political law fair that we have seen time
- 1:49Speaker 5: and time again. It is a deflection from everything that
- 1:54Speaker 5: they have done. And if you don't believe me, look
- 1:56Speaker 5: at the facts. On March seventeenth, accidentally admits that it
- 2:01Speaker 5: was his laptop for health. The next day, Dan Alvin
- 2:06Speaker 5: Bragg indicts President Trump. June, an FBI document is released
- 2:14Speaker 5: showing that the Ukrainians paid the mind In crime family
- 2:18Speaker 5: millions and millions of dollars. The next day the mari
- 2:22Speaker 5: Lago Raider and the Marilago indictment. Last week, Hunter Biden's
- 2:28Speaker 5: Sweetheart plea deal fell through when the judge realized it
- 2:32Speaker 5: had blanket immunity. The following day, a superseding indictment against
- 2:39Speaker 5: Donald Trump. July thirty first, Devin Archer goes to testify
- 2:46Speaker 5: in front of the House. That was only after they
- 2:50Speaker 5: failed to put him in jail prior to the fact.
- 2:54Speaker 5: What happens the next day, the January sixth indictment that.
- 2:58Speaker 6: We're here for today. This is not a coincidence.
- 3:02Speaker 7: This is election interference.
- 3:03Speaker 5: At its finest against the leading candidate right now for
- 3:08Speaker 5: president for either party.
- 3:12Speaker 2: You hear that, and this is I'm so glad that
- 3:15Speaker 2: the Trump team did this to remind people. We actually
- 3:19Speaker 2: did this on the show Center just a couple of
- 3:22Speaker 2: days ago. They're not even trying to hide how biased
- 3:26Speaker 2: they are. It's like, all right, you do something exposing
- 3:29Speaker 2: the Biden crime family. We're gonna put Donald Trump in
- 3:32Speaker 2: prison for now, what is it, five hundred and seventy
- 3:35Speaker 2: six years. I'm not exaggerating it. It's actually like pretty
- 3:37Speaker 2: close to the number if he's found guilty on everything.
- 3:40Speaker 1: They're not hiding it at all.
- 3:42Speaker 4: But you can't understand.
- 3:43Speaker 3: The objective is not to put Donald Trump in prison
- 3:46Speaker 3: for a day. The objective Joe Biden's political objective, Merrick
- 3:50Speaker 3: Garland's political objective Number one. They want Trump to win
- 3:53Speaker 3: the primary, and they have recognized that every time they
- 3:56Speaker 3: indict him, his numbers go up in the Republican primary.
- 4:00Speaker 4: Umber two.
- 4:00Speaker 3: The reason, one of the key reasons they want them
- 4:02Speaker 3: to win the primary is they want in September and
- 4:06Speaker 3: October of next year, right before election day. They want
- 4:10Speaker 3: ideally multiple criminal trials ongoing. They want Trump being prosecuted.
- 4:16Speaker 3: They want all of the headlines to be about anything
- 4:19Speaker 3: other than the disastrous Joe Biden record. They don't want
- 4:23Speaker 3: to talk about the chaos at our southern border and seven.
- 4:26Speaker 4: Million illegal immigrants under Joe Biden.
- 4:28Speaker 3: They don't want to talk about the train wreck that
- 4:30Speaker 3: is Bidenomics, including seeing the US credit rating downgraded after
- 4:35Speaker 3: Biden and the Democrats engaged in trillions of dollars of
- 4:38Speaker 3: a reckless spending spree. They don't want to talk about
- 4:41Speaker 3: rising crime rates because of their assault on law enforcement
- 4:45Speaker 3: and police across this country. They don't want to talk
- 4:47Speaker 3: about the disaster of foreign policy, including the largest land
- 4:50Speaker 3: war in Europe since World War Two. They don't want
- 4:53Speaker 3: to talk about the shameful surrender to the Taliban and
- 4:58Speaker 3: withdraw in Afghanistan. They don't I want to talk about
- 5:00Speaker 3: how every enemy of America is stronger today and how
- 5:04Speaker 3: Joe Biden has weakened and undermine our allies across the country.
- 5:08Speaker 3: None of that do they want the conversation to be about.
- 5:10Speaker 3: They want the conversation to be about today in the
- 5:13Speaker 3: criminal trial against Donald Trump. Here's the horrible testimony we heard.
- 5:17Speaker 3: They believe that's how they win, and that We've talked
- 5:22Speaker 3: a lot in this podcast about how the far left,
- 5:27Speaker 3: what they accuse you of, is what they're doing that
- 5:30Speaker 3: is an assault on democracy because they don't trust the voters.
- 5:34Speaker 3: They don't want the voters to vote on Biden's record
- 5:37Speaker 3: because if we vote on Biden's record, Biden loses. Instead,
- 5:42Speaker 3: they want to use the Department of Justice to.
- 5:46Speaker 4: Steal the election.
- 5:47Speaker 3: And let's be clear, they're trying to steal it by
- 5:49Speaker 3: dominating the headlines, by bringing the full force of the
- 5:54Speaker 3: federal government to bring case after case after case and listen,
- 5:58Speaker 3: we talked about on Wednesdays podcast how the objective of
- 6:04Speaker 3: this latest indictment isn't to send Trump to jail. It
- 6:08Speaker 3: is rather to bring this case before a DC jury
- 6:12Speaker 3: that is overwhelmingly Democrat, that overwhelmingly despises Donald Trump. They
- 6:16Speaker 3: got lucky, and they got one of the most left wing,
- 6:19Speaker 3: if not the most left wing, federal district judge in
- 6:21Speaker 3: d C who presumably is going to rule against Trump
- 6:24Speaker 3: over and over and over again. There's a very real
- 6:27Speaker 3: possibility they get a guilty verdict from a DC jury,
- 6:32Speaker 3: and in their perfect world, they'd like that guilty verdict
- 6:35Speaker 3: maybe about October twentieth of next year. Would would be
- 6:39Speaker 3: the Democrat dreams scenario. Now they know full well if
- 6:45Speaker 3: there is a guilty verdict, when that goes up on
- 6:47Speaker 3: appeal and when it gets up to the Supreme Court,
- 6:49Speaker 3: it is overwhelmingly likely to be thrown out. That this
- 6:53Speaker 3: indictment is an indictment for challenging the results of an election,
- 6:58Speaker 3: which you're entitled to do, which Democrats do after election
- 7:01Speaker 3: after election after election. It's an indictment for engaging in
- 7:04Speaker 3: free speech and Donald Trump's standing up and expressing his
- 7:07Speaker 3: views about voter fraud. It's an indictment saying it is
- 7:10Speaker 3: criminal that he did not believe some of the advice
- 7:14Speaker 3: he was given. You read the indictment and it's really laughable.
- 7:16Speaker 3: It says, well, Trump knew his claims were false, because
- 7:18Speaker 3: so and so told them they were false. Now, mind you,
- 7:22Speaker 3: he had other people telling him they were true. And
- 7:24Speaker 3: according to the Biden Department of Justice, if you pick
- 7:27Speaker 3: the wrong person to listen to, that is now suddenly
- 7:29Speaker 3: a criminal offense. This is election interference.
- 7:33Speaker 4: It is also.
- 7:35Speaker 3: Ongoing news management.
- 7:37Speaker 4: And so we talked about.
- 7:38Speaker 3: In Wednesday's pod how you and I sat down Tuesday
- 7:42Speaker 3: afternoon to record Wednesday's pod and the entire topic was
- 7:47Speaker 3: going to be about Devon Archer, that it was major
- 7:50Speaker 3: news breaking, and as we were sitting down we were
- 7:52Speaker 3: about to record it, we both got over our phones.
- 7:56Speaker 3: Trump's notification I'm going to be indicted at five pm
- 7:58Speaker 3: to day and we're like, oh, never mind. And not
- 8:02Speaker 3: only was it successful in clearing Devon Archer off of
- 8:05Speaker 3: the six o'clock news on every station, which it probably
- 8:08Speaker 3: would have done anyway, but it even cleared it off
- 8:11Speaker 3: of this podcast, where we had to devote Wednesday's podcast
- 8:15Speaker 3: to that indictment, which meant we didn't get to Devon Archer.
- 8:19Speaker 3: So what we're gonna do now, Listen, there's gonna be
- 8:21Speaker 3: plenty of time and podcasts to come to analyze the
- 8:26Speaker 3: legal issues in Trump Indictment number one Trump and Dita
- 8:29Speaker 3: number two, Trump and Dictment number three Trump Indictment number
- 8:32Speaker 3: four hundred and thirty six, all of the ones that
- 8:34Speaker 3: are gonna bring There'll be plenty of time for that
- 8:37Speaker 3: this part.
- 8:37Speaker 1: There's gonna be a lot of that.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Yeah, And today, that's why it's so important that we
- 8:41Speaker 2: talk about Devon Archer. Before we do that, I do
- 8:44Speaker 2: want to tell people about a really cool event coming
- 8:46Speaker 2: up for Verdict listeners that I want you to be

- 10:19Speaker 2: Senator let's get into Devin Archer here, and when you
- 10:23Speaker 2: look at his testimony, give me a couple of your
- 10:26Speaker 2: big takeaways of what was said that was even shocking
- 10:29Speaker 2: to you, Just an overall recap of how in saying
- 10:34Speaker 2: his testimony actually was.
- 10:36Speaker 3: Well, the biggest and most consequential thing that Devin Archer
- 10:40Speaker 3: testified to is that Joe Biden has been lying to
- 10:43Speaker 3: the American people for years, and the Biden White House
- 10:45Speaker 3: has been lying to the American people for years. That
- 10:48Speaker 3: when Joe Biden said he had never discussed any of
- 10:51Speaker 3: Hunter's overseas business deals dealings with Hunter Biden, assuming Devin
- 10:55Speaker 3: Archer is telling the truth, Joe Biden was flat out
- 10:58Speaker 3: lying that he had had roughly twenty conversations that Devon
- 11:03Speaker 3: Archer was aware of. That is bombshell testimony because it
- 11:08Speaker 3: goes right to the heart of Joe Biden's central defense
- 11:13Speaker 3: that gosh, this was just Hunter doing his thing, it
- 11:16Speaker 3: wasn't me, and listen, I think the best way to
- 11:20Speaker 3: do this is to actually walk systematically through some of
- 11:23Speaker 3: the testimony. So Devn Archer met Hunter Biden sometime between
- 11:29Speaker 3: two thousand and two thousand and four, and Devin Archer
- 11:32Speaker 3: became involved in Bearisma in twenty fourteen when he joined
- 11:36Speaker 3: the Barisma board and the relationship started when Mikolas Lochski
- 11:44Speaker 3: and Vadam Posharski were on the target list of potential
- 11:49Speaker 3: investors in a fund that was known as Rosemont Real
- 11:54Speaker 3: Estate Acquisition Fund one. He also confirmed that the former
- 12:00Speaker 3: president of Poland, Alexander Kwasnyuski, joined the Barisma board, and notably,
- 12:07Speaker 3: this same point was in the FD ten twenty three
- 12:11Speaker 3: that the FBI prepared, So this is on one level
- 12:15Speaker 3: of concurrence between those two. Devin Archer described how he
- 12:19Speaker 3: flew to Warsaw in March of twenty fourteen to meet
- 12:22Speaker 3: with Kwasnyuski and to discuss Devin Archer's joining Barisma's board,
- 12:28Speaker 3: and he said that he recalled Hunter Biden, referring to
- 12:31Speaker 3: President Biden as quote my guy when shown the email
- 12:37Speaker 3: he received from Hunter Biden on April twelfth. Now, now
- 12:41Speaker 3: think about this for a second, Ben, have you ever
- 12:45Speaker 3: referred to your dad as my guy?
- 12:47Speaker 2: No, not once in my life, certainly not in the
- 12:50Speaker 2: sense of like, hey, he's my guy that I'm selling
- 12:53Speaker 2: it a hot to the highest bidder in the world.
- 12:55Speaker 3: Right, Look, that's not normal. Daddy was Hunter's business. That's
- 12:59Speaker 3: why he was my guy. I've lived fifty two years.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I'm quite confident I've never referred to my father as
- 13:04Speaker 3: my guy because that's not my business. That was Hunter's business.
- 13:10Speaker 3: Devon Archer discussed Hunter talking about how bringing then Vice
- 13:15Speaker 3: President Biden. To be clear, Joe Biden was the sitting
- 13:17Speaker 3: Vice president of the United States at that time, how
- 13:20Speaker 3: bringing then Vice President Biden to Ukraine would add value
- 13:24Speaker 3: in the eyes of Barisma, and Devin Archer described that
- 13:26Speaker 3: as quote pretty obvious if you're you know, you're the
- 13:32Speaker 3: son of a vice president. Now here's an exchange. The
- 13:38Speaker 3: Majority Council the Republican Council asked Devon Archer the following.
- 13:43Speaker 3: You keep saying the brand, but by brand you mean
- 13:48Speaker 3: the Biden family.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Correct Archer, Correct, Majority.
- 13:53Speaker 3: Council, and that brand is what, in your opinion was
- 13:57Speaker 3: the majority of what the value that was delivered from
- 14:01Speaker 3: Hunter Biden to Barisma.
- 14:03Speaker 4: Archer.
- 14:04Speaker 3: I didn't say majority, but I wouldn't speculate on percentages,
- 14:07Speaker 3: but I do think that was an element of it.
- 14:10Speaker 3: Representative Andy Biggs chimes in, when you say Biden family,
- 14:15Speaker 3: sorry to cut in here, I just want to get
- 14:17Speaker 3: a clarification. You aren't talking about doctor Jill or anybody else.
- 14:23Speaker 3: You're talking about Joe Biden. Is that fair to say?
- 14:26Speaker 4: Archer? Yeah, that's fair to say.
- 14:30Speaker 3: Listen, I think it's I don't think about it as
- 14:33Speaker 3: you know Joe directly, but it's fair, that's fair to
- 14:37Speaker 3: say obviously that brought the most value to the brand.
- 14:42Speaker 3: So there's a reason that Joe Biden was my guide
- 14:45Speaker 3: to Hunter, because Joe Biden was the brand that was
- 14:49Speaker 3: being sold. All right, next exchange, Majority Council. That Hunter
- 14:57Speaker 3: Biden was adding value that he was adding was in part,
- 15:01Speaker 3: as you said, his family Archer. Uh huh, Majority Council.
- 15:06Speaker 3: And so what is your basis for knowing that, Archer?
- 15:11Speaker 3: My basis for knowing that, Well, I think there was
- 15:15Speaker 3: there are particular you know, objectives that Barisma was trying
- 15:18Speaker 3: to accomplish, and a lot of it's about opening doors,
- 15:20Speaker 3: you know, globally in DC, and I think that you know,
- 15:25Speaker 3: that was the you know, and then obviously having those
- 15:27Speaker 3: doors open, you know, sent the right signals you know,
- 15:30Speaker 3: for Bearisma to you know, carry on its business and
- 15:34Speaker 3: be successful. All right, here's the next conversation, Archer quote.
- 15:41Speaker 3: My only thought is that I think Borisma would have
- 15:44Speaker 3: gone out of business if it didn't have the brand
- 15:48Speaker 3: attached to it. Now pause to think for a second.
- 15:51Speaker 3: He just testified to Congress that Barisma the Ukrainian natural
- 15:55Speaker 3: gas company owned by a corrupt Ukrainian oligark would have
- 16:00Speaker 3: gone out of business if it didn't have the brand.
- 16:02Speaker 3: What is the brand Joe Biden attached to it? So
- 16:05Speaker 3: there's a reason they paid Hunter a million bucks a
- 16:07Speaker 3: year because attaching Joe Biden's name to the company kept
- 16:11Speaker 3: the company solvent. Archer continues, that's my only honest opinion.
- 16:18Speaker 3: But I have no basis for any never heard any conversations.
- 16:23Speaker 4: And then.
- 16:25Speaker 3: Then you see the Democrats jump in and Representative Goldman,
- 16:29Speaker 3: and Goldman who was the lead lawyer for the Democrats
- 16:33Speaker 3: and the Trump impeachments, and he's now a baby freshman
- 16:36Speaker 3: Democrat representative from New York. He's decided his job is
- 16:40Speaker 3: to be Hunter Biden's lawyer, and so he's jumping in.
- 16:43Speaker 4: He says, what, but that's different than Joe Biden's.
- 16:46Speaker 3: Action, because you know, Goldman's representative Goldman's job is to
- 16:50Speaker 3: defend Joe Biden Hunter Biden. Archer goes, right, Goldman, you're
- 16:55Speaker 3: just talking about that Hunter was on the board, Archer, right.
- 16:58Speaker 3: And I think that's why Goldman and so Archer it
- 17:02Speaker 3: was able to survive for as long as it did.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Goldman by because of additional capital or Archer just because
- 17:12Speaker 3: of the brand Goldman. Well, I don't understand. How does
- 17:17Speaker 3: that have an impact?
- 17:18Speaker 1: Archer?
- 17:19Speaker 3: Well, the capabilities to navigate DC that they were able to,
- 17:22Speaker 3: you know, basically be in the news cycle, and I
- 17:24Speaker 3: think that preserved them from a you know, from a
- 17:27Speaker 3: longevity standpoint. That's like, my honest, that's really what I
- 17:30Speaker 3: think that That's like how I think holistically, Goldman. But
- 17:34Speaker 3: how would that work, Archer? Because people would be intimidated
- 17:39Speaker 3: to mess with them Goldman in what way?
- 17:43Speaker 4: Archer? Legally? Goldman?
- 17:46Speaker 3: Uh huh Archer. So on this line of questioning, I
- 17:50Speaker 3: have no like proof, I have no nothing. All right,
- 17:53Speaker 3: let's see though what he does have proof with here's
- 17:56Speaker 3: another line of questioning. Majority Council, and I want to
- 18:00Speaker 3: talk about the value going back to this, it would
- 18:03Speaker 3: be the Spring of twenty fourteen Cafe Milano dinner.
- 18:06Speaker 4: Archer.
- 18:06Speaker 3: Uh huh, Spring of fourteen, Yeah, the first one Majority Council.
- 18:11Speaker 3: And since we talked about it before the break, if
- 18:13Speaker 3: you could just recap, could you say again who was there?
- 18:17Speaker 1: Now?
- 18:17Speaker 3: This Cafe Milano is the Sishi restaurant in DC, and
- 18:20Speaker 3: there was a dinner. Here's Archer's answer. Archer, sure, Keynes, Rakashev,
- 18:26Speaker 3: Kareem Massimov, Yolena Battterina, possibly Yuri Hunter Biden, Joe Biden,
- 18:34Speaker 3: mind you, Joe Biden's the Vice President of the United
- 18:35Speaker 3: States at the time, possibly Eric Schwerreen, Majority Council. The
- 18:41Speaker 3: duration of the time that Joe Biden stayed there, you
- 18:43Speaker 3: said you couldn't recall, but do you recall whether he
- 18:46Speaker 3: had dinner or whether, oh, he had dinner. Yeah, Archer says,
- 18:49Speaker 3: I recall that he had dinner. It was a regular,
- 18:52Speaker 3: not not a long dinner, but dinner. Majority Council. And
- 18:55Speaker 3: so this dinner takes place in the spring of twenty fourteen, approximately.
- 19:00Speaker 3: But then, do you recall getting a wire on February
- 19:03Speaker 3: fourteenth of twenty fourteen from Yelena Batcherina for three point
- 19:08Speaker 3: five million dollars to Rosemont Seneca Thornton Archer to Rosemont
- 19:13Speaker 3: Seneca Thornton Majority Council. Yes, Archer, yes, and why I
- 19:17Speaker 3: remember that is from the other testimony. Yes, all right,
- 19:22Speaker 3: so the Majority Council follows up on this Majority Council.
- 19:26Speaker 3: There's a wire, an incoming wire to the Rosemont Seneca
- 19:30Speaker 3: Bohai account for April twenty second of twenty fourteen for
- 19:33Speaker 3: one hundred and forty two thy three hundred dollars. Soon
- 19:36Speaker 3: thereafter there's an outgoing wire which appears to be the
- 19:39Speaker 3: next day to a beneficiary of Schneider Nelson Motor for
- 19:43Speaker 3: this exact same amount. What was first off? Our understanding
- 19:48Speaker 3: is that Novatas Holding PTE Limited is associated with Keynes
- 19:53Speaker 3: rashikev Archer.
- 19:55Speaker 4: That's my understanding.
- 19:57Speaker 3: Why did Rosemont Seneca Bohai receive this one hundred and
- 20:01Speaker 3: forty two thousand dollars payment from Rashakiv Archer? It was
- 20:06Speaker 3: for a car majority council for Who's car? Archer for
- 20:14Speaker 3: Hunter's car majority council. Was this a Porsche archer? It
- 20:21Speaker 3: gets a little foggy here, but I believe it was
- 20:24Speaker 3: a Fisker first and then a Porsche.
- 20:26Speaker 1: But it was.
- 20:27Speaker 3: Yes, it was majority council for an expensive car, archer
- 20:31Speaker 3: for an expensive car.
- 20:33Speaker 4: Yes.
- 20:33Speaker 3: So, by the way, the brand is very profitable. I'm curious, Ben,
- 20:38Speaker 3: you've lived for forty some odd years on planet Earth.
- 20:40Speaker 3: Have you ever had Russians? Why are you one hundred
- 20:42Speaker 3: and forty two thousand dollars to buy a a Porsche
- 20:45Speaker 3: or a Fisker.
- 20:46Speaker 2: No, and no one directly connected to Vladimir Putin who
- 20:50Speaker 2: are best friends, and that's how they get their money.
- 20:52Speaker 1: They're billions.
- 20:53Speaker 2: And on top of the fact that center we've got
- 20:56Speaker 2: to talk about this, they still have not been on
- 20:59Speaker 2: the sanction While all these other Russian oligarchs have been sanctioned,
- 21:03Speaker 2: she has not been sanctioned yet every time the sanctions
- 21:07Speaker 2: lists come out. So if you want to know what
- 21:09Speaker 2: you get for the money, the three and a half million,
- 21:11Speaker 2: right or or the other money for the car, apparently
- 21:14Speaker 2: this is what you get.
- 21:16Speaker 3: So just to be clear, what you're saying is that
- 21:19Speaker 3: Joe Biden is sanctioned numerous Russian oligarchs, and they happened
- 21:22Speaker 3: to be the Russian oligarchs that didn't pay Hunter Biden
- 21:25Speaker 3: millions of dollars, and he is not sanctioned other Russian oligarchs,
- 21:29Speaker 3: and they happened to be the Russian oligarchs that did
- 21:32Speaker 3: pay Hunter Biden millions of dollars or hundreds of thousands
- 21:35Speaker 3: of dollars.
- 21:35Speaker 1: Is that yeah? I mean? And that's yes.
- 21:38Speaker 2: And the suspicious activity reports, by the way back this
- 21:40Speaker 2: up Alice Overtze Committee backs it up that you had
- 21:43Speaker 2: three and the emails from from Joe Biden or say Hunter,
- 21:46Speaker 2: Biden's laptop clearly showed three point five million was wired
- 21:50Speaker 2: in February of twenty fourteen by the former First Lady
- 21:52Speaker 2: at Moscow again, Yolena bad Arena, who attended at least
- 21:57Speaker 2: at least that's the part here if I also find
- 21:59Speaker 2: interesting at least one dinner with then Vice President Biden
- 22:04Speaker 2: and his son and was in turn transferred to a
- 22:09Speaker 2: firm co owned by Archer and Hunter Biden after its
- 22:12Speaker 2: initial receipt by an empty that Biden defenders had insisted
- 22:16Speaker 2: was solely controlled by Devin Archer. So they also lied
- 22:19Speaker 2: about who was controlling the money when it came in.
- 22:23Speaker 4: It gets worse.
- 22:25Speaker 3: Let's go through a little bit more of the testimony
- 22:29Speaker 3: Majority Council. All right, let's move on to the second dinner, Archer,
- 22:33Speaker 3: the second dinner Majority Counsel, the spring twenty fifteen Cafe Milana.
- 22:37Speaker 4: Who was there? Archer?
- 22:39Speaker 3: That dinner was I think we went over it before,
- 22:42Speaker 3: but it was Vedam, It was Hunter, Joe, myself, Kareem
- 22:47Speaker 3: massimof a Greek Orthodox priest, maybe someone from the World
- 22:51Speaker 3: Food Program, majority counsel. And what did Joe do with
- 22:55Speaker 3: that dinner? Did he have dinner? How long was he there, Archer?
- 22:58Speaker 3: He had dinner. He had dinner. And there was on
- 23:02Speaker 3: that one, I believe the first one was like a
- 23:05Speaker 3: birthday dinner and the second was I think we were
- 23:08Speaker 3: supposed to talk about the World Food Program.
- 23:10Speaker 4: So there were some talk about.
- 23:11Speaker 1: That, Yeah, just some some about it.
- 23:13Speaker 3: Yeah, look, you know world food things like fancy sport
- 23:17Speaker 3: cars for Hunter.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Listen, crack cocaine's not going to buy itself.
- 23:21Speaker 3: And by the way, neither is a fancy beach house
- 23:25Speaker 3: in Delaware. Neither is a classic corvette that that takes money.
- 23:29Speaker 1: All right there.
- 23:30Speaker 2: Home renovations, don't forget about Homer renovations. Those are also
- 23:34Speaker 2: very very important. And the Homer renovations apparently were flowing
- 23:38Speaker 2: from Hunter Biden's bankcount for his dad's home in Delaware.
- 23:42Speaker 2: And that's another part of this whole idea, like, oh,
- 23:44Speaker 2: they never were funneling money to one another, or they
- 23:46Speaker 2: never were a quote in business together, as the White
- 23:49Speaker 2: House just recently said. Again another example of the lies
- 23:54Speaker 2: coming from the Biden prime crime family and coming from
- 23:57Speaker 2: the podium at the White House I want to tell
- 24:00Speaker 2: real quick about our friend zone, agust The Precious Medals.

- 24:05Speaker 2: you need to understand that you can protect your money

- 25:15Speaker 2: Metals dot Com.
- 25:18Speaker 3: All right, the next exchange gets even more damning. If
- 25:21Speaker 3: that's possible, Majority Council, how many times would you say
- 25:26Speaker 3: Hunter Biden put his father on speakerphone or referenced his
- 25:30Speaker 3: father being on the phone in front of others who
- 25:32Speaker 3: were either foreign investors or foreign nationals.
- 25:36Speaker 4: Who is soliciting business.
- 25:38Speaker 3: With or working with approximately Archer? Approximately the differentiation between
- 25:45Speaker 3: investor and normal course of the day. You know, it's
- 25:48Speaker 3: very hard to speculate on. But he they spoke every day.
- 25:52Speaker 3: He acknowledged that they spoke every day, and he would,
- 25:55Speaker 3: you know, he would sometimes make it a parent that
- 25:57Speaker 3: he spoke to his dad, and sometimes he put him
- 26:00Speaker 3: on speaker. But as far as quantifying the number, you know,
- 26:03Speaker 3: relative to investors, I don't know. Majority Council, not necessarily investors,
- 26:10Speaker 3: but with people who Hunter Biden was trying to either
- 26:13Speaker 3: get business with, or make contacts with, or add value
- 26:18Speaker 3: to Archer in my ten in my whole partnership, maybe
- 26:22Speaker 3: twenty times. Just stop there, right there, he said, twenty
- 26:26Speaker 3: times Hunter Biden would put Joe Biden on the phone
- 26:32Speaker 3: with people he was trying to get business with or
- 26:36Speaker 3: make contacts with or add value to Majority Council. And
- 26:40Speaker 3: during those twenty times, did Hunter Biden ever place his
- 26:43Speaker 3: dad on speakerphone?
- 26:44Speaker 4: Archer?
- 26:44Speaker 3: Yes, let's get a little more detail, Majority Council. But
- 26:52Speaker 3: if I were to just call my dad right now
- 26:55Speaker 3: and put him on speakerphone and we're in a professional
- 26:58Speaker 3: business meeting here, would that be odd to you?
- 27:02Speaker 4: Archer? Would that be odd to me? Majority Council?
- 27:05Speaker 3: Yes, that would be odd if you called your dad
- 27:10Speaker 3: right now, Majority Council. So there's a time and a
- 27:14Speaker 3: place where it's professional to do.
- 27:15Speaker 4: So excuse me.
- 27:16Speaker 3: When you're in a personal meeting and you may call
- 27:19Speaker 3: your dad or a family member if you're with family.
- 27:21Speaker 3: But if you're in a professional meeting and you're meeting
- 27:23Speaker 3: foreign business leaders or whoever it may be, and you
- 27:26Speaker 3: just place your dad on speakerphone on the table, that's
- 27:29Speaker 3: a little odd, isn't it?
- 27:31Speaker 4: Archer?
- 27:32Speaker 3: That is a little odd. I mean it's not odd.
- 27:35Speaker 3: I mean it's quite obvious what we're talking around, Majority Council.
- 27:42Speaker 3: So what are we talking about? You are talking around it,
- 27:47Speaker 3: and so I'd like to get it out. What are
- 27:49Speaker 3: we talking about here?
- 27:51Speaker 4: Archer?
- 27:52Speaker 3: That I think at the end of the day. Part
- 27:56Speaker 3: of what was delivered is the brand. It's like anything,
- 28:00Speaker 3: you know, if you're Jamie Diamond's son or any CEO,
- 28:04Speaker 3: you know. I think that's what we're talking about here,
- 28:06Speaker 3: is that there was brand being delivered along with other
- 28:09Speaker 3: capabilities in reach. I think brand is the best way
- 28:13Speaker 3: to describe it all. Right, Next exchange, Majority Council. Going
- 28:20Speaker 3: back to the calls that Hunter Biden would put on
- 28:22Speaker 3: speakerphone with his father and others. Can you describe what
- 28:26Speaker 3: the other people would say and if you can recall
- 28:29Speaker 3: after Hunter Biden did that, because I'll tell you just
- 28:33Speaker 3: from an everyday American, if someone put the vice president
- 28:36Speaker 3: of the United States on the phone right in front
- 28:38Speaker 3: of you, it'd be pretty impressive. Archer, Absolutely, Majority Counsel,
- 28:44Speaker 3: And I would think there would be some sort of
- 28:46Speaker 3: reaction from those people. Archer, Yeah, I think everybody. I
- 28:51Speaker 3: think everybody remains you know, cool and calm like it was,
- 28:55Speaker 3: you know, and then probably called their friends and family
- 28:58Speaker 3: and said they spoke to them. But you know, the reaction,
- 29:01Speaker 3: I don't have any specifics of like people jumping up
- 29:04Speaker 3: and giving high fives, but I think it was, you know,
- 29:07Speaker 3: a signal that you know, they respected and thought was
- 29:10Speaker 3: of value.
- 29:12Speaker 1: All right.
- 29:13Speaker 3: Finally, three more lines of questioning where it concerned the
- 29:19Speaker 3: objective to get help from DC conversation One Majority Council
- 29:26Speaker 3: did during that I'll say, after dinner at the Four Seasons,
- 29:31Speaker 3: did Mikolaslochevsky or Vadam ask Hunter Biden to make any
- 29:34Speaker 3: phone calls?
- 29:35Speaker 4: Archer?
- 29:36Speaker 3: Yes, though I was not a party of that phone call.
- 29:39Speaker 3: Majority Council, What was the request, Archer? The request was
- 29:44Speaker 3: I think they were getting pressure and they requested Hunter,
- 29:47Speaker 3: you know, help them with some of that pressure. Majority Council.
- 29:53Speaker 3: What pressure Archer? Government, Government pressure on their you know,
- 30:01Speaker 3: government pressure from Ukrainian government, investigations into Mikola, et cetera.
- 30:07Speaker 3: But it was it was not it wasn't like a
- 30:10Speaker 3: specific not a specific request. It was just we were
- 30:13Speaker 3: sitting there at the Four Seasons having you know, coffee,
- 30:17Speaker 3: and there was there was Mikola, there was one of
- 30:19Speaker 3: the managers for the Four Seasons who managed that property, Vadam.
- 30:22Speaker 3: So it wasn't like a closed it wasn't like it
- 30:26Speaker 3: was not like a specific meeting. Majority Council. When you
- 30:31Speaker 3: say pressure from the government at this time, were you
- 30:35Speaker 3: aware that Victor Choken was investigating Barisma. Archer to the
- 30:41Speaker 3: best I vaguely whether it was Shoken, I vaguely. There
- 30:45Speaker 3: was a lot of pressure initially there was. There was
- 30:48Speaker 3: several pressure issues. It was kind of a theme of Barisma.
- 30:53Speaker 3: There was capital tied up in London twenty three million
- 30:55Speaker 3: pounds that there was, you know, a US visa denied
- 30:59Speaker 3: and the visa Bexco visa denied, and then there was
- 31:03Speaker 3: so Shoken wasn't specifically on my radar as being an
- 31:06Speaker 3: individual that was targeting him. But yes, there was constant
- 31:11Speaker 3: pressure and it was like it was like whack a
- 31:13Speaker 3: mole in regards to the pressure. As they had to
- 31:15Speaker 3: resolve this point. Congressman Jim Jordan jumps in the request
- 31:20Speaker 3: from mister for Mikolis Lochski and Vadam to mister Biden
- 31:24Speaker 3: and or if you said it was to you, the
- 31:27Speaker 3: request was for help from whom to deal with what pressure?
- 31:35Speaker 4: Archer.
- 31:36Speaker 3: The request, you know, basically the request is like can
- 31:40Speaker 3: d C help? But there were not you know, I'm
- 31:43Speaker 3: not going to there was not. It wasn't like there
- 31:46Speaker 3: weren't specific you know, can the big guy help. It
- 31:50Speaker 3: was always this amorphous can we get help in DC?
- 31:57Speaker 3: Representative Jordan quest was help from the United States government
- 32:03Speaker 3: to deal with the pressure that they were under from
- 32:06Speaker 3: their prosecutor, and that entailed the freezing of assets at
- 32:10Speaker 3: the London Bank and other things that were going on
- 32:13Speaker 3: in Ukraine. Archer correct, all right. Conversation number two, Representative
- 32:22Speaker 3: Andy Biggs. So why do you think they were asking
- 32:27Speaker 3: Hunter Biden for DC help?
- 32:30Speaker 4: Archer?
- 32:30Speaker 3: I mean why, Representative Biggs? I mean, I mean, what
- 32:34Speaker 3: did you take away from that?
- 32:36Speaker 4: Archer?
- 32:37Speaker 3: Well, I mean he was a lobbyist and an expert,
- 32:40Speaker 3: and obviously he carried, you know, a very powerful name,
- 32:45Speaker 3: so I think it was that's what they were asking for.
- 32:53Speaker 2: This is when you hear it the way you're describing it, Senator,
- 32:56Speaker 2: I think most people, and this is something, by the way,
- 32:59Speaker 2: you're not going to hear anywhere else because they don't
- 33:01Speaker 2: have the time, or they don't want to take the time,
- 33:03Speaker 2: or they don't want to tell you this story. You
- 33:06Speaker 2: hear this testimony and it's so damning. It's also so
- 33:10Speaker 2: condescending to the American people that this is allowed to
- 33:14Speaker 2: happen in this country by the President of the United
- 33:17Speaker 2: States of America, who was selling the United States of
- 33:19Speaker 2: America out to the highest corrupt binner, which was also
- 33:23Speaker 2: in many ways a shockingly low amount of money that
- 33:26Speaker 2: you could buy a vice president.
- 33:28Speaker 1: For a million here, two million here from a million here.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. That's valid point. I apologize to all
- 33:39Speaker 2: Porsche drivers out there, but it's it's amazing that this
- 33:44Speaker 2: is happening. And I have to go back real quick
- 33:46Speaker 2: center and play this because when all this came out
- 33:51Speaker 2: that you just read, the media when to full blown
- 33:56Speaker 2: cover their ABS's the White House, the president, their own.
- 34:01Speaker 3: Oh come come on, Ben, why would you call it
- 34:03Speaker 3: a cover up. It's not like they turned around and
- 34:05Speaker 3: indicted Donald Trump or anything.
- 34:07Speaker 1: That's true.
- 34:08Speaker 2: Good point, But they did go on TV and they
- 34:11Speaker 2: did say over and over again that it's quote normal
- 34:14Speaker 2: for you to have your dad kind of juice your
- 34:17Speaker 2: business with your context. Here is just some of the
- 34:20Speaker 2: media saying this right after this testimony.
- 34:23Speaker 8: Nothing not even approximating improper, much less wrong or illegal.
- 34:27Speaker 4: It's wishful thinking. They're trying to create a scandal.
- 34:30Speaker 9: Think it pretty clear, at least so far, there is
- 34:33Speaker 9: nothing there.
- 34:33Speaker 7: House Republicans continue their search for any proof at all
- 34:36Speaker 7: tying President Joe Biden to his son Hunter's business dealings.
- 34:39Speaker 8: Joe Biden had nothing to do with Hunter Biden's business dealings.
- 34:44Speaker 10: Because they wanted they wanted dirty of Biden's name.
- 34:46Speaker 8: Do you know Republicans have been trying to use Hunter
- 34:49Speaker 8: Biden's behavior against the President. Did not know about anything
- 34:53Speaker 8: that Hunter Biden was doing.
- 34:55Speaker 11: See, Biden was simply involved in his son's life in
- 34:58Speaker 11: a personal capacity. City Republicans from consistently trying to make
- 35:02Speaker 11: this argument and create the illusion of some malfeasans being there.
- 35:08Speaker 8: Spoke to business associates of Hunter Biden to say hello,
- 35:14Speaker 8: to have small talk, casual conversation.
- 35:16Speaker 6: Hunter Biden talked to his dad on the phone all
- 35:18Speaker 6: the time. They talked basically every day. Sometimes Joe Biden
- 35:22Speaker 6: would say hello to the people in the room if
- 35:24Speaker 6: he popped in or on the phone.
- 35:25Speaker 4: Whatever I saw.
- 35:26Speaker 8: Casual conversation, nice cities, the weather. They never discussed the business.
- 35:32Speaker 7: These were more of just cordial hello types of conversations.
- 35:35Speaker 5: Business was never discussed on those calls, and there was
- 35:38Speaker 5: more casual sort of check ins, casual conversations.
- 35:41Speaker 9: President Biden might have said, hey, putting me on speakerphone.
- 35:45Speaker 9: You know, are you having a business meeting, like, what
- 35:49Speaker 9: is that about? But the hang up on your front
- 35:52Speaker 9: on your side.
- 35:52Speaker 8: Boe Biden, Hunter's brother and President Biden's son was very
- 35:56Speaker 8: ill with cancer and then passed away. That as a
- 36:00Speaker 8: witness today testified was what these conversations and these calls
- 36:03Speaker 8: were about.
- 36:04Speaker 6: And we should put this in context.
- 36:06Speaker 8: This is a time when bo Biden, the President's other
- 36:08Speaker 8: son was ill and then dying and then passed away.
- 36:11Speaker 9: Very fraud and sad time for the Biden family, and
- 36:17Speaker 9: we know how important family is to the president.
- 36:20Speaker 7: They're doing Donald Trump's bitting, going after Hunter Biden, trying
- 36:23Speaker 7: to create a tie to the president.
- 36:25Speaker 6: This is a this is a political move here, it is.
- 36:28Speaker 9: It is a.
- 36:29Speaker 6: Politics thing, right inasmuch as it's anything else fair?
- 36:33Speaker 3: Yeah, I think so.
- 36:34Speaker 7: It does not appear to have been a direct business tie,
- 36:37Speaker 7: is right now.
- 36:38Speaker 3: You don't see any conduct that's illegal that there is
- 36:41Speaker 3: regulational law that's prohibiting it, even though it might be
- 36:44Speaker 3: highly unethical.
- 36:44Speaker 8: I don't see high crimes, and mister readers, I don't
- 36:46Speaker 8: even see a low crime.
- 36:48Speaker 9: I see a son who's using his father, people.
- 36:51Speaker 10: With famous laugh names, using them for their own purposes.
- 36:55Speaker 10: People in your families, they're near do well. This is
- 36:59Speaker 10: as old as tie.
- 37:00Speaker 2: It's not old as time sentator and as James Comer said,
- 37:03Speaker 2: it was influence pedaling they sold Joe Biden, and Joe
- 37:07Speaker 2: Biden himself talked to every single person that has wired
- 37:11Speaker 2: money to the Bidens. That's James Comer's exact quote, and
- 37:16Speaker 2: the entire media apparatus is saying. It is just normal
- 37:19Speaker 2: for you to call your dad and to talk to
- 37:22Speaker 2: your dad, and then they just happen to be sitting
- 37:24Speaker 2: with every Again, I love this line from James Comer.
- 37:28Speaker 2: They Joe Biden himself talked to every single person that
- 37:32Speaker 2: has wired money to the Bidens.
- 37:35Speaker 3: Well, you know, I got to say that that clown
- 37:38Speaker 3: parade that you just played every person on it should
- 37:42Speaker 3: if there was a card to be a journalist, they
- 37:46Speaker 3: should hand in their cards. They don't get to pretend
- 37:48Speaker 3: to be journalists anymore. They are propagandists, they are cheerleaders,
- 37:51Speaker 3: they are professional liars for the White House. This is normal.
- 37:55Speaker 3: Nothing to see, you know, one of them. This isn't
- 37:56Speaker 3: a high crime and mystermeter. It's not even a low
- 37:58Speaker 3: crime or misdemeanter. No Let's be clear, getting paid five
- 38:01Speaker 3: million dollars or ten million dollars five to you and
- 38:03Speaker 3: five year son for official favors when you're vice president
- 38:06Speaker 3: of the United States, that's bribery. Bribery is in fact
- 38:11Speaker 3: a high crime or misdemeanor. The Constitution says you can
- 38:14Speaker 3: be in peach for trees and bribery or other high
- 38:16Speaker 3: crimes are misdemeanors. So both trees in bribery are in
- 38:19Speaker 3: fact high crimes are misdemeanors. But bribery is explicitly enumerated.
- 38:23Speaker 3: And every one of those clowns is ignoring the fact
- 38:26Speaker 3: that Devin Archer, if what he has said is true,
- 38:29Speaker 3: testified that Joe Biden has been lying for years and
- 38:32Speaker 3: brazenly lying. Never talk, never talk, never talk, never once
- 38:36Speaker 3: talked to Hunter about any of his business dealings. Well, yeah,
- 38:39Speaker 3: sat down at Cafe Milano with like every corrupt Russian
- 38:42Speaker 3: and Ukrainian you could find. I mean, like, holy cow.
- 38:46Speaker 3: You know, it's one thing. Listen, there are lots of
- 38:51Speaker 3: people in Washington who have a nar to well kid
- 38:55Speaker 3: who goes and is a lobbyist for some big company
- 38:59Speaker 3: and is selling influence on K Street. Sadly, that is
- 39:02Speaker 3: quite common. I'll tell you what's not common is going
- 39:07Speaker 3: and seeking out the Chinese communists, going and seeking out
- 39:10Speaker 3: corrupt oligarchs, going and seeking out enemies of America and
- 39:15Speaker 3: shaking them down for millions of dollars. And to be clear, look,
- 39:18Speaker 3: Devon's Archer testimony makes clear Hunter Biden didn't know a
- 39:21Speaker 3: damn thing about baris Me. He didn't know a damn
- 39:23Speaker 3: thing about oil and gas. He didn't know a damn
- 39:25Speaker 3: thing about Ukraine. He couldn't speak Ukrainian. His value was
- 39:28Speaker 3: one value only that he could dial up the phone
- 39:32Speaker 3: and get Joe on the phone, and Joe would take
- 39:36Speaker 3: the call and jump on the speaker phone and then act.
- 39:39Speaker 3: And let's let's remember what a bribe is, quid pro quo,
- 39:43Speaker 3: the phrase the Democrats made famous in the first impeachment
- 39:47Speaker 3: trial of Trump. This for that, the FD ten twenty
- 39:53Speaker 3: three and Devon Archer's testimony both indicate that Barissma wanted
- 39:58Speaker 3: help with the government pre pressure from Ukraine, specifically the
- 40:02Speaker 3: prosecutor Victor Shoken that was going after him, that had
- 40:05Speaker 3: frozen the oligarch's assets.
- 40:08Speaker 4: And we know that the quote happened.
- 40:12Speaker 3: We know that Joe Biden went to Ukraine and held
- 40:17Speaker 3: up a billion dollars in federal government loan guarantees until
- 40:21Speaker 3: the Ukrainian president fired that prosecutor. Joe Biden in the
- 40:25Speaker 3: famous Son of a Bitch interview, has bragged about that.
- 40:29Speaker 3: So the quote part is undisputed and it's admitted. The
- 40:34Speaker 3: only part that is even slightly in dispute is the
- 40:37Speaker 3: quid part was in fact five million dollars paid to one
- 40:40Speaker 3: hundred and five million dollars paid to Joe in exchange
- 40:42Speaker 3: for that. If the answer to that is yes, then
- 40:46Speaker 3: Joe Biden is guilty of bribery. And every one of
- 40:48Speaker 3: those clowns desperately wants to cover that up because they're
- 40:53Speaker 3: they're not even pretending to be journalists anymore.
- 40:58Speaker 2: I want to tell you real quick about our friends
- 40:59Speaker 2: that Paid Mobile. If you are sick and tired of
- 41:02Speaker 2: giving your money to woke companies, uh, then there is

- 41:46Speaker 2: you're on the same networks, and when you switch, there's
- 41:49Speaker 2: another pert. Every time you pay your bill, at no

- 42:32Speaker 2: seven eight Patriot or online at Patriot mobile dot com.
- 42:36Speaker 2: That's patriotmobile dot com slash verdict.
- 42:39Speaker 1: Senator.
- 42:39Speaker 2: Lastly, Michael Reagan put out a very interesting tweet, Michael
- 42:43Speaker 2: Reagan's run Reagan's son. He said, quote, in the eight
- 42:46Speaker 2: years that my father was President of the United States,
- 42:49Speaker 2: I never once set in the room with business associates
- 42:53Speaker 2: and called him on the phone. If I had, the
- 42:55Speaker 2: Democrats would have skewered me. He's absolutely right, and the
- 42:58Speaker 2: media and then they would have tried to impeach Ronald Reagan.
- 43:01Speaker 2: I'm sure if that would have been the case. And
- 43:03Speaker 2: I think Ronald Reagan's point is, look, just how much
- 43:06Speaker 2: has changed in this country from when we had a
- 43:09Speaker 2: free press compared to the socialist press we have now
- 43:13Speaker 2: and what you can now get away with that no
- 43:16Speaker 2: one could have gotten away with back in the eighties
- 43:19Speaker 2: or the nineties or even the early two thousands.
- 43:22Speaker 4: Look, that's exactly right.
- 43:23Speaker 3: And it's worth understanding that the objective of the Democrats,
- 43:28Speaker 3: the objective of the Biden DOJ, the objective of the
- 43:31Speaker 3: corporate media, it's all the same, which is to protect
- 43:35Speaker 3: the big guy, to protect Joe Biden. We've talked at
- 43:39Speaker 3: length on this podcast about how Hunter Biden's personal troubles,
- 43:44Speaker 3: his substance abuse. This is a troubled soul. That's not
- 43:49Speaker 3: an issue of national news. If he were just another
- 43:53Speaker 3: guy struggling with his demons.
- 43:54Speaker 4: Okay, there are lots of people who deal with that.
- 43:58Speaker 3: The reason this is an issue of public concern is
- 44:00Speaker 3: it directly implicates official corruption by the then vice president
- 44:05Speaker 3: of the United States and the current president of the
- 44:07Speaker 3: United States, and Joe Biden is complicit. He is an
- 44:11Speaker 3: active participant.
- 44:12Speaker 4: You know.
- 44:12Speaker 3: One of the exchanges, I think it was Eugene Robinson,
- 44:15Speaker 3: who's on Morning, Joe is saying, well, gosh, Joe might
- 44:18Speaker 3: have said, well, well, why do you keep putting me
- 44:20Speaker 3: on the phone?
- 44:21Speaker 1: Stop that.
- 44:22Speaker 3: Well, Joe didn't say that, because when it happens over
- 44:26Speaker 3: and over and over again, Joe's not a moron. He
- 44:32Speaker 3: understands why Hunter Biden is putting him on the phone
- 44:37Speaker 3: with these oligarchs, with these people who are paying his
- 44:40Speaker 3: son millions of dollars. And by the way, it's not
- 44:43Speaker 3: just getting on the phone. He goes to these dinners
- 44:45Speaker 3: at Cafe Milano, where they're all sitting there. I mean,
- 44:47Speaker 3: he understands full well this is business generation, and it's
- 44:53Speaker 3: business generation where they're seeking very specific favors from Joe
- 45:01Speaker 3: Biden in his official capacity. Remember the WhatsApp encrypted message
- 45:07Speaker 3: where he said, I'm sitting here next to my father
- 45:11Speaker 3: and if you don't pay me the money, my father,
- 45:13Speaker 3: I don't have the language right in front of me,
- 45:15Speaker 3: but will punish the living daylights.
- 45:18Speaker 4: Out of you. To paraphrase it roughly, it.
- 45:21Speaker 3: Was very clear Hunter was selling carrot and stick. The
- 45:28Speaker 3: carrot is pay me and Daddy.
- 45:31Speaker 4: Will do favors for you.
- 45:33Speaker 3: The stick was don't pay me, and Daddy will harm
- 45:38Speaker 3: you using the official power of government. If that is
- 45:43Speaker 3: in fact what happened, and every day the evidence is
- 45:46Speaker 3: making it more and more likely that is what happened.
- 45:50Speaker 3: That is the very essence of corruption. And I want
- 45:54Speaker 3: everyone just to ask yourself something. So for the bulk
- 45:58Speaker 3: of this podcast, what we did is I simp read
- 46:00Speaker 3: excerpts from Devin Archer's testament. By the way, the full
- 46:05Speaker 3: transcripts much longer than that. I just just selected some
- 46:09Speaker 3: key excerpts that were particularly newsworthy. I want you to
- 46:13Speaker 3: ask yourself, did you read any of these excerpts in
- 46:17Speaker 3: the newspaper. Did you see any of these excerpts on
- 46:22Speaker 3: the six o'clock news? Did you see any of them
- 46:25Speaker 3: on CNN or MSNBC, Now that they don't cover actual news,
- 46:33Speaker 3: but I guarantee you you saw all of them hyperventilating
- 46:38Speaker 3: with joy about yet another indictment of Donald Trump. Every
- 46:44Speaker 3: one of those journalists should be ashamed because they're no
- 46:48Speaker 3: longer practicing journalism.
- 46:49Speaker 2: Yeah, journalism is dead in this country, There's no doubt
- 46:52Speaker 2: about it. Don't forget to go back and listen to
- 46:55Speaker 2: our last show. We're going to keep covering this. We
- 46:57Speaker 2: will also cover more on the Trump indictments, but this
- 47:01Speaker 2: Devin Archer testimony is something they want to push out
- 47:05Speaker 2: of the headlines. We refuse to let that happen. So
- 47:08Speaker 2: share this on social media with your family and friends.
- 47:10Speaker 2: Please share it wherever you can. Also hit that follow
- 47:13Speaker 2: button if you're listening on Apple so you don't miss
- 47:16Speaker 2: a show, or that like button, subscribe button depending on
- 47:18Speaker 2: what platform you're listening on right now, and write us
- 47:21Speaker 2: a five sur review. It helps us reach more people,
- 47:23Speaker 2: and we'll see you back here in a couple of days.
