- 1:58Speaker 1: Come on you think.
- 2:01Speaker 7: Huh?
- 2:02Speaker 1: I sure will. Good morning everybody, if you'll listening to
- 2:07Speaker 1: the voice, come on dig me now one and only
- 2:11Speaker 1: see if Harvey got a radio show man. God is
- 2:14Speaker 1: in the blessing business. I'm in the receiving line.
- 2:18Speaker 2: Man.
- 2:20Speaker 1: That's a good feeling. I thank God for waking me
- 2:23Speaker 1: up in the mornings, I really really do. I thank
- 2:27Speaker 1: God for the spirit that he wakes me up with
- 2:29Speaker 1: because I finally, but I finally figured it out. Such
- 2:34Speaker 1: a blessing that shouldn't be taken for granted. The fact
- 2:37Speaker 1: that you are up today, the fact that you just
- 2:40Speaker 1: got off working, you driving home, the fact that you
- 2:42Speaker 1: got a job to come home from, the fact that
- 2:45Speaker 1: you got a job to wake up too. Whatever it is,
- 2:48Speaker 1: the fact that you can see, think, here, smell, walk, talk, rhyme, reason,
- 2:55Speaker 1: whatever it is, it's a blessing Man. I was talking
- 2:59Speaker 1: to a partner mine last night and an analogy came
- 3:02Speaker 1: to me last night of what my life has been
- 3:05Speaker 1: like just going over my story with a friend of
- 3:08Speaker 1: mine of all some of the things I had gone through,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and he never knew it because he said, man, you
- 3:13Speaker 1: never told me that we were just talking. One of
- 3:17Speaker 1: the things I remember, and it's kind of equated to
- 3:20Speaker 1: my life, was when I was a little boy, as
- 3:25Speaker 1: she got to the store with my mom and she
- 3:29Speaker 1: would let me buy a jigsaw puzzle. Now, for those
- 3:33Speaker 1: of you, a jigsaw puzzle comes in a box. There
- 3:36Speaker 1: are no instructions. It just comes in a box and
- 3:41Speaker 1: it's simple. You're gonna dump the pieces out in a
- 3:44Speaker 1: pile and you're gonna try to put the pieces together
- 3:49Speaker 1: until it looks like the picture that's on the cover
- 3:53Speaker 1: of the box. That's as simple as it is. Here
- 3:59Speaker 1: is I would select a jigsaw puzzle based on the
- 4:07Speaker 1: picture that I liked and if I thought I.
- 4:13Speaker 2: Could do it.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Now, if the picture looked too crazy, if it looked
- 4:18Speaker 1: too intricate, I didn't want that puzzle, you know. And
- 4:22Speaker 1: the thing was, back in the day, you got a
- 4:24Speaker 1: jigsaw puzzle you had one hundred piece puzzles, four hundred
- 4:28Speaker 1: piece puzzles, man, then they say a thousand piece puzzle.
- 4:32Speaker 1: You go oooh. So those were a little difficult for
- 4:36Speaker 1: me when I was a little boy, so I didn't
- 4:38Speaker 1: want that. As I got a little bit older, I
- 4:42Speaker 1: had more challenging puzzles, you know, four fifty five hundred
- 4:47Speaker 1: piece puzzles. But I always picked a picture of something
- 4:53Speaker 1: I liked. So it's very simple. You get the jigsaw puzzle,
- 4:57Speaker 1: you get it home, you open it up, you dump
- 4:59Speaker 1: it out on the table. You flip all the pieces
- 5:02Speaker 1: over so you can see them, and then I would
- 5:06Speaker 1: try to sort them based on the colors on the box.
- 5:09Speaker 1: If it was like a black section, I'd take all
- 5:13Speaker 1: the black pieces and slide them over there.
- 5:15Speaker 2: If it was some flowers, I'd try to find all.
- 5:17Speaker 1: The pictures with little jigsaw pieces with the little floor,
- 5:21Speaker 1: and I separate them and then i'd start putting it together.
- 5:24Speaker 1: And the way I started was i'd try to build
- 5:26Speaker 1: a border first, because I knew all the straight edges
- 5:29Speaker 1: had to be side by side at one point. And
- 5:32Speaker 1: it was funny, man, because it's related to my life.
- 5:36Speaker 1: I would start putting the pieces together of the picture
- 5:40Speaker 1: I saw that I liked, and that would be my picture.
- 5:46Speaker 1: A lot of people didn't like jigsaw puzzles. As a
- 5:50Speaker 1: matter of fact, none of the boys on the street
- 5:52Speaker 1: liked jigsaw puzzles but me, because they just didn't want
- 5:56Speaker 1: to go through the intricate details of figuring that out.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Really go outside and run or something like that. And
- 6:03Speaker 1: so what happened was, as I got older, I wanted
- 6:07Speaker 1: more difficult in challenging puzzles, but I wouldn't go too far.
- 6:12Speaker 2: I wanted some nice stuff to happen.
- 6:14Speaker 1: I had a picture of what I wanted for my life,
- 6:17Speaker 1: but I didn't want to go too far because it
- 6:20Speaker 1: was so challenging and difficult. I couldn't see myself with
- 6:25Speaker 1: all of that, and I didn't have the time, the knowledge,
- 6:28Speaker 1: the expertise to figuring all the intricate details. And I
- 6:32Speaker 1: discovered something when I was talking last night. That's what
- 6:37Speaker 1: happens in life to a lot of people. You get
- 6:41Speaker 1: bogged down with the details of coming up and trying
- 6:43Speaker 1: to create the picture that you want for yourself. You
- 6:46Speaker 1: put it to the side, You say, ah, that puzzles
- 6:49Speaker 1: are crazy. Next thing you know, you crumb it up
- 6:51Speaker 1: and put it back in the box. So you go
- 6:53Speaker 1: halfway and you get stuck, and you get to the
- 6:55Speaker 1: part where it ain't a lot of different colors. It's
- 6:57Speaker 1: all the same, and that's a little bit more so
- 7:00Speaker 1: that may stop you. But it's somewhere in the jigsaw
- 7:03Speaker 1: puzzle that it gets very difficult and challenging. The bigger
- 7:07Speaker 1: the picture you want, but then what all happened in
- 7:12Speaker 1: your life, It's just like what happened in a jigsaw.
- 7:16Speaker 1: Once you get comfortable and you don't mind the challenge,
- 7:21Speaker 1: you could get a bigger picture. But here's the key
- 7:24Speaker 1: to it, though, if you put God in your mix. See,
- 7:29Speaker 1: the picture that I saw for myself as a boy
- 7:33Speaker 1: is not the picture that has happened to me as
- 7:36Speaker 1: a man. Because along the way from boyhood to manhood,
- 7:40Speaker 1: from the time I was telling you understand what happened
- 7:43Speaker 1: along the ride in there was I started putting God
- 7:48Speaker 1: in the mix. And so now the picture that I
- 7:51Speaker 1: have now is not the picture I saw. It's the
- 7:55Speaker 1: picture that God saw. So what I'm saying this analogy
- 7:59Speaker 1: is the picture you have may be difficult to complete,
- 8:04Speaker 1: but if you were to include God in your life,
- 8:08Speaker 1: put God in your jigsaw puzzle. God will not only
- 8:12Speaker 1: help you complete the puzzle, and he gonna add some pieces,
- 8:17Speaker 1: he gonna do some favors, he gonna show some mercy,
- 8:20Speaker 1: and you gonna look up and the picture that you're
- 8:22Speaker 1: able to end up with will be totally different and
- 8:26Speaker 1: much more complete, much more beautiful, a bigger picture than
- 8:29Speaker 1: the one you had, Because there's no way that I
- 8:33Speaker 1: could have saught a life that I have today back
- 8:36Speaker 1: when I was a boy. And it amazes me when
- 8:39Speaker 1: I hear people say I always saw this for myself. Ah,
- 8:42Speaker 1: I didn't do that. I didn't quite see this for myself.
- 8:45Speaker 1: I don't know how you can have the ability to
- 8:47Speaker 1: see what God really has for you. But man, he's
- 8:51Speaker 1: a master for jigsaw. Man, he's an incredible puzzle completed.
- 8:55Speaker 1: So if you got a puzzle that's challenging to you,
- 8:58Speaker 1: maybe you need to see what's the picture that God
- 9:01Speaker 1: has for your life. If God were in your life,
- 9:06Speaker 1: if you complete it to puzzle, what would it look like.
- 9:10Speaker 1: It'll be a far more extensive puzzle, and it would
- 9:13Speaker 1: be a far more beautiful piece of scenery than you
- 9:16Speaker 1: could have ever imagined. Tears come in my eyes because
- 9:20Speaker 1: I can't believe God bought me this far. I can't
- 9:24Speaker 1: believe that when I opened up and accepted him and
- 9:26Speaker 1: started talking to him, that he would add all these
- 9:29Speaker 1: pieceles to my jigsaw puzzle, and my jigsaw puzzle would
- 9:33Speaker 1: look like this. And I can tell you I ain't
- 9:36Speaker 1: got a whole lot to do with what out and
- 9:39Speaker 1: turned into. It's mostly favor and blessings and grace and
- 9:42Speaker 1: mercy of God. And I looked up and I just
- 9:45Speaker 1: got a much bigger jigsaw puzzle completed.
- 9:48Speaker 2: And guess what, He ain't through with me yet.
- 9:51Speaker 1: That's what's amazing and exciting about a relationship with God.
- 9:55Speaker 1: God could take your jigsaw puzzle and fix it. Morning show,

- 21:21Speaker 9: let it marinate.
- 21:22Speaker 2: We got sports, you will see them.

- 21:42Speaker 10: is time to ask the man the c l O
- 21:45Speaker 10: Chief Love Officer, Steve Harvey Chila and Fayed Bill Wrights.
- 21:49Speaker 10: My brother went out with my husband and they entertain
- 21:52Speaker 10: two young ladies at a bar. One of the girls
- 21:55Speaker 10: tagged my husband in a photo. He liked it and
- 21:58Speaker 10: started following her on I she My husband said it
- 22:01Speaker 10: was innocent fun should he unfollow her?
- 22:06Speaker 2: See?
- 22:06Speaker 1: I'm not really I don't really understand the social media
- 22:09Speaker 1: thing like that, But this fool you married, you taking pictures,
- 22:15Speaker 1: getting tagged and then following people.
- 22:17Speaker 2: Yeah, it was innocent fun.
- 22:19Speaker 1: I don't understand the lady though my brother and my
- 22:23Speaker 1: husband was out with two women. How are you calmly
- 22:31Speaker 1: making this announcement because at my house, see, I can't
- 22:36Speaker 1: my brother and me took two women. Or is it
- 22:40Speaker 1: okay for him to follow her father? He can't follow
- 22:43Speaker 1: her out nowhere? And that loane on social media. I
- 22:46Speaker 1: don't even understand this here. You know, y'all have a
- 22:49Speaker 1: different world that y'all operate in now, and it's hard
- 22:53Speaker 1: for me to comment because people think, well you old,
- 22:55Speaker 1: well old as the goal and it's uh has some
- 23:01Speaker 1: advantages to it too, and now all some rules and
- 23:04Speaker 1: not to say the rules were never broken, but y'all
- 23:06Speaker 1: need some more rules, because y'all just you can have
- 23:09Speaker 1: You can be a husband and go out with your
- 23:11Speaker 1: brother with two women.
- 23:12Speaker 2: You can go out and it was innocent fun.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Then y'all can take pictures together and then get tagged
- 23:17Speaker 1: and then start following it, right.
- 23:19Speaker 9: Yes, it's fun.
- 23:20Speaker 1: So he went up a double date, the.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Husband, Yeah he was his brother's wing man.
- 23:26Speaker 9: Yeah yeah, entertaining these young ladies.
- 23:29Speaker 10: At a bar, all right, Uh, moving on to Derek
- 23:35Speaker 10: and Harrisburg, who says, my girlfriend and my best friend
- 23:38Speaker 10: are too close.
- 23:39Speaker 9: She cooked dinner yesterday and she wrapped up a date
- 23:43Speaker 9: a plate for.
- 23:44Speaker 10: Him and texted him. Uh, my girlfriend and my best
- 23:47Speaker 10: friend are too close. She cooked dinner yesterday and she
- 23:50Speaker 10: wrapped up a plate for him and took and texted him.
- 23:53Speaker 10: I asked if she lost her mind, and she got mad.
- 23:56Speaker 10: She said she was being nice. Is she taking quote
- 23:59Speaker 10: nice too far?
- 24:01Speaker 2: Well, not really. She just made your friend a plate. Yes,
- 24:04Speaker 2: she massed friends. She made him a plate, wrapped it
- 24:07Speaker 2: up and texted, and you know, once again, that's these
- 24:11Speaker 2: new relationships, that's what y'all doing.
- 24:14Speaker 12: You know.
- 24:15Speaker 1: I was sitting at dinner one night with Marjorie and
- 24:18Speaker 1: we were having dinner and we had some some friends.
- 24:21Speaker 1: Was that thing, and you know, Marjorie she, you know,
- 24:23Speaker 1: taste this, taste this. And the dude took his fork
- 24:26Speaker 1: and was reaching over on my wife's plate, and I
- 24:29Speaker 1: grabbed his fist and I said, what you're doing though?
- 24:32Speaker 1: He said, I'm gonna taste that. She said, Steve, he
- 24:35Speaker 1: if he wants to taste it? No, no, no, no no, no,
- 24:37Speaker 1: hey man, you gotta get your own wife, eat off
- 24:40Speaker 1: her damn plate, off my wife plate. Dog, no dog, No,
- 24:46Speaker 1: we ain't finna do this. And when I looked, I
- 24:48Speaker 1: looked at her and said, hey, I don't give a
- 24:49Speaker 1: damn what he he just want to try.
- 24:51Speaker 2: Ha, you know my stuff.
- 24:53Speaker 1: I wanted to try in my life. I ain't even
- 24:55Speaker 1: able to try. He ain't trying nothing.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Over here.
- 25:01Speaker 1: She got home, she says, Steve, I will I will
- 25:03Speaker 1: never off anybody. I said, okay, cool, I said, hey,
- 25:07Speaker 1: let his ass get a wife, Let him get in debt,
- 25:10Speaker 1: let his hands have to hear all this stuff. Let
- 25:13Speaker 1: him get his own damnt eating nothing off my wife plate. Pardon,
- 25:16Speaker 1: it's all to it right here. She ain't making you
- 25:19Speaker 1: no plate, Get your own wife, get you somebody make
- 25:21Speaker 1: your plate. She ain't getting up making no damn plate
- 25:24Speaker 1: for nobody. Button me. She won't to do that. Sit
- 25:27Speaker 1: up in here getting a plate made. Man, he ain't
- 25:29Speaker 1: getting nothing made. He ain't nothing getting set to your house.
- 25:32Speaker 1: Give a damn what you eat?
- 25:33Speaker 2: Later on?
- 25:36Speaker 9: All right, moving on, moving on, You felt that one
- 25:40Speaker 9: up making a plate? All right?
- 25:44Speaker 10: Angela and Charleston Colo says a guy I was dating
- 25:47Speaker 10: stayed overnight and he left without waking me up like
- 25:51Speaker 10: he usually does. But this time, but this time he
- 25:55Speaker 10: clogged my toilet and didn't tell.
- 25:58Speaker 9: Me or try to fix it.
- 26:00Speaker 10: He I know, I know, I know it was cast
- 26:06Speaker 10: for pause when I was reading it. He denied it
- 26:09Speaker 10: and won't pay for a plumber. Why is he acting
- 26:12Speaker 10: like it wasn't him.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Yeah, that's you got a real trifle dude right there.
- 26:20Speaker 1: First of all, he get up without weary. Now he
- 26:24Speaker 1: left you a gift that kept on giving. He couldn't
- 26:29Speaker 1: fix it. That's crazy, man. But let me tell you something.
- 26:33Speaker 1: I don't care how much you love a person. We
- 26:37Speaker 1: got to draw a line right here.
- 26:39Speaker 9: What can he say to her though? That's the other fluck.
- 26:41Speaker 2: He can't say nothing to her.
- 26:43Speaker 9: Yeah, he had to do I guess.
- 26:45Speaker 1: Just what he did. This relationship is over.
- 26:53Speaker 10: We're done, dude.
- 26:57Speaker 1: But now he clogged it up and he wouldn't see.
- 26:59Speaker 1: That's why you have to learn techniques. Now, it took
- 27:02Speaker 1: me years to learn this, but it's it's a it's
- 27:04Speaker 1: a flush as you go system. To flush as you go,
- 27:11Speaker 1: you always know you when you're sitting, and you can
- 27:14Speaker 1: tell when you're being a little bit excessive you know that,
- 27:20Speaker 1: because it don't all come at once.
- 27:22Speaker 2: It's waves to this. After the first.
- 27:26Speaker 1: You need the flush, second wave, you need the flush
- 27:32Speaker 1: flush flush. Now, if you're that more than two waves,
- 27:34Speaker 1: you asks is sick. I'm right now, it's usually two waves.
- 27:44Speaker 1: If it's more than two waves, you sick. You know what,
- 27:49Speaker 1: you should have went down to the gas station or
- 27:52Speaker 1: tried to make it home. I have done that before
- 27:57Speaker 1: and never spoke to the girl again.
- 27:59Speaker 2: So that's all.
- 28:00Speaker 1: Yeah, we know that story.
- 28:01Speaker 10: Last all right, last one, Steve, here we go. This
- 28:05Speaker 10: is Burgie in Kansas City, who writes, my husband always
- 28:09Speaker 10: talks about how sexy our preacher's wife is. I told
- 28:12Speaker 10: him he's a dirty old man. He jokingly called me
- 28:15Speaker 10: her name during sex.
- 28:17Speaker 9: It was no longer a joke to me. He swears
- 28:20Speaker 9: it was a joke. Was he fantasizing about her? Right then?
- 28:26Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 28:26Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, because that ain't that ain't a joke?
- 28:30Speaker 1: These three comedians on the show, and that ain't funny
- 28:32Speaker 1: to now one of them, that ain't that ain't a joke?
- 28:35Speaker 2: You tall? Yeah, yeah, he said, that's what?
- 28:43Speaker 15: Oh, all right, coming up next, Well, that was some
- 29:00Speaker 15: entertainment news for you. Right after this you're listening.
- 29:05Speaker 9: Morning show.
- 29:08Speaker 10: All right, So the Emmys were on last night. First
- 29:11Speaker 10: of all, we got to give it up to Anthony Anderson,
- 29:13Speaker 10: who hosted the Emmys. What an excellent job Anthony Anderson did.
- 29:18Speaker 10: I mean, he really made us proud. He really really
- 29:20Speaker 10: did look nice.
- 29:22Speaker 9: Yes, he was funny.
- 29:23Speaker 10: It was different the way he opened it was really
- 29:26Speaker 10: really cool. You know, he changed outfits a lot of times.
- 29:29Speaker 9: He looked good.
- 29:30Speaker 10: Steve, you would have been really proud of him. Oh yeah,
- 29:33Speaker 10: he was singing, I'm playing the piano and yeah, yeah,
- 29:39Speaker 10: having a great time. Miss Doris was in the audience.
- 29:44Speaker 10: You know, he goes nowhere without his mom, and she
- 29:47Speaker 10: was in the audience. And you know how when people
- 29:49Speaker 10: win awards and they go up to make their speech,
- 29:52Speaker 10: then they play the music and that lets you know
- 29:54Speaker 10: that it's time to get off music.
- 29:56Speaker 9: Yeah, wrap it up.
- 29:58Speaker 10: Well, he had Miss Doris there for that, So if
- 30:01Speaker 10: you were going too long, Miss Door stood up and
- 30:04Speaker 10: was like, baby, baby, your time is up.
- 30:07Speaker 3: Okay, she had ain't mine. I pointed to one of
- 30:12Speaker 3: the actress come on, baby, rep But that.
- 30:14Speaker 10: Was Jennifer Coolidge from a White Loaded, White less. She said, baby,
- 30:20Speaker 10: come on, now your time is up. Thank Jesus and
- 30:22Speaker 10: your family and get on off. But uh, it was
- 30:25Speaker 10: really funny. But Anthony Anderson did such a great job.
- 30:29Speaker 10: We got to say congratulations to Quentin Brunson or Abbod Elementary.
- 30:34Speaker 9: I mean NSI nash one for Jeffrey Dahmer.
- 30:38Speaker 1: That's the best speech was the best.
- 30:42Speaker 9: Well, she's part of a snoops acceptance. I want to
- 30:47Speaker 9: thank you. I want to thank me for all the
- 30:49Speaker 9: people who said I couldn't. I want to thank me.
- 30:52Speaker 10: See if there was a reunion of the Martin cast,
- 30:55Speaker 10: Martin Lawrence was there.
- 30:57Speaker 9: I mean it was to Sheena Arnold.
- 30:59Speaker 10: It was just really good, of course, Carl, Anthony Payne,
- 31:02Speaker 10: everybody was there.
- 31:04Speaker 9: Tisha Campbell, Yeah, they were all there. It was really
- 31:07Speaker 9: really good.
- 31:08Speaker 2: You would have enjoyed the show, you really would have.
- 31:11Speaker 9: Great job, Anthony, great job. And did did you saw it?
- 31:16Speaker 9: Carla right? Yes, Yeah, it was good.
- 31:19Speaker 2: It was really good.
- 31:20Speaker 10: Trevor Noah won by the way, Trevor Noah and oh
- 31:23Speaker 10: my gosh, Shirley Ralph looked amazing.
- 31:25Speaker 9: Did you see that white dress?
- 31:28Speaker 3: Marley gives, Yes, she was beautiful. Carol was there, Carl
- 31:35Speaker 3: was there, that's right.
- 31:37Speaker 1: It was really good.
- 31:38Speaker 2: I've met her, I've had all my talk show before.
- 31:41Speaker 9: It was a big moment for Carol, Carol Burnette.
- 31:44Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we love Carol.
- 31:45Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, she was good.
- 31:50Speaker 1: Yes, yep uh.
- 31:52Speaker 10: Moving on to a recent interview with Sky News, Kevin
- 31:56Speaker 10: Hart stated that he has no desire to host the Oscars.
- 32:00Speaker 10: Remember they asked him in the past. In fact, he
- 32:03Speaker 10: said he would never host the Oscars. He said, it's
- 32:06Speaker 10: not comedy friendly. Whatever little hope you had, I want
- 32:09Speaker 10: to destroy it right now. Those gigs aren't good gigs
- 32:12Speaker 10: for comics. It's no Shot to the Oscars, no Shot
- 32:16Speaker 10: to the Globes or anything else. Those just aren't comedy
- 32:20Speaker 10: friendly environments anymore. Kevin had nothing but look truth statement.
- 32:26Speaker 2: Nothing is almost comedy friendly.
- 32:28Speaker 1: I mean the job that Anthony Anderson did, but everybody's
- 32:31Speaker 1: talking about it's an outstanding job.
- 32:33Speaker 2: But you know, you can't be free to say what
- 32:36Speaker 2: you want to.
- 32:36Speaker 10: Say right, too much political correctness. And that was a
- 32:41Speaker 10: tough crowd at the Golden Globes too.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a real because and Joe Coy is
- 32:47Speaker 1: extremely funny, but the majority of those people don't even
- 32:52Speaker 1: know who he is. He's purely a comedian. He's not
- 32:57Speaker 1: any movie roles, he doesn't have TV shows. He's purely
- 33:00Speaker 1: a comedian. As a stand up man, this dude is outstanding. Yes,
- 33:05Speaker 1: he's he's cold blooded man.
- 33:08Speaker 9: And they weren't laughing at themselves.
- 33:10Speaker 1: I mean, can't you don't the Oscars and the Globe,
- 33:14Speaker 1: these people right here, they so full of They don't
- 33:17Speaker 1: clap for each other nothing. That's like watching the s
- 33:20Speaker 1: beast them damn laughletes don't clap for each other.
- 33:23Speaker 2: They don't stand up for each other. They just sitting
- 33:25Speaker 2: there like it's all about me.
- 33:27Speaker 9: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 33:29Speaker 10: So that's what basically Kevin Hart is saying that it's
- 33:32Speaker 10: not good for comics, for comedians anymore.
- 33:36Speaker 9: He had nothing but love for other comedians.
- 33:38Speaker 10: Who have had success hoping hosting award shows and added quote,
- 33:42Speaker 10: I think the Oscars got it right one year where
- 33:45Speaker 10: it was like just a bunch of personalities acting as
- 33:48Speaker 10: the host and that's a nice collaborative thing. So, Steve,
- 33:53Speaker 10: I guess you agree with with Kevin. Uh, you know,
- 33:56Speaker 10: as far as what he's saying about comedians and hosting.
- 34:00Speaker 10: Word Ellen did well yeah yeah that day, Yeah, and
- 34:07Speaker 10: whoopee Chris Rock.
- 34:09Speaker 2: I mean, you know, we can go on.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Here say anything anymore, and the audience is scared to
- 34:15Speaker 1: laugh because they'll be on film accused of laughing at
- 34:19Speaker 1: something that was inappropriate. So you're sitting there and you're mashed.
- 34:23Speaker 1: You know, you're just mashed. And I understand exactly what
- 34:27Speaker 1: he said. And I want to say this on behalf
- 34:29Speaker 1: of Kevin Hart. You know, I've been hearing the criticism
- 34:32Speaker 1: that he's been taking, lady, But let me tell you something.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Kevin Hart is a global superstar. He is one of
- 34:38Speaker 1: the few that can go practically anywhere in the world
- 34:43Speaker 1: and sell out an arena. This dude right here is
- 34:47Speaker 1: a global superstar. He wasn't He wasn't placed there or
- 34:51Speaker 1: nothing like that. You can't be that globally famous just
- 34:55Speaker 1: cause somebody say you are. It comes from hard work, dedication.
- 35:00Speaker 1: And that boy is funny. Yeah, that boy funny, And
- 35:05Speaker 1: you can sit up and say all you want he
- 35:07Speaker 1: ain't funny, but comedy subjective. There's people that don't think
- 35:11Speaker 1: each person. It's the people that didn't like Richard Pride
- 35:14Speaker 1: that that that ain't get messed right there. That sounds crazy,
- 35:17Speaker 1: that sounds great, just saying that, bro.
- 35:19Speaker 2: What I'm telling you? So, I had a girl told
- 35:23Speaker 2: me she that can't stand Luther Van Roz's voice. What. Yeah,
- 35:27Speaker 2: we never spoke again, but you threw whatever.
- 35:34Speaker 10: Yeah, coming up in twenty minutes to alfter the hour,
- 35:38Speaker 10: Judge Steve is back for a third season, so we'll
- 35:41Speaker 10: tell you all about that. And the season opener of
- 35:44Speaker 10: Ready to Love Nephew started out with a snag.
- 35:47Speaker 9: We'll talk about that as well right after this. You're
- 35:50Speaker 9: listening morning show.
- 35:53Speaker 10: Okay, So Tommy, the season opener of Ready to Love
- 35:58Speaker 10: fort Worth started out it happened Friday.
- 36:01Speaker 9: Start off with a little snag. A guy didn't show up.
- 36:03Speaker 9: What happened with that?
- 36:04Speaker 7: You don't not show up? You don't do that when
- 36:09Speaker 7: I throw a journey, you get on my journey. When
- 36:11Speaker 7: you sign up and I allowed you to be on
- 36:13Speaker 7: this journey, you know not you don't not show up.
- 36:18Speaker 7: I'm sorry, I'm sorry.
- 36:20Speaker 1: Yeah, changed writing o Poleon, but it was I.
- 36:31Speaker 9: Mean, we didn't know that until you mentioned it.
- 36:34Speaker 4: But what what was?
- 36:35Speaker 5: Do you know?
- 36:36Speaker 9: What's happening?
- 36:37Speaker 1: Just just just cold feet the whole this straight cold feet.
- 36:40Speaker 1: This guys, let me tell you what happened he dating
- 36:44Speaker 1: some girl. She found out he was going on the show,
- 36:48Speaker 1: on that show, and see what I do out there canceling,
- 36:54Speaker 1: see everybody going on that single and all like that,
- 36:56Speaker 1: don't really be single, go on that single and say
- 36:59Speaker 1: that right here, I'm going on social media, gonna put
- 37:02Speaker 1: you all out on a bus. He got threatened. That's
- 37:04Speaker 1: why he didn't show up on TV, gonna we're gonna
- 37:09Speaker 1: not go.
- 37:10Speaker 2: On my show? Who going do that?
- 37:17Speaker 5: All right?
- 37:20Speaker 9: But it looks like it's gonna be a good season though.

- 53:45Speaker 10: We could be reading your letter live on the air,
- 53:48Speaker 10: just like we're gonna read this one right here, right now,
- 53:50Speaker 10: and you never know, it could be yours.
- 53:53Speaker 2: It could be yours. Buckle up and hold on time.
- 53:55Speaker 2: We got a fool you here. It is straw Very letter.
- 53:59Speaker 5: Thank you.
- 54:00Speaker 9: Few subjects. If he can't share, then I can't either.
- 54:03Speaker 10: Stephen Shirley, I'm thirty nine years old and my husband
- 54:07Speaker 10: is forty two. I stopped working a nine to five
- 54:10Speaker 10: when my tax business took off two years ago. I
- 54:13Speaker 10: run a small office space and I offer debt relief
- 54:16Speaker 10: services after tax season. In my mind, my husband never
- 54:20Speaker 10: expected me to do so well and make so much money.
- 54:23Speaker 10: He started hating on me early on, and he was
- 54:26Speaker 10: negative about every advancement I made in getting set up.
- 54:31Speaker 10: He wouldn't even come to my office until I had
- 54:33Speaker 10: moved in it. He's really upset that I am making
- 54:35Speaker 10: a lot more money than he is, so that's a problem.
- 54:39Speaker 10: He expects me to put post most of my earnings
- 54:41Speaker 10: and our joint savings, but I put most of my
- 54:44Speaker 10: money into a business account because my income fluctuates each month.
- 54:49Speaker 10: The sweet things that he used to do for me,
- 54:51Speaker 10: he no longer does them. He loves to tell me
- 54:54Speaker 10: that I can buy whatever I want for myself. Now
- 54:57Speaker 10: he will stop buy and pick up his favorite wine
- 55:00Speaker 10: and not get my favorite wine. Or he'll get himself
- 55:03Speaker 10: a steak to throw on the grill and tell me
- 55:06Speaker 10: that he thought i'd be somewhere having a fancy dinner
- 55:08Speaker 10: with a client. I've never been out with any of
- 55:12Speaker 10: my clients, so my husband's behavior irks me. But when
- 55:15Speaker 10: it's coddle time, he expects me to still perform like
- 55:19Speaker 10: he wants me to. I can't even get turned on
- 55:22Speaker 10: by that hater most times because I know what he
- 55:25Speaker 10: thinks of me now. The final straw was when I
- 55:28Speaker 10: took him to dinner for our anniversary and he ordered
- 55:31Speaker 10: two appetizers and didn't let me try them. He told
- 55:35Speaker 10: me to order what I like to eat. He has
- 55:37Speaker 10: never done me like that. The kicker was that he
- 55:40Speaker 10: told me to pay for our food.
- 55:42Speaker 9: I'm so done with.
- 55:43Speaker 10: Him unless he comes clean and tells me what's up.
- 55:47Speaker 10: So if he can't share, I can't either, and no
- 55:50Speaker 10: more sex will be had in this house. How can
- 55:53Speaker 10: I get to the bottom of this, Well, it sounds
- 55:56Speaker 10: like you've already gotten to the bottom of it. I mean,
- 55:58Speaker 10: your husband is jealous of you and hating on your success.
- 56:01Speaker 10: According to what you've said in this letter, there are
- 56:04Speaker 10: a lot of men who support their wives and celebrate
- 56:06Speaker 10: when their wives succeed because they are mature enough to
- 56:10Speaker 10: know it's a win for their wife and for them,
- 56:13Speaker 10: so it's a win for both, no losers in that situation,
- 56:16Speaker 10: a win for the whole family. But your man is
- 56:18Speaker 10: childish about this, you know, not letting you, not wanting
- 56:22Speaker 10: you to try his food and all of that. And
- 56:25Speaker 10: you know, and he's also selfish. That's the other ish,
- 56:28Speaker 10: childish and selfish it's just wrong. I'm sure it's hurtful
- 56:33Speaker 10: coming from the one person you always expected to have
- 56:36Speaker 10: your back. Your elevation doesn't diminish his status one bit.
- 56:40Speaker 10: I mean, your light doesn't dim his light. Obviously he
- 56:43Speaker 10: thinks it does, and he's feeling some kind of way
- 56:46Speaker 10: about all of this. And I as a woman to
- 56:48Speaker 10: understand why it's a turn off to you when he
- 56:50Speaker 10: acts like this. His bad behavior doesn't make you want
- 56:53Speaker 10: to do it. It doesn't make you get in the
- 56:56Speaker 10: mood or anything like that. No romance, no sex, because
- 56:59Speaker 10: we all know with women it starts in the mind.
- 57:02Speaker 10: He's not empowering you, he's not.
- 57:03Speaker 9: Happy for you. He's belittling you. But he doesn't see
- 57:07Speaker 9: that the two are related.
- 57:09Speaker 10: So instead of making him guess why the sex stopped
- 57:12Speaker 10: and all that, tell him what's going on with you
- 57:15Speaker 10: and how he makes you feel. He's got to get
- 57:18Speaker 10: his jealousy under control and realize he's dealing with you
- 57:21Speaker 10: and you're a boss now, you're making your own money
- 57:23Speaker 10: and all of that.
- 57:24Speaker 1: Steve this, Really, this is gonna be a hard one
- 57:28Speaker 1: because I know exactly what's happening, and to fix for
- 57:32Speaker 1: this has to come from him.
- 57:35Speaker 2: It's really nothing you can do. You can't make a
- 57:38Speaker 2: person feel better who is determined not to. And that's
- 57:44Speaker 2: the case here. You're thirty nine, your husband forty two.
- 57:47Speaker 1: You stop working your nine to five because your tax
- 57:50Speaker 1: business took off.
- 57:52Speaker 2: You got an office and you offer debt release services
- 57:56Speaker 2: after tax season. Now, interesting business.
- 58:01Speaker 1: So you after tax season, when people got their money
- 58:04Speaker 1: and everything, you offer another business called debt relief services.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Now I'm not sure what that is. Whether you loan
- 58:11Speaker 1: money or you show people how to get out of debt,
- 58:14Speaker 1: or you fix their credit report. It could be an
- 58:17Speaker 1: a number of things, but whatever, she's found a niche.
- 58:21Speaker 1: He started hating on me early, and he was negative
- 58:23Speaker 1: about all the advancements I made. And he ain't even
- 58:26Speaker 1: come to the office till you open it up. Okay,
- 58:29Speaker 1: he's really upset that I'm making Here's the whole letter
- 58:33Speaker 1: right here. He's really upset that I'm making a lot
- 58:36Speaker 1: more money than he is. So that's the problem here,
- 58:39Speaker 1: This is the letter.
- 58:41Speaker 12: This is it.
- 58:42Speaker 2: You're making way more money than him, and his male.
- 58:46Speaker 1: Ego is bruised and he does not know how to
- 58:51Speaker 1: cope with that because he's one of those men where
- 58:54Speaker 1: if he up, he up. But if he ain't up,
- 58:57Speaker 1: you better not be upfurned. You get what I'm saying.
- 59:02Speaker 1: If he ain't up, you bet not be a firm. Now,
- 59:10Speaker 1: this is a rough one to solve now, because it
- 59:13Speaker 1: ain't like you going off and you done left him
- 59:15Speaker 1: or nothing. You staying right there. But it's in his
- 59:18Speaker 1: face now. He expects me to put most of my
- 59:22Speaker 1: earnings in our joint savings. See that right there, that's
- 59:24Speaker 1: his fix. Put all your money in our joint so
- 59:28Speaker 1: I can look in here and see what we got.
- 59:32Speaker 1: But you run a business, so you got to put
- 59:34Speaker 1: your money in your business account because your income fluctuates
- 59:38Speaker 1: each month.
- 59:38Speaker 2: That's the life of an entrepreneur.
- 59:40Speaker 1: That's understandable because he may be spending money that you
- 59:44Speaker 1: may need to cover something doing those months where it's
- 59:48Speaker 1: not so good.
- 59:50Speaker 2: The sweet things he used to do for me, he
- 59:52Speaker 2: no longer does them. Right there.
- 59:56Speaker 1: That's hate. You got money what you need me for?
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: He loves to tell me I can buy whatever I
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: want for myself. He'll stop and pick up his favorite
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: wine and not get my favorite wine. Okay, he trifling now.
- 1:00:10Speaker 10: Yeah, hang on, Steve, damn dog, we'll have part two
- 1:00:14Speaker 10: of your response coming up at twenty three minutes after
- 1:00:18Speaker 10: the hour. Today's Strawberry letter. Subject if he can't share,
- 1:00:21Speaker 10: I can't either. We'll get back into it right after this.
- 1:00:24Speaker 10: You're listening Hardy Morning Show. All right, Come on, Steve,
- 1:00:28Speaker 10: let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject if he can't share,
- 1:00:31Speaker 10: I can't either.
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: Yeah, you got a problem, lady, because this dude is
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: real petty. The whole problem in this, Letty, is you
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: make more money than he does. That's what this whole
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: letter is about. Thirty nine year old lady married to
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: a forty two year old She quit a nine to
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: five because your tax business took off. She has a
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: debt release service. It's gotten to the point where she's
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: making a lot more money than her husband, and now
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: he cannot stand the fact that she's making a lot
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: more money than he is, So that it's the problem,
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: and that is the problem, and it don't look like
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: that's gonna change. And you don't have a fix for
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: this because now you're dealing with the male ego that
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: is severely bruised. He expects you to put most of
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: your earnings into a bank account, y'all's joint account that way,
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: so he can look in there and see what we got.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Because as long as you see he can see your
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: money over there and he is over here, and it
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: ain't adding up, he gonna keep that little shaded feeling
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: going right there, your man, petty.
- 1:01:27Speaker 2: The sweet thing is he used to do for the
- 1:01:29Speaker 2: sweet things he used to do for me, he no
- 1:01:31Speaker 2: longer does. And he loves to tell me that I
- 1:01:33Speaker 2: can buy whatever I want for myself. Now.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Well, you know, sometimes when you take away a man's
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: feeling of being a knight in shining army, if you
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: take away his feeling of being like the go to person,
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: that hurts his ego. That's what's happened here. Yeah, it's
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: like you could do for yourself. Now he can't come
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: in and like, hey, I bought you this, I bought
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: you that, because now he looking at your money once again.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: Though that ain't your fault. Once again, That's just not
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: your fault. We're dealing with the pettiness of the male ego,
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: which is very, very sensitive and it's bruise right now.
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: He'll stop buying pick up his favorite wine and not
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: get my favorite wine. He trifling now, cus damn dog.
- 1:02:19Speaker 1: It's just a bottle of wine. Y'all ain't drinking, you know,
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: or Chateau Latour, you know, two thousand dollars a bottle.
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: Just get you some silver oaks, dog, and you come
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: back in here with that Kendall Mason and y'all going
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: and have a good evening. But he don't even want
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: to do that no more because he trifling. Or he'll
- 1:02:37Speaker 1: get his something to hit the one that's real trifle.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: He'll get hisself a steak, throw it on the grill
- 1:02:43Speaker 1: and tell me he thought I'd be somewhere having a
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: fancy dinner with a client. You bought one piece of meat.
- 1:02:47Speaker 9: To the house dogs, terrible.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: Dog, you know, good and well, you can buy two
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: steaks in case your wife ain't having dinner with a client.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: But then the lady says, I've never been out for
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: any of my clients. So my husband hurry irks me.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: But when it comes to cuddle time, he expects me
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: to still perform like he wants me to. I can't
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: even get turned on by that hat most times, because
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: I know what he thinks of me. Now, well, see
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: now it's payback time. Every action deserves an equal and
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: opposite reaction. And so now he gonna start getting a
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: message because you've had to get the message. See, you
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: can't send a person a message and then don't expect
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: a message to get sent back to you.
- 1:03:32Speaker 2: We see that acting out in real life everywhere we go.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: Hello. Hello.
- 1:03:39Speaker 2: Let me just say this right here.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: You can't go act a fool on a bunch of
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: people and then don't act, don't don't expect to get
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: acted the fool on Hello. What you're saying now you
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: better snap, snap, crackle pop, we rise. Christis now tap water?
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Do the same thing as milk when you put it
- 1:03:56Speaker 1: on rice Christmas? You know what I'm saying this all.
- 1:04:00Speaker 2: The kicker is that he.
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Told me, uh oh, anyway, the final straples when I
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: took him to dinner for our anniversary. You took him
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: to dinner for your anniversary. God though, and he ordered
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: two appetizers and didn't let me try him. He told
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: me to order what I like to eat. He had
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: never done me like that before. Yeah, your boy, he petty.
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: The kicker was that he told me to pay for
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: our food. I'm done with him unless he comes clean
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: and tells me what's up, like Shirley said, he already
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: told you what's up. He thinks you can pay for everything.
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: He don't want to do no acts of kindness for you,
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: no more because he lived feeling. Hey, I wish Marjorie
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: would make more money. Please, for the love of God,
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: celebrate that.
- 1:04:54Speaker 9: Yeah, happy about this, but her.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: Man, please make no money to please please, I'll be
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: doing her toenails and watching her feet running bath water. Man.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: What so if he can't share, I can't share either.
- 1:05:17Speaker 1: No more sex will be had in this house. How
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: can I get to the bottom of this?
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: Well? Let her do it right there?
- 1:05:24Speaker 1: No more sex in this his house. Yeah, that pretty
- 1:05:27Speaker 1: much do it.
- 1:05:28Speaker 7: That's it.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: You got man divided attention. Once the sex stops at
- 1:05:33Speaker 1: a man's house getting his attention, you now have it
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: because he wants you to do a cuddle time. He
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: wants you to perform like, ain't none of this happening?
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: And this is your perfect time to tell her. Let
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: him know that every action deserves an equalin option reaction.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: And if you can't share, I can't share either. So
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: you don't want you don't want none of my money,
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: but you want some of my honey, But you don't
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: want to give me nothing, So now I don't You
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: don't want to buy me wine. You don't want me
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: to try your appetizer. Well, I don't want you trying
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: none of my snacks.
- 1:06:05Speaker 9: Easing you bring one steak for the girl.
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: Okay, you bought one steak. Okay, okay, so we with
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: holding snacks.
- 1:06:14Speaker 2: My snack too. That's all it is. I think you
- 1:06:18Speaker 2: on track with it right there.
- 1:06:20Speaker 9: Thank you, Steve.

- 1:07:11Speaker 16: to thirty two. Boy, how boy, boy, every you didn't
- 1:07:15Speaker 16: let you down?
- 1:07:16Speaker 11: Don't they could?
- 1:07:17Speaker 16: Sisto At Detroit man pulled the water over the Rams.
- 1:07:24Speaker 11: You got that one on.
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: You didn't pick that.
- 1:07:26Speaker 11: But that one game you didn't pick though, that one
- 1:07:29Speaker 11: game you didn't pick. That one game you didn't pick.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: So y'all see the Detroit game, Yeah it was all, But.
- 1:07:36Speaker 11: Did you see the Texas at the ground we go
- 1:07:41Speaker 11: privately didn't see it.
- 1:07:42Speaker 2: No matter, didn't I see one play?
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: You didn't see one play.
- 1:07:47Speaker 16: I'll tell you it wasn't really much for y'all to
- 1:07:49Speaker 16: see because it was forty five or fourteen.
- 1:07:51Speaker 11: It really wasn't many plays y'all made on the fields
- 1:07:54Speaker 11: that day.
- 1:07:55Speaker 16: It wasn't no, it was really you know it thanks
- 1:07:58Speaker 16: to Kareem Hunt because he got both y'all techdown.
- 1:08:00Speaker 11: If it was hi, y'a wouldn't even see the end zone.
- 1:08:03Speaker 16: But Joe Flaco, Joe Fla. Joe showed up like Fla
- 1:08:08Speaker 16: do gave us two interceptions.
- 1:08:11Speaker 11: Thank you, Flaco. That was fourteen more points.
- 1:08:13Speaker 2: You gave us.
- 1:08:14Speaker 11: Yeah, you know what, and you said we better not
- 1:08:16Speaker 11: show up to work.
- 1:08:17Speaker 2: If we lost.
- 1:08:18Speaker 11: Well, we didn't lose, so we ain't matter.
- 1:08:20Speaker 7: Fact, I want you to wear jersey, said, I want
- 1:08:23Speaker 7: Texas jersey.
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: I can see that winning is new to y'all. Hear
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: me out, now, hear me out. I've been listening to you.
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: See y'all don't even really know how to really dig
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: the knife in. Nobody's stop. You ain't we to down? No, no, no,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: because this is right here. Before this game, I said,
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: if the Browns lose, I am so accustomed to it
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: mmm that it will not have the diverse effect on
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: me that you're hoping for.
- 1:08:57Speaker 2: Uh huh. It just and that's the only thing that's
- 1:09:00Speaker 2: to me right now because they say, asked this long.
- 1:09:03Speaker 2: Yeah you know they did.
- 1:09:07Speaker 16: And I'm just so disgrunted in you because you know
- 1:09:10Speaker 16: you're a winner, you like winning, and you didn't win.
- 1:09:14Speaker 2: You know you don't. No, no, no, not sad you win.
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: Went straight home, said, I.
- 1:09:24Speaker 2: You had this same you do that I should lose
- 1:09:30Speaker 2: a game, Houston need to just go on and win
- 1:09:32Speaker 2: the super Bowl. If they go to the super Bowl,
- 1:09:34Speaker 2: you pay five teams.
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: Okay, chuckle.
- 1:09:40Speaker 10: Coming up at the top of the hour, a recent
- 1:09:42Speaker 10: graduate wants to advise them relocating to make more money
- 1:09:46Speaker 10: as a stripper.
- 1:09:47Speaker 9: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listening.
- 1:09:51Speaker 10: Morning show, all right, So Steve, this is from Nicki
- 1:09:56Speaker 10: and Alabama. Nikky says, please don't judge me. I'm a
- 1:10:00Speaker 10: dancer in parentheses, stripper and.
- 1:10:03Speaker 9: A darn good one. I make great money.
- 1:10:06Speaker 10: Imagine exotic dancing as an art form that women of
- 1:10:10Speaker 10: all ages are doing now to work out. It's the
- 1:10:13Speaker 10: one thing I'm good at, and I know I can
- 1:10:16Speaker 10: make a lot more money in a big city with
- 1:10:18Speaker 10: nice clubs. I want to stack paper before I'm twenty five,
- 1:10:23Speaker 10: then stop dancing, by myself a house and get married
- 1:10:26Speaker 10: and start a family. I got a degree a year
- 1:10:28Speaker 10: ago in social sciences, and my first job only paid
- 1:10:32Speaker 10: thirty eight thousand dollars a year. I quit last month,
- 1:10:36Speaker 10: and I can triple that salary by dancing only three
- 1:10:39Speaker 10: days a week Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Is it crazy
- 1:10:43Speaker 10: to move to the big city to pursue my goals?
- 1:10:46Speaker 10: Will my future husband be cool with it?
- 1:10:49Speaker 2: Well, let me say this, young sister. Always remember some advice.
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: I got the decisions you make today will back your
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: outcome of tomorrow. If stripping will get you the husband
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: and the family you desire, then go ahead and strip.
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: If that doesn't seem to be the case that it
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: leads to most often, if I were you, I would reconsider.
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: I understand that money is a a a is a
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: factor in this, but I have learned in my life
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: all money ain't good money. Come on you have and
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: in this world of social media and the social age
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: and cyberspace, this will follow you in places you.
- 1:11:41Speaker 2: Ain't gonna want it to go.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: You will be recognized by people you didn't know saw
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: you one night, and it will It will bring you
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: harm in the terms of your reputation. Now you ask
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: me not to judge you, so I'm not. But I
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: am telling you to be conscious of this because the
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: decisions you make today will affect the outcome of your tomorrow.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: You are at that point now where all these decisions
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: are critical. And I got that you made thirty eight
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: thousand dollars a year, and you could triple that working
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: three nights a week, and that the.
- 1:12:15Speaker 2: Thing about.
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: You can make a lot of money selling drugs too.
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: But see as a price. You know, you got to
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: be conscious of this. Just got to think, young lady,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: if I were talking to my daughter in this situation,
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: I would advise you not to. I know the road
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: seems more arguous and treacherous and harder to take the
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: right path, but the right path has consequences and payoffs
- 1:12:43Speaker 1: for your future too, so I would consider all of
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: that in making your decision, young lady.
- 1:12:50Speaker 2: I could meet the man of the seams.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: But if his boys saw you at that club that night,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: shouldn't she shap.
- 1:12:57Speaker 2: In another city and then get married later in another city.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: It wouldn't work out, Like I said. You See, this
- 1:13:04Speaker 2: is why this is why we have the show in order.
- 1:13:07Speaker 2: Just told you.
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: Because of cyberspace and social media, this thing can follow
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: you in places that you have no idea. So see
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: this little option stripping one city, go get mad and
- 1:13:18Speaker 1: another even.
- 1:13:22Speaker 11: Steve joke.
- 1:13:26Speaker 9: Three days a week.
- 1:13:27Speaker 11: Okay, we know it's more than thirty eight thousand.
- 1:13:33Speaker 9: She can make trade three times that much three days.
- 1:13:37Speaker 2: So let let me get this right.
- 1:13:39Speaker 1: So you can understand that the two female co hosts
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: on the show who has daughters are recommending are recommending
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: that this still strip the two women on the show
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: who have daughters. You are recommending that this young girl
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: consider stripping cause.
- 1:14:02Speaker 2: Of the money, she said.
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: On this show, dog ding ding ding ding ding. I'm
- 1:14:07Speaker 1: just asking.
- 1:14:10Speaker 2: Right now.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: And hey, hey you are you finn raise your hand
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: with a little girl. Go ahead, go ahead, time, fool,
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: go ahead. We were just talking about oh my little.
- 1:14:21Speaker 12: Don't know.
- 1:14:24Speaker 2: Huh, my body got a daughter. Now come on, look,
- 1:14:25Speaker 2: come on, come on, let me hear no, all.
- 1:14:28Speaker 10: Right, sorry, look at the time we gotta go, coming
- 1:14:31Speaker 10: up to twenty minutes after the hour, We're gonna have
- 1:14:34Speaker 10: more of this ignorant show right after this.
- 1:14:37Speaker 9: You're listening morning show.
- 1:14:42Speaker 10: All right, guys, this is disgusting, this story, and it
- 1:14:46Speaker 10: just keeps happening. Another flight from Birmingham, Alabama, to Atlanta
- 1:14:52Speaker 10: show passengers on the flight had to endure a terrible
- 1:14:54Speaker 10: odor for the last few minutes of the flight. They
- 1:14:58Speaker 10: knew what the smell was, but couldn't figure out where
- 1:15:01Speaker 10: it was coming from. When the plane landed, all of
- 1:15:04Speaker 10: the passenger passengers on a particular row noticed that a
- 1:15:08Speaker 10: guy in the row had had an accident in his
- 1:15:11Speaker 10: seat and all up the back of his seat, and
- 1:15:14Speaker 10: he sat in it until the flight landed.
- 1:15:17Speaker 9: I mean he had God, yeah, gotta stay trapped in.
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: I don't give a damn landing. If the seat belt
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: signed on, I'm going in the bathroom. I don't give
- 1:15:27Speaker 1: a damn If it's locked, I'm kicking it though in
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: and I'm gonna sit down because what we're not finna
- 1:15:32Speaker 1: do is up my back.
- 1:15:36Speaker 10: Yeah, but I mean a credit to the passengers though,
- 1:15:38Speaker 10: they didn't make a big deal of it. They didn't
- 1:15:40Speaker 10: embarrass the guy or with stuff like that.
- 1:15:43Speaker 14: But oh yeah, hey, hey, hey man, shoot you guys,
- 1:16:04Speaker 14: get down here, get the pilot, somebody.
- 1:16:09Speaker 2: You don't have everybody because I'm standing up the rest
- 1:16:12Speaker 2: of the flight.
- 1:16:13Speaker 10: All the passengers posted about it on social media, so
- 1:16:16Speaker 10: they didn't make a big deal. Then, all right, we'll
- 1:16:18Speaker 10: have more of the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up
- 1:16:21Speaker 10: at thirty three minutes.
- 1:16:21Speaker 9: After we'll play around it. Would you rather right after this,
- 1:16:25Speaker 9: you're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, it's time
- 1:16:30Speaker 9: to play around it. Would you rather? Did you what
- 1:16:32Speaker 9: did you want to say?
- 1:16:34Speaker 4: Oh?
- 1:16:35Speaker 10: Okay, all right, all right, so here we go. Would
- 1:16:38Speaker 10: you rather for the rest of your life? Would you
- 1:16:41Speaker 10: rather eat only Italian food or only Mexican food for
- 1:16:44Speaker 10: the rest of your life. Okay, we'll go over to
- 1:16:49Speaker 10: Junior Mexican. Okay, all right, he's getting out more.
- 1:16:57Speaker 4: Isn't he.
- 1:17:00Speaker 11: I've been from Texas. I've been growing up on misking food.
- 1:17:02Speaker 2: Now that's his that's his trip out the country Mexico.
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: All right.
- 1:17:07Speaker 10: Would you rather kiss a dog in the mouth? You
- 1:17:10Speaker 10: know they say their their mouths are cleaner than humans?
- 1:17:13Speaker 10: Or would you rather kiss your ex on the forehead?
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: Give mereore Come, I'm gonna let the dogs sleep in
- 1:17:25Speaker 2: the bed that night.
- 1:17:28Speaker 9: I don't believe you guys right now? Would you rather
- 1:17:34Speaker 9: a million dollars a year to commute to work for
- 1:17:38Speaker 9: three hours?
- 1:17:39Speaker 10: Okay, that's your commute time three hours, but you get
- 1:17:41Speaker 10: a million dollars every year? Or woud you're rather eight
- 1:17:43Speaker 10: hundred thousand dollars a year to work from home?
- 1:17:47Speaker 5: Eight?
- 1:17:49Speaker 12: Yeah?
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: Jeez, your pondering. I'd like to see the people. See
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: why he's looking on he's taking math in his hate.
- 1:17:57Speaker 1: He looking like two hundred thousand. Go ahead, be in
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: that coff.
- 1:18:03Speaker 16: I'm just gonna go get the million three hours I
- 1:18:06Speaker 16: would do with me. Yeah, I had to look at
- 1:18:11Speaker 16: the math. You're right, I need what you're gonna do.
- 1:18:14Speaker 2: What you do, I'm gonna look for another career laying
- 1:18:20Speaker 2: one of them numbers picture. I ain't gonna be take that.
- 1:18:25Speaker 2: I'm gonna be able to take that cut. I'm sorry.
- 1:18:27Speaker 9: You can't take a big cut.
- 1:18:30Speaker 2: It's gonna be a serious cut for me. I won't help.
- 1:18:34Speaker 10: You're downsizing, no downside around on my ass, being a
- 1:18:38Speaker 10: tiny home and everything. All right, Would you rather be
- 1:18:46Speaker 10: naked on a snow capped mountain or would you rather
- 1:18:50Speaker 10: be overdressed too many clothes in the desert?
- 1:18:52Speaker 9: Which one?
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: You're gonna die either way, But you gotta show better
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: chance of being around along with them over dressed on
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: the desert, because at least you go over to the
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: Middle East. People who live on the desert, they don't
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: wear shorts, short sleeve shirts, They wearings. They be dressed
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: because they protect themselves from the sun. You know, that's
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: why I never played I never played golf in shorts,
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: always playing paints over all.
- 1:19:23Speaker 9: Right, Well, that's today's round of would.
- 1:19:25Speaker 2: You look professional Jimmy for my game? Just try to
- 1:19:30Speaker 2: look like the Sunday.
- 1:19:33Speaker 9: That's today's rounded. Would you rather thanks guys.
- 1:19:36Speaker 10: Coming up at forty nine minutes after the hour, our
- 1:19:38Speaker 10: last break of the day, and Steve Harvey has some
- 1:19:40Speaker 10: closing remarks you don't want to miss right after this.
- 1:19:44Speaker 10: You're listening Harvey Morning Show. All right here we are, guys,
- 1:19:48Speaker 10: our last break of the day.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: You know what these people is having these accidents on
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: these planes, these bathroom accidents and stuff. We just did
- 1:19:57Speaker 1: the story about the man sitting on the plane the accident,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: horrible smell, all.
- 1:20:02Speaker 2: Up the packet, a chair and all this. Help. I
- 1:20:05Speaker 2: have a solution for this, Oh you do?
- 1:20:08Speaker 7: Okay?
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: I think what Airlines is gonna have to do is
- 1:20:11Speaker 1: everybody that come up to the ticket county. You know
- 1:20:13Speaker 1: how you go through the airport and you give them
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: your boarding passport, you get on the plane. Yeah, that
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: should be a station right there, so you give them
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: your boarding pass and then you stand in this area
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: and the man say, okay, jog in place for twenty
- 1:20:27Speaker 1: five cents. That normally works it up. Anything you got
- 1:20:33Speaker 1: going on twenty five seconds of jogging in place.
- 1:20:35Speaker 2: You can work it up.
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: And if you see a disgruntled look, you hear some grumbling,
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: you hear some sounds, you hear.
- 1:20:42Speaker 2: Some air pockets being released, and all like that. Your
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: ass ain't getting on this flight.
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: You go down to the toilet. If you can get
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: back by the time we finish boarding, your sea would
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: be available. If not, your ass is not getting on
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: this plane. Because that's what's happening in this world. We
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: are letting people on here who think that they can
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: hold it anymore, hold it longer. Let me tell y'all something.
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: As you age, your ability to hold bathroom needs reduces greatly,
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: and older you get, the less capable you are a
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: clenching lock it up, it reduces greatly. I tell you
- 1:21:26Speaker 1: right now, personally, my birthday will be tomorrow, God willing,
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: I'll be sixty seven years old. So I have to pee.
- 1:21:34Speaker 2: It is damn near immediately. I have to see now.
- 1:21:44Speaker 2: I have to think ahead and how I'm feeling. Can
- 1:21:48Speaker 2: I go in this store? Can I walk another? Can
- 1:21:53Speaker 2: I ride twenty more minutes? The answer is usually no, No,
- 1:21:58Speaker 2: I go back wherever I w was us and go
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: to the bathroom. Then I go get in the car.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: Yeah, Or if I'm in the store shopping, I get up,
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: I go to the bathroom early now and out of
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: the country. A lot of stores don't have bathrooms in
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: the stores. They're always out in the mall somewhere. Most
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: stores overseas don't have bathrooms in the store, like in
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: the States. Some of the states only have stores for employees. Yeah,
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: I got to go. You can't send me up the hallway,
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: not if I'm spending money. I don't damn if I
- 1:22:37Speaker 1: got the year Nate in the mob closet. You need
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: something with a bucket somewhere, and that'll be the solution
- 1:22:45Speaker 1: for that. But running place as soon as you're giving
- 1:22:48Speaker 1: your boarding pass, just stand here and jogging place, get
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: your knees up a little bit higher, sir. Twenty five
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: seconds really works down most situations. And I think that's
- 1:22:59Speaker 1: the solution for them. Oh, or they're gonna have to
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: move that scanning machine they got out at the beginning.
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: You know where you're standing in there. Turn around, they're
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: gonna have to put that scanning machine up there by
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: the gate.
- 1:23:10Speaker 2: Now what they're doing with that?
- 1:23:13Speaker 1: What you know, you could spot anything in the body.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: You see you see a long gym in that body.
- 1:23:24Speaker 2: Right now, I'm trying to offer a solution for this.
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: You better hope I ain't got no money for because
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: you ain't getting on here with all this here. I'm
- 1:23:33Speaker 1: not gonna be in here replacing.
- 1:23:34Speaker 2: Seats and all this here?
- 1:23:37Speaker 9: Is it what you eat or ate before you got
- 1:23:40Speaker 9: on the plane?
- 1:23:42Speaker 14: Things?
- 1:23:42Speaker 2: You know, most most people eat stuff? You know what stuff?
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: Think?
- 1:23:46Speaker 7: What if they what if they put toilet seats on
- 1:23:50Speaker 7: the plane instead of just the regular seat.
- 1:23:52Speaker 2: That's where you already said.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: Okay, let me ask you what y'all gonna call that,
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: because you already got comfort plus?
- 1:23:57Speaker 2: What you're gonna call it? Yeah, y'all.
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: You know y'all always in the back trying to fix
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: stuff up. You need to get your money right and
- 1:24:06Speaker 1: get your ass up in front of that plane. It
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: always happened in the back somewhere because you got four
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: hundred people trying to use one toilet. Get your ass
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: up front where six people use one bathroom. I'm telling
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: you right now, what are you gonna call it? You
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: got comfort plus? Give you four more inches of leg room.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: I've studying it. That's comfort plus. Then you got the
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: exit rope that gives you a little bit more leg
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: room too, But comfort plus is four more inches of
- 1:24:34Speaker 1: leg room. So if you six six, that don't do
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: nothing for you at all. Also, Tommy, you know you know,
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: because let me just go back over a couple of
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: stories I heard. Tommy, you said that you got to
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: go to dating and you was gonna be wearing your
- 1:24:54Speaker 1: long joints. Yeah, you're just gonna get some long socks
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: and all that. And I was just gonna say, just
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: buy some regular.
- 1:25:04Speaker 2: Socks and.
- 1:25:06Speaker 7: On you.
- 1:25:11Speaker 9: That's what you were gonna say.
- 1:25:14Speaker 7: That.
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: I was just saving all mine for closing remarks, and Junior,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: I'd like to say something to.
- 1:25:22Speaker 2: You and my clothes remark.
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: Congratulations on the Texans win. Yeah, everything, you know, it
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: was a shackle. I hope y'all win the super Bowl.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: Thank you, because the letdown from here is hard. The
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: higher up, the harder the falls.
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: Yeah, you'll have that. You will have this same look
- 1:25:46Speaker 2: I got on my face.
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: Ship.
- 1:25:51Speaker 2: Yeah, unless y'all win the.
- 1:25:52Speaker 3: Super Bowland and Dallas and Philly are very sad today, Steve.
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: Yeah, nobody said it in Dallas, though they predict the
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: Super Bowl win every day. Nobody's more sad than Dallas.
- 1:26:12Speaker 1: Oh boy, well, hey man, God willing, we'll see y'all tomorrow.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: God willing I will wake up for birthday God willing right, y'all,
- 1:26:21Speaker 1: stay in peace.
- 1:26:22Speaker 2: Man talk to God. He loved to hear from me.
