“Send Coach John a message”I found a “combo” meal today for us to “digest” and take to heart a little bit. The first one is from Psyche Wizard (@PsycheWizard) who reminds us to “Surround yourself with people that push you to be better. No drama, jealousy, or mess. Just higher goals, good vibes and positive energy.” One key that hit me here is that I reminded myself that I also need to be this for myself and for others.
