Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:05Speaker 2: and normally, Senator the big story today would just be
- 0:08Speaker 2: the single story that Hunter Biden has been convicted on charges.
- 0:12Speaker 2: But the shocking part is we've got a full show
- 0:15Speaker 2: with some other stories that are just as important to
- 0:18Speaker 2: that as well.
- 0:19Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right. We're going to start with the
- 0:21Speaker 3: breaking news that Hunter Biden has been found guilty of
- 0:24Speaker 3: three felony gun charges. We're going to discuss what that
- 0:26Speaker 3: means and how it impacts Joe Biden in this political
- 0:29Speaker 3: campaign to be president. And the spoiler alert is, I
- 0:32Speaker 3: think the Biden White House political operatives are quite happy
- 0:35Speaker 3: with how things have unfolded. Secondly, eight ISIS terrorists, suspected
- 0:41Speaker 3: ISIS terrorists have been arrested. They came into this country illegally,
- 0:45Speaker 3: Joe Biden and the Democrats released them and now they've
- 0:49Speaker 3: been arrested for suspected terrorist activity.
- 0:51Speaker 2: And yeah, it's incredible, especially there's ISIS terrorists. Guess what
- 0:54Speaker 2: coming across that southern border. We'll dive into that in
- 0:57Speaker 2: a second. This June mark two years since the overturn
- 1:02Speaker 2: of Roe v. Wade, and it is an important moment
- 1:05Speaker 2: because we need your help.
- 1:07Speaker 1: You may not know, but the number.
- 1:09Speaker 2: Of abortions actually increased the following year after roev Wade
- 1:14Speaker 2: was overturned. In twenty twenty three, the amount of abortions
- 1:17Speaker 2: reached its highest level since twenty twelve, with the abortion
- 1:21Speaker 2: pill accounting for up to sixty three percent of all abortions.
- 1:25Speaker 2: It's tragically no surprise Preborn continues to stand for women
- 1:30Speaker 2: in crisis and at risk babies. Preborn is a ministry
- 1:35Speaker 2: of compassion that showers women and babies with God's love,
- 1:39Speaker 2: providing free ultrasounds to mothers with unplanned pregnancies to introduce
- 1:44Speaker 2: them to the precious life growing inside of them. When
- 1:47Speaker 2: a mother meets her baby on ultrasound and here's their heartbeat,
- 1:51Speaker 2: she is twice as likely to choose life.
- 1:53Speaker 1: Let me say that again.
- 1:55Speaker 2: She is twice as likely to choose life. And for
- 1:58Speaker 2: just twenty eight dollars, you can sponsor an ultrasound, and
- 2:02Speaker 2: one and forty dollars helps to rescue five babies. You're
- 2:07Speaker 2: generous tax deductible donation will also help to provide women
- 2:11Speaker 2: who choose life with assistance for up to two years.

- 2:18Speaker 1: It's easy.
- 2:19Speaker 2: Dial pound two fifty and say the keyword baby. That's
- 2:24Speaker 2: pound two fifty on your phone and say the keyword baby.
- 2:28Speaker 2: Or visit preborn dot com slash verdict. That's preborn dot
- 2:35Speaker 2: com slash verdict. Senator, I got to ask you about
- 2:41Speaker 2: the Hunter Biden case. This was the one case that
- 2:45Speaker 2: the left if they were going to prosecute him, it
- 2:48Speaker 2: was on these charges because it completely protected the president
- 2:52Speaker 2: and the rest of the Biden crime family from the
- 2:55Speaker 2: millions of dollars coming to their bank account. Yes, it's
- 2:58Speaker 2: a moment where you think you should be celebrate it.
- 3:00Speaker 2: But is this nothing but a red herring of all
- 3:02Speaker 2: red hearings where they're going to get away with all
- 3:05Speaker 2: the other stuff because of this little charge.
- 3:07Speaker 3: Well, that's certainly their plan, and this is exactly the
- 3:10Speaker 3: political outcome that the Biden White House wanted. And go
- 3:14Speaker 3: back to our early podcast when when the Biden investigation
- 3:18Speaker 3: was moving forward, and we talked at length about if
- 3:21Speaker 3: the prosecution focuses on crimes that are personal to Hunter,
- 3:24Speaker 3: on the gun crime, on his drug issues, that is
- 3:29Speaker 3: that's their entire political narrative. His Hunter is a troubled soul.
- 3:32Speaker 3: He is substance he has had substance abuse problems for
- 3:36Speaker 3: years and years, and all of that's true. And to
- 3:39Speaker 3: be clear, if if Hunter Biden were just Hunter Smith,
- 3:44Speaker 3: this wouldn't be national news. It would be someone who
- 3:47Speaker 3: broke the laws should be held accountable, who should be prosecuted.
- 3:49Speaker 3: And by the way, there are people all across the
- 3:51Speaker 3: country who are found guilty of gun crimes like this
- 3:54Speaker 3: and prosecuted. So Hunter should be held to the same standard.
- 3:56Speaker 3: But we wouldn't be talking about it if he were
- 3:59Speaker 3: not the son of the president. The reason we're talking
- 4:01Speaker 3: about it. Beneath the son of the president is the
- 4:04Speaker 3: Biden White House and the Biden do Ojay's objective from
- 4:07Speaker 3: day one was insulate the big guy, insulate Joe Biden.
- 4:12Speaker 3: And so the gun crimes Joe Biden has nothing to
- 4:14Speaker 3: do with. What Hunter Biden has just found guilty of.
- 4:17Speaker 3: Is not corruption. It's not influenced peddaling, it's not selling
- 4:20Speaker 3: favors from Daddy. It's not being an illegal unregistered lobbyist
- 4:24Speaker 3: for China, for Russia, for our country's enemies. It's it
- 4:28Speaker 3: is crimes that he was indisputably guilty of And by
- 4:31Speaker 3: the way, look there are Mastermind criminals, and then on
- 4:35Speaker 3: the other end of the spectrum there's Hunter Biden. I mean,
- 4:37Speaker 3: the guy had pictures documented. He's sitting there with a
- 4:41Speaker 3: gun and with crack cocaine and with prostitutes. I mean,
- 4:43Speaker 3: I mean that this was not subtle or complicated. This
- 4:48Speaker 3: was about us, as straightforward as possible. And Bennett's worth remembering,
- 4:53Speaker 3: even though he was clearly an indisputably guilty and now
- 4:55Speaker 3: a jury has found him guilty. The Biden DOJ tried
- 4:59Speaker 3: to do sweetheart deal where he doesn't spend a minute
- 5:02Speaker 3: in jail even for these crimes. And they wanted to
- 5:05Speaker 3: do that sweetheart deal in exchange for essentially giving immunity
- 5:08Speaker 3: for every other issue of corruption. It was only the
- 5:11Speaker 3: IRS whistleblowers coming forward. It was only the House of
- 5:14Speaker 3: Representative shining a light on the IRS whistleblowers that caused
- 5:17Speaker 3: that sweetheart deal to crater. And by the way, Hunter's
- 5:20Speaker 3: legal team ended up turning down the deal at the
- 5:23Speaker 3: end because they pulled back from blanket immunity and Hunter said, well, no, no,
- 5:27Speaker 3: if I can be prosecuted for all the really bad
- 5:29Speaker 3: stuff I did, I won't take the deal. It's interesting
- 5:34Speaker 3: to see whether Hunter and his legal team regret that decision.
- 5:36Speaker 2: Yeah, you look at that deal, and it was obviously
- 5:39Speaker 2: an abuse of power, and that's the reason why, ultimately
- 5:41Speaker 2: the judge said, this is insane, going backwards and giving
- 5:43Speaker 2: you immunity for all your other sins in the past.
- 5:47Speaker 2: That would have just completely protected him and more importantly,
- 5:50Speaker 2: would have protected the president of the United States of America.
- 5:53Speaker 2: But let's go back through what has not been brought
- 5:57Speaker 2: up in any court case yet against the Biden crime family,
- 6:02Speaker 2: and that is the millions and millions of dollars that
- 6:05Speaker 2: they've still not had to answer for. Since Joe Biden
- 6:09Speaker 2: was Vice president, his family and their shell companies have
- 6:13Speaker 2: hauled in at least eighteen million from foreign sources and
- 6:18Speaker 2: bad actors around the world specifically.
- 6:21Speaker 1: Well, that's exactly right.
- 6:23Speaker 3: The House Oversight Committee just put out a list of
- 6:25Speaker 3: the latest evidence of illegal actions from Joe Biden Hunter Biden.
- 6:30Speaker 3: They detailed, as you noted, eighteen million dollars from foreign sources. Now,
- 6:33Speaker 3: let's break that down. Seven point three million dollars from
- 6:37Speaker 3: China directly to Joe Biden and his family, four million
- 6:41Speaker 3: from Ukraine, three point five million from Russia, one million
- 6:45Speaker 3: from Romania, one million from Panama, one hundred and forty
- 6:49Speaker 3: two thousand and three hundred dollars from Kazakhstan. Guess what
- 6:52Speaker 3: for what for a porsia It was a nice other
- 6:56Speaker 3: one hundred and forty two thousand dollars. That's a damn
- 6:59Speaker 3: nice car. We're not talking the old nine forty four
- 7:03Speaker 3: and sixteen candles that I mean, We're talking a heck
- 7:06Speaker 3: of a lot nicer card than that, and then a
- 7:08Speaker 3: million other in other foreign payments. And understand, look, the
- 7:14Speaker 3: Biden White House and Joe Biden's defenders try to say,
- 7:17Speaker 3: this is just this is just Hunter, This is just Hunter,
- 7:19Speaker 3: This is just Hunter. Joe Biden personally met with nearly
- 7:24Speaker 3: every single foreign national who was funneling his family millions
- 7:29Speaker 3: and millions of dollars. He met with the chairman of CEFC,
- 7:33Speaker 3: Yi Jing Ming. He met with Chinese fund executive Jonathan Lee,
- 7:38Speaker 3: met with and lied about it. He met with Boris
- 7:41Speaker 3: M corporate secretary Vadim Porjarski. He met with Russian oligarch
- 7:46Speaker 3: Yolena Abaturina, and he met with Kazakistani oligarch Kennez rakishev.
- 7:53Speaker 3: So understand, let's go back. Hunter Biden has no discernible skills,
- 7:59Speaker 3: and certainly no skills that are worth eighteen million dollars.
- 8:03Speaker 3: The only thing he has to sell is Daddy. That
- 8:09Speaker 3: is the commodity being marketed. Not just marketed, but sold
- 8:14Speaker 3: and sold for millions and millions and millions of dollars.
- 8:16Speaker 3: Ask yourself, why does China give seven point three million
- 8:21Speaker 3: dollars to the Biden family. It's not because Hunter Biden
- 8:25Speaker 3: is Clarence Darrow is some ace lawyer. He has a
- 8:27Speaker 3: law degree, but nobody in their right mind would hire
- 8:29Speaker 3: him a practice law. Why did Borisma give him millions?
- 8:32Speaker 3: It's not because he knows a damn thing about oil
- 8:35Speaker 3: and gas in Ukraine. It is because they want favors
- 8:38Speaker 3: from Daddy. And to be clear, Daddy collects the cash.
- 8:42Speaker 3: We broke it out how Daddy gets the cash frequently.
- 8:44Speaker 3: So all of this focus on Hunter. Here's what the
- 8:48Speaker 3: Biden White House wants right now. They want two things.
- 8:50Speaker 3: They want Number one.
- 8:51Speaker 1: This is over.
- 8:52Speaker 3: It's been decided. All of the Hunter issues have been prosecuted.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Nothing to see here, move on. Oh and by the way, Joe,
- 8:58Speaker 3: of course has been completely exonerary. That's what they want
- 9:00Speaker 3: the press to say, number one, and number two, they
- 9:03Speaker 3: want to self righteously say, see, nobody's above the law.
- 9:06Speaker 3: We prosecuted Hunter. Now let's go go on our jihad
- 9:09Speaker 3: against Donald Trump, because this is all about winning the elections.
- 9:13Speaker 3: And I got to say, by the way, the most
- 9:16Speaker 3: ludicrous statement I think I've heard in a long time
- 9:20Speaker 3: in politics is Joe Biden's claim he will not pardon
- 9:24Speaker 3: his son. I'm going to make a prediction right now,
- 9:26Speaker 3: if Joe Biden loses in November, I'll wager a thousand
- 9:30Speaker 3: dollars Ben that Joe Biden pardons Hunter before he leaves.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I thought you'd throw down more money than that center.
- 9:35Speaker 1: I'm not gonna lie.
- 9:37Speaker 3: I'm a government employee, what you know, I'm not some
- 9:40Speaker 3: you know, fancy radio talk show.
- 9:43Speaker 2: I'd take out a loan on that bet because I
- 9:45Speaker 2: think you're so right on it.
- 9:46Speaker 1: It's just you look at this, and.
- 9:49Speaker 2: I got to ask you a legal question because the
- 9:51Speaker 2: President's come out, he's really been kind of beating his
- 9:53Speaker 2: chest on this over the last ten days. He was
- 9:56Speaker 2: asked in an interview, would you, you know, let your
- 9:59Speaker 2: son on off the hook?
- 10:00Speaker 1: Right, would you pardon your son? He said no.
- 10:03Speaker 2: Look, I think win or lose, there's a good chance
- 10:05Speaker 2: to pardon him, as you just said. But he also
- 10:07Speaker 2: has not said anything about commuting his son's sentence.
- 10:11Speaker 1: That's not a pardon.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Can you explain for people the difference in how valuable
- 10:15Speaker 2: commuting his sentence would be?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Well?
- 10:18Speaker 3: Sure, so, So pardoning someone is the offense itself goes away,
- 10:21Speaker 3: the guilty conviction goes away. It basically pardoning functions to
- 10:25Speaker 3: erase the crime. So you're not a felon, you're if
- 10:29Speaker 3: you get a pardon, you are no longer a convicted felon.
- 10:32Speaker 3: Commuting the sentence, you're still a convicted felon. You the
- 10:36Speaker 3: crime is on your record, you have all the consequences
- 10:38Speaker 3: of being a convicted felon. However, commuting the sentence can
- 10:42Speaker 3: mean you can say, okay, no jail time for you,
- 10:44Speaker 3: or your jail time is over now. And and listen,
- 10:47Speaker 3: if if Biden wins in November, I agree, it's more complicated.
- 10:51Speaker 3: I think the odds are pretty good that he commutes
- 10:53Speaker 3: the sentence at least even if he wins. But if
- 10:56Speaker 3: he loses, I think it's a no brainer that Biden
- 10:59Speaker 3: just goes ahead and does the pardon and leaves. But
- 11:03Speaker 3: if he wins, commuting the sentence is probably a good
- 11:06Speaker 3: cut the baby in half solution. But you know, I
- 11:10Speaker 3: will say, one consequence of commuting rather than pardoning is
- 11:14Speaker 3: is you stay a felon. It means, among other things, ironically,
- 11:18Speaker 3: hunter can't legally own a gun. So one of the
- 11:21Speaker 3: consequences of being a convicted felon you no longer have
- 11:24Speaker 3: to prove that he's on crack, right then, which is
- 11:26Speaker 3: what this trial was about, because convicted felons are not
- 11:29Speaker 3: allowed to own a gun. And can we just pause
- 11:34Speaker 3: and note the utter and complete hypocrisy. So what did
- 11:40Speaker 3: Joe Biden do yesterday, the day his son was convicted
- 11:45Speaker 3: of three felony gun charges to Aretrol, he had a
- 11:50Speaker 3: press release about gun control, saying we must stand up
- 11:53Speaker 3: and go after gun criminals. And ironically enough, he didn't say,
- 11:57Speaker 3: like my own son, and let's be clear, crack kids
- 12:00Speaker 3: buying guns illegally and then disposing of them in a
- 12:03Speaker 3: dumpster for any kid to come along and and and
- 12:05Speaker 3: shoot himself for someone else, That would qualify as serious
- 12:09Speaker 3: gun safety violations. The utter hypocrisy of it. Uh, it
- 12:14Speaker 3: is astonishing. I'm assuming if there is a case this
- 12:19Speaker 3: fall going after Hunter for some of his tax offenses. Now,
- 12:22Speaker 3: the Special Council allowed the most serious tax offenses the
- 12:25Speaker 3: statute of limitation to expire on others, on person deliver.
- 12:30Speaker 2: Let's yeah, deliberately. Let's let's remind people of that point
- 12:32Speaker 2: real quick.
- 12:33Speaker 3: Yet, Look, Merrick Garland did not want the most serious
- 12:38Speaker 3: tax charges brought against Joe Biden and Hunter Biden. This
- 12:42Speaker 3: was about protecting Joe. This was all about Look, any
- 12:46Speaker 3: magician engages in distraction and misdirection. Any magician wants you
- 12:50Speaker 3: to look at what's under what's under the shell on
- 12:53Speaker 3: the left, instead of what's under the shell on the right.
- 12:55Speaker 3: And so they're sitting there going gun charges, crack gun charges,
- 12:58Speaker 3: crack trouble, troubled, substance abuse. Don't look at the corrupt
- 13:03Speaker 3: president who is in hak to enemies of America. You
- 13:08Speaker 3: notice the countries that they make all this money from.
- 13:11Speaker 3: Why isn't France there, Why isn't the United Kingdom there?
- 13:14Speaker 3: Why isn't Japan there? Why aren't any of our friends
- 13:16Speaker 3: and allies there? They only take money from countries that
- 13:19Speaker 3: are our enemies. And that's because that was Joe Biden's
- 13:24Speaker 3: business model. And the result in this verdict I think
- 13:31Speaker 3: will further their political narrative. And I will say this,
- 13:34Speaker 3: I fully suspect that this is having a personal toll
- 13:37Speaker 3: on Joe Biden, that he is politically sacrificing his son
- 13:42Speaker 3: for his own political favor. Now, Hunter got himself into
- 13:45Speaker 3: this mess, and they tried everything they could to get
- 13:48Speaker 3: Hunter off scot free. But I think the consequences are
- 13:52Speaker 3: We're going to see a jail sentence in posed. But
- 13:54Speaker 3: you know what, all the Democrats in the media are
- 13:56Speaker 3: going to say, Okay, jail sentence for Hunter Biden. Now
- 13:58Speaker 3: let's go try to sentence Donald Trump to jail too.
- 14:01Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:01Speaker 2: And we also saw on cenon yesterday, immediately after this
- 14:04Speaker 2: came out, they were already saying, well, this is the
- 14:07Speaker 2: present's only son, this is the president's only living son.
- 14:10Speaker 2: They were already setting the president up to commuter or
- 14:13Speaker 2: to pardon him. I mean, is it that stressful if
- 14:16Speaker 2: you've had the conversation behind the closed doors, Hey, hey,
- 14:19Speaker 2: don't worry about this. Look, I just need you to
- 14:21Speaker 2: go through the process on these two things.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I got you.
- 14:24Speaker 2: You're never going to jail, buddy, I've got you. I'm
- 14:26Speaker 2: never running for reelection. If I win this time, I'm
- 14:29Speaker 2: going to pardon you. I don't care like that's a
- 14:31Speaker 2: real conversation that I could see taking place behind closed doors.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Hey man, just go in there. Let's make this not
- 14:37Speaker 2: any worse than it is for me politically as I'm running.
- 14:40Speaker 2: And look, Joe Biden and his son and his brother,
- 14:44Speaker 2: they've already lied to Congress about his role in the
- 14:46Speaker 2: family's corrupt influence pedaling schemes.
- 14:49Speaker 1: They're already covering for Joe. They're already covering for daddy.
- 14:51Speaker 2: We know for a fact that Hunter Biden lied to
- 14:55Speaker 2: Congress about these basic issues, saying that, you know, I
- 14:59Speaker 2: had no affiliation with a seless fund account that received
- 15:02Speaker 2: foreign payments after foreign business associates met with then Vice
- 15:05Speaker 2: President Biden. He lied to Congress about that. And that's
- 15:09Speaker 2: just one of a couple big lies that came out recently.
- 15:13Speaker 3: Well, that's right, And anytime you see now someone on
- 15:16Speaker 3: the media is saying, move on, this case is over.
- 15:18Speaker 3: It's been decided. You know, they might as well put
- 15:21Speaker 3: on a hat that says Joe Biden twenty twenty four,
- 15:23Speaker 3: because they're acting as a Biden political operative, and that's
- 15:26Speaker 3: a big part of the strategy here is to allow
- 15:29Speaker 3: their media shills to say all of these issues have
- 15:31Speaker 3: been decided now, there's nothing to see here, and especially
- 15:34Speaker 3: especially especially nothing about Joe Biden's own personal corruption.
- 15:38Speaker 2: Final question on this center, This is obviously a topic
- 15:41Speaker 2: we have talked about a lot, the Biden family corruption.
- 15:45Speaker 1: My question for.
- 15:46Speaker 2: You is, we've got a debate a couple weeks away
- 15:48Speaker 2: or less now, and if you were debating Joe Biden
- 15:51Speaker 2: on stage, what would your strategy be on this issue
- 15:55Speaker 2: of Hunter and the lies to Congress and the money
- 15:59Speaker 2: that's coming in, And how do you not overplay it
- 16:02Speaker 2: where people go, we've heard about this forever, because it
- 16:04Speaker 2: has been dragging on forever. How do you make this
- 16:07Speaker 2: stick with the American voters? The Biden corruption.
- 16:11Speaker 3: So look, I think Trump should have a focused, carefully
- 16:18Speaker 3: laid out indictment that can be made succinctly, and I
- 16:24Speaker 3: think i'd start with you know, Joe, at the last debate,
- 16:28Speaker 3: you looked at the American people and you lied to
- 16:30Speaker 3: the American people. This is what we talked about two
- 16:33Speaker 3: days ago in the last podcast. Your son's laptop had
- 16:38Speaker 3: just been revealed, and you stop up and told the
- 16:40Speaker 3: American people that your son's laptop wasn't real, that it
- 16:43Speaker 3: was Russian disinformation, and you had fifty one stooges from
- 16:48Speaker 3: the intelligence community who said that they were all lying.
- 16:51Speaker 3: We now know they're all lying, and in fact, the
- 16:53Speaker 3: Department of Justice has proven that in court that the
- 16:55Speaker 3: laptop was real. Now, the reason you didn't want everyone
- 16:59Speaker 3: to know the laptop was real and part was because
- 17:02Speaker 3: it showed your son had committed multiple gun crimes and
- 17:04Speaker 3: drug crimes. But the real evidence on that laptop is
- 17:07Speaker 3: of your corruption, of the millions of dollars that you
- 17:10Speaker 3: personally and your family took from China, from Russia, from Ukraine.
- 17:14Speaker 3: I would use the lie about the laptop to prosecute
- 17:20Speaker 3: Joe Biden for his own corruption. I would ask him,
- 17:24Speaker 3: tell me, Joe, what skills does Hunter Biden? And since
- 17:30Speaker 3: this is Trump, he'd probably say, your crackhead son have
- 17:35Speaker 3: that would earn eighteen million dollars from our nation's enemies.
- 17:39Speaker 3: The only thing he had to sell was you and
- 17:43Speaker 3: your favors. Why are you in the business of selling
- 17:46Speaker 3: favors to our enemies?
- 17:48Speaker 1: Yeah, that's probably the best strategy.
- 17:50Speaker 2: And that's why I want to ask your opinion on it,
- 17:52Speaker 2: because it's going to be so important the election. We're
- 17:54Speaker 2: going to keep covering this. There is that second trial
- 17:58Speaker 2: coming out that one. I would argue it is way
- 18:02Speaker 2: more important to connecting dots to his father. We'll see
- 18:06Speaker 2: how that plays out. We'll have it all here for you.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I want to tell you about Blackout Coffee. I start
- 18:10Speaker 2: my morning early every morning, I'm on the radio at

- 18:24Speaker 2: is how Blackout Coffee started. On their box, I'm going
- 18:28Speaker 2: to read it for you. It says Blackout Coffee was
- 18:31Speaker 2: founded in twenty eighteen because we were tired of giving
- 18:37Speaker 2: our money to woke, corporate coffee companies that didn't share
- 18:40Speaker 2: our values. It then goes on to say we also
- 18:43Speaker 2: felt like the coffee that was available didn't come close
- 18:46Speaker 2: to quality and the fresh freshness that we were craving,
- 18:50Speaker 2: so we made our own. That is the CEO of
- 18:52Speaker 2: Blackout Coffee saying that. And let me tell you. If
- 18:55Speaker 2: you want a premium cup of coffee in the morning,
- 18:57Speaker 2: not an average cup of coffee, not a liberal Wi

- 19:51Speaker 2: I said at the beginning, shocking how crazy the news
- 19:54Speaker 2: cycle is in the last twenty four hours, Hunter Biden
- 19:57Speaker 2: trials a big story. Yes, being found guilty, but there
- 20:00Speaker 2: is an even bigger story that we have been warning
- 20:04Speaker 2: about for months on this show, and that is prospective terrorists,
- 20:09Speaker 2: those that are on the terrorists watch list, hundreds that
- 20:12Speaker 2: have been caught, a lot of gotaways that have not
- 20:14Speaker 2: been caught. And even when terrorists are getting caught, we're
- 20:18Speaker 2: letting them go. This is the second story of this happening.
- 20:22Speaker 2: And now we have multiple arrests of isis K coming
- 20:26Speaker 2: across our southern border. Here is how CBS News broke
- 20:31Speaker 2: the story.
- 20:31Speaker 4: Last night, eight individuals, all from the Central Asian country
- 20:35Speaker 4: of Tajikistan, were arrested in Los Angeles, New York, and Philadelphia.
- 20:41Speaker 4: They entered the United States this year and in twenty
- 20:44Speaker 4: twenty three, crossing the Mexican border. They were vetted and
- 20:48Speaker 4: allowed to remain in the country. CBS News has learned
- 20:52Speaker 4: further investigation uncovered the men had possible ties to isis K,
- 20:58Speaker 4: the terror group which claimed responsibility for an attack at
- 21:01Speaker 4: a Moscow concert hall that killed more than one hundred
- 21:04Speaker 4: and forty people earlier this year.
- 21:07Speaker 2: Center that's eight across the entire country, from the extreme
- 21:12Speaker 2: west coast to the east coast in Philadelphia, and this
- 21:16Speaker 2: or these are just the ones that we've caught that
- 21:19Speaker 2: have been arrested. You've been warning about this open border,
- 21:23Speaker 2: and we've had the numbers to back it up of
- 21:25Speaker 2: those in the terrorists watch lists, and the administration is
- 21:28Speaker 2: saying we're willing to roll the dice and taste that
- 21:30Speaker 2: risk to bring in illegal immigrants.
- 21:33Speaker 3: Well, sadly, that's exactly right. That this story is a
- 21:37Speaker 3: big damn deal. We have eight suspected terrorists with isis
- 21:42Speaker 3: K who've been arrested. They've been arrested in Los Angeles,
- 21:46Speaker 3: in New York, and in Philadelphia. Now they came into
- 21:50Speaker 3: this country illegally at our southern border. The Biden administration
- 21:54Speaker 3: apprehended them and then they let them go. They let
- 21:59Speaker 3: terrorists go. And I've been saying for a long time
- 22:01Speaker 3: we are at a greater risk of a major terrorist
- 22:05Speaker 3: attack in the United States right now than we have
- 22:08Speaker 3: been any time since September eleventh, and let's go. So,
- 22:15Speaker 3: the first outlet to break this story was the New
- 22:18Speaker 3: York Post, and the New York Post announced that these
- 22:22Speaker 3: people had been arrested, and they were arrested in a
- 22:25Speaker 3: coordinated sting operation that occurred in three cities. Los Angeles,
- 22:29Speaker 3: New York and Philadelphia. Two ICE sources confirmed to the
- 22:36Speaker 3: Post that they arrested six people from Tajikistan over the
- 22:41Speaker 3: last week after the FBI contacted the agency to warn them.
- 22:44Speaker 3: Two others who were part of the same group, were
- 22:46Speaker 3: also arrested after being under surveillance for several months by
- 22:51Speaker 3: the multi agency Joint Terrorism Task Force. Part of the
- 22:55Speaker 3: investigation featured a wire tap, which revealed one of them
- 23:00Speaker 3: and now arrested individuals, was talking about bombs and here's
- 23:04Speaker 3: a quote quote remember the Boston marathon bombing. I'm afraid
- 23:10Speaker 3: something like that might happen again or worse, one of
- 23:13Speaker 3: the sources told the Post. The subject the target was,
- 23:18Speaker 3: the subject to the wire attack was previously released by
- 23:21Speaker 3: federal authorities at the southern border with a court date
- 23:26Speaker 3: next year. But it has since emerged that he has
- 23:29Speaker 3: potential ties to ISIS. And and by the way, it
- 23:32Speaker 3: is worth noting who is isis K so isis k
- 23:36Speaker 3: IS is a splinter group, but it is the group
- 23:41Speaker 3: that that carried out the terror attack that that that
- 23:45Speaker 3: we just saw, the terror attack that that happened in
- 23:49Speaker 3: the concert hall in Moscow, and that was carried out
- 23:53Speaker 3: by terrorists from Czech Tajikistan. So the same country these
- 23:56Speaker 3: folks are from the same terror group isis K And
- 24:00Speaker 3: remember what they did. They killed one hundred and forty
- 24:03Speaker 3: five people in that Moscow terror to terror attack. And
- 24:08Speaker 3: so the Biden administration has an open border. It is
- 24:12Speaker 3: effectively a red carpet. If you're a terrorist, come to
- 24:14Speaker 3: America and we, the idiot Democrats, will let you in
- 24:18Speaker 3: if we catch you. And by the way, they catch
- 24:20Speaker 3: all these guys because and what happens they turn around
- 24:23Speaker 3: and let them go. How many terrorists are Joe Biden
- 24:27Speaker 3: the Democrats going to let go? And by the way,
- 24:30Speaker 3: is anyone in the news covering this, is anyone asking
- 24:33Speaker 3: Joe Biden? This is anyone asking any other Democrat? You know,
- 24:36Speaker 3: I've got fifty one Democrat colleagues. How many of them
- 24:39Speaker 3: in Capitol Hill are being asked? Why does your party
- 24:42Speaker 3: keep releasing terrorists into America? And why are you endangering
- 24:46Speaker 3: the lives of American families across this country?
- 24:49Speaker 2: And this goes back to another story that happened in April,
- 24:52Speaker 2: and we talked about it here. There was a man
- 24:54Speaker 2: on the terror watch list that was released also by
- 24:57Speaker 2: Border Patrol with boy security funding blocked in Congress has
- 25:02Speaker 2: became an issue, and they said, quote, the case illustrates
- 25:06Speaker 2: the challenges US officials face and identifying migrants to posed
- 25:10Speaker 2: national security threats because we're being overrun at the border.
- 25:14Speaker 2: NBC News at the time, and we played this, and
- 25:17Speaker 2: I just think it's important to remind them it's not
- 25:19Speaker 2: just these eight isis k but go back just to
- 25:23Speaker 2: April eleventh, NBC.
- 25:25Speaker 3: This is happening over and over and again.
- 25:27Speaker 1: Yeah, listen to what they said back in April.
- 25:29Speaker 5: An alarming development and the border crisis. Among the record
- 25:32Speaker 5: number of migrants crossing the southern border was a member
- 25:35Speaker 5: of an Afghan terror organization who was released into the
- 25:38Speaker 5: US by border agents. According to US officials, forty eight
- 25:42Speaker 5: year old Mohammed Harwin illegally crossed into California in March
- 25:45Speaker 5: of last year. His name is on a US terror
- 25:48Speaker 5: watch list identifying him as a member of HIG, a
- 25:52Speaker 5: terror group that's killed Americans in Afghanistan.
- 25:55Speaker 2: I mean, center, this is another story that is completely unrelated.
- 26:00Speaker 2: A month before that, we found out that another man
- 26:03Speaker 2: on a terrorist watch list was released and they had
- 26:05Speaker 2: to go grab him up and upstate.
- 26:07Speaker 1: I think it was upstate New York.
- 26:08Speaker 2: So you have these these headlines that keep happening. We
- 26:14Speaker 2: are catching some of these people, and we're releasing them
- 26:17Speaker 2: because we're overrun.
- 26:20Speaker 3: So and it's worth remembering that the FBI Director Chris
- 26:24Speaker 3: Ray has repeatedly testified before Congress about possible ISIS terror
- 26:29Speaker 3: plots being carried out on US soil and the group's
- 26:33Speaker 3: potential for using the southern border to get into this
- 26:36Speaker 3: country illegally. And Chris Ray has warned about a possible
- 26:41Speaker 3: quote coordinated attack that could take place of the United
- 26:44Speaker 3: States from ISIS K, So they know this risk is there.
- 26:48Speaker 3: And I want to point out also, you know, we
- 26:50Speaker 3: had a couple of months ago, we had the impeachment
- 26:52Speaker 3: of Alejandro Mayorcis and it came over to the Senate,
- 26:55Speaker 3: and I and many others on the Republican side wanted
- 26:58Speaker 3: to lay out the facts that this administration that may
- 27:02Speaker 3: Orcus's lawless refusal to follow federal federal immigration law on
- 27:06Speaker 3: his releasing of millions and millions and millions, over eleven
- 27:10Speaker 3: million illegal immigrants that have come into this country, and
- 27:13Speaker 3: or Joe Biden that a major threat from that are
- 27:16Speaker 3: the terrorists that they keep releasing over and over and
- 27:18Speaker 3: over again. And it's worth noting ben every single Democrat
- 27:23Speaker 3: voted not to hear the case, to throw it out,
- 27:25Speaker 3: to dismiss it at the outset. They didn't want to
- 27:28Speaker 3: hear the evidence of terrorists being released in the country.
- 27:32Speaker 3: They didn't want to allow the house managers to present
- 27:34Speaker 3: that evidence. They didn't want the American people to hear
- 27:36Speaker 3: that evidence. And we are on borrowed time. It is
- 27:41Speaker 3: not complicated that if you continue to invite terrorists from
- 27:45Speaker 3: all over the world, whether Hamas or Hesbel or Palestinian
- 27:47Speaker 3: Islamic Jehad or isis K or anybody else. If you
- 27:51Speaker 3: invite terrorists from all over the world come into this country,
- 27:55Speaker 3: if when you catch them you release them and allow
- 27:58Speaker 3: them to continue planning to terror attacks, it is only
- 28:01Speaker 3: a matter of time before tragically Americans are going to die.
- 28:06Speaker 2: March the eleventh, Christopher Ray in his own words before Congress.
- 28:11Speaker 6: From an FBI perspective, we are seeing a wide array
- 28:15Speaker 6: of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border. There
- 28:18Speaker 6: is a particular network that has where some of the
- 28:23Speaker 6: overseas facilitators of the smuggling network have isis ties that
- 28:27Speaker 6: we're very concerned about, and that we've been spending enormous
- 28:31Speaker 6: amount of effort with our partners investigating.
- 28:34Speaker 2: That's at least his second, if not third warning to Congress.
- 28:38Speaker 2: I think in the last six to seven month, Senator,
- 28:40Speaker 2: does this give you guys leverage to now say we've
- 28:44Speaker 2: got these eight isis K iis K is the same
- 28:47Speaker 2: group that had the spinoff that had the attack in Russia.
- 28:50Speaker 2: The FBI director has now warned us a couple of times,
- 28:53Speaker 2: why are you guys not changing the policy at the
- 28:55Speaker 2: southern border? Miss present and clearly you should know now
- 28:59Speaker 2: for all of these warnings that this policy is a
- 29:02Speaker 2: disaster and there are multiple terrorists that are already in
- 29:04Speaker 2: this country that we don't know where they are.
- 29:07Speaker 3: So frankly, the only leverage we have is what I'm
- 29:09Speaker 3: doing right now is shining a light and informing the
- 29:13Speaker 3: American people. Why is that because not a single Democrat
- 29:16Speaker 3: in the United States Congress cares. Look, the majorcis impeachment.
- 29:22Speaker 3: Every single Democrat, all fifty one of them, they voted
- 29:25Speaker 3: note we don't want to hear the evidence. We don't care.
- 29:27Speaker 3: I sit on the Senate Judiciary Committee. In three and
- 29:30Speaker 3: a half years of Biden's presidency, we have had zero
- 29:34Speaker 3: hearings on the risk of terrorism from illegal immigrants coming
- 29:38Speaker 3: into this country that Joe Biden and the Democrats they
- 29:42Speaker 3: don't want to hear it, which means as long as
- 29:45Speaker 3: Chuck Schumer is the majority leader and the Democrats have
- 29:48Speaker 3: control over the Senate, the Senate is not going to
- 29:50Speaker 3: do anything. And they're forty nine of us. We can
- 29:51Speaker 3: jump up and down and yell, but forty nine cannot
- 29:54Speaker 3: out vote fifty one and so fundamentally, the Senate will
- 29:58Speaker 3: do nothing as a matter of law, law to hold
- 30:01Speaker 3: Joe Biden to the Democrats accountable, and the media will
- 30:04Speaker 3: do nothing. It's why you and I do this podcast
- 30:07Speaker 3: because the only solution is the ballot box is throwing
- 30:13Speaker 3: Joe Biden the Democrats out of office. And then listen
- 30:17Speaker 3: in January in a Trump administration that we're going to
- 30:20Speaker 3: secure the damn border. But you've got to have a
- 30:22Speaker 3: president willing to follow the law, and Joe Biden refuses
- 30:26Speaker 3: to follow the law.
- 30:27Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a great point. I want to tell you
- 30:29Speaker 2: real quick about my friends over at Patriot Mobile. For
- 30:32Speaker 2: more than a decade, Patriot Mobile has been making a
- 30:36Speaker 2: difference with conservatives who have switched because every time you
- 30:40Speaker 2: pay your bill to Patriot Mobile, they give about five
- 30:43Speaker 2: percent of your bill back to conservative causes. Now I'm
- 30:46Speaker 2: going to tell you more about those causes in a second,
- 30:48Speaker 2: but what you need to know is why you'd really
- 30:52Speaker 2: want to switch from where you are. You may not
- 30:54Speaker 2: realize that your cell phone provider, if you're a big mobile,
- 30:58Speaker 2: is giving big donation to democratic causes candidates organizations including
- 31:06Speaker 2: Plan Parenthood.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Yeah, Plan Parenthood.
- 31:09Speaker 2: If you don't want your money going there, then that
- 31:12Speaker 2: is a reason why you should switch to Patriot Mobile. Now,
- 31:16Speaker 2: let me talk about some misconceptions. Back in the day,
- 31:19Speaker 2: it was true you had to worry about coverage, right,
- 31:22Speaker 2: am I going to have the same coverage. I need
- 31:24Speaker 2: good coverage. I don't want to have areas I don't
- 31:25Speaker 2: have good coverage. Those days are over. You're now using
- 31:30Speaker 2: the same cell phone towers when you switch to Patriot
- 31:33Speaker 2: Mobile that you're using right now twenty twenty four. Cell
- 31:36Speaker 2: phone technology is completely different than it was even five
- 31:40Speaker 2: years ago. And that's the other great thing about switching
- 31:42Speaker 2: to Patriot Mobile. You're going to get the same coverage
- 31:45Speaker 2: you used to, but you get to pay your bill
- 31:48Speaker 2: every month, and know you're making a difference because at
- 31:50Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile they take about five percent of your bill
- 31:53Speaker 2: every month and they give it back to conservative Christian
- 31:57Speaker 2: causes that support free speech, religious freedom, support protecting the
- 32:03Speaker 2: sanctity of life and our Second Amendment, as well as
- 32:06Speaker 2: supporting our military veterans, our wounded warriors, and our first
- 32:10Speaker 2: responder heroes. That is why I love Patriot Mobile and
- 32:14Speaker 2: I want you to switch, so stop giving your money
- 32:16Speaker 2: to companies that literally fight against your values. Switching is
- 32:21Speaker 2: also easy now, it's not hard. I switched the line
- 32:25Speaker 2: a couple months ago. You now can do it literally
- 32:28Speaker 2: over the phone. You can keep your same cell phone
- 32:30Speaker 2: number you have right now. You can keep your same
- 32:33Speaker 2: number or switch to a new number and upgrade to
- 32:35Speaker 2: a new phone if you want to. But you never
- 32:38Speaker 2: have to go into a store when you switch to
- 32:40Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile. So take a look at what they're doing,
- 32:44Speaker 2: and many times you're gonna save money over what you're paying.
- 32:47Speaker 2: Right now, just go to Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict
- 32:51Speaker 2: that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict, or call them
