- 1:47Speaker 1: water got me. Come come on your baby, huh, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: sure will. Good morning everybody. You are listening to the voice,
- 2:06Speaker 1: Come on dig me now. One and only. Steve Harvey
- 2:09Speaker 1: got a radio shop. Yeah, man, Steve Harvey got a
- 2:13Speaker 1: radio show. Trying to do something with it too, man.
- 2:16Speaker 1: Uh you know, um, I was having a conversation the
- 2:20Speaker 1: other day with a young person and they were telling
- 2:24Speaker 1: me how they felt that their life was stuck, that
- 2:28Speaker 1: their life was in a rut, that they didn't know
- 2:33Speaker 1: what to do next. And one of the things that
- 2:36Speaker 1: was causing them this sadness or this depression. I mean,
- 2:40Speaker 1: they really really into something right now. One of the
- 2:43Speaker 1: things that was causing it was the fact that they
- 2:47Speaker 1: had made a list of things they wanted to accomplish
- 2:52Speaker 1: by a certain age and that age, they just had
- 2:58Speaker 1: a birthday recently and they were looking at the list
- 3:04Speaker 1: and the list hadn't been fulfilled, and because that list
- 3:09Speaker 1: hadn't been fulfilled, they were really really sad about it.
- 3:16Speaker 1: You know. Um one of the things that they had
- 3:19Speaker 1: on the list was marriage, kids, And I don't know
- 3:25Speaker 1: everything else that was on the list, but that was
- 3:27Speaker 1: one of them. And because she had reached a certain
- 3:30Speaker 1: age and she wasn't married, and she didn't have the kids,
- 3:34Speaker 1: and she had just celebrated her birthday, she's gone into
- 3:38Speaker 1: this u mode of sadness, whereas really really taking a
- 3:43Speaker 1: toll on her and us. As I was learning about
- 3:48Speaker 1: her situation, I was thinking about it, and I just
- 3:54Speaker 1: wanted to share this with you all this morning. That
- 3:57Speaker 1: one of the things about making a list about what
- 4:00Speaker 1: you want, which I happen to be a proponent of,
- 4:02Speaker 1: I do it myself. I have people have dream boards,
- 4:06Speaker 1: I have a gold sheet I have. I've been doing
- 4:09Speaker 1: it for years. It's a It's a wonderful way to
- 4:12Speaker 1: set goals and to keep it in front of you
- 4:15Speaker 1: as a constant reminder. And I always go over this
- 4:18Speaker 1: goal list every day, you know. I mean, I go
- 4:20Speaker 1: over it all the time. Every day. Sometimes I miss
- 4:24Speaker 1: a day here and there, but mostly every day I
- 4:26Speaker 1: pulled my gold sheet out and I look at it,
- 4:28Speaker 1: I read it. So I was going to these rallies
- 4:31Speaker 1: and I was learning about, you know, people who were
- 4:34Speaker 1: successful in how they kept their mind writing positive. And
- 4:37Speaker 1: one of the things I learned was to make these
- 4:39Speaker 1: dream boards, these lists, these gold sheets, and in making
- 4:44Speaker 1: a gold sheet, and you make the sheet according to
- 4:48Speaker 1: what you want, think about one thing when you made
- 4:52Speaker 1: your gold sheet, about what you want it? Does your
- 4:56Speaker 1: goal sheet have on it what God wants from you?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Did you ask in any of this what was His
- 5:03Speaker 1: will in your life? You know? Look, man, what we
- 5:06Speaker 1: want oftentimes is not what He wants for us. And
- 5:11Speaker 1: you know, if you're fighting against what you were created for,
- 5:15Speaker 1: if you're fighting against his will, I mean, what do
- 5:19Speaker 1: you want to happen? See? Don't be so hard on
- 5:23Speaker 1: yourself when you look at your goal sheet and you
- 5:25Speaker 1: look at what you've not become what you thought was
- 5:28Speaker 1: a great idea. Don't be so hard on yourself because
- 5:31Speaker 1: you just made a minded mistake. As do most people,
- 5:34Speaker 1: we oftentimes make our goals and set our goals up
- 5:37Speaker 1: without ever considering what is it that God wants from us.
- 5:41Speaker 1: We keep talking about what we want without ever finding
- 5:44Speaker 1: out and knowing what it is God wants for us. Well,
- 5:47Speaker 1: guess what, man, Maybe you're fighting against the grain. Maybe
- 5:50Speaker 1: you're just a salmon heading upstream. That's a tough fight upstream.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Not all salmons get up to the spawning grounds, you know.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Some of them don't make it upstream, you know. But
- 6:00Speaker 1: all of them, nearly all of them, except the ones
- 6:03Speaker 1: that's killed by pray. When they're spawned, they go out
- 6:05Speaker 1: to the ocean. That's cool, because you're going because you're
- 6:08Speaker 1: going with the grain. You're going downstream, you're going with
- 6:11Speaker 1: the flow. That's but when it's time to go against
- 6:15Speaker 1: the grain, it's tough. And a lot of us have
- 6:17Speaker 1: just been going against the grain for all of these years.
- 6:20Speaker 1: But you know what, listen, man, I did it. I
- 6:23Speaker 1: know a lot of people who did it. Very few
- 6:26Speaker 1: people get it right from the very beginning. Man, you
- 6:30Speaker 1: got to stumble through life sometimes sometimes you got to
- 6:32Speaker 1: fall through life. You gotta make a lot of mistakes, man,
- 6:36Speaker 1: But these mistakes are not failures. You know, when you
- 6:38Speaker 1: fail at something, don't look at it as a failure.
- 6:40Speaker 1: Don't look at yourself as a failure because you're thirty
- 6:43Speaker 1: and and your goals ain't reach that you had on
- 6:46Speaker 1: your list. That was your list. What about the things
- 6:49Speaker 1: that's going right. Stop looking at what you're not, Take
- 6:53Speaker 1: some time out and thank God for what you are.
- 6:56Speaker 1: How about the fact that you keep waking up to
- 6:58Speaker 1: be thirty? You know you get depressed. It about these birthdays?
- 7:00Speaker 1: You really want to throw yourself in some depression. Miss
- 7:03Speaker 1: a birthday, You really got a problem. Now look at
- 7:07Speaker 1: where you are. You keep reaching birthdays. That's a glorious blessing.
- 7:11Speaker 1: You keep waking up. You got your health, You've accomplished something.
- 7:15Speaker 1: Something on your list is done. People spend too much
- 7:18Speaker 1: time on the negative side, and you're just throwing yourself
- 7:21Speaker 1: into depression. So what you want to be married by
- 7:24Speaker 1: a certain age and you wanted to have kids. Okay, cool,
- 7:27Speaker 1: you could have done all that with the wrong person.
- 7:29Speaker 1: There's a blessing in not being married to the wrong person.
- 7:33Speaker 1: There's a blessing in not having kids and nobody to
- 7:36Speaker 1: help you raise it. There's a blessing in that man
- 7:38Speaker 1: talking to somebody who can tell it to you. You
- 7:40Speaker 1: can marry the wrong person. If you want to, I'm
- 7:43Speaker 1: telling you you're gonna be up in some mess you
- 7:45Speaker 1: can't count on. So instead of being angry because you're
- 7:49Speaker 1: not married, you don't have kids, why don't you thank
- 7:51Speaker 1: God demand Maybe he spared you from some misery here.
- 7:54Speaker 1: Maybe you could have married the wrong person, Maybe you'd
- 7:57Speaker 1: have kids and you're not really ready to be a
- 7:58Speaker 1: mother or a father. You gotta look at the upside, man,
- 8:02Speaker 1: Quit looking at what you don't have. Take some time
- 8:04Speaker 1: to thank God for what you do have. When you
- 8:07Speaker 1: do that, you make more room for blessings to flow
- 8:10Speaker 1: into your life. I'm not saying how God thinks, because
- 8:13Speaker 1: I really don't know, but I'm telling you, if a
- 8:17Speaker 1: person comes to me, and I always give a person
- 8:19Speaker 1: something and they never appear grateful, or they never say
- 8:22Speaker 1: thank you, please, no, you can quit coming to me now.
- 8:27Speaker 1: I don't know that's how God works, because I've gone
- 8:30Speaker 1: back to him several times without being grateful of thanking him,
- 8:34Speaker 1: and he's feeling my basket up again. So I really
- 8:37Speaker 1: think he's not like that. But I can't make the
- 8:40Speaker 1: call for sure. But I think at one point in time, me,
- 8:44Speaker 1: just just me talking, i'd be a little ticked off
- 8:47Speaker 1: at somebody who was always taken, taking, taking, and never
- 8:51Speaker 1: showing any gratitude. At one point in time, I would
- 8:54Speaker 1: just stop the flow of the take. You know, you
- 8:57Speaker 1: just you can't take no more from me. That's what
- 8:59Speaker 1: I would do. Now. I'm not calling it like that
- 9:02Speaker 1: because I ain't him, but I know he's merciful, He's
- 9:05Speaker 1: full of goodness and here and here, and he'll forgive
- 9:07Speaker 1: you again. And thank God he does that because he's
- 9:10Speaker 1: shown enough done it for me. But wow, man, take
- 9:13Speaker 1: some time out today and be grateful for what you have,
- 9:15Speaker 1: stop complaining about where you're not, and think about where
- 9:18Speaker 1: you are, and then take it from there. And then
- 9:21Speaker 1: next time you make a list, make sure on that
- 9:23Speaker 1: list you have God's will. What does he want for you?
- 9:27Speaker 1: Does God create give everybody a gift and a talent.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Some of us never apply gifts and talents. We head
- 9:33Speaker 1: off in another direction. Then you wonder why your life
- 9:35Speaker 1: ain't where its supposed to be. Have you ever thought
- 9:38Speaker 1: about what God gifted you to do? Have you ever
- 9:40Speaker 1: thought about doing that? And stip skip what you want?
- 9:43Speaker 1: I wanted to play in the NBA, but I gotta
- 9:44Speaker 1: tell you something at dribbling and shooting and running all
- 9:48Speaker 1: at one time, throwing me off a little bit. You know,
- 9:51Speaker 1: it's so I'm doing what I do. It's pretty cool.
- 9:55Speaker 1: You can look at it that way. Okay, you're listening.
- 9:58Speaker 1: Show Hei yahiya, Come one, Come all, gather yourselves around

- 12:07Speaker 1: charged with hatred of little ones, and last, but not least,

- 12:52Speaker 1: radio show without Steve. This mart tall of you have
- 12:58Speaker 1: a nice day out. That's not gonna happen. Yeah, I
- 13:06Speaker 1: know he was guilty. Hal you're the judge and jury
- 13:12Speaker 1: trying to leave. Can you see Steve a dragon, Yes,
- 13:20Speaker 1: actually screaming, flying in the wind, screaming I'll be I'll
- 13:28Speaker 1: be holly loud, and in that damn dragon, you wouldn't
- 13:32Speaker 1: know who was talking. All right, listen coming up at
- 13:36Speaker 1: thirty two after the hour, Steve, your favorite segment is back,
- 13:40Speaker 1: asked Steve, right after this, man, Come on, you're listening,
- 13:46Speaker 1: all right? This is kind of a not really an
- 13:49Speaker 1: asked Steve. It's more of a comment from one of
- 13:52Speaker 1: our listeners. It's an email Steve from Steve Harvey FM.
- 13:55Speaker 1: This is from Carl in Charlotte, North Carolina. He says, hasty, man,
- 14:00Speaker 1: I really appreciate the morning inspiration. Dude. I am not
- 14:04Speaker 1: putting you on a pedestal, but you should have been
- 14:06Speaker 1: a preacher. Whenever you speak, it's things that pertain to
- 14:10Speaker 1: stuff that happened to you, and that is what makes
- 14:13Speaker 1: you so transparent. I am a fifty one year old
- 14:17Speaker 1: African American and I did two bids in prison, which
- 14:21Speaker 1: totaled over fifteen years. I've been out for nine years.
- 14:25Speaker 1: A lot of what you say really keeps me grounded.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I've always wanted to meet you because you are so real.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Thanks for keeping a brother encouraged. I learned years ago
- 14:36Speaker 1: if you just reach one, you've done your part. Big
- 14:39Speaker 1: ups to you and the crew and God bless That's
- 14:42Speaker 1: from Carl from North from Charlotte, North Carolina. May appreciate
- 14:46Speaker 1: your call. Yeah, no, thank you. Man hanging there too.
- 14:50Speaker 1: It's gonna be all right. Yeah he's nine years Yeah,
- 14:54Speaker 1: you could preach in Daly, man. I probably I probably
- 14:59Speaker 1: shouldn't be a creature though. We're just gonna go and
- 15:01Speaker 1: put that out there and the first time you've heard
- 15:04Speaker 1: of that. Oh no, would you you know, just let
- 15:06Speaker 1: me do what I'm doing. That went, I gonna be
- 15:08Speaker 1: under no pressure. You know you would do well because
- 15:11Speaker 1: they mean somebody go to the bathroom. You're gonna cuss.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Why are you talking? And don't have a call you
- 15:17Speaker 1: have to? Yeah you have to be called? Yeah, yeah
- 15:20Speaker 1: I have. And then your baptisms ain't gonna be real friendly, y'all.
- 15:24Speaker 1: See you holding people down alone, you might drown somebody.
- 15:28Speaker 1: I'm not going down in there with my suit though.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Work it out. We're gonna change the runs like our church.
- 15:34Speaker 1: We're just gonna do spray bottles. You it's not gonna
- 15:38Speaker 1: be good. The welcome ain't gonna be friendly. Yeah, we
- 15:41Speaker 1: just gonna have like old Windex bottles. And you know
- 15:44Speaker 1: what if some of the parishioners want to, you know,
- 15:46Speaker 1: take pictures with you and stuff that they ain't gonna
- 15:48Speaker 1: we got. We're here for that. Hey, we're trying to
- 15:51Speaker 1: go to heaven. You don't go take no putures. Come on,
- 15:53Speaker 1: next point, I see him smanging out. If enough people
- 15:56Speaker 1: don't join the chair, jay, forget that. Get the all
- 16:00Speaker 1: friend short. Yeah right, what about the call to to,
- 16:04Speaker 1: you know, to join the church. What about the invitation? Yeah,
- 16:08Speaker 1: y'all cant about members. Just put your mother shouders would
- 16:19Speaker 1: get on his neck, shouts, and the senior choired. Yeah,
- 16:25Speaker 1: the senior choir would never get a chance to say
- 16:28Speaker 1: ever ever call members out. No, no, y'all, Oh, come on,
- 16:36Speaker 1: let's give some young people to chip to yourself. You
- 16:43Speaker 1: would turn into show time with the Apolotuh you start,
- 16:46Speaker 1: you started encouraging your congresstion to start. Uh, you know,
- 16:52Speaker 1: if you were going to do this, I think you
- 16:54Speaker 1: need to work on patients because you know you your
- 16:57Speaker 1: tolerance levels. Tod y'all listen to me, Listen to me.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I can't be no pastor, y'all stop, this is going
- 17:06Speaker 1: in this right here. First of all, I haven't been called.
- 17:10Speaker 1: Then if I go in there, I don't really know
- 17:12Speaker 1: all the rules of pastor me. I'm probably gonna break
- 17:15Speaker 1: them all first Sunday. Yeah, but you can learn, you
- 17:18Speaker 1: can definitely learn. I learned, but by the time I
- 17:20Speaker 1: get them figured out, I ain't gonna hand no congregations. Yeah,
- 17:23Speaker 1: that's what it is. No cigars in the pool pit
- 17:27Speaker 1: and you have to wear robes. What pastors wear robes
- 17:31Speaker 1: and no covering up my suit. Right, And the most
- 17:36Speaker 1: important thing, you can't cuss. That's the number one that's
- 17:40Speaker 1: the number one reason why I don't want to be
- 17:41Speaker 1: a pastor. I don't want Look, I'm already going to heaven.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Gonna have to explain something. What I can't do is
- 17:49Speaker 1: go up there with dark marks, cussing in the pool pit,
- 17:53Speaker 1: you know, cussing out parishioners walking around standing at women.
- 17:58Speaker 1: I don't need that, Okay, yeah, okay, So think you're right,
- 18:02Speaker 1: you're right, Yeah, you're right. You can't ask no church
- 18:05Speaker 1: for you. Yeah, we got a clear body people. You know,
- 18:11Speaker 1: I appreciate I do. One thing he said that I
- 18:13Speaker 1: do do is I use myself as an example so
- 18:17Speaker 1: other people can see in me that you can get
- 18:19Speaker 1: it wrong and be okay, absolutely, that you can fall
- 18:22Speaker 1: and get up, you know, and that you know when
- 18:24Speaker 1: when they write you off, that they don't write they're
- 18:26Speaker 1: not the architect of your destiny. Yeah. You know what.
- 18:29Speaker 1: One of the greatest examples of that, Steve recently is
- 18:34Speaker 1: when um, you were at the Miss Universe paget, Remember
- 18:38Speaker 1: when you made the mistake Miss Colombia and all that
- 18:41Speaker 1: I mean that was like the biggest news news. Well,
- 18:45Speaker 1: I'm saying most recently, what else? No, no, no, he's no, no,
- 18:51Speaker 1: that that was most recently. I mean, nothing else has
- 18:53Speaker 1: come up. But I'm just girl that we know about that.
- 18:58Speaker 1: You want to discuss, Yeah, we want to stay on
- 19:02Speaker 1: the damn in it. But I'm just saying, you recovered
- 19:04Speaker 1: so beautifully from that that, Yeah, you just can't let it.
- 19:10Speaker 1: It can't bury. You can't worry about what they say
- 19:13Speaker 1: gonna happen to you because they don't. They don't write
- 19:16Speaker 1: your stories, right, So I don't let nobody to tell
- 19:19Speaker 1: me what my story is when they not the architect
- 19:22Speaker 1: of it. They ain't my God. Damn, they don't even
- 19:24Speaker 1: know what God doing. And that's a cold thing about
- 19:27Speaker 1: everybody and everybody's life, y'all. Relax, No one knows anything
- 19:34Speaker 1: about your life like God does. So what people say,
- 19:39Speaker 1: why I was reading the scripture says what people do
- 19:42Speaker 1: for evil, God does for good. That's a true statement. Man.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I can't take because your haters is gonna do stuff
- 19:48Speaker 1: for you that's intended to bury you. But I got
- 19:52Speaker 1: news for you. Buried in plant. It appears to be
- 19:54Speaker 1: the same thing. But it ain't buried. That's buried. You say,
- 20:00Speaker 1: oh you well to something, did you hear Jay Pastor
- 20:04Speaker 1: and you But that's not being a past tour. You know,
- 20:10Speaker 1: when you're doing better hours, I'll tell you to hang
- 20:15Speaker 1: in there. But Dan and doctor all right, listen, coming
- 20:19Speaker 1: up next. The nephew in the building would run that
- 20:21Speaker 1: prank back. Right after this. You're listening to Steve Morning Show,
- 20:27Speaker 1: all right, coming up at the top of the hour,
- 20:29Speaker 1: and entertainment news. R Kelly is facing eleven new charges
- 20:34Speaker 1: in Illinois for abuse and sexual assault. We'll talk about
- 20:38Speaker 1: that in entertainment news. Yeah. And Power Star, Yeah yeah,
- 20:44Speaker 1: Power Star actor Rotimi aka dre In Power paid fifty
- 20:49Speaker 1: cent one hundred thousand dollars from a debt he owed
- 20:52Speaker 1: people barn that kind of money. We'll talk about that
- 20:57Speaker 1: is calling people who owe him money. Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 21:05Speaker 1: Right now though, have you here would run that prank back?
- 21:12Speaker 1: What you got now? Lunchtime date? Just don't call me
- 21:16Speaker 1: If me and your wife having lunch and we you
- 21:20Speaker 1: know we do with you, Why are you why are
- 21:24Speaker 1: you calling it lunch? You at home? Some damn exactly.
- 21:31Speaker 1: You're constantly blowing her phone up. What do you want
- 21:35Speaker 1: y Ain't you gonna see her? What you get home?
- 21:40Speaker 1: Let us have lunch in peace. Damn it? All right, dude,
- 21:44Speaker 1: that's what I'm talking to. Please, let's call this woman
- 21:49Speaker 1: lunch time date. Let's go. Kay. Hello, Hey, I'm trying
- 21:53Speaker 1: to speak to uh Alan, it is Alan? Who's this? Hey? Alan? Yo?
- 21:57Speaker 1: This Derek Man? Check us out. Bro. You Rachel's Rachel's husband, right, yeah, yeah,

- 28:05Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. Man. Of course, I got a
- 28:11Speaker 1: right to have lunch with her till my say, and
- 28:18Speaker 1: he has a right to call you as her husband. Okay,

- 28:39Speaker 1: the hour Entertainment News right after this, you're listening to
- 28:45Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show. A ton of new abuse
- 28:50Speaker 1: charges were filed against r Kelly on Thursday, including eleven felonies.
- 28:56Speaker 1: Uhr Kelly is facing up to thirty years in prison
- 29:00Speaker 1: for each felony if he's convicted. The Chicago Sometimes notes
- 29:04Speaker 1: that the charges are more serious than those in the
- 29:07Speaker 1: four cases that were filed against him in February. Now.
- 29:10Speaker 1: According to the legal documents, a victim listed as JP,
- 29:15Speaker 1: who was under the age of eighteen, was allegedly sexually
- 29:19Speaker 1: assaulted by the use of force or threat of force
- 29:22Speaker 1: sometime back in January of twenty and ten. Also, there
- 29:28Speaker 1: are more sexual abuse charges related to alleged victims between
- 29:32Speaker 1: the ages of thirteen and sixteen. Yeah, Kelly will reportedly
- 29:38Speaker 1: be back in court next week to be arraigned on
- 29:40Speaker 1: the new charges. He is currently free on one million
- 29:43Speaker 1: dollars bond related to the February charges. This is crazy
- 29:48Speaker 1: in the ways, my mommy, everybody ain't laying you know, man,
- 29:51Speaker 1: this is sad all the way around the board. Man,
- 29:56Speaker 1: it's sickney. First of all, young young I just wish
- 30:02Speaker 1: it was a safe place for children to just grow
- 30:05Speaker 1: up and be children, you know That's what I mean. Look,
- 30:09Speaker 1: we all got kids. We all want our children to
- 30:11Speaker 1: be safe. And then it's sad because if you're a
- 30:15Speaker 1: person that needs help and you can get it uncovered,
- 30:19Speaker 1: then man, get some help. But man, it's it's it's
- 30:24Speaker 1: sad because now everybody has to suffer, and the biggest
- 30:31Speaker 1: sufferers of the victims. Yeah, that's the biggest ones. Now.
- 30:38Speaker 1: Is that any remorse for R. Kelly, because man, you
- 30:44Speaker 1: would hate to you hate to see this happen to
- 30:48Speaker 1: a person of any kind, somebody's son. But dog man,
- 30:55Speaker 1: we gotta get help for these people. It's it's this
- 30:59Speaker 1: is so true magic for these victims, man, these girls,
- 31:02Speaker 1: these women, you know. And based on his interview we
- 31:06Speaker 1: saw with Gail King, I didn't see remorse at all.
- 31:11Speaker 1: Non imitation. When you're a parent and you got a
- 31:14Speaker 1: daughter that's fourteen years old. Man, I'm sitting over here,
- 31:17Speaker 1: I'm like disgusting. Man, you would have lost your mind. Man, Yeah,
- 31:21Speaker 1: that's sick. Don't doubt about it. You know, if you
- 31:27Speaker 1: do something to my underaged daughter, if you do something
- 31:32Speaker 1: to my overaged daughter, I don't um when I see you. Yeah, okay,
- 31:40Speaker 1: that's all I need to say. You're gonna sing your
- 31:43Speaker 1: last song you Robert. You know, man, I hate this
- 31:50Speaker 1: is happening because this brother could have avoided all of this. Yeah,
- 31:57Speaker 1: he could have avoided all of this by not doing
- 32:00Speaker 1: But I say this all the time, man, God fires
- 32:03Speaker 1: a warning shot. Then when you don't listen, he takes
- 32:07Speaker 1: a little meat off your ear on the next shot,
- 32:10Speaker 1: And then if you don't listen the next time, the
- 32:13Speaker 1: next one is in your teeth. All right, we're gonna
- 32:15Speaker 1: switch gears here. Steve and go to headlines. Yeah, ain't, Tommy.
- 32:20Speaker 1: We're in the teeth, right, We're in the teeth. We
- 32:22Speaker 1: go to headline guys. Okay, well we go to head
- 32:29Speaker 1: I know your mane well whatever, and gentleman miss and whatever. Right,
- 32:38Speaker 1: this is a trip with the news, okay. In a
- 32:40Speaker 1: surprise announcement, everybody, President Trump says that's starting on June tenth,
- 32:44Speaker 1: he's slapping a five percent tariff on all Mexican imports
- 32:47Speaker 1: in order to pressure our neighbor to the south to
- 32:50Speaker 1: do more to roll back the surge of Central American
- 32:52Speaker 1: migrants trying to gain entry into the US. Trump's accused
- 32:55Speaker 1: the Mexican government of failing to do enough to crack
- 32:58Speaker 1: down on the surge of folks coming and seeking asylum
- 33:01Speaker 1: from El Salvador and Derris and Guatemala. Trump insists that
- 33:03Speaker 1: the percentage of the tariff is going to gradually increase,
- 33:06Speaker 1: by the way quote until the illegal immigration problem is remedy.
- 33:10Speaker 1: That starts June tenth. Virginia Governor Ralph Northam continues to
- 33:14Speaker 1: deny that he's one of those people in that blackface
- 33:17Speaker 1: in his nineteen eighty four medical school yearbook picture. A
- 33:20Speaker 1: former investigation into the matter by the Eastern Virginia Medical
- 33:22Speaker 1: School has failed to determine definitively whether Northam is the
- 33:26Speaker 1: person with the black and face picture next to another
- 33:28Speaker 1: guy in a clan robe and hood. Northam, you know,
- 33:31Speaker 1: as a Democrat, originally said that it was him in
- 33:34Speaker 1: the picture and that it was wrong to do it.
- 33:36Speaker 1: There were calls for him to resign, but he now
- 33:38Speaker 1: says it wasn't him in the photo and that he's
- 33:40Speaker 1: sorry about how he originally responded. Alabama Republican Roy Moore
- 33:44Speaker 1: says he's running again for the US Senate. That's despite
- 33:47Speaker 1: a tweet from President Trump telling he can't win. Roy
- 33:50Speaker 1: Moore is the married former Chief Justice of the Alabama
- 33:53Speaker 1: Supreme Court who lost his last Senate bid to a Democrat,
- 33:56Speaker 1: Doug Jones, because of accusations of years and years of
- 33:59Speaker 1: sexual misconduck involving young women and girls. There's a good
- 34:03Speaker 1: chance of the sexual assault and harassment case against Hollywood
- 34:06Speaker 1: mogul Harry Harvey Weinstein's gonna end up much differently than
- 34:10Speaker 1: the one against Bill Cosby, especially where it concerns jail time.
- 34:12Speaker 1: That's because, according to The New York Post, Weinstein's attorneys
- 34:16Speaker 1: are working on a forty four million dollars settlement that
- 34:18Speaker 1: would include money for his legal bills as well as
- 34:21Speaker 1: doe for his accusers, some of whom would get about
- 34:23Speaker 1: sixty grand, while a few us would get as much
- 34:25Speaker 1: as a half a million dollars each. A new section
- 34:29Speaker 1: of New York City September eleventh Museum was dedicated yesterday.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Former Big Apple Mayor Michael Bloomberg officiated, we are dedicating
- 34:36Speaker 1: this memorial glade to all who became sick or died
- 34:39Speaker 1: because of causes related to the attacks, and to all
- 34:43Speaker 1: the men and women who took part in the rescue
- 34:46Speaker 1: and recovery effort that ended seventeen years ago. Memorial glade
- 34:50Speaker 1: consists of a grassy clearing on the southwest corner of
- 34:53Speaker 1: the plaza that's flanked by several huge stones. Well, Malaysia
- 34:57Speaker 1: says they don't want it. Malaysia says it's sending an
- 34:59Speaker 1: estimated three thousand metric tons of non recyclable plastic waste
- 35:03Speaker 1: back to where it came from the West. That means US.
- 35:06Speaker 1: Malaysia is the latest country to refuse to take unrecyclables
- 35:09Speaker 1: from the US. The United Kingdom in Canada, Malaysia some
- 35:12Speaker 1: other developing county countries feel there being targeted to take
- 35:16Speaker 1: in all the West garbage because China banned their import
- 35:18Speaker 1: of plastic waste last year. Actor John Voight he's calling
- 35:22Speaker 1: President Trump quote the greatest president since Abraham Lincoln. John
- 35:25Speaker 1: Voight's the star of Midnight Cowboy. He's also Angelina Jolie's father.
- 35:29Speaker 1: He once called former President Obama the anti Christ. Voight's
- 35:33Speaker 1: released a video where he addresses the people of the
- 35:35Speaker 1: Republican Party saying, I know you will agree with me
- 35:37Speaker 1: when I say our president has our utmost respect and
- 35:40Speaker 1: love unquote. Today National Smile Day. Smile, just smile, smile, smile.

- 37:37Speaker 1: ain't really no, not that. But Toronto take Game one.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Was looking at a Drake like you just gonna win
- 37:47Speaker 1: my daddy jersey out of you. That's all about the
- 37:52Speaker 1: same time. Does this swear? Anybody's opinion about the final?
- 37:55Speaker 1: Do anybody want to change sides Toronto? Oh dad, I'll
- 38:03Speaker 1: say I would venture to say. I would love to

- 47:49Speaker 1: Is your sister? When is she coming back? Maybe she

- 53:22Speaker 1: It is the Strawberry Letter, thanking if you subject I
- 53:26Speaker 1: need him to go a little bit longer. Dear Stephen Shirley,
- 53:30Speaker 1: My husband is a great provider, and what I love
- 53:34Speaker 1: most about him is the way he loves the Lord.
- 53:37Speaker 1: We dated for three years before we got married, and
- 53:40Speaker 1: we've been married for two months. I love him dearly,
- 53:44Speaker 1: but we have a problem in the bedroom. When we
- 53:48Speaker 1: make love, it's usually a ten to fifteen minute session.
- 53:51Speaker 1: We do the pregame stuff and it's wonderful. I hook
- 53:56Speaker 1: him up and he hooks me up before we get started,
- 53:59Speaker 1: but when it comes getting it on, he is done
- 54:02Speaker 1: way too soon. I have a problem with him finishing
- 54:05Speaker 1: too fast and not making sure I'm finished before him.
- 54:09Speaker 1: I'm disappointed every time and usually have to finish myself
- 54:14Speaker 1: off after he falls asleep. I can't live in this
- 54:17Speaker 1: marriage without being satisfied, and I'm not a cheater. I
- 54:21Speaker 1: don't want to make him feel bad by telling him
- 54:23Speaker 1: that he's not lasting long enough in the bedroom, and
- 54:26Speaker 1: I'm not pleased with him. I have a lot of
- 54:28Speaker 1: tricks to show him, and I want to blow his
- 54:31Speaker 1: mind each time like I used to when we first met.
- 54:35Speaker 1: I am sure it's one of the things that really
- 54:37Speaker 1: attracted him to me. I need your help on this one.
- 54:41Speaker 1: Should I just be happy that his pregame activities are
- 54:44Speaker 1: on point and get over the fact that he can't
- 54:47Speaker 1: last over fifteen minutes. I want to give him subtle hints,
- 54:51Speaker 1: but I don't know where to start. What is a
- 54:53Speaker 1: normal time frame for sex? Because it could be that
- 54:57Speaker 1: I'm asking for way too much. Steve, that last question
- 55:01Speaker 1: was for you, please hell cool problem? As you directed
- 55:04Speaker 1: to the two, I got some fight all right? No, no,
- 55:09Speaker 1: To answer your question, there is not a time limit
- 55:12Speaker 1: to making love. I mean it can go as for
- 55:15Speaker 1: as much time as you like or for as little
- 55:17Speaker 1: time as you want it. It's it's up to the
- 55:19Speaker 1: both of you guys who are involved in in in
- 55:22Speaker 1: this situation. You should be happy. UM, I'm glad you're
- 55:25Speaker 1: happy with the four play or the pregame activities as
- 55:28Speaker 1: you call it. Um, happy, you say, but not satisfied. Um.
- 55:34Speaker 1: You know clearly there's a problem UM in the bedroom
- 55:38Speaker 1: with you guys. You want more and he's giving you.
- 55:43Speaker 1: I guess all he has or all he thinks that
- 55:46Speaker 1: you want. Fifteen minutes. Okay, maybe that's all he has
- 55:49Speaker 1: to give. UM. You know, maybe you guys should cut
- 55:52Speaker 1: down on the pregame activities and and do more on
- 55:56Speaker 1: the main attraction. Uh, you're getting you know, you're just
- 56:00Speaker 1: getting started and he's finishing up after three years of dating.
- 56:04Speaker 1: It seems like you guys would have worked this situation
- 56:06Speaker 1: out while you were dating, because you don't talk. You
- 56:10Speaker 1: don't say that you weren't satisfied. When you were dating.
- 56:12Speaker 1: You said that you used to blow his mind. So
- 56:15Speaker 1: what happened. You got married and now you guys are
- 56:17Speaker 1: settling in. You're getting to know each other. You got bills,
- 56:20Speaker 1: you realize that you're going to be together till death
- 56:23Speaker 1: do us part, and you know, and all those things.
- 56:25Speaker 1: So you guys have only been married for two months.
- 56:30Speaker 1: You have to get settled in. You have to learn
- 56:32Speaker 1: each other. You have to learn how to talk to
- 56:34Speaker 1: each other. That means finding a way to tell him
- 56:36Speaker 1: nicely that you would like him to slow down, take
- 56:39Speaker 1: his time, that he's it's happening too fast. Okay, I
- 56:45Speaker 1: almost said it, that it's happening too fast. That's what
- 56:49Speaker 1: you need to talk to him about. All right. You
- 56:51Speaker 1: guys are married for the long haul. You can talk
- 56:53Speaker 1: to him. You can teach him. I did. You can
- 56:57Speaker 1: teach him, all right, especially if you guys of each
- 57:00Speaker 1: other and you say you do Steve, come on, you know,
- 57:06Speaker 1: come on, I appreciate your answer. Shure, Yeah, you know,
- 57:14Speaker 1: come on, talking on, this is gonna get out of
- 57:17Speaker 1: what was really happy here. Pomeboy ain't cutting it. It's
- 57:22Speaker 1: all to it. You know. It's a ten to fifteen
- 57:25Speaker 1: minute session. Now, I need to ask you a question.
- 57:28Speaker 1: It's this ten to fifteen minutes inclusive of the pre game.
- 57:35Speaker 1: You know that's where you say you take care of
- 57:38Speaker 1: him and he take kids. I don't think so that's
- 57:42Speaker 1: we haven't done this. Now you want fifteen mot na. See,
- 57:48Speaker 1: we got a couple things we need to talk about
- 57:50Speaker 1: him now after all this him fifteen mote. I'm gonna
- 57:55Speaker 1: be honest with you. He putting it in because it's
- 57:59Speaker 1: fifteen minutes, a hard label intensified. I'm talking about back cracking. Yeah, yeah,
- 58:12Speaker 1: I'm talking about your butt has locked up. What I'm
- 58:19Speaker 1: talking about your tricepts. It's pulsing at a point and
- 58:26Speaker 1: you damn nil damn Neil can't stay up. No, I uh,
- 58:34Speaker 1: you've obviously spent. You need to count all these minutes
- 58:38Speaker 1: or the pre game has to be counted, because you
- 58:43Speaker 1: may be in a forty minute session in pre game. Yeah,
- 58:48Speaker 1: you know all this is to you. Take care here,
- 58:49Speaker 1: he take care of you. I don't know what they mean.
- 58:51Speaker 1: I got a good idea of what I'm hoping it
- 58:56Speaker 1: hoping it is not about yo old you want me
- 59:01Speaker 1: up before we rest. I'm gonna you're not in this letter.
- 59:09Speaker 1: I'm just saying we do the pre game stuff and
- 59:12Speaker 1: this is wonderful. I hook him up in here. He
- 59:14Speaker 1: booked me. Oh well, here, everybody hooked up. See we
- 59:19Speaker 1: alls hooked up now? So what is we crying for?
- 59:24Speaker 1: So let me go a couple of things. I'm gonna
- 59:27Speaker 1: give you a suggestion as to what you do when
- 59:29Speaker 1: we come back. I have a series of suggestions that
- 59:34Speaker 1: you should try so we can get a better grip
- 59:38Speaker 1: on this time. Y'all stay right here. I got the
- 59:42Speaker 1: truth for you. All right. We'll have part two of
- 59:45Speaker 1: Steve's response coming up at twenty three after the hour.
- 59:49Speaker 1: We'll get into it when we come back right after this.
- 59:53Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, Steve, Let's recap today's Strawberry Letters. Subject.
- 59:59Speaker 1: I need him to go a little bit longer. Yeah,
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: I bet you do. See this woman say she got
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: a husband, great provider. Love everything about him, especially the
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: way he loves the lord. Dated for three years, got married,
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: being married two months. You love him dearly, but we
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: got a problem in the bed room. When we make
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: love is usually of ten to fifteen minute session. Now
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: we do all the pregame stuff and it's wonderful. I
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: hook him up. He hooked me up before we get started.
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: See all is hooking up before you get started. And
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: now after that you say he finishing too fast and
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: ain't making sure I'm finished before him. I'm disappointed every time,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: and I usually have to finish myself off after he
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: fall asleep. I ain't living this man without being satisfied.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: I ain't gonna Cheatah, I don't want to make it
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: feel bad about tell him he ain't lasting long enough
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: in his bed room. I'm not pleased with him though.
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: Now I got some tricks I want to show him.
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: I want to blow his mind each time like I
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: used to do. Who me first, I'm show that's one
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: of the things that really attracted him to me. I
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: need to help on this one. So should I be
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: happy with the pregame activities because they are on point
- 1:01:18Speaker 1: and get over the fact that he can't last over
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: fifteen minutes. I want to give him some hints, but
- 1:01:23Speaker 1: I don't want to know where to start. What's a
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: normal time frame for sex? Surely said it ain't none,
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: and it really am. But because I could that I'm
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: asking for too much, Steve, that last question was for you,
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: are you asking for too much? No, you ain't asking
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: for too much, but you might be too damn much. Well,
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know what you're in that doing.
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: Now that it would have had to be a little
- 1:01:49Speaker 1: bit more explicit for me to tell, if you know,
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: are you asking too much? But here's what I do know.
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: We got a problem because now the group has said
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: that the ten to fifteen minutes that y'all are actually
- 1:02:03Speaker 1: in the act of love making on the what you
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: consider I guess the final final moment is ten to
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: fifteen minutes. The problem is is that you do the
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: early stuff, the pre before you get hooked up and
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: he get hooked up. Now I understand that, But now
- 1:02:29Speaker 1: here's the problems you have. Number One, start on your own. Yes,
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: go ahead, Yes, you start your own to wherever you
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: need to be. Open up the chip bag, bus open
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: the snacks, get busy, order his own. The next thing
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: I want you to do is let him know when
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: you close, yes, come on boy, And then he come
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: on in. Yeah, baby, I'm good. Come out, Harry, Harry up,
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: not Harry read down. See that way when he come in.
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: Now whatever he got left is meaning for him. Can't
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: hit the whistle again. But wait, that's her whistling down
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: because you know she don't she that she working, She
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: didn't worked that it's about to about to go down. Then, uh,
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: get to set your clock up. When you get started,
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: you hit the time. Then when he coming now it'll
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: look like you went longer. Oh man, don't you him?
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: And now now all this is your alternative if you
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: don't want to do that, if you're tired of finishing
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: off stuff with yourself and he finishing. Here's a couple
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: of other suggestions. I'm gonna just say these real quick.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: You can take up painting. Go down there and sign
- 1:04:41Speaker 1: up for a craft class. Go down there. I think
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: he used the old school. Just some old school crafts.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: Let's mass traineeah Michaels, Yeah, you know, going then start
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: collecting hot wheels and it just goes walk hours and
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: hours and ours. You know, it's fine toys that people
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: don't see no more. You know, make a train, you
- 1:04:59Speaker 1: know what I mean. Put some stuff around your house,
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: little trees, little station. Look, get some little dolls and stuff.
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: It was just stuff you can do. Hey, go outside,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: do some yard work. Good out di shit, going outside
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: and do some yard work. Or here's the other option,
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: the third set. Have you ever thought, sweetie, that you
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: just really really good? Huh? Has that crossed your man? Yeah?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: That girl? That what you putting on this boy right now?
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Ye can't no man take it cause you all that
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: Dante Wilding people. Damn. Yeah, you just you just don't
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: knockout blow all right, I'm not Yeah, Email us or
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: instagram us your thoughts on Today's Strawberry Letter at Steve
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: Harvey FM, or you can check out the Strawberry Letter
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: podcast on demand now coming up at forty six after
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: the hour and trending political news. President Trump said that
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: Russia did not help him get elected, and the President
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: also announced tariffs on Mexican imports to crack down on migrants.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: We'll get into that when we come back right after this.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: You're listening, all right, here we go. In a series
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: of tweets yesterday, President Trump tweeted I had nothing to
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: do with Russia helping me get elected. Take a listen, now,
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: Russia did not help me get elected. You know who
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: got me elected. You know who got me elected. I
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: got me elected. Russia didn't help me at all. Russia,
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: if anything, I think help the other side. What you
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: want to ask is this, do you think the media
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: helped Hillary Clinton get elected? She didn't make it. This
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: was all about Russia. Russia, Russia. They don't talk about
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: Russia anymore. I'm like, Marsha, Marsia, Marsha, Russia, Russia, Russia,
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: Russia is a mess, and really spend things. I tell you,
- 1:07:02Speaker 1: It's just amazing how the Republican Party just it just
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: acts like whatever whatever. Yeah, they know they know God
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: will he lying. Yeah, but they've decided he's our guy.
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: He's our power, he's our position, he's our money. But
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: you know, Steve, you know how when you come on
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: the show and you're in one of your crazy moods
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: and you start saying crazy stuff and we're like, uh,
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: you can't say that, don't do that. Okay, he doesn't
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: have that. The president doesn't have that. Yeah, going to
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: do You're not gonna draw a conclusion with me with
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: no damn Donald Trump. I'm just saying it's same thing.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: He doesn't have a pull up power. Yeah you don't. Yeah,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: we wouldn't let you do that. We just wouldn't let
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: you do if you gotta hell all fans, we protect you, Okay,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: all law I know. But he doesn't listen to anybody
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: though at all, even if they told him, he wouldn't listen.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: You're right about that, girl. I'm sure he's been told
- 1:08:14Speaker 1: and they're just like, just let him do it, all right.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: In other political news, the President tweeted that he will
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: impose the five percent tariff on all goods coming into
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: the US from Mexico, saying he wants to crack down
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: on migrants and illegal immigrants. The president there is asking
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: to meet with mister Trump today. That's President Lopez Aberdar
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: obradoir nod listen, it matters. I don't know if the
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: tariffs will work. Understand him trying to push for some
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: tears to get something done. But if if you stop,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: if you stop food or trade from coming in out,
- 1:09:01Speaker 1: you're going to worsen the ply to the members of
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: the country and more than gonna try to come over. Yeah.
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: So I don't understand how that's the answer. I'm not
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: sure how that works yet. I don't know. Well, I don't.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: I don't get it. That's his solution. Anyway. Coming up
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: at the top of the hour trending serious news, Louisiana's
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Democratic governor signs the abortion ban into law. We'll talk
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: about it right after this. This is sad you're listening
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: to show. Louisiana's Democratic governor John Bell Edwards signed a
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: bill on abortion as early as six weeks of pregnancy
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: on Thursday. This is a move that makes him squarely
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: in line with the leaders of other conservative Southern states,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: while provoking anger from members of his own Democratic party.
- 1:09:51Speaker 1: Those who oppose abortions are pushing new restrictions on the
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: procedure and hopes that a case will make its way
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: to the Supreme Court, and two new servative justices appointed
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: by President Donald Trump could help overturn Rote versus Wade.
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: And it looks like that's what they're going after anyway.
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: That's let's tell you what they're doing. Let me tell
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: you what they're doing in Hollywood. You know, Georgia is
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: passing this law. Right, they're trying to get right the Avengers, Marvel,
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: all the movie people have stopped and are canceling making
- 1:10:26Speaker 1: them movies in Georgia, stopping the money. Huh. Yeah, that
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: that's the movement that's going on out here right now.
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: They're gonna shoot no movie now. That's I got that
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: info today, and the word is going out and because
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: Marvel has already said that's it, we're not going there
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: to make movies anymore. Now. They get a lot of
- 1:10:47Speaker 1: tax credits when they go to Georgia, but they're stopping that. Yeah.
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Now that's gonna hurt the economy, George, Georgia gonna reverse says,
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: because when they see that money getting up out of there. Yeah,
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: and that's a lot of people, the employees too, for
- 1:11:01Speaker 1: the work you know, in the state as well. You're
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: hurting a lot of people by pulling movie productions. And listen, man,
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: because listen, you can't this clearly, and I don't understand. Okay, cool,
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: let's look at them. They're trying to act like this
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: is a moral issue. But I'm sorry, man, Yeah, you
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: you can't be the people who are screaming morality at
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: me when you allow immorl behavior to reside in politics
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: the way it does. I'm sorry, man, it's immorl to
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: let these children die at the border. It's immorral to
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: separate a mother from her child. It's immorl man. It's
- 1:11:52Speaker 1: to dye in school gun safety and with no gun.
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: Hello hello, all of this is moral. So I think
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: that this country has to look at that when you
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: make all these claims about or you know, you know,
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: just being in moral and everything, you gotta look at
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: the whole thing. I'm sorry, man, these people are not
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: in a position to tell me anything about morality when
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: there is none on a repeated basis. Example, well said, ladies,
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: how many black people have to die at the hands
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: of some illegal use of force by a police officer
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: before we do something about that. How many churches got
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: to be walked into? How many synagogues have to be
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: walked into and sprayed? How many children in school have
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: to die? How many people in movie theaters? How many
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: people in mals before we take care of the morality
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: of this Second Amendment clause All but the moment you
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: talk about a wan deciding to do something with her body, Now,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: all of a sudden you want to get moral. But
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: I got news for you. It's the hypocritical party. Body,
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: listen to me. Republicans and conservatives get abortions, yea all
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: the time. These This is not the Democrats going to
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: get abortions. This is everybody. A woman has to write
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: to decide what her body is going to do and
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: not do. Why men even voted? Why is these judges talking?
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: Why Trump got something to say? Why it's this boy
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: on CNN that's the Republican Uh? What is it that
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: ran for president that couldn't win? Rick santorin here fighting
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: for abortion to save the heartbeat moment? My man, But man,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: listen to me. You're backing a president. Wait a minute,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: hold up, moral, I didn't pay the strip off. I
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: had a playboy, but in my wife house taking her
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: over a tool? Or where my wife do her read
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: in her house? Moral? Moral? Okay, yeah, all right, we'll
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: have more of this to preach morality. I ain't listening
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: coming up right after this, you're listening to the Morning show.
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: In trending animal news, there was a tense moment at
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: the Kansas City Zoo on Wednesday afternoon when guests heard
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: the words code red announced by park officials. It turns
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: out that an elephant i said an elephant had escaped
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: its enclosure in the Africa exhibit by climbing slept to
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: get your hands zo code red, orange, yellow, blue. That
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: should be the name of it cold, get your hands
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: out the zoo. Yeah, this elephant escaped by climbing a
- 1:14:59Speaker 1: wall and gaining access to an area that it shouldn't
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: have been in due officials say the animal never made
- 1:15:06Speaker 1: it into a public into the public area, but guests
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: were quickly ushered out of the park while the elephant
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: was corralled and returned. Yeah, you know how many people
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: out of trample don't corand into zoo? Coand zoo broke
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: held loose, Broilda influ hold don't they're talking about that
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: big as elephants outph wall. I know that's crazy. I'm
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: not going back down to damn zoo. So they returned
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: the elephant to its enclosure, and officials say the visitors
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: were not in danger. They didn't. They asked him back.
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: All right, We'll have more of the Steve Harvey Morning
- 1:15:59Speaker 1: Show and Tray News coming up at thirty three after
- 1:16:02Speaker 1: the hour. Right after this, you're listening to show, all right, Junior,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: what you got NBA Finals. Let's hear it? What's what's happening?
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: Can I get Can I get your grace in here?
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Are you looking for me? Yes? I just want to
- 1:16:20Speaker 1: hit not the music, We all the law. That's it Toronto,
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: Toronto to me exact Toronto. One man over Golden State,
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: gay one last night over the Golden State Wars like
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: we wa White Walker. Did y'all see Drake showed up
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: and then Courage Toronto Raptor's jersey. Yeah, that's that dirty,
- 1:16:58Speaker 1: That's that's classic. Daddn't play for us. That's dirty as
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: hell Drake. But I didn't see him on the floor
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: though Jila didn't see him. He's on the floor in
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: the jersey. I love he was. You didn't see us.
- 1:17:14Speaker 1: He had a Dale Curry jersey. Cliff Daddy played for
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: love it. I love that. You know what man? I saw?
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: I saw a clip where Draymond had some words. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:17:35Speaker 1: spell but Draymond, you don't want none of that dark
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: skinner again boy? Yeah, friends, Drake boys, they're friends for real.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: Well not if you win my daddy jersey and I'm
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: a team that ain't really no not that but tame
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: look and that at Drake. It's like You're just gonna
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: win my daddy Jersey out of you. That's all about
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: say time. Does this sway anybody's opinion about the final
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: Do anybody want to change sides? Toronto? Oh? Oh dad,
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: I'll say I would venture to say. I would love
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: to say Toronto make a run of it. Uh huh,
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: but oh hell stealing, stealing down, that's not happening. Thanking
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: joe y'all, wish for thank you. I guess I just
- 1:18:42Speaker 1: was asking anybody grace your grace if it goes up
- 1:18:45Speaker 1: to old raptors, How would you feel that about the
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: North I was I would feeling been tanking. I wouldn't
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: feel a lot more hopeful. I would be honest with you,
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: I would think, oh my god, they actually have a chance.
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: All right, that's it in sports. We'll be back with
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: our closing remarks in our last break of the day
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening to all right, Steve, here
- 1:19:14Speaker 1: we are, last break of the day, last break of
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: the week. It's been a good week. Yeah, absolutely, yeah,
- 1:19:21Speaker 1: a lot of things going down. A short week because
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: Monday was the holiday, and Steve, time for you for
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: closing remarks. Let's go you know what, um again, I
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: like to use things that are happening to me in
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: my life to encourage people that might be going through
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: some of the same things in theirs. It's just a
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: couple of piece of encouragements I got this week. So
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: many people have reached out to me man given me love.
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: It's far ways anything else that's going on in my life.
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: I'm actually surrounded by a lot of love and prayers,
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: and I'm actually actually really not even privy to a
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: lot of the swirl that goes around me. Like I
- 1:20:08Speaker 1: was saying the other day, God's peace keeps me in
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: the center of the hurricane, and I do understand that
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: there's a swirl going on out there, but it's none
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: of my business. I can't stop the world, but I
- 1:20:23Speaker 1: cannot participate in the swirld. And by not participating in
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: it nor acknowledging it, it has it has no room
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: with me. If you stay the center of the hurricane
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: and the swirl is going around you, if you're gonna stay,
- 1:20:38Speaker 1: if you don't step out into the swirld, you stay
- 1:20:41Speaker 1: in the center. It's peaceful in the eye of hurricane.
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: The problem is when you get caught up in this
- 1:20:46Speaker 1: world a couple of people sent me something. I'm going
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: to share a couple of them with you. You talk
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: about people in your life that you need to kind
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: of get rid of. Somebody sent this to me says,
- 1:20:57Speaker 1: sometimes people have to be escorted out of the VIP
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: section in your life, and you just have to put
- 1:21:06Speaker 1: them in regular seats. Sometimes people have to be escorted
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: out the VIP section of your life and you just
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: have to put them in some regular seats. Sometimes we
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: place too much importance on people, period, and we give
- 1:21:25Speaker 1: so much people so much importance that they now have
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: to say so they have authority, they got ruled, They
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: get comfortable all of a sudden day in a position
- 1:21:35Speaker 1: and they don't even really mean. There's no good so
- 1:21:38Speaker 1: now here they are they in your life? You then
- 1:21:41Speaker 1: gave them permission to sit in the VIP section, but
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: you know, sometimes you need to escort them out. You say,
- 1:21:47Speaker 1: you know what, you're no longer welcome in the VRP section.
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: You could take a seat right over here. Those are
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: the only seats that's available. I got the view ain't
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: that good from over here, But those are the only
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: seats that's available in my arena. As a matter of fact, security,
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: Could you escort them out? Please? See what I don't
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: do is but I can't stop some people. I just
- 1:22:11Speaker 1: I let people sit up in the stands and say
- 1:22:13Speaker 1: what they want to say, because they're not on my
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: stage in my life. You're not on the same stage
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: I'm on. So why do I allow your insults from
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: in back of the room that I can't hardly nobody
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: here but you and your little fourteen followers. So I've
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: learned that that the credit belongs to the man who
- 1:22:34Speaker 1: is actually in the arena, whose face is marred with dust, blood, sweat,
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: and tears, not to those cold and timid souls in
- 1:22:42Speaker 1: the stands who know neither victory nor defeat. I lived
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: like that, all right. Next thing I'm gonna share with you,
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: I'm gonna share with you something about somebody told me
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: about trusting in God. And this is what they sent me.
- 1:23:00Speaker 1: And this is really nice, and it says I asked
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: for strength, and God gave me difficulties to make me strong.
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: I asked for wisdom, and God gave me problems to solve.
- 1:23:19Speaker 1: I asked for prosperity, and God gave me brain and
- 1:23:24Speaker 1: braun to work. I asked for courage, and God gave
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: me danger to overcome. I asked for love and God
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: gave me troubled people to help. I asked for favors
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: and God gave me opportunities. I've received nothing I wanted.
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I received everything I needed. Trust in God. Do you
- 1:24:01Speaker 1: know how rich those words were to me today that
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: someone sent to me, Because what that says to me
- 1:24:08Speaker 1: was Steve, you gotta trust the process, man, I don't
- 1:24:13Speaker 1: care how it looks. What you're asking for. God is
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: working on your behalf. Now. It might not look that
- 1:24:23Speaker 1: good to some people. It might not even look that
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: good to you. I would imagine those on the outside
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: looking in this look kind of crazy. But you have
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: no idea the what God is working. So when you
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: ask God for strength and then God give you a
- 1:24:38Speaker 1: bunch of difficulties, guess what to make you stronger? So
- 1:24:42Speaker 1: you ask God for wisdom and God give you problems
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: to solve. You asking for prosperity, God give you a
- 1:24:50Speaker 1: brain and some braun to go to work. I ask
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: for courage and God gave me danger to overcome. I
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: ask for love, and God turn around and gave me
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: troubled people to hell. What it is I asked for favors,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: and God turn around give me opportunities. I've received nothing
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: I wanted, but I received everything I needed. You got
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: to trust in God, man. You got to trust in

- 1:25:18Speaker 1: the process. We're being processed. God ain't through with none
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: of us. God ain't through with you yet. Do you
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: know if God was through with you that you wouldn't
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: wake up in the morning. But as long as you're
