- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time y'all
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all back a suit, looking back to back down,
- 0:13Speaker 1: giving them like theming bu things and it's not true.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Good Steve to mother, stay, don't join me. You gotta
- 0:59Speaker 1: use that turn arm. You gotta turn to turn them out, turning,
- 1:43Speaker 1: got to turn them out to turn the water the
- 1:47Speaker 1: water go. Come, come on your thing. Uh huh, I
- 2:02Speaker 1: sure will A good morning everybody. You are listening to
- 2:05Speaker 1: the voice, Come on dig me now. One and only
- 2:08Speaker 1: Steve Harvey got a radio show. Man. If y'all only knew,
- 2:15Speaker 1: I think I'll tell it to you this morning man
- 2:18Speaker 1: started off real crazy. But it's just those little mishaps
- 2:22Speaker 1: where we as people who are striving to be successful
- 2:27Speaker 1: that makes all the difference in the world. When you
- 2:30Speaker 1: have those little minor things that come up, you can't
- 2:33Speaker 1: let the minor things stop you. You've got to keep
- 2:36Speaker 1: pressing forward. Now, Could I have played the role of
- 2:40Speaker 1: where is my car? Where is my car? Oh? Where
- 2:45Speaker 1: is my car? Instead of hustling and grab a cab?
- 2:50Speaker 1: So what am I? Am I above a cab ride? Now?
- 2:53Speaker 1: Or do I have to look at the bigger picture?
- 2:56Speaker 1: And say, okay, I could act like a little spoiled
- 2:59Speaker 1: brat sometimes a star and go I don't ride in
- 3:01Speaker 1: cabs or where as my car and then go to
- 3:04Speaker 1: blaming people for not having a car, or do I
- 3:06Speaker 1: make the adjustments because ain't like I ain't been in
- 3:08Speaker 1: the cab before, now slow down. Ain't like I ain't
- 3:11Speaker 1: never been in a beat up car before. Slow down?
- 3:14Speaker 1: Ain't ever like I ain't never had a carb and
- 3:17Speaker 1: roll the bus before. Slow down. Ain't like I ain't
- 3:21Speaker 1: never been homeless before, and they't have nowhere to go?
- 3:24Speaker 1: Slow down. So in those moments right there, always remember
- 3:28Speaker 1: where you come from, but even more importantly, always remember
- 3:32Speaker 1: where you're trying to go, because it's important for me
- 3:36Speaker 1: that I get here as many mornings as I possibly can.
- 3:39Speaker 1: It's important because that's the goal. And so many people
- 3:42Speaker 1: allowed a minor things to stop them on their road
- 3:45Speaker 1: to success. And I'm giving you this example today not
- 3:49Speaker 1: to say hey, look at me, but to say to you, hey,
- 3:52Speaker 1: listening to me. There are going to be a lot
- 3:54Speaker 1: of things that's gonna happen along your way to being successful.
- 3:57Speaker 1: And if you allow the small things to stop you,
- 4:00Speaker 1: there's no way you'll make it. You've got to always
- 4:02Speaker 1: press forward and stop looking at the situation for what
- 4:05Speaker 1: it is and look, sometimes you have to take your
- 4:07Speaker 1: offer right now and put your eye in the future.
- 4:10Speaker 1: You know, God has blessed me in so many ways.
- 4:12Speaker 1: I mean, what can I say? You know, I ask
- 4:14Speaker 1: God for this syndicated show. He gives me a syndicated show.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Now I act like I don't want to come to it.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Hold on, man, slow down. Did not you ask for this?
- 4:23Speaker 1: Do I not realize that there are certain people, man,
- 4:26Speaker 1: who look forward to this message in the morning. I've
- 4:29Speaker 1: heard it from people, so from the hundreds that I've
- 4:33Speaker 1: heard it for, that could represent thousands for all I know.
- 4:37Speaker 1: So if I think somebody's counting on me, I got
- 4:40Speaker 1: to try to get there and give something. So today
- 4:43Speaker 1: I didn't have any time at all to think about
- 4:45Speaker 1: what I might say. I just walked right in and
- 4:47Speaker 1: the jingle was playing, and so I decided to just
- 4:50Speaker 1: tell you about my day and maybe you can relate
- 4:52Speaker 1: it to something you're going through alone the way, because
- 4:55Speaker 1: no matter who you are, you're going to have some
- 4:57Speaker 1: moments man, where things are going to happen. And like
- 5:00Speaker 1: I always tell my kids, and I just had this
- 5:03Speaker 1: conversation with my little girl. It ain't that things ain't
- 5:05Speaker 1: gonna happen. It's how you handle what happens that matters.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But it don't matter. It's how you handle what happens
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's the determining factor on where you get in life
- 5:16Speaker 1: and how soon you get there and how long you
- 5:19Speaker 1: stay there. That will always be a mishap, something that's
- 5:24Speaker 1: gonna throw you off. That will always be something man
- 5:28Speaker 1: that could deter you. That will be something somewhere, man,
- 5:32Speaker 1: that will make you doubt it. Now that you know
- 5:35Speaker 1: that's gonna happen, then let's talk about how you handle
- 5:38Speaker 1: what happens, because it's going to happen. So now, what
- 5:41Speaker 1: do you do as a person when these moments come
- 5:43Speaker 1: about in your life? How do you handle? Oh? Woe
- 5:47Speaker 1: is me? Oh? I guess it wasn't meant to be. Well.
- 5:51Speaker 1: If the Lord wanted me to have this, I'd have that.
- 5:55Speaker 1: How many deal how many times you hear people say that?
- 5:57Speaker 1: You know, man, it really irks me. Man. Stop using
- 6:00Speaker 1: God as your excuse. God ain't no excuse. God is
- 6:05Speaker 1: a reason. He's a reason why the good happens. He's
- 6:11Speaker 1: a reason he's not an excuse. God don't have no
- 6:14Speaker 1: excuses in none of his scriptures or writings, not that
- 6:17Speaker 1: I but he just don't make excuses. I would have
- 6:20Speaker 1: done this. But you know there's a scripture that says
- 6:25Speaker 1: the poor will all shall always be amongst us. Why
- 6:28Speaker 1: that's got to be you. Yeah, he said the poor
- 6:31Speaker 1: will always be amongst us, because you know, everybody ain't
- 6:33Speaker 1: gonna follow the principles of success. But he also said
- 6:37Speaker 1: he came to give you life and give it to
- 6:38Speaker 1: you more abundantly. He said that too, But oh no,
- 6:42Speaker 1: you don't want to hear that because your life kind
- 6:44Speaker 1: of trip it out a little bit. So now what
- 6:46Speaker 1: you do with it? Now you twist it and you
- 6:48Speaker 1: go to that one little scripture that say, well, the
- 6:51Speaker 1: poor shall always be amongst us. Well, that's put in
- 6:54Speaker 1: there because that's a that's suggests in case. See, that's
- 6:58Speaker 1: a just in case y'all don't want to follow the scriptures.
- 7:02Speaker 1: That's just in case you don't understand that faith without
- 7:05Speaker 1: works is dead. That's just in case you have not
- 7:09Speaker 1: because you ask not. It's just in case you don't
- 7:12Speaker 1: believe and shall not doubt. He got all that in there.
- 7:15Speaker 1: But in case you don't want to do that, there
- 7:18Speaker 1: is a scripture that tells you what don't happen if
- 7:20Speaker 1: you don't do it, And here it is the poor
- 7:22Speaker 1: shall always be a monster. But then you get that
- 7:25Speaker 1: when they say, well, that's I guess that's the lord's will,
- 7:28Speaker 1: Lord's will, really, really, really really, that's amazing. I just
- 7:34Speaker 1: don't believe that about him. I don't believe that God
- 7:38Speaker 1: created your life to be a life of misery. I
- 7:41Speaker 1: think that we make decisions along the way that caused
- 7:45Speaker 1: us to have lives of misery. But I really really
- 7:49Speaker 1: just don't believe that God created you for that. I've
- 7:55Speaker 1: heard Nelson Mandela speak, and you know, you gotta go
- 7:59Speaker 1: wild all those years in prison? Man, what was it about?
- 8:03Speaker 1: When you hear him speak, you understand what it was about.
- 8:07Speaker 1: He said he always knew he would be free one day. Now,
- 8:11Speaker 1: what he said he never knew was he said he
- 8:14Speaker 1: never knew that he would be the president of that country.
- 8:19Speaker 1: Oh my goodness, what a long way around. But he
- 8:23Speaker 1: could have sat there and got involved in prison activities
- 8:27Speaker 1: that wasn't up to pawing things like that. And they
- 8:31Speaker 1: said whenever young inmates used to come in. He was
- 8:33Speaker 1: telling the story one time of how young inmates used
- 8:36Speaker 1: to come into the prison. They all sit around and
- 8:38Speaker 1: talk to him about what they were doing and how
- 8:40Speaker 1: many kids they had in their lives, and it helped
- 8:42Speaker 1: them keep track of the outside a little bit, and
- 8:45Speaker 1: it kept a sense of time for them, and it
- 8:48Speaker 1: reminded me in to talk about what they left behind,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and it kept them going because something was greater on
- 8:55Speaker 1: the other side. Had he allowed that to stop him,
- 8:59Speaker 1: had he allowed imprisonment, which is a pretty major deal. Oh,
- 9:02Speaker 1: by the way, then guess what he would have never
- 9:05Speaker 1: been to Nelson Mandela that we know to day, a martyr,
- 9:08Speaker 1: a leader, a great force. People want to go around him.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Even people that imprisoned him could not understand his staunch strength,
- 9:17Speaker 1: his faith, his unwavering commitment. They couldn't understand it. So
- 9:22Speaker 1: things are going to happen in your life, but it's
- 9:24Speaker 1: how you handle what happens doesn't matter. So keep pushing, y'all.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Don't let the little things get in the way, okay,
- 9:29Speaker 1: And if you just sometimes you just don't know. I
- 9:32Speaker 1: got in the cab thinking I wasn't gonna make it,
- 9:34Speaker 1: But at least let's go see, let's try. I made it. Now.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Guess what that gives me another piece of information that
- 9:41Speaker 1: I have and all I had to see it again
- 9:44Speaker 1: to date. Guess what I said today? Man, Sometimes when
- 9:47Speaker 1: it looked like you ain't gonna make it, just go
- 9:49Speaker 1: head on anywhere. Now. I could still be back there
- 9:51Speaker 1: at the hotel time I wear my car, but I
- 9:53Speaker 1: got up in here made it. So now what y'all
- 9:56Speaker 1: gonna do with it? Let's go you're listening show. Ladies
- 10:02Speaker 1: and gentlemen, welcome to the Ride to Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Before we get started, I'm allowing my long time old
- 10:08Speaker 1: friend of mine, Roscoe Wallace, come in to explain what
- 10:11Speaker 1: is going on. He is currently involved in a three
- 10:14Speaker 1: trillion dollars lawsuit against the entire music industry for theft
- 10:20Speaker 1: publishing rights, writing and recording dudes due to him for
- 10:24Speaker 1: having written, as he claims, mostly every major hit ever recorded.
- 10:32Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, here is ros Scott Wallace. They very there.
- 10:39Speaker 1: Everybody run with the college yal admitted of all the
- 10:43Speaker 1: fellows and everything. Here's another song that's involved in the
- 10:48Speaker 1: lawsuit that I need credit for. Warmth All she's a
- 10:54Speaker 1: brig Oh heart, She might and mighty, but just letting
- 11:02Speaker 1: it all hang out whole. She's a brick brick whatnot?
- 11:06Speaker 1: Come on? I said, how she's the one, the only
- 11:11Speaker 1: one built like an Amazon. She's got everything bad a
- 11:19Speaker 1: one what needs what is mine too? Thank you? Steve
- 11:26Speaker 1: didn't want to comment to us to know. Sorry Lionel
- 11:29Speaker 1: had involved y'all in it, but hell you know the deal,
- 11:32Speaker 1: So thank y'all. As another song, I wrote, y'all take
- 11:35Speaker 1: it away, have a great day. Bye bye, Yeah, gonna
- 11:42Speaker 1: Roscoe boy, this this lawsuit is grown. We're gonna get
- 11:45Speaker 1: this money. Three trillion, call up evidence. Y'all gonna get
- 11:54Speaker 1: this money. I ain't gonna say no because he's gonna
- 11:56Speaker 1: come back. He thinks what it we we we we
- 11:59Speaker 1: we Well, I heard you. You don't gonna write it.
- 12:02Speaker 1: She listen to the call it? Ever did she evidence
- 12:08Speaker 1: in a lawsuit? Roster? It never did? Listen to me? Listen.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Do you see how my heart being the songs right here? Yeah? Yeah,
- 12:16Speaker 1: I see. But that doesn't make come from somebody that
- 12:19Speaker 1: wrote it. It means something to him. So you don't
- 12:23Speaker 1: know nothing about that? What once again? Do I tell
- 12:25Speaker 1: you what I tell you? What I'm listening. We both
- 12:28Speaker 1: know who ain't wrote it. You you, I'm claiming you shaming.
- 12:37Speaker 1: I'm gonna turn that into that's a song, right there, man,
- 12:48Speaker 1: I we got no time to do it now. Okay, yeah,
- 12:51Speaker 1: I tell you tee tomorrow. But you're gonna love it though.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I know that these kids need some help. Yeah, the kids.
- 13:00Speaker 1: I'm trying to be there for people and everything. That's like,
- 13:03Speaker 1: I'm there for Roscoe because you know everybody, you know
- 13:05Speaker 1: a lot of people playing him off with this lawsuit.
- 13:08Speaker 1: They're not giving him no ad time to explain his position.
- 13:11Speaker 1: But on the Steve Harvey Morning Show, I think it's
- 13:13Speaker 1: important man to hear people because you don't know and
- 13:16Speaker 1: if he if he is right, Yeah, we're gonna remember
- 13:21Speaker 1: this friendship. Yeah, you can't whatever all the time. You know,
- 13:26Speaker 1: a man, if he get a half a trillion throw,
- 13:29Speaker 1: you know, he might he might break me off a billion.
- 13:34Speaker 1: All right, that's your boy? Yeah yeah, man. Coming up
- 13:38Speaker 1: in thirty two minutes after the hour, we're gonna kick
- 13:40Speaker 1: the show off with nephew. Tommy's run that Frank back
- 13:43Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening morning show? All right, here
- 13:48Speaker 1: we go. Time to start our morning off. We'd run
- 13:50Speaker 1: that prank back and the nephew, what you got now?
- 13:53Speaker 1: I got a dose? So stupid for you? Fairly, Jean,
- 13:57Speaker 1: I got your girl. I got your girl. It's just
- 14:02Speaker 1: a nice little cup of doses are stupid, shirt, A
- 14:05Speaker 1: cup of teaspoons are stupid. He wasn't gonna be educational.
- 14:07Speaker 1: I know that you always say, oh you want to education,
- 14:13Speaker 1: he said, just the frank man. Yeah, let's go catch gene.
- 14:19Speaker 1: I got your girl. Hello, speak to Jeane. My name Vernon,
- 14:26Speaker 1: brother was playing. What's going on? I need to huh
- 14:28Speaker 1: let you for a minute, my man. I want to
- 14:31Speaker 1: let you about your wife. So you got a minute. Yeah,
- 14:33Speaker 1: I'm listening. I don't even know how to breaktice to
- 14:36Speaker 1: your dog. I just want to be straight up with you, man.
- 14:38Speaker 1: Me and your wife have been kind of seeing each other,
- 14:41Speaker 1: and really she want to let you go. But she ain't,
- 14:45Speaker 1: you know, she really ain't got it got it up
- 14:48Speaker 1: in her to say she want to let you go.
- 14:50Speaker 1: So I'm coming to you like a man and letting
- 14:53Speaker 1: you know. You know that she really wanted to shut
- 14:57Speaker 1: it down with you. We've been seeing each other for
- 14:58Speaker 1: a minute now. Uh so I don't know how we can.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Will you know, I'm just coming at you like a
- 15:04Speaker 1: man brother, trying to let you know she don't even
- 15:07Speaker 1: really want you no more. You know, we didn't talked
- 15:10Speaker 1: about it, talked about it, and I'm just trying to
- 15:14Speaker 1: get it all. I know. I'm tired. I'm tired of
- 15:17Speaker 1: hiding with it. Really, okay, okay, Well you know it's
- 15:21Speaker 1: a lot smoother than I expected. Player, I man, it
- 15:26Speaker 1: is what it is. It is what it is. I mean,
- 15:28Speaker 1: as long as long as you as long as you cool,
- 15:30Speaker 1: I thought, you know, I just want to be a
- 15:32Speaker 1: man called and how I let you let you know?
- 15:34Speaker 1: Have you seen her to day? And where are you from?
- 15:36Speaker 1: From Jersey? I'm up around Nork. I mean you said
- 15:41Speaker 1: it's a lot smoother than you thought it was gonna be. Well,
- 15:44Speaker 1: you know, anytime I'm another man from to call another
- 15:47Speaker 1: man by his wife, I mean, yeah, you don't expect
- 15:49Speaker 1: it to be nothing, you know, pretty simple, that's for sure.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I didn't contemplate it a long time by calling you
- 15:55Speaker 1: saw you know today, I just said to head with
- 15:57Speaker 1: my number. So I've been hand you. I had your
- 16:01Speaker 1: number a long time. All right. Now you say you're looking.
- 16:07Speaker 1: There's a lot smoother than you thought us gonna be.
- 16:08Speaker 1: It ain't that smooth. But you know you don't want
- 16:11Speaker 1: You know, the thing is, you got one up on
- 16:14Speaker 1: it because you know my information. Now I's gotta come
- 16:17Speaker 1: find you. Okay, wait wait wait, wait wait wait wait
- 16:19Speaker 1: hold up? Now good? You feel like, oh no, I'm
- 16:22Speaker 1: gonna to hold up. Okay, you feel like you need
- 16:25Speaker 1: to be looking for me or something. Brother, Look look ahead,
- 16:28Speaker 1: let's check this out. This is a decision that the
- 16:31Speaker 1: wife has made. You understand what I'm saying. So you
- 16:33Speaker 1: have no reason to be mad at me about anything.
- 16:36Speaker 1: You have no reason to be coming looking for me
- 16:38Speaker 1: or any information on me, because see, when that happens,
- 16:41Speaker 1: then it's gonna really get stinky up in here. And
- 16:43Speaker 1: I'm trying not to let that happen. That's why I'm
- 16:45Speaker 1: calling you like a man. Brother, Trust me, Man, ain't
- 16:48Speaker 1: nothing that I'm never worried about. Okay, Well, I'm just
- 16:51Speaker 1: letting you know, man, I'm letting you know up front
- 16:53Speaker 1: sheet with me and how contemplated a long time. Y'alla, y'alla.
- 16:56Speaker 1: So now you know here we are. So I said,
- 16:58Speaker 1: you know, what the hell with it. I'm calling it
- 16:59Speaker 1: that y'all should have did it on the phone together.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I expected both of y'all a lot more. Okay, well
- 17:05Speaker 1: you know, and then you know, if that's what it's
- 17:07Speaker 1: got to be, we be face to face together. Whatever
- 17:09Speaker 1: it's got to be, man, you know. Okay, So, but
- 17:14Speaker 1: but let me ask you this here where it's going in.
- 17:16Speaker 1: Once we're both staying flat footed and tell you how
- 17:18Speaker 1: it is, then what ain't I ain't gonna never be
- 17:21Speaker 1: flat footed? Okay? What the flat footed? Or upside down?
- 17:25Speaker 1: Ain't the way you want to look at it, bro,
- 17:27Speaker 1: I'm trying not to get into this physical part, but
- 17:29Speaker 1: it seems like you're leaning that way with me. It
- 17:32Speaker 1: could be whatever, you know. It could be on this
- 17:33Speaker 1: side of the dirt or the other side, and don't
- 17:35Speaker 1: make a difference. It never does, brother, It never does.
- 17:38Speaker 1: When two bulls come together, one of them got to
- 17:40Speaker 1: go down. No, guess what we are doing? Too much talking?
- 17:44Speaker 1: You've got my information. Guess what now I'm blot loaded
- 17:47Speaker 1: than hunter for you. You lock and loaded. There's no
- 17:50Speaker 1: need for you to say. There's no need for us
- 17:51Speaker 1: discussing anymore. Okay, cool, you know why why we're at it. Man,
- 17:55Speaker 1: let me go and drop it all on you then,
- 17:57Speaker 1: because it's it seemed like we need to gonna get
- 17:59Speaker 1: it all out the way. You cool, You know what
- 18:02Speaker 1: I'm saying. I think you need you know, a matter
- 18:04Speaker 1: of fact, if you want to just keep it all
- 18:06Speaker 1: the way real, you might want to go take a
- 18:08Speaker 1: blood test about a Lina and make sure you to
- 18:10Speaker 1: Papa to that. All right? Feel me? Got it? So
- 18:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna have your wife getting your car man, because
- 18:20Speaker 1: we didn't contemplate it or too long and it's time. Yeah,
- 18:22Speaker 1: you do that. You know my information? Like I said,
- 18:25Speaker 1: you said enough, you're hitting enough bones there. Now I'm
- 18:27Speaker 1: really hunter for somebody. So you know what I mean,
- 18:31Speaker 1: somebody's got to go. What you mean, what was all this?
- 18:35Speaker 1: Somebody got to go. What you're saying, somebody got to go. Okay,
- 18:40Speaker 1: you try about either me or you. One of us
- 18:42Speaker 1: got to go see because you're saying the wrong thing.
- 18:44Speaker 1: Because what you must understand is if I've given you
- 18:46Speaker 1: as much information as I already have, that means I
- 18:48Speaker 1: have enough information to know where you are. Brother. You
- 18:51Speaker 1: know nothing about me norway I reside. So if you're
- 18:54Speaker 1: gonna talk about lock and load and somebody got to go.
- 18:56Speaker 1: Then you're saying it to the wrong person because I'm

- 21:00Speaker 1: day show coming up at the top of the hour
- 21:03Speaker 1: and trending entertainment news. Celebrity couple alert Okay singer Adele
- 21:08Speaker 1: and sports agent business owner Rich Paul there in the news.
- 21:13Speaker 1: Also in entertainment news, Little nas X is going to
- 21:17Speaker 1: appear on the Maury Povid Show and uh yeah, I
- 21:21Speaker 1: know right, you don't know that, and we're gonna talk
- 21:30Speaker 1: to you about here's this question. Should you go back
- 21:32Speaker 1: to your old job, your old employer. We'll talk about
- 21:35Speaker 1: that because Cam Newton did, Cam Newton did. We'll talk
- 21:39Speaker 1: about all of these stories at the top of the hour,
- 21:42Speaker 1: but right now it is time for Steve's favorite segment,
- 21:45Speaker 1: ask the clo All right, here we go. This one
- 21:50Speaker 1: is from Winky in Kansas City. Winky says, I'm personal
- 21:54Speaker 1: trainer and my husband is a bit overweight and it's
- 21:58Speaker 1: bad for my business. I'm not ashamed of him at
- 22:01Speaker 1: all because he was ill and gained the way. What
- 22:04Speaker 1: I won't do, though, is hang out in public with
- 22:07Speaker 1: him because he's bad for my brand. We're both fifty
- 22:10Speaker 1: eight and he's a former athlete. He's part of my
- 22:13Speaker 1: online wellness classes, and I suggested he let me do
- 22:16Speaker 1: the videos until he's in shape. My best friend told me,
- 22:20Speaker 1: I'm being a brat and not helping my husband at all.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Are my actions toward him offensive? Well, your husband can't
- 22:26Speaker 1: being the health videos and he ain't healthy. He can't
- 22:30Speaker 1: be in the workout videos and he don't look like
- 22:32Speaker 1: he'd do them except for the shoot. So no, you're
- 22:36Speaker 1: not being and your husband know the deal. He's an athlete.
- 22:38Speaker 1: He know that he got to rise to the occasion,
- 22:41Speaker 1: past the tests, make the team. He know all of that.
- 22:44Speaker 1: So just say, baby, look, until we get it back together,
- 22:47Speaker 1: I need to just do these videos alone. Now. You
- 22:50Speaker 1: need to help your husband though. Are you shamed to
- 22:54Speaker 1: be with him in public and all that? You know,
- 22:58Speaker 1: because something could have happened you little miss cute thing,
- 23:02Speaker 1: you know, as soon as one of y'all game. Wait,
- 23:05Speaker 1: we can't say damn thing about that, Kenny. No, no, no, no,
- 23:11Speaker 1: we can't say nothing. Does this dress fit? Of course
- 23:15Speaker 1: it does? Hi look from behind? Oh perfect, baby? You
- 23:22Speaker 1: know what I mean? You know you don't have any
- 23:25Speaker 1: being in the road to the event with the with
- 23:26Speaker 1: their spouse in the cars talking to theirselves. I can't
- 23:29Speaker 1: believe you. But oh, don't do that. Say it to yourself. No,
- 23:37Speaker 1: that's to yourself. That's yourself, and that's where it needs
- 23:40Speaker 1: to stay. Surely. All right, thank you? Moving on. This
- 23:47Speaker 1: one's from Tamia in Columbus, Georgia, because Toma says, my
- 23:51Speaker 1: husband called me Sunday to tell me he tested positive
- 23:54Speaker 1: for COVID and he's been staying at a hotel. He'd
- 23:57Speaker 1: be staying at a hotel for seven days. It made
- 24:00Speaker 1: a lot of sense at first, until I found out
- 24:02Speaker 1: he went to work Monday. I popped up at his
- 24:05Speaker 1: job and he had it on. He had on two
- 24:08Speaker 1: masks and said he couldn't miss any days at work
- 24:11Speaker 1: and asked me not to make a scene because no
- 24:13Speaker 1: one knew he tested positive. I asked to see his
- 24:17Speaker 1: paperwork and he said a nurse called him and said
- 24:19Speaker 1: he's positive. Is he lying and trying to cheat on me?
- 24:22Speaker 1: Or is he really sick? Wow? Well, I don't know.
- 24:26Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know. I just don't know.
- 24:29Speaker 1: If he put on double mask and went to work.
- 24:32Speaker 1: He's being a butthole and that's not fair to the people.
- 24:36Speaker 1: He could have COVID and he's staying in the hotel
- 24:39Speaker 1: full week. He could have it. Now, what do you
- 24:43Speaker 1: want to do? Go over there and stay with him
- 24:44Speaker 1: and catch it yourself? Well, what you want to do?
- 24:48Speaker 1: I don't know what your husband is up to. It
- 24:50Speaker 1: sounds like it could be true, but he can't miss
- 24:55Speaker 1: no work. I don't know how they would do They
- 24:59Speaker 1: have law, they protect people with COVID and got and
- 25:02Speaker 1: got to go to work. I think there's something in
- 25:05Speaker 1: place because it's such an infectious disease. I think there's
- 25:10Speaker 1: something in place for COVID where they can't dock your
- 25:13Speaker 1: pay great excuse hotel, you need to stay at the well.
- 25:20Speaker 1: He really needs to stay home. Yeah everyone else. Yeah,
- 25:24Speaker 1: that's the issues. I like the hotel for ten days.
- 25:27Speaker 1: I like that. But then why if he had worked
- 25:30Speaker 1: with double mask because he can't miss It's something. Here's
- 25:35Speaker 1: the wrongness of it. If you have COVID and you
- 25:38Speaker 1: had worked with two masks on, that's it. That's the wrongness. Yeah,
- 25:46Speaker 1: and she just wants to find out the rightness of
- 25:48Speaker 1: it all, all right, Moving on, Cammy and Raleigh says.
- 25:52Speaker 1: I'm a twenty nine year old newlywed and my husband
- 25:55Speaker 1: and I have a two year old daughter. We're having
- 25:57Speaker 1: Thanksgiving at our townhouse and my mother and my in
- 26:00Speaker 1: laws are coming. I have told my mother that she
- 26:03Speaker 1: can sleep in the baby's room, and I got my
- 26:05Speaker 1: in laws a room at a hotel that's less than
- 26:07Speaker 1: a mile from our house. I got a call from
- 26:09Speaker 1: my mother in law and she said she wants to
- 26:12Speaker 1: stay at our house and my mom should get a room.
- 26:16Speaker 1: My husband told me I can either cancel dinner or
- 26:18Speaker 1: put my mom in a hotel too. Is he right? Her? Mama? Wow, Well,
- 26:30Speaker 1: we're having typical young marital problems. I've been involved in
- 26:36Speaker 1: all of this. But the best thing to do is
- 26:41Speaker 1: to treat everybody equal. That's the best way. Because you're
- 26:46Speaker 1: a young couple, this is your first Thanksgiving together and everything.
- 26:50Speaker 1: Now your mama gets to come over there and stay
- 26:52Speaker 1: in the other room. Now the other lady wants to
- 26:54Speaker 1: stay in the other room too, and thank her mama
- 26:57Speaker 1: to your mama to get put in the hotel. I
- 26:59Speaker 1: think everybody should be in the hotel and just make
- 27:03Speaker 1: an announcement as adults. Look, I don't want to show favoritism,
- 27:06Speaker 1: won't way or the other. So everybody comes to town,
- 27:09Speaker 1: We're gonna have to get everybody in a hotel room
- 27:11Speaker 1: because I don't want miss miss Peterson the Field or
- 27:14Speaker 1: Mama Peterson the Field slighted. And I don't need Mamma
- 27:18Speaker 1: Janice to feel slighted. So both of you, all the
- 27:21Speaker 1: grandmothers and welcome into the baby's world. And we want
- 27:24Speaker 1: it all to be equal. So both of you are
- 27:26Speaker 1: gonna have to get hotel rooms. That's the way it
- 27:29Speaker 1: should have worked. The problem you have is you've already
- 27:33Speaker 1: told your mama she could stay at the house, and
- 27:36Speaker 1: now your husband and came in and said, your mama
- 27:39Speaker 1: either got to get to a hotel too, or we
- 27:42Speaker 1: asked gonna had to cancel them diner dinner is canceled.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Stay there because he too small. Yeah, yeah, I know,
- 27:58Speaker 1: but you know, in laws ain't don't fit into the family.
- 28:01Speaker 1: You know, the family could stay in the same house,
- 28:04Speaker 1: but in laws we don't know, y'all. I thought she
- 28:09Speaker 1: puts them in here. I don't know them. His mom
- 28:13Speaker 1: and dad at a hotel. Lesson's very close, and then
- 28:16Speaker 1: her mom's and she's single by herself. She's standing in
- 28:19Speaker 1: there with the baby. That's what I thought. But I
- 28:22Speaker 1: thought I think so too. Anyway, Yeah, yeah, yeah, she
- 28:25Speaker 1: can help her with the baby. Anyway. Toya and Kansas says,
- 28:29Speaker 1: I'm in a relationship with a married man and his
- 28:31Speaker 1: wife found out about us. So she went up to
- 28:34Speaker 1: my job and told my boss. My bosses are Karen,
- 28:37Speaker 1: and she was cheated on. So she said she was
- 28:40Speaker 1: going to make an example out of me. I don't
- 28:42Speaker 1: know what that means, and I'm terrified to go to work.
- 28:45Speaker 1: She doesn't know if I'm really messing with the man.
- 28:48Speaker 1: Can she legally embarrassed me like that? What should I do?
- 28:52Speaker 1: H No, she can't. I'm pretty sure Karen can't do that.
- 28:59Speaker 1: Gonna make an example of it her. You've messed with hearsay.
- 29:04Speaker 1: You can't do that, and you can't bring this woman's
- 29:07Speaker 1: personal life from a non employee into this office. Are
- 29:11Speaker 1: you crazy? Karen probably thinks she can. All right, Thank you, Cielo.
- 29:15Speaker 1: We're moving on. Coming up at the top of the hour.
- 29:18Speaker 1: We got some entertainment news for you. Right after this.
- 29:21Speaker 1: You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Here we go,
- 29:26Speaker 1: guys with this big celebrity couple. Alert. They've been seeing
- 29:30Speaker 1: each other for a minute, but now they're real, you know,
- 29:33Speaker 1: out in the open with it. Singer Adele revealed to
- 29:36Speaker 1: Rolling Stone that she met Rich Paul on a blind
- 29:39Speaker 1: date following her divorce. Adele also called her relationship with
- 29:43Speaker 1: rich Paul the most incredible, open hearted, and easiest one
- 29:48Speaker 1: she's ever been in. Rich Paul, of course, Steve was
- 29:51Speaker 1: born in Cleveland and he met Lebron, Well we don't
- 29:55Speaker 1: we go get the big ones? Yeah? He met Lebron
- 29:59Speaker 1: James and two thousand and two back in two thousand
- 30:01Speaker 1: and two. Within a year, Rich Paul joined James in
- 30:05Speaker 1: his inner circle and started working with him professionally after
- 30:08Speaker 1: he was drafted into the NBA by the Cleveland Cavaliers.
- 30:12Speaker 1: And now they have their own sports agency called Clutch Sports,
- 30:15Speaker 1: which represents over twenty five players that includes Anthony Davis,
- 30:19Speaker 1: Draymond Greene, Ben Simmons and more. So what do you
- 30:23Speaker 1: think about that Steve from Cleveland? Everything? Well, I mean
- 30:26Speaker 1: I don't really know Rich Paul Persley at all, and
- 30:31Speaker 1: I do not know a Dale at all. So what
- 30:34Speaker 1: I think? Really? The hell ain't connection? Yeah? I don't.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Can't embody a little Cleveland connection? I mean, do you Pardner?
- 30:44Speaker 1: If you like a nice looking girl and everything else?
- 30:47Speaker 1: I'm happy for him. If they're happy, I'm cool. Yeah
- 30:49Speaker 1: all right? You know that was your song too? Hello? Hello,
- 30:55Speaker 1: didn't you love us? All? Hello? And roll Rodale from
- 30:59Speaker 1: a Dale. Sometimes I wonder Wi'm still here. Sometimes I
- 31:09Speaker 1: hold on unto my deepest fields, so tired of being
- 31:16Speaker 1: out here picking on day long, inside on picking my
- 31:25Speaker 1: own I'm tired of picking, okay, staving away, sitting down
- 31:34Speaker 1: by the dock step just catfishing, time away, show holding
- 31:41Speaker 1: on field. We stand with no more? Got all? My
- 31:48Speaker 1: card said it by the the back door. You guys
- 31:57Speaker 1: know that Cam Newton is back as quarterback for the
- 32:00Speaker 1: Carolina Panthers. Cam said this time last week that he
- 32:03Speaker 1: was eating a bowl of cereal and now he's back
- 32:07Speaker 1: his quarterback for his old team, the Carolina Panthers. So
- 32:10Speaker 1: many of us have been faced with this question before.
- 32:14Speaker 1: Should I go back to my old job, Should I
- 32:16Speaker 1: stay where I am? What should I do? Maybe the
- 32:18Speaker 1: new job wasn't as wonderful as you thought it would be,
- 32:21Speaker 1: and now you're able to choose and see your old
- 32:25Speaker 1: situation more clearly, so maybe your personal situations have changed. So, Steve,
- 32:30Speaker 1: I got to ask you any advice. You know, if
- 32:32Speaker 1: people are faced with this going back to their own
- 32:34Speaker 1: job or staying where they are, you know, just with Cam.
- 32:46Speaker 1: My text to Cam would be God is the architect
- 32:51Speaker 1: of some incredible stories. That would be my text to him,
- 32:58Speaker 1: because that's just the way it works. Man. You never know.
- 33:02Speaker 1: I mean, hide could working, and sometimes what people think
- 33:06Speaker 1: is a setback is really a comeback. And people people
- 33:11Speaker 1: they write you off, they can't wait to write you off.
- 33:16Speaker 1: But but but they don't know how God works. And
- 33:20Speaker 1: so for me, this whole story was amazing. Now that's
- 33:24Speaker 1: Cam Newton. I don't really care about your job, and
- 33:28Speaker 1: you got an other job. Y'all ask got to get
- 33:31Speaker 1: some work. So if you got to go back, you
- 33:33Speaker 1: guys got to go back. But your ass got to
- 33:35Speaker 1: get to work because y'all ain't got that kind of money.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Save it though, you know, it's it's hard, hard, hard
- 33:42Speaker 1: live like that. I don't give it there. What you
- 33:44Speaker 1: got to go back to, You got to get your
- 33:47Speaker 1: ass because that unemployment to run out. Lord, you ain't
- 33:52Speaker 1: got time to be you. You know, you just need
- 33:54Speaker 1: some work, get some income coming in. No, if it's
- 33:57Speaker 1: your old job, whatever, you just got to go back
- 34:00Speaker 1: to get paid. Tried to go back to one job.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Man left Lincoln Electric. I tried to go back to
- 34:07Speaker 1: Lincoln and extric I just got harder for me after
- 34:10Speaker 1: I left and I went back out there. Man, I
- 34:13Speaker 1: didn't really want that damn job, and they didn't give
- 34:15Speaker 1: it to me. Either something down or they pulled my
- 34:21Speaker 1: records up and with nah, so you didn't get it? Wow?
- 34:27Speaker 1: All right, So and H and entertainment news, Little Nasax
- 34:35Speaker 1: uh is going to appear on Wednesday's episode of the
- 34:38Speaker 1: May COVID Show. Um. Yeah, well, I was shocked when
- 34:43Speaker 1: I heard that too. Little Nasax is appearing on Maury
- 34:47Speaker 1: Povich with his ex boyfriend uh yay Ariza and a
- 34:52Speaker 1: teaser for the episode, Maury says Montero, which is nas
- 34:56Speaker 1: X's real name, found the love of his life, but
- 35:00Speaker 1: a shot to discover that he was married. Okay, so
- 35:04Speaker 1: we've got to watch to find out. But word has
- 35:06Speaker 1: it that this episode is filled up full of the
- 35:09Speaker 1: kind of drama we've come to expect from the show,
- 35:11Speaker 1: like a paternity test and a proposal. I don't do this,
- 35:18Speaker 1: but I'm gonna make time to watch this. I think
- 35:20Speaker 1: I don't say it. I do watch this episode. I'm
- 35:27Speaker 1: gonna tell you something on this new Judge show that
- 35:31Speaker 1: I have. Yeah, that's going to add January fourth. Now
- 35:36Speaker 1: you moved it up. They moved it up there. They're
- 35:40Speaker 1: thinking some great things here. I've been moving it. We're
- 35:43Speaker 1: supposed to be a summer release show, and now they
- 35:45Speaker 1: moved it up. It's prime time now. Thank you very much.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Praise God. Oh I have a go, Steve. I'm learning
- 35:54Speaker 1: I have a transgender case. Oh yeah, let's just going
- 35:59Speaker 1: and go to break albums. Got ready tailor's doing. I
- 36:03Speaker 1: win you too. We'll have more of the Steve Harvey
- 36:06Speaker 1: Morning Show right after you're listening to the Steve Harvey
- 36:10Speaker 1: Morning Show. A defense attorney for one of three white
- 36:14Speaker 1: men standing trial for the twenty twenty killing of twenty
- 36:16Speaker 1: five year old unarmed black man a mod Arbory in Georgia,
- 36:20Speaker 1: has issued an apology in court after expressing concern with
- 36:24Speaker 1: the presence of prominent black pastors in the courtroom. Take
- 36:28Speaker 1: a listen. There's only so many pastors they can have.
- 36:30Speaker 1: And if their pastors Alice Sharpton right now, that's fine,
- 36:33Speaker 1: but then that's it. We don't want any more black
- 36:35Speaker 1: pastors coming in here or other Jesse Jackson, whoever was
- 36:39Speaker 1: in was in here earlier this week sitting with the
- 36:42Speaker 1: victim's family. Yeah what he was not even believe seriously, man,
- 36:50Speaker 1: it came out of his mouth because let me tell
- 36:52Speaker 1: you something, man, Racism is deep. Man. So they don't
- 36:57Speaker 1: want any more black pastors coming down to this city
- 37:01Speaker 1: because it's tainting the verdict and all I watched this
- 37:04Speaker 1: gown on TV. I went, you're the most ridiculous. But man,
- 37:08Speaker 1: it's he's so he's so racist and bend this way
- 37:12Speaker 1: his whole life. He don't even know it right? What
- 37:15Speaker 1: are you saying? So let me ask you something. If
- 37:18Speaker 1: some white passes came down to support the Aubrey family,
- 37:23Speaker 1: that would be okay. According to him, it probably would Steve,
- 37:27Speaker 1: it probably would listen to what how Reverend Owl responded
- 37:33Speaker 1: um He released a statement saying the arrogant insensitivity of
- 37:38Speaker 1: Attorney Kevin go In asking a judge to bar me
- 37:41Speaker 1: or any minister of the family's choice underscores the disregard
- 37:46Speaker 1: for the value of a human life lost and the
- 37:49Speaker 1: grieving of a family in need of spiritual and community support.
- 37:54Speaker 1: So there you have it. In every deity, Yes, Eric,
- 37:59Speaker 1: get it. Pastor I would be getting a million, Marge Post,
- 38:03Speaker 1: Bishop t Djan pastor, your mom, Brian it all, everybody,
- 38:13Speaker 1: Bishop Almer, everybody, come on, yeah, I can't man be
- 38:20Speaker 1: audacity to say something so offensive and racist saying good
- 38:25Speaker 1: for you as a defense. Even man, he had no
- 38:28Speaker 1: problem telling no, no, perfectly fine, saying that yeah, yes,
- 38:36Speaker 1: we don't want black pastors down. What man, let's hear
- 38:40Speaker 1: that again, because can you run that again? Please? There's
- 38:44Speaker 1: only so many pastors they can half and in fact,
- 38:47Speaker 1: their pastors Al Sharpton right now, that's fine, but then
- 38:49Speaker 1: that's it. We don't want any more black pastors coming
- 38:52Speaker 1: in here or other Jesse Jackson whoever was in was
- 38:55Speaker 1: here earlier this week sitting with the victims family. Man,
- 39:01Speaker 1: how can you say so you don't want them sitting
- 39:05Speaker 1: with the victim's family and then men of God, that's
- 39:09Speaker 1: what they do. They come to people's needs. That's you
- 39:12Speaker 1: just so man, You just so sick ass race. I
- 39:16Speaker 1: only get one black pastor, all right, that's one black pastor,
- 39:20Speaker 1: not a bunch of man. All right. Uh, we're gonna
- 39:24Speaker 1: move on that. That was all right. Coming up at
- 39:27Speaker 1: thirty four minutes after the hour, we're gonna check Steve's
- 39:30Speaker 1: voicemail eight seven seven twenty nine, Steve. Right after this,
- 39:33Speaker 1: you're listening Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, guys, time
- 39:37Speaker 1: to check Steve's voicemail eight seven seven twenty nine. Steve.
- 39:41Speaker 1: All right, Steve, here's a message from Miss Wynn. Miss
- 39:45Speaker 1: winn is looking for sixteen year old men, say, Steve Harvey,
- 39:49Speaker 1: this law yet, Win, I am fifty nine years old,
- 39:53Speaker 1: single children, grow all my own house. You'll pay off
- 39:57Speaker 1: my car, but the only bill I have the best
- 40:01Speaker 1: utilities and cardinal assurance, Whitten. And I was just wondering
- 40:06Speaker 1: because I'm up in the age and most people my
- 40:09Speaker 1: age that I'm married a happiness so and those that
- 40:12Speaker 1: are not have a tendency to be playoff. I was
- 40:17Speaker 1: just wondering, again, where are all the good over sixty
- 40:23Speaker 1: men at the single ones that is? Thank you for
- 40:28Speaker 1: positive checking out that question and giving me some sort
- 40:33Speaker 1: of answer. Y'all stayed blessed, healthy and safe at the
- 40:38Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show because we are in crucial times
- 40:42Speaker 1: with this pandemic. Thank you, hey man. Okay, so what's
- 40:50Speaker 1: her names now? Miss Win? First of all, I don't
- 40:54Speaker 1: know where all the sixty year old single men are
- 41:00Speaker 1: to share you. They're very spread out, so where they
- 41:03Speaker 1: are I don't know. But if you're trying to find one,
- 41:07Speaker 1: you're already going about it the wrong way. Here's the
- 41:11Speaker 1: best thing for you to do. First of all, stop
- 41:14Speaker 1: talking about money. Don't introduce yourself as a woman who's
- 41:18Speaker 1: paying steel, paying on a car. No, got your own
- 41:20Speaker 1: own house, got some bills and stuff, got a couple
- 41:23Speaker 1: of things you're working on. Stop stop, that's not how
- 41:28Speaker 1: you date. Stop doing that first thing you do, miss
- 41:33Speaker 1: miss Winn. Get yourself together. Be the best version of
- 41:39Speaker 1: fifty nine that you can be. I strongly suggest dating
- 41:44Speaker 1: sites because it opens up your pool of availability. No
- 41:48Speaker 1: one knows you're out here, single and available unless you
- 41:52Speaker 1: put yourself out there. You don't have to go online
- 41:55Speaker 1: seeking people. Get somebody who knows how to do dating profiles.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Get on the right dating site. Now, the right dating
- 42:03Speaker 1: site cost a little bit more. Harmony e harmony. These
- 42:08Speaker 1: costs a little bit more. Now are the scammers online?
- 42:12Speaker 1: Of course, you can meet a scammer just in real life.
- 42:16Speaker 1: Thou ways to protect yourself get yourself to cell phones,
- 42:21Speaker 1: miss all. When and when you meet a guy online
- 42:24Speaker 1: that act talked to you, the only number you give
- 42:27Speaker 1: him out is the burner phone, the one that you
- 42:29Speaker 1: bought a Walmart that you put the minutes on. Never
- 42:32Speaker 1: give away your real number and get in a chat
- 42:34Speaker 1: and see if you could become friends with some men first.
- 42:38Speaker 1: That's what you do. That's my suggestion because dating online
- 42:42Speaker 1: increases a woman's pool of availability. The hunters are going
- 42:47Speaker 1: to hunt. The players are still out there. You just
- 42:50Speaker 1: does not make you player proof, but that's life. Stay
- 42:54Speaker 1: preyed up, miss when God bless you and it's gonna
- 42:58Speaker 1: be all right. But stop talking about your car note
- 43:02Speaker 1: in your house, all right, let us know how it goes,
- 43:07Speaker 1: MS win all right. Uh, here's the question for Junior.
- 43:10Speaker 1: Question about Junior, Casey, I was just calling to see
- 43:16Speaker 1: um if nephew, Um, I mean your nephews Junior, if
- 43:21Speaker 1: he's dating? Okay, we ain't nah, Nah, Tom is gonna
- 43:29Speaker 1: be upset. It ain't called you, nephew firmly Hill, ask
- 43:34Speaker 1: my junior. Is na Steve nephew? What do you mean?

- 43:49Speaker 1: available for dating. Nah, you need to pick when you
- 43:53Speaker 1: call in. Ask him about people. Get your energy up.

- 44:04Speaker 1: somebody won't name. We're gonna be able to gather that
- 44:09Speaker 1: meet at the church grounds. Junior is in his forties,
- 44:17Speaker 1: all right, see that eight seven seven, twenty nine, Steven
- 44:21Speaker 1: leave a message. We just may play yours on the air.
- 44:23Speaker 1: Coming up next with today's prank phone call. Right after that,
- 44:27Speaker 1: right to sound. You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, right about
- 44:35Speaker 1: four minutes after, it's my Strawberry letter for today. The

- 51:09Speaker 1: the baddest radio show in the land, the Steve Harvard
- 51:13Speaker 1: mortingshill Man, which is why he got played every morning.
- 51:19Speaker 1: He'll never let you, never let your coworker know what
- 51:23Speaker 1: you're doing, never let you many than that. Though he
- 51:31Speaker 1: was at the end of how much is the cookies?

- 51:46Speaker 1: Tell me Tom, sir, when you were gone, we have
- 51:50Speaker 1: a question for you. Hold on, hold on. So when
- 51:53Speaker 1: I was gone, y'all had a meeting by me? No, no,

- 52:03Speaker 1: you know you dog. That's like when I'm going, how
- 52:05Speaker 1: y'all talk about the same damn thing. Don't miss your day.
- 52:09Speaker 1: If you miss your day, you got to pay. Yeah,
- 52:15Speaker 1: that's the rule. The concern we have is after the pranks,
- 52:26Speaker 1: do we have to have praise and worship service every
- 52:31Speaker 1: time you do a prank and that we had that
- 52:34Speaker 1: on the ad. Do we have to praise and worship
- 52:37Speaker 1: you after every prank? What is that? What's the what's
- 52:42Speaker 1: the proper? Are coming back after the prank? And we
- 52:44Speaker 1: ain't gonna prank, praise worship? Why not? Yeah, well we
- 52:48Speaker 1: don't want to do that though. No. I hear what
- 52:53Speaker 1: he said, But what I'm saying is we don't want
- 52:55Speaker 1: to do that, no more. No nobody wants so okay,
- 52:59Speaker 1: but I show up he has on the zoom who
- 53:01Speaker 1: don't want to prank praise after the show? Who does
- 53:06Speaker 1: not want to? Oh? Don't nobody? Like I ask everything
- 53:10Speaker 1: all the zoom cameras is feel with hands, two hands. Oh,
- 53:16Speaker 1: it's like, oh, we got prank haters up in here.
- 53:22Speaker 1: We don't have to prank haters. We have we want
- 53:25Speaker 1: to praise and worship the Lord, Thank you, but not
- 53:30Speaker 1: each one of y'all. I'm out for I'm out for

- 54:18Speaker 1: Let me put my sexy on, buckle up, and hold
- 54:20Speaker 1: on tight. Here. It is the one and only the
- 54:22Speaker 1: Strawberry Letter. That's another thing, another meeting, another meeting. Yes,
- 54:34Speaker 1: all right, here we go, Thank you, nephew. I want
- 54:38Speaker 1: my boss so bad. Is the subject this Stephen Shirley.
- 54:45Speaker 1: I am a female in my mid twenties and I
- 54:47Speaker 1: started a new job a few months ago. While I
- 54:50Speaker 1: love it, I'm planning to put in my notice because
- 54:53Speaker 1: I found a better paying job. My work environment is
- 54:56Speaker 1: very challenging for me because the entire time I'm at work,
- 55:00Speaker 1: I'm fantasizing about my boss. When I'm at home, I'm
- 55:04Speaker 1: always thinking about him. When I get dressed for work daily,
- 55:07Speaker 1: I dress to get his attention. My boss is almost
- 55:10Speaker 1: as old as my father, but I am so attracted
- 55:14Speaker 1: to him that the age doesn't bother me. He's very
- 55:17Speaker 1: sweet and loves his job and all of his employees.
- 55:21Speaker 1: I feel like we have a meaningful We have meaningful
- 55:23Speaker 1: We have had meaningful conversations alone and occasionally flirt with
- 55:27Speaker 1: each other. While I'm with him, my mid my mind
- 55:31Speaker 1: sometimes drifts off, and I can't help but imagine us
- 55:34Speaker 1: in various sexual positions all over the office. You missed
- 55:40Speaker 1: the line back up where you say while I'm with him?
- 55:43Speaker 1: You say, wis win? Oh okay that when I'm with him,
- 55:50Speaker 1: my mind sometimes drifts off, and I can't help but
- 55:54Speaker 1: imagine us in various sexual positions all over the office,
- 55:57Speaker 1: at my house, outside, any and everywhere. He's made it
- 56:02Speaker 1: clear that our company's policy prohibits coworkers being in relationships
- 56:06Speaker 1: or hooking up. I'm pretty sure he told me that
- 56:09Speaker 1: so I would know he wants me, but he can't
- 56:12Speaker 1: have me because he might get fired. I can't wait
- 56:16Speaker 1: to see his reaction when I tell him that I
- 56:18Speaker 1: plan to leave and get another job. The way he
- 56:21Speaker 1: responds will tell me if I should pursue him. Once
- 56:24Speaker 1: I'm working somewhere else I hope that he feels the
- 56:27Speaker 1: same way about me, because I would have left a
- 56:30Speaker 1: really good job over nothing. I'm thinking I should test
- 56:33Speaker 1: the waters before I resigned. But how do I do that?
- 56:36Speaker 1: Do I come out and tell him that I'm head
- 56:38Speaker 1: over heels for him? Or do I play it cool
- 56:41Speaker 1: and brush up against him and see what he does.
- 56:44Speaker 1: He has told me that a man will let a
- 56:46Speaker 1: woman know if he wants her through his actions. But
- 56:49Speaker 1: if I'm the only one that wants to have sex,
- 56:52Speaker 1: how should I proceed here? All right? The first thing
- 56:57Speaker 1: I'm going to say to you is you need to
- 56:59Speaker 1: come all the way down. Okay, Are you paying attention
- 57:04Speaker 1: to what's really going on here? This man, your boss,
- 57:07Speaker 1: who you say is several years older than you, has
- 57:09Speaker 1: given you no indication whatsoever that he's interested in you.
- 57:14Speaker 1: And I'm sure as a man he's noticed you, but
- 57:17Speaker 1: he hasn't acted on that. In fact, he's done just
- 57:20Speaker 1: the opposite. He's told you, in his cool old school
- 57:24Speaker 1: way that when a man wants a woman, he will
- 57:27Speaker 1: let her know by his actions. He hasn't done that.
- 57:29Speaker 1: He also said it's against couplany policy, and you know
- 57:33Speaker 1: this as well. To date, each other to hook up.
- 57:35Speaker 1: He's not trying to lose his job. He's not trying
- 57:38Speaker 1: to do that. You said he loves his employees and
- 57:40Speaker 1: he loves his job. You, on the other hand, are
- 57:43Speaker 1: going to quit your whole job because of your fantasies
- 57:46Speaker 1: about him. You say you like working there. If you quit,
- 57:52Speaker 1: you think you'll then have a chance to date him.
- 57:54Speaker 1: I just know where in this letter did you say
- 57:56Speaker 1: he had the least bit of interest in you that way.
- 58:00Speaker 1: I just think you got to look at the facts here,
- 58:01Speaker 1: and the facts don't say that. The facts that that
- 58:04Speaker 1: he's completely not interested, and you got to deal with that.
- 58:08Speaker 1: Maybe you need to go on to this other job,
- 58:10Speaker 1: because I don't see any good coming out of this
- 58:12Speaker 1: if you stay here. Steve, Wow, little girl, Oh bye,
- 58:21Speaker 1: my lady, you all by yourself. I can't believe that
- 58:36Speaker 1: you've gone this far with all of You've played this
- 58:42Speaker 1: thing all the way out, and everything is based on
- 58:48Speaker 1: your fantasies. You've completed a whole scenario. How long have
- 58:56Speaker 1: you been up in your head? Oh bye, my sit
- 59:03Speaker 1: How long have you been going up in that head
- 59:07Speaker 1: of yours alone, just dancing round naked? You've been all
- 59:12Speaker 1: over the office with this. You just you everywhere, and
- 59:16Speaker 1: I wish you haven't. You didn't say how long you've
- 59:19Speaker 1: been at the job when you're mid twenties. Oh, I see,
- 59:23Speaker 1: you started a new job a few months ago, so
- 59:27Speaker 1: let's say ninety days and twenty days, and you love it,
- 59:31Speaker 1: but you're gonna put your notice in because you found
- 59:33Speaker 1: a better paying job. Okay, cool, go do that. But
- 59:37Speaker 1: now here comes the rest of it. It's been very
- 59:40Speaker 1: challenging for you because the entire time you at work,
- 59:44Speaker 1: you're fantasizing about your boss. We're gonna get into this
- 59:47Speaker 1: letter on the second half about what's going on. But
- 59:50Speaker 1: when I'm at home, I'm always thinking about him. When
- 59:52Speaker 1: I get dressed for work, I dressed to get his attention.
- 59:55Speaker 1: My boss is almost as old as my daddy, but
- 59:58Speaker 1: I'm so attract to him. Age don't bother you. He
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: sweet loves his job, all his employees. You feel like
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: you have meaningful conversations alone and occasionally flirt with each other.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: When I'm with him, my mind sometimes drifts off and
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: I can't help but imagine us various sexual positions all
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: over the office, at my house, outside, in and everywhere
- 1:00:20Speaker 1: he's made it clear that our company policy previous co
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: workers in relationships from hooking up. But guess what you
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: came away with that. I'm pretty sure he told me that,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: so I know he wants me right, it's company policy. Yes,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: hang on, Steve, hang on. We'll have part two of
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: your response coming up at twenty three minutes after the
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: hour of the subject I want my boss so bad.
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: We'll get back into it right after this. You're listening
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: recap today's Strawberry Letters. Subject it is I Want my
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: boss so bad? Little girl. Look, let me just get
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: this out the way. This entire letter has been played
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: out and written in your head. You've been up in
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: your little brain just dancing around in your mid twenties,
- 1:01:14Speaker 1: and you've created all of these scenarios. Now. I don't
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: doubt that you attracted to this man. I know you
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: fantasizing about this man. I don't know if this man
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: has had a thought about you one way or the other.
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: I have nothing in this letter that says he shares
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: the same thoughts as you. You said this that let
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: me know where your head is at in this whole letter,
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: you said, after you fantasize about having these very sexual
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: positions all over the office, at your house, and outside
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: of anywhere and everywhere, he's made it clear that our
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: company policy prohibits coworkers from being in relationships or hooking up.
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: Then you said, I'm pretty sure he told me that,
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: so that I know he wants me, little girl, These
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: company policies were not written so you know, so you
- 1:02:11Speaker 1: would know that your boss, won't you. These company policies
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: were created to prevent in work relationships that were hamper,
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: hinder and cause the company not to be as productive
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: or profitable. This is why these were created, Nan, And
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: she said, but he can't have me because he might
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: get five. So let me tell you something about this
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: man right him. Well, first of all, let me finish
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: the letter. I can't wait to see his reaction when
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: I tell him I plan to leave and get another job.
- 1:02:46Speaker 1: The way he responds would tell me if I should
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: pursue him once I'm working somewhere else. I hope he
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: feels the same way about me, because you don't know that,
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: because I would have left a really good job for nothing.
- 1:03:00Speaker 1: So really, the reason you're leaving this job so you
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: could pursue this man. It ain't the really that you
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: found a better paying job. It said you you want
- 1:03:08Speaker 1: to get free, so you could pursue this man because
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: you said because if I would have left, and really,
- 1:03:14Speaker 1: if he doesn't feel the same way about me, I
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: would have left a really good job over nothing. I'm
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: thinking I should test the waters before I resign. But
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: how do I do that? We're not gonna tell you that.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: Do I come out and tell him my head over
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: heels for him? Or do I play it cool and
- 1:03:28Speaker 1: brush up against him and see what he does at work?
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: You fitling, go over there, just rub your ass up
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: against this man. Wait, you fit do what little girl?
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: Or your breast? Are you gonna run your breast across
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: his chest? Which one you're gonna do? And then it
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: would let me a woman. He told me that a
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: man will let a woman know he wants her through
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: his actions. What if I'm the only one who wants
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: to have sex? Because he was trying to help you
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: understand something. A man will let you know by his actions,
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: But he shown you no actions. He tried. He could
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: be giving you a little lesson, little girl. How should
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: I proceed? Him. All right, here, go to facts. All
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: this is built on your fantasies. Number two, you're in
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: your head all by yourself. Number three, you want to
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: have an affair. Number four. This man ain't about to
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: risk his livelihood. And here's one you haven't thought about it.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: This man is in a relationship. I promise you he is.
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: You didn't mention that. You didn't mention if he was married.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: You didn't mention if he was dating anyone. You didn't
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: mention if he has children, grandchildren, You didn't mention any
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: of that. You've totally ignored what you're trying to do
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: here without any consideration for cause and effect. What's wrong
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: with you? Take this fantasy you got somewhere and go
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: happy with somebody that you can live your fantasy out
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: with what you all up in this old player's business fault.
- 1:05:14Speaker 1: This man has someone, this dude, they walk around with
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: all this swag and all this power and money. They
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: ain't got no girl, But you don't care about that. Now,
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: let's get to the title of this letter. I want
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: my boss so bad, girl. You know how many times
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: I've been here. I mean, I just can't imagine. No,
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: I don't get into it now. All this is laughing.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: You know how many times I've been here. If you
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: can see the looks of these women's faces on this
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: zoom screen right now, let me explain something to you. Girl.
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: Ain't no telling what's going on in their little heads
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: over here. We all know none of this right here,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: you know no. I feel for them every day they
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: can come in here and gotta see all this. I
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: know what this is. Your boss is going through Monica
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: over here, call over here, share over here, and they
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: can't even do nothing. They got husbands and good dudes too.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Got some good husband I like both all I like
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: Nesto and taught they good dude. But you know they
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: ain't always been married to these me And I'm pretty
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: sure somewhere when they found out the big dog wasn't available,
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: they had to go on the move on what they like. Now,
- 1:06:30Speaker 1: one of them could still be hanging on for dear
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: life because Mississippi ain't made a move right now. I
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: don't know what she's waiting on. I'm pretty show this
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: letter ain't about me, But this show feel like because
- 1:06:43Speaker 1: I got a way of turning all these letters around
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: on me. Because yesterday when we said I want my
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: boss so bad they having their asshole. You comings on

- 1:07:59Speaker 1: you need to go out there and try to hit
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: once so you can see the feeling he got. He can't. No,

- 1:08:53Speaker 1: the year. Now, I'm looking for the little boy who
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: told Cam he was gonna be broke. Where's this boy had? Now?
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: Where is a little boy who talked to Cam at

- 1:09:42Speaker 1: back out like he never left. So, man, I just
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: like the comeback story man not being written off. I
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: think that's important. Less of everybody. I don't care what
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: it is you're doing. You can't ever give up on

- 1:10:12Speaker 1: you're coming up at the top of the hour. What
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: tactics do you use to kick people out of your
- 1:10:17Speaker 1: house after Thanksgiving dinner? We'll talk about it right after this.
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: You're listening to show. Well, we all know Thanksgiving is
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: next week, and after the turkey dinner, after everyone's eaten
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: and their waistbands have stretched to the limit, Well, it's
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: time for your Thanksgiving desk to go home, right. Well, unfortunately,
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: you know, everybody's not ready to just leave, you know,
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: they don't They're not ready to go. Yeah. Yeah, So
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: we got to ask you, guys, what tactics do you
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: use to kick them out? You know, we don't want
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: you to be rude or anything, but we have a
- 1:10:58Speaker 1: couple of suggestions. You can stand up. No, no, no,
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: we we got got you. That's better for it all.
- 1:11:10Speaker 1: I started off I actually an hour out, start d
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: robing because you got a nice shirt, nice pay of
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: pants on, that's knife. But I started d rowing about
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: an hour after that. I'm probably the wife beater and
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: drawls that that's a good sign. I'm walking around scratching
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: from yea junior, junior, what you got? I'm telling you
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: this is what I do. First thing I do, get
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: him out the house. I called the police and tell
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: them there's a lot of loading going around in my house.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: There's a lot of lording happening people just around here.
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: I need them out. Yeah. They pulled up five paus deep.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: Black people started leading. They see police call, They go,
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: I do this about halftime of the football game. It's
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: my favorite move. Who yeah, oh lord, Yeah, I got mold.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: Sometimes I got more. Sometimes I just started passing out
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: sheets and louminum fall sconna make your plates, wrapping up
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: one sheet per person. Yeah, because you start putting that food, await.
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: You know they gets the message. Uh, you can just
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: start tongue kissing your spouse right there in front of everybody.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: I think they'll get the picture right there. I think
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: you'll finally getting I throw up. Ain't marriage green bean
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: cascel roll, ain't nobody ate it. People starting to leave
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: because they don't want a piece of that. What my
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: keys at there, get out of there. They gotta eat
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: that green being castle roll. Don't nobody eat it. Why
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: is marriage cast roll? I touched. I let a mouse loose.
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: Just head across the floor. You're gonna clear a room
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: of black people. I let a mouse loose for show.
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: Yeah there's another one. I do. I know this. You
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: know the people that wasn't invited, which usually to convict,
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: I invite them to say food left when they show up.
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: Everybody started leaving because you don't get robbed. You don't
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: know if you get held a good point, don't care
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: if you family members, they're gonna come. That's child time,
- 1:13:15Speaker 1: child time, child time. Extreme people out the house. But Junior,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: that ain't bad because I've done two things similar to that.
- 1:13:25Speaker 1: I've had a crackhead cousin of mine just steal a
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: car the football game stark you know, because then you say,
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: you know, because they get like that round here when
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: they's dog let me. I got to get my cap
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: out of here there. You don't want them to stay
- 1:13:42Speaker 1: to watch the game. They can't na na here. Get
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: that car stole? And then people people, I mean you
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: get because yeah, it's been a rash of car thieves
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: round here. Wouldn't get dark, Well get my car to
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: here for get dark. Yeah, you gott oh, you can
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: let your dog out now because most black people can't
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: handle the dog. Let the dog in with the food. Yeah,
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: he run around just sniffing everybody. One last one for me,
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: this was my all time favorite. I go down stairs
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: and cut the power off a little extreme. Do I
- 1:14:22Speaker 1: like that? Black? I ain't no TV and its cove. Yeah,
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: we said, not being rude. That's that. Ain't rude? Power off?
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: Go down that They don't know it's me. Yeah, but
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: you go back up staying unk, like you didn't even know.
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: I go back upstairs and it's getting dark. I do
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: a while it's still a light with you, like you know,
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: we tell about Steve Harley. Yeah, they know it's you.
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: You've done this before. I want to stay. I go outside,
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: I shut the generate off and everything. Happy Thanksgiving one.
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: We'll have more of days trending stories and more of
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up. And twenty minutes

- 1:15:24Speaker 1: game and gave them to Hendrix. Then Anthony Davis gave
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: Hendrix his jersey. Then Carmelo Anthony followed suit and gave
