- 0:00Speaker 1: Joe Biden back in nineteen eighty five, told America the
- 0:05Speaker 1: truth about gun control measures. Joe Biden admitted in nineteen
- 0:10Speaker 1: eighty five that criminals will get firearms with or without
- 0:16Speaker 1: gun control, and he's right. In fact. On July the ninth,
- 0:20Speaker 1: nineteen eighty five, during a debate over the Firearm Owners
- 0:23Speaker 1: Protection Act, the Senate Judiciary Committee member Joe Biden sided
- 0:29Speaker 1: with the Second Amendment and sided with freedom and argued
- 0:33Speaker 1: that criminals can get guns with or without gun control
- 0:37Speaker 1: quote unquote. NBC News noted that the Judiciary Committee concurred
- 0:44Speaker 1: with a Republican majority in support of the Firearm Owners
- 0:49Speaker 1: Protection Act and it passed on the Senate floor by
- 0:53Speaker 1: a massive margin of victory seventy nine to fifteen. Joe
- 1:00Speaker 1: Biden voted for it, which NBC News described as a
- 1:05Speaker 1: piece of legislation that allowed dealers to sell rifles, shotguns,
- 1:09Speaker 1: and ammunition through the mail and eventually the internet quote unquote.
- 1:14Speaker 1: They noted that the FOPA also quote limited federal inspections
- 1:20Speaker 1: of firearm dealers while allowing them to sell guns at
- 1:22Speaker 1: gun shows, which helped them grow in size and popularity,
- 1:26Speaker 1: and it made it easier for private collectors to sell
- 1:28Speaker 1: guns without obtaining a federal dealers license, which would play
- 1:31Speaker 1: a role in what later became known as the quote
- 1:34Speaker 1: gun show loophole. Biden not only did he vote for this,
- 1:40Speaker 1: but he actually defended your right to bear arms, making
- 1:45Speaker 1: it clear that he believed it is a absolute in
- 1:49Speaker 1: this country and the Constitution grants you that right. The
- 1:53Speaker 1: Congressional record for the Senate on July fifth, nineteen eighty
- 1:57Speaker 1: five actually quotes Biden riving this law as a quote
- 2:02Speaker 1: balanced piece of legislation that protects the rights of private
- 2:07Speaker 1: gun owners while not infringing on law enforcements ability to
- 2:11Speaker 1: deal with those who misused guns or violate laws. He added,
- 2:18Speaker 1: during my twelve and a half years a member of
- 2:20Speaker 1: this body, I have never believed that additional gun control
- 2:23Speaker 1: or federal registration of guns would reduce crime. Let me
- 2:28Speaker 1: read that again, because this is Joe Biden saying this
- 2:30Speaker 1: back in nineteen eighty five, before he was playing politics
- 2:32Speaker 1: with your Second Amendment right and trying to seize power.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Quote during my twelve and a half years a member
- 2:39Speaker 1: of this body, referring to Congress, I have never believed
- 2:44Speaker 1: that additional gun control or federal registration of guns would
- 2:49Speaker 1: reduce crime. I am convinced that a criminal who wants
- 2:53Speaker 1: a firearm can get one through illegal, non traceable, un
- 3:00Speaker 1: just stirred sources, with or without gun control. In other words,
- 3:06Speaker 1: he is admitting that gun control will have no bearing
- 3:10Speaker 1: on the bad guys getting the guns. So let's stop
- 3:12Speaker 1: lying and acting like it somehow would. So you have
- 3:16Speaker 1: to ask yourself a question. What changed? One thing the left,
- 3:21Speaker 1: the gun lobby and their demands to take away your
- 3:24Speaker 1: rights to your firearms. But there's something else that also
- 3:27Speaker 1: changed that got us to the point where Joe Biden
- 3:29Speaker 1: is now coming after your guns. Democrats are realizing that
- 3:34Speaker 1: they're no longer just democrats. They are communists and they
- 3:38Speaker 1: are socialists. And these commulanists and socialists understand that the
- 3:42Speaker 1: one thing standing in their way of communism and socialism
- 3:46Speaker 1: becoming a reality in America, actually two things is the
- 3:49Speaker 1: Constitution and also you and your firearms. All right, real quick,
- 3:57Speaker 1: I want to tell you about my good friends over
- 3:58Speaker 1: at Legacy Precious Metals. With the economy really an inflation
- 4:02Speaker 1: out of control in the stock market taking horrific losses,
- 4:06Speaker 1: the NASDAC down more in one month than we've seen
- 4:09Speaker 1: back in two thousand and eight, was the last time
- 4:12Speaker 1: it was this bad. You may be looking at your
- 4:15Speaker 1: financial portfolio in your sick to your stomach. You're not alone.
- 4:18Speaker 1: The question is if you are not diversified in precious
- 4:23Speaker 1: metals as part of your financial portfolio, then what would
- 4:26Speaker 1: it look like now? Maybe if you would have been,
- 4:28Speaker 1: it's not too late, by the way, to take advantage
- 4:31Speaker 1: of gold and silver. It is a hedge against inflation,
- 4:34Speaker 1: and it's a way for you to diversify your IRA,
- 4:37Speaker 1: your four oh one K, your investment portfolio. If you've
- 4:40Speaker 1: never looked at gold and silver, there's actually no better
- 4:43Speaker 1: time than right now now. I've been investing in golden
- 4:45Speaker 1: silver for gosh, almost twenty years. I've used it as
- 4:49Speaker 1: a percentage of my strategy to protect myself. So on
- 4:52Speaker 1: the worst days on Wall Street usually they're not as
- 4:55Speaker 1: bad for me as they are for others. Call Legacy

- 5:31Speaker 1: They're attacking both right now, and the way they're doing
- 5:35Speaker 1: it is actually incredibly brilliant. First up, they're attacking the
- 5:40Speaker 1: Supreme Court. They're attacking the Supreme Court with Roe v. Wade,
- 5:43Speaker 1: and the reason why they are attacking the Supreme Court
- 5:46Speaker 1: right now and trying to undermine the Supreme Court and
- 5:48Speaker 1: trying to get Supreme Court justice killed, which that's exactly
- 5:51Speaker 1: what they're trying to do by doxing Supreme Court members
- 5:55Speaker 1: and giving out their phone numbers, giving out their address
- 6:00Speaker 1: says where they live, and doing all of these terrible
- 6:04Speaker 1: things to the Supreme Court justices, trying to put their
- 6:06Speaker 1: lives at risks because they're hoping that one of them,
- 6:09Speaker 1: one of the conservative justices, will be harmed so they
- 6:13Speaker 1: can then stack the court. You see them undermine the
- 6:17Speaker 1: Supreme Court with Roe v. Wade leaking that opinion because
- 6:21Speaker 1: they need to fundamentally change the Supreme Court. They're trying
- 6:23Speaker 1: to justify packing the court. Expanding the court and adding
- 6:27Speaker 1: three or four or five or six or whatever number
- 6:29Speaker 1: they want to of liberal justices to the Supreme Court
- 6:32Speaker 1: by undermining the Supreme Court, therefore justifying the packing of
- 6:37Speaker 1: the court. If they're able to do that, then they
- 6:41Speaker 1: can change this entire country because you'll have socialists and
- 6:45Speaker 1: communists like Sodomy or in others who will be sitting
- 6:48Speaker 1: on the Supreme Court, which will give liberals the ultimate
- 6:51Speaker 1: power over you, the people. Now, it's not just enough
- 6:54Speaker 1: to pack the court right and undermine the court as
- 6:56Speaker 1: they're doing now, which is part of their game plan,
- 6:58Speaker 1: but they also have to figure out a way to
- 7:00Speaker 1: disarm you. And that's really important. So people need to
- 7:04Speaker 1: understand that, Okay, you really really do have to disarm
- 7:10Speaker 1: the American people if you are going to get socialism
- 7:13Speaker 1: or communism. Great example of how close we are to
- 7:17Speaker 1: that actually happening is what just happened in Canada. Trudeau
- 7:21Speaker 1: and other Democratic leaders who are socialists and communists in
- 7:25Speaker 1: Canada realized and we're actually terrified at the power that
- 7:30Speaker 1: the citizens held over them, the leaders, the dictators, the
- 7:34Speaker 1: tyrants of Canada. Trudeau was terrified that he couldn't lock
- 7:38Speaker 1: down entire cities and mandate people to get vaccines. He could,
- 7:42Speaker 1: was terrified that people actually wouldn't listen to him, and
- 7:46Speaker 1: then he was angry when they didn't submit. And the
- 7:49Speaker 1: truckers are a great example of that. And once they
- 7:53Speaker 1: realized that the people in Canada weren't messing around with
- 7:55Speaker 1: him anymore, they said, Okay, we got to do something.
- 8:00Speaker 1: We have to do something, and we have to do
- 8:02Speaker 1: something right now. What did they do. They came out
- 8:08Speaker 1: with this new law, this new legislation to ban handguns. Now,
- 8:13Speaker 1: Canada is not a third world country. Want to be
- 8:15Speaker 1: pretty clear about that. Kenna is a country that many
- 8:18Speaker 1: would say, or you know, somewhat like America, a free
- 8:21Speaker 1: country for the people. Not anymore. They are going to
- 8:26Speaker 1: take away the ability for their citizens to protect and
- 8:29Speaker 1: defend themselves by taking away their right to buy, purchase, transfer,
- 8:34Speaker 1: or inherit a handgun. They're saying that this will make
- 8:38Speaker 1: you safer somehow. It will not. I'll go back to
- 8:42Speaker 1: Joe Biden back in nineteen eighty five who said there's
- 8:44Speaker 1: no amount of gun control that's actually going to take
- 8:46Speaker 1: away the ability for those that want to get a
- 8:50Speaker 1: gun illegally to get a gun illegally. But this is
- 8:55Speaker 1: all part of the plan. If you can change the
- 8:58Speaker 1: Supreme Court and you can fill it full socialists, if
- 9:00Speaker 1: you can pack the Supreme Court, undermine the Supreme Court,
- 9:03Speaker 1: or even get some of the conservative justices on the
- 9:06Speaker 1: Supreme Court exterminated, which is exactly what they were trying
- 9:11Speaker 1: to do while giving out their addresses, hoping some crazy
- 9:13Speaker 1: person would do something like this, then you can win.
- 9:19Speaker 1: You can have a very big victory. If you undermine
- 9:23Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, and you can justify the undermining of
- 9:27Speaker 1: the Supreme Court, you also accomplish something else that is
- 9:31Speaker 1: obviously a huge deal. Overthrowing the Supreme Court and how
- 9:37Speaker 1: it works. That means you can overthrow the Constitution, and
- 9:41Speaker 1: that means you can overthrow the will of the people,
- 9:43Speaker 1: and that means you can overthrow the Second Amendment. You
- 9:45Speaker 1: see the pattern here. Now you look at Joe Biden
- 9:49Speaker 1: and what he just called for in this primetime appearance,
- 9:54Speaker 1: Biden is also calling for another way to take away
- 9:56Speaker 1: your right to bear arms. He is actually calling for
- 9:59Speaker 1: a not only a national red flag law on top
- 10:05Speaker 1: of an assault weapons ban and a gun storage law,
- 10:08Speaker 1: but he also want is calling for the ability to
- 10:11Speaker 1: sue gun makers. Now, why does he want you to
- 10:14Speaker 1: have the ability to sue gun makers. It's so that
- 10:16Speaker 1: gunmakers will go out of business. He also made it
- 10:20Speaker 1: clear that he does not want to armed teachers, or
- 10:23Speaker 1: have armed guards at schools, or harden the target of
- 10:26Speaker 1: your kids, because this is not actually about the safety
- 10:29Speaker 1: of your kids. How do we know that of the
- 10:31Speaker 1: six gun control measures that the Senate is looking at
- 10:34Speaker 1: right now, if all of them were passed into law,
- 10:37Speaker 1: and all of them were enacted into law before the
- 10:41Speaker 1: shootings that took place in Buffalo and the shooting that
- 10:45Speaker 1: took place in Texas, none of them would have stopped
- 10:49Speaker 1: those shootings. That's how we know. That's how I know
- 10:54Speaker 1: it's not about controlling you. Democrats have become power drunk
- 11:03Speaker 1: and they're not Democrats anymore. And I've said this and
- 11:05Speaker 1: I'm going to keep saying it because I'm right when
- 11:08Speaker 1: I say it. Democrats and who are really socialists? Okay,
- 11:13Speaker 1: they're tyrants, they're dictators. They became unbelievably obsessed with power
- 11:23Speaker 1: during COVID when they realize that they could alter and
- 11:28Speaker 1: change every aspect of your life whenever, however, and wherever
- 11:34Speaker 1: they wanted to do it in your personal life and
- 11:35Speaker 1: your religious life, and your family businesses life, and the
- 11:39Speaker 1: way that you pay your bills and where you sleep,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and where you can go and where you can travel.
- 11:44Speaker 1: They don't want to give that up. Under no circumstances
- 11:48Speaker 1: do they want to give up that power. Just take
- 11:53Speaker 1: a look at Claire McCaskill, hard core liberal Democrat, former
- 11:58Speaker 1: member of Congress of the Senate who's now an NBC
- 12:02Speaker 1: MSNBC contributor. She's sitting in her kitchen this morning doing
- 12:07Speaker 1: Morning Joe. She does that regularly on MSNBC, and she
- 12:13Speaker 1: says that we need to basically demand and the government
- 12:19Speaker 1: should force families to consider having horrific mass shooting pictures
- 12:25Speaker 1: put out in the public space to convince Americans that
- 12:31Speaker 1: you need to give up your right to bear arms. Now,
- 12:35Speaker 1: I want you to hear her say this in her
- 12:37Speaker 1: own words. And she wants us to be a government program.
- 12:41Speaker 1: It'd be government propaganda. Now. Many of the school shooting
- 12:45Speaker 1: pictures right are not allowed because they are so graphic
- 12:49Speaker 1: and there are victims and their children involved. They're not
- 12:54Speaker 1: allowed to be published, they're not allowed to be put
- 12:56Speaker 1: on social media. When they're put up there, and people
- 12:58Speaker 1: put pictures like this up there, they're immediately taken down.
- 13:01Speaker 1: And I don't think there's a lot of parents that
- 13:03Speaker 1: would like their kids and the pictures of their dead
- 13:06Speaker 1: bodies to be all up on billboards or through government propaganda,
- 13:12Speaker 1: are up on the Internet for the rest of their lives.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Like I understand that. Imagine if you're a parent, you're
- 13:17Speaker 1: scrolling through your timeline on Facebook or Twitter or Instagram
- 13:21Speaker 1: or whatever the next thing is, and when you do that,
- 13:25Speaker 1: all of a sudden, you see a picture of your
- 13:27Speaker 1: dead child being used to advocate for gun control. Well,
- 13:34Speaker 1: not only does Claire McCaskill want that happens, she wants
- 13:37Speaker 1: to be She wants it to be a government sanctioned agenda.
- 13:47Speaker 1: She wants it to be a government sanctioned program where
- 13:54Speaker 1: the government would take your tax dollars and buy these
- 13:57Speaker 1: ads and force it out there. So you can't not
- 14:01Speaker 1: see it. As someone who has seen way too many
- 14:06Speaker 1: victims of violence, as a prosecutor, as someone who has
- 14:10Speaker 1: been in the courtroom for multiple homicide trials, where I
- 14:15Speaker 1: argued to the judge that it was very important for
- 14:18Speaker 1: the jury to see the photographs of the victims that
- 14:22Speaker 1: that was an important piece of connecting the facts with
- 14:26Speaker 1: the reality of the violence that happened and the crime
- 14:30Speaker 1: that had been committed. If we are trying to convince
- 14:33Speaker 1: the American people that this kind of slaughter is unacceptable
- 14:37Speaker 1: in this nation, it seems to me that we need
- 14:40Speaker 1: to ask families to consider having these pictures put out
- 14:46Speaker 1: among the public. Is it horrific, Of course it is.
- 14:50Speaker 1: But if we want to stop this, we've got to
- 14:53Speaker 1: make the case. And I would never dream of going
- 14:56Speaker 1: to a jury in a homicide case without them seeing
- 15:00Speaker 1: the results of the crime that have been committed right
- 15:03Speaker 1: there in front of them in a way that they
- 15:06Speaker 1: cannot ignore, and frankly, at least speaking for me, it
- 15:09Speaker 1: can never forget. So there it is. We need to
- 15:14Speaker 1: get these families to have these horrific mass shooting pictures
- 15:17Speaker 1: put out among the public to convince Americans that we
- 15:21Speaker 1: are right and that they are, of course wrong. Now,
- 15:25Speaker 1: if you want to know also how out of touch
- 15:27Speaker 1: with the American people the Democrats are as they're trying
- 15:30Speaker 1: to do this, there's a new poll out that says
- 15:34Speaker 1: nearly half of all Democrats we're not talking about independence,
- 15:39Speaker 1: We're not talking about Republicans. Nearly half of Democrats are
- 15:43Speaker 1: now agreeing that we need to arm teachers, which is
- 15:47Speaker 1: exactly what I talked to you about yesterday, with Ohio's
- 15:50Speaker 1: governor saying we're going to do this. There's a new
- 15:53Speaker 1: national survey more than a thousand likely voters in the
- 15:57Speaker 1: twenty twenty two election, and it reveals that the majority
- 16:00Speaker 1: of Americans overwhelmingly are in favor of training teachers who
- 16:06Speaker 1: volunteer to protect themselves and students from a shooter, just
- 16:14Speaker 1: like the one who killed the fourth graders and two
- 16:17Speaker 1: of their teachers at that elementary school in Texas. Now,
- 16:20Speaker 1: this new survey, all right, this new poll shows that
- 16:25Speaker 1: fifty seven point five percent of American voters said that
- 16:32Speaker 1: it is totally irrational, inconceivable that we would prevent properly
- 16:41Speaker 1: trained school teachers and school staff from carrying a firearm
- 16:46Speaker 1: and stopping them from doing it, they actually say, make
- 16:50Speaker 1: schools more dangerous. Fifty seven point five percent of American
- 16:54Speaker 1: voters said, you don't prevent properly trained school teachers and
- 16:59Speaker 1: school staff who are volunteering to carry a firearm to
- 17:02Speaker 1: protect and defend themselves and children. You don't stop them
- 17:06Speaker 1: from doing it because if you do, all you're doing
- 17:08Speaker 1: is making schools more dangerous for the children and the
- 17:13Speaker 1: staff to work there. In fact, thirty seven point four
- 17:18Speaker 1: percent in the poll said that the scenario actually makes
- 17:21Speaker 1: schools much more dangerous to have them as gun free
- 17:25Speaker 1: zones where people cannot volunteer to carry a firearm. Now
- 17:30Speaker 1: let's look at Democrats, and this is again how out
- 17:33Speaker 1: of touch Joe Biden and the left really is, because
- 17:36Speaker 1: it's not about protecting your kids. It is about implementing
- 17:39Speaker 1: socialism and taking away your ability to stand up to them.
- 17:41Speaker 1: Just like what we witness in Canada. We're not talking
- 17:43Speaker 1: about third world country. We're not talking about a communist country.
- 17:46Speaker 1: We're talking about Canada. Just ban handguns because some truckers
- 17:51Speaker 1: said no to vaccine mandates. Don't tell me we're on
- 17:56Speaker 1: the verge of being becoming stinct. Is a country that
- 18:01Speaker 1: actually has freedom. Look at Canada. Now, if you look
- 18:06Speaker 1: at Democrats, liberals are also wrong with their own party.
- 18:10Speaker 1: Almost half of Democrats now forty eight point two percent
- 18:14Speaker 1: believe that preventing properly trained school teachers and school staff
- 18:18Speaker 1: from carrying a firearm makes schools more dangerous. Forty one
- 18:22Speaker 1: point three percent said it would make it less dangerous
- 18:26Speaker 1: some fifty seven point one percent of independent voters. So
- 18:29Speaker 1: Democrats have gotten wrong with American people when it comes
- 18:32Speaker 1: to categorize them as independents. Almost sixty percent of independent
- 18:35Speaker 1: voters and sixty seven point five percent of Republican voters
- 18:40Speaker 1: agree overwhelmingly that it is right to make sure that
- 18:46Speaker 1: teachers and staff who want to volunteer can carry a
- 18:50Speaker 1: firearm to school to protecting and defend kids and themselves.
- 18:55Speaker 1: The youngest demographic who took part in the poll were
- 18:58Speaker 1: eighteen to twenty four year olds, who are also in
- 19:00Speaker 1: favor of arming teachers by wide margins. In fact, it's
- 19:03Speaker 1: wider than those than middle age. Take a look at
- 19:08Speaker 1: this if you break it down by age group. Now,
- 19:10Speaker 1: these the kids that are the most recent graduates of
- 19:13Speaker 1: our public schools, eighteen to twenty four year old voters.
- 19:16Speaker 1: Sixty one point eight percent of them believe that preventing
- 19:20Speaker 1: properly trained school teachers and school staff from carrying a
- 19:23Speaker 1: firearm makes schools more dangerous. Now, why is it that
- 19:29Speaker 1: the highest percentage of people in favor of arming teachers
- 19:33Speaker 1: is actually the youngest people in this country who the
- 19:35Speaker 1: liberals claim are the ones that are most anti gun.
- 19:39Speaker 1: Why is it through the eighteen to twenty four yelds
- 19:41Speaker 1: is because they've seen the schools change. They know how
- 19:43Speaker 1: kids have become more violent. They understand how kids have
- 19:47Speaker 1: become more violent, and they understand how vulnerable they were
- 19:51Speaker 1: in school because they just left these schools. They understand
- 19:54Speaker 1: that the world has changed. You have more psychos and
- 19:56Speaker 1: crazies in the breakdown of the family, and more mental
- 19:58Speaker 1: health issues in schools. And that's why sixty one point
- 20:01Speaker 1: eight percent of the people in the poll eighteen to
- 20:03Speaker 1: twenty four said, arm the teachers that want to be armed,
- 20:07Speaker 1: Arm the school administrators that want to be armed. Twenty
- 20:13Speaker 1: five to thirty four year olds, by the way, not
- 20:15Speaker 1: far behind. Fifty five point eight percent of voters twenty
- 20:20Speaker 1: five to thirty four believe preventing properly trained school teachers
- 20:24Speaker 1: and staff from carrying a firearm makes schools more dangerous.
- 20:29Speaker 1: The number jumps back up again if you go thirty
- 20:32Speaker 1: five forty four, which makes sense because the thirty five
- 20:34Speaker 1: to forty four year olds have children in elementary school
- 20:38Speaker 1: and younger kids sixty percent. Technically, if we want to
- 20:43Speaker 1: be totally accurate here. Fifty nine percent of thirty five
- 20:47Speaker 1: to forty four year old voters believe that preventing properly
- 20:50Speaker 1: trained school teachers and school staff from carrying a firearm
- 20:53Speaker 1: makes the schools more dangerous if you don't allow it,
- 20:58Speaker 1: and if you get to the older parents too, are
- 21:00Speaker 1: less afraid of guns and understand that it's a good
- 21:03Speaker 1: guy with a gun that actually stops a bad guy
- 21:06Speaker 1: with a gun. Sixty percent of forty five to sixty
- 21:10Speaker 1: four year old voters believe that preventing properly trained school
- 21:14Speaker 1: teachers and staff from carrying a firearm makes schools more dangerous. Now,
- 21:17Speaker 1: I still go back to what I said a moment ago.
- 21:19Speaker 1: It is shocking that the highest percentage based on age
- 21:25Speaker 1: of voters that want the school teachers to be armed
- 21:29Speaker 1: are the youngest group, the eighteen to twenty four year olds,
- 21:32Speaker 1: which should be the most liberal right in theory, Why
- 21:36Speaker 1: is it sixty one point eight percent say arm the
- 21:38Speaker 1: teachers because they've experienced everything that we're describing and talking
- 21:43Speaker 1: about right now. That's why so when Democrats come out
- 21:47Speaker 1: and they tell you, oh, no, no no, no, we need
- 21:48Speaker 1: to show the images of the carnage of the kids.
- 21:51Speaker 1: We need to show you the pictures of the dead kids.
- 21:53Speaker 1: We need to put them up on posters and billboards,
- 21:55Speaker 1: which is exactly what Claire McCaskill said on MSNBC this morning.
- 22:00Speaker 1: To convince you, right, to convince you that guns must
- 22:06Speaker 1: be banned, know that they're not actually protecting the kids.
- 22:13Speaker 1: Joe Biden, when he addressed the nation the other night
- 22:17Speaker 1: in prime time, kept calling for banning guns and high
- 22:22Speaker 1: capacity magazines. And he says, if you if we can't
- 22:24Speaker 1: do that, then we need to at least change the
- 22:26Speaker 1: age of when you can buy a firearm. Listen to this.
- 22:32Speaker 1: We need to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And if we can't ban assault weapons, and we should
- 22:39Speaker 1: raise the age to purchase them from eighteen to twenty one.
- 22:45Speaker 1: All right, if we change the age from eighteen to
- 22:49Speaker 1: twenty one, would that actually change anything. Let's go back
- 22:55Speaker 1: through the mass shootings, because this is the new thing, right,
- 22:57Speaker 1: all right, Well, if we can't ban the gun, we'll
- 22:59Speaker 1: just ban the age and you can buy the gun,
- 23:01Speaker 1: and every time that age goes up and a shooting
- 23:03Speaker 1: will just change the age. Is age really the problem?
- 23:08Speaker 1: If we're actually trying to give kids the best chance
- 23:11Speaker 1: of getting a good education without having to worry they're
- 23:13Speaker 1: going to be massacred in a school shooting. Is age
- 23:16Speaker 1: a false flag a false narrative? Well, let's talk about
- 23:19Speaker 1: that the Vegas killer was sixty four years old. So
- 23:25Speaker 1: if we change this law right as Joe Biden is
- 23:29Speaker 1: demanding at least twenty one bare minimum, are we going
- 23:33Speaker 1: to change it to sixty five or older to stop
- 23:36Speaker 1: the Vegas shooting from happening. Let's take a look at
- 23:39Speaker 1: Virginia Tech horrific shooting there. If we change the law
- 23:42Speaker 1: from eighteen to twenty one to buy a gun? Right,
- 23:44Speaker 1: if it's an age issue, then would have stopped that shooter? No?
- 23:49Speaker 1: Let's tell a look at Sutherland Springs that shooting there.
- 23:52Speaker 1: If we change the age from eighteen to twenty one,
- 23:54Speaker 1: would that have stopped that shooter? No? Because the Sutherland
- 23:58Speaker 1: Spring shooter was twenty six. So do we need to
- 24:01Speaker 1: change the age there. Let's go to the El Paso killer.
- 24:05Speaker 1: What about that one? Would have made a difference change
- 24:07Speaker 1: the age from eighteen to twenty one? No, because that
- 24:09Speaker 1: shooter was twenty one. Let's go to the Pulse night
- 24:12Speaker 1: club down in Florida, mass shooting there. If we change
- 24:17Speaker 1: the age from eighteen to twenty one, would have stopped
- 24:18Speaker 1: that shooting? The Pulse Night killer was twenty nine. Let's
- 24:23Speaker 1: take the Thousand Oaks killer. If we change the age
- 24:26Speaker 1: from eighteen to twenty one, would stop that killer? No,
- 24:28Speaker 1: because that killer was twenty eight. How about Sam Bernardino killers?
- 24:32Speaker 1: How were they? Could we have stopped that shooting by
- 24:35Speaker 1: changing the age requirement from eighteen to twenty one, giving
- 24:38Speaker 1: parents an Americans false hope that we're actually fixing the problem. Well,
- 24:42Speaker 1: it wouldn't have made a difference in Sam Bernardino because
- 24:44Speaker 1: the killers there were twenty eight and twenty nine. How
- 24:49Speaker 1: about Fort Hood shooting? Would it give false hope or
- 24:52Speaker 1: real hope to the people that died in the Fort
- 24:55Speaker 1: Hood shooting if we changed the law from eighteen to
- 24:58Speaker 1: twenty one, it would not? How do we know this
- 25:00Speaker 1: because the Fort Hood killer was fifty one. And let's
- 25:05Speaker 1: talk about the horrific Pittsburgh killing. What would have happened there?
- 25:10Speaker 1: If we change the age from eighteen to twenty one,
- 25:12Speaker 1: would that give real hope or false hope to the victims?
- 25:17Speaker 1: The Pittsburgh killer was forty eight. Now you listened to
- 25:20Speaker 1: the left on social media, and this is what they're
- 25:22Speaker 1: putting out there. Now, how about this. We raise the
- 25:25Speaker 1: age to buy guns, alcohol, and vote to twenty five
- 25:27Speaker 1: unless you enlist, and you can do all three immediately.
- 25:34Speaker 1: So now it's not twenty one, it's twenty five. You
- 25:36Speaker 1: listen to hardcore lefties on social media, they're now saying
- 25:40Speaker 1: twenty five unless you enlist in the military. Well, even
- 25:45Speaker 1: if we change the age of twenty five, Vegas still
- 25:48Speaker 1: would have happened. Sutherland Springs would have happened, Pulse would
- 25:53Speaker 1: have happened, Thousand Oaks would have happened, San Bernardino would
- 25:56Speaker 1: have happened, Fort Hood would have happened, and Pittsburgh would
- 25:59Speaker 1: have happened. Age isn't the problem, folks, and they know it.
- 26:06Speaker 1: But this is another way to put gun control on
- 26:10Speaker 1: a group of people. This is a way you get
- 26:13Speaker 1: people used to not having a gun and you take
- 26:16Speaker 1: away their rights. They're not trying to save your kids,
- 26:22Speaker 1: they're not trying to save people's lives. What they are
- 26:25Speaker 1: trying to do is ban guns. And at least Joe
- 26:27Speaker 1: Biden was honest about that. On the front end, we
- 26:29Speaker 1: need to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines. He
- 26:33Speaker 1: was being honest. That's what this is about. Why is
- 26:38Speaker 1: that he didn't want to protect kids in schools? Because
- 26:40Speaker 1: that's not their agenda, right, that's not their objective. Democrats
- 26:47Speaker 1: went out on TV this morning saying that Joe Biden
- 26:49Speaker 1: gave one hell of a speech. It was a speech
- 26:52Speaker 1: you could barely make it through reading the teleprompter. But
- 26:54Speaker 1: they love the content of it so much. They go
- 26:57Speaker 1: on TV and they say, this is the Joe Biden
- 26:59Speaker 1: presidential moment, John Hanman, we remember of our presidencies often
- 27:04Speaker 1: are moments that feels like a moment. We might remember
- 27:06Speaker 1: it if things get done. The President yesterday alternated he
- 27:10Speaker 1: was angry, he was frustrated, he was sad, he was emotional.
- 27:13Speaker 1: He told stories, He conveyed messages from victims family saying
- 27:17Speaker 1: do something. Read this political moment. Is Congress going to
- 27:21Speaker 1: do anything? I don't know, But I don't know what
- 27:23Speaker 1: Congress going to do, and I'm not going to try
- 27:25Speaker 1: to pretict the future. I will say that, you know,
- 27:26Speaker 1: I thought Joe Biden was Mike said this morning that
- 27:29Speaker 1: he thought he was as good on this as he's
- 27:30Speaker 1: been on anything in this presidency. I think that's right.
- 27:32Speaker 1: As a matter of I want to call it theater criticism,
- 27:35Speaker 1: but performance. He was just very clear, very strong, and
- 27:38Speaker 1: very striking. I've heard some analysis this morning that says,
- 27:40Speaker 1: you know, there are Republicans who are seized on the
- 27:43Speaker 1: notion that he's talking still about banning assault weapons, and saying, well,
- 27:48Speaker 1: there they are. They actually are trying to take your
- 27:49Speaker 1: guns away. You know, the Republicans are looking for reasons
- 27:52Speaker 1: to not make this deal, most of them, not the
- 27:54Speaker 1: few who are in the Senate bipartisan negotiations. And I
- 27:56Speaker 1: think you can't calibrate your rhetoric to try to be
- 28:00Speaker 1: the president United States to try to thread some needles.
- 28:03Speaker 1: He's has a long history on this issue. He's been
- 28:05Speaker 1: consistent on this issue for thirty years of his career,
- 28:08Speaker 1: going back to Wedden or actually wasn't a sault weapons span,
- 28:10Speaker 1: and I thought he was really super strong on it.
- 28:12Speaker 1: But I think you'ld on, hold on, who did they
- 28:15Speaker 1: just sit an MSNBC that Joe Biden for thirty years
- 28:18Speaker 1: has been really consistent on this issue for more than
- 28:21Speaker 1: thirty years, back in nineteen eighty five, ninety five, two
- 28:26Speaker 1: thousand and five, two thousand in fifteen. Okay, does that
- 28:31Speaker 1: categorize in the thirty plush years? Right, go back thirty
- 28:35Speaker 1: plus years. He's been very consistent on this when he
- 28:38Speaker 1: actually came out and he said in his own words
- 28:42Speaker 1: back then he sided with sanity in the Senate Judiciary Committee,
- 28:48Speaker 1: concurring with the Republicans when it passed to bill where
- 28:53Speaker 1: he said in his own words that more gun laws
- 28:57Speaker 1: are not going to save people's lives. He admitted that
- 29:02Speaker 1: criminals will get firearms with or without gun control legislation,
- 29:06Speaker 1: and that's the reason why he was saying back then.
- 29:09Speaker 1: So MSNBC just lied to you yet again. President Biden
- 29:14Speaker 1: say that the Second Amendment quote is not absolute. Then
- 29:17Speaker 1: segued into gun control push that include at least eight
- 29:20Speaker 1: different gun laws that they proposed, none of which would
- 29:23Speaker 1: have had any bearing on our Six of the eight,
- 29:26Speaker 1: I should say, let's be accurate here, wouldn't have had
- 29:29Speaker 1: any bearing on any of these shootings. So what are
- 29:32Speaker 1: his main eight things that he wants you to do?
- 29:35Speaker 1: Number One, take away your rights by banning what they
- 29:38Speaker 1: decide as an assault weapon, which means the massive majority
- 29:41Speaker 1: of weapons in Americans own. They want to ban what
- 29:44Speaker 1: they referred to as high capacity magazines. But if you
- 29:47Speaker 1: talk to him, they say, that's like seven or eight
- 29:48Speaker 1: bullets is the most you should have, which means banning
- 29:51Speaker 1: the majority of magazines in this country. They say, at
- 29:55Speaker 1: banning is not possible, then raise the aids of purchase
- 29:57Speaker 1: of firearm to twenty one. They say that will somehow
- 30:01Speaker 1: save lives, even though all these mass shootings I just
- 30:03Speaker 1: mentioned the shooters were over twenty one. They want to
- 30:07Speaker 1: enact to save storage law mandating that you lock up
- 30:10Speaker 1: all your guns. Now, look, if you want to talk
- 30:11Speaker 1: about that on its own, let's have a conversation about it.
- 30:14Speaker 1: But would that have changed any of these shootings? The
- 30:16Speaker 1: answer is no. And they talked about, well, the one
- 30:18Speaker 1: kid got the gun from his mother and that horrific
- 30:21Speaker 1: shooting that we had, the mom was murdered by the sun.
- 30:27Speaker 1: There's no indication that those guns were locked up, that
- 30:29Speaker 1: would have changed anything. I don't know. But the idea
- 30:32Speaker 1: that that's somehow going to fix this problem wouldn't have
- 30:34Speaker 1: fixed the problem that we just had in Texas because
- 30:36Speaker 1: he was allowed to have the gun legally. And then
- 30:41Speaker 1: if he can't get rid of guns, he says, well,
- 30:44Speaker 1: repeal the immunity of gun manufacturers from liability, which means
- 30:48Speaker 1: that the entire gun market would collapse him one day,
- 30:52Speaker 1: and then it Lastly, he goes, oh, we got to
- 30:53Speaker 1: address the mental health crisis. Don't you think that maybe
- 30:55Speaker 1: should be at the top, because there's one consistent theme
- 30:58Speaker 1: in all these mass shooters. They're crazy, right, they're crazy.
- 31:05Speaker 1: Bid and elaborate on the assault weapons band proposals, saying
- 31:07Speaker 1: that the previous ban from ninety four to OZ four
- 31:11Speaker 1: specifically ban nine categories of sending me automatic weapons like
- 31:14Speaker 1: AK forty sevens and R fifteens. He added, we should
- 31:18Speaker 1: limit how many rounds a weapon can hold. Why in
- 31:21Speaker 1: God's name should an ordinary system be able to purchase
- 31:23Speaker 1: an assault weapon that holds thirty round magazines that lets
- 31:27Speaker 1: mass shooters fire hundreds of bullets in a matter of minutes.
- 31:31Speaker 1: He added, I own a weapon, you have a responsibility
- 31:34Speaker 1: to secure it. If you don't lock it up and
- 31:36Speaker 1: something bad happens, you should be held responsible. So if
- 31:41Speaker 1: you just step back and you'll look at all of this,
- 31:44Speaker 1: there's one main thing here that he's consistent with. Enough, right, enough,
- 31:51Speaker 1: we need to ban assault weapons and high capacity magazines.
- 31:55Speaker 1: And if we can't ban assault weapons, and we should
- 31:58Speaker 1: raise the age to purchase them from eighteen to twenty one.
- 32:03Speaker 1: It's time to ban everything, regardless of what impact it
- 32:08Speaker 1: would have on actual crimes, because we are coming after
- 32:11Speaker 1: your ability to stand up and protect and defend your family.
- 32:16Speaker 1: This is the same present, by the way, that wants
- 32:18Speaker 1: to take away your rights that said I didn't understand
- 32:22Speaker 1: the severity of the baby formulas shortage. It's the same
- 32:24Speaker 1: guy that says that we need mass mandates back in
- 32:28Speaker 1: effect on planes, even though clearly taking them off on
- 32:31Speaker 1: planes has had no impact on a bump in COVID nineteen.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Because they say, well, we don't have time to explain
- 32:38Speaker 1: the science to you. That's how they described it. We
- 32:41Speaker 1: don't have time to explain the silence science to you.
- 32:44Speaker 1: This is dictatorship one O one. Make sure you share
