- 0:01Speaker 1: You've heard the saying they will eat their own. That
- 0:05Speaker 1: is exactly what is happening right now when it comes
- 0:09Speaker 1: to the Democratic Party and the new fight over gay
- 0:14Speaker 1: Pride month. Now, June is a month where it's like
- 0:17Speaker 1: all in your face. You may remember last year the
- 0:21Speaker 1: LGBTQ community really got in good with big business. Target
- 0:27Speaker 1: specifically was one of those that had their tucking swimsuits.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Do they still exist, Yes they do. Has the market
- 0:36Speaker 1: share changed? It has changed, Yes, there's no doubt the
- 0:39Speaker 1: market share has changed. But they're still doing what they
- 0:42Speaker 1: did before. If you don't believe me, go to Target
- 0:46Speaker 1: dot com slash pride and you can see everything they
- 0:49Speaker 1: were doing last year they're still doing this year. Now,
- 0:51Speaker 1: why don't I bring it up. I want you to
- 0:52Speaker 1: know what's actually happening. I want you to understand how
- 0:56Speaker 1: big of a deal this is. Now, let me also
- 0:58Speaker 1: make something else clear. I've got a lot to come
- 1:00Speaker 1: on today's show, and I'm going to get into some
- 1:03Speaker 1: of the Hunter Biden stuff and his trial that is
- 1:05Speaker 1: opening this week, because that is important. But after the
- 1:10Speaker 1: onslaught of LGBTQ plus propaganda that I witnessed this weekend,
- 1:16Speaker 1: including while I was flying to a funeral for one
- 1:22Speaker 1: of my dear friends that passed away. His funerals today.
- 1:24Speaker 1: It was shocking to see it in the airport the
- 1:27Speaker 1: way that it is now just completely consumed every aspect
- 1:34Speaker 1: of life, whether you like it or not, in the
- 1:36Speaker 1: month of June. Now, when I say they're eating their
- 1:40Speaker 1: own now, this is the part that is making me laugh.
- 1:45Speaker 1: The anti Israel, pro terrorists, protesters, the people that love
- 1:50Speaker 1: Hamas actually decide to go out there and block the
- 1:54Speaker 1: LGBTQ Pride parade in Philadelphia. It's like some kind of
- 2:01Speaker 1: intersectional civil war was how it was described. Because you
- 2:09Speaker 1: have these two extreme groups that are used to bullying
- 2:13Speaker 1: their way into the spotlight, and what you had is
- 2:17Speaker 1: you had a cadre of these antiser protesters that are like,
- 2:21Speaker 1: we're not willing to give up the entire month of
- 2:23Speaker 1: June to you guys, So y'all need to stop marching
- 2:26Speaker 1: or you're going to march, but we're going to block
- 2:28Speaker 1: you from marching because we're the psychopath that deserves the
- 2:32Speaker 1: attention right now, because we're pro Hamas terror sympathizers. I'm
- 2:37Speaker 1: going to give you those details as well, but first
- 2:40Speaker 1: let me tell you about Patriot Mobile. For ten years,
- 2:44Speaker 1: Patriot Mobile has been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Why does that matter to you, Because if you're with
- 2:53Speaker 1: Big Mobile, then you're giving big donations every time you
- 2:56Speaker 1: pay your bill to liberal causes, liberal candidates, liberal organizations,
- 3:01Speaker 1: and you may actually be helping fund plan Parenthood. Now,
- 3:06Speaker 1: when I found that out years ago, I made the
- 3:08Speaker 1: switch to Patriot Mobile. And look, switching cell phone providers
- 3:12Speaker 1: was not easy until well recently. It's now twenty twenty
- 3:16Speaker 1: four and I had to switch a line the other day.
- 3:19Speaker 1: It was easy. I didn't have to go into a store,
- 3:22Speaker 1: I didn't have to wait on the phone for hours
- 3:25Speaker 1: on end. In fact, the entire process switching from one
- 3:28Speaker 1: provider to another took me about ten minutes. Yes, that
- 3:34Speaker 1: is now how easy it is with technology to switch.
- 3:37Speaker 1: You can keep your same cell phone number you have
- 3:39Speaker 1: right now, your same device you have in your hand,
- 3:41Speaker 1: or you can upgrade to a new one if you
- 3:43Speaker 1: want to. Now, the best part about Patriot Mobile is
- 3:46Speaker 1: not only do you get the same coverage you're used
- 3:48Speaker 1: to because I use the same exact towers you're using
- 3:51Speaker 1: right now, but every time you pay your bill about
- 3:54Speaker 1: five percent of that bill actually goes back to fight
- 3:57Speaker 1: for what we believe in at no extra cost to you. Yeah,
- 4:00Speaker 1: you'll save money usually on your cell phone bill while
- 4:03Speaker 1: supporting conservative causes. They get money every single month to
- 4:07Speaker 1: groups that support free speech, groups that support religious freedom,
- 4:11Speaker 1: and most importantly for me, groups that support the sanctity
- 4:15Speaker 1: of life protecting unborn babies. They also are huge advocates
- 4:19Speaker 1: for the Second Amendment, and they get back to our military,
- 4:22Speaker 1: our veterans, and our wounded warriors as well as our
- 4:25Speaker 1: first responder heroes. So make a difference with every text,
- 4:30Speaker 1: with every phone call. Just go to Patriot Mobile dot
- 4:32Speaker 1: com slash ben that's Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben,
- 4:37Speaker 1: or call them nine to seven to two Patriot and
- 4:39Speaker 1: get free activation when you use the offer code Ben
- 4:42Speaker 1: join me. Make the switch today Patriot Mobile dot com
- 4:45Speaker 1: slash ben or nine to seven to two meter Patriot. Now,
- 4:50Speaker 1: then you have the LGBTQ Probabe parade on the streets
- 4:54Speaker 1: of Philly and they were completely stopped in their parade. Now,
- 4:58Speaker 1: remember parades is where all this got start. Like that
- 5:00Speaker 1: was like step number one, Like, let's have some parades, right,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and protesters at this intersection of two psychotic groups. Extremist
- 5:12Speaker 1: groups were amazing to watch. The radical left and I've
- 5:17Speaker 1: said this, I'll say it again. The Democratic Party is dead.
- 5:19Speaker 1: Say it with me. They are Marxist socialists and communists
- 5:23Speaker 1: masquerading as Democrats because they know that there are still
- 5:26Speaker 1: enough people in America that aren't willing to say they're
- 5:29Speaker 1: a Socialists, are a Marxists, are Communists, but will say
- 5:32Speaker 1: they're a Democrat. And so this is what they have
- 5:34Speaker 1: to do. And so when you lose control and you
- 5:37Speaker 1: get this anarchy, whether it's being in a party the
- 5:41Speaker 1: Democratic Party that stands by the terrorists and not by Israel,
- 5:45Speaker 1: or the party that is now trying to radicalize young
- 5:48Speaker 1: kids in gay pride in every school in America, or
- 5:54Speaker 1: drag Queen's Story Hour to try to normalize little kids
- 5:58Speaker 1: wanting to see dudes dressed in draft. It's disgusting. But
- 6:02Speaker 1: now you're seeing these extremist groups within the Democratic Party
- 6:07Speaker 1: who are in essence fighting for airtime. Now. The protesters
- 6:10Speaker 1: were heard chanting a variety of anti Israel slogans that
- 6:14Speaker 1: have been said at these protests all over the country.
- 6:17Speaker 1: They can be heard shouting Palestine will live forever. And
- 6:21Speaker 1: then the other chant, which is to which is advocating
- 6:24Speaker 1: for the extermination of every Jew from the river to sea,
- 6:28Speaker 1: which means you murder, you massacre, you have a holocaust,
- 6:34Speaker 1: and you get rid of Israel from the river to
- 6:36Speaker 1: the sea, so it no longer exists. Some of the
- 6:38Speaker 1: other chants were, no Pride in genocide. Now this Pride
- 6:44Speaker 1: parade is coming through. No Pride is genocide, right, a
- 6:47Speaker 1: scene of rare beauty, as one described it online, Palestinian
- 6:51Speaker 1: protesters right that the pro hamas protesters in Philly refuse
- 6:55Speaker 1: to let the Pride march through. Please let this go global,
- 7:00Speaker 1: as someone posted a picture and then the video, and
- 7:04Speaker 1: then you see them like fighting. You have these in
- 7:08Speaker 1: leather chaps and leather jackets. You have these gay Pride
- 7:13Speaker 1: people who are then coming up and they're intersecting with
- 7:18Speaker 1: the radicals in what others have now called an intersectional
- 7:23Speaker 1: civil war. Now. According to the New York Posts, the
- 7:27Speaker 1: blockade happened at the intersections of Eleventh Street and Locust
- 7:31Speaker 1: Street after the Philly famous right, I don't know when
- 7:34Speaker 1: it got famous, but apparently it's famous now. March Pride
- 7:38Speaker 1: parade and the festival kicked off around ten thirty am
- 7:41Speaker 1: at the Washington Square. It was headed to the city's
- 7:44Speaker 1: gay bore hood section. Gaborhood. Okay, gaybor hood, that's a
- 7:51Speaker 1: new thing, now, Diz, do you live my producer, You
- 7:55Speaker 1: don't live in a gaborhood, do you. I didn't know
- 7:57Speaker 1: this was a thing. Now you moved out. Okay, Yeah,
- 7:59Speaker 1: the neighborhood took over. Okay, got it. Others or Palestinian
- 8:05Speaker 1: style scarves around their heads, and one protest that could
- 8:08Speaker 1: be seen holding a white sheet stuff to look like
- 8:11Speaker 1: a deceased child wrapped in a clothing. And these are
- 8:17Speaker 1: the people that come together. Now the post run it
- 8:22Speaker 1: this way. The protest highlights a growing tension between segments
- 8:25Speaker 1: of the Democratic Party base who believe that anti Israel
- 8:29Speaker 1: protests should take precedent over other causes like the LGBTQ activism.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Oh hold on a second. So what you're describing now
- 8:42Speaker 1: as an intersectional civil war where the terroists say, hey,
- 8:48Speaker 1: I'm number one, right, we have precedent in the news
- 8:53Speaker 1: cycle over you guys that really are number two. Like,
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's what you need to understand. And if you think
- 9:02Speaker 1: by the way that gay pride is going to give
- 9:03Speaker 1: up their gay Pride. You are wrong, my friends, because
- 9:07Speaker 1: they plan this this garbage for an entire year, right
- 9:10Speaker 1: like they're doing things this year and they're already getting
- 9:13Speaker 1: ready for their Gay Pride Month next year. I'll give
- 9:15Speaker 1: you another example of how programmed in these activists are
- 9:19Speaker 1: to take over this country and to confuse every single
- 9:23Speaker 1: child they can about being straight. Right, they want you
- 9:27Speaker 1: to believe that no one is straight, that everyone is
- 9:30Speaker 1: non binary. They want every one of your kids and
- 9:34Speaker 1: grandkids to believe that every one of you must must tinker,
- 9:38Speaker 1: or or or or or play and being gay or
- 9:42Speaker 1: bisexual or transsexual or whatever the crap you want. They
- 9:45Speaker 1: just need you involved in this. In this world of
- 9:50Speaker 1: pure evil. Philadelphia, on the first weekend of Gay Pride Month,
- 9:58Speaker 1: set the largest you ready for the and this is
- 10:00Speaker 1: the Indoctrination Drag Queen story Time Guinness World Record the
- 10:09Speaker 1: city of Philadelphia. They went all in and they got
- 10:13Speaker 1: awarded the new Guinness World Record for having the largest
- 10:17Speaker 1: attendance at a Drag Queen story Time reading. They did
- 10:22Speaker 1: this quote in honor of the LGBTQ plus Pride Month.
- 10:27Speaker 1: The organizers stated the event was held Saturday at the
- 10:31Speaker 1: National Constitution Center, where several hundred people helped establish the record.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Local news reports drag queens these just I mean, I'm sorry,
- 10:43Speaker 1: this is just so sick, and I'm not going to
- 10:45Speaker 1: ever back down from this. I'm not going to apologize
- 10:47Speaker 1: for it. This is perversion and send. At another level,
- 10:53Speaker 1: they read children's books to two hundred and sixty three
- 10:58Speaker 1: people at the story time, which was hosted by the
- 11:00Speaker 1: Philadelphia Gay News and sponsored by Visit Philadelphia, the city's
- 11:06Speaker 1: official tourism program. So now you have cities sponsored, government
- 11:12Speaker 1: sponsored drag queen's breaking world records in Philadelphia in the
- 11:19Speaker 1: name of Gay Pride Month. Now you understand clearly now
- 11:22Speaker 1: right why this is a problem, Because if you're a
- 11:26Speaker 1: pro a Hamas terrorist sympathizer who's anti Israel, this is
- 11:32Speaker 1: taking you out of the headlines. It's a problem. Let
- 11:37Speaker 1: me also just say one more general comment about Gay
- 11:43Speaker 1: Pride Month. The Democratic Party's plan is simple. They want
- 11:49Speaker 1: to make sure that they win this war by never
- 11:52Speaker 1: backing down and having Pride Month continue to grow and
- 11:57Speaker 1: get bigger. And you can see it you look at
- 11:59Speaker 1: some the Pride parades and now they've completely infiltrated our
- 12:03Speaker 1: government and your tax dollars with police cars for example,
- 12:06Speaker 1: they're paid for with your tax dollars that are wrapped
- 12:09Speaker 1: painted in gay pride with like unicorns on the side
- 12:13Speaker 1: and rainbows. I'm not joking. My own hometown of Memphis, Tennessee,
- 12:18Speaker 1: people are sending me pictures of two different squad cars
- 12:20Speaker 1: that were gay pride cards. Yes, you paid for those
- 12:23Speaker 1: in the parade. Congratulations. Isn't that great? You paid for
- 12:26Speaker 1: a pink car with a bunch of gay pride on it, right,
- 12:30Speaker 1: and then you got another white convertible they made with
- 12:32Speaker 1: a bunch of gay pride in it and a bunch
- 12:33Speaker 1: of people sitting on it, riding on it. Everybody's excited.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Learn from the radical left. They are not going to
- 12:42Speaker 1: stop until they indoctrinate the majority of your children to
- 12:45Speaker 1: believe that you can't just be simply gay or straight.
- 12:49Speaker 1: They are not going to stop until your children believe
- 12:52Speaker 1: that they can be non binary, they can be they
- 12:55Speaker 1: can change their sex, that there's no such thing as
- 12:57Speaker 1: a man or a woman. They are going to not relent,
- 13:04Speaker 1: And that's the reason why every year now you've got
- 13:06Speaker 1: to get ready to fight, and look at who's pushing
- 13:09Speaker 1: this propaganda on your children and not give them your money,
- 13:15Speaker 1: because ultimately it comes out of that was bud Light hurt. Yes,
- 13:19Speaker 1: are they going to survive? Yeah? But are they different
- 13:22Speaker 1: company now than they were because of Dylan mulvaney last year?
- 13:25Speaker 1: I think so. Is target been hurt by some mothers
- 13:29Speaker 1: who are refusing to give them their money? Yes, but
- 13:33Speaker 1: go and look at these brands. It's an entire month
- 13:38Speaker 1: of pushing giving the middle finger to traditional values, traditional families,
- 13:44Speaker 1: and people of faith, and it is to indoctrinate your children.
- 13:48Speaker 1: Having a Guinness Book of World Records brought to you
- 13:51Speaker 1: by the Philadelphia Tourism a part of the government, to
- 13:55Speaker 1: break the world record for the number of children in
- 13:57Speaker 1: front of men dressed up in drag is not something
- 14:01Speaker 1: that we should celebrate. Ever it is. I would argue,
- 14:05Speaker 1: it's sick, stemonic, it's evil, and yet we're allowing our
- 14:10Speaker 1: tax dours to be paid for that or gay pride.
- 14:12Speaker 1: And by the way, I don't want a Christian Pride
- 14:14Speaker 1: squad car either. I want to make that clear. I'm
- 14:17Speaker 1: not asking for a conservative car to balance out the
- 14:20Speaker 1: police cars that are wrapped in gay pride. I don't
- 14:24Speaker 1: think that should be anywhere close to law enforcements per agenda.
- 14:31Speaker 1: So you've got two choices this month. You can either
- 14:35Speaker 1: take notes and remember who not to give your money
- 14:39Speaker 1: to the next year. Or you can just bow to
- 14:42Speaker 1: these Marxists, these radical leftists and say yes, I will
- 14:47Speaker 1: worship your evil with you. Here is my money. I
- 14:50Speaker 1: am supporting this. Those are your two options. Now. I
- 14:56Speaker 1: want to get to the other big issue, and that
- 14:58Speaker 1: is the start of the Hunter Biden trial. And the
- 15:03Speaker 1: first thing that I want you to understand about the
- 15:05Speaker 1: Hunter Biden trial is this. I want you to turn
- 15:10Speaker 1: on ABC, NBCCBS, I want you to look at CNN.
- 15:16Speaker 1: I want you to look at MSNBC, and I want
- 15:18Speaker 1: you to see how different the coverage is of the
- 15:22Speaker 1: sitting President of the United States of America's son, a
- 15:25Speaker 1: trial that involves the possession of an illegal gun while
- 15:29Speaker 1: being a drug addict in twenty eighteen. And I want
- 15:33Speaker 1: you to notice how they overlook this because they know
- 15:37Speaker 1: this is not good news for Joe Biden. That's number one.
- 15:42Speaker 1: Number two, I also want you to notice just the
- 15:45Speaker 1: comparison of the excitement and the wet dream politically for
- 15:50Speaker 1: them of covering the Trump trial and they will be
- 15:54Speaker 1: covering this and and seeing and this idea. They're hoping
- 15:57Speaker 1: he's under house arrests or he actually goes to jail
- 16:00Speaker 1: for the thirty four count indictment in a kangaroo court,
- 16:04Speaker 1: in a sham trial that the federal government said there
- 16:06Speaker 1: was no crime committed, and yet they went with it
- 16:10Speaker 1: anyway in New York City, in a way they charged
- 16:13Speaker 1: the man that no one has ever been charged before
- 16:15Speaker 1: the same way anywhere in the country, period, full stop. Now,
- 16:21Speaker 1: the present son is accused of illegally possessing a gun
- 16:25Speaker 1: as a drug user in twenty eighteen. He will be
- 16:29Speaker 1: in court today to go on trial, and he'll pass
- 16:34Speaker 1: a familiar site, a large photo of his father sporting
- 16:41Speaker 1: his grin. Right. You want to know why I know
- 16:45Speaker 1: he's going to see that, because this photo is prominently
- 16:49Speaker 1: hanging in the lobby of the Federal courthouse in downtown Wilmington.
- 16:55Speaker 1: It's a reminder of how the president's political career and
- 16:58Speaker 1: how his son's legal will have both run at the
- 17:03Speaker 1: same time perfectly so far for this White House. Now,
- 17:06Speaker 1: now you got to remember this too. These charges against
- 17:11Speaker 1: Hunter Biden insulate and protect his dad because there's nothing
- 17:16Speaker 1: in these charges that has to do with his father.
- 17:19Speaker 1: They only were going to charge Hunter Biden with crimes
- 17:21Speaker 1: that could not connect or open up their father to
- 17:24Speaker 1: questions about the corruption. These charges have nothing to do
- 17:29Speaker 1: with the links to Ukraine and the millions that came
- 17:32Speaker 1: into the Biden crime family, including the president. These charges
- 17:36Speaker 1: have nothing to do with the links to China and
- 17:40Speaker 1: the money coming in from China, including his sugar daddy
- 17:43Speaker 1: who has control over some of their Chinese assets that
- 17:46Speaker 1: were coming into the Biden crime family, including the President
- 17:49Speaker 1: United States of America. Remember that these charges and this
- 17:54Speaker 1: trial today have nothing to do with Romania and the
- 17:57Speaker 1: oligarchs in Romania and the corrupt business ventures there. These
- 18:01Speaker 1: charges have nothing to do with the Russian oligarch, the
- 18:07Speaker 1: former mayor of Moscow's wife, the richest woman in Russia,
- 18:10Speaker 1: who has still not been sanctioned, been a part of
- 18:14Speaker 1: the sanctions of the Russian elite because a couple million
- 18:18Speaker 1: dollars came to Hunter Biden, the Biden crime family. That
- 18:21Speaker 1: is a fact. We have countless Russians that have been sanctioned,
- 18:27Speaker 1: countless Russians that have been sanctioned because of the invasion
- 18:31Speaker 1: of Ukraine. But The one family that has not had
- 18:34Speaker 1: to worry about those sanctions is the family that gave
- 18:36Speaker 1: a couple million dollars, the Biden crime family, a evil
- 18:39Speaker 1: and corrupt Russian oligarch. This trial, that opens today with
- 18:46Speaker 1: jury selection, isn't about any of that. Its focus was
- 18:51Speaker 1: purposely and extraordinarily narrow. Biden will face three criminal counts
- 18:57Speaker 1: and this is all they're going to be about for
- 18:59Speaker 1: alleged he won buying a gun while an addict to
- 19:04Speaker 1: crack cocaine. The trial, they say, is not going to
- 19:10Speaker 1: last six weeks like the Trump trial. Seven weeks like
- 19:13Speaker 1: the Trump trial, take the White House out of the game, right, No, no,
- 19:18Speaker 1: no, no no. This trial, they say, is expected to last
- 19:21Speaker 1: just three to six days, so maybe a week. The
- 19:26Speaker 1: White House has prepared for it to dramatize some of
- 19:28Speaker 1: the worst moments in Biden's life. But they're really not
- 19:31Speaker 1: that shocking. Why because he's already written about in the book.
- 19:35Speaker 1: He's already talked about his addiction. There's no new news here, right,
- 19:40Speaker 1: So this is just and he's owned it and now
- 19:42Speaker 1: it's a blissful story, they say, of recovery. Two witnesses,
- 19:47Speaker 1: by the way, who may testify against them are the
- 19:50Speaker 1: mothers of five of the present's grandchildren, the same mother
- 19:57Speaker 1: who was married to Bo Biden, who the President just
- 20:01Speaker 1: happened to stop in on last week, witness tampering much.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I'd say, yeah. Let me also say that the Democrats,
- 20:10Speaker 1: they've been planning for this. The surrogates are out there.
- 20:14Speaker 1: They know what they're saying, they know why they're saying it,
- 20:19Speaker 1: they understand the talking points they've test marketed. Samely. They
- 20:24Speaker 1: told you their alibi and the reason why Hunter Biden
- 20:27Speaker 1: was the best bag man that the president has ever
- 20:30Speaker 1: had and his uncle have ever had, because he had
- 20:33Speaker 1: the alibi of Hey, I was out of my mind, guys,
- 20:36Speaker 1: I was an addict. I was having sex with strippers
- 20:40Speaker 1: so often. I didn't even know which kids were mine.
- 20:43Speaker 1: That's the defense. That's what they used in Arkansas. Oh
- 20:48Speaker 1: it's not my kid, it can't be my kid. I
- 20:50Speaker 1: didn't I don't even know who this stripper is. Right,
- 20:54Speaker 1: We're we are just out of our minds. We had
- 20:57Speaker 1: no idea. We had absolutely no clue at all, no idea,
- 21:06Speaker 1: no clue at all what I was doing, where I
- 21:10Speaker 1: was I was an addict? Were you taking millions from Romania. Sure,
- 21:14Speaker 1: maybe I don't remember you taken millions from Ukraine. Yeah,
- 21:18Speaker 1: maybe I don't remember I was a drug addict. Were
- 21:21Speaker 1: you taking money from the Russians yet? I mean, maybe
- 21:23Speaker 1: I was a drug addict. That was the alibi along,
- 21:26Speaker 1: and it's a beautiful struggle that he overcame. Now the
- 21:30Speaker 1: president has lied about this. He's lied about his involvement
- 21:33Speaker 1: with his son. We know that he's lied about saying
- 21:35Speaker 1: he never had anything to do with his son's business
- 21:37Speaker 1: ventures period. We know he lied about that. But notice
- 21:40Speaker 1: the trial has nothing to do with that. Now, what
- 21:42Speaker 1: does a trial have to do with It's just a gun,
- 21:45Speaker 1: an illegal gun, where I was a drug addict. So
- 21:47Speaker 1: the alibi still sticks. Right, I was out of my mind.
- 21:49Speaker 1: I didn't know what I was doing. Don't blame me
- 21:51Speaker 1: for this. It was an accident. Right, I'm a man
- 21:54Speaker 1: that's overcoming in sobriety. NBC News, I'll meet the press.
- 22:00Speaker 1: Had Hakeem Jeffries, who's like a big, perfect spokesman for
- 22:05Speaker 1: the bidens right African American Check Democrat leader. Check guy
- 22:10Speaker 1: that everybody loves it. Might be the next Speaker of
- 22:12Speaker 1: the House the Democrats gain control. Check he was asked
- 22:16Speaker 1: about Joe Biden in a bigger issue, right, like, Hey,
- 22:20Speaker 1: Joe Biden said that Hunter Biden's done nothing wrong. But
- 22:23Speaker 1: that's not really true, is it? Listen to this back.
- 22:26Speaker 2: And forth watching it will make headlines this week. Hunter Biden,
- 22:30Speaker 2: the President's son, goes on trial for gun charges beginning tomorrow.
- 22:34Speaker 2: President Biden said last to year, quote, my son has
- 22:37Speaker 2: done nothing wrong. The Wall Street Journal, as you see here,
- 22:40Speaker 2: the editorial board said at the time, quote, that's a
- 22:42Speaker 2: highly inappropriate message from a president. He's essentially telling prosecutors
- 22:47Speaker 2: that they are wrong to bring an indictment because Hunter
- 22:50Speaker 2: is innocent of.
- 22:51Speaker 1: Any criminal behavior.
- 22:52Speaker 2: Why was it appropriate for President Biden to publicly comment
- 22:55Speaker 2: on his son's case.
- 23:00Speaker 3: Biden commented, as a loving father, as I would hope
- 23:04Speaker 3: any loving father would do. Hunter Biden, of course, is entitled,
- 23:09Speaker 3: as was Donald Trump, to the presumption of innocence and
- 23:13Speaker 3: to a trial by a jury of his peers. And
- 23:16Speaker 3: this Justice Department is going to proceed in that fashion,
- 23:20Speaker 3: present the facts in the law, and then we'll all
- 23:23Speaker 3: have to wait for a determination that is made by
- 23:26Speaker 3: a jury as to Hunter Biden's guilt or innocence.
- 23:30Speaker 1: Let me ask you. Is then amazing. I mean it's
- 23:32Speaker 1: almost like they practiced the I'm going to ask you
- 23:36Speaker 1: a fake tough question, and then you're going to come
- 23:40Speaker 1: back with the line that we all knew you were
- 23:42Speaker 1: going to come back with, and the line is that, well,
- 23:45Speaker 1: he was a loving father, So you can make millions
- 23:49Speaker 1: off of your drug addicted son, right, you can make
- 23:54Speaker 1: that money. We have no problem with that. It is
- 23:59Speaker 1: long as you're a loving father while you do it.
- 24:04Speaker 1: Just be a loving father, that's the excuse. And if
- 24:08Speaker 1: you are that loving father, then you can say whatever
- 24:13Speaker 1: you want and say to the Justice Department and everybody else, hey,
- 24:15Speaker 1: don't charge my son. My son did nothing wrong. My
- 24:19Speaker 1: son here is he's perfect. Now, Joe Biden has lied
- 24:24Speaker 1: to you a lot, Okay, like a lot. Joe Biden
- 24:29Speaker 1: has lied to you a significant amount when it comes
- 24:35Speaker 1: to his son's business dealings because he was involved in
- 24:37Speaker 1: all of them. He knew all of it, Okay, like
- 24:40Speaker 1: he was in on every business deal because without him,
- 24:44Speaker 1: none of this would happen. Even former Speaker of the
- 24:48Speaker 1: House Kevin McCarthy had this to say about the President
- 24:52Speaker 1: and his character and can the American people trust the president,
- 24:57Speaker 1: knowing how much he's lied about his son.
- 25:00Speaker 4: Listen to what your predecessor, Paul Ryan says about former president.
- 25:07Speaker 1: I understand the binary argument. It's a reasonable argument. I
- 25:10Speaker 1: just don't agree with that argument. I just character is
- 25:14Speaker 1: too important to me and and and it's a job
- 25:17Speaker 1: that requires the kind of character that he just doesn't have.
- 25:21Speaker 4: He's talking about Trump for he says he's a he's
- 25:23Speaker 4: a But you know, it's not about policy.
- 25:26Speaker 5: Essentially, it says about character.
- 25:27Speaker 1: He says, it's about character.
- 25:28Speaker 4: Why don't you look, I would say, because everybody's in
- 25:31Speaker 4: child to their own opinion. And you know what, I've
- 25:34Speaker 4: served with both presidents, with President Trump and President Biden,
- 25:37Speaker 4: and I'm making a decision on what's the best for
- 25:39Speaker 4: the country. We didn't have inflation, we didn't have war
- 25:42Speaker 4: in Europe. We didn't have five embassies evacuated. We didn't
- 25:46Speaker 4: have thirteen gold Star families by a misdecision in Afghanistan.
- 25:50Speaker 4: We didn't have this new access of evil that we
- 25:52Speaker 4: haven't seen from the nineteen thirties.
- 25:54Speaker 6: Pushing characters character. But there's a whole of pomart and
- 26:00Speaker 6: is there a character matter? When you say Biden used
- 26:03Speaker 6: his own power to tell the American public that the
- 26:06Speaker 6: laptop was not true. That Biden used now through the
- 26:09Speaker 6: Secretary of State, to go to fifty one people in
- 26:12Speaker 6: the intel community, former CIA directors to tell the American
- 26:15Speaker 6: public that that wasn't true.
- 26:17Speaker 1: I'm a new character, the character about Trump.
- 26:19Speaker 6: But I'm weighing it all.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I'm being consistent.
- 26:22Speaker 4: You're being inconsistent in this.
- 26:23Speaker 6: If you listen, think for one moment, you're saying only
- 26:26Speaker 6: character matters, and you're only going after Trump. People are
- 26:29Speaker 6: human in this place of where we go. This is
- 26:31Speaker 6: a decision of an issue that people knew about since
- 26:35Speaker 6: twenty sixteen, so they voted on it. You're coming back
- 26:38Speaker 6: to something ten years So if character matters, would you
- 26:41Speaker 6: put somebody up on trial just because they're your political enemy?
- 26:44Speaker 6: I think that matters into care.
- 26:46Speaker 1: I wont to because obviously you've aligned yourself. But by
- 26:48Speaker 1: the way, I love how even when the media at
- 26:51Speaker 1: CNN is talking about Hunter Biden's trial, they go back
- 26:55Speaker 1: to Donald Trump first to then frame the conversation about
- 26:58Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's Triald. Have you notice that there they went
- 27:01Speaker 1: after Kevin McCarthy first on the on character mattering with
- 27:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump, and they play his predecessor Paul Ryan, right,
- 27:10Speaker 1: Rhino Republican now sellout on that issue. This is this
- 27:16Speaker 1: is the media and how even if they're forced to
- 27:19Speaker 1: cover this trial, which they will very little and it's
- 27:24Speaker 1: going to last just a couple of days, they will
- 27:27Speaker 1: not do it. Okay, they will not do it in
- 27:32Speaker 1: the context of just covering it. They're going to compare
- 27:34Speaker 1: and contrast it and say, well, you know, Donald Trump's
- 27:38Speaker 1: got problems. He's a convicted felon. Right, Donald Trump is
- 27:42Speaker 1: a is a convicted felon. Here, CNN came out with
- 27:47Speaker 1: this report on Hunter Biden gun trial and they said
- 27:49Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's lawyers argue, maybe he didn't know he was
- 27:52Speaker 1: an addict when he lied filling out the background for him,
- 27:56Speaker 1: because he was such an addict, so therefore maybe he
- 27:57Speaker 1: should get off from this. Now there are the same Democrats,
- 27:59Speaker 1: by the that are the tough on gun people and
- 28:02Speaker 1: lose their minds about gun control and demand gun control
- 28:05Speaker 1: and demand that anyone that ever commits a crime with
- 28:08Speaker 1: a gun, or has a legal gun, or doesn'thing wrong
- 28:09Speaker 1: with gun should be locked up forever, throw the key away.
- 28:12Speaker 1: But when it comes to the present, son. They're like,
- 28:15Speaker 1: be compassionate. This poor kid didn't even know, even though
- 28:19Speaker 1: he's in his fifties, he didn't even know he was
- 28:22Speaker 1: an addict at the time. He may have been an addict.
- 28:25Speaker 5: Definition of an addict may very well define the future
- 28:29Speaker 5: of Hunter Biden's upcoming gun trial in Delaware. The prosecution
- 28:32Speaker 5: says they plan to show evidence that Biden was using
- 28:34Speaker 5: illegal drugs when he bought the gun in twenty eighteen,
- 28:38Speaker 5: a federal crime, But in a late night filing, Biden's
- 28:40Speaker 5: attorneys raised an issue with whether or not Hunter himself
- 28:44Speaker 5: believed he was a drug user or addict when this
- 28:47Speaker 5: all happened. And there's an important hearing.
- 28:49Speaker 2: Today about his case.
- 28:51Speaker 5: CNN's Kaitlyn Polands has more on this. She's joining us, Kaitlyn,
- 28:54Speaker 5: what's going on here? Bring us up to speed.
- 28:57Speaker 7: Okay, this is the final hearing for the judge to
- 29:00Speaker 7: set the terms of the trial. There's a couple different
- 29:03Speaker 7: things that are happening, but the main thing is that
- 29:05Speaker 7: Hunter Biden's lawyers in court in Wilmington, Delaware, are saying
- 29:09Speaker 7: to a federal judge, you know, the law isn't said here.
- 29:13Speaker 7: The judge needs to figure this out. The law that
- 29:16Speaker 7: they're talking about is the law that Hunter Biden is
- 29:20Speaker 7: charged with violating that. Prosecutors say that when he signed
- 29:25Speaker 7: a form to buy a gun in October of twenty eighteen,
- 29:28Speaker 7: he was filling out background forms and said he was
- 29:32Speaker 7: not an addict or a user of a controlled substance.
- 29:35Speaker 7: But Hunter Biden's legal team is now saying, you know
- 29:39Speaker 7: the terms user and addict, it wasn't fully understandable what
- 29:44Speaker 7: that meant at that time. He might not have known
- 29:46Speaker 7: he was an addict. Then they say, someone like mister Biden,
- 29:51Speaker 7: who had just completed an eleven day rehabilitation program at
- 29:54Speaker 7: that time and lived with a sober companion after that,
- 29:57Speaker 7: could surely believe he was not a present ten pH
- 30:00Speaker 7: user or addict. Even on the EVA trial, we still
- 30:03Speaker 7: do not know the constitutionally adequate elements of the charges
- 30:07Speaker 7: in this case. So that is what we are going
- 30:08Speaker 7: to be hearing, arguing from Hunter Biden's defense lawyer. The
- 30:13Speaker 7: trial is on June third, so not long from now.
- 30:17Speaker 7: Prosecutors say this is not something that they need to
- 30:20Speaker 7: be disputing right now, because Hunter Biden, even in his
- 30:23Speaker 7: own memoir, was saying he was an addict, for four
- 30:26Speaker 7: years up until twenty nineteen, so he knew he was
- 30:30Speaker 7: an addict. That's something that doesn't need to be defined further.
- 30:33Speaker 7: There are other things at issue at this hearing too,
- 30:35Speaker 7: that are going to be pretty interesting things that Hunter
- 30:38Speaker 7: Biden's defense team wants to cut out. They don't want
- 30:40Speaker 7: the jury to hear about his other set of criminal
- 30:43Speaker 7: federal charges out in California related to tax issues, that
- 30:48Speaker 7: he led a lavish or extravagant lifestyle, or that he
- 30:53Speaker 7: had a child's support dispute with a woman in Arkansas.
- 30:57Speaker 7: So all of that is going to be before the
- 30:59Speaker 7: federal judge in Delaware today.
- 31:02Speaker 1: I just love this, right, Like, what is the definition
- 31:05Speaker 1: of an addict? What if you're an addict but you
- 31:08Speaker 1: don't know you're an addict? This is CNN testing out
- 31:13Speaker 1: the defense on the American people on behalf of the
- 31:16Speaker 1: president's son. We'll be back with more in a moment,
- 31:19Speaker 1: right and we'll see if this played with you. They're
- 31:23Speaker 1: out there throwing out actual possibilities like well, if you're
- 31:27Speaker 1: an addict but you don't know you're an attic, are
- 31:28Speaker 1: you really an attict? That's the defense of Hunter Biden
- 31:32Speaker 1: that they're floating on CNN like maybe he didn't know
- 31:34Speaker 1: he was an addict when he lied. Maybe he lied
- 31:37Speaker 1: filling out the background for him, but it wasn't intentionally
- 31:39Speaker 1: lied because he didn't understand that he was an addict
- 31:41Speaker 1: at the time he lied. Meanwhile, let's get back to
- 31:44Speaker 1: Donald Trump and how he's going to prison forever. We
- 31:47Speaker 1: hope this is how the media is going to cover
- 31:51Speaker 1: this trial. Never forget they are nothing but propaganda for
- 31:55Speaker 1: the Biden campaign. Make sure, by the way, that you
