An Oahu grand jury has indicted five people, including Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke, in what experts are calling the biggest bribery scandal in state history. The state health department has confirmed two more cases of cyclosporiasis in Hawaii residents who traveled internationally and to a U.S. state with the outbreak.
