- 0:01Speaker 1: Center has always nice to be with you here in person.
- 0:03Speaker 1: And if the White House thought the Hunter Biden plea
- 0:06Speaker 1: Dale was going to get them a get out of
- 0:08Speaker 1: jail free card, clearly they are wrong. As more whistleblowers
- 0:12Speaker 1: are coming forward and more damning information that's now making
- 0:16Speaker 1: it to the podium at the White House, and they're
- 0:18Speaker 1: having a hard time just walking all this back.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Now.
- 0:21Speaker 3: Well, the White House and the Department of Justice are
- 0:24Speaker 3: in one mode right now, and that is stonewall. They
- 0:27Speaker 3: are desperately trying to cover everything up that they are
- 0:30Speaker 3: simply running away, and it is bad. The evidence is
- 0:34Speaker 3: mounting and mounting and mounting, and they don't have a
- 0:38Speaker 3: substantive response. They're not addressing it on the merits. Instead,
- 0:42Speaker 3: what they're hoping is that their lap dogs in the
- 0:45Speaker 3: media will continue to hide it for them. It is
- 0:48Speaker 3: getting so bad even the corrupt corporate media can't ignore
- 0:52Speaker 3: this anymore. But here, take a look at the Attorney
- 0:55Speaker 3: General of the United States and what he's saying.
- 0:57Speaker 2: I certainly understand that some have chosen to attack the
- 1:02Speaker 2: integrity of the Justice Department as components and its employees
- 1:06Speaker 2: by claiming that we do not treat like cases alike.
- 1:10Speaker 2: This constitutes an attack on an institution that is essential
- 1:14Speaker 2: to American democracy and essential to the safety of the
- 1:17Speaker 2: American people. Nothing could be further from the truth. You've
- 1:22Speaker 2: all heard me say many times that we make our
- 1:25Speaker 2: cases based on the facts and the law. These are
- 1:28Speaker 2: not just words. These are what we live by. They
- 1:31Speaker 2: are the foundation of the way we make these decisions.
- 1:34Speaker 2: The agents of the FBI, as well as the DA,
- 1:37Speaker 2: the ATF our Deputy US Marshals, every day, often at
- 1:42Speaker 2: great personal risk, protect the American people and secure its safety.
- 1:48Speaker 2: Our cases are based on their work. I could not
- 1:51Speaker 2: be more proud to.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Work with them. Senat you predicted this. You said they
- 1:55Speaker 1: were going to indict Hunter Biden, and then they're going
- 1:57Speaker 1: to say, see, look at how fair we are as
- 2:00Speaker 1: we go after Donald Trump, and we have no bias
- 2:03Speaker 1: the agency. That's clearly though not the case.
- 2:06Speaker 3: Well, let me be clear, as I listen to that
- 2:07Speaker 3: press conference, it's infuriating Merrick Garland says, you're impugning the
- 2:14Speaker 3: integrity of the Department of Justice. Now, let me be
- 2:16Speaker 3: very clear, it's your integrity. It's Merrick Garland's integrity that
- 2:21Speaker 3: is missing. He is the one who has politicized this process,
- 2:25Speaker 3: and he is the one who is burning the integrity
- 2:28Speaker 3: of the Department of Justice to the ground. And by
- 2:30Speaker 3: the way, the people accusing him are his own damn employees.
- 2:34Speaker 3: The whistleblowers work for him, and they're coming forward mad saying,
- 2:40Speaker 3: why is this man turning the Department of Justice into
- 2:43Speaker 3: a political arm for the DNC that self righteous? If
- 2:51Speaker 3: you dare question me, you are disloyal. I'd look at that.
- 2:58Speaker 3: And I see Louis the fourteen, the son king. LETASSEMOI
- 3:04Speaker 3: I am the state, I am justice. He tells you
- 3:09Speaker 3: the words he saying are objectively false. We use the
- 3:11Speaker 3: same standards for everyone, whether your name is Trump or Biden. Well, okay,
- 3:15Speaker 3: if your name is Biden, you can have classified documents everywhere.
- 3:18Speaker 3: You can stick him next to your corvette, No big deal,
- 3:20Speaker 3: We don't care. But if you're Trump, we're setting in
- 3:22Speaker 3: the stormtroopers. By the way, they do the same thing
- 3:26Speaker 3: as we discussed at length on Verdict. If you're violating
- 3:29Speaker 3: the law committing federal crimes outside the homes of Supreme
- 3:31Speaker 3: Court Justice, we don't like. We don't enforce the law.
- 3:34Speaker 3: Why because we agree with the violent protesters and we
- 3:37Speaker 3: don't like the justices, so our politics are on this side.
- 3:39Speaker 3: On the other hand, if you're a pro life protester,
- 3:43Speaker 3: my goodness, you are the greatest terrorist threat to humanity
- 3:46Speaker 3: and we are going to send the storm troopers at
- 3:49Speaker 3: your house like they did with Markalk at the break
- 3:51Speaker 3: of dawn, with machine guns drawn. Every word he said
- 3:56Speaker 3: there is a lie and the self righteousness with which
- 3:59Speaker 3: he says it. Man, I gotta say it's time. It
- 4:06Speaker 3: is time the Department of Justice needs to appoint a
- 4:12Speaker 3: special council to investigate Merrick Garland for obstruction of justice
- 4:19Speaker 3: and perjury. Wow, there's a reason he's saying, don't ask
- 4:25Speaker 3: these questions. Let's be clear. It is his integrity and
- 4:28Speaker 3: I want to walk through it because that is a
- 4:30Speaker 3: very serious statement. But at this point, the evidence that
- 4:34Speaker 3: Merrick Garland personally committed multiple felonies is growing greater and greater,
- 4:41Speaker 3: and the chances that the Merrick Garland Justice Department will
- 4:46Speaker 3: fairly investigate evidence of his wrongdoing are zero. So let's
- 4:50Speaker 3: walk through it. On perjury. Let's remember the start of
- 4:58Speaker 3: the irs whistleblower. It concerned an allegation that Merrick Garland
- 5:04Speaker 3: himself had committed perjury. So Gary Shapley, the first IRS
- 5:11Speaker 3: whistleblower who wrote to Congress. I want to read from
- 5:14Speaker 3: his prepared statement in Congress. Beginning in January twenty twenty,
- 5:19Speaker 3: I was assigned to work the Hunter Biden investigation as
- 5:22Speaker 3: a supervisory special agent for IRS criminal investigation US Department
- 5:26Speaker 3: of Treasury. So this is not some Republican, This is
- 5:30Speaker 3: not some partisan. This is a career supervisory special agent
- 5:36Speaker 3: for the IRS criminal investigations. What did he do? He
- 5:39Speaker 3: supervised line agents investigating Hunter Biden until I continued in
- 5:46Speaker 3: that role until I was removed from the investigation by
- 5:53Speaker 3: the US Department of Justice. That's Merrick Garland in May
- 5:57Speaker 3: of twenty twenty three. So just two months ago, after
- 6:01Speaker 3: providing protected disclosures concerning prosecutors mishandling of the investigation of
- 6:07Speaker 3: Hunter Biden, to include conflicts of interest, preferential treatment, deviations
- 6:12Speaker 3: from normal investigated procedures, and conflicting information provided by Attorney
- 6:18Speaker 3: General Merrick Garland to Congress. Now understand what he's saying.
- 6:21Speaker 3: He came forward as a whistleblower to say Merrick Garland
- 6:25Speaker 3: just committed perjury, lied under oath to the United States
- 6:28Speaker 3: Congress in response, what did Merrick Garland do had him
- 6:32Speaker 3: removed from the case immediately retaliated, which is in and
- 6:35Speaker 3: of itself illegal and part of what the Special Council
- 6:38Speaker 3: needs to investigate. Now, this whistleblower continues. Most recently, former
- 6:45Speaker 3: Attorney General Bill Barr provided an interview in which he
- 6:51Speaker 3: stated that the information provided by a confidential human source
- 6:55Speaker 3: concerning an alleged illegal bribery scheme by President Joe Biden
- 7:01Speaker 3: was received through the Pittsburgh US Attorney's Office and was
- 7:05Speaker 3: determined it was not likely to have been disinformation. This
- 7:12Speaker 3: is a big deal that they made a determination. Okay,
- 7:16Speaker 3: this is not likely Russian disinformation or something else. In
- 7:20Speaker 3: other words, there could easily be some there there. According
- 7:24Speaker 3: to Attorney General Bar, it was provided to the ongoing
- 7:29Speaker 3: investigation in Delaware to follow up on and to check out. Now,
- 7:34Speaker 3: he continues, neither I, nor the line IRS criminal Investigation
- 7:40Speaker 3: agents operating under my supervision, nor the FBI agents working
- 7:44Speaker 3: with IRSCI wherever provided the confidential human source information the
- 7:49Speaker 3: Attorney General Bar recently referenced was sent to Delaware to
- 7:54Speaker 3: have it checked out. He goes on to say the
- 7:56Speaker 3: confidential human source information was sealed by prosecutors, by people
- 8:03Speaker 3: working for Merrick Garland. They said, we don't want the
- 8:06Speaker 3: FBI agents to see this. We don't want the IRS
- 8:08Speaker 3: to see this. That on the face of it. By
- 8:11Speaker 3: the way, we also have a letter from quite recently
- 8:15Speaker 3: from June nineteenth, twenty twenty three. It's an interview of
- 8:20Speaker 3: whistleblower X. We don't know who whistleblower X is. That's
- 8:23Speaker 3: the anonymous pseudonym, but whistleblower X confirms in particular, as
- 8:31Speaker 3: mister X is testified he was the IRS Criminal Investigation's
- 8:37Speaker 3: case agent over the subject investigation at the time, in
- 8:41Speaker 3: other words, investigating Hunter Biden and mister X has stated
- 8:45Speaker 3: to me that he has never seen this FBI Form
- 8:50Speaker 3: ten twenty three and that he does not recall ever
- 8:53Speaker 3: hearing about this information being turned over in any meeting
- 8:56Speaker 3: with the prosecution team in Delaware. Further, mister X informed
- 9:01Speaker 3: me that this information could have been relevant to mister
- 9:04Speaker 3: X's investigation at the time of the subject as it
- 9:09Speaker 3: related to a claim of five million dollars being paid
- 9:14Speaker 3: to the subject, which directly ties to email correspondence reviewed
- 9:18Speaker 3: between Subject and a business partner of Subject set in
- 9:22Speaker 3: May of twenty fourteen, which is believed to reference the
- 9:26Speaker 3: five million dollars being paid to subject from Company XXX.
- 9:32Speaker 1: It's shocking when you put it all together the way
- 9:34Speaker 1: you're describing it what Merrick Garland has clearly I think
- 9:39Speaker 1: done or tried to accomplish by covering it up and
- 9:41Speaker 1: making this go away. And this on top of the
- 9:44Speaker 1: fact that this week we had other people that were
- 9:45Speaker 1: also saying, hey, there was this idea that then Delaware
- 9:48Speaker 1: the prosecutor had the ability to do whatever he needed
- 9:51Speaker 1: to do and to charge anybody with whatever he needed,
- 9:53Speaker 1: charge them wherever he needed to. Then there was word
- 9:55Speaker 1: that came out this week from others saying.
- 9:57Speaker 3: By the way, that we're not going to do that.
- 9:58Speaker 3: That's what Merrick Garland les lied about. Right, So Merrick
- 10:01Speaker 3: Garland told Congress actually in response to a question from yours,
- 10:05Speaker 3: truly it would be me that he lied to under
- 10:08Speaker 3: oath walk.
- 10:09Speaker 1: People down that road the question that you ask, so
- 10:11Speaker 1: people understand what you were trying to get to at
- 10:13Speaker 1: that point.
- 10:13Speaker 3: Well, here, I'll tell you what we'll do better than that,
- 10:15Speaker 3: We'll play it right now. Let me say, in particular
- 10:18Speaker 3: on Hunter Biden, I very much hope that an investigation
- 10:23Speaker 3: of Hunter Biden is focused not just on his own
- 10:25Speaker 3: personal substance of abuse issues, but on connections to his
- 10:30Speaker 3: father and potential corruption. That is the matter of public
- 10:34Speaker 3: concern and why people are concerned. And it was striking
- 10:37Speaker 3: that the leak that came out from DOJ suggested this
- 10:40Speaker 3: is just going after some poor, poor person struggling with
- 10:43Speaker 3: drugs instead of looking at the very real evidence of corruption.
- 10:48Speaker 3: Will you commit that the investigation will actually examine the
- 10:52Speaker 3: public corruption aspect and not simply scapegoat Hunter Biden as
- 10:57Speaker 3: an individual.
- 10:59Speaker 2: I can't about the investigation other than to say that
- 11:02Speaker 2: all the matters involving mister hunter Biden are a purview
- 11:06Speaker 2: of the US Attorney in Delaware. It's not restricted in
- 11:10Speaker 2: his investigation in any way.
- 11:12Speaker 1: So you look at that there when you were asking
- 11:14Speaker 1: that question, based on now we have, you're saying, it's
- 11:16Speaker 1: pretty fair to say he probably just find out lied
- 11:18Speaker 1: to you and to Congress under oath.
- 11:21Speaker 3: Well, that's what the whistleblower has alleged that he did
- 11:24Speaker 3: lie to me to Congress under oath, and to be
- 11:27Speaker 3: clear lying, he started that testimony by raising his right hand,
- 11:31Speaker 3: taking an oath tell the truth. The whole truth and
- 11:33Speaker 3: nothing but the truth. So help me God if that
- 11:37Speaker 3: statement you just saw was a lie. That the statement
- 11:39Speaker 3: that there's no political interference from DJ and the investigation
- 11:43Speaker 3: of Hunter Biden, that is a criminal offense with serious
- 11:47Speaker 3: jail time. It's yet another reason why I believe it
- 11:50Speaker 3: is time for a special counsel, And let's be clear,
- 11:53Speaker 3: a special counsel with real credibility, not a henchman of
- 11:56Speaker 3: Merrick Garland who's going to give him a sanitized report,
- 11:58Speaker 3: but someone who will laugh actually investigate, because at this
- 12:02Speaker 3: point it is the Attorney General directly who is implicated
- 12:06Speaker 3: in this and his conduct, his absolute hubris. How dare
- 12:14Speaker 3: you question me? And let me say something about the
- 12:18Speaker 3: Delaware US attorneys. So a lot of folks in the
- 12:21Speaker 3: corporate media keep saying, well to US attorney appointed by Donald.
- 12:24Speaker 1: Trump over and over again. They always lead with that.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Now that dramatically overstates the situation. I don't know mister Weiss.
- 12:33Speaker 3: I don't know anything about him, his background, he was
- 12:37Speaker 3: a career prosecutor. What I can tell you is how
- 12:40Speaker 3: US attorneys are picked, which is US attorneys are picked
- 12:44Speaker 3: essentially by the senators from that state. In other words,
- 12:48Speaker 3: The Delaware US Attorney was picked by Tom Carper and
- 12:52Speaker 3: by Chris Coons, both of whom are.
- 12:55Speaker 1: Democrats, pretty liberal Democrats.
- 12:57Speaker 3: And by the way, Delaware is also the home to
- 13:01Speaker 3: Joe Biden, who is the closest to a political king
- 13:06Speaker 3: in a tiny state of Delaware. Joe Biden is the
- 13:10Speaker 3: colossus that bestrides tiny little Delaware. You know, my mom
- 13:16Speaker 3: was born in Delaware, in Wilmington, Delaware. Her mother was
- 13:19Speaker 3: the second youngest of seventeen kids. Wow, they were Irish Catholic,
- 13:24Speaker 3: you know, because I liked to joke, they didn't know
- 13:25Speaker 3: what else to do it. On a Saturday night when
- 13:29Speaker 3: I was first sworn into the Senate thirteen, Joe Biden
- 13:34Speaker 3: swore me in. He was the vice president at the time,
- 13:37Speaker 3: and I introduced my mom to him, and my mom
- 13:41Speaker 3: told him said, oh, I have hundreds of cousins in Delaware,
- 13:45Speaker 3: and Biden smiled and said, oh, they probably all voted
- 13:48Speaker 3: for me. And it was actually it was charming the
- 13:51Speaker 3: way he did it. It was and my mom laughed and
- 13:52Speaker 3: she sort of rolled her eyes and said, yeah, they
- 13:54Speaker 3: probably did. The point is this US Attorney was handpicked
- 14:01Speaker 3: by two Democrat senators, so every time the reporters say
- 14:04Speaker 3: a Donald Trump US attorney. The way it works, you
- 14:07Speaker 3: can't advance it without the senator signing off, and so.
- 14:10Speaker 1: So okay, to be clear, a lot of people to
- 14:12Speaker 1: understand this is inner workings. I love doing the show
- 14:14Speaker 1: for this reason. Any state in America, you've got an
- 14:17Speaker 1: attorney you're gonna pick. If the two senators say no
- 14:20Speaker 1: to that, it's dead, it's dead in the water.
- 14:22Speaker 3: Yep.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Okay, yep. A lot of people have none none. So
- 14:26Speaker 1: Trump said, this is probably the best I can get
- 14:27Speaker 1: out of Delaware from two Democrats.
- 14:30Speaker 3: So look, there's nothing in his background that indicates that
- 14:33Speaker 3: the guy is a wild eyed leftist. Sure, but he's
- 14:38Speaker 3: not remotely a Republican either. He's someone who had been
- 14:40Speaker 3: a career prosecutor in a state like Delaware. People know him.
- 14:44Speaker 3: I am certain he's a Democrat. That you know that
- 14:47Speaker 3: in that process. Look, there are four US attorneys in Texas.
- 14:50Speaker 3: I can tell you the US attorneys for eleven years.
- 14:53Speaker 3: John Cornyn and I have been integral in selecting each
- 14:56Speaker 3: and every one of them and giving those names to
- 15:00Speaker 3: the White House. And that's true whether it's Republican or Democrat.
- 15:02Speaker 3: That's true for Trump US attorneys, it's true for Biden
- 15:05Speaker 3: US attorneys.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Now, is it a short list you guys give them
- 15:08Speaker 1: or is it like basically saying, hey, this is who
- 15:11Speaker 1: we want. Here's a name, we think they're qualified. You
- 15:14Speaker 1: guys need to let this happen.
- 15:17Speaker 3: So it varies, and different senators have more leverage than others.
- 15:22Speaker 3: Typically with Corner and I, we give them one name. Okay,
- 15:25Speaker 3: we had the house one name and say this is
- 15:28Speaker 3: who you're going to be. Now, look, they're different names
- 15:33Speaker 3: under Trump. Corner and I forwarded very different names than
- 15:36Speaker 3: we do under Biden. Sure, Look under Trump, there were
- 15:40Speaker 3: some strong conservative US attorneys that Trump was happy to appoint,
- 15:45Speaker 3: and we had really strong leadership for Texas US attorneys.
- 15:50Speaker 3: We're not going to point a vocal, strong Republican conservative
- 15:56Speaker 3: as a US attorney nominee for the Biden White House.
- 15:59Speaker 1: That's they're not going to give a hard core democrat.
- 16:02Speaker 3: Those are dead in the water. Like if you're a
- 16:03Speaker 3: hard partisan Democrat, you're you're not getting it. That's the
- 16:07Speaker 3: way the process worked. If Corner and I don't sign off,
- 16:10Speaker 3: that US attorney doesn't go forward. So we have an
- 16:13Speaker 3: absolute veto on that. The same is true for Tom
- 16:16Speaker 3: Carper and Chris Coons, which means they both affirmatively signed
- 16:20Speaker 3: off and said, this is our guy.
- 16:23Speaker 1: He's watered down enough, he's enough of a Democrat. That's
- 16:26Speaker 1: on our team. We're good with it.
- 16:29Speaker 3: I'm not saying that to impugne his integrity, but I
- 16:32Speaker 3: am saying the repeated refrain that he's a Trump guy.
- 16:36Speaker 3: There's nothing in Donald Trump, and there's nothing in his
- 16:39Speaker 3: background to think that he has even one iota of fondness, loyalty.
- 16:47Speaker 3: There's nothing, there's ever a voted by Donald Trump that
- 16:50Speaker 3: happened to be the president who appointed him. But for
- 16:53Speaker 3: US attorneys, far more relevant as who are the senators.
- 16:58Speaker 3: What Garland told the Senate Judiciary Committee, what I asked
- 17:03Speaker 3: him is he said, I the son King, the Attorney
- 17:08Speaker 3: General will not interfere with this prosecution. What we're saying
- 17:14Speaker 3: coming out of the House is a mountain of evidence
- 17:17Speaker 3: that that's not the case.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Let me tell you real quick though, first, before we
- 17:22Speaker 1: get to another question about these whistleblowers about Augusta precious medals,
- 17:26Speaker 1: if you've seen what's been going on the economy, if
- 17:28Speaker 1: you've been looking at your IRA your four to one
- 17:30Speaker 1: k and you've got losses. The majority of people do.
- 17:33Speaker 1: Especially with what's been going on with the economy. You've
- 17:35Speaker 1: seen interest rates that have more than doubled on houses,
- 17:38Speaker 1: and interestates have gone up in general. That has been
- 17:40Speaker 1: tough for a lot of people in retirement or close
- 17:42Speaker 1: to retirement. If you want to protect some of your
- 17:44Speaker 1: hard earned dollars your assets, call Augusta Precious Medals. Now
- 17:48Speaker 1: they are different because they actually sit down with you
- 17:51Speaker 1: one on one in a web conference and talk to

- 17:59Speaker 1: and they want to help you protect your dollars because look,
- 18:02Speaker 1: if you're in retirement a close retirement, there is no

- 18:30Speaker 1: Gold IRA. Get that peace of mind back and make
- 18:33Speaker 1: sure you have diversification when you're heading into retirement eight
- 18:37Speaker 1: seven seven, the number four gold Ira Sata. I want
- 18:40Speaker 1: to ask you one other question about these whistleblowers are
- 18:43Speaker 1: coming forward. I think it needs to be stated just
- 18:45Speaker 1: how brave they are. Yes, they're risking their careers. I
- 18:49Speaker 1: think many of them know that regardless of what the
- 18:51Speaker 1: whistle blower rules say they're supposed to be under this administration,
- 18:55Speaker 1: there's a very good chance their careers are completely going
- 18:58Speaker 1: to be stonewalled, done, put into isolation, taken off the
- 19:02Speaker 1: cases which in their JOPP which has already happened. They're
- 19:05Speaker 1: risking at all to come forward to you, guys.
- 19:07Speaker 3: They are and we've seen and in fact, the House
- 19:10Speaker 3: has put FBI whistleblowers forward who have had their whole
- 19:13Speaker 3: careers destroyed. That these guys, Merrick Garland and the Biden
- 19:18Speaker 3: Justice Department have behaved like vicious partisans. If you cross them,
- 19:23Speaker 3: they will crush you. They will destroy your career, they
- 19:25Speaker 3: will destroy your livelihood. They've done it over and over again.
- 19:28Speaker 3: And I want to walk through some of the specific
- 19:30Speaker 3: allegations these whistleblowers are put forward because they're incredibly damning.
- 19:35Speaker 3: Number One, they have alleged the Justice Department not once,
- 19:37Speaker 3: but twice prevented US Attorney David Weiss from bringing stronger
- 19:43Speaker 3: charges against Hunter Biden. Now, let's be clear if that
- 19:47Speaker 3: is correct, Merrick Garland committed perjury twice. Wow, so that's
- 19:51Speaker 3: what they've alleged. The Justice Department prevented the US Attorney
- 19:55Speaker 3: from bringing stronger charges twice against Hunter Biden. That is
- 20:00Speaker 3: directly contrary to what Merrick Garland testified under Oath number two.
- 20:04Speaker 3: Merrick Garland refused to name a special council in the
- 20:07Speaker 3: tax investigation. Number three, the IRS recommended charges against Hunter
- 20:15Speaker 3: Biden that were not approved by Merrick Garland. So it
- 20:19Speaker 3: wasn't just the US Attorney's office in Delaware saying we
- 20:22Speaker 3: want to bring stronger charges. It was the IRS saying
- 20:25Speaker 3: we want to bring stronger charges. And again, Merrick Garland,
- 20:28Speaker 3: the Department of Justice said no, you can't. Number four.
- 20:34Speaker 3: Then this is a really damning one. The investigation fore
- 20:37Speaker 3: warned Hunter Biden of future searches for materials that could
- 20:42Speaker 3: be used as evidence. So understand this. They're executing search warrants,
- 20:48Speaker 3: they're looking for evidence of a crime, and yet this
- 20:50Speaker 3: administration gave a heads up to Hunter. Hey, here's where
- 20:54Speaker 3: we're going to go search before it happened. By the way,
- 20:58Speaker 3: that's called obstruction of justice. That's why I believe Merrick
- 21:00Speaker 3: Garland needs to be investigated for obstruction of justice because
- 21:04Speaker 3: you don't have the investigators tell the subject to the investigation.
- 21:07Speaker 3: Here's where we're searching for evidence. Hint, hint. If you
- 21:10Speaker 3: have any evidence there, make sure to remove it. Number five,
- 21:15Speaker 3: an assistant Attorney General named Leslie Wolf refused to allow
- 21:19Speaker 3: the investigators to ask about Joe Biden being quote the
- 21:24Speaker 3: big guy. This assistant US attorney needs to testify under oath.
- 21:30Speaker 3: If it is correct that this assistant in the US
- 21:32Speaker 3: attorney told investigators you are not allowed to ask about
- 21:37Speaker 3: Joe Biden being the big guy, well, then that is
- 21:43Speaker 3: directly contrary to what Merrick Garland testified under oath to Congress.
- 21:49Speaker 3: This same assistant US attorney, according to the whistleblowers, told
- 21:54Speaker 3: the investigation team, they could not search Joe Biden's guesthouse
- 21:59Speaker 3: in Delaware, which is where Hunter Biden was living, because
- 22:03Speaker 3: of quote optics. So at this point they're just looking
- 22:08Speaker 3: for well, this would look bad politically for the president,
- 22:10Speaker 3: so never mind we're not really investigating crimes, we're not
- 22:13Speaker 3: following the law. We're making sure we don't do anything
- 22:16Speaker 3: that has bad optics for the president. Another individual, Rob Walker,
- 22:21Speaker 3: who is a Biden family associate, said Joe Biden showed
- 22:25Speaker 3: up at a meeting with cef C, which is a
- 22:28Speaker 3: Chinese energy company closely affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party,
- 22:35Speaker 3: that Biden showed up personally there. They also said that
- 22:44Speaker 3: Hunter Biden demanded in twenty seventeen to be paid by
- 22:50Speaker 3: Chinese businessman Henry Zoo while Joe Biden was sitting next
- 22:56Speaker 3: to him in a room. And hold on to that one,
- 22:59Speaker 3: and we'll come back to that one in a minute.
- 23:02Speaker 3: They also revealed that Hunter Biden, on his tax returned
- 23:06Speaker 3: deducted payments to prostitutes as employees and to sex clubs.
- 23:14Speaker 3: He claimed claimed those were business deductions. They also revealed
- 23:18Speaker 3: that the investigation of Hunter Biden began as an offshoot
- 23:23Speaker 3: into an inquiry into a foreign adult platform. So listen,
- 23:26Speaker 3: there's lots of sordid stuff here, but what is really
- 23:31Speaker 3: sorted is corruption by the president of the United States.
- 23:34Speaker 3: And so I want to go back to the to
- 23:37Speaker 3: the WhatsApp that was sent and this.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Is big breaking news this week for people that may
- 23:42Speaker 1: be miss a verdict. We talked about this. Go back
- 23:44Speaker 1: and listen, but I want to be able to understand
- 23:47Speaker 1: this what's app text. We have a copy of it.
- 23:50Speaker 1: It is Hunter Biden basically shaking down someone demanding it
- 23:55Speaker 1: and using his father saying he's sitting right.
- 23:58Speaker 3: Next to me. We're gonna put it up on this
- 24:00Speaker 3: you can see it on the screen. This is if
- 24:05Speaker 3: you didn't listen to Friday's pod, you should go back
- 24:07Speaker 3: and listen to Friday's pod because it is all about
- 24:10Speaker 3: this smoking gun evidence. This WhatsApp sent by Hunter Biden
- 24:16Speaker 3: to Henry Zoo says as follows. I'm sitting here with
- 24:19Speaker 3: my father and we would like to understand why the
- 24:22Speaker 3: commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that
- 24:26Speaker 3: I would like to resolve this now before it gets
- 24:28Speaker 3: out of hand, and now means tonight, and z if
- 24:33Speaker 3: I get a call or text from anyone involved in
- 24:37Speaker 3: this other than you, Zang or the chairman, I will
- 24:41Speaker 3: make certain that between the man sitting next to me,
- 24:44Speaker 3: in other words, Joe Biden and every person he knows,
- 24:50Speaker 3: and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you
- 24:53Speaker 3: will regret not following my direction. I am sitting here
- 24:57Speaker 3: waiting for the call with my father.
- 25:02Speaker 1: The King, Ben, the big guy.
- 25:04Speaker 3: This is as damning evidence of presidential corruption we've ever seen,
- 25:12Speaker 3: and it's worth remembering what Joe Biden said. Here's what
- 25:19Speaker 3: Joe Biden told the American people about whether he discussed
- 25:22Speaker 3: business dealings with his son or was involved in business
- 25:25Speaker 3: dealings with his son. Oh, I have never discussed with
- 25:28Speaker 3: my son, or my brother or anyone else ending him
- 25:33Speaker 3: to do with their businesses.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Period. That was a lie.
- 25:36Speaker 3: If this WhatsApp is accurate, if this is a real document,
- 25:40Speaker 3: and if Hunter Biden was telling the truth, then Joe
- 25:44Speaker 3: Biden flat out lied, just like Merrick Garland is accused
- 25:47Speaker 3: of perjury. Joe Biden. That wasn't under oath, So that's
- 25:50Speaker 3: not a felony. That was just a lie to the
- 25:52Speaker 3: American people on national television during a presidential campaign. But
- 25:58Speaker 3: if this WhatsApp is jen when, then Joe Biden lied
- 26:02Speaker 3: to the American people. And let me go back to
- 26:04Speaker 3: the whistleblowers because we need to tie these together. The
- 26:07Speaker 3: investigators wanted to obtain location information to confirm that Joe
- 26:16Speaker 3: Biden was in the room with Hunter. So Hunter says,
- 26:20Speaker 3: I'm sitting next to my father. The investigator said, hey,
- 26:22Speaker 3: we can figure that out. Where was Joe Biden at
- 26:25Speaker 3: the time. We know when the webs app was sent,
- 26:27Speaker 3: we know where Hunter was, where was Joe And at
- 26:32Speaker 3: this point it's not clear that the investigators were allowed
- 26:36Speaker 3: to do that. It appears that they may have been
- 26:40Speaker 3: prevented from checking Joe Biden's location data. All of this
- 26:46Speaker 3: piled together, and by the way, that list comes from
- 26:48Speaker 3: a very good article that Breitbart put together of thirteen
- 26:52Speaker 3: ways that this administration stonewalled and blocked investigation based on
- 27:00Speaker 3: the whistleblowers and the point I make. Look, I don't
- 27:05Speaker 3: lightly call for a special counsel to investigate the Attorney
- 27:08Speaker 3: General of the United States for obstruction of justice and
- 27:10Speaker 3: for perjury.
- 27:11Speaker 1: Have you ever called for that to happen against an AG?
- 27:13Speaker 2: No?
- 27:14Speaker 3: Yeah, And given this at this point, the evidence is overwhelming.
- 27:20Speaker 3: And you know Merrick Garland, if he were standing up
- 27:24Speaker 3: saying these are very serious allegations. We need to come
- 27:27Speaker 3: clean with the American people. We need to disclose what happened.
- 27:30Speaker 3: We need each of the individuals who have testified to
- 27:32Speaker 3: tell the American people.
- 27:33Speaker 1: What happened.
- 27:34Speaker 3: We need to clear the air. We need to have
- 27:36Speaker 3: absolute confidence in the Department of Justice. If he was
- 27:39Speaker 3: saying that, that'd be a very different story. But he's not.
- 27:42Speaker 3: He is defiantly saying you can't touch me.
- 27:46Speaker 1: Yeah it is well, also saying that my employees are amazing.
- 27:51Speaker 1: Yet it's his own employees that are whistleblowing on his abusive.
- 27:54Speaker 3: Power because he is so damaging the Department of Justice
- 27:58Speaker 3: and so damaging the air FBI that his own employees
- 28:01Speaker 3: are outraged. And look what it is doing to the
- 28:05Speaker 3: White House. This is a White House press briefing that's
- 28:07Speaker 3: really astonishing.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Watch this.
- 28:10Speaker 4: The House Ways and Means Committee yesterday released documents their
- 28:14Speaker 4: Authenticity Nowhere Challenge that included a July twenty seventeen WhatsApp
- 28:19Speaker 4: message sent by Hunter Biden to Henry Jao.
- 28:24Speaker 3: Here pausters, I guess Communist Party official. So I want
- 28:28Speaker 3: to point out two things right now. Number one, James
- 28:31Speaker 3: Rosen is asking a great question. Terrific journalist, one of
- 28:34Speaker 3: the few journalists still doing journalism today. He points out
- 28:38Speaker 3: the WhatsApp content, it's authenticity nowhere challenged. Listen to that
- 28:44Speaker 3: very carefully because you're going to see. John Kirby doesn't
- 28:46Speaker 3: challenge it either. Nobody has challenged it could be a
- 28:49Speaker 3: defense to say this is pride, this doesn't exist. That
- 28:54Speaker 3: if it's fraudulent, that would be a real defense. But
- 28:56Speaker 3: Rosen said, look, no, one's doubting this thing's real. That
- 28:59Speaker 3: Hunter said exactly this, by the way, exactly the same
- 29:02Speaker 3: as the Hunter Biden laptop. At no point did Hunter
- 29:05Speaker 3: Biden say no, no, no, it's not real. And look at Actually,
- 29:11Speaker 3: I want to rewind and play from the beginning. This
- 29:13Speaker 3: is right at the beginning of this clip. I want
- 29:14Speaker 3: to rewind and play from the beginning. Look at John
- 29:17Speaker 3: Kirby's face when Rosen brings this up, because Kirby looks
- 29:23Speaker 3: to the side, like, get me that hell out of here,
- 29:27Speaker 3: the look of terror.
- 29:28Speaker 1: And he's looking at the White House pre secretary and
- 29:30Speaker 1: her staff.
- 29:30Speaker 3: Yeah, Karine, Jean Pierre.
- 29:32Speaker 1: I don't want a part of this. You guys, ndle
- 29:34Speaker 1: this here. It is. It's amazing.
- 29:36Speaker 4: The House Ways and Means Committee yesterday released documents their
- 29:40Speaker 4: authenticity nowhere challenged. That included a July twenty seventeen WhatsApp
- 29:46Speaker 4: message sent by Hunter Biden to Henry Jao, a Chinese
- 29:51Speaker 4: Communist Party official, which stated in its entirety and I quote,
- 29:57Speaker 4: I am sitting here with my father, and we would
- 30:00Speaker 4: I like to understand why the commitment made has not
- 30:01Speaker 4: been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to
- 30:04Speaker 4: read resolve this now before it gets out of hand,
- 30:07Speaker 4: and now means tonight and zee. If I get a
- 30:09Speaker 4: call or text from anyone involved in this other than
- 30:11Speaker 4: you Xang or the chairman, I will make certain that
- 30:14Speaker 4: between the man sitting next to me and every person
- 30:17Speaker 4: he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge,
- 30:20Speaker 4: that you will regret not following my direction. I am
- 30:24Speaker 4: sitting here waiting for the call with my father unquote.
- 30:27Speaker 4: So just a couple of questions about this. First, does
- 30:31Speaker 4: this not undermine the president's claim during the twenty twenty
- 30:35Speaker 4: campaign and the reaffirmations of that claim by his two
- 30:39Speaker 4: pres secretary since then, that he never once discussed his
- 30:42Speaker 4: son's overseas business dealings with him.
- 30:44Speaker 5: No, and I'm not going to comment further on this, James, James,
- 30:49Speaker 5: let me just let me save you some let me say,
- 30:52Speaker 5: let me say, let me save you some breath. If
- 30:54Speaker 5: you're gonna ask about this I am not addressed. I
- 30:58Speaker 5: know you do more than i'd like you to have.
- 31:00Speaker 5: I am not going to address this issue from this podium.
- 31:03Speaker 5: I'm just not going to do it.
- 31:04Speaker 3: I'm not going to do the president.
- 31:07Speaker 5: Thank you, Thanks guys, have a great weekend in the
- 31:10Speaker 5: father's house.
- 31:11Speaker 1: I mean, you can even see the White House Press
- 31:12Speaker 1: series Luke when she walks like I'm walking into this.
- 31:14Speaker 1: Now your hand, that's over to me.
- 31:16Speaker 3: So I gotta say, when Kirby leaves the podium, I'm
- 31:19Speaker 3: reminded of the great scene in Monty Python run away
- 31:23Speaker 3: right away. Let me ask one question in response to Kirby,
- 31:29Speaker 3: which actually the reporters were calling out, Why the hell not?
- 31:32Speaker 3: He says, I'm not going to answer it. Why not? Yeah,
- 31:34Speaker 3: because it's hard. Oh, you only answer the easy ones.
- 31:38Speaker 3: I'm not gonna answer. We have evidence. And by the way,
- 31:41Speaker 3: this was just put out by the Chairman of the
- 31:42Speaker 3: Ways and Means Committee of the US House of Representative.
- 31:45Speaker 3: This is not some random guy on Twitter. Yeah that
- 31:50Speaker 3: it is the son of the President of the United
- 31:54Speaker 3: States shaking down a Communist Party official for millions of dollars,
- 31:57Speaker 3: invoking his father, saying his father's sit right next to
- 32:00Speaker 3: him and saying, Daddy is gonna punish you if you
- 32:04Speaker 3: don't give me the money, And the White House's response
- 32:07Speaker 3: is I'm not gonna answer it. Why because I don't
- 32:09Speaker 3: want to answer from this podium.
- 32:10Speaker 1: My question is there another podium they will answer this question.
- 32:13Speaker 3: It just I don't want to answer. I don't want
- 32:15Speaker 3: to answer. I mean it, what the hell are you
- 32:18Speaker 3: talking about? There is serious evidence of corruption from the president.
- 32:24Speaker 3: You are giving a press briefing at the White House.
- 32:27Speaker 3: You're not asking about some random thing. And his answer
- 32:30Speaker 3: is just because I don't want to. And in fact,
- 32:32Speaker 3: there's one exchange where Rosen says I have a lot more.
- 32:34Speaker 3: He's like, I know you do a lot more than
- 32:36Speaker 3: I wish you did.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Did.
- 32:37Speaker 3: Yeah, dude, I'm sorry that the administration that you were
- 32:43Speaker 3: willing to be a part of there's mounting evidence of
- 32:49Speaker 3: corruption coming out and the administration is stone walling at
- 32:52Speaker 3: every step. But when you play bag dad Bob and
- 32:56Speaker 3: say no, I'm not gonna answer, not gonn answer, not
- 32:57Speaker 3: gonna answer, there's no basis for not answering. They're not
- 33:01Speaker 3: asking you can I have the nuclear codes that you
- 33:03Speaker 3: could say, I'm not going to answer the national security reason,
- 33:05Speaker 3: I'm not going to tell you the nuclear codes.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Well, it used to be an ongoing investigation with Hunter,
- 33:09Speaker 1: so we're not going to talk about it. Then it
- 33:11Speaker 1: was a personal, private, family matter, so we're not going
- 33:13Speaker 1: to talk about it. There's one part of this that
- 33:16Speaker 1: you could argue you should absolutely have to answer the question.
- 33:19Speaker 1: This is a Chinese This has kind of an overlooked
- 33:21Speaker 1: but it's it's clear.
- 33:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and he's an admiral, right, Kirby is an admiral
- 33:25Speaker 3: who spent most of his career speaking on behalf of
- 33:28Speaker 3: the Department of Defense.
- 33:30Speaker 1: But go ahead, No, you have a Chinese Communist Party
- 33:33Speaker 1: official who's being shaken down by Hunter Biden and his
- 33:37Speaker 1: father is sitting next to him. So the idea that
- 33:39Speaker 1: this could be private or a personal matter, or doesn't
- 33:43Speaker 1: involve the government, or doesn't involve the White House all
- 33:46Speaker 1: should be taken off the table. This is an official
- 33:49Speaker 1: member of the Chinese Communist Party, an official party official.
- 33:52Speaker 3: And Hunter is threatening official retribution from the US government. Yes, so, now,
- 33:58Speaker 3: to be fair at the fair At the time I'm
- 34:00Speaker 3: of the WhatsApp, Joe Biden had just finished being Vice president,
- 34:04Speaker 3: so he was not currently an office holder. He was
- 34:07Speaker 3: simply the immediate past vice president and fixing to be
- 34:11Speaker 3: in a few years the next president. So he had
- 34:14Speaker 3: a lot of levers to pull, but he did not
- 34:16Speaker 3: at that instant have official government powered exercise.
- 34:19Speaker 1: So then this goes back the question when this deal
- 34:22Speaker 1: that was done, when this arrangement between this Chinese Communist
- 34:27Speaker 1: Party official happened, was he then the vice president? Do
- 34:31Speaker 1: we know that timeline? Because the question that should be
- 34:33Speaker 1: answered by the White House.
- 34:36Speaker 3: If the whistleblowers are accurate, then the investigators were not
- 34:39Speaker 3: allowed to ask because they weren't allowed to investigate the
- 34:42Speaker 3: big guy. This is all about We've got our scapegoat.
- 34:45Speaker 3: Our scapegoat is hunter. He's a poor, troubled substance abuse user,
- 34:53Speaker 3: and blame it all on him, but nothing about the
- 34:57Speaker 3: big guy. Protect the big guy, Protect Joe Biden at
- 35:00Speaker 3: all costs. And I got to say, you know what
- 35:03Speaker 3: Merrick Garland said in that press conference, it actually is accurate.
- 35:08Speaker 3: The Department of Justice has a long tradition of integrity,
- 35:11Speaker 3: and integrity is important to the rule of law in America.
- 35:15Speaker 3: I want the Department of Justice to be above reproach.
- 35:18Speaker 3: I want the FBI to be above reproaches. Why I'm
- 35:21Speaker 3: so angry because Merrick Garland knows better. When he lays
- 35:26Speaker 3: down at night, there is a little still voice in
- 35:29Speaker 3: the back of his head that he knows he is
- 35:32Speaker 3: lighting on fire. An institution that has protected the rule
- 35:36Speaker 3: of law, has protected the Constitution, has protected our rights
- 35:42Speaker 3: for decades, and he's doing so. I don't know why
- 35:48Speaker 3: he's doing it.
- 35:49Speaker 1: Is a direction from the President of United States of America,
- 35:52Speaker 1: Or is this he just got so far off the
- 35:55Speaker 1: beaten path of what legally he was supposed to do
- 35:58Speaker 1: in his job that now he doesn't know how to
- 36:00Speaker 1: come back, or is it could be a combination of both.
- 36:03Speaker 3: Look, I genuinely don't know, and I don't want to
- 36:06Speaker 3: play armchair psychologists, although we're sitting in armchairs. Some have
- 36:14Speaker 3: speculated that and when he didn't get the Supreme Court
- 36:17Speaker 3: and when the Senate didn't take it up, that it
- 36:19Speaker 3: just infuriated it. Maybe that list, Maybe that's it. I
- 36:24Speaker 3: don't know. To be honest, I don't know the man.
- 36:27Speaker 3: I have never met Merrick Gardli. I've shaking his hand,
- 36:30Speaker 3: I think once or twice in a hearing room, But
- 36:33Speaker 3: I don't know him when he was up for Attorney general,
- 36:37Speaker 3: he refused to come by the office to meet. It
- 36:39Speaker 3: was COVID, and so he was he was like, no, no, no,
- 36:42Speaker 3: because of COVID, I can't ask hard questions. By the way,
- 36:45Speaker 3: no other attorney general has done that. And the Department
- 36:47Speaker 3: of Justice nominees did that over and over and over again.
- 36:49Speaker 3: They used COVID for the bidens, wasn't it if you
- 36:53Speaker 3: want to hide in the basement, COVID was a fabulous excuse.
- 36:57Speaker 3: So I'm sitting here. He he behaves as if he
- 37:02Speaker 3: is utterly unaccountable to anyone. And to be honest, that's
- 37:07Speaker 3: the same way the White House is behaving, John Kirby.
- 37:12Speaker 3: They're what possible basis. It's not a basis at a
- 37:15Speaker 3: press conference to say I'm not going to answer your
- 37:18Speaker 3: question because the answer would make me look really bad.
- 37:21Speaker 3: I don't want to because it's bad for the president.
- 37:23Speaker 3: And so no, thank you, Like that's what he said. Yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 3: not here are the facts. Not these are serious allegations,
- 37:32Speaker 3: not the WhatsApps falls, not not anything. It's just I'm
- 37:38Speaker 3: not going to tell you now that's from this podium,
- 37:43Speaker 3: from this.
- 37:43Speaker 1: Podium or the other podium yeah, I'm just I want
- 37:45Speaker 1: to find the other podium where he would ever answer
- 37:47Speaker 1: this question. I don't think it'll ever happen. And that's
- 37:50Speaker 1: where you have to those questions answer. My question for
- 37:53Speaker 1: you is this what moves and what happens next when
- 37:58Speaker 1: it comes to Congress dealing with him? If more comes
- 38:01Speaker 1: out that the line, and before you answer that, I
- 38:02Speaker 1: want to tell you about our friends at Patriot Mobile.
- 38:04Speaker 1: If you are sick and tired of giving your money
- 38:07Speaker 1: to woke companies and you want to give your money
- 38:10Speaker 1: to companies that actually align with your values, one great
- 38:13Speaker 1: way to do it is with your cell phone. Now,
- 38:15Speaker 1: you may not realize the Big Mobile has been giving
- 38:17Speaker 1: money for years. We're talking about millions and millions of
- 38:20Speaker 1: dollars to hardcore leftist organizations and include Planned Parenthood. That's
- 38:25Speaker 1: where Patriot Mobile comes in. Not only the only conservative
- 38:29Speaker 1: Christian conservative phone coming in the US, but they give
- 38:31Speaker 1: you amazing coverage. You can keep your same cell phone number,
- 38:35Speaker 1: you can keep your same cell phone you have right now,
- 38:37Speaker 1: or upgrade to a new one. And when you pay
- 38:39Speaker 1: your bill every month, a percentage of that bill goes
- 38:42Speaker 1: back to support the causes that you want to stand
- 38:45Speaker 1: with we're talking about the First and Second Amendment rights.
- 38:47Speaker 1: We're talking about standing up for unborn children, helping with adoptions,
- 38:51Speaker 1: and standing with our veterans and our first responders and
- 38:54Speaker 1: our police. Check out Patriot Mobile. Give your money to
- 38:57Speaker 1: a company that is aligned with what you believe inven
- 39:01Speaker 1: eight seven eight Patriots. The number that's eight seven eight Patriot,
- 39:04Speaker 1: that's age seven to eight Patriot or Patriot mobile dot com,
- 39:09Speaker 1: slash verdict Patriot mobile dot com slash verdict Center. Moving
- 39:14Speaker 1: forward with Garland, Clearly the pew that work for him
- 39:18Speaker 1: have had enough of him. They think he's lied. They're
- 39:20Speaker 1: coming forward and whistleblowing on him and talking about how
- 39:23Speaker 1: they're not allowed to do their jobs, which for them,
- 39:26Speaker 1: I think is absolutely nonpartisan. They just want to do
- 39:30Speaker 1: their job and do it. The lost says that's why
- 39:33Speaker 1: they're coming for it. It's not a Republican that says
- 39:35Speaker 1: I'm a Republican to hear me out. These are people
- 39:37Speaker 1: that just want to do their job and go where
- 39:39Speaker 1: the evidence would allow him to go. And he's throwing
- 39:41Speaker 1: a wall and saying you can't go there, and they
- 39:43Speaker 1: go this way and they go you can't go there,
- 39:45Speaker 1: it's amaze that never ends. So if this keeps mounting
- 39:48Speaker 1: against him, where does this move with Congress next?
- 39:51Speaker 3: Look, it's going to continue to be the House of
- 39:53Speaker 3: Representatives that drives this. We've now got multiple committees that
- 39:57Speaker 3: are investigating. We've got the Ways It Means Committee, We've
- 40:00Speaker 3: got the Oversight Committee where the Judiciary Committee, they're going
- 40:03Speaker 3: after and investigating, and they need to keep driving this
- 40:05Speaker 3: because the Senate doesn't care. I'm going to press the
- 40:09Speaker 3: Senate Judiciary Committee to do something on it, and that
- 40:11Speaker 3: will not succeed because Dick Durbin doesn't care. There is
- 40:15Speaker 3: not a single Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committe who
- 40:17Speaker 3: gives a flip. They haven't asked a question about it. WhatsApp.
- 40:22Speaker 3: I promise you you're going to see me in the
- 40:24Speaker 3: Senate Judiciary Committee with the poster board of this WhatsApp
- 40:27Speaker 3: behind me, and I'm going to ask the Democrats about it,
- 40:29Speaker 3: and they're not going to respond. Their response is going
- 40:32Speaker 3: to be John Kirby's I'm not going to answer that,
- 40:34Speaker 3: but it's actually going to be better than John Kirby.
- 40:35Speaker 3: They're simply sin since they're not actually at a podium
- 40:38Speaker 3: at a press conference. They'll just ignore it. They'll just
- 40:40Speaker 3: be like, oh look, look squirrel. Yeah, they'll they'll just
- 40:44Speaker 3: talk about something totally different. They are willing. It doesn't
- 40:49Speaker 3: matter what evidence there is about Joe Biden, they don't
- 40:53Speaker 3: want to talk about it. An interesting question is does
- 40:57Speaker 3: there come a point where the corporate media has to
- 40:59Speaker 3: out I will tell you, for a long time, Hunter
- 41:03Speaker 3: Biden laptop, all this stuff the corporate media ignored. I
- 41:07Speaker 3: will say as I was flying back to Texas, the
- 41:13Speaker 3: I think it was NBC News was on the TV
- 41:16Speaker 3: and the airport and they were suddenly covering on the
- 41:20Speaker 3: six o'clock news whistleblowers with allegations of misconduct at the
- 41:26Speaker 3: Department of Justice. And it was the first time I
- 41:29Speaker 3: had seen the corporate media start to cover this. If
- 41:33Speaker 3: that starts to happen more, that's a big deal. If
- 41:36Speaker 3: you look at Watergate, if you look at when Richard
- 41:39Speaker 3: Nixon started to go down, they're different pieces. One of
- 41:43Speaker 3: the pieces has to be a Democrat flipping with Nick.
- 41:47Speaker 3: Yet that hadn't happened yet, and we're nowhere close. With Nixon,
- 41:50Speaker 3: lots of Republicans flipped, which ultimately took him down. But
- 41:54Speaker 3: the corporate media has to decide to do their job
- 41:56Speaker 3: and actually cover these facts. Right now, what they do
- 42:00Speaker 3: almost every waking moment is scream Trump Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump,
- 42:03Speaker 3: Trump Trump. They don't want to talk about this. This
- 42:06Speaker 3: is getting so bad. Uh that may change.
