- 0:01Speaker 1: We got to start with the big news, and that
- 0:03Speaker 1: is Jake Tapper set down with Meghan Kelly to talk
- 0:07Speaker 1: about this new book. And let me just tell you,
- 0:11Speaker 1: it was hysterical to watch him squirm when Meghan Kelly
- 0:15Speaker 1: nailed him to the wall about his participation and complicity
- 0:20Speaker 1: in the Biden cover up. The same guy now making
- 0:24Speaker 1: money off of a book about the big lie, right,
- 0:28Speaker 1: this massive lie that was told. And it's like, dude,
- 0:31Speaker 1: you were literally a part of it. You shut down
- 0:34Speaker 1: people when they brought up the cognitive decline of Joe Biden,
- 0:37Speaker 1: and you're now trying to act like you're a truth
- 0:40Speaker 1: teller after the guy's.
- 0:41Speaker 2: Already out of office.
- 0:43Speaker 1: I'm going to play for you longer segments because I
- 0:45Speaker 1: want you to hear this conversation and I want you
- 0:48Speaker 1: to understand something about Jake. And I think this is
- 0:51Speaker 1: the part that you that I do want you to
- 0:53Speaker 1: have context for as you're listening. Jake Tapper is extremely sanctimonious.
- 0:57Speaker 1: When I worked with him for seven years at CNN,
- 0:59Speaker 1: he thank he's some sort of God's gift to journalism,
- 1:02Speaker 1: that he's above reproach, he's better than everybody else, And
- 1:05Speaker 1: when he gets nailed on these issues. He's like, well,
- 1:08Speaker 1: I've already I've already asked for I've already apologized for this,
- 1:11Speaker 1: I've already talked to Laura Trump for the way that
- 1:13Speaker 1: I talked to her on my show. And I'm just
- 1:16Speaker 1: here trying to get out the facts now with my
- 1:18Speaker 1: book original sins like it is just like I could
- 1:22Speaker 1: throw up over the self righteousness in this interview, but
- 1:26Speaker 1: I want you to hear it, because this is how
- 1:28Speaker 1: the media gets away with it. They rewrite history of
- 1:31Speaker 1: what they actually did for years as a state sponsored
- 1:34Speaker 1: media individual and they sold you any lie the White
- 1:39Speaker 1: House see them to sell, and then when the house
- 1:41Speaker 1: comes crashing down, they're like, let's do real reporting now.
- 1:44Speaker 1: So with that being set, take a listen to Megan
- 1:47Speaker 1: Kelly Jake Tapper talking on this issue.
- 1:50Speaker 3: Jake, the criticism has been that you're complaining about a
- 1:53Speaker 3: cover up about Joe Biden's mental acuity that failed. That
- 1:58Speaker 3: right wing pundit saw, the right wing in general saw
- 2:01Speaker 3: that independent media saw and reported on, and that was
- 2:06Speaker 3: no mystery even to left wing and so called mainstream
- 2:09Speaker 3: reporters who were not fooled but chose willful blindness instead
- 2:14Speaker 3: of honest reporting and that you were part of it.
- 2:18Speaker 2: How do you respond.
- 2:20Speaker 4: It's a tough and fair question. I would say that
- 2:26Speaker 4: Alex and I after election day interviewed more than two
- 2:30Speaker 4: hundred people, two hundred mostly Democratic insiders, and all these
- 2:34Speaker 4: interviews where almost all of these interviews were after the election,
- 2:38Speaker 4: and they justified to themselves what they had done in
- 2:43Speaker 4: terms of misrepresenting how the president was not just to
- 2:48Speaker 4: me and Alex and other reporters, but also just to
- 2:51Speaker 4: each other and to the world and to Democrats into
- 2:54Speaker 4: the cabinet, etc. By saying that there was this existential
- 2:57Speaker 4: threat of Donald Trump, and only Joe Biden could be
- 2:59Speaker 4: Donald Trump, and that just to fight everything in their minds,
- 3:02Speaker 4: after that existential threat was over, because the election was
- 3:05Speaker 4: over and Donald Trump one they were.
- 3:07Speaker 5: We found Alex and myself.
- 3:10Speaker 4: Remarkably willing to talk to us, either off the record
- 3:13Speaker 4: or on background or in some cases on the record
- 3:15Speaker 4: about what they saw.
- 3:18Speaker 5: One of the things that emerged was that there were
- 3:21Speaker 5: two Bidens.
- 3:22Speaker 4: One was the fine Biden, serviceable, adequate, and the other
- 3:27Speaker 4: one was a non functioning Biden. And that's the one
- 3:30Speaker 4: we saw the night of the debate and that's the
- 3:32Speaker 4: one we saw some clips up here and there that
- 3:34Speaker 4: you just showed, And that non functioning Biden, the one
- 3:37Speaker 4: that lost his train of thought in a significant way,
- 3:40Speaker 4: not in the way just that every human loses their
- 3:43Speaker 4: train of thought, but in a way that shows that
- 3:45Speaker 4: he's having trouble articulating his very views. And the one
- 3:49Speaker 4: who forgot the name of close aids, who was not
- 3:54Speaker 4: able to come up with George Clooney's name, didn't seem
- 3:56Speaker 4: to recognize him. All that sort of thing that functioning
- 4:00Speaker 4: Biden was, according to our reporting, showed up as far
- 4:05Speaker 4: back as twenty fifteen after the death of Bo, where
- 4:08Speaker 4: one top aid said that that tragedy, the loss of
- 4:12Speaker 4: Bo was like watching somebody pour water on sand. That
- 4:16Speaker 4: was the effect on his psyche. And there were other
- 4:19Speaker 4: moments twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen. You hear some the her report.
- 4:22Speaker 4: One of the reasons he came to that conclusion was
- 4:24Speaker 4: because of the recordings they heard of Joe Biden in
- 4:27Speaker 4: twenty seventeen talking to his ghostwriter, in which he was
- 4:30Speaker 4: similarly inclined. Obviously, in twenty nineteen, twenty twenty, there were
- 4:34Speaker 4: other moments like that. Most of his campaign staff and
- 4:36Speaker 4: others would say that he's Look, he's seventy eight, he's
- 4:39Speaker 4: seventy nine, he has senior moments.
- 4:41Speaker 5: But he's fine, he's fine, he's fine. Well, he wasn't fine.
- 4:44Speaker 4: And throughout his presidency, that non functioning Biden would show
- 4:51Speaker 4: up more and more and more, and he was worse
- 4:53Speaker 4: and worse and worse, really deteriorating tremendously. The next time
- 4:59Speaker 4: the it was a really horrible family incident, which was
- 5:03Speaker 4: when Hunter Biden's plea deal fell apart in the summer
- 5:06Speaker 4: of twenty twenty three, and then obviously in June he
- 5:08Speaker 4: was convicted, and the thought the fear of losing his son,
- 5:13Speaker 4: not to jail, but maybe to another to a relapse,
- 5:16Speaker 4: to an overdose, to a suicide, who knows, was a
- 5:18Speaker 4: very real fear, and.
- 5:20Speaker 5: The threat of losing a third child.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Really just diminished him tremendously, according to top Ags. So
- 5:28Speaker 4: all of which is to say that this was a deterioration.
- 5:32Speaker 5: This was a progression.
- 5:34Speaker 4: And look, knowing what I know now, obviously I feel
- 5:40Speaker 4: tremendous humility about my coverage that Laura Trump interviewed, for example,
- 5:46Speaker 4: et cetera. She saw something, she saw something that I
- 5:50Speaker 4: did not see at the time one hundred percent, and
- 5:54Speaker 4: I own that I did ask jobout by.
- 5:56Speaker 2: The way, just pause there.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This is the sanctimonious Jake Tapper that is just exhausting
- 6:01Speaker 1: to me. He's like, she saw something that at the
- 6:04Speaker 1: time that I did not see. What are you joking?
- 6:08Speaker 1: Everybody saw it. You just didn't want to believe it.
- 6:12Speaker 1: In fact, I don't. There's one thing about Jake Tapper
- 6:14Speaker 1: that I want to be queer about. I actually think
- 6:16Speaker 1: Jake Tapper is extremely smart. I think he's a really
- 6:19Speaker 1: good at lying to you about this one. And the
- 6:22Speaker 1: idea that he didn't see the cognitive decline, it would
- 6:24Speaker 1: mean that he's an incredibly stupid person, because only a
- 6:27Speaker 1: dumb person would not be able to see it. He
- 6:29Speaker 1: saw it, but he didn't want Donald Trump to win,
- 6:32Speaker 1: and so he decided I'm going to look the other way.
- 6:36Speaker 1: And now he's like, well, she saw something that I
- 6:38Speaker 1: didn't see.
- 6:39Speaker 2: Are you kidding me?
- 6:40Speaker 1: Like, like, give me a break, Like that is total crap.
- 6:47Speaker 2: Jake Tapper, by the.
- 6:48Speaker 1: Way, way too sanctimonious to actually believe this. And this
- 6:52Speaker 1: is his out right well, it wasn't that I was
- 6:55Speaker 1: covering it up. It's just that I didn't see it, right,
- 6:58Speaker 1: it was just that I didn't notice it.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Part No, you noticed it. I don't believe that you didn't.
- 7:04Speaker 1: I think you're lying to us, and now you're trying
- 7:08Speaker 1: to profit and make a and sell books off of a.
- 7:11Speaker 2: Lie that you were a part of. Keep listening.
- 7:15Speaker 4: To be transparent about his health records in an interview
- 7:17Speaker 4: in twenty twenty, I did ask him about the fact
- 7:19Speaker 4: that voters, but then he was I thought that he
- 7:22Speaker 4: was not transparent at all.
- 7:23Speaker 3: Now, he promised you that he would be transparent about
- 7:25Speaker 3: his health records, and then he wasn't. And when you
- 7:26Speaker 3: sat with him again, including one month, including one month
- 7:30Speaker 3: after the Jackie Willorski thing, you didn't ask him about it.
- 7:33Speaker 3: You didn't follow up on the fact that he was
- 7:35Speaker 3: falling up the stairs, that he was losing his train
- 7:38Speaker 3: of thought regularly, that he was slurring, that he was incomprehensible,
- 7:41Speaker 3: that he was getting lost on the White House lawn.
- 7:43Speaker 3: You sat right across from him, and you asked none
- 7:45Speaker 3: of that, notwithstanding the fact that he had promised you
- 7:48Speaker 3: he would be fully transparent about his health issues.
- 7:51Speaker 1: By the way, this is Megan Kelly, which he just
- 7:53Speaker 1: says exactly what I was saying, Like, you had an
- 7:55Speaker 1: opportunity after you saw this, and you still didn't do
- 7:58Speaker 1: jack crap about it. You saw it all and you
- 8:01Speaker 1: chose not to do it. And then listen to this
- 8:04Speaker 1: BS answer from Jake.
- 8:07Speaker 5: That's true.
- 8:09Speaker 4: But I did ask him about his age and the
- 8:11Speaker 4: fact that the American people had concluded that even though
- 8:14Speaker 4: he said whenever anybody brought up the subject of his age,
- 8:17Speaker 4: watched me, and I said, yes, they're watching you, and
- 8:20Speaker 4: they are concerned.
- 8:21Speaker 5: That you get too old for this job.
- 8:22Speaker 2: You know as well as I do that.
- 8:25Speaker 3: There's a way of you can say, hey, there's this
- 8:28Speaker 3: poll on your age, or you could say you just
- 8:31Speaker 3: forgot that Jackie Woolarski was dead.
- 8:35Speaker 2: You asked where she.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Was moments after watching a videotape tribute to her. You
- 8:41Speaker 3: lowered the flags at the White House after she died.
- 8:45Speaker 3: This happened thirteen days before you sat with him. There
- 8:48Speaker 3: is a way of pressing a man like that on
- 8:50Speaker 3: the actual infirmities to bring it home to him and
- 8:53Speaker 3: to the audience. And you didn't do it.
- 8:55Speaker 1: And you didn't do it, And she's exactly right, And
- 8:59Speaker 1: that's exactly why Jake Tapper deserves this type of criticism
- 9:02Speaker 1: for again now making money off of a book that
- 9:05Speaker 1: he is saying, Oh, well, I didn't see it beforehand.
- 9:08Speaker 1: You didn't see it beforehand, Like, what the hell are
- 9:10Speaker 1: you talking about? You didn't see it before now? I
- 9:11Speaker 1: just didn't see it. I just didn't see it at all.
- 9:14Speaker 1: I had no idea this was going on. And she
- 9:17Speaker 1: saw it before I saw it, referring to Laura Trump,
- 9:20Speaker 1: and so you know, I call and apologize to her.
- 9:22Speaker 2: So everything's good. Now, everything's totally fine.
- 9:25Speaker 1: Now.
- 9:25Speaker 2: Nothing to see here, nothing wrong here? Are you kidding?
- 9:28Speaker 2: Let me tell you about Patriot Mobile real quick.
- 9:31Speaker 1: If you've got a cell phone and your cell phone
- 9:34Speaker 1: is not with Patriot Mobile, then the question I got
- 9:36Speaker 1: to ask you is why why have you not made
- 9:40Speaker 1: the switch? Well, you should make the switch. And the
- 9:43Speaker 1: deal is really easy. You get cutting edge technology. Switching
- 9:47Speaker 1: has never been easier. There's no store visits, no hassles.
- 9:51Speaker 1: You get to keep your same phone ever you have
- 9:53Speaker 1: right now. You get to keep your same phone you've
- 9:54Speaker 1: got now or upgrade to a new one. And they
- 9:57Speaker 1: have a one hundred percent US based team that can
- 10:00Speaker 1: activate you literally in minutes. The other thing that I
- 10:03Speaker 1: love about Patriot Mobile is this they have access to
- 10:06Speaker 1: all three major networks, meaning you get exceptional nationwide coverage.
- 10:11Speaker 1: I use Patriot Mobile and half for years. They can
- 10:14Speaker 1: even put a second number on a different network on
- 10:18Speaker 1: your phone. It's like carrying two phones in one. You
- 10:21Speaker 1: can have a work number and a personal number. It's amazing.
- 10:25Speaker 1: They have unlimited data plans, mobile hotspots, international roaming, Internet
- 10:30Speaker 1: on the go devices, and home internet backup as well.
- 10:34Speaker 1: You can get all of this from Patriot Mobile. So
- 10:38Speaker 1: why are you waiting? Make the switch today? And by
- 10:41Speaker 1: the way, when you pay your bill, you know that
- 10:44Speaker 1: about five percent of that bill every month is going
- 10:46Speaker 1: back to support conservative causes. Causes that stand for our
- 10:50Speaker 1: First and or Second Amendment rights, the rights of unborn children,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and they stand with our veterans, our first responders, our
- 10:57Speaker 1: police and firemen, are EMTs and are wounded warriors. So
- 11:01Speaker 1: make a difference with every call you make. So right now,
- 11:04Speaker 1: go to Patriotmobile dot com, slash ferguson or call them
- 11:09Speaker 1: ninety seven to two Patriot You're gonna get a free
- 11:12Speaker 1: month of service with a promo code Ferguson, So switch
- 11:15Speaker 1: to Patriot Mobile and make a difference with every call
- 11:18Speaker 1: you make Patriot mobile dot com slash Ferguson or nine
- 11:22Speaker 1: seven to two Patriot. Let's go back, by the way
- 11:25Speaker 1: to the point that I think is really important in
- 11:27Speaker 1: this interview, and that is where Meghan Kelly asked Tapper
- 11:31Speaker 1: about his twenty twenty interview with Laura Trump, dismissing her
- 11:36Speaker 1: mentioning Joe Biden's cognitive decline, and Jake's like, well, she
- 11:40Speaker 1: saw something that I didn't see yet, Like, spare me
- 11:44Speaker 1: the crap. You saw it, and you wanted Joe Biden
- 11:47Speaker 1: to win because you're a hardcore lefty and your state
- 11:50Speaker 1: sponsor media, and you didn't want to admit the truth.
- 11:52Speaker 2: And here's part of that back and forth.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Listen, do you want to apologize to Laura Trump?
- 11:56Speaker 5: Now I've already pologized her. I called him months ago.
- 12:01Speaker 3: And what does she say?
- 12:04Speaker 4: I mean, I don't want to disclose the contents of
- 12:06Speaker 4: a private conversation, but I thought the conversation went well,
- 12:09Speaker 4: And she said she has said this publicly, so I feel.
- 12:13Speaker 5: Fine sharing it.
- 12:14Speaker 4: She said that she would never mock anybody stutter, but
- 12:16Speaker 4: I mean, I you know, after we did the research
- 12:19Speaker 4: for this book and I realized how bad his acuity
- 12:23Speaker 4: issues were. Like I mean, I called Laura Trump and
- 12:30Speaker 4: I said, you were you were right.
- 12:33Speaker 2: She was totally right.
- 12:34Speaker 3: That's the thing because when I watched that clip, and
- 12:37Speaker 3: I'm giving voice to what a lot of people watching
- 12:39Speaker 3: the show are feeling, Jake, I feel angry because she
- 12:42Speaker 3: was right, and not only did you not allow her
- 12:45Speaker 3: to make her comments, but you seem to try to
- 12:48Speaker 3: humiliate her. You had a hostility toward the position. But
- 12:52Speaker 3: she was totally right, and then you lectured her on
- 12:55Speaker 3: how she was in no position to diagnose cognitive decline,
- 12:59Speaker 3: which you guys do at length, including on page four
- 13:04Speaker 3: of your book. You described at length his cognitive decline,
- 13:07Speaker 3: which is all she tried to do with you. But
- 13:09Speaker 3: you had such a visceral reaction to her. And my
- 13:12Speaker 3: feeling is that's because you didn't want to hear it.
- 13:15Speaker 4: Now, I mean, if we can, I'm happy to talk
- 13:18Speaker 4: about this. I didn't come here thinking that you weren't
- 13:20Speaker 4: going to ask me about this. I'm happy to talk
- 13:21Speaker 4: to you about it. The first time I saw the
- 13:24Speaker 4: coverage of Laura Trump's comments, which were interpreted as her
- 13:29Speaker 4: mocking Joe Biden. Stutter was in January twenty twenty. I
- 13:34Speaker 4: read it in conservative media. I read it in the
- 13:36Speaker 4: Daily Mail, and that's where I saw that her comments
- 13:41Speaker 4: were being interpreted that way. After those comments were publicized,
- 13:47Speaker 4: it got a lot of coverage, and Sully Sullenberger wrote
- 13:50Speaker 4: an op ed in The New York Times criticizing her
- 13:54Speaker 4: about this. So that's the context for that. That I
- 14:01Speaker 4: was following up on a story that had been out
- 14:05Speaker 4: there months before. This is also in the context of
- 14:07Speaker 4: October twenty twenty, a very intense time. People on the
- 14:11Speaker 4: Biden side are saying crazy things about Trump. People on
- 14:14Speaker 4: the Trump side are saying crazy things about Biden, including
- 14:17Speaker 4: Don Junior suggesting that Joe Biden is a pedophile. So
- 14:21Speaker 4: that is the larger context. But as I said, her
- 14:24Speaker 4: comments have aged well, My comments have aged poorly.
- 14:29Speaker 5: I own that.
- 14:31Speaker 2: I own that. So that's your get out of jail
- 14:34Speaker 2: free card.
- 14:34Speaker 1: Now, I own that. I understand that they have not
- 14:37Speaker 1: aged well. No, it's not an issue of aging well, Jake.
- 14:41Speaker 1: It's the issue that you lied to the American people
- 14:45Speaker 1: over and over again, and you trashed anyone. Okay, anyone
- 14:51Speaker 1: who dared ask a basic question like that's the difference here.
- 14:57Speaker 1: If you asked the question about Donald Trump, you were
- 15:01Speaker 1: basically persona and on grown up. By the way, I
- 15:03Speaker 1: was told when I worked at SENA during the time
- 15:05Speaker 1: that I was quote not allowed to bring it up
- 15:08Speaker 1: on the air speculating about Joe Biden's cognitcline, that is,
- 15:13Speaker 1: while I was at CNN. So this idea that this
- 15:17Speaker 1: was somehow a oops here and he owns it. No,
- 15:21Speaker 1: you worked for a network, all right, that said, we
- 15:27Speaker 1: are going to cover it up.
- 15:28Speaker 2: We are not going to cover it.
- 15:31Speaker 1: We are going to be quiet, we are going to
- 15:34Speaker 1: be silent, we are going to shut up on this,
- 15:37Speaker 1: which which again goes back to something else I think
- 15:41Speaker 1: is really important, and that is this montage of Jake Tapper.
- 15:47Speaker 2: So you gotta look at what he just said.
- 15:50Speaker 1: So let me play for you this montage Jake Tappers
- 15:52Speaker 1: in it, and also other members of the media as
- 15:55Speaker 1: they made it very clear you cannot go on TV
- 15:58Speaker 1: and even question the president une s America's cognitive declined
- 16:01Speaker 1: Joe Biden, And it's the same Jake Tapper, Now that's
- 16:03Speaker 1: going to tell you, Oh, well, I just didn't see
- 16:05Speaker 1: it as quickly as Laura Trump did. So I wasn't
- 16:08Speaker 1: really trying to lie the American people or mislead you.
- 16:10Speaker 2: No, I I just wasn't there yet. And that's my fault, your.
- 16:14Speaker 6: Tape right now, because I'm about to tell you the
- 16:16Speaker 6: truth and f you if you can't handle the truth.
- 16:20Speaker 6: This version of Biden is the best Biden ever he
- 16:26Speaker 6: knows so long as in fact, I think he's better
- 16:30Speaker 6: than he's ever been president.
- 16:32Speaker 7: Biden has a photographic memory, his understanding and mastery of
- 16:36Speaker 7: a complicated geopolitical situation remarkable.
- 16:40Speaker 8: He is sharp, intensely probing and detail oriented and focused.
- 16:46Speaker 5: Jackie you here, where's Jackie? I think be here.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I was sitting, you know, a two feet from him
- 16:53Speaker 1: across the.
- 16:54Speaker 2: Table, and he was, you know, intense.
- 16:57Speaker 6: That trouble walking sometimes, Yeah, so did that be he
- 17:00Speaker 6: wanted gd war?
- 17:01Speaker 5: But he's totally focused. He's very sharp.
- 17:03Speaker 6: They say he's sharpened meetings and so on, very lucid will,
- 17:07Speaker 6: very well done for him.
- 17:08Speaker 5: Biden's stately. He comes with gravitas.
- 17:10Speaker 8: There hasn't been, as far as I know, a single
- 17:13Speaker 8: claim that Biden made a mistake. Agism is an issue
- 17:18Speaker 8: Americans have a rich history of holding people's physical characteristics
- 17:22Speaker 8: against them.
- 17:23Speaker 2: Okay, you can ask African.
- 17:24Speaker 9: Americans he's older, that doesn't mean that he is unfit.
- 17:28Speaker 10: And there's a lot of ages in there.
- 17:30Speaker 8: Now, this age attack, this obsession by the right, Joe
- 17:33Speaker 8: Biden may not be able to speak for himself the
- 17:35Speaker 8: way that he used to.
- 17:36Speaker 6: They want to to take on government if we get
- 17:39Speaker 6: out of line, which they're talking on again about and
- 17:43Speaker 6: him lying around.
- 17:44Speaker 2: I think people should be speaking up for Joe Biden.
- 17:47Speaker 8: Americans and reporters in the media are just judging him
- 17:50Speaker 8: by a physical appearance, and it's for the unfair.
- 17:53Speaker 5: Age is an ascent.
- 17:55Speaker 3: He showed exactly how with it he is.
- 17:58Speaker 7: The flip side of this point is that he has
- 17:59Speaker 7: a tremendous amount of wisdom and experience.
- 18:02Speaker 4: Have you heard any concerns from anyone who has met
- 18:06Speaker 4: with President Biden about him seeming a little slower?
- 18:10Speaker 6: Now more wild speculation from a bunch of people who
- 18:13Speaker 6: have probably never been in a room with Joe Biden
- 18:15Speaker 6: and certainly don't have medical degrees that.
- 18:16Speaker 2: I'm aware of.
- 18:17Speaker 6: If you don't get paid for performance to be president,
- 18:20Speaker 6: you don't The job is not a job of endurance.
- 18:23Speaker 9: I don't see Donald Trump out by writing like Joe Biden.
- 18:26Speaker 2: It's the Hillary's email.
- 18:28Speaker 3: All they have is that he's a he can clear
- 18:30Speaker 3: a dementia bar and that's probably a win.
- 18:33Speaker 4: The media are not fair, and they're getting less and
- 18:36Speaker 4: less fair, and things are frightening. You have Wall Street
- 18:40Speaker 4: Journal running a horribly sourced.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Piece saying that Biden is unfair if.
- 18:44Speaker 3: You'll be as Wall Street General report about the president's acuity.
- 18:47Speaker 4: Shoddy story by the Wall Street Journal questioning Biden's mental fitness.
- 18:52Speaker 6: Wall Street Journal story had a lot of flaws, as
- 18:54Speaker 6: you said.
- 18:55Speaker 8: But Sinclair, they didn't do any original reporting, they didn't follow.
- 18:58Speaker 2: Up, they didn't do any work.
- 19:00Speaker 6: To day is hersh Golbert Poland still he is not
- 19:05Speaker 6: here with this, but he's still being held by a mind.
- 19:07Speaker 9: But a huge part of the Mulla report talks about
- 19:10Speaker 9: Russian disinformation tactics, and one of the things this election
- 19:14Speaker 9: cycle is that Joe Biden is too old to lead,
- 19:16Speaker 9: and so everyone is seizing upon this and it is
- 19:19Speaker 9: a classic disinformation tactic. And I think the best thing
- 19:21Speaker 9: that we can do is to prepare the American people
- 19:24Speaker 9: for this false narrative.
- 19:27Speaker 1: This was part of the cover up of the lie.
- 19:30Speaker 1: They knew that he was a problem, and the media
- 19:34Speaker 1: kept saying, don't believe your lying eyes.
- 19:37Speaker 2: Whatever you do, do not believe.
- 19:41Speaker 1: That he is actually floundering, because there's no way that
- 19:45Speaker 1: Joe Biden could be floundering. His mind is perfect, he
- 19:49Speaker 1: is amazing.
- 19:50Speaker 6: Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
- 19:52Speaker 6: you the truth, and few if you can't handle the truth,
- 19:56Speaker 6: this version.
- 19:58Speaker 5: Of Biden is the best Biden ever.
- 20:01Speaker 1: That was a lie. They all knew that it was
- 20:05Speaker 1: a lie. Jake Tapper knew that it was a lie.
- 20:09Speaker 1: And now they're like, all right, we want to redo,
- 20:12Speaker 1: we want to change this a little bit.
- 20:13Speaker 2: We want to say we're sorry.
- 20:15Speaker 1: Oh, and we're gonna missell a book now and we're
- 20:17Speaker 1: gonna make some money off this book. And it's going
- 20:20Speaker 1: to be amazing, and we're really excited about all the
- 20:23Speaker 1: money that we're going to make off of this book.
- 20:26Speaker 1: And we're going to tell you that we're looking backwards
- 20:28Speaker 1: and we're you know, well, I just wasn't there yet.
- 20:30Speaker 1: I didn't see it yet. I don't believe Jake Tapper
- 20:34Speaker 1: is stupid. I don't believe that Jake Tapper is incompetent.
- 20:38Speaker 1: I don't believe that Jake Tapper is an idiot, all right.
- 20:41Speaker 1: I don't believe Jake Tapper's a dumb a. I believe
- 20:44Speaker 1: that Jake Tapper is a very intellectual, very smart individual
- 20:48Speaker 1: that is now lying to you hoping that you're going
- 20:50Speaker 1: to go buy his book and that he's going to
- 20:52Speaker 1: get a get a jail free card for deliberately covering
- 20:56Speaker 1: up that we had a president units It's America that
- 20:58Speaker 1: actually was not running the country.
- 21:02Speaker 6: All right.
- 21:02Speaker 1: I want to move on to another big issue, and
- 21:04Speaker 1: that is what's going on with border security. As many
- 21:08Speaker 1: of you know, Senator Ted Cruz and I do a
- 21:10Speaker 1: show together called Verdict with Ted Cruz, and we set
- 21:13Speaker 1: down with Tom Homan and asked him about what's happening
- 21:16Speaker 1: at the border now. We also asked him about sanctuary
- 21:19Speaker 1: cities and the fetnel crisis in this country, as well
- 21:22Speaker 1: as Democrats that are defending at all costs illegal immigrants.
- 21:27Speaker 2: Here is part of that conversation.
- 21:30Speaker 1: You mentioned budget a moment ago, and how important it
- 21:32Speaker 1: is to have the budget for you guys to continue
- 21:35Speaker 1: your job explain for everyone listening, is that referencing that
- 21:38Speaker 1: the big beautiful bill and what is in there that
- 21:41Speaker 1: you need so much to continue to do your job
- 21:44Speaker 1: at the border.
- 21:45Speaker 10: Well, we want to make the border secure permanently, so
- 21:48Speaker 10: we need more infrastructure, right, so we need to finished
- 21:50Speaker 10: building a wall. Now, let's be clear, every place they
- 21:53Speaker 10: build a border barrier, illegal migrations went down, illegal drug
- 21:56Speaker 10: flall went down. But most important, we'll save love. So
- 22:00Speaker 10: women and children can't get over that wall, the most vulnerable,
- 22:03Speaker 10: so they go to a place so there's not a
- 22:04Speaker 10: wall on what's waiting on them, the men and women
- 22:06Speaker 10: to the border patrol first of all, So it's ball
- 22:08Speaker 10: saves lives. So we need to finish the border barrier.
- 22:11Speaker 10: We need money to finish the technology within the existing
- 22:14Speaker 10: border wall, because not only did President buy and stop
- 22:17Speaker 10: the construction of the wall, he stopped adding the technology
- 22:20Speaker 10: in that smart wall. Technology that let's just know, on
- 22:22Speaker 10: someone crimes that wall, touch this wall, dig under that wall.
- 22:25Speaker 10: Technology where borbitual agents in the middle of nowhere can
- 22:28Speaker 10: get on the radio and use the wall as a
- 22:30Speaker 10: repeater to talk to other agents for help. There are
- 22:32Speaker 10: some places on the sunn border where they lose all communications,
- 22:35Speaker 10: so all that technology needs to be done, more technology
- 22:38Speaker 10: at port of entries to make sure no ventanot's coming through.
- 22:43Speaker 10: And as far as the entire enforcement, we need beds.
- 22:45Speaker 10: Right now, we got about fifty two thousand people in detention.
- 22:49Speaker 10: We're funder that thirty four thousand ICE is already in
- 22:51Speaker 10: the hole. We need about one hundred thousand beds because
- 22:54Speaker 10: everybody we arrest needs a bed. We just don't rest
- 22:57Speaker 10: somebody in New York City and put them on a plane.
- 22:59Speaker 10: Lead we got came in for several days or several
- 23:01Speaker 10: weeks to get travel doctrines, get flight flight arrangements, flight finances.
- 23:06Speaker 10: So we need beds. So we need you know, so
- 23:08Speaker 10: this budget, that depending budget right now, the Big Beautiful
- 23:10Speaker 10: Bill will give us money for those beds. They're going
- 23:12Speaker 10: to give us thousands of more borbitinacense, thousand more ICE agents.
- 23:16Speaker 10: It's going to give ICE a budget to bring in
- 23:19Speaker 10: more contracts up. What I mean by that badgings and
- 23:22Speaker 10: guns shouldn't be sitting at a desk doing reports of processing.
- 23:27Speaker 10: They shouldn't be sitting at a desk doing travel documents
- 23:30Speaker 10: and all the all the administrative duties that occur within ICE.
- 23:34Speaker 10: You can have a contractor sitting there doing that work.
- 23:36Speaker 10: Give that badging gun, get them out on the street
- 23:38Speaker 10: to arrest the public safety threats and national security threats.
- 23:41Speaker 10: So we need the money to Like I said, we're
- 23:43Speaker 10: doing more than bid did, but Biden wasn't doing anything.
- 23:46Speaker 10: We need to do ten times more than buying it too,
- 23:48Speaker 10: not three times more. And I'll leave you with this.
- 23:50Speaker 10: We got seven hundred thousand illegal amias in this country
- 23:54Speaker 10: with a criminal conviction walking the streets this country. We
- 23:56Speaker 10: got to get them. We got to get it quickly.
- 23:58Speaker 10: We got one point or man illegal aliens who do
- 24:01Speaker 10: head due process at great taxpayer expense were ordered removed
- 24:05Speaker 10: by a federal judge and didn't leave, and they become fugitives.
- 24:08Speaker 10: We got a lot of work to do, and we
- 24:09Speaker 10: need money to do more. We're doing good, but more
- 24:12Speaker 10: money we have, the more we can do.
- 24:15Speaker 1: Tom, you mentioned finding them all. Let's talk about sanctuary
- 24:18Speaker 1: cities for a second. It's very clear Democrats are not
- 24:21Speaker 1: backing off of that. How dangerous is the policy and
- 24:25Speaker 1: and who is being harbored in these cities that are
- 24:29Speaker 1: refusing to work with you guys?
- 24:31Speaker 2: Will there be accountability?
- 24:32Speaker 1: Are they harboring MS thirteen gang members and domestic terrorists,
- 24:37Speaker 1: foreign terrorists, uh, those that are putting the fetne out
- 24:40Speaker 1: in society. How dangerous are these cities, Well.
- 24:44Speaker 10: They're theous, the dangerous for everybody because in the sanctuary
- 24:47Speaker 10: city means I don't have access to the jail or
- 24:49Speaker 10: rest a bad guy public safety threat in the safety
- 24:52Speaker 10: and security of the jail were the alien saves the
- 24:55Speaker 10: officers safe on the public safe. When sanctuary cities knowingly
- 24:59Speaker 10: released a public safe a threat back in the street,
- 25:01Speaker 10: it certainly puts the community at risk.
- 25:03Speaker 5: It even puts an alien.
- 25:04Speaker 10: At risk because anything can happen during the street arrest.
- 25:07Speaker 10: And it great. It puts the officers that great arrest
- 25:09Speaker 10: because now we've got to arrest a criminal alien public
- 25:11Speaker 10: safety threat on his turf. We has access to who
- 25:14Speaker 10: knows what weapons. It's very dangerous and natural host Sanctuary
- 25:17Speaker 10: cities accountable. Its PAM binding has already fought lawsuits against
- 25:20Speaker 10: several were we're working with DJ now again, we want
- 25:26Speaker 10: we want where's that right, where's that where's that line?
- 25:28Speaker 10: When do you cross that line? You can't sit there
- 25:31Speaker 10: and watch ice do your job, because here's what irritates
- 25:34Speaker 10: me the most. I don't care what party you're in.
- 25:37Speaker 10: If you're an elected mayor, elected city council person, or
- 25:42Speaker 10: elected governor, your number one responsibility it's the safety and
- 25:46Speaker 10: security of your neighborhoods, your communities. ICE has been clear
- 25:50Speaker 10: from the beginning with President Trump, we're going to prioritize
- 25:53Speaker 10: public safety threats and national security threats. Why will you
- 25:56Speaker 10: not help us make your community safer. There's no downside
- 26:01Speaker 10: on that. And the sanctuary cities want to argue what
- 26:03Speaker 10: we're a sanctuary city because we want victims and witnesses
- 26:06Speaker 10: of crime, if they're illegally United States, to feel comfortable
- 26:10Speaker 10: coming to the law enforcement without fear of working with ICE.
- 26:13Speaker 10: That is a bunch of crap. Victims and witnesses of
- 26:16Speaker 10: crime don't want the bad guy in the neighborhood either.
- 26:19Speaker 10: And as far as the illegal alien community, I'll say this,
- 26:23Speaker 10: despite being here illegally, many of them are god fearing
- 26:26Speaker 10: family people. They don't want a preteror in the neighborhood either.
- 26:30Speaker 10: They don't want someone convicted DUI ten times driving to
- 26:32Speaker 10: their neighborhood either. So you know, if you go to
- 26:35Speaker 10: the immigrant community and ask them one simple question, would
- 26:38Speaker 10: you rather have ICE operating in the jail or in
- 26:40Speaker 10: your community? What do you think they're going to say.
- 26:42Speaker 10: They're going to be saying to jail so sanctuarou cities
- 26:44Speaker 10: will be held accountable. Matter of fact, we're reissuing the
- 26:46Speaker 10: ICE detainer. We just changed the new ICE detainer. We're
- 26:49Speaker 10: letting them black and white. Let them know this person
- 26:51Speaker 10: is a designated terrorist, this person is a designated returned felon.
- 26:56Speaker 10: We're gonna let them know exactly who do we detaining
- 26:58Speaker 10: based on biographic and by METOK information and see what
- 27:02Speaker 10: they do. Are they going to violate Relates Riley Act?
- 27:05Speaker 10: Then we'll go out to prosecution. Are they're going to
- 27:07Speaker 10: know me least or terrorists? Then we're going to go
- 27:09Speaker 10: out to prosecution. So it's about to get a lot
- 27:12Speaker 10: tougher and it's the right thing to do.
- 27:13Speaker 1: I want to go back to accountability for a second time,
- 27:15Speaker 1: and I want to ask you there are a lot
- 27:18Speaker 1: of people that believe that there were laws that were
- 27:20Speaker 1: broken deliberately in the last administration. They knew they were
- 27:23Speaker 1: breaking the law. One of those would be former Homeland
- 27:26Speaker 1: Security Secretary. My orc is that you mentioned a moment ago.
- 27:30Speaker 1: Should he be criminally prosecuted for his role in the
- 27:33Speaker 1: border crisis if it was as deliberate as it now seems.
- 27:37Speaker 10: Look, I think what he did was borderline trees in
- 27:40Speaker 10: this I'm not an attorney, I'm not a prosecutor. But
- 27:43Speaker 10: what he did, he did more damage to this country.
- 27:45Speaker 10: Him and the Biden administration and what they did to
- 27:47Speaker 10: this country. I can tell you when they open that
- 27:51Speaker 10: border up, sex trafficking women show to increase tenfold of
- 27:57Speaker 10: a record number of migrants died making that journey, over
- 28:00Speaker 10: four thousand, A record number of Americans died from fatanah
- 28:03Speaker 10: that come across that open border. And and it's just
- 28:06Speaker 10: what he what he calls this country and from a
- 28:09Speaker 10: national securities perspective, because here's what his orders were, process quick,
- 28:14Speaker 10: release quick. They didn't care about the crisis. They cared
- 28:17Speaker 10: about the octaves of the crisis. If there's no overcrowding,
- 28:21Speaker 10: there's nothing to see here. So border trades were processed
- 28:24Speaker 10: as quick as they could and released a quick as
- 28:26Speaker 10: they could. And there's been several instances where they released
- 28:30Speaker 10: so quickly the FBI scan didn't come back, and they
- 28:34Speaker 10: came back hot. Actually they already been released, they came
- 28:36Speaker 10: back hot as a non spectatorian. So yeah, what he
- 28:40Speaker 10: did was uncomfortable. What he did is my opinion borderline treason.
- 28:45Speaker 10: Is he should be held accountable because a lot of
- 28:48Speaker 10: deaths occurred under his watch and a like Sandra cru
- 28:51Speaker 10: said a few minutes ago, right now, ninety six percent
- 28:54Speaker 10: decline and illego immigration when ninety six percent unless people
- 28:58Speaker 10: are coming, how many women are being rape? How many
- 29:01Speaker 10: children aren't dying crossing a border. How many no inspected
- 29:04Speaker 10: taists aren't getting in the country. How many pounds of
- 29:06Speaker 10: fatanyl is not getting a country? What are you going
- 29:07Speaker 10: to see on the President Trump's administration Faentanyl deaths of decrease,
- 29:11Speaker 10: sex trafficking with decrease, smuggling with decrease, and no inspected tars.
- 29:16Speaker 10: They got no open n anymore. Now that we got
- 29:18Speaker 10: the board secure, every single borders, religion is on the line.
- 29:22Speaker 10: On patrol. During his National Security duty under Joe Biden,
- 29:26Speaker 10: it was an average most days, an average seventy percent
- 29:30Speaker 10: seven zero seventy percent of agents were no longer on patrol.
- 29:34Speaker 10: They were changing diapers, making baby formula, making hospital runs.
- 29:37Speaker 10: The last time, aren't down there before the election. I
- 29:40Speaker 10: talked to hundreds of board plays told me to hang on,
- 29:42Speaker 10: hang on, change his trimic. I really think President Trump's
- 29:44Speaker 10: going to win. But they told me no, we're sick
- 29:47Speaker 10: of being tour station. We're sick of being uber drivers.
- 29:50Speaker 10: We process and delivered these people, that is the very
- 29:53Speaker 10: same people who pay for their smuggling. They couldn't recruit.
- 29:57Speaker 10: They couldn't people were quitting. They were quitting before the
- 29:59Speaker 10: even well for retirement. They could read the recruiting numbers.
- 30:02Speaker 10: You know, last month, Ice I'm excusing Borbital had the
- 30:06Speaker 10: highest recruiting numbers and the history of that ABP, just
- 30:11Speaker 10: last month.
- 30:11Speaker 1: Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends,
- 30:14Speaker 1: put it up on social media wherever you are, and
- 30:17Speaker 1: we appreciate you listening every day.
- 30:19Speaker 2: We'll see you back here tomorrow.
