- 0:00Speaker 1: There is a very interesting report that has just come out,
- 0:04Speaker 1: and for many of you listening right now, you're going
- 0:06Speaker 1: to freak out when I tell you this. The return
- 0:09Speaker 1: of the Maga King may be coming very soon. There
- 0:13Speaker 1: are new reports swirling right now that Donald Trump will
- 0:16Speaker 1: announce a White House run on November the fourteenth. According
- 0:22Speaker 1: to an Axios report, the former president Donald Trump and
- 0:26Speaker 1: his campaign team are readying an official announcement on November
- 0:29Speaker 1: the fourteenth to reveal his twenty twenty four intentions, and
- 0:33Speaker 1: it sounds like he's running from this new report, It
- 0:37Speaker 1: says former President Donald Trump's inner circle is discussing announcing
- 0:40Speaker 1: the lawn to the twenty twenty four presidential campaign on
- 0:43Speaker 1: November the fourteenth, with the official announcement possibly followed by
- 0:48Speaker 1: a multi day series of political events. According to three
- 0:51Speaker 1: sources familiar with a sense of discussions, Donald Trump and
- 0:55Speaker 1: his top advisors have been signaling for weeks that a
- 0:58Speaker 1: twenty twenty four announcement is imminent, but those discussions have
- 1:02Speaker 1: reached the point that allies are blocking off days in
- 1:06Speaker 1: their calendars for the week after the midterms and preparing
- 1:10Speaker 1: to travel with poles pointing towards a good Night for
- 1:13Speaker 1: Republicans on Tuesday. Trump plans to serve the GOPS expected
- 1:18Speaker 1: POSTMD term excitement euphoria to build momentum for his own
- 1:23Speaker 1: effort to retake the White House. Trump has been teasing
- 1:27Speaker 1: another president to run for months, even revealing to The
- 1:30Speaker 1: New York Magazine that it wasn't a matter of if,
- 1:33Speaker 1: but when the former president would make the announcement before
- 1:37Speaker 1: after the midterms. Sounds like he has made a choice,
- 1:41Speaker 1: is what Axe has said. Now. The former president's inner circle, apparently,
- 1:45Speaker 1: they say, has been working on this now for quite
- 1:47Speaker 1: some time. A lot of people have been asking me,
- 1:50Speaker 1: do I think Donald Trump runs? The answer is I
- 1:52Speaker 1: think yes. I think he does run, and I think
- 1:54Speaker 1: he's been wanting and planning on running for quite some time.
- 1:57Speaker 1: Could he change his mind, of course, he could change
- 1:59Speaker 1: his mind, but it seems like the stars are aligning
- 2:02Speaker 1: for him to actually run. On the issues, he was
- 2:05Speaker 1: a guy that said would secure the border. People are
- 2:08Speaker 1: tired of an open border right now. That aligns with him.
- 2:11Speaker 1: He said that there needs to be at war on fetnel.
- 2:13Speaker 1: People are tired of fetnel coming across the border. That
- 2:15Speaker 1: aligns with his political talking point. He's a man that
- 2:20Speaker 1: says we should be energy independent. The American people are
- 2:23Speaker 1: much more willing to go back to where we were
- 2:25Speaker 1: with Donald Trump because they've seen what it looks like
- 2:27Speaker 1: when we're not with him, with a gas price extremely
- 2:30Speaker 1: high and a diesel crisis right now that we're having.
- 2:33Speaker 1: That is also aligning with what he needs to win.
- 2:36Speaker 1: He also talked about the government saying out of your
- 2:39Speaker 1: business and lowering the deficit. Again, those are issues right
- 2:42Speaker 1: now that are aligning with the Republican Party, are with
- 2:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump's agenda. He also says it's important to have
- 2:48Speaker 1: low interest rates and again inflation is a problem. Both
- 2:52Speaker 1: of those issues a lie align with Donald Trump and
- 2:55Speaker 1: his plan. In fact, that's what he was doing while
- 2:57Speaker 1: he was the president. His campaign election would be a simple,
- 3:01Speaker 1: basically platform, did you like how life was when I
- 3:05Speaker 1: was in the White House. The answer for majority of
- 3:07Speaker 1: Americans is yes. Now there's also a foreign policy issue
- 3:11Speaker 1: that is going to help him significantly, and that is
- 3:13Speaker 1: how we've lost our stature in the world because of
- 3:16Speaker 1: Joe Biden. In fact, there's a new exclusive that's being
- 3:19Speaker 1: reported this morning by CNN. Iran apparently is seeking Russia's
- 3:27Speaker 1: help to bolster its nuclear program. US intelligence officials now
- 3:32Speaker 1: believe this, coming from their exclusive reporting that Iran is
- 3:36Speaker 1: seeking Russia's help to support its nuclear program. US intelligence
- 3:42Speaker 1: officials believe as Tehran looks for a backup plan should
- 3:45Speaker 1: a lasting nuclear deal with world powers failed to materialize,
- 3:51Speaker 1: the intelligence suggests that Iran has been asking Russia for
- 3:55Speaker 1: help acquiring additional nuclear materials and with nuclear fuel aabrication.
- 4:01Speaker 1: Sources briefed on the matter have confirmed the fuel could
- 4:04Speaker 1: help Iran power its nuclear reactors and could potentially further
- 4:08Speaker 1: shorten iran so called breakout time to create a nuclear weapon.
- 4:15Speaker 1: Experts emphasized to CNN, however, that the nuclear proliferation risk
- 4:19Speaker 1: varies depending on which reactor the fuel is used for,
- 4:23Speaker 1: and it is also not clear whether Russia has agreed
- 4:26Speaker 1: to help, but more than likely they have. The Kremlin
- 4:29Speaker 1: has been long has long been outwardly opposed to a
- 4:33Speaker 1: Ran obtaining a nuclear weapon, but maybe now it will
- 4:36Speaker 1: serve their purposes. The Iranian proposals come in an expanding
- 4:41Speaker 1: partnership between Iran and Russia that in recent months has
- 4:43Speaker 1: included Iran sending drones and other equipment to Russia for
- 4:48Speaker 1: use in its war in Ukraine and Moscow, potentially advising
- 4:53Speaker 1: Tehran on how to suppress a protest movement sweeping Iran.
- 4:58Speaker 1: US officials have now confirmed Iran has said its nuclear
- 5:02Speaker 1: program is only quote for peaceful purposes. We obviously know
- 5:05Speaker 1: that's a lie and that it formally halted its weapons program.
- 5:10Speaker 1: But we also know that's a lie because the US
- 5:12Speaker 1: official of stated that Iran's uranium and enrichment activities have
- 5:16Speaker 1: gone quote far beyond the parameters of the two thousand
- 5:20Speaker 1: and fifteen nuclear deal, and that the amount of time
- 5:23Speaker 1: it would take for RAND to produce enough material for
- 5:26Speaker 1: a nuclear weapon is shortened to quote just months. Again,
- 5:30Speaker 1: all of us on the right conservatives warned of not
- 5:33Speaker 1: doing this a Rand nuclear deal because we knew they
- 5:35Speaker 1: would lie, we knew they would cheat, and then we
- 5:38Speaker 1: knew that they were going to eventually move towards this
- 5:40Speaker 1: and then hold this hostage. The Biden administration and the
- 5:43Speaker 1: Obama administration when Joe Biden was the Vice president. We're
- 5:46Speaker 1: in favor of this, and they screwed all of us.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Now we have what is months away from a nuclear Iran.
- 5:54Speaker 1: The Biden administration also is weak, which would go back
- 5:57Speaker 1: to what I was saying about Donald Trump running. It
- 6:00Speaker 1: plays into Donald Trump's hands. He was tough on Iran,
- 6:02Speaker 1: he was tough on the Iran nuclear deally, so it
- 6:04Speaker 1: was a bad deal. The Biden administration immediately went back
- 6:08Speaker 1: to it because it was an extension of the same
- 6:11Speaker 1: plan they had when he was the vice president and
- 6:13Speaker 1: that Barack Obama was the president. Now the Biden administration
- 6:17Speaker 1: is watching any new areas of cooperation between Iran and
- 6:20Speaker 1: Russia with concern. That's what they say in the reports.
- 6:24Speaker 1: But the reality is, what does that actually mean. It's
- 6:26Speaker 1: pretty much worthless because there's no way for us to
- 6:29Speaker 1: step in right now. We already have sanctions on Iran
- 6:34Speaker 1: and we have sanctions on Russia, and they pretty much
- 6:36Speaker 1: are laughing in the face of Joe Biden the Democratic Party.
- 6:40Speaker 1: They also said any covert Russian assistance to Iran could
- 6:44Speaker 1: boost Iran's efforts Iranian efforts to produce a nuclear weapon,
- 6:48Speaker 1: and it would also mark a significant shift in Russian policy.
- 6:53Speaker 1: Russia's membership to the P five plus one group of
- 6:57Speaker 1: countries has been part of the negotiation to stifle Iran's
- 7:01Speaker 1: nuclear program. As we have said, the JCPOA is not
- 7:07Speaker 1: on the agenda. That's the National Security Council spokesman told CNN,
- 7:12Speaker 1: referring to the formal name for the Iran nuclear deal,
- 7:16Speaker 1: the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, saying we have been
- 7:20Speaker 1: working with partners to expose the growing ties between Iran
- 7:24Speaker 1: and Russia and also hold them accountable. We'll be firm
- 7:28Speaker 1: encountering any cooperation that would be counter to our non
- 7:32Speaker 1: proliferation goals. Obviously, Iran doesn't care, and neither does Russia
- 7:36Speaker 1: right now, because they know that America under the Biden leadership,
- 7:39Speaker 1: is really not going to do anything to stop them.
- 7:43Speaker 1: The other part that's concerning about this is the Iranian
- 7:47Speaker 1: mission to the UN and the Russian Foreign Minister are
- 7:51Speaker 1: basically smiling, smirking, but not commenting when asked at the
- 7:55Speaker 1: United Nations. Now, Ukraine has also LEDs that Iran is
- 7:58Speaker 1: seeking help from Russia. The Ukrainian President Zelenski suggested Justice
- 8:03Speaker 1: last week that Iran was looking to Russia to help
- 8:08Speaker 1: with its nuclear program in exchange for the military assistance
- 8:11Speaker 1: it is given to Moscow. The intelligence obtained by the
- 8:15Speaker 1: US does not indicate the existence of an explicit quid
- 8:19Speaker 1: pro quos sources of set. But Zelenski has said, make
- 8:22Speaker 1: no mistake, this is obviously where we are right now,
- 8:26Speaker 1: and it's clear that Iran has the drones and some
- 8:29Speaker 1: of the military equipment that Russia needs in Ukraine. And
- 8:33Speaker 1: that's why this trade now makes a lot of sense.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Now you look at everything that I just said, and
- 8:40Speaker 1: you think about Donald Trump announcing a bid, think about
- 8:45Speaker 1: how easy this is for him. Now, I mean, this
- 8:47Speaker 1: is not hard, folks, This is really easy. You say,
- 8:50Speaker 1: do you want to go back to under two dollars
- 8:52Speaker 1: gallon gas? Vote for me. You want to have standing
- 8:55Speaker 1: in the world, vote for me. You want to have
- 8:57Speaker 1: our adversaries fear us again, vote for me. You want
- 9:01Speaker 1: inflation to get back under control, Vote for me. You
- 9:04Speaker 1: want to have the stock market being robust again. People
- 9:07Speaker 1: that lost thirty percent plus in their four one ks
- 9:10Speaker 1: vote for me. You want to have lower interest rates,
- 9:13Speaker 1: vote for me. In other words, if you want to
- 9:16Speaker 1: go back to how great things were when I was
- 9:18Speaker 1: the president, vote for me. And there's a lot of
- 9:21Speaker 1: Americans right now that I think obviously are more than
- 9:24Speaker 1: willing to say yes, I want some more of that. Please.
- 9:28Speaker 1: There's another aspect of the Republicans winning. And this has
- 9:32Speaker 1: nothing to do, by the way, with Donald Trump announcing
- 9:35Speaker 1: quite possibly next week he's going to run for president again,
- 9:38Speaker 1: and that is something that obviously he's going to take
- 9:41Speaker 1: into a presidential announcement, but it's coming from the candidates
- 9:44Speaker 1: that are running right now, and that is the issue.
- 9:48Speaker 1: If the GOP does in fact take over the House
- 9:50Speaker 1: and the Senate, it is very clear there's a mandate
- 9:53Speaker 1: by the voters because the GOP has been running on this.
- 9:55Speaker 1: Conservative candidates have been running on this to investigate Joe
- 9:59Speaker 1: Biden through the business dealings of James and Hunter Biden.
- 10:03Speaker 1: That is picking up steam. Even on CNN, they talked
- 10:08Speaker 1: about what a Republican takeover would mean and they described
- 10:12Speaker 1: it this way, Manu, what should we be expecting if
- 10:15Speaker 1: Republicans do take back the majority in the House. Yeah,
- 10:18Speaker 1: even if they do, it will be very difficult for
- 10:20Speaker 1: them to get legislation onto Joe Biden's desk and acted
- 10:23Speaker 1: into law because of the problems the United States Senate,
- 10:26Speaker 1: the challenges of getting legislation through as well as a
- 10:28Speaker 1: Democrat in the White House, which is why investigations will
- 10:31Speaker 1: take center stage in a Republican led House Republicans already
- 10:35Speaker 1: indicating they are desired to look into the COVID origins,
- 10:38Speaker 1: what's happening along the US Mexico border, issues with the
- 10:42Speaker 1: president's family, and, as Kevin McCarthy said, also what happened
- 10:45Speaker 1: in Afghanistan. If you were to be speaker and Republicans
- 10:51Speaker 1: take control of these committees, what will the hearings be
- 10:54Speaker 1: centered around. I've heard the following the collapse and cobble,
- 10:58Speaker 1: I've heard the origination of COVID. I've heard the investigation
- 11:03Speaker 1: of American parents who showed up at teachers meetings. Are
- 11:07Speaker 1: those three three among them? Or would you add to
- 11:10Speaker 1: that list? Those three are among them, But we'd also
- 11:12Speaker 1: add anytime you're using federal money, there needs to be
- 11:15Speaker 1: a check in balance. Now today we're going to get
- 11:19Speaker 1: some sense of where Republicans on the Judiciary Committee in
- 11:22Speaker 1: the House plan to go if they do take back
- 11:24Speaker 1: the majority. They do plan to release a one thousand
- 11:26Speaker 1: page report alleging political interference at the buying Justice Department.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Democrats say this is all rehashed conspiracy theories, ignoring what
- 11:34Speaker 1: happened with Donald Trump, but they will have the subpoena power.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Republicans if they take the majority. Kid and by the way,
- 11:39Speaker 1: there is going to be a mandate, all right for
- 11:41Speaker 1: this to happen. And Republicans, I don't believe are going
- 11:44Speaker 1: to whiz out because they understand just how politicize the
- 11:48Speaker 1: Department of Justice and the FBI has actually become. This
- 11:51Speaker 1: is something they've run on. It's obvious that they're going
- 11:54Speaker 1: to stick with this. They're not going to move away
- 11:56Speaker 1: from it. Right that they are. I mean, this is
- 11:59Speaker 1: the very clear and if you want to know how bad,
- 12:03Speaker 1: how scared Democrats are going into the midterm election, Oprah
- 12:08Speaker 1: is now actually coming out getting back involved in politics.
- 12:11Speaker 1: The last time she was really involved was when she
- 12:14Speaker 1: was the one that basically picked Barack Obama to run
- 12:17Speaker 1: for the White House and Michelle Obama to be your
- 12:19Speaker 1: first Lady. Oprah Winfrey now understands the Democrats are in
- 12:23Speaker 1: so much trouble that she has come out and backed
- 12:26Speaker 1: John Fetterman over her longtime friend doctor Oz. Now. This
- 12:33Speaker 1: was a lot of work that was put in apparently
- 12:35Speaker 1: over the last several days, with basically nine one calls
- 12:39Speaker 1: emergency calls from Democratic operatives that know that they needed
- 12:43Speaker 1: a very big name to come in and try to
- 12:45Speaker 1: say Fetterman because they're afraid that they're going to lose
- 12:48Speaker 1: the Senat if doctor Oz gets elected. Now, the other
- 12:52Speaker 1: part about this as crazy as Winfrey is genuinely a
- 12:56Speaker 1: longtime friend with doctor Oz, and she jumped into political
- 13:00Speaker 1: when she endorsed Democratic Pennsylvania Kennett Fetterman over Oz. Now
- 13:06Speaker 1: Oprah issued her endorsement of Feederan during a virtual town
- 13:10Speaker 1: hall on Thursday. This is the other reason why you know,
- 13:13Speaker 1: this was clearly last minute, last minute pressure and probably
- 13:16Speaker 1: phone calls that came in from Michelle and Barack Obama,
- 13:19Speaker 1: even probably the President of the United States of America.
- 13:21Speaker 1: She said, quote. I said it was up to the
- 13:23Speaker 1: citizens of Pennsylvania, but I would tell y'all this, if
- 13:28Speaker 1: I lived in Pennsylvania, I would have already cast my
- 13:30Speaker 1: vote for John Fetterman for many reasons. Fetterman celebrated the
- 13:35Speaker 1: news on Twitter by running headlines welcome to Team Fetterman, Oprah,
- 13:40Speaker 1: Oprah Winfrey announces her support for doctor Oz opponent John Fetterman,
- 13:46Speaker 1: ay Barack Obama backer. Winfrey also backed several Democratic midterm
- 13:50Speaker 1: kennets during her the town hall, including Florida Representative Val
- 13:54Speaker 1: Demmings in her bid against Marco Rubio Nevada Senator Masto
- 14:00Speaker 1: against and as well as Raphael Warnock in Georgia stays
- 14:04Speaker 1: the Abrams and Beto O'Rourke, hardcore liberal Democrat. Winfrey said,
- 14:11Speaker 1: use your discernment, which seems to be missing in a
- 14:14Speaker 1: lot of our country today, again mocking half of the
- 14:17Speaker 1: people that made her famous. Use your discernment and choose
- 14:20Speaker 1: wisely for the democracy of our country, using the talking
- 14:25Speaker 1: point of every Democrat that our democracy is at risk. Winfrey,
- 14:29Speaker 1: who has been a long history who's had a long
- 14:31Speaker 1: history with doctor Ards, largely stayed out of the Pennsylvania race,
- 14:34Speaker 1: but endorsed Fetterman at the last minute because of the
- 14:38Speaker 1: pressure from Democrats. Current polls put them at a neck
- 14:42Speaker 1: and neck race and the Republican doctor Oz maintains a
- 14:46Speaker 1: slim advantage in the latest polls over that Democrat John Fetterman.
- 14:51Speaker 1: And this is all because of that last big debate
- 14:55Speaker 1: they had. It was a disaster for Fetterman. If you
- 14:59Speaker 1: watch that debate, it's very clear that Fetterman is a
- 15:02Speaker 1: guy that should not be in charge in Congress. I'm
- 15:07Speaker 1: not trying to be mean. It's unfortunate that he had
- 15:09Speaker 1: this stroke, but he obviously is It's clear that he
- 15:12Speaker 1: has confused. He cannot even understand what he's basically saying.
- 15:17Speaker 1: He's confusing about every story that he has. Now, he
- 15:20Speaker 1: was an event last night telling a very confusing story
- 15:23Speaker 1: just about football. Take a listen to this summer of
- 15:28Speaker 1: nineteen eighty six. I think that Ever plays oh yeah
- 15:36Speaker 1: football in high school, you know, a kind of football
- 15:47Speaker 1: with him, and it was there wasn't an interest to
- 15:52Speaker 1: have you to play here. You know, I don't know
- 15:56Speaker 1: what he was talking about. Neither of the people in
- 15:58Speaker 1: the audience. They were trying to help him long as
- 16:00Speaker 1: you could hear there. Fetterman also confused the issue of
- 16:05Speaker 1: Roe v Wade um, saying he says he supports codifying
- 16:10Speaker 1: roe v Wade. Take a listen, codifying ROEVI Woe. Did
- 16:18Speaker 1: you hear that Rovi Row? Listen again, Yes, it's not
- 16:26Speaker 1: Rovi Wade, it's Rov Road. Now, that's what we're doing.
- 16:28Speaker 1: We're codifying a road here. Now. After the debate, that's
- 16:32Speaker 1: when it really sank in for many people that John
- 16:35Speaker 1: Fetterman could clearly not do the job. In fact, some
- 16:39Speaker 1: people are angry, right now because doctor Phil said, when
- 16:42Speaker 1: asked a question, would you get on a plane if
- 16:45Speaker 1: John Fetterman was the pilot? He said hell no. And
- 16:48Speaker 1: now people are saying that he's attacking someone that is handicapped,
- 16:51Speaker 1: saying you should never say that. Well, the truth is,
- 16:54Speaker 1: I wouldn't. I wouldn't let him drive a car for me.
- 16:56Speaker 1: I wouldn't let him do anything for me. It's unfortunate,
- 16:59Speaker 1: but John Fetterman clearly cannot handle the job of being
- 17:03Speaker 1: a United States senator. Fox News anchor put the new
- 17:07Speaker 1: polling out there, sends the debate and take a wits
- 17:10Speaker 1: into this. Democratic Lieutenant Governor John Fetterman at forty eight
- 17:15Speaker 1: percent among voters who say that they will definitely or
- 17:18Speaker 1: probably vote Republican Doctor Men and Oz up one point
- 17:24Speaker 1: to forty four percent, within the margin of error. Fetterman
- 17:29Speaker 1: used closed captioning to read the questions at the debate,
- 17:32Speaker 1: but he still struggled with some of his answers. He
- 17:34Speaker 1: said he knew it wouldn't be easy five months after
- 17:37Speaker 1: his stroke, but it was important to show up. Fetterman
- 17:40Speaker 1: also has questions on screen during his interviews, and that
- 17:44Speaker 1: was the case again at CNN. Watch this what do
- 17:49Speaker 1: you think the biggest cause of inflation is and should
- 17:52Speaker 1: the Biden administration be doing more? I just do. I
- 17:56Speaker 1: think that simply is Also, let's talk about the trillions
- 18:00Speaker 1: in massive tax cuts to the corporate tax structure as well. True,
- 18:07Speaker 1: you know, trillions of dollars that have added to the deficit,
- 18:10Speaker 1: and now they still want to support those as well. True.
- 18:14Speaker 1: I think in terms of being very serious about addressing
- 18:17Speaker 1: inflation is making sure that those rates are brought back
- 18:21Speaker 1: into a line with what they should have been where
- 18:24Speaker 1: they're able to fight the deficit. So with that, we
- 18:30Speaker 1: bring in Joe Conscha, media and politics columnists for The Hill,
- 18:34Speaker 1: and a Fox News contributor, Joka, to have you here
- 18:36Speaker 1: at tie. What do you think about that answer? First
- 18:39Speaker 1: of all, it's impossible to decipher and if you, I guess,
- 18:44Speaker 1: try to follow along with what he's saying. He's saying
- 18:46Speaker 1: that the Trump tax cuts, I believe is what's now
- 18:49Speaker 1: triggered inflation. The Trump tax cuts were passed in twenty seventeen,
- 18:53Speaker 1: we're now in twenty twenty two. It just doesn't seem
- 18:56Speaker 1: like if you just take away the health issues aside
- 18:59Speaker 1: that he doesn't seem to have any really good solutions
- 19:01Speaker 1: as far as tackling inflation, which is above eight percent.
- 19:05Speaker 1: When Joe Biden took office, it was at one point
- 19:08Speaker 1: four percent. So the argument that the Trump tax cuts
- 19:11Speaker 1: triggered inflation, well they didn't for three years after they
- 19:14Speaker 1: were enacted during the Trump administration. So if we're just
- 19:17Speaker 1: looking at his perspective on policy alone, it doesn't inspire
- 19:21Speaker 1: much confidence. So now you understand why Oprah had to
- 19:25Speaker 1: get involved. Now you understand why the Democrats are begging
- 19:28Speaker 1: her to get involved because they understand that the candidate
- 19:32Speaker 1: on its own merit right, John Fetterman cannot win on
- 19:35Speaker 1: his own. He's gonna have to have from people come
- 19:39Speaker 1: in and say, I know, the guy really can't do
- 19:42Speaker 1: the job, but the other Democrats around him will tell

- 21:14Speaker 1: want to switch gears to the other part of what
- 21:16Speaker 1: Election Day on Tuesday also is going to be about,
- 21:18Speaker 1: and that is this the House GOP is clearly planning
- 21:24Speaker 1: on winning Tuesday and preparing to sharpen their focus on
- 21:28Speaker 1: the Joe Biden business dealings. Not Hunter Biden, but really
- 21:33Speaker 1: Joe Biden and House Republicans are saying right away, because
- 21:37Speaker 1: they understand this will be a mandate, they're gonna waste
- 21:40Speaker 1: little time jumping head first into probes involving the business
- 21:44Speaker 1: dealings of the president and the president's son, Hunter Biden,
- 21:48Speaker 1: and the Biden family, including James Biden, the brother of
- 21:51Speaker 1: the president, if they win the majority Republicans on the
- 21:55Speaker 1: House Oversight Committee. The Hill newspaper reports this morning says
- 22:00Speaker 1: that the panel is set to lead the probe if
- 22:03Speaker 1: the GOP formally takes control of the Chamber next year.
- 22:07Speaker 1: They said they're planning a press conference about their investigation
- 22:10Speaker 1: of the Bidens the week after the election. They will
- 22:14Speaker 1: have subpoena power. Their goal is a question whether President
- 22:18Speaker 1: Biden's leadership has been impacted by his family's business dealings,
- 22:22Speaker 1: and to steer clear of the more salacious content on
- 22:25Speaker 1: the infamous hard drive that belongs to Hunter Biden. In
- 22:28Speaker 1: other words, they're saying, we don't really care about Hunter Biden.
- 22:31Speaker 1: What we do care about is the President's involvement in
- 22:33Speaker 1: the business dealings. Representative James Comer, the ranking member of
- 22:37Speaker 1: the House Oversight Committee who's likely to chair the panel
- 22:40Speaker 1: if the GOP wins a majority, has long been preparing
- 22:44Speaker 1: for hearings and advancing investigations into the Biden family businesses.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Republican staff members on the panel have a copy of
- 22:53Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's hard drive and have been pouring over it
- 22:56Speaker 1: for months. Comber, in a statement this morning The Hill,
- 23:00Speaker 1: blasted the Biden family for allegedly influence peddling and raise
- 23:04Speaker 1: concerns about the deals conflicting with US interests, saying, quote,
- 23:08Speaker 1: if Joe Biden is compromised by his family's business schemes,
- 23:14Speaker 1: it is a threat to our national security and that
- 23:17Speaker 1: will be the focus now. James Comer went on Fox
- 23:22Speaker 1: Business Channel with Maria Bartomo to talk about what will happen.
- 23:26Speaker 1: He also demanded and said we need a reform. We
- 23:31Speaker 1: need to form a commission, he says, to examine not
- 23:33Speaker 1: only the FBI but also the DOJ for them becoming
- 23:38Speaker 1: so political. Take a listen. There is so much to
- 23:41Speaker 1: look at, from the Russia collusion made up story to
- 23:45Speaker 1: the FBI protecting Hillary Clinton and her email scandal to
- 23:51Speaker 1: killing and censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story. What's most
- 23:55Speaker 1: important to you? What is going to be your priority,
- 23:58Speaker 1: because I want to get into this one high in
- 24:00Speaker 1: fifty suspicious activity reports of that came about of the
- 24:05Speaker 1: Biden family and all of their money in and out
- 24:08Speaker 1: of accounts. Yeah, I mean, you look at the facts
- 24:11Speaker 1: with Hunter Biden and Jim Biden, the entire Biden crime
- 24:15Speaker 1: family as I would call it. They've been influenced peddling
- 24:18Speaker 1: for a decade, and Hunter Biden's committed serious crimes. As
- 24:21Speaker 1: you mentioned, one hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports. Those
- 24:25Speaker 1: are the most severe bank violations. This is when the
- 24:28Speaker 1: bank notifies the federal government that we're pretty confident our
- 24:31Speaker 1: client has committed a crime. He's had multiple banks file
- 24:36Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty suspicious activity reports saying that we
- 24:39Speaker 1: believe each instance was another act of a crime, but
- 24:42Speaker 1: yet the FBI did nothing about it. And Timothy Tebow
- 24:45Speaker 1: can resign from the FBI, he can refuse to answer
- 24:48Speaker 1: our questions now. But in January, after the mid terms,
- 24:51Speaker 1: we're hopefully going to be in the majority, I will
- 24:54Speaker 1: have a gavel, I will have subpoena power, Jim Jordan
- 24:56Speaker 1: will have subpoena power in the Judiciary Committee, and Tim
- 24:59Speaker 1: t is going to be a person of great interest
- 25:02Speaker 1: for both the Oversight and Judiciary Committees. Look, we need
- 25:05Speaker 1: to hold people accountable in the FBI for wrongdoing. We
- 25:08Speaker 1: need to set an example. Then we need to reform
- 25:10Speaker 1: the FBI and move forward. But from a priority for
- 25:13Speaker 1: the Oversight Committee, Look, we're investigating Hunter Biden because we
- 25:17Speaker 1: believe he's a national security threat and we fear that
- 25:20Speaker 1: he's compromised Joe Biden. So a lot of the bad policies,
- 25:23Speaker 1: the energy policies, the foreign policy that Joe Biden has
- 25:27Speaker 1: enacted that put America last. We believe this was done
- 25:31Speaker 1: because he's compromised because of his family's shady business dealings
- 25:34Speaker 1: with our adversaries. How are you going to get around
- 25:37Speaker 1: the fact that they just won't cooperate. That FBI agent
- 25:41Speaker 1: who told us all about election integrity, ordered Igor den
- 25:45Speaker 1: Shanko to erase all evidence from his phone of his
- 25:49Speaker 1: role in the attempted coup of President Trump. They also
- 25:53Speaker 1: hid all this stuff from Devin Nunez when he was
- 25:55Speaker 1: the chairman of the Intelligence Committee. He didn't know that
- 25:58Speaker 1: Egor den Shanko was on the roll. He didn't know
- 26:01Speaker 1: that they were offering Christopher Steel a million dollars. What
- 26:04Speaker 1: are you gonna do about it to get to the
- 26:05Speaker 1: bottom if they keep hiding all of this stuff, Well,
- 26:08Speaker 1: we're gonna use the subpoena authority. They're going to be
- 26:12Speaker 1: required to testify under oath. We're also going to be
- 26:15Speaker 1: deposing a lot of people. This isn't just going to
- 26:17Speaker 1: be centered around the usual suspects that are in the
- 26:21Speaker 1: newsual Tvo and Christopher Ray. This is gonna include a
- 26:25Speaker 1: lot of lower level people. We're already working with whistleblowers.
- 26:28Speaker 1: I think we're further along than a lot of people
- 26:30Speaker 1: realize with respect to trying to hold people accountable in
- 26:34Speaker 1: the FBI for wrongdoing. And look, with this Hunter Biden situation,
- 26:37Speaker 1: it's only getting worse. And a lot of people say, well,
- 26:40Speaker 1: you know his father did they interview on CNN and say, well,
- 26:42Speaker 1: he's straightened up. You know, he got on drugs and
- 26:44Speaker 1: he's straightened up now. But the influence peddling Maria predated
- 26:48Speaker 1: the drug addiction. And then if you look at the
- 26:51Speaker 1: story right at the beginning of the Biden administration that
- 26:53Speaker 1: people forget about he sold all that artwork for half
- 26:57Speaker 1: a million dollars plus. We're pretty confident that artwork went
- 27:01Speaker 1: to China, and we want to know more about who
- 27:03Speaker 1: bought that. So there's been misdeeds that have been that
- 27:09Speaker 1: have happened with Hunter Biden in both the Obama Biden
- 27:12Speaker 1: administration and the Biden administration. So we've got a lot
- 27:15Speaker 1: of answers to get for the American people. We're not
- 27:18Speaker 1: gonna let up, but we have to have subpoena power.
- 27:21Speaker 1: So these November eighth elections are crucial to be able
- 27:24Speaker 1: to give the American people the answers they want. And
- 27:27Speaker 1: the last thing that you know, everyone that watches your Chavarria,
- 27:30Speaker 1: they want people held accountable for wrongdoing. It seems like
- 27:33Speaker 1: no one's ever held accountable for wrongdoing. We realize this
- 27:36Speaker 1: in the Republican majority, and we want to focus on
- 27:39Speaker 1: trying to hold people accountable. In addition to fixing the
- 27:41Speaker 1: problems at the FBI and with the Biden influence peddling country,
- 27:46Speaker 1: this could not be more important. The three countries that
- 27:49Speaker 1: apparently have given the Biden family the most money China
- 27:53Speaker 1: tens of millions of dollars Russia. We know we've identified
- 27:57Speaker 1: a three and a half million dollars check from the
- 27:59Speaker 1: former mayor's wife of Moscow who sent money to the
- 28:04Speaker 1: Biden family Ukraine, which is now getting crushed by Russia.
- 28:08Speaker 1: These are the countries that Joe Biden has to make
- 28:10Speaker 1: decisions about on behalf of the American people. How can
- 28:13Speaker 1: he if he's compromised and has taken all this money
- 28:16Speaker 1: in Look at this last email that was exposed by
- 28:19Speaker 1: your colleague Devin Nunez. I'm sorry why you're calleague, darryl
- 28:23Speaker 1: Issa Daryl from the Hunter laptop and it basically shows
- 28:28Speaker 1: Jim Biden trying to lobby the Qataris, say, my family
- 28:31Speaker 1: could provide a wealth of introductions and business opportunities at
- 28:34Speaker 1: the highest levels. And here you are telling us about
- 28:37Speaker 1: the art. What arrogance? How much arrogance can one have
- 28:42Speaker 1: after all of this that has been exposed in a laptop,
- 28:45Speaker 1: that you could actually begin becoming president and have your
- 28:49Speaker 1: son do art work and sell it to the Chinese,
- 28:52Speaker 1: still continuing that influence peddling even while he's a sitting president.
- 28:57Speaker 1: It's sickning. And again, where was the fa out of this?
- 29:01Speaker 1: That email shows that this family was engaging influence feeling.
- 29:04Speaker 1: There's a lawsuit in Kentucky now with the President's brother
- 29:07Speaker 1: where he was trying to sell his services to a
- 29:11Speaker 1: healthcare startup in Nashville, Tennessee that he could acquire seed
- 29:16Speaker 1: capital from the United Air memorans. So it's not just China, Ukraine, Russia,
- 29:21Speaker 1: it's the Middle East too. All the places where Joe
- 29:23Speaker 1: Biden's made huge mistakes, huge mistakes you can trace back
- 29:27Speaker 1: to influence paling from his family. And that's why it's
- 29:30Speaker 1: so important that we investigate Hunter Biden because he has
- 29:34Speaker 1: probably compromised this administration and the American people deserve better.
- 29:38Speaker 1: The American people to deserve better. And this is I
- 29:41Speaker 1: think again goes back to the mandate that I mentioned
- 29:43Speaker 1: to you earlier. I think it is obvious that the
- 29:47Speaker 1: American people that they are voting for the Republicans and
- 29:50Speaker 1: they are going to have this press conference if they
- 29:52Speaker 1: win the majority, they are not going to hold back.
- 29:55Speaker 1: If they win the majority, and they're going to they
- 29:57Speaker 1: are going to immediately start in because it's really not
- 30:00Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden. It's about Joe Biden at this point,
- 30:04Speaker 1: and how compromise is the United States of America right
- 30:07Speaker 1: now from the Chinese, how compromise is our government? And
- 30:11Speaker 1: what state secrets may they have or what type of
- 30:14Speaker 1: influence and control could they have over the Biden's Because
- 30:18Speaker 1: if this is what we had on Hunter Biden's laptop,
- 30:23Speaker 1: then it's got to be pretty clear now that these
- 30:26Speaker 1: countries have blackmail material over Joe Biden and over James
- 30:31Speaker 1: Biden and over Hunter Biden. How tough can you really
- 30:35Speaker 1: be if on Qatar with the deals there, how tough
- 30:40Speaker 1: can you be on Russia with the deals there? How
- 30:43Speaker 1: tough can you actually stand up to Russia on nuclear
- 30:47Speaker 1: proliferation with a ram that I mentioned earlier? How tough
- 30:50Speaker 1: can you really be in these scenarios if they own
- 30:54Speaker 1: you financially and they have the documents. Because you gotta
- 30:58Speaker 1: understand something. If the China, if it came out that
- 31:01Speaker 1: China was bribing America, there, no one's gonna go to
- 31:04Speaker 1: jail from China, right like, it's not going to hurt
- 31:07Speaker 1: them in their country. If anything, it would be celebrated
- 31:11Speaker 1: the same with the Russians. No one in Russia is
- 31:13Speaker 1: going to go to jail for this. If anything, you
- 31:16Speaker 1: would be like congratulations, We infiltrated and we were able
- 31:19Speaker 1: to buy off for millions of dollars the First family,
- 31:23Speaker 1: and we were able to have this influence for the
- 31:25Speaker 1: last two two and a half three years, maybe even longer, right,
- 31:28Speaker 1: depending on how long these deals have been going. In fact,
- 31:31Speaker 1: they had a lot of influence when it was a
- 31:32Speaker 1: vice presence. This has been more than a decade. You've
- 31:34Speaker 1: been able to control one of the top political families
- 31:36Speaker 1: in America and control what happens to you and how
- 31:40Speaker 1: America treats you. That's a great deal for them. So
- 31:45Speaker 1: if it does come out and they did blackmail you,
- 31:47Speaker 1: and let's say they just threw everything out there and said,
- 31:49Speaker 1: all right, this is what you took, this is what
- 31:51Speaker 1: you did, this is how this went down. Is anyone
- 31:54Speaker 1: really gonna stop the Chinese are the Russians and say well,
- 31:59Speaker 1: you we're bad actors. No, it's gonna be celebrated. This
- 32:03Speaker 1: is a trade craft for them, right, trying to get
- 32:07Speaker 1: families compromise based on dollars. And that's what the Russians
- 32:11Speaker 1: were doing. That's what the Chinese were doing, and they
- 32:16Speaker 1: put America in a terrible position. And the leader of
- 32:19Speaker 1: the free world, Joe Biden was in on every single
- 32:22Speaker 1: bit of it. I also think Republicans have to be
- 32:24Speaker 1: very smart about this, and I say this now because
- 32:27Speaker 1: I want to remind them of this. You cannot make
- 32:30Speaker 1: this about Hunter Biden and the neked pictures and the
- 32:33Speaker 1: prostitutes and the drugs. And I think they're listening right now,
- 32:38Speaker 1: and I think they understand this. This is about connecting
- 32:41Speaker 1: dots to the President of the United States of America.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Forget Hunter Biden, Okay, really forget him. Look at what
- 32:52Speaker 1: the business deals did for Joe Biden. How much a
- 32:55Speaker 1: Joe Biden profit from these deals. That's what this needs
- 32:59Speaker 1: to be all about. Make sure you share this podcast
