- 0:01Speaker 1: I'm not even sure where to start with you, because
- 0:03Speaker 1: there's two major stories, and we're going to cover both.
- 0:06Speaker 1: One of them is now a congressman has released leaked
- 0:09Speaker 1: images of ID cards for illegal aliens being released in
- 0:15Speaker 1: the United States of America. According to a congressman, the administration,
- 0:19Speaker 1: the Biden administration, is trying to keep this on the
- 0:21Speaker 1: down low so that they will be giving official US
- 0:25Speaker 1: and Customs of Border IDs ICE docket cards. They call
- 0:30Speaker 1: them secure market cards that are basically like having a
- 0:35Speaker 1: driver's license. Are almost being like an American citizen. Now,
- 0:39Speaker 1: why does this matter because at the exact same time
- 0:41Speaker 1: that this is being released, we learned today that the
- 0:45Speaker 1: US is offering nearly and they did this again on
- 0:48Speaker 1: the down low, nearly a half a million Venezuelan migrants
- 0:54Speaker 1: legal status and work permits, following demands from strained liberal
- 0:59Speaker 1: cities to get them off their streets, saying if you
- 1:02Speaker 1: can give them the ability to work, then at least
- 1:03Speaker 1: we can get the hell out of here, get them
- 1:05Speaker 1: off our streets, get them away from US. Now, while
- 1:08Speaker 1: all this is happening, you also now have the welcoming,
- 1:11Speaker 1: loving state of New York that is now saying stop
- 1:15Speaker 1: coming here the governor there, and I'm gonna play this
- 1:18Speaker 1: for you in a little bit. But the governor there
- 1:20Speaker 1: has come forward and said, if you're gonna leave your country,
- 1:23Speaker 1: that's fine, but go somewhere else. So much for them
- 1:26Speaker 1: being a sanctuary loving city, right, they're saying, we don't
- 1:30Speaker 1: want you go away.
- 1:32Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:32Speaker 1: I'm going to deal with all that, and I want
- 1:34Speaker 1: to lay that out for you. But there's also some
- 1:36Speaker 1: other big news that deals with the Biden crime family,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and this is obviously very important. Jim Jordan has just
- 1:45Speaker 1: issued a second subpoena to the FBI agent who fled
- 1:51Speaker 1: the United States of America fled the country after his
- 1:56Speaker 1: interview fell through. The Republican from Ohio Jim Jordan, who's
- 2:01Speaker 1: the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, has sent another
- 2:04Speaker 1: subpoena to the FBI agent, Elvis Chan, after he left
- 2:08Speaker 1: the country when a scheduled interview for September fifteenth fell through.
- 2:13Speaker 1: That according to a letter obtained by The Daily Caller,
- 2:17Speaker 1: the House Judiciary Committee is demanding the Chan appear for
- 2:20Speaker 1: a deposition October fifth of this year to discuss his
- 2:26Speaker 1: role on the FBI's foreign Influence task force known as FITF.
- 2:34Speaker 1: This ahead of the twenty twenty presidential election. House Judiciary
- 2:39Speaker 1: subpoena Chan on September fifteenth to give an interview Thursday
- 2:44Speaker 1: after a dispute between Committee investigators and the DOJ derailed
- 2:50Speaker 1: his scheduled interview. That is what we knew based on
- 2:54Speaker 1: representations that the date of your deposition conflicted with the
- 2:58Speaker 1: dates of your official travel. As an accommodation, the Committee
- 3:03Speaker 1: is issuing you a new deposition subpoena that compels your
- 3:07Speaker 1: appearance on October fifth, twenty twenty three. The letter reads
- 3:11Speaker 1: that we now have The House Judiciary notified Chan before
- 3:16Speaker 1: his scheduled interview that he was allowed to He was
- 3:20Speaker 1: allowed to be legally represented by either his personal counsel
- 3:25Speaker 1: or an attorney from the Department of Justice. This according
- 3:28Speaker 1: to emails shared Thursday on Twitter by the Committee. The
- 3:33Speaker 1: Department of Justice brought a staff attorney to the scheduled
- 3:36Speaker 1: interview even though Chan agreed to be represented by his
- 3:41Speaker 1: personal attorney, and the interview fell apart as a result,
- 3:45Speaker 1: which tells you there's something nefarious going on here. Why
- 3:48Speaker 1: would the DOJ send an attorney if you already had
- 3:52Speaker 1: your own attorney unless they're trying to make sure that
- 3:55Speaker 1: you're covering something up for them, which brings us back
- 3:58Speaker 1: to this quote. Today, after an FBI employee traveled across
- 4:04Speaker 1: the country to voluntarily participate in a scheduled interview, he
- 4:10Speaker 1: was denied the right to have his chosen legal counsel
- 4:13Speaker 1: accompany him. The FBI previously told The Daily Caller in
- 4:18Speaker 1: a statement, quote upon arrival at the Capitol, Committee and
- 4:22Speaker 1: staff directed agency council to leave the premises, and the
- 4:26Speaker 1: interview was unable to quote proceed. Now, the FITF where
- 4:33Speaker 1: this man worked with social media companies to censor online speech,
- 4:39Speaker 1: included we now know the New York Post reporting on
- 4:43Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story in October of twenty twenty.
- 4:47Speaker 1: That's why this FBI employee's testimony is so important. In fact,
- 4:52Speaker 1: according to the Twitter files and the documents and the
- 4:56Speaker 1: House Judiciary Committee, we now know that the New York Times,
- 5:00Speaker 1: Washington Post and other media outlets had verified the contents
- 5:04Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop archive. Yet you had a government
- 5:08Speaker 1: and people at the FBI that were trying to silence
- 5:12Speaker 1: and shut down the story and have big tech do it.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Representative Jim Jordan put out a tweet back in August
- 5:20Speaker 1: that said the Facebook Files Part four, the FBI lied
- 5:24Speaker 1: about meeting with Big Tech regarding the New York Post
- 5:28Speaker 1: Hunter Biden laptop story. Internal Facebook documents reveal that an
- 5:34Speaker 1: FBI special agent made false statements in testimony about the
- 5:39Speaker 1: FBI's role and the suppression of the Hunter Biden laptop story. Now,
- 5:44Speaker 1: that text message, or I should say, that tweet that
- 5:47Speaker 1: was put out by Jim Jordan was a tweet that
- 5:50Speaker 1: didn't get a lot of attention on August the seventh
- 5:52Speaker 1: because people didn't realize what it was connected to. And
- 5:55Speaker 1: now to this FBI agent and now and to this testimony,
- 5:58Speaker 1: and now the fact that guy's out of the country,
- 6:01Speaker 1: this is now obviously a big problem.
- 6:03Speaker 2: Now. To be clear, Chan appeared to lie about his.
- 6:07Speaker 1: Work on censoring the Hunter Biden laptop when he testified
- 6:11Speaker 1: in November of twenty twenty two for the ongoing Missouri v.
- 6:16Speaker 1: Biden online censorship lawsuit. Jim Jordan has also revealed that information.
- 6:22Speaker 2: Now.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Jordan also shared internal Facebook documents showing Chan had more
- 6:29Speaker 1: meetings with Facebook than he appeared to let on during
- 6:32Speaker 1: his testimony. In fact, Chan and this group at the FBI,
- 6:36Speaker 1: the FITF section and the chief there met with Facebook
- 6:42Speaker 1: on October the fourteenth and told the platform quote no
- 6:46Speaker 1: comment on whether Biden's laptop was real. That is what
- 6:51Speaker 1: with the testimony now shows us in the House Judiciary Committee.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Then you add this on to the other part of
- 6:58Speaker 1: the story, and that is the IRA whistleblower, Gary Shapley.
- 7:03Speaker 2: He testified to the House.
- 7:04Speaker 1: Waves and Means Committee in May and confirmed that the
- 7:08Speaker 1: FBI knew Hunter Biden's laptop was real in early twenty twenty,
- 7:14Speaker 1: which means they were lying to Big Tech when they
- 7:17Speaker 1: told them they thought that this intel when it broke
- 7:21Speaker 1: was Russian disinformation. In fact, Chan, the guy who's now
- 7:26Speaker 1: missing and overseas, testified that he was quote unquote confident
- 7:31Speaker 1: at the time he did not participate in any other
- 7:35Speaker 1: meetings with tech companies besides the one disclosed by his boss.
- 7:42Speaker 1: The internal Facebook documents, however, shared by Jordan, indicate that
- 7:46Speaker 1: Chan was lying. In fact, Chan had a follow up
- 7:49Speaker 1: meeting with Facebook officials on October fifteenth to discuss in fact,
- 7:55Speaker 1: the Hunter Biden laptop story.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Chan he was up to speed on the current.
- 8:02Speaker 1: State of the matter within the FBI, and that there
- 8:05Speaker 1: was no current evidence. This is exact quote, no current
- 8:11Speaker 1: evidence to suggest any foreign connection or direction of the leak.
- 8:17Speaker 1: A Facebook employee testified about the October fifteenth, twenty twenty meeting. Now,
- 8:24Speaker 1: the House Judiciary Committee's interview with Chant, they say, is clear.
- 8:29Speaker 1: It's a part of their investigation to the work by
- 8:32Speaker 1: government officials, they say, to pressure social media companies into
- 8:36Speaker 1: censoring political speech of stories that they didn't like. Now,
- 8:41Speaker 1: if you think about this from a taxpayer's only perspective,
- 8:45Speaker 1: I want you to think about what we are learning
- 8:47Speaker 1: and what this means. What this means is that people
- 8:50Speaker 1: at the FBI and the CIA and other government agencies
- 8:55Speaker 1: were in essence working for the Biden campaign, except you
- 8:59Speaker 1: were paying their salaries, and they were working for Obama
- 9:03Speaker 1: and others to cover up the corruption of the administration.
- 9:10Speaker 2: That's what they were doing.
- 9:11Speaker 1: They were using your tax dollars to pay for these
- 9:14Speaker 1: employees to work and to push propaganda. These FBI employees
- 9:21Speaker 1: were not working for the best interests of the country.
- 9:24Speaker 1: They knew they worked for They worked for Joe Biden,
- 9:28Speaker 1: and they worked for the Democratic Party, and they worked
- 9:30Speaker 1: for the Democratic Party power brokers. So when their guy's
- 9:34Speaker 1: running for president and they need a story to go away,
- 9:38Speaker 1: or they know there's a story that's really damning. They're like, gotcha,
- 9:40Speaker 1: no problem, we got this taken care of. We'll go
- 9:43Speaker 1: meet with social media companies and we'll get those social
- 9:47Speaker 1: media companies to silence these stories and to not allow
- 9:50Speaker 1: them to go viral, because we understand what we're doing.
- 9:53Speaker 2: We're working for you.
- 9:55Speaker 1: We're trying to make sure that you get what you need,
- 9:58Speaker 1: which is an easy election and not scrutiny over the
- 10:02Speaker 1: corruption within your administration or within your family. And it
- 10:06Speaker 1: worked flawlessly, right, That's something else you got to understand,
- 10:09Speaker 1: like this worked out flawlessly. But first I want to
- 10:14Speaker 1: tell you about a company that I really want you
- 10:16Speaker 1: to check out. Every day we hear about another familiar
- 10:20Speaker 1: brand that sells out their customers and is going Woke.
- 10:25Speaker 1: Americans like me and you're probably one of them, are
- 10:28Speaker 1: sick and tired of having leftist propaganda jammed into every
- 10:32Speaker 1: product that we consume. Well, woke mobile companies are no different.
- 10:37Speaker 1: The company that you're paying your bill to right now
- 10:39Speaker 1: may be giving major donations to Planned Parenthood, for example,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and for years they've been dumping millions of these liberal causes,
- 10:46Speaker 1: and we had to take it because you need a
- 10:48Speaker 1: cell phone and probably thought there was no alternative.
- 10:50Speaker 2: Well, I've got news for you.
- 10:52Speaker 1: There is, and I want you to make the switch
- 10:54Speaker 1: and stand up for a company that stands up for
- 10:57Speaker 1: your values. Patriot Mobile is America's only Christian conservative wireless provider,
- 11:03Speaker 1: offering dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks. That
- 11:07Speaker 1: means you get the best possible service in your area.
- 11:10Speaker 2: Period.
- 11:11Speaker 1: But guess what you do lose the leftist propaganda. Now
- 11:15Speaker 1: when you switch to Patriot Mobile, you're sending a message
- 11:17Speaker 1: that you support free speech, religious freedom, the sanctity of life,
- 11:21Speaker 1: the Second Amendment, our military veterans, and first responder heroes.
- 11:26Speaker 1: That's because they give a piece of your bill every
- 11:28Speaker 1: month to those causes. They have one hundred percent US
- 11:31Speaker 1: based customer service team that makes switching easy. So just
- 11:35Speaker 1: go to Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson. It's Patriot Mobile
- 11:40Speaker 1: dot com slash ferguson, or you can call them eight
- 11:42Speaker 1: seven eight Patriot that's eight seven eight Patriot get free
- 11:46Speaker 1: activation today with the offer code ferguson. Ask about their
- 11:50Speaker 1: coverage guarantee when you're on the phone with them. Get
- 11:53Speaker 1: the same dependable service and take a stand for your values.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Make the switch today Patriotmobile dot com slash ferguson or
- 11:59Speaker 1: eight seven eight Patriot. Here's something else that's interesting. There
- 12:05Speaker 1: was a lot of conversation on Capitol Hill over the
- 12:10Speaker 1: last twenty four hours with Merrick Garland.
- 12:13Speaker 2: Merrick Garland was there. He was asked questions.
- 12:15Speaker 1: About some of these issues I just talked about, and
- 12:18Speaker 1: one of those issues was the question that he was
- 12:22Speaker 1: asked was about the statue of limitations expiring for the
- 12:26Speaker 1: years that Hunter Biden got income from Barisma. It was
- 12:29Speaker 1: clearly done on purpose. The prosecutor who's now the Special Prosecutor,
- 12:35Speaker 1: knew that the statue of limitations was coming to an
- 12:37Speaker 1: end and knew that then he couldn't charge Hunter Biden
- 12:41Speaker 1: with some of the most serious crimes for what happened
- 12:43Speaker 1: in Ukraine with Barisma, and that's why they did it.
- 12:48Speaker 1: They figured it out. The prosecutor said, Okay, I can
- 12:52Speaker 1: protect you just by slow playing this. I can protect
- 12:56Speaker 1: you just by making sure that the statue imitations disappears
- 13:02Speaker 1: and when it does, right, right, when it happens, right,
- 13:07Speaker 1: when this, when this happens, then it's game on for us.
- 13:11Speaker 1: We're in great shape because there's nothing else that we
- 13:13Speaker 1: have to worry about. There's nothing else we have to do.
- 13:17Speaker 1: We can't prosecute you for these crimes, so we're going
- 13:20Speaker 1: to be in a perfect situation. That's now what they're saying.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Jim Jordan had to say.
- 13:28Speaker 1: He was on a podcast and he was asked a
- 13:30Speaker 1: question about the statue of limitations. Take a listen to this.
- 13:33Speaker 3: Yeah, Representative Johnson said, hey, can you tell me if
- 13:36Speaker 3: you've talked to the FBI about Hunter Biden? And this
- 13:39Speaker 3: was probably the most devastating answer. I don't recall. I
- 13:42Speaker 3: don't remember. I'm gonna these flashbacks from Bill Clinton's testimony
- 13:47Speaker 3: under oath.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I don't recall.
- 13:49Speaker 3: I don't recall one hundred ninety seven times. Saying I
- 13:51Speaker 3: don't recall this is obviously slees ball speak for these
- 13:55Speaker 3: rats in Washington, d C. To like get out of
- 13:58Speaker 3: situations where they know they've been caught. What do you
- 14:01Speaker 3: take from that response, I don't recall if I've ever
- 14:03Speaker 3: still can tell.
- 14:05Speaker 4: Us who these this Because there is a letter that
- 14:07Speaker 4: David Wise sends a Senator Graham on July tenth, where
- 14:11Speaker 4: he says, I have not sought special counsel status. Rather,
- 14:13Speaker 4: I've had discussions with people at Maine Justice, at the
- 14:15Speaker 4: Justice Department.
- 14:16Speaker 2: Who do you have discussions with?
- 14:17Speaker 4: And again, Mary Garland woudn't answer that question, let alone
- 14:21Speaker 4: whether he can recall if he ever talked to the FBI.
- 14:24Speaker 2: It seems to me he probably would have. This is
- 14:25Speaker 2: a pretty high profile case.
- 14:27Speaker 4: But I really think the two biggest concerns about how
- 14:30Speaker 4: this was handled, the biggest of all in my judgment,
- 14:33Speaker 4: is letting the statute of limitations expire for tax years
- 14:38Speaker 4: twenty fourteen twenty fifteen. And I'm convinced the reason they
- 14:42Speaker 4: did that where those were the years Hunter Biden got
- 14:44Speaker 4: income from Barisma. And it's one thing to charge Hunter
- 14:47Speaker 4: Biden on a gun charge in Delaware that doesn't involve
- 14:50Speaker 4: Joe Biden, but the Barisma tax years directly involves the
- 14:54Speaker 4: President of the United States, And so I think that's
- 14:56Speaker 4: why they drug this case out. Every witness we've deposed
- 15:00Speaker 4: told us they slow walk this investigation. I think they
- 15:02Speaker 4: did it to let the statute of limitations expire on
- 15:05Speaker 4: those particularly troublesome years. From the perspective of the Bidens,
- 15:09Speaker 4: because never forget these four fundamental facts beening.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Four key facts. Hunter Biden got.
- 15:14Speaker 4: Put on the bard of Barisma, got paid millions of dollars.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Fat Number two. He wasn't qualified to be on the
- 15:18Speaker 4: board of Barisma. His word's not mine, he said. He
- 15:20Speaker 4: got the job. He thinks largely because of his last name.
- 15:23Speaker 4: Fact number three. The executives at Barisma asked Hunter Biden,
- 15:27Speaker 4: we're under pressure.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Can you help us? Can you help us?
- 15:30Speaker 4: In DC Fac Number four, most important, Joe Biden goes
- 15:34Speaker 4: to Ukraine, gets the prosecutor fired, leverages our tax dollars
- 15:39Speaker 4: to accomplish that. Those four facts are why I'm convinced
- 15:42Speaker 4: they let the statute of limitations expire for those two
- 15:46Speaker 4: key years where he got millions of dollars of income
- 15:48Speaker 4: from this company, Barisma. And oh, by the way, that
- 15:51Speaker 4: last fact Fac Number four, that totally comports with what
- 15:55Speaker 4: the confidential human source told the FBI, and the FBI
- 16:00Speaker 4: recorded in the ten twenty three form that they didn't
- 16:02Speaker 4: want to let us see.
- 16:04Speaker 2: So that to me is the most compelling stuff here.
- 16:07Speaker 4: And then you got this investigation, like I said, trying
- 16:09Speaker 4: to sweep it all under the buck.
- 16:11Speaker 1: Jim Jordan laying it out there very clearly exactly what's
- 16:15Speaker 1: at stake here and just how corrupt the Biden crime
- 16:17Speaker 1: family was in all of this. Now, if you look
- 16:20Speaker 1: at Hunter Biden, all right, and let's go back to this,
- 16:23Speaker 1: because Hunter Biden and Joe Biden are won the same
- 16:26Speaker 1: when it comes to business partners. That's part of what people,
- 16:29Speaker 1: I think keep trying to forget is that Hunter Biden
- 16:35Speaker 1: doesn't have a job without the product, and the product
- 16:38Speaker 1: is Joe Biden. Hunter Biden's scheme doesn't exist without the product,
- 16:43Speaker 1: which is Joe Biden. You're selling access to Joe Biden.
- 16:48Speaker 1: Joe Biden is selling access to the United States government.
- 16:51Speaker 1: But that's how all of this is happening. And so
- 16:54Speaker 1: I don't care about Hunter Biden, right, I care about
- 16:58Speaker 1: Joe Biden. What you noticed before Congress is a g Garland.
- 17:04Speaker 1: He's like, well, I don't know anything that's going on.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I don't understand any of it, right, I don't know.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I'll give you another example when he just flat out
- 17:12Speaker 1: lies the Attorney General Garland doesn't even know if he's
- 17:16Speaker 1: investigating who leaked Hunter Biden's probe to the Washington Post,
- 17:20Speaker 1: which is against the law.
- 17:21Speaker 2: Listen to this, Have you, or.
- 17:23Speaker 5: Are you investigating who leaked the information that appeared in
- 17:27Speaker 5: the Washington Post on October six, twenty twenty two. About
- 17:31Speaker 5: this investigation about the hunter By.
- 17:32Speaker 6: Investigation, you're saying there was an October twenty twenty two.
- 17:36Speaker 5: October sixth, twenty twenty two, Washington Post writes a story
- 17:39Speaker 5: about the hunter By an investigation. I'm just I wonder
- 17:41Speaker 5: if you investigated who leaked that information to the Washington Post.
- 17:46Speaker 6: I don't know the answer to that question.
- 17:48Speaker 5: Has it been referred to the Inspector General? Do you
- 17:51Speaker 5: know that?
- 17:55Speaker 6: I don't want my answer to suggest that there is
- 17:58Speaker 6: or isn't such an investigation. And I know that them
- 18:03Speaker 6: that the Inspector General who sent a letter to Congress
- 18:07Speaker 6: explaining that there was that he had an ongoing assessment
- 18:10Speaker 6: with respect to the whistleblower's charges. I don't know if
- 18:13Speaker 6: that's what you're referring to.
- 18:15Speaker 2: I mean, it's amazing.
- 18:16Speaker 1: This is a guy who's in charge of the DOJ
- 18:19Speaker 1: and he doesn't even know what he is or isn't investigating,
- 18:22Speaker 1: has no idea what's going on here.
- 18:24Speaker 2: CNN said this about a G. Garland's testimony. Listen.
- 18:30Speaker 7: So Garland made clear this was not my decision. But
- 18:33Speaker 7: there are certain questions, important questions that remained. Why was
- 18:37Speaker 7: David Weiss's made special counsel five years into the investigation?
- 18:41Speaker 8: What necessitated that?
- 18:42Speaker 7: And why was doj willing to go into court about
- 18:45Speaker 7: two months ago and take a plea to a misdemeanor
- 18:46Speaker 7: for probation. That clearly has changed now those questions linger,
- 18:50Speaker 7: Jim Jordan will continue to press.
- 18:52Speaker 1: Them, CNN saying more questions than answers on the Hunter
- 18:56Speaker 1: Byden and Biden probe. They're forced to not cover for
- 18:59Speaker 1: these guys now because of this look, I expect Jim Jordan,
- 19:03Speaker 1: by the way, to get some serious answers. And this
- 19:06Speaker 1: FBI agent who fled the country after the interview fell through,
- 19:09Speaker 1: I think he's not gonna be able to get away
- 19:10Speaker 1: with that. I'm going to keep you updated on it.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Please share this part of the podcast with your family
- 19:15Speaker 1: and your friends. Please share it on social media because
- 19:18Speaker 1: people need to know that this even happened and it's important.
- 19:20Speaker 1: So if you're on social media, hit that little forward,
- 19:23Speaker 1: but then share this.
- 19:26Speaker 2: All right.
- 19:26Speaker 1: I want to get to this other story now that
- 19:29Speaker 1: I mentioned earlier, and that is you've got a lot
- 19:33Speaker 1: of liberal mayors and now governors who are freaked out
- 19:38Speaker 1: over having a very small number of illegal immigrants in
- 19:43Speaker 1: their cities. Okay, this is not something that if you
- 19:49Speaker 1: look at New York as a state, for example, or
- 19:51Speaker 1: New York City is a city, it's a joke. Okay,
- 19:54Speaker 1: it is a joke how few illegal immigrants they have
- 19:58Speaker 1: compared to places like border states Exis. Okay, they're now
- 20:02Speaker 1: losing their minds and they're freaking out because they have
- 20:08Speaker 1: all of these different problems that the border states have
- 20:13Speaker 1: had for a long time, and they're saying, don't come here.
- 20:16Speaker 1: I'll give you example, Governor Abby Phillips has said today,
- 20:22Speaker 1: if you're gonna leave your country, fine, leave your country,
- 20:26Speaker 1: but you need to go somewhere else.
- 20:29Speaker 2: Don't come here. We don't want you here. Now.
- 20:33Speaker 1: This is also happening, as the White House says, states
- 20:36Speaker 1: using tools such as razor wire to stop illegal immigrants
- 20:40Speaker 1: they now say as a political stunt, because in Texas
- 20:43Speaker 1: they're now doing this.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Listen, here's what I'll say. I would have to look
- 20:46Speaker 2: into that.
- 20:47Speaker 9: I did so see those reports yesterday but as it
- 20:49Speaker 9: relates to Governor Abbott, we know what he has done
- 20:52Speaker 9: these past couple of years while this president has been
- 20:55Speaker 9: in office. He's turned this when it comes to the border,
- 20:58Speaker 9: he's turned this into a political stunt. And that's what
- 21:01Speaker 9: he's done over and over again. That's what I can
- 21:03Speaker 9: speak to. I did see those reports. I would have
- 21:06Speaker 9: to go back and get a sense from the team
- 21:08Speaker 9: and give you an answer on that.
- 21:10Speaker 1: So they're now saying you can't secure your own border,
- 21:13Speaker 1: even your state, and they're criticizing states that are trying
- 21:17Speaker 1: to do whatever they can to stop illegal immigration. They're
- 21:20Speaker 1: calling it a political stunt. Now, let's talk about the
- 21:23Speaker 1: politics this for a second, because it came out today
- 21:26Speaker 1: that former Presidentald Trump says if he is re elected,
- 21:30Speaker 1: he would quote unquote, immediately invoke a federal law granting
- 21:33Speaker 1: himself the unilateral power to detain and deport non citizens
- 21:38Speaker 1: in the United States who are older than fourteen years old.
- 21:41Speaker 1: This is exactly what a strong leader should be saying
- 21:45Speaker 1: right now, based on what we are seeing, which is
- 21:47Speaker 1: unprecedented amounts of thousands and thousands and thousands of people
- 21:52Speaker 1: coming across the border. There was also something else that
- 21:55Speaker 1: happened at the border. On the border, I should say.
- 21:58Speaker 1: The White House Press secretery refused to answer questions from
- 22:01Speaker 1: Fox News is Peter Deucy after calling on him and
- 22:04Speaker 1: then saying we're moving on, because I don't think she
- 22:06Speaker 1: knew how to answer the damn question.
- 22:08Speaker 2: Listen, what do you call it here at the White House?
- 22:11Speaker 3: When ten thousand people illegally crossed the border in a
- 22:14Speaker 3: single day?
- 22:15Speaker 2: So what do you call it? Peter?
- 22:17Speaker 9: When Gop puts forth a wait, no no no no
- 22:20Speaker 9: no no no, I'm answering, Okay, we're gonna move no
- 22:23Speaker 9: no no no no no no no no no, we're
- 22:25Speaker 9: moving on. About that, you said no no.
- 22:29Speaker 2: I tried to answer, Peter. I tried to answer the question.
- 22:32Speaker 2: You stopped me.
- 22:32Speaker 1: Let's go question there it is. There's your White House
- 22:36Speaker 1: pre secretary. She's asked a question, what do you call it?
- 22:39Speaker 1: If that's not a crisis, what is a crisis?
- 22:42Speaker 2: Right? Like, if that's not a crisis, what is a crisis? Now?
- 22:45Speaker 1: Donald Trump has come out today and he's swinging on this.
- 22:49Speaker 1: He was in an event in Iowa today and he
- 22:51Speaker 1: said this. Now, by contrast, at his first one hundred
- 22:54Speaker 1: days in office, crook at Joe Biden, then the radical
- 22:57Speaker 1: left Marxist took.
- 22:59Speaker 6: Ninety four open border actions, think of it.
- 23:02Speaker 5: Ninety four.
- 23:03Speaker 4: He canceled the border wall, ordered a virtual shutdown of ICE,
- 23:07Speaker 4: implemented nationwide catch and release.
- 23:10Speaker 2: Nobody's ever seen the kind of things he did.
- 23:12Speaker 6: They got to hate our country and did remain in Mexico.
- 23:15Speaker 2: Remember remain it used to be.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Remain in the.
- 23:18Speaker 1: United States and come back in five years for your
- 23:21Speaker 1: court case.
- 23:22Speaker 2: Me I get a court case in thirty days.
- 23:23Speaker 5: They get.
- 23:24Speaker 2: Takes them five years. Takes them five years. Come back
- 23:30Speaker 2: and they never show up and nobody cares. He's right.
- 23:34Speaker 1: No one shows up for these court dates and no
- 23:36Speaker 1: one cares. And he says it takes them five years.
- 23:39Speaker 1: He's absolutely right. DeSantis, by the way, I had this
- 23:44Speaker 1: to say about the border issue as he was being
- 23:47Speaker 1: interviewed down by the border.
- 23:49Speaker 2: Take a listen to him to ABC News.
- 23:51Speaker 8: They are killing our citizens, they are invading our country.
- 23:54Speaker 8: We have every right to hold them accountable in the
- 23:56Speaker 8: fight back.
- 23:57Speaker 9: But with regard to bringing the military in to shoot them,
- 24:00Speaker 9: I just want to say, you have touted yourself as
- 24:02Speaker 9: the law and order candidate. How is that not a
- 24:05Speaker 9: recipe for chaos.
- 24:06Speaker 8: Not a recipe for it. Right now is the recipe
- 24:08Speaker 8: for chaos. I mean, you see all the people coming
- 24:10Speaker 8: across the border. A lot of these countries, like Venezuela,
- 24:14Speaker 8: they're letting people out of prison and they're sending them
- 24:16Speaker 8: to the border. I mean, what's happening in this country
- 24:19Speaker 8: is a problem. There's Russians coming across the border, There's people.
- 24:22Speaker 2: From the Middle East.
- 24:23Speaker 8: As much as I hate to say this, I think
- 24:25Speaker 8: it's true that we're going to look back at some
- 24:27Speaker 8: point and say, there's going to have been some terrorist
- 24:30Speaker 8: attack in this country that is going to be traced
- 24:32Speaker 8: to what's happened to the border. And then of course
- 24:33Speaker 8: we know run of the mill crimes that happened. So
- 24:36Speaker 8: we've never had a more chaotic situation. As commander in chief,
- 24:39Speaker 8: you have to defend your people and you have to
- 24:43Speaker 8: ensure the territorial integrity of your country. Right now, we
- 24:46Speaker 8: have the drug cartels are controlling parts of our border
- 24:50Speaker 8: more so than our own US government. That will change
- 24:52Speaker 8: when I've become president. We'll make sure we're defending the country.
- 24:56Speaker 1: By the way, he just said something that's not controversial
- 25:00Speaker 1: that people are going to act like it's controversial. He
- 25:03Speaker 1: said that he will shoot cartel members at the border
- 25:09Speaker 1: and bring in our military to shoot them to secure
- 25:13Speaker 1: our border. That is not controversial to me. That's exactly
- 25:18Speaker 1: what should happen. It's not controversial to say that the
- 25:24Speaker 1: cartel members are killing Americans, sex trafficking, human trafficking, the
- 25:28Speaker 1: fetnal coming in and they're coming into our border, you
- 25:31Speaker 1: should shoot them. They should. They should be treated like
- 25:36Speaker 1: the people they are, and deadly force should be used.
- 25:41Speaker 1: This shouldn't be up for debate. This is something here
- 25:46Speaker 1: that should happen and it should be normal.
- 25:50Speaker 2: Now.
- 25:50Speaker 1: I don't care if it's DeSantis that does it or
- 25:52Speaker 1: Trump that does it. Either one of these guys. This
- 25:56Speaker 1: is something that should happen. There's also everify. By the way,
- 26:00Speaker 1: the Santa said in Florida, we have mandatory verify, and
- 26:03Speaker 1: he said the reason why is because we can't just
- 26:05Speaker 1: have two thousand migrants crossing the border every Monday morning.
- 26:08Speaker 10: Two thousand migrants cross yesterday alone, seven thousand, five hundred
- 26:13Speaker 10: crust just on Sunday. My question is, Governor, can migrants
- 26:17Speaker 10: work in Florida illegals? Can they work in Florida and
- 26:21Speaker 10: if not, will you pursue any employer who uses them?
- 26:25Speaker 8: No, So we have a mandatory everify in Florida. It's
- 26:29Speaker 8: been very effective.
- 26:30Speaker 6: You know.
- 26:31Speaker 8: We're happy to have people who are native Floridians, people
- 26:34Speaker 8: that move from other states and even from other countries
- 26:37Speaker 8: legally who come and all those different people contribute to
- 26:40Speaker 8: our economy being the top rated economy amongst all fifty states.
- 26:44Speaker 8: But illegal aliens coming is not something we've done, and
- 26:48Speaker 8: so we're proud to have stood up for the rule
- 26:50Speaker 8: of law. I think that that's what it should be.
- 26:52Speaker 8: We got to come in there and clean house. When
- 26:54Speaker 8: it comes to the border, this is going to be
- 26:56Speaker 8: a Day one issue for me. We're going to declare
- 26:58Speaker 8: it a national emergency. We're going to have military at
- 27:01Speaker 8: the border. We're going to stop the invasion that's happening.
- 27:05Speaker 8: I am going to build the border wall because I
- 27:06Speaker 8: think that that'll be effective. But I'm the only candidate
- 27:09Speaker 8: run in that is willing to lean in against the
- 27:11Speaker 8: Mexican drug cartels because they are ultimately responsible for the
- 27:15Speaker 8: chaos that we see with the drugs and the sex
- 27:18Speaker 8: trafficking and the human trafficking that ends when I become president.
- 27:22Speaker 1: All right, let me also say this. I like this
- 27:26Speaker 1: type of talk because I think it's honest. I like
- 27:29Speaker 1: how DeSantis just put it. I like the facts as
- 27:33Speaker 1: we're going to have the military at the border and
- 27:34Speaker 1: stop the invasion. I like the fact he calls it
- 27:37Speaker 1: an invasion and the reason why you know it's an invasion.
- 27:39Speaker 2: I go back to the last story and let me
- 27:40Speaker 2: just say this.
- 27:41Speaker 1: The US offering nearly a half million Venezuelan migrants legal
- 27:45Speaker 1: status and work permits, falling demands from strained cities, liberal
- 27:48Speaker 1: cities tells you they're giving and handing out amnesty.
- 27:51Speaker 2: To these people.
- 27:53Speaker 1: This is what they're doing. They're more than happy to
- 27:55Speaker 1: hand it out, and it's disgusting. Makes you share this
