- 2:05Speaker 2: You are listening to the voice, come on dig me now.
- 2:09Speaker 2: One and only.
- 2:10Speaker 8: Steve Harvey got a radio show. I say it every
- 2:13Speaker 8: day because God been good to me. God has done
- 2:16Speaker 8: some things in my life that's truly been just amazing.
- 2:20Speaker 8: It really amazing. Ain't even really the word. They don't
- 2:23Speaker 8: really have a word for what He's done for me.
- 2:25Speaker 8: I'm just out of superlatives. That's why I say it
- 2:28Speaker 8: every day. Steve Harvey got a radio show because God
- 2:31Speaker 8: is in a blessing business.
- 2:33Speaker 2: Yeah, ye is. God.
- 2:34Speaker 8: God can help you turn your life around. Did you
- 2:37Speaker 8: hear me? God can help you turn your life around.
- 2:41Speaker 8: Whatever you're going through, God has an answer for it. See,
- 2:44Speaker 8: but it's to going through to get us though.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Ain't it.
- 2:47Speaker 8: Because I was having a moment yesterday and I set
- 2:50Speaker 8: my wife down. I said, Babe, I just need to
- 2:51Speaker 8: talk to you. Going through a little bit right now.
- 2:54Speaker 8: I just wanted to share which I'm a little down
- 2:56Speaker 8: right now. And my wife reminded me. She just reminded me,
- 3:01Speaker 8: just see, this is what a man. That's what a
- 3:04Speaker 8: good mate does. A good mate reminds you just of
- 3:08Speaker 8: things that sometimes you forget when you get off track.
- 3:13Speaker 8: Because you know, I consider myself a motivational type person.
- 3:17Speaker 8: I try to listen to people and then give them
- 3:20Speaker 8: something I've learned along the way on this journey I've
- 3:23Speaker 8: been on. I try to give a person a takeaway.
- 3:25Speaker 8: But even being that person, sometimes I get off track myself.
- 3:30Speaker 8: I get a little low sometimes, you know, I get
- 3:33Speaker 8: a little down. Sometimes I sometimes I forget some of
- 3:37Speaker 8: the stuff.
- 3:37Speaker 9: I say.
- 3:38Speaker 8: It ain't that I forget it. I guess I just
- 3:41Speaker 8: get caught up in the grind of doing it. And
- 3:45Speaker 8: sometimes I get I get a little off course and
- 3:48Speaker 8: I forget some of the things that my wife or
- 3:51Speaker 8: a mate can be good for you to remind you.
- 3:55Speaker 8: And she just says, Steve, God got us. She said,
- 3:59Speaker 8: have you notice that every time you get in a spot,
- 4:03Speaker 8: and she say, and I know how you must feel,
- 4:05Speaker 8: because you're out here working and you keep.
- 4:08Speaker 2: Turning around and.
- 4:10Speaker 8: Old stuff keep popping up, and you get a call
- 4:13Speaker 8: from your accounting and hear this then went wrong, and
- 4:16Speaker 8: that then when you study trying to fix it.
- 4:18Speaker 2: But you steady going wild? Man, what is it?
- 4:20Speaker 9: She say?
- 4:21Speaker 8: But you ever notice he always always, no matter what,
- 4:25Speaker 8: provide a way, and he ain't ever too late. Oh
- 4:29Speaker 8: you might be going the deadline is approaching. The deadline
- 4:32Speaker 8: can come and pass, but then they have a grace
- 4:36Speaker 8: period for you. And then sometimes man, it's just you
- 4:39Speaker 8: go down there after the grace period and they take
- 4:41Speaker 8: the payment anyway, and you're good anyway. But see, ain't
- 4:44Speaker 8: that God bringing you through it? It may not be
- 4:47Speaker 8: when you want it, but he right on time. Jazz
- 4:50Speaker 8: before you get put out, jazz before they turn. Maybe
- 4:54Speaker 8: they cut the lights off, but you get it back
- 4:56Speaker 8: ones faux company come or just before the weekend, get here. See,
- 5:00Speaker 8: he always comes through for you. And she had to
- 5:04Speaker 8: remind me of that. What you going through its necessary. Look,
- 5:09Speaker 8: circumstance and hardships and pitfalls are always untimely. If you
- 5:15Speaker 8: keep the law of attraction in play if you keep
- 5:18Speaker 8: believing that that's that He gonna see you through this,
- 5:21Speaker 8: just like he do when you don't believe it.
- 5:23Speaker 2: That's what the old part is, though, ain't it.
- 5:27Speaker 8: Ain't God brought you through even when you didn't really
- 5:30Speaker 8: have the faith to say he was gonna bring you through.
- 5:33Speaker 8: But because of grace and mercy he brought you through anyway.
- 5:37Speaker 8: But because you forgot to thank him, or you didn't
- 5:40Speaker 8: pay attention through to come through, you just was telling people, Oh, man,
- 5:44Speaker 8: if you the same. It was so jacked up. Man,
- 5:46Speaker 8: I was so turned up. I ain't know what I
- 5:48Speaker 8: was gonna do. I almost got put out. I was
- 5:51Speaker 8: gonna see key word almost, And you forgot that part
- 5:54Speaker 8: right there, and then I was it looked like I
- 5:56Speaker 8: wan man, and and it seemed like every month I
- 5:59Speaker 8: go through this, the same thing.
- 6:01Speaker 2: And then yah, yeah, then somebody ought to just say,
- 6:04Speaker 2: did you pay it? Yeah? I paid it? Did you
- 6:05Speaker 2: get put out? Now? I'm cool?
- 6:07Speaker 8: See See, you need somebody on your shoulder to say
- 6:10Speaker 8: that to you, and then you need somebody to come
- 6:13Speaker 8: right behind him and go, man, ain't God good?
- 6:16Speaker 2: Really? Man, that's how this works.
- 6:20Speaker 8: See, you keep getting in situations, but He keep getting
- 6:23Speaker 8: you out.
- 6:24Speaker 2: Now if you jump, look, listen to me, hold on,
- 6:26Speaker 2: hold on.
- 6:27Speaker 8: Let's say you in a frying paand in the skillet
- 6:30Speaker 8: and the ail is up and you in that frying
- 6:32Speaker 8: and you uncomfortable being fried God somehow.
- 6:37Speaker 2: Or let's just.
- 6:38Speaker 8: Say you managed to get out of the hot grease
- 6:42Speaker 8: in the frying pan, and you standing there next to
- 6:44Speaker 8: the skillet looking at the fire, continue to heat the grease,
- 6:48Speaker 8: you get out, and then for some unexplainable reason, you
- 6:53Speaker 8: dives right on back in there.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Ain't that how we usually do it?
- 6:59Speaker 8: I'm just asking God, get you away from the man
- 7:02Speaker 8: you've been asking to get away from. Then you go
- 7:05Speaker 8: right back over there and star us seeing him again.
- 7:09Speaker 8: It's amazing how many times God get us out the
- 7:12Speaker 8: fire and we walked right back in there.
- 7:15Speaker 2: Ain't it amazing? Man?
- 7:17Speaker 1: I mean, really, man, see this how I break life
- 7:20Speaker 1: down for me?
- 7:21Speaker 8: So I don't get over here stuck on, stupid with myself,
- 7:24Speaker 8: and then get to doing something ignorant like blaming God
- 7:27Speaker 8: when really, man, God has given us, as human beings,
- 7:29Speaker 8: the power of decision, and we all make decisions. How
- 7:33Speaker 8: many times man, See, sometimes it's a blessing in getting
- 7:36Speaker 8: locked up. You can ask a lot of caps I know,
- 7:38Speaker 8: man to tell you it was a blessing for me, man,
- 7:40Speaker 8: because I was just headed the wrong way, steady, but
- 7:43Speaker 8: he locked me up, set.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Me down, made me miss my family.
- 7:48Speaker 8: Being out here being a free man, made me realize
- 7:51Speaker 8: that my family was important.
- 7:53Speaker 9: Made me.
- 7:53Speaker 8: Man, really see this girl for what she was. When
- 7:56Speaker 8: I get out, Man, I'm on a straight and narrow
- 7:59Speaker 8: Well then when you get out though, See you can't
- 8:01Speaker 8: be talking about no oh man, I can't find no job.
- 8:05Speaker 8: Now I'm gonna go and do what I gotta do. No, no, no, no, no, partner,
- 8:08Speaker 8: you got to do now what you're supposed to do.
- 8:11Speaker 8: See that don't do what you gotta do got you
- 8:13Speaker 8: in trouble in the first place. See everybody, see see
- 8:16Speaker 8: the hood got a lot of ignorant rules. We done
- 8:18Speaker 8: create it. I gotta do what I gotta do. I
- 8:20Speaker 8: gotta feed my family. Well, the only reason you gotta
- 8:23Speaker 8: do what you gotta do is because you didn't do
- 8:25Speaker 8: what you were supposed to do. See if you just
- 8:27Speaker 8: went on to school like you, Mama kept telling you. Ah, Man,
- 8:31Speaker 8: I was watching forty eight hours yesterday and the dude
- 8:33Speaker 8: named Nesto was on that and Nesto Latino dude said, Man,
- 8:38Speaker 8: my mother told me quit hanging with these guys. They
- 8:40Speaker 8: were gonna nothing but trouble. I should have listened to her.
- 8:44Speaker 8: He doing thirty years right now. You can't blame God.
- 8:48Speaker 8: That's why I talk to myself this way, so I
- 8:50Speaker 8: don't get stupid and start shifting to blame the wrong
- 8:53Speaker 8: way when it's really on me. How many times has
- 8:56Speaker 8: God got you out of something and you walk right
- 8:59Speaker 8: back into it? Man, why don't you take these blessings
- 9:02Speaker 8: God give you and go on about your business. That'd
- 9:05Speaker 8: be the best way to do it, don't you think
- 9:09Speaker 8: That's what I think? So I thank God my wife
- 9:12Speaker 8: for reminding me that God got us anyway, that God
- 9:16Speaker 8: gonna pull you through anyway.
- 9:18Speaker 3: That.
- 9:18Speaker 2: Have you noticed, Steve, we ain't lost a beat. Oh.
- 9:21Speaker 8: I know it's hard out here, but really you ain't
- 9:23Speaker 8: lost a beat. You still moving forward, You still dressing nice,
- 9:28Speaker 8: You still look good when you come into that job.
- 9:31Speaker 8: Everybody don't got to know you. Your house is in
- 9:34Speaker 8: bad shape, and all that God got you. Man, if
- 9:37Speaker 8: you just hold your head up, man, quit complaining all
- 9:40Speaker 8: the time by what you ain't got, And as in
- 9:43Speaker 8: words of my daddy, Slick Harvey, stop talking about.
- 9:45Speaker 2: What you ain't gotten. Take a good look at what
- 9:48Speaker 2: you do. God.
- 9:48Speaker 8: That's improper grammar, but that always stuck with me and
- 9:51Speaker 8: maybe it'll stick with you. Quit talk about and looking
- 9:54Speaker 8: at what you ain't God, take a good look at
- 9:56Speaker 8: what you do.
- 9:56Speaker 2: God.
- 9:57Speaker 10: You're listening, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, animal trainers,
- 10:07Speaker 10: monkey handlers, raccoon owners, people.
- 10:12Speaker 8: That eat possum, vegans, Uh, people that's lactose diabetics, everybody,
- 10:23Speaker 8: let me have your attention.
- 10:25Speaker 2: Oh and truck drivers, look at him, you throw to me.
- 10:31Speaker 8: God is the blessing business as usual. And like I've
- 10:39Speaker 8: been on the theme this week, he's done it again.
- 10:44Speaker 8: The sun is up, the moon is gone somewhere, there
- 10:49Speaker 8: is a breeze being blown in, the tide has come out,
- 10:55Speaker 8: gone out again, and it's on his way doing something
- 10:58Speaker 8: we don't know.
- 10:59Speaker 2: We can't stop.
- 11:01Speaker 8: The stars are shining somewhere in this world.
- 11:05Speaker 2: But if you're listening to this show, he the moved
- 11:09Speaker 2: the stars and replace you with what is he doing here?
- 11:16Speaker 1: He go again?
- 11:19Speaker 8: Yes, show it out doing what only he could do.
- 11:23Speaker 8: And let me give you one more reminded. Did he

- 27:53Speaker 8: I did things out of order, then wanted some order.
- 27:59Speaker 8: Then couldn't couldn't figure out why it was no order. Well, Steve,

- 36:19Speaker 1: News is Trump Tucker Carson Carlson that nothing can force
- 36:22Speaker 1: him out of the race. Trump said, no, I'd never
- 36:25Speaker 1: drop out. It's not my thing. I wouldn't do it.
- 36:27Speaker 1: As a law stands, the Constitution does not prevent someone
- 36:30Speaker 1: who has been charged with or convicted of a crime
- 36:33Speaker 1: from seeking or holding office. Trump pleaded not guilty last
- 36:37Speaker 1: week to thirty four felony counts of falsifying physiness cards.
- 36:42Speaker 1: His trial isn't expected to begin until twenty twenty four,
- 36:46Speaker 1: and he can still campaign for president while he awaits.
- 36:49Speaker 8: Trial, and these ignorant ass people will vote for him
- 36:56Speaker 8: even if he's convicted. He said he could shoot a
- 36:59Speaker 8: man in the middle of Fifth Avenue and still win
- 37:02Speaker 8: the presidency and he ain't never lied. And because these
- 37:06Speaker 8: people are afraid of him, the two things are going.
- 37:10Speaker 8: They are afraid of him and they admire him. And
- 37:15Speaker 8: those are the two reasons he get vote. Because he
- 37:18Speaker 8: is their dream by hook or cook, which was how
- 37:22Speaker 8: the country was developed anyway, So why would they not
- 37:26Speaker 8: mind a man who would get anything he god by
- 37:30Speaker 8: hook or cook. It's the American way. So it's sad,
- 37:34Speaker 8: but that's the state of this country. And it's a
- 37:37Speaker 8: sick country to be in right now. And so congratulations
- 37:41Speaker 8: to Donald Trump for calling it like it was and
- 37:44Speaker 8: also living the dream of making it come true. Because
- 37:47Speaker 8: in America, you don't have to be morally acceptable, you
- 37:53Speaker 8: don't have to be moral, you don't have to be conscious,
- 37:57Speaker 8: you don't have to care about people, and you'll ask
- 38:00Speaker 8: to be president. Where else do they do that. You
- 38:05Speaker 8: can pay off pawn stars, you can have a fast
- 38:08Speaker 8: why you married with famous tricks and still be president. Obama,
- 38:17Speaker 8: boy boy. If Barack Obama had a porn star, do
- 38:23Speaker 8: you know what they would be doing to this moment,
- 38:26Speaker 8: but to sit up all of a sudden the morality,
- 38:30Speaker 8: They would drag him worse than they drug Tiger wood
- 38:34Speaker 8: and half them damn golfers got chicks on the side.
- 38:37Speaker 2: Oh, I didn't mean to say that. I'm so sorry.
- 38:41Speaker 12: You're talking too much food.
- 38:43Speaker 1: Question before you before you get out of here, I
- 38:47Speaker 1: want to ask you this. What are the chances you
- 38:49Speaker 1: think of us getting another black president? What's the chances?
- 38:54Speaker 8: H huh, Well, I think it'd be like two more
- 38:57Speaker 8: elections about eight years, or we get another eight years,
- 39:01Speaker 8: we'll get another, okay, because because right now they're still
- 39:06Speaker 8: mad at Obama for winning anyway. Yeah, right, so so
- 39:09Speaker 8: it's pretty much we'll vote for anybody before we do that.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Yes, all right, all right, coming up thirty four minutes
- 39:19Speaker 1: after the hour, Roscoe Wallace back in the building right
- 39:22Speaker 1: after this. You're listening Hardy Morning show. All right, ladies

- 44:30Speaker 1: how can he think this is sexy? We'll find out.
- 44:35Speaker 1: We'll get into the letter in just a bit, because
- 44:37Speaker 1: right now it is time for the nephew with today's
- 44:40Speaker 1: prank phone call. What you got for us today, neph.
- 44:43Speaker 14: You know sometimes you got to tell these parents, you know,
- 44:46Speaker 14: just exactly how it is. Sometimes you gotta do it.
- 44:49Speaker 14: Today's tidally is your son is too fat? Your son?
- 44:54Speaker 3: What?
- 44:55Speaker 2: What?
- 44:56Speaker 3: Hey?
- 44:56Speaker 14: Hey, somebody got to say it. You'll son is too fat?
- 45:02Speaker 14: I'm sorry?
- 45:03Speaker 9: All right? You got let's.
- 45:09Speaker 3: Hello Hello, I'm trying to reach Kathy. Please, this is her. Hi, Kathy,
- 45:13Speaker 3: this is Kirby. I'm actually the owner at the daycare,
- 45:17Speaker 3: Mine's daycare where your son comes. Okay, all right, I'm
- 45:21Speaker 3: sure you're familiar with my wife, Anita. Yes, sir, all right,
- 45:24Speaker 3: how you doing today? I'm good. Oh how's our little
- 45:28Speaker 3: little divan? How's he doing?
- 45:29Speaker 16: He's good. He's laying down taking the nap.
- 45:31Speaker 3: Okay, you guys been coming here. I guess about a
- 45:34Speaker 3: year now, right, yes, since he was one. Okay, listen,
- 45:38Speaker 3: I wanted to give you a call. I'm looking at
- 45:40Speaker 3: some some informations I was I was devon doing at home?
- 45:43Speaker 3: Is he is he eating properly at home?
- 45:46Speaker 16: When you say eating, what do you mean?
- 45:48Speaker 3: I mean? Is he getting meals every time he's supposed
- 45:52Speaker 3: to get them while he's at home?
- 45:53Speaker 16: Yeah, he's doing pretty good.
- 45:57Speaker 3: Okay, Now there's there's there's no situation where you guys
- 46:00Speaker 3: be a shortage of food or anything like that. Are
- 46:03Speaker 3: you uh.
- 46:05Speaker 16: Short as the food? No, sir, my husband works real good.
- 46:09Speaker 16: We don't have a problem with a short as the food.
- 46:11Speaker 16: Is there a problem with him?
- 46:12Speaker 3: Well, you know we're looking at the records and loot
- 46:15Speaker 3: the honors too, Yes, sir, have you looked at the
- 46:18Speaker 3: comparison of two year olds, the majority of two year
- 46:22Speaker 3: olds in comparison to I guess I should say size
- 46:26Speaker 3: in comparison to the bond side.
- 46:28Speaker 16: You mean like in body way body size. I mean
- 46:31Speaker 16: he's a little tall. You know, he wasn't a small
- 46:33Speaker 16: chaphen he's born he was ten pounds. But no, he's
- 46:36Speaker 16: on the scale of right where he should be. He's
- 46:39Speaker 16: just a little, you know, taller to the daddy is tall.
- 46:42Speaker 16: But he's doing okay.
- 46:44Speaker 3: So you don't think he's anywhere in the in the
- 46:48Speaker 3: ballpark of of of of obesity at two?
- 46:52Speaker 16: You mean fast?
- 46:53Speaker 3: I mean, I didn't want to be blunt, but but
- 46:55Speaker 3: but miss Cathy, you're I mean, I mean your sons.
- 46:59Speaker 16: Let me just say a Sunday, I'm relaxing and we're
- 47:02Speaker 16: talking about you think my son is a little overweight
- 47:06Speaker 16: or what he's what's the problem?
- 47:08Speaker 3: Well, I mean I think he's fat, you know. And
- 47:11Speaker 3: and the problem I'm happening here is that I'm noticing
- 47:14Speaker 3: the records of everything we.
- 47:17Speaker 16: Need to back up to. You think he's fat. I've
- 47:19Speaker 16: never spoken to you, mister Kirby. Is that what she said?
- 47:22Speaker 3: My name is Kirby.
- 47:23Speaker 16: Okay, so every morning that I dropped him off for
- 47:25Speaker 16: a year and I give my daycare money, Miss Benita
- 47:29Speaker 16: has never said anything about his eating habits. So you're
- 47:32Speaker 16: telling me that you think my son is fat with him,
- 47:35Speaker 16: you deal with him on a daily basis.
- 47:36Speaker 3: I'm don't deal with him on a daily basis. What
- 47:38Speaker 3: I'm looking at as records that are showing me that
- 47:40Speaker 3: he's eating way more than the rest of anybody at
- 47:44Speaker 3: the daycare. And not only that, he's drinking probably a
- 47:46Speaker 3: gallon of milk a day, a gallon of milk.
- 47:49Speaker 16: Y'all only get snacks two times a day, and he's
- 47:52Speaker 16: there only for breakfast and lunch. And how in the
- 47:54Speaker 16: hell is he drinking a gallon of milk? And if
- 47:56Speaker 16: he answered.
- 47:57Speaker 3: Me, ma'am, with all I know is this no.
- 48:01Speaker 16: No, I'm blown away by this because you calling me
- 48:03Speaker 16: on a Sunday, calling my damn child fat. That's the problem.
- 48:06Speaker 16: And your wife has never said a jamn thing. Never
- 48:09Speaker 16: has she said one thing to me in a year
- 48:11Speaker 16: when she collected my damn daycare money. She ain't said
- 48:14Speaker 16: my son is eating y'all at a house at home.
- 48:15Speaker 3: Okay, Well, you know my wife is a different person,
- 48:18Speaker 3: and she tries to be cordial with everyone.
- 48:19Speaker 16: He's the one who deals with me. Mister Kirby, I've
- 48:22Speaker 16: never met you, never met you, especially all of a Sunday.
- 48:25Speaker 3: The reason why I'm calling you on a Sunday, ma'am,
- 48:27Speaker 3: is that I know tomorrow if you're going to be
- 48:30Speaker 3: trying to drop your son off.
- 48:31Speaker 16: I am gonna drop him off. I amna.
- 48:33Speaker 3: No, No, that's that's kind of the reason why I'm
- 48:35Speaker 3: calling you. Now, what do you want to turn to
- 48:38Speaker 3: do here? Either you can keep him at home.
- 48:40Speaker 16: No, I'm not keeping him at home. My husband works
- 48:43Speaker 16: and I work. I'm dropping my damn son off at
- 48:46Speaker 16: six thirty like I do every morning.
- 48:48Speaker 3: Okay, ma'am, ma'am, listen, if we can't get him, you
- 48:52Speaker 3: really want to get.
- 48:53Speaker 16: This banita on the side, because obviously you ain't the
- 48:55Speaker 16: one that need to be talking to me, because if
- 48:57Speaker 16: you're not there every day and I.
- 48:59Speaker 3: Deal with your wife, I'm telling you that your son
- 49:01Speaker 3: is too big to.
- 49:02Speaker 16: Be his that is coming every morning if that's the case,
- 49:07Speaker 16: and if he's eating at a house and home, I'll
- 49:09Speaker 16: send him some extra. But what I paid my money
- 49:12Speaker 16: for is what You're gonna feed him for two full
- 49:15Speaker 16: meals and two snacks, and if he needs extra, I'll
- 49:18Speaker 16: put some in his bag.
- 49:19Speaker 3: But he's drinking a gallon of milk a day. Are
- 49:22Speaker 3: you look here?
- 49:23Speaker 16: I don't care. There's no way possible that he can
- 49:25Speaker 16: drink a gallon of milk a.
- 49:26Speaker 3: Day, yam, here's the deal. I don't want you to
- 49:29Speaker 3: have to stop bringing your son now, I'm not, and
- 49:31Speaker 3: I'm not. Here's my second alternative. I will put him
- 49:35Speaker 3: on a diet. Okay, I'll give him an apple in
- 49:37Speaker 3: the day.
- 49:38Speaker 16: You ain't, no, damn you? Are you from the house foot? Now?
- 49:42Speaker 3: I will. I will give him an apple and a
- 49:44Speaker 3: glass of water in the morning, and I'll give him
- 49:45Speaker 3: an apple and a glass of water in the evening,
- 49:47Speaker 3: and then you guys can feed him when he gets home.
- 49:49Speaker 16: You must be certified in the food program, especially if
- 49:52Speaker 16: you send up here telling me my damn son is
- 49:53Speaker 16: one on a diet and he's not drinking no water
- 49:56Speaker 16: and no apple. He needs a full snack. If the
- 50:00Speaker 16: other kids is having an apple and water enough that
- 50:03Speaker 16: you better be serving him. But if that ain't the case,
- 50:04Speaker 16: and hell don't know, he better get the full snack.
- 50:06Speaker 16: So if that's graham crackers and apple juice, will damn it,
- 50:08Speaker 16: that's what my son better be getting. And if he
- 50:10Speaker 16: won't exkt her, he better get it.
- 50:11Speaker 3: Listen, all I'm trying to tear you in. Your son
- 50:14Speaker 3: drank too much.
- 50:15Speaker 16: Drink wh whoa whoa woa. You need to back the stop.
- 50:20Speaker 16: I know you did not cussing me.
- 50:22Speaker 3: I know I did not.
- 50:25Speaker 16: I ready to cust to me. Let me tell you
- 50:27Speaker 16: what say. You ain't got to worry about it. We
- 50:29Speaker 16: don't have nothing else to talk about. My husband, me,
- 50:32Speaker 16: your wife and everybody that works at damn daycare better
- 50:36Speaker 16: be there in the morning because that's six thirty. We
- 50:38Speaker 16: gonna be there. And my son he's coming on week
- 50:42Speaker 16: and he gonna eat a week. If he want two
- 50:45Speaker 16: gallons of milk, he gonna drink it. If he want
- 50:48Speaker 16: two plates of food, he gonna get it. Because I
- 50:51Speaker 16: tell you what, we pay them good money to come
- 50:53Speaker 16: to that daycare.
- 50:54Speaker 3: So up there, but I'm gonna have to put him
- 50:58Speaker 3: on some swim pass. I will put your child on
- 51:01Speaker 3: slim fast. I was trying not to get him this suspective,
- 51:04Speaker 3: but I will give.
- 51:05Speaker 16: Him some slim fast and you're gonna get a slim
- 51:07Speaker 16: fast whooping. I'm gonna whoop yo to whoever gave it
- 51:11Speaker 16: to him, whoever gave it to him. They're gonna get
- 51:13Speaker 16: a slim fast whooping. All the little kids gonna have
- 51:15Speaker 16: some slim fast. He getting some. He better eat whatever
- 51:18Speaker 16: they eating. If they eating steak, will damn it. He
- 51:20Speaker 16: better have some too.
- 51:21Speaker 3: If we had steak, he probably eat the whole damn cow.
- 51:23Speaker 16: He etn't care I pay for it, but he better
- 51:26Speaker 16: not getting no clim fast. I will shut it down
- 51:29Speaker 16: about my child.
- 51:30Speaker 3: Okay, I got something else you need to know about
- 51:32Speaker 3: your son?
- 51:33Speaker 16: What the else do I need to know? Besides you
- 51:36Speaker 16: think my son is overweight? What the elf can you
- 51:40Speaker 16: tell me today?
- 51:41Speaker 3: I need to tell you this. I need to tell
- 51:43Speaker 3: you that this his nephew Tommy from the Steve Harvey

- 54:44Speaker 9: for you. Here it is strawberry sexy.
- 54:50Speaker 1: Wow you now?
- 54:52Speaker 2: Well, well, well, here we go.
- 54:56Speaker 1: Even Shirley. I am forty four years old and I've
- 54:58Speaker 1: been divorced for four years. I met a great man
- 55:02Speaker 1: online that was almost too good to be true. He'll
- 55:05Speaker 1: be sixty this year, and he loves to work out,
- 55:08Speaker 1: so he looks great for his age. His arms are muscular,
- 55:12Speaker 1: but his belly is squishy now, and he loves to
- 55:16Speaker 1: tell me about his six pack he used to have.
- 55:19Speaker 1: I'm not into muscular men, so when he showed up
- 55:22Speaker 1: to our first date with a tight shirt on, I
- 55:25Speaker 1: was embarrassed. I couldn't stop staring at his nipples and
- 55:28Speaker 1: hairy chest poking through his shirt. But I pressed on
- 55:31Speaker 1: and got to know him. After only four months of
- 55:34Speaker 1: hanging out, he invited me to join him in Chicago
- 55:37Speaker 1: for his business trip. He flew out before me, and
- 55:40Speaker 1: he sent an uber to pick me up from the airport,
- 55:43Speaker 1: so I went straight to his hotel room. It was
- 55:47Speaker 1: late when I got to the hotel and he was
- 55:49Speaker 1: lying in bed when I walked in. He threw the
- 55:51Speaker 1: covers back, and he was wearing a black thong and
- 55:54Speaker 1: a tight black muscle shirt, and he announced that it
- 55:58Speaker 1: was time for us to have sex for the first time.
- 56:01Speaker 1: He has a great sense of humor, so I thought
- 56:04Speaker 1: it was a joke, and I started laughing hysterically. I
- 56:09Speaker 1: asked him if he thought that was sexy. He put
- 56:11Speaker 1: his pants on and left the room, and he didn't
- 56:14Speaker 1: come back. A hotel rep called the room early the
- 56:17Speaker 1: next morning to tell me that the gentleman who paid
- 56:21Speaker 1: for the room has already checked out of the room
- 56:23Speaker 1: and moved to another hotel. So I had to leave
- 56:28Speaker 1: all of this because he was trying to be sexy
- 56:31Speaker 1: in thongs. I had to pay to get my flight
- 56:34Speaker 1: changed and everything, and he won't talk to me, so
- 56:37Speaker 1: I can't ask him for my money back. I sent
- 56:39Speaker 1: him a text telling him that thongs on a man's
- 56:41Speaker 1: harry behind ain't sexy. Should I chalk this up as
- 56:45Speaker 1: another lesson learned? Or do I keep trying to get
- 56:48Speaker 1: my money? Yeah, chalk it up to another lesson learned,
- 56:52Speaker 1: and you're not going to get your money. This letter
- 56:55Speaker 1: is not even about money. If it was, he wouldn't
- 56:58Speaker 1: have paid for your trip in the first place. I mean, remember,
- 57:01Speaker 1: he flew you out to Chicago, had an uber pick
- 57:03Speaker 1: you up from the airport take you to your hotel.
- 57:06Speaker 1: You didn't have to come out of pocket for anything Initially,
- 57:09Speaker 1: Even though you don't like the way he dresses, you
- 57:12Speaker 1: never once said you didn't want to go to Chicago
- 57:14Speaker 1: on the trip with him. What you did say was,
- 57:17Speaker 1: this was a great man who was almost too good
- 57:20Speaker 1: to be true, and who looks great for his age.
- 57:24Speaker 1: His arms are muscular, but you don't like muscular men.
- 57:28Speaker 1: His stomach is squishy, though, So you see how you
- 57:32Speaker 1: see how you're sending mixed messages. You sound a bit
- 57:34Speaker 1: confused here you're sitting up here judging this man's body.
- 57:39Speaker 1: But again, you happily went to Chicago to hang out
- 57:42Speaker 1: with him. You said you pressed on and got to
- 57:45Speaker 1: know him. Now you're four months in the relationship, you
- 57:48Speaker 1: still have a problem with him. You haven't told him
- 57:50Speaker 1: anything yet about how you feel about how he dresses
- 57:53Speaker 1: and all of this. This is who he is. This
- 57:55Speaker 1: is a sixty year old man who feels good about himself.
- 57:58Speaker 1: He likes to put his sexy stuff or what he
- 58:00Speaker 1: thinks is sexy on And haven't on this show, haven't
- 58:05Speaker 1: you heard Steve say that if he had a six pack,
- 58:08Speaker 1: he would come to work shirtless, just in the vets.
- 58:10Speaker 1: Some men just feel sexy like that. Okay, somehow your
- 58:14Speaker 1: man doesn't get that. You don't like it, though, so
- 58:16Speaker 1: he keeps wearing the tight shirts and thongs. You crushed him,
- 58:20Speaker 1: You crushed his ego when you thought it was a joke,
- 58:23Speaker 1: and you laughed hysterically. So he got mad and left.
- 58:26Speaker 1: I mean here, he thought he was looking all sexy
- 58:29Speaker 1: for you, and you broke out laughing like that. It's over.
- 58:32Speaker 1: You're not getting your money back, and you guys are done.
- 58:35Speaker 2: Steve, I well, sexy, Steve should this sort of sort
- 58:41Speaker 2: of crazy this letter? How can he think this is sexy?
- 58:45Speaker 8: It's a lot of high high toos in this letter,
- 58:48Speaker 8: and I got some one for you too, lady. How
- 58:52Speaker 8: can he think this is sexy as the tighter? Well,
- 58:54Speaker 8: let's talk about what else everybody think? You forty four,
- 58:58Speaker 8: you've been divorced four years. You met a great man
- 59:00Speaker 8: online that was almost too good to be true. Well,
- 59:05Speaker 8: don't that always turn out to be the case. When
- 59:09Speaker 8: have you ever met somebody you thought was too good
- 59:12Speaker 8: to be true and he didn't turn out to be
- 59:15Speaker 8: too good to be true? Every woman listening has met
- 59:21Speaker 8: somebody that seemed too good to be true, and guess
- 59:26Speaker 8: what turned out it was too.
- 59:29Speaker 2: Good to be true. Now you think here, the fairy
- 59:33Speaker 2: tale didn't hit you upside your heads.
- 59:36Speaker 8: He's sixty this year. He liked to work out, so
- 59:39Speaker 8: he looked great for his age. His arms are muscular,
- 59:42Speaker 8: but his belly is squishy. And now he loves to
- 59:46Speaker 8: tell me about the six pack he used to have.
- 59:48Speaker 8: That could be a couple of.
- 59:49Speaker 2: Us on this show. He can't have it all come
- 59:53Speaker 2: because the man is forty four.
- 59:56Speaker 8: So Tommy is fifty six and I'm sixty six junior
- 1:00:01Speaker 8: ed forty four, very muscular, but.
- 1:00:06Speaker 2: We all got a squishous Thumbach. All right, Hold talk
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: about that sixth pack we used to have here, Hold
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: that just about us? We come back out to you. Yeah.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: Coming up, part two of Stein's response to today's strawberry letter.

- 1:01:04Speaker 1: Come on, Steve, let's recap today's Strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: is how can he think this is sexy?
- 1:01:09Speaker 8: So the forty fie old lady that met this great
- 1:01:11Speaker 8: guy online that seemed too good to be true turned
- 1:01:13Speaker 8: out it was too good to be true. He's sixty,
- 1:01:16Speaker 8: he likes working out. He looks good for his age.
- 1:01:18Speaker 8: His arms are muscular, but it's belly squishing now. He
- 1:01:23Speaker 8: loves to tell me about the six pack that.
- 1:01:25Speaker 2: He used to have.
- 1:01:25Speaker 8: I do that too, So I kind of thought the
- 1:01:27Speaker 8: letter was about me, But that was twenty years ago,
- 1:01:31Speaker 8: even twenty two years ago.
- 1:01:32Speaker 2: I didn't have a six pack.
- 1:01:33Speaker 8: So I took me out the letter and he could
- 1:01:36Speaker 8: be junior because junior is forty four. And then sometime
- 1:01:39Speaker 8: on the zoom he'll wear a sleeveless shirt and he
- 1:01:42Speaker 8: got nice looking on but then got to go again. Yeah,
- 1:01:47Speaker 8: and I've told people all the time, a lot of
- 1:01:48Speaker 8: people referred to my stomach as a gut, and I've
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: told him this is not gout, this is income.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: Yeah, it come.
- 1:02:02Speaker 2: In here and that's where it stayed. I call it
- 1:02:05Speaker 2: in come.
- 1:02:08Speaker 8: And then so he likes to wear a muscle and
- 1:02:12Speaker 8: Y'a'm not in the muscular man. So when he showed
- 1:02:14Speaker 8: up at that first date with the tight shirt on,
- 1:02:16Speaker 8: you was in bass and you could stop staring at
- 1:02:18Speaker 8: his nipples and his.
- 1:02:19Speaker 2: Hand chest poke it through the shirt.
- 1:02:21Speaker 8: If you got chest hand, you wear a tight shirt,
- 1:02:24Speaker 8: fit it, it's gonna come through the shirt.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: So you might want to consider that fella.
- 1:02:29Speaker 8: But your Preston only got to know him the four
- 1:02:31Speaker 8: months after hanging out, he asked you to come to
- 1:02:34Speaker 8: Chicago on a business trip. He flew out before me,
- 1:02:39Speaker 8: and he sent an uber to pick me up from
- 1:02:41Speaker 8: the airport, so I went straight to his hotel. It
- 1:02:45Speaker 8: was late when you got there, and he was lying
- 1:02:47Speaker 8: in the bed. When you walked in, he threw the
- 1:02:50Speaker 8: covers back. He was wearing a black throng, a tight
- 1:02:53Speaker 8: muscle shirt, and he announced for his time for us
- 1:02:56Speaker 8: to have sex for the first time. So the dude
- 1:02:59Speaker 8: got a great it's a human So you thought it
- 1:03:01Speaker 8: was a joke and you started laughing hysterically. I asked
- 1:03:04Speaker 8: him he thought that was sexy. He put his pass on,
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: left the room and didn't come back.
- 1:03:11Speaker 1: He was mad.
- 1:03:13Speaker 8: Then the people down at the hotel called up to
- 1:03:15Speaker 8: the room early next morning told you that the gentleman
- 1:03:18Speaker 8: that paid for the room had already checked out the
- 1:03:21Speaker 8: room and moved to another hotel.
- 1:03:23Speaker 2: So I had to leave. Yeah, now, all this cause
- 1:03:28Speaker 2: he was trying to be sexy in throngs.
- 1:03:31Speaker 8: I had to pay to get my flight changed and everything,
- 1:03:35Speaker 8: and he won't talk to me. Well cause you told
- 1:03:39Speaker 8: him he wasn't sexy in the dunk, I can't And
- 1:03:43Speaker 8: now he won't talk to me, so I can't ask
- 1:03:45Speaker 8: him for my money back. I sent him a text
- 1:03:47Speaker 8: telling him that the throng on the man's having behind
- 1:03:50Speaker 8: ain't sexy. Should I talk to this up for another
- 1:03:53Speaker 8: lesson learned? Or do I keep trying to get my money?
- 1:03:55Speaker 8: First of all, let me teach you a couple lessons.
- 1:03:57Speaker 8: Men to wear throngs don't pay money back?
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: Say it again?
- 1:04:02Speaker 5: What now?
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: Men that wear throngs don't pay money back. Wearing men
- 1:04:08Speaker 8: do not pay money back.
- 1:04:11Speaker 2: I don't know. It's just a rule.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: It's just a rule.
- 1:04:15Speaker 8: I don't know where the rule came from, and it
- 1:04:18Speaker 8: just popped up into my head. But anybody I know
- 1:04:21Speaker 8: where a throng don't pay money back? Fine, Now here's
- 1:04:25Speaker 8: the problem I have for you. Should I chalk this
- 1:04:29Speaker 8: up for another lesson learned? Or do I keep trying
- 1:04:32Speaker 8: to get my money back? What money is her?
- 1:04:35Speaker 2: Well?
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: You know, I don't understand what she want to change
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: her flight?
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: So that okay, okay, okay? Why he owe you that?
- 1:04:44Speaker 3: Right?
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: She's not getting any money back.
- 1:04:46Speaker 8: No, he brought you the airplane ticket, you changed it.
- 1:04:50Speaker 8: Now you want your money back for the change. No,
- 1:04:55Speaker 8: what doesn't you spent your money? He don't even know
- 1:04:58Speaker 8: nothing about you changing. He didn't tell you to change
- 1:05:02Speaker 8: the tea he got out that hotel and left.
- 1:05:05Speaker 2: He went to a whole nother hotel.
- 1:05:09Speaker 8: Now you sitting up in there looking crazy because you
- 1:05:12Speaker 8: ain't got the money to stay up there. But but
- 1:05:16Speaker 8: you got to get out of here. Though he'd have
- 1:05:18Speaker 8: left the whole hotel. He so damn embarrassed. He put
- 1:05:21Speaker 8: his pants on, left and didn't come in. You thought
- 1:05:23Speaker 8: he was gonna go to his room and then y'all
- 1:05:26Speaker 8: was gonna have breakfast.
- 1:05:28Speaker 9: She crushed him.
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: She crushed him.
- 1:05:31Speaker 2: You crushed him.
- 1:05:32Speaker 8: Hair everywhere, tight ass shirt, big ass stomach, nice ass arms,
- 1:05:41Speaker 8: and that throng.
- 1:05:41Speaker 2: All his hair. That throng got hair on each side
- 1:05:44Speaker 2: of it.
- 1:05:46Speaker 8: You was not sexys. No, we're gonna do this visual
- 1:05:50Speaker 8: because it's the letter. Just what she saw that ticked
- 1:05:54Speaker 8: him off.
- 1:05:56Speaker 2: What is it?
- 1:05:56Speaker 9: Shirt?
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: I just wanted to say this as the rules, and
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: you mentioned rules. Women don't like men and thongs. We don't.
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: It's not sexy.
- 1:06:06Speaker 8: No, And men who wear thongs that think they're sexy,
- 1:06:10Speaker 8: it's usually not. Thong and stomach don't even go in
- 1:06:16Speaker 8: the same You can't thong and stomach can't have a
- 1:06:24Speaker 8: thong on. And all they see is the love V
- 1:06:28Speaker 8: in the front. They don't see the straps holding up
- 1:06:32Speaker 8: the thong and nothing. It just looks like you got
- 1:06:34Speaker 8: a little triangle.
- 1:06:35Speaker 2: In front of you.
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: They don't see the straps because your stomach is hiding
- 1:06:38Speaker 8: the straps that go round to the If you can
- 1:06:43Speaker 8: fit in the thong, it's I've never worn one. Plus,
- 1:06:46Speaker 8: I can't have that string. I'm not gonna be able
- 1:06:51Speaker 8: to do that. I can't do that. I don't know
- 1:06:54Speaker 8: what that do. I'm gonna have to cut this string
- 1:06:57Speaker 8: off and then that flap ain't gonna be stable.
- 1:07:00Speaker 1: All right, let us please, because we got to get
- 1:07:07Speaker 1: out of here. Leave us your comments on Today's Strawberry

- 1:08:59Speaker 2: ain't even heard of before. Yeah, he had a glue.
- 1:09:02Speaker 2: He had a gluedish strain of one.
- 1:09:04Speaker 8: Take who They asked, who do that?
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: Trainer asked muscles.
- 1:09:17Speaker 8: God, he can't play because it's ass muscles tap. You
- 1:09:21Speaker 8: know in the West, Man, it's gonna be hard. The
- 1:09:24Speaker 8: reason Denver was number one is because of Jamal Jamal
- 1:09:27Speaker 8: urry yeah and Yoka.
- 1:09:30Speaker 12: Man, he gonna he gonna get the MVP again.
- 1:09:33Speaker 2: Up.
- 1:09:34Speaker 8: Well, if they don't give it to youngness, I don't

- 1:09:52Speaker 1: You know, don't you earn it? Yeah, you got to
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: earn it, but you know he got numbers, but you know,
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: got it scored right now.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: I don't give it down man, They don't want to
- 1:10:07Speaker 8: don't be the face of the NBA. Oh it was
- 1:10:10Speaker 8: hard for job with that, right, But then he said
- 1:10:12Speaker 8: up there, yeah he's the club.

- 1:10:23Speaker 1: Steve Sean and Topeka need some help planning an anniversary
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: trip for his wife. We'll get into that right after this,
- 1:10:31Speaker 1: you're listening Harvey Morning Show. Shawn and Topeka wrote into
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: Steve Harvey f M Steve, and he says, Hey, Steve,
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: my tenth wedding anniversary is coming up. And my wife
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: and I have had two rough years. We've had a
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: rough two years. Not only were we surprised that she
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: got pregnant at age forty three, we were both even
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: more shocked to find out she was having twins. We
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: are both exhausted. Want time away from our blended family
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: for a few days. If we want to go on
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: a budget for the getaway for our anniversary, can you

- 1:13:08Speaker 8: way your money ain't gone and traveling and all like that.
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: Get you a staycation. Go out on the.
- 1:13:13Speaker 8: Suburbs somewhere where you ain't where you go out there
- 1:13:16Speaker 8: where you are comfortable, drive, go out there, you know
- 1:13:20Speaker 8: where you got to make sure your tail light ain't crafting,
- 1:13:22Speaker 8: none of that.
- 1:13:23Speaker 2: Oh yeah, yeah, you know that.
- 1:13:25Speaker 8: Go out there and get you a staycation at one
- 1:13:27Speaker 8: of them places, you know, a little bed and breakfast

- 1:15:32Speaker 1: two million dollars on a scratch off ticket. The best
- 1:15:35Speaker 1: part about her winning the jackpot is that she won
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: the money right after she'd spent her life savings to
- 1:15:41Speaker 1: pay for her daughter's breast cancer treatments. All right, can
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: you imagine how blessed she felt? The day after her
- 1:15:48Speaker 1: daughter rang the bell at the hospital for completing her
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: last treatment for breast cancer, Geraldine went to a Lakeland,

- 1:16:24Speaker 8: You spent your life savings. You didn't know what you
- 1:16:26Speaker 8: was gonna do. Watch this hit causing face, causing grace
- 1:16:29Speaker 8: and favor.
- 1:16:31Speaker 2: Somebody in my studio set down on the sleeve of
- 1:16:33Speaker 2: my coat now pulling him to get off my coat
- 1:16:38Speaker 2: because I don't want sitting on my coat. Lord, he
