- 0:00Speaker 1: So Biden's first year in office as president has officially
- 0:06Speaker 1: come to fruition. It has happened. He's been there an
- 0:09Speaker 1: entire year. Part of me actually thinks I should probably
- 0:12Speaker 1: say congratulations at Joe Biden for even making it a year.
- 0:16Speaker 1: What does the first year look like? A border crisis
- 0:19Speaker 1: which is out of control. I was just at the
- 0:20Speaker 1: border over the last several days, and there are now
- 0:24Speaker 1: locals who are refusing to call border patrol because they
- 0:29Speaker 1: are being attacked after they call border patrol. That's right,
- 0:33Speaker 1: they're being attacked. There are people they're saying, don't call
- 0:36Speaker 1: border patrol now because the cartel members that coyotes are
- 0:39Speaker 1: watching and if they see you spot them and then
- 0:43Speaker 1: call in, they will actually come after you and they
- 0:46Speaker 1: will shoot at you. It is actually happening at the border.
- 0:51Speaker 1: We're even told stories about game wardens who have been
- 0:56Speaker 1: calling in illegal immigrant crossings and they have been targeted
- 1:00Speaker 1: by those in Mexico. Why Because they can get away
- 1:03Speaker 1: with it, So why not. That's one of the biggest
- 1:06Speaker 1: issues that we now have at the border. We now
- 1:08Speaker 1: have fifty sixty seventy people coming across the time and
- 1:12Speaker 1: when they get to America, they ask for you to
- 1:14Speaker 1: call the border patrol agents because they know they're probably
- 1:17Speaker 1: not going to be sent back home. They just want
- 1:21Speaker 1: to make it to America. This is Biden's America year one. Now,
- 1:26Speaker 1: a year ago, I was in the same exact spot,
- 1:30Speaker 1: the same exact place in Mexico on the border on
- 1:33Speaker 1: the Rio Grant a year ago when Donald Trump was president.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Still this was not the case, not even close. When
- 1:42Speaker 1: you go to the border then there was very little traffic,
- 1:45Speaker 1: very small numbers. Of course, there were people still trying
- 1:48Speaker 1: to come across, but we were active. Fast forward one
- 1:51Speaker 1: year later, and it's very clear that this president put
- 1:54Speaker 1: out a welcome mat and that welcome at is being used.
- 1:58Speaker 1: It is being used on a daily basis by thousands
- 2:02Speaker 1: of people trying to get across the border. The resources
- 2:06Speaker 1: that I saw at the border were unbelievable vans to
- 2:10Speaker 1: carry large numbers of illegal immigrants. We saw helicopters, blackhawks,
- 2:17Speaker 1: king airs, we saw drones, we saw blimps. We saw
- 2:21Speaker 1: it all. Now, this is what the sit of Texas
- 2:24Speaker 1: is doing because the federal government is not involved in
- 2:27Speaker 1: much of what I just described, because Biden said, when
- 2:30Speaker 1: I get elected, it's a welcome, Matt, come on over.
- 2:33Speaker 1: We won't kick you out. Now. That's just one of
- 2:37Speaker 1: the major problems. And usually traditionally when you're the president, nited,
- 2:42Speaker 1: it's America. Having one problem is bad enough. Let's move
- 2:46Speaker 1: on to the supply chain crisis again, something that has
- 2:49Speaker 1: been created by this present that was not there beforehand.
- 2:52Speaker 1: This is the present that did not do enough to
- 2:54Speaker 1: get supply chain issues under control early on. He's a
- 2:57Speaker 1: guy that didn't mandate or advocate or demand answers for
- 3:01Speaker 1: not running our ports twenty four seven because of union
- 3:04Speaker 1: workers and bureaucracy in California. This is a man there
- 3:09Speaker 1: is nothing more than a puppet for the Chinese who
- 3:12Speaker 1: gets to decide what we get when we get it,
- 3:14Speaker 1: and we are totally dependent on them. Then you look
- 3:17Speaker 1: at the issue of inflation. If you made fifty grand
- 3:20Speaker 1: last year, it's worth about forty five thousand this year
- 3:23Speaker 1: because the price of goods have skyrocket, the price of
- 3:25Speaker 1: services have skyrocket. You had that with supply chain supplying
- 3:29Speaker 1: demand issues which have had prices skyrocket. It's the worst
- 3:32Speaker 1: in my entire lifetime. Now again I go back to
- 3:35Speaker 1: a normal presency. Any one of the issues I just
- 3:39Speaker 1: mentioned would be enough for people to start going, oh
- 3:41Speaker 1: my gosh, it's not going well. But now we're on
- 3:44Speaker 1: to a long list. You have rising gas prices that
- 3:48Speaker 1: have really hurt middle Americans and poor Americans more than
- 3:52Speaker 1: anybody else, because when you used to be able to
- 3:54Speaker 1: go get a gas tank at thirty five dollars and
- 3:57Speaker 1: now you're paying fifty eight bucks, it hurts and it
- 4:02Speaker 1: takes disposable income out of your pocket. How about more
- 4:06Speaker 1: COVID deaths have happened now under this President of the
- 4:09Speaker 1: United States of America while he has the vaccine than
- 4:13Speaker 1: actually happened under Donald Trump's presidency all in his first year.
- 4:18Speaker 1: He has a thirty three percent approval rating right now.
- 4:22Speaker 1: This because he's done things that were unconscionable, like leaving
- 4:27Speaker 1: Americans behind in Afghanistan, abandoning American allies in Afghanistan, abandoning
- 4:32Speaker 1: actual American cistens in Afghanistan. And then there was some
- 4:36Speaker 1: good news. The good news was the Supreme Court struck
- 4:41Speaker 1: down the vaccine mandate, and the Dominoes are already following
- 4:46Speaker 1: ge which has government contracts. That's why they went with
- 4:51Speaker 1: a vaccine mandate has now suspended their COVID nineteen vaccine
- 4:56Speaker 1: or test requirements after the US Supreme Court ruling. That
- 5:00Speaker 1: is the first domino of a major company that has fallen,
- 5:03Speaker 1: and more will happen because the Supreme Court's ruling. What
- 5:07Speaker 1: are the President ninetents America have to say about all
- 5:09Speaker 1: of this when it comes to the Supreme Court? While
- 5:12Speaker 1: our president is clearly a tyrant, a tyrant I would
- 5:15Speaker 1: argue with clear cognitive issues. If you've watched them recently,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you know what I'm talking about. And Biden now calls
- 5:22Speaker 1: on employers to implement coronavirus and vaccine mandates despite the
- 5:27Speaker 1: Supreme Court ruling. That is exactly what a tyrant would do.
- 5:34Speaker 1: And if you think the other little tyrants that are
- 5:36Speaker 1: obsessed with the big tyrant are going to back down,
- 5:39Speaker 1: you're wrong. This is an article that came out over
- 5:43Speaker 1: the weekend. A Pulitzer Prize winning LA Times columnists Michael
- 5:48Speaker 1: hills Zick has now called for death of anti vax
- 5:54Speaker 1: Deputy DA to be mocked. That's right, along with all
- 5:59Speaker 1: unvaccinated who've died from COVID. No other way to make
- 6:03Speaker 1: sure the lessons of these teachual moments are heard. The
- 6:06Speaker 1: columnists rights. I'm going to read for you part of
- 6:09Speaker 1: this so you understand the column's title, mocking anti vaxxers.
- 6:14Speaker 1: COVID desk is ghoulish, yes, but may be necessary by
- 6:19Speaker 1: Michael hilt Zick. Among all the ways that COVID nineteen
- 6:24Speaker 1: effects our lives, a pandemic confronts us with a profound
- 6:29Speaker 1: moral dilemma. How should we react to the deaths of
- 6:32Speaker 1: the unvaccinated. On the one hand, a hallmark of civilized
- 6:37Speaker 1: thought is the sense that every life is precious. On
- 6:40Speaker 1: the other, those who have deliberately flouted sober medical advice
- 6:45Speaker 1: by refusing a vaccine known to reduce the risk of
- 6:48Speaker 1: serious disease from the virus, including the risk to others,
- 6:52Speaker 1: and end up in the hospital or the grave can
- 6:55Speaker 1: be viewed as receiving their just desserts. This is actually
- 6:59Speaker 1: in in the La Times. This is the psychopass of
- 7:03Speaker 1: the left, defending the psychopaths of the lefts and defending
- 7:06Speaker 1: the president of the United States of America. The vaccine
- 7:09Speaker 1: is not the cure to COVID, and mandates don't work.
- 7:14Speaker 1: That is what Kelly Earnby said before her unvaccinated death
- 7:19Speaker 1: from COVID, which they are mocking. That's even more true
- 7:23Speaker 1: of those who not only refuse the vaccine for themselves,
- 7:27Speaker 1: but publicly advocated that others do so. It has become
- 7:31Speaker 1: common online and in social media for vaccine refusers and
- 7:34Speaker 1: anti vaccine advocates to become the target of verticule after
- 7:39Speaker 1: they come down with COVID nineteen and especially if they
- 7:41Speaker 1: die from it. The LA Times Rights. Now, what's even
- 7:46Speaker 1: more disgusting about this La Times article is it actually
- 7:49Speaker 1: talks about a website that's been named for the former
- 7:53Speaker 1: Republican candidate for president who became one of the first
- 7:58Speaker 1: political notables to come to the disease after publicly defying
- 8:02Speaker 1: social distancing measures. They're referring to Herman Kaine. They're actually
- 8:07Speaker 1: giving out what they're now referring to, these six psychopaths,
- 8:11Speaker 1: the same people that believe, by the way, an abortion
- 8:13Speaker 1: on demand. So and part of me says, we really
- 8:15Speaker 1: shouldn't be surprised by this. They now give out it
- 8:19Speaker 1: the quote Herman Kaine Award to people who die. There's
- 8:24Speaker 1: other sites out there like sorry anti vaccer dot com
- 8:29Speaker 1: that hosts snippets and photographs of anti vaccine advocates, often
- 8:33Speaker 1: taken at their deathbeds to publicly mock them. The issue
- 8:40Speaker 1: of how to think the La Times says about the
- 8:44Speaker 1: deaths of unvaccine has been thrown into high relief locally
- 8:48Speaker 1: by the case of Kelly arneb, a prominent Orange County
- 8:51Speaker 1: Republican and deputy district attorney who crusade against vaccine mandates
- 8:55Speaker 1: and died of COVID around New Year's Day unvaccinated. Earnby's
- 9:00Speaker 1: death promptly came to symbolize the riff and a social
- 9:04Speaker 1: fabric caused by the ravages of COVID. Some online commentators
- 9:09Speaker 1: greeted her demise with glee. These the tyrants of the left,
- 9:13Speaker 1: These are the psychos and sickos in this country, provoking
- 9:18Speaker 1: her political friends to push back against what been chimpman,
- 9:22Speaker 1: a coast to Message OPI official called bigotry and hate
- 9:26Speaker 1: directed at her when she died. My colleague Nicholas Goldberg
- 9:31Speaker 1: recently talked about the rife and the social fabric that
- 9:36Speaker 1: this species of callous commentary represents. Mocking anti vaxers when
- 9:41Speaker 1: they get sick has become a bit of a sport.
- 9:43Speaker 1: He wrote, I have a slightly different take to be
- 9:47Speaker 1: in with let's stipulate that not all people unvaccinated against
- 9:50Speaker 1: COVID are alike. Some have remained unvaccinated for legitimate medical reasons.
- 9:54Speaker 1: They may be children for whom the co vaccine hasn't
- 9:58Speaker 1: yet been officially ruled safe, or people with genuine medical
- 10:01Speaker 1: reasons for avoiding the vaccine. Some may have legitimate, legitimately
- 10:05Speaker 1: faced obstacles in getting two a vaccine side and receive
- 10:08Speaker 1: the full series of shots before becoming exposed to the disease.
- 10:11Speaker 1: Others may have refused the vaccine because they've been deceived
- 10:16Speaker 1: by the misinformation and disinformation spread by the anti vaccine crowd,
- 10:20Speaker 1: such as anchors on Fox News. Yes, let's come after
- 10:24Speaker 1: every conservative and assume that we're all anti vactors, even
- 10:26Speaker 1: though it's Donald Trump and conservatives that advocated for Operation
- 10:30Speaker 1: Warp Speed. Yes, let's relight history and let's mock those
- 10:33Speaker 1: that die. This is the la times. I've warned you,
- 10:36Speaker 1: and I told you in our podcast this was coming.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I told you that the left wanted to divide this
- 10:42Speaker 1: country into two groups of people, those who have rights
- 10:44Speaker 1: and liberties only if you comply with it they believe in,
- 10:47Speaker 1: which is you must be vaccinated, and if you don't
- 10:49Speaker 1: comply and believe in that, then there will be hell
- 10:51Speaker 1: to pay. And that's exactly what we are witnessing right now.
- 10:56Speaker 1: And they want to blame people conservative commentators like myself,
- 10:59Speaker 1: even though actually vaccinated. The deaths of all those all
- 11:04Speaker 1: those victims are truly I guess they claim to be sad. Right. Finally,
- 11:11Speaker 1: there are those who have voiced public opposition to the vaccines,
- 11:14Speaker 1: not all of whom are unvaccinated themselves. Some have couched
- 11:18Speaker 1: their opposition and policy terms. Arnby fell into that category.
- 11:23Speaker 1: She asserted opposition not to the vaccines as such, but
- 11:27Speaker 1: to vaccination mandates. That would be me, by the way.
- 11:31Speaker 1: So I guess if I get COVID, even on vaccinated,
- 11:33Speaker 1: and die, then the lefts will the left will immediately
- 11:36Speaker 1: start writing articles about me and mock and laugh at
- 11:39Speaker 1: my death. That's the new normal now in America's media,
- 11:44Speaker 1: quote the La Times says, I don't think the government
- 11:47Speaker 1: should be in or excuse me, they quote, I should
- 11:48Speaker 1: say the now disease individual by saying, quote, I don't
- 11:52Speaker 1: think the government should be involved in mandating what vaccine
- 11:54Speaker 1: vaccinated people are, what vaccines people are taking, She said
- 11:59Speaker 1: during live stream town hall in November the third, twenty nineteen,
- 12:02Speaker 1: during an unsuccessful campaign for the States Assembly. If the
- 12:06Speaker 1: government is going to mandate vaccine, what else will they mandate?
- 12:09Speaker 1: And by the way, I couldn't agree more with that logic, right,
- 12:11Speaker 1: because if they want to take away all your rights
- 12:14Speaker 1: over a mandate of a vaccine, if you give them
- 12:16Speaker 1: that right, then what's next. That's exactly when the Supreme
- 12:18Speaker 1: Court said these psychopaths and tyrants are wrong. Of course,
- 12:23Speaker 1: the LA Times will overlook that the town hall pre
- 12:27Speaker 1: day of the pandemic. The mandate that Earnby opposed then
- 12:33Speaker 1: was a law tightening the immunization rules for California school
- 12:36Speaker 1: children by eliminating exemptions based on personal belief. Again makes sense.
- 12:42Speaker 1: These psychopaths, these tyrants of the public government, they have
- 12:46Speaker 1: no problem taking away every single right that you have
- 12:50Speaker 1: because they don't believe that you should have rights. They
- 12:52Speaker 1: believe the government should dictate to you what your rights
- 12:55Speaker 1: are depending on what day of the week it is
- 12:57Speaker 1: and what you did to make them happen, which means
- 13:01Speaker 1: you have no rights at all. Back to the LA Times,
- 13:05Speaker 1: but Earnby made clear that her opposition extended to the
- 13:08Speaker 1: COVID vaccines. In August, she posts a statement on her
- 13:11Speaker 1: Facebook page supporting Huntington Beats firefighters who were opposing a
- 13:15Speaker 1: vaccine mandate. By the way, if anybody was honest and
- 13:19Speaker 1: true to their convictions, it's this woman who died. Earnby.
- 13:23Speaker 1: She wasn't against vaccines. She was against mandating vaccines from
- 13:28Speaker 1: the federal government. And she stayed consistent. And this is
- 13:32Speaker 1: who the left is cheering her death. Quote. The vaccine
- 13:37Speaker 1: is not the cure to COVID and mandates won't work,
- 13:40Speaker 1: she wrote, And she was right. It should be clear
- 13:43Speaker 1: that opposing vaccine mandates as a substitute for opposing vaccination
- 13:47Speaker 1: itself is a fundamentally incoherent position. The writer writes, it's
- 13:53Speaker 1: a little more than the Garden Valley small government Republican ideology.
- 13:59Speaker 1: That's what it was in Earnby's hands. Now again, look
- 14:05Speaker 1: at what she wrote. This individual who's a Republican said
- 14:10Speaker 1: the vaccine is not the cure to COVID. All we
- 14:13Speaker 1: can all agree that's true. Now, hell, even Fauci is
- 14:16Speaker 1: now saying that we can see that mandates don't work.
- 14:20Speaker 1: And by the way, anywhere in the world where they
- 14:22Speaker 1: don't have the same rights we have here. Where they've
- 14:24Speaker 1: done vaccine mandates, it hasn't worked for them either. I
- 14:28Speaker 1: want small government, I want lower taxes. I want to
- 14:31Speaker 1: protect our freedoms, she said during her discussion of vaccine
- 14:35Speaker 1: mandates at the Down Hall. What's wrong with that? Well,
- 14:38Speaker 1: this is why liberals hater. Contrary to Earnby's assertions, however,
- 14:42Speaker 1: mandates do work. Requirements that people provide evidence of vaccination
- 14:46Speaker 1: before attending public events or entering restaurants or bars have
- 14:50Speaker 1: been associated with heightened vaccine rates abroad. So, in other words,
- 14:54Speaker 1: mandates right, you have no rights, you must do it,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and we will divide you into two sectors in society,
- 15:00Speaker 1: and the La Times is advocating for this and writing right.
- 15:02Speaker 1: They're saying, look, we've seen around the world. If you
- 15:04Speaker 1: take away people's rights and you tell them they can't
- 15:07Speaker 1: do things unless they do what you tell them to do,
- 15:09Speaker 1: it will work. That's what they're that's literally their argument.
- 15:12Speaker 1: Take away everyone's personal rights and then you can get
- 15:15Speaker 1: society to get on board. And if you don't, they're
- 15:17Speaker 1: gonna have a horrible life because we won't let them
- 15:19Speaker 1: do anything. As for their vaccine mandates, is a slippery
- 15:23Speaker 1: slope to more government control, as Earnby maintained government mandates
- 15:28Speaker 1: have been with us for untold decades. The writer rights,
- 15:33Speaker 1: we require drivers to wear seat belts. Well, there's that's
- 15:37Speaker 1: a stupid analogy, and I'll tell you why driving is
- 15:39Speaker 1: not a mandate. No one's mandated to drive. Driving by
- 15:44Speaker 1: the way as a privilege. It's not a right. And
- 15:47Speaker 1: if this idiot who wrote this article understood rights, she
- 15:50Speaker 1: would never use as part of her argument, this again ignorant,
- 15:57Speaker 1: flawed logic argument that somehow driving is a right. It's
- 16:01Speaker 1: not a right, it's a privilege. We take away the
- 16:03Speaker 1: privilege all the time from people that drive drunk, people
- 16:06Speaker 1: that drive too fast, people that have too many racks.
- 16:09Speaker 1: It's a privilege, not a right to drive in America.
- 16:13Speaker 1: So the idea that she's gonna try to connect vaccine
- 16:17Speaker 1: mandates to driving and driver's license mandates is maybe one
- 16:22Speaker 1: of the dumbest arguments I've ever seen. But again, this
- 16:25Speaker 1: is the La Times and the Left. What do you
- 16:27Speaker 1: expect We require drivers to wear a seat belt? She says,
- 16:32Speaker 1: cars to be equipped with air bags and drivers to
- 16:34Speaker 1: observe speed limits and avoid pedestrians. We banned smoking in
- 16:38Speaker 1: public areas again another bad example, but I won't waste
- 16:42Speaker 1: your time on that. I think you can connect those dots.
- 16:45Speaker 1: Vaccine mandates themselves have been part of the educational system
- 16:47Speaker 1: for longer than anyone can remember. In every state in
- 16:49Speaker 1: the Union. California requires kate through twelve pupils to have
- 16:53Speaker 1: as many as twenty doses of immunsations against polio, measles, mums, robella,
- 16:57Speaker 1: whooping cough, have tis in, chicken pox. So, in other words,
- 17:05Speaker 1: go get this one or did you forget to mention?
- 17:08Speaker 1: And you're closing argument early times that all of those
- 17:11Speaker 1: things you can actually have personal beliefs exemptions from. We
- 17:15Speaker 1: haven't really mandated them. We give you a way to
- 17:18Speaker 1: not take them if you have a problem. That's where
- 17:21Speaker 1: you're again wanting to take away all of our rights
- 17:23Speaker 1: right now. You don't want us to have the right
- 17:27Speaker 1: to say no. You only want to have the right
- 17:29Speaker 1: to mandate what we can and cannot do. That's the difference. Now,
- 17:34Speaker 1: that's the problem. Now you want to mandate everything. All
- 17:40Speaker 1: of the vaccines that you just mentioned, every single one
- 17:45Speaker 1: of them, every single one of them. You could get
- 17:51Speaker 1: a religious exemption or a personal exemption from those vaccines.
- 17:56Speaker 1: So when you say what changed, you should be able
- 17:59Speaker 1: to answer your own question this one. You don't want
- 18:01Speaker 1: anyone to be able to be exempt from anything that
- 18:03Speaker 1: you mandate any longer. That is the problem, and it's
- 18:08Speaker 1: a big one. Now. I want you to hear how
- 18:13Speaker 1: the other media has jumped on board of this conversation.
- 18:18Speaker 1: This happened on CNN from Michael smirkonnisey as a weekend show,
- 18:24Speaker 1: where he talked about maybe should we mock Americans who
- 18:28Speaker 1: die of COVID after opposing vaccine mandates? Take a listen
- 18:32Speaker 1: to how he describes it in a disgusting way. Question
- 18:36Speaker 1: peculiar to these days? Is it wrong to mock people
- 18:39Speaker 1: who publicly crusade against the COVID vaccine and then die
- 18:43Speaker 1: of the disease? Or does it drive home the message
- 18:46Speaker 1: about saving lives? Their entire websites that are devoted to
- 18:50Speaker 1: such mockery. Sorry anti vaxer dot com gleefully tally's stories
- 18:54Speaker 1: and photos of anti vaccine advocates who end up in
- 18:57Speaker 1: the ICU, intubated and or day from the disease. One
- 19:01Speaker 1: recent case of this kind of tasteless taunting spurred two
- 19:05Speaker 1: dueling opinion pieces in the Los Angeles Times. Orange County
- 19:09Speaker 1: Republican Kelly Earnby, a former assistant DA and State Assembly
- 19:12Speaker 1: candidate who had lobbied publicly against the COVID vaccines, passed
- 19:17Speaker 1: away earlier this month at age forty six from COVID complications.
- 19:20Speaker 1: She was unvaccinated. Earnby's death unleashed a torrent of reaction
- 19:25Speaker 1: on the Internet on her own Facebook page, under a
- 19:28Speaker 1: Christmas collage that she had posted there, now more than
- 19:31Speaker 1: forty six hundred comments summer sympathy, notes many others are not.
- 19:37Speaker 1: In response to the piling on LA Times, columnist Nicholas
- 19:40Speaker 1: Goldberg wrote, I don't understand how crowing over the death
- 19:43Speaker 1: of others further's useful debate or increases vaccination rates. But
- 19:49Speaker 1: a few days later, Goldberg's colleague Michael Hiltzig published a
- 19:52Speaker 1: column expressing the exact opposite quote, mocking anti vaxer's COVID
- 19:57Speaker 1: deaths is ghoulish, yes, but maybe necessary. Michael Hilson joins me.
- 20:03Speaker 1: Now he's the LA Times Business columnist. He's also a
- 20:06Speaker 1: Publitzer Prize winner. Michael, Let's make clear at the outset
- 20:09Speaker 1: you are not talking about the everyday people who don't
- 20:12Speaker 1: get vaxed sadly contract COVID and die. You're talking about
- 20:17Speaker 1: people with a platform, right, Yes, Because if you disagree
- 20:21Speaker 1: with the Left, if you disagree with the White House,
- 20:23Speaker 1: if you disagree with Joe Biden, they believe you should
- 20:27Speaker 1: be publicly ridiculed. This is no different than public flogging.
- 20:31Speaker 1: This is no different than taking somebody out into the
- 20:35Speaker 1: Times Square and mocking them and letting people throw things
- 20:40Speaker 1: at them. It's no different. Listen to what they're they're saying.
- 20:45Speaker 1: They're saying, look, if you come out and say you're
- 20:47Speaker 1: against vaccines, right and officially who argues against vaccine dies
- 20:50Speaker 1: from COVID nineteen sparks big reaction online, right, And they're saying,
- 20:54Speaker 1: this is basically really what you deserve. This is what
- 20:59Speaker 1: you deserve. You deserve this that's I mean, this is
- 21:05Speaker 1: how sick these people are. They're actually hoping that people
- 21:08Speaker 1: get COVID who have been public figures saying and questioning
- 21:12Speaker 1: the vaccine or not taking the vaccine. And in that scenario,
- 21:16Speaker 1: they believe that you should immediately be mocked and your
- 21:20Speaker 1: death should be celebrated, because it doesn't it just mocking
- 21:23Speaker 1: someone dying. This is celebrating your demise, celebrating your death.
- 21:27Speaker 1: It's sick, that's correct, Michael. In my column I made
- 21:32Speaker 1: a distinction. I pointed out that the unvaccinated really fallen
- 21:37Speaker 1: free category. There are those who can't get vaccinated for
- 21:41Speaker 1: legitimate reasons, small children, people with genuine medical contraindication vaccination.
- 21:48Speaker 1: Then there's a fairly large group of people who I
- 21:51Speaker 1: think have been duped into resisting the vaccine, duped by
- 21:56Speaker 1: misinformation and disinformation about the vaccines and sort of nonsense
- 22:01Speaker 1: about preserving our freedoms in the face of this pandemic.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Real targets who are important here are those who spent
- 22:09Speaker 1: the last few months or years of their lives crusading
- 22:14Speaker 1: against sensible, safe policies such as vaccination and social distancing
- 22:22Speaker 1: and what have you, and ended up paying the ultimate
- 22:25Speaker 1: price for their own basically their own funneling. I'm gonna
- 22:29Speaker 1: put on the screen the paragraph that I highlighted from
- 22:32Speaker 1: your column. It's this mockery is not necessarily the wrong
- 22:36Speaker 1: reaction to those who publicly mocked anti COVID measures and
- 22:40Speaker 1: encouraged others to follow suit before they perished of the disease.
- 22:45Speaker 1: The dangers of which they belittled. Expand on that. Sure,
- 22:51Speaker 1: you know, we have a sort of a cultural habit
- 22:54Speaker 1: of not speaking ill of the dead, of treating the
- 22:58Speaker 1: deceased looking at the good they've done during their lives.
- 23:03Speaker 1: I'm not sure that in this case that's entirely appropriate,
- 23:07Speaker 1: because so many of them actually have promoted reckless, dangerous policies,
- 23:13Speaker 1: and as I wrote there, they took innocent people along
- 23:16Speaker 1: with them. So there it is. If you don't agree
- 23:20Speaker 1: with the government, and you don't agree with the government's objective,
- 23:23Speaker 1: if you don't agree with what the state mandates that
- 23:26Speaker 1: you agree with or believe in, we will then cheer
- 23:30Speaker 1: on your death. This is happening in the United States
- 23:33Speaker 1: of America, not in another country. In America, you have
- 23:37Speaker 1: a president who was just shut down by the Supreme Court,
- 23:39Speaker 1: and even after he was shut down by the Supreme
- 23:43Speaker 1: Court with his vaccine mandates, he comes out and immediately
- 23:47Speaker 1: says that he believes that you should do it anyway
- 23:50Speaker 1: and not listen to the Supreme Court, which is psychotic.
- 23:53Speaker 1: This is, by the way, what a tyrant would do.
- 23:56Speaker 1: So apparently this is all they've got left. Folks, tell
- 24:00Speaker 1: you how to live your life. And if you don't
- 24:01Speaker 1: mocking you, if you die, you how many people have
- 24:04Speaker 1: died have been vaccinated this country a lot? Should we
- 24:07Speaker 1: mock them too? Should we mock people that die of
- 24:10Speaker 1: COVID that got vaccinated because they got vaccinated and quote,
- 24:14Speaker 1: it didn't work and it didn't save their life. Because
- 24:16Speaker 1: there have been people that have been vaccinated that have died.
- 24:19Speaker 1: That's inhumane. You know, I think that America is an
- 24:24Speaker 1: incredible country. I do not think that America is becoming
- 24:28Speaker 1: an even greater country right now based on what I'm seeing.
- 24:32Speaker 1: America should be better than this. America should never be
- 24:35Speaker 1: a place where people mock other people's death because they
- 24:40Speaker 1: get sick of a pandemic. They get sick during a
- 24:45Speaker 1: time of a pandemic, and just because you disagree on
- 24:49Speaker 1: how you want to medically approach that pandemic, you then
- 24:53Speaker 1: cheer on the deaths of people who die that you
- 24:58Speaker 1: disagree with. I'm not cheering for anyone to get COVID.
- 25:03Speaker 1: I'm not cheering for anyone to die. I think that's
- 25:06Speaker 1: pure evil. I think it's psycho I think it's sick.
- 25:10Speaker 1: And this is the Democratic Party and this is exactly
- 25:13Speaker 1: what they are cheering right now. It is pure evil
- 25:18Speaker 1: to do this. So when you see all the bad
- 25:22Speaker 1: news coming from this White House and you look at
- 25:25Speaker 1: this presence approval rating and you see how low it
- 25:27Speaker 1: is now at thirty three percent, never forget how they
- 25:31Speaker 1: treat you. Never forget what they think of you if
- 25:35Speaker 1: you don't agree with them, Because it's not just going
- 25:37Speaker 1: to be on COVID. I want to make that clear. Okay,
- 25:41Speaker 1: It's not just gonna be COVID. It's gonna be a
- 25:43Speaker 1: litany of other things. And they're gonna publicly shame you,
- 25:46Speaker 1: and they're gonna mock you, and they're gonna laugh at you,
- 25:51Speaker 1: and they're gonna treat you like you are less than
- 25:54Speaker 1: They're gonna treat you like you are a subclass citizen.
- 25:58Speaker 1: They are going to treat you differently because you don't
- 26:02Speaker 1: go along with what they say you must believe in,
- 26:05Speaker 1: or what you must go along with. Remember this when
- 26:09Speaker 1: it comes to election day, because this is all they
- 26:12Speaker 1: believe in right now. They believe it's appropriate to write
- 26:16Speaker 1: these types of columns, and they believe it's appropriate for
- 26:19Speaker 1: the government to take away your rights. When you've got
- 26:22Speaker 1: mainstream newspapers like the La Times, saying publicly that mocking
- 26:26Speaker 1: the death of Amphi of actors is now necessary to
- 26:29Speaker 1: create a teachable moment. You know you can't trust these people,
- 26:35Speaker 1: and you never should moving forward, because this is about power,
- 26:40Speaker 1: It is about control. It is about making sure that
- 26:43Speaker 1: no matter what they win and you lose, you either
- 26:48Speaker 1: get on your knees and kiss their feet, and if
- 26:51Speaker 1: you don't, they will come for you. They will wish
- 26:54Speaker 1: death on you, and they will celebrate it when you die.
- 26:57Speaker 1: And it's in writing now. This isn't speculation, it is
- 27:01Speaker 1: in writing. I hope every one of you will share
- 27:05Speaker 1: this podcast with your family and friends, and I will
- 27:07Speaker 1: see you back here tomorrow
