- 2:04Speaker 1: are listening to the voice, come on dig me now.
- 2:07Speaker 1: One and only Steve Harvey man got a radio show, man, Yeah,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I do. Steve Harvey got a radio show because I
- 2:18Speaker 1: can't tell it to you any other way because God
- 2:20Speaker 1: has been so so very amazing to me. But the
- 2:27Speaker 1: same God, and there is but one that same God
- 2:33Speaker 1: is It can and will be amazing in your life
- 2:38Speaker 1: if you just allow it to happen. You know. I
- 2:42Speaker 1: was somewhere, you know, and I was driving on the
- 2:45Speaker 1: freeway somewhere, and I saw bill board and it was
- 2:52Speaker 1: a guy in a field on his knees. And on
- 2:57Speaker 1: this billboard it said something to the effect when when
- 3:02Speaker 1: you've run out of answers, try prayer. And I was
- 3:09Speaker 1: I was going, uh, somewhere, and I don't even remember
- 3:12Speaker 1: I go so much. Man, I was just going somewhere
- 3:16Speaker 1: and I saw this billboard and I thought about that,
- 3:21Speaker 1: And man, I cannot tell you how true of a
- 3:26Speaker 1: statement that is. When you've run out of answers, when
- 3:31Speaker 1: you don't know what to do, when you feel weak,
- 3:35Speaker 1: when you are at a low point, when things just
- 3:38Speaker 1: seem to keep happening to you, and you don't understand why.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Prayer is an amazing weapon. Prayer is available to all
- 3:49Speaker 1: of us. Here's a deal. You don't have to go
- 3:55Speaker 1: through the all of that you're going through alone. See,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm talking to men, women, boys, girls, students, leaders, bosses, employees.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I don't care what's happening. I don't care what your
- 4:10Speaker 1: situation is. I don't care if your relationship is all
- 4:14Speaker 1: jacked up. I don't care if your kids and your
- 4:17Speaker 1: relationship is jacked up. I don't care if your relationship
- 4:22Speaker 1: at work is shot. Your coworkers seem to always make
- 4:25Speaker 1: you the buddy end of the joke. You always somebody
- 4:29Speaker 1: always talking about you behind your back. You're finding it
- 4:32Speaker 1: more and more necessary to try to hold your head
- 4:35Speaker 1: up and walk past these people when some days you
- 4:38Speaker 1: can't even get your chin up off your chest. If
- 4:42Speaker 1: you're a woman out there and you've been alone by
- 4:44Speaker 1: yourself for so long and you're just tired of being alone.
- 4:48Speaker 1: You really want a relationship, you really want to be
- 4:52Speaker 1: have a mate, you want to meet your soul mate,
- 4:55Speaker 1: whatever it is, whatever it is, prayer is the answer.
- 5:02Speaker 1: You are listening to a guy who is a direct
- 5:06Speaker 1: recipient of prayer. I can't tell you anything that I've
- 5:12Speaker 1: gotten out of that I didn't pray about. Oh, now,
- 5:17Speaker 1: there are a lot of things. Hold on, let me
- 5:19Speaker 1: backtrack a little bit. There are a lot of things
- 5:21Speaker 1: that have happened in my life that I've gotten past
- 5:24Speaker 1: without praying, because I think my Mamma was praying for me.
- 5:28Speaker 1: And then as this thing that God has called grace
- 5:31Speaker 1: and mercy that he just somehow keeps us all waking
- 5:35Speaker 1: up every day without foot on some form or solid
- 5:39Speaker 1: ground because He's just waiting on us to come to him.
- 5:42Speaker 1: But y'all, if you can implement prayer into your day
- 5:48Speaker 1: every single day, and I'm talking about put it in
- 5:52Speaker 1: there at the top of your day, put it in
- 5:54Speaker 1: there middly of your day, put it in there when
- 5:57Speaker 1: you close your day out. When you're sitting at your
- 6:01Speaker 1: desk and ain't nobody bothering you, that's a good time. Now. Look,
- 6:06Speaker 1: you don't have to make no scene. You ain't got
- 6:09Speaker 1: to let everybody know, Oh I'm spiritual, I love God,
- 6:12Speaker 1: look at me. Oh I'm down, or you ain't gonna
- 6:14Speaker 1: do none of that. Matter of fact, don't do it
- 6:16Speaker 1: for that reason, because if that's your reason for doing it,
- 6:19Speaker 1: that's gonna be your reward. If you want somebody to
- 6:21Speaker 1: just say, oh, they pray every you know, they pray
- 6:24Speaker 1: at lunch and they had a Bible on their desk
- 6:26Speaker 1: and they have a bunch of highlights in it. If
- 6:28Speaker 1: you're sitting it out there so people can see that
- 6:30Speaker 1: that's what you do, then that's gonna be your reward. Please, No,
- 6:35Speaker 1: that's gonna be your reward. What I want you to do,
- 6:40Speaker 1: it's pray. Ask God for the things the desires of
- 6:45Speaker 1: your heart, have a faith, believe in them. But pray earnestly. Man.
- 6:52Speaker 1: I mean, actually go at it with saying, hey, God,
- 6:56Speaker 1: listen to me. I can't do this without you. I
- 7:00Speaker 1: need your help. Listen, man, I know a lot of
- 7:03Speaker 1: people that pray. I know a lot of it. If
- 7:06Speaker 1: I told you the rich and famous that I talk
- 7:10Speaker 1: to that pray constantly, it would amaze you. Go talk
- 7:14Speaker 1: to God about it, man. Matter of fact, you'd already
- 7:18Speaker 1: got yourself into trouble. Go talk to God about it.
- 7:22Speaker 1: You can't see no way out. You're in a situation.
- 7:24Speaker 1: You're thinking about doing something straight crazy. Pump your brake's partner.
- 7:29Speaker 1: Slow down a little bit, my man, Slow down. Don't
- 7:33Speaker 1: all you're gonna do is make a situation worse. Go
- 7:36Speaker 1: over there today and talk to God. Talk to God
- 7:42Speaker 1: for real, just and look, man. You know what. Man,
- 7:46Speaker 1: Sometimes I've gone to God and I've just said, Hey, God,
- 7:49Speaker 1: I don't have a clue. Matter of fact, I'm so
- 7:53Speaker 1: jacked up right now. God, I don't even really know
- 7:56Speaker 1: what to ask you for. I just need some help.
- 7:59Speaker 1: I'm so deep is some mess right now. Not only
- 8:04Speaker 1: can I not see the way out, I can't see
- 8:06Speaker 1: my way round. There's a there's a poem calling Victus,
- 8:12Speaker 1: and the opening line says, out of the night that
- 8:17Speaker 1: covers me black as a pit from pole to pole,
- 8:24Speaker 1: I thank God for whatever be for my unconquerable soul.
- 8:29Speaker 1: That this line is so deep. It starts off, saying,
- 8:34Speaker 1: I am in deep trouble. I'm in a pit, black
- 8:40Speaker 1: as a pit, from pole to pole. I'm talking about man.
- 8:44Speaker 1: From over there to over there, it's pitch black and
- 8:50Speaker 1: and man, that's man. You've been in that situation before, y'all,
- 8:56Speaker 1: because I have. I'm talking about black as a pit
- 9:01Speaker 1: from pole to pole. God is there, God is available.
- 9:08Speaker 1: God is always standing by. He just wants you to
- 9:13Speaker 1: come to him. See, he's been coming to you a
- 9:17Speaker 1: whole lot of times. He's presented himself. I can't tell
- 9:20Speaker 1: you how many times he's shown you how good a
- 9:23Speaker 1: god he is. He's given us all grace and mercy
- 9:26Speaker 1: without us asking for He's gotten you through some things.
- 9:29Speaker 1: And you looked at him. Who, Man, I don't know
- 9:31Speaker 1: how the hell. Okay, that's cool, I'm cool. No no, no,
- 9:34Speaker 1: no, no no, that wasn't cool. That was God. Pray man,
- 9:39Speaker 1: when you out of answers and you don't know what
- 9:41Speaker 1: to do, Pray. If you see some trouble coming, Pray
- 9:44Speaker 1: if you already got into it. Pray if you don't
- 9:47Speaker 1: know the answers, Pray if you can't see no way out, pray.
- 9:50Speaker 1: Pray man, talk to God. Don't make a scene. Just
- 9:54Speaker 1: talk to God, all right, very important. You're listening, Ladies
- 10:02Speaker 1: and gentlemen, let me have your attention, please, your undivided attention.
- 10:08Speaker 1: Try Jesus, not me because I throw hands. Try Jesus.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Please don't try me because I fight. It's my theme
- 10:26Speaker 1: song all the way to twenty twenty five. I want
- 10:30Speaker 1: to thank God for them imperfect Christians such as myself
- 10:33Speaker 1: for writing such a smash hit that's sweeping the gospel
- 10:38Speaker 1: community record times. I would venture to say, ladies and gentlemen,
- 10:46Speaker 1: Steve Harvey, marta Show, Shirley Strawberry, welcome back, Steve, our
- 10:50Speaker 1: fearless leader, Welcome back. We missed you yesterday. Welcome back.
- 10:57Speaker 1: Calls not here that gets me right to the point
- 11:01Speaker 1: that damn Junior morning. Uncle Man, glad you're back in
- 11:05Speaker 1: the cycle. Man, you back on it. Yeah, Man, back
- 11:08Speaker 1: working and everything. Man, family feud live in living color
- 11:13Speaker 1: because nephew, Tommy your side in the building. Uncer Steve,
- 11:20Speaker 1: welcome gratulations on your show back on track. You can
- 11:25Speaker 1: ask him, Tommy m good. You can you can ask
- 11:31Speaker 1: him what the hell he was? No? No, yeah, what
- 11:36Speaker 1: the hell was your aunt said yesterday? Why did he
- 11:39Speaker 1: need a much needed vacation. And when you're going all
- 11:43Speaker 1: like Steve's on a much needed vacation, that ain't no
- 11:46Speaker 1: damn vacation. He just ain't here, That's what that was. Yeah,
- 11:50Speaker 1: apparent that got on his nerves. Steve. Yeah, yeah, he's
- 11:56Speaker 1: strong with it. You want m I mean, but you
- 11:59Speaker 1: know I understand enough. I understand perfectly when you when
- 12:05Speaker 1: you have certain deficiencies. You know what I'm saying, I'm deficient.
- 12:11Speaker 1: Well when I'm deficiency, Well I'm doing deficient that? Where
- 12:15Speaker 1: is that? Well? Deficientfy that what? You know what I'm saying?
- 12:21Speaker 1: You said deficiencies? Where's my deficiencies? You know, the most
- 12:25Speaker 1: noise come from shottish people. You've discovered you know what.
- 12:32Speaker 1: I know how to fix this. I know how to
- 12:33Speaker 1: fix this with you. Look at you, look at your ticks,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and I bet you quit fooling with me. You're gonna
- 12:42Speaker 1: leave me alone. See, Okay, I'm sorry, I got a joke. Wow,
- 12:56Speaker 1: that's how you do it, though, be quiet. Dirt on
- 13:01Speaker 1: you or something? No, no, I ain't got no dirt
- 13:05Speaker 1: on me. No no, no, he ain't got no dirt.
- 13:08Speaker 1: Well something was in that text. If you ain't left
- 13:14Speaker 1: the house in nine months. Harder had dirt. Yeah, got dirt?
- 13:22Speaker 1: Oh well you like dirt. I ain't even got dust
- 13:26Speaker 1: on me. I saw Steve. You was a damn lie.
- 13:32Speaker 1: Right here? All right, guys, coming up in thirty two
- 13:36Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, the Chief Love Officers back in
- 13:39Speaker 1: the building. We'll have your questions right after this. You're
- 13:43Speaker 1: listening show. Okay, time for ask the CLO. Mister Harvey Clo,
- 13:51Speaker 1: Chief Love Officer, Are you ready ready? All right? This one?
- 13:56Speaker 1: This one's from Doreen in Kansas. She said, I've been
- 14:00Speaker 1: in a relationship with my children's father for eight years.
- 14:04Speaker 1: We were twenty four when we met, and we had
- 14:06Speaker 1: our two children young. We both had issues with cheating
- 14:10Speaker 1: on each other, but we managed to stay together. Whenever
- 14:14Speaker 1: I mentioned marriage to him. He can't give me a
- 14:17Speaker 1: clear reason as to why he won't ask me to
- 14:19Speaker 1: be his wife. I know we did things backwards and
- 14:22Speaker 1: should have tried marriage first, but here we are after
- 14:26Speaker 1: eight years of him stalling. What can I do differently
- 14:30Speaker 1: in this relationship to let him know I'm serious? Good question? Well,
- 14:36Speaker 1: I mean that's a great question. But we have a
- 14:38Speaker 1: problem though, Like you said, well you got married young.
- 14:43Speaker 1: You think you did it slightly out of order, and
- 14:46Speaker 1: you've both had issues cheating on one another. That right
- 14:50Speaker 1: there has probably scarred both of you. Now he probably
- 14:55Speaker 1: knows you're serious, but now he ain't saying nothing to
- 14:59Speaker 1: you about marriage. It's been eight years, you know. And
- 15:03Speaker 1: then you said, but we managed to stay together. Staying
- 15:09Speaker 1: together is not a prerequisite to getting married. I can
- 15:13Speaker 1: assure you that true. And so I don't think you
- 15:18Speaker 1: did it out of order anywhere. You should have got
- 15:20Speaker 1: married first. But if you have got married first, would
- 15:24Speaker 1: you all have still had the cheating issues. See something's
- 15:29Speaker 1: wrong somewhere else. That's a greater problem than you all
- 15:33Speaker 1: have than not being married. So I think that you
- 15:37Speaker 1: all need to get at the core of why you
- 15:40Speaker 1: all cheat, why you all aren't married, because him marrying
- 15:44Speaker 1: you ain't gonna change nothing, especially if either one of
- 15:47Speaker 1: you are still out there. While yeah, after eight years too,
- 15:51Speaker 1: that's how long they've been together. Yeah, all right, So
- 15:55Speaker 1: she just get to the course, don't do anything different
- 15:58Speaker 1: except for to get to the course of the problem.
- 16:00Speaker 1: You need to find out what the problem is. The
- 16:02Speaker 1: problem is, ain't y'all ain't married. The problem is y'all
- 16:05Speaker 1: have just managed to stay together. Yeah, all right, thank you, Cello.
- 16:11Speaker 1: This one's from Curtis and Dallas. He says, I'm in
- 16:14Speaker 1: my early sixties and my wife is in her late sixties.
- 16:18Speaker 1: I retired three years ago and my wife stopped being
- 16:21Speaker 1: intimate with me three years ago, so I got a
- 16:25Speaker 1: part time job at a pharmacy so I could meet women.
- 16:28Speaker 1: Everybody does that, right, I've been. I've been having sex
- 16:34Speaker 1: with a cashier down at work, and it was fun
- 16:36Speaker 1: and exciting at first, but I'm tired of giving this
- 16:39Speaker 1: lady all of my money, and I feel bad for
- 16:41Speaker 1: cheating on my wife. I am still very attractive to
- 16:44Speaker 1: my wife and would prefer to have sex with her.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Do you think if I jokingly tell my wife that
- 16:51Speaker 1: younger women are hitting on me at work, she'll take
- 16:54Speaker 1: more interest in having sex with me. Your boyholder, dog,
- 17:02Speaker 1: you ain't been joking. Now you gonna jokingly mentioned that
- 17:07Speaker 1: his younger girl's head, and you ain't really that funny man. See.
- 17:14Speaker 1: I don't know if that's a good idea, because once
- 17:18Speaker 1: you can't dangle the carrot in front of woman, now
- 17:21Speaker 1: you can't bring you can't mention another woman to a
- 17:25Speaker 1: woman and think that's just gonna be the statement and
- 17:27Speaker 1: she ain't gonna put that in the computer and running.
- 17:32Speaker 1: You've got to be kidding me, man. You can't throw
- 17:36Speaker 1: a hint out to a woman and then think she
- 17:40Speaker 1: not gonna follow through the hint and see what's behind
- 17:44Speaker 1: the hint. As your dumb ass jokingly, I got a
- 17:54Speaker 1: job the other day. Cash shit, you know she younger.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Why do you think she stopped though? You know you
- 18:03Speaker 1: do go, We're gonna ask me for the money I
- 18:09Speaker 1: gave it to now there were sleeping together, would be
- 18:13Speaker 1: more mad about that money? Man, boy, boy, do you
- 18:17Speaker 1: think what tim me? What was your question? What? What?
- 18:20Speaker 1: Why she stopped three years ago, made intimate with them,
- 18:23Speaker 1: being intimate with him? Why she shut that down? I
- 18:26Speaker 1: don't know. Maybe he was home too much, he was
- 18:29Speaker 1: tied three years ago. Yeah, he tick of them. Yeah,
- 18:34Speaker 1: you just here all the time, rubbing on me, Get
- 18:36Speaker 1: off me. You know people in their sixties still do
- 18:41Speaker 1: it right, Hell yeah. But you got to remember that
- 18:44Speaker 1: as where the slogan came from too, huh. I got
- 18:48Speaker 1: to remember where that famous slogan came from. What slogan?
- 18:51Speaker 1: You know? I could have had a V eight. I
- 18:54Speaker 1: could have had a V eight. You know, maybe she'd
- 18:58Speaker 1: rather have a V eight before we run out of time, CLO.
- 19:03Speaker 1: This one's from Teresa and Orlando. She says, I'm a
- 19:05Speaker 1: forty year old woman and I've been dating a forty
- 19:08Speaker 1: year old man since January. He's a great guy, but
- 19:11Speaker 1: he's childish. For our first date, we went to Chuck
- 19:14Speaker 1: E Cheese and we ate dinner there too. For Valentine's Day,
- 19:20Speaker 1: he gave me a princess crown and took me to
- 19:22Speaker 1: Disney World. I have a thirteen year old son, so
- 19:25Speaker 1: when he comes to visit, he plays video games all
- 19:28Speaker 1: night long with my son. Then he falls asleep watching
- 19:31Speaker 1: cartoons on my couch. His favorite meal is pizza and
- 19:36Speaker 1: orange soda. How can I get him to grow up?
- 19:40Speaker 1: I'm boyd lady, you must be out your mine. You've
- 19:45Speaker 1: been married his little boy. He played video games with
- 19:49Speaker 1: Joe son. His favorite meal is pizza and on soda.
- 19:52Speaker 1: He took you to Chuck E Cheese on Valentine's Day?
- 19:56Speaker 1: Are you kidding me? No? Talking to him? He took
- 20:00Speaker 1: her to Disney World on Valentine's Day. He took it
- 20:02Speaker 1: to Chucky Cheese on their first day, Lady, that whole
- 20:08Speaker 1: band up their singing and they had dinner there too.
- 20:11Speaker 1: They had dinner at Chuck E Cheese too, Steve on
- 20:13Speaker 1: the first time for you tenya anniversary, you're gonna be
- 20:16Speaker 1: going back to It's a small world after all. That
- 20:20Speaker 1: gorilla that that's a rough pizza right there too. Yeah,
- 20:25Speaker 1: that's a rough one, that pizza right there. They need
- 20:29Speaker 1: to cut that out. They need to stop that, but
- 20:32Speaker 1: they can pace on it. Thank you, Cello. As usual.
- 20:38Speaker 1: Coming up, man, Chucky Cheese needs to quit calling that
- 20:42Speaker 1: pizza for real. I'm glad you mentioned that, Tommy. Coming up,
- 20:46Speaker 1: it is the nephew would run that brank back. Right
- 20:49Speaker 1: after this You're listening show coming up at the top
- 20:54Speaker 1: of the hour, Miss Anne will be here with our
- 20:56Speaker 1: national news and an update of course on tropical storm.
- 20:59Speaker 1: He's in entertainment news, Kanye has announced his running mate.
- 21:05Speaker 1: Oh boy, and we'll talk about doctor Dres. What you're
- 21:08Speaker 1: doing that, Yeah, yeah, yeah yeah, Doctor Dre also in
- 21:12Speaker 1: entertainment news his one billion dollar divorce. I should say,
- 21:16Speaker 1: right now it's time for the nephew to run that
- 21:18Speaker 1: prank back. What you got for us? Now? I got
- 21:21Speaker 1: papers on that man. M h, I got papers on
- 21:27Speaker 1: that man. School's good papers. Richard Dimplesfield, Oh me, you
- 21:39Speaker 1: know who that is? Do? Uh? No, he drove a
- 21:43Speaker 1: bus for Jodice. Yeah, let's go. I got papers on

- 22:08Speaker 1: Clem clo. Oh okay, yeah, okay, how are you? I'm good.

- 22:21Speaker 1: He got to leave a little shaken up here at

- 22:28Speaker 1: I think he definitely pulled something in his back. But
- 22:34Speaker 1: we um, now who is you? Now? I'm his wife.
- 22:38Speaker 1: I'm I'm just my chilling. You're you're you're Pellis. That's right,
- 22:43Speaker 1: that's correct. Okay, because we got listed that his wife
- 22:47Speaker 1: is Janis, and we tried to call her earlier but
- 22:50Speaker 1: we didn't get answered. I'm his wife, so I'm his wife.
- 22:53Speaker 1: I don't know Janis? Who the hell is Janis? Janis
- 22:57Speaker 1: is who he has listed for a contact when when uh,
- 23:01Speaker 1: when it's an emergency contact or something she happens. Now,
- 23:04Speaker 1: y'all got that mixed up. Yeah, ill must have mixed

- 28:48Speaker 1: All right, now you got a junior think coming up
- 28:51Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. We'll have some entertainment
- 28:53Speaker 1: news and our national news update with miss Anne Tripp
- 28:56Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening, well, doctor Dre's wife is
- 29:03Speaker 1: not getting divorced without a fight. She's my new hero.
- 29:07Speaker 1: She's my Shiro because she's challenging their pre nup and
- 29:11Speaker 1: one billion dollars, I said, billion with a B is
- 29:15Speaker 1: on the line. Nicole Young filed legal dots obtained by
- 29:19Speaker 1: TMZ in which she stated that doctor Dre is now
- 29:22Speaker 1: worth a billion dollars and before they tie the knot,
- 29:24Speaker 1: she was extremely reluctant and felt pressured to sign the
- 29:29Speaker 1: pre nup. She said, two years into the marriage, doctor
- 29:32Speaker 1: Dre told her He was ashamed for pressuring her to
- 29:35Speaker 1: sign it, and he tore up multiple copies of their
- 29:38Speaker 1: pre nup in front of her. What do you think
- 29:40Speaker 1: about that, Steve? You think this is gonna hold up
- 29:42Speaker 1: in court? What do you think? I don't like getting
- 29:45Speaker 1: in people's personal business? Colon? Nobody in mind? Well we're
- 29:49Speaker 1: gonna talk about this billion though. Well that's what it's about. Well,
- 29:54Speaker 1: we're gonna damn show it. And a large part of
- 29:57Speaker 1: that building isn't gonna be with a lawyer. I've lost
- 30:01Speaker 1: so many times in court. I just can't see him winning.
- 30:05Speaker 1: I don't know no dude that wins in court. Now,
- 30:09Speaker 1: I'm pulling for you, Dre, but I'm pulling for people
- 30:12Speaker 1: lose this. He's gonna be back on tour. They're not
- 30:20Speaker 1: gonna take this man's in power from him. Okay, that's
- 30:22Speaker 1: out the question. That's not work. But gives me five
- 30:26Speaker 1: hundred million dollars. There's a lot of money. No, no, half,
- 30:32Speaker 1: you ain't worked. Ain't nobody getting half a billion? Look
- 30:39Speaker 1: how many lyrics? Half? Okay, Stevens, realize we're gonna make
- 30:47Speaker 1: so see you all right, you never got to work again?
- 30:49Speaker 1: But al right, is half okay, alright, ain't half, ain't
- 30:53Speaker 1: twenty million? Alright? No, I mean I'm not gonna, you know,
- 30:59Speaker 1: hurting me. Well, then get the sniff in it. Then
- 31:03Speaker 1: I say half, no, no, you stay at twenty. We
- 31:08Speaker 1: go on the court. I want to a check you
- 31:11Speaker 1: as said twenty I said, I wouldn't turn my nose
- 31:15Speaker 1: up at it. That's like said, I think. I think
- 31:18Speaker 1: what they're doing is they'll reach some type of settlement.
- 31:21Speaker 1: But it depends on what her pren said too. Yeah,
- 31:24Speaker 1: I think half it's very fair. Now half no. Well,
- 31:29Speaker 1: we can all have our different opinions, but you always
- 31:32Speaker 1: got that same opinions and yours as a statement, Shirley,
- 31:38Speaker 1: So you're very racist towards men. You show no, no, no,
- 31:44Speaker 1: no, no no no, you're very very bigoted and a matter
- 31:48Speaker 1: of fact, Shirley Strawberry, you are racist towards black men.
- 31:53Speaker 1: Black man answering trouble you won't have. Well, look, she
- 31:58Speaker 1: helped him build his empire. I'm ashamed to be working
- 32:01Speaker 1: with you. Don't discount her like she didn't contribute her. No,
- 32:05Speaker 1: I'm not discounting that systems in half. She the mother
- 32:08Speaker 1: of his kids? Is that? Thank you? Yeah? I ain't
- 32:11Speaker 1: just counting the system at all together forever, they've been together, forever.
- 32:16Speaker 1: It's just gonna have to be some type of settlement.
- 32:18Speaker 1: She can challenge you a settlement is half. That is
- 32:21Speaker 1: saying a settlement is not half. It don't matter. It
- 32:23Speaker 1: don't matter about the prenup ague anything. Once you come
- 32:27Speaker 1: to court, you can argue anything. Now what happens is
- 32:31Speaker 1: they bring up stuff in court to help you see
- 32:35Speaker 1: a way out of this pre numb right, And I'm
- 32:37Speaker 1: just gonna be some type of settlement because some stuff
- 32:40Speaker 1: can get said just to end it. I think he's
- 32:42Speaker 1: a good guy, man. I just think he's a good guy.
- 32:45Speaker 1: I'm gonna be my legal fees paid as well. Thank you,
- 32:52Speaker 1: thank you, thank you. We're moving on, Thank you, guys.
- 32:57Speaker 1: We're gonna check here with missing I feel violated. Miss

- 34:27Speaker 1: August nine, twenty fourteen. Wilson claimed he feared for his
- 34:30Speaker 1: life even though Brown was walking away from him. His parents,
- 34:34Speaker 1: Michael Brown's parents, as you would think, are devastated, okay,
- 34:37Speaker 1: and the hits keep coming. Michigan Republican State Senator Tom
- 34:40Speaker 1: Barrett a bit of a COVID nineteen denier who even
- 34:43Speaker 1: sponsored to build a limit Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitman's emergency powers,
- 34:47Speaker 1: which included making mass mandatory. He wrote a bill to
- 34:50Speaker 1: get rid of that. Barretts now learned he has tested

- 34:57Speaker 1: million dollarsand grants to secure SA housing for survivors of
- 35:01Speaker 1: human trafficking. That money to go to organizations in thirty
- 35:05Speaker 1: three states. The grants are designed to covered rents and

- 35:11Speaker 1: but for several years actually, So that is just out
- 35:14Speaker 1: the US Justice Department thirty five million dollars in grant money.
- 35:18Speaker 1: So when it's a grant, you don't have to pay
- 35:19Speaker 1: it back. And the President has signed a measure into
- 35:22Speaker 1: law that allocates millions of dollars for various conservation and
- 35:26Speaker 1: maintenance of the national parks and public lands. The bill
- 35:29Speaker 1: had bipartisan support. Republicans are claiming victory for for the

- 36:07Speaker 1: jam on crun not now. You didn't draw that, You
- 36:12Speaker 1: didn't draw the weed emblem on the album. You ain't
- 36:18Speaker 1: a studio. Let us know that. You don't know that
- 36:22Speaker 1: she stood by his don't know all of that. I believe, Shirley.
- 36:26Speaker 1: I believe that a settlement it should be in place.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I believe that I agree with you. We're not believe that.

- 36:41Speaker 1: can't she get half? Why again, you ain't she worked
- 36:46Speaker 1: for half? But you don't know that though. I think
- 36:50Speaker 1: you're speaking out of school there. I think she's a mother.
- 36:53Speaker 1: She's been his wife, She's had to put up with
- 36:56Speaker 1: a lot all of Definitely a mother, Definitely a wife.
- 36:59Speaker 1: Got that you can't and you can't put a price
- 37:01Speaker 1: on that. I can, I can't. Well we know you can't.
- 37:09Speaker 1: You ain't representing nobody. Well, you know, I think it'll
- 37:12Speaker 1: be a settlement. You know, it seemed like a Dre's
- 37:14Speaker 1: a good brother man, and she she's a wonderful sister
- 37:17Speaker 1: I met is I don't it's sad. I just yea.
- 37:22Speaker 1: I don't like to see people break up. Man, I
- 37:24Speaker 1: just don't know now that part. We're definitely agree with,
- 37:27Speaker 1: agreement with the from that man, Yeah, I mean I
- 37:31Speaker 1: hate to see it when it happens. And we know that,
- 37:34Speaker 1: you know there's you're gonna have ups and downs in marriage.
- 37:37Speaker 1: Of course, we know, even though the two times that
- 37:39Speaker 1: I broke up it wasn't one of both for joyous occasions.
- 37:43Speaker 1: But I just hate to see it for other people.
- 37:46Speaker 1: For me, it was an answer to pray. It was
- 37:51Speaker 1: aization that God is in the forgiving business. But but
- 37:56Speaker 1: you've grown now, you're older now, so I'm sure you
- 37:58Speaker 1: can be friends or friend Lee. I mean, look, I've
- 38:02Speaker 1: changed a lot. You know, I made a lot of mistakes.
- 38:05Speaker 1: I made a lot of mistakes as a younger man,
- 38:08Speaker 1: I really really did. And see that's big of you
- 38:10Speaker 1: to be able to even admit that, Steve seriously. And
- 38:14Speaker 1: and and I've paid for all of my mistakes. Well,
- 38:17Speaker 1: first time, my half, you could have got the hole.
- 38:20Speaker 1: And it wasn't nothing, that first one that was hostart,
- 38:31Speaker 1: that was not an asset. There was not a damn
- 38:35Speaker 1: discussion the card. Nothing. See talking about this fifteen hundred
- 38:41Speaker 1: I had got off Apolo. All right, all right, guys,
- 38:46Speaker 1: we're gonna switch gears here coming up at thirty four
- 38:50Speaker 1: minutes after the hour. Something you don't hear about a lot,
- 38:53Speaker 1: But there was a shootout in Beverly Hills, Yes, Beverly Hills.
- 38:57Speaker 1: We'll talk about it right after this. You're listen. One
- 39:03Speaker 1: person is dead and you were critically wounded after shots
- 39:07Speaker 1: rang out at a Beverly Hills house party on mulhalland
- 39:10Speaker 1: Drive that was allegedly being thrown for an NFL player
- 39:14Speaker 1: Hundreds of people were at this party. It was at
- 39:16Speaker 1: a rented mansion and violated LA's band against large gatherings.
- 39:22Speaker 1: According to one witness, a bunch of gangsters came in
- 39:25Speaker 1: and robbed everybody and started shooting. Law enforcement sources reported
- 39:30Speaker 1: to TMZ that it was a gang related bash, and
- 39:33Speaker 1: they say they don't have any evidence to support that
- 39:36Speaker 1: an NFL player was there. Parties of any size or
- 39:40Speaker 1: banded in Los Angeles County due to the pandemic, and
- 39:44Speaker 1: so far, cops say no arrests have been made. Wow,
- 39:48Speaker 1: that's something you just don't hear about. Going down in
- 39:51Speaker 1: Beverly Hills on mulhalland drive a shootout. Yeah, with gangs.
- 39:57Speaker 1: You just don't hear that. Yeah, very odd. They do
- 40:00Speaker 1: bust people in and yeah, golf carts things like that. Yeah,
- 40:04Speaker 1: but you still gotta Yeah, that's sad that this world. Man.
- 40:12Speaker 1: I just say to people, man, just just be careful,
- 40:14Speaker 1: be smart, and you gotta star to a party right now.
- 40:19Speaker 1: Large gatherings, young people still are doing this. There's so
- 40:23Speaker 1: many people not getting it. Ye, this thing is real man.
- 40:29Speaker 1: And Okay, let's say your immune system is really strong
- 40:32Speaker 1: and and you have very mild symptoms, all semi serious symptoms.
- 40:39Speaker 1: The fact that you can take it home and kill
- 40:42Speaker 1: somebody that you really love. Ye a parent, a grandparent,
- 40:46Speaker 1: an uncle, and aild You know who say whose system
- 40:50Speaker 1: isn't a strong man? I'm telling you, man, you got
- 40:54Speaker 1: if you have a pre existing condition. Now, this is asthma.
- 40:58Speaker 1: Asthma is a pre exist in condition. This thing can
- 41:01Speaker 1: affect your lungs, just create shortness of breath, and you
- 41:04Speaker 1: got asthma. We have a problem now, man. You know
- 41:09Speaker 1: people with any little thing, you know, thyroid conditions, You know,
- 41:13Speaker 1: we commune to people in treatment for anything, people on medication.
- 41:18Speaker 1: It affects so many, It affects everybody differently. You know,
- 41:22Speaker 1: now are people dying from this? Very very young, very
- 41:27Speaker 1: very healthy people are dying from this. You cannot take
- 41:32Speaker 1: a trance chance. Because you hear so many people being
- 41:34Speaker 1: asyst symptomatic or or or surviving it. You don't know
- 41:40Speaker 1: how it's going to affect you and yours right All
- 41:43Speaker 1: we know is that the numbers are going up. That's
- 41:46Speaker 1: what we know. Because people refuse to wear masks and
- 41:49Speaker 1: social distance. That's the only thing we know right now.
- 41:52Speaker 1: The damn president don't wear a mask. You don't know
- 41:55Speaker 1: how to lead. And this is man, this is this
- 41:58Speaker 1: is this is a mask. Also in the news, guys,
- 42:01Speaker 1: President Trump, of course, we know he's been a vocal
- 42:05Speaker 1: proponent of reopening schools and all of that. He also
- 42:08Speaker 1: ignored the inherent risks. Yesterday he was on Fox News
- 42:13Speaker 1: and Trump suggested that Democrats want to keep the economy
- 42:16Speaker 1: hobbled and schools closed for political reasons rather than safety
- 42:21Speaker 1: reasons and that Fox interview. In that same interview, Trump
- 42:25Speaker 1: told Lou Dobbs, we want the schools opened. Lou. You know,
- 42:29Speaker 1: young people have better immune systems than we do. Lou.
- 42:33Speaker 1: What he says it times and really especially he believes it,
- 42:39Speaker 1: and he just throws it out there. The sad part
- 42:41Speaker 1: is his basse just goes along with it. Man, I've
- 42:45Speaker 1: never seen a group of people follow anyone more blindly
- 42:51Speaker 1: in such massive numbers. We have to vote all the
- 42:57Speaker 1: stuff he's done for black people, he back on that. Yeah,
- 43:00Speaker 1: he said it again, said that again, said it again.
- 43:02Speaker 1: I gave y'all prison reform. I'm like that, ain't just
- 43:04Speaker 1: young people, hey do? I'm not in prison, So help
- 43:09Speaker 1: me with what you've done for me, because my ass
- 43:12Speaker 1: ain't in now. Ain't been in now, I ain't going right.
- 43:17Speaker 1: So now, for the majority of black people who've never
- 43:22Speaker 1: been to prison, who will never go to prison, show
- 43:25Speaker 1: me what you've done. Even what he said about John
- 43:27Speaker 1: Lewis Shirley, he didn't come to my inauguration. Yeah, yeah,
- 43:32Speaker 1: he said, he didn't come to my inauguration. He didn't
- 43:34Speaker 1: come to my State of the Union speeches. He said
- 43:39Speaker 1: he really didn't know him. I don't know him. No,
- 43:43Speaker 1: because he was on the front line for civil rights.
- 43:46Speaker 1: You don't know anybody. Trump doesn't know any black people.
- 43:50Speaker 1: We're moving on. Coming up next, the nephew with the
- 43:53Speaker 1: prank phone call. Right after this you're listening, coming up

- 45:27Speaker 1: because the family got together and had a little meeting,
- 45:30Speaker 1: like and what the deal is is this? Hell? I know,
- 45:33Speaker 1: I know you're excited to want to marry my cousin,
- 45:35Speaker 1: and she kind of excited too about the old thing.
- 45:38Speaker 1: But you know, like the family members, we got together
- 45:41Speaker 1: and decided that, uh for right now, I mean right
- 45:45Speaker 1: now we've been the like we've been to call the
- 45:48Speaker 1: wedding off for right now? What you talk what you're

- 45:55Speaker 1: thank you cool and I and uh you know we're real,

- 46:09Speaker 1: Chris ain't never told me nohing like that about what
- 46:12Speaker 1: about something about not getting no marriage? Okay, we'll see
- 46:15Speaker 1: right here, Like I say, this is what the family

- 46:32Speaker 1: the album in two weeks until like when we had
- 46:35Speaker 1: we had the potluck barbecue. Everybody brains something. Why you
- 46:38Speaker 1: ain't brain no what you're talking about I'm paying for

- 47:50Speaker 1: if you're gonna come to pot lucks, then you bring
- 47:52Speaker 1: a pot. You ain't brain nuhing, I ain't gotta fear,
- 47:54Speaker 1: ain't nothing I'm paying for this way, and I don't
- 47:56Speaker 1: get what's you up there? All that money out and
- 47:58Speaker 1: drop for this? How about two bottles of wine to
- 48:01Speaker 1: it you when you I ain't seeing no wine. I
- 48:04Speaker 1: don't care if he's got that wine or not. I
- 48:06Speaker 1: saw her mamma drinking it. Okay, well, I ain't getting
- 48:08Speaker 1: no wine. I don't remember nobody bringing no wine. See Butcher,
- 48:11Speaker 1: only see anything that go on. I got class. I

- 48:17Speaker 1: some wine. Her mama was drinking it. And I ain't

- 48:27Speaker 1: The wind name. I don't give up what the family
- 48:30Speaker 1: voted on. I don't paid for this. I ain't heard
- 48:32Speaker 1: nothing from Christen about this. Christian might not know what
- 48:35Speaker 1: we didn't voted on. We've made the sisions sometimes for everybody.
- 48:39Speaker 1: You understand that don't include me. Were lit Christian know
- 48:43Speaker 1: that we've been to stop the wed Well, I'm just
- 48:45Speaker 1: calling to let you know before I didn't tell her
- 48:47Speaker 1: what's up you're trying to tell me. Christen don't even know. Na.
- 48:50Speaker 1: We ain't told hood and we don't agree with you yet,
- 48:52Speaker 1: and then we're gonna stop the wind. We ain't cold
- 48:54Speaker 1: of it. Man, get out of here. I don't paid
- 48:56Speaker 1: all this money for this. Man, you ain't stopping. Hey, man,
- 48:59Speaker 1: I didn't already told you what we're doing. All right,
- 49:01Speaker 1: I'm nothing to continue to go back and forth with you.
- 49:04Speaker 1: You better go off my poll, raising your voice at me.
- 49:06Speaker 1: I don't know to hell you. I'll tell you what.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Let me say this to you. I don't care if
- 49:10Speaker 1: I got to bust up in that church and stop
- 49:12Speaker 1: this winding because you don't win against what we just said.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Whatever I got to do, I don't know who you with.
- 49:18Speaker 1: I wish ya try to stop this wedding. Look, we
- 49:21Speaker 1: can handle right now, I can get off of work.
- 49:24Speaker 1: I'm already going through some books and I'm already on fire.
- 49:26Speaker 1: I will come there and bust yo right now. I
- 49:29Speaker 1: don't know you know what? See see see what she
- 49:32Speaker 1: was going with Nigel? See Nigel A act like this,
- 49:35Speaker 1: say oh what what? I don't know? You didn't bring
- 49:37Speaker 1: that me and that already had don't even bring that
- 49:40Speaker 1: came up in me? Amen? Amen, I'm just keeping it
- 49:43Speaker 1: real with you, Nigel. A act like this hill that
- 49:46Speaker 1: we don't have words and if that want to come
- 49:48Speaker 1: and bust up in that too, he get there with
- 49:50Speaker 1: up like that. Man. All I'm just trying to say
- 49:52Speaker 1: is a harm family, a hunting people that I don't
- 49:55Speaker 1: want to hear nothing about this no more. Tell me
- 49:57Speaker 1: where to be and we can deal with this right now.
- 49:59Speaker 1: I'm just letting you know the family didn't voted. The
- 50:02Speaker 1: family and already voting. Now what we will do we
- 50:05Speaker 1: will push the wedding back and then give us time
- 50:08Speaker 1: to reevaluate you. We evaluate me. I don't even know
- 50:11Speaker 1: evaluate you from y'all. And here Christy getting married and
- 50:14Speaker 1: I put some money on this. All I know is
- 50:16Speaker 1: the wedding ain't happening, that the wedding is happening now.
- 50:19Speaker 1: I thought I'm payfall. It's awsome bulls you the family.
- 50:24Speaker 1: We're gonna get married in two and a half weeks.
- 50:26Speaker 1: And if y'all don't come in, if y'all come up
- 50:28Speaker 1: in that, y'all gonna get dealt with it straight on.
- 50:30Speaker 1: I'm drinking that I'm trying to say, hello, a man,
- 50:34Speaker 1: I'm trying to tell you, man, right now, the family
- 50:36Speaker 1: don't want you in the family right now. I don't
- 50:39Speaker 1: give about y'all. Ain't in love with y'all. I'm here
- 50:42Speaker 1: and Christen, I can give a if I see y'all
- 50:44Speaker 1: ever again. Oh, I'm gonna tell you this Hill. The
- 50:46Speaker 1: family voted on one more thing. You need to go on.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Don't know that while we're at it. It ain't no
- 50:50Speaker 1: damn democracy. We're getting married. That is between car and
- 50:53Speaker 1: I and if y'all I don't want to be there,
- 50:55Speaker 1: jump off and a this. Yeah, it's one more thing.
- 50:59Speaker 1: We didn't vote it on. What you don't voted on.
- 51:01Speaker 1: We voted on this. This is nephew Tommy from the
- 51:05Speaker 1: Steve Harby Morning Show. Christians and Todd family got me
- 51:09Speaker 1: the prank phone call. You Jost come to the Wedn't
- 51:23Speaker 1: put all that money out like that. I was like, no, Sid,
- 51:27Speaker 1: I got one more thing. I got to ask you, dog,
- 51:29Speaker 1: what is what is the baddest and I mean the
- 51:32Speaker 1: baddest radio show in the lane, the Steve Harry Morning Show. Baby. Wow,
- 51:44Speaker 1: he was serious, man, he was gonna do something to you.
- 51:48Speaker 1: He was glad, are you just tell me? Where are
- 51:51Speaker 1: you at right now? I deal with you, whiten, I'm
- 51:54Speaker 1: not already had my punk as boss got me on
- 51:57Speaker 1: fire right now. He just said some bullcrap. He trying
- 52:00Speaker 1: to pull up here. I'm already hot. Okay, yeah, blank
- 52:07Speaker 1: you and blank the family man, Damn Butcher. Butcher didn't
- 52:13Speaker 1: care back. That was a good one. You ain't told her, No,
- 52:17Speaker 1: we ain't told her yet. He said, I got glass
- 52:23Speaker 1: up on two bottles of wine to the wedding. That's
- 52:25Speaker 1: what I drank. Mamma was dragging it. Oh man, it's stupid.
- 52:35Speaker 1: How do you come up with That's what I was
- 52:38Speaker 1: telling the left side of the brain. That left side,

- 54:19Speaker 1: All right, thank you nephew. Subject my mom is hooked
- 54:22Speaker 1: on a homeless hustler. Dear Stephen Shirley, I have a
- 54:26Speaker 1: fifty two year old single woman, single mother who is
- 54:30Speaker 1: loving and giving person. Three years ago, my mom kept
- 54:34Speaker 1: saying she was going to reinvent herself and dressed differently
- 54:37Speaker 1: so she could meet a good man. My mom has
- 54:39Speaker 1: always had a lot of nice men that come in
- 54:42Speaker 1: and out of her life, and it breaks my heart
- 54:44Speaker 1: when she gets attached and the man ends up leaving her.
- 54:48Speaker 1: The current man she's dating will never leave her because
- 54:51Speaker 1: he is a big loser and he needs my mom.
- 54:55Speaker 1: She met him at church and he stood her up
- 54:57Speaker 1: on their first date that should have been a read flag.
- 55:00Speaker 1: That was in January, and somehow they are still together.
- 55:05Speaker 1: This man is an ex con and when I asked
- 55:07Speaker 1: him where he works, he told me he's a hustler.
- 55:10Speaker 1: He has no cell phone and was recently evicted from
- 55:13Speaker 1: his apartment. My mom has a spare car and he
- 55:17Speaker 1: drives it daily. But it gets worse. My mom told
- 55:20Speaker 1: me that he's been sleeping in her car since he
- 55:26Speaker 1: was evicted and can't get another apartment because he doesn't
- 55:31Speaker 1: have a state ID. Luckily, he can't stay with my
- 55:34Speaker 1: mom because my youngest brother still lives at home, so
- 55:38Speaker 1: instead he sleeps in my mom's car at night, and
- 55:41Speaker 1: he showers at his uncle's house. He pops up at
- 55:45Speaker 1: my mom's house unannounced if he wants to talk to
- 55:49Speaker 1: her or see her because he does not have a
- 55:51Speaker 1: cell phone. My mom always makes excuses for his actions
- 55:54Speaker 1: and says she's doing the Christian thing by helping him out.
- 55:58Speaker 1: The final straw was two weeks ago when I caught
- 56:01Speaker 1: my mom sitting in her car in the parking lot
- 56:04Speaker 1: of Kroger eating dinner in her car with him. She
- 56:09Speaker 1: told me it was a sweet, thoughtful date. I don't
- 56:13Speaker 1: know how she can be so caught up with this bum.
- 56:15Speaker 1: What can I do to stop this before he totally
- 56:18Speaker 1: drains my mother of her dignity? Well, there's really not
- 56:22Speaker 1: a lot you can do. Okay, you know, you can't
- 56:26Speaker 1: change grown people, right, and that's what they are. They're
- 56:29Speaker 1: grown people, and you may feel the way you feel,
- 56:32Speaker 1: but this is your mom's life. But having said that,
- 56:37Speaker 1: your sweet mom can't be serious, can she? Is she
- 56:41Speaker 1: really serious about this guy? She mentioned being a good
- 56:45Speaker 1: Christian and helping out. I'm trying to figure out where
- 56:48Speaker 1: in Christianity or even in the Bible, does it say
- 56:50Speaker 1: you have to let a man live in your car
- 56:53Speaker 1: and drive your car daily just because you have an
- 56:55Speaker 1: extra one. I'm with you, I'm with you all the
- 57:01Speaker 1: way on this. She certainly lowered her standards, She certainly
- 57:04Speaker 1: settled with this guy. Reinventing yourself and changing the way
- 57:08Speaker 1: you dress to attract someone else certainly doesn't mean this.
- 57:12Speaker 1: But as her daughter, remember I told you they're grown.
- 57:16Speaker 1: All you can do with grown people is let them know,
- 57:20Speaker 1: and by them, I mean your mom. Let her know
- 57:22Speaker 1: how you feel, Let her know how it makes you
- 57:25Speaker 1: feel to see her sitting in her car and lowering
- 57:28Speaker 1: her standards like this and letting this man drive her
- 57:30Speaker 1: car and live in her car. Let her know how
- 57:33Speaker 1: that makes you feel, how concerned you are about her.
- 57:36Speaker 1: And you know you gotta tell her things like she
- 57:39Speaker 1: must have forgotten who she is. She's used to dating
- 57:42Speaker 1: nicer guys. You know she deserves better. That's really all
- 57:46Speaker 1: you can do. It's up to your mom to decide
- 57:49Speaker 1: whether she's going to stay or leave this man, and
- 57:52Speaker 1: right now it looks like she's gonna stay with him.
- 57:57Speaker 1: Just be there when she when or if she falls, Steve,
- 58:01Speaker 1: this ain't gonna last long. This ain't gonna last. This
- 58:05Speaker 1: is just a break up waiting to happen. I'm sorry
- 58:09Speaker 1: that you're going through this, young lady, but I have
- 58:13Speaker 1: some solutions for this. Now, before I give you the solutions,
- 58:18Speaker 1: I must preempt this by saying that a couple of
- 58:21Speaker 1: the suggestions that I have for you are gonna require
- 58:23Speaker 1: that you go away for a little while, like where
- 58:27Speaker 1: you know, in order before you do what I'm telling
- 58:30Speaker 1: you're about to do. Try to get your fans in order,
- 58:32Speaker 1: because you're gonna be wait for a little while. Okay,
- 58:36Speaker 1: but before we do that, let's go h You got
- 58:39Speaker 1: a fifty two year old single mother. Now, she's loving
- 58:42Speaker 1: and giving person, but according to this letter, she's gullible.
- 58:47Speaker 1: All right. Three years ago, she kept saying she was
- 58:50Speaker 1: gonna reinvent herself and dressed differently so she could meet
- 58:53Speaker 1: a good man. Now you say, she's always had a
- 58:56Speaker 1: lot of good men, and they break her heart and
- 59:00Speaker 1: and they end up leaving her. Now, a cind man
- 59:02Speaker 1: she's dating will never leave her because he's a big
- 59:05Speaker 1: loser and he needs my mom And you say he's
- 59:09Speaker 1: a hustler when you ask him what he do And
- 59:11Speaker 1: he don't have an apartment, and he don't have a
- 59:13Speaker 1: state ID or so, he don't have a cell phone,
- 59:18Speaker 1: he don't have a place to stay, he don't own
- 59:20Speaker 1: a car, he doesn't have cell phone, car state ID,
- 59:27Speaker 1: ain't got nowhere to live. Okay, when you said your
- 59:31Speaker 1: mother says she was gonna change the way she dressed
- 59:35Speaker 1: so she could meet a different type of man, What
- 59:38Speaker 1: did your mama start weighing that got her to him?
- 59:45Speaker 1: What was her last outfit? And can you take a
- 59:49Speaker 1: pitch and send it to the morning show so we
- 59:51Speaker 1: can analyze what she had on that don attracted this
- 59:57Speaker 1: hustler from the church with no sell on, no car,
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: no apartment, and no state ID. The rest of this
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: right after we come back. That's right, Part two of
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: Steve's response to the Strawberry letter, My mom is hooked
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: on a homeless hustler twenty three minutes after the hour,
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: right after this you're listening show, all right, Steve, come on,
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: let's recap today's Strawberry letter. My mom is hooked on
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: a homeless hustler. Your mom was hooked on a homeless
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: hustler that she met at church, that does not have
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: a car, that is not working, that does not have
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: an apartment or place to shower, that does not have
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: a state ID. But he with your mama, and your
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: mama said that what she was gonna do was reinvent
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: herself and dressed differently so she could meet a good man.
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: The question that we propose right before we went on
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: rake was what outfits is your mama putting together in
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: her closet. What is she laying out on her bed
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: at night and putting it on that has attracted to
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: no working, homeless hustler that go to church and swender
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: women with no apartment, car or state ID. The only
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: reason you can't have no ID, it's for the last
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: seven years you have had a number instead of a name.
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: Let the church say man, a man again, a man?
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: He has no cell phone, evicted. Your mama got a
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: spare car. He drives it daily, But it gets worse.
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: Your mama told me that he'd been sleeping in her
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: car since he was victed and can't get an apartment
- 1:02:00Speaker 1: because he don't have a state ID. That's a couple
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: of reasons why you can't get an apartment. You don't
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: have a state ID, you don't have a job, you
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: don't have credit. It's a lot of stuff. Now, luckily
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: he can't stay with your mama because your youngest brother
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: still lives at home, and obviously he's of age where
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: he could whip somebody's ass. Let's thank God for that
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: little brothers over there and is at an age where
- 1:02:26Speaker 1: he could he got a hand. Try Jesus, not me,
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: because I'm your brother, and I throw hands. Thank God
- 1:02:38Speaker 1: for that. He pops up at your mama's house on
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: the night I'm announced if he wants to talk to
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: her or see her because he don't have a cell phone.
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: I remember the last time I didn't have a cell phone.
- 1:02:51Speaker 1: I do. I remember very distinctly because it was in
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: my twenties. I mean, you know that just I didn't
- 1:02:58Speaker 1: like I ain't had one. It wasn't it, Yeah, that
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: was just were no cell phone. I remember when I
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: first got him, and I had my first cell phone
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: for six weeks because it was a bag phone and
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: you could plug it up in your car, and I
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: made too long distance calls on him. My phone bill
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: would fol twenty five. So I said I hadn't paying that,
- 1:03:21Speaker 1: and they said, ain't no problem. You ain't talking no more.
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: So that that was my first cell phone bill. Uh
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: My mom always makes excuses for his action and says
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: she's doing the Christian thing by helping him out. Come on, Now,
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: there's a lot of other Christians out here. They got
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: Christian shelters, you know, they got Christian centers. Why you
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: got to be the Christian to help everybody? He got
- 1:03:48Speaker 1: your car. If he don't have a state ID, don't
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: that mean he don't have a driver's license. He got
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: your mama car, he don't have a driver's license. The
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: final straw was two weeks ago when I caught my
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: mom sitting in her car in the parking lot of
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: Kroger eating dinner in her car with him eating out
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: some style pham, just in there eating it. She told
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: me it was a sweet, thoughtful date, Nor mama crazy,
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: That was not a date, your mama crazy. Let me
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: a fifty two year old sitting in your car eating
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: o A containers and stuff. You had to buy his
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: ass some food. That was no damn date. That was
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: a handout. Yeah, look at a little blackgum in that right.
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: She told me it was a sweet, thoughtful date. I
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: don't know how she can be so caught up with
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: this bum. What can I do to stop this before
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: he totally drained my mother of her dignity and money
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: and car and credit. There are some things you're gonna
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: that you can do. In all seriousness, you probably don't
- 1:04:56Speaker 1: need to do any of this because it's not worth it.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: But I would start slipping him notes in his refrigerator box.
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: That's why I would start. And his refrigerator does he
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: does have a refrigerator? Refrigerator box, sirley, is that where
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: he stayed? Oh? Oh, oh oh? The current boyd refrigerator?
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: All you can slide it on the dashboard or your
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: mama's card of water, and the note should you say this,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: use your mama's first name. Let's just make up a name.
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: Your mama named Brenda. The note should say just this
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: and type it. If you continue seeing Brenda, I will
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: have you killed. That's the note you want to put
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: on the dashboard one more time. If you continue to
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: see Brenda, I'm gonna have you killed. That shakes up
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: most people. Yeah, shook me up. I know it would me.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: I mean, I like a car to living, but not
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: that damn band. I have other things, but I won't
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: do it to you because that's enough. So lost cause
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: lost cause, Yeah, it's But don't worry about it. She'll
- 1:06:26Speaker 1: wake up before it's too late. Absolutely all right, Thank you. Steve.
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: Post comments on today's letter on Instagram at Steve Harvey FM,
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: and check out the Strawberry Letter podcast on demand coming
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: up in ten minutes. We'll review the headlines and some
- 1:06:39Speaker 1: trending topics right after this you're listening morning show. President
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: Trump on Tuesday participated in a swearing and ceremony for
- 1:06:49Speaker 1: the US military first African American Service chief. His name
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: is General Charles C. Q. Brown. Okay, he's going to
- 1:06:59Speaker 1: serve as Air Force Chief of Staff, and the President said,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: your family is very proud of you. This was in
- 1:07:06Speaker 1: the Oval Office ceremony Tuesday afternoon, alongside Brown and his family.
- 1:07:10Speaker 1: The President complimented Brown's career, adding and I'm very proud.
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: Brown said he was honored to have the opportunity and
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: expressed gratitude to the administration officials, their military leaders, and
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: his family. Brown was confirmed in a unanimous ninety eight
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: to zero vote by the Senate in June to become
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: the next Chief of Staff of the Air Force. Brown
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: is the first African American to sit on the Joint
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: chiefs of Staff since Colin Powell served as its chairman
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: from nineteen eighty nine to nineteen to nineteen ninety three.
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: So whole, that's the first time they all agreed on
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: something along ninety eight. Yeah. Nothing, that's every Democrat Republican, right,
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: that's not a Trump appointee. That's voted on by the
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: military and so forth. In saying that's what I'm thinking,
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: I just does can't see him appointing anybody after he did. Yeah,
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: that's part of his cabinet, right, staff, And he said
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: I'm very proud. Well, you know that he got to
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: say that. He trying to get in. Yeah, and this
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: is another thing he didn't did for black people. Oh yeah,
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: he gotta put that on. Well, it's the right thing, yeah,
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: since Colin Powell served from eighty nine to ninety three. Wow, Okay, well,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: congratulations again. His name is Charles C. Q. Brown. Hopefully
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: we'll be hearing and seeing more from him. You know,
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: that's his name at the cookout seek you, Oh, Quinn
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: get that brand new in him. Wow, that's really the
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: office partner. Mm hmmm, yeah, Yeah, you've been in obaha. Humph, Yeah,
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: I've been with Obama. I'll never be back in that game. Well, no,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: it's my first ass trip, you believe. Yeah, I've been
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: on time. Got emotional because you were in there with Obama. Yeah,
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: he said, you're a right man. I said, man, no
- 1:09:36Speaker 1: way in the world I ever thought i'd be standing
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: in him. He said, this is your white house, man.
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: I said, that's right, my white house. Why you hire you?
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: Get out of here? A part is a nutting sister.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 1:09:55Speaker 1: some sports talk with junior. Sports talk coming up. You're
- 1:10:00Speaker 1: listening to all right, Junior, your turn sports talk. I
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: know you don't like for me to say that, but
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: now you have sports to talk about. Yeah, now you're
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: with sports talk. Let's go all right, let's go all right,
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: here we go. First off, Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: Peterson has tested positive for COVID nineteen, but it's asymptomatic
- 1:10:22Speaker 1: and is doing well. So we are. Our prayers are
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: until you going out to your coach, Doug, really good guy.
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: I like him. The NFL is giving players until four
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: pm Eastern on Thursday to opt out of the twenty
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: twenty season. Now, players have a choice to opt out
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: and take a small salary, far lessening their contract. Here's
- 1:10:41Speaker 1: something that's crazy. Obesity is one of the conditions that
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: make COVID worse, and technically more than half the NFL
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: is obese. You know, most y pound allowman. You know, yeah,
- 1:10:52Speaker 1: this ye, but it's muscle, right, it doesn't matter, no,
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: not not muscle, you know, not on offense. We just
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: need with we need you to take up space. Yeah, okay,
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: so you know, but they can opt out on Thursday
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: and just take a small salary pretty much. Man. You know,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: I don't know how much that's gonna be, but it's
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: not gonna be the full contract. They just want to
- 1:11:18Speaker 1: opt out for the season and then any other news
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: in NBA. Man, this, I don't know what's going on
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: with these rappers, but um it's I don't know. Uncle
- 1:11:27Speaker 1: Jay Cole wants to go pro in the NBA. I
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: saw that junior Yeah rapper, Yeah, he want to go
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: pro in the NBA and he already lined up a tryout.
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: But this is what got me we could all three,
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: Me time and uncle Steven gonna play for the people.
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: Detroit Pistons tweeted out to Jay Cole, we see you
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: out there. He said, you only have got We only
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: got twelve slots on the Pistons, so hit us up
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: for a tryout. I think Steve, Timmy and myself gonna
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: play for the Pistons. I'm gonna stop this before you
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: get started. I can assure you. I can't play for
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: no damn, not even for a little while, not even
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: for a couple of players. Don't take but three trips
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: up and down that court. We're gonna three done three.
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: No chasing somebody and trying to stay with somebody. But
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: wouldn't it be cool? We just got to try out
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: with the Pistons. Hell no, that wouldn't be cool. I
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: ain't got no time waste like that. Did you ever
- 1:12:28Speaker 1: play football in school? I know you did junior? You said,
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: did you ever play I played football one one game
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: in junior. One game it rained with rain. I played cornerback.
- 1:12:41Speaker 1: It was rainy day. I went in at halftime. The
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: coach said, how to hell, your suit ain't got no
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: mud on it. I started. Even if he's not that good.
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: J Cole making a protest would be major. You know,
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: Master P has reportedly, remember he's been given Ja Cole
- 1:13:05Speaker 1: some guys on how to pursue his hoof dreams. So
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: you know that's Jacole must be good even be talking.
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: He's a good rapper like that too. Dam Uh. Damian
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: Lillard is a great basketball player. He's serious one about
- 1:13:23Speaker 1: wanting to be a rapper. Antonio Brown did too football,
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: master P try out too for a pro pro ball Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Every time he scored, sir, it was just uh uh
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: and Junior. What about Chad Ochosinko saying that he took
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: viagra before every game when he used to play, What
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: is that crazy? He took a viagra but before the game,
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: he said, before were the game? Yes, he took viagra.
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: He said, I took viagra before every game, and people
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: thought they'd stopped me. If my stat line was bad,
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: I wasn't covered. The pass was just complete and complete.
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: He took viagra before every game, That's what he said.
- 1:14:19Speaker 1: That was smart. Yeah yeah, And you know, man, I
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: actually liked the old show Man. I do too. Well.
- 1:14:31Speaker 1: I'm seeing that video of him running on a trade meal. Yeah. Dog,
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: you need to pull that thing on this board right.
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: All right, guys, coming up, we'll have more of the
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: Steve Harvey Morning Show at twenty minutes after the hour,
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening. I don't know if you
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: guys have heard about this, but leave it to Tiffany
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: Hattish to be open and just hilarious when she confirmed
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: the rumor. Remember we talked about this earlier that she
- 1:15:04Speaker 1: and Common are dating. Okay, so they are a couple.
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: They've been quarantined together. They were seen together at a
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: Black Lives Matter protest back in June. Tiffany says, I'm
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: in a relationship. I am in a relationship. She confirmed
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: that to Stevo on his wild Ride podcast. Uh, Tiffany commented,
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: he got tested for everything. I got tested for everything,
- 1:15:31Speaker 1: and yeah we've been blanking. Oh you know what that means. Yeah,
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: she said it. Tiffany said this is her first time
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: dating a celebrity and its hands down the best relationship
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: she's ever been in. So good for them. Congratulations to man. Yeah,
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: there's a hair growing back now, start growing burn Well,
- 1:15:52Speaker 1: she just cut it, so I'm sure it's growing, but
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: it hasn't grown all the way back. Common look alike. Right, No, No,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: is that what I'm saying? No, I see it. I
- 1:16:09Speaker 1: see it. Yeah, but I mean I'm happy for it.
- 1:16:12Speaker 1: She says, this is the best relationship she's ever been in,
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: saying a lot. Yeah, no comment, Steve, Nope, ain't nobody
- 1:16:24Speaker 1: see it. You can be happy for them. More of
- 1:16:30Speaker 1: the Steve Harvey Morning Show coming up at thirty three
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: minutes after the hour, right after this you're listening to show.
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: Listen ninety days left till the November third election. Okay,
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: ninety days. That's not a lot of time, just three months,
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: a little shy of three months, and we need everyone everywhere,
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: especially in the Steve Harvey Nation. Steve to go to
- 1:16:53Speaker 1: when We All Vote dot org right now to click
- 1:16:56Speaker 1: on voting Resources tab. That is a tab you can
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: registered to vote. You can get three friends to pledge
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: to vote with you, and get state by state voting information. Okay,
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: voting information. All of the guidelines for your state is
- 1:17:11Speaker 1: listed right there. So if you're in Illinois or Georgia
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: or Cali or wherever, all of the guidelines for your
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: state is listed. So go to when We All Vote
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: dot org and see that's important because there's one stop shop.
- 1:17:25Speaker 1: Listen to everybody it. I can't even tell you the
- 1:17:29Speaker 1: importance of this election. I normally wait till closing remarks
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: to talk about this, but on so many levels how
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: important this is, especially especially to support these young people
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: who are out on the front lines protesting so vehemently,
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: especially with this brought black Lives Matter thing that has
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: taken hold in this country. The amount of players that's participated,
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: I'm really proud of the NBA man with what they're doing,
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: the slogans, the jerseys, the kneeling, and they are not
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: letting anybody flip the narrative. No, we're kneeling because of
- 1:18:12Speaker 1: racial injustice, of systemic racism and police brutality. That's what
- 1:18:20Speaker 1: we're kneeling for, to draw attention to the problem. It
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: is not against the flag or the military. That's not
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: what it is. And so I'm extremely proud because them
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: young brothers say it just as good as anybody if
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: we take this uniform off, we the people you shooting at,
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we the people you choke yeah, And then
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: you and the and them young black dudes is standing
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: up for this thing. And so we got to support
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: them by voting we got to support them by voting.
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: That's right. And black lives will matter even more if
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: we prove it at the polls. That's right, and it
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: will mean that Congressman John Lewis didn't die in vain
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: because he worked his entire life, you know, for voting
- 1:19:05Speaker 1: rights and civil rights and things like that. Yeah. You
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: know he was eighty years when he when he when
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: he passed away. Yeah, he's been in this fight for
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: sixty years. He gave up, Yeah, when he got beat down. Yeah.
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: So I mean again, all the guidelines for your state,
- 1:19:24Speaker 1: they're listed right there, go to when we all vote
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: dot org. When we all vote dot org. Stop this
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: foolishness with Kanye with this damn running mate business. All right,
- 1:19:36Speaker 1: Steve coming up our last break of the day and
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: some closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: at forty nine minutes after right after this, you're listening
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: to Steve Show. All right, Steve, here, we are our
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: last break of the day. We got to vote. We
- 1:19:55Speaker 1: just have to. That's it. That's our message we have. Yes,
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: it's ninety days away. Shirley just said, when we all
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: vote dot org. That's it. All the information you need
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: is there. My closing remarks is the same. It's the same, y'all,
- 1:20:18Speaker 1: because this is beyond serious. Man. This will affect your
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: life in a way if you do not get out
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: here and vote, y'all, this is going to affect your
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: life in a way you can't even imagine. Man, I
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: don't know if you're paying attention to this thing. You
- 1:20:34Speaker 1: have to. It's the news. What this administration is not
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: doing is the news. This administration is not not taking
- 1:20:47Speaker 1: care of this COVID business the way it was supposed to.
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: This administration is not taking care of the American worker
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: with this second stimulus package like it's supposed to. This
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: administration is not caring about your causes or about your
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: missions in life. This administration is not trying to calm
- 1:21:13Speaker 1: the unrest of the oppressed by giving some words of
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: encouragement or enlightening or coming up with a policy that
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: could change some of the things. He is in full
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: support of the police department and business as usual. Now
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: I'm in favor of police, That's not what I'm saying.
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: But these practices that they've been doing against black people,
- 1:21:37Speaker 1: people of color, it's got to stop. It's got to stop.
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: You can't keep doing people like this, and I'm glad
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: that other people have started started to see this for
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: what it is. I ain't know what took y'all so long.
- 1:21:55Speaker 1: None of that business now is as good a time
- 1:21:58Speaker 1: as any. And we got some help, but we got
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: to help ourselves too. Black Lives Matter has to matter
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: most in November, just like it matters when you all
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: out on the front line. And I appreciate it, soul,
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: all your forms of protests, but we got to finish
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: this thing off by voting. Voting changes things. And the
- 1:22:20Speaker 1: only reason your vote don't count, and the only way
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: your vote don't count is if you don't cast it.
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: If we all who are eligible voters who listen to
- 1:22:30Speaker 1: this show, who are people of color? If you went
- 1:22:33Speaker 1: and you vote it, you could affect the election. And
- 1:22:36Speaker 1: they know it. Even Trump know it. That's why Trump
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: keep trying to say little stuff. I'll say it again,
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: I've done more for black people than any other president,
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: says Lincoln. What have you done? Prison reform is not
- 1:22:50Speaker 1: for black people. It affects some black people, but the
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: majority of it don't. I'm not in prison, So this
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: little reform build you didn't pass it did nothing for
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: me nothing. So this statement you keep trying to shove
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: down our throats and make us think that you've done something.
- 1:23:10Speaker 1: I'm not naive, man. What have you done well? Before
- 1:23:15Speaker 1: COVID you had the lowest unemployment rate in the history.
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: That wasn't because of you, Nah man, you can't get
- 1:23:22Speaker 1: credit for something that was already in place and finally
- 1:23:25Speaker 1: took hold. I know you hate to hear this, but
- 1:23:28Speaker 1: from the previous administration, but doctor phil taught me something
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: in the slogan one time. He says, Steve, you can't
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: blow out my candle to make yours brighter. See what
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: happened was he spent so much time instead of paying
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: attention to pandemic counsel and these task force that was
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: in place, instead of paying attention to that, he was
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: so busy trying to destroy Obama's legacy that he puts
- 1:23:54Speaker 1: everything on Obama. They got they they are misappropriate and
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: funds and they don't have enough PPE supplies. That's because
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: when the Ebowler broke out, we had a task fund
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: in place that dealth with it, that dealt with it properly.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: So we squashed Ebowler before it became a COVID nineteen
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: situation and if there wasn't enough PPE supplies, which is
- 1:24:19Speaker 1: not true anyway. The president had three years to stockpilot.
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: But you know what he did. He disbanded the Pandemic
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: Task Force that America had and ignored it. And here
- 1:24:33Speaker 1: we are today and now he's making stuff the statements.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: It is what it is. Well, none of the hundred
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: and fifty thousand some people that have died with any
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: of your relatives, So it's easy for you to make
- 1:24:45Speaker 1: that statement. Y'all, we got to vote. I don't know
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: about you, but I'm sick and tired of hearing this
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: from the White House. I'm sick of tired of having
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: to look at this and act like it's normal, because
- 1:25:03Speaker 1: it's not. He's not normal. It's not normal. This can't
- 1:25:08Speaker 1: be the norm. And if we let this man get
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: away with this, don't you know, as somebody in the
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: wings watching talking about, here's the mistake he made. When
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: I get to be president, I'll do it like this
- 1:25:18Speaker 1: and all of a sudden, man, we won't have a
- 1:25:20Speaker 1: democracy anymore, because what this man really wants to be
- 1:25:23Speaker 1: as King of the United States, not president, I have
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: the authority to do that. You know what. Many times
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: he said that I have the ultimate power to do this,
- 1:25:31Speaker 1: or I have the openate power. He don't give a
- 1:25:33Speaker 1: damn about Congress or the Senate to tell you the truth.
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: But then that's power for the course, because he don't
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: care nothing about you either, Or do you really think
- 1:25:42Speaker 1: he does, because he doesn't if you really think he's
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: done so much for black people and people of color,
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: he doesn't. But if you noticed, every time he has
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: a cause, it's always against somebody with color. He banned
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: Muslim travel. Who you think he was doing that too?
- 1:26:00Speaker 1: He got rid of doctor who did he do that too?
- 1:26:03Speaker 1: The building of the wall? Who is that for? The
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: chastise in Colin Kaepernick and all the players for kneeling?
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: Who is that for? The saying that there's good, good
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: people on both sides after man runs a plow and
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: kills this woman? Who is he talking about? We got
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: to vote, y'all, when we all vote. Dot org is
- 1:26:25Speaker 1: the website and it has all the information. Please register, vote,
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: find out when you can early vote, how to get
- 1:26:31Speaker 1: your ballots in, and less vote to really show them
