  I'm thinking today of 1 Chronicles 6 .32. It

  says, They ministered with song before the tabernacle

  the house of the Lord in Jerusalem, and they

  served in their office according to their order.

  1 Chronicles 6 .32. Song has been a part of worship

  almost from the beginning. Music, and especially

  music made from the heart, has an effect to sort

  of bear the soul, maybe even cleanse the soul.

  It displays the human condition and sort of links

  from really coming to God whenever it is not

  done with God. His promises are yes and amen,

  and he will use praise. But false praise is literally

  nothing, nothing of value anyway. The enemy may

  use it. I wonder if all music isn't praise of

  a sort, praise of something, twisted terribly

  if ever not focused on God, even when it sounds

  good. Would you get together with a local church

  today and sing praises to God? God bless you
