The forecast in London, Ontario for February 15 2023 calls for a high of 14 degrees Celsius, which would shatter the London record of 11.7 C set back in 1954. This winter has been unusually mild and a difficult one for Londoners who make their own backyard skating rinks. Are they in danger? Robert McLeman, professor of geography and environmental studies at Wilfrid Laurier University, joins Devon Peacock to discuss.
