- 0:15Speaker 1: Black a million bu bu boozy.

- 0:58Speaker 5: You know you love you.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Gotta turn about, got to turn the mouth turn I
- 1:43Speaker 2: probably got to turn the mouth turn out a wad
- 1:47Speaker 2: of the money.
- 1:49Speaker 5: Look, come.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Come on, you'll think that, Uh.
- 2:01Speaker 6: Huh, I sure will. Good morning everybody. You're listening to
- 2:05Speaker 6: the voice, Come on dig me now, one and only
- 2:09Speaker 6: Steve Harvey got a radio show. I have something, and
- 2:13Speaker 6: it so describes how I was living. It so captures
- 2:19Speaker 6: the feelings that I had about beginning on the pathway
- 2:24Speaker 6: of my dreams. It so describes how I felt when
- 2:30Speaker 6: I was about to attempt something. And I have some
- 2:33Speaker 6: striking news for you. It describes often how I feel
- 2:37Speaker 6: still today to a degree.
- 2:40Speaker 1: So let me tell you what that is. Here's an
- 2:42Speaker 1: analogy that.
- 2:44Speaker 6: I've heard a couple of different ways, but I've kind of,
- 2:49Speaker 6: you know, fixed it around to where I can drink
- 2:51Speaker 6: it better, and I think it fits my personality to
- 2:55Speaker 6: describe it to people best this way. I've talked often
- 2:59Speaker 6: about the urge and see of doing something with your life,
- 3:04Speaker 6: of getting started today, of stopping the procrastination and putting
- 3:08Speaker 6: it off, and waiting on all your ducks to line
- 3:11Speaker 6: up in a row, and waiting until the stars aligned themselves.
- 3:15Speaker 6: If you're waiting on such a thing, you're never gonna
- 3:18Speaker 6: get started. I don't know too many people who can
- 3:21Speaker 6: say that all the ducks just lined up in the row.
- 3:24Speaker 1: Things happen. Even when you get them lined up.
- 3:27Speaker 6: One of the ducks get out of line, or somebody
- 3:29Speaker 6: knock over the domino.
- 3:30Speaker 1: Something happens. But here's the point I'm getting at.
- 3:35Speaker 6: God has so many blessings available to you.
- 3:43Speaker 1: You who's listening.
- 3:45Speaker 6: God has so many blessings available to you from.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Where you are right now.
- 3:52Speaker 6: I don't care what you've gotten yourself into or what
- 3:56Speaker 6: you've done. God has so many blessings that he can
- 4:01Speaker 6: send your way.
- 4:03Speaker 1: But you have to do something.
- 4:06Speaker 6: See a lot of people just sit around and go man,
- 4:09Speaker 6: I don't as something always happening to you. You're always
- 4:12Speaker 6: getting a break, You're always doing this. You always doing man,
- 4:15Speaker 6: No nothing come my way. Listen to me. If nothing
- 4:18Speaker 6: ever comes your way. You know why that is? It's
- 4:21Speaker 6: because you're not doing anything. I promise you you're not.
- 4:25Speaker 6: Here's a deal. God has all these blessings he wants
- 4:28Speaker 6: to send you, but you got to give him something
- 4:30Speaker 6: to work with. Now, come on, God will bless you.
- 4:35Speaker 6: God can touch people's hearts on your behalf. He can
- 4:38Speaker 6: move situations around for you. He can align the stars.
- 4:42Speaker 6: He can set the ducks up in the row. But
- 4:44Speaker 6: align the stars and move people around, and touch people's
- 4:48Speaker 6: hearts and set the ducks up in the row. For
- 4:50Speaker 6: what have you put forth any effort? Have you made
- 4:54Speaker 6: a single step in any direction to do the right
- 4:57Speaker 6: thing or go the right way? That gives t him
- 5:00Speaker 6: something to put his finger on. Come on, man, God
- 5:05Speaker 6: can only bless you according to your faith. If you
- 5:09Speaker 6: have a little bit of faith, give him that. Let
- 5:11Speaker 6: him work with that. You know, man, I didn't always
- 5:14Speaker 6: start with these speeches.
- 5:15Speaker 1: You hear in the morning.
- 5:16Speaker 6: Now. I ain't always had these. I grew to these.
- 5:19Speaker 6: I stumbled my way to these. I messed up my
- 5:23Speaker 6: way to these. Here I got it wrong so many
- 5:26Speaker 6: times to be able to sound like I got some sense,
- 5:30Speaker 6: I said it often. Failure is a wonderful teacher. Do
- 5:33Speaker 6: you know how many times I have had to have
- 5:35Speaker 6: failed to have what I have in my head today.
- 5:39Speaker 6: I'm telling you, man, it's a process. People get mad
- 5:42Speaker 6: at the process. You got to do something to give
- 5:46Speaker 6: God something to work with. He'll bless you. But what
- 5:48Speaker 6: you want me to bless If you ain't putting forth
- 5:50Speaker 6: any effort, you can get blessed from wherever you are
- 5:54Speaker 6: in your life, wherever your starting point is, wherever you
- 5:58Speaker 6: find yourself wound up, you can get it back from there.
- 6:01Speaker 1: I've done it, man, by the grace of God, I've
- 6:04Speaker 1: done it. I got over.
- 6:06Speaker 6: Man.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I learned some things along the way. Because here's the deal.
- 6:09Speaker 6: As long as God keeps waking you up in the morning,
- 6:12Speaker 6: he ain't through with you yet.
- 6:13Speaker 1: When he's done, you're done.
- 6:15Speaker 6: But if God still has a plan for you you
- 6:17Speaker 6: wake up in the morning, he still got some more
- 6:19Speaker 6: work for you to do. You wake up in the morning.
- 6:22Speaker 6: So if you keep waking up, man, it's something that
- 6:24Speaker 6: God wants from you, would love to have from you,
- 6:28Speaker 6: and he can work with you, man, if you just
- 6:30Speaker 6: walk towards him a little bit.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Here's the deal.
- 6:33Speaker 6: I know it's hard for the average person to start
- 6:37Speaker 6: because the fear of the unknown is incredible.
- 6:40Speaker 1: What if I fail. What if I don't get picked.
- 6:43Speaker 6: You know, one of the hardest things I ever did
- 6:45Speaker 6: was walking in to quit my job. Oh man, let
- 6:48Speaker 6: me tell you about that day when I decided that
- 6:51Speaker 6: I was gonna be a full time comedian after winning
- 6:54Speaker 6: an amateur night one time. Quitting your job following your
- 7:01Speaker 6: going for it despite all the nay says, it's like
- 7:04Speaker 6: stepping off a cliff. It's like actually just walking off
- 7:09Speaker 6: the edge of a cliff, hoping, hoping.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Now not really knowing, but hoping.
- 7:17Speaker 6: Hoping is the bad basis of faith. I stepped off
- 7:23Speaker 6: that cliff hoping that my parachute would open and allow
- 7:29Speaker 6: me to drift down.
- 7:31Speaker 1: See.
- 7:31Speaker 6: I've never scott dived before, but I would imagine part
- 7:34Speaker 6: of the thrill. And I don't know this because I'm
- 7:37Speaker 6: not going to sCOD dive to find out. I think
- 7:40Speaker 6: part of the thrill for people is the danger part
- 7:44Speaker 6: of throwing yourself out a plane and how it feels
- 7:47Speaker 6: to be free falling, but the whole time they're free falling,
- 7:51Speaker 6: having this exhilarating, over the top moment.
- 7:55Speaker 1: You have got to.
- 7:56Speaker 6: Believe in your heart of hearts, you have got the
- 8:00Speaker 6: hope with everything in you that when you pull this
- 8:02Speaker 6: cord the shoot opens or else. This ain't a good
- 8:06Speaker 6: move at all. But you've packed your shoote yourself. You've
- 8:10Speaker 6: taken the lessons, so you go ahead and you make
- 8:12Speaker 6: the leap. Now, the only thing about quitting your job
- 8:15Speaker 6: and following your dream is you ain't really been trained
- 8:18Speaker 6: all that good for this. You done packed your shoote,
- 8:21Speaker 6: but you ain't never opened it before. So I walked
- 8:24Speaker 6: off this cliff, That's what it was like. And you
- 8:26Speaker 6: following your dreamers like you walking off a cliff. Here's
- 8:29Speaker 6: the part where people don't never make the jump. They
- 8:33Speaker 6: see somebody like myself who jumped off the cliff and
- 8:36Speaker 6: the paschute don't open right away, and I hit a
- 8:39Speaker 6: couple of rocks on the way down.
- 8:41Speaker 1: I got my back cut up pretty bad.
- 8:44Speaker 6: They see that three years living in a car, man
- 8:47Speaker 6: he got it life toe down jumping off that cliff.
- 8:50Speaker 6: I ain't jumping off that cliff. But see, what you
- 8:52Speaker 6: don't understand is you don't know it. But eventually the
- 8:57Speaker 6: shoote will open and I'm the parachute opening part of
- 9:01Speaker 6: my life. Man were to shoot then open, and I'm
- 9:04Speaker 6: drifting and I'm able to guide my chute over to
- 9:08Speaker 6: Paris and glide. I've glided over the Africa and seen
- 9:12Speaker 6: what it looked like. It's a slow ride down. When
- 9:14Speaker 6: the pass chute finally opened or and my back didn't
- 9:17Speaker 6: heel too and the cuts.
- 9:19Speaker 1: That I had on me, I remember now I know
- 9:22Speaker 1: how to stay away from the edge.
- 9:23Speaker 6: But the paras chute then opened, and I'm enjoying my
- 9:27Speaker 6: life for the first time. I'm gliding, but I got
- 9:30Speaker 6: hit up against the rock. I can see more. I
- 9:33Speaker 6: get a chance to see more things. I get to
- 9:35Speaker 6: glide and see more parts of the world. I'm living
- 9:38Speaker 6: my dream. Your parachute is gonna open, but I'll tell
- 9:41Speaker 6: you one thing for show. It'll never open if you
- 9:44Speaker 6: don't step off that cliff. You got to step off
- 9:46Speaker 6: that cliff. God get the passchute open for you. But
- 9:50Speaker 6: you got to jump, baby. That's the hard part, ain't
- 9:52Speaker 6: it now? Question, It is the end of this story
- 9:54Speaker 6: right here today when you jumping.
- 9:56Speaker 7: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show.
- 10:03Speaker 6: Ladies and gentlemen, let me see how can I give
- 10:08Speaker 6: it to you this morning? Now, I keep trying to
- 10:10Speaker 6: find that it's just God is good. I'm man.
- 10:18Speaker 1: And especially for me.
- 10:20Speaker 6: Today because I'm going through a couple of things and
- 10:23Speaker 6: I'm being tested, I mean really really tested. But in it,
- 10:28Speaker 6: I woke up this morning said thank you God for
- 10:30Speaker 6: everything you've ever done for me. I'm so blessed and
- 10:34Speaker 6: I appreciate you looking out for me, and I appreciate
- 10:37Speaker 6: you speaking my name in rooms I ain't even been in,
- 10:39Speaker 6: and I know you're working on something that I don't
- 10:41Speaker 6: know nothing about, so I'm receiving it.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Thank you God.
- 10:45Speaker 6: I thank Him when it's going tough for me, like
- 10:47Speaker 6: it is right now, I asked you to do the
- 10:49Speaker 6: same thing, man, because God is good. At the end
- 10:52Speaker 6: of it, You're gonna have to say good anyway, mife
- 10:54Speaker 6: will do it now?
- 10:55Speaker 1: And why not?
- 10:56Speaker 6: Why you need it? Huh, just try it. I'm just
- 10:59Speaker 6: all That's all I'm saying. Steve Harp Martins, show Shell,
- 11:02Speaker 6: the Strawberry callin for real, Mississippi Monica Junior and the
- 11:05Speaker 6: legend that is Nephew Tommy come back head.
- 11:08Speaker 1: What you got from me today?
- 11:09Speaker 8: Well? Uh, man, you know you you always helping us. Uh,
- 11:13Speaker 8: You're always giving us great advice. Well, who does mister
- 11:16Speaker 8: Harvey go to when he need advice? And who are
- 11:18Speaker 8: the people that you talk to?
- 11:20Speaker 5: You know?
- 11:20Speaker 1: So many I don't. I don't know.
- 11:25Speaker 6: Man, Like every now and then I call up Bishop Jake's,
- 11:30Speaker 6: you know, Bishop Olma, Uh, Bishop.
- 11:34Speaker 1: Getty's out of Carolina's.
- 11:39Speaker 6: Sometimes, Man, I'll holler at Tyler Perry about something. You know,
- 11:46Speaker 6: I mean, but that's really rare, man. A matter of fact,
- 11:49Speaker 6: I can't tell you the last time I text on
- 11:53Speaker 6: a mask for help. But I'll tell you what. Just
- 11:55Speaker 6: last week. Uh, two of the people that I mentioned
- 11:58Speaker 6: just text me to say, hey, man, keep your head up,
- 12:02Speaker 6: you stay strong. You need anything, let me know. But
- 12:06Speaker 6: but I know not to. I know not to need
- 12:08Speaker 6: nothing from them because all my help come from above.
- 12:12Speaker 1: And I guess I'm at a level now.
- 12:13Speaker 9: Man.
- 12:14Speaker 6: I don't have a lot of close friends anyway, friends
- 12:16Speaker 6: know how. So you know, I just I used the
- 12:21Speaker 6: weapon of prayer. Me and my girl pray together. So
- 12:23Speaker 6: that usually gets me through, you know, well not usually
- 12:28Speaker 6: always matter. Yeah, I had to catch myself. It usually
- 12:33Speaker 6: get me through. No, that's that's that's the ticket, dog,
- 12:36Speaker 6: It really is the ticket for me.
- 12:38Speaker 10: You know.
- 12:38Speaker 6: I had somebody asked me and my family to go
- 12:41Speaker 6: to therapy with them, and uh, I guess my response
- 12:45Speaker 6: throw them deeper into therapy. They probably had to sign
- 12:48Speaker 6: up for a few more sessions because I'm not going.
- 12:50Speaker 6: You know, I I've never needed therapy. I've always had
- 12:55Speaker 6: God to work me through most stuff. Then I'm older,
- 12:58Speaker 6: I guess you know, I'm from a different generation. Therapy
- 13:02Speaker 6: is good man for some people. Some people really therapies
- 13:04Speaker 6: are very very helpful too to get you to thinking.
- 13:07Speaker 6: But I already know how to think. Even when it
- 13:09Speaker 6: get dog for me for a couple of days. I
- 13:12Speaker 6: know where the light at the end of the tunnel
- 13:14Speaker 6: is anyway, So I just go to God and he
- 13:18Speaker 6: get me through it. You know, probably could have used
- 13:20Speaker 6: some therapy somewhere in my life. I didn't know, But
- 13:23Speaker 6: you know, I ain't never to. I can't see myself
- 13:29Speaker 6: if everybody need therapy, why is I'm talking to the
- 13:32Speaker 6: therapists who they talking to?
- 13:34Speaker 1: All right?

- 17:05Speaker 5: I didn't.
- 17:05Speaker 11: I didn't. I didn't exactly hear what you said at
- 17:07Speaker 11: the beginning. What did you say?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Have been over with?
- 17:10Speaker 12: Ain't nowhere in hell often to come into the office? Men,
- 17:13Speaker 12: your wife, i'close your mind? What is wrong with you?

- 17:21Speaker 12: Derek Holder? What the hell is wrong with y'all? Well,
- 17:23Speaker 12: what we want to do here, and I don't want
- 17:25Speaker 12: you to get upset about this, James. What we want
- 17:27Speaker 12: to do is like you're asking me to do to
- 17:30Speaker 12: be a slave? Well, you know what I will do.
- 17:33Speaker 12: I mean we will come up there. I will come
- 17:35Speaker 12: up there and uh pretend to be here and you
- 17:37Speaker 12: on your That's what I will do and show you
- 17:40Speaker 12: some real black power panther movement.
- 17:42Speaker 11: On your But you like that, sir, sir?
- 17:45Speaker 12: What we want to listen, We're not here to create problems.
- 17:49Speaker 12: What we want to do is we want to we
- 17:50Speaker 12: want to play a homey Wed me with a problem
- 17:53Speaker 12: on a Sunday to dress as a slave. That's a problem.

- 24:01Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 24:02Speaker 6: That's but that's causing him to feel like this is

- 25:53Speaker 7: at my door with Champagne. I heard that he's done
- 25:57Speaker 7: this before with another neighbor. He denied. Should I talk

- 26:22Speaker 1: Your business is here.
- 26:25Speaker 6: You need to really think about why you got it
- 26:28Speaker 6: divorced though, because I think it's something in here you
- 26:30Speaker 6: ain't telling.
- 26:32Speaker 1: She left that part out, all this.

- 26:59Speaker 7: He said, he loves me and misses me. He's willing
- 27:02Speaker 7: to get back together if we have threesomes occasionally, and
- 27:07Speaker 7: I love him and miss him too. Would I be
- 27:09Speaker 7: nuts to agree to his proposal?
- 27:12Speaker 10: You know?

- 27:27Speaker 1: Yeah, Okay, how stupid?
- 27:29Speaker 6: Are you The getting back together with you is because

- 29:51Speaker 1: big yeah. And if you start for I get out

- 30:00Speaker 1: Hey wa wa whoa baby whoo wo wait? Okay, I
- 30:04Speaker 1: took too long.
- 30:05Speaker 7: To get you in here.
- 30:10Speaker 1: You're stupid. You have to wait.

- 30:25Speaker 1: I'm like, I gotta get out to do coming up right.
- 30:30Speaker 7: According to Variety magazine, the Department of Justice on Friday
- 30:39Speaker 7: released three million documents from the f Stein files. Jay
- 30:43Speaker 7: Z's name appears on them and also Push A.
- 30:47Speaker 1: T's.
- 30:47Speaker 7: These mentioned stem from unverified tips, I said, unverified tips
- 30:52Speaker 7: and do not indicate criminal charges or verified wrongdoing. Everything
- 30:58Speaker 7: sent to the FBI by the public in relation to
- 31:00Speaker 7: the case was slated for release, meaning some of the
- 31:03Speaker 7: accusations post could be fake or falsely submitted. So there
- 31:08Speaker 7: you go. His name is on there, but it's unverified,
- 31:11Speaker 7: completely false, completely false.
- 31:14Speaker 6: What we need to pay attention to is information that's
- 31:17Speaker 6: coming from the FBI and the DOJ. That's what we
- 31:21Speaker 6: need to be paying attention to. Those are the people
- 31:23Speaker 6: who have control of the files and can release them all.
- 31:27Speaker 6: And then we got to be careful about this term
- 31:29Speaker 6: called redactive file that means stuff that's been washed. They
- 31:33Speaker 6: say to protect the victims. The victims got groups and
- 31:37Speaker 6: they want all this stuff put out in post.
- 31:40Speaker 1: They do.
- 31:41Speaker 6: My question is, why was Jeffrey Epstein in prison right?
- 31:48Speaker 6: Why is his co conspirator? The check that went out
- 31:51Speaker 6: and got these kids. Why is she in prison? Why
- 31:55Speaker 6: did he kill itself?
- 31:58Speaker 7: Questions?
- 32:00Speaker 1: Yeah, or did he? Or did he? And listen to me.
- 32:04Speaker 6: Everybody's name that should be in that files should be released.
- 32:09Speaker 6: Stop washing the files, taking people's names out. Everybody's name
- 32:14Speaker 6: should be out there. But we live in a really,
- 32:16Speaker 6: really sick society. Now, when you got an administration that
- 32:22Speaker 6: is creating all these reasons, why not to release these files?
- 32:26Speaker 6: And now all these victims, these children, these girls who
- 32:30Speaker 6: were molested and trafficked and will get no vindication.
- 32:35Speaker 7: Yeah, this is.
- 32:36Speaker 6: A chapter in America when the truth come out. This
- 32:40Speaker 6: is gonna be ugly right here, It's gonna get out.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, sad all right.

- 34:29Speaker 1: the two of them. That was my favorite. It was
- 34:32Speaker 1: a great show, great show.
- 34:33Speaker 7: Yeah, it really was. Yeah, all right, moving on finally,
- 34:39Speaker 7: in entertainment news, according to People magazine, Shawnnie Henderson, who
- 34:44Speaker 7: was on our show just last week with her husband
- 34:47Speaker 7: formerly Shannie O'Neil. Of course, she is a creator and
- 34:50Speaker 7: longtime anchor of the v H one franchise Confirmed Basketball Wives. Well,
- 34:56Speaker 7: she has confirmed that the series will not return for
- 34:58Speaker 7: another season. Shawnee posted the video announcement on Instagram and
- 35:03Speaker 7: said in part that she is stepping into new projects
- 35:06Speaker 7: now that are aligned more with them where she is
- 35:09Speaker 7: now personally and professionally.
- 35:13Speaker 1: We're gonna get Gospel wives. She might do Ladies. Gospel, Yeah,
- 35:19Speaker 1: gospel lines, First Ladies. You know right now?

- 35:44Speaker 1: No, ain't.
- 35:45Speaker 7: I might? I might, yeah, I think, yeah, yeah, just
- 35:50Speaker 7: to see what hats they're going to be wearing every episode,
- 35:53Speaker 7: just to see the hat alone.
- 35:57Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 35:57Speaker 7: But but it lets.
- 35:59Speaker 1: You know the human Yeah. But you can't have a
- 36:02Speaker 1: reality show without drama. It just controversy.
- 36:07Speaker 10: Yeah.

- 56:42Speaker 7: Let them all right, nephew, thank you. Subject. He left
- 56:45Speaker 7: me outside to freeze. Dear Stephen Shirley. Since my divorce,
- 56:50Speaker 7: I've been lost and I've been I've been doing a
- 56:53Speaker 7: lot of stuff I did when I was younger. It
- 56:56Speaker 7: was fun until it wasn't. I've been having an affair
- 56:59Speaker 7: with a married man. His wife is a policewoman and
- 57:02Speaker 7: everyone is afraid of her. I still took the risk
- 57:06Speaker 7: to have sex with her husband, and we were snaking
- 57:08Speaker 7: around having sex in his tesla. His windows were blacked out.
- 57:13Speaker 7: It was perfect. He picked me up Tuesday and we
- 57:16Speaker 7: parked at an office building that's been closed for years.
- 57:19Speaker 7: We had sex, and then he lit a blunt. He
- 57:22Speaker 7: did not notice. His wife pulled up in a police car.
- 57:25Speaker 7: He got out and he told her he was smoking
- 57:28Speaker 7: because he had a stressful day. She told him to
- 57:31Speaker 7: come home. He followed her home. I was in the
- 57:34Speaker 7: back seat and I was terrified. He pulled into the
- 57:38Speaker 7: garage and said he'd come right back out, But then
- 57:41Speaker 7: he plugged his car up and his wife let the
- 57:43Speaker 7: garage down. It was twenty one degrees and he left
- 57:48Speaker 7: me outside to freeze. I texted him a million times,
- 57:52Speaker 7: and he kept telling me that he couldn't come back out,
- 57:55Speaker 7: so he called his brother to come over and get
- 57:58Speaker 7: me out. After almost three three hours, his brother showed
- 58:01Speaker 7: up and I heard the garage going up. I had
- 58:04Speaker 7: fallen asleep, shivering and quivering. His brother gave me a blanket,
- 58:09Speaker 7: and I crawled out of the garage to his brother's truck.
- 58:12Speaker 7: I know this sounds unbelievable, especially since I am forty
- 58:17Speaker 7: eight years old. This man keeps saying that it wasn't
- 58:20Speaker 7: his fault. It's both of our fault. He was not
- 58:23Speaker 7: the one stuck in a cold car for hours. He
- 58:26Speaker 7: wants to keep seeing me, But where will we link up?
- 58:30Speaker 7: Does he deserve a redo? Or is this too risky
- 58:33Speaker 7: with his policewoman wife. Come on, come on, come on.
- 58:37Speaker 1: I don't believe. I don't believe you just said that.
- 58:41Speaker 2: I don't.
- 58:42Speaker 1: I'm sorry. You can't be this stupid.
- 58:44Speaker 7: I mean, what you're doing is stupid. You could lose
- 58:47Speaker 7: your life. This man is married to a police woman,
- 58:51Speaker 7: and you said everyone is afraid of her. That means
- 58:54Speaker 7: him too. He left you to freeze in a car,
- 58:58Speaker 7: that's how scared he was for hours in twenty one
- 59:01Speaker 7: degree weather, that's below freezing.
- 59:04Speaker 1: Are you sure you.
- 59:05Speaker 7: Don't have frostbite or something? Have you been checked? And
- 59:09Speaker 7: now you're writing a letter asking Steve and I whether
- 59:12Speaker 7: you should give this man another chance? Have you said
- 59:16Speaker 7: that to yourself aloud? You want to redo? The answer
- 59:20Speaker 7: is absolutely not. Since you asked no do overs here,
- 59:25Speaker 7: it is just going to be more of the same.
- 59:27Speaker 7: As you mentioned. You are forty eight years old, okay,
- 59:31Speaker 7: you're good and grown. You've got to know better than this.
- 59:34Speaker 7: And what are you going to be going back to?
- 59:37Speaker 7: Doing it in his car in an abandoned building, or
- 59:39Speaker 7: next to an abandoned building while his wife sits in
- 59:42Speaker 7: a police car watching you. Guys, you're hiding from his wife,
- 59:47Speaker 7: You're fearing for your life. You gotta let this go.
- 59:50Speaker 1: Please move on. He's not worth this.
- 59:54Speaker 7: The next time you might not be so fortunate as
- 59:59Speaker 7: to get out of this situation before his wife sees
- 1:00:02Speaker 7: you in the car. Do you understand that? Or you
- 1:00:04Speaker 7: could freeze, get frostbite, anything or worse. Steve, this is crazy.
- 1:00:13Speaker 6: I don't think i'd have told nobody about this one.
- 1:00:17Speaker 6: I probably would have just ate this one, just took
- 1:00:19Speaker 6: this one, that one out. I got some I'm gonna
- 1:00:22Speaker 6: tell you right now. I got some that's going to
- 1:00:25Speaker 6: the grave with me. I got some stories that's going
- 1:00:28Speaker 6: to the grave with me. I ain't told no friend
- 1:00:32Speaker 6: of mine, nobody. It's just some stuff that I've determined
- 1:00:39Speaker 6: after I've ran it back in my mind. Now I've
- 1:00:42Speaker 6: been this probably don't need to repeat it. This seems
- 1:00:45Speaker 6: like one of them to me, because you can't get
- 1:00:48Speaker 6: nothing but stupid out of this letter. You know, since
- 1:00:52Speaker 6: my divorce, I've been lost and I've been doing a
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: lot of stuff I did when.
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I was younger.
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: He was lost and been doing a lot of selves then,
- 1:01:02Speaker 6: and it was fun until it wasn't. That's what youthful
- 1:01:05Speaker 6: fun is. It's fun until it ain't no more. You
- 1:01:08Speaker 6: know that happens to all of us. Everything is fun
- 1:01:11Speaker 6: till it don't happen no more. You know it was
- 1:01:14Speaker 6: fun when your uncle used to throw you on the
- 1:01:15Speaker 6: floor and tickle you in your stomach. Yeah, after about
- 1:01:18Speaker 6: thirty seconds, Hey man, hey, you're not tickling me anymore.
- 1:01:22Speaker 6: You digging me and you're digging in my side. It
- 1:01:25Speaker 6: was fun until it wasn't no more. I've been having
- 1:01:28Speaker 6: a fan with a married man. His wife is a
- 1:01:30Speaker 6: policewoman and everybody scared him, so you thought this would
- 1:01:35Speaker 6: be a good thing to do. I still took the
- 1:01:39Speaker 6: risk to have sex with her husband in his Tesla.
- 1:01:43Speaker 6: His windows are blacked out.
- 1:01:45Speaker 1: It was perfect. Picked me up on Tuesday and.
- 1:01:48Speaker 6: We parked at an office building that's been closed for years.
- 1:01:51Speaker 6: We had sex, and then he lit a blunt. So
- 1:01:57Speaker 6: you don't even understand. Try to maybe I'll say that information,
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: but I want to. At this point, you don't see
- 1:02:05Speaker 6: the devalue of your relationship with him. You just you
- 1:02:12Speaker 6: just the back seat on a Tuesday in a Tesla
- 1:02:16Speaker 6: with the black that when it was perfect. Really, it's
- 1:02:22Speaker 6: perfect at forty eight years old to get picked up
- 1:02:26Speaker 6: in a Tesla truck with blacked out windows, take it
- 1:02:29Speaker 6: to an abandon of office building and get yourself done
- 1:02:33Speaker 6: in the back seat.
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: And then it's perfect. He lit a blunt.
- 1:02:37Speaker 6: He didn't notice that his wife had pulled up next
- 1:02:42Speaker 6: to him in her police car. He got out and
- 1:02:44Speaker 6: told her he was smoking because he had a stressful date.
- 1:02:48Speaker 6: She told him to come home. He followed a home.
- 1:02:51Speaker 6: I was in the back seat and I was terrified.
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: Oh gon, hang on, hang on.
- 1:02:57Speaker 7: We'll have part two of your response coming up at
- 1:03:00Speaker 7: twenty three minutes after the hour. Steve Today's Strawberry letter
- 1:03:04Speaker 7: subject he left me out to freeze. We'll get back
- 1:03:06Speaker 7: into it right after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey

- 1:03:48Speaker 7: come on, Steve let's recap today's strawberry letter. The subject
- 1:03:51Speaker 7: is he left me out to freeze.
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Woo lady, this is one of the stupidest nothing.
- 1:03:57Speaker 6: First of all, like I said, I would have never
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: I have several stories in my life, as does most people,
- 1:04:04Speaker 6: that we would just take to the grave when ain't
- 1:04:06Speaker 6: got to share this. I don't need my friends to
- 1:04:08Speaker 6: counsel me on it. You know, I don't need no
- 1:04:11Speaker 6: therapy on it. Shouldn't have did it, dealt with it, take.
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: It to the grave.
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: You've been divorced, you're lost, and you're doing a lot
- 1:04:19Speaker 6: of stuff used to do when you was younger. So
- 1:04:21Speaker 6: now you started dating this married man. You having a
- 1:04:23Speaker 6: sexual affair with him. He's married to a police officer
- 1:04:26Speaker 6: that everybody is afraid of.
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: This woman.
- 1:04:29Speaker 6: He picks you up every Tuesday in a Tesla truck,
- 1:04:32Speaker 6: windows blacked out on a Tuesday. Take you in a
- 1:04:36Speaker 6: parking lot of an abandoned office building, y'all have sex.
- 1:04:40Speaker 6: Your next statement was, it's perfect, boy, you don't think
- 1:04:44Speaker 6: nothing of yourself. It's perfect to be done that way.
- 1:04:49Speaker 6: At forty eight, he didn't notice his wife pull up
- 1:04:52Speaker 6: in her police car. He got out and told her
- 1:04:55Speaker 6: that he was smoking because he had a stressful day.
- 1:04:58Speaker 6: I can't tell you the pressure he was under when
- 1:05:00Speaker 6: he was having that conversation with the lady with the gun.
- 1:05:03Speaker 6: I'm telling you right now he was smoking that weed. Man,
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: just man, if she please don't let her go in
- 1:05:11Speaker 6: that car.
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Then she told him to come home. He followed her home.
- 1:05:15Speaker 6: I was in the back seat, and I was terrified. Now,
- 1:05:18Speaker 6: let me tell you what I'd to do. Okay, but
- 1:05:21Speaker 6: obviously you ain't me, because you're way stupider than me.
- 1:05:26Speaker 6: So he followed her home.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: At one of them stopped lights, I'm rolling out the truck.
- 1:05:35Speaker 6: If that police car ain't behind me, he finna deal
- 1:05:40Speaker 6: with this hisself. But if he following her home now,
- 1:05:46Speaker 6: So he pulls into the garage and said he'd come
- 1:05:50Speaker 6: right back out. But then he plugged his car up
- 1:05:53Speaker 6: and his wife let the garage down. It was twenty
- 1:05:57Speaker 6: one degrees and he left me outside to freeze. I
- 1:06:01Speaker 6: text him a million times, and he kept telling me
- 1:06:03Speaker 6: he couldn't come back out, So he called his brother
- 1:06:07Speaker 6: to come over and get me out. After almost three hours,
- 1:06:10Speaker 6: his brother showed up and I heard the garage do
- 1:06:12Speaker 6: open up. I had fallen asleep, sleep, sleep, freezing. I'm
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: in the truck of a car. I'll sleeping, girl. That's this,
- 1:06:28Speaker 6: That's that's all. That's that could be the stupidest line
- 1:06:31Speaker 6: in the letter. Yeah, I'm sleep No, no, no, no,
- 1:06:37Speaker 6: you don't even know how much stuff I'm trying in
- 1:06:39Speaker 6: that car. Anyway, his brother I will fall asleep, shivering
- 1:06:44Speaker 6: and quivering. His brother gave me a blanket. Here's the
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: second dumbest line. I crawled out of the garage to
- 1:06:53Speaker 6: his brother's truck, so you had to stay lower in
- 1:06:55Speaker 6: case she looked out the window. So now you crawled
- 1:06:58Speaker 6: it on your knee. It's still probably didn't drop under
- 1:07:02Speaker 6: twenty one. You got a blank and you crawling with
- 1:07:05Speaker 6: your butt jacked up in the air to get up
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: in your brother truck. I know this sounds unbelievable, especially
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: since I'm forty eight. It sounds unbelievable if you're sixteen,
- 1:07:16Speaker 6: forty eight. Unbelievable, unbelievably dumb.
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: It's what this is.
- 1:07:21Speaker 6: This man keeps saying that it wasn't his fault. It's
- 1:07:24Speaker 6: both of our faults. He was not the one stuck
- 1:07:27Speaker 6: in the cold car for hours. He wants to keep
- 1:07:30Speaker 6: seeing me for where will we link up? How this
- 1:07:35Speaker 6: wasn't the question before. See, you have no value of yourself.
- 1:07:40Speaker 6: You are a back seat of a blacked out window
- 1:07:43Speaker 6: truck in the parking lot of an abandoned building only
- 1:07:46Speaker 6: on Tuesday. That's what you are. That's what he knows
- 1:07:51Speaker 6: you are. He wants to continue seeing you. So what
- 1:07:54Speaker 6: he gonna do is he gonna take you this time?
- 1:07:58Speaker 6: He gonna take you to a parking lot on a
- 1:08:02Speaker 6: Tuesday that's out of her jurishdiction because she can't drive
- 1:08:07Speaker 6: that police car outside her Jewish diction.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: That's his plan for you. That's why y'all gonna link
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: up outside her Jewish diction. Does he deserve a redo?
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: Or is it too risky with this police woman? You
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: so dumb?
- 1:08:22Speaker 6: You're so dumb, lady, listen, do what you want to do,
- 1:08:26Speaker 6: because you still I'll tell you one thing, No, no,
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: I'm telling you one thing.
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: You probably you should have stayed married.
- 1:08:31Speaker 6: Whatever your husband was doing, you probably should have went
- 1:08:33Speaker 6: on took it unless he if he wasn't physically abusive,
- 1:08:36Speaker 6: you should have just stayed in that relationship. I know
- 1:08:40Speaker 6: he had six other women, but at least you wasn't
- 1:08:43Speaker 6: getting left out in the car in a Tesla in
- 1:08:46Speaker 6: twenty one degree weather. I don't know what to tell you, lady.
- 1:08:50Speaker 6: If you do not walk away, you what Okay? Let
- 1:08:53Speaker 6: me ask you something. When you asked this question right here,
- 1:08:57Speaker 6: you said, does he deserve a redo or is it
- 1:09:00Speaker 6: too risky with his policewoman wife. Lady, take the policewoman
- 1:09:04Speaker 6: wife out of it. What is the value in him
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: getting a redoo? He gets a redo to do?
- 1:09:11Speaker 10: What?
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: What did he do to you that was of that
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: much value?
- 1:09:15Speaker 10: Now?
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: I know he was bringing it back there in the
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: back of that truck. I know he was. I know
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: he was back there getting it in. I got that.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: But you want to go back to him for what reason?
- 1:09:33Speaker 1: It has no value?
- 1:09:34Speaker 6: See, I can't help you unless you increase the value
- 1:09:38Speaker 6: you have for yourself. Steven Shirley can't help you. So
- 1:09:43Speaker 6: if you're a backseat girl at forty eight years old
- 1:09:45Speaker 6: in the back of a truck with blacked out windows,
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: you don't even deserve a room.
- 1:09:50Speaker 12: Girl.

- 1:13:00Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I's a a picture with him. Yeah, I
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: was sitting. Did you have to take a lot of
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: pictures at the Super Bow?
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: Uncle?
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: I know you had to take some pictures. Hell, yeah,

- 1:13:13Speaker 10: You know?
- 1:13:13Speaker 6: I have a sweep, but I have to share it
- 1:13:15Speaker 6: with somebody when I'm at NFL Honors. So one year
- 1:13:19Speaker 6: I had to share it with the Black Ninja of videos.
- 1:13:24Speaker 12: Here.
- 1:13:25Speaker 6: He's a gamer, No, he's white. I met him on
- 1:13:30Speaker 6: family feud one year, long time ago. I asked him
- 1:13:33Speaker 6: what he did for a living. He said, I'm a gamer.
- 1:13:36Speaker 6: I said, your parents must be.
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: Proud of you. We laughed at off.
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: Fast forward four or five years later, I'm hosting NFL
- 1:13:42Speaker 6: Honors and I introduced him ladies and gentlemen. The Black Ninja.
- 1:13:45Speaker 6: He comes out and it's him. So on the commercial break,
- 1:13:48Speaker 6: I said, hey man, he said, yeah, I was on
- 1:13:51Speaker 6: Family Field with you, Steve, and it was him.
- 1:13:54Speaker 7: Okay, thank you, Junior. Coming up more of the Steve
- 1:13:57Speaker 7: Harvey Morning Show right after this. You're listening to the
- 1:14:01Speaker 7: Steve Harvey Morning Show. All right, This is Kenny on
- 1:14:08Speaker 7: Steve Harvey sm Kenny says, my birthday is coming up,
- 1:14:11Speaker 7: and my girlfriend thinks it would be fun to get
- 1:14:14Speaker 7: a bunch of our friends together to celebrate. It's turning
- 1:14:17Speaker 7: into this big thing now and I'm not sure I'm
- 1:14:21Speaker 7: feeling it anymore. She keeps asking me what I'd like
- 1:14:24Speaker 7: to do, and when I give her my thoughts, her
- 1:14:25Speaker 7: response is that other people might not enjoy that as
- 1:14:28Speaker 7: much as I would. My girlfriend thinks I'm being selfish?
- 1:14:32Speaker 7: Am I tripping? It's my birthday? What's the problem?
- 1:14:36Speaker 6: Well, Kenny, he asks you what you want to do
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: and you tell us. She can't get mad at to respond, right, whose.
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: Birthday is it?
- 1:14:44Speaker 12: Right?
- 1:14:44Speaker 6: It should be stuff he wants to enjoy. And obviously
- 1:14:48Speaker 6: you've invited some people that he would not pick to
- 1:14:53Speaker 6: have over there because now you don't know if they
- 1:14:57Speaker 6: would enjoy the same thing. Well, they don't need to
- 1:14:59Speaker 6: be there his birthday, man, right. It's like, you know,
- 1:15:03Speaker 6: my my wife is already talking to me about my
- 1:15:05Speaker 6: next birthday, she says, Steve, because it's a big one.
- 1:15:07Speaker 6: We're gonna really celebrate because God will and I live.
- 1:15:11Speaker 6: I'll be seventy nice and I do, and we all
- 1:15:14Speaker 6: gonna make a big deal out of it. But she
- 1:15:18Speaker 6: already said, she said, who do you want to invite?
- 1:15:20Speaker 6: I said, just a family. You know, I don't need
- 1:15:23Speaker 6: all that.
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: I'll let y'all know how it is. Yeah, because clearly
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: y'all y'all heard, I'll say that bigger to go ahead.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: Shirley wasn't next. I'm sorry. I'll let y'all know how
- 1:15:38Speaker 1: it went.
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: The next one, see we have time for is Devon
- 1:15:44Speaker 7: On Steve Harvey FM. Devin says, hey, morning crew. About
- 1:15:47Speaker 7: six months ago, my car broke down and it was
- 1:15:50Speaker 7: going to cost about one thousand dollars to get it fixed. Now,
- 1:15:53Speaker 7: I didn't have the money, but a friend stepped in
- 1:15:55Speaker 7: and insisted that he'd be allowed to take care of
- 1:15:58Speaker 7: it to help me out. While I was grateful, I
- 1:16:02Speaker 7: also made it clear that I wasn't asking for help
- 1:16:06Speaker 7: and wouldn't be able to pay him back. He went
- 1:16:09Speaker 7: ahead and took care of it. So now he's telling
- 1:16:13Speaker 7: me he needs the money back and I don't have it.
- 1:16:16Speaker 7: Not to mention, he's talking about me behind my back
- 1:16:19Speaker 7: to our other friends. Here's the question. Am I obligated
- 1:16:23Speaker 7: to pay him for a financial favor I never asked
- 1:16:26Speaker 7: for I've never asked for us.
- 1:16:32Speaker 1: Yeah, that's all.
- 1:16:34Speaker 7: But he did take the money.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: Yeah. Now me personally, I would pay him back.
- 1:16:41Speaker 7: Yeah, you got it, and I'm.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: Through with you after that. But he doesn't have it.
- 1:16:47Speaker 7: Yeah, he said he doesn't have it.
- 1:16:49Speaker 6: So what you're telling me is but see, I don't see.
- 1:16:54Speaker 6: So your car would have been permanently broken and you
- 1:16:57Speaker 6: wouldn't be dry. I would pay him back, yeah, and
- 1:17:02Speaker 6: I would pay him back some kind of way to
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: avoid what's happening to him.
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: Now.
- 1:17:06Speaker 6: Now, your friend ain't worth a quarter though. He's not
- 1:17:10Speaker 6: a good friend because he wanted everybody to know what
- 1:17:12Speaker 6: he did. You know, man, that's why I don't like favors,
- 1:17:17Speaker 6: because if you're gonna tell me what you did, Okay.
- 1:17:21Speaker 6: I know a partner who gave a friend of mine
- 1:17:23Speaker 6: some shoes because he wasn't listenally years ago, years and
- 1:17:27Speaker 6: years ago, gave partly some friends some shoes.
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: We at the club.
- 1:17:32Speaker 6: And then he talking to these girls and he go
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: up to him and go, oh, I see you pulling
- 1:17:36Speaker 6: everybody with them shoes on.
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: I gave you a.
- 1:17:41Speaker 10: Man.
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: My dude looked so hurt, and the girls was going,
- 1:17:45Speaker 6: he gave you his shoes. That was nice of him
- 1:17:48Speaker 6: to give your shoes. And you can see him start
- 1:17:49Speaker 6: fading away because now I'm talking to a dude that
- 1:17:51Speaker 6: can't buy shoes, and you could see him starting to
- 1:17:54Speaker 6: fade away a little bit. And so you know, we
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: got on him about it. All us friends say, hey, man,
- 1:17:59Speaker 6: you played the like that blah blah blah, dog I
- 1:18:02Speaker 6: gave him shoes, y'all ain't giving no shoes. Okay, so
- 1:18:05Speaker 6: you don't have a good friend. And like Tommy say,
- 1:18:08Speaker 6: after that, paying back and then be through with it.
- 1:18:10Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I wonder why he insisted. I guess
- 1:18:15Speaker 7: so he could have those bragging right, the so called
- 1:18:18Speaker 7: friend while he insisted on giving him the money. And
- 1:18:22Speaker 7: then the first place, yeah face, yeah, in the first place, Yeah,
- 1:18:27Speaker 7: that's Foule for sure got.
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: A good heart one day, then the next day you think, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:18:35Speaker 6: all right. I insisted that nobody take some money from
- 1:18:39Speaker 6: me and then tell him I need that right back.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: Yeah, it's just crazy how he did that.
- 1:18:43Speaker 7: Yeah, all right, We'll have more of a Steve Harvey

- 1:25:17Speaker 7: break of the day on this Tuesday. It's been a
- 1:25:19Speaker 7: good day as always. Thank you to our beautiful audience
- 1:25:23Speaker 7: for riding with us. Every single day, Junior, what you
- 1:25:26Speaker 7: got for your uncle?
- 1:25:28Speaker 10: You know?
- 1:25:28Speaker 8: UNC this morning you said you was going through some things,
- 1:25:30Speaker 8: unh and you was thanking God anyway, even though you
- 1:25:35Speaker 8: were going through something, you're still thinking it. Yeah, and
- 1:25:38Speaker 8: you know, talk to us about that, about how to
- 1:25:40Speaker 8: go through adversity and still be able to thank you.
- 1:25:43Speaker 7: Well.
- 1:25:44Speaker 6: I think what has happened to me is at my age.
- 1:25:50Speaker 6: You know, I've had enough experiences where it's gone horribly wrong, y'all.
- 1:25:57Speaker 6: I'm talking about horribly brore. I think everybody listening to
- 1:26:01Speaker 6: my voice can look back on a time that has
- 1:26:05Speaker 6: gone horribly wrong. I'm talking about, man. I've been in
- 1:26:09Speaker 6: some situations, man, where it was so dark.
- 1:26:12Speaker 10: You know.
- 1:26:12Speaker 6: It reminded me of a stanza in a poem, a
- 1:26:17Speaker 6: poem called If by Rudyard Kipling. I learned it when
- 1:26:20Speaker 6: I was nineteen years old. I made my sons memorize it.
- 1:26:23Speaker 6: But this is not the whole poem, But there is
- 1:26:25Speaker 6: one stanza in the poem that says, if you can
- 1:26:29Speaker 6: make one heap of all your winnings, risk it on
- 1:26:33Speaker 6: one turn of pitch and toss, lose, and start again
- 1:26:39Speaker 6: at your beginnings, and never once breathe a word about
- 1:26:43Speaker 6: your loss. I have lived that piece of that poem
- 1:26:48Speaker 6: so many times, so many times that it has gotten
- 1:26:55Speaker 6: to the point where I have validated redacted. I learned
- 1:27:02Speaker 6: that from the Epstein files, unredacted factual proof that God
- 1:27:10Speaker 6: gonna get me through it.
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: I got. I just got facts.
- 1:27:15Speaker 11: Man.
- 1:27:16Speaker 6: It's happened too many times in my life. Do you know, man,
- 1:27:20Speaker 6: that God has never ever left me down? Do you
- 1:27:23Speaker 6: know that as long as I have suffered with situations,
- 1:27:26Speaker 6: and I've been in some long suffering things, Man, God
- 1:27:31Speaker 6: has never come and gotten me too late. He's never
- 1:27:35Speaker 6: been too late. Or now I've waited way longer than
- 1:27:38Speaker 6: I wanted to. I'm doing that right now. I'm waiting
- 1:27:40Speaker 6: way longer than I've wanted to. This was supposed to
- 1:27:45Speaker 6: have been over two years ago. But I just keep
- 1:27:48Speaker 6: the faith. And just today, just this morning, just like
- 1:27:53Speaker 6: yesterday and the day before, it got really dark for me.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: Man. I mean, man, I've had some health issues. Man,
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: I've had some some stuff.
- 1:28:01Speaker 6: I'm going through family issues, and I just keep me
- 1:28:06Speaker 6: because this too shall pass.
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: You Just you just gotta understand that, man. So what
- 1:28:14Speaker 1: I've learned Isaac.
- 1:28:16Speaker 6: Karee had a song one time in the middle of it,
- 1:28:20Speaker 6: in the middle of it, praise him in the middle
- 1:28:23Speaker 6: of it.
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: And that's what I do. I've learned to do that.
- 1:28:26Speaker 11: Now. Do I like it?
- 1:28:27Speaker 10: No?
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: I don't. Am I uncomfortable? Yes I am.
- 1:28:31Speaker 9: Do.
- 1:28:31Speaker 6: I feel like we're cutting it close, you better know it.
- 1:28:36Speaker 6: But I didn't cut it way closer than this before. Boy,
- 1:28:40Speaker 6: I've been in so Steve Harvey, You've been in some holes, man,
- 1:28:45Speaker 6: I've been in some real holes.
- 1:28:47Speaker 1: I've been.
- 1:28:47Speaker 6: I've been even after I got famous. I've been in
- 1:28:50Speaker 6: some holes matter. I've been in some publicly some publicly
- 1:28:55Speaker 6: humiliating moments where people have taken shots and jabs at
- 1:29:00Speaker 6: me publicly. Man, I'm talking about have said some of
- 1:29:04Speaker 6: the most hurtful things I'm talking about, man, and was
- 1:29:08Speaker 6: trying to bury me with it.
- 1:29:11Speaker 1: But you know what I did.
- 1:29:13Speaker 6: There's another stanza in a poem that I learned a
- 1:29:16Speaker 6: long time ago that says, out of the night that
- 1:29:20Speaker 6: covers me. It's a poem called Invictus. Out of the
- 1:29:24Speaker 6: Night that covers me, black as the pit, from pole
- 1:29:27Speaker 6: to pole, I thank God for whatever may be, for
- 1:29:31Speaker 6: my unconquerable soul. In the fall clutch of circumstance. I
- 1:29:36Speaker 6: have not winced nor cried aloud under the bludgeonings of chance.
- 1:29:43Speaker 6: My head is bloodied but unbowed. Now some more to that,
- 1:29:48Speaker 6: but I can't tell you how many times I live
- 1:29:50Speaker 6: that way. My head is bloodied but unbowed, and under
- 1:29:54Speaker 6: the bludgeonings of chance. That means just the chance of
- 1:29:57Speaker 6: what's happening to me. I'm taking a blo budge. This
- 1:30:01Speaker 6: is worse than a beating under the bludgeonings of chance.
- 1:30:06Speaker 6: I have not winced nor cried aloud. My head is
- 1:30:11Speaker 6: bloody but unbound. And I do that, man, because time
- 1:30:16Speaker 6: and time again God has gotten me. See, I'm gonna
- 1:30:20Speaker 6: get blessed for this, Junior. You don't even know that question,
- 1:30:22Speaker 6: You asking me how timely it is for me to
- 1:30:25Speaker 6: be able to say it out loud, and God gonna
- 1:30:28Speaker 6: bless me for telling my side of the story. Now,
- 1:30:33Speaker 6: it's preachers out there that's using me examples of not
- 1:30:36Speaker 6: being a good Christian.
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: I've heard them. I've been on YouTube.
- 1:30:41Speaker 6: I've been scrolling and Steve Harvey talking about here Christian,
- 1:30:44Speaker 6: he over there with their Muslims.
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: My best friend is a Muslim.
- 1:30:48Speaker 6: I'd rather be his friend than your Christian behind the
- 1:30:51Speaker 6: way you acting anyway, I know some better Muslims than
- 1:30:55Speaker 6: I know Christians.
- 1:30:56Speaker 1: But I know some better Christians. That's better than some
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: Muslims I know. I go both ways. I accept people
- 1:31:01Speaker 1: for who they are. I hear people talking about me
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: all the time. Hey, man, I ain't in the pool pit,
- 1:31:08Speaker 1: I ain't your past. I ain't telling nobody to follow
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: me and make it to Heaven. I'm telling you the
- 1:31:13Speaker 1: truth of how my life is.
- 1:31:15Speaker 6: If more people would tell the truth about how their
- 1:31:18Speaker 6: life is and admit to your flaws, you could attract
- 1:31:21Speaker 6: more people to have a relationship with God.
- 1:31:23Speaker 1: That's my job.
- 1:31:24Speaker 6: Thank you for asking me, Junior, because you just gave
- 1:31:27Speaker 6: me a chance to witness in my own way. Now
- 1:31:30Speaker 6: that might not be the preacher's way, but I ain't
- 1:31:33Speaker 6: no preacher, So feel how you want to feel about me. Man,
- 1:31:36Speaker 6: I'd be seventy on my next birthday. You know what
- 1:31:38Speaker 6: I'm finna do. I'm gonna get us put off the
- 1:31:40Speaker 6: radio on my seventies first, I'm finna tell it all
- 1:31:43Speaker 6: you need to be here with you, y'all, have a
- 1:31:45Speaker 6: great day.
