- 0:01Speaker 1: In some very important international news the Prime Minister of Israel,
- 0:06Speaker 1: Benjamin Netanya, who met with Donald Trump at the White House.
- 0:10Speaker 1: But one of the biggest things that came out of
- 0:12Speaker 1: the conversation was some breaking news that Donald Trump announced
- 0:16Speaker 1: about having direct talks with Iran over their nuclear weapons program.
- 0:22Speaker 1: The present saying this at the White House, sitting next
- 0:25Speaker 1: to bb.
- 0:27Speaker 2: We're having direct talks with Iran and they've started. It'll
- 0:33Speaker 2: go on Saturday. We have a very big meeting and
- 0:35Speaker 2: we'll see what can happen. And I think everybody agrees
- 0:39Speaker 2: that doing a deal would be preferable to doing the obvious,
- 0:45Speaker 2: and the obvious is not something that I want to
- 0:48Speaker 2: be involved with, or frankly that Isya wants to be
- 0:51Speaker 2: involved with if they can avoid it. So we're going
- 0:53Speaker 2: to see if we can avoid it. But it's getting
- 0:57Speaker 2: to be very dangerous territory. And hopefully those talks will
- 1:01Speaker 2: be successful, and I think it would be Intern's best
- 1:04Speaker 2: interests if they are successful. We hope that's going to happen,
- 1:10Speaker 2: and we had just a lot of good talks on
- 1:11Speaker 2: a lot of things.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Have Now as President Trump was saying this in the
- 1:15Speaker 1: Oval Office, Reuters came out with an exclusive report saying
- 1:19Speaker 1: that Iran back militias in Iraq are ready to disarm
- 1:23Speaker 1: to avert what they describe as a Trump wrath. That's
- 1:28Speaker 1: right coming out of Baghdad. Several powerful Iranian backed militia
- 1:32Speaker 1: groups in Iraq are prepared to disarm for the first
- 1:35Speaker 1: time to avert the threat of an escalating conflict with
- 1:39Speaker 1: the US Trump administration. That is what ten senior commanders
- 1:43Speaker 1: and Iraqi officials said to Reuters. The move to diffuse
- 1:48Speaker 1: tensions follows repeated warnings issued privately by US officials to
- 1:53Speaker 1: the Iraqi government since Trump took power in January. According
- 1:57Speaker 1: to sources who include six local commanders of four major militias,
- 2:03Speaker 1: the officials told Baghdad that unless it acted to disband
- 2:07Speaker 1: the militias operating on its soil, America could target the
- 2:11Speaker 1: groups with air strikes. A senior Muslim politician close to
- 2:16Speaker 1: Iraq's government's alliance also towed Reuters that discussions between the
- 2:21Speaker 1: Prime Minister and several militia leaders were quote very advanced,
- 2:26Speaker 1: and the groups were inclined to comply with US calls
- 2:29Speaker 1: for disarmament. The factions are not acting stubbornly or insisting
- 2:35Speaker 1: on continuing in their current form, he said, adding that
- 2:38Speaker 1: the groups were fully aware they could be targeted by
- 2:42Speaker 1: US air strikes. The six militia commanders interviewed in Baghdad
- 2:47Speaker 1: by Reuters at a southern province who requested obviously eminemity
- 2:52Speaker 1: to discuss the sense of situation, are from multiple different groups,
- 2:56Speaker 1: many of them also at ties to Iran. Trump is
- 3:00Speaker 1: ready to take the war with us to worse levels.
- 3:03Speaker 1: We know that, one of the commanders said, and we
- 3:06Speaker 1: want to avoid such a bad scenario. The most powerful
- 3:09Speaker 1: Sheite militia also saying that it's time for us to
- 3:13Speaker 1: find a way to work together.
- 3:15Speaker 3: You cannot make this up. Why are they doing this now?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Because they've witnessed what the president's doing with other leaders
- 3:22Speaker 1: that he decides to take out isis leaders, and the
- 3:25Speaker 1: President making it clear that if you don't get a
- 3:28Speaker 1: deal now, well you're probably going to end up dead.
- 3:31Speaker 1: The commander said, their main ally and patron, Iran's elite
- 3:36Speaker 1: Revolutionary Guards military force has given them its blessing to
- 3:40Speaker 1: take whatever decisions they deem necessary to avoid being drawn
- 3:45Speaker 1: into a potentially ruinous conflict with the United.
- 3:49Speaker 3: States and Israel.
- 3:52Speaker 1: So the moral of the story is even Iran's military
- 3:55Speaker 1: understands that right now is not a time to mess
- 3:59Speaker 1: with the Try administration, and this may be exactly why
- 4:03Speaker 1: they're willing to talk directly with the Trump administration to
- 4:06Speaker 1: avert military strikes from a president that says he's not bluffing.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Now even CNN is reporting about the fact that the
- 4:15Speaker 1: US is having these nuclear talks with Iran. Mike Ran
- 4:20Speaker 1: appeared on CNN's The Source with Caitlin Collins to discuss
- 4:23Speaker 1: the talks, and here's what he said about the reporting.
- 4:27Speaker 4: My source tonight is the former Israeli Ambassador to the US,
- 4:30Speaker 4: Michael Orrin, Ambassador, thank you for being with US and
- 4:34Speaker 4: President Trump. He wasn't willing to say right that the
- 4:37Speaker 4: US would strike Iran's nuclear facilities. That is, of course
- 4:40Speaker 4: what Israel has long push for. What do you expect
- 4:43Speaker 4: the US to do if discussions fail.
- 4:47Speaker 5: Well, one thing that President Trump has done, to be honest,
- 4:49Speaker 5: he put the military option back on the table a
- 4:52Speaker 5: President Biden had taken it off the table, so it's
- 4:54Speaker 5: clearly on the table with the audience understand it's on
- 4:56Speaker 5: the table. But also, according to the reports tonight, for
- 4:59Speaker 5: the first time, as you said, in a decade direct
- 5:01Speaker 5: talks between the United States and Iran, because during the
- 5:03Speaker 5: Biden administration the talks were indirect. So that is already
- 5:07Speaker 5: a step well from the Iranian perspective, a step forward.
- 5:11Speaker 5: Though we should say that the Iranians are kind of
- 5:12Speaker 5: denying that.
- 5:13Speaker 3: That's right.
- 5:13Speaker 4: The Iranian Foreign Minister is saying that these are indirect
- 5:17Speaker 4: high level talks. So that's a different story.
- 5:19Speaker 5: What do you make of that. It's a different story.
- 5:21Speaker 5: But the essence is that there's talks, and the talks
- 5:24Speaker 5: then are going to raise some very serious questions on
- 5:25Speaker 5: the Israeli side. My gut feeling tells me that what
- 5:28Speaker 5: brought Primasi nets and now to Washington on such short
- 5:31Speaker 5: notice wasn't just the tiriffs, and the tariffs are serious.
- 5:34Speaker 3: It's about two and a half.
- 5:35Speaker 5: Billion dollars worth of trade from Israel's side at a
- 5:37Speaker 5: time when the Israeli economy is very vulnerable because of
- 5:39Speaker 5: the war. But what really brought him here was the
- 5:41Speaker 5: Iranian the notion that the understanding that these talks are
- 5:45Speaker 5: about to take place apparently on next Saturday, and there
- 5:48Speaker 5: are three major questions that Israel's going to be asking
- 5:52Speaker 5: how long the talks are going on for. You know,
- 5:53Speaker 5: the Iranians are really good negotiators. They'll drag it out
- 5:56Speaker 5: at a time when the Russians are rebuilding the ear
- 5:59Speaker 5: defenses in Iran that were knocked out by the Israeli
- 6:01Speaker 5: Air Force. Big question. Second one is what's the goal
- 6:04Speaker 5: of the talks? Is the goal of a talks an
- 6:07Speaker 5: agreement similar to the twenty fifteen Obama Iran agreement which
- 6:11Speaker 5: basically froze the Iranian program for about a decade, but
- 6:15Speaker 5: didn't dismantle the program. And the third question is, as
- 6:19Speaker 5: the President says, what if the talks don't work, what
- 6:22Speaker 5: is the next step? Will the United States then support
- 6:25Speaker 5: is really military action against Iran to stop that program?
- 6:27Speaker 5: Will the United States join in that military action as
- 6:30Speaker 5: the President seems to intimate that would be the case.
- 6:33Speaker 5: But these are crucial questions that Israelis will look to
- 6:37Speaker 5: get answers from from the White House.
- 6:38Speaker 4: Why do you think the Trump administration could strike a
- 6:41Speaker 4: better deal than the Obama administration.
- 6:44Speaker 5: Well, first of all, because of the credibile military threat.
- 6:47Speaker 5: Obama had all options on the table, you remember, but
- 6:50Speaker 5: I don't think people actually believed it I think that
- 6:53Speaker 5: now with the United States bombing the hoodies the way
- 6:55Speaker 5: they have, that's sending a message to Iran, a rather
- 6:58Speaker 5: uncliitical message that this administration willing to use force to
- 7:01Speaker 5: a degree that previous administrations. I certainly some previous democratic
- 7:04Speaker 5: administrations were unwilling to use that type of force. And
- 7:07Speaker 5: the ruddiance are aware, how should we say this, This
- 7:10Speaker 5: is president is not predictable in that way, and that
- 7:13Speaker 5: Iranians like predictability. They don't like dealing with the uncertainty
- 7:17Speaker 5: that Dousident Trump could turn around and give that order
- 7:19Speaker 5: to those B two and B one and B fifty
- 7:22Speaker 5: two bombers to go into Iranian skies.
- 7:26Speaker 1: By the way, I love how they act, like Donald
- 7:28Speaker 1: Trump being strong against Iran getting a nuclear weapon in
- 7:32Speaker 1: the Middle East is somehow like impredictability from Donald Trump,
- 7:37Speaker 1: Like isn't this exactly what you want a president to do?
- 7:41Speaker 1: Because Iran knew that the military option had been taken
- 7:44Speaker 1: off the table. You just heard that from the former
- 7:46Speaker 1: Israeli ambassador of the US. He said in the last administration,
- 7:51Speaker 1: Iran was one hundred percent sure that military use was
- 7:54Speaker 1: not going to be done against them. In other words,
- 7:56Speaker 1: you can do what you want to do, and yeah,
- 7:58Speaker 1: there may be some sanctions again and some other stuff,
- 8:01Speaker 1: but you don't have to worry about actual military action.
- 8:04Speaker 1: So that's number one here. That is a I think
- 8:07Speaker 1: a really really really important point to make. The second
- 8:11Speaker 1: important point that also needs to be made here is this.
- 8:14Speaker 1: You have a president now that is saying all options
- 8:17Speaker 1: are on the table.
- 8:18Speaker 3: If you choose to.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Go in a different direction than what we're telling you
- 8:22Speaker 1: you need to do, this is up to Iran if
- 8:26Speaker 1: they want to be in that situation, if they want
- 8:28Speaker 1: to be in that scenario. And I think that is
- 8:31Speaker 1: the point that's clearly being made by this administration is
- 8:35Speaker 1: the days of you.
- 8:36Speaker 3: Getting to dictate they are over.
- 8:41Speaker 1: The days of you getting closer to a nuclear weapon,
- 8:45Speaker 1: they're over. If you want to play this game of
- 8:48Speaker 1: chicken with the United States of America with the Trump administration,
- 8:52Speaker 1: it's a very deadly game. I actually go back to
- 8:54Speaker 1: what was said earlier, you know when the President said
- 8:58Speaker 1: we're having these direct talks. That is a good thing, right,
- 9:02Speaker 1: He's saying, we're talking directly. We are sitting down and
- 9:06Speaker 1: we are talking directly. Donald Trump is dead serious about
- 9:10Speaker 1: this was another way that it was described earlier today
- 9:14Speaker 1: on Fox News Channel, they're saying he's not joking and
- 9:17Speaker 1: everyone in the Middle East knows it.
- 9:19Speaker 6: Yeah. Absolutely, you can penetrate an iPhone.
- 9:21Speaker 3: Let's talk about Iran.
- 9:22Speaker 7: The President clearly changing strategy from the Biden administration and
- 9:26Speaker 7: even you know, making a very forceful declaration in his
- 9:29Speaker 7: letter that you're going to get We're open to talks Iran,
- 9:33Speaker 7: but you're gonna have to dismantle your nuclear program and
- 9:36Speaker 7: you have two months to agree to the talks. This
- 9:39Speaker 7: is a big change in policy. And how do you
- 9:41Speaker 7: read it? Is he President really serious about this?
- 9:46Speaker 6: I think he's dead serious about this, and no doubt
- 9:49Speaker 6: in my mind whatsoever. He's issued an ultimatum, and he's
- 9:53Speaker 6: very clear about it. He wants voluntarily dismantling the program,
- 9:57Speaker 6: verified by outside inspectors, and he wants it done by
- 10:00Speaker 6: a date certain and that is the right approach to this.
- 10:04Speaker 6: And then he's told them very clearly that there will
- 10:08Speaker 6: be grave consequences if you don't do it. They know
- 10:11Speaker 6: what that means. It's likely and it has rarely led
- 10:14Speaker 6: US supported airstrike to forcefully dismantle that program. And that's
- 10:20Speaker 6: the path we are on and I absolutely think that
- 10:23Speaker 6: the President coming in, even though it's early in his administration,
- 10:28Speaker 6: sending this unequivocal message to Iran that your day of
- 10:32Speaker 6: being the Malian aggressor in the Middle East and also
- 10:37Speaker 6: funding all your proxies to destabilize the Middle East, it's
- 10:40Speaker 6: over and Iran is back on its heels Paul and
- 10:43Speaker 6: the way they haven't been in forty four years. The
- 10:46Speaker 6: President's team knows it, and they're in pursuit of stopping
- 10:51Speaker 6: what Iran has been doing all of these years, and
- 10:52Speaker 6: a nuclear enterprise will be a significant blow to them.
- 10:58Speaker 1: This is why I love a commander in chief that
- 11:01Speaker 1: just isn't screwing around on national security, on tariffs, on
- 11:06Speaker 1: foreign policy.
- 11:09Speaker 3: He's just not going to screw around. And you can
- 11:13Speaker 3: hear it.
- 11:14Speaker 1: In the way that the White House talks about this.
- 11:16Speaker 1: We're willing to speak to you directly. We're willing to
- 11:19Speaker 1: talk directly, We're willing to negotiate directly. But to be clear,
- 11:26Speaker 1: we're not going to allow you to get a nuclear weapon.
- 11:29Speaker 1: We're not going to allow you to continue to send
- 11:33Speaker 1: massive amounts of funds to these terrorists organizations, whether they
- 11:38Speaker 1: are in Iraq, or in Syria, or the Hamas or
- 11:42Speaker 1: hesblat and undermine and kill innocent men, women, children in Israel.
- 11:46Speaker 1: I also think it's very important that a lot of
- 11:49Speaker 1: this conversation took place side by side with net Yahoo
- 11:53Speaker 1: in the Oval Office, with the President making it clear
- 11:57Speaker 1: we are unified together. He also said over and over
- 12:01Speaker 1: again he believes that they have the right okay, they
- 12:06Speaker 1: have the right to defend themselves. In translation, would allow
- 12:13Speaker 1: Israel to defend itself and protect itself at all costs,
- 12:17Speaker 1: meaning America would support you, We would give you what
- 12:20Speaker 1: you need. We would probably be involved in some capacity,
- 12:23Speaker 1: maybe even in the attack, to make sure that Iran
- 12:27Speaker 1: is kept in check. What's also shocking to me is
- 12:31Speaker 1: just how close Iran got and is right now to
- 12:35Speaker 1: a nuclear weapon because the last administration allowed them to
- 12:39Speaker 1: get that close because they took the military option off
- 12:44Speaker 1: the table. There has been a story that has been circulating,
- 12:49Speaker 1: and it's one that we're going to debunk right now.
- 12:52Speaker 1: It's that Republicans are going to break with the President
- 12:55Speaker 1: and destroy what he's doing on tariffs. Well, James Langford
- 13:01Speaker 1: set the record straight, saying he doesn't think that's gonna
- 13:04Speaker 1: happen on Capitol Hill at all. He said, if anything
- 13:08Speaker 1: is stopping the president will be lawfair in the court system.
- 13:12Speaker 1: You're noticing a trend with law fair, right, take a
- 13:15Speaker 1: list in the Center in his own words from Oklahoma.
- 13:18Speaker 8: So, I think the president's challenge is not going to
- 13:20Speaker 8: be Congress. There'll be members of Congress saying, hey, this
- 13:23Speaker 8: needs to be able to come back to Congress as
- 13:24Speaker 8: it typically does. I think it's gonna be challenging the
- 13:27Speaker 8: courts quite frankly, because its novel is new. It's a
- 13:30Speaker 8: different way to actually take on the tariffs. And so
- 13:32Speaker 8: I think the courts are going to jump in and say,
- 13:34Speaker 8: we want to be able to take a look at this.
- 13:36Speaker 1: So there is a center saying, guess what, what you're
- 13:39Speaker 1: being told by the media is yet again another lie
- 13:42Speaker 1: to undermine President Trump and his job as the commander
- 13:46Speaker 1: in chief. Now, the Center also said, yes, there is
- 13:49Speaker 1: an attempt in Congress to quote rein in the president's
- 13:53Speaker 1: capability to manage tariffs, but quote, I don't think this
- 13:57Speaker 1: bill will have an impact on it at all. Senate
- 14:00Speaker 1: narrowly approved a tarff control bill, which could not have
- 14:04Speaker 1: won approval if it was not for the support of
- 14:06Speaker 1: four Republicans, there's a little chance the bill will get
- 14:09Speaker 1: majority support in the House. Trump also still has veto
- 14:14Speaker 1: control of the bill should it win full approval. You
- 14:18Speaker 1: can't make this up, Lankford said. The big pictures that
- 14:21Speaker 1: Trump is on the right course, and he believes his
- 14:23Speaker 1: constituents will see the benefits as well, saying, quote, he's
- 14:27Speaker 1: not wrong definitely that China is ripping us off, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: that we've got bad trade issues all over the world.
- 14:33Speaker 1: And I'm looking forward to lots of new negotiated trade
- 14:36Speaker 1: agreements all around the world because my farmers and ranchers
- 14:40Speaker 1: are folks that do production of lots of different equipment here.
- 14:45Speaker 1: They want to be able to sell all over the world.
- 14:47Speaker 1: They want to be able to have fair markets. Now,
- 14:51Speaker 1: President Trump also getting in on the action at the
- 14:53Speaker 1: White House today. He was taking questions with net and Yahoo,
- 14:57Speaker 1: and he was asked by the media about the tear.
- 15:00Speaker 1: There was a story that started to circulate that Donald
- 15:02Speaker 1: Trump was quote looking at pausing at the tariffs. Well,
- 15:06Speaker 1: Donald Trump said, guess what, that's not true, and here's
- 15:09Speaker 1: the present in his own words, any questions, but.
- 15:12Speaker 7: The President.
- 15:16Speaker 9: To the markets today and would you be open to
- 15:18Speaker 9: a pause in tariffs to allow for negotiation.
- 15:21Speaker 2: Well, we're not to look at it that. We have many,
- 15:23Speaker 2: many countries that are coming to negotiate deals with us,
- 15:27Speaker 2: and they're going to be fair deals, and in certain
- 15:30Speaker 2: cases they're going to be be paying substantial tariffs, they'll
- 15:35Speaker 2: be fair deals. So you know, I spoke this morning
- 15:37Speaker 2: with the Prime Minister of Japan and we had a
- 15:41Speaker 2: very good conversation.
- 15:42Speaker 10: They're coming and.
- 15:44Speaker 2: I said, one thing, you're going to have to open
- 15:45Speaker 2: up your country because we sold no cars, like zero
- 15:49Speaker 2: cars in Japan, and they sold millions of cars into
- 15:52Speaker 2: our country. They don't really take our agriculture, a little
- 15:56Speaker 2: bit of it just to keep us slightly happy, but
- 15:58Speaker 2: they don't take what this of us to take. And
- 16:00Speaker 2: so we have a great relationship with Japan. We're going
- 16:03Speaker 2: to keep it that way. But they're coming in to meet,
- 16:05Speaker 2: and other countries are coming in with China, as you know,
- 16:10Speaker 2: against my statement, they put a thirty four percent tariff
- 16:15Speaker 2: on above what their ridiculous tariffs were already. And I said,
- 16:20Speaker 2: if that tariff isn't removed by tomorrow at twelve o'clock,
- 16:23Speaker 2: we're putting a fifty percent tariff on above the tariffs
- 16:27Speaker 2: that we put on. So they've gone for years, they've
- 16:30Speaker 2: become a rich country because of people, again that we're
- 16:33Speaker 2: in the White House, that allowed this to happen. Hundreds
- 16:37Speaker 2: of billions of dollars here that'd make an ust on
- 16:39Speaker 2: trade and it shouldn't be that way. And I have
- 16:42Speaker 2: a great relationship with presidency. I hope it's going to
- 16:45Speaker 2: stay that way. I have great respect for China, but
- 16:48Speaker 2: they can't do this. We're just we're going to have
- 16:51Speaker 2: one shot at this, and no other president's going to
- 16:54Speaker 2: do this what I'm doing. And I'll tell you what,
- 16:57Speaker 2: it's an honor to do it because we have been
- 17:00Speaker 2: has just destroyed what they've done to our system. You know,
- 17:04Speaker 2: we have thirty six trillion dollars of debt for a reason,
- 17:07Speaker 2: and the reason is that people allowed it to get
- 17:10Speaker 2: that way. So we'll be talking to China, We'll be
- 17:15Speaker 2: talking to a lot of different countries, and I think,
- 17:18Speaker 2: you know, if if we can make a really fair
- 17:22Speaker 2: deal and a good deal for the United States, not
- 17:24Speaker 2: a good deal for other this is America first. It's
- 17:27Speaker 2: now America first. And we didn't put America first. We
- 17:30Speaker 2: put America lasts. The people that were in the Oval
- 17:34Speaker 2: Office put America lest and we're not going to stand
- 17:36Speaker 2: for it.
- 17:37Speaker 1: So if you want to know who's on your side,
- 17:39Speaker 1: it's clearly the President of the United States of America. Yes,
- 17:43Speaker 1: the media is having to lie, manipulate and change the
- 17:45Speaker 1: headlines and tell you it's all doom and gloom, and
- 17:48Speaker 1: then line say the President's going to stop the tariffs,
- 17:51Speaker 1: Pause the terraffs back down from the tariffs, show weakness. Well,
- 17:55Speaker 1: I think it's pretty clear now from what the President
- 17:56Speaker 1: said in the White House none of that is actually
- 17:59Speaker 1: going to happen.
- 18:00Speaker 3: Now.
- 18:01Speaker 1: The tariff guru at the White Auis is a guy
- 18:03Speaker 1: by the name of Peter Navarro. He went out on
- 18:06Speaker 1: the ingram Angle Show on Fox News Channel to talk
- 18:09Speaker 1: to average investors, many people like you and I that
- 18:14Speaker 1: invest for our retirement. And yes, it is a little
- 18:16Speaker 1: bit scary right now. It's concerning to see what's happening
- 18:19Speaker 1: on Wall Street. Well, here is the message from Pier
- 18:23Speaker 1: Navarro to all of us.
- 18:25Speaker 11: You heard the billionaire class. Many of these people did
- 18:29Speaker 11: in the end support President Trump, but you might as
- 18:32Speaker 11: well have thought we were on the verge of breadlines
- 18:34Speaker 11: in the United States today.
- 18:35Speaker 12: Well, I think in the end they supported Trump. I mean,
- 18:39Speaker 12: they're just like trying to put their bets whatever. Look,
- 18:43Speaker 12: here's the thing I want to say to small investors.
- 18:47Speaker 12: Don't panic. They want you to sell. You can't take
- 18:50Speaker 12: a loss until you sell. And what I see is
- 18:54Speaker 12: fifty thousand on the Dow. I predicted in twenty sixteen
- 18:57Speaker 12: the day after President got elected. Back then, when the
- 19:01Speaker 12: dead futures were dead red down, I said we're going
- 19:03Speaker 12: to go to twenty five thousand. I got that exactly right,
- 19:06Speaker 12: We're going to fifty. But more importantly, with the S
- 19:08Speaker 12: and P five hundred, the games we've had over the
- 19:12Speaker 12: last couple of years have been basically seven stocks, the
- 19:15Speaker 12: magnificent seventy ais. Most of the stocks in the S
- 19:18Speaker 12: and P five hundred have gone nowhere. Now they're going
- 19:21Speaker 12: to go crazy. They're going to go so bullish because
- 19:25Speaker 12: we're bringing our investment home. The other thing I want
- 19:27Speaker 12: to say is we've got countries coming to us, Laura
- 19:31Speaker 12: with these zero zero It's like, well, we'll put our
- 19:33Speaker 12: tariffs down. Finally, if you'll put yours down, that's not
- 19:36Speaker 12: the big problem.
- 19:37Speaker 6: Why did that.
- 19:37Speaker 11: Romer get going today that that Kevin Hassett, who's been
- 19:41Speaker 11: regular on the show, had floated that.
- 19:44Speaker 12: Well zero zero watched Kevin.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Why did that say?
- 19:49Speaker 11: That sent the market back up?
- 19:51Speaker 12: Because what they're trying to do they're out in globalism
- 19:55Speaker 12: land is shake the knees of the American people and
- 19:58Speaker 12: the president.
- 20:00Speaker 11: President Trump's confidences exactly right.
- 20:02Speaker 12: But it's not working. It's not as the president knows
- 20:05Speaker 12: that we've been getting ripped off for years.
- 20:06Speaker 3: If you go back to.
- 20:08Speaker 1: I love Navarro because it's not working, right, it's not
- 20:11Speaker 1: working on the president, it's not working.
- 20:13Speaker 3: This is dumb.
- 20:15Speaker 1: It is not working because he understands his job. There's
- 20:20Speaker 1: also another question that he was asked about a recession.
- 20:23Speaker 1: Does he believe that a recession is coming? That's one
- 20:26Speaker 1: of the big plays we're hearing now from Democrats. Oh
- 20:29Speaker 1: the president's running us into a recession. Well, Navarro had
- 20:33Speaker 1: this to say, the American voters as well.
- 20:35Speaker 12: And we get stuck with a hindsight.
- 20:38Speaker 11: It's it's just doesn't Why do you think the market
- 20:40Speaker 11: might turn around?
- 20:41Speaker 12: It's finding a bottom now, it's finding a bottom now,
- 20:44Speaker 12: but look, here's the thing.
- 20:47Speaker 3: It's going to shift over.
- 20:49Speaker 12: And it's going to be companies in the S and
- 20:51Speaker 12: P five hundred who are the first to produce here.
- 20:54Speaker 12: Those are the ones going to lead to recovery. And
- 20:56Speaker 12: it's going to happen Dow fifty thousand. I guarantee that,
- 21:00Speaker 12: I guarantee no recession. Okay, Why because when we pass
- 21:04Speaker 12: the biggest broadest tax cut in history within a matter
- 21:08Speaker 12: of months, that's going to be a great stimus. There's
- 21:10Speaker 12: not going to be any inflation. We've already had a
- 21:13Speaker 12: significant drop, a huge drop in oil prices war that's
- 21:17Speaker 12: like a point off the CPI. We're going to have
- 21:19Speaker 12: lower yields and mortgage.
- 21:21Speaker 1: Now, one of the things that Peter talked about there
- 21:23Speaker 1: is this recent development that has led to a significant
- 21:27Speaker 1: decrease in gas prices across the United States of America.
- 21:31Speaker 1: As of April to seventh, the nationwide average for a
- 21:35Speaker 1: gallon of regular gasoline stands at three dollars and twenty
- 21:38Speaker 1: five cents. That is a massive drop from previous weeks. Now,
- 21:43Speaker 1: why is this happening. There's a couple of key factors
- 21:45Speaker 1: to the decline. Number One, tariffs induced economic uncertainty, and
- 21:50Speaker 1: so what did that mean? Well, the present made it
- 21:52Speaker 1: very clear that for him to be able to do
- 21:54Speaker 1: what he's doing on tariffs, he need to make sure
- 21:56Speaker 1: the price of oil drop, the price of gas would drop.
- 22:00Speaker 1: He's done this by opening up and allowing for America
- 22:04Speaker 1: to become energy independent.
- 22:05Speaker 3: Yet again that's been a huge factor in this.
- 22:08Speaker 1: We've also seen an increase because of that in oil production,
- 22:13Speaker 1: and so you're looking at the organization of patrolling exporting
- 22:17Speaker 1: countries and it's Allies OPEC. Plus they've also decided to
- 22:21Speaker 1: accelerate the restoration of oil production cuts, leading to an
- 22:24Speaker 1: oversupply in the market and further driving down oil price
- 22:28Speaker 1: as well. And then you've got the issues with seasonal
- 22:30Speaker 1: demand fluctuations where we're past spring break, we're not to
- 22:34Speaker 1: summer yet that's also a big deal. You combine all
- 22:39Speaker 1: of this together, and what it means is from a
- 22:42Speaker 1: major economic implication, lower gas prices are offering immediate relief
- 22:47Speaker 1: to consumers, they may also signal underlying economic challenges as
- 22:52Speaker 1: well for many Americans who are now looking at cheaper
- 22:56Speaker 1: things like gas as a way to breathe a little
- 22:58Speaker 1: bit of really, so this is part of why Navar said, Look,
- 23:03Speaker 1: we're not going into a recession. So you can believe
- 23:06Speaker 1: the media who keeps lying to you, or you can
- 23:09Speaker 1: listen to President United States of America and his team.
- 23:11Speaker 1: We know what we're doing and we know how to
- 23:13Speaker 1: win on these issues. It is a major victory for
- 23:18Speaker 1: law and order when it comes to the President Donald
- 23:20Speaker 1: Trump having power to do his job. The Supreme Court
- 23:23Speaker 1: of the United States lifted a block from the US
- 23:27Speaker 1: District Judge James Boseburg, which was law fair preventing the
- 23:32Speaker 1: Trump administration from deporting suspected illegal alien gang members. They
- 23:37Speaker 1: were doing this under the seventeen ninety eight Alien Enemies Act. Now,
- 23:42Speaker 1: this ruling from the Supreme Court is a massive win
- 23:45Speaker 1: for President Donald Trump and most importantly for the rule
- 23:48Speaker 1: of law in this country. It's also a massive win
- 23:51Speaker 1: for his administration because now they can actually do their jobs.
- 23:56Speaker 3: It was described quote.
- 23:57Speaker 1: As a narrow and focused on the upper venue for
- 24:01Speaker 1: the cases, rather than on the administration's use of a
- 24:05Speaker 1: century's old law to justify its decision to deport suspected.
- 24:09Speaker 3: Illegal alien gang members.
- 24:11Speaker 1: That according to The New York Times, So even when
- 24:14Speaker 1: the President gets a huge victory from the Supreme Court,
- 24:17Speaker 1: just know the hacks of the New York Times are
- 24:20Speaker 1: still going to lie to you about the premise of
- 24:23Speaker 1: the ruling. Per the New York Times, it was a
- 24:27Speaker 1: five to four decision. Happens all the time, by the way,
- 24:31Speaker 1: and the Supreme Court justice found that the migrants had
- 24:35Speaker 1: improperly challenged their deportations in Washington, d C. When they
- 24:39Speaker 1: should have challenged him in Texas where they were being
- 24:42Speaker 1: held quote unquote from the Times. Now, the real headline
- 24:46Speaker 1: should have been this, the Supreme Court sides with the
- 24:49Speaker 1: Trump administration and will allow them to continue removing Venezuela
- 24:52Speaker 1: and Transdiragua gang members from the country under the Alien's
- 24:57Speaker 1: Enemies Act. But no, the media couldn't actu tell you
- 25:00Speaker 1: the story the honest way. In a post on x
- 25:04Speaker 1: the Attorney General Pam Bondi responded to the Supreme Court
- 25:07Speaker 1: decision and described it as a landmark victory for quote
- 25:11Speaker 1: the rule of law. Bondi continued, saying this, an activist
- 25:16Speaker 1: judge in Washington, DC does not have the jurisdiction to
- 25:19Speaker 1: seize control of President Trump's authority to conduct foreign policy
- 25:24Speaker 1: and keep the American people safe. The Department of Justice
- 25:28Speaker 1: will continue fighting in court to make Americas safe.
- 25:32Speaker 3: Again.
- 25:33Speaker 1: Trump also asked the Supreme Court to allow the federal
- 25:36Speaker 1: government to deport suspected illegal alien gang members under the
- 25:40Speaker 1: Alien Enemies Act, and in March, Trump invoked the Alien
- 25:44Speaker 1: Enemies Act to allow for the expedited removal of illegal
- 25:47Speaker 1: Venezuelan migrants who were suspected of being members of that
- 25:51Speaker 1: dangerous gang, the transda Agua gang also that has been
- 25:55Speaker 1: designated as a terrorist organization. These are terrorists at the
- 26:00Speaker 1: President's trying to get rid of. This was a massive
- 26:03Speaker 1: victory for the President and it's one that the media
- 26:07Speaker 1: will not tell you the truth on because they know
- 26:09Speaker 1: just how damning it is to their law fare.
- 26:12Speaker 3: At the end of the day, this.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Means that Donald Trump is going to be able to
- 26:16Speaker 1: do what he needs to do to keep all of
- 26:19Speaker 1: us safe from these gang members. Now, this really broadens
- 26:23Speaker 1: out into also another bigger issue, and that issue deals
- 26:26Speaker 1: with just these judges who are doing everything they can
- 26:31Speaker 1: to undermine Donald Trump. It is a form of law fair.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I want you to hear what Senator Schmid had to
- 26:37Speaker 1: say on Fox News Channel when he was talking about
- 26:40Speaker 1: just how bad it's gotten.
- 26:41Speaker 9: And so I think a lot of these judges are
- 26:43Speaker 9: taking it upon themselves to usurp really important power. For example,
- 26:47Speaker 9: when President Trump declared a predatory incursion of these criminal
- 26:51Speaker 9: violent gangs, he's well within his Article two executive power
- 26:54Speaker 9: to deport them.
- 26:55Speaker 3: He can do that.
- 26:57Speaker 9: The judge by stepping in there, Judge Bosberg, by stepping
- 27:00Speaker 9: in in the case that we're talking about, he somehow
- 27:02Speaker 9: got said you can't do that. That is like that
- 27:05Speaker 9: judge dictating missile strikes or deciding troop movements. Those are
- 27:10Speaker 9: national security issues, those are foreign those are powers of
- 27:13Speaker 9: the commander in chief that the judge doesn't get to do.
- 27:16Speaker 9: So the separation of powers works both ways. You don't
- 27:19Speaker 9: get to kind of jump into the Article two branches
- 27:21Speaker 9: authority on commander in chief power. So I think you're
- 27:24Speaker 9: about to see all these cases make their way to
- 27:25Speaker 9: Supreme Court, and I think President Trump's on very firm ground.
- 27:28Speaker 9: But we should address these abuses that are happening now
- 27:30Speaker 9: every day.
- 27:32Speaker 1: Pam Bonni, the Attorney General of the United States of America,
- 27:35Speaker 1: also talking about just how radical these judges have become
- 27:39Speaker 1: and what they are doing.
- 27:40Speaker 10: The president is going to comply with the law. He
- 27:43Speaker 10: was overwhelmingly elected by an overwhelming majority of the United
- 27:48Speaker 10: States citizens to be our commander in chief. And that's
- 27:51Speaker 10: what he's been doing, Shannon. Just since January twentieth, we've
- 27:55Speaker 10: had over one hundred and seventy lawsuits filed against us.
- 27:59Speaker 10: That should be the constitutional crisis right there. Fifty injunctions
- 28:03Speaker 10: they're popping up every single day, trying to control his
- 28:08Speaker 10: executive power, trying to control where he believes our tax
- 28:11Speaker 10: dollars should be allocated. And saying he won by an
- 28:15Speaker 10: overwhelming majority is so important because that's what the American
- 28:18Speaker 10: people want, what President Trump campaign on and what he
- 28:22Speaker 10: want on, and he's implementing that agenda at a rapid speed.
- 28:26Speaker 10: None of us can keep up with them every single day.
- 28:29Speaker 10: And so it's just we're going after all of these lawsuits.
- 28:32Speaker 10: We're defending them all. We just got a great win
- 28:35Speaker 10: and will continue to fight.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Will continue to fight, and it looks like now they're
- 28:40Speaker 1: going to continue to also win. Senator Ted Cruz also
- 28:44Speaker 1: signed the alarm on these injunctions nationwide, injunctions by these
- 28:48Speaker 1: activist judges. And here is what he said at a
- 28:51Speaker 1: testimony hearing on the issue in front of his committee
- 28:54Speaker 1: in the Senate.
- 28:55Speaker 13: It's long been said that hypocrisy is the tribute that
- 28:58Speaker 13: vice pays to virtue. I have to admit I'm enjoying
- 29:02Speaker 13: listening to my Democrat colleagues suddenly discover the virtues of
- 29:06Speaker 13: the rule of law after four years where they brazenly
- 29:09Speaker 13: supported the most lawless Department of Justice and the most
- 29:12Speaker 13: politically weaponized department of justice our nation has ever seen.
- 29:16Speaker 13: We just heard the Senator from Rhye Island talk about
- 29:18Speaker 13: the imperative of protecting judges, and yet not a single
- 29:23Speaker 13: Democrat senator cared about the violent protesters that showed up
- 29:26Speaker 13: outside Supreme Court justices homes, including I might note female
- 29:30Speaker 13: justices like Justice Amy Coney Barrett threatening their family. And
- 29:34Speaker 13: Joe Biden's Attorney General didn't do a damn thing and
- 29:37Speaker 13: refused to enforce the law to protect those judges. Why
- 29:41Speaker 13: because he agreed with the violent protesters and he wanted
- 29:43Speaker 13: to intimidate and threaten those judges, Professor Bray. Under our constitution,
- 29:50Speaker 13: who should decide elections the voters or on elected judges.
- 29:54Speaker 14: The voters are the ones who should vote in the
- 29:56Speaker 14: election according to the laws, and the laws sometimes have
- 29:59Speaker 14: to be a plpplied by the judges if there are.
- 30:01Speaker 13: A and under our constitution, who is charged with making
- 30:06Speaker 13: policy decisions elected representatives elected by the people or unelected
- 30:10Speaker 13: federal judges.
- 30:12Speaker 14: I think the question of policy, Senator is a little
- 30:15Speaker 14: broader than the particular case. So the basic laws should
- 30:19Speaker 14: be enacted by Congress. That's where the fountain of.
- 30:22Speaker 13: Law polacy decisions are the elected branch. Right, law is
- 30:25Speaker 13: the province of the court. Policy is the province of
- 30:27Speaker 13: the elected branches. These are not complicated, Professor Bry, Let
- 30:30Speaker 13: me ask you this, do the federal courts have power
- 30:33Speaker 13: to issue remedies for people who are not parties to
- 30:36Speaker 13: a case.
- 30:37Speaker 14: That's the question, I agree is not complicated. They do
- 30:40Speaker 14: not have that power.
- 30:41Speaker 13: Is the phrase nationwide injunction or universal injunction found anywhere
- 30:45Speaker 13: in the Constitution?
- 30:47Speaker 14: It is not.
- 30:48Speaker 13: First chart the first one hundred and fifty years of
- 30:50Speaker 13: our republic, how many nationwide injunctions were issued?
- 30:54Speaker 14: My view is that there were not any until nineteen
- 30:56Speaker 14: sixty three.
- 30:57Speaker 2: Zero.
- 30:58Speaker 13: Now fast forward, how many nations wine injunctions were issued
- 31:01Speaker 13: in the entire twentieth century.
- 31:05Speaker 14: It's a small number, I would I would think it
- 31:08Speaker 14: would be a dozen. Giver take it's not large.
- 31:11Speaker 13: Twenty seven actually excluding Trump's first term. How many nationwide
- 31:18Speaker 13: injunctions were issued in the last twenty.
- 31:20Speaker 14: Years far more than that thirty two.
- 31:24Speaker 13: From twenty twenty and one to twenty twenty four against Biden,
- 31:27Speaker 13: Obama and Bush thirty two. And how many nationwide injunctions
- 31:31Speaker 13: have been issued in the last two months alone, there
- 31:35Speaker 13: have been quite a few thirty seven. Let that sink
- 31:40Speaker 13: in there have been more nationwide injunctions in the past
- 31:44Speaker 13: two months against President Trump than in the entire twentieth century.
- 31:50Speaker 13: There have been more nationwide injunction against President Trump in
- 31:53Speaker 13: the last two months than both terms of George W. Bush,
- 31:58Speaker 13: both terms of Barack Obama, and Joe Biden's term. We
- 32:02Speaker 13: saw during the Biden presidency Lawfair indicting President Trump four times,
- 32:09Speaker 13: using the machinery of justice to attack him, and that
- 32:11Speaker 13: was an attack on democracy because democrats today hate democracy.
- 32:19Speaker 13: Democrats today are angry at the voters for re electing
- 32:22Speaker 13: Donald Trump and electing a Republican Senate in a Republican House,
- 32:26Speaker 13: and they engage in Lawfair to stop democracy from operating.
- 32:31Speaker 1: Senator Cruz is absolutely right, and this is exactly why
- 32:34Speaker 1: it's so important that we fight back the way that
- 32:36Speaker 1: Pambondi said it. Wherever we have to when democrats abuse
- 32:41Speaker 1: their power, especially sitting on the bench, we're going to
- 32:44Speaker 1: cover it all every day for you.
- 32:46Speaker 3: Make sure you had that

- 32:50Speaker 1: tomorrow on the program.
