- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump has come out and said that he will
- 0:04Speaker 1: immediately bring back ice work site raids that is making
- 0:10Speaker 1: the mainstream media totally lose their mind. And he also said,
- 0:14Speaker 1: to top it off, the remain in Mexico border policy
- 0:17Speaker 1: will also be in effect. This coming from Tom Homan. Now,
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm also going to talk about coming up in a
- 0:25Speaker 1: moment something else that happened, and that is the shocking
- 0:27Speaker 1: news that came out of New York City on a
- 0:30Speaker 1: subway where you had two things that made me angry.
- 0:35Speaker 1: One an I legal immigrant that was deported during Donald
- 0:37Speaker 1: Trump's time in office, who of course came back over
- 0:40Speaker 1: a wide open southern border and then decided it would
- 0:44Speaker 1: be a fun idea to literally set a sleeping woman
- 0:47Speaker 1: on fire and watch her burn to death.
- 0:51Speaker 2: That was exactly what he did.
- 0:53Speaker 1: We now have found out even more about this individual,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and we've also found out how discussed saying that the
- 1:00Speaker 1: Governor of New York is in a pr stunt to
- 1:03Speaker 1: try to convince people that, oh no, no, the subway
- 1:05Speaker 1: is actually safe. See I'm writing it right now. There's
- 1:09Speaker 1: just one problem. She had security, National guardsmen and staff
- 1:14Speaker 1: all around her for the photo op. Not exactly what
- 1:17Speaker 1: the sleeping woman had, and I'm going to break that
- 1:20Speaker 1: down for you as well in a moment. But before
- 1:22Speaker 1: we get to that, the incoming borders are Homan has
- 1:26Speaker 1: said that the president, like Donald Trump, will restore immigration
- 1:30Speaker 1: and Customs enforcement authority to protect American workers by conducting
- 1:34Speaker 1: work site enforcement raids and reinstated the remain of Mexico
- 1:38Speaker 1: border policy, saying quote, we haven't really worked out the
- 1:42Speaker 1: plan for work site enforcement. Is what Homan told the
- 1:46Speaker 1: Washington Post in a interview about allowing ICE agents to
- 1:49Speaker 1: conduct such immigration enforcement, saying, quote, we know that employers
- 1:54Speaker 1: are going to be upset. In other words, he's putting
- 1:57Speaker 1: employers on notice. What you've been doing under the Biden
- 2:01Speaker 1: and Harris campaign leadership or their administration, I should say,
- 2:06Speaker 1: is not going to fly when we come into office.
- 2:09Speaker 1: In February of twenty twenty one, Biden actually stripped ICE
- 2:13Speaker 1: of its ability to conduct work site enforcement raids, making
- 2:18Speaker 1: it very clear to workforce or two companies, go ahead
- 2:21Speaker 1: and hire a bunch of legal immigrants, and you can
- 2:24Speaker 1: do whatever you want to do, because we're not going
- 2:27Speaker 1: to allow ICE to come in and have these work
- 2:30Speaker 1: site enforcement raids that were so effective now. At the time,
- 2:34Speaker 1: the agency official told the wash InPost that the administration
- 2:37Speaker 1: had quote established ICE without abolishing ICE, which is the
- 2:42Speaker 1: weirdest thing I've ever heard.
- 2:44Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:44Speaker 1: In addition to protecting American workers from illegal employment, Homan said,
- 2:49Speaker 1: the incoming Trump administration will reinstate the Remain in Mexico
- 2:53Speaker 1: policy at the southern border, which Biden ended on his
- 2:55Speaker 1: first day in office. Now, Remain in Mexico was created
- 2:58Speaker 1: and imposed by the first's Trump administration, helping to drastically
- 3:03Speaker 1: cut asylum fraud by ensuring migrants are not released into
- 3:08Speaker 1: the US interior while awaiting their immigration hearings. Homan said
- 3:13Speaker 1: the next administration will obviously conduct self cided facilities that
- 3:19Speaker 1: will hold migrant adults with the children they arrive at
- 3:22Speaker 1: the border with, because, as you know, the media loses
- 3:25Speaker 1: their mind at any point at any time when we
- 3:27Speaker 1: separate children from adults. We saw that as an Obama policy,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and then of course they tried to say no, no, it
- 3:34Speaker 1: was only Donald Trump that was a lie.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Quote.
- 3:36Speaker 1: We need to show the American people we can do
- 3:38Speaker 1: this and not be inhumane about it, is what Tom
- 3:41Speaker 1: Homan told the Washington Post.
- 3:43Speaker 2: We can't lose the faith of.
- 3:45Speaker 1: The American people, which is exactly why they're going to
- 3:47Speaker 1: do things a little bit differently. From a PR standpoint,
- 3:51Speaker 1: this is actually a really smart move. In reality, I
- 3:53Speaker 1: think it's total bs and crap. I don't think there's
- 3:56Speaker 1: any problem with separating children from their parents and their
- 3:59Speaker 1: parents are baking the law. Why do I say that?
- 4:01Speaker 1: We do it every single day in this country, every
- 4:03Speaker 1: single time an American citizen is arrested. Every time an
- 4:06Speaker 1: American citizen is put into jail, they are separated many
- 4:10Speaker 1: times from children, right, and no one seems to care
- 4:13Speaker 1: that they are separated from their children. When we put
- 4:16Speaker 1: people in jail Americans for committing crimes, we actually separate
- 4:21Speaker 1: adults from their children.
- 4:25Speaker 2: How is it any different when illegal immigrant does it?
- 4:27Speaker 3: Well?
- 4:28Speaker 1: For some reason, the PR nightmare this turned into basically,
- 4:31Speaker 1: we care more about illegal immigrants and their feelings that
- 4:34Speaker 1: we do about American citizens. I have no problem with
- 4:36Speaker 1: American citizens being separated from the children when they commit crimes.
- 4:39Speaker 2: Hence the reason why I have.
- 4:41Speaker 1: No problem with illegal immigrants being separated when they break
- 4:45Speaker 1: the law from their children. And by the way, it
- 4:48Speaker 1: is a huge deterrent when you do that. If a
- 4:50Speaker 1: parent thinks they're going to be separated from their child
- 4:52Speaker 1: when they're trying to break into the United States of America,
- 4:55Speaker 1: they're much less likely to then try to break into
- 4:57Speaker 1: the United States of America. Now, with all of that
- 5:01Speaker 1: being said, there's also something else that's happening right now,
- 5:05Speaker 1: and that is there are woke liberals who are fighting
- 5:08Speaker 1: back against the incoming Trump administration. Let me give an
- 5:10Speaker 1: example of what I'm talking about. Oregon Attorney General has
- 5:15Speaker 1: created what is referred to now as a sanctuary quote
- 5:18Speaker 1: unquote toolkit ahead of likely Trump home and illegal immigration crackdown.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Oregon became the first sanctuary state in nineteen eighty seven,
- 5:30Speaker 1: and now Oregon's top law enforcement officer, the Attorney General
- 5:33Speaker 1: rolled out what she called the Bilingual Sanctuary Promise Community Toolkit.
- 5:40Speaker 1: Why they say, to help the residents that would be
- 5:45Speaker 1: illegal immigrants to be very clear, right, that's what they're
- 5:50Speaker 1: talking about here, help illegal immigrants be able to stay
- 5:54Speaker 1: away from the Trump administration. Every person quote unquote has
- 6:00Speaker 1: the right to live, work, play and learn safely an
- 6:04Speaker 1: Oregon period. That is what the Oregon Democrat Attorney General
- 6:09Speaker 1: said in a statement announcing the toolkit in nineteen eighty seven,
- 6:13Speaker 1: Oregon lawmakers pass then Representative Rocky Marilla's HB twenty three
- 6:19Speaker 1: fourteen in response to several raids bys that would be
- 6:23Speaker 1: the US Immigration and Naturalization Service, which transferred into USCIS,
- 6:29Speaker 1: DHS and ICE in two thousand and three. The law
- 6:33Speaker 1: is largely considered the first sanctuary state policy in the country.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Rosenbum explicitly acknowledged Oregon's place in that regard, noting the
- 6:43Speaker 1: law prohibits state and local law enforcement resources from being
- 6:46Speaker 1: used to apprehend suspects charged solely with being present in
- 6:51Speaker 1: the US without papers. A press release from the Attorney
- 6:55Speaker 1: General's office noted that the bill passed nearly unanimously in
- 6:58Speaker 1: eighty seven and that by twenty twenty four, sanctuary laws
- 7:02Speaker 1: have become an intensely partisan issue.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Quote.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I asked my civil rights unit here at the Oregon
- 7:09Speaker 1: DOJ to do whatever we could to provide the people, businesses,
- 7:12Speaker 1: and local government of our state with easy to read
- 7:16Speaker 1: materials to help them know their rights and educate others.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And I'm so pleased with what they've put together. Is
- 7:22Speaker 1: what the statement said. Now, to be clear, what they're
- 7:25Speaker 1: saying is, if you're an legal immigrant come on down
- 7:27Speaker 1: to Oregon and you will enjoy your visit. They are saying,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we are sticking it to the federal government. The question
- 7:34Speaker 1: now is what will the federal government do to fight
- 7:37Speaker 1: back against this. Tom Homan was also asked about what's
- 7:41Speaker 1: going to happen when it comes to deportations.
- 7:44Speaker 2: This is very interesting.
- 7:46Speaker 1: He was on with Kelly and Conway and she asked
- 7:50Speaker 1: him about the plan that they've referred to as planes, trains.
- 7:56Speaker 2: And automobiles.
- 7:57Speaker 1: That is how they're going to get rid of illegal
- 7:59Speaker 1: immigran Consider in this country. Listen carefully to what Tom
- 8:02Speaker 1: Holman said.
- 8:04Speaker 4: It trains, planes, and automobiles to repatriate these illegal migrants
- 8:08Speaker 4: back to the home countries.
- 8:10Speaker 5: Well, Sarah said, Look, me and Governor Abbitt, we're not
- 8:12Speaker 5: waiting till January twentieth.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I've been on the Texas Roady meeting.
- 8:15Speaker 5: We're playing how we can work together to help Texas,
- 8:19Speaker 5: you know, secure their border at the highest level.
- 8:21Speaker 3: Ever, he's done a great job.
- 8:22Speaker 5: Illego immigration in Texas is down eighty six percent because
- 8:26Speaker 5: he put in place a lot of Trump's policies. Right
- 8:28Speaker 5: He's building border barriers like President Trump did. He's adding
- 8:32Speaker 5: consequences across the border illegally. He's wrestling with Trustpass and
- 8:36Speaker 5: people need to understand DPS has done allowed. Not only
- 8:39Speaker 5: is the Governor Avis action protecting protecting Texas, they're protecting
- 8:42Speaker 5: the United States because most of these illegal aliens aren't
- 8:45Speaker 5: staying in Texas, they're moving all the country. Every ounce
- 8:48Speaker 5: of FATANYLS trooper ceeds is less overdose deaths. Every person
- 8:52Speaker 5: they rest for trespass is one less goutaway. So they
- 8:55Speaker 5: get fingerprinted, they get bad at least we know they're
- 8:57Speaker 5: not terraced. But we're we're going to follow that model
- 8:59Speaker 5: across the Some West border. But my plan is, and
- 9:02Speaker 5: I've been very vocal about this, We're going to contract
- 9:04Speaker 5: as much workout as we can work that doesn't require
- 9:07Speaker 5: to badge in a gun. Could I need badging and
- 9:09Speaker 5: guns on the street to do the deportation operation. Someone
- 9:12Speaker 5: comes to driving bus transportation, whether it's ground or air,
- 9:15Speaker 5: whether it's processing, what are.
- 9:16Speaker 3: Some other administrative duties?
- 9:18Speaker 5: Contract contract that workout. Could there right now we got
- 9:23Speaker 5: badges and guns doing that work. Get them out of
- 9:24Speaker 5: that administrative work, put more on the street. And that's
- 9:27Speaker 5: what we're going to do into these sanctuary states and
- 9:29Speaker 5: cities keep pushing back. I'll have the extra resources, a
- 9:32Speaker 5: double manpower in those sanctuary cities, because if we can't
- 9:35Speaker 5: arrest the bad guy into jail with one agent, it
- 9:38Speaker 5: means I got to send the whole team out in
- 9:40Speaker 5: the field to find this person. And for after safety reasons,
- 9:43Speaker 5: we need a whole team rather than just one person.
- 9:46Speaker 5: So this is the plan we're putting together, and government
- 9:48Speaker 5: habits coming to the table. He's the first one to
- 9:49Speaker 5: come to the table, and I accepted it and shot
- 9:52Speaker 5: his hand and said, let's let's go, let's move forward,
- 9:54Speaker 5: let's do it.
- 9:56Speaker 4: Tom. I know that you often talk passionately about the
- 10:00Speaker 4: manditarian crisis that is our border crisis. You have some
- 10:04Speaker 4: of these democrats don't seem to care when babies are
- 10:06Speaker 4: drouting the rio. Grand don't say a word about it,
- 10:08Speaker 4: including our borders are Kamala Harris. Most days we don't
- 10:11Speaker 4: hear them talk about the ten year old boy being
- 10:13Speaker 4: abandoned by the smugglers, the two year old girl left
- 10:15Speaker 4: by herself two years old, Tom Homan, And yet I
- 10:19Speaker 4: feel like they're waiting for their photo op, and they
- 10:22Speaker 4: will resist the efforts that you and President Trump are
- 10:25Speaker 4: trying to put forward and make sure that they're showing
- 10:28Speaker 4: the big bad evil guys are separating families and people
- 10:31Speaker 4: are crying they're being deported. Bring us forward a little bit.
- 10:35Speaker 4: What will this look like? Will it be orderly? Will
- 10:38Speaker 4: it be humane? How are you guaranteeing that? Because you're
- 10:41Speaker 4: already getting so much resistance from the same mayors and
- 10:44Speaker 4: local officials who know this has been draining their resources,
- 10:48Speaker 4: know how angry their residents are about illegals coming there
- 10:52Speaker 4: getting cash and debit cards and cell phones and clothing
- 10:54Speaker 4: and hotel rooms in a place here like New York City,
- 10:56Speaker 4: let alone a New York City school child's desk in
- 10:59Speaker 4: a class room, Tom, How will you do it in
- 11:02Speaker 4: a way that people know you adhere to the law.
- 11:05Speaker 4: This is enforcing the law. It is humane, It is fair,
- 11:08Speaker 4: and it is just and legal.
- 11:10Speaker 3: Well, look, open borders are not humane.
- 11:12Speaker 5: The only thing on that on that border right now
- 11:14Speaker 5: that is humane are the men and women were in
- 11:16Speaker 5: that green uniform. They say thousands of lives every year.
- 11:20Speaker 5: I've seen these men and women give CPR to babies
- 11:23Speaker 5: that were thrown into the river by the cartel because
- 11:25Speaker 5: when they're chasing the boat of a smuggling load. It's
- 11:27Speaker 5: what the cartel members do. Throw the baby in the water.
- 11:30Speaker 5: Then the border to will have to jump in the
- 11:31Speaker 5: water and save that baby rather than rest in the smuggler.
- 11:34Speaker 3: Look.
- 11:35Speaker 5: I've held dying children, I've had I've held dead children.
- 11:38Speaker 5: I've talked to the little girls as young as nine
- 11:40Speaker 5: that were raped multiple times by criminal cartel's a border
- 11:44Speaker 5: open borders calls death. They cause a rise in sexual
- 11:47Speaker 5: a soda females and children. Under this administration, open border
- 11:51Speaker 5: sex trafficking. Sex trafficking is up over six hundred percent.
- 11:55Speaker 5: The number of people off the terrace fash lists is
- 11:57Speaker 5: at a historic high. The number amount of fatanyl coming
- 12:01Speaker 5: across the open border have killed over a quarter million Americans.
- 12:04Speaker 3: And that's just what open borders does.
- 12:07Speaker 5: When President Trump had the most secure border in my lifetime,
- 12:10Speaker 5: it loo was going to grason down ninety per when
- 12:12Speaker 5: ninety percent less people were coming. How many babies weren't dying,
- 12:15Speaker 5: how many women weren't being sexy assaulted, how many no
- 12:18Speaker 5: inspectatorists didn't make in the country, how many pounds of
- 12:21Speaker 5: fatanyl didn't get in the country kill Americans. Secure border
- 12:24Speaker 5: saves lives. But it's and that's where the humanitarian peace
- 12:27Speaker 5: comes into place. Under Joe Biden, historic number of aliens
- 12:31Speaker 5: have died across that border. Four thousand, a quarter million
- 12:33Speaker 5: Americans have died. The open border policies that are killing
- 12:37Speaker 5: aliens a record numbers, killing Americans record numbers, and we're
- 12:40Speaker 5: going to stop to them. We're going to secure the border.
- 12:42Speaker 5: As far as sang short cities. I find it hard
- 12:44Speaker 5: to believe that any mayor government wants to push back
- 12:47Speaker 5: on ICE because the President's been very clear right out
- 12:50Speaker 5: of the gate, we're going to concentrate on public safety
- 12:51Speaker 5: threats and national security threats. What an elected official wants
- 12:55Speaker 5: to tell his constituency, I'm okay with public safety threats
- 12:59Speaker 5: in my community. I don't want ices help to remove
- 13:01Speaker 5: these public safety threats. That's your number of responsibilities to
- 13:04Speaker 5: safety and security the public of their communities. If they
- 13:07Speaker 5: don't want to do it, ICE is going to do it.
- 13:09Speaker 5: And with all the death threats and all the negative
- 13:12Speaker 5: press right now, they can keep screaming all they want,
- 13:14Speaker 5: ICE is going to do this job.
- 13:16Speaker 3: I'm going to do this job. We're gonna make these
- 13:17Speaker 3: communities safer.
- 13:18Speaker 5: We're going to force the law and if they can,
- 13:21Speaker 5: if they don't want to help, instead decide don't help. Fine,
- 13:23Speaker 5: don't help, but don't get in our way. And I've
- 13:25Speaker 5: said this the past week over and over again. Do
- 13:29Speaker 5: not harboring conceal and illegal alien knowingly harboring conceal and
- 13:32Speaker 5: they will go alien from us because it's a crime.
- 13:34Speaker 5: Don't impeat us because it's a crime. Don't obstruct because
- 13:38Speaker 5: it's a crime. If you want to sit aside and
- 13:40Speaker 5: let us do your job of security the communities, fine,
- 13:42Speaker 5: we'll do that, but don't cross that line.
- 13:46Speaker 2: Don't cross that line.
- 13:47Speaker 1: It'll be very interesting to see how this plays out
- 13:51Speaker 1: with the issue now in Oregon, as many are saying, Okay,
- 13:54Speaker 1: watch this, we're going to fight back. Democrats this morning
- 13:59Speaker 1: go going in on immigration reform and sayg that, Well,
- 14:05Speaker 1: you know, the people that voted for illegal immigrants to
- 14:08Speaker 1: be kicked out of the country, that was only the criminals.
- 14:10Speaker 2: It wasn't Graandma.
- 14:11Speaker 1: They weren't saying they wanted Grandma kicked out of the
- 14:13Speaker 1: country that came in illegally. They just wanted illegal immigrants
- 14:16Speaker 1: that had committed heinous crimes kicked out of the country.
- 14:19Speaker 2: That's it.
- 14:20Speaker 1: Moving the goalpost yet again. Tom Homan talking about the
- 14:23Speaker 1: plans of this administration and laying out the agenda and
- 14:27Speaker 1: what you can expect day one.
- 14:29Speaker 2: Take a listen.
- 14:30Speaker 6: President electrum Brady to declare a national emergency and use
- 14:34Speaker 6: military assets to get the border crisis under control. But
- 14:37Speaker 6: blue state leaders wasted no time pushing them back.
- 14:39Speaker 3: Love.
- 14:40Speaker 7: I will not tolerate actions that harm Arizonans, that harm
- 14:44Speaker 7: our communities, and quite honestly, divert resources from providing real
- 14:51Speaker 7: security at our border.
- 14:52Speaker 6: The idea of calling out the army into the domestic
- 14:57Speaker 6: confines of the United States is seems uncalled for. Trump's
- 15:03Speaker 6: incoming borders are Tom Hoeman is joining us right now. Hey,
- 15:06Speaker 6: Tom Marny, So brother, let's break down this because you
- 15:10Speaker 6: see all these media experts saying that a Buayla.
- 15:14Speaker 3: Is going to be deported. I think you have two priorities.
- 15:17Speaker 6: Right, First, you got to get the criminal element, which
- 15:19Speaker 6: everyone agrees with, and then number two, you go straight
- 15:23Speaker 6: for those eight million people that have been coming across
- 15:26Speaker 6: the border under Joe Biden.
- 15:28Speaker 5: Right, yeah, we got three rails of business lawrence. First ball,
- 15:32Speaker 5: we got a security border. We know how to do
- 15:35Speaker 5: that we've done it before. A second, of all, we
- 15:36Speaker 5: need to run this deportation operations. The President's been clear
- 15:39Speaker 5: we're going to out of the gate. We're going to
- 15:41Speaker 5: focus on public safety threats and national security threats first
- 15:46Speaker 5: and fugitives. Those who cross the border legally had great
- 15:49Speaker 5: due process, a great tashpairs fans were ordered removed by
- 15:53Speaker 5: an immigration judge and didn't leave.
- 15:54Speaker 3: They're also a priority.
- 15:56Speaker 5: And third rail, we got to find over three hundred
- 15:58Speaker 5: thousand children were released into this country to so called
- 16:02Speaker 5: sponsors that the government can't find. We also got to
- 16:05Speaker 5: find them children to try to save them.
- 16:06Speaker 6: So real quick, Tom, do you deputize the local state
- 16:10Speaker 6: police like Texas DPS wants to work with ice, they
- 16:13Speaker 6: want to work with the border patrol. Do they get
- 16:16Speaker 6: deputized to help out with this crisis?
- 16:19Speaker 5: Yeah, we're going far from the twenty seven gjail program,
- 16:21Speaker 5: twenty seven G task force programs for law enforce agencies.
- 16:25Speaker 3: I want to help. Since I since I've.
- 16:27Speaker 5: Been announced Lawrence Week, I've gotten thousands of soldiers that
- 16:31Speaker 5: just recently left the military. They want to join forces.
- 16:35Speaker 5: Police officers that retired wanted to join forces but retired
- 16:38Speaker 5: borbit choices, retired h ICE states that want to come back,
- 16:41Speaker 5: retirements from Border Patrol that PaperWorks pulled back. There's a
- 16:45Speaker 5: lot of excitement to do this job for the President
- 16:48Speaker 5: United States.
- 16:49Speaker 3: Tom. I want to get some reaction to this story.
- 16:51Speaker 6: Apparently the roommate of the legal immigrant accused of murder
- 16:53Speaker 6: in Lincoln Riley testify yesterday that they took the humanitarian
- 16:57Speaker 6: flight from New York City to Georgia before they killed
- 17:01Speaker 6: Lincoln Riley.
- 17:03Speaker 3: What's your reaction to that.
- 17:05Speaker 5: Look, he should have been arrested by ICE in New
- 17:07Speaker 5: York City, but there's a sanctuary city. He should never be
- 17:09Speaker 5: in the country. Under President Trump, he wouldn't have been here.
- 17:11Speaker 5: He would have been waiting in Mexico nd to remain
- 17:14Speaker 5: in Mexico program. But here's what I want for all
- 17:16Speaker 5: those mayors and governors who said they're going to push
- 17:18Speaker 5: back in ICE to do this operation. I want you
- 17:20Speaker 5: to listen to that tape of the young that young
- 17:22Speaker 5: lady fighting for her life, fighting for her breath.
- 17:25Speaker 3: She did not want to die and she fought hard.
- 17:27Speaker 3: Listen to it. Just don't say, okay, another one died.
- 17:29Speaker 3: But I want you to.
- 17:30Speaker 5: Listen to the struggles because that happens across this country
- 17:33Speaker 5: almost every day by an illegal alien. So I want
- 17:35Speaker 5: those sanctuary city people allay say they're going to push
- 17:38Speaker 5: back in Ice.
- 17:38Speaker 3: Listen to that and tell me. I just said President
- 17:41Speaker 3: Trump wants to take public safety threats off the street.
- 17:43Speaker 3: That's a priority.
- 17:44Speaker 5: As elected mayor, elected governor, are you telling me that
- 17:47Speaker 5: you don't want.
- 17:48Speaker 3: Public safety threats out of your communities? That is your
- 17:50Speaker 3: number one responsibility to protect the communities. So smart en
- 17:53Speaker 3: up and work with us Tom real quickly.
- 17:55Speaker 6: What happens to a mayor or local police department chief
- 17:59Speaker 6: that is under demmer credit leadership that obstructs ice in
- 18:04Speaker 6: your federal agents that are helping get these deportations of
- 18:07Speaker 6: what happens to them.
- 18:08Speaker 5: Well, first of all, if they want to help us,
- 18:09Speaker 5: get the hell out of the way, for we're going
- 18:11Speaker 5: to do it. If I got sent twice a mint
- 18:12Speaker 5: of resources that city, that's what we're going to do.
- 18:15Speaker 5: If they able to give us access to the jail,
- 18:17Speaker 5: that will mean less agents to the community. For them
- 18:19Speaker 5: pushing back and not let us in the jail, it
- 18:21Speaker 5: just means more agents are gonna be in the community.
- 18:22Speaker 3: So they're hurting themselves. Finally, y'all say this. They need
- 18:25Speaker 3: to educate themselves.
- 18:26Speaker 5: They need to review this title eight the United States
- 18:29Speaker 5: Cold thirteen twenty four Triple I. Read about that, and
- 18:32Speaker 5: don't cross that line because it is a felony to
- 18:35Speaker 5: harbor and conceal an illegal anily from Ice.
- 18:37Speaker 3: Read the statue, don't cross that line.
- 18:40Speaker 1: That's the warning from Tom Holman, read the statute, don't
- 18:44Speaker 1: cross that line. Democrats doing everything that they can right
- 18:49Speaker 1: now to undermine what it is to keep us safe.
- 18:55Speaker 1: This is all about trying to keep us safe. That's
- 19:00Speaker 1: what this should be about. And Tom Homan laying it
- 19:03Speaker 1: out there saying, there's a lot of people that are ready,
- 19:06Speaker 1: a lot of people that are very very very very
- 19:09Speaker 1: willing and ready to do what they need to do
- 19:12Speaker 1: to quote keep us safe.
- 19:15Speaker 2: And that is I think sad.
- 19:17Speaker 1: The Democratic Party is dead. The Democratic Party that you
- 19:22Speaker 1: used to know that maybe you were a part of,
- 19:26Speaker 1: Maybe your family voted for a lot of Democrats, maybe
- 19:28Speaker 1: your family was proud to say they helped get Democrats elected.
- 19:31Speaker 1: That party is dead. It is now a party filled
- 19:35Speaker 1: with Marxists, socialists, and communists, and one of the most
- 19:40Speaker 1: frustrating things about all of this is what we are
- 19:43Speaker 1: now seeing and yet again another story, a story that
- 19:47Speaker 1: has caught the attention of the country because of a
- 19:50Speaker 1: previously deported illegal immigrant who has now been accused of
- 19:55Speaker 1: murdering a woman by setting her on fire in the
- 19:58Speaker 1: subway and watching her burn to what led ultimately to
- 20:02Speaker 1: her death. This is another illegal alien got away, previously
- 20:08Speaker 1: deported by the Trump administration. He is now accused of
- 20:13Speaker 1: murdering a woman in New York City subway because he
- 20:16Speaker 1: was I guess bored and wanted to set her on fire.
- 20:20Speaker 1: The thirty three year old illegal alien from Guatemala was
- 20:24Speaker 1: arrested by the New York City Police Department on Sunday
- 20:27Speaker 1: after being caught on the subway surveillance footage allegedly setting
- 20:31Speaker 1: a woman on fire and then fanning the flames to
- 20:33Speaker 1: burn her alive. Footage of the gruesome attack has circulated
- 20:39Speaker 1: widely online. The New York Police Department has not yet
- 20:42Speaker 1: released the identity of the woman. Immigration and Customs Enforcement
- 20:46Speaker 1: known as ICE officials confirmed a foxing his Bill mallusion
- 20:50Speaker 1: that the individual is an illegal alien who is among
- 20:53Speaker 1: millions of so called quote unquote got aways living the
- 20:57Speaker 1: United States of America after having six successfully crossed the
- 21:01Speaker 1: southern border without being detected. According to ICE officials, the
- 21:06Speaker 1: individual first crossed the border on June one, twenty eighteen,
- 21:11Speaker 1: in Arizona. He was given an order of expedited removal
- 21:15Speaker 1: and deported to his native Guatemala six days after crossing.
- 21:19Speaker 1: Now go back to twenty eighteen in June. First, when
- 21:22Speaker 1: this happened. Who was president of the United States of America.
- 21:25Speaker 1: I'm going to answer it for some of you out
- 21:27Speaker 1: there that may not be very good with math and years.
- 21:30Speaker 1: That would be a guy by the name of Donald J. Trump,
- 21:32Speaker 1: you know, the President elect right now. Subsequently, on an
- 21:36Speaker 1: unknown date, at an unknown location, the individual crossed the
- 21:41Speaker 1: border without being detected by Border patrol agents and ultimately
- 21:44Speaker 1: made his way to New York City, which has a
- 21:46Speaker 1: strict sanctuary jurisdiction policy that vows to not cooperate with
- 21:51Speaker 1: ICE agents at all.
- 21:53Speaker 2: And so what happened.
- 21:55Speaker 1: This individual, for whatever reason, decided it would be fun
- 21:59Speaker 1: to set am on fire, fan the flames and watch
- 22:03Speaker 1: her be burned alive. Now, this is a problem in
- 22:08Speaker 1: New York to the point where the governor, Governor Hochel
- 22:11Speaker 1: decided to ride the New York City subway. And this
- 22:15Speaker 1: is what she said as she's surrounded by police and
- 22:20Speaker 1: by staff. This is not a real ride on the
- 22:22Speaker 1: subway by herself with no one else around. This is
- 22:26Speaker 1: a photo op where she went through the turnstile, looked
- 22:30Speaker 1: at the cameras and said this.
- 22:33Speaker 8: I'm on the subway train heading on the Clean Center.
- 22:36Speaker 8: I have a lot of them, not quite last minute,
- 22:38Speaker 8: but I am holidays shopping to do an aprble to
- 22:41Speaker 8: your old granddaughter. So s we're on the shop, I
- 22:43Speaker 8: could take the subway where with me to go? Now
- 22:46Speaker 8: on all New Yorkers to feel safe.
- 22:47Speaker 9: This is why we've added so many National Guard for
- 22:50Speaker 9: two hundred and fifty more people were going to make
- 22:52Speaker 9: sure that you're ride to see.
- 22:57Speaker 1: Nothing like putting a little music to we are New
- 22:59Speaker 1: York at the NYT gov website where she put out
- 23:05Speaker 1: this video with some upbeat steppie music, going hey.
- 23:09Speaker 2: Don't worry.
- 23:10Speaker 1: If you're like me and you're surrounded by National guardmen
- 23:12Speaker 1: and security and all the people that are videoing this,
- 23:16Speaker 1: you're totally gonna be probably safe and fine. But if
- 23:19Speaker 1: you're a woman by yourself sitting on a train, there
- 23:23Speaker 1: can be an illegal immigrant that can come up to
- 23:24Speaker 1: you and set you on fire, doused you with a
- 23:29Speaker 1: accelerator and then want you be burned alive. Now, to
- 23:33Speaker 1: be also clear, it took her life, these injuries, and
- 23:37Speaker 1: now how do you combat it? You send out the
- 23:39Speaker 1: New York governor and you put it to some Peppi music,
- 23:42Speaker 1: and apparently this is supposed to make the whole problem
- 23:45Speaker 1: go away.
- 23:47Speaker 8: I'm on the subway train heading on the clean Center.
- 23:50Speaker 8: I have a lot of them, not quite last minute
- 23:52Speaker 8: buy a holiday's shopping can do at approval to your
- 23:55Speaker 8: own brand, daughters of slum word on the shop. I
- 23:57Speaker 8: could take the subway where we need to go all
- 24:00Speaker 8: New Yorkers to feel safe.
- 24:01Speaker 9: This is why we've added so many national dart over
- 24:04Speaker 9: two and fifty more people to make sure that you're right.
- 24:07Speaker 2: To see it.
- 24:11Speaker 1: There's your there's your upbeat video for you right that
- 24:14Speaker 1: the music is incredible. Everybody should just be happy like
- 24:18Speaker 1: everything's great. Nothing is wrong. We're all living in a
- 24:23Speaker 1: wonderful world. It's just all a fairy tale. How do
- 24:27Speaker 1: you get a fundamentally conservative person to who's going to
- 24:31Speaker 1: change the way things are done? To get elected? There liberal.
- 24:35Speaker 1: I mean, New York is proud of how liberal they are.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Like liberalism is just like a bastion of glory there.
- 24:43Speaker 1: You can't walk around and be a hardcore conservative. I mean, hell,
- 24:46Speaker 1: isn't Anthony Wiener about to run for city council again?
- 24:49Speaker 1: I mean that guy. The voters are so liberal there
- 24:52Speaker 1: that the New York Daily News can come out with
- 24:54Speaker 1: a headline that says woman dies after she catches fire
- 24:57Speaker 1: in Brooklyn subway car to cover for the open door policy,
- 25:02Speaker 1: sanctuary city policy, open border policy of the radical left,
- 25:07Speaker 1: which is continuing to spend hundreds of billions of dollars
- 25:12Speaker 1: on illegal immigrant staying in hotels in New York City.
- 25:15Speaker 1: All right, I just got to take a moment and

- 26:29Speaker 1: set of AMMO you don't need any more in a

- 27:13Speaker 1: your account today. Every time I think in New York
- 27:17Speaker 1: that you guys have had enough, you go and elect
- 27:20Speaker 1: somebody that's a hardcore lefty, and I'm like, yeah, this
- 27:24Speaker 1: is the reason why you guys are going to hell
- 27:25Speaker 1: in a handbasket. I actually believe there's a fifty percent chance,
- 27:30Speaker 1: a legitimate fifty percent chance, that your former governor who
- 27:35Speaker 1: left in disgrace, somehow get back into office.
- 27:37Speaker 2: I'm dead serious.
- 27:40Speaker 1: I think, Cuomo, there's a fifty percent chance that guy
- 27:42Speaker 1: can come back.
- 27:43Speaker 2: That's how liberal New York is. Just the reality of
- 27:47Speaker 2: the situation.
- 27:49Speaker 1: The part that makes me the most angry about this
- 27:51Speaker 1: video that was put out on social media. And by
- 27:53Speaker 1: the way, I'll put it out so you guys can
- 27:54Speaker 1: actually watch the video because it actually makes me even
- 27:56Speaker 1: more angry when you see her face where it's like, hey,
- 28:00Speaker 1: we're in the same place where a one was burned
- 28:01Speaker 1: alive by an illegal immigrant, but don't worry. I'm telling
- 28:04Speaker 1: you you're safe, and look at me the condescension of
- 28:09Speaker 1: this woman. These two scenarios are different. She has security
- 28:14Speaker 1: and National guard around her. She has staff that's willing
- 28:17Speaker 1: to protect her around her from any crazed person on
- 28:20Speaker 1: the subway. It is obvious that the scenario in which
- 28:25Speaker 1: she is in on that subway is nothing like the
- 28:27Speaker 1: scenario of the woman that was burned alive by an
- 28:31Speaker 1: illegal immigrant. She is not riding the subway the same
- 28:35Speaker 1: way that you or I would ride the subway. Last
- 28:37Speaker 1: time I was in New York and rode a subway,
- 28:39Speaker 1: and I'm there about every three weeks when i'm you know,
- 28:43Speaker 1: doing out Numbered on Fox News channel, and I don't
- 28:46Speaker 1: ever ride the subway unless it's a special occasion. My
- 28:50Speaker 1: dad's seventieth birthday, he had never been in New York
- 28:52Speaker 1: City and I asked what was on his bucket list,
- 28:54Speaker 1: and he's like, I'd like to go to New York City.
- 28:56Speaker 2: I'm like, you've never been.
- 28:56Speaker 1: He's like no, And I'm like, how is that even possible?
- 28:59Speaker 1: How did I not know this. We're gonna fix it.
- 29:02Speaker 1: And we rode the subway, because that's part of, like,
- 29:04Speaker 1: you know, bucket listing New York. If you're gonna do
- 29:06Speaker 1: New York, you're gonna ride the subway. We were riding
- 29:09Speaker 1: the subway coming back from a Yankees game when there
- 29:12Speaker 1: was a deranged man that got on the train. I mean,
- 29:17Speaker 1: the best wagon described is he was acting as if
- 29:19Speaker 1: he was demon possessed and got on the train and
- 29:23Speaker 1: started screaming at two grown men to get up from
- 29:25Speaker 1: their seats because he's sitting there, and started shaking his head,
- 29:28Speaker 1: looking like he was a wild animal. This individual was
- 29:32Speaker 1: a threat to society. He was a threat to everybody
- 29:35Speaker 1: on that train. Now, luckily, the two men, I think
- 29:37Speaker 1: made the right decision. They stood up and walked over
- 29:40Speaker 1: the other side of the car and let this possessed
- 29:43Speaker 1: individual do what he was going to do and sit down.
- 29:46Speaker 1: He also started screaming and laughing like a psychopath. There
- 29:51Speaker 1: was nobody there by the way to stop this guy.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It was us against him if something went wrong. And
- 29:56Speaker 1: I can tell you, as a grown man six '
- 29:58Speaker 1: two with my daddy and law enforcement and three other
- 30:02Speaker 1: men that were there at this end of the car,
- 30:05Speaker 1: I was worried about all of our safety. Was there
- 30:08Speaker 1: anybody there with a gun to protect us?
- 30:10Speaker 4: No?
- 30:10Speaker 1: Do we have guns? No, because you're not allowed to
- 30:12Speaker 1: have them in New York. But when the governor goes
- 30:15Speaker 1: on a subway train and that guy comes on that train,
- 30:18Speaker 1: it's a very different scenario because she has safety around her,
- 30:21Speaker 1: she has law enforcem around her, she has security around her,
- 30:25Speaker 1: and that's what this is really all about. So for
- 30:29Speaker 1: her to do a photo lot, to me, it's like
- 30:32Speaker 1: number one, how dare you? And oh my gosh, how
- 30:35Speaker 1: condescending can you possibly be?
- 30:37Speaker 4: Like?
- 30:37Speaker 1: How dare you sit there and go, hey, New York,
- 30:41Speaker 1: here's some hip music for you, and you're gonna be
- 30:45Speaker 1: safe because I've made you safe. When a woman was
- 30:48Speaker 1: just burned alive on the subway, Now, I didn't feel
- 30:51Speaker 1: safe riding on the subway after that experience. I just
- 30:54Speaker 1: because I'm realizing, I'm like, dude, I'm in closed quarters
- 30:56Speaker 1: with psychopaths and illegal immigrants who I don't know who
- 31:00Speaker 1: they are, who are terrorizing in the city. We're seventy
- 31:02Speaker 1: percent of all the crimes are committed in New York
- 31:04Speaker 1: City are being done by illegal immigrants right now. That's
- 31:07Speaker 1: their stats, not mine. I don't feel safe. I'm sure
- 31:11Speaker 1: as hell not going to tell anybody else to get
- 31:13Speaker 1: on the subway. I'm not gonna tell anybody else to
- 31:16Speaker 1: ride it in a group or alone, because there's no
- 31:18Speaker 1: way to protect yourself. If someone wants to set you
- 31:20Speaker 1: on fire, they can do it. It is obvious from
- 31:23Speaker 1: this video they can do it. Who's going to stop them?
- 31:25Speaker 1: How it's you against them? If you can't protect yourself,
- 31:28Speaker 1: and can you protect yourself from someone dousing you in
- 31:31Speaker 1: some sort of gasoline?
- 31:33Speaker 2: Right?
- 31:33Speaker 1: Can you really do that? Can you protect yourself from
- 31:37Speaker 1: some sort of gasoline that's being shot at you and
- 31:41Speaker 1: then you being set on fire? And they're like, Wow,
- 31:44Speaker 1: We've given you all these different people and all these
- 31:46Speaker 1: different You know that there's more than a thousand or
- 31:49Speaker 1: whatever number was of National Guards, and like that's great,
- 31:51Speaker 1: but that's not enough to keep people safe in New York.
- 31:53Speaker 1: If you don't believe me. Look at the crime stats. Okay, Like,
- 31:56Speaker 1: the crime stats are very clear. It is an incredibly
- 32:00Speaker 1: dangerous city and the subway has become incredibly dangerous.
- 32:05Speaker 2: And so the.
- 32:06Speaker 1: Governor comes out there and it's like, oh, yeah, I
- 32:08Speaker 1: know that lady was set on fire. I get it.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Like I know that kind of shocked some of you
- 32:12Speaker 1: that she was burned alive by an legal immigrant. But
- 32:14Speaker 1: we're still a sanctuary city. We're still a sanctuary state
- 32:18Speaker 1: in New York. We're still welcoming to anybody illegal that's illegally.
- 32:22Speaker 1: That's what we do, that's how we roll like that.
- 32:25Speaker 1: That's the part that is to me just so disgusting.
- 32:29Speaker 1: Make sure you share a podcast wherever you can on
- 32:32Speaker 1: social media. We do this show every day on social media,
- 32:36Speaker 1: so make sure again grab it, download it, and if
- 32:39Speaker 1: you get to see our videos on social media, please
- 32:42Speaker 1: share them because as you know that the big tech
- 32:45Speaker 1: suppresses everything we do here.
- 32:47Speaker 2: And I'll see you back here tomorrow.
