- 0:01Speaker 1: Donald Trump has come out and said that he will
- 0:04Speaker 1: immediately bring back ice work site raids that is making
- 0:10Speaker 1: the mainstream media totally lose their mind. And he also said,
- 0:14Speaker 1: to top it off, the remain in Mexico border policy
- 0:17Speaker 1: will also be in effect. This coming from Tom Homan. Now,
- 0:22Speaker 1: I'm also going to talk about coming up in a
- 0:25Speaker 1: moment something else that happened, and that is the shocking
- 0:27Speaker 1: news that came out of New York City on a
- 0:30Speaker 1: subway where you had two things that made me angry.
- 0:35Speaker 1: One an illegal immigrant that was deported during Donald Trump's
- 0:38Speaker 1: time in office, who of course came back over a
- 0:40Speaker 1: wide open southern border and then decided it would be
- 0:44Speaker 1: a fun idea to literally set a sleeping woman on
- 0:48Speaker 1: fire and watch her burn to death.
- 0:51Speaker 2: That was exactly what he did.
- 0:53Speaker 1: We now have found out even more about this individual,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and we've also found out how disgusted that the governor
- 1:01Speaker 1: of New York is in a pr stunt to try
- 1:03Speaker 1: to convince people that, oh, no, no, the subway is
- 1:05Speaker 1: actually safe. See I'm writing it right now. There's just
- 1:09Speaker 1: one problem. She had security, National guardsmen and staff all
- 1:14Speaker 1: around her for the photo op. Not exactly what the
- 1:17Speaker 1: sleeping woman had and I'm going to break that down
- 1:20Speaker 1: for you as well in a moment. But before we
- 1:22Speaker 1: get to that, the incoming borders are. Homan has said
- 1:26Speaker 1: that the president, like Donald Trump, will restore immigration and
- 1:30Speaker 1: Customs enforcement authority to protect American workers by conducting work
- 1:34Speaker 1: site enforcement raids and reinstand the remain of Mexico border policy,
- 1:39Speaker 1: saying quote, we haven't really worked out the plan for
- 1:43Speaker 1: work site enforcement. Is what Homan told the Washington Post
- 1:47Speaker 1: in a interview about allowing ICE agents to conduct such
- 1:50Speaker 1: immigration enforcement, saying, quote, we know that employers are going
- 1:55Speaker 1: to be upset. In other words, he's putting employers on notice.
- 1:59Speaker 1: What you've been doing under the Biden and Harris campaign
- 2:03Speaker 1: leadership or their administration, I should say, is not going
- 2:06Speaker 1: to fly when we come into office. In February of
- 2:10Speaker 1: twenty twenty one, Biden actually stripped ICE of its ability
- 2:14Speaker 1: to conduct work site enforcement raids, making it very clear
- 2:18Speaker 1: to workforce or two companies, go ahead and hire a
- 2:21Speaker 1: bunch of legal immigrants, and you can do whatever you
- 2:24Speaker 1: want to do, because we're not going to allow ICE
- 2:27Speaker 1: to come in and have these work site enforcement raids
- 2:31Speaker 1: that were so effective. Now at the time, the agency
- 2:34Speaker 1: official told the wash InPost that the administration had quote
- 2:38Speaker 1: established ICE without abolishing ICE, which is the weirdest thing
- 2:42Speaker 1: I've ever heard.
- 2:43Speaker 3: Now.
- 2:44Speaker 1: In addition to protecting American workers from illegal employment, Homan
- 2:48Speaker 1: said the incoming Trump administration will reinstate the Remain in
- 2:52Speaker 1: Mexico policy at the southern border, which Biden ended on
- 2:55Speaker 1: his first day in office. Now, Remain in Mexico was
- 2:58Speaker 1: created and imposed by the first Trump administration, helping to
- 3:02Speaker 1: drastically cut asylum fraud by ensuring migrants are not released
- 3:08Speaker 1: into the US interior while awaiting their immigration hearings. Homan
- 3:13Speaker 1: said the next administration will obviously conduct self cided facilities
- 3:19Speaker 1: that will hold migrant adults with the children they arrive
- 3:22Speaker 1: at the border with, because, as you know, the media
- 3:24Speaker 1: loses their mind at any point at any time when
- 3:27Speaker 1: we separate children from adults. We saw that as an
- 3:31Speaker 1: Obama policy, and then of course they tried to say no, no,
- 3:33Speaker 1: it was only Donald Trump that was a lie.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Quote.
- 3:36Speaker 1: We need to show the American people we can do
- 3:38Speaker 1: this and not be inhumane about it, is what Tom
- 3:41Speaker 1: Homan told the Washington Post.
- 3:43Speaker 2: We can't lose the faith.
- 3:44Speaker 1: Of the American people, which is exactly why they're going
- 3:47Speaker 1: to do things a little bit differently. From a PR standpoint,
- 3:50Speaker 1: this is actually a really smart move. In reality, I
- 3:53Speaker 1: think it's total bs and crap. I don't think there's
- 3:56Speaker 1: any problem with separating children from their parents and their
- 3:59Speaker 1: parents are break the law.
- 4:00Speaker 2: Why do I say that?
- 4:01Speaker 1: We do it every single day in this country, every
- 4:03Speaker 1: single time an American citizen is arrested. Every time an
- 4:06Speaker 1: American citizen is put into jail, they are separated many
- 4:10Speaker 1: times from children, right, and no one seems to care
- 4:13Speaker 1: that they are separated from their children. When we put
- 4:16Speaker 1: people in jail Americans for committing crimes, we actually separate
- 4:21Speaker 1: adults from their children. How is it any different when
- 4:26Speaker 1: illegal immigrant does it?
- 4:27Speaker 2: Well?
- 4:27Speaker 1: For some reason, the PR nightmare this turned into basically,
- 4:31Speaker 1: we care more about illegal immigrants and their feelings that
- 4:34Speaker 1: we do about American citizens. I have no problem with
- 4:36Speaker 1: American citizens being separated from the children when they commit crimes.
- 4:39Speaker 1: Hence the reason why I have no problem with illegal
- 4:43Speaker 1: immigrants being separated when they break the law from their children.
- 4:47Speaker 1: And by the way, it is a huge deterrent.
- 4:49Speaker 2: When you do that.
- 4:50Speaker 1: If a parent thinks they're going to be separated from
- 4:52Speaker 1: their child when they're trying to break into the United
- 4:53Speaker 1: States of America. They're much less likely to then try
- 4:56Speaker 1: to break into the United States of America. Now, with
- 5:00Speaker 1: all of that being said, there's also something else that's
- 5:03Speaker 1: happening right now, and that is there are woke liberals
- 5:07Speaker 1: who are fighting back against the incoming Trump administration. Let
- 5:10Speaker 1: me give an example of what I'm talking about. Oregon
- 5:13Speaker 1: Attorney General has created what is referred to now as
- 5:16Speaker 1: a sanctuary quote unquote toolkit ahead of likely Trump home
- 5:21Speaker 1: and illegal immigration crackdown. Oregon became the first sanctuary state
- 5:26Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty seven, and now Oregon's top law enforcement officer.
- 5:32Speaker 1: The Attorney General rolled out what she called the Bilingual
- 5:36Speaker 1: Sanctuary Promise Community Toolkit. Why they say, to help the
- 5:44Speaker 1: residents that would be illegal immigrants to be very clear, right,
- 5:49Speaker 1: that's what they're talking about here, help illegal immigrants be
- 5:53Speaker 1: able to stay away from the Trump administration. Every person
- 5:59Speaker 1: quote unquote has the right to live, work, play and
- 6:03Speaker 1: learn safely an Oregon period. That is what the Oregon
- 6:07Speaker 1: Democrat Attorney General sat in a statement announcing the toolkit
- 6:12Speaker 1: in nineteen eighty seven, Oregon lawmakers pass then Representative Rocky
- 6:16Speaker 1: Marilla's HB twenty three fourteen in response to several raids
- 6:21Speaker 1: by i INS that would be the US Immigration and
- 6:24Speaker 1: Naturalization Service, which transferred into USCIS, DHS and ICE in
- 6:30Speaker 1: two thousand and three.
- 6:32Speaker 2: The law is largely.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Considered the first sanctuary state policy in the country. Rosenbum
- 6:39Speaker 1: explicitly acknowledged Oregon's place in that regard, noting the law
- 6:43Speaker 1: prohibits state and local law enforcement resources from being used
- 6:47Speaker 1: to apprehend suspects charged solely with being present in the
- 6:51Speaker 1: US without papers. A press release from the Attorney General's
- 6:55Speaker 1: office noted that the bill passed nearly unanimously in eighty
- 6:59Speaker 1: seven and that by twenty twenty four, sanctuary laws have
- 7:02Speaker 1: become an intensely partisan issue.
- 7:06Speaker 2: Quote.
- 7:06Speaker 1: I asked my civil rights unit here at the Oregon
- 7:08Speaker 1: DOJA do whatever we could to provide the people, businesses,
- 7:12Speaker 1: and local government of our state with easy to read
- 7:15Speaker 1: materials to help them know their rights and educate others.
- 7:19Speaker 1: And I'm so pleased with what they've put together. Is
- 7:22Speaker 1: what the statement said. Now, to be clear, what they're
- 7:25Speaker 1: saying is, if you're an legal immigrant, come on down
- 7:27Speaker 1: to Oregon and you will enjoy your visit. They are saying,
- 7:31Speaker 1: we are sticking it to the federal government. The question
- 7:34Speaker 1: now is what will the federal government do to fight
- 7:37Speaker 1: back against this. Tom Homan was also asked about what's
- 7:41Speaker 1: going to happen when it comes to deportations.
- 7:44Speaker 2: This is very interesting.
- 7:46Speaker 1: He was on with Kelly and Conway and she asked
- 7:50Speaker 1: him about the plan that they've referred to as planes, trains,
- 7:55Speaker 1: and automobiles. That is how they're going to get rid
- 7:59Speaker 1: of a legal immigrants that are in this country. Listen
- 8:01Speaker 1: carefully to what Tom Holman said.
- 8:04Speaker 3: It trains, planes, and automobiles to repatriate these illegal migrants
- 8:08Speaker 3: back to the home countries.
- 8:09Speaker 4: Well, Sarah said, Look, me and Governor Abbitt, we're not
- 8:12Speaker 4: waiting till January twentieth. I've been on the Texas we're
- 8:14Speaker 4: already meeting. We're playing how we can work together to
- 8:18Speaker 4: help Texas, you know, secure their border at the highest
- 8:20Speaker 4: level ever, he's done a great job. Illego immigration in
- 8:23Speaker 4: Texas is down eighty six percent because he put in
- 8:27Speaker 4: place a lot of Trump's policies. Right He's building border
- 8:29Speaker 4: barriers like President Trump did. He's adding consequences across the
- 8:33Speaker 4: border illegally. He's wrestling with trust Pass and people need
- 8:36Speaker 4: to understand DPS has done a lot. Not only is
- 8:38Speaker 4: the Governor Avis action protecting protecting Texas, they're protecting the
- 8:42Speaker 4: United States because most of these illegal aliens aren't staying
- 8:45Speaker 4: in Texas, they're moving all the country. Every ounce of
- 8:48Speaker 4: FATANYLS trooper ceeds is less overdose deaths. Every person they
- 8:52Speaker 4: rest for trespass is one less goutaway. So they get fingerprinted,
- 8:55Speaker 4: they get bad at least we know they're not terraced.
- 8:57Speaker 4: But we're we're going to follow that model across the
- 8:59Speaker 4: southware supporter. But my plan is, and I've been very
- 9:02Speaker 4: vocal about this, We're going to contract as much workout
- 9:05Speaker 4: as we can work that doesn't require to badge in
- 9:07Speaker 4: a gun. Could I need badging and guns on the
- 9:09Speaker 4: street to do the deportation operation. Someone comes to driving
- 9:12Speaker 4: bus transportation, whether it's ground or air, whether it's processing,
- 9:16Speaker 4: what are some other administrative duties? Contract contract that workout.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Could there right now we got badges and guns doing
- 9:23Speaker 4: that work. Get them out of that administrative work, put
- 9:26Speaker 4: more on the street. And that's what we're going to
- 9:27Speaker 4: do into these sanctuary states and cities keep pushing back.
- 9:30Speaker 4: I'll have the extra resources, a double manpower in those
- 9:33Speaker 4: sanctuary cities, because if we can't arrest the bad guy
- 9:36Speaker 4: into jail with one agent, it means I got to
- 9:38Speaker 4: send the whole team out in the field to find
- 9:40Speaker 4: this person. And for after safety reasons, we need a
- 9:43Speaker 4: whole team rather than just one person. So this is
- 9:46Speaker 4: the plan we're putting together, and government habits coming to
- 9:48Speaker 4: the table. He's the first one to come to the table,
- 9:50Speaker 4: and I accepted it and shake his hand and said,
- 9:52Speaker 4: let let's go, let's move forward, Let's do it.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Tom. I know that you often talk passionately about the humanity, Harry,
- 10:00Speaker 3: and crisis that is our border crisis. You have some
- 10:03Speaker 3: of these democrats don't seem to care when babies are
- 10:06Speaker 3: droughting the rio. Grand don't say a word about it,
- 10:07Speaker 3: including our borders are Kamala Harris. Most days we don't
- 10:11Speaker 3: hear them talk about the ten year old boy being
- 10:13Speaker 3: abandoned by the smugglers, the two year old girl left
- 10:15Speaker 3: by herself two years old, Tom Homan, And yet I
- 10:19Speaker 3: feel like they're waiting for their photo op, and they
- 10:22Speaker 3: will resist the efforts that you and President Trump are
- 10:25Speaker 3: trying to put forward and make sure that they're showing
- 10:28Speaker 3: the big, bad, evil guys are separating families and people
- 10:31Speaker 3: are crying, they're being deported. Bring us forward a little bit.
- 10:35Speaker 3: What will this look like? Will it be orderly? Will
- 10:38Speaker 3: it be humane? How are you guaranteeing that? Because you're
- 10:41Speaker 3: already getting so much resistance from the same mayors and
- 10:44Speaker 3: local officials who know this has been draining their resources,
- 10:48Speaker 3: know how angry their residents are about illegals coming there
- 10:51Speaker 3: getting cash and debit cards and cell phones and clothing
- 10:54Speaker 3: and hotel rooms in a place here like New York City,
- 10:56Speaker 3: let alone a New York City school child's desk in
- 10:59Speaker 3: a class, Tom, How will you do it in a
- 11:02Speaker 3: way that people know you adhere to the law. This
- 11:05Speaker 3: is enforcing the law. It is humane, it is fair,
- 11:08Speaker 3: and it is just and legal.
- 11:12Speaker 4: Well, look, open borders are not humane. The only thing
- 11:14Speaker 4: on that border right now that is humane are the
- 11:17Speaker 4: men and women more in that green uniform they say
- 11:20Speaker 4: thousands of lives every year. I've seen these men and
- 11:22Speaker 4: women give CPR to babies that were thrown into the
- 11:25Speaker 4: river by the cartel. Because when they're chasing the boat
- 11:27Speaker 4: of a smuggling load. It's what the cartel members do.
- 11:30Speaker 4: Throw the baby in the water. Then the borbit will
- 11:32Speaker 4: have to jump in the water and save that baby
- 11:34Speaker 4: rather than resting the smuggler. Look, I've held dying children,
- 11:38Speaker 4: I've had I've held dead children. I've talked to the
- 11:40Speaker 4: little girls as young as nine that were raped multiple
- 11:43Speaker 4: times by criminal cartel. Is a border open borders calls death.
- 11:47Speaker 4: They cause a rise in sexual assaulta females and children.
- 11:50Speaker 4: Under this administration, open border sex trafficking. Sex trafficking is
- 11:54Speaker 4: up over six hundred percent. The number of people off
- 11:57Speaker 4: the terrace watch lists? Is that a historic high? The
- 12:01Speaker 4: number the amount of fatanyl coming across the open border
- 12:03Speaker 4: have killed over a quarter million Americans.
- 12:06Speaker 5: And that's just what open borders does.
- 12:08Speaker 4: When President Trump had the most secure border in my lifetime,
- 12:11Speaker 4: it look going to Grason down ninety percent. When ninety
- 12:14Speaker 4: percent less people are coming, how many babies weren't dying,
- 12:17Speaker 4: how many women weren't being sexy assaulted, how many no
- 12:20Speaker 4: inspectatorists didn't make in the country, how many pounds of
- 12:22Speaker 4: fatanyl didn't get in the country kill Americans?
- 12:25Speaker 5: Secure border saves lives.
- 12:26Speaker 4: But it's and that's where the humanitarian peace comes into place.
- 12:30Speaker 4: Under Joe Biden, historic number of aliens have died across
- 12:33Speaker 4: that border, four thousand, a quarter million Americans have died.
- 12:36Speaker 5: But the open border policies that are.
- 12:38Speaker 4: Killing aliens a record numbers, killing Americans record numbers, and
- 12:41Speaker 4: we're going to stop to them.
- 12:42Speaker 5: We're going to secure the border. As far as sang
- 12:44Speaker 5: Suarrey cities.
- 12:45Speaker 4: I find it hard to believe that any mayor government
- 12:47Speaker 4: wants to push back on ICE because the President's been
- 12:50Speaker 4: very clear right out of the gate, We're going to
- 12:52Speaker 4: concentrate on public safety threads and national security threats. What
- 12:55Speaker 4: an elected official wants to tell his constituency, I'm okay
- 12:59Speaker 4: with public safety threats in my community. I don't want
- 13:02Speaker 4: ices help to remove these public safety threats. That's your
- 13:04Speaker 4: number of responsibilities, the safety and security the public of
- 13:08Speaker 4: their communities.
- 13:09Speaker 5: If they don't want to do it, ICE is going
- 13:10Speaker 5: to do it.
- 13:11Speaker 4: And with all the death threats and all the negative
- 13:13Speaker 4: press right now, they can keep screaming all they want,
- 13:15Speaker 4: ICE is going to do this job. I'm going to
- 13:18Speaker 4: do this job and gonna make these communities safer. We're
- 13:20Speaker 4: going to force the law and if they can, if
- 13:22Speaker 4: they don't want to help, instead decide don't help. Fine,
- 13:25Speaker 4: don't help, but don't get in our way. And I've
- 13:27Speaker 4: said this the past week over and over again. Do
- 13:30Speaker 4: not harbor and conceal and illegal alien knowingly harboring, conceal
- 13:33Speaker 4: and they will go alien from us because it's a crime.
- 13:36Speaker 4: Don't impeat us because it's a crime. Don't obstruct because
- 13:39Speaker 4: it's a crime. If you want to sit aside and
- 13:42Speaker 4: let us do your job of security the communities, fine,
- 13:44Speaker 4: we'll do that, but don't cross that line.
- 13:47Speaker 2: Don't cross that line.
- 13:49Speaker 1: It'll be very interesting to see how this plays out
- 13:52Speaker 1: with the issue now in Oregon, as many are saying, Okay,
- 13:55Speaker 1: watch this, we're going to fight back. Quick break, Ben
- 13:59Speaker 1: Fergus show, much more coming up. Well, if you needed
- 14:03Speaker 1: another reason to be thankful that you voted for Donald
- 14:06Speaker 1: Trump over Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, to look no
- 14:10Speaker 1: further than their decision to spare the lives of some
- 14:13Speaker 1: of the worst criminals on death row with federal crimes.
- 14:17Speaker 1: We're talking about people that have slit the throat of children,
- 14:20Speaker 1: executed a two and three year old, riddled their bodies
- 14:25Speaker 1: with bullets. Someone who kidnapped a twelve year old, killed
- 14:28Speaker 1: her mother in front of the twelve year old, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: then slit the throat of the.
- 14:33Speaker 2: Twelve year old. I'm not being graphic.
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'm actually telling you the crimes that were committed by
- 14:39Speaker 1: these individuals who Joe Biden decided to commute their sentence. Now,
- 14:45Speaker 1: let's also be clear here, Joe Biden, I'm not even
- 14:50Speaker 1: sure knows what the hell's going on.
- 14:54Speaker 2: Like, I'm not like, I'm not even sure that they
- 14:56Speaker 2: know what the hell's going on. He knows. I don't
- 14:59Speaker 2: think he's running the country.
- 15:00Speaker 1: I think we all know this, And so the question
- 15:03Speaker 1: now becomes like, who's running the country? And how long
- 15:08Speaker 1: has the country been run by someone that was liketed
- 15:12Speaker 1: by no one? From what we're now gathering, apparently the
- 15:15Speaker 1: entire time. He's been in cognitive decline since he got
- 15:18Speaker 1: to the White House to be the president, So he
- 15:21Speaker 1: has not been running the country. Now, what does Joe
- 15:25Speaker 1: Biden actually think if Joe Biden was of sound mind
- 15:30Speaker 1: about the death penalty? I can actually tell you, not
- 15:33Speaker 1: because I can read Joe Biden's mind, but because I
- 15:37Speaker 1: can go back and play you the tape. This is
- 15:41Speaker 1: Joe Biden in the US Senate July the twenty second
- 15:45Speaker 1: of nineteen ninety four. At the time he was the
- 15:49Speaker 1: senior senator from Delaware. He's a Democrat, and this is
- 15:54Speaker 1: what he had to say about the death penalty in
- 15:56Speaker 1: ninety four, when clearly he was in charge of his mind.
- 16:00Speaker 6: I'm a death penalty supporter. I'm the guy that wrote
- 16:03Speaker 6: this bill. Presumptuous thing to say, but I wrote this
- 16:07Speaker 6: bill my own little hands, and I added into the
- 16:14Speaker 6: bill more than fifty death penalties. I support the death penny.
- 16:20Speaker 6: This president supports.
- 16:21Speaker 2: The death pen.
- 16:24Speaker 1: I support the death penalty. I wrote it. The president
- 16:27Speaker 1: supports the death penalty. I'm a death penalty supporter. His
- 16:29Speaker 1: exact words, I'm the guy that wrote this bill. Presumptuous
- 16:34Speaker 1: thing to say, but I wrote this bill my own
- 16:35Speaker 1: little hands, and I added into the bill more than
- 16:39Speaker 1: fifty death penalties. I support the death pony. The president
- 16:44Speaker 1: supports death penalty. Now that was in nineteen ninety four.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Who was president ninety four, guy by the name of
- 16:49Speaker 1: Bill Clinton. Now Joe Biden then was that. I want
- 16:54Speaker 1: to be clear, he was on his a game. Okay,
- 16:56Speaker 1: I'm not saying I like just politics, but he was
- 16:59Speaker 1: clearly on his A game. Then he was on his
- 17:02Speaker 1: A game. He understood his A game and what he
- 17:07Speaker 1: stood for, and he would tell you what he stood for.
- 17:09Speaker 1: And it was very, very very clear what he stood for,
- 17:13Speaker 1: and he wrote it in there, not once, but fifty
- 17:15Speaker 1: times what he was in favor of with the death penalty.
- 17:22Speaker 2: What changed?
- 17:24Speaker 1: Number One, I think Joe Biden's no longer in charge
- 17:27Speaker 1: based on what we've been told. I don't think he's
- 17:29Speaker 1: been in charge for a very long time based on
- 17:31Speaker 1: what had been told. What we've been told in the
- 17:34Speaker 1: new information's coming out, Joe Biden has had a massive
- 17:39Speaker 1: cognitive decline that's been a.
- 17:40Speaker 2: Cover up for the last four years.
- 17:44Speaker 1: Biden's naps quote took precedent over meetings with Gold Star families.
- 17:50Speaker 1: This from a bombshell Wall Street Journal story. And finally
- 17:55Speaker 1: the New York Times is now coming out admitting that
- 17:57Speaker 1: Biden was old and there's been major.
- 17:59Speaker 2: Problems with Joe Biden.
- 18:02Speaker 1: The biggest political scandal, I would argue ever more than Watergate, right,
- 18:09Speaker 1: more than the Pentagon papers, Joe Biden.
- 18:14Speaker 2: This is the biggest political scandal.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Ever, certainly in my lifetime that we have that we
- 18:19Speaker 1: have a president of the United States of America right
- 18:26Speaker 1: now that is not in charge. Joe Biden has been
- 18:30Speaker 1: incapacitated the entire time he has been commander in chief.
- 18:34Speaker 1: The New York Post article on this was even more damning.
- 18:40Speaker 1: Sleepy Joe forced grieving military families to wait hours while
- 18:44Speaker 1: he napped on Air Force One is the new shocking
- 18:49Speaker 1: story President Biden, The reportings says, force the grieving relatives
- 18:55Speaker 1: of marines killed in Afghanistan to wait for hours while
- 18:57Speaker 1: he napped on Air Force one. Multiple family members have
- 18:59Speaker 1: said to The New York Post. On August of twenty eighth,
- 19:04Speaker 1: Taliban terrorists killed thirteen American soldiers in more than one
- 19:07Speaker 1: hundred and seventy Afghans at the Kabul International Airport at
- 19:10Speaker 1: the Ivy Gate in Afghanistan. We all know about that
- 19:13Speaker 1: disastrous pull out because he wanted a ceremonious moment where
- 19:16Speaker 1: he says I ended America's longest war. The attack came
- 19:20Speaker 1: during the final days the Kaduk American withdrawal from the country.
- 19:23Speaker 1: We were taking orders from terras even though we didn't
- 19:26Speaker 1: have to. Biden's reported nap took place during a dignified
- 19:32Speaker 1: transfer ceremony when the President first Lady Joe Biden were
- 19:36Speaker 1: to welcome the caskets of the fallen soldiers at Dove
- 19:38Speaker 1: Force Base and Delaware.
- 19:41Speaker 2: The family said.
- 19:42Speaker 1: The leader's decision to snooze on the tarmac instead of
- 19:45Speaker 1: greet them was an insult to the memories of their
- 19:47Speaker 1: loved ones. Biden made us wait an extra three hours
- 19:50Speaker 1: to receive the bodies of our dead family members because
- 19:53Speaker 1: he couldn't pull it together, is what Royce McCullum told
- 19:58Speaker 1: The Daily Mail. Brother Riley was killed in the airport massacre.
- 20:04Speaker 1: A military officer told her Biden was snoozing on the plane.
- 20:09Speaker 1: The account was additionally and again it's amazing how this
- 20:12Speaker 1: reporting comes out now, but not when he was running
- 20:15Speaker 1: for reelection.
- 20:15Speaker 6: Right.
- 20:17Speaker 1: The account was additionally confirmed by Darren Hoover, the father
- 20:20Speaker 1: of Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover, and Christy Shamlin, the mother
- 20:25Speaker 1: in the mother in law of Marine Sergeant Nicole Gee,
- 20:29Speaker 1: both soldiers were killed in the explosion at the airport.
- 20:32Speaker 2: In cobble quote, we.
- 20:33Speaker 1: Set in the office for what seemed like an attorney
- 20:35Speaker 1: waiting on the dodoring old fool, Hoover told the Mail
- 20:41Speaker 1: the disasters Afghan withdrawal after twenty years of wars Wiley
- 20:44Speaker 1: view is a low point in Biden's term. He faced
- 20:48Speaker 1: criticism for military families after being filmed checking his watch
- 20:52Speaker 1: during the dignified transfer ceremony at Dover. Don't worry the
- 20:56Speaker 1: media covered for that one because the Marxist and socialists
- 20:59Speaker 1: and communists and will do whatever it takes to try
- 21:01Speaker 1: to prop up liberals. White House allies later tried to
- 21:04Speaker 1: insist the moment never happened of him checking his watch,
- 21:07Speaker 1: even though we have video and pictures of it actually happening.
- 21:11Speaker 2: I rent for the White.
- 21:12Speaker 1: House insisted that Napgate also is a false story, saying
- 21:17Speaker 1: this to The New York Post.
- 21:19Speaker 2: The claim is untrue.
- 21:21Speaker 1: As President Biden said on the fourth anniversary anniversary the
- 21:23Speaker 1: tragic attack on Iby Gate and in the letters he
- 21:26Speaker 1: wrote to family members after meeting them in Dover, these
- 21:30Speaker 1: thirteen Americans and the many more that were wounded were
- 21:33Speaker 1: patriots in the highest sense, and we owe them and
- 21:35Speaker 1: their families a sacred debt that will we will never able,
- 21:39Speaker 1: that we will never be able to fully repay.
- 21:43Speaker 2: But will never cease working to.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Fulfill A White House spokesman said, So that is their alibi.
- 21:48Speaker 1: That is how they're covering up for this, saying no, no, no,
- 21:52Speaker 1: it didn't happen. Really Okay, So let's go to the
- 21:57Speaker 1: New York Times.
- 21:57Speaker 2: And they're reporting this week.
- 21:59Speaker 1: Of course this is O'biden's like walking out the door,
- 22:01Speaker 1: and they're like, all right, screw him. The New York
- 22:03Speaker 1: Times in June of twenty twenty four actually said this
- 22:07Speaker 1: in their reporting quote, some of the videos of mister
- 22:10Speaker 1: Biden circulating during this year's campaign are clearly manipulated.
- 22:16Speaker 2: To make him look old and confused.
- 22:18Speaker 1: Others cut out vital context to portray him in a
- 22:22Speaker 1: negative light, a process sometimes known as a quote unquote
- 22:26Speaker 1: cheap fake because it requires a little expense or technological
- 22:32Speaker 1: skill to create. That is what the New York Times
- 22:35Speaker 1: said in June of this year, when Joe Biden was
- 22:38Speaker 1: still the president.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Running for reelection.
- 22:42Speaker 1: What is the New York Times writing now in December
- 22:45Speaker 1: of the same year, twenty twenty four, where we are
- 22:47Speaker 1: right now? Here is the new quote for the New
- 22:50Speaker 1: York Times, as they're now trying to act like there's
- 22:53Speaker 1: some sort of real journalists. You ready listen very very carefully,
- 22:58Speaker 1: because this is a bit change, a huge change from
- 23:02Speaker 1: what they were reporting earlier.
- 23:05Speaker 2: Quote.
- 23:06Speaker 1: This is the twilight of mister Biden's presidency. The final
- 23:11Speaker 1: day is the final chapter of an epic half century
- 23:14Speaker 1: political journey that has had more than its share of
- 23:18Speaker 1: twists and turns. Time is catching up with mister Biden.
- 23:23Speaker 1: He looks a little older and a little slower with
- 23:26Speaker 1: each passing day. Aide say he remains plenty sharp in
- 23:30Speaker 1: the situation room, calling world leaders to broke a seas
- 23:33Speaker 1: fire in Lebanon or deal with the chaos of Syria's rebellion.
- 23:39Speaker 1: But it is hard to imagine that he seriously thought
- 23:41Speaker 1: he could do the world's most stressful job.
- 23:43Speaker 2: For another four years. Oh whoa.
- 23:47Speaker 1: That's certainly a big change from June when the New
- 23:50Speaker 1: York Times was putting out government propaganda on behalf of
- 23:53Speaker 1: Joe Biden. So what's the Wall Street Journal saying now
- 23:58Speaker 1: about all of this?
- 24:00Speaker 2: Wow?
- 24:00Speaker 5: The Wall Street.
- 24:01Speaker 1: Journal says, how the White House functioned? Would they diminish
- 24:05Speaker 1: Biden in charge?
- 24:07Speaker 2: Now?
- 24:08Speaker 1: Talking about the entire four years were all a ruse?
- 24:13Speaker 1: We were all being lied to about the cognitive decline
- 24:17Speaker 1: that was apparently massive of Joe Biden. From the first
- 24:19Speaker 1: day in office until the last day he will be
- 24:22Speaker 1: in office, aids kept meetings short on purpose and controlled
- 24:28Speaker 1: access to the president. Top advisors acted as go betweens,
- 24:32Speaker 1: and public interactions became more and more scripted, like the
- 24:36Speaker 1: fake White House they built inside of the EEOB to
- 24:40Speaker 1: look like the real White House. They could control the
- 24:42Speaker 1: environment and have bigger teleprompters. The Biden administration denies that
- 24:47Speaker 1: Biden has declined, even though we all can now see
- 24:50Speaker 1: it with our own eyes. To adapt the White House
- 24:54Speaker 1: around the needs of a diminished leader, they told visitors
- 24:58Speaker 1: to keep meetings focused. Interactions with senior Democratic lawmakers and
- 25:02Speaker 1: some cabinet members, including powerful secretaries such as Secretary Lloyd
- 25:08Speaker 1: Austin the Treasury Secretary Jennet Yellen, were infrequent or grew
- 25:13Speaker 1: less frequent.
- 25:14Speaker 2: Some legislative leaders.
- 25:16Speaker 1: Had a hard time getting the president's ere a key moments,
- 25:18Speaker 1: including ahead of the US's disasters pull out from Afghanistan.
- 25:23Speaker 1: Maybe that's because the President was taking his famous naps,
- 25:26Speaker 1: which had present over any issues right like national security issues.
- 25:32Speaker 1: This is who the president spend the entire time and
- 25:35Speaker 1: the entire time, the government has been telling the media
- 25:39Speaker 1: to lie to you, the American people, and they did
- 25:42Speaker 1: it flawlessly until now when they can finally tell you
- 25:46Speaker 1: part of the truth. And usually it is a pretty
- 25:51Speaker 1: bland holiday when it comes to news. A lot of
- 25:55Speaker 1: people relaxing, spending time with their family, hang out with friends,
- 25:59Speaker 1: and usually it's just not a.
- 26:01Speaker 2: Lot of news.
- 26:02Speaker 1: That is not the case this Christmas season, that I
- 26:05Speaker 1: can assure you. And one of the most frustrating things
- 26:09Speaker 1: about all of this is what we are now seeing
- 26:12Speaker 1: and yet again, another story, a story that has caught
- 26:15Speaker 1: the attention of the country because of a previously deported
- 26:19Speaker 1: illegal immigrant who has now been accused of murdering a
- 26:23Speaker 1: woman by setting her on fire in the subway and
- 26:26Speaker 1: watching her burn to what led ultimately to her death.
- 26:32Speaker 1: This is another illegal alien got away. Previously deported by
- 26:37Speaker 1: the Trump administration. He is now accused of murdering a
- 26:41Speaker 1: woman in New York City subway because he was I
- 26:44Speaker 1: guess bored and wanted to set her on fire. The
- 26:49Speaker 1: thirty three year old illegal alien from Guatemala was arrested
- 26:52Speaker 1: by the New York City Police Department on Sunday after
- 26:56Speaker 1: being caught on the subway surveillance footage allegedly setting a
- 26:59Speaker 1: woman on fire and then fanning the flames to burn
- 27:02Speaker 1: her alive. Footage of the Gruesom attack has circulated widely online.
- 27:09Speaker 1: The New York Police Department has not yet released the
- 27:11Speaker 1: identity of the woman. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, known as ICE,
- 27:16Speaker 1: officials confirmed to Fox News Bill Mallusion that the individual
- 27:20Speaker 1: is an illegal alien who is among millions of so
- 27:23Speaker 1: called quote unquote got aways living the United States of
- 27:27Speaker 1: America after having successfully crossed the southern border without being detected.
- 27:33Speaker 1: According to ICE officials, the individual first crossed the border
- 27:37Speaker 1: on June one, twenty eighteen, in Arizona. He was given
- 27:42Speaker 1: an order of expedited removal and deported to his native
- 27:45Speaker 1: Guatemala six days after crossing. Now go back to twenty eighteen,
- 27:50Speaker 1: in June first, when this happened. Who was president of
- 27:52Speaker 1: the United States of America. I'm going to answer it
- 27:55Speaker 1: for some of you out there that may not be
- 27:57Speaker 1: very good with math and years. That would be a
- 27:59Speaker 1: guy by the name of Donald J. Trump, you know,
- 28:01Speaker 1: the President elect right now. Subsequently, on an unknown date,
- 28:06Speaker 1: at an unknown location, the individual crossed the border without
- 28:10Speaker 1: being detected by Border Patrol agents and ultimately made his
- 28:13Speaker 1: way to New York City, which has a strict sanctuary
- 28:17Speaker 1: jurisdiction policy that vows to not cooperate with ICE agents
- 28:21Speaker 1: at all.
- 28:22Speaker 2: And so what happened?
- 28:24Speaker 1: This individual, for whatever reason, decided it would be fun
- 28:28Speaker 1: to set a woman on fire, fan the flames and
- 28:31Speaker 1: watch her be burned alive. Now, this is a problem
- 28:36Speaker 1: in New York to the point where the governor. Governor
- 28:39Speaker 1: Hochel decided to ride the New York City subway and
- 28:44Speaker 1: this is what she said as she's surrounded by police
- 28:48Speaker 1: and by staff. This is not a real ride on
- 28:51Speaker 1: the subway by herself with no one else around. This
- 28:54Speaker 1: is a photo op where she went through the turnstile,
- 28:58Speaker 1: looked at the cameras and said this.
- 29:02Speaker 7: I'm on a subway train heading on the Clean Center.
- 29:05Speaker 7: I have a lot of not quite last minute by
- 29:07Speaker 7: a holiday's.
- 29:08Speaker 2: Shop, we can do. I've got an adorable to your
- 29:10Speaker 2: old brand, daughters. It's work on the shop.
- 29:12Speaker 7: I could take the subway where we need to go
- 29:14Speaker 7: on all New Yorkers, I feel safe, which is why
- 29:16Speaker 7: we've added so many National Darter for two hundred and
- 29:19Speaker 7: fifty more people, you're going to make sure that you're
- 29:22Speaker 7: right to.
- 29:22Speaker 1: See a technique, nothing like putting a little music to
- 29:28Speaker 1: We are in New York at the ny dot gov
- 29:32Speaker 1: website where she put out this video with some upbeat
- 29:36Speaker 1: steppie music.
- 29:37Speaker 2: Going, Hey, don't worry.
- 29:38Speaker 1: If you're like me and you're surrounded by National guardmen
- 29:41Speaker 1: and security and all the people that are videoing this,
- 29:45Speaker 1: you're totally gonna be probably safe and fine. But if
- 29:48Speaker 1: you're a woman by yourself sitting on a train, there
- 29:51Speaker 1: can be an illegal immigrant that can come up to
- 29:53Speaker 1: you and set you on fire, doused you with a accelerator,
- 29:58Speaker 1: and then watch you you be burned alive. Now, to
- 30:02Speaker 1: be also clear, it took her life, these injuries, and
- 30:06Speaker 1: now how do you combat it. You send out the
- 30:08Speaker 1: New York governor and you put it to some peppy music,
- 30:11Speaker 1: and apparently this is supposed to make the whole problem
- 30:14Speaker 1: go away.
- 30:16Speaker 7: I'm on the subway train heading on the clean center.
- 30:19Speaker 7: I have a lot of them, not quite last minute
- 30:21Speaker 7: by a holiday's shopping.
- 30:22Speaker 2: Can do I've got an approval to your old brand, daughters.
- 30:25Speaker 2: It's we're on the shop.
- 30:26Speaker 7: I could take the subway where we need to go
- 30:28Speaker 7: at all New Yorkers to feel safe, which is why
- 30:30Speaker 7: we've added so many more national garter for two hundred
- 30:33Speaker 7: and fifty more people go to make sure that you're right.
- 30:36Speaker 4: To see it's I bet.
- 30:40Speaker 1: There's your there's your upbeat video for you right that
- 30:43Speaker 1: the music is incredible. Every everybody should just be happy
- 30:46Speaker 1: like everything's great, nothing is wrong. We're all living in
- 30:51Speaker 1: a wonderful world. It's just all a fairy tale. How
- 30:56Speaker 1: do you get a fundamentally conservative person to who's going
- 30:59Speaker 1: to change the way things are done to get elected there?
- 31:04Speaker 1: I mean, New York is proud of how liberal they are,
- 31:07Speaker 1: Like liberalism is just like a bastion of glory there.
- 31:12Speaker 1: You can't walk around and be a hardcore conservative. I mean, hell,
- 31:15Speaker 1: isn't Anthony Wiener about to run for city council again?
- 31:18Speaker 2: I mean that guy.
- 31:19Speaker 1: The voters are so liberal there that the New York
- 31:21Speaker 1: Daily News can come out with a headline that says
- 31:24Speaker 1: woman dies after she catches fire in Brooklyn subway car
- 31:28Speaker 1: to cover for the open door policy, sanctuary city policy,
- 31:33Speaker 1: open border policy of the radical left, which is continuing
- 31:37Speaker 1: to spend hundreds of billions of dollars on illegal immigrants
- 31:42Speaker 1: staying in hotels in New York City. Every time I
- 31:46Speaker 1: think in New York that you guys have had enough,
- 31:49Speaker 1: you go and elect somebody that's a hardcore lefty and
- 31:53Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, this is the reason why you guys
- 31:55Speaker 1: are going to hell in a handbasket. I actually believe
- 31:59Speaker 1: there's a fifty percent chance, a legitimate, fifty percent chance,
- 32:04Speaker 1: that your former governor who left in disgrace, to somehow
- 32:07Speaker 1: get back into office.
- 32:08Speaker 2: I'm dead serious.
- 32:10Speaker 1: I think Cuomo, there's a fifty percent chance that guy
- 32:13Speaker 1: can come back.
- 32:14Speaker 2: That's how liberal New York is. Just the reality of
- 32:17Speaker 2: the situation.
- 32:19Speaker 1: The part that makes me the most angry about this
- 32:22Speaker 1: video that was put out on social media, and by
- 32:23Speaker 1: the way, I'll put it out so you guys can
- 32:25Speaker 1: actually watch the video because it actually makes me even
- 32:27Speaker 1: more angry when you see her face where it's like, hey,
- 32:30Speaker 1: we're in the same place where one was burned alive
- 32:33Speaker 1: by an illegal immigrant, but don't worry. I'm telling you
- 32:35Speaker 1: you're safe, and look at me the condescension of this woman.
- 32:41Speaker 1: These two scenarios are different. She has security and National
- 32:45Speaker 1: guard around her, she has staff that's willing to protect
- 32:48Speaker 1: her around her from any crazed person on the subway,
- 32:52Speaker 1: it is obvious that the scenario in which she is
- 32:56Speaker 1: in on that subway is nothing like the scenario of
- 32:59Speaker 1: the woman that was burned alive by an illegal immigrant.
- 33:04Speaker 1: She is not riding the subway the same way that
- 33:06Speaker 1: you or I would ride the subway. Last time, I
- 33:08Speaker 1: was in New York and rode a subway, and I'm
- 33:10Speaker 1: there about every three weeks when i'm you know, doing
- 33:14Speaker 1: out Numbered on Fox News channel, and I don't ever
- 33:17Speaker 1: ride the subway unless it's a special occasion. My dad's
- 33:21Speaker 1: seventieth birthday, he had never been in New York City,
- 33:23Speaker 1: and I asked what was on his bucket list and
- 33:25Speaker 1: he's like, I'd like to go to New York City.
- 33:26Speaker 1: I'm like, you've never been. He's like no, And I'm like,
- 33:28Speaker 1: how is that even possible? How did I not know this.
- 33:31Speaker 1: We're going to fix it, and we rode the subway
- 33:34Speaker 1: because that's part of like, you know, bucket listing New York.
- 33:36Speaker 1: If you're gonna do New York, you're gonna ride the subway.
- 33:39Speaker 1: We were riding the subway coming back from a Yankees
- 33:42Speaker 1: game when there was a deranged man that got on
- 33:46Speaker 1: the train. I mean, the best wagon described is he
- 33:49Speaker 1: was acting as if he was demon possessed and got
- 33:53Speaker 1: on the train and started screaming at two grown men
- 33:56Speaker 1: to get up from their seats because he's sitting there,
- 33:58Speaker 1: and started shaking his head looking he was a wild animal.
- 34:01Speaker 1: This individual was a threat to society. He was a
- 34:05Speaker 1: threat to everybody on that train. Now, luckily, the two men,
- 34:08Speaker 1: I think made the right decision. They stood up and
- 34:10Speaker 1: walked over the other side of the car and let
- 34:11Speaker 1: this possessed individual do what he was going to do
- 34:16Speaker 1: and sit down. He also started screaming and laughing like
- 34:20Speaker 1: a psychopath. There was nobody there by the way to
- 34:23Speaker 1: stop this guy. It was us against him if something
- 34:25Speaker 1: went wrong. And I can tell you, as a grown
- 34:28Speaker 1: man six ' two with my daddy works in law enforcement,
- 34:31Speaker 1: and three other men that were there at this end
- 34:34Speaker 1: of the car, I was worried about all of our safety.
- 34:39Speaker 1: Was there anybody there with a gun to protect us?
- 34:40Speaker 6: No?
- 34:41Speaker 1: Do we have guns? No, because you're not allowed to
- 34:43Speaker 1: have them in New York. But when the governor goes
- 34:46Speaker 1: on a subway train and that guy comes on that train,
- 34:49Speaker 1: it's a very different scenario because she has safety around her,
- 34:52Speaker 1: she has law enforcem around her, she has security around her,
- 34:56Speaker 1: and that's what this is really all about. So for
- 34:59Speaker 1: her to do a photo lot, to me, it's like
- 35:03Speaker 1: number one, how dare you? And oh my gosh, how
- 35:06Speaker 1: condescending can you possibly be?
- 35:08Speaker 3: Like?
- 35:08Speaker 2: How dare you?
- 35:10Speaker 1: Sit there and go, hey, New York, here's some hip
- 35:13Speaker 1: music for you, and you're gonna be safe because I've
- 35:17Speaker 1: made you safe when a woman was just burned alive
- 35:20Speaker 1: on the subway. Now, I didn't feel safe writing on
- 35:23Speaker 1: the subway after that experience. I just because I'm realized.
- 35:26Speaker 1: I'm like, dude, I'm in closed quarters with psychopaths and
- 35:29Speaker 1: illegal immigrants who I don't know who they are, who
- 35:32Speaker 1: are terrorizing the city. We're seventy percent of all the
- 35:34Speaker 1: crimes are committed in New York City are being done
- 35:36Speaker 1: by illegal immigrants right now. That's their stats, not mine.
- 35:41Speaker 1: I don't feel safe. I'm sure as hell not going
- 35:43Speaker 1: to tell anybody else to get on the subway. I'm
- 35:45Speaker 1: not going to tell anybody else to write it in
- 35:47Speaker 1: a group or alone, because there's no way to protect
- 35:49Speaker 1: yourself if someone wants to set you on fire. They
- 35:52Speaker 1: can do it. It is obvious from this video they can
- 35:55Speaker 1: do it. Who's going to stop them? How it's you
- 35:57Speaker 1: against them? If you can't protect yourself and can you
