- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome.
- 0:01Speaker 2: It is verdict with Senator Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson with you,
- 0:04Speaker 2: and Senator Finally, we've got some real action from the
- 0:08Speaker 2: President of the United States of America on the border,
- 0:12Speaker 2: with executive actions that he said he could never do,
- 0:14Speaker 2: but now all of a sudden, he's all about it.
- 0:18Speaker 3: Well, that's exactly right.
- 0:19Speaker 4: We saw yesterday a campaign speech from the White House,
- 0:24Speaker 4: the President now claiming he's tough, tough, tough on the border,
- 0:29Speaker 4: and he's going to impose tough executive action now, just coincidentally,
- 0:35Speaker 4: five months before an election. We're going to break that down.
- 0:37Speaker 4: We're going to explain exactly what he did. We're also
- 0:40Speaker 4: going to talk about doctor Fauci. Doctor Fauchi was on
- 0:42Speaker 4: the hill, Doctor Fauchi was testifying, and spoiler alert, doctor
- 0:47Speaker 4: Fauci thinks every single thing we did during COVID was
- 0:51Speaker 4: a great idea. Shut every damn thing down, mask everyone down,
- 0:54Speaker 4: force everyone to be vaccinated, never mind the science. We're
- 0:57Speaker 4: going to talk about that. And finally, I'm going to
- 0:59Speaker 4: mention a trip that I'm taking today. I'm going to
- 1:03Speaker 4: be flying to France. I don't go to France often,
- 1:06Speaker 4: but I'm going to France today for Normandy for the
- 1:09Speaker 4: eightieth anniversary of d DA. I'm going to talk about that.
- 1:12Speaker 4: It's gonna be a great show.
- 1:14Speaker 2: I want to tell you about our friends over a
- 1:15Speaker 2: Patriot Mobile real quick. And if you have a cell phone,
- 1:18Speaker 2: a lot of you have made the switch, and I
- 1:20Speaker 2: get emails now and messages on social media from people saying, Ben,
- 1:23Speaker 2: you weren't kidding. Patriot Mobile is incredible. They're the only
- 1:27Speaker 2: conservative Christian wireless provider. And you make a difference when
- 1:31Speaker 2: you make a switch because they take about five percent
- 1:34Speaker 2: of your bill every month, that no extra cost to you,
- 1:37Speaker 2: and they give it back to organizations that support free speech,
- 1:41Speaker 2: religious freedom which is under attack in this country, and
- 1:44Speaker 2: they protect the sanctity of life of unborn children. They
- 1:47Speaker 2: also advocate for the Second Amendment as well as our military,
- 1:50Speaker 2: our veterans, and they help with our wounded warrior heroes
- 1:54Speaker 2: in this country. Now, that is what they do when
- 1:58Speaker 2: you pay your bill. The best part is this, you're
- 2:01Speaker 2: not giving your money to Big Mobile that are actually
- 2:04Speaker 2: supporting liberal causes. Patriot Mobile wouldn't exist if it wasn't
- 2:08Speaker 2: for Big Mobile giving massive donations to Democrats running at
- 2:13Speaker 2: the local state and national level and activist organizations, including
- 2:17Speaker 2: massive donations to Plan Parenthood. If you don't want your
- 2:22Speaker 2: money going there, make the switch to Patriot Mobile. It
- 2:26Speaker 2: is so easy now with technology. You don't have to
- 2:28Speaker 2: go to a store. You can just call them and
- 2:31Speaker 2: you can switch now. I switched a line a couple
- 2:33Speaker 2: months ago, and I can tell you it's never been easier.
- 2:36Speaker 2: It was done over the phone quickly. I got to
- 2:38Speaker 2: keep my same phone. I have the same number that
- 2:41Speaker 2: I have before. It is seamless transition, and when it
- 2:45Speaker 2: comes to service, you're going to be on the same
- 2:47Speaker 2: towers that you're used to right now, Welcome to twenty
- 2:51Speaker 2: twenty four. Changing your phone it is not hard anymore.
- 2:54Speaker 2: Call Patriot Mobile, make that switch today and send up
- 2:57Speaker 2: for the values you believe in nine to seven to two.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Pay that's nine seven to two Patriot nine to seven
- 3:04Speaker 2: to two. Patriot use a promo code verdict you'll get
- 3:07Speaker 2: free activation or they're online at Patriotmobile dot com slash verdict.
- 3:11Speaker 2: That's Patriot Mobile dot com slash verdict. Senator Biden came out,
- 3:17Speaker 2: he signed this executive order. He didn't do it at
- 3:19Speaker 2: the border. He just did it, you know at normal Washington, DC.
- 3:23Speaker 2: He's a guy that's like, hey, there's a problem down there.
- 3:25Speaker 2: But it's the fault to the Republicans. And he said
- 3:28Speaker 2: for the last three years he wasn't he couldn't do anything,
- 3:30Speaker 2: his hands were tied.
- 3:31Speaker 1: It was a Republican's fault.
- 3:32Speaker 2: They need to pass amnesty and then get a bill
- 3:35Speaker 2: together through through Washington, through Congress, and then all of
- 3:39Speaker 2: a sudden, Biden comes out and signs executive order that
- 3:41Speaker 2: quote will dramatically tighten the border.
- 3:43Speaker 1: That's the white now said. The problem is it doesn't
- 3:45Speaker 1: at all.
- 3:47Speaker 4: Well, listen, let me focus on a couple of things
- 3:49Speaker 4: you said. Number one, you said he didn't do this
- 3:51Speaker 4: at the border. There's a reason for that. Joe Biden
- 3:54Speaker 4: doesn't go to the border. Kamala Harris doesn't go to
- 3:57Speaker 4: the border. Democrats senators don't go to the border. Democrat
- 4:00Speaker 4: House members don't go to the border. And the reason is,
- 4:03Speaker 4: if you actually see what is happening at the border,
- 4:06Speaker 4: nobody can defend it. If you see the dead bodies,
- 4:09Speaker 4: if you see the people who are suffering, if you
- 4:11Speaker 4: see the children who are being brutalized, if you see
- 4:13Speaker 4: the women who are being repeatedly raped you cannot defend it.
- 4:17Speaker 4: So he did it from Washington. This was not about immigration,
- 4:21Speaker 4: this was not about policy. This was a political speech.
- 4:25Speaker 4: And so today he announced boldly, we are enacting an
- 4:30Speaker 4: executive order to secure the border. Now understand what he's
- 4:35Speaker 4: admitting when he said that today is he's admitting he
- 4:40Speaker 4: could have done this in twenty twenty one. He could
- 4:43Speaker 4: have done this in twenty twenty two. He could have
- 4:47Speaker 4: done this in twenty twenty three. He could have done
- 4:49Speaker 4: this last month, the month before, the month of four
- 4:50Speaker 4: of the month before, he didn't.
- 4:53Speaker 2: What are you saying that Joe Biden lied to the
- 4:55Speaker 2: American People Center every day he said he couldn't do anything.
- 4:58Speaker 4: Every day he's been in the White House, he's been
- 5:00Speaker 4: lying he could have enact in an executive order. Actually,
- 5:05Speaker 4: he didn't need to understand. When Joe Biden became president
- 5:08Speaker 4: January twentieth, twenty twenty one, he inherited the lowest rate
- 5:13Speaker 4: of illegal immigration in forty five years. All he had
- 5:16Speaker 4: to do with nothing was nothing. He didn't even have
- 5:19Speaker 4: to have an executive order. He had to do nothing
- 5:22Speaker 4: and accept the success that he had inherited. I worked
- 5:26Speaker 4: hand in hand with Donald Trump, we had incredible success
- 5:30Speaker 4: securing the border. If Biden had done nothing, he could
- 5:33Speaker 4: have accepted that success. He could have worked on like,
- 5:36Speaker 4: you know, socialism or whatever other policy he had. He
- 5:39Speaker 4: didn't do that. Instead, he deliberately systematically broke the border.
- 5:44Speaker 4: He did that the first week in office. There are
- 5:47Speaker 4: three decisions that caused this border crisis. Number One, he
- 5:51Speaker 4: immediately haulted construction of the border wall, by the way,
- 5:54Speaker 4: he didn't reverse that today. Number Two, he reinstated the
- 5:59Speaker 4: disase Astros policy of catch and release, so now when
- 6:04Speaker 4: people apprehend illegal immigrants, the Biden administration lets them go.
- 6:08Speaker 4: He didn't change that today. Number Three, he pulled out
- 6:13Speaker 4: of the incredibly successful Remain in Mexico agreement. That is
- 6:17Speaker 4: how we achieved the lowest rate of illegal immigration in
- 6:20Speaker 4: forty five years.
- 6:22Speaker 3: He did not reverse that.
- 6:24Speaker 4: Those three decisions took us from the lowest rate in
- 6:28Speaker 4: forty five years up to the highest rate ever recorded.
- 6:34Speaker 4: Eleven million illegal immigrants have crossed under Joe Biden. Understand
- 6:40Speaker 4: this is deliberate. This is the outcome they want. They're
- 6:44Speaker 4: willing to overlook every person who dies, every criminal who
- 6:47Speaker 4: comes into this country, every terrorist, who comes into this country,
- 6:51Speaker 4: every child who's brutalized, every woman who is raped, all
- 6:54Speaker 4: of that they're willing to overlook. Why because they look
- 6:56Speaker 4: at eleven million illegals and they say, those are future
- 7:00Speaker 4: Democrat voters, and we want power, and if people have
- 7:03Speaker 4: to suffer and die, we'll take that trade off.
- 7:06Speaker 3: Now, go ahead.
- 7:08Speaker 2: No, my question was you look at this and you
- 7:11Speaker 2: mentioned the timing and the intro that this is five
- 7:13Speaker 2: months before election day, and the White House gonna say, no,
- 7:16Speaker 2: this is significant. I go back to the headline from
- 7:19Speaker 2: NBC News. It says Biden sign's executive order dramatically tightening
- 7:22Speaker 2: the border. He has faced political pressure as migrants have
- 7:25Speaker 2: continued to arrive at the US Mexico border, saying that
- 7:28Speaker 2: this is because of the facing mounting political pressure over
- 7:32Speaker 2: the migrant influx at the US othern border.
- 7:35Speaker 1: And this is significant.
- 7:36Speaker 2: You're saying that the news is lying as well, because
- 7:39Speaker 2: this is not significant at all.
- 7:41Speaker 4: Well, yes, and no. Look, we're five months out from
- 7:45Speaker 4: an election. I'm gonna make a prediction. We're gonna see
- 7:49Speaker 4: the numbers of the border drop over the next five months.
- 7:52Speaker 4: They're not going to drop massively. They're going to drop
- 7:55Speaker 4: modestly and Joe Biden and the Democrats are going to
- 7:59Speaker 4: jump up and down and say, see, we solve the problem.
- 8:02Speaker 4: And we've seen this game. Listen, they only have about
- 8:05Speaker 4: three plays in their playbook that they're not subtle, they're
- 8:08Speaker 4: not sophisticated, they're not complicated. Think before twenty twenty two,
- 8:13Speaker 4: what did Biden do before the election? That he did
- 8:16Speaker 4: a couple of things. Number one, right before the election,
- 8:19Speaker 4: he released massive quantities of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Yeah, it's in an all time low, by the way,
- 8:25Speaker 2: in our oil reserves. And didn't care that that made
- 8:27Speaker 2: us vulnerable.
- 8:28Speaker 4: He doesn't care national security. Protecting the country doesn't matter
- 8:32Speaker 4: to this administration. They have consistently undermined national security from
- 8:38Speaker 4: day one. But it was all designed to lower gas prices.
- 8:41Speaker 4: So gas prices, the price of gasoline had doubled under
- 8:45Speaker 4: Joe Biden, so he does this massive release from the
- 8:48Speaker 4: spro Why because he wanted a lower gas price and
- 8:52Speaker 4: he succeeded. They lowered gas prices a little bit, and
- 8:56Speaker 4: then they campaigned, see gas prices are going down. And
- 8:59Speaker 4: by the way, they enjoyed some electoral success because I
- 9:06Speaker 4: think in part break, gas prices went down. I'll give
- 9:09Speaker 4: another example, student loans. Right before the election in twenty
- 9:14Speaker 4: twenty two, Joe Biden announces I'm giving away a trillion
- 9:18Speaker 4: dollars young people, I'm giving you money. I'm Santa Claus.
- 9:22Speaker 4: All you got to do is vote for Democrats. I
- 9:23Speaker 4: give you money.
- 9:25Speaker 3: Now.
- 9:26Speaker 4: Joe Biden knew that that was not going to survive.
- 9:31Speaker 4: I promise you Every lawyer in the administration told a
- 9:34Speaker 4: mister president. As president, you can't give away a trillion dollars.
- 9:39Speaker 4: There's no power in the constitution for the president to
- 9:41Speaker 4: give away a trillion dollars. The only way to spend
- 9:44Speaker 4: a trillion dollars is if Congress appropriates that money. They
- 9:46Speaker 4: haven't done that. This will be struck down by the courts.
- 9:51Speaker 4: I promise you doj said that. Even the White House
- 9:54Speaker 4: Council said that every lawyer around Biden said, this ain't
- 9:57Speaker 4: going to survive. And you know what they said, we
- 9:59Speaker 4: don't care. We're going to announce it because their view
- 10:03Speaker 4: is they think young people are stupid, and they think
- 10:06Speaker 4: young people will be like, ooh, free stuff, vote for Democrats.
- 10:09Speaker 4: And by the way, again twenty twenty two, they enjoyed
- 10:12Speaker 4: some electoral success. Now let's be clear, Biden's done it again.
- 10:15Speaker 4: He announced a brand new I'm giving away hundreds of
- 10:19Speaker 4: billions of dollars of student loans. That's gonna be struck down.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Two.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Biden knows it, but he thinks young people are morons,
- 10:28Speaker 4: and so he thinks he will buy votes, and so
- 10:30Speaker 4: this announcement is entirely designed. In three weeks, he's going
- 10:35Speaker 4: to be debating Donald Trump, and he's gonna stand on
- 10:38Speaker 4: the debate stage and he's gonna say Donald. He's not
- 10:41Speaker 4: gonna call him mister President. He's called him Donald Donald.
- 10:45Speaker 4: I just entered an executive order to secure the border
- 10:49Speaker 4: because you and he's gonna blame Donald Trump. You killed
- 10:53Speaker 4: the fabulous bipartisan bill that would have solved this problem. Now,
- 10:57Speaker 4: every syllable of every word of that sense this is
- 11:00Speaker 4: a lie. And I'm gonna wager you a white claw.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I can't anything else. Those things are terrible.
- 11:11Speaker 4: You don't want to win the wager you get what
- 11:13Speaker 4: are you doing?
- 11:13Speaker 1: And not for a white claw that's losing.
- 11:16Speaker 4: By the way, for those of you all listening, why
- 11:18Speaker 4: are we wagering a white claw? Because when I was
- 11:20Speaker 4: riding in the Houston Astros victory parade for winning the
- 11:23Speaker 4: World Series, some lefty twenty something guy through not one
- 11:28Speaker 4: but two white claws at me and and and so
- 11:32Speaker 4: that's why we wager a white claw because and the
- 11:35Speaker 4: secret is Ben really loves the raspberry pomegranate with the
- 11:44Speaker 4: umbrella white.
- 11:47Speaker 3: By the way, far.
- 11:48Speaker 2: Boone's farm by Blueberry for for Christmas this year.
- 11:54Speaker 3: Let me ask you something.
- 11:55Speaker 4: If you admit you love white claw, does old miss
- 12:00Speaker 4: sind your diploma?
- 12:01Speaker 1: They should? They absolutely, Actually.
- 12:03Speaker 4: They don't miss it. Be like you're not a graduate
- 12:06Speaker 4: of our university.
- 12:07Speaker 3: I'm sorry, I go.
- 12:08Speaker 1: Back at diploma. That's that.
- 12:09Speaker 2: Yeah, that's just the blasphemy right there, my friend's blasphemy.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I would rather go now. I almost said Miller Lite.
- 12:18Speaker 1: I take that. I mean bud Light.
- 12:20Speaker 3: I take that back.
- 12:20Speaker 2: It's like a hard one between bud light or I
- 12:23Speaker 2: big white. No, it's not bud light.
- 12:24Speaker 4: White Claw over bud Light. That's not even close, dude,
- 12:27Speaker 4: Yeah it's light.
- 12:28Speaker 1: I can't go back.
- 12:30Speaker 3: All right, So let me say this.
- 12:31Speaker 4: And by the way, all right, I'm gonna make a
- 12:34Speaker 4: connection to the Houston Astros World Series twenty twenty two
- 12:39Speaker 4: we're winning it. I've been so for the last seven years.
- 12:43Speaker 4: Houston Astros have been in the ALCS for seven years consecutively.
- 12:49Speaker 1: Yep.
- 12:49Speaker 4: My youngest daughter, Catherine, she's thirteen now. She was seven
- 12:54Speaker 4: when we won the first World Series in twenty seventeen.
- 12:58Speaker 4: We have been to virtually every single home game in
- 13:01Speaker 4: the playoffs for the last seven years. It's been I
- 13:05Speaker 4: got to say, actually, as a dad, what a joy
- 13:08Speaker 4: it has been to like take your daughter. These are memories.
- 13:12Speaker 4: And I keep telling her she's sort of used to it.
- 13:14Speaker 4: In fact, she made a comment a year or two ago,
- 13:17Speaker 4: She's like, hey, Dad, when are we going to go
- 13:19Speaker 4: to the playoff? Well, when are we gonna go to
- 13:21Speaker 4: an Astros game? Because we hadn't been in a while. Yeah,
- 13:23Speaker 4: And I made a comment. I felt incredibly embarrassed as
- 13:27Speaker 4: I said, I said, well, wait to the playoffs. And
- 13:29Speaker 4: I like stopped and I'm like, Catherine, oh my goodness,
- 13:32Speaker 4: I'm tempting the baseball gods.
- 13:35Speaker 3: I'm sorry.
- 13:36Speaker 4: I'm sorry, like I immediately told her, but I'm gonna
- 13:39Speaker 4: tell you another Catherine comment, which you'll really like. So
- 13:42Speaker 4: twenty twenty two, and you know, my girls very very well, yep.
- 13:46Speaker 4: But twenty twenty two, so alcs, we're getting ready to
- 13:52Speaker 4: head and and you had the Yankees in Cleveland playing,
- 13:55Speaker 4: and Catherine asked me, she said, okay, who do we
- 13:58Speaker 4: want to win? Because we'd already made it the and
- 14:01Speaker 4: the Yankees in Cleveland were still playing, and I said, well,
- 14:04Speaker 4: the Yankees are better. So if we want to say
- 14:09Speaker 4: what maximizes the chance of the Astros winning, we probably
- 14:12Speaker 4: want Cleveland. And Catherine, at age eleven, I think it was,
- 14:19Speaker 4: she said, Dad, no, if we're gonna win, I want
- 14:23Speaker 4: to beat the best. I want the Yankees to win,
- 14:25Speaker 4: and I want to beat them. And I got to
- 14:27Speaker 4: tell you, as a dad, I don't know that there's
- 14:28Speaker 4: been a moment I've been more proud of that girl.
- 14:30Speaker 3: I'm like that, that is my daughter. That's stout.
- 14:34Speaker 2: See that's when you know you raise them right right there.
- 14:36Speaker 2: You just got to get them addicted to the sports
- 14:38Speaker 2: and your home team.
- 14:39Speaker 4: And by the way, to be clear, the Yankees won
- 14:41Speaker 4: and then we swept them in four games. And I
- 14:43Speaker 4: went to Yankee Stadium for Game four and we beat
- 14:45Speaker 4: them in Yankee Stadium and I was in bright orange
- 14:48Speaker 4: Astro's colors and it was glorious. And I will say,
- 14:50Speaker 4: by the way, we have a crap ton of listeners
- 14:53Speaker 4: on Verdict who live in New York. I'm sorry, but
- 14:56Speaker 4: as Houstonian, I take great joy in our beating the Yankees.
- 15:00Speaker 2: That part about going, hey, trust me, they gave you
- 15:02Speaker 2: enough high fives in the air, right, you know, I
- 15:06Speaker 2: had at the least I had.
- 15:08Speaker 4: At least two hundred New Yorkers suggests that I do
- 15:12Speaker 4: something anatomically impossible.
- 15:14Speaker 1: Yeah, that's when you know you're in a playoff game.
- 15:17Speaker 4: And I mean bright art and I'm just smiling, and
- 15:20Speaker 4: all I say is I point up and I'd say scoreboard,
- 15:23Speaker 4: and they're just like, ah, I'm like, I hope you
- 15:25Speaker 4: enjoy watching the World Series on TV.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Now.
- 15:28Speaker 4: I will say this right now, the Astro season is
- 15:31Speaker 4: less than optimal. So maybe they turn it around, but
- 15:34Speaker 4: it's not feeling like a fantastic year right now.
- 15:38Speaker 2: All right, I got to ask you two questions real
- 15:40Speaker 2: quick about the border one of them, and I want
- 15:44Speaker 2: to know your thoughts because I'm genuinely torn on this.
- 15:49Speaker 2: You NBC News, they came out and they're like, Hey,
- 15:54Speaker 2: this executive at order from Biden is one that probably
- 15:59Speaker 2: isn't going to have that big of an impact. And
- 16:01Speaker 2: at first I'm like, Wow, they're telling the truth. But
- 16:04Speaker 2: then there was a second part of this in my mind,
- 16:06Speaker 2: and I want to know your thoughts. Is this NBC
- 16:09Speaker 2: News carrying water for the White House to those that
- 16:14Speaker 2: are angry that Biden would even think about using an
- 16:17Speaker 2: executive action that looks like something quote Trump would have done,
- 16:20Speaker 2: right or did that's a better way of putting it.
- 16:23Speaker 2: And so they're trying to kind of wink and nod
- 16:25Speaker 2: to the hardcore extremist space of his movement that hey, guys,
- 16:29Speaker 2: don't worry. This is all for the cameras, this is
- 16:32Speaker 2: all for show. This isn't actually to secure the border.
- 16:36Speaker 2: We're fine, We're going to keep flooding America. And I
- 16:38Speaker 2: want your response after I play it, listen.
- 16:41Speaker 5: Based on the details of this executive order and how
- 16:43Speaker 5: it actually function functions that we've learned so far today,
- 16:46Speaker 5: I actually have to say I'm quite skeptical that this
- 16:49Speaker 5: is going to have any kind of immediate, widespread, dramatic
- 16:52Speaker 5: impact on the border, on the number of migrants we're
- 16:55Speaker 5: crossing the border, on the number of migrants who managed
- 16:57Speaker 5: to stay in the United.
- 16:57Speaker 3: States as a result.
- 16:58Speaker 5: And there's a few complicated reasons for that, but the
- 17:01Speaker 5: main one is that I and a lot of other
- 17:03Speaker 5: people were expecting that this authority to quote unquote close
- 17:05Speaker 5: down the border was going to be dependent on the
- 17:07Speaker 5: United States being able to summarily expel migrants with no
- 17:10Speaker 5: due process, no access to the assylum system, immediately back
- 17:13Speaker 5: into Mexico shortly after they cross. That does not appear
- 17:16Speaker 5: to be the case, mainly because Mexico has not agreed
- 17:19Speaker 5: to accept any more migrants than it already does. Mexico
- 17:23Speaker 5: has pretty strict specific requirements on the number of migrants
- 17:27Speaker 5: that it acts accepts and on the nationality of migrants
- 17:30Speaker 5: that it accepts, and the US cannot simply return people
- 17:32Speaker 5: to Mexico without Mexico's active participation.
- 17:37Speaker 2: It's weird because, like, all right, they're telling the truth.
- 17:40Speaker 2: But is it because they want the Biden sports to know, Hey,
- 17:42Speaker 2: don't worry, this is all fake.
- 17:45Speaker 4: Look, I think that's actually a little too cynical. And
- 17:48Speaker 4: I'll rarely say that. I actually think the NBC reporter
- 17:52Speaker 4: was telling the truth there. I think he was saying,
- 17:54Speaker 4: this is not going to be effective, and I'm going
- 17:56Speaker 4: to make a prediction. I'm actually going to make prediction
- 17:58Speaker 4: that's going to surprise you. I think this order will
- 18:03Speaker 4: be marginally more effective than NBC just said it would be.
- 18:08Speaker 4: Really and here's why. We're five months out from an election.
- 18:13Speaker 4: I think the Biden administration wants the numbers of the
- 18:16Speaker 4: border to drop, and I think what we're going to
- 18:19Speaker 4: see is we're going to see a drop. I'm going
- 18:20Speaker 4: to make a prediction We're going to see a drop
- 18:22Speaker 4: in illegal immigration of twenty percent, enough that they can
- 18:28Speaker 4: say the president took bold action and delivered results and
- 18:32Speaker 4: understand he controls this. Yeah, the reason we have an
- 18:37Speaker 4: invasion is because Joe Biden and the Democrats wanted it.
- 18:40Speaker 4: So he can reduce the numbers. And I think he's
- 18:43Speaker 4: going to direct his Homeland Security Apartment for the next
- 18:46Speaker 4: five months stop letting as many illegals go now. To
- 18:53Speaker 4: be clear, if God forbid Biden wins in November, the
- 18:56Speaker 4: numbers of skyrocket immediately. They want this invasion. They want
- 19:00Speaker 4: eleven million to become fifteen million, to become twenty million,
- 19:02Speaker 4: to become thirty million, because they view it as this
- 19:05Speaker 4: is how we the Democrats stand in power forever. So
- 19:09Speaker 4: This is a short It's like gas prices, it's like
- 19:12Speaker 4: student loans. It's a short, little burst right before the
- 19:16Speaker 4: election that they're gambling. Number one, they know the corporate
- 19:19Speaker 4: media will lie and say, oh, Biden solve the border.
- 19:23Speaker 4: But number two, they're hoping that voters who are not
- 19:27Speaker 4: engaged will be deceived by this. So I am predicting,
- 19:32Speaker 4: and there are fairly few Republicans and Conservatives who are
- 19:36Speaker 4: predicting this. I'm predicting the numbers will go down between
- 19:39Speaker 4: now an election day. But it is purely political camouflage
- 19:46Speaker 4: designed to fool the voters, and I don't think it's
- 19:48Speaker 4: going to work. I think the American people are actually
- 19:51Speaker 4: quite savvy. I don't think they're stupid.
- 19:53Speaker 2: Yeah, and they've seen the crime that has come with
- 19:55Speaker 2: the legal immigrants as well. They've seen it that every
- 19:57Speaker 2: major city in America now is a border ste Now.
- 20:00Speaker 3: So let me jump in, let me jump in on that. Ben.
- 20:03Speaker 4: You look at this week, you had two New York
- 20:07Speaker 4: police officers who were shot, and they were shot by
- 20:11Speaker 4: the illegal immigrant that Joe Biden released. And this was
- 20:14Speaker 4: a Venezuelan. He was a Venezuelan illegal immigrant. His name
- 20:18Speaker 4: was Bernardo Raoul Castro Mata. Now this is a name
- 20:26Speaker 4: out of Charles Dickens. Mata is Spanish for he kills.
- 20:35Speaker 4: His middle name is literally a communist murdering dictatories named
- 20:41Speaker 4: after Raoul Castro. This Venezuelan illegal immigrant came to America,
- 20:46Speaker 4: came to Texas. He was apprehended an eagle pass. Now,
- 20:50Speaker 4: if Joe Biden and the Democrats had just said we're
- 20:52Speaker 4: going to follow the law, they would put him on
- 20:54Speaker 4: a plane. They will send them back to Venezuela. They
- 20:56Speaker 4: didn't do that. They let him go. He went to
- 20:58Speaker 4: New York and he shot two police officers. By the way,
- 21:03Speaker 4: Joe Biden could have entered this executive order a month
- 21:05Speaker 4: ago or two months ago, or three months ago or
- 21:09Speaker 4: four months ago or five months ago or three years ago,
- 21:12Speaker 4: and he could have prevented this individual from being released.
- 21:15Speaker 3: He didn't do that.
- 21:16Speaker 4: He could have prevented Lake and Riley from being murdered,
- 21:18Speaker 4: He didn't do that. He could have prevented Jeremy Casra's
- 21:20Speaker 4: from being murdered. He didn't do that. But they because
- 21:26Speaker 4: Biden has the control over the dial, he is going
- 21:30Speaker 4: to reduce the numbers enough that the press can claim
- 21:35Speaker 4: Biden has solved the problem. It will be a lie,
- 21:39Speaker 4: but they're going to say it.
- 21:41Speaker 2: It's a great point. I want to talk to you
- 21:42Speaker 2: real quick about Chalk. I about a year ago started
- 21:46Speaker 2: taking Chalk and I can tell you it is truly incredible.
- 21:51Speaker 2: I am now down about sixty pounds from where I
- 21:54Speaker 2: was a little over a year ago, and it has
- 21:58Speaker 2: been a huge help in getting back my strength and vitality.
- 22:03Speaker 2: If you look at what's happened, it's very clear. Testostrum
- 22:08Speaker 2: levels are off a chart right now. They are historically
- 22:12Speaker 2: off a cliff at an all time low. And if
- 22:15Speaker 2: you feel like you've got a little bit older, and
- 22:17Speaker 2: you feel like you've got weakness and complacency that have
- 22:21Speaker 2: just set in, Like you want to work out, but
- 22:23Speaker 2: you're having a hard time getting just the energy to
- 22:25Speaker 2: work out. Maybe you want to go play a sport
- 22:28Speaker 2: and you just don't feel like you have that energy
- 22:30Speaker 2: to do it anymore. That is where you need to
- 22:33Speaker 2: check out Chalk and what they can do. The problem is,
- 22:36Speaker 2: like I said, men, testosterrom levels are off a cliff historically.
- 22:40Speaker 2: The patriots at Chalk spelled CHOQ are here helping real
- 22:44Speaker 2: American men take back their right to maximize your masculinity
- 22:49Speaker 2: by boosting your testosterum levels up to twenty percent over
- 22:52Speaker 2: ninety days.
- 22:53Speaker 1: Now.
- 22:53Speaker 2: I said it a minute ago. I've been taking this
- 22:55Speaker 2: down for over a year. It is manufactured right here
- 22:59Speaker 2: in the US of eight. Chalk's natural herbal supplements are
- 23:02Speaker 2: clinically proven to have game changing effects, and I'm a
- 23:05Speaker 2: witness to this. I'm proof of it. On your energy,
- 23:09Speaker 2: on your focus, on your mood. So if you're ready
- 23:13Speaker 2: to get off the couch, you're ready to get back
- 23:14Speaker 2: to feeling a little bit younger, maximize your masculine today

- 23:42Speaker 2: Senator on one final question, what approach do you think
- 23:47Speaker 2: Donald Trump should take in the debate coming up about
- 23:50Speaker 2: this executive action? Does he come at the President and say, look,
- 23:53Speaker 2: this is the bare minimum still that you could have done.
- 23:56Speaker 2: You're playing politics. If you were serious about it, you
- 23:58Speaker 2: would have reimplemented building the wall. If you were serious
- 24:01Speaker 2: about securing the border, you would have done the things
- 24:03Speaker 2: I was doing. And there's a list of things that
- 24:05Speaker 2: he had in place. What should he say.
- 24:09Speaker 3: He should prosecute the case.
- 24:10Speaker 4: For three and a half years, you presided over an
- 24:13Speaker 4: criminal invasion of the United States of America. We have
- 24:16Speaker 4: seen people dying across this country. We have seen children
- 24:20Speaker 4: being brutalized. We've seen women being raped. We have seen
- 24:23Speaker 4: in the last couple of years, over one hundred thousand
- 24:26Speaker 4: Americans dying year after year after year of drug overdoses,
- 24:30Speaker 4: fent in all over doses. All of that is your fault.
- 24:34Speaker 4: Why did you allow and by the way, you've made
- 24:37Speaker 4: Mexican dreg cartels multi billionaires in the most powerful forces
- 24:42Speaker 4: in the country of Mexico. You've utterly destroyed Mexico. Why
- 24:47Speaker 4: have you done? And you've put out a red carpet
- 24:50Speaker 4: for every jihadist, every Hamas terrorist, every Hesbala terrist who
- 24:54Speaker 4: wants to murder Americans. You have had an open invitation
- 24:58Speaker 4: two million got aways in this kind of tree. Why
- 25:02Speaker 4: have you allowed America to be invaded? And he'll come
- 25:05Speaker 4: back with oh I just did an order. He had
- 25:07Speaker 4: nonsense three and a half years, eleven million people. Why
- 25:11Speaker 4: did you allow America to be invaded? He needs to
- 25:14Speaker 4: prosecute the case. And then he also needs and we're
- 25:18Speaker 4: going to talk more about the debate as we get
- 25:20Speaker 4: close to it, he needs to let Joe Biden talk.
- 25:25Speaker 4: I will say, if you go back to twenty twenty
- 25:27Speaker 4: the first debate, Trump talked a lot. He was so
- 25:31Speaker 4: eager to talk that he bailed Joe Biden out. The
- 25:35Speaker 4: man is is is senile and has dementia.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Let him talk, Let him talk.
- 25:41Speaker 2: A great, great point speaking of letting people talk. Doctor
- 25:45Speaker 2: Fauci was in front of Congress. And this is a
- 25:48Speaker 2: guy that is an unbelievable narcissist that was elected by
- 25:52Speaker 2: no one. I think we prove it on the show
- 25:54Speaker 2: before he is I am the science, Ben I am
- 25:57Speaker 2: the science.
- 25:58Speaker 1: I am science.
- 25:59Speaker 4: By the way capital T and capitals, I am the science.
- 26:04Speaker 2: This is a guy who I think it's pretty clear,
- 26:06Speaker 2: lied to Congress. You look at what he said back
- 26:09Speaker 2: even in twenty twenty one compared to what he said
- 26:12Speaker 2: before Congress. There's a montage I want to play and
- 26:14Speaker 2: I'm going to get your reaction to it. But it's
- 26:16Speaker 2: it's obvious. Fauci basically says, I didn't do anything wrong.
- 26:20Speaker 2: Everything was right. I do it all over again, and
- 26:23Speaker 2: know you're not going to get me to admit that
- 26:25Speaker 2: we screwed up on anything, or most importantly, that we
- 26:28Speaker 2: deliberately lied to the American people. That you're gonna know
- 26:33Speaker 2: which Fauci's from twenty twenty one if you pay attention
- 26:36Speaker 2: compared to what it sounded like on Capitol Hill in
- 26:39Speaker 2: the last twenty four hours.
- 26:40Speaker 1: Take a listen.
- 26:41Speaker 6: Did the COVID vaccine stop transmission of the virus?
- 26:46Speaker 7: That is a complicated issue because in the beginning, the
- 26:49Speaker 7: first iteration of the vaccines did have an effect, not
- 26:54Speaker 7: one hundred percent, not a high effect. They did prevent
- 26:59Speaker 7: infection and subsequently obviously transmission.
- 27:03Speaker 3: However, it's important to point out.
- 27:06Speaker 7: Something that we did not know early on that became
- 27:10Speaker 7: evident as the months went by, is that the durability
- 27:14Speaker 7: of protection against infection and hence transmission was relatively limited,
- 27:21Speaker 7: whereas the duration of protection against severe disease hospitalization and
- 27:27Speaker 7: deaths was more prolonged.
- 27:29Speaker 3: We did not know that in the beginning.
- 27:32Speaker 7: In the beginning, it was felt that in fact it
- 27:35Speaker 7: did prevent infection and thus transmission, but that was proven
- 27:39Speaker 7: as time went by to not be a durable effect.
- 27:42Speaker 7: When you get vaccinated, you not only protect your own
- 27:45Speaker 7: health that of the family, but also you contribute to
- 27:49Speaker 7: the community help by preventing the spread of the virus
- 27:53Speaker 7: throughout the community.
- 27:54Speaker 8: In other words, you become a dead end to the virus.
- 27:57Speaker 8: And when there are a lot of dead ends around,
- 27:59Speaker 8: the virus is not going to go anywhere. And that's
- 28:01Speaker 8: when you get a point that you have a markedly
- 28:04Speaker 8: diminished rate of infection in the community. And that's exactly
- 28:08Speaker 8: the reason, and you said it very well of why
- 28:10Speaker 8: we encourage people and want people to get vaccinated. The
- 28:14Speaker 8: more people you get vaccinated, the safe of the entire
- 28:17Speaker 8: community is.
- 28:20Speaker 2: That was Fauci in twenty twenty four. At the beginning,
- 28:23Speaker 2: Fauci in twenty twenty one, and he's sitting there and
- 28:26Speaker 2: he's acting like he never said what he said in
- 28:28Speaker 2: twenty twenty one. He flied out, lied to the American people,
- 28:32Speaker 2: and he knew he was lying to them, but it
- 28:35Speaker 2: was to go all in no matter what.
- 28:39Speaker 4: So doctor Anthony Fauci is the most dangerous in damaging
- 28:42Speaker 4: American bureaucrat in the history of the United States of America.
- 28:46Speaker 4: He was willing to put politics ahead of science. He
- 28:50Speaker 4: did more damage to science and medicine than any person
- 28:54Speaker 4: in our lifetime. People no longer believe what the so
- 28:58Speaker 4: called experts say because Anthony Fauci was willing to say
- 29:02Speaker 4: what was politically convenient rather than follow the science. The
- 29:06Speaker 4: policies he advocated were was disastrous. He advocated shutting down
- 29:11Speaker 4: businesses across the country that lost billions, if not trillions
- 29:14Speaker 4: of dollars. He advocated shutting down schools across the country.
- 29:20Speaker 4: I think we will look back one hundred years from
- 29:22Speaker 4: now as that being the most catastrophically stupid public policy
- 29:27Speaker 4: in modern times. Children tens of millions of children for
- 29:34Speaker 4: more than a year did not go to school. The
- 29:37Speaker 4: damage they faced, the learning loss they face, is massive.
- 29:41Speaker 4: And by the way, nobody has done more harm to
- 29:44Speaker 4: African American and Hispanic kids than Anthony Fauci because shutting
- 29:48Speaker 4: down schools had a disproportionate impact on minority kids. He
- 29:53Speaker 4: did enormous damage. He advocated shutting down churches, shutting down
- 29:57Speaker 4: gym shutting down stores, shutting America. He also advocated mask
- 30:01Speaker 4: mandates despite the fact that there was no science behind it.
- 30:04Speaker 4: He also advocated vaccine mandates despite the fact there was
- 30:08Speaker 4: no science behind it, and vaccine mandates for children and
- 30:11Speaker 4: there was zero science behind it. And yet he is brazen.
- 30:16Speaker 4: He is unapologetic. He is proud of his role shutting
- 30:21Speaker 4: the country down. You mentioned that he's unapologetic. Congressman Jim
- 30:25Speaker 4: Jordan a good friend of the show. Here he questioned
- 30:28Speaker 4: fauci on US tax dollars going to a grant recipient
- 30:33Speaker 4: to the lab directly in China. I want you to
- 30:37Speaker 4: hear what he had to say when he was asked
- 30:39Speaker 4: about this. It was honestly a little bit shocking to hear,
- 30:43Speaker 4: just the arrogance from Fauci.
- 30:45Speaker 3: As prior to that call would have been on the call. Well,
- 30:47Speaker 3: the quill was arranged by Jeremy Farrah. You should ask him.
- 30:50Speaker 9: Okay, did US tax dollars flow through a grant recipient
- 30:53Speaker 9: to the lab in China? I'm sorry, did US tax
- 30:58Speaker 9: dollars flow through a grant recipient to the lab in China?
- 31:01Speaker 3: Yes?
- 31:02Speaker 7: Of course it was a sub award to the one
- 31:04Speaker 7: who approved that award, excuse me, and who approved that award.
- 31:07Speaker 3: What agency approved that award?
- 31:09Speaker 7: National Institute of Ology and Infectious Disease.
- 31:11Speaker 3: Your agency approved that, right, yes it did.
- 31:14Speaker 9: After does that have anything to do with this downplaying
- 31:16Speaker 9: the lab leak theory?
- 31:18Speaker 3: No, nothing to do with it. Nothing.
- 31:21Speaker 2: What This is a guy that still wants you to
- 31:24Speaker 2: believe that the lab week theory was a theory and
- 31:26Speaker 2: not reality and that this somehow came from a wet market.
- 31:30Speaker 2: There and then the other question that was asked of
- 31:33Speaker 2: him was from Representative Brad Winthrop, a Republican from Ohio.
- 31:38Speaker 2: This was the question he asked, and listen to the
- 31:41Speaker 2: anger from Fauci.
- 31:43Speaker 6: The vaccine saved millions of lives, and I want to
- 31:45Speaker 6: thank you for your support and engagement on that. However,
- 31:49Speaker 6: despite statements to the contrary, it did not stop transmission
- 31:54Speaker 6: of the virus. Did the COVID vaccine stop transmission of
- 31:58Speaker 6: the virus?
- 32:00Speaker 7: That is a complicated issue because in the beginning, the
- 32:03Speaker 7: first iteration of the vaccines did have an effect, not
- 32:08Speaker 7: one hundred.
- 32:09Speaker 3: Percent, not a high effect.
- 32:11Speaker 7: They did prevent infection and subsequently obviously transmission. However, it's
- 32:18Speaker 7: important to point out something that we did not know
- 32:22Speaker 7: early on that became evident as the months went by,
- 32:27Speaker 7: is that the durability of protection against infection and hence
- 32:32Speaker 7: transmission was relatively limited, whereas the duration of protection against
- 32:38Speaker 7: severe disease hospitalization and deaths was more prolonged.
- 32:43Speaker 3: We did not know that in the beginning. In the beginning, it.
- 32:47Speaker 7: Was felt that, in fact it did prevent infection and
- 32:50Speaker 7: thus transmission, but that was proven as time went by
- 32:54Speaker 7: to not be a durable effect.
- 32:58Speaker 1: I mean, well, I didn't really get it wrong.
- 33:01Speaker 2: It was just, you know, the science that I'm in
- 33:04Speaker 2: charge of was not what we thought it was. They'll
- 33:06Speaker 2: never admit they really screwed up on any of this.
- 33:10Speaker 4: So listen, let me give a moment a benefit of
- 33:13Speaker 4: the doubt to Fauci.
- 33:15Speaker 3: I agree.
- 33:15Speaker 4: When this pandemic was starting, people didn't know what we
- 33:19Speaker 4: were facing. No, people were concerned, and there were people dying,
- 33:24Speaker 4: and in the face of a pandemic, I understand the decisions. Look,
- 33:30Speaker 4: Donald Trump signed off on shutdowns early on the decision
- 33:35Speaker 4: to have shutdowns for a week or two.
- 33:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it was two weeks, remember, to stop the spread.
- 33:40Speaker 3: Two weeks to stop the spread.
- 33:42Speaker 4: In hindsight, that was a mistake, But I can understand
- 33:45Speaker 4: why people made the decision. At the time, we didn't know,
- 33:48Speaker 4: we didn't know what the spreading was, we didn't know
- 33:51Speaker 4: about what the lethality was, and it was trying to
- 33:54Speaker 4: save lives. If Fauci said, listen, we had limited information.
- 33:58Speaker 4: We were trying to do steps to stop the spread
- 34:02Speaker 4: of a contagious virus, and these were steps that made sense.
- 34:06Speaker 4: That would not be a crazy thing to say. But
- 34:08Speaker 4: by the way, he doesn't admit any mistakes. And what
- 34:12Speaker 4: Fauci did that was fundamentally wrong, is he elevated politics
- 34:17Speaker 4: above science. If he admitted we didn't know at the
- 34:20Speaker 4: time we made those decisions. In hindsight, some of those
- 34:23Speaker 4: decisions were right, some were wrong, that would be rational.
- 34:27Speaker 4: But his position is everything we did was right. Be
- 34:31Speaker 4: glad we shut your schools down. Be glad your children
- 34:35Speaker 4: didn't go to school for a year. Be glad their
- 34:37Speaker 4: mass scores and reading scores have dropped. Be glad that
- 34:39Speaker 4: they will face learning loss for the rest of their lives.
- 34:42Speaker 4: Be grateful that we, the benevolent dictators, did that. There
- 34:47Speaker 4: is an arrogance this man. Look, he publicly says, when
- 34:52Speaker 4: you attack me, you are attacking the science. Because I
- 34:55Speaker 4: am the science. There is an arrogance. He embodied the
- 35:00Speaker 4: leftist arrogance. And to be clear, look, he early on
- 35:05Speaker 4: when people asked him, okay, our masks do they make sense,
- 35:11Speaker 4: he said, no, you shouldn't wear masks. They don't do
- 35:14Speaker 4: any good. A mask is not going to stop the
- 35:17Speaker 4: spread of a virus. And then going forward he said
- 35:20Speaker 4: everyone's got to be masked. And he didn't explain the change.
- 35:23Speaker 4: And by the way, when it came to the Wulhan lab,
- 35:26Speaker 4: leap understand Anthony Fauci personally funded the research that I
- 35:31Speaker 4: believe created the COVID virus. He was desperate to cover
- 35:36Speaker 4: his own ass. He was desperate to argue no came
- 35:39Speaker 4: from a wet market. We now know that is false.
- 35:42Speaker 4: But he reached out. He asked Mark Zuckerberg, will Facebook
- 35:46Speaker 4: suppress any allegations that this came from a Chinese government lab.
- 35:52Speaker 4: And to be clear, I want you to go back
- 35:54Speaker 4: if you look at this podcast. In March and April
- 35:59Speaker 4: of twenty twenty eight, at the beginning of COVID, we
- 36:02Speaker 4: did two different podcasts on Verdict where we let out
- 36:06Speaker 4: the evidence. Then early on that I thought the clear
- 36:09Speaker 4: evidence was this virus escaped from a government lab. I
- 36:14Speaker 4: think that is now overwhelming. It is almost indisputable as strong,
- 36:20Speaker 4: but it is clearly the overwhelming way to the evidence
- 36:24Speaker 4: is that it escaped from a Chinese government lab. And
- 36:27Speaker 4: I think the majority of the evidence this is not
- 36:29Speaker 4: as strong, but I think it is greater than fifty percent,
- 36:33Speaker 4: is that this virus was deliberately created by the Chinese government.
- 36:37Speaker 4: Now I don't think they created it because they wanted
- 36:39Speaker 4: people to die. I think they were creating it because
- 36:41Speaker 4: they were engaged in research and they were irresponsible and reckless.
- 36:45Speaker 4: But they took viruses and they made them that they
- 36:49Speaker 4: engaged in gain of function research, which is they made
- 36:52Speaker 4: them more deadly, and they made them more transmissible to humans,
- 36:57Speaker 4: and then I think the virus escaped in the world
- 36:59Speaker 4: faced back.
- 37:00Speaker 2: There's something else that's also very shocking, and that is
- 37:04Speaker 2: doctor Fauci has asked a very simple question, and I'll
- 37:07Speaker 2: wrap with this, but it's an important one, and that
- 37:11Speaker 2: was about the unvaccinated. And I want you to hear
- 37:15Speaker 2: just some of the kind of disdain they're still shaming
- 37:18Speaker 2: the unvaccinated.
- 37:19Speaker 3: Yes, it's proven that.
- 37:21Speaker 10: And do you also agree that it's saved hundreds of
- 37:24Speaker 10: thousands and possibly millions of lives in America and across
- 37:27Speaker 10: the world.
- 37:29Speaker 7: That is absolutely correct, and it's very clear that it's
- 37:32Speaker 7: saved millions of lives here and throughout the world. The
- 37:37Speaker 7: Europeans have done the same studies that we have, and
- 37:40Speaker 7: the data are incontrovertible that they save lives.
- 37:45Speaker 10: Sir, And do you think the American public should listen
- 37:47Speaker 10: to America's brightest and best doctors and scientists or instead
- 37:52Speaker 10: listen to podcasters, conspiracy theorists, and unhinged Facebook memes.
- 37:58Speaker 7: Now I'm listening to people who you just described is
- 38:02Speaker 7: going to do nothing but harm people because they will
- 38:04Speaker 7: deprive themselves of life saving interventions, which has happened.
- 38:09Speaker 3: And you know some have done studies.
- 38:12Speaker 7: Fido Hootz has done an analysis of this and shows
- 38:16Speaker 7: that in people who refuse to get vaccinated for any
- 38:20Speaker 7: a variety of reasons probably responsible for an additional two
- 38:24Speaker 7: to three hundred thousand deaths in this.
- 38:27Speaker 2: An additional two to three hundred thousand deaths in this country.
- 38:31Speaker 2: They're still shaming anyone that asks a question. Remember the ivermectino.
- 38:35Speaker 2: You guys are getting horse to warmers. I mean the
- 38:37Speaker 2: list goes on and on.
- 38:40Speaker 4: And by the way, in a subsequent pod, we should
- 38:43Speaker 4: play Chris Cuomo when it was called out for his
- 38:47Speaker 4: lying on ivermectin. But it is the corporate media crawled
- 38:53Speaker 4: in bed with Anthony Fauci, crawled in bed with the
- 38:58Speaker 4: left wing, dishonest political, scientific medical world, and they just
- 39:04Speaker 4: lied to people. And I will say, if you look
- 39:06Speaker 4: at something like COVID vaccines for children, for children under six,
- 39:12Speaker 4: there was zero scientific evidence to back that. I get
- 39:17Speaker 4: why someone who was eighty or ninety, or even someone
- 39:19Speaker 4: who was fifty or sixty made the decision to get
- 39:22Speaker 4: the COVID vaccine because look, you could make a rational
- 39:26Speaker 4: cost benefit analysis that we don't know everything about this vaccine.
- 39:29Speaker 4: There are risk to it, but we also know this
- 39:31Speaker 4: is a very infectious disease and they're particularly for people
- 39:34Speaker 4: who are health compromised, it can be really damaging. And
- 39:38Speaker 4: so people who are older could make a rational decision
- 39:41Speaker 4: to get the vaccine for a five or six year old.
- 39:46Speaker 4: I think there was no rational decision to give a
- 39:49Speaker 4: child that because the rate of fatalities.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Behind that, as there was behind the six foot role,
- 39:54Speaker 2: which apparently he's admitted.
- 39:56Speaker 1: Now, yeah, we just kind of made it up.
- 39:57Speaker 3: He just made it up.
- 40:00Speaker 4: It This was all about politics and power, and Fauci
- 40:05Speaker 4: was willing to put politics in power above medicine and science.

- 42:39Speaker 2: celebrate and remember on this trip to France, and we're
- 42:43Speaker 2: going to actually have you live from there that we're
- 42:46Speaker 2: going to record our next podcast.
- 42:49Speaker 4: Well that's exactly right. Later today, I'm gonna get on
- 42:51Speaker 4: a plane. I'm going to fly to France for the
- 42:53Speaker 4: eightieth anniversary.
- 42:55Speaker 10: Of D Day.
- 42:55Speaker 3: I'm going to go to Normandy.
- 42:56Speaker 4: I'm going to be there for the celebration. President Biden's
- 43:00Speaker 4: going to be there. We're going to have about twenty
- 43:01Speaker 4: five senators are going over and hold on and I.
- 43:04Speaker 1: Go on Air Force one. Are you are now? You guys,
- 43:06Speaker 1: so you didn't get the invite?
- 43:08Speaker 3: No?
- 43:09Speaker 4: Now, why would he possibly bring any of us. We're
- 43:13Speaker 4: going to go on a separate plane, but we'll be
- 43:15Speaker 4: over there. And I get to say, I'm excited. So
- 43:18Speaker 4: five years ago was the seventy fifth anniversary of D Day,
- 43:22Speaker 4: and I wanted to go, but I had a scheduling
- 43:24Speaker 4: conflict and I didn't go. And I got to tell you, Ben,
- 43:26Speaker 4: I've kicked myself. I've been mad at myself that I
- 43:30Speaker 4: didn't go to the seventy fifth anniversary.
- 43:31Speaker 3: I missed it.
- 43:33Speaker 4: And so for this one, listen, the eightieth. This is
- 43:36Speaker 4: particularly special because if you were nineteen years old in
- 43:41Speaker 4: World War Two, you're ninety nine now. Yeah, this is
- 43:47Speaker 4: in all likelihood the last major anniversary where we will
- 43:52Speaker 4: have living veterans from World War Two. The people are
- 43:54Speaker 4: going to be there, are going to be ninety eight,
- 43:56Speaker 4: ninety nine, one hundred hundred and one hundred and two
- 43:59Speaker 4: hundred three. It is gonna be an incredible privilege to
- 44:03Speaker 4: be there with these American heroes of the greatest generation
- 44:07Speaker 4: to say thank you, thank you, thank you, the boys
- 44:10Speaker 4: who scaled those cliffs, who defeated the Nazis, who saved
- 44:16Speaker 4: the free world. It is an incredible moment of American
- 44:20Speaker 4: heroism and American leadership and I'm thrilled. I'm really really
- 44:25Speaker 4: looking forward to this. It's gonna be and we're gonna
- 44:28Speaker 4: do the next podcast from France. I'm gonna record, I'm
- 44:31Speaker 4: gonna bring the equipment. I'm gonna record it there. And
- 44:33Speaker 4: so we're gonna talk to you from France and and
- 44:36Speaker 4: and and and right after the ceremony on D Day,
- 44:39Speaker 4: we're gonna talk about that.
- 44:40Speaker 2: And it's gonna be awesome. I cannot wait. Be safe
- 44:42Speaker 2: on your flight over there. Don't forget the Center. I
