Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / White House Whistleblower - Alleges Job Biden Committed Criminal Acts in front of Him
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to his verdict to a Senator Ted Cruz Ben
- 0:03Speaker 1: Ferguson with your Senator the headline that basically no one's
- 0:08Speaker 1: seen because the media has a runaway from it. Is
- 0:12Speaker 1: an ex Obama staffer as stenographer, has blown the whistle
- 0:18Speaker 1: on Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and a kickback scheme. His
- 0:23Speaker 1: words after Hunter joined Barisma, he said this was quote
- 0:28Speaker 1: malfeasance in office, and I'm going to play for everyone
- 0:32Speaker 1: what he said. But he says he has reached out
- 0:35Speaker 1: to the FBI and he has heard nothing for them
- 0:39Speaker 1: from them as a whistleblower. Urinitial reaction, well, I think
- 0:45Speaker 1: it's a very concerning allegation. It is an allegation with
- 0:49Speaker 1: significant indicia of credibility. This individual worked in the White
- 0:53Speaker 1: House for fifteen years. He was a stenographer, He was
- 0:57Speaker 1: on Air Force two then Vice President Joe Biden, and
- 1:03Speaker 1: he has filed a formal complaint, a whistleblower complaint with
- 1:06Speaker 1: the FBI. The FBI has ignored him. Here's what this individual,
- 1:11Speaker 1: the Obama White House official Mike McCormick said, quote in February,
- 1:16Speaker 1: I went to the FBI and filed one of their
- 1:18Speaker 1: tips on their website If you do that and you're
- 1:22Speaker 1: lying to them, you go to jail. I'm not lying,
- 1:26Speaker 1: I'm telling the truth, and I'm not going to jail.
- 1:28Speaker 1: And he continued saying, quote, Joe Biden is a criminal.
- 1:33Speaker 1: He was conducting malfeasance in office to enrich his family.
- 1:38Speaker 1: Jake Sullivan, who's the current National Security Advisor, is a
- 1:42Speaker 1: conspirator in that. And there's more Obama officials involved in it.
- 1:46Speaker 1: I believe. Here. Listen to what he said describing his
- 1:50Speaker 1: whistleblower complaint that the entire corporate media is ignoring. Mean time,
- 1:55Speaker 1: a former Obama White House official says he wants to
- 1:58Speaker 1: testify to a federal real grand jury because he says
- 2:01Speaker 1: he has information about then Vice President Joe Biden's role
- 2:05Speaker 1: in his son Hunter's business, but he says the FBI
- 2:10Speaker 1: has been ignoring him. Former Obama stenographer Mike mcconnick joins us. Now, Mike,
- 2:14Speaker 1: thanks for being here. You say you are a witness
- 2:17Speaker 1: to a crime. Walk us through why you say that. Yes, Hi,
- 2:22Speaker 1: Ashley Hi Todd, thanks for having me. Sure so. In
- 2:26Speaker 1: April twenty fourteen, I was an Air Force too with
- 2:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden and Jake Sullivan at the time, no one
- 2:35Speaker 1: knew that Hunter Biden was already on the board of
- 2:38Speaker 1: Barissma Holdings, the natural gas conglomerate from Ukraine. Joe Biden
- 2:44Speaker 1: is directing Jake Sullivan in the front of the plane
- 2:48Speaker 1: what to say to the press. My job as a
- 2:50Speaker 1: stenographer on the plane is to record what the Vice
- 2:53Speaker 1: President or a senior administration official says to the press.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So I'm sitting back there with a tape recorder. Jake
- 3:00Speaker 1: Sullivan comes back and somebody asked them about fracking. His
- 3:04Speaker 1: answer is, well, we're bringing a lot of American assistance
- 3:06Speaker 1: over for fracking. Barismo was the direct beneficiary of that fracking.
- 3:14Speaker 1: And that's what I recorded, and that's in a White
- 3:16Speaker 1: House transcript. In the transcript, you don't know who Jake
- 3:20Speaker 1: Sullivan is. It's a senior reginistration official. I'm the witness
- 3:24Speaker 1: that says Jake Sullivan is the guy who said it,
- 3:28Speaker 1: and he should be investigated because at the time, Hunter
- 3:32Speaker 1: Biden was on the board of Barissma and Joe Biden
- 3:36Speaker 1: is bringing American taxpayer money to enrich that company and
- 3:40Speaker 1: hisself and his family. Senator, you hear this. He says,
- 3:45Speaker 1: it's in a transcript. He's a stenographer that did the transcript.
- 3:50Speaker 1: People don't realize the senior level, you know, White House
- 3:53Speaker 1: staffer is Jake Sullivan. How damning is this evidence and
- 3:58Speaker 1: testimony in essence with the blow from a man that
- 4:01Speaker 1: clearly had been there in the room and had been
- 4:04Speaker 1: doing this for more than a decade. Well, it's extremely
- 4:08Speaker 1: concerning on multiple levels. On one level, this is a
- 4:12Speaker 1: White House official who is sitting on Air Force too
- 4:17Speaker 1: with the Vice President and with the individual Jake Sullivan,
- 4:20Speaker 1: who is right now the National Security advisor to Joe Biden,
- 4:23Speaker 1: the President. He is alleging criminal conduct by both of them.
- 4:29Speaker 1: On the face of it, that's got that, that's got
- 4:31Speaker 1: real force. But you then go to the next step,
- 4:35Speaker 1: which is that he raised this to the FBI months ago,
- 4:40Speaker 1: and he says the FBI hasn't talked to him, hasn't
- 4:44Speaker 1: interviewed him, hasn't put him before a grand jury, has
- 4:47Speaker 1: had zero interest in what he has to say. Now
- 4:51Speaker 1: pause and reflect. The last podcast you and I did,
- 4:54Speaker 1: we talked about how the FBI is placing undercover agents
- 5:00Speaker 1: inside of Catholic churches to spy on Catholics who are
- 5:05Speaker 1: people of faith and are religious. They've got the time
- 5:08Speaker 1: and resources, apparently to try to infiltrate the Catholic Church
- 5:12Speaker 1: and try to flip clergy to spy on their parishioners
- 5:17Speaker 1: for them. But the Biden Department of Justice apparently has
- 5:22Speaker 1: zero time to even talk to a fifteen year White
- 5:27Speaker 1: House veteran alleging criminal conduct. That is truly stunning. It
- 5:34Speaker 1: is dismaying, And I got to say, look, this reminds
- 5:37Speaker 1: me of a lot of the topics we cover on Verdict,
- 5:40Speaker 1: because in anysane world, this would be on the six
- 5:45Speaker 1: o'clock news. In any sane world, you wouldn't be hearing
- 5:49Speaker 1: about this for the first time right now on this podcast. Now,
- 5:53Speaker 1: maybe you watched Fox and Friends this week and so
- 5:56Speaker 1: you saw the interview. That's about the only other place
- 5:58Speaker 1: you'd hear this because if you watch CNN, this whistleblower
- 6:03Speaker 1: doesn't exist. If you watch MSNBC, nothing to see here, ABC, NBCCBS,
- 6:10Speaker 1: they do not cover news this also. Look, we've talked
- 6:14Speaker 1: at length about the Biden Department of Justice under Merrick Garland,
- 6:17Speaker 1: and they have leaked that they're investigating Hunter Biden. The
- 6:22Speaker 1: relevant question has always been, is that investigation to hold
- 6:27Speaker 1: Hunter out as a scapegoat and make it about his
- 6:30Speaker 1: personal substance abuse issues, or are they willing to examine
- 6:35Speaker 1: the corruption that implicates his father. The fact that they
- 6:38Speaker 1: won't even talk to this witness, it tells you something
- 6:41Speaker 1: really powerful that this is sadly an incredibly political department
- 6:47Speaker 1: of Justice that has no interest in even beginning to
- 6:52Speaker 1: examine the growing pile of evidence of corruption by the
- 6:57Speaker 1: current president of the United States. This reminds me center
- 7:00Speaker 1: and I want to play this real quick. It reminds
- 7:03Speaker 1: me of Tony Bobolynski when he came out as a
- 7:06Speaker 1: whistleblower right before the election, and then finally because he
- 7:11Speaker 1: came out as a whistable or the FBI said all right,
- 7:13Speaker 1: come on in, we want to talk to you, and
- 7:16Speaker 1: they did nothing with what he told them after the fact.
- 7:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna play and just remind people of what Tony
- 7:21Speaker 1: Bobolynski had and could verify from Hunter Biden's laptop. Before
- 7:26Speaker 1: we do that, let me tell you though about our
- 7:27Speaker 1: good friends over to gusts of precious medals. Buying gold
- 7:30Speaker 1: right now and silver for a lot of people is
- 7:33Speaker 1: very appealing because of the ups and downs and the
- 7:36Speaker 1: insanity in the economy. You know what's happening with interest rates,
- 7:40Speaker 1: you've seen what's happening with inflation that, and you've seen
- 7:44Speaker 1: what's been happening even with banks recently. If you have
- 7:47Speaker 1: saved a hundred thousand dollars or more in your retirement,
- 7:51Speaker 1: a Gust of Precious Metals wants to sit down with
- 7:54Speaker 1: you and they want to talk to you about if
- 7:57Speaker 1: gold and silver can help protect your hard earned dollars.
- 8:00Speaker 1: Whether you're close to retirement or in retirement, you know
- 8:02Speaker 1: one thing is true, you don't have time to make
- 8:06Speaker 1: up losses, and that's where gold and silver come in. Now.
- 8:09Speaker 1: They also are going to pay you in pure gold
- 8:13Speaker 1: just to learn about their gold iras and how they
- 8:17Speaker 1: can protect you. That's a big deal. A pure gold
- 8:19Speaker 1: coin for free. Reach out to a Gust of Precious
- 8:23Speaker 1: Meals a day and get started with gold. Don't let
- 8:25Speaker 1: the bank failures get you down. Get this free gold
- 8:28Speaker 1: and get some peace of mind at the same time.
- 8:31Speaker 1: Eight seven seven four Gold Ira eight seven seven the
- 8:35Speaker 1: number four gold Ira to learn how to protect your
- 8:38Speaker 1: retirement and get your free gold coin. That's a Gust
- 8:41Speaker 1: of Precious Medals dot Com eight seven seven, the number
- 8:44Speaker 1: four gold Ira Center, Tony bob Olenski when he sat
- 8:47Speaker 1: down and did one of his first big interviews. It
- 8:50Speaker 1: wasn't that he was just confirming everything that Hunter Biden did.
- 8:53Speaker 1: He was confirming who the big guy was. He was
- 8:56Speaker 1: confirming these business deals of CFE and he did these
- 8:59Speaker 1: inner views because the FBI wasn't doing their job. I
- 9:02Speaker 1: didn't generate that email. James Gilliard generated that email, and
- 9:06Speaker 1: in that email, James Gillier goes through intimate detail of
- 9:11Speaker 1: what each individual's requests were from a compensation perspective, and
- 9:16Speaker 1: how the equity in the enterprise would be divvied up.
- 9:19Speaker 1: Very important May thirteenth. That email is generated by somebody else.
- 9:24Speaker 1: To me. In that email, there's a statement where they
- 9:28Speaker 1: go through the equity. Jim Biden's referenced as ten percent.
- 9:32Speaker 1: Doesn't say Biden, it's as Jim, and then it has
- 9:35Speaker 1: ten percent for the big guy held by h a
- 9:38Speaker 1: thousand percent. Sit here and know that the big guy
- 9:41Speaker 1: is referencing Joe Biden. That's that's crystal clear to me
- 9:46Speaker 1: because I lived it. I met with a former vice
- 9:48Speaker 1: president in person multiple times, and I had been meeting
- 9:53Speaker 1: and talking with Hunter Biden and Jim Biden and Rob
- 9:56Speaker 1: Walker and James Gillier. Where the media has tried to
- 10:00Speaker 1: hide and I personally feel it's disgusting, is between that
- 10:04Speaker 1: May thirteenth email and the final document that was executed
- 10:08Speaker 1: called Onneido Holdings LLC. In Oeido Holdings LLC, that equity
- 10:14Speaker 1: is broken up twenty percent Hunter Biden, twenty percent Jim Biden, Well,
- 10:20Speaker 1: there are LLC's that represented them, right, twenty percent, James
- 10:24Speaker 1: Gillier twenty percent Rob Walker, and twenty percent me and
- 10:29Speaker 1: my investment entity. What I'd ask the American people to
- 10:33Speaker 1: read and look at is how from May thirteenth to
- 10:36Speaker 1: the final NIED document that got executed, did Jim Biden
- 10:40Speaker 1: go from a ten percent owner to a twenty percent owner?
- 10:44Speaker 1: I mean center, These are two people with very clear specifics.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Torny Bobolynski whistle Bload. He meets with the FBI. The
- 10:51Speaker 1: FBI agent he was supposed to be his quote point
- 10:53Speaker 1: of contact, we now know as a disgraced FBI agent
- 10:56Speaker 1: who did nothing but actually try to say that this
- 11:00Speaker 1: was a smear campaign against the Biden's and to shut
- 11:02Speaker 1: it down as disinformation. What Tony Bobo Lensky said, now
- 11:06Speaker 1: you've got a sonographer saying I witnessed a crime, and
- 11:09Speaker 1: I can tell you there's other officials there that witnessed it. Two,
- 11:13Speaker 1: I'm the one that did the notes, and the FBI
- 11:15Speaker 1: doesn't even talk to him. Well, and it's worth underscoring
- 11:20Speaker 1: that both of these witnesses are serious, credible whistleblowers. Bobolynsky
- 11:25Speaker 1: was business partners with Hunter Biden, with with Joe Biden's brothers.
- 11:29Speaker 1: He was actively involved in these business organizations and he's
- 11:33Speaker 1: testifying about the crime he witnessed firsthand. This stenographer spent
- 11:39Speaker 1: fifteen years in the White House. He wasn't out on
- 11:41Speaker 1: the piphery. He was sitting on Air Force two with
- 11:44Speaker 1: Joe Biden, with Jake Sullivan. And the fact that under
- 11:48Speaker 1: Merrick Garland, the Department of Justice has zero interest in
- 11:52Speaker 1: hearing this, that they're like the three monkeys here no evil,
- 11:56Speaker 1: see no evil. They do say evil, but they don't
- 11:59Speaker 1: want to hear or see it. And I got to
- 12:02Speaker 1: say it reminds me also of earlier allegations. These are
- 12:08Speaker 1: not new allegations of corruption and conflict of interest. Hunter
- 12:13Speaker 1: Biden and Joe Biden had been facing these allegations for
- 12:17Speaker 1: a decade. And I want to want to remind you
- 12:20Speaker 1: back of questioning that I questioned George Kent. Now, who
- 12:26Speaker 1: is George Kent. George Kent is currently the Biden Ambassador
- 12:31Speaker 1: to Estonia, and George Kent has been a career foreign
- 12:35Speaker 1: service officer, and he was the US Deputy Chief of
- 12:39Speaker 1: Mission in Ukraine from twenty fifteen to twenty eighteen. Now,
- 12:44Speaker 1: George Kent had a moment of fame because he was
- 12:47Speaker 1: a witness in Trump's impeachment and he sat there with
- 12:51Speaker 1: his bow tie expressing great dislike for Donald Trump. And
- 12:56Speaker 1: so the left got all excited about George Kent. But
- 13:00Speaker 1: before he became a star witness in Trump's impeachment, George
- 13:05Speaker 1: Kent had one brief moment of courage and clarity where
- 13:12Speaker 1: he raised directly to the Obama White House his concerns
- 13:17Speaker 1: about Hunter Biden's conflict of interest concerning Barisma, the exact
- 13:22Speaker 1: same topic, by the way, this new whistleblower is talking about.
- 13:26Speaker 1: And I got to tell you the reaction. That committee
- 13:31Speaker 1: was chaired by Jane Sheheen, the Detocrat for New Hampshire.
- 13:34Speaker 1: It was a subcommittee of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee,
- 13:36Speaker 1: and she did not want him to answer these questions.
- 13:40Speaker 1: We had some real fireworks, and so Ben, I think
- 13:43Speaker 1: we're gonna play play the entire questioning. It's extended, but
- 13:47Speaker 1: I think it is it is worth revisiting because, like
- 13:51Speaker 1: this whistleblower this week, the corrupt corporate media completely ignored
- 13:56Speaker 1: it because if it doesn't fit their political narrative, does
- 14:00Speaker 1: not exist, and they refuse to report on it. Take
- 14:04Speaker 1: a listen to this, and this was back November twenty ninth,
- 14:07Speaker 1: twenty twenty two. Here it is thank you, Madam Chair,
- 14:10Speaker 1: and welcome to each of the witnesses. Mister Kent, you
- 14:15Speaker 1: have been outspoken throughout your career speaking against corruption, and
- 14:21Speaker 1: I want to talk about corruption. I want to talk
- 14:23Speaker 1: in particular about corruption in the current administration. And I
- 14:28Speaker 1: have serious concerns about corruption of President Joe Biden that
- 14:32Speaker 1: extends for considerable time, both his time as president and
- 14:36Speaker 1: his time as vice president. To take one obvious and
- 14:39Speaker 1: troubling example, accounts linked to the Biden families personal finances
- 14:44Speaker 1: received millions of dollars through ties to ce EFC China Energy.
- 14:50Speaker 1: This is where we get the infamous quote about ten
- 14:53Speaker 1: percent to the big guy from the Chinese Communists. But
- 14:59Speaker 1: you've also been involved very directly with Ukraine and corruption
- 15:03Speaker 1: in Ukraine, and I will say you showed real courage
- 15:07Speaker 1: speaking out against what I think was the very obvious
- 15:13Speaker 1: concerns of corruption of Joe Biden and his son Hunter
- 15:16Speaker 1: Biden in Ukraine. In particular, on November thirteenth, twenty nineteen,
- 15:21Speaker 1: you testified to Congress that you had become concerned with
- 15:25Speaker 1: Hunter Biden's status as a board member of the Ukrainian
- 15:28Speaker 1: natural gas company Barisma. You said you would raise those
- 15:32Speaker 1: concerns to the White House in February twenty fifteen, and
- 15:35Speaker 1: in particular what you said is I became aware that
- 15:38Speaker 1: Hunter Biden was on the board of Barisma soon after that,
- 15:41Speaker 1: and a briefing call with a National security staff at
- 15:44Speaker 1: the Office of the Vice President in February of twenty fifteen,
- 15:47Speaker 1: I raised my concern that Hunter Biden's status as a
- 15:50Speaker 1: board member could create a perception of a conflict of interest.
- 15:55Speaker 1: Tell me why did you have this concern about, as
- 15:57Speaker 1: you described, a perception of a conflict of interest. Well, centered,
- 16:00Speaker 1: I can give you, and I remember this committee my
- 16:04Speaker 1: commitment that I will always raise concerns to members of
- 16:09Speaker 1: any administration and to Congress when I have concerns, and
- 16:14Speaker 1: so I was made aware of information, and I passed
- 16:18Speaker 1: that along to the staff of the Office of the
- 16:22Speaker 1: Vice President. And so why were you concerned? Why were
- 16:24Speaker 1: you concerned about Hunter Biden being on the board of Barisma.
- 16:27Speaker 1: The issue at hand was the owner of the company's Latchevski,
- 16:32Speaker 1: had awarded himself gas contracts, and as I testified both
- 16:37Speaker 1: in the impeachment hearings and in the Johnson Grassley hearings
- 16:41Speaker 1: of twenty twenty, our concern was about the corrupt acts
- 16:45Speaker 1: of Zlatchevski. The ex minister and the FBI had been
- 16:49Speaker 1: pursuing freezing his assets, and it was in the interests
- 16:54Speaker 1: of the United States to remain at the gold standard
- 16:58Speaker 1: of our own actions. So the Ukrainian oligarch who owned Barisma,
- 17:02Speaker 1: there was very substantial evidence of corruption on his part,
- 17:05Speaker 1: and Tea named Hunter Biden to his board of directors.
- 17:10Speaker 1: To your knowledge, does Hunter Biden speak Ukrainian? I've never
- 17:14Speaker 1: talked to Hunter Biden. No, to your knowledge, did he
- 17:18Speaker 1: have any knowledge before serving on that board about anything
- 17:21Speaker 1: concerning oil or natural gas? I'm not aware of his eving.
- 17:26Speaker 1: To your knowledge, did Hunter Biden have any qualification whatsoever
- 17:30Speaker 1: for that board job other than the fact that his
- 17:33Speaker 1: daddy was the sitting vice president at the time, Senator, I,
- 17:38Speaker 1: no one consulted me about who was on the board
- 17:41Speaker 1: of Barisma. There was another American Koepher Black, who was
- 17:44Speaker 1: a former I asked a question, to your knowledge, did
- 17:47Speaker 1: Hunter Biden have any qualification to be on that board
- 17:50Speaker 1: other than the job his daddy had at the moment?
- 17:53Speaker 1: I am not familiar with his resume, sir. Okay, he
- 17:58Speaker 1: was paid eighty three thousand dollars a month by this
- 18:01Speaker 1: Ukrainian oligarch. You're an expert in Ukraine. Have you ever
- 18:05Speaker 1: been paid eighty three thousand dollars a month? I'm a
- 18:07Speaker 1: public servant, Sir. I've never served on a corporate bord.
- 18:10Speaker 1: So does that mean no, you haven't been paid eighty
- 18:11Speaker 1: three thousand dollars an I have not been paid eighty
- 18:13Speaker 1: three thousand dollars a month, no, sir. So look, the
- 18:16Speaker 1: concern here is not Hunter Biden's own problems, but rather
- 18:20Speaker 1: it is official corruption from the then Vice President of
- 18:23Speaker 1: the United States Joe Biden and now the President of
- 18:25Speaker 1: the United States, Joe Biden. Let me ask you, while
- 18:28Speaker 1: his son was on the board of Barissma making a
- 18:31Speaker 1: million dollars a year, did Joe Biden do anything that
- 18:35Speaker 1: benefited the corrupt oligarch who was paying his son? Vice
- 18:40Speaker 1: President Biden led our efforts to fight corruption in Ukraine.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Let me ask you the question again. Did Vice President
- 18:45Speaker 1: Joe Biden do anything that benefited the corrupt oligarch who
- 18:49Speaker 1: was paying his son a million dollars a year? He
- 18:51Speaker 1: did not. He did not. Well, it's interesting. Someone who
- 18:53Speaker 1: disagrees with you, mister Kent, is Joe Biden. And I
- 18:56Speaker 1: want to read from what he said on January twenty,
- 19:00Speaker 1: twenty eighteen at the Council of Foreign Relations. Quote. This
- 19:02Speaker 1: is Joe Biden speaking. And I went over, I guess
- 19:05Speaker 1: the twelve thirteenth time to Kiev, and I was supposed
- 19:08Speaker 1: to announce that there was another billion dollars loan guarantee,
- 19:12Speaker 1: and I'd gotten a commitment from Porschenko and yet Yatsenyuk
- 19:16Speaker 1: that they would take action against the state prosecutor, the
- 19:19Speaker 1: prosecutor that was investigating Barisma, and they didn't. So Biden continues,
- 19:25Speaker 1: I said, no, I'm not going to we're not going
- 19:27Speaker 1: to give you the billion dollars. They said, you have
- 19:29Speaker 1: no authority, you're not the president. The president said, I said,
- 19:33Speaker 1: call him. I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting
- 19:35Speaker 1: the billion dollars. I said, you're not getting the billion dollars.
- 19:38Speaker 1: I'm going to be leaving here. And I think it
- 19:39Speaker 1: was about six hours. I looked at them and said,
- 19:42Speaker 1: I'm leaving here in six hours. If the prosecutor is
- 19:44Speaker 1: not fired, you're not getting the money. Well, son of
- 19:49Speaker 1: a bitch, he got fired. Let me ask you something.
- 19:53Speaker 1: Do you think Joe Biden holding a billion dollars hostage
- 19:56Speaker 1: to force the Ukrainian government to fire the prosecutor? It
- 20:00Speaker 1: is investigating the corrupt oligarch who's paying his son a
- 20:04Speaker 1: million dollars a year. Did getting that prosecutor fired benefit
- 20:09Speaker 1: that oligarc? Thank you, Senator Cruz. Senator Van are you
- 20:12Speaker 1: going to allow him answer the question? Madam Chairman, I
- 20:14Speaker 1: am not going to allow him to answer the question.
- 20:16Speaker 1: And why are you covering for the vice president? Do
- 20:17Speaker 1: you not want to answer that question? He said that
- 20:21Speaker 1: the vice president I think to benefit. I think it's
- 20:23Speaker 1: unfortunate for you, Senator Cruz, to put in position that
- 20:27Speaker 1: are uncomfortable the nominees to be our ambassador. This is
- 20:31Speaker 1: because testimony, this smorn testimony. I understand that the president
- 20:36Speaker 1: that he is going to raise those concerns anytime. Was
- 20:40Speaker 1: his testimony crewe or false? Biden did nothing to benefit
- 20:43Speaker 1: the oligarc want to answer the question why are you
- 20:45Speaker 1: afraid of him? Answering the question, I'm not. I just
- 20:48Speaker 1: want to move on. But you won't let him answer.
- 20:50Speaker 1: I asked a yes no question. Will you allow him
- 20:52Speaker 1: to answer the yes no question? Yes, you can answer
- 20:55Speaker 1: yes or no. Thank you. The prosecutor who was fired
- 20:58Speaker 1: by the Ukrainian Parliament did not thing to investigate Slatchevski
- 21:02Speaker 1: and everything the Vice President Biden, the State Department, and
- 21:04Speaker 1: the US Embassy did acted in good faith to reduce
- 21:08Speaker 1: corruption and healthy craning. Firing him did not benefit the O.
- 21:11Speaker 1: Thank you, Senator Cruz, I mean Senator that is welcome
- 21:17Speaker 1: to the Congress. Right. This is this is how much
- 21:19Speaker 1: the Democrats will will jump in to take fire on
- 21:23Speaker 1: basic guests no questions about the Biden corruption because they
- 21:27Speaker 1: know how bad it is. But first, Senator, before I
- 21:30Speaker 1: get you to answer that, I gotta tell everybody about
- 21:32Speaker 1: our friends at Chalk. If you are a guy and
- 21:35Speaker 1: you're getting older and you feel like you're losing strength

- 21:45Speaker 1: you had before. It is time for you to take

- 22:31Speaker 1: grab the Mail Vitality Stack thirty five percent off, boost
- 22:35Speaker 1: your testsastrum up to twenty percent over ninety days. Sender
- 22:39Speaker 1: your reaction as I said it again and a moment ago.
- 22:42Speaker 1: I'll say it again, Democrats will do anything to make
- 22:45Speaker 1: sure the bidens are protected from answering questions. Well, that's
- 22:49Speaker 1: exactly right. You could see Jean Shaheen desperately jump in
- 22:52Speaker 1: there and not want him to answer the question. By
- 22:55Speaker 1: the way, the question is obvious. Did firing the prosecutor
- 22:58Speaker 1: who was investing eating the corrupt oligarch who was paying
- 23:02Speaker 1: hundred biden a million dollars a year, did that benefit
- 23:06Speaker 1: the corrupt oligarch? No kidding, duh. And I gotta say, look,
- 23:12Speaker 1: Kent is perfectly happy to be a Democrat partisan. So
- 23:15Speaker 1: even though he raised it at the time, that little
- 23:19Speaker 1: brief moment of courage went away, and so he just
- 23:21Speaker 1: tried to say no, it was perfectly fine. We saw
- 23:23Speaker 1: nothing wrong with it now, but it says it speaks
- 23:27Speaker 1: volumes how desperate Sheheen was to get in and say no, no, no,
- 23:33Speaker 1: don't answer, don't answer, don't answer, don't answer with no
- 23:36Speaker 1: substantive response. By the way, isn't that hearing No Democrat
- 23:41Speaker 1: senator jumped in and said, oh, the facts are different.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Here's why that's wrong. By the way, in that hearing,
- 23:49Speaker 1: her comment was I think it's wrong for you to
- 23:53Speaker 1: make a nominee feel uncomfortable. I'm sorry. I thought the
- 23:58Speaker 1: Constitution provided that the Senate has advice and consent. And
- 24:04Speaker 1: it becomes very clear she views her job as as
- 24:08Speaker 1: protecting the Biden White House from political problems. Because if
- 24:14Speaker 1: she didn't view it that way, any fair minded senator
- 24:20Speaker 1: would want the answer to that question. When you've got
- 24:23Speaker 1: a whistleblower who's raised serious concerns about corruption, the Senate
- 24:31Speaker 1: ought to be concerned about them. But today's Democrat senators,
- 24:36Speaker 1: there's not a one of them who's concerned about them,
- 24:38Speaker 1: because their view is partisanship trumps everything else. And I
- 24:46Speaker 1: got to say, part of the reason they can have
- 24:47Speaker 1: that attitude is the rabid partisanship of the media. Listen,
- 24:55Speaker 1: if you're a Democrat senator and you hear this, this
- 24:58Speaker 1: Q and A. In a normal world where you have
- 25:02Speaker 1: a media reporting on what happens, you'd be a little
- 25:04Speaker 1: reluctant to jump in and seem like you're eager to
- 25:08Speaker 1: cover up the wrongdoing. That That is not a good look,
- 25:12Speaker 1: to put it mildly, But why is it the Democrats
- 25:16Speaker 1: are not worried about this? Well, it's very simple because
- 25:19Speaker 1: they know, they know to a metaphysical certainty that CNN
- 25:24Speaker 1: will never cover it, that MSNBC will never cover it,
- 25:27Speaker 1: that The New York Times, the Washington Post, that the
- 25:30Speaker 1: entire corrupt corporate media won't cover it because if it
- 25:35Speaker 1: doesn't fit their political agenda, from their view, it doesn't exist. Yeah,
- 25:39Speaker 1: that goes back to Tony bobble Lensk. I mean, it's
- 25:41Speaker 1: a guy that's an actually a human being that did
- 25:45Speaker 1: business with Hunter Biden, had multiple meetings with the Vice President,
- 25:50Speaker 1: Joe Biden, had meetings with James Biden. He was involved
- 25:54Speaker 1: in the Biden crime family. And once he was involved,
- 25:58Speaker 1: he got to see how it worked. He knew a
- 26:00Speaker 1: big guy was And what did the FBI do They
- 26:04Speaker 1: after they met with him, they tried to shut it
- 26:07Speaker 1: down where everything that Tony Bobo Lensky gave them could
- 26:10Speaker 1: not be seen by anyone by saying by labeling it
- 26:14Speaker 1: as disinformation. It's not just they sat down with them.
- 26:17Speaker 1: They then tried to cover up what he gave them. Well,
- 26:20Speaker 1: and in contrast this to the behavior of the FBI,
- 26:24Speaker 1: the behavior of the Department of Justice, and the behavior
- 26:27Speaker 1: of the entire corrupt corporate media. When it came to
- 26:31Speaker 1: allegations against Donald Trump, when it came to the Steel dossier,
- 26:36Speaker 1: something that was fantastical on its face, something that we
- 26:39Speaker 1: now know was paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign
- 26:42Speaker 1: in the DNC, something that, on the face of it,
- 26:46Speaker 1: it was essentially rumors at a bar, some drunk guy going, well,
- 26:51Speaker 1: you know, I think Trump is doing this, And every
- 26:57Speaker 1: scurreless allegation, no matter how flimsy, no matter how not
- 27:02Speaker 1: backed up by the facts, would be echoed on the
- 27:06Speaker 1: front pages of the New York Times breathlessly. And in contrast, look,
- 27:13Speaker 1: these are witnesses, babble. Lensky was a business partner, was
- 27:17Speaker 1: an active participant in what he is testifying is a
- 27:22Speaker 1: criminal essentially a criminal bribery scheme. The stenographer was a
- 27:28Speaker 1: White House employee for fifteen years, was physically in the
- 27:32Speaker 1: room with the Vice president and today's national security advisors.
- 27:37Speaker 1: And yet this is not news they're willing to cover.
- 27:42Speaker 1: And contrast the two, and let's be clear, the New
- 27:46Speaker 1: York Times and the Washington Post both won Pulitzer Prizes
- 27:50Speaker 1: for their false reporting on the Trump Russia collusion that
- 27:55Speaker 1: turned out not to be Russia collusion, but that that
- 27:58Speaker 1: titillated the fantasies and made the hearts go pitter pat
- 28:04Speaker 1: of leftists. And I gotta say that it's gotten particularly funny.
- 28:08Speaker 1: I don't know if you've seen that Saturday Night Live,
- 28:13Speaker 1: which which sadly is not funny very often anymore. But
- 28:16Speaker 1: SNL has done a mocking ad for what they call
- 28:20Speaker 1: CNN Zen, which is for leftists who hate Trump, that
- 28:28Speaker 1: this plays soothing words from left wing corrupt media commentators
- 28:35Speaker 1: because they're so nervous they need to be soothed. And
- 28:38Speaker 1: and I gotta say, for our listeners, this is a
- 28:42Speaker 1: good way. We're gonna play you that SDL ad. But
- 28:47Speaker 1: first before we play that for you, I want to
