- 0:00Speaker 1: Today's show is pre recorded. Y'all know what time. I
- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know y'all giving them like the million bucks bus
- 0:17Speaker 1: things in the stubble. Good at listen to mother, I
- 0:38Speaker 1: don't join joining me. You gotta turning, you go, you
- 1:24Speaker 1: gotta turn to turn them out. Turn You haven't got
- 1:44Speaker 1: to turn them out to turn the water the water go.
- 1:55Speaker 1: Come come on your back. Uh huh. I share will
- 2:03Speaker 1: a good morning everybody. You're listening to the voice, Come
- 2:07Speaker 1: on dig me now one and on it. Steve Harvey
- 2:10Speaker 1: got a radio show. Okay, today is simple. I want
- 2:16Speaker 1: to tell you. I want to just talk to you
- 2:19Speaker 1: about effort today. Just about effort. You know, it's it's
- 2:26Speaker 1: it's it's a word that people use to describe sometimes trying.
- 2:33Speaker 1: But what I found out about trying is trying is
- 2:35Speaker 1: just a noble way of saying you didn't get it done.
- 2:41Speaker 1: I tried when and then everybody go, well, he tried,
- 2:45Speaker 1: that was the best. Well that's that's not exactly true, though,
- 2:50Speaker 1: that that's that's not exactly true. You are and I
- 2:54Speaker 1: want to talk to you about that because I don't
- 2:56Speaker 1: want you to be one of the people who just tried.
- 3:01Speaker 1: See trying, I mean, I gotta tell you to attempt something.
- 3:06Speaker 1: You're gonna have to first try, but I want you
- 3:09Speaker 1: to change your mindset from trying to getting it done.
- 3:15Speaker 1: See that's a big difference. I'm really more apt to
- 3:18Speaker 1: listen to the person that says to me, I'm gonna
- 3:21Speaker 1: get it done. I'm gonna try. What try does is
- 3:25Speaker 1: it allows you to fail. It's the person that has
- 3:28Speaker 1: the mindset that I'm gonna get it done is the
- 3:31Speaker 1: person who changes the complexion of things. I'm gonna get
- 3:35Speaker 1: it done. It's very different than I'm gonna try. You know. Look, man,
- 3:40Speaker 1: I know this sounds a little harsh, but you gotta
- 3:43Speaker 1: stop feeding yourself these little old wise sayings that ain't
- 3:48Speaker 1: It was a valiant tribe. Hey man, you talk to
- 3:52Speaker 1: anybody that took second place in the super Bowl and
- 3:56Speaker 1: see how they feel about their valiant try. The only
- 3:59Speaker 1: way to gain God's real blessings is you have to
- 4:05Speaker 1: try something. Stevie backpedaling. Now, listen to me close. You
- 4:13Speaker 1: have to put forth an effort to allow God to
- 4:20Speaker 1: put his finger on something to bless on your behalf.
- 4:25Speaker 1: You must start to attempt, now insane getting it done.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And I'm gonna try. That's a difference of two different
- 4:34Speaker 1: faiths to me that I'm just talking about me. Now,
- 4:38Speaker 1: you may be different, so I can't. I can't say
- 4:40Speaker 1: this about you, but I can't say this about me.
- 4:44Speaker 1: If I say I'm gonna get it done, I have
- 4:48Speaker 1: a lot of faith in it. I am going to
- 4:53Speaker 1: get it done because I just don't see failure as
- 4:55Speaker 1: an option. A lot of times now if somebody says
- 4:59Speaker 1: to me, like the Olympic team invited me out to
- 5:03Speaker 1: curl one day, which is throw these stones on the ice.
- 5:06Speaker 1: If you're not familiar with it's very simple, and so
- 5:09Speaker 1: I said, man, I'd like to give that a try.
- 5:15Speaker 1: I went in full well knowing I may not come
- 5:19Speaker 1: away from this little curling lesson as a person who
- 5:25Speaker 1: could make the Olympic team. I just wanted to try
- 5:27Speaker 1: it because I thought it looked cool, and I always
- 5:30Speaker 1: wanted to get it done. Well. I failed twice. I
- 5:33Speaker 1: threw a stone completely into the other lane. I lost
- 5:37Speaker 1: that little ice shoe. It shot out under me. But
- 5:41Speaker 1: you know what, I kept trying though. I kept trying
- 5:46Speaker 1: until I got four of them stones in that circle
- 5:48Speaker 1: right where I aim. But now had I give it
- 5:52Speaker 1: up after I failed, after I threw that stone in
- 5:56Speaker 1: the other lane, after I shot my shoe down all
- 5:59Speaker 1: the way to the bottom side, the little ice shoe
- 6:01Speaker 1: they give you. I never would did it. But because
- 6:04Speaker 1: I was trying. Something got me together a little bit
- 6:09Speaker 1: because of my effort, and it caused me not to
- 6:12Speaker 1: fall the next time, not to throw it into other lane,
- 6:15Speaker 1: not to shoot my shoe to the back of the wall.
- 6:18Speaker 1: All of a sudden, my trying became something. Now had
- 6:22Speaker 1: I stayed out there and it wasn't so cold, and
- 6:25Speaker 1: I went back week after week after week after week,
- 6:29Speaker 1: I promise you I could get it done. I could
- 6:34Speaker 1: at least know how to compete in a game of curling.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Might not be the best. I might not win the championship,
- 6:41Speaker 1: but I could have got it done to the point
- 6:43Speaker 1: where I could have competed in the game of curling.
- 6:46Speaker 1: So sometimes if you're scared to say I'm gonna get
- 6:49Speaker 1: it done, just go out there and get started. You know,
- 6:53Speaker 1: learn from every attempt that you make. See, don't quit
- 6:57Speaker 1: writing yourself off as a failure every time something don't
- 7:00Speaker 1: go right. And when I failed on that ice, I
- 7:03Speaker 1: could have said, man, I can't curl. But hold up, man,
- 7:05Speaker 1: I'm watching four other women out here curl, four other
- 7:08Speaker 1: dudes out here curling, little kids out here curling. Hold up, Pardner.
- 7:12Speaker 1: You know, man, So I learned when I threw that
- 7:15Speaker 1: stone on the other ice, when I when I fail,
- 7:17Speaker 1: when when my shoe shot off, I learned from every
- 7:21Speaker 1: attempt a little bit more about it. And then I
- 7:26Speaker 1: said to myself at one point time, man, I'm gonna
- 7:28Speaker 1: get this stone in that circle. I'm gonna get this
- 7:31Speaker 1: stone in this circle. And guess what I got it done.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Now what you're saying to me, Steve, I'm saying to
- 7:40Speaker 1: you that you gotta get started, that you gotta put
- 7:43Speaker 1: forth an effort. Give God something to bless. Oh God,
- 7:46Speaker 1: bless me, Oh God, bless me. Bless you? What? Bless you? Where?
- 7:51Speaker 1: Bless you? How? Stop basing your results on what you're thinking.
- 7:55Speaker 1: You gotta think higher. You get God in your life, man,
- 7:59Speaker 1: He allows you to think higher, bigger, better more. I'm
- 8:04Speaker 1: sitting up in my debt. I came up with a
- 8:06Speaker 1: plan to get out of debt in five years. I
- 8:08Speaker 1: came up with this plan right I was sitting up
- 8:11Speaker 1: and I was tripping on it. Now I said, Wait
- 8:13Speaker 1: a minute, man, hold up, this is what I came
- 8:16Speaker 1: up with. I said, God created heaven and earth, all
- 8:21Speaker 1: of it, the mountains, the sky, the valleys, the oceans, trees,
- 8:27Speaker 1: the birds, the Indian Ocean, all of it, made all
- 8:31Speaker 1: of it in six days, and then he rested on
- 8:36Speaker 1: the seven. So why am I taking to God the
- 8:41Speaker 1: five year plan? If he can create heaven and earth
- 8:46Speaker 1: in six days, why am I walking in there talking
- 8:49Speaker 1: about helped me in five years? How is it gonna
- 8:52Speaker 1: take God five years to getting me out of debt?
- 8:57Speaker 1: And he made heaven and earth in six days. You're
- 9:00Speaker 1: the math hill man. I ain't that big. You ain't
- 9:04Speaker 1: that big. You ain't in that much trouble. I ain't
- 9:07Speaker 1: in that much trouble. See, God got a way of
- 9:10Speaker 1: showing you some things, man, but it's gonna take some faith,
- 9:13Speaker 1: and faith gonna take some effort on your part. Man,
- 9:16Speaker 1: Get out and do something. Man, you God will bless
- 9:19Speaker 1: you a little bit and give you a little bit
- 9:21Speaker 1: more courage. And then all them attempts you making is
- 9:23Speaker 1: gonna and all that. So I'll try you know what
- 9:25Speaker 1: that turn into. I'm gonna get it done. And at
- 9:28Speaker 1: the end of the day. That's what you have to do,
- 9:31Speaker 1: because trying to pay your rent and not paying your rent,
- 9:34Speaker 1: it's two different things. You can try to play or
- 9:38Speaker 1: pay your rent, or you can get it done. Now,
- 9:40Speaker 1: how long you think you're gonna stay in that house trying,
- 9:43Speaker 1: You got to go with the mindset of getting it done.
- 9:45Speaker 1: And if you can put some stuff out there and
- 9:47Speaker 1: give God a chance to put his finger on it
- 9:49Speaker 1: and bless it for you the most stuff he can
- 9:51Speaker 1: do for you, quit looking around whether everybody else got
- 9:53Speaker 1: and gonna get some of it for yourself. Okay, all right,
- 9:57Speaker 1: you're listening to morning show. Ladies, gentlemen, boys and girls. Gather,
- 10:06Speaker 1: Gather this morning round your radios and apps and smartphones
- 10:11Speaker 1: and androids and computers and all of that to Steve
- 10:14Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show, Alive and well, bringing you some hope,
- 10:18Speaker 1: bringing you some laughters, some inspiration this morning, letting you
- 10:22Speaker 1: know that everything's gonna be all right. This two shall pass.
- 10:26Speaker 1: This has caught the entire world off. God, it's not
- 10:30Speaker 1: just you, So we are all trying to work our
- 10:33Speaker 1: way through this here. And if we look at it
- 10:36Speaker 1: the right way, the bright side, and keep our head
- 10:38Speaker 1: up facing heavens it's gonna be all right. This two
- 10:42Speaker 1: shall pass and we'll be talking about it as a
- 10:45Speaker 1: thing of the past. But I think the norm is forever. Change,
- 10:49Speaker 1: I do believe, and sometimes change is good. Ladies and gentlemen.
- 10:54Speaker 1: This is the Steve Harvey Morning Show. This is high
- 10:57Speaker 1: we do it, sure has Steve. Good morning, This is
- 11:05Speaker 1: how we do it. Hey, good morning, junior boy morning, everybody, morning, everybody,
- 11:12Speaker 1: and the food nephew, timm it. Yeah, you ain't in
- 11:16Speaker 1: the building. We're about to pop to pop to pop
- 11:18Speaker 1: out the blast from the past time their Wow. I
- 11:30Speaker 1: think it was thirsty good yea thirst ye ain't it?
- 11:34Speaker 1: Ain't it? It is thurs, ain't it? I can't. Yeah,
- 11:37Speaker 1: you question. They're just days days now. They're just days now,
- 11:45Speaker 1: um um um and getting involved more and more in Netflix.
- 11:50Speaker 1: Um oh. Let me tell you what I learned today.
- 11:54Speaker 1: What you know? Yeah, I type, I type my assistant
- 11:57Speaker 1: more than I type anybody Megan, and so I call
- 12:01Speaker 1: it MD. Right. Yesterday I learned how to make her
- 12:07Speaker 1: m D capitalized without hitting the cap button automatically every
- 12:13Speaker 1: time I pause. Yeah, serious, No, that was real huge
- 12:20Speaker 1: And I saw it's two words that I typed the
- 12:23Speaker 1: most when I'm typing that I wanted capital letters was
- 12:26Speaker 1: M D and God always type God in capital letters,
- 12:31Speaker 1: not just a big G, but all of them. And
- 12:34Speaker 1: so I got that switched in my phone. I found
- 12:38Speaker 1: how to do that, and I'm very, very proud of myself,
- 12:42Speaker 1: all right, and I know how to see and now
- 12:45Speaker 1: hold up one more announcement. I learned how to send
- 12:50Speaker 1: a gift. Oh yeah, good, but I'm struggling. Gift is
- 12:58Speaker 1: the same thing as a present to me of the
- 13:01Speaker 1: gifts one boy, That's why take me a long time
- 13:07Speaker 1: to say it, because I'm saying, why does sound like
- 13:09Speaker 1: anything else? All right? I'm seeing y'all my favorite guilt? Okay, Okay. Meanwhile, Steve,
- 13:15Speaker 1: I've been trying to decide which Pepperidge Farm cookie I
- 13:20Speaker 1: like best. Is it the Milano or the Chessman or
- 13:24Speaker 1: the Chessman? Yeah? Every day I go back and forth.
- 13:28Speaker 1: All yeah, that's okay. All right, Look coming up, CLO
- 13:35Speaker 1: in the building, Chief Love Officer Steve Harvey will answer
- 13:39Speaker 1: your questions right after this at thirty two minutes after
- 13:43Speaker 1: you're listening to show. All right, it is time for
- 13:48Speaker 1: ask the CLO. The Chief Love Officer is in the building, Steve.
- 13:53Speaker 1: This one is from Sharon. She's an online listener. She says,
- 13:57Speaker 1: I've been with this guy four years. He is not
- 14:00Speaker 1: handsome at all. For the first few years, we didn't
- 14:04Speaker 1: exchange compliments. Ever, well, that has changed lately, and he
- 14:09Speaker 1: constantly tells me how pretty I am. When he compliments me,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I don't say anything back to him. Recently he asked
- 14:17Speaker 1: me why I don't tell him he's handsome or give
- 14:19Speaker 1: him compliments. He even told me I need to work
- 14:22Speaker 1: on complimenting him more, especially when he is dressed nicely
- 14:26Speaker 1: and smelling good. I am at a total loss for words.
- 14:29Speaker 1: I don't know what to say or how to respond
- 14:32Speaker 1: without hurting his feelings. Please help see first of all,
- 14:36Speaker 1: let me help you with something. He knows. He knows,
- 14:40Speaker 1: he knows, he checked, he knows, he knows why you
- 14:47Speaker 1: because he knows he knows why you. Ain't never said name.
- 14:53Speaker 1: He didn't keep it quiet at ease years. He didn't
- 14:56Speaker 1: want you at the four years to wake up and
- 14:59Speaker 1: realize that he'd luck his damn man on earth. But
- 15:03Speaker 1: now he didn't get a little confidence. Wa Wow, ain't
- 15:06Speaker 1: nobody never stayed with me? This loan ain't nobody take it.
- 15:10Speaker 1: So now let me go on and start complimenting her.
- 15:12Speaker 1: See the reason he didn't compliment you before because he
- 15:15Speaker 1: knew he wasn't gonna get nothing in return. But for
- 15:17Speaker 1: years he didn't built up his confidence. So now he
- 15:20Speaker 1: complimenting you, and he expected to return. But he know
- 15:24Speaker 1: now after he gets dressed and all like that, you
- 15:26Speaker 1: need to bore you showed dressed handsome today. Oh my god,
- 15:32Speaker 1: you looking handsome in that suit today, And just keep
- 15:36Speaker 1: it restricted. Don't ever go up into his face ever. Yeah, ever,
- 15:42Speaker 1: don't don't go up there because you're gonna because you're
- 15:45Speaker 1: gonna start making light. So this is what you do
- 15:48Speaker 1: when you go up into his face. Baby, how I
- 15:50Speaker 1: look today? Yeah right, and you're gonna start bobbling. But
- 15:59Speaker 1: you've been with the man for years. You like something
- 16:01Speaker 1: about it? Yeah, exactly. Tripping really, Yeah, that's a little
- 16:06Speaker 1: late for how he looked. Yeah, okay, handsome not him
- 16:13Speaker 1: phil and Maryland says, I've been with my fiance for
- 16:16Speaker 1: six years and she moved into my home to try
- 16:20Speaker 1: living together before marriage. We are a blended family and
- 16:24Speaker 1: she is a seventeen year old son that has always
- 16:26Speaker 1: been a problem since he moved in. He's been terrorizing
- 16:29Speaker 1: my neighbors with loud rap music and walking up and
- 16:32Speaker 1: down the streets, smoking black and miles. He looks out
- 16:34Speaker 1: of place, and when I try to discipline him, he
- 16:37Speaker 1: yells back at me. He jumped up in my face
- 16:39Speaker 1: last week and I swung on him. Now my fiance
- 16:42Speaker 1: plans to move out and call off the wedding. I
- 16:45Speaker 1: didn't care at first, but now I want to make
- 16:47Speaker 1: things work with her and the kids. Where do I begin. Well,
- 16:51Speaker 1: first of all, respect gets respect, and so he has
- 16:56Speaker 1: to learn a form of discipline and respect. And you
- 16:59Speaker 1: have a man, you try to check him on it.
- 17:01Speaker 1: You walk it down the neighborhood smoking blackened minds. Come on, man,
- 17:05Speaker 1: we ain't over here in that type of neighborhood. Come on,
- 17:07Speaker 1: not in work with my tail off, trying to get
- 17:10Speaker 1: us to have something. Your mama want to try the
- 17:13Speaker 1: new life. We want to have a life together. But man,
- 17:15Speaker 1: we can't be over here this way. You're not gonna
- 17:18Speaker 1: mess this up for me. So he has to understand that,
- 17:22Speaker 1: and you all have to sit down there as a
- 17:23Speaker 1: family and discuss this thing. It's a way to work
- 17:26Speaker 1: through it. Because blended families are difficult though death, but
- 17:29Speaker 1: it takes a lot of communication. But this young man
- 17:32Speaker 1: has to understand from you at seventeen. Look, man, I'm
- 17:37Speaker 1: gonna help you get through manhood. I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 17:40Speaker 1: show you some things, man, that can really help you
- 17:43Speaker 1: get yourself on track about being a man. And then
- 17:46Speaker 1: what you do with that information, your income level and
- 17:49Speaker 1: all that, and who you end up marrying, that's up
- 17:51Speaker 1: to you. But I want to be here to show
- 17:54Speaker 1: you and teach you the basics. I like you, man,
- 17:56Speaker 1: matter of fact, I think, I think I love you,
- 17:59Speaker 1: But but you have to respect me, because that's the
- 18:02Speaker 1: first rule of manhood. You gotta have that conversation and
- 18:05Speaker 1: then you might be able to save this right here.
- 18:07Speaker 1: But now, since you tried to swing on him, which
- 18:09Speaker 1: I understand, I swung on all my sons. I swung
- 18:13Speaker 1: on the one, the one that that biologically ain't mine.
- 18:16Speaker 1: I swung on everybody up in here, swung on me. Yeah. Well,
- 18:22Speaker 1: you know you're up in here, you're talking well, you know,
- 18:26Speaker 1: talking on Steve like he ain't worth Damn you little
- 18:28Speaker 1: twelve year old ass sitting up in here. I'm twenty two.
- 18:31Speaker 1: You're talking back to me already shut Hey, I'm sorry,
- 18:36Speaker 1: go ahead, shot, Okay, we have one more. But I
- 18:40Speaker 1: just wanted to ask you. She just called off the wedding,
- 18:43Speaker 1: I mean because she don't like she She a woman
- 18:48Speaker 1: not gonna turn on her children. I understand that. And
- 18:51Speaker 1: she she's not gonna put her son in any imminent danger.
- 18:56Speaker 1: And you swinging on him looks like it might not
- 18:58Speaker 1: be a situation that can be worked out, and she
- 19:00Speaker 1: would better remove herself from that situation. And a woman
- 19:04Speaker 1: not gonna give up her children to marry again, most
- 19:07Speaker 1: women are not. But she's a good woman. And y'all
- 19:10Speaker 1: can't lose what y'all could have because the devil is
- 19:12Speaker 1: busy man. So what the devil do is to try
- 19:15Speaker 1: to keep something going down that could be good. He
- 19:19Speaker 1: put he put the devil in it. Now he comes
- 19:21Speaker 1: pants hanging down off his ass, smoking black miles in
- 19:23Speaker 1: the neighborhood, playing loud ass rap music at pardon that.
- 19:27Speaker 1: That ain't what we're doing over here. Yeah, turn your
- 19:30Speaker 1: music down. He may get you some of my bud buds.
- 19:33Speaker 1: You played loud as you want, all right? Yeah? This
- 19:41Speaker 1: runs from Corland and Biloxi Mississippi. She says, I'm married
- 19:45Speaker 1: to a saint, but he is too kind. Sometimes. He
- 19:49Speaker 1: made sure we had everything we needed to stay in
- 19:51Speaker 1: the house till the end of April. And our friends
- 19:54Speaker 1: and neighbors are aware of it. They know how nice
- 19:57Speaker 1: he is, so they have been reading us like the
- 20:00Speaker 1: corner market. They call us to ask for little stupid
- 20:04Speaker 1: stuff like a couple pieces of bread, two potatoes, a
- 20:07Speaker 1: bar of soap, dog food, light of fluid, etc. I
- 20:10Speaker 1: want to tell them the croaker is still open and
- 20:13Speaker 1: they can order from Amazon, but my super kind husband
- 20:16Speaker 1: happily agrees to leave the items in the driveway for
- 20:20Speaker 1: them to come by and pick up. He told me,
- 20:22Speaker 1: I am being selfish. What do you think. You're not
- 20:25Speaker 1: being selfish, You're just trying to cover for yourself. What
- 20:29Speaker 1: you are aware of is what most good women bring
- 20:31Speaker 1: it to me. His lives. If you you can see
- 20:34Speaker 1: people taking advantage of him for his kindness, and so
- 20:38Speaker 1: you just bought it to his attention. Every time he
- 20:41Speaker 1: set the stuff outside, you go outside, bring it right
- 20:44Speaker 1: back in there, all right, thank you? Cello. Coming up
- 20:50Speaker 1: right right after this, nephew tell me is going to
- 20:53Speaker 1: run that brank back you're listening to show coming up
- 20:58Speaker 1: at the top of the hour. We're an entertainment news.
- 21:01Speaker 1: President Trump says he will take a look at partning
- 21:04Speaker 1: Wait till you hear this, Steve. He's going to take
- 21:06Speaker 1: a look at partnering the Tiger King. Okay, Joe exotic. Uh,
- 21:11Speaker 1: we'll talk about it. Yeah, exactly, exactly. And in other
- 21:19Speaker 1: entertainment news, R Kelly's request is denied to get out
- 21:22Speaker 1: of prison. Plus Miss Anne, of course, is standing by

- 22:17Speaker 1: get a heart transplant. But the half months ago, Yeah
- 22:22Speaker 1: I did. I did three and a half months ago.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Okay you how you doing feeling? Man? Actually good. I'm
- 22:28Speaker 1: actually up and around faster than I thought it was
- 22:30Speaker 1: gonna be, you know. So I'm doing well. Thank you?
- 22:34Speaker 1: Are you with are you? Are you with the hospital? No? No,
- 22:38Speaker 1: I'm not. Um. Actually, you know, they gave me your number. Man.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I hope you kate waiting, but you you you actually
- 22:45Speaker 1: uh the heart that you got was from from my
- 22:49Speaker 1: brother try Oh my god, really yeah that was my brother.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Oh I'm so sorry about your brother. But wow, I
- 22:59Speaker 1: gotta tell you he's save my life. Man. Yeah. Yeah, yeah,
- 23:04Speaker 1: So so you know, I just want to call you man.
- 23:06Speaker 1: I hope you on mind. You know, no, no, not
- 23:09Speaker 1: at all. No, it's kind of like a little bit
- 23:11Speaker 1: of my brothers. It's still living, you know what I mean?
- 23:14Speaker 1: It kind of it kind of feels like my brother's
- 23:16Speaker 1: still living. So that's a good thing. It's a good thing.
- 23:20Speaker 1: Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. Let me ask you this, man.
- 23:24Speaker 1: I'm just curious because your Caucasian, right yeah yeah, yeah,
- 23:29Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, do you feel any any different having
- 23:32Speaker 1: a black man's heart in your body cutting up. No,
- 23:37Speaker 1: I don't feel any difference. Uh no, Oh. I didn't
- 23:41Speaker 1: think about it though. And this, this will just make
- 23:44Speaker 1: me and the rest of the family feel good that
- 23:46Speaker 1: we knew what he was dedicated to and the things
- 23:48Speaker 1: that matter to him. Would you feel all right joining
- 23:53Speaker 1: the NAACP Uh? Is that? Are there? Some people are
- 23:58Speaker 1: gonna be upset that I joined? I mean it's that okay. Now, well,
- 24:02Speaker 1: you know, I don't know about anybody being up set. Man,
- 24:04Speaker 1: It's just I know my brother that that's what he
- 24:07Speaker 1: was a part of, and you know, you you're walking
- 24:09Speaker 1: around with his heart. Man, it would just feel different,
- 24:13Speaker 1: feel great, you know, to have to feel like he
- 24:15Speaker 1: would be back in there doing what he was doing
- 24:18Speaker 1: and fighting for for injustice for the black community. Now
- 24:22Speaker 1: you were Democratic or Republican? Well, you know, I mean
- 24:26Speaker 1: honest with that. I was Republican until Trump and now
- 24:29Speaker 1: I'm just really I'm kind of on the science. I mean,
- 24:33Speaker 1: that guy's in the idiot. You did vote for Trump?
- 24:35Speaker 1: I did not, But I am a Republican, okay. So
- 24:38Speaker 1: and the reason why, you know, because I'm just curious
- 24:41Speaker 1: man about it. What I what I would hate to
- 24:43Speaker 1: see is, you know, when twenty twenty come around. You know,
- 24:46Speaker 1: you you over there in the voting booth, you know,
- 24:49Speaker 1: with my brother black Heart and you and there you know,
- 24:52Speaker 1: voting Republican. Uh, you know, and and and that's something
- 24:55Speaker 1: I know my brother wouldn't be doing, you know what
- 24:57Speaker 1: I'm saying. So I'm just I'm just asking, well, I mean,
- 25:01Speaker 1: I'm not happy with Trump, but if someone else in
- 25:03Speaker 1: the Republican party runs and I agree with them, I'm
- 25:06Speaker 1: it's kind of like it's my heart. Now. I can't
- 25:09Speaker 1: change my point of view just because of that. I mean, yeah,
- 25:13Speaker 1: but but but but what you're not gonna do, though, man,
- 25:16Speaker 1: is be in there with my brother black Heart, and
- 25:19Speaker 1: you up in there making some decisions that I know
- 25:22Speaker 1: my brother wouldn't do. You see what I'm saying. That's
- 25:24Speaker 1: a long way off, man, But I can't promise you that.
- 25:26Speaker 1: I mean, if somebody runs that I like, I mean,
- 25:29Speaker 1: I'm gonna vote the way I feel my heart and
- 25:32Speaker 1: my head tell me the see, don't don't say what
- 25:36Speaker 1: my heart, because that ain't your heart. You know, I
- 25:38Speaker 1: stand my brother hard, So you got every right to
- 25:41Speaker 1: ask me what you think my brother would feel in
- 25:44Speaker 1: his heart. And I tell you you understand what I'm saying.
- 25:47Speaker 1: I don't like the way I feel. Man, let me
- 25:50Speaker 1: ask something. Have you? Have you been like craving different
- 25:53Speaker 1: kinds of foods that you don't only wait wait a minute,
- 25:56Speaker 1: what kind of calls this? Man? I mean you're asking
- 25:59Speaker 1: me all these random questions. Why what I don't understand?
- 26:03Speaker 1: Where it has comes from is coming from my brother's hat.
- 26:06Speaker 1: That's where it's coming from. You got my brother black
- 26:09Speaker 1: heart inside of you. You know. Yeah, I'm asking you.
- 26:12Speaker 1: I'm asking you to do what my brother would do,
- 26:15Speaker 1: not what you would do. You want to do it
- 26:17Speaker 1: from your heart. You then you're doing it from my
- 26:19Speaker 1: brother's heart. When you first called me about your brother,
- 26:21Speaker 1: I was excited. Now I'm saying, how much did the
- 26:23Speaker 1: hospital give you? Just this number? And you get to
- 26:26Speaker 1: call me up? That's privilege information. You shouldn't get this
- 26:30Speaker 1: call me and ask me all these random questions. Man,
- 26:33Speaker 1: I just start a heart tat plan. Now you're starting
- 26:35Speaker 1: to get me worked up. I'm not trying to get
- 26:37Speaker 1: you worked up. All I'm trying to man, Okay, okay,
- 26:40Speaker 1: well let me let me just come up. All I
- 26:41Speaker 1: know is you got try hard and inside of you,
- 26:44Speaker 1: and I'm trying to let you know the kind of
- 26:45Speaker 1: person Troy appease. Okay, so let me let me ask this.
- 26:48Speaker 1: Has your music change or you're listening to more art
- 26:51Speaker 1: and B Now I do like R and B, but
- 26:54Speaker 1: I listen to hard rock too. That hasn't changed because
- 26:56Speaker 1: what's in Troy part gone stage in short hard you understand,
- 27:00Speaker 1: So you got to have that's in your heart now
- 27:03Speaker 1: did but in CP That's what I'm saying. Okay, I
- 27:09Speaker 1: trying to tell you about rub Well. Are you crying? Man,
- 27:13Speaker 1: I'm trying to tell you my chrub Hey, Hey, hey,
- 27:16Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I'm sorry. Don't I know you miss your brother?
- 27:19Speaker 1: Don't damn, I'm sorry. Okay, let let us say this. Say, okay,
- 27:25Speaker 1: since you got my brother, Hart, I think it's only
- 27:28Speaker 1: right to me and you we get together and go
- 27:32Speaker 1: to go to a jay Z call sir together. I
- 27:34Speaker 1: think that's the only right jay Z and be honestly,
- 27:37Speaker 1: because sir, we go together because that's what me and
- 27:39Speaker 1: my brother did. We we will go see him perform well,
- 27:42Speaker 1: I mean they are to the best of all time.
- 27:45Speaker 1: So am I buying both the tickets? Oh? Yes, you
- 27:49Speaker 1: got trouble and you worry about who's gonna pay for
- 27:51Speaker 1: some tickets. I didn't know. I thought maybe might want
- 27:54Speaker 1: to teet your brother one last time. I'm sorry. I'm sorry, man, Yeah, no, no,
- 27:59Speaker 1: I'm sorry. Okay, listen, I'm really I'm really sorry. I mean,
- 28:02Speaker 1: I get upset. I didn't mean the yell at I'm sorry.
- 28:04Speaker 1: I'm really sorry. Do you listen to black radio? Sometimes
- 28:08Speaker 1: I do listen to black radio. Do you ever listen?
- 28:10Speaker 1: This is Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well, yeah, he's one
- 28:14Speaker 1: of the best man I had when he was on

- 28:54Speaker 1: show in the land. It's your show, baby, Steve Harvey, come, come,
- 29:02Speaker 1: come tonight, all right, coming up at the top of
- 29:11Speaker 1: the hour. Thank you, neph you Entertainment in National News
- 29:14Speaker 1: right after this. You're listening well, Steve. Yesterday during the
- 29:22Speaker 1: White House Corona virus pandemic briefing, you know that they
- 29:26Speaker 1: do every day. The President does this every day. A
- 29:29Speaker 1: reporter asked mister Trump if he would pardon the Tiger
- 29:33Speaker 1: King star Joe Exotic. Take a listen, please. This has
- 29:36Speaker 1: been a show on Netflix called A Tiger King, and
- 29:40Speaker 1: the man who's the start of this, sup former zoo
- 29:43Speaker 1: owner who's serving a twenty two year prison sentence. He's
- 29:45Speaker 1: asking you for a pardon, saying he was unfairly convicted.
- 29:49Speaker 1: Your son yesterday jokingly said that you know, he was
- 29:52Speaker 1: going to advocate for it. And I was wondering if
- 29:54Speaker 1: you've seen the show and if you have any thoughts
- 29:55Speaker 1: on pardoning Joe and which son must be done. I
- 29:59Speaker 1: had feeling it was done. Is that what he said?
- 30:03Speaker 1: I don't know. I know nothing about it. His twenty
- 30:04Speaker 1: two years for what what did he do? Legally hired
- 30:07Speaker 1: someone to murder an animal rights activists? But he said
- 30:10Speaker 1: that he didn't do that. Do you think he didn't
- 30:12Speaker 1: do it? Are you on his side? Are you? Are
- 30:15Speaker 1: you recommending a pardon? I know I'm not advocating. As
- 30:18Speaker 1: a reporter, you're not allowed to do that. You'd be
- 30:20Speaker 1: criticized by these Would you recommend a pardon? I'm not wearing.
- 30:24Speaker 1: I don't think he would. I don't think he would.
- 30:26Speaker 1: Go ahead, you have a question, I'll take a look.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Is that Joe exotic? That's Joe exciting stuff we could
- 30:34Speaker 1: be doing. But you know what, I blame the reporter. Yeah,
- 30:41Speaker 1: they threw it at him, bringing it up because heat
- 30:44Speaker 1: on this one. I can't believe I'm saying this. But
- 30:48Speaker 1: he didn't even know anything about it, which I'm glad
- 30:51Speaker 1: to hear that, because if he didn't know about it, Yeah, yeah,
- 30:58Speaker 1: but man, I didn't know. He thought he got only
- 31:00Speaker 1: two years now you Joe Show Exotica. Hang in there, Joe, Yeah,
- 31:07Speaker 1: help is on the way. This is crazy. It really
- 31:14Speaker 1: is crazy. It really is crazy. The coronavirus. I still
- 31:19Speaker 1: ain't watched this show, y'all time about this time. It's
- 31:25Speaker 1: too much, it's too many, there's too many stories. It's time,
- 31:28Speaker 1: it really is. Tommy, Tommy, listen to me. This your boy,
- 31:32Speaker 1: you're missing one of the great stories in American reality
- 31:41Speaker 1: TV culture. I am telling you there has been nothing
- 31:48Speaker 1: to date true to come close to how real this
- 31:54Speaker 1: reality show is. This ain't scripted at all. Now this, dude,
- 32:02Speaker 1: this is the realist reality show I've ever seen, and
- 32:06Speaker 1: I like one more time. Just let me say it
- 32:07Speaker 1: to anybody who hasn't seen it. If you think you
- 32:11Speaker 1: jacked up in any way, please watch this show. You
- 32:16Speaker 1: You're flawless. You're fine, man, You all right, you all right,
- 32:22Speaker 1: It's gonna be all right, man. I mean every Timmy
- 32:27Speaker 1: every day is what Yeah? Wo man, whats in there? Dog?
- 32:38Speaker 1: When you throw in lions and tigers? Dog, He went
- 32:42Speaker 1: in the cage one time and a tiger grabbed his
- 32:45Speaker 1: foot and just started dragging his head. Dog in real
- 32:51Speaker 1: like this real, This ain't no faith. I mean's hand, dog, Timmy,
- 33:00Speaker 1: This ain't no joke. Man's hand Yeah, almost up to
- 33:07Speaker 1: her elbow. Yeah. Hey, what did he say when he
- 33:10Speaker 1: went into the gift shop? Oh god, Tommy, just watch it,
- 33:19Speaker 1: Just watch it so we could talk about it behind
- 33:22Speaker 1: the tank. All right, Steve, it's time to switch gears
- 33:26Speaker 1: and get caught up on today's headline. Ladies and gentlemen,
- 33:29Speaker 1: Miss Anne Trip, thank you very much. Good morning everybody here.
- 33:32Speaker 1: It is uh the president. President Trump is claiming that
- 33:35Speaker 1: the recovery may be ahead of schedule as proof. He's
- 33:38Speaker 1: citing reports that say the number of new cases of
- 33:41Speaker 1: coronavirus appear to be leveling off. Trump wants to start
- 33:43Speaker 1: reopening the schools and businesses, and also easing social distancing
- 33:47Speaker 1: as soon as possible, but New York Governor Andrew Como
- 33:50Speaker 1: warns against jumping the gun. So we have two sides
- 33:53Speaker 1: of the argument. Now, we could do it in phases.
- 33:55Speaker 1: We can go to some areas, which you know, some
- 33:57Speaker 1: areas are much less effective than others. But it would
- 33:59Speaker 1: be nice to be able to open with a big bank.
- 34:03Speaker 1: We are flattening the curve by what we are doing.
- 34:06Speaker 1: If we stop what we are doing, you will see
- 34:10Speaker 1: that curve change. That curve is purely a function of
- 34:15Speaker 1: what we do day in, day out. The number of
- 34:18Speaker 1: deaths in the Empire State has now surpassed six thousand,
- 34:21Speaker 1: with more than eighty thousand confirmed cases. Now, there were
- 34:24Speaker 1: two Democratic candidates for the nomination for president, but no more.
- 34:27Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders's phone in the towel this time, not waiting
- 34:30Speaker 1: until the political last minute. The reason, he says, he's
- 34:33Speaker 1: looking at the big pictures. So I see the crisis
- 34:35Speaker 1: gripping the nation, exacerbated by a president unwilling or unable
- 34:40Speaker 1: to provide any kind of credible leadership in this most
- 34:43Speaker 1: desperate hour, I cannot in good conscience, continued about the
- 34:47Speaker 1: campaign they cannot win. Sanders is still holding back. He
- 34:51Speaker 1: hasn't endorsed by an outright but he says he'll nevertheless
- 34:54Speaker 1: stay on the ballot in the remaining primary voting states
- 34:57Speaker 1: and hopes of racking up more delegates to influence the
- 34:59Speaker 1: Democratic Party platform. By the way, Jersey Governor Phil Murphy
- 35:02Speaker 1: says the Garden States primary election has been postponed to
- 35:05Speaker 1: July seventh. Federal prosecutors who brought charges against two individuals
- 35:09Speaker 1: for allegedly making Corona virus related threats, one in Florida,
- 35:14Speaker 1: one in Texas. One case in Florida against a thirty
- 35:17Speaker 1: one year old James Curry, who coughed and spit on
- 35:19Speaker 1: police as he was being arrested, saying, I got Corona.
- 35:21Speaker 1: I got Corona, although it turns out he was not infected.
- 35:24Speaker 1: In Texas, The fens involved a similar case against the
- 35:27Speaker 1: thirty nine year old named Christopher Perez, who says on
- 35:29Speaker 1: Facebook that he hired somebody to start spreading corona at
- 35:32Speaker 1: grocery stores in San Antonio. Former White House and Pentagon
- 35:36Speaker 1: employee who secretly taped Monica Lewinsky and testified to the
- 35:39Speaker 1: Congress about her and Bill Clinton has died. Linda Tripp,
- 35:43Speaker 1: no relation to me, was seventy years old. Just one
- 35:47Speaker 1: make sure you all got that no relation to me.
- 35:50Speaker 1: And finally, seniors in high risk shoppers at Kroger's in
- 35:54Speaker 1: Metro Atlanta and New Orleans received a nice surprise at
- 35:57Speaker 1: the register yesterday when they learned Ala Perry had paid
- 36:01Speaker 1: the entire grocery tab in full. This lady expressed her
- 36:04Speaker 1: gratitude to the black movie muggul Hala Perry, you surprise
- 36:07Speaker 1: me today, a man of your press, cheese that would
- 36:11Speaker 1: look upon the senior citizen. And she's so sweet. Then
- 36:14Speaker 1: she sang, now back to the Steve Harvey Morning Show
- 36:17Speaker 1: you're listening to. Bernie Sanders has decided to drop out
- 36:24Speaker 1: of the presidential race, Right run, Bernie. Yeah. The move
- 36:31Speaker 1: clears away for Joe Biden to take on President Trump.
- 36:35Speaker 1: Sanders path to the Democratic nomination was very narrow, following
- 36:38Speaker 1: a string of Biden primary victory starting with South Carolina.
- 36:42Speaker 1: In a speech to supporters Wednesday morning, this is what
- 36:47Speaker 1: Bernie Sanders said. He said, together, we have transformed the
- 36:51Speaker 1: American consciousness as to what kind of nation we can
- 36:55Speaker 1: become and taking this country a major step forward in
- 36:58Speaker 1: the never ending struggle for economic justice, social justice, racial justice,
- 37:04Speaker 1: and uh, you know. He went on and on. Joe
- 37:07Speaker 1: Biden thanked Bernie and tweeted to Bernie supporters, I know
- 37:10Speaker 1: I need to earn your votes. I hear you, and
- 37:13Speaker 1: I hope you'll join us. You're needed. Together, we can
- 37:16Speaker 1: defeat Donald Trump. We're gonna see the debate of a lifetime.
- 37:21Speaker 1: You know that we finish one ignorant Oh my god,
- 37:26Speaker 1: something between free. Yeah. Now, I'm not I'm only want
- 37:33Speaker 1: to gloat. I don't want to We'll say. Yeah, when
- 37:42Speaker 1: this whole thing first jumped off, I said, let's stop
- 37:45Speaker 1: this damn foolishness. Let's get rid of all these people.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Ain't fitting to be no damn president. Listen to me. Yeah,
- 37:58Speaker 1: we know the ridiculous of the people that were running.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Are we serious? We should have just went down the
- 38:04Speaker 1: line and went, look, don't nobody know you. Don't nobody
- 38:07Speaker 1: know you? I think, don't nobody know you? Right? I
- 38:11Speaker 1: did that, and then I told you the people don't
- 38:13Speaker 1: nobody like you. You ain't gonna make it. It's just
- 38:16Speaker 1: like it was just some people in there, people did
- 38:19Speaker 1: not like. And then there were some people in there
- 38:22Speaker 1: man had no chance of becoming president. I mean, did
- 38:26Speaker 1: we start with one? I think it was one in there. Ye, yeah,
- 38:35Speaker 1: we're here what you're saying, Steve, But it is a process. Yeah,
- 38:39Speaker 1: you gotta let it play out. But I get tired
- 38:42Speaker 1: on one side beat each other up. They beat each
- 38:44Speaker 1: other up so much. But but they got the candidate now,
- 38:47Speaker 1: so let see. But here's a problem. They tore at
- 38:51Speaker 1: each other so bad. That's a waste of time. It is.
- 38:57Speaker 1: You got rid of Bloomberg, which was your other best shot.
- 39:01Speaker 1: Elizabeth Warren wrote it in as long as she could.
- 39:05Speaker 1: Technically should have been gone. You know they not after
- 39:11Speaker 1: Barack Obama. Listen to me, They're nothing to do that
- 39:14Speaker 1: again for a minute. You gotta understand the way these
- 39:17Speaker 1: people are in this country. Man, watch Tiger King. You'll
- 39:20Speaker 1: see what I'm talking. I always come back to exactly.
- 39:27Speaker 1: But let me tell you all right, listen, we gotta
- 39:30Speaker 1: move on here. Coming up in thirty four minutes after
- 39:33Speaker 1: the hour, we'll get an update on Junior's dating life. Yes,
- 39:38Speaker 1: during the quarantine. I can't wait. That's coming up right
- 39:41Speaker 1: after this. You're listening to Steve Harvey Morning Show. Well yesterday,
- 39:47Speaker 1: if you recall, Steve asked Junior, we all asked Junior,
- 39:52Speaker 1: you know, has a quarantine made you, Junior want to
- 39:55Speaker 1: be in a relationship and or do you appreciate being
- 39:59Speaker 1: seen more? Or will you be lowering or keeping your
- 40:03Speaker 1: standards when you get out of quarantine? And Junior you
- 40:06Speaker 1: said you could, you know, you could take it from here?
- 40:08Speaker 1: You said, yeah, yeah, I'm loner. Would yeah, I'm you know, yeah,
- 40:16Speaker 1: just ten toes, ten fingers. Ain't can talk because I'm
- 40:20Speaker 1: telling you I've been in this bed I buy myself
- 40:23Speaker 1: for too long. I'm telling I can't squeeze this pillow
- 40:26Speaker 1: no tighter than I'm doing that. Okay, I am squeezing
- 40:29Speaker 1: my pillow. And then Steve, you gave Junior some advice,
- 40:35Speaker 1: you know, some really good advice on how to try
- 40:38Speaker 1: to get a date. You know, with your neighbor across
- 40:41Speaker 1: the hall. It's a woman stay across the hall. Yeah,
- 40:44Speaker 1: Now you know I didn't ask you how she look
- 40:46Speaker 1: or nothing, because you said ten fingers, ten toes. Yeah,
- 40:50Speaker 1: so anywhere about that. You've already lowered your standards to
- 40:57Speaker 1: subpart anybody you want to throw a six back in
- 41:00Speaker 1: the least. Man. See, you got somebody at home, man,
- 41:04Speaker 1: that's some single people. I get struggling with this quarantine.
- 41:06Speaker 1: I'm thinking Atti, Oh yeah, I mean she got my attention.
- 41:11Speaker 1: You know, yesterday I spent two hours looking through the people.
- 41:14Speaker 1: I finally matter, you know, And I did do what
- 41:15Speaker 1: you said. I didn't ask if I go to stove,
- 41:18Speaker 1: do you need anything? And she said that was really
- 41:20Speaker 1: nice of you. And she said I would let you know.
- 41:23Speaker 1: And that's a start. That's a start the dog. That
- 41:29Speaker 1: is what I used to do. This was folk social media.
- 41:33Speaker 1: You had the conversation, yes, sir, yes, yes, yeah man.
- 41:38Speaker 1: And it shocked me though, you know, because I didn't,
- 41:40Speaker 1: you know, I didn't know how I was gonna respond
- 41:42Speaker 1: because I didn't, you know, because when she opened her door,
- 41:44Speaker 1: I opened mind the same time I do it every time.
- 41:46Speaker 1: What you had on? Yeah, what did you. Oh, when
- 41:51Speaker 1: I opened the door, I had all I had dressed
- 41:52Speaker 1: by the warm up on. You know, I did show
- 41:54Speaker 1: these legs. It's over. I got a lot of cuts
- 41:58Speaker 1: on them. Yeah. When you it's Timmy, I was concerned.
- 42:06Speaker 1: You're at home, Caroler having a basketball shorts on. You
- 42:10Speaker 1: raised time. I look like they're gonna snap if they
- 42:17Speaker 1: go with that look like from Slaver. He's talking about
- 42:24Speaker 1: your and everything everything. Yeah, man, you just look the
- 42:28Speaker 1: top heavy. Yeah, so what's today? Junior? You're gonna you're
- 42:32Speaker 1: gonna knock on the door. I'm probably gonna knock on
- 42:35Speaker 1: it again. I'm gonna do it again. Ok. Yeah, so
- 42:38Speaker 1: you're gonna pick up something of the story too, you know. Um,
- 42:42Speaker 1: whatever she asked me go get You think I ain't
- 42:43Speaker 1: gonna get it? Hey, listen, So, Junior, here's a move.

- 42:51Speaker 1: say she says no, You got to come back with
- 42:54Speaker 1: something anyway. So here's what Yeah, man, here's what you do.
- 42:59Speaker 1: You just say, hey, look, they had some really nice
- 43:02Speaker 1: looking lemons and apples and oranges and pads, and I

- 43:43Speaker 1: these damned condiments and ain't gotten nothing to put on it.
- 43:46Speaker 1: Tell thet up, yeah, Julian, and then just bring it
- 43:51Speaker 1: and then just I'm gonna do that up today, you know,
- 43:55Speaker 1: leave a note and just set it by her door delivery.

- 54:39Speaker 1: I truly embarrassed myself, and I want to pack up
- 54:42Speaker 1: and move out of town. I live alone in a
- 54:45Speaker 1: quaint little area of town, and I am the only
- 54:48Speaker 1: black resident on the street. My neighbors and I sit
- 54:51Speaker 1: on our front porches in the evening and laugh and
- 54:54Speaker 1: talk to each other to pass the time. The other
- 54:56Speaker 1: evening is I was sitting on my porch, I noticed
- 55:00Speaker 1: that my azzaleas were blooming, so I decided to pull
- 55:03Speaker 1: the weeds and put out some plant food for them.
- 55:06Speaker 1: My next your neighbors were out, so was a couple
- 55:08Speaker 1: across the street and a few more of my neighbors.
- 55:11Speaker 1: The children were either playing in their yards or riding bikes.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Since the quarantine, I've gotten used to wearing house dresses
- 55:18Speaker 1: around the house, and I usually do not wear anything
- 55:21Speaker 1: under them. I live alone, so I prefer not to
- 55:25Speaker 1: wear any underwear when I'm at home. This particular day,
- 55:31Speaker 1: I chose to wear one of my shorter dresses, and
- 55:34Speaker 1: without thinking, I decided to fool around with my azzaleas.
- 55:38Speaker 1: As I was bending over in the yard to pull
- 55:40Speaker 1: out weeds and clean around the blooms. It didn't phaze
- 55:44Speaker 1: me that I didn't have on any panties. When it
- 55:47Speaker 1: got dark, I stopped working. I told everyone good night,
- 55:50Speaker 1: and I went inside. Later on, I checked my cell
- 55:54Speaker 1: phone and I had a group text message. My neighbors
- 55:57Speaker 1: texted me three pictures of my bare naked behind up
- 56:00Speaker 1: in the air. One of my neighbors was mad because
- 56:04Speaker 1: her child was outside, and she texted me a lecture
- 56:07Speaker 1: on being mindful of the families that are in the
- 56:09Speaker 1: area and how minudity had affected her child. I told
- 56:13Speaker 1: her that I didn't do it on purpose. The other
- 56:16Speaker 1: neighbors just laughed and told me to be more careful.
- 56:19Speaker 1: I am sure the neighbors and their children will laugh
- 56:22Speaker 1: about this forever. I'm renting this house. I'm renting this
- 56:26Speaker 1: house So should I move? Should I just move? All? Right?
- 56:33Speaker 1: Is anyone buying this? As anyone buying this, I'm just
- 56:37Speaker 1: I'm not buying I'm not into this. I'm not buying this.
- 56:42Speaker 1: I mean, what woman do you know puts on a
- 56:45Speaker 1: short dress, I don't care if it is a house dress,
- 56:49Speaker 1: bend's over with no panties on and forgets that her
- 56:55Speaker 1: naked behind. I don't know. I mean, what, who's a draft? Yeah,
- 57:00Speaker 1: but you gotta feel a draft. You gotta know that
- 57:04Speaker 1: your butt is out. Every woman knows this, especially if
- 57:07Speaker 1: she's in touch with her body. Stuff like this doesn't
- 57:10Speaker 1: happen in real life. I just don't believe this. I mean,
- 57:14Speaker 1: I'm sure this happened, but you're you're that out of
- 57:18Speaker 1: it that you don't know your butt is out. I
- 57:20Speaker 1: just I don't get it. I mean, you sound like
- 57:22Speaker 1: a nice lady. Who is that blowing like there's a breeze? Okay? Crazy?
- 57:28Speaker 1: I mean you sound like a nice lady. Like I said,
- 57:31Speaker 1: you sound like a good person. Your letter was nice. Um,
- 57:34Speaker 1: you know, you sound like a good neighbor and everything.
- 57:36Speaker 1: But come on, I mean, I don't understand as a woman,
- 57:40Speaker 1: how you don't know when you're out commando. I just
- 57:44Speaker 1: don't get especially bending over. I don't know any woman
- 57:49Speaker 1: who wouldn't know this. I'm just shocked at this letter.
- 57:52Speaker 1: And if they did, it would be on purpose. If
- 57:55Speaker 1: a woman went outside with no panties on and bent over,
- 57:58Speaker 1: and that's an entirely different kind of woman. I don't
- 58:01Speaker 1: think you're that. So, you know, I get why the
- 58:04Speaker 1: neighbors were upset and group texted you. I'm sure it
- 58:07Speaker 1: looked crazy, especially in front of the kids. So I
- 58:11Speaker 1: would apologize to my neighbors again, tell them you didn't
- 58:13Speaker 1: mean it. Again. I wouldn't leave my home or anything.
- 58:17Speaker 1: You know, this whole thing is gonna go away, especially
- 58:19Speaker 1: if you don't do it again. But I mean, I
- 58:22Speaker 1: just would make sure when I went out to check
- 58:24Speaker 1: my garden on my azaleas that I wouldn't go commando.
- 58:28Speaker 1: If you're that out of it and don't remember, it
- 58:31Speaker 1: just sounds odd. I'm just not buying that she didn't
- 58:34Speaker 1: remember that. Steve, Well, this is a hard letter because
- 58:40Speaker 1: I can't relate to this. Oh okay, my ass has
- 58:46Speaker 1: never been out now if it was, you would know it, right.
- 58:52Speaker 1: It just has never been out out to give you
- 58:54Speaker 1: some examples I've had in my life, but I really
- 58:58Speaker 1: can't relate to this at all. Uh. First of all,
- 59:02Speaker 1: let me tell you why I can't late. You have
- 59:04Speaker 1: moved your ass out to this quaint little town. You're
- 59:08Speaker 1: the only black resident on the street, and y'all sit
- 59:11Speaker 1: on y'all front porches in the evening, laughing, talk to
- 59:14Speaker 1: each other pass the time. You could have stayed in
- 59:16Speaker 1: the hood for that, because that's sound like hood to me.
- 59:21Speaker 1: I don't want you to move your ass way out
- 59:23Speaker 1: there in the little quaint little town for by your
- 59:25Speaker 1: damn self the only black so you can gonna sit
- 59:28Speaker 1: on the porch and talk and laughing, tell stories to
- 59:31Speaker 1: get dog on the porch. That right down, I can't
- 59:37Speaker 1: relate to that. Why am I going out there to
- 59:39Speaker 1: do this? I could have stayed at the crib. Then
- 59:44Speaker 1: the other evening you're sitting on your porch, noticed that
- 59:48Speaker 1: your assles was blooming a zealous about to be assless. Yeah,
- 59:59Speaker 1: you knowed that your zaleus was blooming, so you decided
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: to pull the weed and put some playing food out
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: for now your next neighbors was out, so once to
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: come across the street. If you more your neighbors. All
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: these white people now, all the little white kids out
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: there playing in the y'all riding like all the white keeps. Now,
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: you won't blame this on the damn quarantine. You got
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: used to wearing house dresses around the house. We took
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: your black ass out there and wearing house dresses out
- 1:00:35Speaker 1: on the front side wall. Hold on, hold on, we'll
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: have burnt two of Steve's response coming up at twenty
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: three minutes after the hour Strawberry Letter for Today, the subject, sorry,
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: I don't like to wear panties. Well, we'll get back
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: into it right after this. You're listening to Steve Harpy
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: Morning Show. All right, come on, Steve, let's get back
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: into it. Strawberry Letter for today. Sorry I don't like
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: to wear panties. That is the subject. So lady that
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: moved herself out in the quaint little air town where
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: she only black on the damn street, her neighbors sit
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: all out on the front porch in the evening, laughing
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: and talking each other, passing the time. Once you move
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: out there for to do that, they do that in
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: the projects, they do that in the hood. That's a
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: hood moved. And about that the conversation is more interesting
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: than the hood too. You know, only one out there, damn.
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: Then you noticed that your zalius was blooming. You decided
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: to pull the weed. Huh as zalius and their hands
- 1:01:47Speaker 1: over there wanna pull some weeds and put some playing
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: food on. Now your next no neighbors, all of them
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: out come across the street, some more neighbors, children's playing
- 1:01:58Speaker 1: in the yard, riding bikes, all these iss white folks
- 1:02:02Speaker 1: since the quarantine. You don't got used to wearing house
- 1:02:05Speaker 1: dresses round the house. And I usually don't wear anything
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: other than them. And you went outside, and that I
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: live alone, so I prefer not to wear it underwear
- 1:02:14Speaker 1: when I'm at home. Dis protective that I chose to
- 1:02:16Speaker 1: wear one of my shorter house dresses without thinking what outside?
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: I know you ain't took your ass outside in a
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: house dress. You know that ain't no gardening out feel
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: All the white people on TV had their little slacks,
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: their gloves, their little spade in their hand, got their
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: little apron on, their little bunnet tied up on it,
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: got a little wagon next to them. Ain't nobody out
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: there in no damn house dress? Why ain't your ass
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: just tie your head up too while you was at it.
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: Why ain't you just come out there? It looks like
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: you would fit to make pancakes for the damn neighborhood.
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: I decided a fool around with miss You didn't decide
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: you went out there to do that. And like Shirley said,
- 1:03:06Speaker 1: and I was bending over all in the yard, pulling
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: out weeds and cleaning up the bloom. It didn't phase
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: me that I didn't have on any panties. What girl,
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: Shirley said? What woman? A woman going up steps pulls
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: they dressed together. A woman coming down off of a
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: bus pulls, they skirt together. Women are always cause women
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: sit with their legs crossed. Women always, women sit with
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: their knees touching. They women protect that area. You know
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: better to bit your ass over with nothing knowns in
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: front of these white kids on this BIKEI little damn
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: white kids don't know what all that is they sitting
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: over there. Anybody told you nothing. They're just taking selfish
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: over there, just snapping photos of your thick ass over
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: that just fit over the husbands. Ain't nobody saying nothing
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: to you? Look at him? Look at him? Then and
- 1:04:10Speaker 1: you had a group text messing your neighbors text you
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: three pictures of your bad naked behind up in the air.
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: How you don't feel that Win? Poor ass out and
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: don't feel Win? Let me tell you something, Like I said,
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: I can't relate to this, but I have been in
- 1:04:25Speaker 1: the hospital gown before, one of the most uncomfortable damn
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: things I've ever done. I don't know why it's open
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: in the back. I guess it's for when you got
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: to go to the bathroom, so you don't mess up yourself.
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: You ain't got to, you can just sit down. But
- 1:04:45Speaker 1: I want to open it in the front. Why. I
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: can see it walking down the hospital corridor and I
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: can feel that Win had to go down there to
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: give blood while I was doing the physical and just
- 1:05:01Speaker 1: all blowing across my head. I felt. I thought it
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: was a little person behind me, just blowing on it.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: I had to turn around. Is it somebody is Carrion
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: back hill a throne sitting up in hill man? I said, See,
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: that's how I look at stuff. And then you don't
- 1:05:22Speaker 1: took your neck and ass outside. Joe crazy that if
- 1:05:26Speaker 1: our pass is unzipped and a breeze hit it, Boy,
- 1:05:32Speaker 1: what is this? Al? What is your al and the
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: butt is one of the hottest areas on your body.
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: I don't it stay hot, that crack in the middle
- 1:05:46Speaker 1: of yoke, but it's one of the wommest areas on
- 1:05:51Speaker 1: the body. Any temperature change can be detected. And if
- 1:05:58Speaker 1: you and if you spin all day, if you if
- 1:06:01Speaker 1: you reach at the top of that crack, you feel much.
- 1:06:06Speaker 1: Now your asss been out there all day quarantine. You
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: didn't went out there in the evening. Know your asses
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: didn't got hot all day, and you didn't feel no
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: breeze hit that little warm side of your tail. You
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: just a damn lie. You And Shirley is right, she
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: ain't buying it and honor either. They gonna text you
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: a metric being mindful of the families that's all in
- 1:06:34Speaker 1: the area, and how my nudity had affected her child.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: I told you that little white boy rides down that bike,
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: so all that ass up in there, he know what
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: that was. He didn't stopped, put his kickstand down, He
- 1:06:47Speaker 1: leaning on his bike seat. He trying to work it out.
- 1:06:50Speaker 1: Now he needs therapy. I didn't do it on purpose.
- 1:06:54Speaker 1: You're a damn lie. Should I move? You shouldn't went
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: out there in the first All right, listen, poster comings.

- 1:08:08Speaker 1: the Was that a good way in saying this shirtless
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: like that? Now? Can I just first of all, okay, Burnie, listen,
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: I know you're still on the ballot with because you
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: know he listened to the show. You know he's still
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: on the ballot every place else because he want to
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: influence the platform of the Democratic Party. That is really good,
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: but that really we don't care about the platform. Anybody
- 1:08:35Speaker 1: read that? What I need you to do? Burning sand
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: up and tell all your supporters only both for Biden. Now,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: just tell him we sick a Trump. He got to go. Now,
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: he got to go. Tell them that burnings and matter
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: of fact, make a commercial. You got money, you can
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: do all this stuff. Do that now, Biden. I'm riding
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: with Biden. I'm gonna need you to pick Kamala Harris
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: as the vice president. Stop playing We'll all day for this.
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: We ain't got all day? What what? What did I
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: go to five? Tommy? Kamala need to be the vice president?
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: Why she gonna light Pence up on the debate. That's
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: gonna be the best you see, I try to fix
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: that caller. She gonna light him up on the debate. Plus,
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: she can have two jobs for the price of one,
- 1:09:23Speaker 1: where they need to pay a triple the money. But
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: she could be Attorney General and Vice president at the
- 1:09:29Speaker 1: same time. And then when Biden just go, I'm out.
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: I'm going. I'm going to Jamaica. I'm gonna go kick
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: it with my friends and my wife. Then Kamala can
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: be the president. How how that sound? How that sound y'all?
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: Like that? All right? That sounds like a plan. I'm
- 1:09:44Speaker 1: gonna need y'all to get ready to vote after we
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: come out from under this coronavirus. It's gonna take us
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: round about June. Brother, little listen, that means fourth of July.
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: You at the crib. Okay, I won't see y'all until
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: labor that gate. Yeah, ready, Trump, heck your stuff because
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: you're getting up out the White House. It's done. Thank you,
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: Bernard signed us. Thank you, Bernard Us, thank you, thank you.
- 1:10:14Speaker 1: Up right after this you're listening to all right you guys, ready,
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: come on, Tommy, let's do it. Let's let's get it.
- 1:10:29Speaker 1: Let's get it. She is here, Carlin Farrell with Reality Update.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: All right, thank you, nephew. We're gonna talk about Real
- 1:10:36Speaker 1: Housewives of Atlanta. They are yeah, y'all, okay, uh huh.
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: So the ladies are back from Greece, and you know
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: that trip was filled with drama as usual. Ninny told
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: Greg all about the trip to Greece and said that
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: Kenya's petty. She was basically telling Greg that Kenya can
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: talk about everybody's relationship, but you can't say nothing about hers.
- 1:11:00Speaker 1: But she didn't tell Greg did she try to spit
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: on Kenya? Gene tells you yeah, yeah, yeah yeah. And
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: then Candy, she went to Chicago because she got a
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: role on the TV show The Shy. I love that show,
- 1:11:14Speaker 1: and she had to film a sex scene and her husband, Todd,
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: he is supporting her dream of acting, you know, taking
- 1:11:22Speaker 1: it seriously and doing her thing, but he's not all
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: the way cool with his wife filming a sex scene.
- 1:11:30Speaker 1: And Candy told her husband it was fake, it was
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: nothing to worry about, but he was like, no husband
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: wants to see his wife doing a sex scene on
- 1:11:38Speaker 1: the big screen, fake or not. So yeah, yeah, he
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: kept a one hundred with her, and he was also
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: expressing a Candy that is cool. You know, he's supporting
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: her and she supports him, and they're doing their thing
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: as a couple. But when she's home in Atlanta, she's
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: very busy and their son was crying he missed their mom.
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: So he's telling her, you gotta take time out you know. Yeah, aces,
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: he's so cute, their their son, take time out for
- 1:12:03Speaker 1: the fam. So basically, you know, they're working on that.
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: So Candy is feeling guilty. You know, she's struggling a
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: lot of women we go through that, you know, trying
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: to be a wife and be a mom and be
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: a boss and trous pursue your dreams and yeah, so
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: she's dealing with it. I deal with it too, but
- 1:12:19Speaker 1: I get so over mine, real fat And how's that, sir?
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: It's just brief, yea, man, I sure wish I could
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: be there for y'all's party, but can't go get the check?
- 1:12:33Speaker 1: Oh as a dad? Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
- 1:12:37Speaker 1: So it is what it is. But they're working together
- 1:12:39Speaker 1: as a family. They'll they'll make it happen. And Kenya,
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: she revealed that her ex husband or a strange husband,
- 1:12:47Speaker 1: Mark wouldn't even he didn't even let her talk to
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: his parents, Like, I don't even understand what kind of
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: marriage and you know, relationship. What in the world did
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: they have going on? Can you talk to her parents?
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: His parents his you mean before the marriage when they
- 1:13:03Speaker 1: were married? Yeah, yeah, yeah, she mentioned that. So Kenya's
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: moving on, she's getting her future together finances for her
- 1:13:12Speaker 1: and her daughter Brooklyn, and Kenya made a point to
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: say that she makes more money than Mark, so she's
- 1:13:19Speaker 1: trying to make sure that her and her daughter Brooklyn
- 1:13:21Speaker 1: are straight and Porsche. She hosted a luncheon and partnership
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: with the March of Times and they talked about childbirth
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: and fertility issues among black women, and the ladies bonded.
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: It was one time they got together and there were
- 1:13:37Speaker 1: no arguments. Yeay, yeah, I was happy for that. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: And the reunion show, you know, Corona's messing up everything,
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: ruining everything. There will not be a reunion show. Well,
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: they'll do it virtually, so they won't be in you know,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: the same ballroom, sitting on the different couches and you know,
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: going at it and right, Shirley, you want to see that, yeah,
- 1:14:04Speaker 1: going at it. Yeah, So they're gonna have to change
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: that setting and quickly before I run out of time.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: A side note, Nini and her bff Wendy Williams, they
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: are beefing. I don't even understand what all that's about.
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: Ninie called in Wendy was doing some social media stuff
- 1:14:24Speaker 1: and Wendy didn't like Ninie calling in. I don't even
- 1:14:27Speaker 1: understand whatever, but they're they're beefing, so I don't even
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: know what's going on with that. And then quickly remember
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: I told you guys about keeping up with the Kardashians
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: and Courtney and Kim they had to fight last week.
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: Well it seemed like they made up. They went to
- 1:14:41Speaker 1: Armania with the kids, and there's no beef. It seems
- 1:14:44Speaker 1: like Chloe and Courtney are beefing now and Courtney has
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: decided to take a break from the show. So yeah,
- 1:14:53Speaker 1: Courtney has taking a break from the show. So you
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: can hit me up at lip Spark, Carla on social media,
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: on the Gram, Twitter, whatever. We could talk about it
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: more and we'll be back at twenty after the hour.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: You're listening to the Steve Harvey Morning Show. Corona shut
- 1:15:11Speaker 1: down by coronavirus. Now, I'm talking about Corona beer right here.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: Booth sales are skyrocketing during the coronavirus outbreak. And if
- 1:15:20Speaker 1: you want of the people you know that are trying
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: to be funny and ironic by drinking Corona beer, you
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: may not be able to much longer. Because Corona in Mexico,
- 1:15:30Speaker 1: the brewery in Mexico, has shut down. It's hard to
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: think of alcohol as being non essential these days, but
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: in Mexico. Yeah, in Mexico, breweries have been forced to
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: shut down the due to the coronavirus. This includes GROUPO Madello,
- 1:15:49Speaker 1: which brews several brands, including Corona. So unless the brewery
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: open soon, Corona beer may be a hard to find
- 1:15:56Speaker 1: commodity like toilet paper in hand center ties are Okay,
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: it's gonna be like that, all right, Yeah that's pretty serious, right, yeah, yeah,
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: it's crazy. Now can't get a Corona with the Corona? Wow? Yeah,

- 1:17:14Speaker 1: And the man who's the start of this, Sufformer zoo
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: owner who's serving a twenty two year prison sentence. He's
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: asking you for a pardon, saying he was unfairly convicted.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: Your son yesterday jokingly said that you know he was
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: going to advocate for it, And I was wondering if
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: you've seen the show and if you have any thoughts
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: on pardoning Joe, which son must be done. I had
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: a feeling it was done. Is that what he said?
- 1:17:37Speaker 1: I don't know. I know nothing about it. His twenty
- 1:17:39Speaker 1: two years for what? What did he do? Allegedly hired
- 1:17:42Speaker 1: someone to murder an animal rights activists? But he said
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: that he didn't do that, and he do you think
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: he didn't do it? Are you on his shide? Well?
- 1:17:49Speaker 1: Are you? Are you recommending a pardon? No, I'm not
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: advocating it. As a reporter, you're not allowed to do that.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: You'd be criticized by these Would you recommend a pardon?
- 1:17:58Speaker 1: I'm not wearing it on time? I don't think he would.
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: I don't think it would go ahead. You have a question,
- 1:18:03Speaker 1: I'll take a look. Is that s your exotic, that's
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: shoe exotic stuff we could be doing. But you know what, though,
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: I blame the reporter. Yeah, they threw it at him
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: bringing it up because heat on this one. I can't
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: believe I'm saying this. But he didn't even know anything
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: about it, which I'm glad to hear that much, because
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: if he did knew about it. Yeah, yeah, but man,
- 1:18:33Speaker 1: I didn't know. He thought he got twenty two years
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: now you Joe Exotic hanging there, Joe. Yeah, help is
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: on the way. This is crazy. It really is crazy.
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: It really is crazy. Yeah, the Corona. I still ain't
- 1:18:54Speaker 1: watched this show y'all time, but I still like it's
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: crazy time too much, There's too many there's too many stories.
- 1:19:02Speaker 1: It's Tommy, listen to me. This your boy. You're missing
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: one of the great stories in American reality TV culture.
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: I am telling you there has been nothing to date
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: true to come close to how real this reality show is.
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: This ain't scripted at all. Now, this, dude, this is
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: the realist reality show I've ever seen, and I like
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: one more time. Just let me say it to anybody
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: who hasn't seen it. If you think you jacked up
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: in any way, please watch this show. You you're flawless. Man.
- 1:19:52Speaker 1: You all right, you all right, It's gonna be all
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: right man, I mean, Tommy, every day is what? Yeah,
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: coming up, it's our last break of the day. It's
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: the last break off the day, and we'll have some
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: closing remarks from the one and only Steve Harvey at
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: forty nine minutes after right after this. You're listening to show,
- 1:20:22Speaker 1: all right, it's been a good day. This is our
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: last break of the day. Yeah, it's been a good day. Though.
- 1:20:29Speaker 1: When we do share, we did something at the house. Yeah,
- 1:20:36Speaker 1: going back here, what I'm gonna do, Nah, I'm trying
- 1:20:40Speaker 1: to decide, you know, it's it's a big deal for me, Tommy. Um,
- 1:20:44Speaker 1: I don't know the chessmen or the you know, I
- 1:20:51Speaker 1: don't know. I don't know which one I'm gonna make breakfast. Quietly,
- 1:20:56Speaker 1: I'm feeling like an omelet today, Junior. I'm like, well,
- 1:21:01Speaker 1: I'm gonna get out of this office because you know,
- 1:21:03Speaker 1: it's time for my husband. If you didn't, he's so sick.
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: I don't know how long it's gonna black. Hen what
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: you're feel to do though? Walk around and yard and
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: trying to see if I can see the neighbor house
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: again today? What's going on? You know, we all we
- 1:21:23Speaker 1: live in the secluding neighborhoods. I've been cutting bushes down
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: so I can look over there for a move down. Yeah,
- 1:21:31Speaker 1: I ain't never seen that house. He ain't never seen man,
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: So maybe he'll appreciate the whole. Uh, that's about it. Man,
- 1:21:39Speaker 1: I'm I'm I quit smoking cigars, just smoking vapor cigars.
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: So you know, I'm working on my health and I'm
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: gonna be all right. But that leads to my clothes remarks.
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: How about that work? You know what U during these
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: times right here? Uh? Because I have a radio show,
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: and you know we all now, because of social distancing,
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: we do our radio show from our homes. Through the
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: advancements of technology, we can all be in our houses
- 1:22:15Speaker 1: connected to WiFi and to portal outlets, and with digitization
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: that's a blessing. But it's also as a result of
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: everything that's going on in the world today. And I
- 1:22:29Speaker 1: think that this world, this is not anything prolific that
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: I'm saying this world as we know it is changing,
- 1:22:40Speaker 1: and it has changed forever. But I think it has
- 1:22:43Speaker 1: changed for the better. I really do. Man, See, I
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: look at situation. I just happened to be a very
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: optimistic person. I happen to think that it's the way
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: you view the situations that determine the outcome. I mean, look,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: if you expect doom to come, then I promise you
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: doom will be at your doorsteps soon. If you look
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: for the upside seeing all of this, you know what
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: I'm looking for. I'm looking for the sunshine. I'm looking
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: for the rainbowl at the end of all of this.
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: I'm looking for the pot of gold in it, because
- 1:23:18Speaker 1: it is. I've said it a thousand times on this
- 1:23:21Speaker 1: show before. I've said behind every moment of adversity, there
- 1:23:26Speaker 1: is a blessing and there is a lesson, and you
- 1:23:29Speaker 1: got to learn them both. I think we're all learning
- 1:23:31Speaker 1: a lesson in this, unless something's wrong with you, but
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: we can all receive a blessing in this. I like
- 1:23:37Speaker 1: to believe in hope. I believe that there are a
- 1:23:41Speaker 1: lot of people will be kinder to other people from
- 1:23:43Speaker 1: now and I think that other people. I think that
- 1:23:46Speaker 1: this situation is going to make a lot of us
- 1:23:48Speaker 1: a little bit more aware of our connectivity to one another,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: that we're all connected in this thing together. I believe
- 1:23:57Speaker 1: in looking for the light at the end of the tunnel.
- 1:24:00Speaker 1: There's nothing like that. Man. If you could just see
- 1:24:03Speaker 1: the light at the end of the tunnel, that's enough
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: to keep a person going. I happen to believe in miracles.
- 1:24:11Speaker 1: I've seen them. I've read them, from the biblical stories
- 1:24:15Speaker 1: all the way up today, to feel good stories i've
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: done over my shows over the years, to my own life,
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: my own rise from nothing. I've watched my coworkers, I've
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: watched their lives to become progressively better over the years.
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: I believe in miracles, man, And I'm not gonna stop
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: because we're in the middle of a crisis. And I
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: want to tell you something. Man, if all of you
- 1:24:39Speaker 1: were to look back at your history, you should have
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: every right to be hopeful, all of you. If we
- 1:24:48Speaker 1: were to all just glance back at our history, all
- 1:24:52Speaker 1: of us have every right to be hopeful. Because I'm
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: gonna tell you something. And I've said this before, the
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: bears repeating. So here we go, do an inventory, look
- 1:25:04Speaker 1: back on all of the bad days that you've had.
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: I want you to look back on all of the
- 1:25:12Speaker 1: crisis that has occurred in your life, all of them,
- 1:25:17Speaker 1: no matter how big or small, no matter how old
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: you are. Everybody in their own way has faced a
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: crisis before. I want you to look back at all
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: of those bad moments and every crisis that you've been
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: in before. And now when you look at that, when
- 1:25:36Speaker 1: you take that inventory, I want to remind you of something.
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: I want to tell you something really, really great about yourself.
- 1:25:45Speaker 1: You're ready for this. Your track record for surviving crisis
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: and your track record for surviving bad days, it's one
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: hundred percent. Everybody listening to this radio show can put
- 1:26:05Speaker 1: that in the bank. You's a bad man. That God
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: out there has covered you, has gotten you through every
- 1:26:13Speaker 1: crisis and every bad situation in your life. And guess
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: what he gonna get you through this one? Two? Right here,
- 1:26:20Speaker 1: All you got to do is do an inventory and
- 1:26:23Speaker 1: check on how it used to be for you. Look back.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: Everybody's had a crisis, everybody's had bad periods. You've gotten
- 1:26:30Speaker 1: by it. We're gonna get past this one. Two, y'all,
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: keep looking for the sunshine, keep hope, alive, look for
- 1:26:35Speaker 1: the light at the end of the tunnel, and keep
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: believing in miracles because we're in the middle of a crisis.
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: We're in the middle of a miracle. That's for show, y'all.
