UT Austin issues cease and desist order against fraternity following wrongful death lawsuit
The University of Texas at Austin has delivered a cease and desist notice to one of its fraternities following a wrongful death lawsuit. The lawsuit, filed last week, claimed a Houston-area UT student died by suicide after being subjected to horrific hazing.
