- 0:05Speaker 1: don't know. Y'all have a sun giving them like the
- 0:15Speaker 1: million bucks things in the stuffing not me through good
- 0:20Speaker 1: it listening to other Please, I don't join jo. You
- 0:59Speaker 1: gotta use that turn hurting you? Are you gotta turn
- 1:41Speaker 1: to turn out? Turn? You haven't got to turn out
- 1:45Speaker 1: to turn the water the water go? Come? Come on
- 1:58Speaker 1: your thah I show will good morning everybody. You are
- 2:06Speaker 1: listening to the voice one and only Steve Harvey got
- 2:10Speaker 1: a radio show. Come on, y'all. I said that a
- 2:13Speaker 1: little bit wrong this morning, but I'm tired. I just
- 2:16Speaker 1: came out to the gym. I'm a little out of
- 2:18Speaker 1: sorts right now, but it's okay. I'll pull it together.
- 2:21Speaker 1: But let me tell you something, man, I got a
- 2:23Speaker 1: clear cut message for you today. I really do you know.
- 2:28Speaker 1: As I've gotten older, I've began to take some supplements.
- 2:35Speaker 1: And supplements are to help your body in things that
- 2:42Speaker 1: it doesn't produce as much as it used to. Supplements
- 2:50Speaker 1: are designed to help you replenish what's been depleted in
- 2:56Speaker 1: your body as supplements. Now, now, people, I can tell
- 3:02Speaker 1: you can speak a lot more aggressively and a lot
- 3:06Speaker 1: more knowledgeable on this subject, but just giving you a
- 3:09Speaker 1: just a brief overview of minderstanding of now. If you've
- 3:16Speaker 1: been living your life for a while, supplements are necessary
- 3:22Speaker 1: for most of us now. Also, if you've been living
- 3:31Speaker 1: your life for a while spiritually, you may need some
- 3:37Speaker 1: supplements because you've just been at it for a while.
- 3:43Speaker 1: You don't got wore down a little bit, You're tied
- 3:47Speaker 1: some people around you, ain't changing. Some people around you draining.
- 3:52Speaker 1: It's just life just keeps on coming. Life don't ever
- 3:55Speaker 1: get no easier. It just you become more knowledgeable about
- 3:59Speaker 1: how to handle it. It does not get any either easier.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You continue to lose loved ones, you continue to have
- 4:07Speaker 1: to confront the challenges. It's just that over course of
- 4:10Speaker 1: time you become experienced and you can handle them better.
- 4:13Speaker 1: But life don't get no easier. But spiritually you get
- 4:19Speaker 1: a little bit worn down. Well, you need some spiritual
- 4:23Speaker 1: supplements too. And I'm just gonna flat out tell you,
- 4:28Speaker 1: the more God that you can replenish yourself with, the
- 4:34Speaker 1: higher the dosage of God that you are willing to
- 4:39Speaker 1: put into your spiritual self, the possibilities then become limitless.
- 4:49Speaker 1: You actually have the ability to make a conscious decision
- 4:54Speaker 1: to supplement your body, and you have a conscious decision
- 4:58Speaker 1: to supplement your spirit. You can do both. So what
- 5:04Speaker 1: I did was, I could just tell you what I did.
- 5:08Speaker 1: I was taking all these supplements. I started taking supplements
- 5:11Speaker 1: where I was about forty five. I think that's when
- 5:13Speaker 1: I began. I was thinking about it one day and
- 5:18Speaker 1: I just went wild. Man. I started talking to some
- 5:21Speaker 1: knowledgeable people. I found out I needed these things. But
- 5:24Speaker 1: then spiritually, man, I started supplementing myself too. I started
- 5:27Speaker 1: praying some more. I started trying to gain a little
- 5:30Speaker 1: bit more knowledge and wisdom and understanding from scriptures and
- 5:35Speaker 1: just try to make sense of all of it, you know,
- 5:39Speaker 1: just just make a little bit more sense out of
- 5:41Speaker 1: my life, make sure that I was on the right path.
- 5:44Speaker 1: A matter of fact, get on the right path, find
- 5:47Speaker 1: out my real purpose and my mission in life. And
- 5:50Speaker 1: nobody can do that for you. That's something that you
- 5:53Speaker 1: have to want to do. But I started supplementing my
- 5:56Speaker 1: spiritual side of my life and supplementing my body. Now
- 6:00Speaker 1: I happen to be right now about in the best
- 6:04Speaker 1: shape I've ever been in. Technically, I can assure you,
- 6:10Speaker 1: though I am in the best shape spiritually I have
- 6:14Speaker 1: ever been in. Now my body has looked better, it
- 6:17Speaker 1: really has. I mean, come on now, at who I
- 6:21Speaker 1: am in life, at the stage with the years I've
- 6:23Speaker 1: been walking this earth. Man, I'm cool, But spiritually I'm
- 6:29Speaker 1: in the best shape I've ever been in. And what
- 6:32Speaker 1: has done for me, y'all is it's gave me a
- 6:35Speaker 1: peace and a calmness. You know, it used to be, man,
- 6:37Speaker 1: I used to fight so hard against people who attack. Now, man,
- 6:42Speaker 1: it ain't. It ain't as serious to me because now
- 6:45Speaker 1: I have a full understanding that if I come under attack,
- 6:49Speaker 1: that God is with me, because that's a promise he made.
- 6:52Speaker 1: That's Isaiah fifty four seventeen. That's that's that's. Any weapon
- 6:57Speaker 1: formed against you, any weapon formed against you shall not prosper.
- 7:02Speaker 1: You can't. You can't come and get me. I'm not
- 7:06Speaker 1: here for you to take down because you didn't put
- 7:09Speaker 1: me here. So why would I feel a person bringing
- 7:13Speaker 1: me down when they're not the reason that I'm here.
- 7:17Speaker 1: So when you attack me, you have to be careful
- 7:20Speaker 1: because I ain't ever by myself. I formed a relationship
- 7:26Speaker 1: with the most high that I can rely on for protection.
- 7:30Speaker 1: For coverage and for peace. A lot of times when
- 7:33Speaker 1: things used to stress me out, how to run this,
- 7:36Speaker 1: how to handle this, how to deal with that? You know,
- 7:39Speaker 1: famous rough Man. And then you put that together with
- 7:42Speaker 1: some business, and you put that together with your family.
- 7:44Speaker 1: You got a lot of stuff you're trying to tend to.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I have a peace of mind about it now because
- 7:51Speaker 1: I have someone who provides me with a sense of
- 7:55Speaker 1: understanding and calmness that lets me know that this tool
- 7:59Speaker 1: shall pass. That it ain't just a saying that I
- 8:02Speaker 1: heard old people say that. It ain't just something my
- 8:05Speaker 1: mama used to tell me. It's something that can really happen.
- 8:08Speaker 1: Once you get an understanding, this tool shall pass. This
- 8:12Speaker 1: is just another piece of life that you are now
- 8:14Speaker 1: better equipped to handle. I'm telling you what it's done
- 8:19Speaker 1: for me. A millions of people out there hear me.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Man has done the same thing for them. I'm telling
- 8:26Speaker 1: it new to some people, but there's some people that
- 8:28Speaker 1: show enough understand what I'm saying. And then if you
- 8:32Speaker 1: have known this but kind of forgot it, it's time
- 8:34Speaker 1: for some supplements. So when you get like that, and
- 8:39Speaker 1: now you find yourself in a situation with a disease
- 8:43Speaker 1: or something. You gotta do something. Nah, you gotta start
- 8:47Speaker 1: juicing all your greens. You gotta start detoxing your body.
- 8:50Speaker 1: You gotta start purifying the system. See, the human body
- 8:54Speaker 1: has always had a way to repair itself if you
- 8:58Speaker 1: just give it a chance. Your mind and has always
- 9:01Speaker 1: had a chance to repair itself, if you give it
- 9:04Speaker 1: a chance, and your spirit always has a chance to
- 9:08Speaker 1: repair itself, if you give it a chance. It's the
- 9:12Speaker 1: only way I can maintain at this level, and it's
- 9:15Speaker 1: the only way I have any chance of going further.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I have to increase my dosage of spiritual supplements. I
- 9:25Speaker 1: got to talk to God a little bit more. I
- 9:29Speaker 1: got to pray a little bit more. I got to
- 9:32Speaker 1: understand his word a little bit more. That's all I'm
- 9:36Speaker 1: telling you. Man, If you do that, if you just
- 9:39Speaker 1: pray more, if you just studied a little bit more, man,
- 9:42Speaker 1: just try to get an understand it, ask him to
- 9:45Speaker 1: help you understand. It will open up the possibilities of
- 9:48Speaker 1: your life into a realm you never could have imagined.
- 9:54Speaker 1: I'm telling you that's real. Okay, you're listening tow nobody.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Wish up, Wake up, wake up. It is the Steve
- 10:04Speaker 1: harve in Morning Show, coming at you, helping you getting
- 10:06Speaker 1: through the day. Me and the crew, We're gonna do
- 10:09Speaker 1: it to you. Is that right? Should trump by? This
- 10:12Speaker 1: is correct? Sir? Good morning? That's your inside voice. I
- 10:18Speaker 1: love it, I really do. I love it. In said,
- 10:20Speaker 1: but how about it? Callar Barrell? What's going on? Baby?
- 10:23Speaker 1: What's going on? James, Shirley, nephew, what's happening? Happy Thursday? Everybody?
- 10:29Speaker 1: Happy Thursday to everybody out there. And last but not least,
- 10:32Speaker 1: he is the King of pranks, not king, the King
- 10:35Speaker 1: of Franks. What's up man, Franks? Roman Country? Then let
- 10:41Speaker 1: me your ear. I am the pranks, the king prank you.
- 10:45Speaker 1: How are the various season not to praise him? And
- 10:49Speaker 1: you know the rest? I don't I know? You know that, right, Timmy,
- 10:53Speaker 1: you know the rest of it. I don't know the
- 10:55Speaker 1: rest of that. I don't know. You catching n about
- 11:00Speaker 1: I don't know. Don't be shot and then you don't know, man,
- 11:04Speaker 1: don't be shot? What's up? Everybody? On Thursday morning? One
- 11:08Speaker 1: more day? We got a Friday. We can make Thursday
- 11:11Speaker 1: and Friday. It's a cinch. It will be easy to do. Yes,
- 11:15Speaker 1: it's a three day weekend three days. Yes, I ain't
- 11:19Speaker 1: good on them because I ain't. I ain't worth a
- 11:21Speaker 1: damn when you come back, I'm telling nobody is tom No,
- 11:26Speaker 1: but at least you have Monday off. Yeah, but but
- 11:28Speaker 1: but but the Tuesday is Monday. Though. You know what
- 11:31Speaker 1: I'm saying, we gods, Now what what's the logic? What's
- 11:37Speaker 1: the logic? Tim what is it? I'm just saying, you know,
- 11:40Speaker 1: if if it's a big three day weekend, we're gonna
- 11:42Speaker 1: have a lot of fun and then we don't have
- 11:45Speaker 1: to work home Monday. But then, you know, you treat
- 11:47Speaker 1: Monday like Sunday and Tuesday's Tuesday's Monday, you know Monday. Okay?
- 11:54Speaker 1: Are you high right now? Are you high? That was me?
- 11:58Speaker 1: If you got people that come over for the long weekend,
- 12:03Speaker 1: when should they leave when? What would be the grace
- 12:05Speaker 1: to say they show up Thursday? All right? Okay? When
- 12:09Speaker 1: do they leave? They shouldn't leave without you asking him?
- 12:12Speaker 1: They should be leaving with Monica off Air said Friday,
- 12:18Speaker 1: I like company, So I'll take this one. I'll say
- 12:21Speaker 1: Sunday morning after breakfast just good or brunch? No, why
- 12:25Speaker 1: they got to eat Breakfastay? That the whole damn weekend. Yes,
- 12:33Speaker 1: but I want my Sunday evening and all day Monday
- 12:36Speaker 1: to myself. I can you can make shorted in that.
- 12:40Speaker 1: We just drop in on Thursday to see how I'm doing.
- 12:43Speaker 1: Thursday night, y'allasses on the road going home Thursday night.
- 12:47Speaker 1: You wothing happened, Jay to make you hate company so much?
- 12:54Speaker 1: To something? Nothing happened. I just don't like people at
- 12:57Speaker 1: the house. There's nothing personal. Yes, it is personal. It's
- 13:03Speaker 1: nothing people personal. Yeah, that's how it's the very read
- 13:08Speaker 1: of the very definition. Go to your place, don't come here,
- 13:12Speaker 1: don't go away. That's I don't even have a welcome
- 13:15Speaker 1: met at my house because you know, but she was like,
- 13:18Speaker 1: for Thanksgiving, you don't do big Thanksgiving dinners, or we're
- 13:22Speaker 1: not doing it in my place. I might go to one,
- 13:24Speaker 1: but not at not at not not at the other
- 13:27Speaker 1: j spot. No, we're not doing it that way. Enough. Wow,
- 13:31Speaker 1: all right, that's why they call you bitter man. Okay,
- 13:35Speaker 1: coming up at thirty two minutes after the hour, guess what,
- 13:37Speaker 1: ask bitter man back with it? Right after this you're
- 13:42Speaker 1: listening to show. All right, guys, it is time now
- 13:47Speaker 1: for ask bitter man. Bitter man what you say. We're
- 13:52Speaker 1: not here to help, Okay, but you gotta let the
- 13:56Speaker 1: people know that. Yeah, the new people joining us this morning.
- 14:00Speaker 1: As you ain't gotten the word, he don't help. Okay,
- 14:03Speaker 1: wait till you hear this new people all right. This
- 14:07Speaker 1: one is from Toulouse in Jamaica. To Louse writes, I
- 14:10Speaker 1: checked my wife's text a lot, and she's fine with it.
- 14:13Speaker 1: But I usually sneak and do it. I saw the
- 14:16Speaker 1: name Player, and so I read the text. I could
- 14:20Speaker 1: tell by the messages that Playa is a guy in
- 14:23Speaker 1: our church choir. He calls her Songbird and told her
- 14:27Speaker 1: he has been thinking about her a lot. She told
- 14:29Speaker 1: him their phone calls helped get her through the day.
- 14:32Speaker 1: And I asked her about the texts and calls and
- 14:36Speaker 1: why he had a nickname in her phone. She said
- 14:39Speaker 1: he's not into women and that's what his friends call him.
- 14:42Speaker 1: Does this sound right? Yes? First of all, stay out
- 14:45Speaker 1: people's phone, he just stay as out people's phone. Don't
- 14:49Speaker 1: go on people's phone. You should never go on somebody's phone.
- 14:52Speaker 1: That's just that should be a demandment. Thou should not
- 14:55Speaker 1: go and it should have been written long before phones
- 14:57Speaker 1: were invented. Thou should not go into another person's phone,
- 15:01Speaker 1: or that I should burn in hell because it's just wrong,
- 15:05Speaker 1: dead wrong, look into bear. I mean, this is Siri, right, Tommy.
- 15:11Speaker 1: Thou shalt not read text, Thou shalt not ask me
- 15:15Speaker 1: about text. Yes, thou shalt not sin swipe my pictures,
- 15:20Speaker 1: Thou shalt not. Thou shalt not, yes, thou shalt not,
- 15:23Speaker 1: and thou shalt definitely not. Ear hustle. Ear hustle is
- 15:26Speaker 1: a big sin. Oh, it's the worst, it's the right.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Let's move on so you cannot tell some more people.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Berry and Chicago says, I'm a single dad and my
- 15:38Speaker 1: sons are eighteen sixteen. I work until a pm daily,
- 15:42Speaker 1: and my sixteen year old is home by himself a lot.
- 15:45Speaker 1: My older son confided in me that he's been catching
- 15:48Speaker 1: his younger brother having sex in my house. He said
- 15:52Speaker 1: he talked to my son and my son was embarrassed,
- 15:54Speaker 1: but he knew to use protection and he cleaned up
- 15:57Speaker 1: after himself. My older son asked me not to confront
- 16:00Speaker 1: my sixteen year old, and honestly, I did the same
- 16:03Speaker 1: thing when I was young, so I get it. But
- 16:06Speaker 1: as a father, isn't this something I should handle? You?
- 16:10Speaker 1: Know normally when I hear these When I hear these letters,
- 16:13Speaker 1: I try to hear a problem and so I can
- 16:16Speaker 1: decide if I'm going to help or not. And what
- 16:19Speaker 1: are you saying? I don't really see a problem. He
- 16:23Speaker 1: does a problem, he's cleaning up, he's using protection. You're
- 16:29Speaker 1: not doing it when you're home. I mean, what in you?
- 16:32Speaker 1: And then you did it? You did it in your house.
- 16:35Speaker 1: I mean, so if I could see a problem this
- 16:38Speaker 1: when I might could help. But since I don't really
- 16:41Speaker 1: see a problem, I can't really help you. If there's
- 16:44Speaker 1: no problem, there no problem the okay, come on, can
- 16:48Speaker 1: I tell you what the problem is? The problem is
- 16:50Speaker 1: the park ass brother who over the tenor dada? The
- 16:54Speaker 1: problem is why? Why is the brother who is the
- 16:57Speaker 1: oldest ten and everything? You know what it is? Because
- 16:59Speaker 1: you're young brother. He got it going on and you don't.
- 17:02Speaker 1: You ain't getting nothing going on, So you know you
- 17:04Speaker 1: got to go right on your brother, a weak brother.
- 17:07Speaker 1: I don't like that. I can't point it out. The
- 17:09Speaker 1: younger brother is getting more booty than the daddy and
- 17:12Speaker 1: the older brother and they're upset with it. That's the problem.
- 17:15Speaker 1: You ain't only right, you're absolutely right on. Now, okay,
- 17:19Speaker 1: I see a problem. I see a problem, and that
- 17:21Speaker 1: is you know that Carla is the only one allowed
- 17:24Speaker 1: to say booty on the show. We're moving on. Okay,
- 17:31Speaker 1: did you want now? We're so many were booty block?
- 17:34Speaker 1: Were booty block? So you're saying the eighteen year old,
- 17:40Speaker 1: come on, come on, little brother, game bad hurt at
- 17:47Speaker 1: the daddy a game? He got some serious game, yes,
- 17:51Speaker 1: and the daddy trying to see what to do by
- 17:53Speaker 1: his son getting booty daddy on some pointers. Now how
- 17:58Speaker 1: you get women? I'm working at you ain't even working
- 18:02Speaker 1: what what are you doing? What do you say? Son?
- 18:05Speaker 1: I mean that's what you're bringing a female in the half.
- 18:09Speaker 1: Clearly there's a double standard because you all would be
- 18:11Speaker 1: if this were your daughters. This absolutely sure, you know this.
- 18:14Speaker 1: There's a double standard for the boy. I totally agree.
- 18:19Speaker 1: We do have double standards. Life is full of double stands,
- 18:22Speaker 1: it is. It's like, okay, just to point that out
- 18:26Speaker 1: of fact, let's just write a double standard books. So
- 18:28Speaker 1: y'all ain't got to ask no more. Let's get to
- 18:33Speaker 1: Rashida in Jacksonville. Rashida says, I've been married for eight
- 18:37Speaker 1: years and I had sex in my den with my
- 18:39Speaker 1: husband's co worker last year when my husband had COVID,
- 18:44Speaker 1: his co workers to drop off food for us, and
- 18:46Speaker 1: when I told him my husband was sleep he said,
- 18:49Speaker 1: I looked like I needed some TLC. He started massaging
- 18:52Speaker 1: my neck and back, and then he massaged my panties
- 18:55Speaker 1: right on off. It was the best sex I'd had
- 18:58Speaker 1: in a very long time. It only happened once, and
- 19:01Speaker 1: I can't get it out of my mind. Would it
- 19:03Speaker 1: be too forward to call him up and ask for more? What?
- 19:08Speaker 1: But you? You damn child's gonna need another table? You
- 19:12Speaker 1: really are. You just not gonna be able to what
- 19:13Speaker 1: you got out of that. You're not gonna be able
- 19:18Speaker 1: to sit there at that damn table. And you shouldn't
- 19:21Speaker 1: expect your husband and sit at the same table that you.
- 19:23Speaker 1: I won't say boody knocking boots at you shouldn't be
- 19:27Speaker 1: you just shouldn't you. I mean, that's just disgusting that
- 19:31Speaker 1: you would not get a new table. Oh my god,
- 19:37Speaker 1: that's just nasty that you don't go out and get
- 19:39Speaker 1: a brand new table and leaf take a leaf out
- 19:42Speaker 1: of something. I mean, damn a minute amazing. So you
- 19:48Speaker 1: don't help THEEF people consistently, but it is COVID. Though
- 19:54Speaker 1: it is COVID, so we are going through that. So
- 19:57Speaker 1: I understand her. You have to break down. I get it.
- 19:59Speaker 1: You're it happen all right. Let's get to this last
- 20:02Speaker 1: one and Corinth and Durham says, my daughter is engaged
- 20:07Speaker 1: to a prominent minister in town and they have a
- 20:09Speaker 1: lavish lifestyle. She has tried to buy me nice things,
- 20:12Speaker 1: but I refused to live off the tides and of decent,
- 20:15Speaker 1: hard working people. My daughter has picked out a brand
- 20:18Speaker 1: new home for me. It's not even finished being built,
- 20:20Speaker 1: and I told her I don't want to live in
- 20:22Speaker 1: it because she's stealing money. This has caused tension between
- 20:25Speaker 1: my daughter and I. She said, I shouldn't worry about
- 20:27Speaker 1: where the money comes from. Should I accept the house? Yeah?
- 20:31Speaker 1: The house. The Bible says don't block your blessings. It's
- 20:34Speaker 1: in the Bible, do not block your blessings? Right, And
- 20:38Speaker 1: it also it also says, will a man rob God,
- 20:41Speaker 1: don't it saying I hate to both of you coming
- 20:47Speaker 1: up back in the nephew, we've run that prank, right
- 20:50Speaker 1: a Yet you have robbed me? Where you're listening to
- 20:58Speaker 1: morning show coming up at the top of the hour,
- 21:01Speaker 1: Miss Anna is here with our national news. She'll have
- 21:04Speaker 1: details on the Colorado grand jury that indicted Colorado police
- 21:08Speaker 1: officers and former paramedics involved in the death of unarmed
- 21:12Speaker 1: black man Elijah McCain two years ago. We all remember
- 21:15Speaker 1: that story and in Entertainment news. Our deepest condolences are
- 21:19Speaker 1: going out to Nine Leaks and family. Her husband Greg
- 21:23Speaker 1: Leaks has passed away from colon cancer. Just so sad,
- 21:27Speaker 1: so sad. Well, we'll talk about these stories at the
- 21:30Speaker 1: top of the hour, but right now the nephew is
- 21:32Speaker 1: here to make us laugh a little bit. Would run
- 21:34Speaker 1: that Frank back what you got for his nav Let
- 21:36Speaker 1: me put a laugh on your face if I can.
- 21:38Speaker 1: This right here is called the doctor's visit. The doctor's
- 21:41Speaker 1: visit put a little laugh in your day? How about that?
- 21:43Speaker 1: A little teaspoon and laughter from the nephew the doctor's visit.
- 21:47Speaker 1: Here we go. Hello, Hello, I'm trying to reach a
- 21:52Speaker 1: Roger Balton police. He's not here. May take a message.
- 21:55Speaker 1: My name is Mark, ma'am. I'm calling from the class
- 21:59Speaker 1: about to Robert Goodman. Use it down. Hold on, I'm sorry,
- 22:01Speaker 1: say that again, Okay, can you hear me, I can
- 22:04Speaker 1: hear you now. I'm I'm trying to reach Roger. He's
- 22:06Speaker 1: not here, Okay, I'm calling from from the clinic, from
- 22:09Speaker 1: doctor Robert's office and trying to get some information to him.
- 22:13Speaker 1: When do you know when you actually begin? No? Actually
- 22:16Speaker 1: I don't. Um, is everything okay? Uh? Well you know
- 22:20Speaker 1: everything's fine. I mean nothing. I can't be handled. But um,
- 22:24Speaker 1: we we're trying to actually get some information to him
- 22:27Speaker 1: so that he can actually come back him for the results. Okay, Well,
- 22:30Speaker 1: I don't I don't know when I can. He's supposed
- 22:33Speaker 1: to be here now, I'm not sure when I can
- 22:36Speaker 1: tell you he's gonna be back. Okay, I'm sorry I
- 22:39Speaker 1: didn't ask you earlier. Man, who am I actually speaking with?
- 22:42Speaker 1: This is his girlfriend? Uh and your name is Jan Jan? Okay,
- 22:46Speaker 1: so uh, Jan, you don't you say you don't know,
- 22:49Speaker 1: you don't have an idea when he'll be back. No, you,
- 22:53Speaker 1: it's trying to make me kind of get a little
- 22:54Speaker 1: concerned though, No, no, no, wow, Okay, I'll tell you what.
- 22:59Speaker 1: This is the number that he actually loved us to
- 23:01Speaker 1: give him a call on his results, and we're not
- 23:04Speaker 1: getting an answer. I don't have another number on hand.
- 23:07Speaker 1: Do you have any specific time I can actually call
- 23:09Speaker 1: back and maybe I'll get him again. I'm you're making
- 23:13Speaker 1: my stomach is getting nervous right now. What is what
- 23:16Speaker 1: is the problem? Well, actually you know what his man is.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Mister Rogers came in for to take a few tests,
- 23:23Speaker 1: and he took some tests and we actually have the
- 23:24Speaker 1: results in and we'd actually really like for him to
- 23:27Speaker 1: come back. I don't know anything about I'm sorry, I
- 23:28Speaker 1: didn't mean to interrupt you, but I don't know anything
- 23:30Speaker 1: about any tests. He hasn't told me anything about going
- 23:33Speaker 1: to a clinic or anything like that. I see, So
- 23:35Speaker 1: what kind of tests are you talking about? Well, I mean,
- 23:39Speaker 1: I'm not I'm really not at liberty to give you
- 23:41Speaker 1: any kind of information unless you're actually on the paperwork.
- 23:43Speaker 1: So I'm you know, it's not even something that I
- 23:45Speaker 1: can discuss unless the patient has signed off that you
- 23:48Speaker 1: are the next of ken or the person that can
- 23:50Speaker 1: we can actually give information to you. Do I know you?
- 23:54Speaker 1: I do, and I'm pretty certain, I mean, the way
- 23:57Speaker 1: we operate in this household, I'm pretty certain that that
- 24:00Speaker 1: I'm on the paperwork. So would you please le pull
- 24:04Speaker 1: up Roger stuff on computer here and I'll see what
- 24:06Speaker 1: I give me one second, please sure, okay, okay, let's
- 24:11Speaker 1: see now. Let me scroll down for next to Ken. Okay,
- 24:14Speaker 1: I got a Janis. That is me? I mean everybody
- 24:18Speaker 1: called me jam, but that's me Janice. Wow. Okay, tell
- 24:22Speaker 1: me your name again. I'm sorry, what's your name again? Mark? Mark?
- 24:24Speaker 1: Like I said, I'm the clerk here at doctor Robert office.
- 24:28Speaker 1: I guess I am at liberty to tell you what's
- 24:30Speaker 1: going on. Please do. Mister Roger came in and took
- 24:34Speaker 1: some STD test STD yes, And I guess at this
- 24:38Speaker 1: point I should just maybe both of you guys should
- 24:41Speaker 1: come in and wait a minute with everybody, and everybody
- 24:45Speaker 1: mind no, no, no, no no, no no no, I need
- 24:47Speaker 1: you to finish what you were just saying. Well, no,
- 24:49Speaker 1: that's what I'm saying. Man. What has happened is he's
- 24:51Speaker 1: been diagnosed with as well as you gotta be kidding me.
- 24:57Speaker 1: You have got to be kidding me. Okay, I'm not
- 25:01Speaker 1: hearing this. I am not. Do you do you understand
- 25:05Speaker 1: what that means? Do you understand that he lives in
- 25:07Speaker 1: my household? Do you understand that that means that he
- 25:10Speaker 1: has been dipping somewhere else because I have been not
- 25:14Speaker 1: doing anything that would even come close to bringing something
- 25:17Speaker 1: to him like that. So it's apparent that this man
- 25:20Speaker 1: has been outside of my household and doing when he
- 25:23Speaker 1: has no business doing it, and bring it back in. Man,
- 25:26Speaker 1: I'm not at liberty to make any accusations like that.
- 25:28Speaker 1: I cannot say anything like that. All I can say
- 25:31Speaker 1: is I'd like for both of you, you know, it'd
- 25:32Speaker 1: be good for both of you guys to come in
- 25:34Speaker 1: and then because then we'll tell you about it. Is
- 25:36Speaker 1: this is something treatable, it is curable. I don't care
- 25:40Speaker 1: about it being treatable or curable. What I care about
- 25:42Speaker 1: is the fact that he apparently has been somewhere with
- 25:46Speaker 1: some trick and brought something back home to my household.
- 25:50Speaker 1: That's what I care about. I do understand that, Miss Jannis.
- 25:53Speaker 1: I do, but you have to understand my position or
- 25:55Speaker 1: what I'm trying to do. I'm just trying to reaching
- 25:57Speaker 1: out and well, listen, you happen to call my house,
- 26:00Speaker 1: so you just have to have to be on the
- 26:01Speaker 1: end on the other side of it. I am sorry,
- 26:03Speaker 1: you're kidding most of it, but I tell you what
- 26:06Speaker 1: what you need to do is you need to make
- 26:08Speaker 1: him an appointment and I will meet him there. He
- 26:10Speaker 1: will be wait wait, wait, wait, when he wait a minute,
- 26:13Speaker 1: I'm sorry. You need to make him an appointment to
- 26:16Speaker 1: come out to take a look at these results you're
- 26:18Speaker 1: talking about and guests who will show up at the
- 26:21Speaker 1: door before he gets there. Me, that's what I'm thinking, kid,
- 26:25Speaker 1: want better for you, just missing to tell him what's
- 26:28Speaker 1: going on. Since I'm to you now, this is the
- 26:30Speaker 1: plan you need to give him. You need to give
- 26:33Speaker 1: him a call and give you a cell phone number
- 26:34Speaker 1: you never Okay, I got it. Okay, you call him
- 26:41Speaker 1: and set a twelve new an appointment to Trust me
- 26:43Speaker 1: when I tell you, when he walked through that door
- 26:45Speaker 1: and seize my face, he will know. Okay, okay, miss
- 26:48Speaker 1: miss I'm not trying to create care to let mister
- 26:55Speaker 1: Roger know that we need him to come actually into
- 26:57Speaker 1: the building. Could give two about the call. All I
- 27:01Speaker 1: know is you make that appointment. I would get that
- 27:03Speaker 1: before he gets there and his own I'm telling you
- 27:07Speaker 1: that's how it's gonna roll. Do you understand me, miss,
- 27:10Speaker 1: Miss ms James. I can't allow any chaos to be
- 27:13Speaker 1: going on in the building. I cannot allow that. Let
- 27:15Speaker 1: me know your creative Let me tell you something. I
- 27:18Speaker 1: don't care. I could care less about what you feel
- 27:21Speaker 1: about it and what you can and can't do. All
- 27:24Speaker 1: I'm telling you is you call what I call looking
- 27:29Speaker 1: for mister Rogers. You called his suit to be white.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Correction correction sud to not be white. Okay, I got
- 27:38Speaker 1: one more thing I do need to tell you, though,
- 27:40Speaker 1: mister you know what I can't deal with another thing.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I swear to God, don't tell me anything out, but
- 27:44Speaker 1: I do have a whisper. Just make your appointment. That's
- 27:48Speaker 1: all I care about. You. Make your appointment, make your point.
- 27:51Speaker 1: But I need you to ask for somebody when you
- 27:52Speaker 1: come to the clinic. I need you to ask for
- 27:54Speaker 1: one person and then they will take care of you.
- 27:57Speaker 1: Who do I need to ask for us? Okay, you
- 27:59Speaker 1: need to ask colnef you Tommy from the Steve Harvey
- 28:02Speaker 1: Morning Show, because that's who I am. You just got
- 28:05Speaker 1: branked by your husband, Roger. You know what my tem
- 28:12Speaker 1: me tell me? Tell me I listened to you everyone
- 28:17Speaker 1: I know. Oh my goodness, I am so embarrassed. And
- 28:21Speaker 1: wait till I see right all right? Oh my gosh,
- 28:27Speaker 1: I am, I am, Oh, I'm done. I can't believe you.
- 28:33Speaker 1: I got I got one more thing I got asked, Okay,
- 28:36Speaker 1: what is the baddest and I mean the baddest radio
- 28:38Speaker 1: show in the land, the one I wake up to
- 28:41Speaker 1: every morning, The Steve Harby Morning Show. Bull. Yeah, that's
- 28:45Speaker 1: how I do it, just like that, That's how I
- 28:47Speaker 1: do It's the Bull. Yeah. Yeah, I'm gonna be big
- 28:51Speaker 1: boy septemb I'm gonna be boo yeah and wearing west

- 29:06Speaker 1: Saturday tickets on sale right nine. All right, thank you, nephew.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, we'll have
- 29:12Speaker 1: some entertainment and national news for you. Right after this.
- 29:15Speaker 1: You're listening to the Stave Harvey Morning Show. In trending headlines, guys,
- 29:21Speaker 1: a Colorado grand jury and died at three police officers
- 29:25Speaker 1: and two paramedics involved in the August twenty nineteen death
- 29:28Speaker 1: of Elijah McClean. You guys, remember this story. I'm sure
- 29:32Speaker 1: Elijah McClean was a twenty three year old black man
- 29:34Speaker 1: who was stopped by police while walking home from a store.
- 29:38Speaker 1: The officers placed the unarmed McClean in a neck hold
- 29:43Speaker 1: and injected him with a key to mine. He suffered
- 29:47Speaker 1: cardiac arrest and died at the hospital. Wo wow. I hope,
- 29:53Speaker 1: I hope this is justice for Elijah McClaine. I'm glad
- 29:57Speaker 1: they're grand Jury two saw the saw enough evidence to
- 30:01Speaker 1: indict them. This is going for a long damn. It's
- 30:08Speaker 1: three officers and two paramedics. Paramedics two, Yeah, they were
- 30:13Speaker 1: all there. Yeah, I remember this story. He was a
- 30:15Speaker 1: young young man. Yeah, twenty three years jail man justice.
- 30:22Speaker 1: He was unarmed. But what's the purpose of that? I
- 30:25Speaker 1: don't I don't get it. I mean, like, instead of
- 30:27Speaker 1: handcuffing somebody, you shoot him with some what's the purpose.
- 30:31Speaker 1: Didn't they say he was acting irrationally and they were
- 30:34Speaker 1: trying to get him under control or something, if I
- 30:38Speaker 1: remember correctly, they was trying to say he was I
- 30:39Speaker 1: right or what inexcusable? Whatever? It was? Unarmed. Yeah, you
- 30:47Speaker 1: don't inject anybody with anything when they get arrested. Nothing.
- 30:51Speaker 1: But what are you doing that for? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
- 30:53Speaker 1: but anyway, miss Anne will have more armed story, uh,
- 30:58Speaker 1: you know, more details and stuff and move on, moving on.
- 31:01Speaker 1: In entertainment news, after a long battle with colon cancer,
- 31:05Speaker 1: I'm so sad to report this story, Greg Leaks has
- 31:07Speaker 1: passed away. He passed away peacefully in his home, yes,
- 31:12Speaker 1: surrounded by all of his children, very close loved ones
- 31:15Speaker 1: and of course his wife Ninie m A family rep
- 31:18Speaker 1: released a statement. It reads, in part, we asked that
- 31:22Speaker 1: you pray for peace and strength over their family and
- 31:25Speaker 1: allow them to mourn in private during this very very
- 31:28Speaker 1: difficult times. Yea loved love me is my favorite house wife. Yeah,
- 31:39Speaker 1: he was just such a cool guy. So wise. Um,
- 31:44Speaker 1: I read a post and Cynthia Bailey that Cynthia Bailey
- 31:48Speaker 1: put up she put up her and Mike, her that
- 31:52Speaker 1: post husband, Yeah, her husband, Mike, and then she put
- 31:55Speaker 1: up Nani and Greg and she said, um in the
- 31:59Speaker 1: post that Greg was the first person that prayed for
- 32:02Speaker 1: them as a couple. And she said she will always
- 32:06Speaker 1: remember that because it meant so much to them, and
- 32:10Speaker 1: how managed to be cool no matter what was going
- 32:13Speaker 1: on around here. Verrational? Yeah, yeah, very wise just wise
- 32:20Speaker 1: wise man. Okay, good looking guy, good looking? Yeah yeah yeah. Nice.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Now TMZ is reporting that there won't be a funeral,
- 32:32Speaker 1: which was at Greg's request. He wanted to be cremated
- 32:36Speaker 1: and Nini and his family are honoring that wish and
- 32:39Speaker 1: there will be a celebration of life ceremony. Though um
- 32:43Speaker 1: Greg and Nini got married back in nineteen ninety seven.
- 32:46Speaker 1: They divorced, you recall in twenty eleven. However, a couple
- 32:50Speaker 1: of years later, in twenty thirteen, they said I do
- 32:53Speaker 1: once more and they've been happily married ever since. We
- 32:56Speaker 1: saw their wedding onto The Real Housewives. A couple shares
- 33:00Speaker 1: a son, Brett Brent, and they also have kids from
- 33:03Speaker 1: previous relationships. And we can't say this enough. Our deepest,
- 33:07Speaker 1: deepest condolence is going out to Nini and the Leek's family.
- 33:11Speaker 1: All right, Jay, we're gonna switch gears here and check
- 33:14Speaker 1: out the headlines. All righty, everybody, it's time for the
- 33:17Speaker 1: news with miss and Trip. Thank you very much, and
- 33:20Speaker 1: here we go. Everybody. We have a dangerous flooding in
- 33:23Speaker 1: the Northeast because the Tropic Storm Ida. Things are pretty
- 33:26Speaker 1: bad up there. There's states of emergency declared in both
- 33:29Speaker 1: New York City and in New Jersey dangerous flooding throughout
- 33:33Speaker 1: due to historic rainfall over night. At least eight people
- 33:36Speaker 1: were killed in New York City at least one person
- 33:38Speaker 1: killed in New Jersey. That was again because of a
- 33:41Speaker 1: hurricane that turned the tropical storm Ida that went up
- 33:44Speaker 1: there yesterday and last night. Virginia's governor Ralph Northam has
- 33:47Speaker 1: granted pardons posthumously to seven young black men who are
- 33:52Speaker 1: executed in nineteen fifty one for the rape of a
- 33:54Speaker 1: white woman. There's nothing more powerful than no one of
- 33:58Speaker 1: our past history, so we can move in a better direction.
- 34:02Speaker 1: They were called the Martinsville Seven. They were convicted by
- 34:04Speaker 1: an all white male jury of raping thirty two year
- 34:07Speaker 1: old Ruby Floyd in a black neighborhood in nineteen forty nine.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Supporters and descendants say the men were not given any
- 34:13Speaker 1: fair representation. There was no investigation as to who really
- 34:17Speaker 1: went on and what she was doing in that area.
- 34:19Speaker 1: After that, they were sentenced to death. They would please
- 34:21Speaker 1: for mercy from around the world, calling their punishment not
- 34:24Speaker 1: only extreme but unjust. Theirs was the largest mass execution
- 34:29Speaker 1: for rape in US history. In recent years. Their case
- 34:32Speaker 1: is seen as example of how racism is used to
- 34:35Speaker 1: meet out the death penalty. In Chicago, a white cot
- 34:38Speaker 1: placed on administrative duty while an investigation is conducted into
- 34:41Speaker 1: his jumping on a black woman who was simply walking
- 34:45Speaker 1: her dog in a park. The park was closing and
- 34:48Speaker 1: his video cam shows him attacking the woman who was
- 34:51Speaker 1: trying to get out and just walking away with her dog.
- 34:53Speaker 1: That officer taken off the streets after the body camp
- 34:57Speaker 1: was seen. And now Walmart, this one in conro exist
- 35:00Speaker 1: and the racial spotlight. Two black men, one a former
- 35:03Speaker 1: officer at one the other one a local minister, handcuffed
- 35:06Speaker 1: and let out of the Walmart like criminals when they
- 35:09Speaker 1: tried to bring back a defective TV that they purchased
- 35:11Speaker 1: early in the day. That's even though they showed the
- 35:14Speaker 1: store clerk to receipt. The store people call the cops.
- 35:16Speaker 1: They will eventually let go, they say. A white female
- 35:19Speaker 1: Walmart employee shouted that they should get the f out
- 35:22Speaker 1: of the store and don't effing ever come back. And
- 35:25Speaker 1: by the way, the black men were never able to
- 35:26Speaker 1: exchange that television either. That's the way things go. We
- 35:31Speaker 1: have Defense Secretary Lloyd Aston marking the end of the
- 35:34Speaker 1: longest war in American history and the end of this
- 35:36Speaker 1: country's largest air evacuation of civilians. Secretary Austin praising you
- 35:39Speaker 1: are service members, but they say now the work is
- 35:42Speaker 1: different to move after and evacuates out of temporary housing
- 35:46Speaker 1: in intermediate staging bases and the golfing in Europe and
- 35:50Speaker 1: on to begin new lives. Now back to the Steve
- 35:52Speaker 1: Harvey Morning Show. You're listening to show. All right, Tommy,
- 35:58Speaker 1: come on, introduced the president and CEO of Team Tommy.
- 36:02Speaker 1: All right, now, y'all show y'all want to go in there.
- 36:06Speaker 1: Let me tell you when I pull it. When I
- 36:08Speaker 1: pull it, rope bat and I'll put you in your seat.
- 36:10Speaker 1: We're getting ready to ride, y'all. Show y'all, when I
- 36:13Speaker 1: lock your arms down, Okay, here we go, buggle up.
- 36:17Speaker 1: Hold on, We're going deep, deep into the mind, the
- 36:20Speaker 1: mind of the one in normally j Anthony Brown. All right,
- 36:24Speaker 1: Labor Day weekend. It's the Ashure Theater in Middle Beach,
- 36:27Speaker 1: South Carolina. I'll be there Friday, Saturday and Sunday and
- 36:31Speaker 1: then Riddles Comedy Club, Chicago, Illinois. All right, I don't
- 36:34Speaker 1: know if you've been keeping up with the story. I'm
- 36:36Speaker 1: sure everybody knows by now. We did a story about
- 36:39Speaker 1: the monkey who had an affair with the white lady.
- 36:42Speaker 1: First we read the letter from the monkey from the
- 36:45Speaker 1: monkey's front of you, and then the white lady wrote
- 36:47Speaker 1: a letter to the monkey. But we left out the
- 36:50Speaker 1: person who's really involved in the story, which is the
- 36:54Speaker 1: monkey's lady. She wrote a letter. If you don't let
- 36:58Speaker 1: this got I mean, she's gotta be heard calling. She
- 37:04Speaker 1: needs to be heard. Would you want to be heard?
- 37:07Speaker 1: Here we go, Thank Brandy, the boys mind the boy's mind.
- 37:12Speaker 1: Here we go, Di Cinderella or Becky or vampire Slayer
- 37:18Speaker 1: or whatever your name is. I'm about five heartbeats away
- 37:22Speaker 1: from jumping on your ass and beating you down until
- 37:26Speaker 1: you turn to the color purple. And I'm talking fast
- 37:29Speaker 1: and furious. Okay, please please please stay away from my king. Come,
- 37:37Speaker 1: he's my candy man. Okay. You white chicks always try
- 37:42Speaker 1: to pick the best man and give up that octopusy
- 37:46Speaker 1: because they got the wood. Okay, well guess what two
- 37:51Speaker 1: can play that game? Now? I heard I heard white
- 37:55Speaker 1: men can't jump, but I can. Okay, so listen up, Corella,
- 38:01Speaker 1: before you end up with a tombstone. All right, If
- 38:05Speaker 1: you want a man, won't you get your ass and
- 38:08Speaker 1: a drum line and get your own before you end
- 38:12Speaker 1: up with a sister living. That's it. I mean, that's
- 38:14Speaker 1: from the lady's point of view. Man, that's it. I'm done.
- 38:17Speaker 1: I'm done. I'm done. Yes, you are. She had it her.
- 38:21Speaker 1: I don't know why y'all didn't want to hear her something.
- 38:24Speaker 1: I don't know much. You are too much, you white
- 38:28Speaker 1: chicks are We want to pick up the best men
- 38:32Speaker 1: and give up that octopussy because they got the wood. Okay,
- 38:36Speaker 1: well guess what two can play that game? I heard
- 38:40Speaker 1: a white man the first time, but I can listen Corella.
- 38:45Speaker 1: Before you end up with a tombstone. You want your own,
- 38:48Speaker 1: damn man, get in a drum line and pick him
- 38:50Speaker 1: before you end up with a sister living. I mean,
- 38:53Speaker 1: the lady needs to be heard. I don't know why
- 38:55Speaker 1: we were overlooking her. Why not? Yea, yeah you are?
- 38:59Speaker 1: You let it be her. This is all I have
- 39:03Speaker 1: to say. Coming up at thirty four minutes. Actually the
- 39:05Speaker 1: album Vegans versus Barbecue Meat. Yeah, we'll talk about these
- 39:12Speaker 1: neighbors that are beefing, right, after this, you're listening to show. Well,
- 39:19Speaker 1: tomorrow kicks off the Labor Day weekend. We're all getting
- 39:22Speaker 1: ready for that. And check this out. A man is
- 39:26Speaker 1: feuding with his neighbors who happen to be vegan, and
- 39:30Speaker 1: they're complaining when he barbecues his meat outside. Seems they
- 39:35Speaker 1: claim the smell is making them sick. The man said
- 39:39Speaker 1: he tried to accommodate them by moving his grill farther
- 39:42Speaker 1: away from their home, but they still complain every time
- 39:46Speaker 1: he fires up his barbecue pit. Okay, what everybody moving?
- 39:51Speaker 1: They grill for him? No, No, you're gonna smell this
- 39:55Speaker 1: brisket till I get through with it. How much meet
- 40:00Speaker 1: you got? It's the brisket. I got my full slabs,
- 40:03Speaker 1: the ribs on there. I know I got ten chickens,
- 40:07Speaker 1: all right. And if I ain't got ten chickens, I
- 40:10Speaker 1: got bout fifteen quarter parts. I know that, okay, And
- 40:15Speaker 1: I'll tell you what's the worse. Worse you smell? The
- 40:18Speaker 1: breath of a vegan is the breath of a vegan?
- 40:22Speaker 1: That horror ball you like? I need to get some
- 40:26Speaker 1: meeting your and gid system man? Really, ain't nobody moving
- 40:30Speaker 1: their pit man, cause he did that. Nobody nice enough
- 40:35Speaker 1: to do that, and they still said they they get
- 40:37Speaker 1: sick from the smell. So here's the question. Hey, what
- 40:41Speaker 1: go ahead? Tell me where they can they need to
- 40:43Speaker 1: smoke them. They can go there and smoke some vegetables.
- 40:45Speaker 1: Do that, y'all, go a smoke and and take your
- 40:51Speaker 1: com camba and corn real some damn corn and shank okay,
- 40:57Speaker 1: zucchini or something. Do that. Don't be telling me our
- 40:59Speaker 1: kids are for real big and shut up. This is
- 41:07Speaker 1: a big barbecue weekend coming up. Okay, and you're not
- 41:11Speaker 1: along with brisket tape. Some briskets play fourteen hours. Excuse me?
- 41:18Speaker 1: Hold on, Jay, hold up, Tommy, you are really upset
- 41:22Speaker 1: about this. Okay, let me look, okay, okay, let me
- 41:24Speaker 1: let me din it back, Let me din it back.
- 41:26Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I'm sorry you bo Okay. Let me just
- 41:30Speaker 1: let me just say it as plainly as I can.
- 41:33Speaker 1: We're gonna smoke our damn meat no matter what. It
- 41:37Speaker 1: don't matter how you feel, and we're gonna have links
- 41:40Speaker 1: and brisket and ribs and chicken all in the backyard.
- 41:44Speaker 1: So to hell with you. And you're vegan spirit, Now,
- 41:47Speaker 1: what if it were your neighbors, Tommy or your neighbors
- 41:50Speaker 1: Jay that were upset. I mean, have you guys ever
- 41:52Speaker 1: had a problem with your neighbors smell? But I'm not
- 41:56Speaker 1: not gonna grill because you can't stand and smell meat. Really,
- 42:00Speaker 1: you just don't mean you might not eat me, but
- 42:03Speaker 1: you smell leather. You don't have no problem with that.
- 42:05Speaker 1: You got level jues On Man, miss me with this.
- 42:10Speaker 1: I don't I don't mean no harm, but I'm just
- 42:11Speaker 1: gonna say it. I would hold my neighbor hands behind
- 42:15Speaker 1: my bridge. I'm just telling on the last I'm not
- 42:19Speaker 1: gonna do. That's Timmy that wants to fight. We already
- 42:22Speaker 1: can't we la, we can't wear white no more. Were
- 42:24Speaker 1: already dealing with that. Okay, what I'm gonna do, Timmy?
- 42:27Speaker 1: I was gonna end the barbecue had saved maybe six o'clock,
- 42:30Speaker 1: and just because you can't stand the smell. I'm barbecueing
- 42:34Speaker 1: all Thursday up until the night, all Friday up until
- 42:38Speaker 1: the night, all Saturday up until the night, and all
- 42:41Speaker 1: Sunday up until the damn night. Yes, we're still barbecuing.
- 42:46Speaker 1: We will still be barbecueing. Yes, I know. Listen, listen,
- 42:51Speaker 1: and most people that really, really people, people that really barbecue,
- 42:55Speaker 1: they will start smoking late at night all the way
- 42:58Speaker 1: through the morning. So the man day is good and
- 43:01Speaker 1: ready and juicy, so he can smell it, just you
- 43:04Speaker 1: know what, he got to go inside, basically, And just
- 43:08Speaker 1: because you don't keep meat, just because you don't eat meat,
- 43:11Speaker 1: you can't stand the smell it for four days, really
- 43:15Speaker 1: four days? Four days just throws you out the loute.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Really do you think they're all right? They might start
- 43:22Speaker 1: back eating meat. You think that that's what it is.
- 43:25Speaker 1: That's what it is. They like what they smell. You want.
- 43:28Speaker 1: You know what I tell you? This meet You can
- 43:31Speaker 1: meet any vegetarian, any vegetarian, You ask them what is
- 43:35Speaker 1: the meet you miss, and they'll always say chicken. So
- 43:38Speaker 1: you're still thinking about it, You still got it on
- 43:40Speaker 1: your damn mind. Yeah. When I was a vegan, that's
- 43:42Speaker 1: what made me go back. My boyfriend was cooking something.
- 43:45Speaker 1: He was cooking some barbecue chicken and vegan. I was
- 43:50Speaker 1: a vegan for for many years. But this is yea
- 43:56Speaker 1: And for some it just looks so good. It was
- 43:58Speaker 1: falling off the ball I could, so what can I say?
- 44:03Speaker 1: Close to fencing? Whoop? You ass with a turkey leg
- 44:05Speaker 1: I can't tell you that. Coming up next to nephew

- 48:04Speaker 1: The problem we're having right now is we don't see
- 48:08Speaker 1: your car, you know, and then you don't see what
- 48:11Speaker 1: do you what? I'm sorry? What I'm okay? Okay? Okay?

- 48:48Speaker 1: Let me ask you something. Is there a way? Um?
- 48:52Speaker 1: Is there a way? Maybe you can come by tomorrow
- 48:54Speaker 1: and we can try to work come now and just
- 48:56Speaker 1: see it. You know, No, there is no way I'm
- 48:59Speaker 1: coming by tomorrow for a car that's listening today. First
- 49:02Speaker 1: of all, we need to get the police involved in this.
- 49:04Speaker 1: I don't even know, mister Frank. Right now, mister Frank,
- 49:10Speaker 1: we don't want to get the police involved in this.
- 49:13Speaker 1: We who is we? Because I damn sure I want
- 49:16Speaker 1: to get the police involved. So who is I'm just
- 49:18Speaker 1: saying weird? I listen, I don't want to lose my
- 49:21Speaker 1: job because we lost the car. If you just give
- 49:23Speaker 1: me some time to find in the car, that's all

- 49:40Speaker 1: the building on it. I'm suing the managers, I'm suing
- 49:43Speaker 1: the made the valet box. I'm sure everybody affiliated with YO.

- 54:03Speaker 1: hold on tight. We got it for you here. It
- 54:05Speaker 1: is the Strawberry Letter. Sexy and simple Minded. Dear Stephen Shirley.
- 54:11Speaker 1: I am a twenty nine year old man, and three
- 54:14Speaker 1: months ago I started dating a gorgeous woman in her
- 54:17Speaker 1: mid twenties. She has the best body, smooth and glowy
- 54:21Speaker 1: chocolate skin, the sexiest voice, and she is the best
- 54:26Speaker 1: that I ever had, if you know what I mean.
- 54:29Speaker 1: She's very affectionate and she treats me well, but she's
- 54:33Speaker 1: missing one important thing a brain. I hate to say it,
- 54:39Speaker 1: but I like her a lot, but she's very simple minded.
- 54:42Speaker 1: At first, I overlooked it because the sex was so good.
- 54:46Speaker 1: But now I'm starting to notice. When we go shopping,
- 54:49Speaker 1: she has trouble doing even the most basic math at
- 54:52Speaker 1: the cash register. When I give her directions to meet
- 54:55Speaker 1: me somewhere, she has trouble with right turns versus left turns.
- 54:59Speaker 1: My sister enjoys talking to her because she is so
- 55:02Speaker 1: dizzy and it's amusing to her. My sister asked my
- 55:05Speaker 1: girl if she had any any ambitions, and she responded, no,
- 55:10Speaker 1: I don't like guns. He had any ambitions? Not ammunition, yeah, right,
- 55:21Speaker 1: not ammunition. Last week I admitted to my girl that
- 55:24Speaker 1: I have been having second thoughts about our relationship, and
- 55:26Speaker 1: within an hour of that conversation, she put it down
- 55:31Speaker 1: that is in all caps. Put it down in all
- 55:34Speaker 1: caps in the bedroom, and there was no way I
- 55:37Speaker 1: was going to leave her. After that, I feel stuck.
- 55:40Speaker 1: She is beautiful and the total package on the outside,
- 55:44Speaker 1: but I don't think she would ever bring much else
- 55:46Speaker 1: to the table. I can't imagine her raising kids because
- 55:49Speaker 1: she can't even spell basic words or use proper punctuation.
- 55:53Speaker 1: On the other hand, I've never had loving this good.
- 55:57Speaker 1: What should I do? Should I try to make it
- 55:59Speaker 1: work with great woman who's amazing in bed or find
- 56:02Speaker 1: a better woman that has a little more going for herself.
- 56:05Speaker 1: Your advice as much is most appreciated. Well, I mean,
- 56:11Speaker 1: haven't we all had a variation of this issue at
- 56:13Speaker 1: some point in time? I mean to some degree. You know,
- 56:16Speaker 1: we talk to our girlfriends. He puts it down in
- 56:19Speaker 1: the bedroom, but hey, he's got a tooth missing, or

- 57:05Speaker 1: your future. If you fall in love with her and
- 57:07Speaker 1: can't live without her, then you're going to have to
- 57:09Speaker 1: discuss her education. You're going to have to discuss that.
- 57:13Speaker 1: I mean, you know she may have a learning disability.
- 57:15Speaker 1: You don't know. You said she has trouble with left
- 57:17Speaker 1: and right. That maybe that's something simple that can be fixed.
- 57:20Speaker 1: It might just discuss her education with her. If you

- 1:07:14Speaker 1: radio right down. And I need everybody's advice and counsel
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: because Mike Booth it's not here. But I have to
- 1:07:23Speaker 1: prepare our relationship for now until eternity. So I think
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: there's some things that I've been thinking about me and Junior.
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: We're gonna be together till the end of time, you know,
- 1:07:32Speaker 1: like that song it's justin Timberlake and Beyonce song to
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: the end of the Time. We're gonna be together, calling
- 1:07:37Speaker 1: for real describe berries. So I believe that we should
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: convince Junior. First of all, he needs to become a vegetarian.
- 1:07:44Speaker 1: He needed to get healthy of what are you a vegetarian?
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: Are you? No? I'm not gonna be somebody got to
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: eat meat in the family. I would be out of
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: my car. I'll be my car having a ham, say,
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: going straight to the ham. Didn't share? You better know?
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: You know you know what. I will die on the swine.
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: I'm sorry. I just I eat port. I eat a
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: pot of meat, vinus sauces all of that. I it's
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: gonna be a baking sort shortest. I'm very upset right now.
- 1:08:17Speaker 1: I'm just strong right now because he's gonna be a shortest.
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: But see, I think it's Junior that got to be
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: healthy for the both of us. Don't you think, Tommy,
- 1:08:26Speaker 1: don't you think that that's the way to go. Don't
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: you think? Yeah, I mean the man got to be strong.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: He I mean he got to hold you and carry
- 1:08:32Speaker 1: you around. That's what you used to be looking for anyway,
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: you know, show the hell, dude, show the hell, and
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: unless he can bitch press two fifteen, two thirty. Well okay,
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: you said, okay, watch, yeah, let's can he squat? Do
- 1:08:47Speaker 1: you squat? Yeah? Yeah, that's what you better know it,
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: you better know. Well, I have lost a lot of weight.
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: I'm down. I'm really down. In the bucks sixty bucks seventy.
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: You know back fat, that back fat is aggressive. Back
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: fat will not drop. No, it will not cooperate, the
- 1:09:11Speaker 1: belly fat and the back fat. I'm like a walking ass.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: But ugh about me. I'm gonna do everything I can
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: for Junior to stay healthy. He's gonna become a vegan,
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: he's gonna exercise more everything so we can stay together
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: for the rest of our lives and beyond. I think
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: that's what I should do for my man. Which I
- 1:09:34Speaker 1: think about that, it's the least I think that. Well,
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: I would be drinking. I would be drinking and eating
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: meat for Junior girl for Junior meat and lick up.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Coming up at the top of the hour, Carla's reality

- 1:10:27Speaker 1: thank you, thank you, thank you very much. All Right,
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: let's get going. Real housewives up atomach. This is the
- 1:10:33Speaker 1: longest girl's trip ever. It seems like they have been
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: in Williams First Virginia at this house for a very
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: long time. But anyway, more drama between Wendy, Gazelle and Robin.
- 1:10:44Speaker 1: Your girl Mia Shirley the new cast member. Mia. She
- 1:10:49Speaker 1: is man, She is really, really messy. She told Wendy
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: that Gizelle called her a week be and Gizelle did
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: not say that, and so Wendy looked at her and
- 1:11:04Speaker 1: Mia was like, you did say that, you did say that,
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: and then Giselle was like, no, I didn't say that,
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: and then Mia was like everybody looked at her. That's
- 1:11:12Speaker 1: how you interpreted, Oh, that was your interpretation of what
- 1:11:16Speaker 1: she actually said. When Jazelle was just basically saying that
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: if Wendy's gonna be sensitive because there were rumors out
- 1:11:23Speaker 1: about Wendy's husband Eddie cheating, and so when the group
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: was talking about it, Gaizelle was saying, well, she's gonna
- 1:11:29Speaker 1: be this sensitive about it, she shouldn't be in the group.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Your girl Mia got that. Interpret that to me week
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: be that was a stretch that wasn't stretch. Yeah, I
- 1:11:42Speaker 1: was like, okay, boo, you you're gonna have to get
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: that together when you quoting somebody and telling people's stuff
- 1:11:47Speaker 1: what people said, come on now, you ain't gotta do that.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: And what else? We learned on this trip that your
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: girl Robin was in the Bad Boys for Life video
- 1:11:55Speaker 1: with Diddy and them. Okay there work, Yeah, that was
- 1:11:59Speaker 1: a jam. Bad Boys were like, we ain't goin nowhere.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: That was a gem. So not mad at Robin for that.
- 1:12:06Speaker 1: All right? So next week, I think what's gonna happen
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: Karen and ray val renewal. I think a ceremony is
- 1:12:13Speaker 1: coming up for them and Yaws yes, and I think
- 1:12:18Speaker 1: Macy Gray is performing. I think Karen is cool with
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: Macy Gray, so we will get to see that also.
- 1:12:25Speaker 1: Let's just move on quickly. Um, this is sad news.
- 1:12:29Speaker 1: We talked about it earlier from the Real Housewives of
- 1:12:32Speaker 1: Atlanta franchise. Uh former franchise star from Atlanta, Nini Leeks,
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: her husband Greg Leaks. He passed away from colon cancer.
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: So man, so sad, so sad to hear that. Yes,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: everybody loved Greg. That's exactly what I was gonna say.
- 1:12:52Speaker 1: Greg on The Real Housewives of Atlanta from the very beginning,
- 1:12:56Speaker 1: we got to see them, We got to see their marriage,
- 1:12:58Speaker 1: We got to see there the family, the blended family
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: that you know, and the businesses and the opportunities and
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: all the things that they revealed about themselves in their
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: in their family. And we just loved us some cool
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: Greg Leaks. We really really did. And we've all met yes, yes, yes, why, yes, yes,
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: wisdom experienced calm cool. Yeah. So we really really were
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: true fans of Greg. We loved him. We've met Ninie
- 1:13:30Speaker 1: a number of times, she's been on the show with us,
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: so our heart is broken for her. So we just
- 1:13:36Speaker 1: want to say our deepest, deepest sympathies and condolences going
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: out to Ninie the Leak's family, and again from all
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: of us here at the Steve Harvey Morning Show, meant
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: Greg Leaks rest in peace. Rest in peace, Greg, rest
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: in peace. King. He did long battle with colon cancer.
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: And it seems like you know with Childwick Boseman, you
- 1:13:59Speaker 1: know we're using we're losing our men and and women
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: too to colon cancer. This is something that we've got
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: to do better. Get screening and take care of ourselves.
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: We keep hearing that early detection is the key. It's
- 1:14:14Speaker 1: the key to all cancers. So if you all are listening,
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: hopefully we can save somebody life. Get screen talk to
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: your doctor, go get checked out, talk to your doctor
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: about that. And before we wrap up, I just want
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: to remind everyone to please this is a heartfelt please
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: that I'm asking to go to Redcross dot org and
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: to continue to help our neighbors in New Orleans golf
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: coasts affected by Hurricane Ida. And that's all I have. Shirley,
- 1:14:39Speaker 1: all right, thank you, Kyla. We'll be back with more

- 1:16:54Speaker 1: you hear this new people all right? This one is
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: from Toulouse in Jamaica. To this, writes, I checked my
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: wife's text a lot, and she's fine with it, but
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: I usually sneak and do it. I saw the name Player,
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: and so I read the text. I could tell by
- 1:17:10Speaker 1: the messages that Player is a guy in our church choir.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: He calls her Songbird and told her he has been
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: thinking about her a lot. She told him their phone
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: calls helped get her through the day. And I asked
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: her about the texts and calls and why he had
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: a nickname in her phone. She said, he's not into women,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: and that's what his friends call him. Does this sound right? Yeah.
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: First of all, stay eyed people's phone. It's just stay
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: ass out people's phones. Don't go on people's phone. You
- 1:17:40Speaker 1: should never go on somebody's phone. That's just that should
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: be a comandment. Thou should not go and it should
- 1:17:45Speaker 1: have been written long before phones were invented. Thou should
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: not go into another person's phone, or that I should
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: burn in hell because it's just wrong. It's dead wrong,
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: look into I mean, this is serious, right, Tommy, thou
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: shalt not read text, Thou shalt not ask me about text. Yes,
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: thou shalt not sin swipe my pitches. Thou shalt not.
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: Thou shalt not, yes, thou shalt not, and thou shalt
- 1:18:13Speaker 1: definitely not ear hustle. Ear hustle is a big sin. Oh,
- 1:18:18Speaker 1: it's the worst. Right, Let's move on so you cannot
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: tell some more people. Berry and Chicago says, I'm a
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: single dad and my sons are eighteen and sixteen. I
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: work until eight pm daily, and my sixteen year old
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: is home by himself a lot. My older son confided
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: in me that he's been catching his younger brother having
- 1:18:38Speaker 1: sex in my house. He said he talked to my
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: son and my son was embarrassed, but he knew to
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: use protection and he cleaned up after himself. My older
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: son asked me not to confront my sixteen year old,
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: and honestly, I did the same thing when I was young,
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: so I get it. But as a father, isn't this
- 1:18:56Speaker 1: something I should handle? You know, Normally, when I hit
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: the letters, I try to hear a problem and so
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: I can decide if I'm going to help or not.
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: And what are you saying? I don't really see a problems.
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: He's cleaning up, he's using protection, he's not doing it
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: when you're home. I mean, what in you? And then
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: you did it? You did it in your house. I mean,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: so if I could see a problem this one, I
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: might could help. But since I don't really see a problem,
- 1:19:29Speaker 1: I can't really help you. If there's no problem. Now,
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: no problem, okay, now coming up. It is our last
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: break of the day. Guys, don't look at me. You
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: can look at me. Fun she just told you. I'm sorry. Yeah,
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: last break of the day, and at forty nine minutes after,
