Latest / The Ben Ferguson Podcast / Jan 6th Committee LIED About Trump Attacking Secret Service
Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: There's a new report out that the transcripts now confirm
- 0:06Speaker 1: that the January sixth Committee straight up lied about Trump
- 0:11Speaker 1: attacking the Secret Service. You may remember that story that
- 0:14Speaker 1: was leaked where they said that Donald Trump attacked the
- 0:17Speaker 1: Secret Service. Well, the newly released transcripts of secret testimony
- 0:21Speaker 1: at the January sixth committee showed that a witness testified
- 0:24Speaker 1: then President Donald Trump had not wrestled with a Secret
- 0:27Speaker 1: Service agent and had indeed requested troops to protect the capital.
- 0:32Speaker 1: So they lied to you about January sixth on multiple issues.
- 0:37Speaker 1: The transcript of a closed door interview with Deputy Chief
- 0:41Speaker 1: of Staff or Notoh, and then representatively Liz Cheney, a
- 0:45Speaker 1: useful idiot for the left. She was technically a Republican
- 0:48Speaker 1: from Wyoming on January the twenty eighth. The twenty twenty
- 0:51Speaker 1: two was hidden by the committee, we now know, as
- 0:55Speaker 1: it played up sensational claims that the testimony clearly refuted. Now,
- 1:01Speaker 1: In particular, Cheney boosted the accusations by former Trump aid
- 1:08Speaker 1: Cassie Hutchinson, who claimed publicly and a great media fanfare,
- 1:12Speaker 1: that Trump had tried to commandeer his presidential vehicle to
- 1:16Speaker 1: drive to the Capitol Riot. Well, guess what it was
- 1:22Speaker 1: reported on, and note at the time that Hutchinson's dramatic
- 1:25Speaker 1: testimony in June of twenty twenty two and several people,
- 1:29Speaker 1: including Ornado, were prepared to testify publicly to refute her claims,
- 1:34Speaker 1: which were debunked in other ways as well. Cheney and
- 1:39Speaker 1: the other members of the committee did not take up
- 1:41Speaker 1: Ornado's offer, repeating the tactic that Representative Adam Schiff, the
- 1:47Speaker 1: hardcore lying leftist Democrat from California, had used during the
- 1:51Speaker 1: first impeachment inquiry of leaving inconvenient witnesses behind. Moreover, Cheney
- 1:57Speaker 1: and the committee claimed in their final report that there
- 2:01Speaker 1: was no evidence that Donald Trump had requested ten thousand
- 2:05Speaker 1: thousand National Guard troops to protect the Capitol in fact,
- 2:08Speaker 1: or NATO had testified during the hearing that Trump did
- 2:12Speaker 1: exactly that. Molly Hemingway of the Federalists report on the
- 2:16Speaker 1: existence of the Ornato transcript, which was unearthed by the
- 2:20Speaker 1: House Administration Subcommittee on Oversight led by Representative Barry Loudermilk,
- 2:25Speaker 1: a Republican from Georgia former Representative Lim Cheney. That's Dick
- 2:29Speaker 1: Cheney's daughter, who is again a Democrat masquerating as a
- 2:34Speaker 1: Republican on the January sixth Committee, we now know suppressed
- 2:37Speaker 1: evidence the President Donald Trump pushed four to ten thousand
- 2:42Speaker 1: National Guard troops to protect the nation's capital. A previously
- 2:45Speaker 1: hidden transcript attained by the Federalists.
- 2:48Speaker 2: Shows this as well.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Cheney and her committee then falsely claimed they had quote
- 2:54Speaker 1: unquote no evidence to support Trump's officials, claimed that the
- 3:00Speaker 1: White House had communicated its desire for those ten thousand
- 3:03Speaker 1: National Guard troops. In fact, an early transcript transcribed interview
- 3:08Speaker 1: conducted by the committee included precisely that evidence from McKey source.
- 3:14Speaker 2: The interview, which Cheney attended.
- 3:16Speaker 1: And personally participated in, was suppressed from public a release
- 3:21Speaker 1: until today. Asked if he ever heard anything about Trump's
- 3:26Speaker 1: deciding to go to the Capitol that day or not,
- 3:30Speaker 1: said he didn't or not, said Trump had driven by
- 3:34Speaker 1: a previous rally, had flown over another, and that handlers
- 3:39Speaker 1: had previously decided against him joining the day's events. Lettermick,
- 3:45Speaker 1: who was also targeted unfairly by the January sixth Committee
- 3:48Speaker 1: with false accusations that he had given a tour to
- 3:51Speaker 1: Capital rioters before the event, found earlier that the committee
- 3:56Speaker 1: had destroyed much of the evidence did it collected?
- 4:00Speaker 2: Now let me say this again.
- 4:01Speaker 1: The January sixth committee, the committee they said was so important,
- 4:05Speaker 1: it was like hunting down al Qaeda terrists, and that
- 4:08Speaker 1: those on January the sixth, right, those at the Capitol
- 4:11Speaker 1: on January sixth, were a domestic terrorist.
- 4:14Speaker 2: They were terrorists.
- 4:16Speaker 1: So difference in al Qaeda or isis the same committee
- 4:20Speaker 1: and the same people that wouldn't answer the basic question
- 4:23Speaker 1: or ask questions about, hey, how many FBI informants and
- 4:26Speaker 1: how many different people in our government were masquerating to
- 4:30Speaker 1: help support the idea of a riot on January sixth.
- 4:33Speaker 1: Within the crowd, right, those people that won't answer those questions,
- 4:37Speaker 1: they are sitting there saying, well, January sixth was not
- 4:41Speaker 1: just an insurrection, but Donald Trump should be disqualified from
- 4:44Speaker 1: being president because he supported it, advocated for it, and
- 4:47Speaker 1: he didn't protect the American people even though he asked
- 4:49Speaker 1: for ten thousand National Guard troops and guests who said
- 4:52Speaker 1: no to it, you guessed it the Democrats in Nancy Pelosi,
- 4:55Speaker 1: because Nancy Pelosi was.
- 4:57Speaker 2: The one that said no to it.
- 5:00Speaker 1: Targeted conservative members of Car of Congress like Laudermilk who yes,
- 5:04Speaker 1: gave tours but not to the rioters. And they hid
- 5:08Speaker 1: all of this from you, all of this happening, and
- 5:13Speaker 1: it happened because they knew the media would allow them
- 5:17Speaker 1: to get away with it. They knew that you wouldn't
- 5:21Speaker 1: be able to see the information if they destroyed it.
- 5:24Speaker 1: And that's exactly what we've now found. They went after
- 5:27Speaker 1: the president. They had the January sixth Select Committee. They
- 5:31Speaker 1: found two fake Republicans and Kenzinger who was auditioning for
- 5:35Speaker 1: job at CNN, and Liz Cheney who hates Donald Trump
- 5:38Speaker 1: and any other real conservative and they threw them on
- 5:41Speaker 1: a committee and they had what was no different than
- 5:44Speaker 1: a kangaroo court against the president. Yet again, and now
- 5:48Speaker 1: we know that on only you do they know they
- 5:50Speaker 1: were lying to you. But then they decided to destroy
- 5:53Speaker 1: much of the evidence they collected because they knew it
- 5:55Speaker 1: wouldn't back up their claims, and then they wouldn't let
- 5:59Speaker 1: us see the tape. Yes, now they also and we
- 6:03Speaker 1: found out today and this is really really important, that
- 6:08Speaker 1: they destroyed this evidence despite being told by the then
- 6:12Speaker 1: incoming Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, in late twenty
- 6:16Speaker 1: twenty two, to preserve all of the evidence it had collected,
- 6:20Speaker 1: so they knew the incoming speaker had already said, hey,
- 6:22Speaker 1: you don't get rid of anything relating to January sixth,
- 6:25Speaker 1: any of the evidence.
- 6:26Speaker 2: We want to see it all. And what did the
- 6:28Speaker 2: Democrats do?
- 6:29Speaker 1: They said, okay, sure, and then destroyed much of the
- 6:33Speaker 1: evidence that they had on January the sixth because they
- 6:36Speaker 1: knew that if we saw it, and Republicans saw it
- 6:39Speaker 1: and the public saw it, that they knew that they
- 6:41Speaker 1: would be busted for lying to the American people. What
- 6:44Speaker 1: they claim happened on January the sixth actually didn't happen.
- 6:48Speaker 1: What they claimed happened in the days before January the
- 6:50Speaker 1: sixth didn't actually happen. What they claimed about Donald Trump
- 6:54Speaker 1: didn't actually happen. And Donald Trump actually did ask for
- 6:58Speaker 1: National Guard troops before Jane Nuary the six to secure
- 7:01Speaker 1: the capital and antiplos and the Democrats said no.
- 7:04Speaker 2: Why do they say no?
- 7:05Speaker 1: Well, now we understand why they said no, because they
- 7:08Speaker 1: knew there were FBI in foremants and other bad actors
- 7:10Speaker 1: who were going to be in around the Capitol and
- 7:12Speaker 1: they wanted something bad to happen on January sixth so
- 7:14Speaker 1: they could blame it on Donald J. Trump and the
- 7:17Speaker 1: Republican Party. And by the way it worked, and once
- 7:21Speaker 1: Republicans got back in charge, and once the election happened,
- 7:25Speaker 1: the midterm election, they knew they had to get rid
- 7:28Speaker 1: of the evidence, and the destroyed I'm quoting here much
- 7:31Speaker 1: of the evidence from January the sixth, even though the
- 7:36Speaker 1: House Speaker, the incoming House Speaker, Kevin McCarthy, had said,
- 7:40Speaker 1: preserve all the evidence that was collected. What's even more ironic,
- 7:45Speaker 1: as Donald Trump still faces federal charges of mishandling government documents,
- 7:49Speaker 1: Yet the people that destroyed the January sixth evidence will
- 7:52Speaker 1: not be held accountable for not preserving all of the
- 7:56Speaker 1: evidence they had collected, even though they have a doubles
- 8:00Speaker 1: standard for Donald Trump that they would even abide by.
- 8:03Speaker 2: Just think about all of that.
- 8:05Speaker 1: So when you look forward to this election and you
- 8:07Speaker 1: go back over these stories, you go back over what
- 8:12Speaker 1: I just said a moment ago. Right, You've got a
- 8:14Speaker 1: president that's in cognitive decline, and the American people clearly
- 8:17Speaker 1: see it. You have her who's out there saying I
- 8:20Speaker 1: would have charged him if he was of clear mind
- 8:22Speaker 1: and sound mind. But I didn't charge the president with
- 8:25Speaker 1: mishandling classified documents because a feeble old man. You look
- 8:29Speaker 1: at what they're doing to Donald Trump. You look at
- 8:31Speaker 1: Representative Ken buck leaving Congress at the end of next week,
- 8:34Speaker 1: screwing Republicans. Yet again, you add all these stories up.
- 8:39Speaker 1: Do you understand what's happening right now? Let me just
- 8:41Speaker 1: give you one last example of this. Daily Mail just
- 8:44Speaker 1: had an article that came out and says Biden forgot
- 8:47Speaker 1: the year that Bo, Biden's son died when Trump was elected.
- 8:51Speaker 1: He forgot that and said, quote, I don't recall, I
- 8:53Speaker 1: don't remember, and I have no g D idea more
- 8:57Speaker 1: than one hundred times. The damning transcript of the interview
- 9:02Speaker 1: with Robert Hurr Now reveals, according to the transcript of
- 9:07Speaker 1: the two day interview, Biden brought up Bo's death, not
- 9:11Speaker 1: the other way rounds the media reported it. The mix
- 9:14Speaker 1: up of Bo's death date during the interview directly contradicts
- 9:17Speaker 1: Joe Biden the White House's fiery denial that it ever occurred.
- 9:23Speaker 1: He was often confused by the dates he served, even
- 9:26Speaker 1: as the Vice president, didn't know the years and how
- 9:28Speaker 1: classified documents ended up in his home. The transcripts confirm
- 9:33Speaker 1: her is well looking at all of this and then saying, hey,
- 9:38Speaker 1: we've got evidence here. But Biden was elderly his words,
- 9:42Speaker 1: and forgetful his words, and had diminished faculties his words.
- 9:48Speaker 1: But this is what we know. The President was angry.
- 9:51Speaker 1: He was yelling, I have no idea, I have no
- 9:55Speaker 1: GD recollection of this, I have no GD idea more
- 9:59Speaker 1: than one hundred times in his interview. Does that sound
- 10:03Speaker 1: like a man that can handle the job of being
- 10:05Speaker 1: president of United States of America?
- 10:06Speaker 2: Forget his politics.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I'm just talking about handling it from a cognitive perspective.
- 10:10Speaker 1: I think the answer is pretty clear.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Hell no.
- 10:13Speaker 1: This election coming up, the Democratic Party and the media
- 10:18Speaker 1: are going to have to be perfect to convince enough
- 10:22Speaker 1: people fifty plus one percent to vote for the president
- 10:27Speaker 1: of the United States of America. Yet again, they are
- 10:30Speaker 1: going to have to be perfect. They're going to have
- 10:35Speaker 1: to give you and throw doubt on everything whenever they
- 10:39Speaker 1: can twenty four to seven. I'm going to tie this
- 10:44Speaker 1: story to another important story. There is an Illinois judge.
- 10:49Speaker 1: They removed Donald Trump from the primary ballot over January
- 10:55Speaker 1: the sixth.
- 10:56Speaker 2: The judge's name is Tracy Porter.
- 11:00Speaker 1: You are not going to believe what I'm about to
- 11:02Speaker 1: tell you about Tracy Porter and how insignificant of a
- 11:07Speaker 1: judge Tracy Porter was until this move came down to
- 11:12Speaker 1: remove Donald Trump from the primary ballot over January sixth.
- 11:18Speaker 1: This judge in Illinois who had the power, and you
- 11:24Speaker 1: want to talk about an abuse of power to take
- 11:26Speaker 1: Donald Trump off the ballot in Illinois, is in fact,
- 11:29Speaker 1: are you ready for this? A traffic court judge who
- 11:34Speaker 1: presides over and I'm quoting from the website minor traffic
- 11:40Speaker 1: violations and Class A misdemeanors quote unquote, a traffic court
- 11:47Speaker 1: judge is the is the woman who somehow gained power
- 11:52Speaker 1: and access to then take Donald Trump off of the ballot.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Tracy Porter, the Chicago area judge who declared that former
- 12:01Speaker 1: President Donald Trump would be ineligible topeal to appear on
- 12:04Speaker 1: the Illinois primary ballot, joining a contentious national fight, was
- 12:09Speaker 1: first appointed the position in twenty twenty one and ran
- 12:13Speaker 1: as a Democrat for a full term in twenty twenty two.
- 12:17Speaker 1: Judge Porter, who has been the circuit court position for
- 12:20Speaker 1: less than three years, said she agreed with the Colorado
- 12:22Speaker 1: Supreme Court, which also ruled Trump could not appear in
- 12:26Speaker 1: the state's twenty twenty four primary because the post Civil
- 12:30Speaker 1: War Fourteenth Amendment bars people who have engaged in insurrection
- 12:34Speaker 1: rebellion from holding office. A native of Chicago's South Side,
- 12:38Speaker 1: this is coming from Forbes by the way, who is
- 12:41Speaker 1: licensed to practice law in Illinois, New York. Porter earned
- 12:44Speaker 1: her bachelor's degree in international business from Cornell College in
- 12:48Speaker 1: Iowa before earning her law degree from Drake University. Porter
- 12:52Speaker 1: then spent four years as a litigation attorney with the
- 12:55Speaker 1: Office of Solicitor in the US Department of Labour in
- 12:57Speaker 1: the nineteen nineties before working in private practice and then academia.
- 13:01Speaker 1: She was then appointed You ready for this long career
- 13:05Speaker 1: dating back to the nineties, she finally gets her big
- 13:08Speaker 1: break in twenty twenty one when she was appointed to
- 13:12Speaker 1: a traffic court position. She then won an election for
- 13:17Speaker 1: a full term as the Cook County Circuit Court judge
- 13:22Speaker 1: in twenty twenty two. She is a traffic court lawyer,
- 13:27Speaker 1: or I should say, let me rephrase that, a traffic
- 13:30Speaker 1: court judge.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Porter by the way said.
- 13:33Speaker 1: After twenty twenty appointment quote, my motto is impacting lives
- 13:37Speaker 1: and changing communities, and that is how I will approach
- 13:40Speaker 1: this position.
- 13:41Speaker 2: Uh huh Okay.
- 13:43Speaker 1: So taking a former president off the ballot apparently fits
- 13:45Speaker 1: in that got it. A group of five Illinois residents
- 13:49Speaker 1: filed a challenge to Trump's candidacy in Illinois in January,
- 13:51Speaker 1: in coordination with the Free Speech for People, the same
- 13:55Speaker 1: group that tried to have Trump removed from ballots to Michigan, Minnesota,
- 13:58Speaker 1: in Oregon. The States Born of Elections dismissed the case
- 14:02Speaker 1: in January and ruled Trump counds down the Republican primary ballot,
- 14:07Speaker 1: but the Prisi Janners immediately appealed the decision. Then this
- 14:11Speaker 1: judge comes in and does this. The media would be
- 14:15Speaker 1: going berserk if some random Republican judge did this to,
- 14:20Speaker 1: for example, keep Joe Biden or Hillary Clinton or Barack
- 14:23Speaker 1: Obama off the ballot. They're not even covering and telling
- 14:27Speaker 1: you that this judge is a traffic court judge who
- 14:31Speaker 1: just decided to go rogue and take the American people's
- 14:35Speaker 1: right to choose who their leader is in Illinois and
- 14:39Speaker 1: could have precedent on these other states. They're not going
- 14:43Speaker 1: to tell you the truth behind this at all. This
- 14:46Speaker 1: is the same, by the way, media that will tell
- 14:48Speaker 1: you that Joe Biden, who's at the border right now,
- 14:51Speaker 1: that he's got it under control with the border. This
- 14:54Speaker 1: is the same president who has insisted there was not
- 14:56Speaker 1: a crisis. This is the same president that laughed as
- 14:59Speaker 1: the border crisis rage when people were concerned about it.
- 15:02Speaker 1: This is the same president who has said that there's
- 15:06Speaker 1: nothing he can do to stop the flow of I
- 15:08Speaker 1: legal immigrants at the border, even though they even bragged
- 15:10Speaker 1: about how many executive orders they undid from Donald Trump.
- 15:14Speaker 1: The first day was an office that dealt with the border.
- 15:17Speaker 1: Let me remind you of this president lying to you
- 15:20Speaker 1: back in April of twenty twenty one. Then the second clip,
- 15:24Speaker 1: you're gonna hear us from March of twenty twenty one.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Then you're gonna hear a clip from May of twenty
- 15:28Speaker 1: twenty three, and then another one in January of this year.
- 15:32Speaker 1: Here's the president on the border.
- 15:34Speaker 3: In April alone, this president one hundred and seventy thousand
- 15:37Speaker 3: people migrants appring it at the border.
- 15:41Speaker 2: This is twenty twenty one April.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Listen, it's a twenty year record that summons to most
- 15:45Speaker 3: folks like a crisis.
- 15:46Speaker 4: Well, look it's way down now, we've now gotten control.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Is there is there a crisis at the border sir, No,
- 15:56Speaker 2: we'll be able to handle it. That's what he said.
- 15:58Speaker 2: In March twenty twenty one.
- 15:59Speaker 1: Move forward to May twenty twenty three, things.
- 16:03Speaker 2: Are gonna have a border, sir, much tighter than much burden.
- 16:07Speaker 1: You all expect it, much better than you all expected,
- 16:11Speaker 1: he laughs at you. In May of twenty twenty three,
- 16:14Speaker 1: that was around the time he fell off his bicycle
- 16:16Speaker 1: not kidding in Delaware. And then January of twenty twenty four,
- 16:20Speaker 1: you hear a reporter mister president.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Which she called the southern border of flight.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Would you call the situation at the southern border a crisis? No, no, no,
- 16:32Speaker 1: there it is the President United States of America. No,
- 16:34Speaker 1: this is not a problem at the border. Everything is fine,
- 16:41Speaker 1: Everything is okay. They will look at you and they
- 16:45Speaker 1: will lie to your face. I'll go back to the
- 16:48Speaker 1: Biden crime family for a second, just to give you
- 16:49Speaker 1: another example of the media. Representative Dan Goldman, a Democrat
- 16:52Speaker 1: from New York, came out and he was delusional. Dan
- 16:55Speaker 1: Golden insisted there's actually a quote, a very understandable, coherent
- 17:00Speaker 1: business explanation for the Bidens families corrupt foreign business schemes.
- 17:05Speaker 1: Listen to what he said. A press conference earlier on that.
- 17:08Speaker 3: There is a very understandable, coherent business explanation for every
- 17:14Speaker 3: single thing that they asked for. And now that all
- 17:17Speaker 3: of this China stuff or Romania or Kazakhstan is clearly
- 17:23Speaker 3: clearly baseless and bogus, the only thing that the Republicans
- 17:28Speaker 3: have left are these barisma allegations.
- 17:32Speaker 1: These guys, I mean Eric Swearin, the guy who was
- 17:35Speaker 1: literally sleeping with the enemy of Chinese spy standing over
- 17:38Speaker 1: his left shoulder. These are the same people that stand
- 17:41Speaker 1: there and they tell you that it that it is,
- 17:44Speaker 1: that there's very and actually very understandable coherent business explanation. Okay,
- 17:49Speaker 1: what were they then? What was the business of the
- 17:51Speaker 1: Biden crime family? I'm serious, what was it they were doing?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Oh and by the way, back to the border real
- 17:58Speaker 1: quick again part of.
- 17:59Speaker 2: The lies the media.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Just on Monday alone, on Monday alone, five hundred and
- 18:07Speaker 1: eleven illegal immigrants were encountered at the Eagle Pass station
- 18:10Speaker 1: where President Trump is visiting. Just twelve illegal immigrants were
- 18:14Speaker 1: encountered at the Brownsville station where Biden is visiting. You
- 18:18Speaker 1: notice even where they go, it's disingenuous. On Monday, five
- 18:22Speaker 1: hundred and eleven illegal immigrants are encountered where Trump is
- 18:25Speaker 1: going today, and just twelve illegal immigants are encountered at
- 18:28Speaker 1: the Brownsville station where Biden's visiting, so he can go
- 18:31Speaker 1: down there and say, see.
- 18:32Speaker 2: There's not really a problem here.
- 18:34Speaker 1: You want to know how many illegal immigrant apprehensions there
- 18:36Speaker 1: were on Monday four thousand, seven hundred and fifty two
- 18:40Speaker 1: human beings listen.
- 18:42Speaker 5: Customs and Border Protection Forces told Fox News that nearly
- 18:45Speaker 5: five thousand illegals were apprehended along the southern border from
- 18:50Speaker 5: California through Texas in a single day on Monday. The
- 18:55Speaker 5: Eagle Pass station in the Del Rio sector where Trump
- 18:59Speaker 5: is headed, and Brownsville, Texas reported five hundred eleven apprehensions
- 19:03Speaker 5: on Monday. Brownsville station in the Rio Grande Valley sector,
- 19:08Speaker 5: where President Biden will be only twelve were reported. Texas's
- 19:14Speaker 5: lieutenant governor is going after Biden's well location.
- 19:18Speaker 6: He doesn't care. This is all about the politics of
- 19:21Speaker 6: the future. They want millions to come here become citizens
- 19:24Speaker 6: than voters so they can control the country, and they
- 19:27Speaker 6: don't care. It's obvious they don't care who dies to
- 19:30Speaker 6: meet those goals.
- 19:32Speaker 1: I mean, you think about this president. This president will
- 19:35Speaker 1: lie to you. He will find the part of the
- 19:38Speaker 1: border that has the least number of interactions of illegal
- 19:40Speaker 1: immigrants and go there and he'll tell you that, hey,
- 19:44Speaker 1: it's not really that bad. And you'll have the Democrats
- 19:47Speaker 1: come out and they'll tell you the same thing. Hey, guys,
- 19:49Speaker 1: it's really just not that bad. They'll tell you there's
- 19:52Speaker 1: a legitimate reason for the Biden crime family to make
- 19:55Speaker 1: millions and millions and millions and millions of dollars, millions
- 19:59Speaker 1: and millions of dollars, and then they won't tell you
- 20:01Speaker 1: what the legitimate reason actually is. Department of Homeland Security
- 20:06Speaker 1: Secretary of my Orchis, by the way, claims there is
- 20:08Speaker 1: no executive action Biden can take to fix the border crisis,
- 20:12Speaker 1: saying this at the southern border, listen on your.
- 20:15Speaker 7: Known executive actions that the president can take to reduce
- 20:20Speaker 7: the number the large number of migrants that are coming
- 20:24Speaker 7: to the US Mexico border that we saw in twenty
- 20:27Speaker 7: twenty three and continue this year.
- 20:29Speaker 8: The fact of the matter is that the only enduring
- 20:33Speaker 8: solution is legislation. Congress needs to act. We have a
- 20:39Speaker 8: bipartisan piece of legislation that three senators worked on intensely
- 20:45Speaker 8: for a number of months. I was very privileged to
- 20:48Speaker 8: be at the table to provide technical and operational expertise.
- 20:51Speaker 8: The administration was represented at the table. We need Congress
- 20:55Speaker 8: to act.
- 20:56Speaker 2: There's your last and final lie of the show. Today.
- 21:00Speaker 2: He's sitting there telling you there's nothing he can do.
- 21:02Speaker 2: There's nothing you can do, There's nothing can do. He
- 21:04Speaker 2: knows your something can do.
- 21:05Speaker 1: He knows that the border was secure, and the number
- 21:07Speaker 1: one thing that changed that was the executive actions that
- 21:11Speaker 1: were rescinded when he became president of what Donald Trump
- 21:14Speaker 1: was doing. And they will lie to your face and
- 21:16Speaker 1: tell you, well, the only way to fix this problem
- 21:19Speaker 1: is Congress act. Because they know that Congress isn't going
- 21:21Speaker 1: to act, and therefore they can keep flooding the southern border.
- 21:24Speaker 1: And they are lying to you. The White House keep
- 21:28Speaker 1: saying over and over again, there's nothing they can do.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Their hands are tied. They can't stop the illegal immigrants
- 21:33Speaker 1: coming across the border. Congress must act. Now, let me
- 21:36Speaker 1: remind you Myorcus has been impeached. There were two impeachment
- 21:41Speaker 1: articles that were approved against my Orcus by the Household
- 21:45Speaker 1: d Security Committee. One accused him of having refused to
- 21:49Speaker 1: comply with federal immigration laws, and the other of having
- 21:53Speaker 1: violated public trust. He was found to be those articles
- 21:57Speaker 1: impeachment that he was found guilty of in the House. Well,
- 22:00Speaker 1: now see what the Senate does. Obviously controlled by the Democrats.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I bet you can guess what they're going to do.
- 22:07Speaker 1: Let me just remind you that Biden rescinded all of
- 22:12Speaker 1: Trump's policies that worked, and now he claims there's nothing
- 22:17Speaker 1: in do through executive order that would stop the problem
- 22:19Speaker 1: of the border. Take a listen to what John Handy
- 22:22Speaker 1: said about this just a couple of days ago.
- 22:24Speaker 9: This weekend, may Orcus tried to deflect responsibility for his
- 22:28Speaker 9: role in the crisis, claiming, oh, the system has been
- 22:31Speaker 9: broken for years and repeating the lie that they need
- 22:35Speaker 9: Congress to fix it.
- 22:37Speaker 2: No, they don't.
- 22:37Speaker 5: Take a look, do you bear responsibility for what is
- 22:41Speaker 5: happening at the border with the President himself has called
- 22:43Speaker 5: a crisis.
- 22:44Speaker 10: It certainly is a crisis, And well, we don't bear
- 22:47Speaker 10: responsibility for a broken system, and we're doing a tremendous
- 22:50Speaker 10: amount within that broken system. But fundamentally, fundamentally, Congress is
- 22:56Speaker 10: the only one who can fix it.
- 23:00Speaker 9: Joe Biden would just have to undrescind the ones he
- 23:03Speaker 9: rescinded when he got the most secure borders in history.
- 23:06Speaker 9: In other words, he rescinded all the Trump policies that worked. Recently,
- 23:09Speaker 9: Joe Biden repeated the same lie.
- 23:11Speaker 2: Take a look all I could be the good. Give
- 23:22Speaker 2: me the power the day I let it off, Give
- 23:25Speaker 2: me the borders to give me the judgment.
- 23:34Speaker 9: Joe, you have the power. With the stroke of a pen.
- 23:37Speaker 9: You we rescinded the Trump policies that were working. With
- 23:40Speaker 9: the stroke of a pen, you can put them back.
- 23:42Speaker 2: In place now.
- 23:43Speaker 9: If the system, by the way, has been broken for
- 23:45Speaker 9: so long, then we have to ask ourselves, why did
- 23:49Speaker 9: Joe Biden and the entire Biden administration, why did the
- 23:52Speaker 9: country all of you for three years? How many times
- 23:56Speaker 9: did they tell you that the border was secure and
- 23:58Speaker 9: the border was closed or fresher.
- 24:01Speaker 2: Summons to most folks like a crisis. Well, look it's
- 24:04Speaker 2: way down now.
- 24:05Speaker 4: We've now gotten.
- 24:06Speaker 10: Control precisely that the border is closed. Nor could I
- 24:10Speaker 10: have been clearer and continue to be so?
- 24:14Speaker 2: Which is the border is closed.
- 24:16Speaker 7: The United States will continue to enforce our laws and
- 24:20Speaker 7: secure our border.
- 24:22Speaker 10: The border we are working to make the border more secure.
- 24:26Speaker 2: You're confident this border secure. We have.
- 24:32Speaker 1: A secure border and that that is a priority for
- 24:36Speaker 1: any nation, including hours in our administration.
- 24:39Speaker 2: We agree that the border is secure.
- 24:43Speaker 1: We agree that the border is secure. They were lying
- 24:47Speaker 1: to you. Now, this is not working with the American voters.
- 24:52Speaker 1: So now they're moving to their next phase of how
- 24:56Speaker 1: they lie to the American people. Rus Murphy, he's on
- 25:01Speaker 1: the Appropriations Committee. He is a Democrat. He went on
- 25:06Speaker 1: CNN as the President was at the border, as Donald
- 25:10Speaker 1: Trump was at the border, and he was asked now
- 25:13Speaker 1: about the quote language that Donald Trump and other conservatives
- 25:18Speaker 1: are using. So guess what if you're in favor of
- 25:21Speaker 1: securing the border. Now they're going exactly back to the
- 25:24Speaker 1: same rhetoric they use in twenty sixteen. Remember when Donald
- 25:28Speaker 1: Trump said that they are a race, they're rapists, there are.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Murderers, there are drug.
- 25:35Speaker 1: Dealers, there are gang members, there's bad actors. A lot
- 25:39Speaker 1: of them coming across the southern border are bad actors.
- 25:42Speaker 1: And what did the what did the media say, and
- 25:43Speaker 1: what did Joe Biden say, and where the left say,
- 25:45Speaker 1: oh my gosh, Donald Trump is a racist. And if
- 25:48Speaker 1: you vote for Donald Trump. You're a racist and you
- 25:50Speaker 1: hate Mexicans.
- 25:51Speaker 2: Right. That was the.
- 25:53Speaker 1: Takeaway from Donald Trump telling the truth about who was
- 25:56Speaker 1: coming across the southern border. He didn't say all of
- 25:59Speaker 1: them rapists. He didn't say all of them were drug dealers.
- 26:02Speaker 1: He didn't say all of them were gang members. He
- 26:04Speaker 1: didn't say all of them were murderers. What he said
- 26:08Speaker 1: was there were bad actors that were a part of
- 26:10Speaker 1: the people that are coming across the border.
- 26:12Speaker 2: Now we know how bad it is.
- 26:13Speaker 1: Now it is the crime that was happening at the
- 26:17Speaker 1: southern border is now happening everywhere in America. Look at
- 26:22Speaker 1: the last week alone, the last week alone, you look
- 26:27Speaker 1: at the list of people that have died. Within a week,
- 26:31Speaker 1: five illegal immigrants have been arrested for raping a woman
- 26:34Speaker 1: in Florida in another state, murdering a college student in
- 26:38Speaker 1: Georgia in another state, murdering a two year old in
- 26:43Speaker 1: Maryland in another state, sexually assault against a minor in Virginia,
- 26:49Speaker 1: yes another state, raping a fourteen year old girl, and
- 26:53Speaker 1: stabbing a man in Louisiana. And now three different police
- 26:58Speaker 1: officers have been shot by an elite go immigrant in Washington, DC.
- 27:04Speaker 1: Was Donald Trump right with what he said when he
- 27:07Speaker 1: ran in sixteen, Absolutely? But what are the Democrats doing now,
- 27:11Speaker 1: Senator Chris Murphy coming out saying anyone that says that,
- 27:15Speaker 1: you know they want to secure the border, they're racists.
- 27:17Speaker 11: Listen, Senator, you led the bipartisan negotiations to reach some
- 27:23Speaker 11: kind of a deal on enhancing border security and addressing
- 27:27Speaker 11: some of the issues surrounding illegal immigration, particularly over the
- 27:30Speaker 11: southern border. Yesterday, both President Biden and Donald Trump went
- 27:34Speaker 11: to the border on the same day. Donald Trump, when
- 27:37Speaker 11: he was speaking, used the language of invasion, talked about
- 27:41Speaker 11: the United States being invaded. What do you think of
- 27:44Speaker 11: that language?
- 27:47Speaker 4: I just think it's disgusting. I think because racist, ha seenophobic.
- 27:51Speaker 4: Donald Trump doesn't know what an invasion looks like. Go
- 27:53Speaker 4: to Ukraine. See what happens when a neighboring country actually
- 27:56Speaker 4: invades you and kills hundreds of thousand and tens of
- 28:00Speaker 4: thousands of your citizens.
- 28:02Speaker 1: You listen to that, the President called it an invasion.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Here's the question I would ask Sner Chris Murphy. When
- 28:11Speaker 1: one hundred thousand people come across the border illegally, what
- 28:15Speaker 1: would you call that? When two hundred thousand people come
- 28:20Speaker 1: across the border illegally, What would you call that? When
- 28:25Speaker 1: three hundred thousand people come across the border illegally, what
- 28:29Speaker 1: would you call that? When four hundred thousand people come
- 28:32Speaker 1: across the southern border, what would you call that? I
- 28:37Speaker 1: mean this sincerely, what would you call it? If it's
- 28:45Speaker 1: not an invasion, then what is it?
- 28:49Speaker 2: What is it?
- 28:50Speaker 1: Someone tell me what it is. I want to know
- 28:53Speaker 1: what it is. I want to know exactly what you
- 28:58Speaker 1: call it. When million of people are coming across the
- 29:02Speaker 1: border illegally, the most important word is the word illegally.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It is, by the way, an invasion. That's what it is.
- 29:14Speaker 2: Now.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Is it different than the invasion of the Russians and Ukraine?
- 29:19Speaker 1: Sure you could say that it is. But how many
- 29:22Speaker 1: Americans have been killed? You know what the number one
- 29:25Speaker 1: killer is in this country fetanyl? And that is part
- 29:30Speaker 1: of what is part of the invasion of those that
- 29:34Speaker 1: are coming into the United States of America. The people that
- 29:36Speaker 1: are invading are bringing fetanyl in at record rates.
- 29:40Speaker 2: That is a fact.
- 29:42Speaker 1: They are bringing in fetnol at rates that are killing
- 29:45Speaker 1: the number one killer people in this country forty nine
- 29:48Speaker 1: and under is fetanyl. There is an invasion by drug
- 29:53Speaker 1: dealers who are killing Americans by the hundreds of thousands.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Compare that to the invasion in Ukraine. More Americans are
- 30:03Speaker 1: dying because of the open border, because of the invasion
- 30:07Speaker 1: at the border, than at any other time in a
- 30:10Speaker 1: modern American history. The number one killer people in this
- 30:15Speaker 1: country is fetnyl and that is part of the invasion.
- 30:21Speaker 1: And then he says, well, using the word invasion is
- 30:24Speaker 1: is racist.
- 30:25Speaker 2: And xenophobic and evil. Let me just be honest with you.
- 30:29Speaker 1: I'll use the word invasion every single day because that's
- 30:34Speaker 1: what it is. It's an invasion. We know it's an invasion.
- 30:39Speaker 1: The numbers show it's an invasion. And in fact, we
- 30:42Speaker 1: should all double down and use the word invasion because
- 30:45Speaker 1: that's what it is. And this is how they're going
- 30:47Speaker 1: to publicly shame us. They're hoping that what they did
- 30:51Speaker 1: in sixteen will work again with voters. They're hoping if
- 30:55Speaker 1: they say if you want to secure border, oh you're
- 30:57Speaker 1: a racist, right, that you'll be silent and seeing guilty
- 31:00Speaker 1: into saying okay, I'll be quiet, all right, I'll vote
- 31:03Speaker 1: for I'll vote for Joe Biden. Don't fall for this.
- 31:08Speaker 1: Fight back, this is going to trickle out. I have
